I visited the museum after the tour with my family. I personally don't like football so it was little interest to me to see all the memorabilia in the museum. I liked the bronze statues and the interactive activities they have in the lower level of the museum. You can put the uniform, learn cheer movements and kick the ball in the field.
But for a 49ers fan perspective - my father-in-law, this place is really impressive and with great history of the team. He liked a lot and spend a good time there looking at the stuff.
In the exit of the museum before you enter the store, there is a display of the Superbowl rings. Quite impressve.

I’m not a big football fan, but this museum was interesting even for me. We went on a non-game day and there were maybe two dozen other people in the whole museum, I think we spent about 3 hours total there and I really wasn’t bored at all (again not a sports fan).
The included imax film was really great, the room of statues of all the great players was really well done. My husband loved the 5 trophies on display. The history of the team and old memorabilia was very interesting. And we were able to go out to the stadium and learn about it being built and it’s features. The cool part was that some of the areas were interactive, and very well done.
The only thing that I didn’t love was that the museum guides were a bit overly friendly. I know that sounds weird but we were in the statue room and the guide was a older man and he personally took my husband around to each statue and told him stories for like an hour. We felt a little trapped haha.
The team store was huge and my husband looked like a kid on Christmas morning in there haha

Everything you want to know about the 49ers you can see here. One of the best sports museums I have ever visited. Price of admission was fair. Loved the interactive activities. Great statues of legend players. The Super Bowl trophy room was neat. Great honors to Bill Walsh. All football fans should visit this place. It is part of the stadium so parking could be a challenge.

The perfect end to a tour of Levi Stadium! I'd have to say that if you aren't a 49ers fan, you might be a little bored. But, my youngest still found fun things to do like take pictures with the statues, dress up like a player and play a cheerleading game on an Xbox!

If you have tickets to a game, the price should be included in your tickets to see this place, or at least discounted. It was very interesting for the 49er fan in my husband. It ends in you going into the store which thankfully he found nothing he couldn't buy on line for less, pretty pricy items.

This was a nice museum. We visited on game day and it was only open to attendees. It was somewhat crowded but we easily moved around the venue. Staff even alerted you on when the movie started so you could make the movie. My husband is the fan. I enjoyed it even not being a fan. It is a good place to visit. Staff was friendly and easily approachable, ready to help take photos or just chat about some of the displays. Bathrooms were clean too. Downside is they only accepted cards, no cash. Cost was 10.00 cheaper than we budgeted for as well!

Enjoyed the museum, it is a super way to relive 9ers gameplays, superbowl memories, and past players. Interactive part as well. A fun time. If you are a football fan, do this.

Great experience ! Especially if your a niners fan! All fans should take time out to see this place ! Price isn't bad either . $15 for adults $10 for kids.

If you are a 49ers fan, you will love the place. If not, skip it.
All things 49ers are represented here.

Wow......for all of 49ers front office's faults, you really have to take your hat off to them for building this shrine to 49ers greats past and present (leaving aside the fact there aren't any presently, tongue in cheek).
The lifesize bronzed statutes of Steve Young, Joe Montana and Jerry Rice were chilling, as were all of the carefully preserved equipment and artifacts beautifully displayed to visitors. No details is too small, and the entire 49ers team history is lovingly crafted after these exhibits.
If you are a 49ers fan, you're going - it's as simple as that. The team store located outside the museum is like every fan's dream come true - I must have bought everything in that store!

Museum is awesome for any football. Granted a Niners fan will enjoy it more of course. But I came today and loved it. Only had an hour before the game so I will certainly come back when I have more time to enjoy it.

This museum greatly exceeded my expectations. Introductory film very interesting. Lots of photos and memorabilia and great interactive exhibits. Spent more time here than I had planned due to so much to see. Low entry fee well worth the price. Highly recommend! Wish my 98-1/2 year old mother-in- law could visit. She is a very long time 49er fan!

It is a nice place for 49ers fans, if football is not your thing then ther is nothing much to see there.

Visiting 49ers fan from the UK, loved this stadium tour, from when you arrive at the stadium you can't help but be impressed. From statues and plaques outside ground to all the memorabilia in the museum its great, and the interactive area is great fun, dressing up as a player was brilliant.
Ended tour with visit to shop but didn't buy anything as prices are sky high!!!

The museum has stories and memorabilia from olden days through the glory days of the 80's and into the present.

Amazing museum. Bright clean colorful and full of football history. Beautifully displayed. Lots of fun interactives. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

The day after attending a 49er Football game, we returned to the stadium to take in the museum. We were excited and pleased with the experience. If you are a fan, or want to see the history of the local team with a strong fan base, you won't be disappointed. The life-size figures of the more familiar team members were so realistic, you expected them to move. Don't miss the museum. at $30 admission- the prices is right!

I no longer live in the Bay Area but remain a 49er Faithful and our recent visit to California HAD to include a stop at the 49er Museum!
From the introductory video, to the many statues, the Vince Lombardi trophies, Super Bowl rings, and guided stadium view, our visit to this museum of all things 49er was fantastic! I would have liked a more in-depth stadium tour, but that was not an option. As a Cal Berkeley grad it was a delightful surprise to see a display on the history of the Cal-Stanford Big Game.
Plan to spend at least 2 hours exploring the exhibits and viewing the stadium. Go Niners!

Phenominal museum - great memorbilia and lots of history. Amazing for 49's fans but recommended for everyone.

Highlights include the 5 Lombardi Trophies, team history overview film, life-sized statues of former 49er greats, and the interactive experiences. Plan on spending 1 or more hours here.

Spent a couple of hours in the 49ers museum. Honoring a rich football history, the curators have done it right: their statues honor the greatest 49ers, the various eras are covered, and of course, the 5 Lombardi Trophies are on full display. Had a very nice chat with Bill, one of their docents, on how the statues were put together. He sure knows his 49er history too.

The 49ers museum at Levi's Stadium was a fun experience. I've been a fan since the 50's with mediocre teams with some great HOFers. The Catch is well done in a room filled with statues of other 49er greats. Lots of Super Bowl stuff (of Course) and a good film. But this gets crowded quickly on game days.
Fun but a bit expensive
We're not 49ers fans, but we went to check out the video work our son-in-law had done for the museum. It was fun, but I was glad that there was a senior discount. The regular price of $20 was a bit steep. There were fun things to do and a few docents around to help guide you. The hall of fame statues were pretty cool. Ask about the process by which they were made; it's really interesting and was the highlight of our visit. Fun things to do, including putting a 9ers uniform.
