1 of 7 Shopping in Cupertino

This is just a bigger Apple Store with a pre-packaged food cafe. It sells some fairly uninspired Apple swag (mugs, teeshirts, water bottles, diaries) that you cannot buy anywhere else, but it is no destination for a Visitor, IMO. They said we could to see the rooftop view of the ring building, but you get a better view of that from the upper floors of the nearby Kaiser hospital.

We are Apple-aholics so being in the area for vacation, we decided to stop by. Very nice facility as you would expect of Apple. Just not much wow factor in this Visitor's Center. The "virtual tour" using iPads, while interesting, lacks the depth of a real tour and walk of the campus which apparently isn't available as an organized, guided tour. We were done playing with this after about 5 mins. Then there's a large showroom which resembles your typical Apple Store. Then a place to grab a snack, and a so-called viewing deck up top, though one cannot view much from the equivalent of a second-story height. I'm much more excited about Apple products than this Visitor's Center.

Admittedly, we are Apple fans and have a lot of their products. So the idea of visiting Apple Park was exciting on our way to SF.
Don’t expect too much. The main things we enjoyed were the interactive iPad exhibit showing details about their new campus. A worker (Tibor I believe was his name) was excellent and explained special features and even showed us several short videos from his phone of things inside the campus. That, and the upstairs observation area were the two things that made it worth our stop. Also, there is a store and a cafe that we didn’t use. Worth 30-60 minutes of time in my opinion to visit. It is free to visit.

What should I say? Wow. It was just unbelievable. As an Apple fan this was an amazing place to visit. Great architecture and cool AR experiences. Would definitely recommend people staying in San Francisco to come and visit Apple Park.

Visiting experience is jus ok. But showroom outlook and interior architecture is great ... minimalist.. purist. Go visit if u r an Apple fan or nearby. Otherwise it may not worth your trip.

This place is excellent, they give you a table to watch 3D tour of Apple office. During this visit you can see the incredible structure of the Apple building. Secure place and beautiful environment. I recommend this attraction. Parking free .

Coming here makes me think Apple only cares about selling its products!
There is nothing here except a store exactly like the other stores. Recently they finally put in 1 interactive thing, the model of the campus you can look at through ipads.
There should be The Apple Story here. Apple Museum here. Interactive things at least 4. Should be loads of cool souvenirs here, but there is only tshirts.
Even the cafe is so boring. At least put your Apple motif on the lattes? The food is very very basic.
They need to rethink their whole visitor center concept. It's crazy it's just a shop.
They do have a balcony you can see the outside of the Apple campus from there.
Apple do better for your fans

Long time Apple users so wife and I were excited to stop by the new facility during our first visit to the area. Parking is tight so be prepared to circle. The visitors center is a very well done but short on activities. It really seems to serve more as larger version of their Apple stores.
Inside the center we were greeted by friendly staff. They do have a large model of the site and you can wait in line for some time to get a tablet which provides you with an augmented video view of the model as you walk around it.
The rest of the first floor is full of Apple products and a few souvenirs such as Tshirts. Also a small cafe. Most of the crowd seemed in awe of the place but we were not sure why.
On the second floor is an open terrace. We had hoped to get a good view of Apples circular building from there but could not. Partial views are possible but the large berm and landscaping prevent a good view of the structure itself. So we decided to walk over the main building and see if we could get a better view.
Unfortunately we were greeted by a very rude female security guard, even though we were just walking on the sidewalk. So we walked away and down the walk around the building but couldn’t really see much. They do have some nice redwoods however.
All in all worth about 20 minutes of your time.
Pros: well you can say you saw Apple Park
Cons: nothing to do, just a big Apple store, potential of running into rude security guard. Difficult parking.
Tip: security guess may be unfriendly so steer clear.

Without stepping into the Apple space ship, we can enjoy the virtual tour of the same. Hats off to the technology. We will be given an iPad and can visualize the interior arrangements of the actual buildings, the lighting arrangements, Ventilation. We are surprised to learn that there is no AC plant but temp is controlled by regulating the air flow. Team deployed there are very courteous and helpful. One must visit this place if you are any where closer to cupertino.

Whenever someone visit me in the Bay Area, whether or not they are Apple fans, I take them there. Easy parking, beautiful store and a somewhat close up view of the 'Spaceship' building. If you are a true fan, ask about the store-specific merchandizes and the story behind the items and of course, sit down and sip a cup of coffee in the cafe.

Nothing special actually. It's just like all the Apple store you have been. I thought they sell lot's of limited edition stuff but unfortunately not e.g. backpack, mug, pen etc..

Apple park visitor center
We had fun there and interesting place for visit
Lovely place and there is cafe and park

If you love Apple products, you must stop into the Apple Visitor Center. From the top (3) floor there is a nice view of the Apple Campus. Visit the augmented reality display of the campus model, buy unique Apple products, and refresh at the coffee bar. The landscaped grounds are just getting growing but are still very scenic.

A beautiful glass structure across the street from the Apple "Spaceship" building has an Apple Store, an Augmented Reality viewing area of the said building, a rooftop with a view and a coffee shop. Its a one-time experience for sure!

The Visitor Center is a bit of an anti-climax. It’s mainly a mid-sized Apple store, a display of the HQ and a cafe.
Even the rooftop provided unspectacular views.
It’s a bit of a lost opportunity - no history, no presentations about roadmaps, product development and no feeling that this is anything special. Not really worth a visit unless you are in the area.

This place is a spaceship, it is well designed, and surrounded by solar panels. it contains an apple store, an apple cafe (does not support) android pay), and a visitor center. I like this place so much.

It's just an Apple store like many others. It serves as the entrance to Infinite Loop, but you will only pass if you are an employee. On the top floor you can see a little bit of the ceiling of Infinite Loop (but only a little bit; I think construction legislation doesn't allow anything higher in the region...). Only visit if you are passing by...

Apple Park Visitor Center is definitely the trendiest and fanciest place recently in Silicon Valley. The architecture was designed in a modern way with huge French windows covered.
The apple products were lined up in the middle of building as other apple stores. It was really crowded and hard to find available staff.
There are also relevant products and limited edition T-shirts which are only sold here. However, the price is not reasonable.
The most interesting part was a park model with digital video via iPad. It was really cool to see the apple campus throughly.

Disappointed. Just saying I was expecting more at one of the leading tech company in the world. Should have known something was up when all the visitor’s parking spaces had 20 minutes time limit. But that’s all you really need to go through the Apple Store, cafe, maybe the roof and the virtual tour. The virtual tour was pretty neat, but I could only give it an extra star. Had we known about the experience at this visitor center, we probably would have passed and spent the time up at Point Reyes.

This is a beautiful visitor center. The architecture is a triumph, as you might expect. Inside, you'll find a very cool AR tour of "The Spaceship" HQ, an Apple Store, a nice cafe and on the upper floor, a viewing deck. In the store you can buy items exclusive to this location. The staff are awesome, just like Apple retail staff anywhere. The deck is nice, but you still can't really see the HQ building that well from there. Non-Apple fans might be underwhelmed by the whole experience, but I am a long-time Apple fan and I spent a very enjoyable couple of hours here.
It's just a quick car ride from San Jose and is easy to find.
TIP: If it's Apple exclusive goods you're after, the Infinite Loop store is still open and has some awesome T-shirts, pens and other exclusive goodies. Consider making the short hop over there as well if this is what you want.

A great place to have an "Apple experience", I means its products, but not much about the new Apply building. You can barely see a corner.

What let down, we drove here expecting a visitor centre, possibly with some back ground to Apple, a bit of company history, maybe even someone to guide us through the world of Apple.
Nope it’s a shop selling your standard Apple products with a few so called exclusive tee shirts at $40 plus tax. On asking if there was anything else maybe a pen or key ring, no sorry was the answer we not had stuff for ages.
There is a roof top viewing gallery, up two flights of stairs we went, but hey ho you can’t see the HQ for trees.
There is also a cafe which appeared to have limited offerings of food and coffee. Sorry can’t comment on prices.
All in really a waste of time, other tech companies in the area have made more of an effect and probably make billions less a year. Very disappointed Apple product owner.

Finally got to see Apple Town. The technology is exceptional. The products great. I wished I owned the big wide screen TV.

There is a model of the new offices in the store that you can see with an iPad that they provide you.
The cafeteria is at the terrace but wellness we went it was closed so we couldn’t see the offices from there.
Obviously we buy some stuff!!!

We saw everything in 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and the building immaculate. The display at the entrance was the most interesting feature. Admission and parking are free.

Isn’t it amazing to use Ipads together with a landscape model to get an overview about the new Apple Headquarters?
A good place to purchase Apple devices and nice and expensive merchandising products. Till october one has the opportunity to see in SFO’s MOMA what Magritte used a green APPLE for.

The visitor centre is adjacent to the actual Apple campus (which you can't visit unless you know an employee). You can see the newly completed campus from the roof of the visitor centre - as well as the view, there is a really cool augmented reality exhibit on the ground floor where staff provide the iPads for you to to experience the campus yourself.
There is some exclusive Apple Park march for sale - but nothing to really write home about. The cafe serves good coffee but no meals.
There is plenty of underground parking.
Definitely worth the trip down from San Francisco if you're an Apple fan - really cool to be around the areas and streets where all the Apple products are designed.

If you are in the area, I recommend a visit. The visitor center is located adjacent to the new Apple head quarters. Very park like atmosphere with a lot of motion - foot traffic, buses, cars. Access to the actual new building is restricted while some construction is ongoing.

I have been a loyal Apple product users since 1986 when I bought my first PowerBook. I’ve purchased iPads. iPhones, and an iPod. I’ve used all sorts of Apple devices at work since 1985. My daughter has never been willing to own anything without an Apple logo since 2005. We are Apple. We are currently on a vacation to northern CA... and our first stop was to Cupertino... of course. We arrived at night; missing the store but we drove around the outside of Apple Park and it was incredible! Mecca for Apple users! We continued on with our trip, vowing to make it back in time to visit the store the evening before our 6am departure home. We would have made it but being from the Midwest we had little experience with CA rush hour traffic and windy, slow hills. It took us MUCH longer than expected. We arrived 14 minutes after closing. Heartbreaking! The employees were still inside so we spoke with several, explaining our predicament of the very long stressful ride, departing at 6am the next day and our deep hope that we could purchase 2 t-shirts to bring home. They were compassionate and had discussed it with the manager who came to talk to us. He explained the till was shut for the day. We asked if we could leave a credit card number to run in the morning or pay to have the shirts sent or any other way we could work something out. Of course we understood they have rules but we had hoped there was some option we could access and were willing to pay. The manager told us to come back when the store opened tomorrow. That wasn’t possible and it was irritating for him to say it when we already explained we’d be halfway home by then. We had been so extremely excited to be in Cupertinoland when we came last Thursday... but our unfortunate experience today has dramatically changed how we view Apple. We will think twice about being Apple ambassadors from now on.

The visitor center offers a 360 view of Apple Head Quarters. The sunset is amazing going up the second floor.

If you are an Apple fan, or appreciate gorgeous architecture, I recommend visiting the Apple Park Visitor Centre. Is is comprised of a Caffe Macs, Apple Store, rooftop patio and Augmented Reality display room to tour the Apple Park Campus.
There are exclusive T-shirts, hats and other accessories that can only be purchased here. The cafe is delightful, and you can catch a glimpse of Apple Employees braving a coffee before/after work.
10/10

Apple visitor Park off Homestead across from the new campus is really well envisioned. It is teeming daily with guests from all over the world, it has a cool landscape diagram map of the park and campus and store inside with cool gadgets, plus a small visitors cafe. A lovely upstairs roof top outlook gives you a view to the big campus. It is very well done, great underground parking.

The visitors centre at Apple Park is an essential stop for any Apple fan. The roof top provides a good view of the new Apple HQ, while the store stocks T-Shirts & other items you can’t buy elsewhere (it’s worth noting the range of souvenirs is different to those at the Infinite Loop store, so if you can visit both).
You can also get a coffee and view the impressive AR model of the complex.

The Apple Park Visitor Center is the only hi tech company in Silicon Valley that has a visitor center that's open to the public for free. It is modern and minimalist. No visitors are allowed inside the real Infinity Loop unless accompanied by an employee of the company. We live in the area so we take company from out of town to visit. Visitors can view the building through an Ipad that they provide to visitors. There is a full display of the latest gadgets and products from Apple at the merchandise area. There is also a free demo of Apple programs and apps. Staff are very helpful. Just know that it is not an amusement park.

Finding a car park was very easy, even right before opening time when there was a crowd assembled outside the front doors to the store. The staff were very attentive - providing insight into the Apple Park grounds and the store itself. The roof provided a slight glimpse into Apple Park including the ‘spaceship’ building. Upon exit, one of the staff members offered some suggestions on what to see in the local area after leaving this site (including Apple’s other campus at 1 Infinite Loop and Steve Job’s former house.

The view of Apple's new "space ship" headquarters is not as good as one would hope. It is obscured by a hill and trees. You maybe see about 15% of the structure. The augmented reality in the center that shows a mock up of the new building is good, but not worth going way out of your way for.

Underwhelming. You visit a nice modern building and you can see Apple Park from a distance if you go up to the top floor. There's scale a contour model of Apple Park that you can see in detail with an iPad and app (provided) but it is no more exciting than looking via Google Maps. Otherwise, the place is filled with Apple products and advertisements for them, and an overpriced cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful, though.

In the basement is an apple store as it is known. Additionally a nice cafeteria with the same furniture, that is also used in the Apple Park. The highlight is a VR station, when you can use the camera if the IPAD to virtually open the AP and zoom in it. On the upper deck is a open Terrasse to have a view on the AP.

I had heard that it was disappointing but since we were in the area, we had to go! Cool building. But it is basically an Apple Store. Decent view from the roof although one can just barely see Apple Park (the donut building). All that said, I am glad I went and would recommend it as long as you not expecting too much.

If you are an Apple nerd like me, you'll enjoy this place. Not only is it a store, there are a cafe and an augmented reality experience. I bought an Apple T-shirt for $40 US. It's all part of the tourist experience. Enjoy!

As a loyal user of Apple products, I was so glad to spend an hour at Apple Park Visitor Center in Cupertino. I would describe it as a huge Apple store with more. Nice Apple gifts are available for purchase. There is a huge model of ‘the spaceship’. You will need to use the iPad provided for an augmented reality experience where you can peek into the campus by ‘shifting the roof’. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I happened to mention about an issue which I have with my iPad to one of the staff. She advised me how I can settle it.
There is a nice roof top area where you can view the $5 billion campus which is across N Tantau Avenue.
Do try to attend the free short classes which are offered. Free admission and free parking. Love this place!

During my recent trip from San Franscisco to LA I stopped by the visitor center at Apple. The building is lovely but really is just a large Apple Store with a small -but technically great- interactive tour of the campus.
There was a roof terrace where you can see about 100m of the Ring Building roof buit otherwise there is no access to see the actual Apple campus.
I wouldnt go out of my way to come here as there isnt anything you wouldnt get in a regular Apple Store.

It's an Apple store. With a small coffee shop attached. Coffee and snacks only - it's not a restaurant. I came with a group that needed a place to work and wanted to sit outside - we grabbed one of the rooftop picnic tables. But there's nothing here as far as a tourist attraction. I was shocked when looked up things to do in Cupertino and see this as #2. If you're an apple maniac and want to be next to their HQ (which is only partially visible through trees) maybe it's something special? Positives: Great Wifi. And my tea was tasty.

The Apple Park Visitor Center is located across the street from the campus, at 10600 Tantau Ave, Cupertino, CA , 95014, and is a special space for visitors to the private Apple Park campus. It includes an Apple Store, Apple Café, and more.
The building is totally transparent by glass wall, that allows view all ambients indoor. The visitor's center is an Apple store, but there's a lot to do there, including an AR experience, exclusive merchandise, and a cafe. For example, don't miss the Apple Park argumented reality experience, which lets you peek into the campus through an ipad.
If you're a fanatic by apple products, anyone of them, and also if you're at the Bay area of San Francisco city, so you must to take a day trip to Cupertino and visit this place. It's something amazing. I recomend.

Spent an enjoyable hour or so there. Went when it opened, as it soon got crowded, as buses arrived. They have a wonderful scale model of the actual Apple Park which is across the street. With cool technology you can see inside all the buildings. There is also a large Apple store and a cafe, and many enthusiastic employees around to help you, or to explain anything you ask. Very polite and knowledgeable.

We can looking Apple Park from the Apple visitors center. There’s no tours to Apple Park.
But Apple visitors center constructed same materials as Apple Park. So if you want to explore then visit apple visitors center.

Cupertino
Several years ago we came to One Infinity Plaza. We had seen the plans & conceptual sketch for the spaceship campus affixed to the chain link fence surrounding the property where the new campus was to be built back then so it was fun to come to the visitor center and get a glimpse of the new spaceship campus from the second story observation deck. Although, the building is partially obscured by tall trees, you can still see it form a distance. The nice interactive feature of viewing the campus buildings on an iPad when you enter the visitor center was nicely done and quite “techy”, in true form, for an Apple visitor center. Still, it would have been nice to actually go INSIDE the round campus. My husband was a little disappointed about that. We were done in about an hour. We were still glad we stopped for a visit, however!

The visitor center has an interested augmented reality viewing area, but otherwise the rest of the center is a basically an Apple store where you can buy expensive Apple t-shirts and other items. Their cafe appeared to only have coffee and chocolates for sale. There is a roof-top area as well. The whole visit would probably be less than half an hour for most visitors. Visit here if you are an Apple fan and in the area, but not worth a special trip.

The iPad AR display is a neat way to “experience” Apple Park without being able to go in, and the store has goodies that you can’t buy at other Apple Stores. If you’re an Apple fan and in town, it’s worth a stop. If not, it’s up to you.

The structure is modern and very beautiful, as you would expect from Apple. However, there is not much to do there, at least not something you cannot do in any other Apple store.

Visited for reviewing Apple merchandise for sale, unique to location. As with past visits, we were not disappointed, with several new items available for purchase, including clothing and gift items, all with Apple logo...Worth the visit!

The visitors center was great to see. They have the typical stands with all he Apple products with some additional items to purchase like shirts, hats, etc... the upstairs mezzanine was nice see the Apple Park building. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, cafe was nice to sit and relax. I would highly recommend to anyone who is part of the Apple eco system!

The augmented reality tour of the Apple park is cool and there are a lot of cool apple souvenirs that you can only buy there. But the view from the observation deck is not that godd, because the trees are disturbing the view of the circle in the park. Unfortunately you can not walk in to the park, that is around the circle. But the design of the store is cool and I love how minimalistic it is. They only used 3 materials, but together they create an image with a full array of colors.

We are lucky enough to know someone who works for Apple, so we ate lunch on the main campus at IMacs. Food was good and very inexpensive. We were disappointed in the campus though. Barely any apple logos, Apple store was barely stocked and had minimal types of merchandise. We then went to the visitor center and it was basically a large overpriced store. The AR view of their new building was pretty cool. Nothing else there. Done super fast. Much more to see at google. Also much friendlier people at google.

Drove down to Cupertino from Berkeley, CA to visit Apple Park. Parked at the visitor's center and entered the visitor center, which is NOT Apple Park. Although Apple had this great augmented reality experience on top of a model of the Apple Park, we could not visit the actual building. The only alternative was to walk up to the top floor for a partial outside view of the Apple Park across the street. Two small pluses on this visit: (1) got to buy myself two nice t-shirts (Apple Park colorful ring and original colored Apple logo, both on black t-shirt) that I believe are only available here and (2) great double expresso coffee, at Apple's coffee shop, to prepare myself for the trip back up to SF. That's it!

We parked our car at the underground parking for free. The staff were friendly. The building is beautiful. The views on the roof top were beautiful.

Apple Park is very good if you are a fan. You get to buy exclusive merchandise, and can even go on an AR tour of Apple Park (obviously, you aren't allowed into the main complex). The staff was very knowledgable and the view from the terrace was great too. You can ask staff members to tell you more about the campus.

great place and great fun. If you are Apple fan you can buy everything there in every possible colour :)
Two floors of apple products with terasse on the 2nd floor with the view on apple park - the new HQ :)

The Apple Park Visitor Center is truly a must visit for anyone traveling to the Bay Area. One can get to see and feel several of Apple’s existing and upcoming gadgets. One can also get a detailed idea about the functionality of the Apple Park and as to how it is designed to be eco friendly at this center. A section of the Apple Park is visible from outside the visitors center and a great spot for taking any pics. The visitor center is free with plenty of free parking available on site.

Went to ask how to get my e tickets into my apple wallet. Jung was so helpful and solved the problem right away. I asked her about getting a new phone and she showed me my options. She was so nice and pretty and helpful. I will definitely go back next week to get an apple 8 phone from her. Apple is fortunate to have such a great employee

lifelong dream of visiting apple park and infinite loop came true. will definitely visit again. great

Just a few weeks after it opened when we got the chance to visit this place, and oh, I was underwhelmed! Maybe I have high expectations because it’s Apple, hmmm... however, there’s not much to see and to do here. The AR is the only highlight but I got bored after only a few minutes of holding the iPad mini... it took longer maybe just because I just want a souvenir photo showing Apple’s Spaceship! I would’ve have given only 2 stars but I have to be fair, I must say that I like the clean design overall, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I think they should’ve constructed a viewing tower and not just a viewing deck to have a better view of the building. Btw, be sure you’re not hungry when you go there because their coffee shop has not much to offer or maybe you’ll not get hungry at all when you visit this place because I’m sure you’ll be out in no time. Just go if you’re curious and an Apple fun (I am) but I’m not coming back... maybe when they build a viewing tower :-)

Calling this a visitor center is misleading. It is just an Apple Store with an o overpriced cafe at one end and a scale model of the Apple campus on the other end. They provide iPads that supposedly give visitors a virtual tour of the campus, but it is very disappointing. And you can see hardly anything from the rooftop, which they tout as having a view of the campus. Unless you just want to go to an Apple Store, don’t waste your time here.

First off, let me admit to having a somewhat ambivalent relationship with Apple. I truly hated the original Mac circa 1984. I was actually happy with their almost-demise in the late-90s. However, while I think Steve jobs was a credit-stealing a-hole, I am also willing to admit that he was a talented, visionary-genius a-hole. I'm sorry he's gone.
That said, I got over my feelings enough to upgrade from a Blackberry to an iPhone at some point, and have never looked back. I applaud Apple for their success.
My wife wanted to visit this place, so we stopped in on our last day in Silicon Valley. As I'm sure is commonly the case, we first entered the actual ring complex (employee entrance); the gate guard guy, to his infinite credit, patiently explained how we should exit and make a series of right turns to get to the *actual* visitors' center. I hope they pay that guy extra to not snap at people by the end of his work day.
The visitors' center is across the street from the actual ring-complex thing. They have a decent parking lot, but not sufficient for the admiring throngs, so there is a 1 - 2 level subterranean deck also. We ended up parking here and taking the stairs back up.
The building itself is quite nice - mostly glass walls and white faux-stone interiors. When you enter, there is an architectural model of their ring-building. Helpful staff offer you iPads with augmented-reality features to let you check out the ring in detail. Our stopped working within a couple of minutes, but we got the gist of it.
The next 1/3 of the building is like a standard Apple store on steroids. It was quite busy. The remaining 1/3 was a cafe. Upstairs was an observation platform, from which you couldn't really see much. It was also hot (in June), but relatively nice given the generally nice weather in CA for 8 months of the year.
I also was impressed with the staff. It is hard to image a more statistically diverse staff without resorting to Hollywood casting. Not a criticism - just an observation.
As a novelty, this place is worth a stop even if you are not a rabid Apple fan-person.

I expected much more. You are only given an iPad to see the newest building with an augmented reality app, but you are not told any information on history, construction, etc

Not worth visiting at all! Nothing to see, everything is closed, bad service in the cafe :( not recommended unfortunately…

So far the best visitor centre I have seen around globe and fittingly so at their HQ city. The service is top notch with out any doubt

The Apple Visitor Center is across the street from Apple headquarters and is the only way to “tour” the complex. There is a large parking garage under and although we went down several layers we found a parking spot. When we entered the building an Apple employee gave us an iPad and showed us how to use it by scanning over a scale model of the actual headquarters. The technology was amazing as swiping the screen through the camera showed details inside every part of the building. It was fascinating! The rest of the building contained a rooftop viewing area where you can see part of the headquarters, a cafe, and a sales area that is basically an Apple store. We stayed about half an hour, and were glad we went.

Beautiful visitor center made with the best quality marble and futuristic glass windows. Great terrace to view the Apple Park from.

No need to present this place, a billion-dollar place. A clear glass visitor center looks impressive. Everything inside is beautifully presented and the modern architecture is simply stunning. In addition to the exclusive Apple Store with vast selection of official Apple Park merchandise, there is also a cafe area (love their iPad menus!) that serves an assortment of coffee and snacks as well as part with giant aluminum model of the new headquarters designed specifically for augmented reality. Thanks to the specially programmed iPads you are able to see what is hidden behind the walls and how everything works in the building, for instance energy consumption or water supply. The roof terrace was the only negative thing during my visit. The view of the main building from there is not as spectacular as I imagined. The rooftop is simply too low thus the famous "spaceship" building is barely visible behind the trees. I visited this place the day after grand opening and, as I expected, crowds were extensive. Not sure how does it look like now. To be honest, coffee was mediocre but there are no other options nearby. Overall, absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Worth a visit, not only for Apple fanboys.

If you were in any doubt that Apple has a cult following you should visit here and see people drool over Apple. Having said that I’m glad we went; it is a slick operation, staff are very good and helpful and some of the stuff they show is cool. The centre is immaculate top to bottom, including toilets and there is plenty of free parking underneath. I also liked that where there were opportunities to do things, like a good place to have your photo taken, staff were on hand to help and take pictures etc. Very good.

Our hotel was close and decided to drop by. I thought that the visitor center itself had a very modern look, so if you are interested in architecture or design you might like it just for that. Keep in mind that this visitor center is NOT in their famous circular "space ship" headquarter building, but is located across the street from it, and so you can only see somewhat of it from the second floor. The ground floor consists of 3 sections, one with a miniature display of the new building and they will hand you out with IPADs and if you point it towards the display and by touching the screen it will guide you thru and show/give you detailed explanations. The second room is a showroom/gift shop area, and the third section is a cafe. There are some tables and chairs on the second floor if you want to relax, but can get very warm/chilly? because it is outside. Restrooms are located on the basement floor.

We went to the Apple Park Visitor Center in Cupertino. They have a layout of the Apple Corporation Campus in one room. It does not have a lot of detail though.
There is the Apple store area, with some interesting wall videos. There is a cafe area. The building itself is pretty and the trees outside are nice. Overall, its nice to visit.

Wonderful and interesting place to be! There are cool souvenirs you can buy and nowhere else available!

I have been following the construction of Apple Park since its inception, so when we flew out to see our son, I knew I wanted to visit it. The view from the terrace is the closest you'll get to seeing the new headquarters and there was a friendly employee asking if you wanted your picture taken (with your iPhone of course). The AR viewing on the iPad to get a glimpse into the headquarters was cool.

Great place for Applemaniacs !! The visitors centre was cool, with guides handing out Ipads that assisted with augmented reality enabling you to have a peep inside the model of the Apple space centre. The viewing deck on top provided a peep over the roof tops. Quite interesting...but expected more.

It's worth a visit for sure, but bear in mind that it is located separate to the new headquarters - across the street and through some trees. You'll see it via the viewing gallery upstairs in the visitor's center, but that is as close as you'll get.
Downstairs there is a nice Cafe, an Apple Store that sells some merchandise you won't find elsewhere, and a model of the new headquarters building. The staff can provide iPads that will let you see the building through AR - very cool!

Beautiful building. Needed more merch though. Was looking for a shirt, women's style. Didn't have it. Cool to see as a part of our Silicone Valley tour.

The only thing I like about the visitor center is the coffee shop. You don't get to go inside the campus. However, one can see the campus virtually. You can also buy apple products. There is a huge store.

We’ve been Apple customers for a long time, so we thought we would drive by the headquarters since we were so close. It was a nice surprise to look over and see the visitor center. It is very impressive. We enjoyed looking at the products and seeing the views from the roof.

Ample parking space with EV charging option is available at Apple Park Visitor Center. The building has beautiful innovative architecture with full height glass walls. The Apple Park Visitor Center offers exclusive Apple branded merchandise to shop. The merchandise is a highly curated selection of Apple products and accessories. The staffs there are always helpful to answer the queries of the visitors. There are Apple T-shirts, wrist watches, hand bands, laptops, mobiles and other items to see, feel, explore and buy. There is cafeteria if you want to relax a bit. One can go to rooftop also.

Apple Park Visitor's Center serves as the International destination stop for tech enthusiasts. You can't actually visit the main Apple Park campus, but this is the next best thing! When you visit this 2 story building, the first thing you will notice is that there are 3 main sections to the ground floor. The building houses the ONLY Caffe Mac esspresso bar that is opened to the public. You can grab your favorite drink then head over to the opposite end of the building to try out the augmented reality tour of Apple Park using the ipads. The tour is essentially a 3-D tour of the space ship building from across the street. When you're done, why not head upstairs to the observation deck and check out the view of the space ship. When you're done, head back downstairs to the main shopping area, try out the newest gadgets and pick up some location specific merchandise that is only sold at this store. Merchandise from this store differ from the merchandise sold at the 1 Infinite Loop location. Both stores have Apple branded T-shirts, stationary and other branded items for the ultimate fans!

Finally, I’m here to visit Apple Park visitor center! Long before I go, I heard the AR experience and we can enjoy the drink here, so once I got there, first thing to do ask for a tablet to go see the AR experience.
Amazing!!!! The AR experience! (I don’t want to say more but you could see it from photos). It shows in the future, by wearing a smart glasses? we get the Augmented reality and informations. I like this idea.
Well, later we sit on the chair and order a coffee and hot chocolate ☕️, observing people come and go, the sunlight changes.
The sunset on the roof is also beautiful.
A perfect way to end the San Jose trip!

This is a great place to visit if you are a fan of Apple products and Apple design. A huge amount of thought has gone into making this a very high quality experience and attention to detail is impressive. We didn’t know what to expect and ended up staying an hour an a half. However there was a sense that this could have been much more than a display of current products - there is a rich history of innovation that could have been on display and it would have been great to see something about Steve Jobs - given this was designed and built with no limits on what it could have been it’s a shame there were no references to the great history and heritage of Apple.

There is a virtual reality map of the hq using their ipad which is cool for architech's perspective, but not much else. A large Apple store that sells overpriced tshirts. There's a large screen that showcase apple products. There's a cafeteria for coffee. It's a nice place to take photos, but seems lacking in attraction. My wife did like it, as she's an Apple fan.

Apple Park is a cool building with a coffee bar and a rooftop deck with a view of the new Apple HQ. Other than that, it was just an Apple Store. I was kind of hoping they had a display of historical Apple products (Apple II, McIntosh, Lisa, etc.). If you are an huge Apple fan or you don't have an Apple store near your home, then come and visit - other than that I was kind of disappointed. If you happen to be in the Seattle area, visit the Microsoft visitor center....much better than this. Full disclosure - I own an iPad, iPod, and an Android phone.

They had this place decked out with Christmas festivities; the store, the park, the entire Space Park campus of Apple. It is worthwhile to visit to get an idea of the enormous campus Apple has built and something that has changed the world.
Great place to visit to see the technology that Apple has created.

This is the ultimate Apple fanboi (and girl) check in. My wife and I made quite a detour to visit and I have to admit, I expected more. The model of the complex with the Augmented Reality virtual tours using iPads is brilliant - the viewing gallery upstairs giving views of the 'mothership' is okay. The staff are first class - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - as one would expect.
I was aware that the shop sold t-shirts but was very disappointed at the poor range of items on view - why not sell polo shirts?
I am glad I went but struggle to recommend people making a big detour to visit - it could be SO much better.

I didn't get a chance to see everything, due to COVID-19, but I was able to go to the Apple store. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It isn't every day that you'll meet an original member of the Apple team from way back when who will talk about the great developments Apple has made. This is without doubt one of the best FREE places to visit. We took part in a class (again FREE) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The staff are the height of professionalism and a credit to the Apple brand.
Make the most of your stay and ensure you're doing a class :)

It is just an Apple shop with a coffee bar and a metal model of the office. I am surprised that it’s so plain. I was expecting something special and at least an insight into the history and future of Apple.

It is a nice visitor center.
I wish they will let you enter the new spaceship and not just showing you a virtualization of the new building.

I visited during COVID so access was somewhat limited, but in summary it is really just another (admittedly nice) Apple store. No particular benefits apart from some limited edition t-shirts available for purchase and a model of the main building. Staff were well informed and friendly though.

The visitor center is super Apple with it's minimalist design, high tech iPad augmented reality experience and of course outrageous prices! It's definitely worth a stop in. From the upstairs deck you can see the infinity circle HQ. Down below you can hold up an iPad to a giant model of the Apple HQ campus and see an augmented reality of what it looks like. Make sure to drive here as there's no public transportation and not much in walking distance.

I didn’t have any expectations deciding to try and visit here. First if you wanted something other then a typical apple store experience you can find it since on the upper deck you get a view of the side of the new circular Hq building and the store/visitor center does offer unique items for sale like T-shirts, baseball caps, tote bags, postcards, and what seemed like a design book.
There is a large scale model of the new campus. Also attached was a simple coffee bar selling prebagged items.
If you are here for maybe a unique apple accessory this store was lacking in those items maybe the Hermès watchband but not the full stock of 3rd party apple items I’ve seen in other stores.
I was hoping for some sort of museum experience but that was not the case. At the time I visited there was a presentation on a floor to ceiling monitor about iPhone photography and a field trip planned afterwards

VASTLY overrated! I love Apple products and was hoping for an interesting visit since I first read about this place 2 years ago. Not worth the drive from San Francisco or from anywhere else for that matter. AR display of the center: boring. Shop: boring. Cafeteria: boring. Top floor terrace from which you theoretically can see the compound (not much is visible): boring.
I suggest you not waste your time on this.

Long walk around, very interesting. Scientific, educated minds determine future. Eest areas let minds get inspired by relaxing entertainment. Neat, casual dress for employees.

Thank you to Apple for providing the public with something onsite. And I do understand why we are not allowed onsite. But this is largely an Apple Store and a coffee bar that gets too much traffic. Parking is tough into the bowels of the underground garage. The virtual iPad tour of the campus is cool. For about five minutes.

We were in the area visiting friends, so stopped here for a look around.
Underground free parking was welcome as it was over 100F on the day we visited.
Up to the surface via a lift, the walked into the cool, air conditioned glass building, which is much like any other US Apple Store (in the central part). There is an enormous video wall which I would guess is 30+ feet wide. At one end of the building is a model of the whole campus. We were given special ipads which gave a virtual reality glimpse inside the buildings - you could lift the roof and see inside.
The other end of the ground floor had a cafe - the coffee was terrible!
Restrooms were downstairs, accessed by a stunning (stone?) staircase - very pleasant and clean.
The same staircase leads up to the roof terrace, which gives a couple of glimpses of the main circular building. It was too hot to spend more than a few minutes up there the day we visited, as there was little shade.
Overall, this was a similar experience to visiting any US Apple store.
Top tip - avoid the coffee!
And Apple - please stop using single use cups etc. in this cafe.

Apple did a great job for building her Campus 2 and it had plenty of trees. ( 6000-8000 ) The campus also kept Hp Old Barn ( GREEN COLOR ) near the space building. The visitors only saw HQ campus from the look out. Unfortunately Apple will not allow anyone beyond that point. You all will see people around the World visiting the campus 2 ( Apple Park ) no matter what? Rain or shine. Apple workers are Happy and friendly when you encounter them. It makes any Apple fan feels belong and be completed to visit this Spaceship.

It was the most frustrating and disappointing experience of our entire trip....
It's not a visiting center... it's just an Apple store like any other we've been to in the U.S., with a common Café.... Nothing special.
We expected more...
If you're around and you're curious to go see, okay. It is not worth a special schedule for this!!
Fortunately, we had other plans and places to see in the city.

Go check it out! Being in Silicon Valley, allow yourself to live the full experience! It's an Apple store, but it's an Apple store, next to Apple, in Cupertino! You can see what Apple is like from the inside through an interactive experience, you can see how launches work, and even participate in workshops (there was a photography workshop when we were there). The environment is very cool, all the lines, shapes and the entire environment remind you of the care they take with the development of their products.

It was nice to play with the Augmented reality scale of the complex. Sadly that is about as close as you can get to the building. The ample staff were always ready with helpful and informative facts about the facility. The gift shop is small, but has a few exclusives like t-shirts and memory games. Again sales staff very eager to assist in any way. Learning sessions were offered on many topics. While we were there, photo editing was being taught. The merchandise was very expensive - 40$ for a short sleeve T-shirt. Disappointing. At least parking was on site and free.

Don’t bother going, it is just a big apple shop. You can’t see the campus, really disappointing. Just go to your local apple shop and you get the same experience

That was already weak. An overflowing shop. End of story. The exhibition was not one and the café was present as in most museums. Despite the existing affinity for the products, the disillusionment was great. In my view, the performance is Apple-unworthy.

It's got to be the Ultimate Apple Retail experience with items that you can only buy here and absolutely no where else. The most amazing thing I encountered, when I got close to the front door, was the fact that my phone automatically connected to the Apple Visitor Centre wifi which was freaky. The Centre is very clean - the coffee shop and cafe seating are awesome - great coffee BTW.

We had a visit to the Apple visitor centre, interesting place to visit especially if you are an Apple fan, inside there was a lot of the latest products on view and for sale, with a lot of staff willing to demonstrate their knowledge of the various products.
There is also a café which is very spacious with some high tech service if wanted.
Upstairs there is a roof terrace where you can get a view of the Apple's new circular HQ.

If you are part of the Cult of Mac, this is a must-see. From a massive Apple store - which along with the standard Macs, tablets, iPhones and accessories has gear you can't buy anywhere else - to a coffee bar and rooftop deck with a view of the new apple headquarters across the street, this is MacMecca. The sales staff are among the friendliest I've encountered, actually HAPPY to go in the back and find your size in one of their exclusive T-shirts or answer questions. Funnily enough, the OTHER Apple store in their Infinite Loop campus has things the bigger store doesn't - like pens, mugs and different t-shirts. Fortunately they're not too far apart so you can hit both in an afternoon.

We came for a work event. Going to the Apple Campus on a weekday, be prepared to sit in at least 45 minutes of traffic. We stayed in Redwood City, and had to be at the Apple Campus at 9am. We left at 8am...not enough time. Traffic was ridiculous. The campus was huge and beautiful but nothing out of the ordinary or eye catching. A big donut shaped building with tons of people and traffic. No thank you.

Being an Architect myself,
Specially appreciate this particular building.
I am a local and often drive by this place.
Congratulations to the design team for capturing the true essence and Form Follows Function to the Fullest.....
I expect this to be one of the iconic structures for next several decades

Pretty nice and large Apple store and observation deck. The virtual tour was really cool and a fun experience. The cafe was a nice touch and there's plenty of areas for photos, just use some imagination. The parking was fine, people need to follow the guides or cones that lead to the below-ground parking area where there's NO parking time limit. Elevators are convenient and to top it all off, the view of the Infinite Loop across the street is cool. Overall, a fun and quick guest experience but don't expect to be there for hours either.

Are you visiting Silicon Valley on Business, or passing through the South Bay on your way to SF? Be sure to visit at least one of the icons that make Silicon Valley such a notable place and spend some time at the Apple Park Visitor's Center, located on Tantau Avenue across from the "spaceship".
Apple is a closed campus, as are most high tech companies, so you can't actually walk around the building, but the Visitors center has plentiful and free parking with a rooftop observatory that lets you gaze upon the second largest building in the USA, second only to the Pentagon.
While you are there you can shop the latest Apple products, pick up ONE OF A KIND branded merchandise (available no where else in the world!), grab a cup of coffee and get a glimpse into the future by participating in the AR (Augmented Reality) display where a large aluminum donut is magically transformed in to a full color, moving display of the inner workings of Apple Park.
For the die hard fan, check out the original headquarters at 1 Infinite Loop where the Apple Store has a DIFFERENT unique set of branded merchandise, and see the buildings around the area where the Apple II, Mac, iPod, iPhone, and iPad were born!
Fairly easy access to both campuses from the 280 Freeway, and free parking and lots of local restaurants make this a great way to kill a few hours before your flight, grab a bite before heading up to The City, or pay homage to Apple's HQ for the devotees.

you can see a model of apple campus as AR with iPad in your hands. there are some cool animation what you can see and interaction.

We live in this area so its fun to see the Apple headquarters lit up at night. During the day not so much. We were amazed at the number of people willing to go to see an Apple store with an ordinary cafe. While its a place to go to say you've been close to Apple headquarters, to me, its not a must see. Go at night and the space ship lights are more impressive.

Having a keen interest in Apple we just had to stop and have a look, nice area to explore with a visitor centre and shop.

a really cool place to visit. must like tech and/or all things apple.
you get off the highway and it is smack in the middle of a residential neighborhood.
houses with garages and driveway, then a small typical Apple understated sign that says Apple Visitor. about a 45 minute visit
must like tech and/or all things Apple. it is not for what Hillary Clinton calls 'if you stay home and bake cookies all day' moms!

Have a couple of teen Apple users who wanted to visit the new HQ. Liked the model display where could use ipad to see more of the development. Kids found it cool. Expected more from the shop. Had visited google earlier & they had pins & pens. Apple "gifts" were very expensive. Coffee shop also expensive so didn't use. Sat in the outdoor area upstairs for a quick rest & that was pleasant.
Just about met expectations but wouldn't rush back

A great Apple store along with the diorama of the entire complex. Use one of the iPads to be able to "see" inside of all of the buildings. There is also a second story from which you can view some of the campus.

Nice augmented reality model of the new HQ. A roof top terrasse with a
Partly blocked view to the HQ. A café and that’s it. Not a block buster, if you are nearby and a apple fan, just visit to have it checked it off on the Bucket list. Not worth traveling for, but nice and clean as always for apple standards.

Friendly staff, got some tasty breakfast at Cafe Macs, some overpriced Apple swag, and a few normal Apple products. It’s like a normal Apple Store, but better.

The place is pretty cool.
It has a coffee shop, a large Apple store that sells a few extra things like t-shirts with the Apple Park logo (unique to this location). A lot of parking (free), and an observation deck where you can see the Apple Park (covered by a lot of trees but very cool).
There are a lot of staff so all you questions will get answered.
It pretty interesting if you are an Apple fan.

We have been here twice. We mainly come to get the t-shirts, which you can only get here. They also have every other possible Apple product to touch and test.
There is a cafe with good espresso drinks and pastries for the kids. The atmosphere is relaxing, despite the proliferation of people staring at screens, because the walls are completely made of windows. There are trees outside and a peaceful open feel. If you’re nearby and get excited about tech stuff, it’s worth the short trip.

The whole complex is called the Apple Park and the circular structure (or the spaceship) is the Ring Building, which I helped (I e. contributed to through my purchases of Apple products) them to build. The Apple Park Visitor Center is outside of the Ring Building and an Apple store + a show-off place of their new campus. One thing you should not miss here is an AR application of a 3D model of their new campus with views of different times of the day overlaid. You can try many things (like lifting roofs of the buildings) interactively. You can see the spaceship from the room, but the view is limited (thus, I believe, they created the AR app). There are only two Apple Park Logo products - T- Shirts and Bags. For your note, restrooms are on the basement floor.

Apple's got its money's worth. Standing out from the rest of the world, Appleians reside in a spectacular building whose dimensions can only be guessed at. You can only see a little through the forest around it, and you can't go in. Gated Community.
You can save yourself the visitor center. This is just a big Apple store.

This is an absolutely beautiful apple store with a cafe. A place not only can shop, also enjoy good coffee, sweets & snacks. The sunset at roof top is beautiful, can view the Apple HQ UFO building

Good time to know more about Apple. Employees are very helpful and will welcome you as a guest. Nice place.

They have really awesome Augmented reality view of Apple park. Pretty cool. You must check out if you are around.

A store, café and interactive display of the actual Apple business park. Cool taking the ipad around and seeing "inside" the park. Go upstairs and get a view of the park from high up.

I went into get the new iPhone 16 Pro, a young man by the name of Anthony Hieliotis helped me (really nice guy), I was also helped my a lady named Joy, and a young man by the name of Quinn realty really nice people. I had to wait for about 50 minutes for my phone to transfer because I did not have my iCloud password., but it was OK. I had coffee and a yogurt at their little snack bar. I was helped by Sophie and Dell again just really nice people super polite. I recommend taking the time to go to the Apple Park Visitor Center kind of cool. Two thumbs up. I would go there again.

Always enjoy a visit to Apple HQ when in Cupertino. Bought a hat and shirt ONLY available for sale there. The augmented reality view of Apple Park is quite something !!! Kids would also enjoy.

Fun to see the Apple campus. Visitor Center is like a huge Apple Store with a great visual of the campus and pricey merchandise like bags and T-shirt’s in addition to standard Apple products. Easy parking.

We visited the Apple Park Visitor Center while on vacation in San Francisco. The drive to the park was beautiful, lots of mountains and rivers with lush green hillsides to see. The park itself was just okay to us. There was limited over priced "Apple" merchandise there and the virtual view was okay, but nothing spectacular. We spent about 45 min. there and left. I would say that if you in the area, then visit but don't make a special trip to go.

I am not big fan of apple products but this place was impressive even for me :)
Lots of products to buy and nice exhibition

I am a fan, so this is a special spot for me. I love the history and detail that they offer, and there are souvenirs that can only be had here.

I’m an Apple fangirl, so I had to see the new home base. The visitor center is a nicer version of an Apple store. 30 minutes is ample time to see the virtual reality display of the main building, to buy a $40 t-shirt and to sip on a latte in the cafe.
Just a mile away is the original location and they have better merchandise! Enjoy!

A glorified apple store with hats, t-shirts and logo’d bags. They also have a cafe, a viewing station of the new HQ where you get just a peek of it through the trees and virtual reality tour of the headquarters - all fun if you are an apple geek. Parking can get crowded, but there is hour parking down the street if you simply can’t find a spot.

We visited the center today, because we were driving by on a tour to San Francisco.
Basically the visitor center is an Apple store with cafeteria and a meaningless model of the buildings.
No kind of museum, history stories or information about Apple Park. The few merchandise items seem to be available on a daily basis. Today they had no coffee mugs and missing most of the shirts I wanted,
The center is outside Apple Park and you are not able to visit the main building, or see it.
Even the rooftop was closed, so that we couldn’t see the main building at all.
We were really disappointed.
The center could be a big opportunity for Apple to show its history, or inform about their actual and future highlights of the business or environmental strategy.
They missed it totally.

I've been an Apple fan boy since the first Apple machines were released and Steve Jobs was still at the helm. I think Steve would be extremely proud of what his legacy has created. The visitor centre is exactly that. Don't expect to get a tour inside the mothership, as it's not going to happen. What you can expect is every Apple product available in their retail section, including some only sold in the visitor centre, a scale model of the Park with really impressive augmented reality using a supplied iPad and a viewing deck that let's you see above the tree line and glimpses of the Apple corporate HQ. This place is worth seeing just to witness the scale of Apple Park up close.

Do not waste your time. Horrible experience. Barely any Apple merchandise different than your local Apple Store. Overpriced Kids tshirts on one side, and adult tshirts on the other side. 4-5 designs, pretty bad. Some mugs which were okay. And that’s it!!!
Do not waste your time in making the trip. Apple should be ashamed of putting something like this anywhere.

Went on a Tuesday morning and parking was horrible. If you visit, give yourself extra time or consider parking in the street, not sure if it's legal.
Building is relatively small. They do offer limited edition shirts, which were very popular and of course on the expensive side.
Overall, not a must visit.

I don't get it- such a big company and no razzle dazzle. I kept thinking- why am I here? The only thing that was nice, was the ample parking. They had a couple of cool t-shirts, but nothing inspired me.

Tall ceilings with huge glass-panel walls all the way around. Quite the showcase for Apple products and the campus. Even has this large "boring" display of the campus that you point a programmed iPad at and it comes to life! Landscaping, vehicles, building ceilings rise to reveal the rooms within - quite impressive. And oh yes, a nice cafe where the menu's are all on more iPads.

Apple makes great products and does magics to attract customers. This Apple Park is a nature extension of it's futuristic product outlook and users experience. Plenty of interactions and lively demo on the electric grid of the whole Apple campus. Fun and informative experience!!

This is only a larger version of other Apple stores. Lots of staff on hand to help you part with your cash.
Nice building, reasonable size cafe, where you do all but make the coffee yourself as you order and pay for it via an ipad. Served in paper cups snacks available too, some outside seating. so, a glorified wifi café really.
The roof terrace is large with more seating but the view isnt worth the effort of climbing the stairs, although the staircase itself is very sleek

Apple Park finally opens!!! I was one of the first to see the visitor center / Apple store / Cafe Mac. Though only the Visitor Center was open to visitors and Apple fans (disappointing), it is still worthwhile to make it a must-stop in any pilgrimage of Silicon Valley! Parking is limited but accessible in a normal weekday. Main attractions include - AR view of the park via an iPad, rooftop view of the real Apple Park building, and a cup of cappuccino and Italian chocolates at the Cafe Mac.

Friendly staff and beautiful Apple Store
Plus, the thrill of being right a stone's throw from Apple itself, for someone who has always been passionate about it like me, is priceless!

My wife's parents came to California to meet our children. They wanted to see the Apple Park Visitor Center. And then they bought T-shirts for their grandchildren. T-shirts are very cute design and good price.

Stopped by Apple Park for a visit during WWDC, and really enjoyed it. The VR experience was better than I was expecting, and the views from the rooftop are great. There's a small cafe if you want a cup of coffee, and good Apple swag shopping (although the Infinite Loop store is even better). The architecture was beautiful... it's a nice afternoon activity for an hour or so.

Really not much of a visitor centre. Primarily it's a site for selling Apple products. I suppose no real surprise there then as that's what Apple's good at. The only thing of interest is the model of the Apple site which to the naked eye is all silver becomes alive when viewed through the specially programmed and supplied I Pads. They allow you to see an 'enhanced reality' view of the site. There's a so called viewing platform on the first floor but you cant see anything of the new campus as it's obscured by the thousands of trees Steve Job thoughtfully arranged to have put there. There are no tours of the site and no information about Apple at all, so pretty much a waste of time. If you are not in the area it is NOT worth a detour to see it.

Today it was the turn of the Apple Park Visitor Center, in the hope that we would be able to get a good view of the main headquarters (the main building, this ring). Since it was already 5 p.m., we had to hurry a bit, as they close at 6 p.m.
The campus is very classy and modern. The customer center is outside the fenced-in circular main building. Olive tree avenues, rosemary hedges and the benches look like iPhones laid flat. Everything (benches, railings) has a cool, cool, soft feel (as do the iPhones).
In the spacious visitor center, everything that Apple has made is set up.
The highlight, however, was a virtual tour of the facility. Unfortunately, however, without a real look inside the buildings.
The facility is recreated in three dimensions on a large table. Everyone is given a tablet and then, based on their position (i.e. where you are standing with the tablet in front of the replica), you are shown virtually what these buildings look like from the inside. For example, you can lift the roof of the house on the tablet or zoom in (floor plans are shown, not real images). You can see the wind flow, the ventilation through the natural wind, times of day from sunrise to sunset or how the solar technology works.
There is a roof terrace in the visitor center. But unfortunately you can only look over at the main building from there. You only ever see parts of the ring, the rest is too far away, hidden by trees, fenced in and guarded.

Even though we're fans of Samsung, we couldn't hide our excitement at the opportunity to visit the Apple Visitors Center in Cupertino, California. Right from the door, we received a warm welcome. The display space inside is great. We also attended a short presentation, conducted by a very professional staff. Great product of American mind and spirit.

It is an Apple store, so I bought Apple goods! A little disappointed not to get a view of the new building; apparently it was moving in day. But that's OK. I was interested to see the virtual display. Staff were very good. Great toilets and, nice to have the roof but only a view of trees. It was raining which meant we didn't hang around upstairs for long.

I would not make this a destination stop as it will only take you all of 15 minutes to see everything. It is a "hands-on" store where you can touch products ranging from iPads to Apple watches & there are plenty of friendly helpers to answer questions. There is a virtual display of the HQ buildings. For security reasons, you are not allowed to go into the actual bldgs which are located across the street. There is a nice cafe to get coffee, snacks and sit for a rest. This campus is located right off of the I-280 freeway (Wolfe Rd Exit), and makes a nice quick stop to rest, refresh and take some Apple fan selfies.

As an Apple fan I was totally let down on visiting the Apple Visitor Center. Maybe I was setting my aim too high. Arrived on a Sunday with a long line to park, eventually got to park in underground car park. On reaching ground level another queue… once in the center it’s just a typical Apple Store with a cafe and upstairs a seating area. Yes it’s great to see a tiny view of the Apple Park HQ, but it was a big disappointment- I was expecting to see a history of Apple products (museum) something about Steve Jobs/Tim Cook, but nothing. I asked one of the Apple team if there was more to the visitor center as I was sure I was missing something but he said no this was it. The Apple Store/ “Visitor Center” does sell a few T shirts and baby grows that are not available in the shops but that’s it.
Disappointed Apple… C- for effort could try harder

Apple fans can see latest products. The staff is friendly and help you know what their Apple phones can do. They help you take some beautiful pictures. Around the centre the walkways are serene and nice.

If you are in the Bay Area make sure you visit the new Apple Park Visitor Center. Its a Visitor Center specially designed for guests to get a glimpse of the new Apple Park including the gigantic, beautiful, 'space craft' like building and surrounding landscapes, showcase Apple products and to enjoy snacks and beverages at it's cafe. The Visitor Center itself is a space age architectural wonder to behold. The first floor consist of 3 major sections - a modern cafe, an Apple Store unlike any other, and a hall with a huge model of the new Apple Park featuring the new building. iPads equipped with an augmented reality app allows guests to explore various parts of the building and Park by pointing to model, it's a really exciting experience. On the 2nd floor is a large viewing deck where guests can look across and view the new Apple building. I went there just about sunset and got incredible sunset views with the building. The Visitor Center is staffed with very friendly and helpful Apple employees who were more than happy to take any questions or to help you take photographs (even with Samsung phones :-) ). There are ample parking next to the Visitor Center.

Impressive headquarters of the Apple empire with all products to try out. Directly in Coupertino near Palo Alto / Silicon Valley and Stanford University.
Spacious parking with underground parking. Building with exhibition of all Apple products and workshops on iPhone and iPads as well as individual consultation & demonstration (e.g. new 3D glasses with registration!)

It's not really a visitor center. It's more like a big apple store with all different apple products. Free entrance. There isn't really much to see unless you are interested in buying apple products. We walked around the store and got up to the roof area. Only stayed about 20 min.

Hi my name is Melissa, I work for one of Apple's vendors. I am the front desk admin and I hear all the ahhhs and oooo's about the Apple Park and so of course I'm so intrigued by what I hear. So I take the time to go by on a Sunday and Boy the disappointment of that visitor center was upsetting. It was like a four min time period the I was actually in the visitor center and left with nothing because there is with no real experience of what the Apple Park truly is. I don't like apple to begin with and now I just don't like the company even more. It was a waste of time with a side of confusion.
Thank You Apple!!!!

We have visited the Apple Park visitor center a few times and it will was always an enjoyable experience. Our grandkids enjoy playing games on the iPads and looking at the large display. We have taken many house guests from abroad here and they enjoyed the virtual reality view inside the spaceship campus. The product display is also very useful. Finally, the cafe is quite nice but a little expensive to fit the apple pricing model!

A place to go just if you are passing by. Very clean and neat. When you stand up, if you did not let the chair in the right place, somebody comes quickly to put it right. I had a cup of coffee and some cookies, which I had to go and change them because they were all broken.

Nothing to see here. Just an apple shop and cafe. I was expecting to see info about the history and the architecture of the building, but I learned more on Wikipedia.

Beautifully designed building with lot of Apple tech and cool Apple merchandise inside. Nice roof top view and good coffee.

The Apple Park Visitor Center has an Apple Store, Cafe Macs coffee bar and an observation deck. There is a model of the Apple Campus which can be experienced via an iPad with augmented reality features. Using the AR you can lift the roofs and see what is inside, not only the spaceship building but all buildings within the Apple Park Campus.
Apple themed merchandise sold here are exclusive to Apple Park and not available at any other location. A t-shirt will set you back $40.00.
I was hoping for more, maybe an display of Apple through the years.
Parking is ample and free.

I was in awe of this place. It’s just amazing how far we have come with technology in my lifetime. One of the employees helped me with my iPhone. There are just so many things I don’t know how to do with it yet.
But, the best part was the coffee shop! I am not kidding when I say it is the best coffee I have ever tasted. I even mentioned it to the barista. They said it is a blend of beans from Italy, made specifically for Apple. When you visit, be sure and have a cup of coffee.

A huge Apple store. We expected something more from the Apple headquarters Store. Anyway here you can also find souvenirs like branded T-shirts and mugs. In the same building there is also a bar

We took our friends from Taiwan to visit this brand new Apple Park and they were very impressed with the facility. The Apple Store inside also offers the same products normally found in a regular Apple Store. The building is marvelous and the Cafe is just as great as well.

I went here with my father, my wife and 1 of my sons. It has plenty of underground parking. The best feature by far is a metal model of the entire property. You are given an ipad which lets you look at the property as built. Your view changes as you walk around the model. You can even take the tops off of buildings to look inside.
There is an apple store in the middle and a cafe at the other end from the model. You can walk on the roof to get a partial view of the space ship building. Not bad for free.

Amazing building and loved the view of the spaceship from the rooftop. We did a self guided drive with commentary, which was a great way to see the area, and this was one of the stops.

A very pleasant visit. Staff is very friendly. They have those unique Tshirts, and it is a must. Good views from the roof top. If you like Apple, it is a go.

Not sure words can express the level of disappointment I feel after going to the Apple Visitor Center. Why don’t they just call it another Apple Store? Visitor Centers are meant to be enjoyed by everyone, teach visitors a little something and showcase what makes the place special. Basically, Apple is saying their visitors are just a price tag and they can’t wait to make even more money off of them. How greedy can you be, Apple? How insulting can you be, Apple? How much more insignificant can you make your guests feel, Apple? Based on reviews I had read, I did expect to not expect much. I was prepared to take the long drive only to see the beautiful space designed by the architect, Norman Foster. I have traveled to many countries and have had the pleasure of walking right up to other structures he has created. His designs are truly something to witness, and that alone would have been a fantastic contribution by Apple. Unfortunately, greedy and selfish Apple does not even want its visitors to experience that. What none of the reviews had mentioned, is that you CAN NOT even SEE the circular building! There is a balcony at the visitor center, and when you go up to it in the anticipation of at the least getting an ariel view of this gorgeous building, you DO NOT even get that. You get NOTHING. You get a store to spend more of your money and give it to Apple. What the reviews fail to mention is that the building is surrounded by tall trees so you see NOTHING. When I questioned management about this, one of the responses was that Apple does not want to give its employees a corporate feel. Funny, because the fact that guests are expected to shop without seeing anything special feels pretty corporate to me. The other response was that I can view the model of this special building while using an Apple iPad. So, not only can I not see a building standing right next to me in person, but I can use an iPad that Apple is then hoping I purchase??? Wow Apple! Coincidentally, Apple has a children’s program promoting the creation of digital “kindness” pages, while not being kind themselves. Is kindness now a “brand” too? Nothing about this experience felt “kind” to me. Not only “stay out” of our building…BUT…don’t even come near it. Watching children learning how to use Apple products for “free” just felt like they were trying to develop brand loyalty at a very early age. Revolting! Do not bother to go to this shopping center disguised as a visitor center. You will waste your time. You can buy everything there online or at your local Apple Store. With all the wealth being created at Silicon Valley, it is a shame that this new money does not understand giving back without tax incentives.

When I was there, an interactive lab was being held for kids and their famiies. which was nice. There is plenty of parking....but it is basically a store , more than as a Visitors Center.

I’m an apple fan, so it was a must...
The place is very interesting, you can see the new offices from the outside.
In front of the offices there is a visitor center, where you can see with augmented reality the campus, obviously there is a typical apple store and a cafeteria...
That’s it.
At my opinion, is a long trip that doesn’t deserve going to.

I thought the staff would have been friendly that what they were. They was miserable and not very “apple like”
When to the google visitor Center and theirs was 100% times better.
The google cafe had actually character
No character here.

Stopped in here on our way to San Jose. Very interesting models and iPad experience to see the office complex across the street. Rooftop area enabled us to peek at the actual structure a bit. Clean washrooms and plentiful parking were a bonus.
Only disappointment was the merchandise at this location. Had understood there was unique stuff here. True, but not in the market for baby onesies. Would have bought a mug if they had one but was told this could be found at Infinite Loop location. Would be nice to know what each location offers for sale.

Limited parking for large open Apple store. Lots of devices on display along with t-shirts, etc. but not very user friendly. Cafe adjacent. Large "demo" of Apple "spaceship" HQ is nearly laughable, using iPads to see...virtually nothing.

Cool experience! The reality experience was a nice touch to see what it’s like inside Apple Park!! Amazing
Our son got a neat t-shirt!
Thank you!

The Visitor Centre is right next to the impressive new Apple office “the Ring”. It is essentially an Apple store augmented with a coffee café and an Augmented Reality visualization of the new complex. The store has stunning architecture and sells some merchandising items not available anywhere else. Overall quite worthwhile of a visit!

This Visitor Center is part of the new Apple Park (the spaceship) building complex. It contains several areas: 1) An Apple store 2) A cafe 3) An augmented reality display of the Apple Park complex using special IPads and a very large model. 4) a viewing platform to see the actual building.
It's really just an Apple Store with a cafe that is more akin to a coffee shop than a restaurant. You can also look at a model of the Apple campus. There was not much to do.
