Very good library in a newer facility with plenty of room for research and/or browsing the selection, very good children's section and good selection of DVD's.

We moved here in late December and one of the first things we did was get library membership. We looked forward to exploring this amazing local source as we got to know our new home - but then the pandemic came! Can't wait to spend time there - researching the area history, flora and fauna - movies, books, periodicals, and classes by local artists and other experts. Hope it can open again soon.

I love our local library. There is nothing about it you would not like
I place movies on hold online than I go get them, I order books on my kindle through my library card for free.

I love their music programs every Sunday afternoon. Everyone is always helpful in sharing what events are coming up.

This is my favorite library. They have a friendly staff. They provide excellent classes. There are interesting lectures and meetings with local organizations. It is the hub of the community and a great resource.

Cocoa Beach Library is part of the excellent Brevard County Library system. Books, DVDs, & music CDs are plentiful; however, they can be easily obtained from other county library locations, if they're not available in Cocoa Beach. Front circulation desk employees are cheerful, helpful, and friendly - Mallory, Susan, Deborah, Tina, and all the rest. Cocoa Beach Library offers a huge selection of activity and entertainment opportunities!

I needed to print and fax some tax information while on vacation and the librarian helped me through the whole process. Very good customer service!

I am a public speaker and I've given my talks here twice. There is a nice community room for such things. I haven't checked out books but it looks like it has a good selection of books and DVDs.

I was there yesterday; I live near by. Mostly using their computers, printing, borrowing DVDs, attending free shows. As a regular, I find the employees very helpful and sociable. A far cry from my childhood library experiences.

I first needed a little help finding the type of book I was looking for. A clerk was so kind to take me right to the section I needed. Then, when I found a book I wanted to take out, the clerk at the front desk was so helpful. I am not a resident of Brevard County, I am a snowbird. She allowed me to sign out the book by using several types of identification that I had available. I now have a Brevard County Library card.

This library is a throwback to years past. It is so quiet in there you can hear a pin drop. There were several people in the periodical section, on the computers, etc and every single person was quiet. Most libraries now are about as quiet as a Walmart. This library is clean, well-run, and a pleasure to visit!!

nice spot to look over local newspapers and magazines. Very spacious modern building. They also have weekly activities I didn't have time to participate in.

This location looked and smelled very clean however one (and only one) of the staff members seemed to either be having a horrible day or just hates their job. Either way, it would be wise to just stay in the back or at home instead of making a customer feel like that they are being a bother

if you wish to laze and lounge around whilst taking in the feeling of being by the sea side, then for sure one could dig into these books.

Library is well stocked with good books and helpful staff. There are lists of activities to get involved in or lectures to attend.

Great library with free, used books for patrons. Canadian residents are treated well. Many local workshops and presentations.

I have used the library in the study rooms as well as for purchasing used books. It has some beautiful murals on the walkway inside, and offers classes in various disciplines.

love the library but it is showing cracks around the edges. A/C doesn't always work, lights sometimes off when rain leaks in,

Employees are extremely helpful. Selections are good, computer access is great. The library hours are great.

This is a local public library - not necessarily a “must see” location while traveling. Nevertheless, it is a clean, well-maintained, air-conditioned, public building. On-site parking available.

Their book selection is outstanding! However, it's not only books but a children's area, historical pictures of Cocoa Beach, AARP Free Tax Preparation, and a very helpful staff! They even have book sales and local artist creations! More than a Library!!

The Cocoa Beach Library is easy to navigate, although I usually "order" my books online and pick them up there. I do browse their new release sections, though, and my favorite spot is back by the magazines, where it is nice and quiet. The children's section is sort of near the entrance, where the noisy sliding door is, and that's great that all the noise is together. That's my only complaint: the noise! Patrons, especially young adults and children (and parents of those children!) often forget Library Etiquette and don't use their "inside voices." I'm glad the quiet spot is far away from all that.
Worth noting are the art displays, which rotate every month in the main library, showcase, and Community Room. Local artists can have a chance to do a solo show at no cost to them....what a nice perk!

You can use the computers for one hour for 1.00 and it cost .10 to print. Excellent help with the info center people. Large selection of books. Very friendly/

This library has a variety of user services. A fair stock of new books, PCs for the public, weekly entertainment, guest speakers, etc.

Something for everyone....quiet reading area, good parking and events are here..... clean bathrooms, friendly staff, used books, magazines, newspapers.

A beach with lots of coral very clean and with some very interesting waves and how good there is accessible parking and very good food

The Cocoa Beach Library is a beach side gem, It has activities for year round residents as well as snow birds. The employees are something special. They feel like family.

Purchased a library card good for a year for $15.00 because we travel to this area several times a year and I can avoid packing books.
Nicely laid out, clean and the staff makes it great.

Went there to have taxes done. A little confusion among helpers. Realize their volunteers did the best they could .give them thumbs up to accommodate everyone best they could. Library very clean. Will go back . Not o my for taxes but also for books

Unique experience and the best ever library. The addition of the two full murals when you walk through the front doors is AMAZING! Just go there to see these works of art and then enjoy our cute little library!

Movies have always been excellent, and a much appreciated event, but where do I find the program for August 2019?
I cannot find programs easily on yr web site - can you make the programs a priority on yr web page please.
Many items need updating - eg name of Director - the last one left a year or so ago!

We met some friends at this library to see one of the weekly free movies. Movie was great, and even the popcorn was free! Will return!

This library has very friendly people, a beautiful atmosphere in very clean surroundings. The meeting rooms are very helpful to local organizations, plus they offer more than just library items. Check out their classes and workshops.

i take a few art classes there. For a small town library they do a great job. A favorite spot to visit.

The library has a helpful staff, sufficient computers for use, and a great children's area! Glad to see the library still surviving in the technology age.

A First Class place, this library. Great people, great books and library items, large spaces, quiet, and extremely helpful volunteers. The Cocoa Beach community should be proud.

We spent a month in Cocoa Beach...it was all made better by the well organized activities, local advertisements and the helpful and informative staff at the Cocoa Beach Library.....I was able to use their Wi-Fi to check on home business, take part in local activities and enjoyed several musical performances while we stayed there...it was all generated through the information and planning platforms of the Library. " Cudo's & more,....! "

Cocoa Beach library is a great place to catch up on news and pick up the latest books and movies. They have free movies on Friday afternoon.

This library is walking distance from our home. They have convenient hours, great librarians, everything you need, and are connected with the Brevard County library system, so that if you are looking for a specific book, they can search the whole system. Special areas for children, DVDs , large print books, etc.

As a member of the Freinds of Cocoa Beach library, I’ve helped manage funds and events to promote and build it:) From the Children’s section to the Extensive Large Print Adult section, it’s all easy to maneuver and discover new reads! The great staff goes over and above to assist you when asked. It’s one of our fav places to go with our granddaughter too.

Cocoa Beach has a great library with a lot of resources. They offer many programs that are open to the public even if you are here for a week or live here. all the people are friendly and helpful. Check it out..

I’ve been researching a book and both times I asked for help, the librarians not only looked up the books I needed, they took me to the shelves and handed them to me. I also use the computers and printing service and when I didn’t have small change the librarian told me to give it to him next time, which I did.

I love books. It is a good 1 hour drive from where I live to visit this Library, but every time I go I find hidden treasures to bring home. The Library is very spacious and full of natural light. Space, light and well structured, it has a little of everything, from events, classes. But my favorite visit is always with one purpose: to visit their book sale room. They have a whole room with books for sale for 1$ and some days for 25 cents, categorized by themes and audiences. They also have puzzels, youth books, DVD and VCR movies for sale. I have a blast every time I go.

Great place and accommodating. We had to show our rental agreement in order to obtain a library card, but that seems fair. Coming from a community that does most everything on-line, I found it interesting to get a card with the due date stamped upon it.
The library is actively used by residents and renters and is quite active.

We are in cocoa for 8 weeks and this place always has activities and shows going on. Stop by and pick up monthly calendar. Sure to have something for everyone

Library has good hours, very helpful staff and many activities for a wide range of ages. We signed up for a card and it only took a minute or two.Large assortment of books, magazines, audio and video products and much more.

I've been going here for the past 13 years and love every visit. The staff are super friendly. The children's area is super. There are areas set up for play, reading, computer and tablet use. Staff are really helpful and there is so much to see in this section. Kids are rewarded with Book Bucks for reading and can redeem them for small gifts.

They have great book sales and do lots of events for both adults and children. I really enjoy coming here, browsing and relaxing. Become a member and support your local library, it's well worth it!
