We will start from Qianmen in the morning and cross Chang'an Avenue from south to north. Qianmen Street is lined with many old Beijing shops, which is very retro. Then we will take a photo in front of Tiananmen Square. The Chairman's statue, the majestic city tower, and the heroic guard of honor are all indispensable scenery in the square. Check in at the new landmark National Grand Theater on Chang'an Avenue. You can come here to enjoy a performance after visiting the Forbidden City. Remember to book tickets in advance. In the afternoon, visit the Forbidden City and choose the internal tour route according to your own situation. Finally, enjoy the full view of the Forbidden City on Jingshan. This is a good place to take a panoramic view of the Forbidden City. If you have enough time, you can rest and enjoy the scenery at the Wanchun Pavilion on the top of the mountain. When the sun sets, the light is just right, which is a good time to take a panoramic view of the Forbidden City at dusk.
