We stayed a couple of nights at the Eureka Casino Hotel, and we spent the evenings in the casino. The staff is friendly and helpful. I only play one table game, and that is roulette, which I enjoy. Their dealers are professional, especially Sam and Claudia. Wonderful experience compared to some of the mega-casinos where you are just a "guest"...

Went here to eat, real nice restaurant, great value for nice meal. Clean, light not dark and dandy inside, very clean great air quality. Night I was there slots lose. Tables were accessible. Really thought great little casino, ample parking. Easy to get to

Stopped on the way to Vegas. Casino was very clean well laid out. There was plenty of room to move around. The staff was very friendly. Also had bingo everyday.

By NitroDog |

My wife and I visited to have drinks and gamble. Very nice casino with very friendly staff. Dining options are limited. The Coffee Shop closes early. The bartenders were very friendly. They have some of the latest Slot and Video Poker machines. I will return on my next visit to Mesquite.

Out of the three large casinos in Mesquite, we think the Eureka is the finest of them all. The others are either a little "rough" or little to children oriented. But, this casino is separate from the their hotel by a parking lot, and so family pool time does not spill over into the casino area. Nice restaurants and a great buffet are inside this casino. There are plenty of slots and tables with a nice atmosphere. They have a nice gift shop too.

By Melissa M |

Visited the casino on a Monday afternoon. Very pleasant staff. Got a mug for signing up for their players program. Very fortunate that the casino wasn't too smokey. Good variety of machines but quite a few of the penny slots were 35 cents minimum bid..which adds up fast for someone you likes to play on $20 for most of the afternoon. Still a good time. Had lunch at the restaurant, service was ok, a little slow. Food was average. My grilled cheese was not melted and bread was crunchy; which was a little annoying!

Nothing special about the Eureka casino as soon as you walk In you are hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and that was about 10:30 am. Small sport book to bet. I would go to the Casablanca resort better air infiltration system can barley smell any smoke much larger sport book.

By Jeff P |

Its funny reading Casino reviews and all some people talk about is smoking , the smell, gotta take a shower, etc. I know all Casinos have no smoking rooms and most Casinos have changed there ventilation system as this one has. If you want to review the place, say what it has or doesnt have
, we all know there is smoking going on.anyway, This Casino has kept up on renovation in order to be more modern than the other Mesquite Casinos but for us that is not always better. We have never done well here and dont feel as welcome as we do at Virgin River. Even Casa Blanca has a friendly feel to it. We will stop by again in hopes the vibe gets better for us,It is a nice Casino and oh ya, there is smoking going on here.

Eureka Casino is a laid back, casual casino. Even with quite a few people within, I still found it to be a good place to relax.

By Leona J |

It's a small casino but very bright and clean. No one in our party had any luck at the machines though as they were not paying out at all. We were there on a Wednesday night and there where a lot of people but not overly crowded.

By jks481905 |

the atmosphere was good friendly staff and we were given free slot play for signing up for the players club, The buffet was closed during the week which was a disappointment as we were looking for a place to eat lunch and were told buffet only open on weekends that made no sense as its right on a very busy interstate and casino was crowded

By Grace A |

We enjoyed our time at the casino playing Bingo. The place is cleaned and the staff is very friendly. They do allow smoking but the smell isn’t bad and not every area has smoking. We will certainly go back the next time we are in Mesquite, NV. There are several restaurants and they all looked good. They only have the buffet on the weekends but you can get plenty of food at the other restaurants.

By Robert P |

I ate here with a friend on the way to Las Vegas. The buffet was very good with a large variety of entrees, side dishes and desserts. It's a buffet so you don't have to worry about service but the people bringing beverages and removing empty plates were very efficient and courteous. I try to stay away from buffets because I want to try everything just to see how it tastes. The only thing I could find that was really inferior was the pizza. I was pretty sure it wouldn't be very good but I tried it anyway - my error. So, I can recommend about everything else. I really like bread pudding and they usually have some available. The fruit pies are pretty mediocre but you have all the soft serve ice cream you could want with a variety of topics. If you're ready to blow your diet this is a good place to do it.

I finally had to buy a water I was so parched. The two times the server did come around - she didn't come back or did - but passed me by because she already gave my water away - none was on her tray.

By Shirley B |

We had a great breakfast with family here on Wed morning. The food was very good and plenty of it. The staff were very nice.

By Mitch m |

This was our 5th year booking our golf trip at the Eureka hotel casino and we will continue to do so. Clean comfortable rooms, nice pool, friendly staff and Jennifer is very accommodating in booking and knowledgeable about local golf courses. Overall another great Misquite golf trip thanks to the Eureka.

Out of the three major casinos in Mesquite, this one is the best. Friendly craps and table game dealers. They are helpful to people who are new to the game and they seem like they genuinely want you to win. $5 craps weekdays, $10 craps weekends. Table games usually have $5 minimums with some going up to $10 on the weekends. They have live video versions craps, blackjack, roulette, and the wheel as well as non-live versions of most games. Eureka has the youngest crowd out of the Mesquite casinos. They also have a non-smoking area.

By JimandHeather |

We were in Mesquite on New Years Eve and had a ball at this casino. They held a New Year's celebration at 12:00 noon because it must be New Year somewhere so we helped the celebrate. We had champagne, party favours to celebrate that were supplied by the casino.

By Ralphie R |

Clean casino located right off of I 15 in Mesquite. This is a smoking casino but the air circulation is good. WIde selection of gambling options. Table games, slots, poker room and a small sports book. Mason Street Restaurant open daily (with a small buffet), but the Town Square large buffet only open on weekends. Two bar areas, one has a dance floor and music on the weekends.

By christinarsteffen |

THIS HOTEL AND ITS STAFF SUPPORT CHILD PREDATORS!! We had a man that was a PERV staying next to us who we had to have arrested because he tried to kicking the adjoining door to our room to get to our little girls. and eureka and the staff did NOTHING to help or accommodate at all.. they have actually made the entire experience even worse with their non resistant customer service.

By Ernie A |

Love this place - everyone is super friendly. Lot of different kinds of slots to play and tables if so inclinced. Would go back to again.

By Papalr1948 |

Casino has a mix of old and new slot machines. Payouts were good enough to allow us to play for several hours without having to dip very deep in our pockets. Ate dinner in the restaurant. Menu had a good variety of choices. We had prime rib dip sandwichs and they were excellent. They offer a buffet, but it closed at 7 pm and we were a little late. Would definitely eat there again.

By kaj20 |

We played in the casino several times during our 2-night stay there. They have a good variety of slots and video poker. We had a lot of fun, and the beverage service is great.

By Lesliek62 |

I have always had a great time at this casino but this last visit in Aug it was almost UNBEARABLE to be in there. Whatever the new air/carpet deodorant is being used smells sooooo toxic that I felt very sorry for the employees to be breathing it for HOURS. I had to leave due to not being able to inhale the air. There weren't very many people gambling so I assume they were having the same problem. I think the SMOKE is better than what they're putting into the air !!

By kaj20 |

We had so much fun in the casino. They have a large variety of slots and video poker machines. Beverage servers come around often. It's a nice atmosphere.

By dkerrick |

They have the best outdoor Fourth of July celebration in the area although it’s been going downhill for food and drinks for families. Beer is plentiful but not soft drinks. No burgers and dogs food stands outside which is a mistake on the casinos part. Inside cafe is over crowded and service was poor. Go on a non occasion day the food and service is better. My first time going here had a terrible experience and got no response from management or anyone who cared. Some one six years ago poured a shaker of salt over my six year olds food. My crying child got no dinner that night and my food a salad tasted terrible the chicken in my Caesar salad was old and tasted rotten. I to had no dinner. Asked for management none ever showed up waitress was what do you want me to do about it. I paid for the food and wrote to the head manger a few days latter after my phone calls were never returned. I never heard anything back from her. We walked to the McDonald’s across from casino after fireworks was over. Every year those memories stick in my head. So I bring my own food, snacks, and drinks to watch the fireworks. It’s much more enjoyable. The casino should be selling cold drinks and food durning there outdoor events. Yesterday I was at casino service hadn’t improved much after six years.

By DeniseG468 |

Driving home to California from Northern Utah stop here for a 30 minute stretch and break. Liked the casino. Had a large variety of slots, friendly staff. Did not eat here but looked good. Will stop here again.

By Gregs2276 |

The Eureka Casino is one of the nicest in Mesquite. I have never had a bad experience there and I have been coming for years. The pit is friendly and the dealers are nice and helpful. Great place to play

By Richard Y |

Year after year the Eureka earns deserved recognition from the people who live in Mesquite as the "best in" many categories, such as Hotel, Buffet, Gaming (slots and table games). But there is more to it than that. Nowhere in town will you find more friendly and personable employees than here. The management of this Casino is top notch and really becomes involved with the community too, from promoting reading and educational opportunities for local children to supporting our veterans through such programs as the Wounded Warrior Project the Eureka earns kudos. It is the Eureka that has sponsored Annual Fireworks displays for the citizens of Mesquite after the City Government opted out a number of years ago . It is the Eureka that sponsors the annual Shriek....reeka, a Halloween extravaganza for children of all ages. And the Eureka recognizes virtually every occasion throughout the year with special decorations and celebrations - Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's and Father's Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New's Year. Football is celebrated from September until the Super Bowl. And don't forget the now annual Off Road Motocross event at the end of February.......the Eureka is the primary sponsor.

The staff here is incredible as well. Nowhere in this town will you find finer and friendlier Bar Tenders, Cocktail Servers, Slot Attendants, Dealers and Table Game Attendants, Restaurant and Security Personnel, Casino Hosts and Maintenance Crew. They all seem to take the time to get to know you and what you like.

My wife and I have gone to other local casinos but none of them have the feel of "home" like this casino does. They have just the right combination of service and support for this community and we love them.

By Jenny from the block |

This is my favorite place to come and play. The dealers are the friendliest and the best!
I did have a problem tonight with one of the pit bosses, but thankfully Terry in the VIP office took initiative to make it right. She was so sweet and should be recognized for her excellent service. Thanks to Myriam as well for her help.

By Ford P |

By far the best casino here in Mesquite, NV. Friendly staff, clean nad a great place to win some extra cash in slot play. The food in house is also very good and you will enjoy free drinks as you play your favorite games of chance. Take my advice and spend some productive time in the Eureka Casino. A great destination in Mesquite, NV.

By Daniel Rossi |

Nice place to hang out and gamble! Hate the smoke, but it wasnt bad there at all! Checked out the lounge and the steakhouse! Great food and drinks!

By Ryderset |

Found the payouts at this casino to be the best in town. Food was OK with the exception of Gregory's which was exceptional for fine dinning

By ilikevegas2004 |

I enjoyed this casino! It is one of the newer casinos. They don’t have a hotel attached to it, but there is one located across the street.

By Samuel M |

I imagine this was how Las Vegas was in the good old days. Friendly, helpful staff. Loose slots helped us win some money!

By John S |

This casino is like the good old days in Vegas. They treat every player like a high roller and the staff really does a great job keeping the players happy.

By Sharyl G |

Rooms are pricey, but fabulous!!! I also like their Sunday Brunch and the Main Street Café. Everyone on the staff is super friendly!!

By Robert L |

Its a casino so smokey. Nothing for the kids to do. You have to go through the Casino to get to the restaurant.

By landrew68 |

The casino is clean and well cared for. The staff is what really makes the difference. Amazing people in all departments. The slots are good and the tables have progressives unlike the other casinos in town

By LVRick462p |

I always enjoy going to the Eureka. Its my favorite in Mesquite. The staff is always great. Not nearly as smoky as one of it's competitors. I rarely stay in the hotel but when I do they are very nice. In the casino, I am never a big winner but never a big loser either. The weekend buffets are nice as well.

By JackR1872AA |

going through to California stopped in was very surprised at how nice it was clean good priced great food will come again

By kaj20 |

This local casino is so well-maintained. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Drink servers come around often. They have a good variety of slot machines. We always have fun there.

By johnd9425 |

We enjoyed the casino and hotel. Safe feeling inside, plenty of parking. Earned reward credits and used to eat at café and buffet.

By DIDIERGOLF |

Decent casino, limited table games but plenty of machines friendly staff. Decent poker room with small games. A bit smoky due to its size it would be nice to have non smoking areas or better ventilation. Good seafood Friday buffet. Easy access and ample parking.

By Greg A |

We were staying at the Virgin River, but the cigarette smoke sent us next door to the Eureka. While they do smoke in there, it seems that they have a better ventilation system and you cannot really smell the smoke. We ate dinner at the cafe there and it was really good. The staff were very attentive and fun. If we come back to the area, we will probably stay here.

By allan b |

Enjoyed sitting at the bar playing the machines. In 3 days I only lost $5.00, but enjoyed plenty of drinks along the way. Certainly more than $5.00 worth. I would consider trying Gregory's Grill next time....

By Christopher K |

Stayed here for a second time while visiting Mesquite. Very nice clean rooms, nice pool area and a great casino with plenty of restaurant options. Unlike Vegas rooms, there is a refrigerator in the room, so Walmart is not far away to get cheap snack and beverages.

By Kat H |

I have like gambling here because they have non-smokers tables. We gambled for a few hours and some of us lost and some won.

By heartsandrocks26 |

Fun casino drink girl pretty quick. It was fun to win but the machines don't pay out much like back in the old days. Would coulda shoulda left after winning 150.00.

By ldybg |

Standard casino with slots and tables. Like all casinos the odds are in the houses favor. There are two restaurants and several bars

By cmasc |

I hadn't been in Eureka casino in many years. After spending a few hours in another nearby casino, I decided to visit Eureka casino. The layout of the casino seems to have changed a lot. Shops and restaurants on one side of the casino. Didn't lose money in this casino - so maybe I will keep the casino on my itinerary on my next visit to Mesquite.

By alaska152 |

slots seemed loose! great visit. Pleasant airy casino not so smoky as some. Slots are newer than casino across the street

By Manywheels |

Been to their weekend buffet many times and it the best in town. Casino and hotel are awesome as well

By Kyle B |

Casino was nice and clean. The games seemed to be more giving than those in Vegas. I would visit again.

By garysorensen |

Stayed at Virgin.River.What a mistake.Eureka treated us like kings. The place a more pleasant atmosphere & you are treated well. The staff are very friendly & will treat you like a person should be treated.Loved boycotting Virgin & spending my time here.

By CHAR536 |

Nice local casino. Has hotel which is very nice with comfortable beds and free Wi Fi. Good food in restaurant. You get big portion for reasonable price. Gregory's the Steak House is excellent and we like to go early for the early bird specials. Good selection of slots and table games. Alas you do not always win but can have fun.

By cannonater |

Restaurant for breakfast doesn’t open until 8:00 am on Sunday and tables don’t open until noon.. Walked across the street to a very welcome environment and decent casino breakfast..

By SusieRussell |

Eureka Casino in Mesquite, NV - is a nice facility. One of the nicer casino's but still, it could use some updating. Comfortable to be in On Mesa Blvd. I didn't gamble. Was much nicer than the Virgin River hotel/casino.

By slyscubbasteve |

The Eureka Casino is absolutely one of the finest casino's one has ever entered. Because, of their high tech air circulation system which was put in a few years ago. Therefore, one does not smell like a smoke house factory where one has to immediately take off one's clothes and wash them as well as getting into the shower before going to bed.

By patpetetravel |

The woman behind the counter at the Mesquite Fine Arts suggested Eureka Casino. We signed up for a casino card, got free travel mugs, and won a small pot of gold to take home. All in all a great day!
We play a little slots, but mostly table games. It is the staff at the table games who make the play worthwhile. A friendly hello, a where are you from, an encouraging pat on the table to win, and we are sucked in. I think it is because when we are traveling we like to have a connection with a place, we like to have someone acknowledge that we have come to them and really want to meet a local, or hear a story. I know table staff do not have the time to rattle on, but a friendly word or two now and then keeps us interested. Hats off to Eureka Casino in Mesquite, Nevada!

By slot_manager2 |

The hotel has a nice modern vibe, my room was awesome. We had a large flat screen in the room and I had no problem with the hotels super fast WIFI. The pool was relaxing and not very crowded.

By Geneva P |

Getting a players card is easy. You are given a free gift of travel coffee mug and some free play. Food was tasty, waitress attentive. Did not stay here, just stopped in for a few hours. We asked for decks of old casino cards and were given 2 decks. Smoke is not bad..

By Iris G |

I have been to dozens of casinos over the years and even if I win, I may not give a good review. Eureka Casino gets five stars mainly because of it's staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and just seemed to be enjoying their jobs, not something you often see in casinos. There are loads of slots for all denominations so you are not limited to penny slots alone. They have lots of promotions. By the way, I did win!

By kaj20 |

This is a very friendly small town casino. They have lots of varieties of slots, and we always have fun there.

By pittsburgh82 |

The hotel and casino as a whole are the cleanest and best kept in the area.

You will find all gaming table fun along with plenty of slot machine choices.

There is a comfortable sitting area to relax w/friends and take a break with a drink if you like ~ tv area included.

The sports book is small but offers room enough to sit and catch up on the action.

Gregory's is the upscale/fine dining restaurant which is a little pricey but worth it. The café offers many selections and the food is top notch. We enjoy the Sunday champagne brunch which has changed over the past few yrs. Most stations offer individually prepared portions in small to take containers. Some folks do not like this, personally, I welcome the change as it is less waste and much cleaner. Catch this if you have the chance.

By J. C. Gable |

This casino offers excellent slots and table games plus a very good coffee shop and good fine dining. The prices are fair and the staff friendly.

By ArmyNurseElPaso_TX |

I really enjoyed their every 2 hour Bingo. Good selection of slots. Niece enjoyed playing craps. Adequate parking.

By iluvmoose |

You don't find many casinos that continue to have noticeable improvements within the casino. Eureka owners continues to make their casino more inviting. Clean, not smokey atmosphere. Different from the other casinos in town.

By aprilroush |

I asked a manager to call the hotel shuttle for my husband and I...we were told to walk...it wasn't that far...Rather than getting upset and speaking my mind... I just leave...keep in mind...my husband and I are disabled due to knee replacements

By Linda Darling |

I have home in Mesquite Nevada. One of three casinos in town. Always hometown feel. Never a disappointment. Locals like this venue also.

By Oregontraveler477 |

There's lots of slots and tables. But as the day goes on, the smoke builds up. Looked for non-smoking sections. There are none. Seems to be a running thing in Nevada casinos though so this one is no different.
Come in, play early in day if you don't like smoke. Avoid restaurants

By Tree |

While this casino was large & had several games, I felt the service did not compare to service we have received in other casinos in the area.

Talking to other guests at the resort/hotel, they had similar experiences. One guest stated he had been here a few times & loved the hotel, but would not return to the casino ... I kinda feel the same way.

Just disappointing ... the atmosphere at the casino seemed very "ho-hum".

By walks4653 |

Most casinos are similar, this is nothing different. I enjoy a little gambling, hard to get on a live 21 table but played some video poker etc. Friendly bar staff and cashiers. The smoke is unfortunately an inherent component of gambling. Hard to find an area with zero smoke.

By Kevin M |

I like this experience mainly because i can walk out not smelling like an ashtray. They also have the best dining in town from pizza to steak and everything in between.

By Johntexas50 |

Beyond horrible. Many of the table games don't open until the afternoon or evening. Most slot play is penny or quarter, and they are the tightest slots I've played in years - save your cash and ease your frustrations.

By Rosando R |

This was our second visit to Eureka Casino in 6 weeks. The casino is nice but the smoking atmosphere detracts from the experience. We also visited Casablanca while on this trip and the smoke did not seem as prevelant. I understand smoking is allowed in the facilities but it seems to overpower the air. It was difficult to enjoy oneself when your eyes wont stop burning due to the smoke. We enjoyed our visit overall and will return.

By redcoat70 |

Went to the Sunday Buffet which was a Champagne Style and it cost me over $20.00 with Tax. I don't drink alcohol however this made no difference in price. The buffet was limited in choice of items available (compared to say the Virgin River Buffet which had many more buffet items and quicker and faster grill service). Table service was sporadic with only one waitress serving the area that I was seated in. Food itself was just ok.

By Ron |

I'm not really a casino kind of person, but entering this establishment just made me sad... even with great ventilation, I could still smell smoke everywhere. The games were standard, nothing good or bad there, but if you want to gamble there are better options in town.

By Gina C |

Beautiful place, didn't win any money...however staff that gave me member card was pleasant from Wisconsin.

By window2004 |

The buffet is kind of skimpy, with only the basics. The dining room has tables close together. Not much privacy. Smoke from the casino drifts through. This was a one time trial and we will avoid going there again. Parking for cars is a walk away, and handicap spaces were limited and full. Slots are money hungry. The hotel is not attached and up on a bluff.

By FXDL07 |

This is just a review of the casino. Surprisingly they had some newer machines that were fun to play. I didn't win in the long run but did better here then at the Virgin River. Cocktail servers were a little lacking but they were at the other places also. Of the three casinos I have been to in Mesquite, this would be my preference.

By David and Cindy |

found the atmosphere very low. No life. Drink server on floor was terrible, never returned with our order. Questioned how much we were playing on slot machine. Did not feel welcome at all.

By Sue49321 |

Went here to kill a few hours, casino is very nice. Fairly good choice in slot machines.
We had the soup and salad bar for lunch, really good, had awesome clam chowder.
We would have spent more time here but we had too many other things to do. If in the area again we would go back.

By BigMug |

Tried my luck in the Eureka. Not going to say I struck it rich, but very happy with my experience. Plan on coming back.

By kaj20 |

We stayed at the hotel and went in the casino several times. It's just a quick walk across the parking lots. The casino has a friendly atmosphere, and they come around often to serve drinks. A nice, safe place!

By Tracy P |

nice casino has everything and I like the smaller atmosphere.

it was a bit smokey they need a better air system

By kaj20 |

This casino is casual and fun. We visit every year during a golf trip. There are lots of different machines to play, and waitresses come around often to serve drinks.

By Eric B |

Nice, clean, and quiet casino with great food options and a wonderful pool area with 2 hot tubs. Only casino that has poker as well although game wrapped up early the night I was there.

By Laurie G |

the casino was pretty small. Outdated and venting system not very good. Had all that any other casino has.

By Secondcrk |

Just another Casino in a hot desert town! Slots are not even very loose. Some decent eating here, but go gamble across the street!

By Dawfin |

New casino, very pretty! We didn't stay here just played the casino. No luck at video poker didn't get to play very long before it took my money.

By RichandStell H |

Sorry to see the Asian part of the menu gone from the cafe. Food quality is adequate but basic diner taste. Good desserts but the menu is much more limited now. Pay a lot more and go to Gregory's, their fine dining room.

By Carolyn B |

Great fun, great food and wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered was professional and helpful. We arrived with no reservations to the hotel, found a beatiful room waiting. The players club had lot's of perks. The wait staff in dining room was top notch and the buffet had excellent food.

By sweetatr |

We usually stop in just to see what's new. The gaming choices are average but they still have a few video poker machines which pay out coins you collect with a small bucket if you are in to that. Good draft beer selection at the casino bars.

By Elaine M |

Casino is great food is good. Not to smoky clean , staff are friendly ,easy to get around inside nice place to visit so many places to choose from to stay over night rather get better price someplace else

By Charles A |

I thought being employee owned, this would be a happier more vibrant place, but it seemed a bit gloomy underneath the smoke.

By 57BravesLvr |

We live here and the Eureka is important to us. But lately something must be going on. Restaurant service is deteriorated and the folks at the rewards club are surly and ill tempered. We'll be back, but it will be awhile

By kaj20 |

We always have fun in this casino when we are here for our golf trips. The atmosphere is lively, and the beverage service is good.

By Deborah H |

We got our playing cards at the sign up desk and the two ladies were so friendly and very informative. The machines were a great mixture. We played for a couple of hours . We earned a couple of travel mugs and a baseball hat for my husband. On Sunday we played a couple of hours before heading home and I won $580. We were heading home with more than we came with!! We will make another visit in the spring

By Frank G |

We have been ot the Eureka Casino quite a few times since moving to Mesquite. But not for the reason most go.... We really do love the buffet! It's different from most buffets. They portion out most of the selections into small conatiners making it easy to control how much you are getting. Granted you can still pick up 2 or 3 small buckets of crab legs but taking 1 at a time, I believe, does a pretty good job of controlling wasted food. The quality of the food is also better than most buffets. Sometimes it seems like all the food at a buffet tastes the same! Not here. Excellent service and nice atmosphere. Would be nice to have ALL NO SMOKING but obviously you can't smoke in the eating area. It seems the Casino needs to upgrade the ventilation system or go to no smoking anywhere in the casino. Can't really believe in this day and age that places like this still allow indoor smoking. This is not a 100% adult attraction so kids can be brought into the eating area also. But you still need to walk through the casino filled with smoke. I feel bad for the non-smoking staff.

By Rory S |

Came here on a Monday and Tuesday night. Kinda empty but very fun. Love getting drinks comped while I play. Won enough to cover 2 rooms for 2 nights dinner and gas on 1 spin. More than tripled my money. And the baby momma and my mother won quite a bit too. Can't complain at all. Give it a shot if your in the area.

By Mike B |

very fun and clean. Was not very busy so was enjoyable. Staff was nice drinks were good. Cant remember what restraint we get dinned at but it was good. Would go back

By Wayne K |

We went to the Casino for dinner and took in the buffet. The choices were many, but still did not compare to some of the Casinos in Las Vegas. We felt the food was about average. We went to the Casino area and there too we were a little disappointed because we could not find slot machines like they have in Las Vegas.

By kittenlivesmatter2 |

Wonderful casino and friendly staff! Payouts are good from my perspective ,has a few good dining options and drinks are delicious

By ccramsey2018 |

I had a good meal at the Mason Street Cafe. Courteous staff, clean and good food. Location is just off the interstate through the town of Mesquite Nevada.

By Carolyn H |

We go here to gamble and play a little bingo. Dan one of the pit bosses is great and very personable. Eat before you go has they don't have a lot of food options.

By Tiffany M |

Buffet closes by 8pm and their cafe closes at 11 pm, which means if you get hungry go to another casino. Do not go to their little kiosk, meal is $8.00 to be treated poorly by an old angry man. Takes your order, collects your money then makes your food without washing his hands. Eureka is the best place to gamble just the worse place to eat.

By michele4063 |

Not too bad of a place. Gaming is pretty much the same as Las Vegas. The food was resonable and not bad at all. Clean and friendly

By suz406 |

The casino is nice but the service was non existent. We were gambling for an hour and no service on the floor. We went up to the bar a played poker and service was hard to get there.
So for that reason we went over to Virgin River casino since the service is amazing!

By SleazEd |

Relatively clean atmosphere; well maintained. Compared to the Virgin River Casino across the street, this was paradise. Great steakhouse restaurant with reasonable prices for the fare.

By Manuel Y |

Amazingly friendly casino! This place may be smaller than Vegas casinos but just so darn fun! All the latest slots and table games are availabl. They also have a great bingo parlor! Loads of fun! I only wish they had a small snack bar or cart in the bingo parlor for a quick hot dog, sandwich or other hot snack. They do, however, have free soft drinks for active bingo players.

My husband and I have coming to Mesquite for years. We love to golf and gamble. Mesquite as an abundant of both. This year we went over to the Eureka casino to gamble as we had the night before. We had been there about an hour when we finally got asked if we would like a drink. When the sever return she remind me that there is a gambling minimum to receive complementary drinks. And I get it you don't want to be serving people who aren't gambling, but I felt like saying this is my third night here and first drink ordered. I think I earned my lousy drink.
But we finished our drinks and cashed out, not to return for the rest of this two week vacation. Their loss not mine!

By Bernadette M |

Ok casino. Very smokey. Lots a good machines. Didn't win anything but did see others winning. Had fun. Cocktail waitresses are very friendly.

By Tiff M |

Stopped in to sign up for the card. Friendly staff, seems clean, and the steak place looks like a nice place to eat. They have the old coin machines when you walk in. It has a good variety of slot games as well, some i have never seen before. I would be interested in staying here sometime. It's away from home a little, makes you feel comfortable, and it feels inviting.

Great casino, very nice hotel and their restaurants have been redone and are clean and food is great. the Buffet on weekends is fantastic and we love Gregory's
Steakhouse.

By j m |

After a long drive from Denver,, we thought we would skip the fast food chains, and try the food at the Eureka casino. I order the Chicken fried steak ,that came with a side of vegetables. This was ONE OF THE WORST MEALS I HAVE EVER BEEN SERVED. It was as bad as some of the food I have had in China!! I had scramble eggs and bacon in Beijing that didn't taste like anything I have ever tasted. This meal at the Eureka Casino will know compete for the worst food on earth. The mystery meat in the chicken fried whatever ,was a cross between breakfast sausage, and Spam. I wanted to vomit, but didn't want to taste it again!! The mashed potatoes also had an odd taste, so I tried the vegetables(corn green beans), they had a metallic flavor, that matched perfectly with the rest of this mess! If you want to taste some of the worst food in the sixty countries I have been to, plug your nose and swallow fast.

By Robert S |

This is a nicely appointed casino with restaurants and gift shops. We are not big gamblers, but my wife won $1000 on a penny slot machine so we will be back! Thanks Eureka Casino :o)

By gerleg12 |

The Eureka casino in Mesquite is very nice. When we first walked in there was a faint smell of smoke but the ventilation seems to be quite good. There is a good selection of tables an slot machines.

By Mike O |

I'm a non smoker...the casino reeks of smoke.....but not in the restaurant areas of the poker area. I'm a non gambler so I'm not the one to rate a casino...but I didn't like the smoke smell while I walked to the restaurants...

By Steve B |

Out of all the different casinos I've been to, the Eureka is by far the cleanest. I can go it and come out later NOT smelling like cigarettes. The other casinos in this town I can't really say that.

By Y436QZchristinah |

Really disappointed that they no longer have the $5 bet double deck Black Jack tables. We go down to have a good time, but even speaking with the regulars, are also feeling it's getting to expensive to gamble a minimum $10 dollars a hand. Starting to get expensive like Las Vegas. Good news though, the 2 other casinos in town have the $5 dollar tables. Sorry Eureka you have lost our business with this change. Use to be our favorite, hope you'll reconsider.

By NitroDog |

I think this is the nicest casino in Mesquite. They have a nice poker room. The buffet is only open 4pm to 7pm on weekends. Who thought of this? The coffee shop needs to keep items available. I tried to order 4 different things and they were out of all of them. I ended up getting what I ordered the 5th item. Very friendly staff. Also, the music is very loud in the lounge and it makes a lot of the casino loud. Photos added.

By srjackson65 |

Had a great time, everyone was super nice, food was good and good pay out on machines. Better than Casablanca!!!!!

By Tearose61 |

If you want a nice, clean, friendly hotel, stay at Eureka! The casino is down the hill from the hotel which keeps the noise away from the sleeping and people that don't wish to gamble. The pool area is beautiful with chirping birds and beautiful palm trees and cabanas

By Summer R |

Stayed at the Rising Star resort on our way back to Vegas for our flight home. Had a nice dinner, great prices and a wonderful server, Jamie! Fun stop and entertaining gaming.

By LighTravels |

This casino is clean and well maintained. It looks new even though I am told it is 20+ years old. It smells a lot better than other casinos I have visited, and the staff seems to like being there.

By Paul Merlino |

Old machines old people manning them..customer service is horrible. No business savvy. The place hasn’t changed in years and neither have their machines... go to Vegas

By Leon P |

Went to their Super Bowl Party; cost $25 each. At half time their Direct TV wanted to update its program...choice, Now or Latter...they picked Now. Missed most of half time and first 5 minutes of 3rd quarter. Price included two drinks and tailgate food; however they stopped the food at the start of 3rd quarter. Would have been ok, but was out looking to find a place to watch the game. Waste of money; watch your sporting events elsewhere.

By gary c |

First night in town and we gave this a shot of income. The slots were pretty tight and not a vast array of choices compared to the casinos in major markets. We really didn't see any of the current ones that we play frequently.
As far as the food, it was so so... we both had the burgers and it was nothing to write home about for sure.

By Canadauk2012 |

Stayed in Eureka Hotel overnight

Not a lot to do so played the 1c slots which was fun and passed an hour

Casino is quite well stocked for an out of Vegas Casino.

Hotel resort is very good value

By Kimberly D |

I have written a rave review for the Eureka, and I do enjoy this casino, but the casino hosts are less than helpful. I made advance reservations for this trip and gave a promotional coupon number during the reservation. We arrived at the hotel and I realized that I had forgotten the coupons that had been sent. After the 6 hour drive, this was disappointing. I was instructed to inquire with the casino host about getting a voucher for the discount coupon. The casino host dismissed my request even though she was able to verify that I had been sent the promotional coupon. How about a little accomadation for a loyal customer?

By tindamian |

We ate at the restaurant and was very underwhelmed. Although Gregory's was excellent for a high end dinner.

By pkgordon |

Husband and I decided since we were visiting the casino, to try the buffet. It was "chinese" night, food was ok, price good. Service very slow took almost 1/2 hour to get seated, and no one explained anything, so we sat in our booth, until someone started cleaning the table next to us, and we were able to ask a few questions, and get the information about buffet. Our waitress came by once we were back from the buffet, so probably 10-12 minutes after getting seated. We should have saved some time and money, by grabbing fast food before going there.

By stevew407 |

I generally go play poker or poker tournaments while in Mesquite. Nice Casino, but the poker games are generally small and limited.

By Royce |

We visited but didn't gamble. We ate at the small restaurant inside and visited their gift shop. It was easy parking and easy to get in and out with our wheel chair. There were a few families, but I wouldn't suggest it as a family facility. It is a newer facility than others in Mesquite. Went to the lounge show for a few minutes but too loud and we couldn't dance.

By Bill P |

Friendly table games personnel. Only problem was finding a slot attendant when the machine as out of tickets during a cash-out.

By Doris P |

The breakfast bar is the best and for only $6.99 you get the whole works! It comes with everything you cold want or eat. I am not a gambler but did win $60 playing blackjack and I was a newbie🙄.

By StevenAckerson |

Plus a shuttle to both properties where if you stay at one you can use the pool at both. The drinks are pretty good, the people are nice, and their clothes are clean and nice. it is a nice place.

By joseph p |

Eureka is well run, clean, and very friendly. The gold bar has quick service and they don't hold back on the "free" drinks. They also have the only Poker room in town. It has many weekly events.

By Robert D |

Nice casino for a small town. Lots of slots and table games available. We also went to the buffet for Friday Night Seafood and the food was better than the average casino buffet.

By Scott K |

My recent stay at the hotel made the casino and restaurants very convenient. We spent a lot of time in the casino. The tables were not over crowded, and they offered $3 tables for BJ and craps which is great. There are a couple of video poker bars to sit at, which I enjoyed. There were quite a variety of slot machines, some I had never seen, but I don't play too many slots.
The staff there are very friendly and pleasant. Really enjoyed my time here- Recommend !!

COUPLES BEWARE!!!! We made a reservation for a 3 night stay in a suite which ended up being a 1 nighter. At 10 pm my wife and I are dead asleep when we are awaken by children slamming doors the room next to ours. This went on for about an hour, teenagers running down the halls, kids slamming doors, and bouncing off the walls once inside their rooms. At 1130pm, one of the kids actually started banging on our door. I got up out of bed and answered the door but the kid just entered the room next to us. This was the last straw...I had enough and called the front desk to advised them of the situation and requested security to handle the problem. 20 minutes later the noise continued and kids jumping off the beds and walls nextdoor. I went into hall to find the security guard who was standing about 20 rooms down. I approached the security guard and told him what room was causing the DISTURBANCE in the first place. He stated, "I was told there were just kids running down the hallways." He knocked on the culprit's door and the noise stopped.... for about 5 minutes before the kids started to play "ninja fight" while the "mom" was inside the entire time. UNACCEPTABLE! I went down to the front desk and told them about my experience and her response was "Well this is a family friendly hotel... we need to give them a chance to stop." I said its midnight and this has been going on for about 2 hours. The front desk clerk ROLLED HER EYES at me then stated "Well I could try to find you another room but there's no guarantee that there wont be children around." I further explained that your hotel staff was fully aware that this was our anniversary in a deluxe suite and expected more for your hotel, and questioned why you would put a family of at least 4-5 with young children next to us in the first place. The front desk member was simply not sympathetic about our situation, continued to HEAD BOB, roll her eyes, and acted like we were INCONVENIENCING her. At 1215 in the morning, with little sleep and LACK OF BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I told her to cancel the rest of the stay, SPA PACKAGE, and DINNER RESERVATIONS (which was easily over $1,000) in loss of revenue for the EUREKA HOTEL and CASINO.

OOHHH it gets better!!!! The same morning I get a return phone call from the Front Desk Manager, who the tells me that since we left the hotel at MIDNIGHT we will STILL be CHARGED for the SPA PACKAGE and the "night" stay. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTINUES!!!!

this is a nice casino alittle smokey but overall a great place to relax and try your luck.bingo room and gift shop several resturants and buffet on the weekends.

By Jennifer O |

We went and ate at eureka casino. The staff was excellent and the food was very delicious. I tell people n recommend it highly. Best experience I have had. Food was so good.

By Steve B |

I was impressed by the air filtration in this building; there was little odor in my clothing upon return to the hotel, and we were there for a couple of hours.

By Pamela P |

The Eureka Hotel treats everyone well. They know what Hospitality is. They accommodate your room preferences as best they can. Hotel is clean and modern. The lobby is comfortable to relax in. No noise and chaos of the casino as some other hotels have. They have a coffee lounge with nice comfortable chairs and TV.

The rooms have lots of space to move around. Two chairs and a table to drink and snack if desired. The beds are very comfortable with 4 pillows of various sizes to suit your need.

I was so impressed with the WiFi connection throughout the hotel and in the casino. I was able to check email and Facebook while waiting for Bingo to start.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. So worth the price paid!

By over60Vancouver |

Loved the atmosphere excellent ventilation Resterant great service great food fantastic low price for amount and quality proprtions.Staff very frendly.

By geek1geek |

Had a great dinner and played Bingo! Nice stop over on our trip to Salt Lake City. Will definitely stop by on our way back home to Las Vegas!

By Stew16315 |

Despite the typical smoky envrionment of a casino, it is clean and well laid out with a good restaurant. Lots of parking and professional staff.

By kaj20 |

We visit this casino every year on our annual golf trip. It is a fun place that has a lot of variety. It is kept very clean, and all staff are so friendly.

By Michael B |

Definitely loosest slots in Mesquite. Service is great and casino is clean. Great location within walking distance to eateries.

By cdaniel702 |

Clean, fun, great time!!! These other casino do not compare to Eureka. This place is clean, friendly with the best games, &customer service.

By Louise Masin Sattler |

The Eureka Casino is located conveniently off Highway 15. The casino allows smoking, but the air flow doesn't make it intolerable. The machines are varied.

By SLYmomi |

By far the best buffet experience we have had so far in Mesquite. The selection of food was great. They had breakfast items and pretty much anything else you'd like to eat. The prime rib was delicious. The restaurant very clean and the staff was friendly and polite.

By pers0nalview |

I sure didn't get a lot of play but they did have some really good machines. It was worth a stop to relax on the way through.

By Rodneyrogers |

If you play the quarter video games at the bar the drinks are free. Always leave a tip for each drink served of a dollar of course.

By Codaterp |

The restaurant by the dancing is actually really good and we go here for dancing. It's a lot of fun! Great bands and a great DJ while the band rests. For dancing, the Eureka is the place to go in Mesquite!

By G P |

Fairly well lit, very clean washrooms. Easy parking, several entrances. Great spot for those who a in a wheelchair. You would feel very welcome here. Valet service available. They even have music in the parking area. Nice satellite hotel. Also, they allow Motorhomes and RV's to stay for a couple of nights for free as they have no power or internet. Now a days, they really should expand the internet for the RV parking lot. Every employee I met was very kind.

By Pattie M |

Eurecka is a great small town casino. They offer many ammenities as other casion's do. The great part is this location's hotel is a separate building. So if you do not want to visit the casino you can go directly to your hotel room. There buffet on the weekends is really great. Sunday brunch is one of the best!

By Jennifer N |

I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was very nicely sized, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Also, we liked that the hotel was away from the casino which cuts down on noise and smoke. We would stay here again.

By mccfam4 |

The Eureka Hotel / Casino.
As far as Casinos go in Mesquite. This by far your best choose.
Clean, Modern & Friendly. Good food / Nice Hotel.
Hint (Try the early bird diner at Gregory's)

By Lisa B |

The seafood buffet was excellent. The Sunday Brunch was Amazing. Our experience was great. Worth every penny, and I would recommend this buffet if your in the Mesquite area. Better than Las Vegas Buffets that tend to be so commercial or overpriced. Way to go Eureka!!!!!!!

By Camille C |

We eat at the buffet in the Eureka casino a lot and it is fabulous. I love the staff and consider them friends. They are fast and fun!

By vhyland |

My brother was playing the machines and it hit a $1000.00 jackpot. This machine drops the coins. When he won the $1000.00 they paid in $100.00 bills. He had enough other wins paying by dropping coins, it is fun old time noise.

By 1kggirl |

Casino is pretty good. The size is bigger than the other 2 here, but I have hit more jackpots at Virgin River, which is there sister property. They have some entertainment and a good restaurant. The buffet is meh.

By Jessica C |

The slots here paid out fairly well. It is a clean casino a lot of older people and locals. Not my favorite in mesquite but it is worth a stop on your way through.

By chuckf608 |

This place is deluxe. Spas, massage, everything close to a Vegas experience. Family owned. Laid back casino. High end gift shop. Place is best in town!

By David S |

We visited the Eureka Casino for the first time on a cool Sunday morning. It was dark (which I like), pleasant, and neither crowded nor smokey. There was a good selection of slots and video poker (including 9/6 Jacks-or-better at the 25 cent level) with decent returns. We scored some nice casino swag on a new-member promotion and had a good champagne brunch for anout $24/each.
We did not stay in the hotel, but hope to do so next time.

By Coaster32 |

Dont come here for the gambling......mostly slots and odd table games meant to drain you dry. Only went here due to staying here for a golf trip.

By Beemer54 |

Prices are higher and the gambling is the same as the Virgin River. They charge a lot more for a room (Resort) and the buffet is about $5.00 higher. We wanted to try the buffet but no one seemed to care to wait on us at the cashier counter. Three people stood facing away from us talking so we left.

By Mtunes |

Organized a 22 guys golf trip. Eureka put a very competitive package together at 6 top rated courses. The hotel staff is great, rooms really clean and casino is short stroll away for food and games. Free shuttle to local courses and a reasonably priced "tournament table" for our final night of awards. A lot of other golf groups using Eureka which is a testament to the hotel casino and the great courses. Our favorites were Sand Hollow in St George, Coyote Springs, Falcon Ridge and of course Wolf Creek despite being too slow (they over book). This is our 3rd golf trip to Mesquite and the last two we have stayed at Eureka. We will return.

By Andrea P |

This is a bit of the Las Vegas nite life on a much smaller scale, but my Sister and I had Fun....People playing Slots, didn't appear to be winning a lot, but then...it's a casino, it was built by losers! It does offer Valet Parking, which is nice, if you don t want to walk in a dark parking lot. We played Wheel of Fortune, Dollar Mashine used to always win something, even hit a thousand Dollar jackpot twice....Not so lucky 3 years later. A lot of security, so nobody hassles you. We felt very comfortable. I think it pays better than the Oasis Casino...I have never won there!

By Edward |

Lots of games to play. Orthrow some money away for sure. Play smart so you dont lose so much money at all.

By Seaside63866803237 |

We had a great time on the slots and the Steak House was excellent. Will visit again because we are moving to the area... Be back soon!

By dsigwing |

Hotel and casino staff are the friendliest and most accommodating of any hotel/ casino in Nevada. They were happy to see us everyday we were there. Hard to find that APPRECIATION of customers. Very pleased and impressed.

By 1kggirl |

We had a really good time at this casino even though it was on the small side. They had complimentary alcoholic drinks, and a live band that was really great. We even managed winning a decent amount of money playing slots.

By William s |

very nice hotel, especially for the price. Will absolutely return. Hotel was well cared for and employees very courteous and helpful.

By Ward G |

One of the better Casinos in Mesquite. They have slots, poker, bingo and other casino games. Machines are a mix between old and new and seems a little loose. The buffet restaurant is highly rated, and although we did not eat there it was fairly full. Much better than the other Casinos in town.

By Marian D |

A good combination of old and new casino games. Has a pit and poker room. Friendly, warm, not so big that you get tired walking from end to end. Parking is close to door. Stop at the hotel's Spa for a real treat-- their massages are the best !!

By Plzcallmetee |

Stayed for a Spartan race and the location was great. Check in was a breeze and front desk was very pleasant. Very nice pool hot tub area out back. The casino is within walking distance so food and entertainment is very close by. The room was big and comfortable, I had a great nights sleep didn't hear a thing.

By DLW |

Spent the weekend at the Eureka Hotel and enjoyed a wonderful meal at the steakhouse. However the noted dealer came to our black jack table and my husband and I were enjoying ourselves. Not winning since the cards were not in my favor but that's gambling. I wouldn't have put the money down if I didn't expect to play with it. It's call entertainment. My husband was still playing and I stepped away to text our friends (who were also playing in the casino) and when I stepped back to stand behind my husband and give him an update on our friends, this dealer says to my husband that I am in a bad mood and upset since I lost all my money to her. I don't even know where this comment came from since no one had said anything to her. She also used a very snide tone of voice when she said this. I was speaking to my husband about our friends and this dealer just interjects her comments in our conversation. I was like where does that comment come from? Why would you be even speaking to us about what we played or lost? We play a lot of card games and we have never had a dealer speak to us about what we played or lost or otherwise. All the dealers are usually very pleasant and have always just said "Good luck" when dealing the cards. I tried to speak with the pit boss but the casino was so busy they didn't have time to speak with me. I went to the customer service counter and they could not offer any suggestions other than passing me a business card for the casino. Needless to say, I'll use my entertainment dollars elsewhere where the dealers are not disrespectful to the guest.

By Susan H |

This reviewed is for the casino! I don’t expect to win, but playing for a while is expected. This was not the case here! I should have just driven by and threw my money out the window!

By Cathy B |

We are locals in Mesquite. We originally were regulars at the Virgin River, but the clientele there has gotten to be a little rough for our taste, so we started frequenting the Eureka Casino. We enjoy the classier atmosphere and the higher ceilings make it a little easier to endure the smoking. We have now been frequenting the Eureka for about 2 1/2 years and now feel like part of the family. When we go in people smile and wave hi, it's a nice feeling. We usually get something to eat while we are there and they offer anything from a quick sandwich to a full scale buffet to the nicest fine dining in town at Gregory's. I think if you try it, you will like it too.

By Cathy S |

Although the food was good, the wait for service was long and the waitress seemed more interested in other things than waiting on us. The restaurant was not busy.

By Steff760 |

Silvia was our waitress and I had steak and eggs with SD toast and a glass of juice and coffee. My friend had biscuit and gravy with bacon and juice. It was good food and too much of it. Service was fair
Busboy was most excellent. Silvia's service was fine.
Coffee sucked soooo bad tasted like someone put an old dirty sock in with coffee grounds in giant urn. I recommend getting coffee somewhere else when you fill up tank on way out of town.

By NEofAZ |

Basic "cheaper" casino that is very "smoky". Wife and i stayed out of casino for that reason for we didn't want to drag the "smell" with us throughout our trip to Salt Lake..

By Bites, Beds, & Brews |

First visit to Mesquite for a golfing weekend and a little gaming action. Table staff were all nice and very friendly. They have, like all casinos now, a reward card system that was easy to sign up for and we quickly qualified for Gold status. Some of the slots seemed to pay off better than others. Tables would get busy between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm, then thin out. Drinks are free for players. Overall a clean friendly casino with great staff. Air was a little smokey.

By gina r |

The casino is small but nice. The restaurant and buffet is are a good place to eat. Prices are reasonable- like the old Las Vegas

By Gerard R |

Casino was very nice. A whole lot better than the others we visited while on a 4 night golf excursion. Staff were incredible. Jose, Laura, Lis...to name a few...we will be back.

By Lori D |

Staff was great at the table games. Drinks a bit slow and the smoke was overwhelming sometimes.

We like this casino and will return.

By Mark N |

We really like Eureka. The dealers and pit bosses are great and lots of fun. We play table games and always have a great time. We stay next door at the Eureka hotel so everything is in one place and convenient to golf, food, etc.

By Rick C |

The rooms are very nice, we have stayed other places in Mesquite but I think we like this hotel the best. Its a quick walk to the casino and great food.

By DoggaMomma |

I always enjoy sitting at the bar and having a Bloody Mary made by Juan. Rarely crowded great machines and games. Lots of action at the Roulette wheel. Fun time.

By sosaY29 |

Great place to enjoy a good time. Great staff and atmosphere. Very clean and enjoyable. We visited with friends we highly recommend.

By Ross M |

Not as smoky and a little more upscale than the Virgin River across the street. Free welcome gift and very friendly service.

By bdelli |

Overnight stay to visit family. Hotel seperate from casino so you don't have to walk through casino to get to room. Hotel is quiet, room large, bed comfy. Faint smoke smell in hallway even though it is a non-smoking floor.

Only inconvenience is that buffet is only open on weekends. Has Keurig coffeemaker.
Staff friendly. Good rate, but don't forget the resort fee.

By LighTravels |

Almost the same experience as last time. I was impressed by how the employees treated me. Did OK at the tables and machines, but had a lot of fun playing. Complimentary drinks were good and not watered down like the other place I visited in town.

By Rita B |

Big selection of slots and table games. Very nice atmosphere and we won! Not a lot, but enough to make it worth our to check it out!

By baxter932 |

We found it to be quite nice. The food though was expensive and not the quality I expected for the price. We found it to be smoky but pleasant enough. The Virgin food is better and cheaper.

By missy10n69 |

I love Eureka the owners are a sweet as candy and restrooms are nice and c lean not to mention there employees are nice I'll give them a 10 star rating on them any time great place

By Paul K |

very clean and great people that work there, Food is very good in all three venues. Gregorys is very good.

By Wilfredo48 |

This casino was one of the cleaner, non-smoker friendly among the options in Mesquite. It has a very nice restaurant for dinner and a decent buffet.

By Stephen T |

Stayed at Eureka hotel for one night during a road trip to Las Vegas. Was a pleasant surprise. All I can say is that the hotel was very nice. Very clean place. The room was very good and also very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Price was a bit more than the Vigin River hotel and casino but is a newer cleaner place. The casino is nice, it is not attached to the hotel, maybe a walk of a hundred yards or two. Of course, when it's 110 degrees outside even a short walk like that makes you break a sweat ha ha. It does though make you appreciate the air conditioning when you get inside the casino. They have a good selection of machines. I prefer video poker and they had a good selection to choose from. My advice for video poker players is, as normal, look around and check the pay tables on poker machines. They had some low pay tables by the entrances but just a few rows in you can find full pay machines so check! Clean, nice place and just 70 something miles from Vegas.

By rwr1226 |

We had a golf outing here and I thought it was a great place to stay and good golf courses. The staff was excellent and the food was great in any of the good restaurants as well as the buffet. I really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to returning.

By Jim &Lois G |

Went to check out the town. We are not much gamblers but the hotel was nice. A bit smoky from smokers but was tolerable. I would come back.

By Cary W |

This is one of several casinos in Eureka and is employee owned. It was a nice, quiet casino, but I was visiting off season. The food is good and inexpensive. I do wish the Sports Book was bigger. The staff was friendly and polite.

By Mainlineindltd |

This place has the good luck Nice people good times Clean hotel Good beds. Not the newest place. But has the vibe. Fun casino. Good roulette Great stop before Vegas. Or good starting point for grande canyon north rim. Bryce Canyon. Zion park etc.stay and play. Great steak restaurant as well in the casino Stay here !!!!!

By LVRick462p |

I do not gamble very much but when I have friends in town I always take them to the Eureka Casino. The buffet there is always a good selection especially when they open the Town Center buffet. On weekends there is always good entertainment

By sumonesvaca |

One positive was the ventalition - personally get sick from cigarette smoke, but hardly noticed it. Typical casino. Went into restaurant with my husband & his service dog, waiter was rude, then to top it off, about 15 minutes later, while still waiting for our food (and not complaining) a waitress came over and very loudly restated what the waiter said. There was no reason for her to do this, and we were embarrassed, even the couple across from us, could not believe it. Plan to never go back, went to the Casino across the street and although the ventilation was not as good, the attitude of the people was excellent. Not much of a gambler, but enjoy eating at the restaurants.

By 477renees |

Pro: Comfy beds; Nice staff; Separate from Casino
Cons: No Room Service for food; Restaurant was awful.

By djabs386 |

Good little casino to do some gambling before we hit Vegas. The restaurants in casino are really good and prices are great. Recommend this casino for any vacation

By Jan A |

While there are several differ=ent games to play, I thought it would be more welcoming as far as atmosphere

By Vladimir S |

Pretty good casino in Mesquite. Slot machines pays ok, the food is good and the employees are friendly

By katherine c |

Best casino in Mesquite. Wonderful food at restaurants, friendly dealers. Spa in the hotel is a wonderful addition.

By jenniferwT8981ZX |

Lucky casino. Good food and the hotel is wonderful. Convenient parking. It also is less smokey then the other casinos!

By Patrick H |

The food was great and most of the staff is nice but it is a smoky old casino. Their live poker room is pretty shaky. Locals have their way and dealers go along.

By Brenda Hafer |

This casino is very refreshing as it isn't dull and drab like most. They have amazing food and drink.

By S B |

Checked out the 3 large casinos in mesquite this was by far the best. Seemed cleaner and newer, did not feel like you were in basment. Cocktail service was good.

By hugh b |

just stopped in to take a break from a road trip.... played a few slots, and had a great time playing 3 card poker, did ok. I like the fact they hand shuffle. drinks while playing were nice sized as well. a bit smokey but hey... its a casino. would return if going by again.

Wish I could say I was a big winner, but we had a good time, played some penny slots, noticed there were several $5 Blackjack tables. Didn't play BJ but had a good time at the penny machines. Very large casino, did not notice a bad smoking smell even though people can smoke in the casino.

By Rebecca N |

I loved every thing about this hotel. Room was comfy, cozy and well done. The Keurig helped. Pool area was amazing with free cabana's for privacy if needed. Staff was super friendly. Best hotel in town.

By Hiker100 |

Dinner buffet was average. Nothing bad but nothing wows you. Price is concordant with the quality. Casino floor is nice and clean. The usual table games and slots. Heard the steak house was good but never tried. More upscale if you're looking for something fancier.

By D W |

We really enjoyed the variety this little casino and town has. Great variety of gaming and the casino is employee owned which is really neat to see. I felt they were reasonably generous with their comps program.

By Marla R |

Very clean, well maintained, effficient smoke eaters, good service, good variety of machines, poker room, nice hotel rooms and spa

By Joni B |

WE are definitely staying at the Eureka. The casino is the nicest in town. Not real smokey and the food at the restaurant and the buffet are both great. although we did not get to see the hotel it looks nice in the photos we looked at.

By millanpp |

This was by far the cleanest and most up to date casino in the area. still very limited on table games if that's what you like.

By gcarterswb |

This was really a reconnaissance trip to see if it was good enough to bring my large travel group later in the summer/fall. We travel and gamble and play golf. The rooms at the hotel were just OK, and not much to say about the pool area. As far as the casino goes, the three of us had a great time gambling the first night even though I came up way on the short end. The next day my two traveling buddies used their players card in the gift shop and found that they had a ton of comp points from our play the previous night. Well, being that I played heavier than them and lost quite a bit I figured I'd have the same. I was wrong. Only $14. I talked to several people that said they'd make it right and that someone else would fix it but in the end it didn't get fixed. They probably just didn't want to pay it out after the fact. In the end they saved the $400 or so it would have cost them in the gift shop but it will cost them WAY more considering I won't bring my group there to play the next time out. Moral of the story- if you have people willing to play $50-$500 per hand all night long you need to take care of them and not lie about it.

Very clean and great for people who don’t like a smoky environment. Staffing was personable and friendly really appreciate the effort to maintain cleanliness and a fun experience.

We spent one night in the Eureka Resort so we walked down to the Casino to try our luck after having dinner downtown. I found the casino to be large with lots of video poker machines. They also have bingo, poker and slots (although it sure felt like the slots were quite tight). The night we were there it did not feel too smoky which was nice. Did not eat there but from doing research the buffet is nice as are the other restaurants on property.

By Brian J |

Unlike many smaller Casinos the Eureka is just like the Casinos in Vegas but on a smaller more manageable scale.

By MB B |

Although we didn't win, our money seemed to last longer. It was a "fun" atmosphere without too much "sensory overload" (music and slot machines blaring, too many bright blinking lights from every direction, etc.) The air was not smokey.

By Inspiration682261 |

I went in at around 1230pm .the casino was good and clean.the soup and salad bar food was very good but i was served by an awful male server.i ordered a cheeseburger and wanted to add a soup and salad bar.the waiter brought my burger and ONE single napkin and he never came back to my table .i needed a napkin and a drink soo badly and was never able to get any.
I really wish i could get my money back.

Just came inside to eat with our party of 4 adults and a 9 year old. I am not saying there weren't any, but I never saw a sign as to when children needed to be off the gaming floor. When we finished eating some of us were looking for restrooms and guys went to play a machine. Floor manager didn't approach me, but my daughter as we cut across gaming area to other side. We moved over near the bathrooms and cashier cage while the guys cashed out, and not even 2 mins later he approached us again to remove her immediately when he could clearly see we were all off the floor and cashing out to leave. I am sure dealing with minors is a pain, and everyone has an excuse, but it was not acceptable to to reprimand my daughter when I was right there, let alone a 2nd time. They need to remember that each state and each casino is different about their restrictions with minors, so a pleasant reminder of their policy would have sufficed. I will not return with or without children.

We tried the International buffet at Eureka on Saturday night. The food was so good! We tried several different desserts and they were all delicious! They had a great variety and everything was so good. They even offered personal sized creme brulee that was super! We were really impressed. And our server (Jami) was so friendly and personable. It was an all around great experience! I highly recommend it.

By Victor221 |

Music was at appropriate level. However, at times could be a little bit loud. Need to increase lighting. Sometimes too dark too see and possibly run into other people. Overall it was a good experience.

By Lori D |

Unlike another review I found the smoke remove process well done. At table games drinks come quickly after 6:00pm. Mostly friendly staff though dealers don’t talk much. Employee owned is a big plus for me

By First Impressio... W |

Best place in town to gamble since they are the only casino which gives back to the city and schools.

By johnd9425 |

Just left Eureka Casino. I like the place the air quality sucks.. Cigars smoke is overwhelming when you ask about why don't they have a non smoking section or why don't they ban cigar smoking they just smile and hand you a card to fill out then do nothing.
They DONT even have a non smoking section. My question is this. If only 25% of the population smokes why do Eureka (and other casinos) kick sand in the face of the 75%
of ,population. They could easily have smoking at the two LARGE bars they have at Eureka but they don't. Smoke everywhere. Air quality sucks. If they don't limit smoking , ban cigar/pipe smoke they could at least upgrade their air quality.
The staff is nice, drinks are free, service on the casino floor great but is your health really worth it. Once you walk outside into the fresh cool air you wonder why you ever went in the casino to start. You get home your clothes smell like an ash tray.
C'mon Eureka Colorado has non smoking casinos be ahead of the pack and DO SOMETHING

Many of the local residents love this casino. It has a homey atmosphere and you will also see people you know and/or meet new ones. There are lots of perks, like ecash, which can be used at restaurants and gift shop. They also provide spending money each month that can be used for anything you like. Points earned gambling can be multiplied certain days and there are hot seats and other drawings regularly. Delicious buffets are available, some themed. Drinks are free and bingo is fun. For special occasions, eat at Gregory's.

By David and Cindy |

Terrific venue. Great slot gaming. New games. Large casino floor. The Seasons Lounge is terrific. Great Saturday night bands, free. Large dance floor.

By monetkids |

Did not stay here so can't say about the hotel part. Just stopped in to look around and play in the casino. This one is a bit more upgraded and seemed newer than others around town. They had a decent selection of machines. Did smell the smoke, better ventilation would be good. Money went pretty quick here so did not stay long. However from what I saw, it appeared to be accommodating, clean and friendly with good restaurant choices, free parking and plenty.

By john h |

I went with my wife... so much fun, the food, the drunks and black jack!!! Oh and the hotel is really nice, love the rooms..

By nmontesa877 |

The casino is like all other casino. Very clean and it is often by locals. Enjoyable time in this casino

By kweidner62 |

This casino was very nice given what we expected. It is miserable in July and was a great place to stop. The table dealers were friendly and fun. It's a smoking casino but not bad compared to some. Definitely had lower cost eats and so forth. Want a quick fun, sidebar...visit here!

By John J |

Casino has looser slots than the strip and seems to always have someone getting paid out for jackpots, drink girls are frequently serving you and the restaurants are very good. There is nothing I dislike about this casino.

By Roydrummer |

We travel to Mesquite at least once a month to help out our elderly Uncle who is now in assisted living and can no longer do his favorite hobby which is gambling.
This last visit was so disappointing as this casino removed all except 2 of the machines were use to love playing.
Those machines were not big payers but they allowed you to sustain.
Walked right out and did not return, they eliminated my free play too because I didn’t play for 2 months. Stay away from this casino.

By John J |

i walked in played two slots and just didnt fill like there wasnt any luck in the air so i turned around and walked back to the virgin river and where my luck is most of the time.

By Robert V |

Played the slots and bingo. Casino floor and restrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. We had a nice time.

By betcarder |

I had a great stay. I was treated well and everything I needed was handled quickly and efficiently. Will stay there again. Room was clean and quiet.

By Sandy Scaffetta J |

Machines are tight- tables are $5 minimum and up which isn't bad. Would try a different casino next time.

By Frederick N |

went to play slots a very nice mix of machine's there. Had dinner at Masion Court yard good food and price.

By Jerome E |

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel which is directly adjacent to the casino itself. The gaming and golf were the highlights. The slots were friendly to us which is always good!

By Robin N |

Stopped in to see what this casino had to offer, but was to smokey for us. Looked like the standard slot machines as other casinos. Didn’t stay long.

By Carol B |

My husband really enjoyed playing here. It was a nice change from where he usually plays in Mesquite. It wasn't too smoky.

By Tom B |

We stopped at the Eureka Casino while we were in Mesquite. It is an older place but it has many of the newer video games and most of the table games. They have $5 blackjack so those tables were quite busy. The service was pretty good and the employees were curteous. The smoke was not too bad. Iwould stop in again, if I was in the area.

By baaaaaaa |

Machine Keno has a great pay table... BUT ... no speed or volume control. Popular. Large. Serve Sierra Nevada on floor. Cocktail servers always around. Freeway close. Lots of parking. Lots of table games & slots. Poker room too.

By my69gto |

We played bingo but did not stay at the machines as the cocktail waitresses were heavily exposed from the waist up and barely covered on the bottom past their panties. As a woman I was humiliated for them, we can do better and in the wake of the 'Me too' movement, it is time.

By Russell M |

We had an amazing night of gaming, 5$ table games with a friendly and fun staff. from the pit boss Dan to dealers Miguel, Estaban and Irma just a great group people. We will be back.

By Jeremiah J |

A casino is a casino, right? Way out in the middle of nowhere, but at least it gave us something to do. It's pretty clean, but waitresses take forever to get your drinks.

By karen o |

We spoke to several residents prior to deciding to stop and try this casino. We did not stay here so I can't speak to the hotel, but we enjoyed the casino and the personnel were very accommodating. It didn't hurt that we both won money but it sure will bring us back. The host at the card sign in recommended their gourmet restaurant highly and we will give it a try when were here for dinner. Casino was clean and appears to have all the up to date machines. Thanks, Eureka for a nice afternoon.

By Pam2011_11 |

This brunch offers everything from the standard breakfast fare to lobster mac and cheese and crème brulee. The service was excellent. Our waitress was right on the refilling of juice and ice tea throughout our meal. She also was very friendly to everyone even though it was very busy. We were somewhat skeptical as the price for Sunday champagne brunch was so reasonable. However, we were very pleased with the quality, selection and service that we would definitely go there again.

By jimclark372 |

I play poker in the Eureka about once a week. The poker room is almost smoke free and the employee's very friendly. The other table games are fine but a little smoky for me. The Eureka has the best poker room in town.

By PJZ1 |

Dinner at the restaurant was quite good - Seared Ahi plate for appetizer was a winner ... Waiter was attentive & competent - Prices reasonable.

By daqattaq |

It was very smokey!!!!!! Go if you do not like your health. Did have lots of $3 tables. The had single deck black jack, poker tables, tons of slots. Everyone seemed to be having a blast.

By REBECCAS677 |

The casino was very clean and the people were very friendly. If you sit at the bar, you get served quickly.

By Michael N |

ok, nothing special here, another casino. needs a good remodeling. $5 for new players. Across the street from Virgin river casino.

By Dennis H |

We have visited Mesquite area now for eight years. We stayed here on our second visit and have never looked to stay anywhere else since. Good rooms, great location, good food...and tightly connected with our favorite course - Wolf Creek

By Don B |

The casino is wheelchair friendly and there is a "family" restroom near the VIP Desk. The casino staff were helpful and courteous. A pleasant experience.

By Y436QZchristinah |

Actually a little disappointed on this trip to find the minimum limit the the 2 card Black Jack Tables has gone up to $10 minimum bet per hand, not sure why? Don't follow Las Vegas. Love the dealers and the staff and has always been our favorite place to play, but when your on a budget we can't afford to play here. We'll be going to the other 2 casinos because they still have $5 tables.

By Geoff R |

Living in Utah and having a love of seafood is a hard thing to overcome.
Friday night's at the Eureka casino they have a seafood buffet, not the best I've had but for being in the middle of the desert and a short drive from our house, we can't complain to much.

By SteveGl |

Friendly staff at this casino. Not too crowded. Typical smaller town casino. Room at the tables for everyone.

By avid_traveler2_USA |

Good casino near Utah/Arizona border, did not have to drive all the way to Las Vegas. Good selection of slots, table games, and bingo. Bingo happens every 2 hours and was fun. It was clean and not as smoky as some other casinos. I wish they would a non-smoking section. They offered poker tournaments.

By Gwutaz |

Good restaurant & buffet.

Waiting for a table can be long at peak hours. Frustrating for those with on-your-feet disabilities. Next visit will attempt to find out how to access the express line.

By Eric I |

The casino is stocked with a variety of slot machines, gaming tables, and bars. There is also a sports book.

By UncleLenny |

Of the various casinos in town, this is the nicest, in my opinion. Easy to navigate, plenty of choices and my wife seems to have some luck.

By Cheryl G |

My daughter and I stayed here one night on our way to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The hotel is separate from the casino, which was great. Very clean, updated and nice helpful staff. I would stay there again. I have no experience with the casino portion - sorry, just the hotel was great.

By Joan W |

We were passing through and stopped for the evening to rest. We ate at the Eureka. It was good food and less smoky than the other casinos.

By myhastingsfamily |

We always go on Friday night for the Sea food Buffet, The food is amazing, The Price is really good.

By Tracy A |

Always fun to stop by on Friday nights and play the roulette table. Everyone is friendly at the casino and we enjoy happy hour from 5-6 at Gregory's restaurant before we enjoy the evening at the roulette table.

By John5569766 |

Nice place to spend some time.
Good food and all sorts of glambing. Poker and penny to solar slots. Some nights a live band

By Donna D |

Amazing location for an event, awesome staff, excellent food, perfect amenities. Sherri Breidel, banquet manager, helped organize a memorable event. Everyone was friendly and extremely accommodating!

By Devan S |

Played at the casino for a few hours. Enjoyed their choice of table games. Love the Double Down Blackjack. Okay selection of slot machines. They did not have the machine I like to play - any of the Top Dollar machines.

By 341freddyb |

Being an employee owned establishment, they have too much to gain and lose by not being as good or better than their competitor next door "THe Virgin River" Having said that, they do offer military and veterans tokens of appreciation that I havent seen anywhere else. I DID NOT ask nor mention, the lady simply noticed my Military I.D Card and I was given a Travel Mug and a Thank You. I Also should note that the service for players was better there and if Virgin River discontunued their AWESOME Hot Dog special, I would have no reason to go there anymore. The Eureka continues to OUTPERFORM...Stop, Visit, Eat and ENJOY !!

By Bob L |

I enjoy gambling at the Eureka...I prefer table games but there are lots of different slots too. One of my favorite is Aladdin's Fortune

By Robert C |

I really havnt been to the Eureka casino in about 8 years needless to say arrived after holidays and the casino has been remodeled some time ago- they did a great job with a nice atmosphere and some cool slots Ive never played or seen before, and I could hardly smell any smoke,Friendly employees!

By Cheryl H |

We enjoyed a wide variety of great Video Poker games at Eureka-we will be back! Meals in the Cafe were awesome too-great prices, good selection and buffet available for those who want it while others can go off the menu!

By Andy A |

Room was very large with a big king bed, non smoking room smelled like bleach and halls outside room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Pool and hot tub(s) were great, staff attentive. Restaurants in area all suck,

By Thanh R |

I have eaten there for several years and the food has steadly went down hill and the resturant is dirty especally the all day eating. The waitress are not very polite and the casher are down right rude. I will never eat there again.

By Cassidy D |

The casino was clean and didn't smell heavily of smoke. The bartenders were friendly and the music in the lounge was good. The tables were a little tight and we didn't win, but had a good time anyway.

By CW2S |

Welcoming! Wasn't lucky but was very impressed with the cleanliness of this casino and the friendliness of the hosts! Will stop here again.

By cdb15427 |

We enjoyed a Sunday drive from Las Vegas to Mesquite. We played at the Eureka casino for a period of time. Many slot machines to chose from and we were able to play those we most enjoy.

By Garth Stanley W |

Good location lots of free parking , lots of newer slots , better odds than Vegas , good restaurants

By Ronald S |

Great food and variety. This was a group dinner for volunteers, so not sure of the pricing, but the service was very good and the food also great. I cannot speak to the prices, but the food is very good and as is the service.

By ltseu0 |

The Eureka is an very good deal for the price. You pay triple the price if you were in Vegas. The dining is excellent with various options to choose from to eat. The Casino is very good. The rooms are very nice.

By Carol S |

The casino is set up nice but it is not fun to play. No one ever wins anything. We just like to be able to win enough to just play for longer than ten minutes.

By Travel lover |

From the time we entered the front doors to the time we sat down to eat this place felt clean and comfortable! I was impressed with the clean carpet and clean smell of this casino! Did I say clean enough? It was clean! We had the breakfast buffet here and it was really good. Going back for sure!

By Rick B |

What an awesome Casino every slot machine under the sun Beautiful layout if you want to play blackjack or any other table game. This is the place . beautiful inside and out Q

By JayMazz |

When ever we are staying across the street, we duck into this casino.
The late night drink server has the whole casino floor to take care of and she does it with a smile! She's fast and attentive and funny too. I highly recommend this casino. If you play here, she'll take care of you.
Don't forget to tip!

By Kevin H |

This is probably the best in the city, nice food selection, high ceilings that help clean out the smoke, pretty clean adn well laid out.

By cmrdan |

Was too expensive to stay with our dogs, but the play at the Eureka is better than other locations in Mesquite.
