The American Music Theater is a very nice theater. There is plenty of leg room and the seats are comfortable. I did find that placement of seats made it hard for me to look around the head in front of me.

Great venue to see any type show. Saw the Christmas show with family including young grandchildren. Great entertainment and talent. Kids really enjoyed the show

We have been at this theater many times and have never been disappointed. Very professionally done! The theater is well laid out.

We saw the Celtic Women on tour at the AMT in April. Honestly, there is not a bad seat in the house, and the acoustics are awesome. Moreover, every employee was friendly, helpful, warm, and accomodating. We wish we lived closer because we most definitely would be members here. Their upcoming shows are all acts that we want to see.

The AMT is a well-run theatre in Lancaster for live performances. The seating, prices, and comfort level are excellent. It has convenient, free parking and overflow parking is available at the shopping center next to the theatre. I’ve only heard one person make a negative comment about the theatre that I disagree with. If you want to stand up throughout your show and dance at your seat, this is not the place for you. For me personally, I’d rather sit and relax while watching a show or even the performances by the visiting bands. If you want to drink or smoke during the performance, go somewhere else.

Once again an entertainer with a beautiful voice, Martina McBride, was drowned out by the band and the constant drone of heavy bass. A year ago we walked out of an AMT show for the same problem.
I don’t know who is responsible for sound checks, but if you read through more than a just few reviews of AMT shows you will see this happens far more often than it should.

This is an amazing show filled with outstanding singing, dancing, and instrumental numbers. It was truly a great professionally done show. The afternoon passed so quickly as Ovation performed one great musical number after another!

We decided at the last moment to see this show and what a great decision we made! Enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. Nice theater, clean and good seats. Highly recommend this show!

We are members and attend several shows, concerts, events at the AMT throughout the year. Just had the entire family unit (10) there for the annual Christmas show. Radio City has little better to offer against the talent, staging and musical quality of the AMT Christmas show (except for the Rockettes, of course!). They constantly update show schedules throughout the year with broad based genres of current acts. We've seen the Beach Boys, Oak Ridge Boys, Glen Miller Orchestra, etc. over the years. Reasonable ticket prices and great theater with latest lighting and sound. Not a bad seat in the house! Parking is adequate but takes awhile to exit after the show. Just be patient they have traffic directors to maintain orderly movement and protect pedestrians.

I just want to express my feels on another great Christmas show at AMT. Outstanding show as always. The Christmas show has become a tradition for my wife and I. Thank You for putting Christ in Christmas, in this world today outside of church that is hard to find. Thank You and God Bless You.

Saw Three Dog Night here. I think every seat is great! Can’t wait I come back in August 2018 for the country concert. Go early to get a decent parking spot- lot fills up quickly. The prices on the tickets I think are very reasonable too.

Saw Winter Wonderland. Hands down that was the best Christmas show we’ve EVER seen. Broadway quality at Lancaster prices.

First time at this venue and we enjoyed it immensely. The sound is great and the seating is very comfortable. This particular show was exciting and brought back some wonderful memories.
A first time visitor should be aware that adequate time should be allowed for parking. Took a while to get onto the parking lot as the timing of the traffic light is rather short for the volume of traffic.

The theatre was just beautiful. The entrance well decorated and the sound inside the theater excellent. The show was fantastic as well as the cast did a great job ! Definitely worth going to a live performance. We had lot of fun !

We traveled from Virginia to met up with several cousins to see the show on November 3, 2018 . We chose the 3 pm performance. Let me tell you if your going to see a Christmas show THIS is the ONE to go to. From the costumes, vocals, dance movement of the cast, set design, ushers, and comfort you would have thought we were at the White House for a special performance. Yes , It is that GOOD !!
I am still in AWE.. So now we are going to make this a yearly tradition with hopes that more of our family will join us. Besides the show spending the entire day with the folks you love the most is the BEST way to spend the time and get the Holidays started.
TIP : If you have a handicap member in your group go atleast 30 to 40 minutes early. These parking places fill up fast. Also, make sure your car is facing out and you can pull right our of your space when you are ready to go.

Our Family went to see the Wizard of Ozz. We really enjoyed the show. The cast did an excellent job. Very entertaining show. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly

Saw the Marty Stuart/Connie Smith show this Saturday. What an outstanding show , by 2 fabulous artists....a great mix of old country, new country , gospel , bluegrass music.. This is a great venue to see a show, from the seating , audio , friendliness of the employees. they have such a wide range of shows for any type of fan...and their own in house show is better that some you will find on broadway or vegas

Their selection of performances are perfect for anyone. The range is unbelievable. We have been here many times and continue coming back. The prices are reasonable and if you buy tickets there you save the extra cost of the "middleman". That's what we do. The extra is per ticket and can add up if there is more than 2 people.

We went to Ovation and it started out okay but then later on it was very good. It was very slow starting out and then it went very well.

Went to the El Divo concert. The lights used towards the audience was awful and took away from the concert. In addition, the audio level was way too loud, especially the bass. There were 2 violinists which could not be heard through most of the concert to demonstrate that it was too loud. The person controlling the sound level did not sit in the audience during rehearsal to determine the optimum level of sound - the person, probably a male, thought the louder it was the better.

This show never disappoints and it is a great way to spend 2 hours celebrating Christmas with your family or just by yourself. Non stop music, dancing, fun and a visual experience, that few shows can match. This is our 7+ Christmas show and we will always go back each year. With not a bad seat in the house - it is a must see.

This was our first time here. From the parking to leaving after concert was great.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Seats were comfortable with leg room.

Great venue. No bad seats. Will definitely come back for other concerts. Show started on time and they allow snacks being taken back to seats.

The beauty of this theater at Christmastime is exceptional!! The quality of the performance and stage set was amazing!! The show produced here was amazing and I feel any show they performed would be well worth it. I would highly recommend it as a must see event.

Very entertaining show, professional musicians, great singing and dancing. This is one of the best of their original shows. There are no bad seats in this theater!

Lovely theater. Wonderful vocal and dance performances to songs you will recognize from "The Silver Screen." I thought it would be performed to taped music, and was pleasantly surprised to find a live band that could not have been better!

My wife and I attended a Tuesday afternoon matinee. The audience was small as expected but the show was powerful. We saw Songs of the Silver Screen and was treated to a 2 hour presentation of great cinema hits covering old to new movie classics. The singers and dancers were wonderful as were all the musicians in the live orchestra. Don’t think this is just “old” movie music, as it covers music up to current years with great special effects. We are professional entertainers who were passing through Lancaster for a show and we would highly recommend this show.

Josh Turner concert was great. It’s the Theatre no room to move around in the lobby and they have a store that sells stuff. They should have an open space area so people can move around especially folks with wheelchairs and walkers they need the space. Parking it terrible to try to get out on to highway. Traffic jam in the parking lot. Also you must go early like an hour before the show do to parking issues there. If you don’t park at the theater you will be told to park at the shopping center that’s across the highway. Then you will be walking across the highway at nighttime.

We went with a group to see Songs of the Silver Screen. It was kind of a cheesy production, but we enjoyed ourselves because the orchestra is superb, and the lighting and choreography were excellent. It's a comfortable theatre, nice gift shop, nice bathrooms. We're a little spoiled because we have seen many real Broadway shows and our grown son is a NYC-based stage manager/lighting designer.
This show took us through several dozen Movie Songs, most of which were familiar (which of course is why they were picked). The costuming, instrumentation, and dancing were excellent. Three of the large cast had quite excellent singing voices: Mary Kay Hughes (Breakfast at Tiffany's and more), Wes Cooke (The Power of Love and others), and ESPECIALLY Rose Scott (Wind Beneath My Wings and more). Otherwise, the vocals were hit or miss. Hint - it would be nice to put the cast member's name by each song.
Overall, we had a good time, and will go back occasionally.

Saw a recent show here, good venue, honestly few of any bad seats, helpful staff good sound system for show was fine could hear both highs and lows well.
Staff on hand to assist with parking before and after event.
Lobby hectic , but expected this due to the performers. Worth the price

Far out weighted my expectations. Enthusiastic, talented, beautiful sets and costumes. We had a balcony seat with an amazing view.
The only downside is that there are no covid masking requirements as it's not mandated in PA and more than half the audience didn't have one on. Forget about social distancing.
Sure, I would go again.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the AMT theater. The view was excellent from almost the rear of the ground floor. The staff are all very nice and I loved not having to take out a loan for drinks & snacks ( nicely priced ). We saw Martina McBride and we will be back. A great experience.

Facility is beautiful. Not a bad seat in the house but exiting the parking list is a nightmare. You are at the mercy of what seems like untrained staff exiting you out of a free for all parking lot onto a bust highway

We see the Christmas show every year. I always enjoy the show, but this year's show was better than ever. There is a younger more energetic cast. There is more of an artistic feel to the performance than there used to be. Scenery and costumes are top notch. I like the changes.

We saw "Brothers of the Heart" -- a group we were not familiar with. Great country/bluegrass/pop group with wonderful harmonies. Loved the theater. Very easy to get to and comfy seats.

The seating here is comfortable. Nice venue with large variety of performers. Celtic Woman was outstanding! Staff is friendly. P lace is very clean

Very disappointing, Attended the Christmas show in 2016 and it was fantastic. This year we did not care for some of the singers when they performed solo, but loved it when they performed as a group. We noticed a lot of the singers that performed in 2016 were replaced. The children performers were awesome.

We go to a good many shows here; last Saturday it was Kansas the band. Our seats were in row S and for some reason the usher took me to row R (where there were two empty seats) and so I sat down. I soon discovered that were actually in the row behind where I was directed, so I don't know why that happened there. Later, during Dust In The Wind, the guy beside me who had been completely quiet, believed he should accompany the band and sang the whole song (off key) just loud enough that I couldn't block him out, even with tissue stuffed in my ears. I went to the ticket counter after this and asked if we could have any other seats. I was told that we could sit in the very back, which was fine with me. It was near the doors so we could easily slip out when we were ready to. Unfortunately, this area became Grand Central at that time; people were using the corridor right in front of us as their avenue to go the bathroom multiple times, go out and get food, stand in front of the doors to take their videos, chat with the seated ushers, etc. The ushers there did nothing except use their flashlights to light the floor in front of all the foot traffic. Even some of the ushers (not the others) were going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth a number of times during the short time we were seated there. I will never again ask to be seated in the back...I didn't get to really enjoy anything after "Dust In The Wind," and this was a pretty long performance. Also, the ushers should never allow anyone to block the aisles or the doors for more than a few seconds. People can take their videos from their seats and gossip with the ushers later. For what they are charging there now, (from center orchestra forward, which are the same exact seats as everywhere else, they are now called "VIP" seats and cost more), I am going to have to be more selective in the future about going there.

Very nice performance. First time there. Plenty of parking and friendly employees. Show was very good and I had a good seat with some leg room. Near hotels, shopping and restaurants. Will be back again.

If you have never seen a show here, you need to! The venue is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly. The shows we have seen here have been great! Want something different to do while in Lancaster? Check this out, you won't be disappointed

The show was alright. Good vocals and dancing. They put their twist on the Christmas Classics. A new song for me but I loved it was Put a Little Holiday in your Heart. Their Christmas parody of Journey’s Don’t Stop Believing was my favorite part of the show.
If you are in town and wanted to check a show out this is an option. I would not drive from out of town to go see it though.

We come to AMT every year to enjoy the Christmas show and once again they hit it out of the park.
What a wonderful Holiday show that the entire family can enjoy!
The theatre is clean, the staff is so friendly and the show is always entertaining!
The costumes were beautiful, the voices were outstanding, the dancing was entertaining and the musicians are fantastic!
This is a must for every family for the holidays!!

Took in the "Songs of the Silver Screen" on our anniversary. Show was as professional as ever. Most of the songs were very familiar and there was a good selection. There were a few we did not recognize, but they were from movies we had never seen. This theater always puts on a terrific show.

My wife and I come to the American Music Theater on a fairly regular basis for a reason. The folks at American Music Theater consistently book great shows and they do a great job with traffic control and taking care of you once you are on site. Go to their website and find an act that you want to see and go to the American Music Theater to see that act. I don't think that you will be disappointed.

What a giant disappointment, they just put out a new album and NO ONE KNEW THE SONGS...plus if you are not Italian YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND A WORD OF THOSE SONGS.
The tickets ( very expensive) were a gift from my husband and all I could think was I better act like like I'm enjoying the show...
There is no question their voices are an indescribably gifted.
I also unfortunately stumbled upon an article regarding Sebastian Izambard and his abuse to his wife that made her considerable death as an escape option. So...that too made me view him during the pervasive a real scumbag.

We saw Songs of the Silver Screen at a Tuesday Matinee.
This was our first time in this theatre and it was very impressive, it has great parking and the entrance is stunning with two rounded staircases leading to the balcony.
The restrooms are surprisingly large and clean, there is a nice and reasonably priced concession stand and gift shop, the staff are very friendly.
Now to the show, we chose mezzanine seats thinking that they are elevated, they are not, there is a walkway gap in the orchestra seating behind the gap is the mezzanine, our seats were roomy and had a good view.
Prior to the show starting two of the actors came out and gave a little prologue to the show this included a trivia contest and we got a question right and won a box of popcorn at the concession stand.
The show itself was really good with music starting in 1938 and going to the present, some songs were better sung then others but the real stand out was the 9 person orchestra, they were fabulous especially their playing of the music from The Godfather and Exodus. My only criticism was the theatrical lighting, the audience was I would say 100% senior citizens (myself included) on several occasions during the show for dramatic effect the spotlights and strobes flashed into the audience and was blinding, older people's eyes don't adjust that fast, that's my only complaint.
We are looking forward to the next time there's a show we'd like to see.

We've visited this venue several times and always enjoy the shows. Whether it a country music star, tributes to legends or the Christmas Show, everything is amazing. It's very comfortable and well laid out. One thing I always remember to take with me is a scarf or sweater, no matter where you sit, there's always a cool draft on the back of your neck. If in the area, try to book in to see an amazing show!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this concert Joy to the world. Definitely professional singers dancers and orchestra. There were a few songs and attire to us were questionable especially the woman that came out in white custume that we didn’t think was appropriate. Again that is us for most people this concert would have been rated 5 star. Kudos to the violin player O holy night.

Enjoyed a wonderful production of "Ovation" with the magnificent talent of a cast who delighted with their voices, musicality, costumes and dance moves. It was a total delight - as good as if not better than Broadway!

Went to see their Christmas show for the very first time. It was fantastic and the theatre was just as awesome. Not a bad seat in the house. Will go back.

Such a very nice venue to see a show. It was a 80 minute drive so that wasn’t to bad. Beautiful costumers and some very good singers. I would go back again.

I enjoy live music and travel to many musical centers and theaters. AMC is a delight. Traffic is well managed both coming and going. There is ample free parking. The seats are comfortable, have drink cups, and afford very good leg room. All sections, center stage and stage left and right afford great views. The sound quality is excellent. There are refreshments for sale, tho I did not see alcohol being sold. Online ticket sales are easy. To get early access to great seats for an artist I follow, I joined AMC’s subscriber list for a modest fee and snagged front row seats and a set of second row seats. Was glad to support this entertainment gem.

My wife and I had our first date on Sept 12, 1964. We saw the movie Bikini Beach with Frankie Avalon. He performed at the American Music Theater on Sept 11, 2022. It was the eve of the 58th anniversary of our first date. The theater suggested a tribute to be played during the pre-concert slide show. After the show we got to meet Frankie Avalon at the stage door and get his autograph. I couldn't have asked for a more rewarding experience to help celebrate our special event.

We saw “Jesus”!! It was spectacular with the scenery, actors and animals. Glad we choose seats in the middle and were able to enjoy the action on the sides in the theater. It was difficult at times to figure out who was speaking or singing because of so many actors on stage and no spotlight on the featured actor.

This is a great place to see any show
Seating good regardless of where
Great sound system
Up close interaction with artist for pictures and autographs
I visit regularly
Looking forward to nxt show
Temps and 4 tops and Christmas show is too great to discribe

We have been many times but try to pick shows that are not so darn expensive. Some of the ticket prices are not worth seeing that person, maybe we can see them at a cheaper venue some time. The seats in the back are too far back, the sound is good but the ppl look like ants. I'm sure it needs to be that big to earn a profit but it keeps us away & we are of average or above means. What about the ppl who just can't afford to go. I realize not everything is equal or fair. But AMT is not real high on our list of places to visit. And even tho' they have guards to help getting out is a NIGHTMARE! Not sure when we were last there but these things I mentioned do not change.

We visit this theater a couple of times a year. We hit a couple of their celebrity shows and always try to catch their summer and Christmas shows. This year's Christmas show was especially good. The casts of the original summer and Christmas shows are excellent -- wonderful singers and dancers who do a terrific job. The band is top-notch. The celebrity shows are generally well-staged. The lighting and audio systems at this theater are as good as any you'll get in a major house, and the house crew clearly knows its job. We'll keep coming here.

We attended the Ovations show at the American Music Theater recently. The show had an excellent mix of popular music over the decades. The arrangements were well done and the musicians and dancers were very talented.

Very modern, very classy theater with excellent sound. We sat in the top balcony and the sound and show were excellent.

Very talented singers and dancers. Another spectacular Christmas show. 9 piece Orchestra was amazing. The venue is very nice and completely decorated for Christmas... Highly recommended.

Have been coming for the past 7 years and this years Christmas performance didn’t disappoint. The kids really enjoy the show and we’re looking forward to next year.

I had the opportunity to attend a show at the American Music Theatre last night and it was a wonderful experience. Saw Brian Setzer's Rockabilly Riot and the music was loud, but you could hear every guitar lick and the singers. Parking was easy, the attendants were very friendly, the place was clean, and the seats were comfortable, even if you had trouble sitting still with the music. If your visiting Lancaster, check out their show and concert schedule. I am sure you will find a show you like so don;t miss it. This is one of the nicest theaters I have ever been to.

We went to see the Beach Boys here and this was the first time we seen a concert at this theatre. I had read the reviews previously before going and most of them were good. We were in the 4th row back from stage in the center, I thought it would be too close but the seats were perfect. Plenty of leg room if you want to stand, you don't have to get up to let someone pass by. There are cup holders also which I thought was great. I thought the staff was well organized with seating people and with the traffic leaving. There is a snack bar as well and I thought the prices were reasonable and not over priced. At the end of concert you can purchase merchandise in the lobby area. We will definitely be returning to this theatre for future shows.

Amazing theatre, very clean and well staffed. 1600 seats, intimate space. We saw Clint Black and it was a very good show! Parking easy and free, short wait to get out at the end of the night.

Caught Jake Owen here this month.
- very interesting acoustical show - which paired with this very interesting venue.
Parking for one is odd -- as it circles this church-like theater.
- across the street is your best option -
Positives -
- great acoustics
- large roomy seats
- local-made treats in snack back
- clean bathrooms
- intimate setting
Negatives
- bathrooms can't handle capacity at intermissions
- no alcohol served
- weird gift shop in the foyer
- music was amped up a bit louder than it should have been to enjoy
Would recommend: Yes
Would re-patronize: Possibly, depending on the show

I take my family to the Christmas show every year , never disappoints. A better show for teen + children. I have been to several other shows during the year that are all great but a little $$$ .

My daughter and I went to their Christmas spectacular and really enjoyed it. The scenery was amazing! The singing and dancing was enjoyable as well. I have also enjoyed other shows there over the years and it never disappoints.

This was our first visit to American Music Theatre. Everyone we dealt with did so in a caring and professional manner. The show was fantastic and we were so impressed with the performance, that we book a concert for January 21, 2023. If you have not visited AMT, I highly recommend you do, you won’t be disappointed!

We seem to come here quite a bit each year for various musical performances. The last time it was for Kansas the band. As I have said before, they need to put in more seating in the lobbies. Even a padded bench would be great. People jam up around the entrances where the concessions, gift shop, restrooms, and t shirt sales are, which may be against the fire code. There is so much open lobby (on two levels) here, a bench or two along the many walls wouldn't hurt anything, especially for the disabled. They have enough parking spaces and designated seats there, why not provide more so that everyone wouldn't have to congregate and clog up the same areas? One day I may not be able to walk or climb stairs, so I'm sure I'd appreciate knowing that there was a bench or a chair to rely on.

Disappointed nothing like last year show.
Did not capture the attention, some what boring.
Last year was amazing.... very disappointed this year.

Get there early and park in the front lot! It’s so much easier to leave and you won’t have to wait in line.
STOMP was a great show! But I’m here to review the theater itself. Seats were comfortable and provided plenty of leg room as well as a cup holder. Don’t worry if you’re on the larger size like myself, you’ll be fine! The concessions were very affordable ($2-3 for popcorn, drinks, candy, pretzels). Bathrooms were very clean.
Only negative is that they should’ve opened the doors earlier since there was a large crowd suffocating the entire lobby of the theater. Show started at 7 but doors opened at 6:32. We had to penguin walk into the theater.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this venue for a show. There were no voices in the performance so I couldn’t tell you how the sound was besides the well amplified stage.
Our seats were mezzanine center row R

This was my first Christmas show it was AWESOME and it won't be my last !! This place never stops amazing me ! I have been here for all types of shows and never been disappointed ! And the new state of the art sound system is outstanding !! GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE for making this place what it is !! Thank you !

The American Music Theater is Beautifully Quaint, Classy and Clean. Ushers are very hospitable. Seats are large, padded and comfortable, not those hard plastic seats . Snack shop is what you would normally see at a small theater. Parking is organized, we got out of the parking lot rather quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening of DWTS

My late husband and I and my sister and her husband attended performances at this Route 30 theater for years. It was always a beautiful place with great shows and helpful staff.
Since the pandemic however this place has seen a serious decline that seems to have no explanation. Staff are robotic if not unpleasant and seem to lack any real hospitality experience. There is little care for patrons once seated to prevent others from blocking views or even climbing over seats.
The schedule of events has declined significantly with increased periods of no shows at all. Events are also far more expensive now and can be found cheaper at nearby places.
The annual Doo Wop shows are gone entirely and they were so popular among us and our friends. Staff offer no explanation.
No joy in this post. We’ve moved on at this point. What a shame.

I love this theatre and drove three hours to see a show I could have seen at home. But the theatre is medium sized and seats are good no matter where you sit. The show was good and there are ample things to keep you busy during the daytime or the next day if you decide to stay overnight.

The theatre is larger than I expected. The sight lines are good and the seats are comfortable. The venue offers a variety of acts and many of the Sunday shows begin at 3 PM. The audience seems to arrive early, even though there is little to do inside before the doors to the room open. There could be more bathrooms.

The show I saw, One Night of Queen, was excellent as usual. This review is about the venue. Upon entering, no one scanned or even asked for my ticket. The ushers did not ask for it either and I didn't offer to show it since I knew how to find the front row ;-). Maybe there was no need since the show was sold out. The space between the rows seemed spacious. The space between the front row and stage was wider than other venues. Almost all the seats had cupholders (on the back of the seat in front of that row) except the front row. Security was so concerned about me spilling my soda as I stood. They mentioned it to me three times. One time he suggested I take it to the back. I guess that means to throw it out , umm not for what I paid for it. I'm not 12 years old, I was conscientious of my cup of soda the whole time. Maybe if they sold bottled soda then they wouldn't be concerned. Also, they do not sell/serve alcohol. I was also told not to be aware of the wires on the stage. I was getting embarrassed the multiple times they approached me. I really think it was a security person over-using his authority. Would I go back, probably.

We can easily understand why it always is sold out days before a performance. Music and singing is top caliber! It has been a long time since a music performance has tugged at my emotions like some of the renditions of some of the traditional Christmas Carols have during this performance!

I see a lot of shows at AMT. So far this year, I have tickets to 22 shows! They offer celebrity shows as well as their own variety shows. The seats have leg room, are comfortable and wide, and have cup holders. The theater is not large and all seats are good for viewing. The sound is good and does not overwhelm you.

We have been to shows in New York, Vegas and Branson. This show rivals anything we have seen! Entertaining and the singers were outstanding! Highly recommend

If you've ever seen a first-class seat on a plane, you know that the leg-room is really good. Imagine having an entire theater designed to give every attendee that first class feeling! The American Music Theater is perhaps the most comfortable theater in the tri-state region. And EVERY seat is good! The acoustics are excellent and the staff is great. Make sure you leave time to enjoy the Amish shops and restaurants in the area prior to your show. Well worth the time it takes to get there!!

Awesome experience. The entertainment was first rate, the sets were seemlessly changed throughout the show.( ( you barely noticed them changing the sets, It was like magic.)
The dancers, singers and orchestra were all so professional .
The decorations for Christmas were beautiful too.
Getting our=t of the parking lot can be tricky at night. but it was not too bad.

This theatre is well taken care of and the show was good. We saw The First Noel. Also close to a lot of dining options before/after the shows.

The theater is beautiful. We had seats 4 rows back in the 2nd middle section and could see the stage well. It was the DooWop show with the Coasters, Shirley from the Shirelles and other groups that sang oldies from the 60's. Amazing how I could remember the words to those songs. It sure brought back some great memories of when I was a teenager. They don't make songs like that anymore. Really enjoyed the show and the theater.

My wife and I enjoyed the Christmas Show more than we thought we would. There was a nice mix of song and dance, the set designs were wonderful.

Saw Emmy Lou Harris last Friday. Her microphone was so loud that you couldn’t understand a word she was singing. Left hallway through concert.

Small theatre, probably isn’t a bad seat in the house. The staff was very friendly. Snacks/drinks good price, but no alcoholic beverages.

We recently saw the newest production at the AMT. It was fabulous! When usually associate such talent with Broadway, but the performers at this theater are all exceptional. This production is highly recommended!

We've been coming her for years and have always loved the show - especially the Christmas Show.
This year's show really missed the mark, in my opinion. While the costumes were great, there didn't seem to be an overall flow to the show. We almost left at the intermission and after staying for it, we wished we had.

I highly recommend this show. The singers and dancers were amazing. The sets were beautiful. The show was great and had something for everyone. Don’t miss this one if you are in the area. Will be attending next year for sure

The American Music Theater in Lancaster, PA seats 1600 people and offers both touring concerts and original shows. We recently attended a concert by Irish singer Daniel O’Donnell and were pleased with the show and the venue itself. There are two seating arrangements, the mezzanine and balcony. We were seated in the mid-section in the last center row. The seats were comfortable, and the the sight line was excellent. The concert itself was very good and worth every penny. Another plus is their free parking lot. People directing traffic made parking easy for entering and exiting. Clean restrooms, a gift shop and a small snack bar are available. Check their website for upcoming events. Recommend.

This was a most rewarding experience. First time at this theater and will attend again. The live performances are spot on for having fun, relaxing, and for enjoying a great time. Price and value are not an issue. Easy access, centrally located, sufficient parking, excellent service and professional and friendly staff. Also, great variety of venues.

The American Music Theater is absolutely beautiful and a great place to see a show or concert. The seats are comfortable and the place is very clean. There is plenty of on-site free parking. The host a wide array of acts from multiple genres. Most are either up and comers or those in the twilight of their careers. You may pay a little more to see a performer but the venue is top notch!

Watch out for the ticket fees. Six dollars per ticket is ridiculous. Last time we will be buying tickets at this venue. Per ticket! Not per order.

We've attended several Christmas shows here, and they never disappoint. This one may have been the most impressive, just for the sheer variety of selections, sets, costumes, and performers. We particularly appreciate the way the artistic director remains faithful to the Biblical narrative in telling the story of Christmas. Just a great value for your entertainment dollar, too.

Various artists. Tickets available online. Parking was plentiful. Casual dress is acceptable as the theatre is in a tourist area (across the street from many outlets and several restaurants). Artists often sell and sign their cds in the theatre lobby.

Great experience. We saw there Original Christmas Show. First rate production. Seating is wonderful, not a bad seat in the house. The performers/singers were fantastic! The scenery was elaborate and very realistic and the orchestra played beautifully. Really put us in the Holiday Spirit. We’ll be back for next years show!

Venue was very nice. Concession prices were very reasonable. Seats were very comfortable. I do not think there could be a bad seat view.
Concert itself was GREAT!!
We love Aaron!!

Have now attended Dozens of shows at the American Music Theatre, always a wonderful experience!
Do not miss a chance to enjoy a show here!

The theatre is huge and very up to date. The sound system is state of the art. Loud? Yes, but I could understand everything so clearly. We went with friends from out of town who had made the trip to go to the AMT. A big surprise is that the traffic after the event went very smoothly and with little delay. How do they do that?

My family LOVED the 2022 Christmas Show. We are a musical family, and we talked about the show for days.

This is the first time we have visited here. the show was truly fantastic. We will be returning on a regular basis. it is accessible to handicap. A lovely facility.

My sister and I saw the Songs of the Silver Screen. It features two hours of songs from popular movies. While some of the story line was a little cheesy, the dancing, singing and costumes were amazing and we were entertained throughout!
The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the theater, but maybe the people who sat next to me will see this. I was by two young men (late teens, early 20s) and their parents. These two “gentlemen” did not stop talking the entire show, nor did their parents ask them to. They were old enough to know better and should be embarrassed of their behavior. Even the people in front of us were turning around and glaring. If you’re going to a live production, make sure to teach your children etiquette for such and event no matter how old they are!

If you are in Lancaster County and have not yet seen their Christmas Show call and order your tickets now. This show is stunning from the first note to the last. It features phenomenal singers, awesome dancers, amazing scenes and costumes and even a darling children's cast. I cannot say enough about this show. It will definitely raise your holiday spirits.....guaranteed!!!!!

We never attended any shows at AMT. We frequented Sight and Sound but decided to get in the Christmas spirit with AMT's" Joy to the World "! The theatre is beautiful with a large lobby decorated with Christmas trees and bells on both levels.
The performance is beautifully orchestrated and choreographed! The carols appeal to all and the dancing is wonderful! The orchestra's Joy to the World is fantastic and the classic Holy Night with a violin soloist accompanied by vocalists will bring tears to your eyes!! Don't miss this show!

We love this theater. It’s a great venue for traveling shows as well as large special events. But what makes them even more special is that they also have an in-house troupe that does a great job on locally produced original shows! There is at minimum a summer show and a Christmas show and both are outstanding! Whether a new resident or a visitor, check it out! You won’t be sorry!

This is an excellent smaller intimate theater and there are no bad seats. We saw the stars of Nashville here and were delighted with the venue. Acoustics were awesome as well. Parking is easy as well not to mention free!

Amazing theater with an excellent show. Extremely well kept theater. It was beautiful inside. We had snacks from their concession area- very reasonably priced! The gift shop was cute but jammed full of people (I got to look after the show.)
The singing and dancing was perfect. I am in the holiday mood for sure. High energy! Beautiful ending that shares the true meaning of Christmas!

Outstanding show venue. Not a bad seat in the house. Very intimate setting. Well apportioned concession stand and gift shop in the lobby. A number of great restaurants nearby for your dining pleasure.

What a great Christmas show. Some songs sent chills thru me. It's a really nice little theater. Great staff, friendly, helpful. They also have a really nice gift shop.

We drive three hours to visit the Ronks area on a annual basis. We have been doing this for approximately 15 years. This theatre is a first class place not only for the facility but the shows that they book. We recently saw the Texas Tenors and have seen all their shows at this theatre. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. The people that work here make you feel at home. It is easy to find right on route 30. Handicap have no problem here. Book your tickets on the web because they fill quickly. There are several other attractions in this area as well. We love Lancaster, it's one of our favorite places. Two things, they do not have a dress code but in that I think the majority of the crowd is a senior crowd we have a tendency to dress up somewhat. The parking lot fills quickly, but there is parking across the street in which we chose. It can take awhile to get out of the parking lot.

Saw Jay Leno last night and laughed the entire 90 minute show. One joke after another. Non- stop. His comedy is non political and full of family stories. Jay is a national treasure.

Excellent venue, very good service. I need support due to my oxygen needs and lack of mobility, American Music Theater provided ushers who picked me up at and returned me to my van.

We recently saw the original AMT show, Ovation. What a great way to spend 2 hours. The band was amazing as were the vocalists. The dancers were energetic and polished. I was suspect about the quality of the production and thought it was going to be like a theme park show, but I was SO wrong. The musicianship was amazing - especially the pianists, the trumpet player and the violinist. Actually they were all quite accomplished. Three of the 5 singers just blew me away and the two who sang the song in Italian brought me to tears! Together the 5 sounded like 20! The costumes were properly sparkly and the lighting made the show come alive. I can't wait to go again. My only wish is that more young people - teenagers through 40-somethings would come to be entertained and inspired. The audience, while making my middle agedness feel young, were 70's-90's. The show was for all ages and I would love to see more young people the next time!

Beautiful theatre. Organized, clean, friendly staff. Tickets reasonable. Lots of leg room. Snack bar available.

This is our second trip to AMT in Lancaster for their Christmas show. Again, it is fantastic ! Seating is good wherever you sit however if you want the best choice in seating - book early - 6 to 12 months in advance.

Attended a concert at this venue for the first time in July and was blown away by how comfortable and spacious the seating was. Typically in venues like this I am sitting with my knees against the seat back in front of me but at AMT not only was I not smashed up against a seat but there was even room for someone to walk past me without me having to get up! I was amazed at how much space there was, that is unheard of! And there were cup holders. The acoustics were pretty darn good too!

We had visited several times previously and I thought the Christmas Show was a bit ho-hum. Not this year. This year’s show was awesome. The vocals are simply amazing. Loved it.

Place is nice. Some of crowd n flashlight ushers should mind there own business.you go to concert expect standing clapping yelling. If you are a menninite.or amish n you dont like that kind of audience .stay. home.dont tap me on shoulder n tell me this is Christian place n to sit down.your at a rock concert.tell ushers to stop fashing light n telling me to sit down. Your all nuts in this place.i cant beleive anyone books this joint.never come vack here again.

This is a great venue to see an act. Seats are comfortable and really not a bad seat in the place. Have no complaints. Saw Hermits Hermans and they are great and Peter still has it!!

Cozy and modern theater located on Route 30 in Lancaster, offering great shows year round. Comfortable seating, friendly staff and prices for snacks at the concession stand are very good. Check the website for upcoming shows. Parking in lot can fill up, so park across the road in n the Outlets parking area.

Great place to see a show. Not too big, comfortable seats, good sound.
We recently saw the group Resurrection (a Journey tribute band). Very good show 2 hours long. Very few empty seats. The only drawback is the parking. After reading reviews, we parked across the street in the Rockvale Mall (nobody there anymore) and crossed at a stoplight with many other patrons. It was so much easier getting out. Do that so you don't fight the traffic after the show. Clean place, friendly staff.
Go and enjoy, lots of entertainment to pick from.

We just saw Chis Botti at AMT, and it was an amazing show! We’ve been here numerous times over the years, and it’s a beautiful venue to see an entertainer or an AMT original show. Their sound system has greatly improved over the years, and their seats are spacious and comfortable. I’m over 6’ and I don’t feel sardined at all. I’ve always been underwhelmed by their gift shop and concession stand because both are small, with the same old selections. Their concession stand does not sell alcohol at all, but I fail to see how selling beer and wine would hamper the family aspect of the venue. Plus, $2.00 for a stale Philly Pretzel is not worth it. Parking can be cumbersome, even with the assistance of the lot helpers, so we park across the street and walk over, always crossing at the crosswalk.

We went to see the Christmas 2019 show titled Joy to the World. It was a wonderful 2 hour presentation with all kinds of music. Included sets that were beautiful, included children and young people, music was both secular, religious. It was our first time in this theater...nice roomy spaces as leg room, nice comfortable seating. Easy to drive in and out with ample parking. We will return for other shows.

The American MusicTheater is a terrific venue for live acts and there isn't a bad seat in the house. We were there recently for a Temptations-Four Tops Show and enjoyed it immensely. It seats maybe a thousand people and is set up in a wide bowl with most of the seating on the floor with a balcony above. There is a small snack bar inside along with a gift store. Seating is comfortable and there are a number of seats for handicapped individuals as well. The problem here is the parking. There never seem to be enough spots and leaving the parking lot at night is a terror. They should probably have some kind of coffee and dessert bar in the facility because there is certainly no need to rush to your car after the performance unless you like sitting in traffic leaving the lot. It might be better to park across the street at the outlets and walk to the theater. It can't be any worse! But, hey, don't let that stop you, American Music Theater is a great venue and they are very good at attracting first class entertainment.

I was at your theater ladt week to see Trace Adkins . I love this theater. I was there last year to see Gladys Knight. I drive 6 hrs to see your shows. Will be back.

Good stuff...comfy seats, lots of leg room, great sound. Mickey Gilley at 82 sounded amazing. Nice video screens so you don't miss anything.
Not so good...the crowd was not very energetic. It's nice for the performer to know you're enjoying the show people! Also, it would be delightful to have a glass if wine or a beer during a music event.

The Christmas show this year is spectacular! We have enjoyed their show in previous years, but this year it is outstanding! The talent, costumes, orchestra and stage decor all make for an excellent performance!
Thank you, all!!!

Visited for the first time this weekend for a Justin Hayward and Christopher Cross concert. Both entertainers did not disappoint and gave fantastic performances. As for the American Music Theatre was as well fantastic ! This theatre was a fantastic venue to see a concert with very comfortable seats and unobstructed sight views. This will be considered another visit for that favorite entertainer we enjoy.

I've enjoyed the shows I've seen here, but a few things to note for those who might not be aware. 1) Parking - as insane as it sounds, you should try to arrive 1+ hour before the show starts if you want parking in the main lot. Otherwise, you'll be forced to park across the highway at the outlets. There is a light to cross at, but its not the best. 2) Seating - I'm only 5'5" and find it unpleasant to sit on the main floor because even when sitting on an aisle I find I can barely see the stage; I prefer the balcony. 3) the lobby will be very, very, VERY crowded so be aware.

This is not a huge place so every seat is a good seat! There is plenty of leg room. The only draw back is parking! I became a stage door groupie hoping for an autograph and waited for quite a while. The benefit of that was being able to exit the parking lot very easy. I watched the mess of those leaving right after the show. The parking lot is huge so it could be quite a walk to the theatre.

saw the Vince Gill show recently and it was outstanding....AMT keeps bringing top notch talent to the venue, so there are shows for every taste in music...their in house shows are over the top and rival anything you may see on broadway at a fraction of the cost..not a bad seat in the house....

This theater always puts on good shows. Staff are very nice. Prices are reasonable. Snack bar has good prices.

The AMT Christmas Tradition is back and better than ever. After last year's Covid cancellation - this year's show is needed and welcomed now more than ever. The 2 hour show is a fantastic way to celebrate the holiday season. This is the 7th Christmas season my 12 year old daughter has seen the show and it was great. The songs, the orchestra, the dancing and the scenery were all first rate. We love how AMT uses young adults in their productions and this year was no different. I got chills during their performance of O Come All Ye Faithful as it was that good. If you are looking to re-kindle the holiday spirit or start a new holiday tradition - you must check out AMT's Holiday Show. Tip - for $4 (plus tax) at the concession stand you can get a Hot Chocolate and Pretzel - and it tastes great! We will be back next Christmas as we already have our tickets!!!

I see several concerts each year at AMT, and have never been disappointed in the show or the facility. I travel an hour away, find plenty of parking across the street, the shows start on time, and the seating is vert comfortable. The prices of the shows vary considering how popular the shows are. Nice thing is there is plenty of room between the rows with cup holders. The entire theater is immaculate in how clean it is, and the attendants are extremely nice. I also like the wide variety of shows, too. To me, the experience of coming to the AMT is always an enjoyable night out

What a fantastic venue to see a musical concert!! Not a bad seat in the place and great sound. I can’t wait for another chance to go back

How fortunate we are to live so close to such a wonderful treat as The American Music Theater in Lancaster. The Christmas Show, “Joy To The World” is a beautifully done extravaganza and one not to be missed.
Bravo to the cast of singers and dancers who displayed a professional and magical time for all of the ages.
A special shout out to the orchestra who keep us spell bound with their outstanding musical talent, and thank YOU to the theater for showcasing them with style and grace.
We loved every second of this show! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!

We saw Alan Parsons Project here on Saturday night. First time we've been here and we were impressed that all seats had a great view and seemed close to the stage. Sound quality was great and the cup holders in the seats were a pleasant surprise! We got bottled water and a box of candy and the prices were very reasonable, not like movie theatre prices at all.

great place to see a concert - all seats are great for view and very comfortable - the Christmas show is always great too

Parking was well directed both in and out of the venue all the employees we encountered were very pleasant and easy to deal with which made for a very enjoyable experience

The AMT always does a good job with their shows and they are loaded with talent for their local shows. Enjoy traditional Christmas carols and a great show.

AMT has really dropped the ball and is using COVID as an excuse. I have tickets to two shows that were rescheduled repeatedly due to COVID. I was never contacted regarding reschedule dates, although they claim to have sent an email blast & called (they have my email and a good number, but I never received phone calls or emails.....hmmmm.) Now they refuse to refund tickets I purchased back in November 2019, for a show that was rescheduled 4X! AND the entertainment is not even what I purchased my tickets for!! I purchased tickets for Restless Heart and now its Blackheart. Then they claim an email went out in June that would've allowed me to cancel---BUT guess what, didnt get that email either. This is beyond frustrating!! Shame on you AMT! I always thought this was an excellent establishment with high integrity. Maybe not.

It was out first time at AMT. We really enjoyed a performance! Theater had a great Christmas decor . We will be back during our next visit to Lancaster !

Great Show. Peter Noone, Herman's Hermits Clean Theater. You can see the stage from any seat in the house

I have visited here about 5 times now. The place is clean and all seats are great. Staff is always friendly. I really enjoy coming here and I can't wait to visit for the next show! Saw Englebert a few times and just saw Riverdance!

This was a great size place to see a show. Plenty of leg room and not a bad seat anywhere. The staff was great and pleasant.

Not crowed at all, was a little boring to be honest. One singer was phenomenal. She sang one of lady Gaga’s song.other than that not wiorth the money.

Another outstanding in house show by AMT...Andrea McCormick keeps coming up with one hit show after another. Great set designs, fantastic band and a super outstanding cast. made for a very enjoyable afternoon...it is hard to top one of these professionally put together shows

We really enjoyed the AMT in house production "Ovation." This show is good enough to be in Las Vegas. Kudos to the very talented performers in this show.

I attended a Blues Traveler concert here. It was my first visit to the American Music Theater. It was a great venue with good sound quality. The seating is great. The parking at the venue is also convenient. I will attend future events here.

This Theather is very elegant and clean. I always enjoy a visit here and their shows are pretty good.

Lovely theater only wish there were more seats in the lobby while waiting for the doors to open. The Texas Tenors were awesome.

I am profoundly deaf. I can only hear through the near-miracle of a cochlear implant inside my right ear and a 100dB hearing aid for my left ear (which is nearly useless). My wife wanted to come here to see Steve Martin and Martin Shore's comedy show and to visit with a family member who is in the area. Because I am severely hearing-impaired, I have difficulty in movie theaters, concerts, auditoriums and any place where noisy crowds prevail.
I sent an inquiry to the management, describing my situation and explaining that I used a neckloop to connect with the T-coils in my hearing instruments and could not use most headphones. I asked about their assisted listening system and never got a response. My wife called someone she knew who worked at the theater and was told that the system was "excellent" and "worked very well." My personal experience showed that the technical staff at theater have never experienced a hearing impairment and are completely oblivious to what constitutes an acceptable system for the hearing impaired.
When I picked the FM receiver from the box office, they handed me a pair of earbuds. Earbuds are impractical or impossible for users of BTE hearing aids or cochlear implants because our hearing sensors are not in our ears but above and behind our ears. When I explained that to the person at the box office his facial expression exposed his ignorance on the subject. I told him that I would try to connect my neckloop, which employs the same connector plug as the earbuds.
When the transmitter went live a few minutes before the show started, I started adjusting the output volume and the sensitivity of my instruments. I knew almost immediately that I might have problems. I was hearing audience noise; I could even hear conversations that people were having. The chief problem appears that the theater's audio mixing system and microphones are not set up to emphasize human vocalization onstage and minimize background noise from the audience.
During the show, the only times I could hear Martin and Short were when the audience was silent. Then their onstage conversations and monologues were clear and understandable. Sadly for me, those moments were brief and infrequent. My wife, on the other hand, was laughing and enjoying the show (I swear I could hear her through the microphone pickups), while I sat, miserable and unable to understand most of what was said. Fortunately Martin Short did some superb physical stunts that were hilarious, even to the deaf.
When I returned the FM receiver, I told the person what my experience had been and that the audio mixing was a serious problem. His feeble explanation was that they didn't control the mixing, that the comedian's crew did that and that there was nothing they could do. I feel as if I wasted the $250 I spent on the show.
From the perspective of a hearing person, I can say that this appears to be a terrific venue. My wife thought it was great. After the show, the parking lot staff handled the exiting patrons efficiently and we were out on the highway withing minutes of leaving our parking space.
So, to my fellow cochlear implant wearers, I say, "Steer clear of the place." To the rest of you: have fun.

It was my first time visiting this place with my mom last night, the inside was beautiful. I loved the theater and we saw Dancing with the Stars Live! That show was so good. The theater was just big enough you could see everything that was going on.it was a really good show!

I reviewed this place about five years ago, in November 2013. Nothing has changed. It is still a top-quality live-music place! We saw the show: “2018 AMT Show: Songs of the Silver Screen.” It is available through the end of September, I believe. Our tickets were $32 each and we had outstanding seats in the first row behind the walkway, with plenty of leg room. My wife and I, and her sister and BIL LOVED the show. It included hit songs, movie theme songs, and a few clips (and a medley) from some of the great movies of all time. The live pianist (who doubles as the small-ensemble leader) was unbelievable! The talent was uniformly excellent, several superb singers! At the end of the evening, you leave feeling uplifted. That is rare. Highly recommend! A wonderful evening!

I saw the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at this venue on May 30th. Great acoustics, smaller more intimate venue so there's really no bad seat. Getting out of the parking lot is easy. They have staff directing the traffic to keep it moving ---- they're like orchestra conductors. The only criticism I have is that you cant get any alcoholic beverages at the venue. It would be nice to have a beer or glass of wine during the show!

We recently went to see Bill Engvall (comedian) and it was our first time to this theatre. We were pleasantly surprised by the ease of parking and entering the venue. The venue is small enough that it didn't look like any seat would have a bad view. The concessions were also very reasonably priced and you can take concessions in to the theatre which also was nice. Tickets were definitely expensive, but it was as expected for these types of shows.

I had only been here once many years ago. A friend has been coming here for the past 10 years for the Elvis Birthday Bash and Elvis Gospel Show and when she brought it up I and 2 of my friends expressed our interest. What a fabulous experience. The theater is beautiful and very comfortable, seats have plenty of leg room which is important. I can tell you I will become a member and in addition to attending the Elvis shows again next year there are many other shows I am interested in seeing. If you are considering attending a show here don't hesitate! I have to thank the performers, Scott Bruce and Mike Albert for a wonderful show.

Came here on a road trip and watched the winter wonderland show. All seats regardless of area are the same price at approx $35. We sat near right orchestra but the view was fairly decent. The show was fine and honestly it's great value when you compare it to Manhattan. The same ticket would cost $150+ for broadway but then again we are in Lancaster PA.

We recently went to see Foreigner what a great show and great venue, we have been here before for other shows and all are really great, you can see from where ever your seat is you don't need to sit in the front row to have a great show experience. will go back again..

I purchased "Mezzanine" seats but when we were taken to our seats, they were in the rear theater first level. When I questioned this I was told "We were in the Mezzanine seating" area? I looked up the word/definition of mezzanine on line and it reads " The level "BETWEEN" two floors, usually the first floor and the balcony" ? THERE IS NO MEZZANINE in this theater!!!! This is poor and misleading information and should be corrected. This false information changed the tone of our evening from good to feeling taken!!! The show itself was enjoyable but the lie took it's toll. The person I spoke to in the theater made light of this, and made me feel very bad. We will inform as many friends, neighbors, fellow workers, etc of this situation. I am sure there are others who feel miss-lead on this. Please add you comments to tripadvisor, so others can be warned......Thank you.

This was our 2nd time seeing the Christmas show. Wow, it’s magical! The scenery is gorgeous, and the singers, dancers and musicians are top-notch! The sound quality and blend are amazing-powerful and clear, but not blaring. We arrived about 1/2 hour early, parked super close, and had roomy seats in the front balcony. The theatre is beautiful and well kept with very clean bathrooms. We’ll be back!

We saw the Christmas Show Joy to the World. It was amazing! The singers and dancers were phenomenal. We sat in the center orchestra section, row K and L. The seats were comfortable and there is a cup holder which is a bonus. We found the staff helping to seat everyone friendly and helpful. Richard was in our section and interacted with all the patrons happily which made for nice pre-show laughs. Will definitely visit this venue again. Thanks American Music Theater!

This theater was amazing. Comfortable seating, free parking, easy to locate. What more could you ask for? It helps that Jay Leno put on a super performance. Family friendly and not political at all. Everyone should see Jay at least once. I guarantee you will love his show. Please check out the AMT website for a show schedule. They have something for everyone.

We attend the Brothers of the Heart concert. We had seats far back from the stage. However the sound, and the view of the stage was perfect. We enjoyed every minute. Even the parking and exiting was excellent.

The American Music Theatre is a gem for not only Lancaster County but also for the State of Pa and even for performers worldwide!
Every year, AMT produces 2-3 of their own original productions. Typically, 1 show runs from May-October which is based off of a chosen theme/concept for the year. They also produce a Christmas show that runs from November-December which has been considered better than the Radio City Music Hall Christmas show! These shows feature experienced and talented singers, dancers, musicians, and performers from across the US and beyond. Many of these people have résumé’s that include Broadway, National Broadway tours, Cruise ships, prior theatre experience, Disney, and touring positions just to name some. Some of these people return every year for the next AMT production.
In addition to their original productions, AMT also books major concerts and touring productions throughout the year. Some of the shows that have took the AMT stage in the past include: Martina McBride, Trace Adkins, Celtic Woman, The Robert Cray Band, Melissa Etheridge, Johnny Mathis, The Piano Guys, The Temptations, The Four Tops, The Beach Boys, Scotty McCreery, Charley Pride, Marc Cohn, Blind Boys of Alabama, Shemekia Copeland, Foreigner, Dancing with the Stars: Live!, Tony Bennett, Kristin Chenoweth, Home Free, Roger Hodgson, The Price Is Right Live!, Daughtry, Yanni, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Jay Leno, Stephen Stills, Judy Collins, Brian Setzer, Julianne Hough, Derek Hough, America, Christopher Cross, Terry Fator, Jennifer Nettles, The Moody Blues, Merle Haggard, Carol Burnett, Neil Sedaka, Million Dollar Quartet, Bob Newhart, Heart, Peter Frampton, Chicago, Ringo Starr, and Donny Osmond! And these are just a sample of some of the shows that AMT has welcomed to the stage! Usually AMT books 50-70 touring/celebrity shows every year that include returning favorites and new shows. They do listen to their fans/guests and will attempt to bring back fan favorites/requested shows as much as possible. AMT is not a large theatre so they cannot always bring in large production shows, but they do surprise you sometimes when they can book big shows or superstars. Many of the shows that AMT does bring in are shows that have played resorts in Atlantic City NJ and Las Vegas Nevada, Grand Ole Opry in Nashville TN, and even Radio City Music Hall in New York.
The auditorium of the theatre only holds about 1,600 seats and all seats give you a good view of the stage! The seats are also very comfy and has plenty of leg room. The theatre does have a concession stand but only sells basically snacks and drinks. There are many great restaurants near the theatre so you can eat before or after the show. There is also a gift shop.
The staff at the theatre are very nice and very accommodating. They seem to like their job and make the show experience better.
Parking is a problem at this venue. The parking lot tends to fill up quickly if the show is sold out. As the theatre is on a major highway, exiting is basically at the mercy of the traffic light so getting out can be slow. I recommend that if you find out your show is almost/is sold out, That you park either across the highway at the restaurant or next door at the Target(there is a covered bridge that connects to the theatre) to avoid the risk of no more spots at the theatre and a slow exit from the parking lot.

Beautiful theater with great shows
Highly recommend seeing a show here. Quality shows in a beautiful facility
Staff was friendly and helpful

I've seen several shows here over the years, but last night Ted Nugent was much better than I remembered. Right off Lincoln Highway the main drag in Lancaster

We were here to see The Beach Boys, wonderful show. The theater is easy to get to and they had people directing traffic in the parking lot. Nicely laid out and there is an elevator to get to the upper section. Seating is comfortable. Would like to see another show at this theater. Highly recommend.

Hi! We've seen many shows at American Music Theater and never left disappointed. Their current "Silver Screen" house production is very well put together and the around two hour time it is shown in flies by. The theater is quite large and wonderfully designed. The seats are oversized and have a lot of legroom, even in the front row. There is a huge self parking lot which is well staffed and organized. We recently went to an ABBA show there, which was sold out. As the show was nearing its end, we were concerned as to how getting out of the lot would be. We shouldn'tve worried; we were out of the lot and on the road within a few minutes. Bravo all around, AMT.

Went to see Dion last Friday night, and THINK the show was good. Only "think" because for the most part supposedly background accompaniment was so loud, the vocals were all but drowned out!
We have been to other shows at AMT recently, for one, the Spring Doo Wop Cavalcade, and the audio was perfect, so don’t know what happened.
And on another topic, why are there so few seats in the lobby, especially for shows that draw an "older" crowd. We 70 and 80 somethings have trouble standing for the hour or so between arriving early enough to get decent parking, and the show doors opening!

This was an add on stop to our trip to Lancaster and I couldn't have loved it more. We saw Joy to the World. The entire theater was decorated beautifully. The stage was elegant and festive. Each and every performer was top notch. The dancing was amazing. If you walk out of that production without a smile on your face ~ Shame on YOU!

I have been going to AMT for many years and tonight I was treated like a piece of trash by not one but two parking attendants. Completely ignorant. I will be speaking to the manager of these people tomorrow. I have second thoughts of even supporting a venue that has such ignorant and dismissive staff.

Just came back from seeing the Christmas show in Lancaster PA. Amazing show, the singers were absolutely great. The theatre was great, can’t wait for next year’s show. Will be going back for sure.

Theater was clean and very attractive the only thing I would recommend back in parking spot so you can pull out when done

January 26, 2019 we went to,see M8ke Albert's Elvis Gospel Show. I must say I am a huge Elvis fan and have been since he started his career...this gentleman when he performed Elvis favorites, he blew me away...he was awesome. A great theater and a awesome show, what a great afternoon. I highly recommend the American Music Theather it is a beautiful theater, and gospel, Elvis style by Mike Albert is just so uplifting..awesome.

Decent enough venue. Tickets are a tad on the high side. But heaven help you if you aren't one of the first few to get tickets. They refuse to sell tickets to you if it leaves a single seat left. I've never heard of such an asinine policy. With 10 seats left, my wife and i cannot go because they won't sell us 2 seats unless we buy a 3rd. I'll never recommend this place. It's not worth the hassle to me. You could do better with your time and everywhere else will actually let you attend.

This is our 27th year attending your Christmas show. And I have to say, it was the best we have seen in those 27 years. Christmas isn’t Christmas without attending your show. It was so difficult to miss it last year which made us even more the happy this year. We remember the days of having Wess Cooke there whom we miss dearly, and the woman who was so tiny and used to play the elf. But even with those memories in the past, you all out did yourself this year. The choice of song, the near entire second half about the reason for the season, the absolute gorgeous duets, and the beautiful story line.
I want to thank you for making our Christmas just the more special this year. We suffered a miscarriage a month ago and our spirits couldn’t have been lower, but after seeing your show today, you gave us something to smile about.
Please don’t change too much next year, you have major shoes to fill from this year.
Thank you Andrea, for leading such an amazing and talented group of men and women.
Merry Christmas,
Adam and Lauren Anders

3 generations ages 18 to 78 went to see Songs of the Silverscreen. We were all impressed.
The singing, dancing, acting, lighting, sound, stage, staff - whole production was excellent. There were enjoyable surprises throughout the show. We also enjoyed that the singers were highlighted and made the songs their own but kept them original at the same time - a nice balance for familiar music.
Thank you for this memorable experience.

Saw Martina McBride- great show. First time we sat in balcony, next to last row, nice seats to view big screen, stage, light show. She gave a great performance. We walk from Comfort Inn, a short distance, across the Highway. Stopped at Rockvale Diner that was open on walk back to hotel. We really enjoy this venue with an overnight trip from Montgomery county, Pa.

I have been to several shows at the American Music Theater and every time it is a great experience. The place is clean and organized and always well worth the money for the show/concert that we see.

Great holiday show, beautiful, clean venue and helpful staff. It never disappoints! Amazing performances, gorgeous holiday outfits, fun entertainment and traditional holiday songs. We never miss it!

This was the last Christmas Show for us here. The quality has taken a nosedive. Almost all of the regulars have been replaced, and the production itself stinks. The sound is terrible and the routines have nothing to do with the songs.
What do men wearing kilts have anything to do with Christmas?! Everything seemed contrived simply for the desire to be novel.
It's not worth the chance of maybe dealing with bad weather, and a hotel reservation.

Not really impressed with the show, I kept thinking "this is waaay off Broadway." Dancers were not in sync, singers were good, not great. Gowns were beautiful. Orchestra was the highlight, prefer just to hear the orchestra. Within the first 15 minutes, I was looking at my watch figuring out how long it would be until the show was over, so that explains my opinion.
Very disturbed when I heard the Scripture misquoted - that the Angel appeared to Mary in Palestine. Is there some kind of agenda with that?
Parking lot exit is a mess. We don't plan to attend another Christmas Show here.

AMT is a beautiful theatre with awesome sound and sight lines. We prefer to sit in the balcony as seats are generally lower cost and there are NO bad seats in the theatre. The Beach Boys with Mike Love (cousin of the Wilson brothers and an original member; lead singer on most of their hit songs) was a two hour show with no intermission. They performed every Beach Boys hit with a sound almost identical to the original recordings. We attended Brian Wilson's show last year which was also a great show but this one was better! If you get a chance, see a show at the AMT. I've never been disappointed! Ever!

Nice little theater. We had seats in the balcony and they were very good. The seats were comfortable and we did not feel crowded. The concessions were all very reasonably priced. The parking was not bad. I had read prior reviews so we made sure we got there early. We actually ate at the Cracker Barrel across the street prior to the show. The theater was very clean as were the restrooms. Our overall experience was very good. We did not have any issues getting out of the parking area after the show.

We have been to concerts and the Christmas Show at the American Music Theater and it was always enjoyable. On Sunday we had the pleasure of seeing “ Always...Patsy Cline”. That tribute just hit it out of the park! Jacqueline Petroccia as Patsy and Misty Rowe as her best friend Louise just pulled you back to that time and those great songs. My husband could hardly believe how beautiful Jacqueline sang those Patsy songs!! And Misty was so love-able and funny. You truly believed they had a bond, so it was so heartbreaking when Patsy died. The theatre is extremely well organized, getting in and out. It is also comfortable and clean with a great staff.

Amazing show in a great venue! Every seat is good and the theater itself is easy to navigate. Parking is a bit tricky, especially getting out of the lot after the show. If you love concerts, highly recommend AMT!

Prohibition ended 91 years ago!
Great facility and greatly under serving the local community with their “No alcohol “ policy
Adults over 21 represent 99% of the ticket purchases in most concerts! Wolftrap in Vienna Virginia is a “National Park” and they serve adult beverages! Wake up and start serving your audience! Oh and BTW, there were zero people in the concession lines.
I would not come back to not have the experience I wish to have . I am paying a lot of money to be entertained and relax and enjoy. Don’t force your archaic philosophical ideals on your audience! Enough said…

Excellent show!! We had a wonderful time! Great music and fun. Our church group lived it. Perfect way to begin our holiday season ♡

The Christmas show at Lancaster’s American Music Theatre was wonderful! It really gets you in the sprit. Singers were fantastic, sets & costumes were amazingly beautiful. ATM’s “Orchestra Feature” was sheer talent, they sounded wonderful. I watched the face of a little girl sitting close to me when the Nutcracker Medley was performed, she was spellbound. Well done ATM! I appreciated the fact that they also kept the true meaning of Christmas in the show.

We've seen the AMT Christmas show for about the past 8-9 years. The only one we weren't quite thrilled with was last year's. However, this year it was once again wonderful! The singing, dancing, and costumes were excellent. Only thing I'd change: it was a little on the loud side. So glad we went again this year!

Exceptional Production!! Not sure why anyone would complain!! Great stage, beautiful gowns, awesome orchestra and top notch singers and performers!! Better than Broadway!!!

Went to see the Doo Wap Experience....was a good show with lots of oldies. Audience for the show was mostly seniors...as expected. Good crowd and great show.

We saw Aaron Lewis perform at American Music Theatre, and were impressed by the venue. It is beautiful, with classic theater-style seats with cup holders on the backs of the row ahead. Concession areas on both sides of the theatre and adequate restrooms are a perk. The acoustics are so good that Aaron was able to sing a song completely off mic...it was incredible. The parking (and also restrooms when busy) are concierged by staff so you’re never left wondering what to do or where to go. The only thing missing, as compared to other theatres, is the ability to buy alcohol.

We had a lovely experience here. We were there to see Jeanne Robertson who is a humorous speaker from the south. The seating is great, no problem seeing her on the stage and she actually had to sit for the bulk of her gig due to health issues and we could still see and hear her fine. We backed into our parking lot, smart move, or we would have waited forever to get out. They do have parking attendants but they are moving traffic out of the lot and no one ever wants to wait while someone is trying to back out. Back in when you get there and you will be fine.

We obtained tickets late and the only seats left were back row in the balcony, but we were not disappointed, the show was fantastic and the sound quality the best I have experienced.

Saw Winter wonderland show. It was so pretty. The costumes, music and dancing were A plus. it was nice to see little children in it
Only compliant that the heater was on so high. Thought I was going to pass out. Need to have air circulating especially with Covid around

AMT is a wonderful place to see a live performance. There is not a bad seat in the house and ticket prices are very fair for the high quality entertainment provided. Highly recommended.

The Christmas show this year was fantastic! The music and singers actually bring tears to your eyes with some of the songs.....they are that good! Would definitely recommend anyone to go and see this. Bring the kiddos! Can't wait to come back.

My wife and I went to the American Music Theater to see Charlie Daniels. It was our second time at this particular venue. The place is very well run, well maintained and a good place to watch a concert. Parking is an issue if you don't get there early. If the immediate parking lot gets full, you have to park across the street which is a minor problem. All things considered, this is a great place to catch a show. I definitely recommend.

We attended this show last night in Branson Missouri, it was a ton of fun! The band was amazing. Very talented musicians playing the best country music ever made. It was a great family environment and our kids even had a blast because they knew a lot of the songs. I enjoined how interactive the performers were with the audience and how they made time afterwards to meet with us, take a picture, and sign an autograph, our favorite part of our trip to Branson, #sistersrock! Go see the show!

loved to see the teax tenors, soun dsystems ws good, all seats in the house were nice.
hope to have them come back again. truly enjoyed this.....

My husband and I just saw the Christmas show yesterday, and it was amazing! We had never been to the theater before, but we will definitely be going back. The whole cast is so talented. The sets were beautiful. You won't be sorry if you go!

Awesome venue with great staff! The sound was great and the bathrooms clean. Venue food was pretty cheap. Only concern was that no one had their tickets scanned so there was a mix up with tickets and seats which caused a disturbance during the concert beginning. Like how the exit doors were manned by staff. All in all was a great show. Row C

Very disappointing venue. Two major problems. First, the sound system was terrible. We could hear the music, but not the singing and not the spoken words of dialogue. (And no, we are not old and our hearing is not bad.) Second, the ushers are very annoying. For some reason, AMT seems to have a policy that the ushers must be constantly in the aisles throughout the show. They walk up and down the aisles, as if patrolling, and keep turning on their flashlights to avoid tripping. Unfortunately, I had an end-of-row seat so I was constantly getting flashlight beams in my eye. Very annoying. Would not go hear again, but if you must go, get a seat in the center of the row. For my money, at their ticket prices, I will not go here again.

My wife organized a group to attend March 7 evening Oak Ridge Boys concert. It was terrible. Unfortunately their normal sound man was impacted by the Nashville tornadoes, so they had a poor substitute. The bass and other instruments were so loud-to the point of distortion-that the audience could not hear the Oak Ridge Boys singing. It was impossible to hear any words. He even messed up an acappella version of "Amazing Grace." Somehow he had distortion and reverberation. It completely ruined this beautiful song. The sound man was positioned to the side of the stage, so I guess could not hear how badly he was doing his job. Not sure why he was not centrally located in the auditorium. The American Music Theatre shoulders some of the blame. They should have a knowledgeable ensuring good sound quality and audience experience. They should refund everyone's tickets.

Attended the Christmas show. Fantastic way to get in holiday spirit. Clean theater and friendly attendants.
highly recommend.

Say Patsy Cline show yesterday. It was great. Good show with 27 songs along the way.. Everyone was singing along and clapping to the beat. Really good way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

We received tickets as an early Christmas gift and went the week before Christmas. Best gift EVER!! We enjoyed the show very very much and even bought tickets for the couple that gave us tickets as a “thank you”. We will be back!

Went to see Oak Ridge Boys and they didn't disappoint! This theatre looks new and bright and clean and modern. Although it seats about 4000 people, it feels like a small venue. Sitting in the mezzanine you didn't feel that you were very far from the stage, and I could see very well. It has some of the top name acts of all time playing here regularly, and the seats are very clean and comfortable and you don't have to sit way up in the sky like you do at arenas or stadiums. I like everything about this place.

Whether this review is about the AMT or Dion as a performer, BOTH ARE EXCELLENT! The Theatre deals with a lot of people at show time and they do it efficiently. We live 2 1/2 hours away and yet are thinking we may get an annual membership to the theatre and take advantage of their shows year-round.
As far as Dion goes, all I can say is WOW! I had expected a washed up 50's teenage hearththrob, but boy was I ever wrong! All of his music was rousing and with the exception of the dedication of Abraham, Martin and John to all men and women in uniform, there was never a mention of politics during the show. It's also nice to hear that Dion is still married, (after 55 years) to his teenage heartthrob! If you get a chance to take in a Dion show, you will NOT be disappointed for sure! I can't believe this energetic entertainer is actually 79 years old!

The last two years the Christmas shows have been less than spectacular. Especially this year. The usual star Wess Cooke has left the area and there is no one to carry the show. However as usual the band outshines the singers and dancers. These guys are amazing. They should get rid of the singers and just let these guys play music. They will have a show of their own starting in May and we will be sure to see it .

Our first visit to this theater was a very enjoyable experience. Their Christmas show was well produced with excellent singers and dancers.
This venue offers a variety entertainment for varied tastes. It’s comfortable seating with plenty of room.
A tip is to park in front or even across the street in the shopping center as departing from the rear lot is slow after the show.
We’ll probably go again. We all sang carols on the way home. Enjoy!

This show was jam packed with music, music, music! Not sure if they left any songs out of this show from the "silver screen". Reminded me of being on a cruise with all the costume changes. Really enjoyed the orchestra - they played the whole show and were excellent.

The inhouse show Ovation will blow you away. Andrea has done it once again with an outstanding show....it rivals anything on broadway and vegas....the singers, dancers and band is of such high quality, and so expertly put together by the artistic director Andrea...it is a very enjoyable 2 or so hrs....

My husband and I spent a few days i Lancaster this December shopping and enjoying Christmas Music. The American Music Theater is a beautiful well organized venue in the middle of Amish country. We enjoyed an excellent Christmas show that was joyous.
Not Broadway but the performers were enthusiastic and talented. We will go again. I recommend it.

Was able to get package deal of dinner at Miller’s and the Christmas performance at AMT. First time for our granddaughters. The Christmas decorations are spectacular. Just coming into the lobby of the theater is exciting in itself. Only had to wait a short time before the show started. Just enough time to take pictures around the decorations. Our seats were in the beginning row of the mezzanine section. Easy access for getting in and out without interruptions. An open isle way in front of us. The performance The First Noel was spectacular. The performers and the musicians were something to see and hear. It seemed to be a different cast of performers then last year but very, very good. Our granddaughters had an experience they will not soon forget. It was wonderful!

First time I have been to this theater. It is a beautiful theater with plenty of parking. We were seated about 10 rows back from the stage and we had an awesome view. A lot of activity took place on the side stages and the aisles and we were able to see everything. Can't wait to go back again. The production was one of the best I have ever seen.

Have you been to the American Music Theatre In Lancaster Pa?
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find a venue so close to us in Amish Country!
One experience is all it takes, and you will be back for more. The visual effects, sound, and memories created are unmatched. What an anniversary gift!!!

Songs of the Silver Screen was wonderful.
Great performers and musicians. Fantastic selection of songs. Never been disappointed with any AMT Original show. Can’t wait for the Christmas show!

This is a wonderful venue! The theater is easy to get in and out of and is clean and newer. We love going yearly to see the Christmas show. We look forward to seeing the knock off Abba group in April.

Great performance Christmas Show "Home For the Holidays" was memorable. Magnificent backdrops where talented singers and dancers performed Christmas carols

This is the 8th out of the past 9 years (Covid interrupted one of them) that we have gone to the Christmas Show. This time - we made the 420 mile trip from Columbus Ohio and it was worth the trip. The songs, performers, dancers, etc... were fantastic. This is a great way to enjoy the holiday season and it has become a tradition for us. The music is always the basis for the show and the performance went by so fast - that 2 hours was highly enjoyed by our family. With reasonable tickets and discounts for children - it is a must for the Christmas Season. We will be back next Christmas!

This was great! This was my first time here and I was thoroughly entertained from start to finish in this fast-paced Christmas show. The singers and dancers were all very talented, while the sets and costumes were amazing. With 30+ songs, you felt like you got your money’s worth, and really left in the Christmas spirit. The decorations inside and out are awesome!! Wonderful show.

Such a beautiful theatre. Everything is so clean and the staff is wonderful. (Last year a concession worker actually walked up the steps to find us just to check if the soda was ok because he had to replace the syrup right after we left the concession stand, and he replaced the soda for my son.) I haven’t had an issue with parking or getting out but I can see it could be hard- it’s a busy area. Concessions are reasonably priced as well- popcorn was $2.25, soda $2.75. It was a little warm at first- the gift shop was blazing, but cooled down in the theatre. (Not normally 71 degrees at 6:30 pm in mid November!) The seats are very comfortable. We saw the Christmas show and it was good, but the kids were a little bored this year. They loved it last year, the 2021 show was truly phenomenal so in comparison it was a little disappointing, still did a great job just didn’t have the same effect that last year’s show had. Last year had a better storyline, the orchestra feature was absolutely fantastic and it seemed to keep the kids attention longer (they are 7 & 11).

Wonderful theatre - just the right size - not too big and not too small. Sound quality is great. Performance, costumes, lighting, stage set and performers were all exceptional. I'd stop at any performance when in this area at this theatre! Wonderful!

This is a really great theater! Great shows that pop up every now and again! Def recommend! Staff is helpful and it’s easy to enter and exit the building.

We were in the Lancaster area for a getaway and happened to see an advertisement about AMT and this show. We loved it! The dancers, singers, and the band were fantastic! Very enjoyable walk through the music of movies we've seen!

We attended the Clare Bowen & Charles Esten concert on 3.24.18. Our seats were Row D, 9 & 10. FANTASTIC view, so close to the stage. The sounds were wonderful, lighting was nice and the artists were incredible. I love that AMT allows you to take photos (no video or flash), with no hassles. They have cup holders for your drinks & plenty of leg room. Artists were so engaging to the crowd & interacted a lot. The artists & AMT allowed at the end for us to approach the stage, where autographs were signed, pictures were taken & you could speak to them. Staff was plentiful, helpful and friendly. Gift shop is always crowded there, so do go early if you would like to browse around easier. Concession is nice & not too overpriced. Variety of easy snacks & drinks, sodas, waters, popcorn, pretzels, candy. Bathrooms large & clean, venue clean and warm. I've been here several times but this is my first review. All prior visits I've had the same experience, although whether or not the artist signs autographs/photos & encourages patrons to approach the stage, is up to them & not AMT. Exiting the venue is quick & easy. They open multiple doors for easy exit and have traffic staff outside, showing you where to go & making it easy & clear to leave with little troubles.

My recent visit to the American Music Theatre was awesome. The theatre is beautiful; the staff and ushers were friendly and helpful. The seating arrangements are great. I was seated in the balcony area and I had an AMAZING view.

A friend and I went to the American Music Theatre on Sunday, August 11, 2019, to see the Charley Pride show which was wonderful. Charley and his band put on a fantastic show. Charley played to a packed crowd. The problem was there was not enough parking to accomodate all the patrons of the show. Some of us had to park across the street at the Cracker Barrel. Fortunately, I was able to walk that distance after letting my friend out at the theater, however, it was very stressful getting across Route 30. You had to wait for several cycles of the traffic light. In my opinion if patrons have to park across the street at the Cracker Barrel, then there should be a crossing guard to hold up traffic for patrons to cross the road. They should even consider a walking bridge from the outlet side of Route 30 to the American Music Theater. I loved the show but not the hassle of the parking.

Most of the musical numbers were not very well known. The band is good but the sound engineers did a poor job and the costumes were overdone. It had been a while since I had been there and I didnt think it was up to the standards I remember from past shows

Really nice theater located near the Lancaster Outlets. Several restaurants and extra parking nearby. Theater itself in beautiful condition, comfortable seats, wide aisles , good acoustics. We were seated in the back and still had s good view of the stage. Concession available but no alcohol on the night we saw Dwight Yocum. Little gift shop. Very clean restrooms. Polite staff. Free parking.

I put the word Tribute in quotes because this was more of a play. I was really looking forward to this since we had bought the tickets months ago, while there for another show (which was great). It was actually disappointing to both of us because there was a narrator who, once she came onstage, seemed to take over with her banter and "singing" to put it loosely - and in my opinion, took the focus completely away from the Cline impersonator. I already knew the story, I just wanted to hear the music, not a bunch of loud chatter and audience interaction in the manner of Minnie Pearl dominating the stage. We left during the intermission.

beautiful theatre,,very nice seats with lots of leg room
the roomiest theatre i was ever in
staff was very nice,,lots of bathrooms, very nice, very clean

Venue was excellent and prices were wonderful. Staff was extremely helpful. Ladies room was immaculate. Mr. Bennett put on an outstanding show at the age of 92! Will definitely go back. Highly recommend. If we had seen this same show in DC, it would have been much more expensive.

Perfect venue for Kenny G and Band! Up close and personal, Kenny G played his heart out, as did the Band! So talented, and a perfect fit for all members! Not too loud, just right to hear everything as it should be! Kenny G greeted concert goers after wards, signed autographs and posed for pics. True talent alround from all!!

We went with good friends to see the Christmas show. It was fabulous. The singing, dancing and sets were as good as we've seen anywhere. It was so good we almost got tickets to the next performance but our time did not allow that. In any case this show is a must to see.

great show. would recommend this show for everyone to see. The voices that you hear are strong and on tone. we like coming here to see it every year.

While AMT often and on a regular basis has 'name brand' talent performing on their modern stage, the local troupe and orchestra is extremely capable & entertaining.
Hard working and talented local aspiring dancers and vocal artists put on a first class performance. The orchestra is outstanding for being a small ensemble with a big sound..
The facility is spotless in every way and the ticket pricing is more than reasonable and fair. Seats 1600 guests with the assistance of staff that is friendly and helpful.
A 'membership' is available for only $75.00 a year that entitles you to purchase up to 4 seats for any show are a discount before the seats are released to the public, It would be an excellent investment and they are open year around.

First, I must say we love coming to AMT. Brings great talent to my back yard.
Recent concert disappointed us. I know the Claire Bros did the sound system for this theater. Many performers rave about it. It should be the best.
However, the other night it did not sound good. Lorrie Morgan's mic. was too low. Band overpowered her, especially bass. In Row N , you hardly heard anything she sang. Ronnie Milsap was better, but still not great.
I blame it on those mixing the sound system. I was surprised it was not corrected early during the show. Certainly someone should have done sound checks in various locations.
Other shows have been super. Just was an odd situation this time.
We'll be back.

This has been our family tradition for the last 5 plus years. We spend the money to travel to Lancaster to spend time with our family & kick off the Holiday season. Every year has been exceptional.
This year we left early. We were seated in row F in the center . To our surprise STROBE LIGHTS were used during the first set. Not only were most of the folks seated in the rows in front of us but beside us kept their hands in front of their eyes. Truthfully we felt ill with the intensity & frequency that they were being used. Now lets talk about the volume. We couldn't take it. NEVER have we had this experience here. I went to the desk to ask if there was a problem with sound as we couldn't bear to be in the theater. I was advised it really depends on the sound board used and the production director is in charge of that. NO offer of getting someone for me to speak. No manager or supervisor. I asked about the stroke lights and was informed they were having a lighting issue. So for the first time since starting our tradition we opted not to buy next years Christmas tickets. and we left after the first set.
The costumes , set designs were magnificent as usual. I'm sure the talent was top notch to but we couldn't hear them due to the sound volume. If you go this year take ear plugs and something to help shield your eyes. We are heartbroken to have had such an experience when these folks have always set such a high expectation.

This performance was outstanding. This was the third time I saw a show at the American Music Theater; and each time, the show has been fantastic. The staff is so organized to accompany the volume of visitors I was truly amazed. The small gift shop packs in a huge inventory and everything is reasonable. The concession stand is fairly inexpensive which was a surprise. Usually you pay $2 or $3 for a bottle of water but not here. It's just a little over a dollar. We will be back again. Love this place.

My husband and I attended the 2022 Christmas show Home for the Holidays along with his sister/husband. They last attended in 2019 and we in 2018. All four of us agreed while this year's show had some amazing singers, talent and set designs the format was different from prior years. In previous shows, there seemed to be more of a plot and storyline. This year's show was strictly more musical and while the performances were great, we all seemed to enjoy prior years shows more.

We haven't been to one of these shows in quite some time because when we do come up they're already sold out. But I booked this particular show Joy to the world the Christmas show back in July. It was very enjoyable and the music was really good. Costumes and performances were very good also

We have seen a number of shows at AMC - every one of them have been top notch - and I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house

Experienced the wonderful Christmas Show. Excellent singers and production. Show flowed so smoothly. Voices so clear and crisp. An excellent way to start the holiday season.

Came here to see Weird Al Yankovic! It was a great venue and I had a great time. It was clean and had nice decor. The staff was very friendly. They seem to have great entertainment too.

We travel over an hour to get to this theatre because we like it so much. They have a nice selection of entertainment. We have seen concerts, shows and most recently the magician Jon Dorenbos. There is ample parking, clean restrooms, concession stand and a gift shop packed with goodies. We love the fact that the seats aren't crammed together and are comfortable. We will continue to look for shows at this theatre.

Saw Connie Smith and her husband, Marty Stuart and the Superlatives on a rainy Saturday night. What an enjoyable concert at a fantastic venue. Being tall, I had plenty of leg room and a cup holder to boot. The sound acoustics were perfect and the concert was superb and just the right mix of country, gospel, rock and western. I don't know how Marty Stuart is not in the Country Music Hall of Fame. He should have been inducted 10 years ago. The employees of the concert hall were very friendly and parking was great with easy out. Bring Marty and Connie back and I'm back in a flash.

The singing was fantastic, and so was the dancing that accompanied many of the songs. We would love to go back again.

Christmas Special, nicely performed. No drummer boy this trip but not missed as they jazzed up, the traditional songs. Lots of colors and costumes.
They allow photos at the end of the performance but then the multitude of costumes, elves with an adorable skit, and varieties are gone as this year they came out in formal wear. So while they all looked very pretty, I found it no great photo shoot. The few young men performed amicably. (see pix) along with the many young girls.
I loved the costume set ups and how they wore them, with bright fluffy layers of petticoats, dresses, coats and even matching shoe colors. Dancing and singing and the band/orchestra where all fine quality, along with the piano playing and including a young lady who did a very nice solo on a violin.
Meeting the cast just after and then in the lobby was nice as we were able to chat with some of the performers.
Our seats were good and we were able to see. I liked the gold fluttering pieces cast into the audience started from one lovely angel. The souvenir shop is always stocked with christmas and holiday things varying in cost and selection, if you are in the mood or wish to survey it for purchases. Nice going to see this show and would recommend it.

For a great evening of entertainment go to American Music Theatre. Parking is convenient, and the theater is comfortable with plenty of leg room. We have seen various shows there over the years and recently saw "Rain" a Tribute to the Beatles. The first half was excellent! The vocals and instrumentals were great! The second half had more songs that were not as familiar. AMT has a variety of shows, there is something for every taste. The Christmas show is very good too!

The sound and lighting were terrible. The groups may have been good but the volume was so loud and the bass vibration so strong all we heard was noise. Too bad because the theater is very nice and crew is very organized.

Back for our yearly concert visit. Shows are always presented well and all seating great. You'll be happy in any choice.

Been there each Christmas for a decade. This year all but a couple of performers from old are gone. It is a jazzier performance, more progressive. Beautiful sets and an outstanding orchestra, the fiddler a master. But I did miss the elegance of costuming of old. It is less "Christmasy" in the traditional sense. I enjoyed the show no lulls...lots of action but it seems to lack a bit of the class of the olden days...as does everything I guess.

Located in the heavily touristed part of Lancaster, PA consisting of attractions, entertainment, hotels, outlets, and restaurants, the American Music Theatre is host to a variety of live entertainment including broadway, comedy, musicals, concerts, and MORE. On the Sunday that we visited, we were going to see Riverdance at 3:00 pm. Our chartered bus arrived at 2:00 pm. We entered the establishment to go to the bathroom and buy refreshments. The doors to the seating open exactly at 2:30 pm. Exactly. Tour bus after tour bus arrived. Everyone gets squished waiting for the doors to open. No one can move until the doors are opened. It is difficult to freely move around. According the Fire Marshall, what is the total capacity of people in this area?
Anyway, the food section additionally sells cough drops and antacids- just in case you wanted to know. Dress is casual. Parking is free. Staff will direct your bus or vehicle to the parking spot. Handicapped parking fills up quickly. Speak to the management ahead of time about securing a spot. NO professional cameras are allowed. So, if you own a camera with a change of lenses, leave that camera at home. Some of the shows do not allow any photography or videography of any kind. I powered off my phone during the performance. I powered back on during the 15-minute intermission. Each seat has a cup holder. Curiously enough, there was no bag or security check. Scary. This may be due in part to the lack of a logical flow and physically stressed infrastructure of foot traffic in the lobby/foyer. Each seat has a cup holder. I brought my own water and snacks. No trash can is located within the vicinity, so plan on packing it out.
For the most part, the aesthetic of the entertainment is Disney neutral. The sound system and lighting is professional. Sometimes, portions of the technique of singing and acting is at the level of a high school performance. The bells and whistles centering on the aesthetics of the performances make up for the quality of the entertainment. We were, however, generally pleased with Riverdance.

Such a wonderful venue. Seat are comfortable and leg room is reasonable. I was there for the Elvis Gospel Show with Mike Albert and The Stamps Quartet. Nothing I say would give this show the justice it deserves. Their performances of Elvis' gospel songs bring tears to your eyes. I would have been there for the Scott Bruce show on Saturday but the weather prevented me from attending. Saw it last year and my friends who made it Saturday raved about his show as well. Will be back next year and for however long life allows me.

We have been at the Christmas show for the last 4 or 5 years and the talent is amazing!!! In a world when even commercials seem to take the magic out of the Christmas season and the real meaning out of Christmas. The American Music Theatre’s Christmas show is sure to touch everyone’s heart.

Starting with the staff. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The theatre is second to none. It appears any seat offer a good view. We sat in the balcony which offered a great view and accoustics. We saw a Chrsitmas show which was very entertaining. The musicians, dancers and singers were top notch.

Riverdance, 4/30, 2 pm. Best show we ever saw there. Top to bottom, this was a solid show. The dancers were all in sync and did a great job. The musicians are extremely talented. The Choreography and Set design was Topnotch. This was a wonderful show and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys this style of dance. Kudos to the entire troupe and support staff!

What a great Holiday Happening. We loved the talented singers and dancers. Their band was amazing. We visited with a group and were stunned that the show exceeded our expectations. Most of our group were repeat visitors and we will definitely try to return for other offerings in this beautiful theater.

We saw the Christmas Show, Joy To The World. The parking lot is beautifully decorated as you walk into the theater you feel the Christmas spirit immediately. The place is decorated so festive with 3 different trees the shop is worth going to. The concession stand was reasonably priced. Everyone who worked there was pleasant. The show was fantastic loved all the singers and the costumes where beautiful. Loved the show

If was my second time, only.... I loved it, it was a great show, 'Riverdance" the theater offered large room around our seat even for tall people. the view is Ok almost everywhere. if i can give you an advice park your car around the theater not on the parking lot, just because when it is finished it is long to get out. Honestly this is just a detail.

Took my family to see a 10:30am performance of the Songs of the Sliver Screen at the American Music Theater in May and it was in one word - Fantastic. This is the in house production for AMT running through October 2018. The two hour performance plus a 15 minute intermission - showcases over 40 different songs taking you from the 1940's through today in the cinema. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
We have been going to AMT for many years and they always deliver a solid performance. In this show - they do have some interesting takes on familiar songs like Jailhouse Rock and Stayin' Alive. The 9 piece band is as solid as ever and don't forget there is the main stay at AMT Wess Cooke. I attached the songs from the show. When in Lancaster - we always go to AMT and you should too!

My husband and I saw Ovation on Saturday night. I have seen a few shows at AMT ( and many, many others elsewhere) and this show just blew me away. The talent we witnessed was outstanding, each of the band members, singers, dancers, the costume selection, choreography, lighting - and of, course, sound! - I left feeling exhilarated, and could happily have sat through the whole performance again immediately.
Kudos to the entire team involved. I loved the fact that they showcased the musicians, and the energy and passion from each artist was so evident that I couldn’t help but feel I had made the wrong career choice.
Nice touches with taking some of the show in to the audience, and the fact that the musicians, as well as the singers and dancers, had costume changes. Everyone involved in this fantastic production should feel extremely proud.
I do not have enough superlatives to express how enjoyable this performance is. But for anyone considering seeing the show, I would say you are in for a real treat!

Hard to believe this theater exists in a rural setting. The costumes were perfect, exciting, and so high-end. There must have been more than a dozen costume changes.
This show could easily be on broadway with the singing and dancing talent. I was really surprised.
The theater is gorgeous. I mean stunning. It’s 70
Miles from Philly and Baltimore. Worth the trip.

I have been to many AMT concerts over the years. Most have been very good. There are a few things that I am disappointed in. We have walked out of 2 concerts due to them being painfully loud. One was Toto and one was Tommy James. Tommy James appeared with Peter Noone from Herman's Hermits. Peter Noone was great. I like Tommy James songs, but after about 2 songs everybody in the audience around us was complaining it was extremely loud. We ended up leaving after 3 songs. AMT needs to realize that most of the groups they have are groups that were popular years ago, so the majority of the audience is going to be older. Many at that age already have some hearing loss, we don't need that condition made worse because we desire to see the artists we grew up listening to. There should be a way to gauge the sound level during the concert and tell the band to tone it down a little bit when it is dangerously loud. We walked out of the Toto concert after about 3 songs also. The tickets are too pricey and the drive too long for many, to end up walking out of the performance after the first 15 minutes. I had mentioned that issue to a few people at the AMT and there was never a mention that you could get your money back. Also, the website is one of the most user unfriendly sites I have been on. In between every click I end up deleting 2-3 pop-up boxes from Snap Chat or Facebook. I never go on those 2 sites.. I don't have that hassle from any other website I go on. So I do have mixed feelings about the experience. You have to go into it knowing there is a possibility that you will waste some of your time and maybe $!00 - $300 on tickets due to not being able to endure the decibel level.

I saw IL Divo last night. I am still enthralled! They sang their hearts out as always! I loved it all! I can’t wait for them to return! The theater is wonderful! Spacious seating and fantastic sound! Ty IL Divo and AMT.

Once again the peformers and cast were fantistic. Will continue to support American Music Theater always a great show

You've heard the phrase 'Not a bad seat in the house'? That fits the American Music Theater. The size is small enough that no matter where you sit, one has an unobstructed view of the stage. Granted closer is what it is but the need to fret over whether to take binoculars isn't needed. Plenty of parking including handicapped areas. Visit the website, lots of appearances by a wide range of performers, you're sure to find what you like.
The snack bars and gift shop and usher staff are all very friendly. It is simply a very pleasant experience.

The American Music Theatre is a wonderful venue for any show. On this particular evening, we came to see the production of The Office on a last minute switch in plans. I was able to easily find seats online for a large group with a few handicap individuals. The theater was comfortable and the ushers were very friendly and helpful.
The production of The Office was well done. Some of my family never watched the television show before and still found the play entertaining and funny.
Hats off to the cast!

Really enjoyed the show! Costumes were fantastic; the settings, the singing, and the dancing were awsome. A very wonderful begining of the holiday season. Traditional carols, both religious and fanciful were presented in a way to entertain and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.

We had the pleasure of seeing the 2019 original show this month and without question was the best show we have seen in a long time. The singers, dancers and band were all exceptional. The musical variety suited every age group and the versatility of the performers was obvious. Two hours of fun and professional entertainment.

Caught an early presentation of their Christmas special. Musical arrangements and set designs were not the typical offering you'd expect at this time of year. Though still seasonal, the performances, costumes, and sets were fresh and complimented the musical arrangements in a way that made me feel like I was watching a Christmas performance for the first time.

Went to see the Christmas show Joy to the World. Great show with all the singers and dancers. Best Orchestra I have seen and heard. Can not wait for next year DECK THE halls.

Excellent Xmas show though a few of the singers were too loud. Seats super comfy and a lot of leg room. Clean restrooms and many of them.

Saw a wonderful show, the costumes were awesome. I was with a group of people and we enjoyed this very much. Highly recommend this show.

We saw the show Ovation at AMC and were blown away by the music and performers. We have been here several times and always enjoy their shows

We attended the Girl Named Tom concert on 5/28. While GNT is a fabulous sibling trio, the acoustics and over amplification made much of this even nearly unlistenable. The only parts of the concert that were remotely enjoyable were performed without the backup band. The issues may have been partly a result of our seating location about 11 rows back and near the end of row K (close to where their camera man was set up blocking an emergency exit, but that's another issue). Speaker placement was also a likely contributor. We have attended other AMT concerts that were enjoyed and will attend others in the future . . . with much, much greater attention paid to seat selection.

This was our first visit to this theater. It is lovely, bright, excellent seating with really no undesirable seats. Mezzanine is not elevated as expected but no issue there. We saw
"2018 AMT Show: Songs of the Silver Screen.” It is over now so won't say too much about it other than to say it was disappointing in terms of the performers. Some had very good voices, others not so much. First half boring, second half very good. The sound quality in the theater is very good and we will most likely return to try another show in this theater.

My wife and I love coming to AMT (American Music Theatre) for their shows, from Country Western to the 50's and 60's reviews. The AMT brings some of the best current and some of the great classical talent to Pennsylvania. I have to agree with Stewart T. on his assessment of the Lorrie Morgan / Ronnie Milsap show, It was not at the level that any of the four of us expected for two legends of music to present. I know that Ronnie Milsap just recently lost his son Todd and that might have explained some of his less than normal performance. Maybe he needed to have taken more time to grieve over his loss. It just seemed like the sound system was not working to make their performance what is should have been. However, during this show it was not doing it's best. Lorrie Morgan's mike was too low, and the audience lost some of he jokes, quips and some parts of her singing as a result. Sometimes the band just overpowered her singing drowning out some of her singing. We were sitting in row AA down in front on the right and Lorrie's voice sounded weak or the band just drowned out what she sang about 40% of the time. Ronnie Milsap was more entertaining, but not up to his standard. And again I agree with Stewart T., none of my group expected the technical problem to continue for the entire show. I was surprised that during the break that somebody from the technical staff did not do a sound check in the various locations where the speakers were located and in the quality of the voices. This show should have been much better, as all the other shows that we have attended her have been. Even with this poor performance for such legends of country music, we understand that it was not their standard, and because of this we'll be back again!

our first visit and it was for the happy together tour of the 60s and 70s bands
the venue was gorgeous not one bad seat in the house
the staff was most helpful
the concession prices were more than reasonable
plenty of parking this was our first visit and it won't be our last

Very disappointing. The thunderstorms caused the concert to be delayed. We got vouchers for the snack bar which was so pathetic serving pretzels and popcorn only. Since we had 1 1/2 hours to wait and no real food or place to sit, we went out for a quick dinner and a glass of wine, because they don't serve alcohol . Made it back in time for the show. The music was so loud we could not hear the words or the beautiful harmony we expected from the performers.
Total waste of time and money.

My first visit though the friends I attended with have been there before. We saw ex-Eagle turned Magician Jon Dorenbos. Beautifully appointed lobby area, large clean restrooms, gift shop and a large variety of reasonably priced refreshments. The Theater area itself was open with a good view from every where. Seats were roomy enough that I didn't feel cramped with the capacity crowd. There are two large screens that show the stage action which was helpful in a show when the magician did some "close up" magic tricks. Sound was good but this was mostly a speaking performance so can't comment on the acoustics for a musically performance but one would hope that (given the name) they would be excellent. As to the show itself. Very enjoyable !!! Not just magic but also meaningful sharing of his life experience. I would recommend both this venue and the performer I saw - Jon Dorenbos.

How in the world did Broadway relocate to Lancaster?
American Music Theater's Christmas-time offering " The First Noel," could not have been better than what our church group witnessed.
Top notch acting , intertwined with mesmerizing singing will leave fortunate attendees to a state of Christmas cheer.
And, oh, the sets and costuming were, for a lack of a better word, spectacular!
One would wonder how the modest admission price would collectively be capable of handling the cost of producing such a fast-paced, senses - enthralling presentation.
There were more than just a few performances that brought the audience to their feet . Unforgettable!
Thanks, AMT, for getting us in a warm Christmasy mood . And thank you for recognizing the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, as the reason for the existence of this most wonderful time of year!

Beautiful theater filled with a wonderful friendly staff. The shows are top quality with celebrities from the 50s thru today’s performers. Intimate feeling with great views from every seat.

Do not purchase tickets using a gift card i.e. Visa, Mastercard. The Kristen Chenoweth show was canceled and they refunded the money back to the gift card which was used 5 months prior. Basically was told from the assistant manager they refund to the source that was used. Would not change the decision. WIll never return to the theater again. Bad business

We have gone to the AMT Christmas show for the last 3 years and lived it! With that said, we left in the middle of the show this year because it was pretty boring. I don't know why they changed it, but we did not like it. It was a new set and there was no story. I hope they go back to the way it was, because if hey don't, then sadly we will not be attending again. 🫤

We went to the Christmas show with my friend Marie. We loved it, the singing and dancing was so good! The actresses and actors are so talented!

We needed an excuse to take a ride and see the leaves turning. Found good seats for the Christmas Show, but didn't expect much after last year.
My Goodness...this was good!
Everything about it was fabulous, and all very well done!
What a difference...If you get a chance, this was great!

I understand why the show was cancelled. However it was handled extremely poorly! The concern for fans should have occurred earlier in the day. Not a couple of hours before show time. Many of us left our jobs early and drove many miles to get to the venue. Totally disrespectful. Her mgt. should be ashamed of themselves. We work very hard for our money. I called the box office several times yesterday afternoon. Message on the AMT venue Voice Mail said; in essence: show up or you lose your money. We were screwed by both AMT and McBride's last hour cancellation. Were was AMT mgt? Cowards, left some old guys in yellow safety vests out in the parking lot to explain the last hour cancellation! AMT management are a bunch of cowards! Disgusting.customer service!

This venue is amazing. It has music from every genre, popular comedians, and even local talent from their own cast. The tickets are reasonable and the theater well organized and comfortable. From Johnny Cash to Bill Engval to the Oak Ridge Boys, they've got it covered. Buses come up here from all over the place because of the quality of the shows. I highly recommend.
The theater is in a shopping area with all sorts of fast food and regular restaurants close by.

Another great venue , not expensive, awesome seats !!! Great family place , for concerts , check it out you will love the atmosphere

this was our first time to American Music Theater. We saw the Christmas show 2022. It was excellent, will definitely return!

I took my family to see a 10:30am Wednesday performance of Ovation at the American Music Theater in May and it was one of their best shows. (We have been going to AMT for years and have seen over 10 different in house productions – so this statement does not come lightly.) Ovation is running through October 2019. The two hour performance plus a 15 minute intermission - showcases 28 different songs so there is something for everyone. I was able to get $15 tickets as part of there TAX Day promotion back in April but regular tickets are reasonable at $35 for adults and $17.50 for children. I lucked out and was able to get three front row seats for $45.
Ovation places the AMT band front and center in this production. They even take the musicians into the audience at the start of the second act for Bolero. While there are some new faces to the 9 piece band it is as solid as ever. In this production the dancers and choreography play a supporting role to the band. This is the first show we said we would come back and see again – that says a lot for the quality of the performance. This is a fully live event, no lip synching and no background tracks. My personal favorite was Take Me Home that had the new drummer Jake Ritchey front in center of the stage. What a powerful performance that connected the rhythm to the audience and showed the Jake was a showman. Being in the front row we received a different experience but there is not a bad seat at AMT as we have sat in almost every section throughout the years. We sat in the direct line of the Trombonist Sam Yoder and my daughter enjoyed the strong brass sound. A special thanks to Molly Grace B who gave the rose to my daughter. It is also a nice touch to get to speak to the performers after the show - make sure you check them out afterwards.
As for parking - the staff gets the cars in and out as best they can and they do a great job. Everyone at AMT is friendly, from the gift shop to the ticket takers - it is the Lancaster way.
When in Lancaster - we always go to AMT and you should too!
DO NOT miss this AMT production of Ovation.

We have been visiting AMT for the past several years for Scott Bruce's Elvis Birthday Bash and Mike Albert's Elvis Gospel Concert. Both are excellent shows and we plan to attend again. (We also went to A Tribute to Johnny Cash this year but would not recommend that one.)
The Theater does an excellent job with everything, staff is very friendly and helpful; seating is comfortable (although we did get a little cool draft in the area of 105-106); parking attendants keep things moving well.
Plan to get there early, the parking lot fills up quickly. We saw many folks parking in the lots across the street and walking over to the theater.
Overall we are very pleased with AMT and plan to return.

I left a contact us message last week on their website, but have not heard anything from them. Has anyone?
Birthday present.
Always take my friend to a show at various theaters for her birthday. We attended the show “Ovations” on Thursday, May 16. We have attended many shows in the past. Found this one very good however, could see that using the orchestra for fillers was very obvious. The talent is great but not one of the best in comparison. Worth seeing but not one of their best.
