I loved this experience!

By Melissa |

I like this place very much, it has several restaurants and cool shops. Some I recommend are Planet Hollywood, Amorettes among others.

Busy but fun

By Nick Creal |

We visited here a couple of time and it was always busy but clean and tidy with helpful staff. The only negative was you had to do an airport style queue and security check before going in which is a change from last time

Frustrating Parking Experience at Disney Springs

By Rafael Novaes |

I recently visited Disney Springs and my experience was marred by the parking situation. I was forced to park on the top floor of the Orange Garage, despite numerous available spots on the lower floors and an imminent rain forecast. This lack of consideration negatively impacted my visit, an issue I hope to see resolved to ensure future experiences are positive.

No Theme Park Tickets Needed

By addtraveler10101 |

Get a Disney experience without going to the parks. Lots of WDW decor, music, and shopping venues. DS also has tons of dining and shopping that are not WDW themed. Be aware it can all be a little pricey. Other experiences are available. Float in a hot air balloon, go bowling, see a movie, or just enjoy the beautiful lake. There's lots to do.

Crowded with poor restaurant quality but an interesting walk

By Chris |

Its a good place to go and see but the restaurants are dressed up fast food places in terms of quality and even that my be giving them too much credit.

We went to Enzo & Maria and Wolfgang Puck which were both very disappointing food and service but the decor was very nice.

Cirque du Soleil Was good and its small theater made for great seats for everyone. The show though was third out of three shows for me, the other two in Las Vegas which were much more thrilling while this had more of a Disney story to it. Still some thrills though, just not as big or as many.

The large Disney store is good to browse and buy from.

In perfect Disney style, music, colors, crowd

By MC |

Walking in the evening in this outdoor mall is undoubtedly pleasant.
Rich in restaurants, bars, cafes, shops of all kinds, but also many people who flock here from hotels around and beyond.
Relaxing experience (except the crowds), after a day spent inside Disney and Universal parks

Fun to Visit

By Tammy Henderson |

A beautiful outdoor mall with a wide variety of shopping, attractions and restaurants. It's mostly uncovered so you have to be prepared for the heat and rain

We Enjoyed Disney Springs. They Even Expanded It.

By efromflint73 |

Great place to shop and be entertained . We found that besides the shopping experience, it was a great place to people watch. We usually go here to kill time before our flight leaves !

People Watching

By T S |

Great place to shop and eat. Lots of restaurants. We went on a Sunday night and it was busy. There is a House of Blues. Definitely can spend some money here. Many of the local hotels have a shuttle to Disney Springs.

Will of wanting more

By Simone S |

A place that makes you want to go every day. It can be just for a walk, or to make some snacks, to have a snack / ice cream, etc...
A welcoming, cheerful and relaxed environment with several interesting shops, various options of cool restaurants. It is an open-air mall, has Sephora, Coca-Cola, Uniqlo, huge Disney stores, that is, you can have a lot of fun.
This is also where the Cirque du Soleil is located.
Parking is large, competitive and free.

A lovely FREE Disney extra !

By Stephen T |

A spotlessly clean venue - which whilst majoring on food and drinks has something for everyone.
Top of the range restaurants and snacks.
Lots of live entertainment and the venue for cirque de soleil - well worth a visit.
An enjoyable place to just wander around !
Lots of free car parking available.

Great place, great prices!

By MaxP53 |

The shops and atmosphere was great, lots to see and do.
Dropped a rating due to the overall cost of food available, whilst menus were quite a ‘much of a muchness’, the prices varied considerably (as did the quality and service).
My advice would be to steer clear of the Rainforest Cafe, a long wait and poor quality, cold food. Service wasn’t too friendly either.
Best eating place for us was the City Eatery, great food, good price and super service.
Be mindful that pre-booking isn’t an option and you may face more than an hour-long wait for a table in any of the restaurants.

Overpriced tourist trap

By melendz |

Let's face it, this is an open shopping mall trying to justify outrageous prices just because it has the Disney name on the sign. It you want shopping and fine dining, there are plenty of other options in the Orlando area. If you want to give Disney your hard earned money, just go to one of the parks

Huge mobs

By Patricia |

We experienced a huge throng of people barely moving as we tried to enter the park. It was uncomfortable to say the least. We came for food and ended up leaving hungry. The Disney drone show was 5 minutes if that.

Very nice place for a walk.

By Juliano Uecker |

Great place for a late afternoon or evening stroll. Free parking, spacious seats and good food options. Just be careful with the rainforest café, which is usually very crowded and has long queues.

ohhhh the Springs!

This place is amazing!! everywhere you go there´s full of colors and joy! this was our favorite place for almost all the week! food and stores to visit! i loved it

Nice place for a wander

By Replicator |

Disney Springs is a nice place to have a wander around and has a relaxed atmosphere. We did go in the day rather than evening though and we also went through a bag search which we have never had to go through before.

Like it, but be prepared to pay Disney prices for things.

Without much interest

By JLN |

Village of brands and giant food market without much interest if you don't intend to go shopping...

For fans of the Disney spirit...and more!

High End

By Jackman1 |

Dining and Shopping Mecca. Pass through security from the parking lots to Disney Springs. Sad we need security in these times. Tons of stores and restaurants at all price points to get a bite or fine dining. Movie theaters, you name it.

The Disney Shopping Experience

By Steve B |

We had a great day shopping here on our recent family trip. I visited in 2012 and it was even better in 2024. There were lots of shops with unique items and plenty of palaces to eat.

Beautiful at night

By Dream00257731711 |

Fun place. Free parking. Lots of places to eat and drink or shop. Light shows at night. The Earl of Sandwich is a great place to eat. So good I haven't tried any of the other restaurants

Place to be

Great place to eat, shop and hang out with family and friends. My favorite place to eat is Art Smiths. Always great food-Must Do

Fun place to visit with the family

By Jess S |

Everyone loved walking around at Disney Springs. Lots of shops, restaurants, and fun things to see (cars that drive into the water like boats, fountains, murals, hot air balloon, a band playing, a musician playing outside a restaurant, lego sculptures, lots of Disney statues around, a train for kids to ride, etc). We stayed at a hotel nearby, so came on two separate days for lunch. The kids (6 and 8 years old) enjoyed it, we didn't spend so long there that they got too hot/tired. Fun restaurants for kids (t-Rex cafe, Rainforest Cafe, etc), and plenty of places to find a nice cold iced coffee for the adults. Clean bathrooms around every corner, and even a mailbox (we spotted it on our first visit, so the kids brought their postcards to mail when we returned on another day.).

This area can be very congested!

By wpv3 |

Very crowded and easy to get turned around. Lots of shops, eatery's and interesting to just people watch. If you like to shop then head over to Disney Springs.

The worlds most touristy shopping mall

By TerminalETravelClub |

If Disney weren’t touristy enough, now comes Disney Springs! Thousands of sweaty, angry parents, trying to wrangle their sweaty, tired children. Lines for everything, mediocre food, and, unless it’s a Disney themed store, the shopping you can find literally anywhere else.

And to top it all off, I paid $68 for an uber to get back to my hotel, 7 miles away.

Once is enough.

Disney Shopping

By Eli K |

Free to park at Disney springs. Can do some Disney related shopping. There are some small kids rides (train and a carrousel) that cost money as well as a tethered hot air balloon.

Shopping

By VeveK |

Fun place to shop and walk around. It was crowded, but it was the beginning of spring break. We walked from The Drury Hotel and it was very convenient.

Parking Tip - Strawberry Parking Lot

By PackUpNGoNow |

Parking at Disney Springs can be a frustrating ordeal - alot of traffic, tight indoor parking and long security lines. During peak periods, it is hard to find parking in the Orange and Lime Parking garages.

If you don't mind outdoor parking, try parking in the Strawberry Parking Lot. There is plenty of parking and it is easy to park in the wide spaces especially if you have large SUVs or trucks. The outdoor security line also moves fast.

The one major negative of the Strawberry Parking Lot is its location at the end of Disney Springs near Cirque du Soleil. It is a long walk to the other side of Disney Springs that has the huge World of Disney store and LEGO store.

It is convenient to park here if you are going to the AMC Theatre or the Splitsville bowling alley or eating at Jaleo by Jose Andres, The Summer House on the Lake and House of Blues.

Disney Springs is a great area to visit.

By Cynthia G |

You cannot go wrong spending time at Disney Springs. They have wonderful restaurants and lots of shopping. Throughtout the whole day, you will find all kinds of free entertainment. They also offer free parking. I could spend a whole day here.

Disney Springs

By Mary M |

Huge amount of stores and restaurants. We went on a midweek morning and it was very busy. There is loads of free parking. It was easy to find as directions are well marked

Highly recommend

Loved this place
It’s huge
Plenty to see eat and buy and watch the fireworks
Could spend days here
Must go and see if at Orlando

Review of Disney Springs – 5 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

By Reisen.mit.Budget |

Disney Springs is a real highlight in Orlando and an absolute must-see for anyone looking for a mix of entertainment, shopping and cuisine – no admission fee!

The atmosphere is simply magical: Everything is lovingly designed, maintained and thought through to the last detail. Especially in the evening, when the lights go on and live music rings through the streets, it feels like a little getaway within the Disney universe.

I was particularly impressed by the wide range of restaurants – from fine cuisine to creative snacks, there is something for every taste and budget. My favorite: “The Boathouse” overlooking the water – fantastic!

Shopping fans will also get their money's worth. There are both exclusive branded stores and Disney-owned shops with unique products that can only be found there. If you fancy a little action, you can ride an amphibious car or see Orlando from above in the aerophile balloon.

Whether as a relaxed end to a day in the parks or as an independent excursion: Disney Springs impresses with its quality, variety and that special Disney feeling – and even without a parking ticket!

Avoid Haagen Dazs - otherwise good

By aragornsmum |

We enjoyed Disney Springs. There is a bustling atmosphere with expensive shops to have a look at. The restaurants we visited were all pretty good and the 'Disney' experience is evident. Except Haagen Dazs - the staff there were appalling, definitely hadn't been to the Disney Charm school! There is a gelateria round the corner which might provide an alternative source of ice cream.

The escalator

By Jackman1 |

Note Disney Springs is an attraction in itself. Great restaurants, a crazy good bakery Gideons , an expensive gluten free one we couldn’t afford. But let’s get to the escalator. After shopping and eating in the heat we returned to the Lime garage only to find the up escalator being serviced. You had to walk up . The service guy at the top when I suggested that he reverse the down to up since it’s easier to walk down. I’m 76 and I was pissed he couldn’t care less. We found the elevator since I couldn’t do it. Lazy man. Wait until you get old *&@#

Shopping in cozy Disney atmosphere

By Wienish |

A nice place near the Disney parks. It's a disney-themed mall. Go for a nice late afternoon stroll around eating and enjoying the cozy Mood. There are plenty of Disney shops where you can possibly buy some and normal clothes and restaurants parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces within walking distance

Great for wandering and eating!

By Helen H |

We spent a few evenings wandering around Disney Springs - we loved Chef Art Smith and ate here a few times! Lovely ambiance generally and lots to look at and enjoy. We would often come here straight from a Disney park for some dinner after a busy day and had great experiences. We also loved the sundaes from Ghiradelli!!

Disney Springs is not too much

By Voyager36694636289 |

The place is nothing too much. It's like any other place with shops and restaurants. The place is beautiful but, I figured it was explored.
Looks like an open-air mall alone.

Review of Springs Newest Restaurant

By Marty Bielicki |

2023 Summer House, Disney Springs,

Newest restaurant at Disney Springs

We happen to visit Summer House on its inaugural day for lunch. The night before it was closed due to a “Private Party” for the owner(s) and guests. At 11:30AM, it was definitely crowded. We did manage to get a seat inside along the middle wall with decent views of the restaurant. There are waterfront seats if you are lucky to reserve them. This restaurant is large as it can hold up to 600 guests. The question is: can Summer House compete with the famous Boat House Restaurant?

The quality of food will determine Summer House popularity. This is what we liked and not liked: the caramelized Brussel Sprouts are to die for. The best we ever eaten. I loved the charred petals of the sprouts particularly.

The skinny fries are exceptional too. Similar but not like McDonald fries.

My wife had chicken over her salad. She enjoyed that dish. The server did mention that the Chicken sandwich is particularly delicious.

I had the cheeseburger with fries. I asked for the burger to be “medium-rare.” It came out “rare.” Maybe the chef just needs more experience. The bun was lightly toasted. I would ask them to toast it even more next time. Also, I felt for $21 dollars the burger could be 2 ounces bigger. Overall, eating the Brussel Sprouts, fries and burger did fill me up.

We did notice the pizza’s that came out looked scrumptious. In the large foyer area is a shop that sells “cookies.” I thought the lemon cookie is quite good. The peanut butter one could have more peanut butter though.

The Boat House burger is a tad better than the Summer House one. Also, the Boat House has plenty of sitting along the water. The menus, except with such items as the burger, are different. The Summer House style will suit many and get a good following.

If you found this review to be “helpful” in any way, please press “Thumbs-up” to let me know.

Another consumption opportunity

By Filippo A |

I didn't understand the need for this reality. It is located in the great Disney territory, among the various theme parks. Positive note: parking is free. You enter this sort of village made up only of well-known brand shops (outlet type but without discounts). We happened upon it because this is where the box office for the Disney parks is and we had to buy the tickets here because online from Italy you can start with packages of at least two days (there are no discounts compared to the single day ticket). In any case, we quickly bought tickets, walked around a bit and left. Unfortunately you cannot park here and go to the parks on foot.

Great!

By Rufus S |

This shopping area is perfect, with 150+ stores of many different types it is perfect for everyone. It was not that busy but for a more empty experience I recommend to go late night or early morning as these times are typically quieter. The live entertainment is very nice and entertaining. They have many higher end shops and also some high street shops. The transportation is very easy from a Disney Resort, specifically resorts on the Sassagoula river as you can take a convenient boat.

Not a lot of shopping (other than Disney) for a shopping mall.

By laceylouise |

We stayed at Saratoga Springs so Disney Springs was very easy to access. We really wanted to buy some things for our family however, the shopping is very very limited. Unless you want to buy everything, Disney, you have a very small handful of stores to purchase things that are not related.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a Disney property, but I think 90% of the souvenirs for purchase are all Disney. in fact, I can think of three or four stores that had the exact same Disney items. In other words, why not add some choices that are not the same Disney souvenirs over over and over again.

Again, I understand being on vacation and spending money, but it seems on the high side as far as reasonable pricing goes. Some restaurants are good. Some are bad it just depends what you’re looking for. I suppose I will be back after all once you’re in Disney, you become a captive audience.

A great place to hang about.

By Martin N |

I love this place. No need for tickets, just go and explore. Loads of shops, restaurants etc and there is usually something going on at the band stand. My favourites are the Lava lounge, earl of sandwich, world of Disney and just walking around taking in the whole atmosphere. There is loads of parking spots but they get busier at night but just take a note of where you park. You can spend a full day here easy. Bring a full wallet or purse if you plan to buy things, it's quite expensive but not too bad.

Disney Springs has changed, and not in a good way, sadly.

By John S |

On June 7, 2025, my fiancé and family visited Disney Springs, expecting Disney’s renowned accessibility and care. Sadly, the experience was far from magical. The discontinuation of valet service forced my disabled elderly parents to walk long distances through crowded security lines inside the Lime Garage, with no clear direction or assistance. The lack of staff to help with elevators was particularly frustrating, as it made navigation exhausting and stressful. Disney Springs felt chaotic, like a generic crowded mall, not the curated experience Disney is known for. This was especially disappointing given Disney’s reputation for accommodating all guests, including those with mobility challenges. I urge Disney to reinstate valet services and increase staff presence to assist with accessibility needs. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in guest care.

Don’t visit at night until drone show is over!!!

By Maureen W |

The drone show has changed everything at Disney Springs. Until it is over, gone are the nights of a leisure walk around and exploring the stores without super crowds. It is SO crowded….not enjoyable at all. You feel like you’re a herd of cows. Worse than a crowded day at Magic Kingdom. Until the drone show is over, I’m not going back at night.

Spur of the moment dinner…

By u2lemon78 |

Spur of the moment business trip dinner with team. Went to 2 other establishments for dinner. Over an hour wait. Then stumbled across Morimoto Asia and they seated us immediately. Food was amazing and had a nice time. Always something to see and find here. Food, clothing, souvenirs, gifts, etc.

Amazing 5 STARS

By Luna1florida |

Amazing I went to the M&M store and got a lot of candy and M&M merch. Tips, go early so you can find a parking space, If you're planning on going to the Lego store go there first because later it has huge crowds and lines, If you're planning on going to Rainforest Cafe, the Lego store or the Disney store park at Lime garage. I also love the Lego sculptures and I got a picture with each one I would share them on the review but they all include my face so I don't want to put them out on the internet. My favorite sculpture was Nessi The Lochness Monster.

A mob scene :(

By Guide298242 |

I sed to love it several years ago. Then it exploded with all these high-end stores I never heard of and it became horribly crowded and we never want to go agaon.

overrated.

By jim m |

There is some good stuff here and a great time can be had - especially if you love Disney. BUT when viewed with open eyes the vast majority is overpriced, overrated and much is available elsewhere.

You must visit the Disney Spring

By Mona |

It's a fantastic place to visit if you happen to be in Orlando. We visited both at night and during the day. This place is live no matter when you go. Lots of restaurants and bars, live music, and shops make it a great place to be in.

Disney Springs – Great Variety, But Go Early or Late!

By Tess W |

Disney Springs offers a great mix of shops — some high-end and pricey, others more affordable — plus a wide variety of restaurants and quick bites to choose from. It’s a fun place to stroll, shop, and eat, but it gets very crowded during the day and especially on weekends. I recommend going right when they open or later in the afternoon/early evening when it’s less crowded and not as hot out. Overall, it’s a lively and enjoyable destination for shopping, dining, and people-watching — just plan your timing wisely!

Looking forward to returning

By kevin c |

A great experience, we've been here 2 times before and it just gets better each time.
the hosts for the sessions were great and really helpful to the younger guys within our session

Better than city walk

By michael d |

Disney springs is like city walk ots where you go before the parks themselves but you could literally spend a whole day here the amount of restaurants and shops and things for kids to do is unreal.some of the restaurants are ridiculously overpriced but most are OK.

Mainly for the food.

By Paul R |

Just average, took the kids there but got a bit bored as it’s all about food and stores. It’s also hot with little undercover and no trees.

Heavy handed cast members!

By justin j |

Visited in June this year 3 times, ate at Rainforest Cafe which was great as ever, chicken Guy was packed as currently no outdoor seating. First time seeing drone show, it was ok, but they havent planned for people actually wanting to watch it, so bottlenecks happen and then you get disney staff with land wands constantly shouting “move along friends” which grates, also saw a staff member call security on a family who were near an exit which wasnt even being used, very heavy handed. Rainforest end is more chilled, but most of the area is overpriced places to eat and very expensive shops, remi dscme now of a vegas casino mall, Citywalk is far superior.

The Walt Disney World Entertainment Location

By My Magic moment |

Disney Springs is the Disney Village of Walt Disney World but in 10x larger than the Paris version. Hundreds of shops and dozens of restaurants can be found, as well as entertainment galore.

Shopping-wise, don't hesitate to stop by the world's biggest Disney store: the World of Disney. You will also have the opportunity to shop at M'M's World, Lego Store or Coca Cola Store but also at the classic Levis, Zara, etc.

Whether you are quick service, snack or table service, you can enjoy American cuisine, world cuisine or Disney snacks at Candy Cauldron.

This is also where the Sun Circus takes place.
Disney Springs is free and allows you to take a lively break outside the parks.

Great

By travelmonkey200 |

It’s disney! Very busy. Plenty to do and easy to get around. Difficult with public transport but… All you could need for entertainment eating and shopping.

Loved the experience!

By ABBIE |

This place is the free version of Disney, just without attractions and rides. This is a very lively place, and me and my family enjoyed it very much. The admission is like I said- free, you only need to pay for things like dining, shopping, and others. But we recommend bringing a lunch or small snacks as food there can be pricey for some! 🙂

Much bigger than Downtown Disney in CA

By Tofurry |

Disney Springs is HUGE! There are about 100 stores, and over 50 food locations. Quite a few of the stores are Disney ones (World of Disney, Art of Disney, Disney Style, Star Wars Trading Post etc) so if you need to buy more souvenirs and gifts, this is the perfect place to shop.

Our hotel was within walking distance so we were able to visit a few times. Our favorite stores were Gideon's Bakehouse and Blaze Pizza.

We found out that we couldn't get Disney transportation to the theme parks from Disney Springs. We had to take a bus to a resort and then take transportation from there to the parks.

The great escape from englands rain to hot sunny orlando

By Josephine J |

Disney springs is just over the bridge from Wyndham. If you love pizza .pizza ponte is my favourite. Rain forest cafe.t rex no words can tell you.you need to go kids won't want to leave its out standing beyond belief

Must See

By J E |

It had been about 13 years since I was last here, I seem to recall it being called Downtown Disney and it had a huge parking lot adjacent to the main road and was an easy walk from that lot to the stores, lake, etc. It’s now changed and has over-highway pedestrian bridges to get across that road. It’s got garages to park in and a lot more stores, including name brand boutiques.

The old area, with the big Disney store is, Ghirardelli, and Earl of Sandwich are all still there and untouched. This is the side I walked in from and went straight to get a hot fudge sundae at Ghirardelli, like I used to do with the family many years ago.

It’s still a nice shopping/dining district with many options. Definitely worth a stop when visiting the area!

A Lot Going On

By Jay D |

There is a lot going on here on some days, this Saturday NOT so much🤫 They have some fancy shops and restaurants and ALL the Disney souvenirs a person could ask for😳 YET, this place is soooooooooo overpriced! It was told that Barlum and Bailey once said “ a fool and their money are easily parted.” YOU can witness this everywhere here😂 Wasn’t impressed…….Still, you can kill whatever time you want walking around here.

Fun Family Outing!

By ONTARIO1981 |

This is a great area to explore with your family, as a couple or as an outing with friends. Plenty of shops, restaurants and/or bar options if you're looking for a unique adult beverage. A nice place to go in between amusement park days during a WDW stay. There are even plenty of entertainment options such as a Cirque Du Soleil show, a bowling alley & a movie theatre, just to name a few.

A must-do while at Disney

By Ross H |

We went to Disney Springs for dinner three times during our two week stay at Disney. Excellent selection of restaurants to eat at night time. Good selection of designer brand stores, as well as some rare shops like the Coca Cola and M&M stores that you don’t often find anywhere else. We also particularly liked the Uniqlo store. I also wouldn’t complain if they expanded the Lego store. :p The excellent and regular bus service to all Disney hotels made life a lot lot easier. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re in Orlando, and an absolute must if you’re already staying at a Disney hotel.

Better than Disney!

By Expattraveler100 |

I’d much rather go here than to Disney - this “Village” has it all. Live music, shops, stores and restaurants, shows (cirque de soleil) and the biggest Walt Disney store in the worked. And it’s all FREE to enter and walk around. Loads of local hotels many of which connect to the sky bridge so you don’t e en need tour car once you check into the hotel.

A first time visit for us and we would return

By dreamer_in_dreamer |

We were looking for a day trip so we decided to try Disney Springs.
Things we liked:
. Parking was free and easy
. We arrived at 10am when it opened so not busy at all, by 2pm it was quite busy
. We spent 6 hours here and plenty of restrooms
. Guest Services staff was super friendly and helpful
. Lots of stores and restaurants so we took our time
. We took the ferry ride over to one of the hotels, just so we could the area from the water - again, free so why not
. Best lunch was at Earl of Sandwich, busy but the line went fast and the prices were great
. Best gelato at Vivoli il Gelato
. Free samples at Wondermade Marshmallows and Savannah Bee Company (honey)
Things we didn't like:
. the balloon ride was pricey (29.99) for approximately 5 minutes in the air
. Not enough seating, it would be nice to have random places to sit and relax
. Charging stations, ok that may seem random but there was nowhere to charge our phones after being there for 6 hours and taking videos

All in all a great day. I would recommend to others. Would we go back? Yes if we were in the area again we would return.

Magical wonderful hours for the whole family

By FrkFrislund |

Really good experiences when you have small children with you.
The Disney universe is magical, so if you can spice up shopping with a bit of Disney, it won't go wrong for the little ones.

There are nice shops and dining options and a lot of fun for children to look at.

A large Disney store, Lego etc.

Huge plus that it's free incl. parking.
And that there are no cars so small children can run without having to worry about roads and cars.

Tip: choose Lime Garage, then you are the shortest distance to most things

Could do this at home

By dg2014jg |

I was not impressed with the overgrown mall with a bunch of restaurants. It was close to impossible to find a restaurant with less than an hour's wait. I just did not see this as a holiday destination for anyone who was from out of town. I can see how this would be a place for locals, just as we have malls and crowded restaurants at home, too.

disney springs

By Jonathan C. |

I love Disney, and this is a great place to do some shopping, dining, or relax in between your visits to the amusement parks. Very efficient parking and secure entry.

Love the (new to us) layout and additions

By Jeff N |

We hadn’t been to Disney Springs for a few years and wow! First is the security- just feels so much more professional and organized than the other large entertainment district attached to an Orlando theme park. Parking is free(another big plus for us since we weren’t going to a park the days we ate at the Springs) so many of the fan favorite shops are there (Disney stores, leggos, etc) but the new stores and restaurants have just made it that more of a destination. We ate there three times! Raglan Road Irish pub had the BEST food (Shephard’s pie was my favorite), the City Works brewery was excellent for dinner) and we ate lunch and shopped on Saturday. The Irish singing and dancing at Raglan road is a must. Be sure to use the Disney app to make reservations and it’s VERY popular

Great Experience with Much to See. Worth a Re-Visit For Sure.

By John H |

Better than Universal's City Walk. I would be happy to re-visit Disney Springs.
Parking is free and very organized. Choose the ORANGE parking to get close, easy access right into the Springs.
Many restaurants to choose from, but be sure to reserve in advance. And even then, be prepared to do some waiting, with slow service.
Shopping is also plentiful and interesting, with much to visit/see. But this is not discount outlet stores!!
Be sure to see the Rainforest volcano when it 'blows' (every 20 minutes), see the 'car boats' near the Boathouse.

Great bartender, great cocktails

By Cynthia W |

This review is for the hole in the wall, Irish pub and bar in Disney Springs. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. We just went in I tending to have a Guinness beer, but George, who is an excellent bartender’ got us to try a few delightful things. We tried the Arthur’s old-fashioned Guinness bacon, and Guinness, simple syrup, as well as a scotch,, which was delicious. We also tried the blueberry vodka lemonade, which was also delicious. This was a very pleasant visit and we plan to return. George was a big part of the reason.

Not Much has Changed Except for the Name

By RandyRoss |

Prior to booking into the Bonnet Creek Resort, we stopped at Disney Springs (called Downtown Disney the last time that we visited). We parked at the Lime Garage also new since we were last there, I'm sure). However, once we got into Disney Springs it looked very familiar.
Parking and entrance were free and we didn't buy anything except for a drink - hence an inexpensive visit to Disney. That's rare!
While the name and parking have changed, Disney Springs really hasn't. It is still all about shopping and restaurants. It was fun to go back for a visit but we really were not tempted to do much more.

Fun experience

By Crawfin |

We arrived at opening! So many great shops, food choices, and more! We will definitely return! The henna tattoo artist was super sweet too!

Expect to have fun but bring your wallet

By Steve A |

We have been to the springs on past occasion leading up to this one. We always have fun there due to the variety of stores, bars and eating establishments. The location is always clean and easy to gain access to. Going through a security check point is non evasive and reassuring to family security.
I will note that going there a Mother’s Day is going to be hectic. Everybody is taking mom out for brunch, lunch and dinner so reservations would be a good idea.
We went to Raglin road which is always fun. Priced moderately with a good selection for both adults and kids. We requested a table close to the dancers stage but it would be an additional 2 hr wait even though we had made reservation long ago.
Now to my gripes. Expect to pay……
2 chocolate sundaes at Ghirardelli’s for $38. Go to the M & M store. The tubes containing M&M’s on the back wall are $1.49 per ounce. Doesn’t seem terrible at a glance. But to put that in perspective I doubt anybody is going to grocery store and pick up a 16 ounce (1 lb) bag and pay $23.84.
If you are going to expect outlet prices there don’t. It’s to be expected you are going to pay more for clothing and shopping items because you are paying for the experience and atmosphere.
It is fun to go there but you are not getting out of there cheaply.

unqualified employees

By Rafa |

I'm going to make this complaint on all the review channels about Disney World and Disney Springs. I've been going to Disney since I was in my mother's womb. Today, at 24 years old, I can say that I've never seen so many unqualified people working at Disney. I don't know if it's the training, or if it just depends on the character of the people. I went through a really bad situation at Disney Springs the other day, where I had no support from anyone who works at Disney. My cell phone broke at Disney Springs, and I was unreachable and alone. Crying, I went to the relations area at Disney Springs. Two girls who were at the door who work at Disney laughed at my despair and didn't bother to help me. Even at the taxi station, the police officer himself didn't want to help me, seeing how desperate I was. I'm shocked by the lack of preparation, since you promise good memories and, above all, support people who want to live the Disney experience. I'm sure if your environment continues like this, in a few years Disney will no longer have the prestige it once had.

A Major Disappointment

A very large, super crowded ,very expensive shopping mall and nothing more . Visiting there was not just not enjoyable but at some points irritating. The appeal of this place totally escapes me .

A Shopper's Paradise...

By Daniel Yoon |

Disney Springs offers a diverse shopping and dining experience, with standout stores like Coca-Cola and M&M. However, crowds and the Florida heat can be challenging. Overall, it's a vibrant destination with something for everyone, but not a must-see.

Full Review: Disney Springs, presents a shopping and dining haven, though not without its drawbacks. The area can be overwhelmingly crowded, especially under the scorching Florida sun. However, amidst the sea of tourists, there are standout stores that shine, such as the immersive Coca-Cola and M&M stores. These establishments offer a unique and engaging shopping experience, standing in contrast to other, less inspired shops. Despite its flaws, Disney Springs is akin to a sprawling, meticulously designed mall, boasting a wide array of options for shoppers and diners alike.

The dining scene at Disney Springs is diverse and satisfying, catering to various tastes and preferences. From casual eateries to upscale restaurants, there is no shortage of culinary delights to indulge in. Additionally, the entertainment options are plentiful, with a movie theater and various activities nearby. While the heat and crowds can be off-putting, those willing to brave these challenges will find a lively atmosphere filled with excitement and charm.

In my humble opinion, Disney Springs offers a mixed bag of experiences, with some highlights and some areas for improvement. While not a must-see destination, it provides a vibrant and diverse experience for those looking to shop, dine, and be entertained. Whether you're a Disney fan or simply seeking a unique shopping and dining experience, Disney Springs has something for everyone.

Great Way to Spend a Few Hours

By Christine Too |

We had a great time at Disney Springs, and walked by everything at least once! Lots of familiar stores, restaurants, bars, and sites to see - will definitely return when we're in Orlando.

Good atmosphere

By Elizabeth M |

Love it. Great shopping and lots of different restaurants. Love that it has different shops plus Disney shops. Would go again

A Must See

By mrcrafty |

What a remarkable place to visit. All the charm of a Disney facility. A plus because it was decorated for Christmas. You can shop, eat, enjoy entertainment, see a movie, bowl and just explore very aspect of the Springs.

Great Outdoor Shopping and Dining.

By CES122 |

Free entry and numerous parking garages. Walk and walk to each area. 4-8 hours. Must make dining reservations. Donut cafe is good and any candy store is fun.

Just sorry an item I love is no longer in a menu

By Hector D M |

This place is great to feel the vide of a lot of people going to stores, eateries, movies, and also to check merchandise not common in the areas where you live, and taste food and sweets that melt your mouth. This time, as usual on me when I visit DS, I went to Ghirardeli to order the Decadent Dark Chocolate drink, and to my disappointment I was informed they do not have it anymore in the menu. Good thing my girlfriend found the recipe and she will make it for me at home

Great Options if you're looking for something to do besides parks

By Dom S |

We visited Disney Springs multiple times on our recent trip to Orlando Disney. There a heaps of food and dining options, shops and plenty to see. We found ourselves coming here for dinner on those nights we opted to leave Parks early. Just note there isn't a lot of shelter if you get caught in a snap storm.

Treats treats treats

By marysia14 |

While this place is all about the shopping, there are some wonderful things for people to do while people watching, especially if you like ice cream lol. There are numerous to share or even have for yourself but eating it all might land you and tummy trouble lol

Nothing Great

By Secret_Squirre1 |

I'd never been before, so had nothing by which to measure the place... but we were with frequent travelers to Disney , who said they'd never seen it so crowded.

What a zoo!

We were there to have dinner at T Rex (which was ahhhhhmazing) and burn some time, shopping.

Wow.

I know it was a rainy evening, I know it's Disney, but YIKES. It was outrageously expensive, with way too loud outdoor entertainment blasting you as soon as you went outdoors.

The Lego store was INSANE, World of Disney was worse, with merch filling and spilling over into every means of passage within its walls.

Nightmare!

It seems purpose built to trap you in a labyrinthine hellscape of knock-the-wind-out-of-you pricetags, sensory overwhelm, and zero cover in case of rain.

Did i mention it was raining? Not just any rain - it was bucketing down, and we arrived at dinner looking like the proverbial drowned rats.

Normally, I am a decoted fan of a/c , but having been soaked to the bone in a fairly chilly downpour, we froze during our meal.

Idk; doubt I would return for the shopping; for the dinner, perhaps, but not for the ambiance or shopping experience. And bring an umbrella!!!

Make it a day

By Sweetdreams37 |

Lots of shops, restaurants you need a reservation, otherwise you will have a wait. You can catch a boat ride and check out four of the Disney hotels which is fun. Most stores are in and out but the Lego store never fails to have a long line to get inside. You can spend a good amount of your day there. You do have to go in through security check

Disney Springs Overcrowded

By Claudette |

Went to see christmas decorations at night. Got there at 6 pm and tried to find a place to park for 1 and a half hours. All parking garages and surface parking were full. If there is any kind of event....don't waste your time. It's not like it used to be!

NIGHT TOUR THAT MUST NOT FALL IN YOUR PLANING.

By Elizangela R |

The Disney Springs is a complex with shops with free entrance and parking, restaurants and the sole circus at the bottom whose entrance costs $80 dollars both adult and child.
It has great shops and exquisite restaurants , as well as bars that are pretty attractive .
In the photos (I took many) some took out of menus and values just to give yourself an idea of investment for a few hours there, also has the
Bus station right in front of the complex where companies and hotels do the transfer.
Enjoy and at the end of the tour go to the fountain in front of the “Lime garage” throw a coin and make an order.

Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Live Music and FUN!

Better Than City 🏙️ Walk

This is better than City Walk . Another thing they have great shops 🏬 . Also go to the World 🌍 of Disney it is the biggest Disney shop in the world 🗺️. Lastly, they have good restaurants too.

Disney Springs

By Ann B |

Amazing shops. Prices super expensive!
Lots of restaurants but only had ice cream sundae at Ghirardelli. Overpriced but the most delicious sundae! Disney store was huge and seemed to have anything anyone could ever want! We went just wanting to check it out. Never got back but I would. Fun to browse and people watch!!

Best of Disney Springs

By Lisa P |

T-Rex Dinner was amazing.
The AMC Theaters were clean and great seating/food.
COKE was a blast - be sure to visit the bar on the Top floor!!
M&Ms store is small and crowded Every day - prices are high and not worth the money…

A wonderful place

By Elaine Amancio |

Think of a.place that has everything you want, good food, shops for shopping, fun like live music and much more. The landscape is beautiful and like everything that has the touch of Disney’s Midas, the place is perfect in every detail. I don't see the time to go back.

By marcia m |

Too pretty, full of good restaurants, amazing place for photos.
Worth the Coca-Cola and Disney store.
Live shows happening at various points.
Parking in garage buildings.
Best parking the Orange. Go out to the Coca-Cola store.
Imperdible!!!

Fun uplifting place to stroll around.

By Hockeymomgg |

Beautiful fun shopping and eating. Nice to be outside and walk around. Lots of fun selections on food. parking was super easy and went thru metal detectors which makes you feel alittle better. Liked the bakeries and chocolate shops.

Disney Springs is a MUST VISIT !!

By Timothy S |

Got to visit Disney Springs several times on our May vacation to Orlando. Disney does a great job with the Disney springs location to provide food and shopping for families . There is ample Parking and it’s free of charge compared to $30 for Universal City Walk parking . City walk does not even come close to what Disney Springs offers .

No thank you

By Gail M |

Will never ever go back security lines to go shopping routed all over hell. Stroller mobility scooters not at entrance . Rude employees at Goofy candy store. No thanks Severely overpriced poor quality food. No entertainment . All about monet

Something For Everyone

By ALPHA512013 |

Whenever I come to Orlando it's great to come to Disney Springs. Free to enter.
Security search on arrival.
Something for everyone. Great entertainment, music, good shops, restaurants coffee shops. Disney shops
Ice-cream parlours
Highly recommend.

Go in the evening.

By marchtraveler2015 |

Disney Springs looks very nice and has many top-quality shops. But about noon, on a sunny 100F day is not the right time for a visit. DS is not an enclosed mall. Its outside, paved with yellow "tiles" and the buildings are made of masonry. The sensation was like being in an over, with the sun bearing down, and heat radiating out from all the other surfaces.

Great but overcrowded

By Deb and Milan |

We went on Christmas Day. Arrived before 10am to find the place empty. Took nice photos ,walked around a bit before having breakfast at Earl of Sandwich. Once we came out of the restaurant the place was overcrowded and there were lineups to some stores and restaurants, impossible to take photos with nice Christmas decorations. So in general this place is a must see if you are visiting Disney but be prepared for crowds and high Uber rides out of it. We left 4pm and there was already a huge lineup to come through security and traffic coming in was crazy. We would go back next time we are in town.

Fantastic stay and have visited 5 times in our 2 week stay however tonight in between the world of Disney gift shop and the music arena we went to the mobile drink store... very miserable and arrogant cast member... going for dvc tomorrow..kind of put me off ... did not get name but 8pm so Disney can pick her name and re train

Avoid unless you have lots of money to waste

By J D |

Sadly we were extremely disappointed with the visit here.
Lots of very overpriced shops that to be honest had no value for money and in most cases in my view would be a complete waste of spending money. Unless you happen to be either very well off or gullible... I'd avoid.
The lego shop was fascinating and rain forest cafe however were worth a visit.

A must visit on your visit to Orlando!!

By Whatremains |

Always so much to see and do at Disney Springs. Lots of great restaurants and food options, shopping, live events and lively atmosphere. Fun for the whole family at any time of the day.
A must visit on your visit to Orlando.

Disney magical spring

By blancangodoy |

Disney spring is a place where you find a lot of fun, food and places for shopping, and admission is free, it has Wi-Fi and an area to take the Uber or Lyft.

Recommend a visit

By TomHarald |

It is certainly an experience to spend a few hours here.
Both parking and entrance are free, but if you go shopping or eat/drink you will be ripped off.
But many great impressions and atmosphere that are completely free, and if you're lucky you get free concerts with talented artists.

Haven't been in a long time

By dancer62va |

We ate at raintree forest in Disney springs. And even though we had to wait a very long time to have dinner it was extremely good. I had pot roast with potatoes and carrots and celery that was simply awesome. My husband had ribs and he said they were very good too

IMO, an accident waiting to happen

By Fran S |

Went for the drone show at 9pm which was cancelled after 9pm. This place is manic, too crowded and IMO, a risk if there was a fire/incident. The crowds were a nightmare and it took an hour to leave the car pk. Not worth it. I would not take small children there at all.

Busy but cool

By Jessica L |

Went on a Saturday night in the summer. Super busy, parking was organized and had we got in the last parking deck. Had to take a pedestrian catwalk across the Disney springs. It was busy and people were everywhere but the shops were great and the drone show was cool. Wish they had better signage to show where the drone show was going to be. We ended up in the wrong spot and didn’t get to hear the music and could only view it from the side. Was still cool though and better alternative to fireworks especially with a toddler. Have to give a big shoutout the Rothy’s store. They have wonderful customer service and love my new shoes. Was a nightmare to get out to our car, had to wait in long lines to get back to parking decks to leave. Overall it’s Disney in the summer expect crowds.

Dinner and a show free entertainment afterwards

By Fred D |

Disney Springs was a good time. Circus Olay was awesome. Went to dinner afterwards the boathouse the outside Sure entertainment was very good. I’m looking forward to going back just to listen to the music.

Street of incredible entertainment

By Talib J |

This street is so interesting that I would like to visit it more than once. It's very fun, interesting, clean and has a good crowd of visitors. Each restaurant on this street is a kind of entertainment: a dinosaur park, a huge aquarium, etc. I remember how people ride in an amphibious vehicle in the local lake, rise into the sky in a hot air balloon, and much more. I advise you to first visit the amusement park, and then, after leaving it, head here; the objects of this street come to life in the evening and work until late.

By Silke_Baliko |

Parking there is free. Disney Springs is definitely worth seeing and costs no admission. There are many shops, coffees and restaurants.
In the evening you should definitely reserve for restaurants, otherwise you wait 1 hour or more.

The Springs

Shops restaurants entertainment for all. The high end part is very expensive we found. And the disney store was good but there selections were same and most everything made in china now.

Disney Springs Fun

By makingmagicvibes |

Disney Springs is the place for entertainment and dining while in Disney World. Great place to hit up on your first day of arriving or if you have a park-free day or an evening without plans. Literally something for everyone here from shopping to bowling, shows, eateries and free musical shows. Very kid-friendly but also great for adults. It can get very busy especially in the evening during peak weeks. We try to go to dinner early (reservations are highly suggested) and walk around and shop afterwards. If you are coming from a Disney or other nearby resort that has transportation from the hotel - give yourself plenty of time if you are trying to be there for a dining reservation. Most restaurants only hold reservations for 20 minutes at the most as it does get busy.

Great eateries & shopping

By FamilyTripPlanner66 |

Great place for adults & teens. Plenty of places to eat & shop. It even has tourist things like virtual rides. Movie theater

Disney Springs shopping and walking !!!

By Felipe V |

It is an open-air mall with many shops and restaurants. We visited on Thanksgiving weekend and found good deals. He played us with Christmas decoration and Christmas carol music.

What a treat!

By Mobile798676 |

A welcome surprise to treat all of your senses. Disney has pulled out all of the stops here & you can spend as little or as much as your budget will allow. Open air shopping, dining & entertainment. Parking is free. Lots of live music & other entertainment including a great Cirque du Soleil show. Highly recommend a break from the parks & a visit here.

Long lines to park. It's nice but croweded.

By Rachel M |

OK for walking around but crowded at times. Also, parking was frustrating. We wanted to go again but did not want to deal with the long lines to park. Parking was free and has many restaurants and an AMC theater.

Disney Springs is fun!!

By L A S |

Great shopping and restaurants - but be prepared - it's always extremely busy - unless you go early right when they open.

Fantastic shopping experience

By Sofia G |

I hadn't been to Disney Springs in 18 years so there were a lot of changes. Definitely my favourite shopping experience, lots of different shops to look at,nice surroundings and much better than it was 18 years ago. I actually ended up going twice and plenty of free parking too. A much deserved break from the parks.

Nice way to end our trip

By Gelshore2 |

Nice place to walk, enjoy lunch and shop. The Lego store kept us busy, the Disney Store was worth the visit, loved our lunch experience

Christmas Tree Trail

By KieranP |

Visited during the Christmas experience. Free parking a stones throw. Fantastic atmosphere, very busy but not over crowded. Enjoyed the free Christmas Tree Trail, with prize for completing the sticker map. Great range of shops / bars / restaurants for all the family. Ate in ‘blaze’ pizza restaurant which was affordable and delicious.

Great option for the night

By Ana |

The former Downtown Disney has changed its name. Now there you will find several restaurant options for all tastes and budgets, as well as several stores, not just Disney stores, but also clothing, makeup and perfume stores. No one can miss the M&M store, it’s simply incredible!

A Disneyfied shopping mall with ambitious pricing

By patncolin |

A Disney-fied shopping mall. There are some nice touches to look at, such as the lego statues and sometimes live shows . There are a wide variety of shops and eateries as well, most though ambitiously priced. Its an enjoyable wander and if you can resist the impulse to buy...free

Amazing Food, Tons of Variety, Fun Activities, Free Parking & Admission - This Place is Great!!

By Heather M |

My fiance and I live a couple hours away and visit here often. We love to try as many food and drink options as possible when we vacation and this is a great place for a fantastic variety from some of the best chefs! Even after multiple trips, we still haven't tried everything we want to because there are so many options. Some places are pricier than others, but the fact there is $0 admission fee and $0 parking fee, makes the overall visit more affordable. Be sure to sign up for emails and follow restaurant websites because great deals can be had...STK happy hour, Edison happy hour and many others. We sometimes stay at the Wyndham Garden next door and they provide a coupon book full of discounts. From the lobby of the hotel to the security check, it's about a 5-6 minute walk total. It's a much more affordable hotel than some of the Disney resorts that are farther away. We have found the least crowded times to visit Disney Springs are in September and May, when kids are in school and it's outside of summer and spring break. Mid-week is always less crowded than weekends and nights tend to be a lot busier than days. Holidays are an insane mess - avoid those! When we aren't walking over from the hotel, we usually arrive to the Lime Garage around 9am and it's practically empty. We grab our coffee and donuts at Everglazed, relax, walk around and then start our food adventures around 11am. Most restaurants can be reserved through Open Table far in advance, which is helpful. But mid-week before 5pm it's pretty easy to walk in and get seated anywhere. If you want to add on some activities, they have an aerophile balloon ride, amphicar ride, bowling, movie theater and a cirque du soleil show. Overall - highly recommend!!

Off park day

By Jason D |

so many shops and food. fun for an "off" Disney day break. would recommend buying from here instead of parks.

Miss the old Downtown Disney

By Lisa F |

First time here since they added all the high-end stores and several parking garages.

Parking and entering is a joke. You have to go up or down an escalator to go through security, and then back down. ( I'm surprised disney doesn't make you pay to park there).

Everything is super expensive and crowded. Very few places to sit or areas to get out of the rain.

Miss the old, quaint area it was before.

We love Disney Springs

We love Disney springs. There are lots of wonderful restaurants. There is plenty of free entertainment. It’s just a nice place to spend the day.

Don’t miss it.

Lovely vibe, so much going on. So clean and well kept. Excellent selection of shops. So many places to eat and drink. Love it here x

Florida has many options for a visit. Try one of those first.

By runner24 |

I have not been at Disney since 1994 and that was only to run the marathon. I was over it then and I've been over the Springs since my first visit when it opened. The only reason I visit (rarely) is when a friend for family visit the park and insist we meet them here for dinner. Some I manage to talk into leaving the park and meeting us in one of the many great restaurants in the Orlando area. Sometimes I have no luck like this visit. The restaurants here are subpar and over priced as they don't have to cater to repete customers. You leave and someone new to the area is in line to get in. It's always been that way at these places. The crowds are here so if that's your thing, you found you're place. Me, I don't relish spending time walking around this area with 100,000 visitors.

It’s A Shopping Centre

By Onajolly50 |

It’s clean, tidy and expensive, great if you want to go shopping and eat. If you don’t give it a miss, wish I had. Not worth the 30 minute drive.

Disney Shopping

By Dee R |

We always take a stop here, for food, shopping, concerts, walking, hopping on the ferries. More calming than the theme parks and no admission costs.

Fur spot for the family to visit

By Maya R |

Lovely location to visit for a taste of Disney without the high costs. Good restaurants and shops and lots of excitement for the family

Disaster

By Cara L |

Getting to Disney Springs on a Saturday night is a logistical nightmare! Google maps could not detect the madness we encountered. We were stuck in gridlock traffic in the parking lot! Never made it to the restaurant. Ended up cancelling our reservation. Where the Disney organization are masters of moving people in and out of the theme parks...they totally FAILED at Disney Springs. Someone should be directing traffic to the massive parking garage at the top of the ramp and prevent cars from entering the Surface parking lot when it is full. There are signs...but if you have never been to this place you could easily have misunderstood the situation too.
Cirque du Soleil had a performance that let out at 945pm. Until that time one of the major thorough fares is closed. In the event of an emergency, this allows access for emergency vehicles as a way in/out. The employees on the ground could not offer much help. They agreed that an online review might be more helpful to expose the problem.

Very nice place!!

Beautiful place to go at night. There are many shopping malls with a variety of prices and places to eat also varied

Nice to visit, a lot to do, crowded

By Jones |

We also visit here each year. This year most of construction of restaurants were completed. The food options are tremendous, from quick bits, sit down service. The shopping is from causal to high end. Very crowded no matter when you visit. Has three parking garages at different locations. Able to get drinks and walk around with it. Clean and everyone very nice.

Genial!!

I loved this place, you can go both children and adults because there is for all tastes, it is a super large place full of attractions, shops and many more things, I loved it

Fun FREE day

By Amber H |

What an awesome FREE thing to do while visiting Orlando. Parking was simple and free. We walked around for a few hours checking out the shops and restaurants! I loved the Lego store.
There is a water taxi that takes you to some of the Disney resorts, even thought we aren’t staying at one we hopped aboard and got off at port Orleans, got some food and walked around then caught the water taxi back to Disney springs- all free!! I highly recommend!

Disney Springs a great place to shop and eat.

By Joseph R |

I must say that the place is amazing for everyone. There are many restaurants, shops, and bars that can keep you occupied for hours.

You will have to go through security so no weapons of any kind. :)

If you're staying at a Disney resort, you can use the free bus transportation, or you can opt for Uber or Lyft. And, if you're driving, parking is free.

However, it's important to note that the expenses can add up quickly, so don't assume that it's a cheap outing. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful place to visit.

Unforgettable. Imperdível.

By Ambrosina Lignani |

To enjoy everything you have in Disney Springs, arrive early (10am) and leave only when you close (10pm) Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring water and be prepared to delight in a beautiful, pleasant place for all ages.
Don't forget to try the EARL of Sandwich sandwich and the delicious desserts from Amorette's Patisserie.
Photograph where you left your car, as the parking lot is quite large.

Nice walk.

By CharlesM382 |

It is the equivalent of Disney Village in France, a suite of shops and animations with Disney as the main theme. You can spend a lot of time there because the center is bigger than in France. Lots of food stalls, rather fast foods but also some traditional restaurants. With the bonus of Cirque du Soleil. Free parking.

Good free entry food and shops place

By LAW64 |

Free parking next to the entrance - although we had to queue for a space. Good security checks - but make sure you leave plenty of time if you are coming for a show. Free to enter then a mix of shops and restaurants. Some were very busy and had long queues so book ahead if you know your timings. We went to Cirque du Soleil and loved it.

Lovely

By Boss Mom |

Super fun. Soooo much to do and sooo much to see. Lots of shops. Make sure to bring LOTS of money and your credit cards, you are gonna need them. Lovet his place though.

Extremely crowded shopping mall with faux scenery.

By MontereyFoodie |

This is probably a favorite place for many people, but for us, it was an extra ring in Dante’s inferno. Essentially, it’s just a large, tacky outdoor mall and the crowds are so thick that it takes about half an hour to walk from one end of this giant mall to the parking lot. Some of the restaurants were packed and not very good. The prices of food and products were high. We assume that the point here is to be able to say you bought this at Disney or something.

Really Fun Day

By Neil R |

We had a fun time just walking around and looking at the sights and doing a little shopping. Our 5 yr old
Loved the volcano on Rainforest Cafe. A great way to spend a day.

Worth a Visit

Worth a visit esp if you are not visiting the Disney parks. Gives you a a Disney experience without the admission cost and parking is free and plentiful. Lots of shops and restaurants to see and experience. As with all Disney properties, it is very clean and well maintained.

Good time to see some of Disney without the expensive tickets.

By Abner B |

Very good. Experience some of Disney without paying so much. There is 3 activities for kids here. Carousel, mini train, and balloon ride. Parking is free. The boat ride js free. And the stores are not crazy overpriced. The line for the cookie place was the longest. 40 minutes. But plenty of food options. We did not see any of the characters. But walking around is a great time.

Parking jam after show for 1.5 hours

By GR0926 |

We love Disney. We are stuck in a one hour traffic jam trying to get out of Disney springs from 09:30-10:45 with no end in sight. There is only 1 way out and the 2 traffic helpers are in not helping. Do not try to leave after the show (which was neat) but do not worth this trouble.

Magical place to go nightly!

By jaimeanne |

This place is amazing! Every and anything you could want in one location without having to pay a fee to enter.

Pros-
Many wonderful places to eat and shop
Felt very secure
Great selection of Disney items
Amazing snacks
Drone Show was great
Excellent Disney Service

Cons-
Gets super crowded (it's Disney to be expected)
Reservations are about a must if you want a sit down place
Expensive (but it's Disney)

Disney springs is a s nice family visit to go to there is multiple shops to go to that have a Disney theme to the outside. There is lots of Restaurants and cafes to go to iff you need a snack and a drink walking round as there is not as much entertainment I would suggest not bringing small ones

Disney Springs in Orlando is a Disney-themed place that offers a variety of shops, restaurants and some entertainment. You can explore boutiques of famous brands, eat at themed restaurants or simply enjoy and get to know the space. Fica localizado dentro do Walt Disney World Resort na cidade de Bay Lake. It is open daily from 10am to 23am, with the exception of Friday and Saturday, which close at 23:30, but if you are looking for a specific place, I suggest checking the establishment's opening hours. We went there to pick up our physical cards at the Disney Ticket Center for use in Disney Parks.

Unhelpful Staff - Art Shop

By Kathryn W |

Using the on site tag machine which states card error/approved offline, tried another but just the same. On approaching staff in the Art Store we hit a brick wall......Not ours, nothing we can do 🤬. Even refused to change a note for us😪. Horrible experience, I thought the USA was all about customer service. Sadly not at Disney Springs.

Beautiful mall, lots to see

By Judith D |

We visited Disney Springs Saturday 6th April mid morning for a couple of hours. It was nowhere near as busy as other reviews made out (once you’ve been to Disney’s Magic Kingdom, nothing is busy in comparison!). It is a beautiful mall around a lake with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. We had a hot dog from a stand so didn’t go into any of the restaurants. My daughter loved the Sephora shop. Lovely wee visit. Would recommend.

worth it!

By Justine C |

Since we couldn’t go to the disney parks during our stay, we spent an evening in Disney Springs and we didn’t regret it, there are a lot of people certainly, but also a lot of shops, atypical restaurants and things to see for free!
The restaurant we tested (Enzo y Maria’S ristorante) was very good!

Shopping

By Cindy K |

Didn't get any pictures but had a great time !!! Lots of different stores to look through and the employees were all pleasant as well !!

Nice place for evening siteseeing

By Lili |

Great place for restaurants, night events, shopping. Free parking.
The place gets packed with tourists all over, having great time! There are several stores and restaurants for all budgets.

Too crowded

By 3000calories |

It’s very hard to park and the place gets extremely busy, to the point of unpleasant. You will feel overwhelmed and annoyed after an hour or so. If you can snag a restaurant reservation there are some fun ones, otherwise avoid this outdoor mall or just go knowing it will be very crowded and expensive. Great for people watching though.

Nice area

By MrMrsHappyR |

Really nice area with some great shops and eateries. Could do with somewhere that sells craft beers for quick service to walk around with. The staff in the guest relations were very helpful.

Nice to get away from the parks for a few hours

By Berries |

Stayed at a Disney hotel so got the bus there and back. Nice to wander around outside the parks for a few hours but not much to buy as there were a lot of expensive shops and even the restaurants were pricey. The World of Disney store was ok but nothing there that wasn’t in the parks.

Incredible business and family trip.

By oscar |

Warm and great family trip. Taking advantage of the visit to the parks and the Truck Expo to get more out of the visit

Go off season, you will have a better experienced

By Roseann D |

Parking garages were easy to get to, but the area is very crowded. Lots of excellent restaurants, but reservations for dinner were difficult to get.

Great area for the kids with free parking!!

By BigMerk |

We were travelling as a family of 8 including 3 grandkids under 10. Our hotel was less than 10 minutes drive away so it was very handy. Parking is free and there are lots of shops and restaurants in a picturesque setting. We especially enjoyed the Lego Store and the Rainforest Cafe during our visit. The kids loved it.

Park in the grapefruit lot

By BeenTo7Continents |

We always park at the grapefruit parking lot so we are closet to the World of Disney part of the complex. We got a Christmas tree stroll map from the Lego store. Lots of room to walk around. There can be crowds depending on what day and what time you go. Big variety of items in the stores and restaurants.

Anything and everything you want

By Daniel A |

Based on the recommendation of the hotel we were told Disney springs has a lot of food options and we could take a bus to the Swan hotel from there to get to Fantasia Mini Golf. We were told that there was a restaurant called Chicken Guy there and we had seen the balloon from the highway and wanted to do that. We took a bus from our hotel the All-Stars Sports Resort. We arrived at Disney Springs and found Chicken Guy! I will also be reviewing Chicken Guy on its own, but we had some food and then walked through there are tons of food and shopping options. We ate before exploring too much but after we found some food trucks along the way I wish we had tried them. There is also a balloon that goes up to 4240 feet giving you a bird’s eye view. This place has a Huge AMC theater, a Circ du sole theater with showtimes daily. We saw tickets for $155 per person and a Planet Hollywood. (TIP) Disney springs however does not have a bus to the Swan hotel the closest bus would be the boardwalk bus and from there you can walk either a pretty long way or you can walk to the lighthouse in the back of the boardwalk hotel and take the water taxi to the swan. I wish this had been shared with us as we walked in the hot sun. (TIP) The water Taxi also goes from the Swan to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the Disney Sky liner does the same. I would recommend a visit to Disney Springs! If this review helped you at all please follow me for more around the world and mark as helpful.

Love Visiting Here

By ccarlson2022 |

Come here every year with teenage and pre-teen daughters. We all love coming here.

It has gotten busier since leaving the Downtown Disney theme. Good selection of stores, dining, and various outdoor and indoor entertainment. We never check who will be onstage but often find ourselves stopping to watch and listen.

The employees here seem to be better than in some of the parks. We’ve never had a single complaint or service issue.

Parking is free if you drive or you can take a free Disney bus from your resort.

The World of Disney, M&M, Coke, Disney Art, and Pin Traders are some of our favorite stores.

I have looked for something at the World of Disney that I saw in the parks before. I was told that the parks get first dibs on the merchandise so if something is low stock, you probably won’t find it here. Not that they don’t have plenty to look through though. The place is huge!

Great weekend getaway

By Tracy H |

Great meal at the Boathouse. Very interesting shopping choices. Ended the day with a movie at the AMC theater and loved the reclining seats.

Planet Hollywood…great experience!

By Wendy V |

The nachos were great…way more than 3 people could eat! Mahi Mahi was delicious as was the salmon. We asked our great server Chuck, what he recommended, and he suggested the lasagna…amazing! Great service, great food!

A wonderful place to shop in the Orlando area

By Ward D |

Disney Springs is located in the heart of the Walt Disney World complex in Orlando, Florida. It is a dynamic shopping, dining, and entertainment complex that offers a pleasant experience for visitors of all ages. The area is divided into four distinct neighborhoods: The Landing, Marketplace, West Side, and Town Center, each offering unique attractions and atmospheres.

The Landing features a charming waterfront setting with upscale dining options like The BOATHOUSE, known for its seafood and nautical theme, and Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, which offers adventurous cocktails and a fun, Indiana Jones-inspired setting.

The Marketplace is designed more for families and those seeking Disney-themed merchandise. It houses the world's largest Disney store, World of Disney, where you can find everything from apparel to collectibles. The Marketplace also includes LEGO Imagination Center, an exciting spot for kids and LEGO enthusiasts alike.

West Side is the entertainment hub. It has attractions like the AMC Disney Springs 24 Dine-In Theatres. House of Blues, and Splitsville Luxury Lanes.

The 4th area, Town Center, is a shopper's paradise, featuring stores like Zara, Anthropologie, Kate Spade New York, and, my favorite, Sugarboo & Co.

The dining options at Disney Springs are as diverse as its shopping. There are over 69 distinct eating establishments or options at the springs

There are numerous parking garages and good security for the area.

Overall, Disney Springs combines the magic of Disney with the excitement of shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to the Orlando area.

Something for everyone

By questtraveler01 |

Restaurants, high-end shopping, Disney merch, entertainment, concerts, music, bowling, a movie theater, kid stores, a hot air balloon, you name it, Disney Springs has it and does not disappoint. Look up a map online so you know what's on property. Go for the day, spend a few hours, shop, or enjoy an evening at one of the many restaurants. Advanced reservations are beneficial especially on weekends and at the more popular restaurants. Expect to pay more for just about everything as it is a tourist destination. There are parking garages and outdoor parking. Currently, parking is free but knowing Disney they could charge at any point. D.S. is also a great place to just roam around and chill. It's especially nice to go during the holidays to enjoy the lights and decor.

So FUN!!

By Bev B |

Disney Springs is GREAT! We dined @ T Rex- FABULOUS! Had chocolate @ Ghirardelli & bought Teas & Spices! There is AMC theatre & MANY Dining spots!

Difficult to navigate with mobility issues

By Emily S |

Typical tourist shopping and dining venue. Be aware that there are limited entry points with security. On a map it may look like you are parked near where you want to be, but you may end up walking a significant distance to get to an entry point.

It is worth the energy, safety and great shopping options!

By Raquel B |

A super-family environment with several open-air shops, varied restaurant options and a special energy that only Disney has. Landscape and entertainment give show!!

A must see while at Disney

By Stacey C |

Always enjoy walking around and checking out the shops at Disney Springs. Could definitely spend an evening there as there is a fair bit to check out and plenty of restaurants to choose from

Great place to visit.

By Jay G |

Great place to visit full of so many shops, food establishments and places to see. Music was amazing and so many friendly staff.

Taste of Disney on a Budget

By Skyler P |

We went to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal, but still wanted a taste of Disney so we went to Disney Springs twice during our week long stay. We didn’t really buy much besides food, (there’s some great plant based options!) but it’s fun just walking around and looking in all the stores and things. If you ever want a Disney feel, but don’t want/can’t spend the money on entry to one of the Disney Parks, I recommend coming here and being a kid again!

Nice Day at Disney Springs!

By Tonya A |

I visited Disney World in the past but was unfamiliar with Disney Springs. I, along with my 20-year-old and 21-year-old daughters visited Disney Springs on March 20, 2024. The weather was perfect; it was cool, a little breezy earlier in the day and the sun was out. This is a nice park for those who don't do any rides (at other Disney parks) and would rather shop around. There is no admission fee and no fee for parking unless you want Valet parking. You have the option of parking on the "surface" level which is the ground level, or you can use the parking garage. We parked on the "surface" level. I was informed by someone that parked in the parking garage that they did a complete bag check; there were security guards at the ground level when I entered the park, but they didn't check my purse-backpack.
It didn't seem to be as much walking as the other parks (though my back and feet were still hurting) and it was not crowded. There is the Aerophile Balloon Flight ride, but it was closed due to the winds (which seemed pretty mild to me at the time). We checked this ride later in the afternoon, but it was still closed. There was also a little kiddie train ride in the park; parents were also allowed to ride with their kid. There were plenty of shops and restaurants along with food/drink vendors along the path. The Rainforest Cafe was really cute and had dining. There are shows and other experiences that you can enjoy with a price and there is a movie theatre. There were areas where live music was playing but what I really enjoyed was the calming, smooth jazz-like Disney and other music playing around the park. We stayed in the park for about 5 and a half hours......What a really nice day!!!

Great hangout for the family

By Simon Skotheimsvik |

Nice plays to hang with the family in the evenings. Despite all the folks there, it was always clean and good looking. Great entertainment and good shops. If you plan to do a dinner with the family, it is a good idea to book a table in advance. Easy to drive there and find free parking lots.

Excellent walk

By GaBy_VM12 |

Perfect for strolling and eating, shopping, restaurants, and shows.
On this date there are Christmas carols and activities.

Best shopping center Orlando

By ALFREDO M |

Best shopping center in Orlando, excellent shops, restaurants and spaces to be with the family.

Beautiful experience. I loved the place. But restrooms need to be manned more frequently.

By Melody Mudh |

Beautiful ambience, many restaurants , lots of shops both Disney shops & general . Relaxed atmosphere. I loved every minute

When to Go

By L'Art En Route |

It is great during the day for families and more for couples in the evening. They have a firm opening time and you will have to wait in a line until they open.

disney springs

By Shaun K |

The biggest Disney in the world, loads of shops something for every one loads of places to eat and drink, we had a burger from de luxe burgers very nice and pleasant , also well to AMC cinema . A nice place to sit and watch the world go by or walk around and have something to eat , very clean and tidy worth a trip give yourself at least half a day

Good choice of shops but too busy in July

By Monkey-Bob |

Good choice of shops. Good bus service and well organised entry but too busy in July! 30 minute queue to even get into the Lego shop

family time

By La F |

A shopping center with many options for stores, restaurants, nice to take some photos, ideal for an afternoon

Great place to spend a night and wander

By greglinmon |

The great night to sit back lots of choices for dining, people watching and shopping. Definitely crowded but we got reservations for dining later and not as bad. Food for just about anyone. I highly recommend finding a place to sit and take it all in,

Lots to do and see

By Jeremy C |

Had a lot of fun exploring Disney Springs on a Saturday night. Great variety of Dusney and non-Disney shops to explore and lots of fun entertainment. Only negative is the huge crowds, with long lines at many of the restaurants and some of the stores.

Such a great place to hang out and it’s free!! You only pay if you avail a service or eat at a restaurant. There are so

By Natalie1204 |

I spent a lovely day there - shopping, eating, soaking in the sun. Remember if you’ve already been to Disneyland, keep your receipt and use it to get a one time discount at any of the Disney stores at Disney springs. I went in July and there were sales at some of the stores so yay would definitely say it’s a good time to go. Also there’s a Lego store etc so plenty to do if you’re with kids as well

Shop, eat, repeat

By L18SUM |

Our family of two adults, an 8 year old and a 6 year old visited Disney World for two weeks holiday in October.

We enjoyed an afternoon at Disney Springs walking around the shops and having dinner at the T Rex restaurant. The shopping complex is clean and vibrant with a wide variety of shops and places to eat.

Our shopping included the massive Disney store for soft toys, the Christmas shop for Disney decorations and the Goofy candy store for some sweets.

Enjoy!

No Ticket Required (Albeit Deep Pockets Recommended)

By The Autistic Traveler |

I was only in Orlando for a short time, but since I had a few days of freedom after a tiring event at the Orange County Convention Center, I decided to bus over to Disney Springs for a half day to walk around a bit and grab some food. It’s a great place to do just that, not having to worry about purchasing an entry ticket or trying to maximize value for money. The mall is connected superbly by Disney and various other private bus services, and Lynx (the public bus network) stops here frequently.

There are dozens of restaurants of varying cuisines, quality levels, and price points, including some tourist traps like T-Rex Cafe. There are some high-end shops and boutiques, as well as all the Disney merch stores you could ever ask for. Stores like the M&M store also have locations here. Anything family-friendly they’ve got. Plus a movie theater. You can also buy theme park tickets here, as expected.

Be prepared for a lot of walking and, if it rains, hunkering down somewhere or bringing a really strong umbrella. You never know with Florida weather! All in all, Disney Springs was an enjoyable experience, and I would return in the future.

Enjoy the shops

By ScottishGal |

Nice to have a wander round the shops. I would say dining choice is relatively limited. Sephora is great! Loved watching the hot air balloon go up and down. Plenty of parking.

Mandatory visit in Orlando

By Alicia Gisselle E. |

We started our trip in Orlando visiting this place. Saturday afternoon was quite busy, it was a little difficult to get parking. We really enjoyed it despite the rain and all the people there. It has many options to eat although I considered it not so economical. Great variety of stores. It is worth visiting and spending a nice afternoon there.

Same shops as inside parks, but without park prices.

By mandana t |

This place is primarily a shopping and restaurant destination with limited entertainment options. They do have an indoor theater that hosts shows or acts, but the tickets are quite expensive, ranging from $70 to $100. However, I highly recommend checking out the free entertainment at the stage near the pond and lake area. There are four different showtimes throughout the day, and it is something you must see.

Visit and enjoy a lot

By Pedro Dantas |

Spectacular, a visit that even being free puts you in the “disney world”. It is worth passing through the entire complex, knowing the restaurants, shops, having access to everything that can be seen in this place.
Really a tour that should be included in your trip to Orlando.

Disney time outside Disney parks

By JuanAmaya |

We had a great time there! It was so easy and comfortable to get in there from our Disney resort ( a shuttle ) and get out the same way! Really it was a great time !

Fun place

By Bogotarocks |

We were here at end of October/start of November - and it was a lot less busy than when we came a few years previously in the summer. It was still busy - but by no means packed.

The place is spotless, extremely safe, and full of Disney Magic. Some great places to eat here (make sure you book well in advance for the most popular one) with our favourite being The Boathouse.

Lots of cool Disney shops - and of course lots of snacks.

Of course it isn't cheap - but nothing is at Disney!

Great place to visit - shops, dining and entertainment - you can't go wrong

By sa1gon |

We visited here just over a year ago and it seemed a bit disappointing.

This time we loved it. The restaurants, the shops and entertainment. We visited several shops and dined in three of the restaurants.

Parking is free and easy, even on a busy day.

I would recommend booking a table, if you were going to dine at the weekend but on a weekday we just walked in, with no issues.

We will come back to Disney Springs, if we return to Orlando.

Beautiful place

By travelcouple12 |

Disney Springs is a nice place to stroll and super great made with the Disney characters etc. Great facility, ample free parking

It's a trap!

By BT_Aloha |

It’s a trap — just another Disney ploy to fleece whatever money you’ve got left after already forking out premium prices for their deluxe resorts.

It’s 2026, yet we’re still relying on diesel buses driven by people to move between resorts and parks inside Disney World. I’m not even an EV enthusiast, but I expected some kind of technological progress by now.

Inside, you’ll experience waiting an excessive amount of time to dine or experience any of the offerings, in case you didnt already experience this in the park or needed to be reminded.

Disney Springs comes off like an unnecessary hub if Walt’s original vision for efficient mass transportation had actually been realised. But he’s long gone, and decisions like this seem designed mainly to keep the shareholders grinning like a mob of galahs while the dividends roll in. Feels a bit dodgy, honestly.

Getting in and out of the muti-story parking is also an ordeal. Crowding is like downtown bombay, the dunny is also disgusting and you may have to cease the opportunity to bush wee like Bluey if the line for it is long.

My recommendation: give this place a miss. Your time and money are better spent elsewhere

A place to shop and be with the famiñy

By Venture59975781811 |

Great place.for the family, free parking, great ambience. It gets crowded but you can walk easily. Ghirardeli store its a must.

Love Disney Springs

By mommom120 |

Disney Springs is a really great place to walk around, shop and dine at both elegant and down-to-earth restaurants. Plenty of things to do there!

Nice night

By dannybmanchester14 |

Nice night out but no buses there and the prices are just stupid, not everything needs to be making money to a ridiculous point also the security were so rude asking what’s up with me and do I have a issue , yea I have a issue being spoke to like a toddler

Hated every minute !

By WalesBluejay |

Easily the worst night of our visit to Orlando !
We used to come regularly 6 years and more ago when it was known as Downtown Disney as the only alternative to the theme parks scene . It was a pleasant evening without the madness of the theme parks ( so adults could unwind a bit )but still lots to see and do and you could enjoy a stroll around , see open air events etc
Now it’s morphed into something 4 times as big with huge multi storey car parks and frankly feels just like an extension of the theme parks with lots and lots of families, Disney happy kiddies and stressed out parents , lots and lots of Disney / tourist shops with eye watering prices.
We couldn’t get parked anywhere near Cirque du Soliel so had to battle through the whole complex : not easy when it’s heaving . While there were more restaurants and bars we couldn’t get a seat anywhere ( even for a drink) in 3 hours and were subsequently told there’s a presumption you would book a table . To be honest there was that much noise everywhere you couldn’t hear folks speak anyway .
In short if you want to spend a family night with the children and don’t mind all the queues, are ready for the demands and cost of the Disney outlets you will probably enjoy it . If you want a more adult focused experience save yourself the time and find an alternative.

Evening outing away from the parks

By Nicococure |

We arrived in town on a Thursday evening, and headed to Disney Springs after our hotel check in. It was full of visitors, and after parking in the garage, a walk through security was required to enter the grounds. This area is really unlike anyplace I’ve experienced. To my surprise, both parking and entry to the Disney Springs are free. This area is a well-maintained mall area with a grand promenade. The Christmas holiday decorations added to the charm at night. There are many higher end retail stores, which made for a nice evening outing, especially with teenagers who wanted to roam freely. Disney Springs is a nice day or evening activity away from the parks.

Cute.

By Matilde R |

Beautiful wonderful spectacularly beautiful right now at Christmas. Shops full of color and cute things for home and family

Great place

By EvaKanic |

Me and my family went to Disney Springs and had a great time. There are many nice resturants and cafees as well as great shopping. The athosphere in itself is great. A relaxing place, but still alot that goes on. You can do things at your own pace. I can recommend it.

wonderful place

By Rene P |

It's a very nice place to take pictures and for children to enjoy you should stay in nearby hotels is better so you can walk in a very quiet area
There are good restaurants go with time to have meza

Too expensive

By Catherine G |

Lovely to walk around just a total rip off $8.50 for a bottle of coke zero from a drink stand
Come on as we all walked around came to find coke factory even that was cheaper very over rated place

Hated it.

By Kristy F |

What happened to Disney Springs!?!?! It's been 7 years since we last came and so much has changed. Definitely not for the better. It was INSANELY busy and not at all like I remembered. Also you all have to line up like cattle and go through security to get in - to an outdoor shopping mall?!?! So weird.

Disney vibe

By K. T |

Great visit as usual. Get the Disney vibe without spending your wallet to get into amusement parks. Great for families of teens and young adults.

Fabulous Dinner

By Hobbit Honey |

After a long day of travelling to Florida we spent the afternoon at the pool then took the steam boat to Disney Springs from the Port Orlenas Riverside. Had a wonderful dinner at the Paradia 37 (spelling is wrong sorry). Best salad ever and excellent service.

Shopping, Dining, and Entertainment in One

By Carol Ann J |

There is something for everyone at Disney Springs. Parking in one of the garages at is very convenient. We enjoy strolling around the area, dining at the Polite Pig, and watching the visiting groups perform when we are there. There are many restaurants to choose from, designer and other stores throughout the area, a movie theater and other entertainment.

A Must-Visit Disney Destination Beyond the Parks

By Greg E |

Disney Springs is so much more than just a shopping center—it’s an experience. Whether it’s your first visit to Walt Disney World or your hundredth, this massive, open-air entertainment district offers something for everyone. I’ve spent years coming here, and every visit still feels special.

Parking is totally free—yes, FREE—thanks to garages like Lime, Orange, and Grapefruit, with Mango and Watermelon surface lots nearby. You can get here easily via Disney buses from all resorts, or by boat from Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, and Port Orleans. (Just note: there’s no transportation to the parks from here.)

Start on the West Side and you’ll find Cirque du Soleil’s “Drawn to Life,” House of Blues, Splitsville Bowling, City Works, and the AMC Dine-In theater. There’s great food here too—Jaleo, food trucks, and Everglazed Donuts (absolutely worth a stop!). I still remember going to Splitsville and AMC during my College Program days, and now I love coming back with family and friends.

Near the Orange Garage, you’ll see Planet Hollywood, the massive Coca-Cola Store, and the famous Chicken Guy. As you move deeper in, you’ll find upscale dining like STK Steakhouse, Maria & Enzo’s, The Edison, Wine Bar George, and my personal favorite—The Boathouse.

Centrally located is the Guest Relations location I’m proud to be part of. And just past that, heading toward the Lime Garage, you hit the heart of Disney Springs. World of Disney is a must—it’s huge—and nearby are the LEGO Store, Rainforest Café (with its erupting volcano), and T-Rex Café. There’s also a variety of Italian and seafood options around here.

The far east side features the Marketplace Co-Op, the year-round Christmas shop, and the boat dock where you can take a scenic ride to nearby resorts. It’s a great place to slow down, grab a coffee, and take in the views.

Value Tip: You don’t have to spend a dime to enjoy yourself. Live entertainment, people-watching, window shopping, and beautiful walking paths are all free. But if you’re ready to splurge, you’ll find everything from quick bites to fine dining and high-end shopping.

Whether you’re here for a date night, a few hours, or an all-day outing, Disney Springs has something for everyone. It’s a little slice of Disney magic—with no park ticket required.

Beware Intrusive Slow Security if you visit

By Captain Hook |

The place has the most ridiculous security for what is basically a shopping centre. We got stuck in a huge queue in the car park, there are no warning signs your bags are going to be very intrusively searched and it makes you want to get back in the car and leave rather than put up with it.

When you get in it is very busy and probably too small for the amount of people. We went to the Lego store, and were slightly disappointed to find the prices were so high.

In retrospect for all sorts of reasons not really worth seeing.

GREAT

By KJTD123 |

Great for shopping, a good variety of shops. Plenty to choose for eateries, some a little expensive but this Disney all over. Would recommend.

The big disney store is amazing!

By Harriet |

This has had a huge change since I was a child but there are still some constants like Planet Hollywood and the brilliantly big Disney store!

There is so much to do here - shop, eat and watch the brilliant drone show! I feel like because there are so many shops now, you can spend a lot longer here! The shops are not all Disney-oriented but the huge Disney store is definitely the best for me. It has everything!

Fun Visit Even With the Holiday Crowds

By PackUpNGoNow |

We visited Disney Springs on the weekend before Christmas. Even with the holiday crowd, it was still a fun visit.

We expected crowds so we came early at around 10:30 a.m. Parking in the Lime or Orange garages can be a nightmare so we parked in the Strawberry open parking lot - we parked up front (lots of parking spots) and it was a quick walk through security. By the time we left at around 4 p.m., the signs said that the Lime and Orange garages were full and many cars were cruising the Strawberry lot for parking.

Disney Springs was hosting its traditional Christmas Tree Stroll. We picked up the tree map at City Works Eatery & Pour House that is located near the Strawberry lot entrance (other four locations include the LEGO Store and Joffrey Coffee). Do the tree stroll for fun and not for the cheap Christmas ornament prize. There are around a dozen Christmas trees located throughout Disney Springs, each with a theme such as Lion King and Star Wars.

Disney Springs was nicely decorated for the holidays. We were told that holiday decorations should be still up for at least a week after New Year's Day.

During peak holiday periods, it is best to make restaurant reservations for lunch as well as dinner. That morning, it was easy to make a reservation (Disney website) for lunch at Morimoto Asia (all time slots were open except dinner hours). By the time we left at around 1 p.m., there was a line - we overheard the host saying it was a least a 1/2 hour wait. Most restaurants did not appear to have lunch hour lines but we saw long lines at a few places like Rainforest Cafe, Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant and Chicken Guy.

We visited some stores that of course, were crowded with holiday shoppers. The LEGO Store had a line wrapped around the store! We shopped at the Marketplace Co-op that has some unique Disney-themed houseware and clothing and skipped the popular (and very crowded) World of Disney mega store.

Happy Holidays!

You love it or you hate it

By MHigher |

You either love it or hate it.
This is a shopping and dining complex on a grand scale — a true feast for the senses. Everything is themed in classic Disney style, either designed to captivate children (with dinosaur attractions, for instance) or to entertain adults with unique and quirky experiences you’ll rarely find elsewhere (such as the famous amphibious cars).

There’s an impressive variety of restaurants and shops to choose from. While prices tend to be on the higher side, the overall experience feels quite special and distinctive.
Parking in the multiple garages is free, the entire area is very clean, and although it can get crowded on weekend evenings, the lively atmosphere adds to its charm.
Once again — you’ll either love it or you won’t, but it’s definitely worth a visit.

Fun day at Disney Springs

By BushkaTexas |

We really enjoyed our afternoon at Disney Springs. Sometimes you can find Disney related items that are not at the parks. Overall Disney clothing has went downhill in quality and creativity. We used to buy lots of Disney shirts, but now they are all cheap and screen printed where they used to be embroidered and I wish they would offer better items. Ate at Chef Smith's Homecoming restaurant and it was delicious as usual. The Lego store has huge lines to get in it so be prepared for a 30 minute wait. Parking is free and it was nice this time to have our car there so we could quickly get back to our hotel.

It's..

By Roses |

a mall, really. If you've already been to stores like the M&M's, Coca-Cola, Uniqlo, etc. you're not missing much. There are some photo opportunities I suppose like the famous Lego dragon, Elemental characters, etc.
Very crowded place and pricy.

Disney Shopping

By luishomer |

It’s a nice place, a large outdoor mall with lots of areas and ideal to start your experience inside Disney parks; the best plan to make on arrival day in Orlando.

Disney Springs - if you like to shop and eat check it out!

By Natalie D |

Fun place to visit! Ton of great shopping and restaurants. Sunday was super busy but went Monday as well and the crowds were light.Live bands both days we were there.

Very good.

Disney Springs is a sidewalk with several restaurants and theme shops, also close to the bus stops to other Disney parks. At Disney Springs are the Lego store and the cool T.Rex restaurant for kids.

I visited Disney Springs on the day I arrived in Orlando. I used my arrival day to go to Disney Springs instead of one of the Disney World theme parks so that I could spend a full day at one of the Disney World theme parks the days after my arrival.
Speaking of Disney Springs, there are a lot of marketplaces but I did not buy anything from there. The restaurants were good. There was also an art store with some great paintings. I also visited the Lego store which was cool to view. I also rode on the Aerophile Balloon which was a good and relaxing ride. There were also concerts. Overall, Disney Springs can be a relaxing (but not thrilling) place that prepares you to go to the mainstream Disney World theme parks. Disney Springs is a good place to visit if never visited before.

Loved it so much we went back 3x

By Amber H |

What an awesome FREE thing to do while visiting Orlando. Parking was simple and free. We walked around for a few hours checking out the shops and restaurants! I loved the Lego store.
There is a water taxi that takes you to some of the Disney resorts, even thought we aren’t staying at one we hopped aboard and got off at port Orleans, got some food and walked around then caught the water taxi back to Disney springs- all free!! I highly recommend!

Mandatory tour

By JGreg |

Very nice place, full of shops, restaurants and Disney services. It's an excellent free experience to walk around there, go into the stores, see shows that take place there, take lots of photos. Free parking. Lots of security. Find out about the stores and services offered on the website. I wanted to go more often during our stay, but I didn't have any free time. I highly recommend it.

Nice little day out

By Wai83 |

We only found out about this place as it was recommended to us by an Uber Driver. It is free to enter and feels like a mini resort. We didn’t have a car so Uber was our friend - approx costs depending on time of day and traffic /how busy it is from International Drive ITrolley stop 15 to here is approx 12-19 dollars one way.
There are a lot of food places and I would recommend getting here early as it gets quite busy. They have pizza places, steak houses, seafood, coffee shops, snack places, bars etc

Shops here include under armour, Anthropologie, Uniqlo, Zara, Kate Spade, Lego shop, Marvel hero store, Star Wars store. Plenty family friendly stores. We spent a good few hours here on a sunny day.

Just remember if you are taking an Uber /Lyft you need to head back to the Uber/Lyft pick up and drop off point. They can’t go beyond that.

Go here over Disney World

By arualpalm |

Go here over Disney World, particularly if you have young children who will not remember Disney World. Great atmosphere here, and I had more fun here than at Disney World.

Experiencing Disney Spring

By Melly |

This a shopping and eating area inside the Disney complex in Orlando. If you stay in the Disney hotel, you can take their free shuttle to this are. They also have theatre and Cirque de Soleil attraction. There are a hot spring balloon ride and carrousel inside the area. Nice place to visit when you in Orlando.

WARNING: Disney Springs is NOT recommended! Terrible service, rude staff, and disrespectful treatment — even with childr

By karla p |

ATTENTION TOURISTS: Disney Springs is not a recommended place!

Today, September 28, 2025, we had an extremely negative experience. An employee treated us rudely and disrespectfully simply because we parked in the wrong place.

We were treated like outsiders, even with children present, and the employee yelled at us in a demeaning manner. The way we were treated made us feel completely disrespected and insulted.

Disney is known for "creating magic" and treating guests well, but this employee completely ruined the experience.

We do not recommend anyone to come to Disney Springs if they want to be treated with respect. We will never return. Let this serve as a warning to other tourists who plan to spend their money honestly and do not want to be mistreated.

Disney Day without the Disney Cost

By Tereena Morelli |

This was full of surprises for me! I actually didn't mean to go to Disney Springs - actually never heard of it. I found out about a place in Orlando that you can go for a ride in an Amphicar so off we go!

As we enter the "gates" ... what is this place? are the first words. Shops, street music, restaurants, club entertainment - all good stuff. We make our way to the Boathouse Restaurant to get our tickets and off on our adventure! This ride is a Must Must Must on your experience list. Apparently the only place in the world you can get a ride in one of these without knowing a private collector. A leisurely 25 minute glide around Bay Lake helps map out the rest of our day.

We spot a Rainforest Cafe where we can have a delish lunch before we catch a (free) Sassagoula boat ride from the Springs to a few of Walt Disney's Resorts.
The venture down the Sassagoula River to Port Orleans Resort rewarded us with some very beautiful scenery and some very yummy Mouse Ear Beignets!!

Who Knew?

Mall atmosphere, but fun.

By Lisa M |

Miss the old time feel of Downtown Disney. Disney Springs still has an older section that I love, and has tons of newer shops including souvenirs and mall trip shops. Fun spot to get Disney ready or to wrap up a trip.

Good Drone Show

By Sunny P |

We went in the eveing to go and see the new drone show. We knew that if went to where all the action was then it was going to crowded so we spoke to a Disney member and they advised that the bridge where Rainforest Cafe is a great spot. Indeed it was, hardly anyone there, no hussle or bussle, shame they have no speakers installed there so sound is limited.
There a plenty of shops and restaurannts to go to, parking is free but hectic. We were fortunate to find a space on the lower floor.
Atmostphere is always wonderful, eveyone seems to be in a great mood.

Massive impressive expensive crowded outdoor mall by Disney

By Chad2014 |

What it has: free parking, crowds, big variety of crowded restaurants and stores, great design and look
What it doesn't have: reasonable prices, much in the way of entertainment

Some of the restaurants are great so worth going, but know what you're getting into

Free Entry. Shopping and Dining. No Rides.

By CES122 |

I recommend Cooke’s / Fish and Chips.
BB Wolf / Hot Dogs. Sunshine Churros.
Everglazed Donuts. Ghirardelli ice cream.
Starbucks. Marketplace Co-op.
Bowers Candles. World of Disney. All are good.
Some tourists will in a straight line and will not veer. Be careful. DS is very good for adults. Not some much for children. East to walk and navigate. 3-6 hours.

Liked it so much, we ended up there 4 nights in a row.

By C-SoBa |

We spent four nights in Orlando and enjoyed a different restaurant at Disney Springs each evening. There was a convenient shuttle from our hotel, it was a fun destination. It had been several years since I had been there and they have address some excellent shopping! Highly recommend.

Beautiful walk

By Florencia Z |

It's a nice walk to do, there were a lot of people the days we went. The mym or coke place are fun. It has a huge Disney store

Anniversary Trip

By Anthony W |

We had dinner twice and lunch once in Disney Springs I will talk about these restaurants in separately. We did some shopping. Very busy on Saturday and Sunday, but not at as bad on Tuesday! So many shops and restaurants it's a must do!!!

First day: showing Disney magic

By Fabiana Furlan |

We took our first day in Orlando to rest. At the end of the day we went to dinner at Disney Springs. My children were enchanted by the Disney magic! The themed store is gigantic. I love Lego, Coca-Cola and M&M’s. The Lego Dino in the lake is charming.
Tip: go in the late afternoon and early evening. The lighting is already a show.
Free parking. Several restaurants and shows.

Capped off a great week.

By Steven J |

Had a really great day here on my trip. Considering it's a tourist area the food was good.

Had a nice little chat with one of the security workers about Spiritbox, Day seeker and Sleep Token too. Which was nice.

My birthday at Disney Springs🥳

By Erika |

We watched Cirque Du Soleil: wonderful!
We had dinner at Planet Hollywood: very tasty, pleasant and fun atmosphere!
Cool stores and it's really a cool place to walk around! We love it!❤️

Unmissable

By cmejiabet |

Unmissable walk through Disney Spring in the evening or evening. Everything is designed to give you the best experience. Restaurants, shops and the most pleasant spaces for you to enjoy with your family. Parking is free of charge.

Lovely place

By Mk31 |

The food and shopping here is wonderful,
It is also
Great simply to walk around. The decorations are fun, and it’s a great option that is more affordable than the Disney parks.

VERY CROWDED

By Martyn G |

First of all, I'm very impressed with security, but this is not the downtown disney I remember. No.longer quait or interesting. You're just fighting the crowds the whole time. This is a great place for adults to shop, eat, and drink. I wouldn't bring young children here. They will be bored! It's a crowded outdoor shopping mall

Beautiful area

By Pathfinder730320 |

This is a very vibrant beautiful area! From the shops to the eateries it's a pretty cool place to hang out. It's free to get in and parking is free.

Great Experience at Disney Springs

By dalefried |

Free Parking. Great shopping, entertainment and restaurants . A lot of walking. I recommend going before 4pm and you can find parking spots. After 4pm, it gets crowded. People were standing in line to get into the Lego store! From here, you can get free transportation to the other Disney hotels.

Saddened

By Zee S |

Definitely not the Disney I remember
Our kids had a decent experience but it was a bit disappointing since we have a special needs child the wait was insane

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By DoodyDestination |

We absolutely love visiting Disney Springs, especially now with all the new holiday merch and decorations — it’s so festive and fun! 🎄✨ One of the best parts is that parking is completely free, which makes the experience even better. There are so many amazing food and drink options, you could easily spend the whole day exploring.

We highly recommend checking out the new marshmallow stand — our samples were so delicious! 🍡 And don’t miss the Christmas store, which is open year-round — it’s a must-see whether you’re a Florida local or a tourist. Always a magical stop and full of Disney holiday spirit! 💫

DISNEY SPRINGS

By Global35906977122 |

Very clean safe environment lots of high end shops good restaurants bit expensive but choice of food not just the same burger/pizza fare.

TERRIBLE AND DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE AT DISNEY SPRINGS!!!

By Colwyn C |

IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD..It was my first time going to Disney Springs tonight and it will definitely be my last time going there. I went to go celebrate my sister's birthday there and as I was heading back to the garage to get my car, I ended up going to the wrong garage by accident, but then to get to the other garage, you have to go through the security checkpoint which is stupid to me when you could have made the access alot easier to get to the other garage, but they didn't do that.. instead the securities at the Orange Garage checkpoint with the metal detectors said something on me went off when I went through it and they thought it was my niece's baby bag I had on me and instead of them checking that, they decided to racially profile me instead making me take everything I had on me in my pants out of the pockets and when I did that the security took the metal detector and scanned me with it again and it beeped and I told him I had nothing else on me and then he had the audacity to tell me to "take off my belt from my pants".. HOW EMBARRASSING THAT EXPERIENCE WAS. They made me feel like crap and it was not the experience I wanted to go through tonight just to go get to my car in the Lime parking garage. If this is how yall treat people and your establishment, then you don't deserve to be here. The other worse part about this experience was after we left those security guards that showed no remorse for the way they treated me, after finally getting to head over to the direction of where the Lime Parking Garage, me and my friend were walking down the path towards where the railings were blocking off on the side and as we were walking down we saw 4 white cops in the corner just chatting having a conversation and the sec they saw me and this is how I'm going to describe it as it happens, but within 3 secs stopped their conversion and they started walking behind me with their dog to see if it can pinpoint any weird scents on me and I felt even more racially profiled after that, because other people walked passed them and they didn't bat an eye, but because they saw me as a black male they wasted no time to start walking behind me with their dog just so they can come up with an excuse to get me for anything. I looked back at the white female officer that had the dog and she looked at me and there was nothing but disgust and disappointment on my face and the whole experience from being racially profile twice ruined my night there and I would never go back again. YOUR SECURITY AND POLICE TEAM NEEDS TO DO BETTER AND STOP RACIALLY PROFILING US. I was close to suing yall because of that female officer with her other officer colleagues if they had stopped me for no reason and YOUR SECURITY TEAM NEEDS TO DO BETTER. Also fix your situation with the garages and make it easier for us to get to the other garage instead of going through another checkpoint again.

Family trip

By Hege-Kristin Sø... G |

There are only shops here. There are many specialty stores like Lego, Star Wars and of course Disney and many more. There is also plenty of food here. We took a bus there. Perfect place to go if you like to see in shops.

Shopping trip

If you love Disney shops this is the place to go , there was loads of place to eat , it was very busy place to be but the overall experience was amazing there was so much to look at

Wonderful atmosphere!

By Michael R |

An all together wonderful place to spend the evening after visiting the Disney Parks. A great place to unwind and people watch.

Beautiful place

By Patricia M |

A very beautiful place to visit with family, or friends, have many and very good shops, restaurants, among others and although it is not Disney world is very nice to visit.

It’s gone down hill

By Heath H |

It’s not to bad in the day time till 8pm but then the teenagers arrive . Swearing , smoking when the drone show starts, then you ask them to stop smoking in the none smoking area and get told to F off in front of your 7 year old . Let’s just say not the Disney experience my child deserves.

Miserable workers and need a 2nd mortgage

By Fizzlesticks |

I’ve been coming to Disney for many many years I’ve spent my life visiting Disney so much so that it’s rubbed off on my kids and they are now working at Disney at give it everything every day with a huge Disney smile and work extremely hard !!! That’s why I’m giving the review I’m giving. I visited Ghirardelli ice cream store in Disney springs and was served by Katherine and she truly was the most miserable worker I have met at Disney. In all the 50 years I’ve visited. Not a single smile during any part of any transaction I witnessed her taking she looked like someone had just ran over her puppy !!
Staff used to want to work at Disney it was a privilege to say it
My kids used to dream of it and they’ve ticked it off their bucket list. They are happy every day. ( I’m not. Each trip costs my 20k ). That’s something else that needs addressing. 30 dollars for parking. ????? Seriously stop the greed.

Worth a visit

By Laurence P |

Great place to grab some gifts. Nice clean enviroment and easy to get around. Plenty of stores to choose from. Be prepared to queue to get in to some stores as they get to full capacity.

Disney Springs has it all

By Travel Lovin’ Lady |

Disney Springs truly has it all. It offers a unique blend of entertainment, dining, and shopping- From quick bites to fine dining, unique boutiques and Disney stores, live entertainment… there is something for everyone. We had a meal at Earl of Sandwich that was one of the best Italian sandwiches we’ve had. The Italian Sub was very flavorful and tasty. There is so much to see and do here, definitely a highlight to our Florida vacation.

The expense of Disney in a mall

By Richard W |

If you want to spend all your money at Disney without the rides then come here, was a pleasant enough day, plenty of shops to visit, lots of bars and restaurants so you won't go thirsty or hungry, a couple of little kids rides and that's it really, a Disney shopping mall.

Not the Friendliest Place

By Angela |

We have visited Disney Springs every time we have been to Florida. We love the Christmas Store, Art Store, and TRex Cafe. We just visited and had a decent time, but the crowds were pretty insane and we couldn’t handle it.
The staff at most stores seem overworked and annoyed.
I also couldn’t get a certain memory out of my head from our last visit. Unfortunately we went at the beginning of 2022 that was a massive mistake. I totally understood the mask policy, but the behavior I saw in Goofys Candy Store was downright appalling. A woman had entered in front of us with a scarf over her face. There was a big line to get in, and you had to follow the line to get out. The entire staff at the candy store was screaming at her, telling her to leave immediately. This poor woman was terrified and the hate in these people’s eyes was just upsetting. She was trying to leave the store, but she wasn’t able to get out because of the overcrowding.
I just couldn’t stop thinking about that the entire time I was at Disney Springs this time around.

Great experience

By Betty |

Nice place to walk around and enjoy the shops and restaurants. There are a great variety of shops: Disney stores and name brands. Make sure you stay for the drone show at night. Plenty of parking.

Amazing!

By Jose V |

When I visited Disney Springs, I was amazed by its lively atmosphere and variety. It’s more than just a shopping center; it’s a blend of entertainment, dining, and unique stores. I enjoyed a great meal at one of the high-end restaurants and had fun exploring the boutiques. The lakeside walk and live music added to the experience, and the sunset views from the bridge were stunning. Disney Springs is a fantastic spot to unwind and have a great time outside the theme parks.

Great midweek trip

By nicole s |

Love coming to Disney springs. We came on a Wednesday and Thursday. Not very crowded so that was nice. Ate at Polite Pig as usual and it didn’t disappoint!!

Unforgettable experience at Disney springs

By Michal Smith |

Disney Springs is an absolute must-visit! The mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment is unbeatable. We loved the vibrant atmosphere, especially the live performances and unique shops. The variety of restaurants catered to all tastes, and the waterfront views were stunning. Whether you're there for a family outing or a night out with friends, Disney Springs offers something for everyone. Can't wait to go back

Can skip this one and be ok!

By skd22 |

We went one evening. Parking is free. Line to get in is like the airport TSA. They did a bag check, and ran a wand over me. Basically this is an outdoor shopping mall. We did eat at the Polite Pig and it was very good.

"Mall"

By Laly912 |

It is a great shopping center, with many shops, restaurants and entertainment.
From Disney World hotels, you can take a bus, which takes you for free to this place and admission is also free.
It's a nice walk!!

Nice area also for teenagers and adults

By Lene H |

Great area with good parking capacity. Recommend an evening tour where a shopper, walks around the area and eats dinner.

For a little walk

By Marcelo A |

For a walk it's okay, it's not a must, I don't think it's worth it if you're not around. Places to eat are expensive, shops have park prices.

Plenty to do

By juliaandadam123 |

Plenty of shops and places to eat, or even just space to wander around and enjoy a bit more of a chilled time than in the parks.

Disney Fun

By Elizabeth H |

So much fun! My son and I had 2 days in Disney and we spent 1 day exploring Disney Springs. Highly recommend. We loved the great food and shopping. The area is like another DisneyPark without the rides.

Pleasant place to explore.

By Martha S |

Clean. Easy walking. Friendly staff. Lots to do! Live show, music free. Easy bus transportation free to entire Disney properties- well marked and friendly drivers. Great food. Cute place to visit.

Beautiful shopping area near the airport

By Photography Seppe |

We went here because otherwise we had to wait a whole day at the airport until our flight was. It was about 27 minutes away by Uber. It's a nice place with nice shops (including a lot of Disney of course), you can watch a unique show of Cirque du Soleil or eat something in the many shops.

The coolest spot to shop, eat and drink!

By Mike from Rival Town |

So many incredible restaurants and shops! You can easily kill half a day to a day here. The restaurants are hard to pick friends m but you can’t go wrong with the majority of them…just please do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time at Rainforest Cafe or even Planet Hollywood…there’s so many more restaurants that are way better. Boathouse was an incredible meal by the water, was a very romantic spot for my fiance and I to celebrate our engagement. Chicken Guy is the best chicken strips I’ve ever had and is perfect for a quick meal. The Coca Cola building was cool, and was especially fun trying out the flight of drinks from around the world (even though some of them weren’t very good). Next time I go I’m dying to try Raglan Road!

Horrible experience with overcrowding and no where to park

By RedDragon17 |

Horrible experience! We made reservations at a restaurant and it took almost an hour to find parking. There was no way out of the gridlock parking area. Why does Disney allow cars inside a parking lot that is overcrowded and there’s no one directing traffic?! After the long hour getting a spot in a different garage and going through 8 light cycles we had to wait in a very long line to get into DS. Disney, have you ever heard of crowd control? This would be catastrophic if there was a situation—a fire hazard. There’s no space to walk and way too many people.

As we were leaving DS there was a line exiting. A line to exit DS to walk to our car! Really bad decisions being made at the top.

Perhaps start charging an entry fee and have more staff directing and controlling traffic.

I do not recommend coming here. We did not enjoy this experience and will not be returning.

Nice place to have a walk not a lot there for kids

By Vickyb63 |

stunning shopping and dining facility with scenic lake views and boat rides .
However as it is owned by Disney we expected it to be more child friendly . The only fun activity was a very underwhelming carousel . The ticket office is there for day entrance to the parks .

A great place to visit

By Tamara M |

We love Disney Springs. Our Disney trip always starts with a first night visit to Disney Springs. We love the atmosphere and the fact that there is so much to see and do. Lots of great restaurants to choose from and lots of great shopping too. It gets us excited for the next few days that we will spend at the parks. We had not been since before the pandemic and were thrilled to see how many new shops there were. We are going back this year and plan to get to Orlando early just so we can spend some extra time at Disney Springs.

Good

Very nice place, full of shops, restaurants and Disney services. It's an excellent free experience to walk around there, go into the stores, see shows that take place there, take lots of photos. Free parking. Lots of security. Find out about the stores and services offered on the website. I wanted to go more often during our stay, but I didn't have any free time. I highly recommend it.

Fun experience with the family...Disney after dark.

By Geoffrey N |

Fun experience with the family...Disney after dark.
Loads of great dining options, super shops, easy access and fab entertainment make this a fun destination. Only let down - get a small 7/11 or the like so families can stock up on healthy / affordable supplies before hitting the parks / hotels.

Attention to Lottery.

By Gustavo Assed |

Maximum lot! The site has everything to be a tourist spot, but the maximum plot that was turned out to be a negative point for the site. Nothing could be done! Row in everything, the shops crowded, impossible to stay anywhere! Taking that, the place is super cool in another season!

Disney Spring Night is missing

By uzmelissa |

I really enjoyed when I was there. It has lots of dining, shopping options and it's just fun way. I preferred to go at dining time after restaurant had great walk it was effortless fun.

Crowds and credit cards

By Blaze Blue |

Disney Springs is a cool area with lots to options to eat, shop, explore. Very crowded during most times does make it a bit uncomfortable and somewhat stressful. Prices range from high to ridiculous in most places, although you do have the occasional sale or lunch specials.
Avoid Ghiradellis ice cream unless you are willing to pay almost $100 dollars for five ice cream’s. That was three cones and two small sundae’s. Disney greed at its best, in a delicious form.

Lunch in House of the Blues bar and restaurant

By seacat80 |

The house of blues bar and restaurant Disney Springs lovely food great service great music and a great atmosphere 10 out of 10 for effort

Great Park Alternative

By iamjujubites |

Disney Springs is a great alternative to the parks. Shops, restaurants, and plenty of activities for people of all ages. Walking around was easy as long as the crowds are good that day. Be prepared to get reservations and or wait for most restaurants. Even with the wait, the food is pretty excellent all the way around. Lego in Disney Springs - never again - unless it's right at opening and I have an appointment!

Too many people

By SeattleReebs |

This is just a Disney themed shopping mall. It is overrun with people, expensive, and poor quality food. Don't waste your time.

Worth visiting!

By Karen M |

We visited a couple of times during our stay. The first time, we had a family dinner and did some shopping. The next time was a grown up night without a child. The parking is easy and secure. There are so many choices for restaurants and nightlife. Cute little shopping spots and a beautiful environment. Nice break from the park scene.

you have to go

By iljoaca |

We went to collect the tickets to the parks. They took great care of us.
We stayed for lunch at a pizzeria, and walked around.
There were a lot of people that day because it was a long weekend in the USA, but in any case it is an unmissable walk.

A lot of walking but something for everyone

By Melissa A |

Great shopping and restaurants with a little something for everyone. The Disney store is huge and the best Disney store we encountered in town, but there are so many other stores from casual and tourist centered (Coke, M &M, Lego, etc) to luxury brands. We enjoyed the variety available and found ourselves easily entertained for most of the day. Like most things Disney expect lots of walking, crowded spaces and done waits for the most popular stops.

Wonderful spot to visit

By Roycephus Pulsipher |

Great place to visit! Lots of different shops and places to eat. A little hectic at times, but would definitely return again to try out some more restaurants and listen to the live bands they have playing.

We love Disney Springs

By EMMLEE |

We love Disney Springs and the addition of the drone show was fantastic. We ended up watching from the top of the Orange garage. My daughter hates crowds tightly packed in so this seemed a little more manageable for her. It was the perfect view. We always love a browse round the shops and try a new restaurant each time. Also love ever glazed doughnuts! Nice sweet treat to end the visit.

Disney Springs for all your shopping needs while in Orlando! Don’t miss out on Gideon’s cookies before returning back to your hotel! Delicious!

Afternoon trip

By Nin Braich |

We visited on a day where there was torrential rain lol, so this altered the day somewhat 🤣 we managed to visit most of the shops and I had a wonderful time in Sephora 💖 you honestly could do a lot of damage in the shops here so you must venture with caution ! I feel I’d there wasn’t such a downpour we would have enjoyed our day much more. I would defo recommend a visit here x

Outdoor trendy shopping!!

By Diane D |

Still as lovely as i remember from a few years ago. It is an outdoor mall so i do try and come when weather is not too bad. Lots of great stores.

A good spot for a visit Day or Night

By Worry911 |

A lovely spot for shopping, eating or just enjoying a nice drink by the waterfront.

A large selection of outlook shops with some fabulous spots to stop to eat and drink. We visited twice during our stay in Orlando, once during the day and once in the evening.

Wheelchair rental

By Kimberly P |

Disney Springs is a very cute and fun area to shop and eat. My only complaint (and it’s significant) is handicap accessibility. My husband is disabled and needed a wheelchair. Wheelchairs are located in the center of the entire area nowhere near east or west drop off areas. This was a terrible situation. I would hope that Disney will someday reconsider this location or add a wheelchair rental near one of these entrance areas.

Include this on your next Disney vacation!

By Stephen A |

Plan to stop at Disney Springs during your next Orlando vacation! A ton of great stores, restaurants and beautiful views. You can spend several hours going through this fantastic outdoor mall. Great people in the stores and lots of choices. Definitely worth the visit!
