Having attended two music venues I can say that the area is a wonderful addition to suburban Atlanta. While there is still tremendous traffic, the center is well organized, parking available and modern and well planned.

Ajr concert was totally awesome! Great visuals at show! Security was extremely nice to entire family! They were very nice and helpful! Nicest security I’ve seen in a long time!

My wife and I attended the Michael Buble concert 2/17/2019. We thoroughly enjoyed the concert Michael is always so engaging and entertaining. The venue is top notch and a great place to enjoy a concert. The food is good and the staff very welcoming and professional.

This was our first visit to the Infinite Energy Center. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and they provided shuttle service to the venue. I was surprised to know that the parking was free, but we were so close.
The venue was excellent. The staff was very helpful. I liked the size of the arena as it did not appear you could have a bad seat.
The area was very clean, spacious and we felt safe. The night was nice and we walked back to our hotel.
We are already looking at upcoming concerts for a return visit.

My wife & I attended the Bob Seger concert last weekend, having bought tickets months in advance. Not knowing anything about the arena or setting we were pleased to see plenty of available parking and personnel on scene to direct you to the parking area(s).
Having recently worked for a similar (although smaller) facility in Wyoming, I was pleased to see good signage out front at the security checkpoint(s) advising patrons what to remove from their pockets, etc. The security check went very smoothly, and the same for the ticket scanning.
In walking around we were disappointed that the whole facility was not open to just walk around until the doors opened but found the on-duty staff very welcoming, open and helpful. We were seated in section #122 about half-way up, almost directly across from the stage at the opposite end of the arena. The view was good and the sound adjusted very well.
In looking around at the venue I could not discern any bad seat in the house. Afterwards, we were to our car and out of the lot within mere moments and onto city streets. The egress was handled very well!

Infinite Energy Center was a fantastic place for the Paul McCartney concert. The arena was beautiful, the sound was excellent, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and the parking was close and great! The arena was very easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend this arena for concerts. Amazing experience!!!

My first trip here; will NOT be my last. It's a beautiful center, and well appointed. Good handicap parking near door with good flat walk in for those who are challenged. Plenty of clean restrooms. Clean and well kept overall.
Looked like they were doing some construction and that took up part of the close parking but I think that will be remedied by my next trip back. I will be back. Good experience.

The place is outstanding if the event is using the normal seating, but if it is a concert with floor seating, the access to parking and the lot is completely useless. We sat in traffic for over 45 minutes to get into the lot only to find that the only available parking was way up a hill in a dirt lot. Of course there is no shuttle service, even for disabled. Wound missing the first 40 minutes of the Trans Siberian Orchestra. Bummer. They need to figure out a way to better handle the parking. If you think that parking for the first show was terrible, the folks coming to the second show had no place to go since the crowd leaving the first show were all snarled up trying to leave. Oh, and to add to the evening, the police would not let us turn right to get to Sugarloaf Parkway. We were sent down a road that wound up on route 120. No indication of how to get back to the Interstate. Just plan on getting to the venue about two hours early for the first show and stand outside in the rain for a while.

We sat in section 108 which was a little too far forward but we enjoyed it. There was only one part of the concert we could not see from our seats (a projection of a film on the curtain showing previous Shania videos). The staff was friendly and the center was clean. We will watch for future events and recommend.

I attended a green industry show called GGIA in the conference center portion of the campus. Parking has been shifted down due to expansion so trellises are now offered for convenience. The facility is quite nice, clean, and fit the needs of the conference well. The facility could use some updates as it looks the same as I remember from 15 years ago. Access and maneuverability inside the facility is simple and not confusing.

I have been here three different times, and so far it has always been consistent. Today while coming to the Infinite Energy Center for the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus the staff made parking extremely easy. My wife has hip issues so she cannot walk too much. They made it very easy and allowed us to park right up front under the parking deck, which put us right in front of the entrance. We were in the 100 section of the arena and it was nice to see a bathroom right next to the entrance, which really makes it easy for visitors. Some arenas you really have to walk around to find a bathroom.
The Circus was great and we enjoyed our time. Our seats were fairly comfortable. My only grip is that the food concessions here are way overpriced. $12 for popcorn, $14 for cotton candy, seriously? My advice is if you come here, make sure you eat before you get here. As if a few hundred dollars in tickets is not enough.
Otherwise, this is a great place and it is much better than having to drive to Phillip's Arena.

My wife and I attended the afternoon Trans Siberian Orchestra concert on December 8th.
I had purchased the tickets in August through a third party and though we had pretty fair seats (section 207, Row A). The headache came when I underwent total knee replacement in late November. When we arrived at the venue we showed our disabled parking pass to staff and were directed into the parking garage making the walk to the concert venue a breeze. At the entrance to the venue, a member of the staff saw my cane and moved us through the crowd. Once we were seated on section 207, it became clear that the lack of leg room in our original seats would be a problem. My wife went into the hallway and spoke to one of the guest service representatives (Mr. Orvis) who moved us to a disabled seating "box" with comfy chairs and a great view.
Beyond all of that TSO was great!

I actually liked this venue its on the smallish side but that makes so no matter where you sit you have a good seat. The venue was prefect for the show we where watching. Maybe next time Ill stay away from ground floor seats. The ground floor seats do have their own bathrooms and refreshment area. Which doesnt cut out the line but cuts out you having to go back up to steps to find a bathroom. The sound and light in this arena are good also. I would def came back for a show. Plus they have free parking who doesnt like free parking. The night we went they had police out set up to help everyone get out.

Let me just tell you, there is not a bad seat in this place! Traffic in this area of town is SUPER manageable, quick in and out access. There are several local restaurants and hotels within walking distance.

Kudos to the citizens of Duluth, the folks at Infinite Energy and anyone else who is behind this wonderful venue. Have seen U2 in major arenas but this experience was the absolute BEST. First, the location is convenient and the FREE lot or garage parking is a real plus. The venue is clean, well planned and not really a bad seat in the house. Acoustics are incredible for a venue this size and clearly a lot went into the planning for comfort and convenience. Yes, traffic flow afterwards is slow, but its that way at all arenas. Compared to downtown arenas, including the old Georgia Dome where traffic was always a nightmare, this was a more orderly experience. Food and restroom locations were convenient and clean. Concourses were spacious with good flow to/from seats. A great experience. We'll attend more concerts here in the future!

We attended a Joyce Meyer conference here in July. The conference was in the Infinite Energy Center Arena. The Arena was clean and appeared well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding our way around the Center. The Arena had plenty of food options in the Concourse Level Concession Stands. The only complaint I had was after the conference sessions on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon it took about 30-40 minutes just to get out of the parking lot once we were in the car and motor running. While the parking lots were large and there was ample parking, the 2 parking lots we used for the 2 sessions only had about 2 exits for the hundreds of cars trying to exit. Poor design.

Went here for the final Ringling Brothers Circus performance, we had an easy time parking and easy access to the building. We paid for VIP seats on the forth row but they were way at the end, kind of misleading on the purchase program, could have bought cheaper tickets with a better view of performances. We enjoyed the show, a lot of stairs to walk up and down especially with small children.

First of all, the concert itself was magnificent. On top of that, the thing that my husband and I noticed about the venue was the friendliness of the Infinite Energy Center employees. From the time we presented our tickets to the end when we left, we heard , "enjoy the concert", "thank you for coming" from every person we encountered. The young man who helped us find our seats, hurried up and down the steps with a smile on his face seating people for the entire hour before the concert began!
He never stopped! We had a wonderful time and will definitely go again.

They really go out of their way to have some amazing events, concerts and shows. We are lucky to have such an amazing venue in town... Always clean, the entry is streamlined and curious.

The venue was great and seats were great. Exiting from the seats after the concert is where the nightmare started. There are not enough exits to the concourse from the seats which caused a backup on the stairs trying to exit. Loved the idea of a venue actually offering free parking. But that was another nightmare. The traffic exiting the venue after the concert was horrible. We sat in the car almost an hour before we could even get out of the parking place. There were police directing traffic out at the main road when we finally got to that point but also need some directing out of the parking lots.

I've seen many concerts at the Infinite Energy Center and each visit was awesome! There isn't a bad seat in the house. Ecen the cheaper upper seats have a great view of the stage. The sound in the venue is great. They have plenty of restrooms so you don't have to wait in long lines. They also have plenty of food venue options available inside the venue as well. I think this place might be my favorite place to see shows.
We juat saw The Trans-Siberian Orchestra there last night for the 2nd year in a row and it was fantastic!

Great place to see concerts. Not a bad seat. free parking. Large food area and bars throughout. Helpful people

1st time we have been here but hope to come back. Our seats were great and we could see everything. Parking was easy and free. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Place was clean and easy to find things. Getting to thevcar was not a problem and traffic was control to get out quickly. Keep it up.

This was our first visit to the Infinite Energy Center. We stayed at one of the 4 hotels near the venue. Our hotel and at least 2 of the others had free shuttle service to and from the concert.
The venue was excellent. The staff was very helpful.
There appeared to be plenty of free parking.
The area was very clean, spacious and we felt safe. We actually walked back to our hotel.
There were a lot of people gathered around the merchandise tables and this did create increased congestion in the hallways.
I will recommend this venue for concerts and hopefully will return in the future.

We are vendors at the North Atlanta Home Show. Parking is great for vendors, and gives us access to our booth quickly. Set up is great, and navigating the facility is easy.

Went here to see the Gymnastics Gold Over America Tour. Upon arrival of course there was a long line of vehicles trying to get in, we expected that. No worries at all, they had people out directing traffic. Went very smooth. At the entrance there was tons of lines and we just walked up and was in a snap of a finger. We found our seats with no problem. We had great seats. We could see things very clearly from the 2nd row on the bleachers. I think any seat would be a good seat at this venue. We really enjoyed the show. The bathroom line wasn't that bad either considering it was basically an all girls event. I would go to another event here!

We went to a fly fishing show there. Very well laid out. Easy to navigate.Parking was across the street, but otherwise, a great experience. Limited on food and beverage, but I think that was just the show itself, not the Engergy Center. Clean Bathrooms

Attended the night performance of the Trans Siberian Orchestra. The was virtually no signage or personal to manage the inflow of traffic or parking. We arrived at the entrance to the IEC complex, and it took 45 minutes to just park. The parking lots have no markings for finding you vehicle. People were wandering the lots looking for their cars after the show like they were lost in the wilderness. The security process was terrible. Tents were setup outside for metal detectors, but customers were left standing in long lines in the cold December rain waiting to step through the metal detector.
If you plan on attending an event at IEC, I suggest you allow extra time to get to the venu for the crappy parking, take careful note of where you park so you can find your car, or take Uber or Lyft.

Attended the Paul McCartney concert on July 13th. I've wanted to see him for many years and finally had the opportunity. Five hour drive to the arena in Duluth, GA. The very good, Paul McCartney was very good and really enjoyed his music and appreciate the way he interacted with the crowd. He's 5 star!!!!! The bad. The seats I purchased were misrepresented on the website. Seating charts do not list AA seats as fold out seats setting behind the last row with an obstructed view of the stage by the upper deck if you stand. You must sit to see the entire stage and accompanying video screen. I complained to the ticket office about the location not being represented on the seating chart and was basically told its on me since I purchased them. I was also told I should have known AA was not a regular seat. AA at Bridgestone in Nashville is 1st row. I was angry at the misrepresentation or lack of information provided and told them so. We went to our seats. During the concert I was twice lectured by the arena personnel/staff first time for standing sideways and blocking the view of the people to my right (stage was on my left). I informed them that people in front of me were standing and that was all I could do to see. Later I was advised by the staff to cease using the video function on my phone as it was against concert rules. I asked why the other 5,000 people taping were not being told of this rule and I was told by the arena staff that the manager told her/him to tell me this and to stop me. I believe because of my complaint about the seating they decided to aggravate and harass me during the concert. Later the staff person apologized to me and told me they would not have said anything but the manager told him/her to stop me from using my phone record function. Mission accomplished, I will not return to this venue.

This was our first time at the Infinite Energy Center, which would seem to be better suited for sports than for music events. While seeing rock icons, James Taylor & Bonnie Raitt, was an historic event, there were more than a few things about the arena experience that were disappointing.
Positive aspects of the event included: ticket price affordability, ease of access of the venue, plenty of parking, availability of security and parking staff, valet parking for those who want it, grassy areas in parking lot for tailgate parties, helpful ushers to provide seating assistance, arena-style seating that allowed clear visibility of the stage, large screen projections of the artists, handicap accessibility, indoor vendors for food and drink, concert memorabilia for sale, highly qualified stage technicians, and (OF COURSE) INCREDIBLE ARTISTS.
Negative aspects of the arena experience included: people up and down the aisles throughout the show blocking spectator views, use of cellphone cameras and Facebook applications whose glow-in-the-dark lights were frequently visually distracting, upper level exterior doors opening and closing throughout the performances creating shafts of light that competed with stage lighting in the darkened room, poor acoustics that made sound mix (especially for Bonnie Raitt's band) often merky (sound bounce made rhythm section seem out of sync), occasional patron insensitivity to neighbors while standing to take photos (including selfies) or while singing along loudly to the songs they loved.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to have seen these amazing performers. However, I'd rather view a concert at a more gentile setting like The Fox Theater. Maybe it's just because I'm getting old. : o )

I like infinite energy center very much. Just attended LFL game tonight. Can't beat the free parking, food and drink prices are reasonable. Will visit again!

Drove 4 hours to see a Green Day concert at this location. The location is beautiful and modern. The bathrooms were super clean and there really isn't a bad seat in the house. Highly recommend for any concert and will hopefully come back to see another great show.

I was at the Infinite Energy Center in October for the Strayer University graduation commencement. The number of entrances to the facility were reduced and this jammed up the parking immensely. The parking lot is not well marked and attendants in the lot were not able to answer simple questions. Trying to leave was even worse. If you are in a hurry, then you will need to leave before your event ends. Additionally, in leaving the facility, the direct path to main thoroughfares was blocked. We had to drive several miles to bet back to a main road.
The interior of the facility was great.

Nice facility. Immaculate inside, well organized. Great staffing. Try to sit Section E or closer for best concert experience.

this venue has ample parking and great onsite staff. We so enjoyed the Seger concert. The staff was very helpful and actually led us to his our floor seats.

We were visiting the Infinite to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra for a 3 PM show. It was raining pretty steady and they kept us outside until 2 PM. They even made handicapped people stand in the rain. Once we made it inside they made us wait until 2:30 to get to our seats. If they had been better at planning they could have let us in and out of the rain and then make us wait. I would say that common sense people obviously do not manage this place. I will not attend any other events here unless I absolutely must.
Please hire someone who understands crowd control!
Bad form!!! Not an inviting nor friendly venue!

I'm biased because I live right nearby here, but for those around the region it's a stones throw from 85, and accessible from points east and west in sugarloaf parkway. I have been to many events of many different types : Hockey games, Ice Shows, concerts of all sorts: Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Transiberian orchestra, Mumford & Sons, Jimmy Buffett, many more! Plus a few high school graduations!! (Big ones!!). It's not cavernous like GA dome and it's accessible ... free parking, no need to trek downtown. Parking garage next to venue and big parking lot for tailgating (and all day margaritaville in the case of Buffett!!). Inside easy access, attentive & friendly staff. Nice mix of food choices, plenty of drink choices, beer carts, and even top shelf mixed drinks.
The beer / drink carts and some food outlets are staffed by community volunteers supporting charity work (the charity gets a small percentage of the "profits" plus tips, so please tip well.. those people are supporting the community and giving their time for free !!).
All in all this venue is a tremendous resource for Gwinnett and Northeast Atlanta. Kudos to our elected officials and thoughtful developers and corporate sponsors ("Infinite Energy") for the vision to put up and maintain this great community resource.

Their video livestream for my highschool graduation cut out all the names starting with J and K!!!! So many people will not be able to relive their graduation because of this horrible mistake. I would strongly avoid any events going on at this venue until they fix their clearly outdated technology!

Excellent venue. Good handling of parking. Security lines and seating. We had the last row seats and they were perfect. We could see everything

Lovely Setting, Free Parking, Such a nice and clean arena and great staff
they have conference facilities as well

We've been coming to this wonderful arena for many years. It's always clean, has easy to access seats. Elevator, escalator, handicap friendly. Very clean restrooms. The center's employees are kind and helpful.

P.W.'s has you stand in a line to pay for your order and get drinks, then you are required to stand in another line to have the food you purchased prepared. After over 30 minutes in both lines, they ran out of food. They offered no solution, no estimate on when or even if they would be getting resupplied and weren't interested in facilitating a refund. Observing the folks who did get served, they didn't appear to be very impressed with the food.

We had a wonderful experience here, there are no bad seats, would definitely recommend, clean, friendly staff and the atmosphere was great. The food was good and easy to exit after the event.

If this place is good enough for Paul McCartney, it is good enough for me! Having not been to the Infinite Energy Center before, we found it a nice, newer venue - with get this, free parking. The seats were nice, we sat the the center of section 105, row K --- and our sight lines were fantastic. The sound quality was excellent, too.
The parking lot(s) were well-lit and we had no trouble getting in and out of the lot. Overall, it was an excellent, intimate venue for such a BIG event. We were very impressed.

It was a great relief to have all needs satisfied.
I was concerned about attending an open event with a handicapped person.
We didn't have to be worried about a thing!
The staff were very accommodating and helpful at every moment.
We will definitely go back again!!!

Construction helped make wayfinding a bit confusing. Parking was abundant, but trying to figure out where we were going after getting parked was a confusing mess. Hopefully when the construction is over it will be more clear...

We attended a graduation at this facility. This was my first time there and I must say I was pretty impressed. Nice looking place, the sight lines are good and there is plenty of parking. I plan to return and catch a hockey game (ECHL Boston Bruins affiliate plays here).

We went to the Andrea Bocelli concert on Saturday night at Gas South Arena. We missed the first part of the concert because the traffic and parking situation was a disaster. We turned onto Sugarloaf Parkway from Peachtree Industrial at 6:40 p.m. and didn't get to the parking area (2 miles away) until well after the concert started at 8 p.m. Horrendous (almost non-existent) traffic control by the Gwinnett County policy and zero people at the parking lots to direct parking. We had paid parking in the parking deck but that would have taken an additional half hour to get there so we parked in a surface lot. Gwinnett needs to take a clue from Alpharetta, which has great traffic control and parking for Ameris Amphitheater and excellent signage. Once we got inside, the acoustics were good and Bocelli was great. This was our third concert experience at Gas South Arena and our last. Save yourself the irritation and go to State Farm arena or Ameris Amphitheater for your events.

1st time here but would definitely recommend. Staff efficient and friendly - got in and out quickly. Did see lots of people confused over their seats and in the wrong seats so maybe some improvement opportunity there.Don't try to get an uber to there or back - just too much traffic trying to get in and out.

Horrible too small they use to do it at the dome or Mercedes benz stadium this is way too small & they are very cautious with the trucks no fun at all!

Have been here for an Alan Jackson concert and more recently for an Atlanta Gladiators game. I enjoy that it is a more intimate sized venue; there isn’t really a bad seat in the house whether you’re there for a concert or a game. One perk is the free parking although it can be a backed up mess when everyone goes to leave at the same time; we typically leave from games a little early to beat the rush. The lines for concessions can get backed up because there are a limited number of options and they’re all on the first floor. The food and drink are your typical overpriced options: nachos, popcorn, hotdogs, pizza, etc. Overall, a decent place to catch a show or game without having to drive into Atlanta.

Recently attended Passion2019 at the Infinite Energy Center. Great Venue. Parking was easy. There’s not a bad seat in the house. Loved this arena.

I've been to 3 different types of events here over the years: Arena Football, Hockey, and a concert. This venue is a gem. Friendly staff, easy to get to, free parking and great acoustics/views.
It has a bit of a smaller, less corporate/professional feeling than someplace like Phillips Arena. Leaving the parking lot after the Shania Twain concert was rough, but that's honestly never surprising for large events.
It's a great place, it's just way out of the way for me, so I don't see myself coming again in the near future unless another Shania Twain level act is in town.

My wife and I had never even heard of Infinite Energy, but with U2 making their only Atlanta area appearance for quite some time, we plopped down our hundreds, and were in attendance.
The doors were open at 6:30. The screeners were friendly and efficient. The food options were conventional for a venue of this sort, a quick hot dog and fries met our needs. We were in section 102, row K, great seats...and the sound system was phenomenal.
We did not want to deal with the post concert traffic hassle, so we used the very nearby Embassy Suites (15 minutes walk) as our base, separately reviewed.
We had seen U2 at Phillips Arena for their Vertigo show, and the sound was awful, bootleg recordings sounded better than what we heard in person. In the case of Infinite Energy, we could not have asked for anything more in terms of sight lines, sound, and comfort.

Went to a Panic at the Disco concert and the staff and security here were very nice and helpful! Lines moved smoothly and security check was quick. Great venue!

We like attending events here very much. Free parking, clean restrooms, and good seats almost anywhere you sit. The sound system is good and every show we've attended has been a lot of fun. The snacks are also pretty tasty as well.

I've been to a couple of concerts here and it was pretty easy to get in and out and the acoustics were OK for an arena. Free parking is great and there's a lot of traffic, but the security seems to keep it all moving.

A Christian Ballet Company. The children's play of "The Little Mermaid" was wonderfully executed. The construction engulphing the complex was overwhelmingly confusing. Perhaps just a SIMPLE SOLUTION would be to NUMBER EACH PARKING AISLE. For senior citizens, this would provide comfort with knowing where you parked within the miles and miles of parking. Complex is RATED POOR due to this one simple omission.

I hate that they let people save seats for “110” people but when I am there with my kids and we were short an available seat, I found a spot in the corner to sit & just keep an eye on them. They wouldn’t allow it. So I stood out of the way. They wouldn’t allow that & told me I had to go sit somewhere else that I couldn’t see my kids. So I went to get something to drink & go to the restroom to cool off & when I got back, my kids were no where to be found. Cell service is sketchy at best. It wasn’t until 3 hours later that I found them. So needless to say - we won’t be back.

Outstanding seats for this amazing show! This was our first time here for a show and it was perfect. Great seats, clean bathrooms and plenty of food and drink choices. Great night!

The Infinite Energy Center is one of my and my wife's favorite venue. It has great seats no matter where you are in the arena. Have seen many artist perform in this venue and have not been disappointed. The only problem was our last visit a couple of weeks ago with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra show. When we got out of the wonderful show, to get back to the parking deck, because of the construction going on, the funneling of the crowd was terrible and took forever for everyone to make it back to the parking deck. The construction company that was doing the work could have fenced the area they were working on a lot better to handle the crowds. Someone was not thinking about this when they placed the safety fencing in place. The venue directors should address this with them to come up with a better solution.
The price of any food items that are purchased here are astronomical. Running 4 to 5 times higher that it cost you outside the venue.

A wonderfully laid out set of meeting building and event center- very good parking and when the current building of parking is complete it will be excellent. Getting out of the lots was a challenge! but the facilities were ideal and managed a large crowd.

We really enjoyed seeing Paul McCartney perform here on July 13th. The size of the arena was perfect for the crowd, with the stage set up at the end rather than mid-court. Great acoustics and lighting. Free close-in parking was a pleasant surprise. The landscaping is like a park.
The adjacent Forum building was used for a special reception beforehand and staffed by the nicest people. We also found the box office to be very helpful and courteous when we tried to do Will Call too early in the day (can only be a few hours before the event).
It took 35-45 minutes afterwards to get out of parking, which is to be expected. Traffic exits in two directions at a major intersection just off the Interstate and the police are very adept at handling the volume. Just don't be in a big hurry.
All in all, Southern Hospitality at its finest.

Great Venue....it has everything you need!
Security Checks made me feel very safe.
Staff was very friendly and the food court actually had good food.

I've been to the Infinite Energy Center twice within the past month, once for a hockey game and the second for a college graduation. The Center is built with entrances on the ground floor and then the "activity" floor is several feet below ground. Seniors and disabled persons will find the stairs a challenge to get down to the event(s), and back up, although there are sturdy handrails. The seats provide adequate leg room; better than most stadiums. Restrooms are adequate, all located on the ground (main entrance) floor. There are food stands on the main floor too. Parking seems to require lots of walking, regardless of which lot one chooses. Some events provide valet parking.

I wasn't here to enjoy entertainment but actually to work. Our online university held two commencement ceremonies here so I was behind the scenes. It's much larger than I thought and even with the floor covered for the ceremonies, it was a bit chilly as we were over an ice hockey rink. Event staff were professional, if not a bit overzealous at times, during our events. They wouldn't let us in the day before even though our coworkers were already inside. We had to call them to come out and escort us in. There appears to be lots of parking nearby, although probably for a hefty fee.

Planned to see Josh Groban in concert, and found out about Good Taste Gwinnett. It was perfect, A little tasting before a great show all in one location. it was wonderful.

My wife and i just watched a performance of the Nutcracker at the Infinite Energy Center. This was my first ballet and i must say that the Southern Ballet Theater knocked it out of the park. We highly recommend a visit to watch this terrific performance.

We recently attended a concert at the Infinite Energy Center and found it to be an excellent venue for such an event. Entry was quick and efficient with security staff keeping the lines moving while still making their checks. Access to concert souvenirs was also easy, with at least two different kiosks set up that we saw. With at least 12-15 people in ahead of us, we still got to the front to purchase t-shirts in a matter of minutes. Finding our seats was easy and the staff were very helpful with directions. The venue offered great views of the stage (we had floor seats). Seats were padded and comfortable. Concession prices are about what you would expect at an arena, but still not terrible. However, the only negative we found was with concessions. We each ordered the foot long hot dog and all three were extremely dry as if they had spent an inordinate amount of time under the heat lamp. Again, not just over done, but somewhere between a normal hot dog and beef jerky. This is an excellent venue for concerts, but not for hot dogs. However, they have several other food vendors to try.

My husband and I attended Bonnie Raitt/ James Taylor concert at this venue in July 2027. The usher was hyperactive, loud and totally disruptive throughout the 1st half of Bonnie's performance. At one point I approached him to let him know that we couldn't hear or see because of him to which he replied, "you need to sit down". Needless to say, the beginning of the show was not enjoyable for the folks in our section. I later spoke with the director of the venue who listened to my complaint and told me that he would look into the matter and if I was ever back to stop by and he would buy me a drink. I have been in customer service for many years and find several problems with the way that he handled this situation. First, a follow up, after he "looked into the matter", would ensure the patron that he had taken the complaint seriously and that something had been done to correct the problem. Second, he should have acknowledged the fact that concert tickets are very expensive and that I wouldn't necessarily have the means to return nor the inclination to after this experience. Lastly, I wasn't calling for a date with this fellow and am not sure in what world that buying someone a drink when they have a bad experience at your company is ever a solution to the problem. Maybe the fruit (usher) didn't fall far from the tree (director) in this case.

We attended a concert at the arena! The Trans Siberian Orchestra. This arena is great! Everyone is super friendly. From the time we arrived to the time we left. The arena is clean. There were plenty of options for food and drinks! All the employees were willing to help. If a show or event you like is here I would definitely recommend. Free parking!

This was our first visit to the Infinite Energy Center and were we impressed! The arena is tucked away in a

We're here quite a bit for hockey and other events. This was a first for a concert.
As usual it's clean and, well, nice. Good sound and visuals or sightlines. Parking was good too..... on the inbound side. Easily loses the 1 star because getting out after the show was like amateur hour. Most exits were closed forcing everyone to leave one way..... and then when out the police guide you one way and that's away from the highway. Completely confusing and easily cost us 45 minutes or more of not even moving. Gas up!
Otherwise it's a great place. Safe, clean, nice and well laid out.

F GS Arena!! their credit card processing just cost me some nice seats.
Love their "Whoops!! something went wrong" while my kids dream seats sold away that fast!! Haven't even been there yet and they suck. That's pretty bad when your experience starts bad online. Take the venue back downtown. At least they could handle the task.

We came on a Saturday night for an ECHL hockey game. The venue is excellent, clean, and well-appointed. The food was good, the service great, and the ushers helpful. Not a bad seat in the house. Pretty good hockey team as well. I may make this place a regular!

We were there last week for a concert. It is an arena with a small feel. Not a bad seat in the house and the sound system is amazing. Look forward to going back soon.

Saw Shania Twain several years ago and this concert and venue surpassed the earlier event. We parked across the street from the event having eaten a delicious meal at Luciano’s. Walking to and from the event was easy and the stadium was accessible and well staffed. Highly recommend Shania’s concert!! Outstanding!!

Been a few times to this venue for a show, and have been very pleased with the venue, it's amenities, food selection and concourse area... their parking and exit strategies/flow are SO POOR! My last event, it took almost a full hour (56 mins) to get out once I found my car. Their lot is SO spread out and has NO markers to help you locate your vehicle. While I was fortunate and found mine, quickly and easily... while sitting at a STAND STILL for over 30 mins, saw several poor couples passing me several times trying to locate their car. I heard one of them complaining about no section #'s, or aisle markers to help and realized that was TRUE. The exit plan/strategy is SO poor, I wasted an hour of my life that I can never recoup. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Great venue! Really enjoyed my first lacrosse game. I will be going back. I recommend it for friends and family.

went to concert and sat 3 rows of floor. sound quality was very good and site lines were good.
Did not like the long trek up the stair to the mezzanine to the bathrooms and food courts.

Came from Greenville SC to see Miranda Lambert and wasn’t sure what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. Plenty of food and drink spots. Will be back again :)

Not really a bad seat in this place. I would avoid lower level beside/inline with stage. The higher the number on the seat the closer you will be to the stage for that section. If your close enough to the venue I would use Uber or Lyft it makes things alot less stressful.

We are attending my son’s graduation at this arena and had the worst experience with the Supervisor Todd. The school provided instruction on permitted items and items that were prohibited. They wanted clear bags. I went and bought one. No balloons ! I left it in the car. I brought flowers from a florist in a vase. We walked approximately 10 minutes from our car to the venue and when we went through the line. The young lady told me I couldn’t take the vase in. She told me to leave it there for it to be thrown away or take it back to my car. We left it. As we started to walk away I saw another gentleman and asked if he was a manager. He said he wasn’t but could get me one. He was pleasant.
He got TODD! I explained to him that I read the rules from school and also viewed the graduation calendar on their site and didn’t see any restrictions on the vase. He immediately with an attitude said it wasn’t his responsibility to give us the rules : that’s the school’s job. I did express to him I would like to give them to my son. While shouting he says well you can check them at the desk.
I then said to him please do not raise your voice at me. He said while continuing to shout that he wasn’t going to stand here and talk to me and walked away.
The same gentleman that got him then asked if I was ok and I told him TODD was rude and he said well I’ll take you to the desk to check it. A nice young lady came and walked us over.
The basic amenity ppl want when they patronize a location is the human decency of respect and great service. Todd is rude and honestly should not be in any public facing position. He is just a rude , unkind human being. If he is the supervisor then he sets the expectations for the team and his behavior is nothing any company should want their team members rin follow.
Thank you to the kind older gentleman and the young lady that walked us over

I'd never attended an event at this venue and didn't know what to expect. Parking was free and easy. Getting out of a sold out Paul McCartney show was fast and easy because of staff directing traffic. The staff inside of the venue could not have been nicer or more helpful. The security guys were so sweet to my kid and even sang along to songs. The bathrooms were easy to get to and clean. We will definitely look for upcoming shows and events to come back. The Managers of Infinite should be proud of their staff.

Don't bother. Total ripoff like most stadiums. Try to sneak your own snacks in. They want four dollars for a bottled water.

I almost gave this venue 4/5 because drinks were expensive, but the free parking is enough to sway anyone to give that extra point. I traveled from Macon Georgia for a large concert. I was worried about the I-85 traffic since the fire shut it down, but you will have no problems going I-75 to I-285 to I-85 to get here. It is right off the interstate, and there is a large parking lot with FREEEEEEE PARKINGGGGG!!! I didn't wait in line for more than 7 or 8 minutes to get into the lot, meaning they had a good handle on the concert traffic. The place is exceptionally clean, with excellent bathrooms, and plenty of them. I didn't wait in line for the bathroom once (concert-going-girls: you know how big of a deal this is). The drinks are a bit pricey, but hey so is any drink from a concert at any venue. I got a double cranberry and vodka for $18. I had no trouble getting to and from my seat. It is set up like any other large stadium: circular seats on the 100 level, 200 level seat above that, and then the floor. It is now one of my favorite places to attend a concert in Atlanta!

The traffic around the arena was HORRIBLE. It’s definitely not set up for that amount of traffic. I had to keep circling around because I couldn’t get over into the correct lane because there was no room and I had people behind me trying to get by so I’d have to circle back hoping someone would let me in. parking was ok when we got there but leaving was a NIGHTMARE! We stood still for 30 minutes. People were getting impatient and trying to squeeze in even thought we weren’t moving. Parking attendant just stood there and finally he just left. He told the car next to us that there was an exit at the back so we turned around and sure enough, we exited with no issue. I’ll NEVER go to another show at this venue. The show itself was amazing but definitely not worth the hassle.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Parking is free! Getting in and out is very organized. Leaving was very efficient and fired you to both North and South 85. Lots of restaurants close by. Arena is clean Restrooms and concessions are located throughout. We have also been to several Gladiators games here. Highly recommend attending an event at this arena

The arena is in a beautiful setting with loads of parking. Inside is a comfortable place with a great sound system. Paul McCartney performed for 3 hours without a break. It was a magical evening.

My fear as that going thru security will take for ever. Not here. My cameral went into the bin and the gal was handing it back to me by the time I went thru the metal detector. Doors opened precisely at 7 even though the lines were long and it was very cold out.
The metal detector went off, I and my husband - he set it off too - were kindly redirected to the guy with the wand. I said I had metal parts, knee, back and shoulder and he waved me in. Same with my husband who has 2 hips and 2 knees. Easy peasy!!
The ADA seat as just padded folding chairs - and this is a same and travesty!!! Why can we not have decent seats with arms??? This is just one step over the Fox who puts out old metal folding chairs. ADA people usually need some help getting up as it is the reason we are handicapped. Arms and wider seats would be nice-- as in very nice to say nothing of a bit more comfortable for a 2+ hr concert. WE do not get discounted seats -- paying full price for a cheap seat.
The venue is nice, clean and seems to be well run. Bathrooms in mid concert were clean - much to my surprise due to the long lines to begin with.
Over all, a nice well run venue.

Been here twice for concerts. The parking is plentiful and the workers are friendly. Concert arena was clean. Lines were long for food and drink, but that's to be expected. Restrooms were very nasty by the end of the night.

The Infinite Energy Center includes an arena which hosts sports events, and the Forum building which hosts conventions and shows. We attended a model train show in August in the Forum. The show itself was great, with lots of model train layouts with operating trains to watch, and also lots of vendors. The forum building had plenty of restrooms, and snacks and sandwiches were available at the concession stand. The only issue was the looong distance from the parking to the venue. They were running a shuttle trolley, but it was too hot to wait in the sun. In September they plan to open a new parking deck, and a second parking deck in November. That should fix the problem.

Attended a Gladiator hockey game while visiting family, and had a blast! All the staff we interacted with were super friendly, and the facility was very clean. Parking was easy in, easy out. I will definitely be seeing another hockey game here.

Excellent concert venue, great staff keeps everything moving. Parking close by for easy walking access.

This was our first time to the Infinity Energy Arena, and WOW, what a well planned facility! Lots of free parking. Lots of entrances. Lots of restrooms. Lots of good quality food in the food court. Comfortable seating. Big screens. Reasonable prices for the Gladiators games - and as it turned out - the Atlanta Gladiators won the game we attended! YAY! I like this facility and am looking forward to attending more events there. I was surprised to see that it is part of an event complex (never seen this before...) with a ballet in one theatre, and events at several other places in this complex. Great idea.

Went to my granddaughters High School graduation. The venue was clean and the seats were not bad for an arena. Staff was friendly. Massive parking lot.....remember where you parked...lol.

Arena was actually great but the parking was a nightmare and is apparently usually that way. Took 45 minutes to park and had no handicap accessible spots or even a drop off by the time we got to the front of the line.

This is an AWESOME concert/conference venue! There really is not a bad seat in the house, but I have a secret. I've been to this arena for both concerts and conferences. If you want to get close to the stage, without fighting for a front seat, go all the way arena right or left and sit as close to the front stage/side as you can get OR if you can get one of the FEW balconies where a walkway goes under, YOUR GOLDEN! Close to artist or speaker, great unhindered views! ❤️

We attended Andrea Bocelli and valet parked in Feb at night then we saw the Ringling Circus in March at a matinee and self parked. It was actually faster to self park and since I wasn't in heels the walk wasn't a bug deal. We waited at least an hour for our car when we valleted. Our seats were great for both events and there are plenty of clean bathrooms. They have a wide variety of refreshments and the area is super safe.

First time ever visiting this venue and really impressed. There is plenty of parking available and the venue was great for a concert. Traffic in and out is time consuming so be patient. We would attend other concerts here in the future. It’s way better than battling down town traffic and parking

Went to see Arijit Singh concert with friends. Never really heard many of his songs. But made the most of it.
The guy can sing and he did that for nearly 3 hours.
The place is nice and the view was good.

great place to spend a time in a good concert, great variaty of food and beverage. Bathrooms very clean and in quantity. Parking was easy as well entrance if you use the correct clean bag

The U2 concert was something to behold—just awesome. But I am not here to review the show, I am here to review the venue. Inside the event space (arena), the place is great—good acoustics, pretty good seats (albeit not a lot of room to get to the middle of the rows); lighting & staging were tops. However, I truly think there will be a high body count if something happens inside. The concourses are way too small to accommodate the crowds in attendance. There is no way to get past people and there would be no way to evacuate quickly if there was an emergency. They threw up this arena without thinking it through. The other thing was the complete and utter cluster eff with the traffic after the show. It took us over an hour to get out of the parking lot. We would NEVER park there again. It would have been far faster to park a couple of miles away and walk than to sit not moving in a road rally caused by a massive failure in planning. We live in OKC and travel all over the country to similar concerts and events and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had—not even close. So IEC mgmt, get back to the drawing board.

The Arena is a clean, safe and fun place to go for great hockey (Go Glads!) and for concerts. The parking is close and free. The area around the arena has lots of places to eat. The staff is usually very nice and helpful. Food kind of expensive and they will NOT give you ice water in a cup, even if you bring your own cup! Unless you pay for a full drink. But other than that, I enjoy it a lot and would go to this venue over any downtown hands down!
Can see from all the seats too. No nosebleeds with ant sized performers or athletes!

Overall, a good venue for minor league hockey. We attended a match today, and the game was great. Seating had ample room. Seats had a great view of the action for the money. The stands appeared to be roughly 33% full. The reason I give it a four instead of a five is that it took forever to get out after the game, with only about a third capacity. I can not imagine a sold out event. We literally sat in line (in our car) without moving for 15 minutes. We would have sat longer if my wife had not followed a security vehicle hoping for an alternate escape route. She found it. Traffic control needs to be improved after events.

It's great to have a center like this so close to my home; I don't have to drive into the city for big-name concerts or the children directed shows. There is a ton of parking in addition to Uber picking up right at the front door. Inside is a typical center with food and beverage stations for the picking. Can't wait for the next concert!

Went for a hockey game on vacation.
Wouldn’t attend another one there with kids anyways.
Every staff member but one was so RUDE!
They did an event for kids after the game gave very limited information on it and then when my kids tried to do it they said no because they didn’t sign up before.
We are not from area just on vacation so we were not familiar with everything and they were just not kid friendly at all compared to our local team/arena in Florida.

Overall, this place is a nice one to see a show. There are massive parking lots that allow free parking, but you do have to walk a while to the entrance. Something to keep in mind for those with disabilities. Security was a breeze and the lobby was easy to navigate and find our seats. They had both escalator and staircase access, but I don't remember seeing an elevator - I'm sure they must've had one somewhere. While the venue was smaller than expected, it still held a ton of people! We sat in the house right balcony for a Cher concert, and the seating was decent. You had a great view of the floor below, but the angle of our seats didn't serve as good viewing for the show. Though we were on the front row of the balcony several things hindered our view: other people also sitting on the front row kept leaning up to hang over the railing - not only dangerous, but annoying when you're trying to see the stage; the screens on either side of the stage were smaller than other venues and the cameramen seemed to keep the zoom far out, so when you could see the screen, you still had a wide-angle shot instead of an up-close look at the artist; the speakers set up for the stage blocked views of the 2nd story of the set on which that had lots of light displays, dancing and video. I understand a lot of my complaints could have been the stage crew traveling with the tour and not the Infinite Energy Center's staff, but it was my only experience in this venue. Note: If coming to this venue, plan to wait in traffic forever before and after the show. Their is police presence to help direct traffic on the roadways, but the sheer mass of people all trying to go to/leave from the same place takes a loooooong time to wade through.

The venue was perfect for the Hits Deep Tour. Concert parking was going slow and we decided to valet park. For $25 it saved valuable time parking and walking back to the venue. My car was brought up within 10 minutes. Although thousands of people were there the restrooms were nice and clean. The seating rows in section 121 were a little confusing but we had great visibility. The sound and lighting was cutting edge technology.

Very POOR handling of traffic flow. Police were present at blocked entrances to keep people out. Once in, the only available entrance, no signage, minimal staff, cones blocking nearly every turn off and the one place there were NO cones, you drive up a hill and get to a chain closure. 5 of us backing up in the pouring rain, down a hill because there was no turn around and NO CONES at this entry. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. Was 30 minutes late for concert. Will NOT RETURN.

We have been for circus and concert events. It’s nice size and seating is great no matter where you sit for the view

Excellent location in Duluth north of Atlanta. Electric cars charge for free during events (We have a Smart Electric Drive) and your car is fully charged when you leave the events. Originally went here for a quilting convention and loved the place. It is very clean and well supervised.

We visited the Infinite Energy Center Forum for the model train show, and we really liked the new parking decks. We were able to walk straight out of the deck, across the pedestrian bridge, and into the forum. Lots of convenient parking, and it was free! Very nice upgrade.

I attended a business meeting here. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and helpful with information about the local area. Plenty of parking even though there were two different events going on.

Went to a great concert at the center/arena. Finished at 11pm. Remained stuck in line in the parking lot for 45 minutes without moving. The parking lot has two entrances/exits but one was closed at the end of the concert and ALL cars had to bottleneck through one small two lane exit. An insane!!!!system.!!!!! The romantic Valentine's evening was RUINED having to wait in the car for so long before even being able to get on the road home. Eventually got onto Satellite Bvd at 11:47pm!! There has got to be a better traffic solution. Events in dowtown Atlanta seem better organized. I will think twice before ever choosing this venue again

I was at the Disney On Ice event on 9-25-25 only because my other half wanted to see the show. I'm not happy with TicketMaster as I paid $191 for 2 tickets when my actual tickets from Gas South Arena indicate they were only $22.20 each, so I feel robbed. But, the actual seats are very small, narrow and jammed together and very uncomfortable when you have people on either side and you're not a squad bod. I have a 3x shoulder width, think Reacher, and I was very uncomfortable trying to sit with knees together and arms crossed. Ticketmaster made it appear these two tickets were the only options together, and they were in the middle of a row. That was not the case, as the venue was 30% empty. After the interlude we took other empty seats elsewhere at the end of a row. To get in the arena you have to have a phone with Internet connection to log into ticketmaster and show tickets from a live site. Another PIA as I had saved images of the tickets with QR code. I won't do business with Ticketmaster ever again. You only get one time to screw me and then you've lost all future business. And it will take something very special and rare to ever get me back into the Gas South Arena cramped seating. If you're in the middle of a row, you're stuck as the owners jammed in as many seats as possible and customer comfort was not considered at all.

I enjoyed the Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull concert at Infinite Energy Center. The sound was good, the seating nice and parking was free and convenient. I think they could work on their exit plan for traffic a bit, but I get that you're trying to move thousands of cars at once and everyone is impatient. The facility is clean, modern, has nice bathrooms and the attendants were helpful in locating our seats. I'll be back!

This place is where Gwinnett County Schools conducts its high school graduations. It is amazing how well this process is orchestrated. Traffic snarls on the outside are kept to a minimum and seating inside was comfortable and orderly. The only complaint I have is that the County School system always has these ceremonies over Memorial Day Weekend.

Attended Chris Tomlin's Worship Night in America at the Infinite Center. The staff are the center were incredibly nice and helpful. The center is not as large as some, but has plenty of places to eat and is very roomy. Great venue outside of the Atlanta metro area.

This last season, I went to the hockey games at the Center. This is a VERY large complex, seating over 14,000 people. They host concerts, games and even bull fights. It's a great place. They have a large concession area where you can get food drinks as well.

Great venue for concerts. Saw Sam Smith and the concert and sound were great! Nice selection of food and drink vendors as well.

This venue is great - there isn't a bad seat in the house, and while it can accommodate thousands, it doesn't feel cavernous or make you feel like you're miles away from the ice (for hockey games) or the stage (for concerts). Ideal for watching hockey - NHL level play at local prices - a total value!

Chris Tomlin concert was great. Very nice entertainment center. Good seating all around. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Wished they’d had fresh popcorn.

Now known as Gas South Arena.
Second visit, second Clapton concert. Plenty of parking, got permit online well in advance while buying tickets from AXS. Security and ticket check (on phone app) at door handled well. Buying merchandise was a little slow but not a surprise.
Better than average seats and they get paid well for them. The arena has a no smoking/vaping rule that had no teeth on this night. I emailed them afterward about people disregarding their rule openly and the smell of burnt diarrhea wafting over us most of the night. I was assured that rules are enforced. We never saw an employee or police officer go down the aisle which would have prevented the stench. Really a letdown considering the money spent.
Clapton was better than ever. We could have seen him in NOLA and saved a few miles but last time there we saw a father seated in front of us buy his 12 year old son a mixed drink. Not to mention NOLA problems. Duluth is fine if you can avoid the inconsiderate. The odor cost two stars.

We attended Michael Buble concert and was very impressed with the easy access of getting in and out of the center. There was plenty of staff to assist getting into the center. Also, there was lots of concessions to choose from so the lines were not long at all. I would come here again. Very comfortable and nice staff.

Nice venue. Great sound system, clean and bright. Great place for a game. The only issue was security was all outside and it was raining heavily.

I have decided that I don't like sitting on the floor. People stand up the entire time which makes everyone else have to also. We had great seats near the stage up a few rows. Very enjoyable concert and convenient parking.

Went to a Gladiator hockey game on black friday at the Infinite Ennergy center. A great place to watcha game as easy to get in and out of to Interstate 85

My first time here and I was very impressed. I hate going into Atlanta and I'm glad this venue has good acts. It also has free parking and plenty of space. The concert was great and now I'll return again.

We had such a great time here! Not only because Panic! puts on an amazing show, the staff and security here were great. I felt like they planned well for a sold out event and everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. The traffic on the way out flowed quickly, considering the volume, and we were out in minutes. If you're here for a late show I recommend the Hilton Garden Inn nearby, it's a short easy drive and we had a good experience there!

We travelled from VA for the Forward Youth Conference. Having been to Atlanta before, and having been to numerous stadium-type concerts, etc. I was pleasantly surprised by the location of this event. It’s in the suburbs. Parking was free. Easy on/off the highway. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Very impressed.

FANTASTIC!!!!!
We will probably never go back to the overpriced Fox again. The Gwinnett Ballet production was as good, if not better than trekking all the way downtown to the Fox. The prices are just right. Easy to get to and from, and parking is a breeze. The set, costumes, and orchestra were amazing. The dancing was spot on and the children were perfect. If you are looking to take your family out for a nice evening (that won’t break the bank) try the Gwinnett Ballet Nutcracker. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Most uplifting women’s conference you will EVER attend! Hundreds and hundreds of women from around meeting in a room to here wonderful presenters telling their stories. Stories of Faith. #LDS #TOFW

We had vouchers for a hockey game and came out on St. Patrick's Day. Hockey isn't exactly popular here in GA but since it was St. Patrick's Day, there were a good number of patrons at the game. We parked with ease near the main entrance and parking was free. We had no problem exchanging our vouchers at the box office for seats together. Additionally, since the arena wasn't sold out, we were able to move to a less crowded section with no problem after about 30 minutes. There were tons of bathrooms nearby. It seemed like one at every section! I never once had to stand in line. The ladies room seem well kept up but my husband said the men's room was a mess. There were plenty of vendors selling food, drinks and swag. My sister in law said the hot dogs were pretty good. We had no problems exiting the building or the parking area when the game was over either.

We were at the Atlanta Crown Invitational last weekend and this was a good venue. We were able to see all events, comfortable seats, plenty of restrooms and decent concessions. The parking is kind of a mess right now with the construction, but they did send out parking info beforehand so we knew the situation going in. Overall good venue.

Layout is great. Seats were easy to find, Employees were very helpful and professional. Lines moved quickly. Great place for a concert.

My husband and I drove from Nashville to attend the Lionel Richie/Mariah Carey concert here. It was our first time to visit this venue, but it will not be our last. The location is away from the congestion of the city. It was a nice drive, and we had very little traffic, even arriving 45 minutes before the concert. Parking was plentiful and complimentary, a huge plus near such a large city. We bought our tickets on-site, and the ticketing process was efficient. We had to wait about 20 minutes to buy the tickets. We sat in section 115, which was to the side of the stage. Row Z has no seats directly in front of it, which was nice, but we also had no cup holders. However, my husband is 6 ft tall, so the extra space and the aisle seat made the experience even more enjoyable. The food at the arena was mediocre and at arena prices. We paid $30+ for 2 hotdogs, 1 nachos (a bag of chips and cup of cheese), 1 popcorn (w/1 refill) and 1 drink (w/1 refill). The nachos were room temperature (not warm/hot), and the popcorn was the same - out of a bag and not very fresh. The food would be my main suggestion for improvement and the only complaint I had for the evening. The usher was very nice. She even took our trash when my husband went to dispose of it. It took less than 1/2 hour to get out and back onto the road. All in all, a great concert experience. We were impressed. Oh, and when I called the day before to see if tickets were still available, the customer service lady was VERY friendly and helpful. She even asked me to call back and let her know about my experience. She gave me a tip that the hotels in the immediate area raise their prices on concert nights. We stayed about 1/2 hour away in Alpharetta at a nice Hampton for $70. Great weekend - nice venue, small, about 12,000 seats - you should go - not a bad seat.

Saw Andrea Bocelli, Pia Toscano, symphony orch. others and sat on floor level F front room. Great view. Seats on side looked more comfortable and they were raised up so perhaps could see just as well for less money. Andrea had throat problems but you couldn't tell it other than he sang less the usual. Nonetheless, the other singers and fluest were very good. Elevator for handicap made it much easier to get to parking closeby and we went out the back way so no traffic at all. It is not an easy walk for those getting dropped off by taxi or uber as that drop off is way at the beginning of the entrance. Still some of the parking decks have a ways to go. They should have a train type of transportation for elderly, etc. especially during cold wet weather. Sound was good. People friendly. Most didn't get up during 20 min intermession having heard of the very expensive drink/food prices so they brought their own. Husband who did buy $5 sm. water waited behind 30 people and there were only 3 stands set up to serve. Hate to see if more people wanted service. It took him the full 20 minutes to get it.

We held one day conference and a board meeting. Nice facility. Embassy Suites is close by. Overall good facility.

My daughter had a gymnastics competition here January 2020. The venue is very nice and large, however, there was construction going on while we were there which made it difficult to get around but the staff was helpful with directions for parking. Very clean bathrooms and concession area.

Went to hockey game. Hockey was great. Building staff and concessions are HORRIBLE. Had good upper deck seats. If you're handicapped you have to walk down a long flight of stairs for restroom, concessions. Couldn't find water fountain anywhere. Will consider this next time.

We saw the Total Package Tour here!! Clean, nice and lots of food/drink options! Parking was not a hassle either. This is a great location!

Been to the facility many times. Great place for sports, concerts, shows of any kind. Easy and convenient parking , egress, etc.

My teenage daughter & I saw Harry Styles in concert here & had a fantastic experience! What a well-run facility for big events---I was impressed. There are several hotels within walking distance, the building layout is easy to maneuver, plenty of restrooms near each doorway, lots of refreshment booths, and easy to get in and out of the facility. The first aid room was easily located from the main entrance too staffed by some really kind ladies! Will attend more concerts here in the future!

Went to the Georgia Swarm game and had a ball. Great family atmosphere and just a great deal of fun. The facilities are outstanding.

Last night we went to see TSO at Infinite Energy Center. It's taken me this long to calm down, and thaw out enough to write this review objectively.
We arrived by Uber and were dropped off in front of the venue at the front entrance. It was very close to the screening and we were glad for that as the weather was terrible. The temperarure was hovering in the high 30s, windy, cold and steadily raining. We did not bring an umbrealla as we were taking Uber and would be dropped off close to the entrance.
We got through the screening point very quickly and into the venue very quickly. It was very, very nice. We really enjoyed the hot pretzels, nuts and wine slushies. It was also a very nice amount of food and beverage vendors with reasonable lines.
The venue itself was great. We had floor seats and it was an awesome show. We had a conversation as we were walking out about checking their schedule for future shows as we had such a great experience. That however is where the great experience ended and went terribly bad.
We called Uber for our pick up and they were about 8 minutes away. We decided to stand right inside the front door where we could see the drop off point where we were original let out. As we were standing there a young lady asked us if we were waiting for uber and we said yes, she informed us the new pick up point for Uber was outside, down the sidewalk, past the parking garage and in the middle of parking lot A. Also stating, "we need to get everyone out so the crew can clean and prepare for the next show". Keep in mind by this point the temperature was 36 degrees, windy and raining.
We began walking out the door and down the sidewalk. There were no signs directing us where to go and we had no idea where we were going. We asked an officer who was directing traffic and he pointed to a pole in the middle of an empty parking lot with a small sign that said "A3". So, we walked with several others to the middle of the parking lot, and there we stood, in the 36 degree weather, wind and rain for 45 minutes. FOURTY FIVE MINUTES, OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN AND WIND.
It seems that since there was a second show, they wanted to let the cars out of the parking lot first, so they weren't allowing any Ubers, cabs or lyft's to pick up anyone until the others had left. So there we stood.
There was an elderly couple with us who was also waiting for Uber but their phone died as they were waiting for well over an hour. They were huddle up against the parking garage with no cover but at least the building was blocking the wind a bit. So we went and stood with them and waited. We offered for them to share our uber and when our driver was finally allowed entrance, readily agreed to take them to their destination as well. By the time we got to dinner, we were thoroughly soaked, still trembling and freezing cold.
Infinite Energy Center, I cannot believe you allowed and directed your guests to wait over an hour outside, in the middle of a parking lot in 36 degree temperatures in wind and rain. This was beyond horribly mismanaged and I find it completely reprehensible you would treat patrons of your venue in this manner. Surely there was a better way to handle this situation than that.

We saw the Andrea Bocelli concert here and had a great time! Very clean and well run on the inside. Food selection is about what you would expect to find for a minor league hockey arena, nothing too fancy and mostly fried. Hey, we didn't go there to eat, seats were comfortable and easy to get to. My only issue was in the parking lot, the attendants appeared to never have seen a big crowd before, complete gridlock for about 35 minutes. Other than that, all was well.

We've seen 2 concerts here and like the place. There are several places to get a drink and easy access to the seats.

My husband and I went to the U2 concert last night! Amazing! What makes it even better are the helpful employees at The Infinite Energy Center!!

Enjoyed a concert here last weekend. Facility was nice. Good seats, good sound quality, decent concessions. Arena itself is pretty well laid out. Incoming traffic was fine, but exiting after the concert was confusing, difficult, and took forever! They need better markings in the parking lots to designate exit routes, and more exist points. You expect traffic when leaving a concert or sporting event, but this was excessively slow and organized. We sat jammed for extended periods of time with no one moving!

It has been awhile since we have been to a Gladiators game. We went twice in January to see the Swamp Rabbits play. The tickets are so cheap, especially if you are used to seeing NHL games. We had seats for both games a couple of rows right behind the benches.
We did grab drinks there and the prices are several dollars less than what you pay at an NHL arena. We did not eat, we ate at Paisanos and Pepe's prior to the game.
They did have specials for team items at both games for $5 and we found out that is a pretty normal thing for them to do.
There is free parking. Getting into the arena, the traffic was not bad. Leaving it was a little heavy and took a couple of minutes but nothing like when we left Philips arena.

Went to a morning hockey match and all the good parts of the arena, sight lines, concourse and parking were spoiled for us as there were thousands of children and their teachers in attendance, who had little consideration of other spectators.

Make sure you get club level tickets. The bathroom lines are shorter as are the food and bar lines. Every seat is a "good seat." The sound system is excellent. Also, you can actually see the artists! Parking is free!

Don’t go here ever! We went to see Andreas Bocelli on February 18th. We left Madison, GA at 6:00 PM with an expected arrival time of 7:20.
From the time we got near Sugarloaf and 85 to finally parking took over an hour and 10 minutes.
They had another event the same night they clearly over sold the ability to handle the traffic

Decent venue and food was well priced and parking was a breeze most importantly. No complaints and will return

We attended a conference at these two locations. There were approximately 8,000 people that attended the conference. They split the breakout sessions between the arena, forum, and a church close in proximity. My biggest complaint was the Forum was clearly not equipped for that many people. In between each breakout session, when the rooms emptied, you had at least 5,000 people out in the hallways and it was WAAAAY too crowded for that. It was like leaving a concert where the line goes nowhere for a long while and you aren't going to get anywhere quickly. In addition, there were only 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and each women's bathroom only had 4 stalls. Imagine that many people with a total of 8 women stalls and only 45 minutes to battle the crowd to the next room AND get through a restroom line. The bathroom line was always incredibly long and it only took 1 trip before I realized that I would give up consuming any liquids for the next 4 hours until the end of the day because I really had not desire to do that again.
The arena, in contrast, was much better equipped for all of the attendees. There were plenty of restroom stalls, very comfortable seats, and it was very clean. The security and staff was very friendly and capable.
Both buildings had ample parking and there was even a charging station at the closest parking spaces at the arena. I was impressed by that.

Drove 2 hours to take my son to his first concert, Green Day, and they were awesome on their own, but this venue was a great place to see a show. We were surprised by the free parking, the overall look from the outside, it didn't look like a typical arena, it was much nicer. Inside we were surprised how there was carpet in the lobby and the main areas instead of the usual commercial vinyl tiles. There were full service bars and plenty of great food choices as well. They actually had entrees like flank steak and bbq or chicken with sides. It was truly a great place to see a show.

We went to a graduation for a class of 641 kids fro Forsythe county and had a great time. There was ample parking and especially if you need close parking, you can park on the 4th floor of the parking deck. You come out on the level for entrance to the ticket/box office. Seating is very comfortable and the venue also has some sort of refreshments. Bathrooms are plentiful. They always have big screens so you can actually see the action closed up. Good choice.

We went here for a Gladiators hockey game. The venue was clean, had many concessions available. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the arena. We had a great time.

This place is closer then driving to Columbus or Macon to see a concert, I like that. Good place to see whatever you're going to see. We went to see Lionel Ritchie & Mariah Carey. Infinite Energy Arena has a very good sound system. Good seating, comfortable and good views of the stage. With the large screens behind Lionel Ricthie, that helps a lot. Both performers were very enjoyable, but Lionel is a master at his craft. Awesome show, all of his hits. Mariah bought her kids on stage, a cute moment. What I've heard from other show goers, I'm glad she made it there. I thought she was very good, heard some people saying otherwise. I will definitely go back to this venue. Free parking is an added bonus, plus ease of exit, helped greatly. Concession stands are pricey, but that's the norm, these days. Overall, an enjoyable place for all kinds of events.

Facilities were great! The bathrooms were up kept and the staff was helpful! A great venue for your favorite events!

We've been here for some concerts. Pretty easy to get in and out. The seating is good just about anywhere you are.

Parking staff got us in and out in a timely and organized fashion. There was plenty metal detectors and security to keep us from waiting long to get in. The carpeted concourse area was well decorated, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the visit.

Terrible management. This used to be a well run place when it was the Gwinnett Arena. Back then, you were able to park for free and didn’t have as many annoying restrictions. Now you have to pay for parking on top of the expensive tickets that you sometime have to buy a minimum of 4. My wife had a small purse where she had her feminine products and she was turned around because it wasn’t clear. The people working the parking lots are rude and like yelling at people.

Saw nutcracker show and it was wonderful. Plenty of parking and the rates are much better than the one in downtown Atlanta

I have been to numerous events here including Hockey Games, Concerts (Michael Bublé and Jimmy Buffet were my favorites!), gun expos, etc. It is always very clean with many good concession stands, and the people working the events are incredibly polite and helpful.

We came to see Panic! At The Disco at the Infinite Energy Center and were very pleased! I’ve been to numerous mediocre venues for concerts but this one was very nice. They were on top of all security measures, the food was pretty good, and the drinks were nice. We had an issue where people had tried to take our seats while we were buying merchandise and the staff were on their A game for helping the situation. The band was obviously wonderful and it was a night to remember!

I've been to lots of event venues and I must say the Infinite Energy Center is one of the best! The place is clean, well maintained and the staff is super friendly.

Great place to see concerts. Easy access. Several hotels close by within walking distance. Small enough venue where all the seats are good. Needs more eating places close by

My niece just graduated from high school and the class of 750 with family and friends were able to all park, get great seats and enjoy the historic moment. A perfect place and seamlessly executed!

Waited in line to park for 90 minutes. Traffic wasn’t moving at all. We had a prepaid parking ticket. Once we got in we were directed to an open field lot that had no spaces. It was already 8:30 (concert started at 8). Were told we’d have to get into another non moving line and be routed to a deck even farther away than the open field parking which was a long walk to the arena. We gave up and went home. The thought of sitting in traffic again to go home AFTER the concert wasn’t worth it at this point. And we had no idea when we would find parking if we got into that non moving line still waiting to park. I will never go to an event at Gas South Arena again. Parking services are non existent or incompetent. Very frustrated. Had wonderful seats to Andrea Boccelli concert. So disappointed.

Why do we even have this place? I have been here for all matter of events and it seems to me that the only events this place knows how to handle are minor team sporting events.
Getting into the parking lot itself is a circus for any major events. Two entrances/exits? Traffic in this area can't handle anything major like the circus or a concert. Once you get past that hurdle there is the hurdle of trying to get into the arena itself. Hey tip for ya. Let's not put major stands that sell stuff 20 feet inside the entry way it caused a backup and prevents people from being able to get to their seats. Next comes seating. How about making the signs for seats easier to understand? Now comes the concessions. Who ever came up with the idea of placing all concessions in two or three places apparently never considered all the people who would be crowding into those areas and backing it all up.
Best advice I can give. Unless you have to go here pay the extra money and go into downtown Atlanta. At least there they know how to handle major events

My husband and I went to the Michael W. Smith/Amy Grant concert tonight. The concert was absolutely wonderful!
In addition, this arena has free parking, a friendly staff, and no bad seats in the place!!!! Traffic was easy in and easy out! I highly recommend that you give it a try!

We visited the center for a hockey game. It is nice and clean with excellent parking. Terrific seating and lighting. And the hockey game was superb! Go Gladiators!!

Been going to concerts and events here since they opened. Always great energy, not a bad seat in the house. Great customer service!

Paul McCartney We drove up from Milledgeville, GA. We have seen Paul McCartney a number of times and this was the best performance ever (he's 75). The arena was just the right size and acoustics were phenomenal.. Stage was at end and was a big plus to venues that place it in center as there are really no "bad" seats. Of course, Paul McCartney is a down to earth and an entertainer who interacts with the audience. Was an amazing night and a great place to be (our seat were half-way down and three-quarters up and, even so in most places, were perfect).

We saw U2 at the Infinite Energy arena and were quite surprised with the overall experience. First off, ample parking onsite and it's all free! The layout of the arena is pretty smooth and accessible, and we were able to get around fairly easily even in a sold out show. All & all, a nice mid-sized arena!

The concert was great, the seats were fine. Parking was free but getting out of the parking lot was a chore. One way in one way out.

We have been to Infinite Energy Arena many times for concerts (Andrea Bocelli, Paul McCartney, etc) and sport events (basketball, hockey, gymnastics, etc). This arena is simply great! Easy parking , great food courts, friendly support staff, well organized.
Tip: park across the street from the arena and have dinner at Luciano’s before the event. Easier to get out after the event to eithe I-85 or opposite direction towards Duluth.
Tip: if you like high end food, try Frankie’s The Steakhouse next to the arena. Great parking for the event as well if you need to get back to I-85.

I have been to the arena many times over the years to attend various events. Recently I wanted to buy tickets for an upcoming event, so I went to the arena web site. It was strange to me that all the lower cost seating for this particular event seemed to be sold out. I have attended this particular event in the past and it simply does not draw large crowds in this area. At best, the place is maybe 1/3 capacity. Then I began searching around on the internet and I found around ten different websites that are selling tickets… but these are not being sold on behalf of the arena; these are being sold by “ticket owners”. So it appears that the arena is selling large blocks of tickets to people who are then doubling the price and putting them for sale on these other sites.
The arena’s own site seems to have issues too. When I put in that I wanted 2 tickets at the low price range, the screen would come back and say none unavailable. When I put in one ticket, it would show me an available ticket. When I put in three tickets, again it would come back and show me available tickets. So I can buy 1 or 3 but not 2. WTH?? Of course it would also add in a couple of extra fees, a “service fee” and a “handling” fee for an electronic ticket that I have to print on my own printer.
So after a bit of frustration, I just went to the box office, where I was able to purchase two tickets at the low price and there was no service fee or handling fee. On what planet do these extra fees for electronic tickets make sense? In my personal visit I have to interact with a human employee. An electronic transaction requires no such interaction, yet it costs more. Why??
Now the reason I am down on this arena is that it was built with my tax dollars. It is owned by the county government. As a citizen of this county for many years, my money has been taken from me and spent on this facility and now it is being used to try to rip me off.
Three of my kids had their high school graduations here. Of course they don’t charge to attend the graduations but I did see things that really irritated me. I saw where they would not let parents attending graduation bring in a drink that they had purchased locally at a gas station (on a very hot day), yet as soon as they are inside, they can purchase a drink at the concessions for about 8 times the fair price.
Now again this is a public facility, owned by the citizens of this county.. and it is the county school board that has arranged to have the graduations there.
The folks who run the arena have apparently forgotten who owns the place. In the early days it was a nice facility. Now it is a ripoff. The concession prices are higher even that a movie theater.

It was an excellent venue you to have a 65th party. We had about 28 people attend and 20 of them had never been to a hockey game in their life. The staff Josh Packard helped out so much on getting this group organized. The group rate for the tickets was outstanding also. We would return again.

Very crowded venue, but this was before COVID. They have plenty of food vendors, but quite expensive for a burger or beer. The seats are comfortable and offer a great view.

First, this is a busy place and many events may go on at the same time. That is ok with me. I like the day shows like the bead show or the home shows they offer.
At night, we have been to concerts. This is just a few of the many events they offer.
Parking: Yes it is a problem, but we park farther away, since we like to walk. Many times we have seen police helping cars move out...be patient and don't try to be the first to leave.
Eating: There are many local restaurants close by and across the street.

We attended a concert at this arena. It was a great venue for a concert. No bad seats or sightlines. Getting in and out of the arena was quick and easy. I rated this arena very good instead of excellent because of the difficulty getting into and out of the parking lot. There is ample parking around the arena, but it is arranged in a way that makes for long lines in and longer lines out. I am aware that you will need to wait some after a large concert, but this arena's parking is worse than others. I recommend parking off-site and going to events through other means.

We had an invent here at the Forum. The outside of the building looks nice and appears to be kept up in when you are in the lobbys and main room but the other rooms and the backstage area need some TLC. We had ordered lunch for our VIP group and they did a very nice buffet and the food was very good.We had an issue with the parking for our group because the parking attendants sent people from a graduation in the arena to our parking lot which caused our attendees to have to walk really far to get to the forum. The event turned out great but not without some issues.

Was here for the Hits Deep Tour and the Arena was very nice. The staff was both friendly and helpful.

This was my first time here and the facility is very nice. However, their restrooms are all upstairs and I only saw one elevator. Not good for Senior Citizens who are handicapped as elevator was small. They should have restrooms on the Lobby level to accommodate handicapped patrons. Saw Thoroughly Modern Mille by the Agape Theater Group and they were excellent!!

My wife and i attended the miranda show here. It was easy to find and get into, parking was a breeze (and FREE) compared to the shows weve been to in atlanta . The arena was easy to get around, the staff was very helpful when seating you, and the folks at the bar were personnable, just like you expect a bartender to be. Drink and food prices are high as hell, but what event now-a-days isnt?!? Getting out after the show was over was alot simpler and faster than the new benz stadium for the garth concert!! Getting out of the parking lot was a little harder, but still not bad. Overall we had a great time. We came from down around macon, and would definetly go back for another concert up there, just because of the ease of the whole process compared to the concerts in atlanta that weve been too.

Was here for the childish gambino concert , we had a blast , parking was easy , staff was friendly and helpful , restrooms were clean I'm glad the concert was here

Our first visit to this arena. Great place. The acoustics are great. Seating is comfortable. Great places to eat outside. Very spacious and enjoyed the show.
Great place

Phil Collins was awesome; the venue did not justify his amazing performance and history. Acoustics were awful. Staff not any better. Not to mention outrageous concession prices. Geez guys. Family friendly? Really?
Won’t ever return for a concert. Shame on them.

The Accoustics in this Concert Venue are incredible! It was very difficult to see the actual Concert. The large screen Monitors are placed close to the stage which makes no sense. Sports and Music Arenas in Atlanta have large screen monitors strategically placed so all audiences are able to view the entertainment. Atlanta draws the Best Music Artists but I will not purchase another ticket there. An update is needed.

This is a great place to see a concert. My husband and I saw Gage The Elephant and Green Day there. It's small enough so that you can see great from any seat. It is very easy getting out of there after also.

I saw James Taylor and Bonnie Raitt in July at the IEC. It was an extraordinarily good concert and the venue was excellent. I was amazed by the selection of eateries and drinkeries available. It was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to visit this venue again for an event.
A huge group was just there for a conference on a Saturday. Free parking - nothing better. So close to the front door - excellent. I have only GREAT things to say about the venue. Restrooms were everywhere so no walking. Snack machines nearby. Escalator available.
