8 or so on tap, terrific ipa and an excellent red iPa with a malty touch is all we had time to try on a short rushed trip. Will definitely be back. The overall list does veer toward higher alcohol, 8-11%.
As a side odd as an art gallery with numerous table to enjoy any food you bring/have delivered.

the ipa is out of this world. it opened me up to IPAs and cant tolerate any other type... they must be adding crack to the hops.

We walked from Gold Star Counter to Finback Brewery in Brooklyn, a nice walk as always in the Big Apple. A hot spring late afternoon. Finback has highly-rated beer so of course I needed to visit. Brooklyn has always had a rich beer history & it continues. Nice small true urban sidewalk sitting area in front of the brewery. When you first walk in it seems like a well-lit, clean small industrial warehouse. Then you noticed the unique art the brewery added. A nice thing to notice is the many electrical outlets, especially by the bar. As a mechanical wheelchair user, it was comforting to see. A friendly atmosphere, I had a small taste of 3 beers and the 3rd got my attention. Not that the other 2 were not good but there were similar to some good beers I’ve had. This had a special touch like a signature taste. When we visited, there was enough spacious sitting. The next beer was an imperial stout that was also well made according to my beer taste buds. They do have a kitchen but it wasnt open. When the kitchen is closed, no dogs & pets allowed. So yes, you will get a taste of good beer at Finback Brewery, in this case, Brooklyn, a brewery from Queens. And yes it was comfortable and very accessible. I look forward to visiting the Queens location. Next, we took an Uber to Coney Island Brewery.

Enjoyed my evening here. Large indoor space that is kid and dog friendly. They have a lot of pale ales but their fireball was the best. Sounds gross, but it is a spicy sour, not overly so, but its worth a try. On weekends they may have a food vendor set up inside (they had pizza) or you can bring your own. I visited about 5 breweries in the area on a recent trip and Finback was the best one, not cramped and they had enjoyable beers.

On a recent business trip to NYC I decided to hit as many breweries as I could. I made it to about 10 and this was by far my favorite.
The location on the edge of a community was nice and the interior begs for you to hang out and have another beer. The staff was great and let me try many of the beers since I could only have two before my drive back to Manhattan.
I go to a lot of breweries in Northern CA where I live and this place would be one of my favorites if it were in CA.
On top of having a great location it also had the best beer I tasted during my entire trip. The Finback IPA was excellent. I took some cans back to my hotel and they did not last long.
I really hope to be back in this area soon so I can stop in again!

If your stopping in queens..Dont forget to stop by Finback Brewery. They have awesome tasting beer. Some concotions that will leave your mouth wanting more.
They know how to do beer right. They are friendly, kind. Dogs are welcome, the kids too! They have plenty of space in their brewery. They also have board games to play.
Stop by when you get a chance.

we came on a Sunday to try the beer. it wasn't too crowded. they had twelve beers on tap and two in to go cans. The beer was decent.

We stopped in for an impromptu overnight to Queens. The brewery looks like a large garage/wear house from the outside. It's pretty easy to miss since its in a residential area. There were about 9 beers on tap, we tried all of them. I preferred their lighter beers, but my husband really liked a few of the dark. Free popcorn was a plus. Great laid back vibe.

We have been going to Finback for a few weeks now and on each visit we discover something new. They are open for tastings Thurs & Friday from 4PM to 8PM and Saturday afternoons. Check their website for special events.
This weeks new brew was their Autumnator Sour Ale made with Soons Orchards apple cider. Crisp and tart, like biting into a Granny Smith apple but with the flavor of an ale not a cider. Amazing!
My favorite Finback brew is their Archer's Saison an ABV 8.5% brew. Delicious with a grapefruit and citrus after taste, yummy.
They usually have 10 to 12 brews on tap and offer tasters at $2 each. A good way to explore the brew masters craft. One of their current offerings a Barrel Aged BQE, a rich, velvety imperial stout that celebrates 2 of NYC's boroughs with Coffee from Native Roasters in Queens and Chocolate from Mast Brothers in Brooklyn. Notes of dry roasted coffee, subtle sweetness and chocolatey goodness and hints of vanilla and oak... and bourbon from chilling out in Four Roses bourbon barrels. A really good desert beer, try some you'll like it.
Most of their brews are available in 32oz and 64oz growlers to take home and enjoy, we always take one of our favorites home with us.
As a mater of fact just try everything they offer, you'll find one to be your favorite too. Tell them I sent ya......

Been going to Finback since they first opened. One thing they never slacked on was the quality. They have some of the best IPAs but can get crowded and at times only have 1 bartender. Must taste if you'll be in NYC.

We are frequent flyers at Finback. Great, relaxed environment and a good selection of home brews for a craft beer lover. Venue does not offer food, but sometimes has a pop-up pizzeria. They also welcome outside food so feel free to bring your own. Huge plus for us is being baby (and dog) friendly. We can bring our infant in his stroller and chill for a few hours. No AC which is tough in the summer, but otherwise solid choice!

A literal urban trek to Ridgewood, Queens (last stop on M-train then a shortcut through All Faiths Cemetery) and worth the adventure. Hits were their dry hopped 'Brand New Family' Kolsch and a 'Machine Dream' Porter. An inspired lineup with a range of flavors, styles and juiciness - IPA-biased but also a wit, kolsch, gose and porter mixed in. Very solid ...and and again worth the trek to Queens!! I have high hopes for this two year old brewery.

You can bring your own food and try the different kind of beer flavor. The bartender great service. We went on a Thursday and it was very empty. Next time we go to Atlas mall will get pizza and walk over.

The brewery has some very interesting brews to offer. From a chocolate stout, to a refreshing autumnator cider. Their offerings are both unique and very tasty.
The brewery is located in a somewhat nondescript warehouse smack in the middle of a suburb in Queens.
The staff is friendly and very helpful in answering our questions as well as providing recommendations based on our taste preference.
When you go visit, make sure to try their Moby Hop. I'm not an IPA drinker, but this one did make a statement.

Great place to catch up with friends to play games and chill with some suds. Enjoyed my drink! Would definitely go back. Place is free and you just buy their great tasting beer and you can bring your own food. They also kept coming by to pick up your empty glasses.
nice tour of the beer making process, nice location, ok people.
interesting onsite food exhibits on some wknds,
