We visited the stadium with our group of 55 people from Virginia Beach and had the opportunity to have Linda as our guide. Though we were disappointed we were not able to go into the locker rooms as scheduled ( late arriving to the stadium) the tour was awesome and having Linda and her energy guide us made it that much more special. Highly recommend her if you go.

Art once said "The biggest thrill wasn't in winning on Sunday but in meeting the payroll on Monday." I'm sure Art would be proud today of employees like Linda that bring that kind of energy to work everyday to make payroll on Mondays!

My friends and I booked the Ultimate Tour on a Thursday. Chrisann was our tour guide and she was EXCELLENT! The tour included The Champion Club with outstanding views of the field, Steelers and Panthers locker rooms, sideline walk, and more!! Plenty of time for pictures and walk around at the destinations. If you are a true Steelers fan, please experience this tour, and that goes for ANY NFL fan!!!!

By Caitlyn P |

This was a super cool tour, but the lady who did it was pretty rude although I don't know she meant to come across that way. The tour was very rushed and when you have a large group you don't have time to take photos

By Ron B |

So much history with many photos and items to look at. Off season allowed plenty of time without being rushed. Docents were very helpful.

By tscheblo |

Our first visit. Our tour guide started exactly on time. A couple missed the first minutes of the tour since they were late. Great to hear the history and see the stadium up close. Nice to see the Champions Club since I will never get to experience that again. Enjoyed seeing the locker rooms. The tour ended in the gift shop so you have plenty of time to shop.

The staff at the hall of honor museum were absolutely amazing! Full of history and stories, extremely engaging and personable. They made a good experience into an extraordinary experience. What an awesome experience.

By Dennis D |

The Dynasty tour at Acrisure stadium, don't miss it if your in Pittsburgh. NFL fans of all teams will enjoy. Get a view of places that will be off limits for most of us on game day. Knowledgeable & friendly guides (even to a Chief's fan). So much history, really hard to take it all in. Took lots of photo's to cherish for years to come.

By Rachelle D |

Crystal was an amazing tour guide! Very informative, great energy & genuinely had a great time! Thank you very much for an amazing experience crystal! ❤️

By deckererika08 |

hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had!! Tour guide was wonderful, and the whole tour from start to finish was worth the money spent. And it was not that expensive. Highly recommend this tour

By owengleach |

Inside an NFL stadium gives great context to watching football on TV. Our tour guide, Cheryl, was fantastic, speaking loudly enough, interspersing facts with her personal stories of players and the team owner. Infectious enthusiasm for the "Stlers" and the City of Pittsburgh. It was a delightful 45 minutes (even though the tour was supposed to be only 30 minutes). $10 price a bargain, offset, however, by exorbitant prices in the "pro shop". Seriously, $100 for a player jersey in kid size. Have to say we paid it, but so unreasonable for a glorified tshirt.

The entire experience was fantastic! We were in town to visit family and had a little time in Pittsburgh before our flight; being Steelers fans we decided that the tour would be a great thing to check out and it didn’t disappoint. We loved our tour guide, (thank you!!) we learned some new things about the stadium and the team, got to checkout the locker rooms, and even walk thru the home tunnel out to see the field! Great experience for any Steelers fan!

An Awesome experience for ALL
Pittsburgh Steeler Fans. A must for all die hard true NFL fans who will apreciate football history.

By Diane D |

Great experience. Did the hall of honor museum and blitz tour. The museum was fantastic! So great to see the franchise through the years and how it all began. The staff was also phenomenal!!

By dadesmond |

This was a really fun tour with my family and the guide is a fan so they love questions. There are stairs so be prepared. I would go again.

The Acrisure stadium tour and a trip to the Museum was Almost Heaven for Steelers fans from Kentucky. Highly recommend the tours with a trip to the Museum.

By Nicole S |

must do in pitt! Such a fun atmosphere and the workers just make it better.
Karen made a not so lovely day out still a super fun tour and I wouldve stood in the snow with her for much longer!

By Brenda G |

Most amazing tour. It was an incredible experience! I would go back again. The history was so well laid out. Just a beautiful tribute to a Legendary team.

VIP game day tour isn’t worth the cost! For a one o’clock game it is supposed to be from 10-11:30am ending with sideline pass. Starts with a 15 minute video then walk through the hall of honor. Afterwards a quick walk through the great hall to the field. We got on the field at about 10:40am and five minutes before eleven we were told we have ten minutes left. They players start getting on the field for warmups in regular clothes at 11am. At 11:05 we were taken off the field. There was nothing to see at this point. If we would have been permitted to stay until the advertised 11:30 I would have been satisfied enough I guess for $500 for two. Very thankful I didn’t pay for it for the other two that couldn’t make the game. Tour staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The highlights tour at Acrisure stadium is great. Knowledgeable guides and for $10 bucks you can take as many pictures as you like on the field and the locker rooms. Excellent experience and a must do if you are a sports fan visiting Pittsburgh

By JoJoK |

Fabulous morning tour!
There is so much to learn about the stadium and its home teams.
Go Steelers!!
Carter was a great tour guide, very informative and also a wealth of knowledge regarding Pittsburgh city.

By Explore10966863441 |

It was like a monument moment of me finally going to formally known as Hinesfield. I flew out from LA for the first time to make it to Pittsburgh. The one stop I had to make was to the stadium to see my all-time favorite team the Steelers, the two was great. I recommended to any diehard Steeler fan to experience it. I took the dynasty tour, which gives you more exclusive experience to go through the tunnel where the players go through. And your head onto the field also go to the press box office and to the Hall of Fame. It was absolutely great.

By Terri N |

Carter was a wondful tour guide. He kept it interesting and made us laugh. He was knowledgeable and would recommend this tour to anyone.

By Adam G |

Great stadium and the fans are awesomeif your in town this is a must see. The view of the skyline and the point is amazing

By MARIA1966_10 |

Great experience and a way to see the Steelers Organization from behind the scenes!! Very personable and knowledgeable tour guide! I highly recommend! There we go Steelers…Here we go!!

By joel cook |

Truly one of Americas best ballparks. Win or lose the home town crowd is fun and there is not a bad seat in the house.

By GregRas |

The pro shop is nice and the exhibits on the main concourse are cool. I would recommend to get there as soon as the gates open if you want to see everything. The food/drink lines were ridiculously long. Also, the ketchup container was empty…this is Heinz Field, are you kidding me!?! Even 500 level seats have a good view of the field.

By Rebecca T |

In from out of town (Detroit) and last minute found this tour. This tour was fun! Our guide, Linda, was amazing! She touched on franchise facts, history and build design info and was super interactive with our group. The tour itself was very family friendly and a must for any football fan! Loved going into the locker rooms (Steelers & Panthers), and walking through the players tunnel out to the field. 10/10 recommend!

By Sarah G |

The Blitz Tour was so much fun and the staff was so knowledgeable. I had so much fun learning about the team and seeing the field. Our tour guide Bob was AMAZING!!

By From CLE To You |

This was my first trip to Heinz Field as a Steelers fan! Our seats were in section 516 and it had an excellent view of the field. The steps up to our row were very steep though so anyone with 500’s tickets should be prepared for that.

Stadium is card only payment, no cash (not a complaint, just a heads up!).

I really enjoyed the Hall of Fame & how everything is decorated.

Everything was beautiful, modern and clean and with the yellow seats you know you’re in Steeler Nation! Bring your Terrible Towel and have the best time. Thank you Pittsburgh!!! 🖤💛🖤💛🖤

By bschaffer30 |

Great tour for the cost. We did the ultimate tour, and if our tour guide Carter isn’t on an NFL contract money wise it’s a shame. I would recommend this to anyone who has the hour and a half to do the tour and try your best to get him as your guide. Great history lesson in the stadium and just a fun time overall!

By Deb G |

Linda was our tour guide. She was personable and funny, very knowledgeable. It was a quick tour, wish it included a little more but would recommend.

By Kelli N |

My family had a great tour of the stadium! Linda got us checked in and was so welcoming and kind. Our tour guide was a local guy who had a lot of knowledge of the stadium, the team, and surrounding area. We learned a lot and soaked in sweet memories on the field and in the locker room!

By Voyager05168524887 |

Crystal was amazing!! Learned everything about the team, stadium, and surrounding area, would definitely recommend it!

By Explorer2002 |

Great tour of the stadium with trivia thrown in along the way. Linda is an exceptional tour guide sharing history of the team and stadium. Highly recommend.

By JustMe |

This tour was absolutely fantastic! Our guide, Linda, was full of energy and loads of information. I highly recommend this tour and hopefully you're lucky enough to have Linda as your guide.

By Listen2U |

Interesting tour. This was a nice family activity for $10! You can bring in small bags such as wrist wallets.

By Jasmine N |

Took a tour to the Hall of Fame Museum and it was a 10/10. Been to Pittsburgh several times and can’t believe I’m just checking it out. It was everything i could’ve asked for. It’s a must checkout. I didn’t want to leave. I loved it and will do it every time i visit ! Go Steelers

By lilbjtbh |

I went to watch my broncos play here tbh and I've been to a lot of stadiums but this one is a good one. I gave it 4 stars cause denver lost and cause the food wasn't the best but they did have good milkshakes there. But fun environment to watch a game. Place got loud, fans were fun abd they played exciting music. I'd go back.

By laur628 |

Being Steeler fans and being from NY, this was our first time at Heinz. The city, Heinz Field and fans were amazing. We sat in 536 up higher around the 40 yard line, second row. Great view. Honestly, I dont think there is a bad seat there. Food was priced as one would expect at a venue like this. Pricey but not outrageous. Lots of bathrooms. The fan energy during the game was impressive. Just a wonderful experience.

We got there when gates opened and had no wait. Line moved quickly.

We used Uber, and while drop off was easy, pick up wasnt. Streets get shut down and gridlocked and it seemed they only allowed vehicles out and not in. We were made aware of this ahead of time by another Uber driver, so after the end of the game we walked across the bridge to Liberty Ave downtown and escaped all the traffic. Uber pick up was easy there, with quick access to 376.

By Bobby Shaw |

Linda was an awesome tour guide! She was very engaging and friendly, told us lots of inside info, and took us into the Pitt and Steeler locker rooms and "dahn" on the field! She spent extra time with our small group and really made it feel special. It was great hearing about the club seating and how Acrisure has made a real investment to improve the fan and employee experience. Linda is definitely also a Pittsburgh sports fan, and she gave us very helpful info about using the T to get to the Pens game that evening. Could not have been a better experience!

By Timothy C |

This was an amazing Tour! From Crystal to Carter, this really was worth the $10 and more. I wish there was an option for tips because these two individuals made our experience.

By Cathy A |

Had a great time on the tour. Our tour guide provided lots of great information and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and look around.

By ArtemVernik |

Excellent tour. Our tour guide was Isiah who was very knowledgeable and funny. It was so amazing to see the stadium, the locker rooms and hear more about the stadium. It was surreal to be on the field level (can't walk on the grass). We loved it the tour. We don't watch football but it we enjoyed our time visiting.

By Delaney D |

The field access was the highlight of the trip! Also very fun to see the locker room and get pictures in front of your favorite players name! Worth the $10 for the 45 minutes or behind the scenes. If you want to see the Pitt locker room and the second floor, take the $25 tour. I guide was great and answered everyone’s questions well

By Alyse F |

The tour was overall good. My only issue was the cases that held all the historical items. Were covered in dust and bugs. It was sad to see.

By Dwayne P |

The tour was well worth it & our guide was very informative! Thanks for a great experience! I highly recommend it! Go Steelers!

By Carmen P |

Very informative tour! Linda is amazing! Cristal very helpful! We all loved it! They made our vacation a great experience!

By Anne C |

If you have a chance to do this tour with Linda, don’t miss it! Besides being just absolutely lovely, she is a wealth of information and clearly enjoys every part of sharing her wealth of knowledge.

By Angela T |

Amazing tour! I've been a Steelers fan forever so to see the history of the team meant a lot. Have to say, walking through the players tunnel onto the field was so cool.
I don't remember all of our tour guides but Reggie, Holden, and Craig were cool and knowledgeable.

By Ty B |

This tour was great. Getting into the locker room and to experience being on the field was awesome. The best surprise was running into my new friend Linda! She is the best! That lady is the sweetest and I hope some day to run into her again.

By Kathleen T |

Linda was a wealth of knowledge and an animated tour guide. The tour was worth the time and is available year round. Learned about the free truck give away on last home game

By Rocket1 |

The tour was ok. We got down on the field and the locker room.
But, the tour could have been better. Our older tour guide seemed to be anxious to go home. The tour started at 2:05 pm and it was to last 45 minutes. At 2:30 pm I was reading the Steeler information that was on display in the large open area. From the doorway of the gift shop the tour guide was yelling for me to wrap it up and get into the gift shop with everyone else. So the tour was actually 25 minutes with an emphasis on getting everyone into the gift shop to buy something.

By Bobby B |

Chrisann did such a nice job. Our family really enjoyed the tour. We got to see a variety of things from the field, to the clubs, and the locker rooms.

By Ranndy H |

Very interesting and very enjoyable.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable and even a little humorous at times.

By Jada S |

Good tour lots of stuff to see! We had Krystal as a guide and she was very knowledgeable and personable! Hope to come back for game!

By Nicksix Y |

The guy who did my tour gave small info and then just talked about himself the rest of the time and gave little info about other things here

By A G |

When I arrived the tour guide cussed at me because I was wearing a shirt of a different NFL team - not even a rival of the Steelers. Throughout the tour he continued to antagonize me and a few other people who are fans of other teams. It's ok if it's fun banter once or twice, but this was malicious and persistent throughout the entire tour.

Outside of the tour guide it was fine, you get to see a lot of cool stuff on the tour. But the staff made it a negative experience.

By Erik A |

I am not a Steeler fan but my son is and I went for him. It was Awesome! The guide Chris Ann was very knowledgeable and friendly. She did a great job with many cool stories along the way. This is a must see venue!

By Dave T |

My son & I attended the Acrisure Steelers Stadium. The tour lasted one & a half hours. The stadium tour staff were very friendly & knowledgeable about the Steelers plus you could tell they loved their jobs & were eager to share their support for the Steelers with the people attending the tour. Good value & highly recommended for people visiting Pittsburgh or newcomers to the area like us.

By Alex Beene |

This was my first time at Heinz Field, and I honestly was not expecting much. I'm not a big Steelers fan and had no prior experience with the venue, so I assumed it would be your standard, by-the-books stadium. Was I wrong! This is in an absolutely beautiful area of the city with some great views both when arriving to it and once inside. Food options are pricey, but decent. This should be obvious advice, but Pittsburgh does get super-cold in the winter and the openness of this stadium does the warmth no favors. Be prepared to dress accordingly. I'm not a regular as I don't live in Pittsburgh, but I will say that if given the opportunity, I will be back!

By Culture558297 |

Nathan was a great guide and all-around good guy! Such a cool experience to go on the field and in the locker room!! Highly recommend!!

By Amanda K |

The Hall of Honor tour was very interesting for this lifelong Steelers fan. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Bonus was receiving a discount at the Pro Shop at the end of the tour. Highly recommend!

By Mike F |

Had a great time!! Both Stadium and hall of honor museum tours are a must for all Steelers fans. After the opening movie to start off the tour YOUR READY TO RUN INTO A WALL FOR THIS TEAM OMG AWESOME

By Demi |

The tour was amazing, well worth the money if you are a Steelers fan! I took my partner for his 40th birthday, (we travelled from the UK) to watch a live game and also do all of the tours at Acrizure and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The tour guides / all staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the Steelers and even had some personal stories to share. It was very insightful and would recommend to anyone who visited! Thank you very much

By Crash the net H |

This place is absolutely amazing!!! A must see for any Steeler fan or any NFL fan in general. The staff we're full of knowledge and very enthusiastic about the museum. They had their own stories to tell.

By Jill F |

We took a road trip which started with the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Since Canton is only 2 hours from Pittsburgh and since my husband is a huge football fan, he wanted to see Heinz field. This place is the least friendliest place ever. We have been to Lambeau off-season and much more accommodating. All we could see was the pricey gift shop. There were no tours when we were there and weren't going to be the next day either. We could not see the hall of fame there or whatever it is called or see the field, or walk through the atrium, nothing, nada. No one would help us. We came from Arkansas. Happy to be a Packers fan. This did really disappoint my husband. Turn the fans away, good move. The best view we got of Heinz field was by taking the Duesquene Incline. Now that is a nice thing to do in Pittsburgh.

By Relax634713 |

An awesome day out. Lots of fun to see behind the scenes. Highly recommend the ultimate tour and also the hall of honor museum

By 無名 |

... was postponed until Sunday. Saw some people walking around the area in Steeler swag, but for the most part everything around here looked pretty deserted. I just walked around the whole stadium. I guess the highlights of the place on the outside are the two statues. There's the panther which comes from some university, and I guess the seated guy would be Heinz since the stadium is named that. All this from ketchuy. I don't know, not really much else to say about an empty stadium except that I'm glad I got some exercise today while walking around it. Quite a few monuments and memorials close by along the river to take a look at too.

By Angie789 |

We did the 45 minute tour. The guide was very informative and got to see a lot of the stadium. There are longer tours if you want to see everything.

By Terry G |

This was an excellent welcome to Steeler nation. Having loved the Steelers being a kid of the 70s, and never having had made it to Pittsburgh, to see the home of the Steelers was a blessing. This was everything I could’ve hopeful. I am at peace.

By geolaurick |

The fact that this puts you on the visitor sideline as far as you can get from the Steelers is a joke, almost like they made this for away fans, this has to change. Don’t waste your money.

By Ginamarie M |

Pam, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and created a great experience for us. Got to see the locker room, walked around the field and through the tunnel.

By Kristine S |

We had a phenomenal tour guide. It was great experience for the price. Lots of history, and it was great to be on the field and in the locker room. We loved it!

By Carlos A |

Carter explain very well the history of the Steelers. like it so much, but i would like to have to opportunity to touch the field.

By Caroline S |

My family had a lovely tour! Our guide, Linda, was informative and entertaining. Getting to walk right up to Heinz field was the highlight!

By Ana G |

If you're visiting from outside the U.S., especially women with handbags—be aware. In Europe, for example, we don’t use the inch system, so in the first place, we have no idea about bag dimensions.

My experience:
We arrived at the entrance to the tour 20mins before (it costed around $90 for 2), and the staff guy at the door told me my handbag was too big, but that I could use the lockers nearby, which operated through an app. We went to the lockers, but when we tried downloading the app, both our phones said it wasn’t available in our country of origin. We returned to the door, and the same guy admitted the lockers often malfunction. We asked what we could do, and he said, “it’s up to you” We explained we had walked from our hotel 35 minutes away, so going back wasn’t viable. He basically told us to do what we want—but we couldn’t enter with the bag.

I asked if they could hold it for us anywhere. He said no. He mentioned that in similar cases, some people choose to leave their bags nearby at their own risk. I reminded him the ticket was expensive and that we weren't willing to lose it—and asked what solution he could offer. None. His answer: “It’s completely up to you".

I decided to go to the Steelers store to buy a bag that matched the size requirements (the cheapest was $38). I left my empty bag in one of the nearby lockers, unlocked, assuming it would get stolen and wouldn’t be there when we returned. To my surprise, when I came back, a kind woman had closed the locker for us to prevent theft and reopened it so I could retrieve my bag. When we told her what had happened, she confirmed the app doesn’t work outside the USA.

Conclusion:
If you want international tourism, you need to think of international guests and offer appropriate solutions to make the overall experience positive— not just say “do whatever you want, but you’re not coming in” after we’ve spent a significant amount on your city.

By Kelly O |

Wow! What a great experience for my second graders! Our tour guide Crystal was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend doing the stadium tour with your class! My students loved going into both the Pitt and Steeler locker rooms! They even got to run in the Steelers tunnel to the field!!

By KENNETH K |

This was an amazing tour; I learned a lot I did not know about the Steelers. The people that were running the event really went out of their why to help and make sure we got to see and do everything. The motion picture at the start really sets up the tour. The interaction face painting and the announcement booth was really fun. Thanks again for a great time.

By Jimmy A |

Booked the Blitz Tour last minute. Eric was our guide and did an amazing job. This is a 30 minute tour, but Eric stacked it with so much history and information. He was also super patient and made sure everyone got the pictures they wanted, including playing photographer when he could. The tour ran long because of this, but we never felt rushed. 10/10 Tour - 12/10 Tour Guide

By Cynthia |

Perfect activity for Steelers fans, but also football fans in general. We visit the team locker rooms as well as that of the university team (freshly renovated) and we even go to the edge of the field. The whole family loved it!

By donaldcC2605WM |

This tour of the Steeler's stadium, their locker room and the Pitt locker room was tremendous. Our guide, Erik, made the tour even better with his knowledge of the history. We followed this tour with the "Hall of Honors" tour and made it a very special visit.

By tbucha3773 |

This is the ultimate experience for any Steelers or Panthers fan. I felt like I was on the team, as we got to go into the locker rooms, through the tunnel, and down to the field! Plus, the tour guy Linda was phenomenal. She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the Steelers, Panthers, and Pittsburgh itself. I was by myself, so she was kind enough to take so many wonderful photos of me. And you can't beat the value! I would highly recommend the tour of Acrisure Stadium.

By Meret |

We were so lucky to see Ben Rothlisberger‘s last game at Heinz Field. The atmosphere was unique! The event historic. Make sure you go see the Steelers play if you‘re in Pittsburgh during the season!
Food and drinks are nothing to get excited about. Try the Pierogi if you want to go for some special local food.
At the front side of the stadium there is an enormous merch shop with friendly and helpful staff.
In winter, make sure to dress as warm as possible and bring a blanket! When we arrived, there was actual ice on our seats!

By Fearless38535640331 |

The Steelers Hall of honor was everything a Steelers fan would want to see. Loved every part of it. Will definitely be taking family there sometime!

By Jason M |

Crystal and Carter were amazing! The most fun on a stadium tour I have ever had. 10/10 experience. Definitely a must see in Pittsburgh.

By Luke Gill |

I watched the Steelers win the game against the Browns 28-14 and it was an incredible game experience! But personally I'm still calling this place Heinz Field.

By jodia447 |

Wonderful place. Good food and best bartenders here. Awesome bloody Mary’s. Fun experience with my adult kids.

By Doug |

Although it was amazing to walk the sidelines during warmups, we are Steelers fans. As the teams we’re talking the field we were near the visitor’s end of the field. Nowhere near our Steelers. It would have made all the difference to have been at the Steelers end zone. We’d also liked to have had a chance to view the memorabilia in the display case inside the club house rather than be shuttled through the foyer like cattle.

By happymomx3 |

Beautiful, clean stadium. Bathrooms and common areas were well maintained. Security was efficient. Food service was decent for stadium food. We had amazing seats 4 rows from the field in section 114. I would definitely buy those tickets again! The stadium is very convenient by car or light rail (the T).

By Deborah W |

Really interesting tour! Got to see behind the scenes. Our guide Ethan was very knowledgeable and friendly, and did an awesome job!

By JayBee |

Tour was good, guide was knowledgeable. $10pp was worth it; got to see the field and locker rooms. Make sure to bring a CLEAR bag! Not knowing, we showed up with our bags/purses and were told by security that we couldn't go in (even with pre-purchased tickets) because our bags weren't clear. They will not hold bags at the gate, and there is NO locker storage, etc. One security guard finally agreed to bring us clear bags for our items, but we had to stash our bags/purses in the bushes near the gate until we came out. When we went through the gate, they didn't even check inside the clear bags. One lady carried in a large non-clear bag from a purchase at the attached Steelers shop & they didn't even look inside (eye roll)! Maybe they could spend some of the $10 mil per year from Acrisure on a few lockers for their paying tour guests!

By Doug B |

When we did the tour we had one tour guide it was very hard to hear them. The tour guide didn't go through any of the team history at the stadium. We weren't allowed on the field because it was being replaced and we weren't allowed to tour the press box. The tour guide talked a lot about the ticket pricing and amenities, but as a hardcore Steelers fan I could careless about the cost of a game ticket.

By A. M. V. |

We were at Heinz Field to watch the Boston College, Eagles take on the University of Pittsburgh, Panthers. We sat with the BC Family section near the Heinz Ketchup Score board area. We were warmly welcomed, helpful staff to find the correct way to our seats, and great customer service person working in and near our area. When we had a question they helped as well as finding different places to find drinks, food, and the closest restroom. Some of us in our family (including me) have never been to Heinz field for a game, thanks for making a great experience and game as well.
Looking forward to heading back there to catch a Steelers game. Thanks again

By otcarla28 |

We did the $10 30-minute tour, but it was actually an hour which was fine! We enjoyed our tour guide, Beverly - she was quite knowledgeable, and was great at interacting with the various families on the tour. We didn't get to walk on the field bc they were tearing down the stuff from a concert but that wasn't a big deal. We are from NW Indiana, and not Steelers fans, but was still enjoyable!

By Dan B |

I sat in section 230 and Linda was great. She didn't allow anyone to walk down the stairs while a play was going on during the Steelers vs Jets game. She was so friendly and answered all my questions I had about the stadium.

By Drumman |

The stadium tour was great! Many thanks to our tourist guide. The experience was mind blowing and being up close and personal with certain sceneries was awesome! My family of 4 enjoyed every minute of it. I will say the facility takes pride in making it the best for their fans and colleagues. The preventative maintenance workers/workers were all over the stadium getting it done. The locker room, field, and tunnel were the highlights for us! If you’re apart of Steeler nation, you have to experience this at least once. You want be disappointed!

By peggyherb |

We went on the the Ultimate Tour and visited the Hall of Honor on a beautiful March afternoon. Being inside the Champion Club, seeing the Steeler and Pitt lockers rooms and being down on the field were the highlights for me. The Hall of Honor was certainly impressive but I'm not into standing and reading for a long time so I did more of a walk through looking at the old uniforms, shoes, helmets etc. There were interactive things to do and the employees were very eager to help and chat.

If you have trouble walking, the Ultimate tour is walking and standing for 1.5 hours and one set of stairs.

By SMS |

This is a must do tour!! As a life long Steelers fan, this tour was so much fun to do with my family! Love Acrisure Stadium!! Our tour guides were so friendly and shared interesting facts and information. Thank you Steelers and Pittsburgh!!!

By Mark V |

The first home game of the 2021-2022 season was a joke. Ticketing apps that don't work because the Rooneys wanted to saved a little bit on printing paper tickets. Then they have the zombie pgh media tell the fans it was there fault. I have been a season ticket holder for years now. Not once did I see them encourage fans to download the their tickets ahead of time.

Vastly understaffed. The staff that did work were all viciously rude. I waited 30 minutes for a couple of beers. When I got to the front of the line, they said they ran out of beer.

The entire Steeler organization should be embarrassed with their performance on 9-19-21. I can't believe they suckered me into writing a check of that size for such awful accommodations.

Don't waste your money on tickets. They will put up a good team but Heinz field is so trashy. Just stay home if you're a fan of mediocre football.

Tour guide needs microphone and speaker, very hard to hear. Took us by two areas twice, unnecessary lengthy walk. Walked away from the few of us in the group that could not walk fast enough. He was very knowledgeable, based on the small amount off the tour where he could be heard

By Catherine R |

We took our three grandchildren, and I have to tell you from the moment we walked into the door/security it was so welcoming. What a great experience for a minimal amount of money. The venue is from start to finish a Hall of Fame Experience!
We all very much enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend it.
We then we out to the Gold Lot and did the "Pittsburgh Tailgate" then went to the game. What a Great Day Start to Finish.
Thank You To All that were so nice from start to finish at the Acrisure Stadium Tour!

This tour was fantastic! Well worth the price. Since my son & I were the only ones, we could take our time in each area. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the Steelers. This is a must for any Steeler fan; and I would definitely do it again!

By Adriana S |

We had such an amazing time in our Stadium Tour. Eric was our tour guide he was very friendly, knowledgable and funny. He greeted us with a smile and was very interactive with everyone. If you are in Pittsburgh it is a must see! We even went inside the Steelers' lockeroom! How awesome is that!!

By Mr_Extreme |

We did a tour on a Saturday before a Steelers game. It was awesome - we got to go down on the field, into the press box, and the Steelers Hall of Honor. Great staff, super helpful!

By Sheba C |

We recently did this tour and it was such a great experience! To make it even better, we had the BEST tour guide ever. Linda was so knowledgeable, sharing insightful tips along the tour. You will not regret doing this tour.

By tweber88 |

Went to Steelers game even though I'm not a fan (at least not a Steelers fan). Atomsphere for a game was excellent and the fans were really pleasant. Enjoyed being right on the river which was really nice.

By Sue B |

The Hall of Honor Tour did not disappoint. In fact, lifelong Steelers Fans here and we learned so much from our fantastic tour guide “Jack”. This exhibit/tour was educational and entertaining.

Where to start, where to start…
Oh yeah, let’s start with the basics. It’s a beautiful football stadium, a jewel in the city of Pittsburgh. Bright yellow gold seats let you know whose “house” this is.
Great views of the field from any vantage point. The seats are tight and cramped in the upper tiers (“nosebleeds”) so bring a seat cushion if your butt aches easily. You may get whacked with whirling, waving yellow towels, get one and wave it. (Pretty inexpensive on the strip.)
The hall of fame is beautiful.
The best food options are on the lower two levels.
The warmest spot is on the 147 concourse area if your cold.
It may seem like everyone is drunk…that may be true, bodies lurch and sway from start to finish. Be on guard to catch falling drunks in the nosebleeds. We did.
Minor arguments, but nothing on Dodger level fights.
SAFETY. There are no physical safety measures in place. Your security team doesn’t carry radios, they’re no where to be found in the “nosebleeds.”
Watch the steps in the park. Note if there is one painted yellow in your section. It’s a shorter one than the others. Watched a few snacks go flying.
They will attempt to funnel you into the stairways when everyone leaves en masse at games end. Don’t be suckered into that. Use the concourse. If there’s a fight or emergency there’s no escape. People are packed like cattle and no security available. You are trapped in a mosh pit.
We were milling down and some drunk started a fight. Threatened to kill a man’s mother, wife and daughter. We had to circle around the target guy to protect him.
Be prepared to throw hands.
Security is useless there, they only caught a streaker because he tripped.

The Steelers Hall of Honor is fascinating, informative, interactive and way beyond expectations. It begins with a high energy movie about the Steelers that sets the tone for the tour. The exhibits and displays on the tour convey so much of the rich Steelers history. There are interactive features along the way. One can't miss feature is the ability to record a broadcast of an iconic play. The Hall of Honor is well worth the price of admission.
When we toured there were only 6 of us in our group. The docents (tour guides) are exceptional and they personalized our experience by sharing facts and stories that made players, especially those from the early years, come to life. They also shared stories about the Rooneys and some of their favorite players who have visited. I want to single out one of the docents, Reggie, for sharing those stories, guiding us and making it a truly memorable experience.

Good tour of the stadium at a reasonable price. Tour guide, Carter, was knowledgeable and funny! Got to see the Steelers locker room, but not the Panthers locker room, like the last time I toured a few months ago.

By Jamie G |

Did the ultimate tour, ABSOLUTELY worth it! Our guide (Krisanne) not sure if I spelled it right was amazing. In depth tour of all the places you’d want to see at an amazingly low price

By Vanessa S |

2 Steelers fans visiting from the Midwest could not have been happier or more impressed!!! We came in February (off season) and it was PERFECT!!! Linda was a wealth of knowledge, warmth and laughs! Such a great time, saw A LOT and had a wonderful experience!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

By Angela E |

Our tour guide, Carter, was so much fun and very informative. You can tell he bleeds black and gold! The Blitz tour still covered a lot of good Steelers stuff.

By Sandy T |

This was my first time in Pittsburgh and I had to go see the stadium. The stadium tour was fabulous. I took 150 pictures. I felt like a kid in a candy store. When the tour guide told us that we got to go in locker room and down to the field I grinned ear to ear. I will never forget this experience and the next time in Pittsburgh I’ll be at a game .

By changrcc |

I'm a long suffering Miami Dolphins fan and a friend of mine is a Steelers fan, so when both were matched up for MNF, we made plans to attend. First visit for me and I was sporting my Dolphins #13 Marino jersey ... but all the black and yellow fans remained friendly. Of course I mentioned that Dan is a "local kid" and no doubt everyone knew that fact!

Fantastic access to food and beverage vendors. Really efficient handling of long lines.

Great access into the Stadium; however, a bit troubling exit and search for an Uber pickup. Make sure you have your plans well in hand for your exit and ride out, otherwise it will be a very cold night!

By Christina B |

My brother, sister in law, husband and I had the awesome opportunity to attend the stadium tour and the museum tour. It was a great experience!!!! The price is right and the tour guides are absolutely wonderful!!! You can tell they love their job!!! If you are a Steeler fan, you won't want to miss this!!!!

My adult daughter and I (die-hard Steelers fans) were very excited to be able to be on the sidelines for player warm-ups, getting up close to our favourite players going through their paces in preparation for the Thursday Night Football game. When we got on the field there were only a couple of players on the field. Over the next 10-15 minutes, a few more players came onto the field to warm-up (maybe 10-15 in total). See the attached photos for the lack of players (first 3 of the 4 attached photos). It was just starting to get exciting for us when we were informed that our time was up and had to leave. As were were were furiously trying to get a few last second photos, we were told to stop and get moving. We begrudgingly left the field and noticed another group of fans taking our place on the field. This group remained there for the "meat" of the warm-ups (see 4th photo attached), basically experiencing what I thought we were going to experience. They site advertises that the tour is 1-2 hrs long. I was expecting that for $250/person, that most of this time would be spent on the field during the warm-ups. Note, that there is $10/person stadium tour available on non-game days, which includes 10-15 minutes on the empty field. It was my belief that the extra $240/person was for the opportunity to watch a significant amount of the warm-ups and see a lot of players up close, not just a very short glimpse. Basically, we paid $240/person to see 5-10 players for less than 15 minutes out of an hour + long warm-up. The tour description should be more clear so that fans know what they're getting for their money. Some may still choose to do the tour knowing what they're getting. I would not have done so!

Out Tour Guida Linda was amazing, friendly and gave us so much information. She was just a wonderful lady. Our Grandkids enjoyed the tour. Best tour ever and we'll worth the time and money. Thanks Linda

By Melissa B |

Linda was our terrific tour guide. As a fan, this was a really nice tour of the Steelers stadium including the field, locker rooms, and Great Hall. Linda was fun and as excited about the tour as we were. She was patient with our many pictures and answered every question easily including helping us with transportation options for the downtown area. I highly recommend Linda and this tour!

By DJ M |

Ultimate tour was great and a really good value. Been to other stadiums that charge double or triple for a similar tour. Holden was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the Stadium and Pittsburgh in general

By Devin D |

We had the best time on the partial tour! Ron was our guide and was patient with our children, answered questions, was very informative, and made this experience so much fun. My kids loved the lanyards given out. This tour puts into perspective just how nice and massive this stadium is. The staff were very nice and professional. Definitely a must do if visiting Pittsburgh!

By Aspen L |

Linda was a rock star! She knew so much & brought such a fun energy for everyone! Highly recommend!
We got to walk along the field & see the inside workings of the stadium.

By jim P |

This was my second time doing the tour and because of the guide it was not nearly as good as the first. It’s great to go behind the scenes and see the dressing rooms club seats and a “quick” visit to the field. But this guide seemed more interested in hurrying everyone along and following all the “rules” than making any connections or talking to the group. Visit to the field was so short, hardly any time for pictures. To top it all off she referred to Jack Ham and the Steelers “iron” curtain defence…this made me and every other Steelers fan cringe

By rick n |

As a Bengals fan…..it was was difficult to set foot in this stadium:) my son, a rebel…. is a steeler fan. We have been to a couple games but never did the tour.
Super impressive stadium and a great tour overall! Our tour guide Linda was absolutely fantastic!!! She went above and beyond! Her knowledge and passion shined throughout her tour! Give this lady a raise, she is one of a kind awesome! Stadium A-, Tour guide Linda A+++, Team……..booooo boo! Lol Overall A+

By Jacob F |

Had an amazing time and had the absolute funniest and best tour guid. Pam was her name she has been working at the stadium for 10 years and hasn’t met any players I think that’s crazy but she is amazing and made my tour 10 times better @acrisurestadium

By Sightseer55728077771 |

It was ok . I’d say out of the other stadium tours this was the least entertaining. We didn’t go in the locker rooms but that’s because it was before game day so fine but not even in the conference rooms or any thing like other stadiums do. It was mostly all outside stuff you can see when you go to the game

By TBGator |

We had a great tour! For $10/person, it's a "steel". Linda greeted us with souvenir tour badges and was welcoming, engaging and friendly from the start. Bob, was our tour guide and spent 45 minutes taking us to all the places you most want to see. He also spent an extra 10 or so minutes with us (after ensuring those going on the museum tour got where they needed), just to show us a few other things. We really appreciated our time visiting!

By Ellen M |

Extremely disappointing tour. You don't get to see very much that you can't see yourself on game day - just the field and locker room. A lot of other stadiums bring you to places like the press box, suites, or even the coach boxes, so this felt very lacking.

Also, the tour guide makes a lot of difference in the quality and ours was bad, bad, bad. Had very little information to share. I didn't learn really anything about the history of the team or stadium. Others may have a difference experience with a different tour guide though.

By Kara D |

We really enjoyed the 4th of July stadium tour and a place to view the fireworks away from the crowds. We were down on the field, in the locker rooms of the Steelers and Panthers, and sat in the 100 level seats. My only suggestion would be to also take the group up to the higher sections for a view of the city!

By Shelby L |

Was extremely disappointed! Traveled from Kansas to see the stadium and learn more about the Steelers. Our tour guide just wanted to talk about Pittsburgh Panthers. Was very disappointed and by far worst Stadium Tour experience I have had.

By John D |

Took my youngest today for a tour, we were the only ones and really enjoyed everything offered....tour of Steeler and Pitt locker rooms, club level, tunnels and of course the field Not permitted on the grass but I can understand that. The girl meeting us at the gate, and the girl providing the tour were very friendly and happy to show us the stadium. We were told about a great museum upstairs but will save for another day as we were already going to visit next door at the Science Center. A great day is planning a trip to the Center and just walk next door to the stadium and do that tour and return to the Center.

By Donna W |

Brought my husband (from Cincinnati)to tour the Steelers Stadium for his birthday! Although he is from Cincinnati he has always been a die hard Steelers fan!! He had a fabulous time and was so glad he got to tour the stadium.

By Amy J |

Linda did an absolutely amazing tour of Acrisure Stadium for my husband, son and I. She made us feel like part of the Steelers family. She gave us so much history, background and up to date information on the day to day and game day routines and rituals. All the updates being done to make the fan’s experience even better! We would recommend this tour to all Steelers fans!

By Robeja |

Very good experience at a great price, having access to the dressing rooms and the field is extraordinary, as well as seeing the trophies

By Denver C |

It was an amazing experience. I’ve been a Steelers fan my whole life and at 44 it is my first time to Pittsburgh for a game. Steelers/Ravens game in November fighting for first in the division, I couldn’t ask for a better game to experience. Thank you!

By Ashlee Toon |

The tour of the stadium 🏟 was awesome! Shout out to Braxton for her hospitality! Me and my boyfriend had a great time! Much love Pittsburgh! I'll definitely be back!

By Sagan D |

Great your. Guide was very informative. Was cool to be able to see the locker rooms and walk down on the field

By Brenda J |

The Blitz Tour was exciting and our tour guide, Bob, made it extra special. It’s just the right amount of time. The pro shop has more items than you could ever imagine!

By craig1921 |

Really nice tour. Jerry was our tour guide. Did a nice job. Very informative and friendly.
If you like touring stadiums or live the Steelers this is a good one for you.

By Kimberly R |

As an overly experienced concert goer in her mid-50's, this was the best concert I have ever been to hands down. It was even better than a Bruce concert, which is saying a lot!! My expectations were not high given the band's age. My seats weren't the best...they usually are. I was blown away and Mick was better than ever. Hard to believe at his age...sorry, Mick. His voice, his appearance, his moves and his interactions with the fans with humility were top notch. The length of the performance was equally impressive. This was an unforgettable night and experience, despite the ok seats. Even if the Stones are not on your playlist, you MUST see this concert because you will never forget it!!!!! You will thank me;)

By Ashley G |

My husband is a huge Steelers fan. However, I am not a sports fan at all. We went here on a random Sunday to check out the museum. Definitely both enjoyed our time there. The staff was all so friendly and pleasant. The museum was very well organized and I learned a lot that I had not even thought about before. Highly recommend.

By yazdragonfly |

We surprised our son (huge Steelers fan) with a private tour while on vacation in Pittsburgh. So much wonderful information! Our guide (forgot her name, sorry) was bubbly, warm and helpful and a delight. We went just about everywhere you could go. The stadium is huge and there is time for pictures everywhere you go and it’s even encouraged. Wonderful tour! Sales staff in the fan shop, however, left a bit to be desired. They came across as surly & not wanting to be there. All in all, we still had a great time.

By Vito I |

Great tour very fun and intriguing. First time at this stadium to watch a football game and decided to take on a tour, glad I did

By Elaine G |

Well worth the visit. Parking beside entrance. Tour guide are kind, Well informed. They lived and know the history. A great family activity.

By Robert S |

If going, read the fine print! We pre-purchased the 90 min tour for two on line direct. We arrived and were checked in by the helpful greeter. When we went to security, the security guy stoped us and said NO, to my wife’s purse. Put it back in the car, in an authoritative voice. We walked from our hotel downtown I explained, well you can put your stuff in a clear bag and leave your purse outside he added. This was not a real option for her. Even though it was not a game day, the NFL clear bag policy applies. She was dismissed to the gift shop and recommended to use the tour discount inside.

There are several ways this could have gone better. For this time, only four of us on the tour.

In my opinion, they are more interested in placing blame on the customer than attempting to avoid issues like this. Some solutions are simple - but not implemented. It is also seemingly up to the employees to handle issues like this, instead of having a prescribed processes.

Surprisingly, this TripAdvisor forum is the preferred method to communicate with the tour operator, Acrisure Stadium, as placed on the tour card given to us. It would be great to have a different method to communicate with Acrisure than posting a review.

By Kat G |

A perfect way to wrap up our weekend in Pittsburgh! I went to a game back in 2009, but actually walking through the locker room and out onto the field this time was an amazing experience. Our tour guide struck the right balance—informative without overdoing it. We even got to see the brand-new grass as they were lining the field for an upcoming Pitt game. The views from both the field and the stands were absolutely incredible. Highly recommend for any football fan!

By rodney l |

Not so VIP Birthday gift for my son first time at a game figured lets go all out and do the tour as well in hopes to meet his favorite player and get jersey signed tour guide was late and on the phone most of the time gotten redirected a few times which was odd tour ended ten minutes early there was nothing premium with the areas visted concourse full of employees in the way of taking pictures of memorabilia on the field experience I drove 6hrs to see the steelers not detroit loins close up steelers had one player at the other end of the field warming up and we couldn't go down there was told only field pass and season tickets not worth $250 each plus game tickets just had hopes of making my sons first game experience great game was good tho

By Rita G |

I’ll start with the fact that I’m an Eagles fan…that said, the base stadium tour was very informative and enjoyable for 4 out of 5 of us (my one daughter is not a sports fan 🤣).

By martin s |

Seats were great-3rd row on the goal line. Stadium is obviously iconic. Good food choices. Really enjoyed watching the game

By Rob H |

Seeing the locker rooms was cool but that was pretty much it. Only 1/2 hours long tour. Strict clear bag policy which is ridiculous since next door at PNC park where we went to an actual GAME they didn’t even check our backpack.

By Amw0151 |

Great tour! Guide was super enthusiastic and clearly a Steeler lover. So much information and fun stories about experiences with the players. Got to see a lot of behind the scenes areas. Locker rooms, champions club and to be on the field.
The museum is amazing for the history. Same with the folks working there. Very knowledgeable and love their team and city.

By MARY F |

The tour was amazing even for a non-football fan. The tour guide - Carter was beyond knowledgeable but he was engaging. He interacted with my brother who is disabled and uses a wheelchair and communication device. He paid attention to his questions/comments and gave back like he treated everyone else. That is the best treatment anyone can ask for.

By Mrhabz |

Our tour guide was fun and engaging. She shared many great highlights and took pictures for us. Would definitely recommend..and we are Bills fans!

By Anthony |

Visited from out of town for a football game. Even as a fan of the opposing team, you have to respect the history and tradition of the franchise so we decided to check out the Hall of Honor. It was awesome. They did a great job of embracing and celebrating the team's history and connection to the city/community. The city itself is great. The fans are friendly and the experience was the best of the 4 stadiums I've been to in the past 3 years. If you have time and appreciate football, you should experience the Hall of Honor.

By KATHERINE T |

Our tour guide, Chrisann, was absolutely the best. Not only was she kind and welcoming, but she was full of knowledge. She kept everyone’s attention from young children to adults. She even offered to take pictures for families. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, even Pittsburgh locals. You can’t beat the price.
I don’t know if there’s a way to request Chrisann but I would say…. GO WITH HER!

By antvinmai |

Great game day atmosphere! love the energy great place to go to see a game. Season ticket holder always love going staff was great!!

By C A |

The Stadium Blitz Tour was well worth the $10 for the tour. It was great to see everything without the large crowds! Getting to go in to the locker rooms and getting to go down on the side lines was great. The tunnel walk was also very nice. The $10 price was very worth it, especially if you’re a Steelers fan!!!! I would do it again if in Pittsburgh.

By Nadia M |

Went with my Football fanatic son ( we are nor Steelers fan) and enjoyed the tour a lot. We enjoyed the history and learning all about this franchise.

By birvin3883 |

Went to both the Hall of Honor and the Stadium Highlight Tour on June 27th with another Steelers' fan. A "must do" for anyone who loves the team! The videos/exhibits at the Hall of Honor are amazing, and on the Highlight Tour we saw both the Steelers' & University of Pittsburgh locker rooms, exhibits in the Great Hall, and other displays plus a chance to step onto Heinz Field (I know the new name- it will always be Heinz to me!). Everyone working at both venues was knowledgeable & helpful. The movie at the beginning of the Hall of Honor spans the entire history of the team/captures almost all of the most exciting moments. GO!! P.S. These two venues aren't open every day, so make sure to check and reserve in advance.

By Meghan B |

Our Stadium Blitz Tour absolutely exceeded our expectations! Only one in our party was a die-hard Steelers fan, but by the end, I was converted. Cheryl, our tour guide, had such enthusiasm for the current team, the Steelers legends and the Rooney family and the pure joy she brought to our group was infectious. We had plenty of time to see the club area, the locker rooms and the field, plus the Lombardi Trophies and a very cool Terrible Towel installation. I cannot imagine a better way to spend $10 and beautiful Saturday afternoon in Pittsburgh. Thank you Cheryl and thank you Steelers!

By Chloe Thomas |

I have been a Steelers fan for years but due to living far away, never made it to Heinz Field until last weekend. While it was just a preseason game, I felt like I was at the biggest game of the year. The atmosphere is great and I can’t wait to come back to watch a game here.

By lks38 |

It was an excellent tour and our guide was Ethan. Best part was the team locker room. Go Steelers. Great opportunity for fans and out of towners and a great value!

By Kim S |

My son and I headed to Pittsburgh for a Spring break getaway. The Acrisure Stadium tour was fabulous! If in town, check it out!!

By Connie R |

We have come to Steelers games for almost 10 years now and we never did a public tour before. We had Beverly she was AWESOME! She was very knowledgeable and we had a small group so we didn’t feel rushed through at all. My husband is a lifelong Pittsburgh fan, I have only been a fan the last 25 years:) but it was so cool to go see their locker room, the tunnel they walk out of, we got to go out on the field, well not on the field we were on the sidelines:) but that was just so AWESOME!! It helps too that Beverly our tour guide was very personable she was very upbeat and excited to show us everything she could in our short time. There are a couple more tours that we plan on doing in the future!

By shellybe2018 |

Awesome tour of a beautiful stadium! Got to see the locker rooms and go on the field. Claudia was so nice and so informative. Highly recommend this tour!

By Cindy P |

Such a fun tour! Loved going on the field (will sidelines) and through the tunnel, by the locker room and all the behind the scenes places! Enjoyed the discount in the team shop too! Tour guide was good, just didn't seem to enthusiastic. Loved the terrible towel we got, but missed out on the ketchup somehow! I would suggest taking the tour!

By Greg K |

The Hall of Honors was excellent. The staff for the exhibits were great! The greeter staff was horrible. I received an email stating to be with my group 20 minutes prior to our scheduled time. We arrived 30 minutes prior and the greeter stated you’re way too early with attitude.

By Kathleen O |

It is a walking tour of the entire stadium. The tour lasts about 1 and a half hours. You will get to see the clubs, suites, press box, Ford fan zone, 4 locker rooms, Great Hall, Hall of Honor, and a walk on the field. The tour guides are very knowledgeable. It was quite enjoyable and one can take pictures of everything they want.

By Mindy T |

My husband and I had to go to Pittsburgh for work and decided to take a quick stop by the Steeler's Museum for a quick tour. We ended up being the only ones there since it was a random afternoon. The staff was absolutely amazing! My grandfather was friends with Art Rooney and I'd always wanted to visit the stadium and it did not disappoint. Seeing the history of the team and learning more about the players was a great experience. And the staff had us cracking up with their humor. I just can't say enough about them all. I would highly recommend visiting the museum and meeting some great people!

By Elvin T |

Amazing tour! Well worth every penny if you're a Steelers fan! The on-field experience gave me goosebumps. You experience everything from the great hall, to the locker room, the player's tunnel, the field...simply incredible!

By m1stones1 |

Very clean venue. Usher in section 133 was great. Food was kinda lame. Standard stadium food but lesser quality then other stadiums. I’m not biased but MetLife is definitely better with a lot more options. And the largest problem is NO WINE!! Seriously? If you want 5 stars you need WINE.

By Carla H |

The tour is very well planned as far as what u get to see in the playing/seating area and within the stadium. Our tour guide Carter was knowledgeable and funny. For those who have tickets to the games there are facts to learn. I think for those of us who can't get to games but visit Pittsburgh, it's an affordable way to become one with this beloved space. As I watch the games I will feel more like I am actually there due to the tour.

By chris a |

Went to Heinz field for a Steelers game, was not disappointed! Great displays of history, awesome atmosphere, and the best fans in the world!!! I'm biased of course... But this is a great stadium, can walk here from downtown hotels, I felt safe, lots of things going on around the stadium, I'll be trying to visit for a game every year!

By Jim P |

What an experience! A hidden gem that all Stillers Fans should experience!! Linda, our tour guide was incredible! She exuded with excitement and enthusiasm which enhanced our experience even more! From the Champions Club where you can watch the players come out of their tunnel on game day to the Locker Rooms to actually walking out that same tunnel in which the Stillers enter the field is just amazing! Linda also pointed out the site for us to visit the exact spot where Franco caught the Immaculate Reception, which was an added bonus! We will be doing this on our next visit to the 412! Don't miss it!!

By Ansley C |

For our dude being his first ever tour he was really good and I learned a lot of information! He made sure we were all there to hear him and made sure we all understood the information!!

By Renata K |

I am NOT a Steelers fan, However, I absolutely LOVE the tour. I learned a lot of history about the Team, Players and owners.
The young Lady Linda that checked us was AWESOME! She even remembered us from last year. I love the tour!!!

By Outbax |

Great value. Highlights visiting Steelers and Pitt locker room and field. Tour guide was informative, well spoken and added to the atmosphere. 30 minute tour ended up being 45 minutes. It felt like owners had a genuine intent to offer a high level experience for minimal cost. (Unlike some other nearby professional sports franchise offering a minimal experience for a high cost).

By Mark V |

What a wonderful Pittsburgh experience we had touring Acrisure Stadium (Blitz tour @ 2:00 pm). Our tour guide, Carter, was informative, witty, and knew our Steelers!!!!! We were able to tour the locker room, champion club, go down on the field and take many memorable photos. Great experience.

By Jordan S |

We toured the stadium after doing a Hall of Honor Museum visit for a special 4th of July evening tour. This special tour was not highly advertised, which is something I would improve. I also think they need to offer a package that includes both the museum and stadium tour all in one so that it’s more seamless without having to leave the stadium and go thru security a second time. Because it was a special tour, the team store was not open at the end like it normally is. We were given a coupon to come back, but it’s not the same as finishing in the store. Not being permitted on the grass in July when the field isn’t needed until August was a disappointment, and the tour did not include any of the suites or press box. The locker room access was fun, but I think the Steelers could spend a little more money to improve the player locker displays that fans can take pictures with instead of hanging up a screenprinted jersey and a tshirt/hat. With that being said, we still thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the addition of being able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from under the scoreboard made this tour very special and why I’m rating it a 4/5. Otherwise, it would be an 3/5 compared to what this tour has the potential to be, even on a non gameday. For the positives, our tour guide was funny, knowledgable, and kept us on a good pace to make it to the end in time for the fireworks. We got to see a lot of locations on the lower levels, including the PNC Champions club, which isn’t usually accessible during other team events.

By Tom T |

Our guide was very knowledgeable on the history of the teams and the stadiums of Pittsburgh. We were able to tour many areas including locker rooms and the field. Any Steelers fan will love this tour.

We did the tour on April 18 at 11am we got there 5mins before 11am we were coming from a hotel by the airport we though we had plenty of time to get there we figured we would have missed the rush hour traffic but we were wrong we explained to Linda that we tried to go online and get the tickets on her way there but I guess because it was so close to the time it wouldn't let us order the tickets ahead of time Linda was very helpful in getting us set up for tickets she tried to get a hold of the lady that was originally going to tour but they were having radio communication difficulty so Linda was very nice and ended up taking us on most of our tour she was very polite very patient didn't rush us to catch up with the rest of the group offered to take pictures and gave us some fun facts about the stadium and locker rooms she even let me have a moment after she asked how or why we were such big Steeler fan and I told her that my dad was kind of famous in Pittsburgh that he was the lemonade cotton candy and coke guy so black gold and blue was in my blood and Linda thought that was a really cool story and she had heard stories about him it was a very fun way to learn about the stadium and some fun facts about the Steelers and Pitt football I would recommend it to anybody that's a Pittsburgh football fan

This tour was amazing and Linda was a great tour guide. As life long Steelers fans who just recently moved to the area, being able to tour the home of our Steelers was a lifelong dream.

If you are a Steelers fan and ever find yourself in the area, I highly recommend that you go, you will not be disappointed.

By peterv k |

The tour was a great experience what you see is a great value for the minimum cost. Linda our tour guide was a great joy to have and made the tour even better.
I am N.E Patriots fan but can see the Steelers organization really care for the fans and thier experience and was very impressed.

Definitely would recommend any steelers fan to go and enjoy the hall of honors museum and tour of the beautiful stadium. Here we go Steelers.

By Ashley V |

The experience that I had was amazing I had Don as a tour guide, who was not only very informative, but very friendly and even helped with taking pictures of myself and my family. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is a Steelers fan or who is just interested in the history of the Steelers and Pitt college football because I learned a lot on this tour and If I was to go again for maybe a game day tour I hope I get Dawn again as our tour Guide she was amazing

By Gene R |

Had some out of town family (12) along for the tour 2 days after Christmas, and it was worth every penny! Our tour guide Paul was so informative, thorough, knowledgeable and upbeat the time flew by. Very good experience for all of us-thanks!

By Carley J |

Beverly was our tour guide (3/16/23 @ 2pm) she was the sweetest person & all the staff was super amazing! We had a relatively small group so it wasn’t over crowded. Beverly was very passionate about the information she was giving & it felt really personable. It was the best tour we’ve taken in any city with a very reasonable price! 10/10 would do it again!

By Maggiemoo2010 |

The tour was very informative and interesting. It was neat to learn how they transform the stadium between professional football and college football. Would definitely recommend and would return agai.

By Amanda B |

The tour was really informative about the history of the Steelers. It was great to see the behind the scenes of the locker room and on the field. Totally a must for any Steeler Fan.

Our visit to Steelers Hall of Honor Museum was amazing and beyond my expectations. I have been a Steelers fan since I was 8 years old and this was the ultimate fan experience. Every era in Steelers history was present. Tour was interesting and fun from the very first moments. Also very interactive. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They even volunteered to take pictures. The friendly atmosphere even extended to the Pro Shop. Every employee represented the Steeler way! I will be back!

Our game day tour started out great. We were on the field and our guide told us JuJu would be coming out and and gives high fives and engages with the fans. But she had us leave the field before the players came out. We asked if we could stay but she said we had to finish the tour. She then had us walk all the way to the top floor which took forever - why didn’t we use the escalator? She stopped along the way to tell us about the incline and the pirates- but this was a tour of Heinz field. She then took us to the press box but when we got there told us bc it was game day we could go in. She then took us to club floor and proceeded to tell us that she couldn’t show us any of the suites bc they were being used. SO WHY DID WE LEAVE THE FIELD? She then takes us back to field and all of the players in the field however we’re in the end zone of the visitor team so we couldn’t see the Steelers players. It’s now 3:50 and the game stats at 4:30, do we ask if we could go to our seats as we would be able to see the Steelers players from our seats. We tell her we are sitting in the 4th row and point to our seats. She tells us to wait a few minutes. Finally at 4:00 she walks us out- the opposite way from our seats. By the time we walked to our seats we had missed the players warmup, and the swearing in service for Veterans Day. Not worth the money we paid.

Best stadium experience you’ll ever have in your entire lifetime! Gorgeous view of the city definitely a fun atmosphere and it’s the Mecca for every Steeler fan who needs to go to the stadium at least once in their lifetime.

By Cindy51576 |

staff was wonderful, helpful. I have health problems and our visit was during the polluted air from the Canadian wildfires. They made sure I was moved to a shady area and was made comfortable.

By VincentMikolay |

Whether you're arriving early to catch a Pirates or Steelers game or simply seeking a unique experience that dives deep into Football Legends' history, the Steelers Hall of Honor Museum tour is an absolute must-see. What I anticipated as a brief 30-minute visit turned into an immersive 1.5-hour journey of interactive learning, fun, and unforgettable experiences. This tour is perfect not only for die-hard Black and Gold fans but for sports enthusiasts of all kinds. Plus, it's a bonus that it’s enjoyable for all ages, ensuring a memorable time for everyone from the young to the young at heart.

By John |

Great tour and Linda was a great tour guide! Well worth it, but it would be cool to add a trip up to the nose bleed seats and press box, but even without that well worth it! Thank you

By Shirley G |

Absolutely fascinating!!! So much more than a “stadium”. It was a walk down memory lane. Tour guide was great and the staff was top notch! Andy went above and beyond to help when someone with diabetes needed an urgent snack. His kindness and generosity came from his heart. Thank you, Andy for saving the day!

By Tamara M |

AMAZING!! this was the BEST tour. Being able to see all the behind the scenes stuff , listening to the history was worth the drive up from SC! Experience like no other , just makes me love my Steelers even more.

By A B |

Jim is the MAN! He was the best tour guide EVER! He knew every single thing about the stadium and teams. Yes I said teams. Pitt as well as Steelers. If you can ask for Jim, do it. You won’t be sorry

By Melanie L |

I have been a Steelers fan since I was a kid. I drove across that bridge and saw Acrisure Stadium and just started to cry. It is just beautiful, words don't describe the pure joy O felt. Everything was amazing. Seeing the inside of the Stadium for the first time. Touching the grass. taking a picture where they come out of the tunnel. Just breathtaking. How can you not be in awe when your a Steelers fan? The gift shop totally blew me away way too many choices. Very happy and glad I checked it out.

Excellent tour! Amazing to see all the history and learn so much more! Guides were kind and very knowledgeable! Broadcasting booth was a fun experience as well!

By Brooke D |

Great tour of the stadium with an excellent tour guide!! I learned so many cool and interesting facts about the stadium. I also really enjoyed the little stories the tour guide shared throughout!

By Paul S |

Fantastic experience. Brilliant tour guide and brilliant stadium. Was a brilliant day and worth the money. For myself it was a once in a life time chance and im glad I took it

By Margie L |

The Hall of Honor is amazing! All of the history of the Steelers is represented. The folks that work there are full of knowledge and are anxious to share it with you. I really enjoyed the experience, as did my family, including my grandsons.

By Melanie M |

We were visiting the area and were excited about touring the Steelers stadium. We read about the tour on their website ahead of time and even pre-booked to ensure we were able to get in the time that worked for our schedule. We read all of the rules (I left my bag behind since they have a clear bag policy), and showed up early. The tour guide gave us our lanyards while we were waiting and then when we were ready to go in, a security guard stopped us saying my husband couldn’t bring in the camera he was carrying because the lens was too big. This was a normal DSLR camera with a standard lens. There was nothing on the website or confirmation email that mentioned this being prohibited. We were without a car, so we weren’t able to bring the camera anywhere. I asked the security guard for a solution and he shrugged and said he didn’t have one. He clearly didn’t care. The tour guide was sweet and apologetic, but didn’t seem to have any authority other than to refund our money. Terrible communication and terrible service. What a waste of time for us and super disappointed in the whole experience.

By Ashley V |

This tour was amazing and Linda was a fantastic guide! Her knowledge and excitement was great to have through all the behind the scenes experiences at the stadium. I would highly recommend!

By Paradise41548215375 |

We had an amazing experience on this Hall of Honor tour. There was so much to see and read about. It brought back so many memories of our dynasty

By rawband |

The tour wasn’t overwhelming but it was cool. If you go to a game you can see 90% of the tour as a spectator. Going on the field was cool and we got some good pictures.

By plesprue |

We did the Dynasty tour the day before the game. Great tour guide, very engaging, informative and funny. Kept everyone's attention (mostly Steelers fans, but the 12 year old girl enjoyed it too). It kept moving, was the right amount of time. Make sure you note that the tour is subject to the clear bag policy.

By Angel B |

Purchased ultimate tour solely for the purpose of seeing locker room with a specific players locker displayed. Locker room was being redecorated and only three players had their name plates displayed and generic merchandise in the locker themselves. Super disappointed. Other than that, our tour guide was knowledgeable and it was worth the money.

By GoVols79 |

We visited Acrisure Stadium for the first time to see the Pittsburgh vs Tennessee game. Since we were already downtown we took the train to the game which is free within certain stops and negates the need for parking. The entry process is very easy and quick. It is very obvious that this is the home of the Steelers from the yellow seats and the concourse that was full of signs and even a Super Bowl trophy. Our seats were on the field level which gave a great view of the action. I thought the stadium was very easy to navigate and had a good mix of food options. The Vols won in overtime so we went home happy. We had a great visit and would love to return for an NFL game.

By Sonda B |

My husband is a Pittsburgh native and even though we live in NC we visit often. This was our first visit to the Steelers Hall of Fame and it was great. 👍. I definitely recommend it. If you are a Steelers fan you should visit. Lots of history and interactive displays. We got to record a play by play on a historical play. All the guides are nice and knowledgeable but a special shout out to Reggie, he was awesome bb

By Trek05101013655 |

Tour guide was very nice. Great guy! Relaxed atmosphere. My husband is a big Steelers fan and loved it. I was entertained and I usually just come along for the ride. Would recommend 100%. We did the lowest $ package.

By Sprandel5 |

We were in town for a Cubs Pirates series and we are Steelers fan so we made sure we took the tour. It was a very hot day so maybe take that into consideration since it is a walking tour. You do get a 10% discount after the tour in the pro shop. Unfortunately they were set up for a Pitts college game so their graphics were up inside the stadium. Liked that we got to see both locker rooms. The Pitt locker room was recently remodeled and it is very nice.

By Isa b |

Hubby loves football. And the Steelers are one of his top teams. We booked this very cheap tour for fun and to see the stadium as it was summer and they were not playing. Wow, just wow! We were so impressed. Our guide had worked there for a very long time. He walked us all around, from lobby which has many very cool artefacts, to the back corridors, to the field. ONTO the field, which was amazing. Then up to see the field from a private lounge, and to the 2 lockerrooms.

I am not sure that everyone gets the same extended tour, but it was excellent. A great stop in the city.

Oh, and the gift shop is worth a stop. They have everything from classic jerseys, to Christmas decorations, to kitchen utensils, etc.

By LadyGator97 |

We went on the Dynasty Tour Friday, Sept 12th. It was the Friday before the home opener. This was our first time going to a Steelers game and I highly recommend doing the tour if you've never been because you can take so many awesome pictures without the packed game day crowd and you can take time to look at each cool display so that on game day, you can just go focus on the game day experience. I wish the tour started a hour earlier so we could have spent more time in the museum but we had to hurry so we could get in the pro shop before it closed for the day so we could get our discount and we also weren't staying right there that we could have gone on Saturday and don't even think about trying to get in on Sunday.

By Dan A |

It was an awesome tour! Bethany is a rock star and the perfect tour guide. Very knowledgeable and fun and has a great attitude and she loves the Steelers!

By Amgoune Tours |

The pace of the tour was comfortable—not too rushed, but also not too slow—so there was plenty of time to explore and take everything in. I also appreciated how the group size was just right, making it easy to interact with others without feeling crowded.

By Laura D |

The tour was amazing. I enjoyed learning all about the stadium. Our Tour Security, Gary Kyles went above and beyond his duties to provide protection and made us feel at home. Mr. Gary Kyles is the BEST!! Thank you from The Bish Family

By Damaestrogk |

Mike our tour guide was well onformed and very patient. The tour was great. It was great to see the place where my favorite team plays and works. I highly recommend ghis tour.

By cemetsgirl |

Our tour guide was FANTASTIC! What a GREAT experience we had! The only disappointment was that we didn’t get to go into the great hall due to a public event. Had we known beforehand we would of taken time before the game we attended on Saturday. But we figured we would be able to on our tour so we didn’t 😢

By Curious02802091795 |

This is a MUST for any STEELERS fan. What an absolutely amazing behind the scenes experience. Just being able to walk in the footsteps of the Steelers is unbelievable, and our tour guide, Linda, was amazing and very knowledgeable.

By Haley R |

My dad and I traveled from East TN, and we had a great tour! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and her logistics of the tour were awesome! She even encouraged photos, videos, and questions. She was awesome!

We had to opt for the basic $10 tour because it was the only one that was scheduled for the late afternoon. (2:00) Also, we wanted to tour the Hall of Fame Museum, but it was closed. I guess we will have to visit again! 😃

By Carl |

Toured Acrisure stadium and enjoyed it thoroughly. Not a real in depth tour but got a nice tour of the field and areas you wouldn’t have access to on game days. Our tour guide wasn’t a pittsburgher but did a good job with his info. Great way to get ready for the season.

By DBissett |

A must tour for all Steeler fans, once a Steelers fan, always a Steelers fan, and I have been for 76 years. So many highlights and our guide was great--she knew about the team and the stadium. We peppered her with questions that she gladly answered and showed that she really enjoyed being with fans and talking all things Steelers. We totally recommend. As an aside, my wife and the couple with us are lifelong Bears fans, pity them, but they totally enjoyed the experience and could not believe the loyalty of everyone we met in Pittsburgh.

By Sandy S |

I have lived in Pittsburgh my entire life but never did the tour. It was amazing with awesome check in staff and guide. I highly recommend.

By Uccman39 |

We went here to see Kenny Chesney. The concert itself was awesome as always. There were very long lines for everything. A half hour wait to get a bottle of water. A must see place for any Steelers fan. Otherwise, nothing all that interesting.

By Jayce D |

Great experience with knowledgeable guides. School tours are a must through the locker rooms and on the field.

By Glenn R |

Always a great time at Heinz Field...if you’re a Steelers fan in particular. Hall of Fame well set out.

By Denise K |

Jeremy was very personable and informative. The tour was very interesting. Lots of background on the stadium and the team.

By Chloe A |

First off beautiful stadium just from the parking lot very well taken care of. Linda was our tour guide SHE WAS WONDERFUL!! knew so much could answer any questions, always throwing in jokes. she definitely made it worth the drive ( from athens, ohio ) and the chilly weather. 10/10 recommend

By Darcie R |

The Ultimate Tour was terrific! It was 1.5 hours long and we covered a good amount of the stadium with tons of great information and fun facts from the tour guides. We took a lot of photos and it was a great experience.

By Eddie F |

I took my son 10/25 for the noon tour. For the record- this is the 5th time I’ve done this tour in 6 years (Covid shutting the economy made us miss a year) and I just can’t ever get enough. You can’t beat the $10 price for what the guide delivers. The experience is unbelievable. Not just for the best NFL’s best fanbase, but even other fanbases and sports fans. Walking on the field, going into the locker room, walking around the inside of the stadium with almost nobody else with you. Those are huge for myself, personally. There’s so much they show and inform you of. At the conclusion of the tour, they even give you a 10% off coupon for any purchases in the Steelers Pro Shop store. I can’t recommend this enough. You won’t be disappointed!

By Cindy H |

Excellent displays and info about Steelers from the team’s early days to present. Well done with interactive displays. The staff/docents are friendly & very knowledgeable. A must see for all Steelers fans.

By Baseball |

Everything was great. It was snowing, but not too cold, it was my birthday, and we beat the Ravens later that day. Had the best tour guide, he was friendly, funny and interactive with everyone, kids too. Very informative. Loved seeing inside the locker room.

Such an amazing tour with some incredible history and immaculate views of the city and stadium! Eric was a super friendly and knowledgeable guide and made the tour that much better for us. Came all the way from Dallas to see the stadium and its history and Eric did a fantastic job of keeping us engaged and laughing!

By Corina M |

Was unable to visit the inside as they were having a special event going on.
We had a fabulous time walking around the stadium and checking out the structure of the stadium and admiring those legends of football who came to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

By Tim W |

Let me start with I’m a season ticket holder and have been for years. I have done the stadium Gameday tour before and it was excellent. This time was a complete disappointment. 14 min video, 20 minutes in the hall of honor, then a small wait to the sideline. Which is why you do the tour. What a disappointment. They let you go on the field around 1045 and kick you off around 1105. Just before the players get on the field. Totally not worth $250 per person.

By jerrys01 |

I’m a Ravens fan, but I’ll admit my wife and I enjoyed our tour of the stadium that’s home to the Steelers and the University of Pittsburgh Panthers. Jim did a great job running our 90 minute tour. In particular, I’m glad we got a chance to see the field up close, even if it was just sand, as the field is rebuilt six to nine times every year.

I also liked seeing both of the locker rooms. The entire group got a small laugh at seeing the giant Heinz ketchup bottle on one of the walls. I also appreciated the story on how the Terrible Towels came into existence. At $25, the tour was worth the money.

By NYC Edge |

Went the Steelers home opener and while this is a nice stadium, there are some issues.

First, concession stands. Not sure if it's the lack of staff but the lines, either before or during the game are horrendous. It doesn't matter if you are waiting for a beer or a hot dog or a any concession. Be prepared for long lines, that move slow and be be prepared to miss a good part, if not all of a quarter. Heinz Field need more open concession stands and maybe a few stand alone kiosks for just water, just beer. Gotta be losing money from people who just won't wait on these long lines.

Then exiting the game. Very limited ways to exit the stadium causes back ups on the ramps (which go on forever and you don't get anywhere) and limited stair cases. This place needs more ways to move people out when the game is over.

By Daniel A |

Took the family to the Hall of Honor as part of a Christmas gift trip to Pittsburgh. Everyone enjoyed it and it was a great experience with insight into the history of the team.

By Elizabeth B |

Tour guide was very friendly and knowledgable. The tour itself included a lot of information about the stadium along with the original stadium “3 Rivers Stadium”. We got to stand on the field, walk the field, tour the press box, walk around the stadium, and do the Hall of Honors Museum. Little bummed we couldn’t see the locker room but would deff do this again if I’m ever back in Pittsburgh with my son (when he’s older).

By Mattes1221 |

Fantastic tour through the background of the stadium and the Steelers & PITT history. A must for any fan!
We had the “ultimate tour”. Our tour guide was super informative and friendly. Our group consisted of about 15 people and we were able to see everything at a leisurely pace. I would do this tour again at any time.

By Debbie J |

Such a fun morning! We learned a lot, got to see both the Steelers locker room and Pitt locker room! Very knowledgeable host! Great and enjoyable experience!

By lhamilton1995 |

Done a tour here the Friday before the home opener Vs the Patriots. We paid $13 for what was meant to be a half hour tour. It lasted about 75 minutes and showed so much more than I expected. Into the Pitt and Steelers locker rooms, a good 10 minutes pitchside and the chance to enter the stadium via the home tunnel.

Another bonus is that you get 10% off in the club store afterwards. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of our tour guide, June perhaps, but she was awesome.

Would 1 million percent recommend this tour to anyone

By Jared N. |

Big Big steeler fan so my expectations were probably too high for this review. That being said, the stadium architecturally does not have a bad seat in the house. The views are spectacular but the seats need an overhaul. The food options were not as plentiful as the neighboring PNC park but still a must visit when in Pitt.

By Kyle S |

If you’re going to Pittsburgh for a game. I would definitely put this on your list of things to do! It was a blast! Go Steelers!

By Ivy W |

Our tour guide Linda did a great job at keeping the tour fun and interesting all the way through! I definitely recommend the tour to anyone even if you are not a football fan, my boyfriend and I had a great time!

By Frank L |

came to the Tenn-Pitt game. Thought the stadium was great, excellent design and amenities (although all were not accessible during the Pitt game). Look forward to coming back

By Luke F |

It was an amazing opportunity to view the stadiums ins and outs including the field! Cheryl was very knowledgeable and loved to giving her own personal touch. Getting to go on the field, through the tunnel, and explore the club levels was an unbelievable opportunity and I can’t wait to do this again next season!

By Travels-5802 |

15 year steeler fan from the UK and had the privilege of visiting Heinz field from the browns game. Absolutely amazing experience! definitely better than I could have wished, lots of great food options (who doesnt need a bucket of hot wings?!) lots of merch to buy and the best fans!
After lots of research I decided upon upper north tickets as the view of both the game and the river behind was picture perfect and getting the clipper from station square was the best way ive ever arrived at any stadium! will definitely be back, hopefully in less than 15 years!

By Kyle S |

Easily worth the cost of admission. You see every part of the stadium and then some. If you’ve ever wondered what the players and staff see, this is the tour for you. Great tour guide provided so much information about the stadium and allowed us to spend plenty of time in the Steelers locker room for pictures.

By Cydney H |

We took our summer camp today and every group loved every part of it. Seeing behind the scenes was great! And shout out to Linda who made us feel so welcomed!!!! 10/10 I do recommend!

By Rick S |

To whom it may concern,

I wanted to share my thoughts and concerns on what was a terrible experience at Acrisure Stadium this weekend.

My wife and I traveled from out of state with our two young children to tour our favorite team's stadium. Our whole family was so excited to see the locker room and be field level as the website states.

Our family and entire tour group (30 people) were incredibly disappointed when we were told after the tour started that we wouldn't be doing half of what was promised because Pitt was having a practice. Everyone on the tour demanded a refund and the staff was of zero help and showed no compassion whatsoever. They told us that "all areas of the tour are subject to change due to stadium policy" which I understand but they shouldn't have scheduled a tour if that was the case.

Additionally, I was told by staff via email that there would be a $10 charge for my 6 month old baby. This is pitiful and the stadium should be ashamed of themselves.

I would NEVER recommend this tour. I'll also add that the survey link they provide doesn't event work....

By Alisha H |

The tour was amazing! If you are curious about Steelers history, I would definitely recommend it. The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely friendly! Jack was a great tour guide along with Bob, Mrs Bob and Kathy!!
Wish it had been longer!

By Elliot W |

The guide was incredibly knowledgeable about all teams not just the Steelers and he had plenty of jokes . The stadium and the whole experience was awesome! Mr Rooney was in the building we could see him and I actually got to meet the Khan artist as we were leaving he was just outside the doors chilling on the sidewalk .

By Esther B |

We did 2 tours, Linda and Cheryl were awesome guides. They were very knowledgeable and you could tell they are passionate about it.

By Scott |

Went for the Broncos/Steelers game. I'm a Broncos fan, really enjoyed the experience even though we lost. There is a lot of fun festivites around the stadium. Parking is close and not that expensive compared to other NFL cities. Fans were nice to visiting fans.

By Sherrin G |

Excellent tour… Well paced, informative and fun! We were able to access the field on multiple levels, visit both the Pitt and Steelers dressing rooms, both tunnels, the Heinz ketchup bottle and multiple areas of the stadium. Cheryl, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions as well as share lots of interesting stories about coaches, players, and stadium history. Great value and highly recommend.

By Darcy A |

I did the VIP game day tour & it was amazing! A great way to start off game day! We got to go through the Hall of Honor which has been put together so well! Then we spent about 20 minutes down on the field before the stadium opened. It was awesome to get that view from the field. Since we were first inside the stadium we got to hit the pro shop before the line. Highly recommend this tour!

By OnAir2475 |

We are working on visiting all stadiums. Overall we have found the tours to provide valuable information on the stadium and tradition. Unfortunately your tour provided little to none on the great Steeler tradition and insulted the tour quests.

I hope our experience is because of one terrible tour guide and not a program with these features.

The tour guide started out by responding to my inquires by asking my daughter if I am going to be asking "stupid questions" for the entire tour. had asked 3 questions about the different eras of quarterbacks. This was the rudest engagement I have every had with a stadium tour guide.

During the tour he informs us how he
- states at beginning he does not want any "stupid questions"
- negatively responded to someone with a question regarding 3 rivers as an answer.
- is the taster for the wines and does a good job by double drinking. Why?
- is the person that moved the weights during COVID. Why?
- had to use both hands to lift the Heinz bottle. Why?
- states the clubs cost 50,000 and only provides tickers. I took it as a negative that nothing is provided and the organization is
cheep. A quick review of the web states the clubs start around 160,000.
- states "freon" is used under the grass. This would be a huge natural disaster if leaking and it not true based on a web inquiry.

We did not hear of the rich tradition of the steeler organization and their successes. We greatly enjoy our game day experience and meet many extra friendly people in Pittsburgh. You have a great city and Steeler program except this negative tour.

By BRENT P |

As a Lifelong Steeler fan(1972) from Tennessee, this was such an incredible tour. Loved every part from early years to current. It was also nice to be able go at our on pace, with incredible and knowledgeable staff to provide more information. If you go to a Steelers game or there during summer for Pirates game, this is a must see and do

By Rick L |

I did the 90 minute Ultimate Stadium Tour in August of 2025. The tour was amazing, from walking on the playing field, seeing both home team locker rooms, and much more.
Our Tour Guide Erin, was amazing. Her knowledge of the team's history and the behind the scenes workings of the Stadium made her commentary delightful. I'm a better Steelers fan thanks to Erin.

By Aixa B |

The tour was very enjoyable and informative. Our tour guide Linda was absolutely fantastic!!!
We got to see the entire stadium and Linda’s insights and knowledge made it worthwhile 🤩
Definite highlights were going on the field and the locker room 🥰
I highly recommend this if you are in Pittsburgh!

By Mark P |

We truly enjoyed the stadium tour. Our guide was very informative and accommodating. It was definitely interesting to learn all of the little known things about the stadium.

By Erica L |

Hello: our school took a field trip to Acrisure Stadium. Our students in grades 3,4,5 participated. The ticket price was very reasonable, at $7.00 per student. Our students toured the locker rooms, the field, the Terrible Towel wall, and the Great Hall. They learned about Steeler history. The guide was really great and answered our questions, as well as made the trip fun and engaging.
I would highly recommend for students grades 3 and up.

By Jimmy H |

This tour was absolutely amazing. The employee's in the museum were so knowledgeable..As a life time STEELERS fan this tour was a perfect way to compliment the Pirates game we attended and another Great weekend in Pittsburgh!

By F v |

I was staying in OH for a business trip so I made the 4 hr driver to the stadium. Our tour guide was Eric and he knew everything you could ever know about the Steelers. The tour took 90 min well worth the price of admission.

By Debbie C |

Our tour guide, Crystal, made the tour informative, exciting, and extra special with her enthusiasm! The children will always remember the amazing field trip to Acrisure Stadium! They couldn’t believe they saw the locker rooms, of both the Steelers and Pitt Panthers, ran through the “tunnel”, stopping in a club level box area, and so much more! Thank you, Crystal!

By Princerman |

This place is awesome. You see both the Steeler and Pitt locker rooms. You also go to field level and they were pulling out the old sod when we were there.

What an amazing experience!! So cool to have the time to look at what's in the stadium and hear the history of the game and the stadium too.

Beautiful modern stadium on the River. If you sit in the 200’s on the away side rows N+ you’ll be under a high overhang in case it rains during the game. The indoor Club area has a tall wall of glass with views out to the parking areas and city skyline. There’s a small merch store and bar areas throughout but I had to walk clear to the far end to find a counter that sold hot dogs. They only have high calorie fast food options, I would expect some fresh healthy(ish) options in the Club area, like carved roast beef or Turkey sandwich.

Tour covered a lot of interesting places inside Acrisure Stadium and also covered the history of the Steelers very nice. Our tour guide was very friendly as well.

This tour exceeded my expectations! The Pittsburgh Steelers have such a rich history that you think you know so much about until you take the tour. I left with so much more knowledge and a far greater appreciation for this city, this team and its owners.
The greeters and the guides were very friendly and truly had a love for the team that they were teaching us about.
Even if you are not a fan of the team, take the tour. You will not be disappointed.

The tour showed everything that we wanted to see. Ron was the best tour guide you could ask for, someone who really appreciates Steelers history. Am currently recommending to everyone.

The trip to Pittsburgh was our first. We are big Steeler and Pirate fans, not because we live there but because my parents were from the area and we were brought up in it. We were in Pittsburgh to go to a Pirate game so we thought we would get a tour in of the Steeler Stadium. We did the Ultimate Tour and the weather was great. Our tour guide was fun, helpful and informative. We took lots of pictures and it will make the next TV game of the Steelers a little more fun. The only disappointment was that there was no grass on the field because they were preparing for a concert. If we take one of the other tours next time we will ask if the grass is on site. It was a great experience and would recommend it to any NFL enthusiast.

It was a great experience and our tour guide was very informative and nice. Would recommend this tour to any Steeler fans when in town.

Carter was a great tour guide and gave some insightful info. Seeing the inside of the locker rooms and being on the field, was the highlight for my 9 year old. We aren't Steelers fans but seeing the stadium was a highlight of our trip knowing all the history the team has.

A great tour with insight into the enrichment that you usually don't get in. Great tour guide and lots of interesting information

This review is solely based on the stadium’s provision for handicapped patrons. First, purchasing tickets is risky—you purchase standard tickets and then are instructed to arrive “as early as possible” to stand in line and try to rush (clearly the person establishing these protocols has never been or supported a handicapped person) to Guest Services to exchange your ticket for a handicapped access ticket, including a plus one. As this is “first come first serve” you have no guarantee of your seat nor the ability to have a seat in a handicapped seating close to your purchased ticket. In addition, because there is a limit of a single “plus one” any other family members will not be able to enjoy the experience with them. We have had this experience before but love the Steelers so we still make the choice to go and try to make the most of it. My uncle is in the late stages of Parkinson’s and limitations are heavy. During what we anticipate will be his last game, my brother and I hung around in the handicapped section with my dad and uncle as long as we could prior to the game beginning to make the memories. We were told by several security personnel, “you will need to find your seat when the game starts” to which we said that we understood. Closer to the game, a group of (3) young, attractive women, dressed in alluring attire, came and found a seat in the section next to my uncle. Like my brother and I, they did not have the permitting wristband so we anticipated we would all be leaving at the same time. However, as the game approached, we were told to find our seats and the were allowed to stay. I asked, “can you tell me why they get to stay? This is likely my family members final game and, if there are means, I would like to find those, too.” There was a lot of confusion and conversation amongst the security but, eventually, we were told, “those are player family members.” I have no way to verify this but do know that there are box seats and even better seats then where we were sitting. It sends a definitive message when supposed “players’ family members” are routed or even permitted to take the available seats of people that struggle every step of the experience already. This occurred in section 135 at the Steelers/Dallas game. Do better Acrisure. Happy to provide pictures of the people if that helps. I’d love to know who’s family’s wants takes precedence over the needs of paying disabled.

Highly recommend this tour. Everyone in our group loved it!! Lots of photo opportunities. You can’t get in the locker room if it’s within 2 days of a home game.

My son and I did the Game Day Tour before a preseason game in August 2024. The tour should include: 1) a 30-minute tour of the museum, 2) a 15-minute guided your of the great hall, and 3) 15 minutes of field access at which time you MAY get to interact with some of the players (although not guaranteed). This experience was $150 per person for a preseason game! For regular season games it could easily be double this price! Well, on the day of this game and this tour, it rained and there was lightning too. Because of this, we were unable to get onto the field. While Acrisure cannot control the weather, they CAN control the refund they are willing to give when this happens (and it rains in Pittsburgh often). In our case, Acrisure only offered a 20% refund ($30 per person) and a $25 ticket to an 'Ultimate' Tour in the future. Well, we do not live in Pittsburgh, so the future $25 ticket was of no value to us. I had to haggle with them to get an additional $45 refund which was still only 50% of what we paid, in total, for each person. The Terms & Conditions do not address what happens in the event of inclement weather so I feel like we were ripped-off. So, for those of you thinking of doing this please be aware - if they decide to not give you field access (which they can do for ANY reason), you will need to fight like hell to get just a portion of your money back. And, for reference, the Museum tour normally costs $18 per person for 90 minutes. I paid $150 for a 30-minute version of this tour and had to fight with their management to collect a $75 refund since the Field Access was revoked.

Great tour for Steelers and non-Steelers fans! So much information and history! The tour guide Jim was a great tour guide! Will definitely look into other tours at the stadium in the future!!

The 1-hr tour on game day (went 9/18/23) was such an expensive disappointment! For $250 each, you see a short film on the history of the Steelers, a very quickly walk through the Hall of Fame museum (which anyone can do), and then stand on the field behind a rope and do absolutely nothing. You’re not allowed to speak to anyone on the field or any of the players if they even come out to the field, nor do they come up to talk to you. You basically stand behind a roped off area on the side of the field and then you leave. You can take pics but no video allowed. I can’t believe I spent $500 for 2 of us to do that!! For that kind of money, there should’ve been MUCH more to this experience! Like maybe a behind the scenes tour aspect? Be able to say “hi” to a player or a photo op? Incredibly disappointed and would definitely not recommend it.

I went with my father and we’re both lifelong Steelers fans. It was a great experience and well worth the price of admission. The staff was terrific as well.

Fantastic tour!!! Absolutely worth the price and would highly recommend it especially if you love the Steelers!!! Such a great experience!!!

If you're not a Steelers fan, it's interesting. If you ARE a Steelers fan, it's a can't-miss, must-do experience! Just standing on the field, standing in the locker room - it was all so awe-inspiring. And our guide, Todd, was wonderful! I almost didn't do this because I was going alone - but I am so, so glad I did.

The Acrisure Stadium Tour and the Steelers Hall of Honor were incredible. All of the staff that was there on March 20, 2023 were helpful, knowledgeable and fun. It's great that the stadium is open throughout the year. I highly recommend the tour for all football fans!

Great tour! Chrisanne was an amazing tour guide! Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable! Was very cool to see both the Steelers and the Panthers locker rooms!

Great experience I would like to do more next time I’d like a stadium tour. The museum was really fun tho. The people visiting and touring were very nice

Informative & fun tour with Jeremy.
Learnt a lot & saw a lot.
I was at the game the previous night so it was interesting to see the stadium in clean up mode with no fans.
Thanks.

Even though our seats for the game were in the nosebleeds, the seats weren’t bad. Nice views of the city. Wide selection of vendors.

Me and my fiancé went on both the hall of honor tour in the highlight tour. Both were amazing! I’m not a Steelers fan but it was definitely an awesome experience. This is the first year that all the doors are opening around, so it was definitely an exciting experience. We met the most wonderful person named Linda, she was extremely helpful and very informative. A very awesome person to talk to and hear some of her experiences! Both tours were also VERY reasonably priced! If I could leave a better review over all I would!! For Linda especially!!

My husband is a huge Steeler fan from Ohio (sorry bengals 🤪). We come to Pittsburgh to visit my family often and decided on doing this tour! We got to have multiple field views including down on the sideline which was very cool. We were most excited to see the locker room which was also very cool. Had plenty of photo ops as well. We personally thought it would be good for kids but not the best for them… definitely great for sports fans. We loved it and will be bringing other family members when we get the chance! If it ain’t Heinz, i don’t want it! 🤣

We had a great time on the Stadium Blitz tour! The length of the tour was perfect (~45 minutes). It was partially indoor and partially outdoor. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. We went on a Sunday, so street parking was easy and free.

Family of 8, with two kids from 12-17 & two senior citizens. Our tour guide was informative and friendly. We aren’t Steelers fans but we appreciate the history behind the team and enjoyed the tour.

First time going to a game here and had no issues getting an uber to and from but did arrive early and stay late to avoid traffic issues. Plenty to see and do before the game with vendors and shopping in and around stadium. Prices were affordable to eat in stadium for the early game day specials and no big lins for food or bathrooms. Afterwards places around stadium too crowded to try to eat at so best to go further out or get something to go back to hotel.

My grandson his fiancé their baby and I came to the Pro Shop to find things to buy. The nice sales clerk mentioned the tour that will be starting in 15 minutes. I am so glad that she did because we really enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide was phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable. I am impressed. We went to the locker rooms. We went to a clubhouse. We went on a field. We seen the museum. It was great. We took pictures. My great grandson even got pictures. He’s on a waiting list for season tickets. With luck, by the time he’s grown he should have them
