The worst sound that we have ever heard at any venue. Please please let your performing know that ANY spoken words are nothing but garbled mush. Nothing can be understood. If there was a way to give a zero minus 10 rating that would still not adequately rate this facility. Really pretty sad for such a wonderful town to have a venue of this quality. Tulsa is a gem. BOK is a wet lump of coal. Sorry. Enjoyed the trip, enjoyed seeing the performer, enjoyed the city, BOK ruined the performance.

This issue is not the first time at this arena, for some reason they show selling 20 seats in handicap area and cram 24 seat in the section (328). When people start showing up, some in wheel chairs and some not they need to pull seats which is understandable. The problem is 1. WHY put 24 chairs in the first place? 2. Why are they trying to put more people in the section than they sell tickets. This is a handicap section and when people are crammed into the area like sardines it make it VERY hard for people to move the chairs out to go to restroom or get refreshments. It causes confusion because seats are not numbered and anger people so they cannot enjoy the events. This is not the only handicap section this goes on in nor is it just this ONE event and needs fixed. Maybe the ADA needs to get involved!

Went to the Eagles concert June 17th. It was the first time at the BOK Center and we had a great time. Facility is clean, better than average food and staff was helpful,

By Randall P |

This is one of the finest Concert venues that I have been too,Great visibility and great acoustics .

By michael e |

No signs to find the ticket entry or correct place to enter, only flashing information was the future events instead of where to find and meet your family and freinds at the event if your an out of towner. Of course most of Tulsa has No Parking places to park your car and you have to park far away to watch out for the homeless people walking or sleeping by the sidewalks.

This was my second time at the Bok Center. I went to see Maroon 5 when I was 16 and had a blast, but I didn't remember much about it. Recently went and saw George Strait & had a great time! The facility was nice. Food and drinks were extremely expensive ($8 for a cup of water) so I would recommend eating before you go!

We visited for first round NCAA basketball tournament games. The venue was very clean and bright. We found it easy to navigate. Employees were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice way to be welcomed to Tulsa. Our seats were comfortable, though some of the stairs has a steep drop, which was hard to navigate for several elderly patrons.

By Trina_P |

We have been to BOK several times for concerts and it is always clean, well arranged and has helpful staff.

By Carrie M |

Great place to see a basketball game. Helpful staff, plenty of restrooms & a nice variety of concessions.

By rswf05 |

I love going to BOK for concerts. I have been many times and the atmosphere is great. I hate the cheap seats because stairs are way too steep. Buy a good ticket or just don’t go!

By KansasDol |

Great location, concert was awesome. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Plenty of hotels nearby.

By kmiddick |

The Center is a great place to enjoy a concert, play, or comedy. We have been there three times now and it is always enjoyable. The mezzanine and balcony have a god view of the stage so don't be concerned about being too far away. The mezzanine level was going through some renovation and should be looking good soon. Take the stairs up or down, the rise and run are made for an easy walk.

This is an excellent venue for events! It is easily navigated, the seats are wide enough so you aren't squished into your neighbor, there's enough room in front of you that your knees aren't rammed into the seat in front of you, and location-wise, it couldn't be better! There are reasonable hotels nearby and there are nice dinner options as well. Very walkable, very safe, very well done!!

By Chad P |

won tickets to a concert from a radio station. nose bleed section!! the upper levels are very steep and narrow. had my knees nearly touching the guys head in front of me. worried about spilling my beer on him every time i took a drink. if giant tv screens are going there is not a bad seat in the house. been here several times and would recommend lower level seating!!

By mysugarpie |

We have attended a number of events here and found it to be an amazing venue every time. Big enough but not too large that you can't get a good seat. Acoustics are really good too. Lots of parking and eateries all around. If you haven';t been here, make it a point to see your favorite artist here.

By Scotty Rogers |

We attended the Backstreet Boys concert at this venue. The venue itself is nice and big with plenty of space. Concessions are distributed all around so you're close to food and drinks no matter where you're sitting. The venue doesn't have it's own parking lot so if you're coming from out of town, you're forced to pay for parking in a private parking lot and, depending on how close you want to be to the venue, you'll be paying anywhere from $5 to $40 for parking. Fortunately for us, we stayed at a hotel that offered a complimentary shuttle to the center. The only complaint I have is that the seats aren't very big so you're stuck rubbing elbows with your neighbors.

We've been to the BOK to see Impractical Jokers, Dude Perfect & WWE (some event - not sure if it was Raw, Smackdown or whatever). Great venue, great staff - they just do a great job. Very impressive & fun.

By sandratilkin |

The BOK Center has successfully brought major entertainers to Tulsa for the last several years. Those performers who are constantly in the news and appearing in major cities throughout the U.S. have performed for soldout audiences in Tulsa, some appearing more than once. We are proud of a first class venue that attracts major talent. Don't hesitate to buy a ticket and sit back to enjoy a show in a wonderful arena with comfortable seating.

By Rob M |

Went to see Billie Eilish. Arena was easy to get to and sound quality was great. Overall, clean and spacious. Plenty of food options. Seats compared to Ball Arena in Denver, while older, comfortable and wide. Only negative was no phone service outside the Arena. Many people experienced this, and unfortunately majority of tickets are now through apps which is frustrating. Make paper tickets to avoid this.

By Pete L |

Saw The Illusionists. We really enjoyed the show, but our seats were far away and we had top twist to the right to watch the show. But glad we went

By Autumn R |

A friend and I attended a concert at the BOK center. The entry screening was organized and efficient. The venue is quaint, and well kept.

Overall this is a good venue to attend concerts, etc

By Valerie F |

Our first time at BOK Center, and we loved it. It’s a nice venue, seats are comfortable, sound system is better than your average sporting arena, security was tight, feeling pretty safe here! Plus the prices aren’t bad at all, only $4 for a bottle of water. And they have candied pecans! The staff is friendly, they don’t act like they’re pissed off that you’re imposing on them. Hear that, Texas? We will try to drive here instead of closer venues in Dallas or Houston, because of the reasons stated above. Within walking distance of lots of hotels. One complaint, it’s May 29, turn up the air conditioning! It got a little stale, by the end, needed a little air circulation. Still love it though.

By Dr_MikeK |

We use the BOK for several events and this was for Journey and Asia in concert. The events are always a pleasure to go to as it is always well organised. Security is good, efficient and polite staff usher people in and out. Good food and beverage outlets and well suited for music and sports events.

By thex7878 |

We have been to the BOK several times and I highly recommend this place for any type of concert. Ten times better than the Chesapeake in OKC. Nice sound for an arena.

By chefgia |

Nice. But the concert was to b upscale but I feel like I was at a cross between a soccer game and a rodeo, selling beer and other things and vendors it was crazy no dress code if this event was and is going to Chicago people will dress appropriately the violinist her performance was in the best taste possible

By P J Avery |

Second visit to the BOK Center for Oilers hockey. First visit we sat in the lower bowl and the upper bowl on the second visit. Not a bad seat in the arena, though the steps in the upper sections are too steep for my personal preference. Both the main and upper concourse are wide enough to support large crowds with ample amount of concessions. Plenty of parking available within a short walk.

By askeys1 |

Show was great. The set up was good, so all areas could see the show. I do wish they would have healthier eating options. People around us were noisey and would not stay seated, so we had to stand most the time, but guess that is just the breaks when seeing a concert.

By Matt B |

I've been to arenas in other cities that featured NBA and NHL teams and major concerts and the BOK stacks up very well with any of them. The architecture on the outside is really interesting and stands out as your driving through the city. Events in the venue are well done and the concourse is wide open and easy to navigate, with a variety of unique dining options as well as the standard stadium fare. Parking lots and garages are close by and usually reasonably priced and there is street parking that is free on weekends and nights. There are also several places to eat within walking distance for before the event.

By Dee |

We went to the Lauren Daigle concert. It was amazing. I bought the tickets a little late, so had to get seats way up there but it still sounded great.

By runner4texas |

We visited the BOK Center to see the Trans Serbian Orchestra. The show was scheduled at 7:30 PM but it didn't start until 8:40-45 PM. With the crowd of people waiting to be seated, I feel like the situation could have been handled better. When the show was over nearly half of those attended had already gone early due to the show ending near 11:15 PM.

With that said - I give it 4 out of 5 stars. The TSO pretty much saved this review. They were amazing! Fireworks went off in this building and the band/artists were outstanding! We sat floor level, Section F1 Row G Seat 3-4. The sound and view was grand.

By madamsd |

Over the years, my spouse and I have bought many tickets at the BOK. Their new smoking policy, We will never go back. #Sad

By 1MRC1 |

this is a world class venue and can host any event. The place is grande and has many concession options

By ktcain50 |

Fantastic night. Bruno and all of his musicians are dedicated to provide a great show. Guest opening was Ella Mai. She has a fantastic voice but she did not get the crowd fired yo for Bruno.

By Heidim G |

This is a nice arena except for seating. The seats are on the small side and we are not large people. The seats are uncomfortable after 20 minutes. The BOK has the worst upper area seat of any arena I have ever visited. The upper areas are too steep such that a person feels as if they will fall horribly when they stand up. I have attended many events at the BOK but I will not go if my only option is the upper 2 decks. Those upper decks are dangerous.

By Tracy F |

Drove to Tulsa to see U2, and the concert was fantastic! The center is organized, and easy to get to! Worth the trip.

By BeachWalker143 |

I was able to get a ticket to see the Tran-Siberian Orchestra and BOK is a great venue. Online ticket purchase was easy and the seating chart was easy to navigate. I had multiple choices since I was alone. The only downside was a delay in the start of the show and the crowd waited outdoors for about 45 minutes and then inside about 15 minutes. There was no communication about the delay to the crowd until we were seated.

By Lisa W |

My family and I went to see Imagine Dragons here last week, and it was a wonderful experience. The Center is in a good location: it was very easy to get there. It was safe, clean, and the seating and sound were great.
We parked across the street at a private parking lot which was expensive, but well worth the money. We were able to get drive away from the concert and miss all the traffic they had in the parking garage.

By Addie R |

I've been to so many amazing concerts here! Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, etc. my parents and my brother went to Coldplay and Twenty One Pilots and they said it was the best concerts ever!!

By IcksPigeon |

Went there tonight to see a Cirque De Soliel show. It's big! I have been here several times before but it has been a few years, and it is holding up well. The concessions have changed some and there is a good variety of them. Not all were open tonight but the show wasn't full either. It was all very clean, plenty of attendants working the doors, security all around. Ushers were available to show us to our seats, and we got there early to give us time to get settled. There was a twenty-minute intermission and the concessions were not staffed well to handle the crowds for this, that was the only down point of the evening. The show was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Parking nearby is pricey, but that is not controlled by the center. A short walk brings the price down.

By amjosp |

It was mine and my husbands first time visiting the BOK Center for a concert and it did not disappoint! Our seats were on the third level (section 313, row Q) but the view was incredible. The seats are a bit steep on that level but we never felt unsafe. Seating is cramped that high but not all seats were full so we had enough room. The atmosphere, sound, and big screen were all great. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful to us. There were several food choices available on both levels, prices were a bit high but not outrageous. To my surprise the temperature inside was comfortable the entire time. I am hot natured but felt nice and cool the entire concert. If you are cold natured you will want to take a jacket. Lots of parking around the center; we used the parking garage a couple blocks away. We will definitely go back for more concerts.

By g0lfm0m1 |

We’ve been to several concerts here and have sat in different areas and all have been good. The last time we sat almost at the very top and that was a little unnerving because it is very steep

By JScotG |

We recently saw Father John Misty and Jason Isbell here. The facility is really clean with plenty of food & drink options. Our seats were accessed through a lounge area that had its own bar and seating around which was nice. We had a great time and were especially impressed with Heather, who took care of us. All the employees that we interacted with were very friendly and seemed to be having a good time as well. This was not our first visit here and surely won’t be our last.

By Cathy C |

Attended two shows over a weekend and both great experiences. Venue is well kept, all staff we interacted with were friendly. Area well lit and street in front of building closed to traffic before and after to make it easier to get in and out of building.

By ellischandlee |

I have been to several concerts, BASS Masters and a Dallas Stars Hockey game. Great seating, decent food and can get alcholic beverages at kind of a decent price.

By Luis B |

Being there several times, it is a very versatile facility, I have been there attending an Ice Hockey game, a concert and a High School Graduation. Easy to locate your seat, easy to access with many paid parking locations nearby. There are also some concessions in the building where you can buy food and drinks.

By Ttownfoodie58 |

Very nice venue for many occasions concert or acrobatics or sports. I’ve seen ball games, concerts and Cirque du soleil and have always had great views and sound. Food and beverages also were nice.

By Ren P |

This is a good venue. I really enjoyed the concert I attended (P!nk) and the venue was good. I am glad we have a place for concerts in Tulsa!

By Jim a |

One of the best places in Oklahome for concerts or sports. Well organized and competent security. Acoustics and atmosphere is above average. Surprisingly they have very good refreshment choices. Parking is also reasonable nad convenient. Friendly staff adds to an enjoyable experience.

By CojackWestTx |

Outstanding facility! Very friendly staff.
Modern, clean, strong security presence.
Wonderful concert venue!

By Julian Blayne B |

This was a nice venue with decent acoustics. If you plan on paying for a ride after a show, do yourself a favor and walk up a few blocks. Our Uber driver told us by doing so we saved 30 minutes sitting in traffic.

By LEMMAR1968 |

Tulsa is very proud of the BOK center and it is obvious why. What an amazing place to see your favorite band!

By Melodie G |

This place rocks. Pun intended. We saw Avenged Sevenfold, Breaking Benjamin, & Bullet for my Valentine here. The venue was super clean!!!!! The seats were comfortable and easy to find. There were plenty of staff to assist if needed. The beer was reasonably priced-nice and cold, too! The acoustics were spot on. It was wonderful.

By 19Yogi |

Great facility. Easy entry even with metal detectors for security. Easy access to bathrooms and vendors. And the concert was excellent!

By Trixie007 |

Well we signed up for 2 nights of George Strait Concert at the BOK.. Somewhat hard to get to down downtown but maybe becauseww were from out of town.
Easy entrance if go early.. food choices are limited so eat before you go unless you want nachos pretzles and vendor food..
smaller venue around 19000ppl compared to Reliant ..sound system good ..pay for better seats.. nosebleed seats get hot fast when they shut off the air..plenty of restrooms and very clean downtown..we walked back to our hotel Doubletree about 3 blocks..very safe

By JoeJ777jqka |

Great venue! I got to see The Eagles put on the inaugural performance at the BOK Center (awesome show!!!) and have been to several others since then....from AC/DC! to Britney Spears (at a friends insistence, lol). Great place!

By Andrew A |

One of the best places I've gone to see a concert. I won't say that there are no bad seats. But, the cheap seats are good and the pricier seats are spectacular.

By _mnhall74 |

Great venue for watching concerts. Not a bad seat in the house. Clean and comfortable seating. Friendly vendors.

By Linda Z |

Our east coast family who have a lot of concert venue experience, thought that the BOK was great! Seats were good, and the restrooms were clean and well-placed for ease of access.

By Monili_13 |

This is my first time in Tulsa. Flew from Washington, DC just for the concert. Loved the venue, the VIP party and all the amenities in the center. So beautiful, clean and easy walk from downtown hotel. Look forward to coming to another concert or event here again. Beautiful place!!!

By jtrathod0618 |

This is a nice facility. Everyone was nice and helpful when we were trying to find where we were suppose to be. I'll be going back for another event.

By SanibelBeachBum40 |

We love the BOK. Every concert we have been to has been very enjoyable with great views. For this concert we sat in Section 110, Row B, Seats 10, 11 and 12. We normally sit in rows L and M but this time we decided to get a little closer. The concert was much louder in this area probably because the speakers were right in front of us so just be aware. We never have any trouble at the BOK and feel very safe and are able to get in and out with no problems. Parking is never an issue either. We plan on going back for concerts in August and November.

By 318bks |

I have been here a number of times in the last few years. Last time was Christmas Concert in late November 2017.

Seats and floors were clean (which has not always been true)
Acoustics for the concert were OK, but not really what one would hope. I get better sound quality in the car.
Choosing seat, you can only choose a section, not the actual seats like most venues.
Fees are high. For our 50.00 tickets, fees were another 11.63. That is an extra 21%.

Security policy. 4 in our party. Got to the venue 1 hour ahead of time. 18min wait to get thru security. I got stopped because my 7 inch tablet had a camera and would not be allowed. No mention of that restriction on the Website, Tickets or Doors to the venue. So back to the car and back to the security line. This time two older ladies in the line in front of me were allowed to bring in DIGITAL cameras (as long as they promised not to take pictures).

Concert was excellent, but this is a review of the Venue.

By barkerdarlene |

This is a great venue for concerts. Be prepared to pay for parking in private lots tho. Depending on the popularity of the concert or even you are attending, the parking fees are between $10 and $30. The venue itself has plenty of food vendors, plenty of atrium space, and nice bathrooms. The only thing that I don't like is that the stadium seating is knee to back of seat when sitting, so that does not leave very much passing room at all when someone in the middle of an aisle wants out, they have to climb over everyone else till they get to the end. I wish stadiums offered comfort seats with 6 inches more space as airlines do.

By Grampstex |

Wow, Tulsa has done itself proud with this addition. A boost to Tulsa tourism and future business in T-Town!!

By Eloise I |

We stayed right across the street, but found that Tulsa has no shortage of pleasant hotels. We drove from thirteen hours away for the Leonard Peltier benefit, starring Rita Coolidge, Shooter Jennings, Jesse Colter, Arlo Guthrie and others. Staff at BOK were not especially unpleasant.

By Amandaland |

Opening act was good. This was the first time at the BOK center so we arrived when the doors opened to have a chance to walk around and check everything out. The venue was clean and inviting. All the vendors for concessions were open and ready for business. There were plenty of options so there was not an issue with long lines. We didn't have any of the food this time but did enjoy the swirl frozen drinks. I was pleased that the city had parts of the street blocked off during the event to allow for safety when arriving and leaving the event.

Now, on to the performance. I don't know how he does it but Dave Gahan has an amazing amount of energy. Just WOW! They did a great job at balancing the old and new music. I loved to see the visual effects of the video's and the lighting. For those of us that had to gets seats further away it added to the experience with the ability to see better with the added camera view on the screen. My last thing I want to say is that what I have found with bands that I have loved in the past and I go to see them now I find that the quality of signing can be lacking....well that is Definitely not an issue here. I was thrilled to see that they sound just as good now as they did in the past. I hope that I get a chance to see them again.

I traveled with my two daughters (ages 10 and 12) from Kansas City, MO to attend the Florida Georgia Line concert at the BOK Center in Tulsa. While we did not like the BOK center as much as we love the Sprint Center in KC, it was a great venue. We thought our upper seats were very good and comfortable. The concession options were good although pricey (but probably average for this type of event/venue.) We took an Uber to the BOK Center and were dropped off right at the doors. We were told to come back to the same exact spot as drop-off after the concert to catch an Uber back to our hotel. Apparently this was not the typical Uber pick-up spot and our driver had a hard time getting us picked up. Otherwise great place for concerts. We really enjoyed FGL but hated the Nelly portion of the concert.

By Debra B |

Our first visit here and it was such a great place to see the Eagles. We will come back at first opportunity and take in others.

By Georgene D |

After 10 years, this venue is in the top ranked of all venues for entertainment of all kinds - Music, Sports and other events. Watch their website for news of 10 in 10, which will be 10 big names to visit in the 10th year. George Strait was already announced.

By PK5246 |

BOK Center is a very nice venue for concerts. The seating is very comfortable. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. There are also good eating places inside. We have stayed at a hotel downtown and walked to the Center.

By Lisa H |

The BOK Center was a great venue for the Elton John concert we recently attended. Entrance was organized and the screening was friendly but made you feel like safety was a priority. Easy layout to find our seats and everything was clean and accessible. We felt safe walking to the center from our restaurant and overall had a great experience here.

By Edwin N |

We have attended several concerts at BOK and have always had a great experience. Entry has always been quick and easy. Exit at end of show is a bit slow. Floor level seats have limited exit options. Not a complaint, as I’m sure there is a reason behind it, it’s just notable slow.
Staff has always been very professional and helpful. Often they seem to go well above the call of duty to assist without any request. They do a nice job of maintaining order at floor level near front of stage. As typical with venue like this, drinks are very expensive.
Overall, very happy and recommend this venue.

By Briankeith2013 |

Had a great time everything was easy to get to. Seats little tight but still had a great experience people and staff were really polite & friendly

By Tanyabwilson |

Living in Tulsa I have seen many acts and sporting events here. I gave it a four because the design is amazing. The place is always clean and some great acts/sporting events take place here. The only negative is the seats in all the 300's are awful. I would never sit in the nose bleeds at this venue... other than this great place!

By C3174DFrobertb |

Every venue at the BOK delivers! The GM, Jeff, really knows how to bring the entertainment that people want. I love, love, love having the BOK in my town!

By mdbillfox |

The BOK is easy to get around in. It is comfortable and well suited for any venue. There is parking all around it. There are good food options as well. Wear a sweater in the summer because the air condition really cranks out cold air.

By Okie_Pam |

We have been to BOK for two concerts and there isn't a bad seat in the place. Parking is sometimes a little tricky and leaving downtown Tulsa is always a challenge but maybe they will someday get all the construction done.

By AZmaddog |

We enjoyed the BOK Center.
Having only 1 smoking area was an issue & caused us to be late back to the show after intermission.

By jespence60 |

Had the best time seeing Michael Buble. Went with friends who have club seats. Excellent. We didn't try any of the food and they ran out of Pinot Noir so I would suggest they stock up for those of us who like it.

By Alwine s |

The BOK center is a great location, centrally located in Tulsa yet easily accessible from the Highway. Plenty of parking nearby. Went here for a Hockey game and like it because there's lots of space. The rows are wide enough where a bigger person shouldn't have any problems. Food court is wide open, easily accessible as well.

By Mike9952 |

I recently attended the James Taylor and Bonnie Raitt concert at BOK. There is ample parking available in the immediate area at rates from $10. There is also free street and off street parking about 5 or 6 blocks away. The venue is well laid out with numerous food and drink vendors. The seats are comfortable and cupholders are provided. I recommend BOK for any concert you may wish to attend. I have not been there for a sporting event but have no reason to believe the experience would be any different.

By deegooch |

We love catching concerts here. Be prepared for weapons checks and leave the pocket knives at home! (Ask me how I know!)

By Ratty |

We were at the BOK Center to see Ed Sheeran and can honestly say that the staff were all unbelievably friendly!

The food and drink were all ok and the venue was incredibly clean (and really pretty at night).

My only issue was with the seating in that we were up in the top tier and I spent all evening clinging to the arms of my rather small seat (and at 152cm I am not tall or leggy) as I felt really rather unsafe (like the ladies on either side of me). I don't recall ever being to a stadium/theatre where the seating is quite so steep.

On the whole though, it's a lovely venue as the acoustics are great and everywhere is easily accessible.

By J1652CBnicoles |

I go to several events at the BOK center yearly and I always feel safe and secure with the way the security team handles such large crowds of people. Bathrooms are always clean.

By Randy H |

I don't think there is really a bad seat in the BOK. You can see and hear very well from everywhere. The only complaints I have are that the seats are smallish and the steps are so steep its a little on the intimidating side. Especially for middle age and older folks.

By Whitelotus |

We visited this center twice for dinosaur and lego events there. It's very spacious place and convenient to park. Not having many options for food purchase inside on weekend.

By Katie S |

I absolutely loved going to this venue! I went here to see Imagine Dragons and I was not disappointed with my seats! I was quite nervous because I was going to be sitting on the side but it was not a bad seat at all. The center was huge and beautiful inside. It was my first concert to see in the BOK Center and I was not disappointed. A great concert and a great venue. I was only disappointed with how little restaurants there were located near this center though but I was very happy with the venue itself. Highly recommend.

By kwctgirls |

The BOK is always so easy to enter, well organized and we always stay downtown so its walking distance to many hotels.

By KeytonM |

We always have a great time at concerts in this amazing venue. Spacious seating and easy access to restrooms and food vendors.

By samkibisu |

Great place, accoustic sound is superb. I was glad that I went. Music performed by Building 429, Skillets, Kari Jobe, New Songs amongst others.

By sheryls347 |

The BOK Center a fabulous arena for concerts. We went 2 hours before the concert, parked in the parking garage and ate at one of the nearby restaurants. Entering the arena was slowed a bit due to security and exiting was at a leisurely pace. The sound system was incredible and of course the performances were awesome.

By Cathy G |

BOK is an incredible venue! clean, located close to hotels and interstates. Wide variety of eating and drinking options.

By kaylabrady |

My son called and ask what are you doing tonight mom, which I reply nothing.my son says you are now going to see Faith Hill and Tim Magraw with me.I was so excited.the bok center is a great place for concerts.it's always clear people are friendly, and the sound is always clear.they make sure the seating is good to view the stage.

By Tonja M |

I purchased 5 tickets in the upper bowl for the Oilers vs Thunder hockey game for $20. We sat in section 328 row F. They were great seats, the Oilers won and it was so much FUN! We plan on attending many kore Hockey Games!

By annakaiser362 |

Great venue great concert. Will be back when there is another concert we want to see. Seats were amazing.

By cdsA57 |

This is a great place to see a concert. Whatever your genre of music, pick your favorite and join the crowd. Fantastic acoustics, lots of food choice, from standard food basics to really cool choices.

By Chris R |

The BOK is a concert/sports arena located in downtown Tulsa OK. It's an average sized indoor arena and has been in existence for 10 years. It's a great venue for concerts and is very well maintained. Recently, the venue hosted the opening round of the NCAA men's basketball tourney and it was a very positive experience. Parking is easy and there are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

By Amandam09 |

We came here for the Willie Nelson/Alison Krauss concert as part of our anniversary. The venue was clean and seemed to be well run. The bathrooms were nice. There is a parking garage across the street that we parked in. It took some time to get parked and exit the garage after the concert, but the lines went pretty quickly considering the amount of people that attended. All the staff of the BOK center were very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our time here.

By Trip799335 |

There is not a "bad" seat in the entire arena. Concerts or sports you can have a good view from pretty much anywhere. Entrance and security can take a little time to get through but they go as quickly as is safe. Getting out afterward is no big deal. There is limited parking nearby but lots of taxis and ubers in the area.

We've gone to many, many concerts here and always use the tickets-on-line software to choose exactly which seats we want. Some of the parking lots surrounding this venue are getting greedy. We like to eat at Naples Flatbread which is right across the street from the BOK but they now charge $30 for event parking which is BS. A lot across the street south (on the southeast corner of 3rd and Denver) at MixCo Bar only charges $10. It's a good deal. We usually go to Naples at 6pm for a 7:30/8:00 show and find free street parking. BOK has so many different events. We also like the "Dodge Brawl" which is a lot of fun to watch every year and is free to get in to. We've found that the best seats for us are in the lower levels, which are the first level above the floor. There are plenty of food and beverage vendors and the prices are very reasonable. After the show, Naples or MixCo is a great place to have an after-event bite to eat and cocktail.

This place is wonderful -- not a bad seat in the house. And the ushers and all were so very helpful when I took my husband, who has to be in a wheelchair. I've been there for a few different types of entertainment & have never been disappointed. Parking could be better, but the inconvenience or long walk is worth it when you get there!

By Julie H |

I have attended MANY events at the BOK. Concerts, basketball games, hockey games...
You truly can’t beat this venue. Always clean, easy to maneuver, well staffed with ushers and other employees. Seats are in great condition. The BOK event center is kept in terrific condition! The area around the BOK is nice, in a safe part of downtown Tulsa. Quite a few parking ramps around for ample parking. Would never hesitate to recommend this place to anyone wanting to attend an event there.

had a suite to see the Globetrotters and great experience, highly recommend. Concert with Cher in the past and felt very safe in this area of Tulsa, great security at the Venue and amazing performance by her.

This is a great venue for a hockey game or really any sports event I have not been to a concert there but several hockey games and it's always an enjoyment

By badrax |

Very nice place
Comfortable and clean
The acústica is good
The chairs were comfortable and the utilities are approachable and well maintained

By Katelyn H |

Had a wonderful time! Lots of places to find something to eat and loved the frozen Margarita stands. One of the biggest places I've been in.

By Gary C |

I have been to many arenas and this one is by far the best with large walkways and clean restrooms all around.

By jant157 |

Great venue for concerts or sporting events. easy to get to, plenty of nearby reasonable parking! good food and drinks!
Not a specific bar or restaurant, just several places to purchase food or drink.

By Tonya B |

I think this is a nice place. I wish there was better parking. You have to walk so far after parking.

By englishracing |

Bok center is a nice looking facility, however its upper level can get quite steep, and their prices are even steeper!.

By chrissybarclay |

This was my first time to the BOK, and we saw a Tulsa Oilers game. It was super fun! Concessions were about what you’d expect, so-so and overpriced, but otherwise, a good time!!

By mircea00 |

BOK hosted worst VIP Meet & Greet experience on July 20, 2019. Fans were forced to stand outside in rocks (no pathway) that was scattered with dead birds in 110 heat. It was maddening that the facility would not allow guests that paid big dollars for a special VIP event to stand inside their vacant lobby area with air conditioning. Facility workers could see fans suffering in the heat and refused to open the doors. Check in process was also slow and disorganized. This was not a VIP experience at BOK. Better off going to a different venue.

By Lyndseylas |

I have had nothing but great experiences at this venue. It is large so there are many concession options making the line wait time so much shorter.

By Rick D |

We have visited this museum several times over the years and we have always enjoyed it. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is they need more galleries and attractions to come through the museum but there is always the Picasso on display

By jon s |

very nice arena that has really led to an upswing of new activity and building in downtown tulsa. very comfortable - lots of nice amenities, wide concourses and pretty decent sight-lines. good place to see an event

By Passenger50875030140 |

The BOK arena is awesome once you are inside. We saw Journey in concert with friends of ours and had pretty bad seats in the top deck. Seats were obstructed by hand rails again! These arenas and ticket brokers need to tell people when they have an obstruction, which in arenas are many. That's what i get for buying cheap tickets. We were warned by people to get to BOK early because parking sucks. They were right. We arrived an hour early and drove around and around until parking in a pay lot about 5 blocks away. As stated, the BOK is great, the sound inside is great, downtown where it is located is nice, seemed pretty safe. Parking, yuk!

By Furjennings |

Great concert venue. Seats were comfortable and there didn’t seem like a bad seat in the house. There could have been a few more beer vendors but that didn’t seem to stop our fun. It was a great concert at a great venue that I hope to return too.

By Bob M |

Like any arena, the beer was expensive and the bathrooms were crowded.....but the acoustics were great and the people were friendly.

By travelfanarkansas |

Very nice facility. Lots of services and VERY comfortable seats. Great place. Enjoyed the hickey game despite the loss.

By Melisa A |

Just went to the fgl concert and it was amazing I love the bok and just found out they added more food options, which I was super interested in. Next time I go i will probably eat at one of the new places there.

By LifeBeyondLimits |

Had a wonderful time at the concert, no major issues other than a minor incident in which an elderly disabled woman was given too much beer and collapsed on the stairs. There were no security personnel near so a bystander had to go find people to help escort her and hopefully she received some type of assistance from an EMT.

By Evan |

This is a great stadium. Was here for Guns N Roses in November of 2017. My seat was at the very top against the wall. The sound was still great! Plenty of food and hydration. A very fun time!! There is a small walk from where you park to the stadium but not a hard walk. Great experience!

By Dbrady1492 |

Just saw Cirque du Soleil Crystal at the BOK Center and was happy the staff was quickly to get us through the doors. This is a great location, so close to downtown restaurants like MixCo.

By deboraha301 |

It was probably about 5 years ago but the concert was awesome getting into the building was fast great place to go.

By lrSk8er |

Need i say more?? First time to BOK as came in from LR just for concert. Loved the venue and all the amenities in the center. Easy walk from downtown hotel. Look forward to coming to another concert.

By Stephanie B |

BOK is an excellent concert venue. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Comfortable seating on lower level. Club seats are especially nice. We have enjoyed many concerts here, and hope to return for more in the future.

By Orthocincy |

Here for the NCAA basketball tournament. Quite the impressive structure. Easy wide aisles, seats were comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well. Great place to watch basketball!

By Michelle K |

This is a great concert venue. We had really good seats, but to be honest I think just about all the seats do. Maybe not at the back high seats but still you can still see the stage easily. Ticket prices were fair. Parking is pretty close if you get there about an hour early but very pricey. Food was nothing impressive, definitely need to work on some healthier options. Lines for drinks were crazy long but I guess that I have just gotten lucky at other venues. Lighting getting to your seats was good. Sound quality for this size venue was really good. Staff were helpful in locating our seat location. The location of BOK is excellent, plenty of hotels and restaurants in walking distance which is always a plus.

By CorrieWatson |

This a great venue. They do a great job of keeping the flow of the crowd moving. There was never more than a 5 person line for the ladies room and we were there during a sold out event.

By Debbie J |

Wonder place for concerts, and centrally located in the heart of Tulsa. In the winter Ice skating is available in front of the building.

By Amanda D |

My husband and I went and saw the Impractical Jokers in March at the BOK Center. They offered a variety of food and drinks and they were very well organized on getting people in and helping you find your seat.

By E3782EXkimd |

Great venue for large concerts. Access to seats in upper levels are steep for older folks or those with disabilities.

By Thorn71 |

Visited the BOK for a graduation ceremony. Clean and comfortable environment despite the few thousand folks that were in attendance. I look forward to visiting in the future.

By JennaKay |

Great arena, lacks an escalator which was rather odd. Wonderful location, stay in a nearby hotel and you can walk to many great places very easily from here.

By linda s |

This was our first time to visit the Bok Center and my Grandkids first big concert. It was a blast! The Bok Center’s acoustics were great—and we were in the nosebleed section. The employees and security were courteous and friendly—One recommended a place nearby to eat. The show was a SHOW! I can’t even describe it. We stayed at the Hyatt, which was a 2 block walk that made the weekend even more enjoyable.

By Christine H |

My adult daughters and I saw Ovo by Cirque du Soleil at the BOK Center. The stadium is large and well-suited for this type of performance. The one negative was having to have our bags searched on entrance, but I guess that's to be expected today. We were still allowed to take in our "contraband" snacks! Parking nearby was convenient and cost $15 for the evening.

By MikeMc33 |

Went for a Guns and Roses could concert. Venue was good and even though our seats were up high, we still had a pretty good view. Seating is a little tight, be prepared for lines due to security checks. Nothing that’s too unbearable though. Sound could have been better there towards the end it was more noise than anything. Parking not so great. We did park across the street from the venue in a monitored lot for 40.00. Be tons couple of concerts here and would go back.

By 165lexa |

Fantastic music venue and also great sports venue. Concessions are pricey but good quality. Continues to attract some of music’s biggest and brightest stars.

By guest62711 |

We visited for a mites tournament. The arena was very modern compared to most of the centers we play at. However, we were only allowed to sit on one side of the rink to watch the games because the staff didn’t want to have to clean our seating area. Very limited concessions during the day, and what was available took a long time (over 10 minutes for a hamburger). Security lines were unlike anything I’ve ever encountered at a rink (walk through metal detectors and body wands), and that made for a very long time to get through. Imagine a bunch of kids with hockey gear in bags, and they made us empty everything, and they went through it. Just weird. Overall, the kids had fun and that’s the main thing.

By JennDVM |

Pleasant concert venue. Was clean and easy to navigate. Concession lines could be a little long at times which is expected.

By Brooke R |

I have been here many times for the Chainsmokers event (May 2017) and recently the PBR event (August 2017) and Tulsa is lucky to have the BOK Center. The bathrooms are clean, the workers are nice, security makes you feels safe, and all the seats are good. I love going to concerts here.

By Checkmate75 |

I was here for a very large event and the Event Center is spacious, well laid out, with enough bathrooms and was very clean. It is a great place to hold a big event.

By Michelle J |

I really enjoyed my evening here. I got there and found out my ticket was wrong and my seat didn't exist, but there was a very nice lady that helped me get another one without any problems. She continued to 'look' out for me all evening. Plus, this was the best concert I think I have ever been to.
The only thing I would suggest, is to shut the curtains when the show starts so that the lights of the lobby don't interfere.

By Resort786105 |

Easy access to entrance and exits. Does have access to entrance and different seating levels that do not require walking steps. Based on the two events we have attended here, seems there is no bad seat in the house. But steps to upper level are pretty steep. Parking is a potential nightmare but no worse than any other similar venue.

By gangamon1 |

clean, well kept, get there early and you can park a few blocks away for free, no need to pay for parking. overall I had a great time there. the food is stupid expensive , but then again that's how its like at any event. would visit again

By Voyage26278503122 |

looks great for protection from tornadoes seriously just wish we all had a fast bus there but those tornadoes are too fast so i will just shelter in place incase of bad weathers no matter where i am at even if at braums

By Mary B |

great center with lots of food options. Enjoyed our venue very much. It has a lot of nice restaurants nearby

By sensy45 |

I guess I am the only one that thinks the people where you go through the metal detectors are hateful. I carry a little purse try to move everything out of the way while she barks orders at me. I swear this last weekend I thought she was going to hit me with her stick. I don’t have much in it all. I think I get the same “lady” every time. I also heard an older man putting bands on wrist being hateful to one of the patrons. The venue is ok but some of these workers are on a power trip.

By Mario C |

Excelente localização. Prédio moderno e enorme com grande capacidade para eventos. Excellent location, State of the art building with great capacity for big events.

By Janice |

This is an easy to get to beautiful venue. Stayed at a nearby motel so didn’t have to find parking Lots of nearby restaurants too. Quick to get through security & once inside just as pretty! Nice staff, quick concessions, clean facility

By Petra M |

It wasn’t my first time going to the BOK center in Tulsa OK. This ernoumus event center is sleek, mordern and very affordable compared to some other places of its kind in other cities. The sound is amazing, and the leather seats take it s step further.

Consider your choice of seats carfeulky as other seats, the sound might be blocked but if that’s the case the sound tech will always alert you. Otherwise, great parking space, plenty of clean restrooms and lots of food courts & hotels around.

A beautiful scenary for art & decor lovers.

Take time and visit Tulsa Oklahoma soon.

By Vacation04269919626 |

Great concert venue! Impressed with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the Center.
We were there for a concert, had great seats and enjoyed the concert. The acoustics were wonderful. The BOK Center outshines event centers that are much larger!

By Hjhomes |

Went for a concert. Parking was not bad. Very nice big arena with lots of baths and seating. You can get lost.

By Yvonne H |

We regularly go to the BOK for hockey games and the occasionally concert.
It’s a good venue. Expect the concession prices to be just as expensive as anywhere else. The ushers during hockey games are pretty lax and lazy, but helpful during concerts. I wish there was more variety, a lot of good restaurants aren’t there anymore like In The Raw, but it’s still lots of places for food. If you can get club seats, do it.

By DNF630 |

We were here for The Weeknd concert. We went right through security which was quick and easy and they were very friendly. The center is very well kept up and gorgeous!!!

By Danny P |

The facility is all I expected. Good for a concert but wish the sound level could have been a few decibels lower made the lyrics hard to understand.

By m a |

We had family members attending a concert at the BOK center. When they arrived in their section someone was occupying their seats. After they refused to move security was contacted but did nothing. Our family members sat in the aisle and security told them to move. Again security was asked to help them claim their seats but did not help them.

By Coy F |

This was my first trip to the BOK Center for a concert. We saw Father John Misty and Jason Isbell. We arrived late so entering the facility was easy with no lines. Security was quick and friendly, as were the ticket takers/scanners.

The best part of our visit to this show were the ushers. There are some steep, dark steps down to the concert floor and every time we got to those bottom steps the ushers immediately turned on the flashlights to assist people down. They usually had them flipped on before we even got that far down. They paid a lot of attention and since I have a bad foot and it’s very dark inside, I appreciated that.

Acoustics were comparable with most venues of that size - ok, not amazing. Floor chairs were like banquet hall chairs. After the show we were QUICKLY ushered out. Security pushed people out like cattle and I wish they would have been a bit more casual about it so we could exit slower and talk about the show with others. But when it was over it was OVER.

Clean bathrooms, no lines. Biggest complaint was the cost of beer. Two domestic beers were $21. That’s way too steep.

By 1Yellowrose |

Great parking . Easy in and out of venue .
Good acoustics . Best of all..not a bad seat in the house . Would definitely see another show at BOK

By Dala H |

The bok center is very easy to enter and exit. The food choices are good and restrooms are clean. They need more close parking tho

By BRAT70 |

Nice space. The lighting was not good for volleyball though. Girls kept getting blinded by the brightness of the lights.

By Anna B |

We treated ourselves to a James Taylor and Bonnie Raitt concert, staying just around the corner at the Residence Inn (Downtown) so we wouldn't have to deal with parking. Boy, was that a good idea! Parking here would be tough. The concessions were not total rip-offs, and the sound was great.

By Leon B |

We went to the Roger Watters concert and were impressed with the BOK. It was easy to get in and out, concessions were reasonable, and the staff were helpful and extremely friendly.

By David B |

Employees are so nice. Everyone very helpful. Concession ran very smooth. It’s kept very clean. Butter butter popcorn worth the money.

By Ronnie A |

I have been here for many events from 1st. row seating all the way up in the nose bleed section and as a smoker i personally find it a pain that there is only 1-smoking area but oh well..

By lucyNricky2015 |

The entire experience was fantastic. Great parking across the street, very nice staff at the door. The concession stand was a little unorganized, but they were keeping up. The seats comfortable, could see everything. No complaints.

By Mrs K |

The venue space at the BOK center is one of the best things that has recently happened to the city of Tulsa.

By Karen T |

The BOK Center is nice looking and very modern, with lots of space and easy parking (although usually fairly expensive). I have attended several different events at the BOK and have found it to have very bad acoustics. The sound at all of the concerts I have attended at the BOK has been horrible. Sporting events are ok for the most part if you don't particularly care to understand the announcers. I have sat in many different areas of the arena and have found the acoustics to be bad everywhere.

By John H |

The BOK event center (Bank of Oklahoma) is an absolutely beautiful building in the heart of Tulsa that is an iconic architectural step into the future of the 21st century. The building can be credited to the progressive thinking of the Tulsa County's "Vision 2025" city planning committee. Kudos to the leaders of a city development project that produced such an achievement as the BOK. The architect for the building was Cesar Pelli, who designed the breathtaking Petronas Towers in Maylaysia, which are now the two highest twin towers in the world! It is amazing that Tulsa, Oklahoma would be home to such an iconic avatar as the BOK event center. The exterior design of the building will "blow your mind" with the swirling circular structure of a gleaming stainless steel stanchion that supports the 160 foot length of the glass facade (1600 glass panels each weighing 350 pounds!) that wraps around the building in an escalating pattern. Absolutely genius in design well-beyond Beautiful in appearance! We attended a Tulsa Oilers hockey game @ this site (which can hold over 19,000 visitors), & the interior of the building is as impressive as the exterior in both form & function. The hallways are designed to be efficient in organizing & streaming large crowds of visitors. Seating is comfortable & spacious, ushers obviously well-trained for the site, & the venue arena enables the gambit of public activities from sports to live concert events. If you visit Tulsa, it will be @ least a visually impressive walk-around site, even if you do not attend an event.

By David W |

Bought these seats on a Groupon deal. They were in the second deck and off to the right at an angle. Actually, the view was pretty good from there but I should have gotten them s bit further down in that same section. Saw that being on the floor is not good as those in front of you are on their feet during the entire concert and you cannot see anything if you want to stay seated. Sound was surprising good and the performers were fantastic. Large screens give you a much closer view of the acts, which I found to be quite advantageous. Rating of 8.5/10.

By shery b |

Amazing facility. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening there. We went for the Blake Shelton Oklahoma All for the Hall. Loved it.

By tinawY1948PD |

Saw the Joan Jett/ Heart concert here, first visit to the BOK and hope to come back. Great acoustics for the concert, hotels within walking distance.

By John M |

We saw the latest Cirque du Soleil show "Crystal" at the BOK Center in Tulsa. The Center itself is very clean and the seating is quite comfortable. The audience is not that far from the action from any seat in the house. The show was great and very family friendly. There are several food and drink choices but we didn't avail ourselves of them. The only drawback to the BOK Center is the lack of downtown parking. There are a few small parking lots around the center starting at $10.00. But those were a good hike away. Closer parking lots were $20.00. Be prepared to walk.

By Rachel R |

Such a great venue for a great band! Had a great time and felt safe the entire night. Love that police close off surrounding streets for safe pedestrian traffic!

By KDWHITED |

Over the years, we have been to many events at the BOK whether a Bruno Mars, March Madness or numerous other events and it is a true joy to attend. Highly recommend that you attend an event and then take in the resurgence of downtown Tulsa.

By Aymster71 |

I've been to several shows here, and am still kind of marveled at how things get stopped up when entering the front doors. From one side of the venue, you have to go around and enter from the other side to be able to go with the flow of people going in. Otherwise you get to stand in a crowd, wondering why it's not moving. Once inside, all is great! Seats down low and way up high are nice and comfortable, and the sound is great! I especially love the variations on artists that come here! What is a drag is what sucks everywhere-- unless you are waiting online to buy as the tickets go onsale, you'll have to buy from a scalper company to get a ticket. As a working person, it's been really frustrating to have to pay twice as much for face value the day after the sale began because the BOK Box Office has no more tickets. Then you get to the show and there are huge blocks of empty seats that you know are untouched because no one could afford the markup. Not BOK's fault but man it really leaves one with a bad taste.

By johnsJ2948XA |

BOK has been acknowledged nationally as one of the top venues for entertainment in the USA. They regularly have concerts of major artists as well as sporting events. The Tulsa Oilers Hockey Team plays there and BOK has hosted NCAA tournament events, PBA bull riding annually, OKC Thunder, and twice had Bassmaster events. It is easy to get to in downtown Tulsa and has a parking garage across the street as well as other parking areas close by. Nice restaurants are nearby and a variety of food vendors inside the facility.

By HannahBarber33 |

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We went to see Kane Brown, Dustin Lynch, and Locash. The concern was wonderful! ❤️ restrooms were clean and concession was fast and easy to get to. 10/10 recommend.

By JandRDuncan |

Wonderful event venue. Plenty of food and drink options here and nearby. Parking is not at the BOK Center but there is lots available and very close by. Compared to prices in other cities the price to park is very reasonable. Plan on enjoying some time downtown while you are there!

By Cabolin |

We have waited a long time to see the Foo’s and the BOK Center did not disappoint! Very secure and safe, lots of security. Staff extremely friendly. We sat in the nose bleed section and was still able to enjoy our show! Easy in and out! Will DEFINITELY be back! 5*’s!

By Mumzy |

Good seats, and good PA system. They had closed off the upper portion of the auditorium so there was still room for all the teams and all the seats were where everyone could see.

By Berly |

I love the BOK Center. I have been here countless times for Hockey games & numerous Concerts! Always fun and exciting to walk thru doors and experience the lights, smells and sounds all around. Love Love Love it!

By ladyaph |

I was very impressed with this venue. We saw U2 here. The venue was incredibly good to work with for the folks in GA. They were welcoming (pizza and ice pops for the crazy people like me who were lining up days in advance for the show).

The venue was well organized, very clean and overall a great place to see a show.

Great job BOK!

By Terry L |

My son and I took his daughter to the event. He was on crutches recovering from knee surgery and I'd like to commend all of the staff for the great way they met his needs from escorting us to the elevator, to allowing him and his daugher to be first in line for the aftershow photo op. This is a very well run venue, beautiful, clean, and it was a pleasure to spend an evening there.

By stOOOge |

Conveniently located in downtown Tulsa close to hotels, restaurants, and freeways.
BoK Center is an excellent venue. Great layout and seating. Lots of food and drink booths in the lobbys. Sound and stage setups are great! Saw Bob Seger there this last weekend and the place was rocking to the rafters. THREE encores! THREE!
Going back soon for Jimmy Buffett, too. Only complaint, don't drink too much beer. There is a big lack of enough restrooms in this facility leading to very long lines.

By Steven U |

This was a nice modern venue that was clean and inviting to my wife and I. Sometimes restroom wait time was above normal but that happens with most venues I think.

By Helen B |

We attended a musical show here and were amazed how organized the entry process and how well they managed a packed house. We sat on 3rd level and still felt we had a great view and comfortable seats. If you pay extra to sit on floor seats of first level, expect to stand for the concert, because everyone else will be standing. The amplification was expectedly very high and concert was extremely loud, so take protection for ears that are sensitive.

By Nina |

Great concert at a great venue !! Both performers were awesome and our tickets couldn’t have been better

By jonesy |

This is a very nice venue. I had purchased the bar package for an extra $10 and I would definitely recommend this. Its a nice place with awesome bartenders. My phone was dead from traveling and they offered to charge it for me so I could take pictures of the concert. The drink prices are very reasonable. The audio for the concert was great. I would definitely come back to the BOK Center for other concerts.

By Inspire360013 |

We have now attended several concerts and events here, and find it accommodating. The offerings of shoes, food and beverages, is adequate.

Best place to enjoy a concert or experience in Tulsa. Highly recommend. Suites are amazing.

Seen about 5 concerts here and prefer over anywhere else I've been.

By 26hickorycovedotcom |

The BOK Center is located in downtown Tulsa so makes for a convenient place to entertain clients if you happen to be in the area. It's within walking distance of several hotels too. My experience was for March Madness college basketball. The Center is easy to get to, walk around in and full of beverage stations and food courts. I hear it is fantastic for concerts as well!

By CastileArkansas |

Loved the size of the venue. It is well-managed and clean. The lines for drinks were very short and the seats were easy to find. The security line was long, but it moved very quickly. Sounded good and felt intimate. Great place to see a concert!

By clintellis99 |

I've been to multiple large scale venues (mostly in California) and this is hands down the best large venue I've been to. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. I've sat on the floor, been in a general admission pit, sat in the VIP club seats, sat on the side of the stage, and I've sat up in the nose bleeds. When seeing a concert or any kind of entertainment here, it is a great experience. Great food and beverage options, and an overall very clean facility.

By ChatWithMatt |

Ice Skating at the BOK was pretty cool. Haven't been in this center as of yet since it was the Tulsa Convention Center back in the day!
What was the most fun was check-in. The gal who was running the front door was hilarious. We had to wait for family to show up, so I started helping her get people through the correct door, and even started helping her deliver her pitch. She told me, "You're hired!" LOL. Great fun for the whole family, although I see no point for the stringent security in the skating area "due to COVID" issues. Dumb. There are mobs of people crammed together waiting for the Zamboni to clear the ice and no one is distancing...so what's the point? Anyway, still a great time and a great job on the build of the new center!

By Bob B |

Visited the BOK center for first time last night and was really impressed with the facility and the staff, very helpful. Parking was abundant within several blocks making any walk a short distance.

By armadilloman2014 |

Great venue for basketball. Great sight lines. Small restrooms or I would have rated it excellent. Plenty of concessions,
Parking at various lots is a little uncertain if you are not familiar with the area.

Flew to Tulsa for the Elton John farewell concert and was blown away with the huge increase in hotel, food and entertainment choices in downtown Tulsa in the last 5-7 years. Downtown was hopping with business well after midnight. The BOK Center is absolutely first class beautiful with no bad seats for such a huge building. The concert, building, sound system, and atmosphere rivals any arena in the U.S. Not difficult to figure out why so many publications named the BOK as the arena of the year. Food or drinks at the BOK are very good but also expensive as they are at all major arenas. They could use more men's restrooms as the lines can be long when there are 20,000 spectators all going at the same time. The arena was easily within walking distance of many of the newer hotels that have been built in the past few years along with entertainment and restaurants throughout downtown. The trolleys that circle downtown are great for those not wanting to walk. Overall very impressed with the BOK Center and downtown Tulsa. You have become 'the destination' for those seeking entertainment in Oklahoma.

The BOK center is a great place for a concert. I have been to over 150 rock concerts and the BOK is by far the best experience you can have. The staff is great for one and the acoustics are fantastic. They also host many other events like Hockey and sports but the concert vibe is awesome. Out of 27 venues this is my favorite. Can't wait for them to start hosting again.

By lizsokctraveler |

Nice venue for concerts. Clean, well run. If you need to pick up tickets at will call, leave plenty of time. That can be a little slow. Btw, what happened to encores? Is that just a thing of the past? Saw 3 bands, openers did not do encores, but thought for sure main attraction would. Nope.

I was giving a complimentary wheel chair as soon as I got to BOK building and was taking to my seat but upon watching the show within a few minutes an employee named Jenna an usher wearing a grey shirt took away my wheel chair saying 11,000 other people need it more so i spent majority of the show on the ground since I couldn't stand. I had crutches but it was hurting me to keep standing and I can't bend my knee since I got ran over by a speeding car, everyone was told by that lady not to help me even though I was there to try to enjoy the show. The concert was awesome just the venue sucks since they have rude employees that think they are better then anyone else. BTW my leg is INFLAMED because of that lady, I wouldn't come back until she is gone.

Not a bad seat in the entire house! No wonder it’s in the top ten of arenas in the USA! The sound was great and the ushers were fantastic.

By 6nikolais |

Professional staff. Clean and pleasant environment. Lines to enter the event were very well organized.

By travelsOK |

This is a modern facility that has been hugely successful. I have been to many events at the BOK. It is rated as one of the best facilities in the country. It attracts all kinds of events, concerts, basketball, hockey, the circus, big truck shows and more.

BOK is 1st class convention center. Very clean. Good food . VERY GOOD SECURITY. Staff is always friendly and helpful. PLENTY of parking

By Mark J |

We came here for the Tulsa Classic to watch the Dallas Stars play. I was surprised at how nice the BOK is. They have a good selection of food and the seats are comfortable. I would come here again for an event in Tulsa.

By I9014IVjonathanr |

The Michael Buble concert event marked the first time to attend any event in the BOK center in Tulsa, OK . Wow what a great facility and the seating was comfortable. The view from the late purchased tickets were good and without any visual structural restrictions. The sound quality along with the large live video feeds made the seating even better. Did not eat or drink anything at the concert due to having dinner before the event , however, there is plenty of food and drink selection locations throughout the venue. The weather outside was hot but the facility temperature was quite comfortable. Great experience, looking forward to attending another event there soon.

By lbauerle |

The concert was fantastic and the venue was very nice. The parking was close and not outrageously priced. It was very clean and employees were very welcoming.

By Jeremy Taylor |

Great venue for seeing concerts or other events. Can’t really believe there is a bad seat. Wife and I saw U2 here and had a blast!

By fredgreeson |

Many good shows and acts at the BOK, if you are a skinny midget. They have crammed as many seats into the joint as possible to maximize profits. It is the most uncomfortable venue in which I have ever visited. The seats are tiny, and there is little leg room to allow circulation of blood in your legs. Getting up to get refreshments in the higher located seats takes acrobatic moves to prevent falling over head first. A two, or three, hour stay is simply miserable on most of the seats.

By tleeg331 |

It is great that Tulsa has such a fantastic arena to attract the best concerts from around the world. Every concert I have seen here has sounded great even though it is a very large open space. Keep up the great work of attracting top notch performers and artist!

By William H. Davy |

This is an arena built on the cheap. Not enough bathrooms or concession stands. Every time I go I make sure to eat elsewhere and pick my times to use the restroom. Concourses are tight, even with a crowd that is at half capacity. The concession food here is average at best and for some reason they take the caps off all 20 oz beverages. Really annoying when you have young kids who can tip over a drink in half a second. Also if Pepsi isn't your thing they don't have much else to offer.

By Margie E |

The BOK is a great place to see concerts and other performances. I used to purchase floor tickets, and I stopped. More than once, I was stopped from taking pictures of the performers. I don’t mean going all the way to the stage. I mean leaving my seat and moving close enough to get a good picture. Everywhere else, you are allowed to get close for pictures, and some places you can go as far as the stage. As long as you don’t stay or block others’ views, I don’t understand what the issue is. I’ve written to the BOK in the past about this matter, and they have yet not responded.

By Nathan J |

Great venue to watch concerts and sporting events. No parking in conjunction with the facility, but ample down the block at city lots.

By JRK1970 |

Very nice place. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for a concert and had great seats and enjoyed the concert. Watching the upcoming events. BOK has a lot to offer.

By KSgirl08 |

I have attended a few concerts at BOK, two this past year. The first experience was great! We had floor seats, but due to my friend having a panic attack (she has issues with social anxiety), the staff was kind enough to let us sit in an area with fewer people (ADA I believe), but still okay seats. Our second concert was not as great of an experience. Upon purchasing the tickets and thinking we would be on the first tier of seating, we discovered our seats were nosebleed, almost top row. Due to issues with heights and health, it was a miserable experience. First we were shown to the wrong section, then once we found the right one, discovered the error in the seats. After explaining it would be difficult for us to be at that height and due to health issues, we were told even ADA was sold out. It was such a miserable experience we ended up leaving after only a few songs. Will think twice before buying tickets again, not especially BOK's fault, but we would have been happy just standing in the entrance way to our section, but it wasn't allowed.

By Irieyamon2006 |

The concert hall sucks because of the parking in the area. No real place to park in the neighborhood. This is a big problem especially for women to be safe in the area. You have a long way to park your car and it’s not a desirable area to be walking in the evening. I can’t believe they put it in a place where there is no parking.

If you’re going to come to the concerts or hockey game I would have somebody to drop me off and pick me up. Poor planning by the city. Inside is nice but building is an odd eyesore that doesn’t seem like it belongs in surrounding neighborhood. It would have been better to build in another area.

By dennisd4ok |

Big for many people. If you have binoculars it is better see with your peepers. Acoustic is fair. I prefer the Ole Lady on Brady. Not as big I like it.

By Looking U |

The diagrams of the seats are deceptive. I went to my first concert ever and flew into Tulsa to attend it. I'm in my seventies and wanted to have an unobstructed view of the stage, not have to stand up all night, and paid a premium price for a seat that I thought was on the front row of the balcony. Section 105, Row A, Seat 3 was the only one left for sale on that row, but it turned out that the other seats in my row and four or five above me had been blocked from being sold. Instead of being premium seats, they were, in fact, not balcony seats and in back of a raised platform for VIPs and cameraman that totally blocked any view of the stage. Row A was actually on a foot-high riser off the floor in back of a walkway that had people walking across it throughout the performances and event staff hanging out blocking any view there possible could have been.

I did go to the box office, explained the situation, and actually bought another seat which I was told was great. I expected nose-bleed, but I did not expect it to be in back of the stage. I couldn't even see the big screen from that one. I moved back to my original bad seat.

I was very disappointed and frustrated. It would have been a wonderful experience in a different seat.

By kathy p |

I have seen several concerts here, it is very spacious easy to find your seats. There is a simple variety of food, if you want full meal eat before you come. There are plenty of drink selections. The facility is wheelchair accessible.

By 634kristis |

Excellent facility, good staff, clean bathrooms and a good selection of food/drinks. Nice venue! We enjoyed our view from our seats and parking was right across the street.

By Mragan22 |

This is a great venue for a concert. It’s smaller than the ‘Peake in OKC so there’s really not a bad seat. The acoustics are much better too. There are several good hotels nearby along with bars and restaurants.

By Kelly B |

We had a great time at the center for the Tulsa Oilers hockey game. The parking and exits were fantastic for event traffic and the Oilers won.

By Nicholas E |

Inadequate and insufficient parking is the name of the game for any event in downtown Tulsa. It took almost 3 hours to leave the parking garage and depart the area. Never, never, never again for any event in Downtown Tulsa!!!

By jferryall |

Lots of seats available for different concerts. Vendors are decently priced for concert food. The nosebleeds are quite high, so I would recommend spending a couple extra bucks to get better seats.

By Typhoon925 |

Was here for the first time to see ventriloquist's Jeff Dunham and was please with everything. The ushers were very friendly and helpful. The building seemed to be very clean and easy to get around. Getting in takes a bit as they search everyone and their bags so keep that in mind.

Would defiantly go back for another visit

By TonyCTulsa |

Attended the Carrie Underwood concert with a group of friends. Great venue, easy access and amenities.

By lowell01 |

Just went to Bonnie Raitt and James Taylor concert. Building is laid out well. Seats are too crowded with little leg room. Typical of most venues. I am small. It must be really uncomfortable to be large. It is uncomfortable to sit next to a large person.

By Jimmy T |

The concert was amazing!! Seats were ok. The only issue was they would not sell me a bottle of water, only a cup.

By culla18 |

Located in the heart of downtown tulsa, you are only a few minutes from bars and tons of restaurants as well as several hotels. There is a bike/ walking trail not far away that runs along the Arkansas river. As with any large arena, most drinks and food is high priced

By astormchaser |

Even though the arena is HUGE, very easy to get around. Had wonderful acoustics, so no matter where your seat was, you could hear fine and the screens are so large you could see show easily too. This was on my bucket list :)

By imasoonerdude |

Great concert. Vince Gill is amazing as a new voice in the band. Very smooth, and his ranges fit right in with the Eagles. The venue is always good for a concert.

By Butch H |

We attended the Lindsey Sterling Concert. It was a nice clean venue with great seating. Somehow we were upgraded to club seating. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the refreshments we top notch!

By Sydney G |

I worked across the street from the BOK for 3 years and this is the first time I've ever been in. We got tickets to see Kevin Hart-The Irresponsible Tour form our son. The arena is gorgeous from the inside and outside. All Event Staff were very hospitable, helpful and kind. Concessions were a tad bit high, but not as bad as the movie theaters. The seating was tight. The girl next to me kept kicking me, and I think I would have been more comfortable sitting on my husbands lap. But we had a great time. But I would definitely get seating in the arena to be more comfortable if I ever go back.

By Chris P |

My husband and I went to the BOK for the first time to see Fleetwood Mac. Everything about the venue was excellent: location, parking, speediness of security, restroom locations, seating, temperature, cleanliness, ushers, beverage/food choices, and sound system. We will certainly be back!

By TINYTIMM1963 |

had a great time here, the seating was great , but make sure you see their site for the best seats before buying them.

By 968williamrh |

Yes, it is architecturally beautiful on the outside... love modern architecture...but meh on the inside. The arena is like any other, someone must have a better idea .. somewhere.

Went to Oilers game. Price was a little steep for ECHL. The game was great. So were the buck hot dogs...makes up for steep entrance fee. Don't need the cheerleaders, waste of time.

Do more to attract younger fans.

By TulsaLAS |

BOK Center in Tulsa brings all the biggest performers to town. So thankful it’s here! The venue is always clean, and still feels new. The interior design is beautiful. They have premium food and drink options above and beyond standard concessions. A great place to catch a great show!

Awesome facility, well laid out, and pretty reasonable pricing!
Staff and security were helpful and efficient!
Great venue!

By enjoying places in Tulsa, I've gotten to meet new people. I've learned my way around Tulsa. It's centrally located downtown. The downtown center has lots of artsy cafes, restaurants and green space.

By Andrea L |

We attended Bruno Mars and Ella Mai concert at the BOK Center. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The sound was amazing and it's not too big! We attended a VIP reception that went with the ticket, but the food was not good at all. We couldn't identify some of the food choices. Maybe this was chosen by Bruno Mars camp, I'm not sure. Otherwise, the concession stands had great food choices. I would definitely go back there for a concert!

By Randy R |

I like this place better than other venues except for the metal detectors you have to go through. They have plenty of places to get food and i loved the spicy chicken tacos. They have several different types of food here but its kinda pricey.

By John F |

We have been several times and have enjoyed all of the performances. I have never been impressed by the acoustics and am surprised that this is not mentioned more often. I suspect that they are influenced by stage layout and seating location, and we usually reserve cheaper seats that are sometimes very high or far from the stage. On a couple of occasions the sound was actually distorted and very disappointing.
Access is pretty good for a major event center, but still not easy. Be prepared to pay $10-$20 dollars to park close or to walk for a while. You can get into the nearby parking garages for a reasonable cost if you go early enough, but getting out of these can take a while when the event is over.
All said, the quality of the performances and entertainers demands that you go!

By Urtravelcoach |

Horrible Experience. Missed entire 1st quarter of game while waiting to get into game along with the other 10,000 fans. They did nothing to speed process up or anything. Disappointed in staff. However, beautiful venue!

By pg6rox |

Was here for ECHL Pro hockey playoffs. Very cool venue and excellent sightlines for a hockey game. Comfortable seats. Nice concessions and choices for food. Clean bathrooms, clean concourse and professional staff.

By GlobeTrotting50381 |

Designed by an international renowned architect it out shines many other entertainment facilities in large cities. All seats are very good. We've only been there for sporting events so can't comment on acoustics for musical shows. It is beautiful and worth a trip just to walk around inside. They have many well known entertainers that are usually sold out. Parking is tight but they are adding more space close to the building.

By LoreneeMaree |

The BOK is very well laid out with easy access to food & drink venues as well as restrooms. Plus there is not a bad seat in the house!!!

By OkYankeegirl |

BOK is a great venue with ample parking surrounding the building. Lots of bathrooms( as a woman this is important). Great food options inside as well.

By AmyJosie |

The big shows in Tulsa come through here, so if you have tickets to a headliner concert, chances are you will be at the BOK. There is plenty of parking and places to eat available nearby, and downtown is well lit and feels safe even late at night. Inside the BOK there are many food and drink options, though of course they are considerably higher priced that outside the venue. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms are clean and plentiful, and the seats I've been in have been good, if a little cramped. Overall, BOK is a great venue and Tulsa is lucky to have it!

By Harold O |

Typical sports and event center. I have been to concerts, sporting events and even family events here. Seating depends on the price value, but the "nose bleeds" are very small for at 6'1" its not comfortable.

By russellm986 |

My wife and I just saw Miranda Lambert. The seats were comfortable and I have a bad back. It was so fast getting through security and the electronic ticketing . The only long lines were for food and drink.

By Jeffandallisonp |

The BOK center is a really nice venue. There are plenty of bathrooms and concessions. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to see your favorite concerts!

The only word for this is amazing! Great concert. Would go again anytime. Cher is the best and she's still going strong. Had a great time.

By CurlyRocks |

Saw Micah Tyler, Crowder and MercyMe - Imagine Nation Tour on November 8th. First time at the BOK and was impressed by many things. The doors opened at 6:30 for the 7:30 concert. There was plenty of parking within walking distance of the event. Super impressed by the amount of ladies/mens restrooms on what is considered the lower level. The lower level ended up being the level where you enter the building so there was no need to get on an elevator on take stairs to get to our level. If you need to use the restrooms when you first arrive in the building, don't just stop at the first one where you'll see a line-keep going. It seems that each section has a restroom nearby---wow...this is a huge plus. If you are bringing someone who needs to use a wheelchair to get to their area but they are able to walk a little, use the wheelchair and once they are seated you will need to go back to the "customer service area" near the entrance where you come in and get the wheelchair tagged. Then when the concert is almost over-go get the wheelchair and have it ready for the person. If you are seated in a regular seat, you cannot fold up the wheelchair and take it with you. I did see some seat at the top of the lower level where a person could stay in their wheelchair or park the wheelchair behind their seat. The restrooms were clean. The place is so huge and it seemed to be very organized and clean. I will most definitely be returning after having such a wonderful experience.

By 182p |

My wife and I had a great time and enjoyed the event staff and performers.
Quick easy entry and were able to find our seats easy. Bathrooms and concessions were close, all in all a very pleasant experience and would/will do again

By RoseeohM |

This is an indoor venue, which was great because it rained the night of our concert. Staff was friendly. The venue has a good number of concessions, restrooms, etc. We liked that this is not a very large venue and had the opportunity to watch the band up close.

By mark c |

The BOK center is a great concert and sports venue. Many of the biggest names in entertainment have played the BOK. Garth Brooks, The Eagles, Billy Joel, Elton John. The list goes on and on. Hockey, Rodeo, Monster Trucks. Great seating and food and beverage.

By KimmyG |

On an impulse, we bought tix to a show in the BOK for Sat, 9/15/18. We got section 308 row Q.

First, know that driving into the area is really easy. However, gas stations are scarce on the north side of the interstate so be sure to fill up before you get to the neighborhood where BOK is located. We used the Quik Trip which was on the other side of the interstate on Denver. Parking is ample and with most garages priced in the $30 to $45 range. However, there are a few lots that have pay/park options. We parked 4 blocks south of BOK (between interstate and BOK) and paid $15. It was easy in and out. Starbucks is located in the library building so we refreshed and chilled there until the doors at BOK opened. There are other eateries nearby including the popular cupcake place Pinkitzel across from BOK.

The lines were long BUT the crowd was very cordial. It likely was influenced by the type of show (country music). Security was plentiful. Entering once the doors opened was quick but be prepared to have your handbag inspected (be sure to conform to the small size) and have your electronic devices ready to place in the tray. Finding our way up to 308 was easy. A short walk and then escalators up. The escalator landing was at 307/308 so very short distance. Restrooms were located just beneath the section and were very, very well maintained with staff on duty the entire time. Finding our seats was easy but the climb up the stairs is VERY steep. It was quite a distance from the stage but for last minute purchases we were pleased. We paid $10 for a popcorn and a soft drink. After the show, the crowd exited quickly and orderly. The exit doors were opened to expedite the flow.

We'll keep BOK on our short list for venues in the future.

By Julianna M |

The security was incredibly nice and civil, and did a super thorough job checking everyone’s bags, which made me feel super safe. Great seats almost everywhere for a concert. I had never been to an arena show before this and I am honestly so glad to have the experience of my first one at BOK! The bartenders at the carts were amazing and super nice, and everything seemed well organised and under control in the whole center. Super super pleased with our experience!

By Jereme B |

I recently went here to watch a hockey game and this facility is very nice! Plenty of eating options and several restrooms throughout. Seating was pretty comfortable and concourse was very spacious!

By Teresa C |

Venue seats are good in all sections. Bathrooms and some concession lines are a bit crazy but not real unusual for a large concert. Several restaurants and food options nearby. I've attended 3 shows there in the last year and enjoyed them all. Will return!

By BaliPalm |

Wonderful Venue for concerts or sports. It's super easy to get around, has plenty of food and restrooms and the ushers are friendly and helpful. Tulsa is lucky to have the BOK Center!

By Brenda T |

I loved this convention center. We were in the club house which was fantastic. They had plenty of restrooms so you didn’t have to wait. Plenty of eating places.

By Max4951 |

My wife and I recently attended the Chris Stapleton Concert at the BOK Center and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was our first visit to the center and it's a great venue. It doesn't have the intimacy of the River Spirit Event Center but for the larger, "hotter" acts that's impossible to achieve, The crowds are just too large. But it is a beautiful building, laid out well, easy to get around in, and easily accessed even by a senior citizen with double knee replacements. I don't do stairs well, and was very glad to see the sweeping inclined sidewalk made it easy to access with a minimum of stairs. We were up in the middle of the top sections of seating and even from there it was very easy to see the stage and enjoy the concert.
I do need to note that this in a modern venue that addresses real needs for security of the patrons and performers so there is a security check, much like entering any courthouse, thankfully fast and effective. No firearms will be allowed in the Center. There is also a policy, that includes all knives. I know because it was my first visit and I didn't have the time or inclination to return my small Buck Stockman pocketknife to our car and instead had to throw it away to get in. My fault, I just didn't think. Also inside the center drinks are available only in cups, to avoid incidents of throwing full bottles and cans and resulting potential injury. This is unfortunately necessary at this time in large crowds and show the reality of the times in which we live.
I had some out of town family at an Eagles Concert several years ago that still talk a lot about both the concert and the venue and how impressed they were. I hadn't had a chance to see it for myself until now. It's a great place and it really is impressive. Go for yourself and see the beauty of the design and the functionality as well as enjoy your favorite artist. They will all be there, its a great place to present as well a view the the very best of acts, so I know they will be there!

Here for the 2018 Big 12 Wrestling Tournament. Very easy to navigate. Food selections are very good and positioned around the Arena. High in price, but that is with all large Venues. Alcohol is served, with a 2 drink maximum. Staff very helpful & friendly. Readily available bathrooms around the Arena. Personal items gone thru on arrival. If beeped when going thru scanner you are personally scanned.

Security was tight but that was a good thing. Staff and security were professional and helpful. BOK is a beautiful place. The sound was superb. Comfortable seats. Parking was easy and not too costly. $10 to park in one of the parking garages. I felt safe being by myself. Looking forward to another concert here.

By oubookgirl |

I have seen every thing from NCAA basketball to Barry Manilow here. I didn't give 5 stars because the stairs are hard for elderly to navigate.

By paulajscheider |

The BOK is not only clean, well kept & beautiful- it's also an excellent venue for everything from concerts to sports. One definite plus - the ladies restroom lines are always reasonable, due to excellent design.

By GeoLady86 |

Highly recommend seeing a show at BOK! There are no bad seats, the restaurants are all good, and the bathrooms are well organized and clean! Entry is a snap, although I'd recommend the 2nd entrance down on the south end.

By kathsum |

I've been to many concert venues and this one is outstanding! The concourses are wide and it's so airy with all of the windows.

The concession selections are one of the best in the industry as well. Overall I would highly recommend attending a concert at the BOK center.

By soonerlisa23 |

This place would get all the stars if the lines weren't so long to get drinks when it's a packed house. Good luck finding a bar if you're in the cheaper seats. Get one before climbing the ramp to your seats a mile away.

By RoyAviles |

Really good concert venue. Wide entrances for quick security screening and entry. Wide concourses made it feel open and not too crowded. The beer was pricey, but to be expected.

By Denco303 |

I chose to fly from Denver to Tulsa to see the Elton John concert ( Farewell Yellow Brick Road), and am so glad I did. The staff did an encellent job. With various entrances available, getting into the BOK and through security was very easy and efficient and took minimal time. The ushers were all very courteous and helpful, especially for those of us who were first time visitors to the BOK. It's a well designed center, with a wide ramp for access to the upper level. Even the ladies's restroom had an attendant who quickly directed the line. Our seats were great - we could both see and hear well.

By Katheryn S |

Unique design but amazing acoustic to listen to your favorite bands or see a sports game. Thanks BOK

By motrv8 |

Yeah, the title pretty much says it all. I have heard rumor of other concerts starting on time. I just haven't experienced them. At this point, I don't go to BOK anymore.

By barbara c |

GREAT security presence easy in/out, BOK staff were helpful and considerate too!
Long lines and wait for food/drinks. The concert effects were amazing, lighting, sound, large screens. The stage was also ran in the middle with a small round stage added which was nice and close up to see performance.
Seating for added rows up front were BAD! We were in a seat on row B,my dress was snagged, and the seats were dirty! (if you go to the BOK don't wear nice clothes) the seat rocked and the row in front of us rocked into our knees.I am only 5' so should of had plenty of room. The divider to the main floor looked like a ice hooky wall. Some of it covered some not! Another gentlemans' coat was caught on the open metal! Considering the cost of the closer seats NOT Good!

By Denise S |

We had never been and had a really nice time. Parking was only ten dollars and only a few block away- with heavy police presence.
The building was easy to travel. Seats more spacious- compared to newer stadiums.
Had a fun and memorable time.

By MARK G |

We have visited the BOK many times for concerts, basketball games and other special events and always have a great time! My complaints are the number of entry points. We came for the Oklahoma City Thunder preseason game and the crowded lines were terrible, because they only have you enter from one side of the building. My other complaint is the high beer prices and poor selection of real beer.

By Dexter B |

Just got back from the Bob Seger Concert. The center is a nice clean place with pretty easy access. We had tickets on the floor level which is good if you're tall not so good if you are short. The ground floor level seems also to have more than it's share of falling over drunks. The upper level seems to be better in this regard. Up there, it is survival of the fittest. Bob Seger put on a good concert. He still has a strong voice and some great songs. The middle of the concert bored me some as he played songs I did not recognize, but.he ended the concert with two great encores.

By Steverino-OKC |

Great concert! The venue was clean and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. Could always use more bathrooms though. We had floor seats, and security kept other folks from coming up the aisles that didn’t belong there and blocking views. One of these days, people might actually think and enjoy the moment, instead of being more concerned with holding their phones up and blocking views of the folks behind them 😖

By Zman180 |

First time at the BOK and it was one of the best concert experiences I have had.The location and venue itself were top notch.we stayed at the Best Western downtown which was a nice 10 min walk away.
The staff working the venue actually looked like they were enjoying themselves as much as the concert goers which was a nice change.
All in all a great experience,we will be back.

We love going to the BOK Center to watch the Tulsa Oilers play hockey. It is so much fun! It is great family time!

By mnySpnt |

Great Seats, Great Atmosphere, Great IPA’s, food and merchandise. Security provided Handicap Parking close to the stadium and provided even better security once inside the building. The entire event was well planned, organized and the arena does not have a Bad Seat in the place! Worth planning a visit for a sporting event for buddies or family!

By BigTexTraveler103 |

We saw Kid Rock here. It was my first time there. We stayed at a nearby hotel, so we parked there and walked. So I do not have any advice for parking. The entrance through the security checkpoint was kind of a mess, but it went pretty quick. There were religious guys outside on speaker giving people a hard time for going to the concert... was kind of funny actually.

We got in and purchased some onion rings and drinks. The food and drinks were very good, surprising for a coliseum. We had floor seats. We were on section F5 row A. Thank goodness we were on the aisle because the seats were WAY TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. This would be my only complaint, but it is a serious one. I hope they correct this problem. Just a little more room would make everyone much more comfortable. You also have to climb the stairs off the floor to get to the restrooms. This did not go over well with the women who were drinking and having to climb stairs over and over in heels.

Overall, good time there.

By Angie R |

We come up probably 6 times a year to see concerts that do not come to the Chesapeake in OKC. The BOK is well staffed and very clean. I love staying the night at the Aloft or Mayo and walking over to the arena.

Had a great time here. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Really liked how they had a bar/beverage kiosk and bathrooms available directly at the back of the floor. Good looking place too. Can't stress enough how much of an impact that venue staff can have on a visit.

A great arena for a concert. Very clean and modern facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Have also attended NCAA March Madness here and was pleased with overall experience.

Our first visit to the Bok center. I had read about the parking issues, so we went by Uber. Easy entrance, even with a super large crowd. Escalators and elevators. Easy to follow signage. Plenty of well placed bathrooms, concessions and merchandise tables. The seats were some of the most comfortable we have experienced yet. We were in section 304 and had a great view. The sound was great. Blake Shelton was in his element. We will definitely see many more concerts here.

I’ve been to the BOK center many times since it opened, and this venue has gone downhill. Went to the Pink concert last October and had to be moved because the roof was leaking right above our seats. Fast forward a year to the Mumford & Sons concert and THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING!! It’s been a year, fix the roof lol. Prices for every single thing at these concerts is insane now and you still can’t afford to do maintenance to the building?. Management needs replaced.

BOK is akway orderly professional and well-maintained. Security flows well into the event. Tulsa PD has outdoor security and police presence around the building. Holiday inn is close for those wishing to stay close.
The venue is always clean and well staffed.

The venue has amazing acoustic sound. Easy to get to. Parking all around. Many restaurants within walking distance.
