We came here after trying Spectrum mall a few times. This is a lot bigger and more kid friendly in my opinion. Fish pond, live music, lots of seating, indoor food court. Plenty of stores including some of the bigger departments stores like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. Lots of restaurants and a few coffee shops. Lots of parking as well.

With an 18 month old, this mall was a godsend! All he wants to do is run and run and run. Fashion Island is a safe place to let toddlers run and it wore him out. We enjoyed several restaurants - including True Food and Le Pain Quotidien which were amazing. We also really enjoyed the macarons from 'Lette. There is lots of parking - much of it covered.

This is an outdoor shopping centre offering good shopping experience in the Newport Beach area. Lots of parking spaces. Cheesecake Factory restaurant is there or you can visit their food court.

I needed to find a dress for my five-year-old granddaughter for a photo shoot the next day. I found cute outfits at Nordstrom, Macy's, and Hanna Andersson. There are lots of very expensive retailers in the center but that wasn't what I was looking for--I wanted a good selection of really pretty outfits in a moderate price range--and I found it! The center also has a Nespresso shop where you can get the pods for your Nespresso
machine instead of ordering them online. There are fountains, restaurants, and a movie theater where you can order food to be delivered to your seat in the movie at a time of your choosing! I had to find something that afternoon and I knew this was a place I could do it and I did!

Beautiful public spaces. Great shopping. Very safe. Lots of options for walking or relaxing. I found the area easy to navigate.

I have been extremely busy with work but have been wanting to give a positive review for my stay here for a little. I was checked in by PAUL, he was great, super friendly and gave me recommendations for the menu at the in house restaurant, which made my stay even better. Room was great and had AMAZING views! Great staff and beautiful hotel thank you again!

We went on Christmas eve to finish our shopping.
There were a good variety of stores and it was not over crowded.
We enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, out door live music and of course many of the extravagantly dressed people.

By Daniel A |

This mall has several stores that are not available in my hometown which made it a great experience. This is probably the cleanest and best designed mall I've ever been to. It never felt over crowded. If you are in area and haven't ever experienced an outdoor So Cal style mall I highly recommend it. There are lots of dining options including restaurants that offer gluten free options for those that require it.

Fashion Island is kind if a mall in central Newport Beach. You'll find Barnes&Noble, Chase, Wholefoods and many more quality stores. Reccommended!

By Adam L |

Fashion Island shopping complex is a jewel in the heart of Newport Beach. It has all the latest designer stores & the big department stores. The food court has a large selection of different meals and there are plenty of good restaurants if you prefer to put your feet up after a day of shopping. Definitely worth a peek if you are looking for something to do in Orange County.

By Laura C |

This place has a coy fish pond. It is a mall where it's not inside the whole time. It is a nice place to be and walk around!

By meg c |

This is a fun shopping spot. Lots of stores to choose from in a variety of price ranges. Parking is great. The restaurants are fun.

By James S |

To me a mall is a mall, but Fashion Island is an exception, it's a destination! It's an upscale mall in the heart of Orange County.
The mall fits the California lifestyle as its outdoors and not enclosed. Fountains fill the outdoor space and its dazzling.
All the upscale designer stores are located here, with anchor stores of Nordstrom, Nieman Marcus and Bloomingdales. So don't expect your budget brands or bargain stores.
It's great people watching here - who knows you may even spot an Orange County Real Housewife!

By madaboutvegas |

Very spacious inside and out. Many high-end stores. Definitely not an outlet type. No homeless people. Everyone seemed friendly and the grounds were beautiful. We ate at cheesecake factory while we were there and prior to that I went to their Whole Foods Market and was able to get a fresh made juice.

By Shelliu |

If you are looking for a mall, Fashion Island is a nice place to visit but it isn't anything special and with so many fun and unique things to do, it isn't somewhere I would go out of my way to visit, maybe only if my suitcase didn't make it or on a rainy day.

By John W |

Having a conference at a nearby hotel she swore it is the best mall she been to and spent a couple of days enjoying its stores.

I enjoyed a few meals there also as there was a Yard House and Wahoo Tacos. Both delicious!

By Gordon D |

stopped by on 10/13 for a little window shopping and lunch. Window shopping was fun - real shopping a bit pricey.
Ate at Yahoos Fish Tacos - decent lunch for a reasonable price and then got a gelato next door.

By VTLA |

One stop for shopping, food, and more. So much to see and do in one spot with a Whole Foods to boot! A must stop while in the Newport Beach area.

By Global445523 |

Excellent service. The rooms were spacious and high quality. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a great amount of counter surface.

By Dal S |

I'm not a mall guy, I'm not a shopper. Being from Montana, this is Ike a trip to a foreign planet

High end cars everywhere, folks of all ages with lots of bodywork. Conspicuous consumption with no apologies at its highest

Fun to just sit on a bench and watch it all. Beats the zoo really. With good places to eat all around

Here, too much is almost enough

By Mitch M |

You don’t find many outdoor shopping malls anymore but most places do not have Newport Beach’s weather to work with. There is plenty of parking, lots of the usual and some unique shops to wander through. When you need a break, there are a wide variety of restaurants available from the food court variety all the way to an upscale steak house. Plan to spend the day and enjoy the weather.

By wheelernodealer |

This shopping outpost is located in one of the most scenic areas of Orange County and several oceanviews are available from multiple venues within the center. The collection of stores and restaurants is stellar and offers a broad spectrum of both luxuary and novel goods. Restaurants are superb. Parking is much more than adequate and access is easy from multiple directions.

By bitler |

I live equal miles from Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza...the two premier shopping center. Fashion Island is an outdoor mall that encourages dogs and their parents. Everything is dog friendly and it comes with Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Nordies and all the designer stores. I loved be this mall. Tons of outdoor seating and a view of corona Del Mar and the Pacific Ocean.

By COMTECIERGE |

The shopping center is very well maintained. Nice shaded area and good selection of food and stores. Area for kids to play and even ocean view at certain points of the mall. The new Lincoln salon is great if you are into cars.

By Melanie M |

Fashion island has it all, restaurants, shopping, movies, it even has a Koi pond. This is a great place to spend a nice afternoon. My only critique is that they have systematically eliminated all the more affordable stores and replaced them with designer stores. But they know that. This is not a place to go for affordable shopping. But you know that too.

By LIR8 |

This mall has everything in it. It has high end store, Bloomingdales and designer
stores. Then it also has Forever 21 and some lower end stores. There are several restaurants full service and quick service. They have many different types of food. There is also a grocery and car dealership at this outdoor mall.

By Sanaz |

Fashion island is an amazing shopping center in the heart of Newport beach area. very chic with a good selection of shops and resturants.

By Suzanne S |

We went for an hour as it was right across from our hotel. We enjoyed seeing some stores that are not available at home. Like also that there is a Whole Foods there for grocery incidentals.

By Terry B |

This being a big mall with plenty of shops and eateries, it's a challenge to decide which to visit. We looked in about a dozen shops and looked at the menu of several eateries. The parking lot had plenty of parking left and the parking structure said almost 300 spaces still available. Of course this was Monday and a work day for most. Had a good time.

By Miranda C |

This mall is unique in that it overlooks the ocean and there is a great breeze. There are many chairs around, so if you get tired walking, you can sit, have a drink, or a bite to relax. Many restaurants and shops await to be explored once you arrive. The stores are middle to high-class and are of great quality. There is also a koi pond to admire. Its location is also convenient as there is a public library and movie theater nearby as well.

By sbrmoon |

Stayed at the Island Hotel across the street and while my husband attended a business meeting I went shopping! Great stores, including Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale, Nordstroms, and tons of boutique and one of a kind stores.

By Jordan1964 |

A very nice mall with a good selection of shops. All outdoors, although shelter from the sun easily found, and well laid out.

Worth dropping in.

By Jonnyjetprop |

Fashion Island is a high end, outdoor shopping mall. Located in the heart of Newport Beach, you can play Housewives of OC. It's a regular stop when we visit the area. Great shopping with food and entertainment. It's worth finding a shady spot and watch the beautiful people stroll by.

By wordfromdownunder |

Generally high end mix of stores but great food court, Barnes and Noble and Whole Foods. Falling in the (shallow) Koi pond is a right of passage for local kids. So interesting to watch the families during Saudi Summer. Is that a 3rd wife or a daughter?

By Linda Y |

My daughter and I LOVE Fashion Island. It's a peaceful setting in the storm of life. I love the koi pond, and the way the center is designed allows for crowd management so you aren't crammed up against all of humanity whilst enjoying the outdoor experience. We love all of the stores, Whole Foods and our favorite, True Foods. Fashion Island is our Happy Place!!

By The World is My Oyster |

Spent an afternoon there and really liked walking around and look at a bunch of different stores. There's also a ton of great places to eat at and not too overpriced.

By VA20191 |

Lovely place to shop with breathtaking views of the Pacific. Beautiful stores and restaurants. Many stores seem flagship in size yet inviting and attractive.

By James Weaver |

It has other attractions, dining, movies, groceries can be purchased, several restaurants have bars, furniture is sold, so there are a lot of varied escapes. My most expensive was purchasing my Model 3 Tesla from the showroom here. This day I was after a shirt which I had left behind a week ago. Just seemed I needed those colors. I had an award from Tommy Bahama, and since it was one of their shirts I tried the store nearby. I had written down the code number, looking it up was easy enough I thought. Sales people were busy helping others, finally found one to look up the code which he recognized as there’s, but with no luck. It seemed that Macy’s had the shirt and the code for it. So back I went, found my size and arrived home happy.

By KLM |

We love Fashion Island - frequently go to eat or just walk around - great outdoor environment. There has been a movement lately to get rid of lower end stores and replace them with high-end stores which is not so great but the environment is very nice. Lots of good restaurant choices.

By Chrisgolfpro |

If you're a fan of fashion island like I am, you have to be amazed at how Fashion Island keeps re-inventing itself. Always outstanding with its array of stores and events, if you haven't been for a couple of months and you return, and when you think it can't get any better, it does. Kudos to the management for always raising the bar and making this place a destination unto itself.

By etravelhome |

It’s a mall. It’s outdoors and nicely decorated but it’s nothing special. Shops are typical of a suburban slightly upscale mall.

By David from La Palma |

My wife and older daughter wanted to do some serious shopping. I tagged along so that I could have lunch with them. Several very good choices for lunch. Very nice Nordstrom's, but an excellent Macy's. I found a huge selection of Reyn Spooner men's shirts which are my favorite short sleeve shirts as they don't wrinkle. I normally have to buy these shirts at Nordstrom's as the local Macy's don't carry Rey Spooner. Not cheap at $98 each, but you can use the Macy's 20% off coupons unlike Nordstrom's. I ended up buying two of the shirts. Made my day.

By Kelli H |

Took evening shuttle several times from Hyatt Regency to Fashion Island for dinner and shopping. It's a must visit when in Newport Beach!

By Chel1304 |

Well appointed, and high end so if you want to dent your wallet or purse this is the place to shop. I have to say there was a great cinema which was my highlight & the Happy Nails nail bar the service was brilliant. If you are looking for an outlet you need to try somewhere else.

By Steve A |

One of the original outdoor malls, this affluent mall is fun to visit, has a great restaurant tenant mix, and window shopping is never dull. That said, it is not as kid/family friendly as it use to be.

Not too long ago, it had train rides for kids and really neat interactive water fountains and features that kept our kids entertained for hours. Today, it is still enjoyable, and they have fortunately kept the koi pond, which is a must see, but much of the magic has been replaced with revenue generating tenants.

Oh, and Fashion Island was also one of those few fun places to take your small dog, occasionally, while you were window shopped or eating outside on a patio, however, now, everyone takes their dogs, small and large, with them throughout all the stores and restaurants. If you’re one of “them” you’ll fit in just fine, however, if you do not like your small kids rolling on the grass that Fido just peed on (for example), you may find that a bit annoying.

By furly75 |

Beautiful shopping center near Newport beach with American and international brand stores at prices not really affordable for everyone. There are both clothing stores and home furnishings as well as places to eat something. Nice atmosphere, ample and free parking with control of definitely volunteer staff because elderly. Comfortable as a relaxing walk to remake your eyes a little.

By utripmeplease |

Love the cool Newport-rich vibe here, but I can’t afford everything I covet. It’s a great place to window shop or chill by the Koi pond (little kids love it).

I always make sure I have enough cash for a Hagen Daz ice cream cone (decedent!) and a little something-something from LUSH (great natural product face /body store).

By Joseph F |

Enough to make my wife happy and excited.....visited on the weekend and there were live music performances in a delightful setting.

By dmas6 |

Fashion Island has always been a treat to people watch, enjoy a nice lunch or dinner along with great shopping. The proximity to the beach and great restaurants outside of the mall are great.

By you-and-me-2015 |

When in Santa Ana, California area this is always on my list -- whether I need something specific from my favorite chain or looking for a unique treasure, I've always been delighted ... restaurants and movie theaters in the area are just as great.

By Leslie B |

Fashion Island is a beautiful shopping experience. High end department stores, Bloomingdales, Newman Marcus, Nordstrom’s, etc. Delicious dining options include Red O, Fig and Olive, Fleming’s, etc. or grocery shop at Whole Foods. This mall has it all within an easily walkable space. See the ocean from Macy’s. Test drive a Tesla. Dog friendly. Shop, eat and enjoy the gorgeous Newport Beach outdoors.

By Karen B |

Beautiful mall. All outdoors. Many high end stores and a few mom and pop places. Lots of restaurants to chose from. Whole foods right down the road too. Would definitely recommend a stroll thru. On a clear day you can see Catalina island from the top of the escalator.

By William L |

Fashion Island is a great place to experience Newport Beach at its "retail best". From selected restaurants and locations one has a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. There are movie theaters, abundant restaurants offering a diverse array of cuisine to suit most anyone's desire, and plentiful retails shops offering everything from clothing to books to Victoria's Secret to Apple products. Something for everyone. There are major anchor tenants as well, including Macy's and Nordstroms, for instance. Spend an hour or two there, or a full day. It's very unfortunate that the merry-go-round was taken out, as children of all ages enjoyed it, but Fashion Island is still fun to shop or just watch the passers-by. And much of the experience is outdoors, a pleasant contrast to malls that are pretty much exclusively in-doors.

By tomasviska |

I really like this shopping destination. Just took my friends visiting from Germany. Lot's of great shopping or you can just sit and relax and watch the beautiful koi pond. Good restaurants for eating, as well as a Whole Foods to pick up some munchies.

By Zeusallover |

Great place to take kids. Lots of varied shopping and food options. Easy walking from local hotels. Outdoors for most shops so if raining take note.

By Mila K |

Fashion Island in Newport Beach is a great place to visit, enjoy shopping, dining. One can relax outside at multiple snack and coffee shops, or have a gourmet meal. My favorite restaurant is Canaletto. It is a beautiful Italian restaurant. Great ambiance and menu! And if one wants to shop, this is the place. From big department stores like Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms to small boutiques, great choice of shopping. There are a lot of events there. Sometimes it is a fashion show! If you are in the area, you must to visit this incredible place.

By Jaskel08 |

Great outdoor mall. Great view of the ocean as well. Lots of places to visit. We were there on a Saturday, didn’t seem too busy.

By Theresa F |

Pretty place to visit with a wide variety of upscale shops and plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the sunny California weather.

By _betmiddleton |

Great place to just walk around especially at Christmas to see the big tree lit up and all the great restaurants

By Gordon Collier |

This mall is very big and has a large number of stores. The pet store is gone and a great amount of animal joy is gone. On the average this place is way expensive.

By Joyce T |

Fashion Island is one of the only upscale outdoor shopping centers in Orange County California.
It has a variety of restaurants and small cafes. It is a kid friendly center and dog friendly too. You get a wonderful ocean view from a few of the restaurants. There is entertainment at various times of the day. Even if you are not a shopper it is a nice place to just walk around and chill out. There are movie theaters in the center.

By Jonnyjetprop |

Great spot for high end shopping and dining. FI has both high end department stores along with boutiques.Excellent opportunity for people watching.

By Amre M |

This mall has always been a favorite. I love the layout, open with nice outdoor spaces to sit and have a break while the kids can run around. The selection of stores are top notch with everything you want. There is also a movie theater if you decide to take a break.

A must go especially with kids.

By Chris&Janey |

We had visited here some 3 years ago and returned on a few occasions during our recent road trip. A lovely shopping centre with plenty of good shops , good food places and entertainment. Seems to have been extended or upgraded in places since our last visit.

By A.Alghusain |

My wife and I enjoy coming here for lunch or dinner, and even to walk around and people watch. The cafes and restaurants are top class. The people working in the shops and restaurants have always been friendly. The people watching scene is fun too!

By AnnieMac |

Such a lovey shopping area to wander around. Nice size Macy's and great eating options. Lovey to sit and people watch. Easy access from the island hotel.

By Cindy L |

We never miss going to this mall. It's a beautiful mall with a great selection of stores and restaurants.

By Hugo v d. Tatzenweide |

Fashion Island is a nicely decorated and stylish build Mall. At one hand, you may see and smell the ocean, at the other hand you may find every kind of pricy shop or restaurant.

It is definitely worth to spend a couple of hours but this is not a "reasonable" outlet Mall. In case you do have the right mind set what to expect and what you might not get, then thus is a nice place to visit.

The opportunities for dinning are plenty and splendid.

Enjoy your time there.. as I did...

By Mayra D |

This is always one of our go-to places when we are in the Newport area. We love walking around and enjoying the beautiful weather. If you’re interested in high end shopping, this is your place. For me, the best is the food offerings and the Alex and Ani store.

This mall also has a Whole Foods if you’re looking to pick up some food for your hotel.

There’s times they have live performers. It’s just a nice place to go hang out.

By Angie P |

There's so much to do: shop, dine, catch a movie. Terrific assortment of shops and restaurants. Great Maple was my favorite restaurant. Don't miss the roasted cauliflower humus. Only complaint, there's NO PLUS SIZE SHOPPING, except at Macy's.

By Tom s |

This place is very large, lots of stores, nice restaurants, and a big airy feel. Enjoyed just walking around. Also didn't seem all that busy.

By Matty J |

Hearing that fashion island is the best place to shop where compared to anywhere. That was a big statement to me as I have shopped in Paris and many other fashion locals know for top notch shopping. I was not disappointed by going to fashion island and the experience was great. I cannot think of any stores that they do not have and everywhere we went we received great service. If you are in new port and want to find a treat you fine hard finding anywhere, give this place a try.

By Buhrdy |

My best friend (who lives in Irvine) and I spent a couple hours at Fashion Island as I need a shirt for an event. There are so many stores to choose from it's almost overwhelming. The view of the ocean alone is worth it. Parking is free. It's super "bougie" as I say and this is not a place that either my friend and I would normally shop. However, it's a great open air mall with tons of selection and great restaurants. Happy shopping. Enjoy!

By b2buck |

This is a big mall with lots of stores. Several big box stores and a lot of smaller ones. It was a very clean mall with easy parking. A go to location for what you are looking for.

By Peter M |

I have visited Fashion Island hundreds of times in the past almost 50 years. I have seen it grow and change over the decades and it has matured into one of the most beautiful and exquisitely designed and maintained shopping centers in the world. The center has numerous upscale stores such as Newman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Brooks Brothers, St. Croix, etc., along with wonderful restaurants. One of my favorites is Great Maple restaurant. Brazille Restaurant inside of Nordstrom’s department store is also excellent. Every Christmas, the center erects an enormous real Christmas tree which is one of the most enjoyable times of year to visit Fashion Island. This center has exquisite ocean views, is marvelously maintained and landscaped, and has outstanding and easy parking.

By rkmoy |

I live in Newport Beach, and I pretty much visit once a week, either to shop or dine.

This mall is a nice outdoor mall with a good selection of restaurants and shops. When I first moved to Newport 10 years ago, the mall was kind of old and sparse. Now with the new restaurants and shops, it's getting much better.

The Island Cinema upstairs has food and a full bar, so it's great. It might not always have all the newest movies, likely Regal Cinema across the street, but it's a good experience nonetheless. The best place to park if you're just going to watch a movie is in the parking structure near the Yard House. Go to the top floor and park there. There's a walk bridge straight to the theater.

The place can get busy, especially now that a Whole Foods is open there. With the new condos being built across he street, I bet it'll be a madhouse.

Fashion Island is far from the size of the Spectrum, but it's a nice outdoor mall nonetheless.

By James K |

I guess this is a shopping paradise for ladies. Not much shops targeting men. Nice layout. Friendly environment.

By Angie H |

Being from another state, we were amazed at the different cultures we ran into. You certainly see alot of things-some funny, some exciting, some impressive and some are just amazing to the eyes! Everyone does their own thing and no one is ashamed-whatsoever. Everything is so clean and well maintained in the area.

By JimmyJackk |

We walked around awhile looking for the restaurant we were having brunch. Everyone had masks on. Didn’t see anyone above the age of 2 without one. High end mall. Lots of expensive shops.

By BJH82107 |

I really enjoyed shopping! We shopped and ate dinner afterwards. The place was not too crowded....several places to lounge and relax.

By luvtotravel818 |

Fashion Island is beautiful and a great place to walk your dog. Great view, window shopping and nice sunset. Perfect evening.

By Hung N |

This is my favorite outdoor shopping mall whenever I visit Newport Beach area. Upscale stores, nice restaurants, easy parking. Most of the time, weather is very good here.

By Winelovin |

We visited twice we loved it so much
There are lovely shops including all the big names like Macy's
Restaurants are plentiful our favorite was the Cheesecake Factory
Some lovely water features but for us the luxury cinema was the highlight of the center.
A cinema where you can enjoy a movie and have served to your seat wine and cheese plate!
There is a lovely feel to this up market center and it fits with perfect in the locality of Newport and spending power of the locals.

By Serafin Hermana |

I really don't know if this is a mall or not. It is a place with cinema theatres, stores, quality shops, Whole foods, and Barnes & Noble. It is a pity the mind and puzzle games store is closed. Last year we liked to buy a different shape rubiks cube and I hope to buy another one different...but. you don't have to leave anything for thw next year. Urban outfitters has great sweaters and hoodies. Nice place. And Rolex....Tesla ..Bose...

Fashion Island has something for everyone. Great restaurants, world class shopping, and a great area to just still as you enjoy the view. This area is wonderful anytime of the year.

By calgal405 |

Loads of parking at this beautiful outdoor mall. There are also a variety of restaurants at varying prices to accommodate everyone. Stores ... stores ... and more stores!

By Mike Macrone |

I first went to this mall years ago and it was great then and it is even better now. It has all the stores that you could need and you get to walk outside in the beautiful weather with great surroundings! I come here every week now and sometimes I go just to walk around and grab a quick bite to eat. It is such a fun place to go with things for everyone to enjoy!

By Dan T |

A lovely outdoor mall with a mix of high-end and mid-range stores. Something for everyone in a very pleasant environment.

For a treat, get nitro ice-cream at Atomic Creamery (the best ice-cream you'll ever taste - so smooth from the liquid nitrogen used to freeze it!) and take in a movie at The Lot with reclining arm chairs and food service in the cinema - my family's favourite cinema experience to date! :)

By marcusf558 |

I took my family last weekend, and had a great meal......The food and service was excellent..........We always get the Long Life Noodles and Prawns...........Kung Pao Chicken no peanuts..........and BBQ Short Ribs...........So always a great place to eat!

By Dana Los Angeles |

Probably the best outdoor mall in the country, overlooking coastal California. Home to luxury retailers and an assortment of dining options.

By Marz J |

Lots of options for shopping and eating. It’s pretty big I suggest wearing sneakers to walk around. Lots of restaurants and apparel to choose from. It’s definitely an upscale outdoor shopping experience so if you are looking to spend money this is definitely your place. It’s also great for lunch dates! You can also see the ocean from there and you are not to far from the beach, literally 5 mins away.

By Brett L |

The biggest mistake was not setting aside more time for this fabulous outdoor/indoor mall. I generally do not like to waste time shopping while on vacation, but this mall had a little bit of everything in a wonderful setting: specialized boutiques and big department stores, jewelry, furniture, an array of restaurants, cars -- I wish I could have stayed longer to explore more but I had a flight to catch.

By Mafalda l |

Fashion Island is a huge Mall with so many brands that you can get lost. Wonderful place for a nice shopping experience. You will need more than one day to visit all the shops. When I come to OC I like spending time here.

By Darren C |

Shops that take advantage of a year round comfortably climate, restaurants catering to a fiscally abundant clientele, established within an environment created to solicit an ambiance of sunshine and affluence. If this is the kind of word you are looking for you are about really enjoy your mall experience!

By Steven B |

One of the most elegant malls in all of California. Top end stores and great places to shop and eat. Plan to spend the entire day just walking around, then get lunch.

By luxetrip |

Absolutely a beautiful and upscale mall with wonderful shops and restaurants! A great place to unwind, after a campus tour of UCI. Lots of seating places conveniently located everywhere, under gorgeous palm trees, along beautiful walkways. Nice view of the beach, too.

By Greg D |

Folks, this is a great Shopping Center for high wealth individuals… but beware there has been some very random violence in the last year that has resulted in death… so be aware of your surroundings and look out for your fellow shoppers…Security and the Police will not protect you as crime happens too fast .., so look out for each other!!

By BeachStone2C |

A lot brand stores and specialty shop. Plenty of restaurants and cafes. Outdoor mall matching perfectly Southern California weather. Large parking area going around the circle area of the mall itself.

By LoriJM |

We strolled this lovely mall after an early dinner. Many shops and many different choices of dining experiences. You feel like you are on holiday. It has a beach feel.

By Azcayja |

This mall saved us with their dining options. We were staying at The Marriott across the street and the hotel has extremely limited dining options.

By WJSQ8 |

It's one of the best malls I've seen in this area. Wide range of shops, restaurants, whole foods, coffeeshops, Barnes and Nobles Library, huge department stores like Macy's, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. And theres a cinema too!
You can hang out here for a whole day!

By CHAUSTER B |

there r so many dogs dress like celebrities dog. Some r inside their purse. They got rid of the fish pond. It has a nice food court. Best parking spot is next to pf Chang restaurant. It GET VERY cold at night.

By Norma R |

It was a pleasure bringing my little fur ball to this outdoor mall. There are also a variety of places to eat lunch or dinner patio style. Shops include Macy's, Dicks, etc. plus boutique type stores. You could even do your grocery shopping here!

By travelshooter71 |

A really nice place to shop...Well maintained, great variety of restaurants and stores, Easy parking and great location

By samscammell |

Fashion island is a great place to go for shoppers, it's a beautiful outdoor mall where you can sit and enjoy the fountains as well as spend a lot of money. It's much nicer than others as it's all open air, and open late so you can easily spend an evening shopping there.

By Franklin518 |

What needs to be said? You can take your dog with you to shop which is always a plus. Some great shops for young people with slim bodies... enjoy.

By pitsonair |

Love a wander round Fashion Island. Nice places to eat/have coffee/dinner. Worth a visit to see the beautiful fish in the pond, lovely fountain, nice places to sit outside. Nice mix of shops for every pocket.... not all high end shops like South Coast Plaza.

By Peppi26 |

Beautiful well laid out mall. It has the usual chain stores but numerous unique and interesting smaller stores. Nice place to spend a day with lunch in one of the many restaurants to break up the day.

By UmmaBAtraveller |

This mall has the most designer shops I think I’ve seen in a mall .. In addition to all the big retailers.. Yes it’s a mall but if you can’t find what your looking for here .. I don’t know ...

Very nice place to visit in California NewPort Beach. Highly recommended place. Outdoor Centre which creates the Nice atmosphere.

By Joy M |

Love this centre ...has loads of great shops! My only criticism was that on the very rare occasion that it rains there should be more umbrellas for sale as it is mostly open. Fabulous restaurants there!!

By David B |

Not that you struggle with finding things to do in Newport/Balboa but Fashion Island has all the shops and plenty of cafes too.

By J2Deluca |

So, while on vacation in the desert we decide to escape the heat and Coachella and drive two hours to get to Fashion Island. We easily found parking, hit the Nespresso store (yes, we are on that bandwagon) and hit the shops fully caffeinated. Shopping was shopping - a few stores out of the norm, Uno de 50 being one I love, so it was above average. Lunch on the patio at Great Maple (just outside Nordstrom) was delicious and the live entertainment in the piazza was just as good as the people watching. Overall, the grounds are lovely, enticing you to relax outside a little in between shops - there are a few unique stores, bear in mind it is a mall...

By Christy A |

This place is such fun! Go to sit on the comfortable couches for a snack or to sunbathe or just to people watch! You can even bring your dog!

By AVH1313 |

Fashion Island's outdoor shopping mall is lovely, they offer a wide range of shopping from high end to family minded shopping as well. They offer a food court, and great a selection restaurants, and movie theaters. If during the holiday season, they have a tree lighting ceremony and holiday festivities.

By mnottingham |

We were staying across the street and Fashion Island was interesting but not very convenient for eating. Each restaurant had long wait times and it was hard to find some places we were looking for.

By Neerja24 |

Fashion Island is very charming
It is a beautiful place with some amazing restaurants and a great place to shop in Newport Beach
They have a large Whole Foods, Fig & Olive, NeimanMarcus , Bloomingdales home is lovely , and well planned
The stand alone boutiques are also great and a good selection between high street brands and the high end designer stores

By Dave P |

Certainly unique.

It does come with it's challenges: 1) cacophony from outside the seating area. Those in the lobby who talk will be a distraction. 2) There is an ease of passerbyes, crashing the event.

Overall, a decent place to host.

By trekker183 |

If you love outdoor malls, this is the place to visit! Great stores, lovely weather, nice restaurants, and an ocean view and breeze to die for. Highly recommended!

By KimberlyKunz |

Memories of Fashion Island in the 1960's are still with me with the shopping, architecture and koi ponds; it was always a treat to go there! It has improved through the years and now it is still a treat with a nice selection of stores, eateries, art, water features, landscaping and trolleys. Now I take my 83 year old mother! The trolley makes it nice because we don't have to walk far from parking.

By TravellingMan19866 |

Awesome outdoor mall that carries all your favorite brands with some fantastic restaurants to boot. High end boutiques to stores that are in every mall - you sure to find anything you need here. Parking can be a problem but there is a huge amount of parking and a valet if you prefer.

The mall is well taken care of. A really good shopping and dining experience with tons of variety.

By califcasl |

I am not as a general rule a fan of shopping malls, but this one is a notable exception. It's not just that it has a good selection of shops and stores, it's that it's outside with clear skies and great views.

By tina r |

I am a shopper, but not always a buyer. This lovely outdoor mall, complete with amazing shops and restaurants is the best for both. Lovely gardens, fountains, places to sit, shop and eat. This was one of the nicest malls I have been to in a long time. Some of my favourite designers had shops there as well, Rebecca Taylor, Vince, and the Anthropologie store, was the largest and coolest I have ever been to!

By Libby S |

We came on Christmas Eve with the family. The mall wasn't too crowded to make you feel uncomfortable. The big wind chimes on Macy's were fascinating for the kids.

They also enjoyed the big Christmas tree with presents and the local artists. They interacted nicely with the kids and were a lot of fun.

Nice to walk around on a leisurely afternoon.

By appledude1221 |

This mall is a real gem hidden on the coast very very beautiful mall if you are in Newport Beach I highly recommend this place if you are in Newport Beach

By Kellycouzens |

Fashion Island/Newport Center is the best high end outdoor mall to shop. Fantastic and beautiful shops, wonderful restaurants and cafes. Don't tell anyone!

By waiake1 |

there are a lot of stores here from small boutiques to whole foods. Surprisingly there are a lot of bargains and the parking is free. the place is easy to access. the parking is close by. If you are in the area this is a place to stop.

By L0la88 |

This mall was stunning. It is very pet friendly with outdoor seating, a koi pond, and lovely shops and restaurants. My friend took me here to shop and have lunch. I enjoyed the people watching as we sat outside!

By Annie H |

Enjoyed strolling through shop's. Was impressed with the layout of the mall. Good exercise trolling through the stores. Good variety of stores.

By MontanaVacation1 |

We spent the weekend in Newport Beach and or hotel was near a Fashion Island. We didn't shop for long but awesome stores and layout. Much bigger than you can imagine. Good restaurants and stores.

By Dana Los Angeles |

Fashion Island is the gold standard for California malls. The location, ocean views, restaurant and store selection, ease of parking. and more

By Mimi C |

Bring money!! Lots of it. Every best store is there.... All the top designers and Saks, Neimans, Macy's...Restaurants...etc.

By SusieRussell |

Lets go do some serious fun shopping at the Fashion Island in Newport Beach. Classy, fabulous, fun. Beautiful Christmas decorations and trees. I love it there.

By Debby M |

Great outdoor shopping. Especially like to shop at Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Nordstroms, Splendid, True Religion and Johnny Was. There are many other great stores like Vince, Trina Turk and Elie Tahari. There is a wonderful. Yard House restaurant for Happy Hour and great food.

By McFadFam |

Outdoor mall with everything from Nordstorm to Forever 21. They even have a sporting goods store. There are also many great restaurants to select from for dining.

By Stephanie D |

Fashion Island will give you just about anything you want for retail shopping.

They have Macy's, Bloomingdales & Nordstrom's as anchor stores. Lots of other shops.

There are many restaurants to choose from. There is also a food court.

Whole Foods has a large store there as well. They even have a fire pit outside the pizza, deli and salad bar area.

There are 2 movie theaters there as well. But be aware tickets are $19 each for adults.

Nothing especially California about this place, but a great place if you are in the mood to shop.

By L7364WOmichelleb |

Such a wonderful place to spend a day, with lovely walkways, water features, green areas and don't forget the great stores, restruants, movie theaters and more. It's fabulous for people watching and dog/kid friendly. You cannot visit Newport Beach without a trip to Fashion Island.

By ladyzire |

After a nice lunch we strolled throughout the center and in and out of stores. All high end stores here, Louis Vuitton. Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, etc. So much fun to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine in this open air mall.

By Judie M |

Great outdoor mall with amazing shops plus anchor stores like Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Whole Foods, and Neiman Marcus. Coffee shops, Sees candy, fabulous restaurants like True Food, Fig & Olive, jewelry and watch stores, hot dog stand, various kiosks, a koi fish pond, a tram that moves people from store to store a movie theatre where you choose your seats and have food and beverages served to your seat and much more. Even has a Tesla car dealership right in the middle. You can also get your cell phone or iPad repaired while you shop.
Something to do for every one. A must see if you are around Newport Beach.

By WanderlustIreland |

Such a beautiful mall to stroll around...lots of shopping and relaxed feeling being outside. Ample parking and dining

By venckman2017 |

This is a venerable, upscale outdoor mall in Newport Beach. The place is a nice place to spend the afternoon, whether you're in a shopping mood or not. It's very nicely laid out, with public art, fountains, and a lovely koi pond, and a bluff-top view of the sea. Most of the stores are pricey, but not all...and there are some nice, affordable places to eat. The best part, for me, is that it's extraordinarily dog friendly. They are even allowed in most of the stores, although obviously you should check with the staff to make sure.

By appledude1221 |

This mall is a primo mall. This mall fails to disappoint. The stores are really luxurious. Staff are very polite I highly recommend this mall if you are in Newport Beach.

By kanzkanz |

Fashion Island is a great place for have a stop in your trip in Newport Beach. There are some restaurants and shops. The cinema is very cute, there is a very beautiful bar inside!

By lindsay0215 |

Plan to spend an afternoon here browsing tons of great shops. My kids loved Pac Sun, lulu and Athleta. Lots of restaurant options and outdoor seating.

By KNic0le |

To begin with, the outside of the mall is absolutely beautiful. As you drive up to the main entrance, it looks like you're pulling into a resort. The mall is not much different from any other high end mall. The stores are all the same as all the rest.

By Efi M |

This place was amazing they had nice restaurants and almost all the stores you can think of it also has a nice outdoor walking area so you don't feel like you're stuck inside of a mall... definitely will return...

By Grzegorz |

Fashion Island is probably one of the most beautiful and relaxing shopping centers I know. Most of the shops are outside so You can walk around and enjoy California sun. Unfortunately selection of brands changed since my last visit few years ago, so at the moment for shopping I definitely prefer South Coast Plaza - but for killing time and getting good food Fashion Island is still great! :)

By s a |

this place have a special place in my heart, beautiful outdoor shops with a fish pond in the middle of the shopping center, sitting areas all over the place. There is something about this place that will make you addicted to visiting it!

By Roqzy |

A nice space to walk outside between stores. High end stores but reasonable restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the various fountains - unique - and there is a place to see the ocean while there. If you are on a budget it will be mostly window shopping but still enjoyable.

By essamhk |

I visited Fashion Island in 1980 when it was just built, however today it's complete and I consider it one of the most beautiful shopping centers in California. Well known department stores are found there such as Macy's, nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend if you're in LA near Newport Beach area.

By Fletch1946 |

I am most definitely not a mall person. As a general rule I avoid them at all costs. But, if you have to go to a mall, this is the one to visit. Pretty upscale stores, e.g., Whole Foods and Nieman Marcus, some nice places to eat, e.g., The Oak Grill at the Island Hotel, and a wonderful movie theater. Being a map or your GPS as it is really easy to get lost.

By catson67 |

Some of the best shopping and restaurants in Newport! We ate at Fleming’s, yummers! We shopped at Nieman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, and Z Gallery. Purchased my “special edition” tote:)
You will find what you need here!!

By Shakila R |

This is a very nice mall which allows dogs and pets inside their stores. The parking is convenient as the shops are spread out.

By Steve Concialdi |

Outstanding outdoor mall, especially with the incredible weather we have in Southern California. Great shops and restaurants throughout. There is a Nordstrom, many other larger department stores and plenty of smaller stores & shops too. Multiple wonderful restaurant options. We enjoy walking around this outdoor mall and eating there. Plus, it’s extremely dog friendly! Highly recommend. Steve Concialdi

By Timothy M |

Walked through the whole mall area. Had 2 hours to spare so was able to eat and then shop. The Tesla store was cool. They had Christmas decorations up all over, especially in the main square. Great location for family if you have the funds. It is an upscale mall.

By MeuterMedia |

Outdoor Shopping mall with "Tesla Cars" Nordstrom's, Macy's and much more, great restaurants too and of course coffee and ice cream. Outdoor fountains, great place for your family and take pictures too. recommended MeuterMedia

By BlakievanHemert |

This is still a top quality shopping plaza having been the elite one when first opened. Its easy to navigate as there are frequent maps located around the outside walkways. There are many of the high end retailers here and lots of casual to fine dining options with various cuisines. Parking is also easy and convenient.
The Fashion Island Hotel is located just outside of the plaza and is a class act all unto itself.

By NativePhoenician |

This outdoor shopping center is lovely. Great choice of stores and eateries. Where else can you get a view of the ocean while shopping?

By NOregrets-Traveler |

Went here to eat at Red O. Walked around and looked at shops. Lots of high end stores and some unique shops.

By Fashiongal59 |

Outdoor shopping Mecca with fantastic store selections, excellent restaurant choices, outdoor lounging areas, excellent parking and dog friendly. What's not to love about a day shopping in Newport Beach with your dog?

By 205sr |

Fashion Island isn't a real island. It's a large upscale shopping mall a mile or so from the ocean and aside from all the chain stores there - Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Bose, etc., - and some nice places to eat - indoors, outdoors, and a huge food court - there are some wonderful views of the ocean. It's worth a trip if you're staying at a hotel close by.

By henrybp72 |

Very safe and entertaining, plenty of shops and fancy restaurants. You can spend the whole day shopping and walking around, you will have a great time for sure!

By travelfreak903 |

Great shopping spot! It is incredibly clean and they have a large variety of stores to shop in. Highly recommended!

By BK33458 |

Excellent shopping mall with great variety of stores to chose from. Easy parking garage available. Restaurants sprinkled around the area.

By Morris |

Being from the colder north eastern U.S. we don't really have many large outside shopping areas like fashion island. The closest thing we have is outlet shopping centers which are not very fun or pretty to walk around. Fashion Island is pleasurable just to stroll around on a nice afternoon.

By Kelly_LNap |

It is nice to just spend the day walking around, shopping, and maybe grabbing something to eat. The weather here is usually sunny with temps around the 70's. Dogs and husbands are welcome to come with ;-) The food court has great choices (my faves are Hana Grill and Baking Betty's). Barnes and Noble is attached to the food court, so I like to grab a bite and a book and sit by one of the fountains (inside or outside).

By Robert D |

Located in Newport Center, less than five miles south of John Wayne Airport and east of Pacific Coast Highway, between Jamboree Road and MacArthur Blvd, via Newport Center Drive, the sheik, modern, open air FASHION ISLAND, a shopping mecca for the rich and famous, offers upscale restaurants, shops, luxury boutiques and high end department stores like, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and Nordstrom. Besides Fashion Island, Newport Center is home to local governmental agencies, corporate headquarters, regional banks, resort-styled hotels, medical offices, museum, a famous golf course. Fashion Island is the place where you are likely to see an automobile accident between a Bentley and a Rolls Royce. Unlike other large shopping centers, Fashion Island provides an abundance of surface parking and structured parking and at least fifty chairs and couches were to sit and enjoy the sunshine and the ocean breezes while relaxing and people watching.

By Uri H |

Outdoor shopping mall, that is very nice to walk around. Nice stores and great restaurants, easy parking and closed to everything.
Many people like to meet there for lunch and nice walking around.

By 998sunshine |

Is the sun shining? Is the weather perfect? Is the place full of high end stores, dogs, restaurants, Palm Trees, ocean views? OK, you are in Fashion Island.

There are a number of vacationers from Europe that shop here. What do they know that you do not? This is a relaxing place to wander through.

Stop for coffee and people/dog watch. Pick up the Financial Times at the bookstore. Find a Scandinavia based clothing store for kids. Have a 1700 calorie lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. Your chances are about 1 in 100 that you get the balcony tables.

There is no charge for wandering around and the mall will even deliver you with a few different, free, modes of electric transportation. The last time I picked up a newspaper, the dog did not want to go home yet. So, I had to walk him around. The dog knows what you don’t, this is a great place to visit, even if you are just going to dog watch (like him).

The downside? Er, a, so, you could get a cold wind/.....Or, sometimes the parking lot gets fairly full. By the way, on two sides, you can find covered parking that even shows you how many empty spaces might be available. Oh, need to see a film? There is a movie theater in the mall and another one across the street from the mall. Need Irish food? Look across the street from the mall. Want to visit your Tesla you never got around to buying?..... Go to the mall Tesla store. Need Italian Ice Cream? Covered. Where to buy luggage? Along with department stores, there is a good luggage store (not far from the bookstore). Need to visit the world’s biggest bond company? Walk across the street, Deposit money. Getting the idea?

A few blocks below the mall is Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Turn left and enjoy the drive down to Del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point Harbor, or go west a few miles and visit old Newport Beach. (There is more to do in the area than you have time for....). One last example? How about a harbor tour in an electric Duffey Boat? You are the pilot (reservations) . It just goes on and on and on. There is enough to do near Fashion Island than in some states you might visit.

Often there are singers here. Many people stop to listen. Others have something else on their mind (You were always on my mind?). Either way, you should have a pleasant time. By the way, many of the singers are better than what you her on ‘The Voice’. Sorry, that bar is WAY TOO LOW ! ENJOY !

By Hairycalgrad |

It is just a wonderful place to spend a few hours or more while enjoying the upscale atmosphere. As for food there are many dining choices from fast food in the food court in the Atrium to higher end restaurants. Relax by the large Koi fish pond or one of the many other comfortable outdoor seating areas. I am no longer a big shopper but if you are there certainly is a wide variety of store to satisfy your shopping needs. I love window shopping and dining the best here.

By MominOC |

So we went midweek during the school year and it was perfect. Weather was great this time of year at this outdoor mall with relatively few people milling about. Lovely restaurants with many offering happy hour beginning at 3pm midweek.

By solarskipslack |

From fine dining to showcase top tier stores or just a great place to people watch. It also has a food court for budget minded hungry people. Two theaters, with the latest movies on the big screen.

By BruinDan |

While malls all over the United States are struggling and closing, Fashion Island in Newport Beach has continued to draw shoppers from all over the world. There are a couple of reasons for this…

First of all, they understand and cater specifically to their target audience – the well-heeled shopper for whom bargains are not a necessity. In addition to many of the typical mall shops, you’ll find numerous high-end stores and eateries scattered throughout the property. In fact, they even refer to themselves on their website as “an upscale open-air lifestyle center, known for luxury shopping and restaurants.”

Second, they take full advantage of their location to create a pleasant experience. Years ago, Fashion Island resisted the trend to convert outdoor shopping centers to indoor malls, which has certainly paid off in the long run. You can see the ocean from Fashion Island, and the temperature is almost always agreeably mild. There are fountains and art scattered throughout, and there are several areas with surprisingly comfortable outdoor seating. Moreover, the public areas are remarkably clean.

So even if you’re not in a shopping frenzy or on a mission to find that perfect gift, Fashion Island provides a cool setting and a comfortable environment in which you can spend some time.

By Es_bo |

Huge outdoor mall with plenty of shops, restaurants and even fitness options (soul cycle and pilates)

By luckydog172 |

Its nice walking outdoor and browsing the different stores. I used to take my two daughters here so they play with the " kids fountain" and unfortunately it is no longer there. Its still overall a nice place to walk outdoor and shop.

By ortoftasakc |

A really great place for shopping All kinds of boutiques And you walk outside in a nice environment between the shops. And when you get hungry you can choose from a variety of restaurants

By 1sally2017 |

Always a great place to walk with your dog and window shop. New restaurants that our dog friendly.
All the stores are also dog friendly. A great place to find everything you are looking for plus more. The Apple store is there to answer questions plus very informative classes. The Christmas tree is not to be missed plus great for photos

By ladyzire |

Been making a point to check out different trees at shopping centet locations. This one I was told was the best but I don't quite agree. Although it is worth seeing.

By chris g |

Plenty of choices to shop, or eat, but really, just a standard outdoor mall. Parking is a pain during busy times.

By Doorman27 |

Fashion island is of my favorite outdoor mall in Orange County it is near the beach and the mall have lots of unique boutiques that can’t find anywhere else

By Yvonne |

Went to Fashion Island and I visited every outdoor fountain throughout the mall. I also saw the fountain in the food court. I enjoyed walking through the mall and enjoyed the sea breeze.

The mall is beautiful and is a great place to enjoy being either by yourself or with family/friends. Thank you Fashion Island for an enjoyable day....hope to visit again soon.

By A.W. |

We roamed around Fashion Island several times while on vacation. It’s quite lovely, with tons of shopping and plenty of restaurants.

By DisneyBeachLasVegas |

We went to fashion island for mainly the dining options. From the cheesecake factory to California pizza kitchen, you have tons of food choices. We happened to choose blaze pizza, and what a great pizza joint, highly recommend it

By TravelTag |

With all of the high end clothing and accessory storefronts there are also amazing and affordable quick bites. The cleanliness and organization of the grounds is the standard I would expect of that location.

By FoxRun0123 |

Great place to shop. Safe. Clean. Love the Z shop! Nice outdoor areas to walk around. We went in the evening and it wasn’t super busy

By Passport17402790674 |

This is a must go destination whenever I visit this part of California. There's something for everyone! They also have a great selection of eateries to choose from.

By Fernando T |

This is the best shopping center in Orange County , much better than South Coast Plaza.

All brands , all stores , restaurants , really really good !

By imabug2 |

You're in beautiful Newport Beach. Why do you want to be inside? Shopping at Fashion Island gives you the chance to stroll around and enjoy the Fresh Ocean Air. Lots of people love to bring their stylish little dogs and walk about, stopping to sit and people-watch. There's a large fountain with koi that the children enjoy. As you probably are aware, this is not an inexpensive place to go. But it is more of an experience than just shopping.

By henrissh |

This is a great outdoor mall & soooo pet friendly! People congregate at different spots with their dogs & just hang & chat. And if you haven't discovered the Lincoln Center - you MUST discover the Lincoln Center! They have a $10K Nespresso machine and can whip up any kind of coffee, hot chocolate, lattes, mocha your little heart desires. They also hold fun events like art shows, gardening seminars, & coming up is a golf workshop with the pro from Pelican Hill. See Veronica, or Britt. They'll take good care of you!

By Karen C |

I love the "outdoor" malls in California. This one is beautiful with lots of lovely stores. Lots of parking.

By Mragan22 |

This shopping venue offers something for everyone. From all the big department stores to many local boutiques. Lots of restaurants and a food court too. Plenty of places to take a seat and enjoy the beautiful Newport Beach weather. A nice Koi pond.

By Nkelln |

Great mall to walk through and see all the luxury stores. We went in the evening and it was pretty to walk through. Lots to see even if you don't go for the shopping. The fountains and koi ponds are neat to see and relax beside. We nice atmosphere, especially for a mall. Also has many dining options for dinner. The only complaint is that the mall closes really early on the weekends.

By Cape-SoCal |

Enjoyable day or evening. Great restaurants and shops to have fun in a peaceful, hectic, safe environment!

By Toni G |

Just about every shop you can imagine is here (with the exception of Sephora which is surprising). The complex also has a cinema and lots of great restaurants. If you're in the mood to shop, this is the place to go.

By Mohammad A |

An open air mall which is a must visit when you are in Newport Beach. Plenty of shopping and restaurants and an amazing #vip movie theatre.

By Joan S |

Good for everyone. Dining, both casual and fine, activities for kids, including playful fountains, great at Christmas with huge tree and decor. Mix of stores from high end Newman’s to Claire’s (which shows myriad gifts for young girls.). Movie theaters newly redone and a bit more expensive. Parking mostly plentiful, but occasionally challenging.

By Cindy L |

A very beautiful mall; you can even see the ocean from it. They have a great selection of stores and restaurants. Whenever we are in Laguna, we always stop at the mall.

By Sarah E |

This mall has a little bit of everything. Don't let the high end stores scare you off of those aren't your thing. We grabbed some ice cream and window shopped and got some reasonably priced outfits at Nordstrom. We even saw a movie star late right before closing time :)

By Suzanne M |

Really enjoyed the Great Maple for breakfast. Definitely try the bacon donuts! The layout of the shopping center was beautiful and there are a variety of stores for every type of shopper.

By TXFoodie75230 |

We had a long layover at the airport (SNA) and the American Airlines agent suggested we take an Uber to Fashion Island. What a great mall--with a view of Newport Beach!! Had lunch at R&D Restaurant and walked around this giant mall with every main department store imaginable. An open air walk between stores and restaurants. Nice way to spend our time.

By johnnyvegas22 |

Fashion Island is a dream shopping area. It is open air and filled with all types of stores plus high end dept stores. There is also and abundance of restaurants. I go every year and love walking through and checking out the shops.

By 13Raquel13 |

This place is huge and has any and every store you could possibly imagine. There are also some nice views of the ocean- great for people watching.

By Harvey R |

Fashion Island is an outdoors mall with upscale department stores, small shops, and lots of very good restaurants. Lots of parking and easy to navigate. Also has a hugely expensive movie theater ($20/seat for SENIORS), and a second on the edge of the mall that is way more reasonable. Weather is almost always nice, so strolling usually is not a problem. Indeed you will see locals here taking their daily walks. A nice place to spend part of a day.

By Rolf L |

The Fashion Island is exactly as indicated; hundreds of chops for apparels; children, men, women’s, department stores like Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. In addition, you get hungry as well and you’ll find a food court and more fine dining venues spread out in the vast area of smaller building in a colonial style. In total 38 food-places as far as I could notice.
If you are in to reading, I recommend Barnes & Noble Booksellers. They have a great selection of books and some very good bargains. Well worth a visit.
Please remember to get booklets with coupons offering discounts and special deals.

By Perkadventures |

Came here for the Christmas tree and the different areas. Many people not masked and did not seem to care not a safe place at this time.
Walked around to see the various areas including the tree.

Outside food was available.

By Ronald M |

Higher end stores. Nice selection. Very busy place. Easy in and out from pch. Stopped on the way back from the beach. Very relaxing places to sit. Lots to eat.

By Wally K |

This has been a trip each Christmas time for us. Watching the many people with their children happy and exited going from store to store and many stop at Santa's cottage for a picture with Santa, while the many eating places are filled with happy and hungry people visiting with their friends. There is a fantastic food court that will impress young and old. We always stop at the Coy pond that has many colorful large fish in it. You may find that the day went too fast.

By Dyanne2014 |

Fashion Island is a great place to shop, dine, attend a movie, or just walk around. There are many convenient places to sit outside and enjoy the California sun.

By Marion M |

This is one of the nicest, easiest shopping centers to get lost in. It has about everything. As Amazon and others slowly but surely eliminate all real estate based shopping centers this will be a jewel to visited by all those who want to see and touch. Well worth your time to visit.

By Melanie S |

I definitely recommend coming to fashion island if you are in the Orange County area.

Lots of stores, all of the big names including department stores. My favourite store here is Bcbg maxazria.

Also a Whole Foods which is great. Plenty of dining options too!

Mall is mainly outdoors, so keep this in mind when considering the weather.

By MikeAulino |

Something for everyone. My wife hit the department stores and I could check out cars. The Tesla store was really cool. Excellent restaurants makes for a fun evening.

By FamilyOfFourxo |

Just a great way to end a day on the beach... unique and special place. Great selection of shops and restaurants. Right across the street from beach. Lots of nooks and crannies to explore or sit and enjoy the view.

By FTichy |

It is a great place to visit. It is upscale and everything is nice and it spell luxury.
A lot of store but most are high end so you better have deep pockets to really go shopping.
A lot os restaurants around it so very nice to spend the day and have dinner.
Famous for the huge Christmas tree it has every year.
It had valet parking.
Never went there to go shopping (South Coast Plaza is better for that).
Just a great place to walk around and enjoy the day and the place.

By Cathie P |

We stayed at the Islands Hotel in Fashion Island in Newport beach with friends and the Fashion Island Shopping Mall is one of the best open air shopping experiences near the coast. Fine Department stores, Nordstrom's, Macy's, NeimMarcus are among the many stores to shop. There are many speciality shops for your shopping pleasure. A fun place to spend the afternoon to stroll through the outside mall! Would highly recommend the visit!

By vegaslady10 |

Great assortment of upscale stores. Great selection of restaurants too. Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom Bloomingdales and Macy's. Movie theaters too. Book store and food court too.

Loved this beautiful shopping area, great stores and restaurants . Went to Macy's for some sandals . Had lunch at Chang's Chinese Restaurant and had lunch another day at Cheesecake Factory.

By Traveller |

I visited the Fashion Island shopping mall in February 2019. It is a fantastic shopping mall with a lot of shops and restaurants. The outdoor layout is very nice and you need to study the map carefully to determine where you want to go. Parking is free.

By Matt-Alicia A |

Gorgeous mall
Closing times closed too early
Pretty surrounds
Easy access from Marriot across the road
Security carts were lovely and helped us with grocery shopping

By Kelly K |

This is the best outdoor high end mall in the country with live music on the weekends and during peak season. A great place to eat, relax or just grab a coffee.

By Lena K |

High end open air shopping center with a beautiful water fountain that makes soothing sounds as the water jets come together in the center. My granddaughter and I had lunch here between visits to the Pacific Marine Mammal Center and Little Corona Beach. We chose a customized pizza at Blaze Pizza.

By Erwin G |

Amazing place with a lot of expensive brands to choose from. Great place for family to visit, each corners has a kids games to play. Different selections restaurants to satisfy your taste buds and nice beach views for some coffee shops, big parking area all over the mall.

My wife and daughter loved this shopping area. So many stores, and it being a nice day, it was great being outdoors in between shopping. Also they have a great food court, so we each got to have what we wanted to eat for lunch. It was a nice change from being at the beach, just a short drive away from the beach in Newport.

By Greg H |

I usually come here whenever I'm in SoCal. Always plenty of stores to look around in and plenty of high end shopping as well. Easy to spend all my $$$ :)

By Rylee14 |

We were staying at the Marriott for a conference, and this shopping experience was larger than any I have ever been and right across the street. It must have had every store in existence except for a convenience store.

By hummergirlTempe_Az |

I am a true shopper. Have been all over the world. This is one of the best malls there is. Not just great stores, but wonderful ambiance. There are fountains, and pools with fish. Great restaurants. Great weather. If you love to shop, this is for YOU!

High end shopping for the ladies of the OC. All the bling u can handle and u never know who u will run into.

My daughter lives nearby and it’s my favourite go to place for shopping and dining I love the gardens and avenues along the shops. The Xmas tree goes up next week. So many choices and the shops are world class standard.

By Melody M |

If you are a shopper Fashion Island is the place for a luxury shopping spree! There are high end boutiques, Neiman Marcus, Rolex, Urban Decay and the list goes on...The restaurants are phenomenal and so many choices it is hard to decide where to dine. They even have a Whole Foods in the mall! We stayed across the street at Fashion Island Hotel and the beautiful outside mall is literally steps away! If you are a person who loves to shop and dine out Fashion Island in Newport Beach is a must! If you can stay overnight check out Fashion Island Hotel!! It is a five star destination!

Great place to find what you want in a delightful outdoor enviourment. wide open spaces withgreen grass, sounds of water and places to just relax.

By Janice K |

Great range of shops high end as well as modest brands located in the center of Orange County. Small cafés and easy parking.

By WESSAM M |

We visited twice, restaurants are good in and outside the food court. Shops used to be up scale in the past now mostly known brands. It has a Wholefoods grocer and a Macy's too. The fish pond there us a must see for young kids and toddlers.

By Edward B |

Come to Fashion Island with lots of cash or credit cards -- you will need them. This really is one of the best high end shopping environments anywhere -- all the top fashion names for those who like this sort of thing! The architecture is fantastic. In addition to fashion shopping there are many, many high class restaurants.

By Jose F |

I love this mall for the great selection of stores, restaurants and people watching. The mall is anchored by the top stores - Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, etc. It is an open aired mall so great to enjoy the great CA weather. Plenty of places to eat from the food court to specialty restaurants. Parking can be an issue so head to the covered parking lot or head over to valet for added convenience.

By T3C-NINEtravels |

I don't know. I went here once, but the layout was so strange that I could barely find the good stuff. Good looks but peculiar walking patterns.

By Barefoot Y |

Only visited for a couple hours but great shopping at Macy's Nordstrom and few other stores also plenty places to eat or get coffee.parking was limited but we found somewhere after a few mins of looking.

By Oalmuzakki |

Great setup for shopping centre with variety of shops and restaurants as well as coffee shops.
Place where you can spend your day out with friends and family

By Debbi H |

Can't say much more than this is THE most awesome Mall I've ever been to!!!! Beautiful outdoor spaces for relaxing too. Absolutely phenomenal Anthropologie!!!!!
Look forward to future family visits so I can return

By Hiromi H |

I was here with a kiddo to do some shopping. We were there for Barnes and Noble because he needed a book. The woman who was helping us was very friendly and tried her best but they didn't end up having what he needed. We stopped at the food court (right before they closed) to grab a bite to eat because we were hungry. It was an okay experience all around.

By Carolinesc7 |

There are many good stores and restaurants here. I took a shuttle over from my hotel, so no problems parking. Many of the stores were chain stores, nothing very unique. Includes anchor stores: Macy's Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus. It was decorated for Christmas when I visited, so it was nice to sit outside and listen to Christmas music and relax. The Christmas tree there was huge! Nice, clean shopping area.

Title says it all... If you like an open mall experience with high end retailers then this is worth a visit.

By AyaHawaii |

It was wonderful place to visit all age.
First of all, the shopping center is huge.
So, if you want to explore all place, you need to wear comfortable shoes. But you may enjoy walking with young kids to see small pond, fountain and so on. They love to explore the maze like shopping center.
Second, you can find things which you want in the shopping center because so many choice of shops available which includes Bloomingdales and other fine store.
Third, so many choice of restaurant also satisfy your stomach. Small snack shop also located everywhere. Whole Foods market also good preparation for your dinner at home.
All those reasons, we love to go there. Please try your next trip!

I’m a large fan of Fashion Island. The scenery can’t be beaten and I’m fond of the smaller brands represented at Fashion Island. While I’m not the biggest fan of Fashion Island department stores, if you’re looking for something more personalized you can’t beat the atmosphere.

By riafilim |

Its like a small shopping mall city, with the distinguishing architecture and style. Lots of mass brands under this roof. Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstorm and other monsters are there too. Although there are some small brands are available to check.
Tesla salon is open to test the newest cars. Oh at least to take a photo.
Cinema and bookshops, coffee shops and restaurants - you can easy kill time there if you dont want to spend your money on shopping.

By carolpS792MV |

This is a wonderful shopping experience. Every store you could possibly need is located here and also those that are a little more costly.

By nutknacker26 |

A wide selection of stores ranging from Tesla to Nespresso. As it is an outdoor mall, avoid it when raining. I have always found the salespersons in the stores helpful. Easily accessible for children and elderly.

By ilovenudism |

Best Salad Nicoise in the land! We are addicted to it. Healthy and tastes incredible. Don't forget to remind them to add bread and butter ( normally given if you eat there. We always call and take it to go!

By EnlightenedExplorer |

It's big, it's clean, has lots of high end stores and lots of parking spaces.

It's also dog friendly, many people walk their dogs here.

By Bondgirl135 |

My family and I enjoyed a few hours shopping at this lovely Newport Beach outdoor mall location. They had a great selection of stores and places to eat. Fun to walk around and it's beautiful.

By chopstickmama |

This mall is fun to visit, the shopping, walking and food are very pleasant. A great way to spend half a non-beach day. Landscaping and architecture are really nice

By luckydog172 |

With nice selections of stores. Its great on a sunny day to stroll around and enjoy the shops. There are some restaurants from budget friendly to very high end which require reservation. This mall has it for all. We enjoy it every time we go there since my daughters were 2& 4. We are now 21 years later. There is a fish pond which I always enjoy and it reminds me of when I used to take my girls there. Lovely mall!!!

By QueenOfPlastic |

Stopped by to see emphatic it was all about. Beautifully appointed shops. Clean common areas. Love Sees Candies and Starbucks are by each other.

By Chris Potgieter |

Same same here... seen one, seen them all. Nicely set out but think time is better spent at the beach...

By Judy H |

I visited Fashion Island 47 years ago and was so impressed with it then, being from a small town in northern Michigan. I was anxious to see it again and was not disappointed. It is probably ten times larger then it was then and still very impressive. I loved all of the fountains and flowers.

By Ken L |

Outdoor with some indoor mall. Only a few stores worthwhile for us. I don't like how the store selection has changed. This place needs some entertainment or other draw to make it more interesting. It's getting stale.

By MandC0218 |

Don't miss this premier classic shopping mall when you are in the area. We love going to this place. It has an iconic coastal location and distant ocean view. Nieman Marcus, Bloomingdales, and Nordstrom are all here at at this wonderful open air shopping center, along with several brand name stores and great restaurants. Experience the famous OC style here at Fashion Island for a different and special shopping experience !

By Ladan2014 |

This mall has everything, all the great designer stores, plus great department stores. There are quite a few nice restaurants,. It's always great to enjoy the beautiful So CAL weather while you shop.

By SchatzieDavidson_NC |

Went for 2 days to relax, regroup after a very stressful week. Our room was wonderful - great bed with great linens - bath area all marble - beautiful hotel. All the staff were fabulous. We met Heather, a sales mgr for the Irvine Grp and she is a gem.
The hotel offers $7 lunch items and ½ priced cocktails and appetizers from 3-7pm in the fire pit area .... Great items. Many business professionals come here to enjoy their food. We loved our stay and met some lovely folks.

Very nice experience!
Great stores and great restaurants!
Easy parking and access to stores.
High end shopping.

New port fashion island is a good place to visit it white your family to get shopping you will find all canids of shops in this mall

By 04greensboro |

I am originally from California, and visit 3-4 times a year. Love the shopping in California, and bring an extra suitcase when I travel there, but when I heard about the owners of Fashion Island removing a Harvest Billboard I crossed it off my list from here on. There are many great malls and great shopping in Orange County, so no need to support a mall that is threatened by a billboard advertising an event that will bring people HOPE!

By Taylor A |

Beautiful outdoor mall with shopping, restaurants and several movie theaters. Coolest two-story Barnes and Noble I’ve ever seen, along with tons of clothing stores and a Tesla store. Quite the mix. You could spend hours there, either shopping (if you like to do that) or patiently waiting for the shoppers in your life to finish.

By 1WingNow |

Nice outdoor shopping area very close to the hotel I stayed at. A number of really good restaurants located around the various anchor stores.

By Sue K |

No trip to Orange County should miss a trip to this oceanview outdoor mall. High end stores serving up tons of eye candy for browsing. Wonderful dining selections for every budget.

By romazzino |

Loved this mall. The layout combines indoor and outdoor space which is perfect in the Southern California weather. Great collection of retailers and restaurants. Easily accessible, lots of parking, very clean and well maintained.

By Rachel G |

Not my kind of thing, but that doesnt make it a bad thing. It is a very clean and neat place to wander around. It is an outdoor mall so if you like shopping and all that I imagine this would be pretty cool.

By Judie M |

Amazing outdoor mall. Fancy and not so fancy clothing shops. Furniture stores, lots of restaurants, Whole Foods grocery, true food restaurant, fig and olive restaurant, Nordstrom’s , Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, lululemmon, jewelry, food court, outdoor dining , outdoor comfortable chairs , lounges , koi pond, kiosks and more and more.

By Nick C |

Good shopping experience if you are looking to do something for a few hours. Many favorites located here. The designer shops were mostly in Neiman, Bloomies and Nordstrom but there selections were a little light compared to stand alone stores. There are also a few quick bit stops. Plenty of parking all around.

By VirginiaCW |

Great selection of retail and food but parking is very difficult and it is mobbed with people. Certainly, besides South Coast Plaza, this is the best assortment of high-end and mid-range retail and food in one location in the Costa Mesa-Newport Beach region. Just brave the crowds and parking probs.

By Mark E |

Wife and daughter managed to spend all my money....what else can I say it is a mall. They liked it stores and layout.

By InnaYYZ |

I like the mall, its many shops, and its restaurants, some of which are clustered together and others located throughout the mall. Good mix of retail outlets, with many offering the latest fashions, and upscale.

By debido |

great restaurants...great shopping. Great way to spend a day. Musicians play on weekends....movie theatres upstairs.

By AliC |

Fashionistas paradise and judging by the cars parked up outside.....not for the feint hearted 😁 Wonderful array of shops, bars and restaurants in beautifully manicured setting.

By momaclown |

Ages 80,56 and 21 women shopped as many stores as we could during the day. There is definitely something for everyone in this mall, but the delightful experience is the fountains and people bringing their dogs to 'hang out'. A fun treat for us.

By Steve W |

Great shopping venue. Easy free parking. First class stores. Great restaurants. Freeway close with Ocean views. We are frequent visitors and will be back soon.

By areteacher |

To be honest, I hate going to malls. However, on a recent visit to Newport Beach, some friends suggested Fashion Island to grab something to eat. Sure, it has restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs and there are plenty of high end stores like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, but I was pleasantly surprised to find smaller boutiques and lesser known eateries. They also have a Tesla and Lincoln car showroom there. However, what really impressed me were all their architectural and design features which I wasn't expecting. They have lovely fountains and koi ponds which were a pleasant surprise. So if you want to shop, eat and enjoy your surroundings, this would be a great place to do so.

I am
Coming from Singapore, so to find big building or shopping mall with less people is like WOW! Heaven! 😜

By marronn837 |

This is a must visit for anyone visiting SoCal. The special feeling of being outside even in December with so many choices of great restaurants for every occasion for families or a romantic night out or a casual place to watch sports.
First rate shopping and movies and a Whole Foods. We try to make it there as often as we can. Just an afternoon here feels like a mini Vaca!

By JohnHow58 |

Fashion Island is a great mall. It's outdoor, It's got great anchor stores. It's upmarket. The quality of the restaurants is miles ahead of many other malls and it's both relaxed and relaxing. A wonderfully unreal enclave in a wonderfully unreal part of the world.

By Cavydad |

Experience the mega rich while shopping! This isn’t your grandmas shopping center, unless she was very wealthy. Shopping experience I’d incredible and the views are great. Restaurants range from affordable to very expensive. Purchase a cup of coffee, sit, watch, and observe. No Kmart in sight. This is one grande place.

By slothstravel |

This is a great outdoor mall right off PCH. There are a variety of shops and restaurants. My favorite shops: Anthropologie (the biggest one in socal!), Lush, and Forever 21 (two floors!). My favorite eateries: Lemonade, Wholefoods, and TrueFoods Kitchen. There is also an ample amount of parking. Great place to stop by, a bit to do for everyone.

By Andrea P |

Great choice of stores... Neimann Marcus, Victoria's Secret , Bath and Body Works all visited.
Some stores were prohibitively expensive but I suppose it is supposed to be exclusive...
Cheesecake Factory was a pleasure to visit as always.
Great for me and my two daughters although hubby hated it 😉

By 722Lola88 |

Fashion island has several outdoor stores. I was visiting the area and decided to check it out. Parking was easy to find and a great selection of stores including Louis Vuitton located inside Neiman Marcus.
The food court has a variety of choices and restaurants to choose from on site.
I scored a couple of items on sale.
Outdoor seating located throughout the place. You can also see the ocean.
I definitely recommend checking it out.

By The_Rock_50 |

Expansive outdoor mall anchored by the major department stores surrounded by all the brand stores you'd like to visit. Lots of selection... lots of sale. Good food on premises. Just an overall good experience.

Fashion Island is an outdoor shopping plaza (not a mall 😀), that is in the center of Newport Center in Newport Beach. Newport Center Drive goes in a circle with the shopping and restaurants in the middle and high rise office buildings on the outside. It is like having Rodeo Drive overlooking the Mediterranean. You can stroll & enjoy the architecture, the live music venues, the stores, the restaurants & even Starbucks & Wholefoods & Apple store. People are dressed in stylish fashions, but resort casual and comfortable. People who live here are so lucky to enjoy this everyday. There are 2 hotels on Newport Center Drive & easy walking distance- Marriott & Fashion Island Hotel (which used to be a Four Seasons). Spas at both- but my favorite is Fashion Island! If you have kids, Marriott is better. Movie theater in the ‘mall’ is called The Lot, On Newport Center the Regal is called ‘the Big’. Checkout Fashion Island website for their restaurants.... Fig & Olive, TrueFoods, Fleming’s, Red O, Muldoon’s Irish Pub, R & D, and the list goes on & on.....ENJOY!

There are 3 huge department stores and many very nice restaurants and other shops. There is free parking all around the place

By K.W8 |

Lots of fabulous stores and restaurants. People could bring their dogs and there were so many cute ones. Great place to walk around, shop and get dinner. My photo is from the parking lot.

By mostafai212 |

Fantastic atmosphere, expensive prices and lots of lovely little dogs around, even the weather was perfect at the day

By Peter C |

A great area for those that love to shop until they drop , some great stores including high end . Great layout of shops indoors and out with places to stop , get your breath back and have a drink or eat !

By Sandy A |

I love it! Such a cute little outlet type of place . The koi pond is very adorable! Good options for food as well as for stores.

By WEI339 |

We stayed right across the street on our first day at the Newport Beach Marriott. We had lunch at one of their restaurants, PFChangs which was surprisingly very good. After we moved to the Marriott Newport Coast Villas, we continued to dine at the mall. We found Lemonade to be a great, healthy and reasonably priced restaurant. Blue Sushi was a bit pricey as our sushi back home is quite fresh and cheap. Whole Foods met our needs as far as groceries since I am vegan and usually shop there back home. We missed trying R + D Kitchen as we did not have reservations for lunch and the place was packed. Bought See's candies for the people back home. I never shopped at the stores as most of them were high end but I'm sure they suited the sophisticated shoppers.
The floor plan for the mall was a bit confusing at first but I would probably seek out a map in future visits. A great design, variety of merchants and restaurants, and plenty of free parking.

By too_few_trips_1 |

Fashion Island offers a wide array of shopping opportunities from high-end department stores to a Tesla dealer. Restaurants are spread throughout (and in the parking lot). There is a Whole Foods for your grocery needs. Dogs are welcome throughout (maybe not in the Whole Foods).

Some spots in the mall offer views to the ocean (which is about a mile away).

Parking can be in short supply.

By Susan P |

I started working at Fashion Island when it was built many years ago. I live out if state and amazed how big it is and the many stores and restaurants.

By David T |

Stunning out door mall that has a great vibe and have been visiting it for years now and it has a great relaxing vibe thats for sure. Good food hall and plenty of seating and a wide choice of shops as well

By Jose F |

This mall is one of my favorites since it is opened air and you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes. The Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus are one the better ones. My favorite store is Gary's.

By Genie D |

We went here for mini weekend vacation. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with an upscale feel to it. Location is central and close to the shopping mall. Restaurant was very good and great for couples or a family. The staff was friendly and helpful. I even indulged in the spa which was also very nice. I will definitely return the next time we are in this area.

By Jbalsz |

Hi yah! it’s me again, so for my moms birthday she wanted to go shopping @ forever21. I know right! Lol she so cute - really she is 😉 first time ever stepping foot into Newport Beach- When I say this is a shopping experience I am not joking. This place first of all is pristine everything is clean everyone is courteous everything is beautiful this looks like the playground in a way for the rich and famous just parking our car we saw a Bugatti, Maserati, Corvette and a Ferrari I am not joking. The best thing about it is that no one there is pretentious everyone is so friendly the staff the people also the bathrooms were absolutely pristine. Also you don’t have to have a lot of money we had lunch in the food court then we went shopping and I only spent about $50. So if you are visiting the southern California and you have the opportunity to go visit Newport Beach- GO! it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

This shopping mall represents a great place for shopping, good food and entertainment. Well organized space with closed parking area (garage).
