Went for playoff game, so excitement was I'm sure higher than typical. First visit to Gillette. Very well thought out facility. Shopping, movies, dining all part of complex. Stadium itself is good. Fun atmosphere. Plenty of food variety. Everything is expensive, which is to be expected. Tickets obviously difficult to come by, but I thought everything was worth it. Not hard to see why organization is so successful. Stadium seemed to have everything in place, with focus on making the game an event for the fans.

Did our yearly sports trip to Boston this year and caught a Patriots game on Sunday afternoon. If you want to sit in the shade you will want to sit in any section from 121 to 340 toward the Patriots side. The stadium is awesome. You can take the train in from downtown Boston right to Gillette. You will need to be at South Station no later than 9:45 am (for a 1pm game) you can purchase a ticket there and they will post what train you take. It is an Am Trak train that will start loading by 10:15 am; it is about a 45minute ride. The train then leaves Gillette 45 minutes after the end of the game. The Stadium does not have a bad seat, we sat in section 337 and the view was perfect. There are restaurants next to Gillette if you plan to drive in, although I don’t suggest it as the train ride is so much easier.

Regional business meeting held at the facility. Food, meeting space and stadium tour were fantastic. Stopped at four locations as part of the stadium tour, nice behind the scenes of the facility. Retired State Police our escort had great stories and experiences.

We visited Gillette for the Garth concert and had a wonderful time . We had heard from several friends that it took them hours to get out of the parking areas so we left 15 mins early and it took us about 35 mins to get out . Great experience. Food is crazy priced and the sausage was terrible but all in all we had a great time . Staff was all friendly and helpful . We will definitely return .

Awesome. We came in from Missouri to see Sunday Pats-Dolphins game. We hit the Six Superbowl Ring day. Perfect timing for a picture wearing them all. The rest was just perfect. Great place solo or family.

Was fortunate to go to the U2 Joshua Tree Anniversary Tour. I have gone to Gillette for Patriot games, but never a live concert. The venue, in my opinion, was perfect! There are attendants everywhere to help with questions and lead you in the right direction. Lots to do before any event; Shopping, dining, tailgating. Be prepared to walk. It's a great place to look around. I would recommend going hours before to beat traffic and enjoy all the venue has to offer. Be warned, my friend had to throw away a Coach bag because it wasn't allowed in the stadium. You may want to look up current security policies before entering in.

Always have an amazing experience during soccer events and games! Concession stands are not too crowded, you can pretty much get all you need during 1/2 time.
Would recommend for a fun family day!

Always an enjoyable visit to Gillette Stadium. This time around we got to tour inside the stadium and visit the Pro shop. The weather was beautiful as well and made the trip more enjoyable walking around.

Greatest place housing the greatest team with the greatest of all time

Great experience watching Tom Brady dissect defences and getting everyone open.

Gillette Stadium is more than just a place to watch the Patriots play. It is a destination! The stadium is amazing and there is so much to see. Patriots Place has a number of restaurants, shops and even a movie theater. Inside the pro shop, you will also find the Patriots Hall of Fame. There is a small entrance fee for the Hall of Fame but well worth it. There is so much history to this team and the exhibits were both informative and interactive. Plan on spending a couple of hours on the Hall of Fame alone. Gillette Stadium is a must see when in Massachusetts.

Besides this being the home of the best team in the NFL, it’s also a really cool place to hang out before or after the game. Patriots Place and a lot of good restaurants and bars and you really can’t beat the atmosphere.

Having never been here before, we did not know what to expect. We went to a concert. They did a good job with the flow of traffic in and out of the parking lots. Very convenient that there is shopping and places to eat right outside of the stadium. Unfortunately, our seats were about as high as they go and it was hard to see the stage. We did not see a lot of event staff where we were but we didn't have any problems so it worked out. Nice stadium and the event staff that helped us at the gates were very friendly.

We went here for the Patriot Green Bay Packers game only to find out our tickets were fake. So we were never able to get into the stadium. We were told that there is a lot of trouble with Patriot tickets. We we're so disappointment!!!!

I have been a Pats fan since I first started watching Football so to come to Gillette Stadium was a buck list check for me. We got the Boston Common Coach from Boston to Gillette. Once there we walked around the parking lot amazed at all the tailgaters and how committed they are. Once we made our way to the stadium I wanted to go to the Pro Shop but the line up was wrapped around the whole store so we didn't leave enough time for that. Our seats were in the second last row right at the top but we could see great. Lines moved quickly for food/drinks. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Only issue is leaving the parking lot once the game is over - NIGHTMARE! Oh we also got engaged at the game !!! :)

It's clear Gillette and the Patriots don't give a crap about rideshare drivers and passengers by making drop offs as complicated and frustrating as possible.

The current Uber/Lyft drop off point for Gillette Stadium is at Bass Pro Shops which is 1) On the left side of a center divider that cars cannot cross when going South on US-1/Washington Street and 2) Is a full mile and a half from the stadium.

How is this an acceptable setup for anyone involved? How does this make people want to come to the game?

What's worse is when my passengers tried to get out at the retail lot 20, which should be their prerogative, they were chastised and yelled at to get back in the car by Security Staff.

It's unacceptable and we should not have to stand for it.

Attended the Packer-Patriot game last Sunday. Fans from both sides extremely energized but respectful and friendly. Great atmosphere. Huuuuge crowds all funneling into security gates and then into the stadium. Need more security lanes to make a smoother entry- very slow going even 2 hours before game! Very festive but crowded in “courtyard” with band playing and game night activities. Lines at bathrooms even the men’s! Stadium seems inadequate for crowd size.
Stadium clean but Jumbotron and score banner VERY small and unreadable from upper tiers. No additional screens to view game from nose bleed section. Parking awful and expensive. More than an hour just to exit the parking lot.

We took the Patriot Train on December 2, 2018 to watch Minnesota Vikings plat the New England Patriots.

This was worse than a train in remote India. Staff was indifferent train kept breaking down “brakes didn’t work” and we got to Foxboro at 4 pm a full hour late. Both trains from Boston and Providence were late so we missed half of first quarter.

Oh and toilets overflowed!

On trip home same issue but worse because they don’t check tickets so standing room only.

Someone or meaning need to be fired on this complete ineptness!

DONT BE STUPID LIKE WE WERE AND TAKE THIS TERIBLE SERVICE!!

By TravelsOfJack |

Great venue for a high energy concert. Loved the entire area around Patriots Place too. Very clean area and everyone was super friendly.

Only down check was that we parked in lot 9 and I have no idea why it took 2 hours for the traffic to start leaving that lot. Huge down check after a long day.

Another of my bucket list items. I’m not afraid to say I’m a New England Patriots fan. I’ve been one since the 70’s so there’s no way I’m a band wagon fan. Watching them struggle for decades entitles me to a little joy with their current success right? Well, when my trip to Boston was planned, I was excited to knock a couple of bucket list items off. One was watching a game at Fenway Park (see my review there ^plug, plug^) and the other was to at least visit Gillette Stadium (I still think of it as Foxborough). It’s about a 20 minute drive outside of Boston and as I got closer, the excitement built. Finally, as I came up to the off ramp I got my first glimpse of my team’s home field. It’s offseason at the moment and they’re using it for soccer, but I was still in awe. A nice shopping mall is part of the stadium complex but I had no interest in doing any shopping at those shops. After parking (parking is free), I walked straight toward the big endzone gates taking in the sights of this place I’d seen so many times on TV. As I got to the big wrought iron gates I gazed at the opposite endzone score board, lit up with advertising and it’s ‘Gillette Stadium’ moniker. I imagined former Patriot players whom I’d watched walk through this entrance like Hawaii born Russ Francis, Mosi Tatupu and former quarter back Steve Grogan.
I headed over to Patriot Hall where the organization has set up a beautiful 4 story walk through New England Patriot history. It’s a nicely done look back at what the team came from all the way through their current success. On the ground floor is the Pro Shop where you can get all of your team merchandise.
I know this might not be a place for everyone, but if you like the Patriots, it is a great experience even if it’s not football season when you visit. I’ll be back one day to watch a game and fulfill my childhood wish.

My family and I went to visit the Gillette Museum. My son is a big fan of the patriots. Beautiful place. Lots of history about the team. The gift shop was great and surprisingly not too expensive. Customer service was delightful. Great place to visit. Fantastic learning experience.

Pats haters are probably spewing on this title, but hey, Patriots dynasty is second to none, we are blessed to witness it. It's all started since Mr. Kraft took over the team, a new stadium, a new coach, a new franchise quarterback, a new management team. 20+ years later, we are still running this league, there must be something really special in that stadium. Remember, You must be there to see it and to feel it.

By jadstrim |

$10.00 entrance fee opens at 10am. Open Sundays. A very hands on and visual display of football history.

By Jill L |

My friend and I were fortunate to Ed Sheeran here. There is so much to do in the stadium, shops, restaurants, and more. There is also shopping outside the stadium. Our seats were great. The big drawback is the parking. It took more than an hour to get out of the parking lot. The cost of parking was $40 Would consider offsite parking if I were to visit the stadium again.

By Corina M |

Did not get to tour inside but the outside is very clean and lots of reserve parking. Stadium not as big as most I have visited but structure looks great. Surrounding area has a lots of great restaurants and shops.

By Brett W |

Had a great time attending a NFL game at Gillette Stadium. The trip on the Patriot train from Boston was fun with all the fans dressed in there Patriot outfits. Stadium is impressive and they know how to engage the crowd in the game. Tickets were pricey as they came from a resale sight but as a bucket list item was well worth it.

By susgames13 |

Was there for football game. Need some help with crowd control as it's really a herd mentality and there is no reason for it. Should be much more organized. Gillette staff and leadership should be better than this. Also there needs to be smoking areas-not in the lines and it should be enforced. There are some great places to get food- the chicken tenders are crispy and all white/ meaty. Chicken wings are large, meaty, and can be ordered three ways. There is a bar for real booze so not just limited to beer- cocktails priced like you would pay in major cities-$12 for a Jamison and Pepsi and Ketel on the rocks. Staff friendly-plenty of security. Have also been for soccer, Finish at the Fifty-the walk/run for charity, as well as college games.

By Taija K |

Went there on 2016 Winter Classic hockey game. Lots of places where to buy food and beverages both inside and outside.
Foreign ATM cards don't work here, so get cash before you walk in!

Had to toss my bag out to watch the game (Revolution vs. Fire). I was staying in Boston to see Boston and watch a Fussball Gott (Schweinsteiger). Had to subway to a commuter train, then Uber to the Stadium. Not bad, but a bit far from anywhere. They have a lot of shops and restaurants as well as hotels at the stadium. It is a huge Stadium and I like the actual stadium itself. The security procedures are a bit much. Bag checks are fine, but not allowing a bag that even Spirit Airlines declares as small enough to be a personal item in is ridiculous. Purses won't be allowed either. Just open my bag and check it out, I have no problem with that. I got yelled at for even coming to security with it. They did not have a place to store my bag either. Since I didn't drive, I had to empty everything in a small plastic bag they gave me and even though it was empty, I had to toss it out. The game ended at 10am. Last train out from Walpole is at 10:55pm on a weekend. Managed to get an Uber just in time to get me there before the last train. New England Revolution, please get that stadium built in Boston. Patriot qames you will be ok, they have a special train that will take you right to the stadium, not for MLS games though!

By Pam P |

Awesome venue for all of the bands with CHESNEY even from the nose bleed (literally four rows from the top). Security did good job getting massive crowds in - same rules as NFL for purses but we knew ahead! Love the area of shopping and restaurants around the stadium- very well done. Food was so so. Worst part was traffic leaving! Ugh!! Must be nightmare for football games. Would also be miserable in the cold!

By Paul B |

It is done up very nice with lots of things to do around the stadium. Multiple stores for shopping and the Patriots Hall of Fame is there as well (if u like the Patriots as I am not a fan). but was nice to see a few trophies.

I attended a sporting event at this place. Beware! You will most likely park over a half mile from the gate. There are no shuttle buses for those who find it painful or tiring to walk long distances - and that just gets you to the gate. You then must walk up several ramps to get to the seating corridor. Then up or down from there. If you choose to walk up the 100+ stairs to Patriot Place restaurants, it is another tiresome trek. Wear comfortable shoes, as you will be on concrete or pavement the whole time. It's a good thing they have a huge screen, as the seats are far from the action - bring binoculars. For what it costs and the time you will spend in traffic, parking, walking, watching then returning after the event to repeat. Stay home - have a nice meal delivered, put your feet up, relish the short walk to your bathroom....

We took Uber to the U2 concert and was charged $23.70 for an 11 mike trip. The return charge was $562.73! Needless to say we didn't take Uber and bummed a ride. I am disgusted with Uber!!

One of the best stadiums to visit, huge and right next to giant mall with plenty to eat I recommend people to visit

By TWalker25 |

Attended the Pats v Texans divisional playoff game on 1/14/17. Great venue to watch game. Great atmosphere and sight lines. Plenty of concession stations and the sausages we had were excellent and loaded with peppers and onions. Plenty of security, it is a fan friendly atmosphere as sports venues go.

Sunday night game turned into monday morning ride back... what a horrible experience never ever riding again!!! Extremely slow for no reason literally goes 1mile per hour when I looked my GPS it says same walking trail as train.....

By Huston0613 |

The lines inside the stadium were absolutely terrible tonight at the Kenny Chesney concert and it took forever despite the weather and well after the storm
The end of the concert was unacceptable…there was over a hundred people waiting for Ubers in a parking lot a mile away that waited two hours for previously booked rides but they couldn’t get through to the designated location. After people waited for two hours we were forced to take cash only rides from cars because we had no way of getting home. The previously booked Ubers canceled those rides so we were forced into paying fares 3 times what we were booked for and drivers said it was because of Gillette’s parking system. It was absolutely terrible how Gillette Stadium does not have a better pick and drop off system and left their guests to sit for hours and then have to pay insane prices to get to their location
I had a booked price on Uber for $57 to get back to my hotel but because Gillette made it impossible for rides to come in and out, I had to pay $200

Visited for the NFL game Patriots v Steelers which in itself was brilliant, even from the gods. so we decided to return the next day. Took the train to Mansfield then an Uber to the grounds as there's currently direct rail unless its a match day. Did the wall of fame museum including the cinema and all the halls then stopped off in the pro-shop for some 'purchases' like a new Patriots top etc. There are hotels, shops and restaurants on site plus the amazing ground (currently no tours available of the grounds) and the pro-shop & museum so you can literally come for a few days. I would say its a great place to bring the kids if they are Pat's fans. I bought a great Red Sox (sorry) cap, its the first time I've spotted one without that adjuster on the back, they actually have caps in sizes to suit all, well me anyway !. well pleased with our purchases and even more pleased we returned on a non-match day just to slope around the place.

By Angelo S |

Typical large, modern American sports stadium with parking surrounding and the interesting large dining complex on the grounds. On the whole, the stadium as very clean, staff fairly well organized (parking lot folks were helpful). Prices were not too bad for a stadium and good lines of sight everywhere. The concessions were well spaced and moved quickly. While we were visiting, there was some significant construction going on at one of the stadium to update the video board and that caused some inconvenience/confusion getting around the stadium.

Couple of friends and I are coming down to Foxborough next Weekend for the game against the Texans and we're driving there with a 21 passengers minibus. We're bringing the full set up and having intention to do a big Tailgate. Since it's our first time at Gillette Stadium, what's the best option for us? We want to be close the to stadium, money is not an issue and we don't really care being stuck in the traffic after the game. Do we have to buy a parking place before getting there? I've heard about Lot 52 for oversize vehicule, is that the best option? Do people tailgate there?

By Model_TNewEngland |

Excellent venue for sporting events and concerts. Plenty of parking and a large shopping mall nearby.

By cctkMiller |

The stadium, no question has a great layout. Wide pedestrian area behind the 100 level area to keep traffic flowing. There seems to be plenty of basic food options at, as expected crazy stadium prices.
A couple recommendations:
Eat in advance in the convenient shopping plaza outside the stadium; quite a few really good options.
Park in the lots #'d 40s and 50s for an easier 'exit' after the event.

By Ana22a |

Gilette Stadium is a stunning sports venue. Watched my first ever football game, Go Patriots!! It is quite cold so dress warmly especially for the windy nights. The venue has many stores and places to eat/shop. Fairly decent prices compared to Toronto's sports venues. Lots of walking up the ramps but overall excellent fun experience being surrounded by friendly people.

By Nancy D |

Worst experience EVER leaving a game. We sat in the parking lot for 2.5 hours and moved 100 inches at best. This is an embarrassment
For this brand. Shame. Ruined our experience.

By Pat P |

I should have known better after the complete incompetence and lack of organization surrounding a concert at this venue last year. Well I stupidly went again and exactly the same mess ensued. Terrible traffic with little help from stewards or police. Parking stewards who are literally clueless about the car parks, that was astonishing. No extra anything organized even though they must know a big crowd is coming. The absolutely stupid bag policy and the bad attitude of those who enforce it. I have been to many big events at multiple Big stadiums around the world and this one is by far by a long way the worst experience I have ever had - now twice - there will be no third time.

By RunPeteRun |

Incredible stadium. Once in a lifetime experience.

Americans know how to do sport and the Patriots ARE football!

Grab a hotdog and a beer or three.

You won’t regret paying the extra $$ for good seats.

Go Pats!!!

By missouth65 |

Parking for handicapped is great but getting to your seat with limited use of the elevators is a royal pain.
Go Pats!!

By Pete M |

For the first time I would have to say it was easy to deal with the parking and such. Before it used to feel like a nightmare last night far exceeded my usual frustrations. Oh the concert was good too.

By TravelTime |

My wife took my daugther to see Taylor Swift and it was fantastic. I took my son and we stayed outside the stadium but was able to see Taylor on the large screen and could hear everything. There is plenty to do with bars and restaurants and we even bowled a couple of frames to pass the time. It would have been five stars but you have to deal with the traffice after the show. My recomendation would be to stay at the closest hotel possilbe so book early. We were 10 miles away and traffic was brutal!

By PSmitty123 |

Terrible Parking situation. Way overpriced and can't get out after the event.
Used to park offsite but ownership is doing all they can to prevent this because they think it's costing them money. (and money is the most important thing apparently)

Went for field day with day. Awesome time. Got to tour field. Met Steve Nelson and toured locker room.

By Ron L |

Yesterday was my second visit to Gillette Stadium (Pats vs Chargers) and I really enjoyed the time with my son. We arrived at P11 about 845 am and parked only four rows away from Route 1 - sweet! We had tailgaters on either side of us and enjoyed everyone’s company. I roasted fresh Poblano peppers from my garden (the last batch) and made breakfast burritos. Guys next to us commented on the wonderful smell! Quite a bit of booze around us but no one got out of hand.

The walk to the stadium takes about 15 minutes but at noon they were processing people through the gates in seconds.

Beer and drinks are ridiculous here as it is at every stadium, didn’t bother me as I was the designated driver. Our seats in Section 129 were quite comfortable, when we actually sat! Most of the game everyone was standing, cheering on the Patriots, 5 Times World Champs!

The Police and security people do a superb job moving traffic in and out of the stadium. I started my car at 429 pm and was on Route 495 North at 445 pm, fantastic!

I’ve only visited here twice but there seem to be lots of shops and restaurants, maybe a visit sometime when there isn’t a game should be planned?

By Round Rock Foodie |

Rented the suite behind the goal post. We were able to access the field and pretend we were good football players. We also had access to an area on the second level to take pictures with a green screen and try on a superbowl ring. All this with apps, dinner, and an open bar.

By NHmama23 |

Went last week for the Taylor Swift concert (she was AMAZING). I'm a planner when I'm going to an event like this. We decided to leave really early - the lots opened at 3pm so we arrived right around 3:15. After looking at the parking lot map and then looking at where were were sitting we decided to park in the P4 lot. We were in section 102. I'm not sure if it was luck or the fact I planned ahead but we were out of the lot in about 15-20 minutes.

As far as the parking lot staff, I agree with some of the previous posts. One literally said " I have no idea where you should park, I'm new here" and another one as we were were walking in kept calling people fools - literally yelling to her coworkers about patrons and they were a fool because of this or that. Come on - act professional.

We were in section 102, row 38 and had aisle seats. Great spot for easy in/out of the venue and well as very close to concessions/bathrooms. Only issue is that its a main artery for people coming and going. The actual seats were surprisingly comfortable. Lots of leg room and not super small - way more comfortable than most theater seats.

Planning ahead is key with this place, you cant go in blind and expect to not be sitting in traffic. Read the website before going - I knew not to bring a purse due to the clear bag policy. I'm glad they have this rule - keeps us safer.

By Gabriella B |

The Stadium is not close to the city, but if you book the Patriots Train it will cost you $20 roundtrip and you'll be able to get to the stadium about 30/40 min before the game which gives you some time to explore it. The train leaves 30 min after the end. About a 10 min walk from stop to the Stadium entrance. Ideally I would have loved to have had a little more time, but maybe the departure at 6pm on a weekday would probably be the earliest. Stadium was impressive and we choose to sit on 100 level and we loved it!! I have read that they had some ne lighting system and that during a night game was also amazing!! Being there in the middle of all those Patriots fans however was the what we enjoyed the most . Highly recommend if you are a Patriots fan that does not live in Boston and is used to see them in other stadiums.

By Megan H |

My husband and I went for a concert. The stadium alone was great for this, beautiful, huge, great views from all directions, acoustics really spectacular, etc... The employees however are not the friendliest or very helpful at all. Pricing is ridiculous, the highest I have ever seen at any other stadium or venue. Parking was poorly directed and was a huge mess, and super expensive. The experience for the most part was good, but this is definitely not the most organized stadium.

By Amy Travels |

Parking 3B made for quick entrance and exit… but arrive early, enjoy the tailgating.

Section A3, row 7, seats 3-4 were pricey seats, and although you’d think close enough to the stage, they weren’t! The pit/sandbar at the Kenny Chesney/Zac Brown Band covered a lot of the floor in from of the seats. So you couldn’t see the stage much… the big screens came in handy.

The sound was good. The staff worked hard to keep everyone in check. If you have floor seats, be prepared to hike upstairs to use the restrooms or go to a concession stand.

By David K |

Super stadium and loads to do round about it, lots of shops and restaurants

Choice of food in stadium was good and alcohol is also available

Bit pricey $40 for parking and $13 for a drought beer 😮

Only down side was the 1 hour and 50 minutes to get out the car park at the end of the concert 😮

By Susanmvh1 |

The stadium is a great venue. Love going there for events and concerts as well. Of course, who doesn't like the Patriots? ;)

Went to watch NCAA Lacrosse Championships. Stadium was awesome. Plenty of food choices and facilities. Would love to return for another event.

By Paul J |

Finally made it to one of the holy trails of American Football, and it didn't disappoint at all, even though it was the start of the mini camps, there was plenty going on, and the pro shop staff were amazing!!
If you get a chance to go, it's a huge complex, so go and breath in the atmosphere

By pegw0922 |

First and last time I will ever go to Gillette Stadium! Parking is atrocious! Paid 98.00 to park and had to walk 1.1 miles to the stadium. The fans were obnoxious probably because they were totally wasted. Drunken fans ruin the game experience for those around them. I have been to Heinz Field and Met Life stadium and the experiences there were day and night! Disgusting fans! Never again!

By ptpeps |

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Gilette Stadium watch Tom Brady,Rob Gronkosky, and the other great stars defeat the MIami Dolphins.Entering and exiting the stadium was a fairly easy process.Inside there are many conveniently located food or drink spots and also many places selling sports clothing. All in all the pricing did not seem as bad as we have experienced at some other facilities.Attached to the stadium is the Patriot Store where you can get just about any Patriot souvenir or clothing you can imagine and again the prices were reasonable. The price for seats is the big problem if you have to buy from an outlet (and that is basically your ownly option) as they are almost triple the actual retail value. There should be some kind of regulations on how this is being done because it is a shame what you have to pay to enjoy watching your favorite team.

By Loosey3 |

Easy in and out. A great show as always. Plenty of food choices. Great sound!
Country Fest is worth waiting for every year.

Went to the Pats v Texans Thursday night game. Traffic was horrific. We travelled with Boston Common Coach (would recommend them) but it took over 2 hrs to make the journey. Great selection of restaurants around the stadium and the stadium itself is excellent, we had a brilliant time. Traffic was again an issue on way home, took over an hour to get out of the car park. Got back to central Boston around 01:30am, tucked up in bed shortly after.

By well-traveled32 |

My husband and I made a pit stop here on our way home from Boston. It wasn't a game day, but I wanted to see what the complex was like. I was impressed by all the stores and restaurants. I didn't expect that. The area around the complex is nothing special, but there seems to be a lot to do at Patriot Place.

By Charlyne |

my first ever time in the US and at Gillette to see the Patriots play.

we came by the patriots train, which was convenient. you get there 2hrs prior kickoff and leave 30min after the game without traffic jam and horrendous parking fees. 20$ round trip. you’ll get mobile tickets as well as paper tickets at South, Back Bay Station and so on before boarding the train.

we arrived at around 11:20 and i was in 10mins later. security and ticket check was super quick with literally no queuing.
enough toilets at the venue which are pretty clean.

also the food and drinks were ok. 4$ hotdog/ food in general seems cheaper than in Wembley London or Olympiastadion Berlin. Bud Light which for me is a horrible beer (can you even count that as beer?) was 11$ - pricy but still not as much as maybe other stadiums.

We left the game at two minute warning which a lot of people did already. so there was no waiting and you could just walk out with everyone else together to get to the train in time.

i can imagine getting off the facility with a car is horror, so rather take the train or wait a bit until after the game before you head home.

Gillette Stadium is a fun place to visit--not only the home of the best NFL team- Go Pats- but there are stores and restaurants and a gorgeous hotel-and many things to do there-highly recommended to visit if in the area

Terrific atmosphere. Great security. Our team Patriots won game. Friendly crowd. Lots of shops and food venues in and outside stadium.

By Kathy V |

The stadium is great and there are many shops and restaurants next door at Patriot Place. You will see miles of parking lots along the road owned by the Kraft family. They don't like competition for parking dollars during Patriot's games. I got a hotel room in the area and used a shuttle service. Apparently they are not allowed to drop off at the stadium or even at Patriot Place so you can eat or shop on game days. They drop you off a mile away and on the way back, due to pedestrian walkways for safety, it's almost even further. I didn't plan on that and didn't appreciate the greed. Many thousands of cars park there. Don't penalize those who want to choose differently and the shuttle businesses as well.

We came here for my very first Pats home game and I love it! I have been to many NFL stadiums but this is my favorite. The stadium is not as fancy as other stadiums but this is strategically located. There are shops and good restaurants adjacent to it and the Patriots Hall of Fame that you can go to before or after the game.

By Jeff M |

Definitely worth a look if you are in the area. Much more than just a stadium if you aren't a Patriots fan.

We live locally and Have parked here in the past multiple times for games and events at Gillette because of the ability to exit easily. We will never park here again after one of the parking attendants was incredibly rude to us while parking our car. He gave us our money back when my husband tried to ask where he’d like us to park after we had been sitting there for quite some time while he chatted with another parking attendant. When he pointed in The direction next to the car he had previously parked my husband proceeded that way only to be yelled at and then handed our money back and told to leave. I said something to the female attendant when leaving the lot and she apologized and said she knew that man she worked with wasn’t very friendly. I don’t think Lafayette house would appreciate someone representing their business in that manner especially since that lot is most often filled with very local people. For $40 to park in a dirt lot I’d expect a little better service than that. As a local patron I will surely spread the word to utilize the very friendly parking lot across the street which also provides a very easy exit post event.

The word I kept using to describe this place was "village". It has a mall, so many restaurants, so many things to do. Really nice place to visit and tour around. If you go to a game, go early and go to the hall and go shopping. Stadium workers were really nice and it was such a cool stadium to visit

By Larry S |

Greate layout. Tens of thousands of people in line to get in, but it moved quickly. The only issue was that the commuter rail didn't run to Foxboro the day of the concert. We took it to the last stop before the stadium and ubered the rest of the way. Coming back, the rail had ended service for the night before the concert ended, so we were SOL. Got lucky finding a nice couple to drive us back most of the way. The rail needs to run for special events. Aside from that, amazing place and experience.

My family and I were traveling to Boston and we just had to stop in Foxboro and see Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots! It was awesome to see the stadium! There is a fence where you can look into the stadium and see the field and the Super Bowl championship banners. If you climb the stairs, you can see an awesome overlook for the stadium and it is a perfect place to take a panorama picture. If you are a huge NFL fan, you must visit Gillette Stadium!

P.S. Next to the stadium is the Patriots Pro Shop and also the Patriots Hall of Fame, which is $10 for adults 13 years and older and $7 for seniors 60 years and older.

I have been to concerts here before. This is a great place for a concert. Come early to tailgate or go to the shopping mall and look around until time for the concert. Great eating places also. Home of the birth of Kenny Chesney's No Shoes Nation!!!

By bizzy21880 |

Love my Patriots!!! Huge place with entire mall, hotel, restaurants, etc... great job Mr. Kraft. Visit every year when home on leave. Love the pre-game lots for tailgating with friends and family. Need more porta jons!!! Always an experince. Long lines at security to get on but understandable. Lets go Pats!!! #6

By Stacy O |

Mobs at restrooms and no lines formed
Missed entire 1 quarter due to in efficiency of ticket scanning- uber situation is a joke
Walked 2 miles to get one

By Raymond P |

Great place for a football game or concert. I found the tailgating was amazing and then off to CBS for a cocktail.

By Patricia D |

Sort of a white elephant. Should be domed - it is New England after all. Lots of local restaurants around.

By P. Omar A |

First time at Gillette Stadium 🏟.
We had a great time with the family, even thought we were there for home school convention/prep. We really enjoyed the view and scenery. Can’t wait to come back here during a regular season game.

By kbws |

The venue set up was great, staff was helpful and we located our seats without issue. It’s a stadium so drinks and food are overpriced and there are not a lot of restrooms. The most horrible part was getting out into traffic. We decided to Uber but getting an Uber out of the assigned lot -Lot 15 would have been impossible so we walked down to North Street where the McDonald’s is and caught it from there. A long walk for us after a night of dancing! We were seated in section B4 row 15

By DRTraveler |

Attended the Patriots game for the AFC championship . Great experience. The Stadium is always fun, but this game was special. We have attended different events here ; soccer matches, football games, etc. always a good take. The stadium has plenty of vendors and food options. Patriot Place, before or after the game, is also fun . We did not get into the Patriots Hall of Fame as it was closed on this game day.

By Mauricio ZS |

Went in winter and a little late in the afternoon, i couldn’t get inside the hall of fame. Shop was still open. The surroundings of the stadium are great. It was enough for me just being there. I wanted badly to know the stadium.

By robroo |

Always wanted to visit this stadium for an NFL game,we were seated in the third tier above the visitors sideline.
The concourse was as expected with plenty of room with the usual drinks and food kiosks, toilets too were ok, pick the right time to go! If you know what I mean!
Overall experience was good

By Amy Travels |

Rows and seats were poorly indicated on the Floor, causing people to be in the wrong rows and seats and disrupting the show. Security didn’t help and didn’t stop non-floor patrons from making it to the floor later in the night. Seats were tie-wrapped together, so it was tough to remove puddles of rain water from the chairs , and also zero space was provided between the already small metal chairs.

Section A2, seats. 13-14, row 6, were very expensive, and still didn’t offer a good view of the stage—thankfully there were huge screens.

Premium parking in lot 3A/B was efficient on the way in, but still slow to exit. Arrive early, bring snacks, enjoy the tailgating… portable johns and garbage cans available.

Events are rain or shine; it poured for our entire show, so rain ponchos and waterproof shoes were practical.

Bathrooms are kept very clean, surprisingly… and although lines can seem long (women’s), you’ll move up quickly.

I’d probably not return for a concert event.

So..I’m and Eagles fan and my son is a Patriots fan. I promised him I would take him to see a home game and we had a fantastic time. Fans were incredible. Eagles fan have a lot to learn.

Gillette Stadium is the bar for NFL stadiums. Fantastic experience, great atmosphere, seats afforded great views regardless of location. Coming to Gillette though is something you can and should combine with other experiences within the complex. Namely, visiting Patriot Place in order to visit the Patriots Hall of Fame/History Museum and take your time within the complex. There's a hotel, restaurants, shops, a movie theater, etc.. All manner of Patriots memorabilia can be purchased here. The Hall at Patriot Place is the Patriots Hall of Fame and it's worth a day in and of itself. Keep in mind, it seems to usually be closed on gameday.

In terms of the stadium itself, it's clean, easy to navigate, and is well-staffed. Concessions are good, albeit at the usual prices these days for food/drink at any professional sports venue. The lines for the bathrooms can and do get long during the game, so be sure to get in line early and often. In terms of seating, best seats are on the western side (facing the Patriots sideline from across the field), as the sunlight can get in your eyes if you're sitting on the Patriots' side of the field.

ATMS are on site, but best to bring cash beforehand to avoid the long queues.

If you're just coming for the day, avoid driving at all costs, unless you opt to stay well after the game (~3 hrs) or stay at the hotel. The traffic is legendary and has only gotten worse since Gillette was built. The easiest/fastest/cheapest option is to park at South Station or Back Bay in Boston and take the train (MBTA). Roundtrip tickets were only $20 per person and it's stressfree compared to driving/parking here.

A must-see/gameday experience for any and all Patriots fans.

This is not a review of Gillette only. the stadium is beautiful and viewing of the Patriots or Revs is great from anywhere. The food is expensive so my only suggestion is eat before you go. They have The Hall where you can see the SB trophies and rings. Very exciting!

Adjacent is Patriot Place! Shops, restaurants, hotels....Bob Kraft thought of everything. Love this place!

By Susan S |

Blown away! This stadium is beautiful and fit for the Gods. Gorgeous, clean, new, awesome staff and one heck of football field. We'll be back! Trip was so nice, we have to do it twice!

By Christine D |

Where to begin- Robert kraft set this up right! Whether coming for a game - a super bowl rally or shopping/dining - it’s amazing- can’t beat this place with the muskets, fireworks and energy on game day - plus check out the pro shop

By Daniel G |

Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping in the vicinity. We wandered through several of the venues and really think this is a destination for fans.

By Tilted Pint |

The Patriots hosted the Chiefs, and it was a fun game to watch. The stadium itself was average at best compared to other NFL stadiums in terms of ease of access to the stadium, gate entries and amenities.

Exterior path lighting on the outskirts of the stadium property was minimal, with broken, uneven sidewalks along Route 1 and weeds three feet tall. Intersections were police-controlled before and after the game, which definitely helped with crossings.

Gate entries were backed up for a long time, so it’s best to go early and give yourself more time than other stadiums. Barriers for the gate line-ups were limited, so it was more of a mob than a bunch of lines.

As typical, the main concourse had more concession selection than higher levels; even so, several places didn’t have some of the items they advertised, even before kick-off.

We stayed at a hotel about 3/4’s of a mile north of the stadium. It was a slow walk back after the game, limited by the crowd and the narrow sidewalks, but I’ve read and heard horror stories about parking at the stadium or taking the train from Boston. We were in our hotel room about 40 minutes after the game ended.

Route 1 is roped and barricaded severely the day of the game; we were shopping at the Wrentham outlets that day (south of the stadium) and needed to return to our hotel; we were forced to turn around and take Route 1A - a beautiful fall drive, but unexpected and cost us some time.

By Johnny S |

The Rolling Stones concert was OK. Most workers were very rude when I asked for directions to my seats. Parking was atrocious. I also saw a man with an earpiece and goatee who worked at the stadium who was SWEARING and SCREAMING aggressively at the concession employees. Not the best environment…

By Glenn M |

Y’all got to get to the Hall if you are a Patriots fan wow very impressive place lots of interesting stuff and a 18 minute video that was awesome 😎. 👍👍👍

By Shawn S |

Awesome time at Gillette. Great employees all friendly and welcoming.
Food at all levels were good and there was plenty of parking Bathrooms in the
Stadium were clean and all the seats at club level were clean and comfortable

By malden17 |

Went for a colts patriots game, over 2 hour drive from south Boston with traffic. Exiting the stadium was even worse. It was very difficult to find the Uber lot, we asked several staff members and got several different answers. The ride share lot is a 15-20 min walk from the stadium. Once we got there and found an Uber we sat in the parking lot for 2 hours before even moving. It was very clear that other parking lots were being allowed to empty fully before letting any cars from the ride share lot out. Traffic conductors were extremely rude and unhelpful. My fiancé and I have went to games at 30 of the 32 NFL stadiums and this is the worst experience by far. We will never be coming back.

By wldwky |

Gillette Stadium is a great venue for a game or concert. Plenty of concession stands, bathrooms and haven't had a bad seat in the house yet.

By Passport Surfers |

Had the opportunity to go to Gillette stadium on the way to Boston, was a cool experience as we did the hall of fame tour at the stadium. Gillette has a lot of history and a lot cool stuff on display, as well as interactive games and videos about the stadium and the Patriots organization, what I also really enjoyed about the area is its almost its own little city, having restaurants, bars and more all right there.

The only thing I wish they did was give you an actual stadium tour for the money, otherwise great place.

By Talema K |

Always wanted to watch Tom Brady play so it was the perfect opportunity since we were visiting friends over the Chritmas holiday we decided to catch the game while we were there. I had a lot of fun although it was really cold we managed to enjoy the game. Downside, they should really consider adding a dome to the stadium so when its cold like that people don't have to freeze their tush off 😀 other than that it's a nice stadium and some die hard fans. Watching two of my favorite NFL team playing against each other was a ✔ off my bucket list Bill vs Patriots loved it!

By Steffani W |

The concert was amazing. The staff were helpful and organized for the most part. Tons of food and beer choices. The only real problem was the parking and leaving. The people working in the parking area did absolutely nothing to direct traffic or make it orderly in any way. It was pure chaos. I was surprised by how terribly that went. It could have been organized 100% better.

By Mike A |

What a great place to watch a NFL game. We came as fans of the visiting team. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and experience. Excellent stadium. Good food and drink selection. The price is a bit high but compared to other stadiums the prices are in line.

By Debbi R |

Great great NFL Football atmosphere! Best in the NFL! Been to many stadiums across the country for football games and Gillette stadium is the best! Concourse food is amazing g too! I recommend the pulled pork bbq sandwiches ... amazing!

By tswolfe65 |

Gillette Stadium is really a solid venue. We were there for a Patriots / Texans game and found that our experience was really fun. The Pro Shop is large and has most anything you would want. There is also a series of shops and restaurants collocated with the stadium and provide plenty to do if you have a lot of time. The stadium itself has plenty of places to grab a bite during the game.

We did not drive to the game but talking to other fans we learned that driving is "painful" as there is limited routes to the stadium. We took the train from Boston and that was not much better as it seemed like the train from Calcutta with over booking and limited seating if your are not on board quickly. My girlfriend sat on some stairs and I stood for the 50 minute ride, no biggie but something to consider. I recommend you research the train to Gillette Stadium as there are some timeline constraints....for example, the train leaves Gillette 30 minutes after the game, thus the rush out of the stadium for the 15 min walk to the train. Be sure to do your research before considering using the train but as long as you have an open mind about it, consider it part of the experience :)

By DocHowie |

I’ve been a season ticket holder since the new stadium opened. Back then Gillette Stadium was called CMGI Field. Some people still refer to that old name but this time it means Call Me Gillette Instead!

Great seats no matter where you sit excellent selection of food and drink overall plenty of room. A great place to take in a game

By Amber R |

The sound is amazing at this venue, unfortunately, there are not enough bathrooms and vendors for the number of patrons attending this event. We waited over 1/2 hour each bathroom trip missing much of the show- very dissatisfied.

By Princerman |

It’s a nice place to see a game. The concourses get crowded and the concessions aren’t great. In fact, I tried to get a plain steak tip sub and they refused to do any kind of special order for me and my lactose sensitivity. The dude behind the counter even told me I was being rude for asking why they couldn’t do it. The tailgate scene is incredible since getting out of Foxboro is awful

By scubasteven73 |

What an amazing experience, we visited for an NFL game, Patriots v Steelers (30:3) and were totally blown away by the whole experience. Its a bit difficult to get to right now as there's not a regular rail service (its coming in 2020) but from South Station we took a special train which was huge and a double decker full of both Patriot and Steeler fans, no issues plus a really funny police sergeant who had us all in stitches throughout the journey. Took a while to get there but eventually all eight million of us (or so it felt) arrived and were very professionally steered through security and into the ground. Everyone received a light watch so when the lights were dimmed and the pre match music started we became part of the entertainment as the watches flashed up different colours along with the music. The game was wonderful, it's only the second ever I've been to (last one in NY) we were right up in the gods (308) but with a perfect view of everything. Plenty to eat and drink, we. were sat with really nice people (I think thats a Boston thing generally) and an excellent match, loved it. Went back the next day to check out the Wall of Fame museum, had to Uber from Mansfield but worth the trip the Museum the Shop and the other restaurants and shops all on site were first class, we spent most of the day there then an Uber back to Mansfield rail station then back to South Station and onward to Newtonville ...as they say in Yorkshire, a Grand Day Out !. Make the trip folks, you will not be disappointed.

By jassmine_b |

Went to see The Weeknd. The venue is amazing! We had pretty good seats (Section 110, Row 22). Was pleasantly surprised that lines for food were reasonable where I was at. Huge negative is the traffic. Not unique to a stadium like this and a reason that I typically avoid events at big stadiums. We took Uber to stadium to get there 2 hours before start and it took 90 minutes to get there (our hotel was 7 miles away). Then the wait for Uber was 3 hours - we left 20 minutes before the show to get a head start to beat the bottleneck. No luck! It’s a hassle for drivers to get the venue so not enough riders to accommodate the crowds. Fortunately Patriot Place had some wonderful restaurants open so we were able to wait it out there for the most part (Bless you Citizen Crust for that yummy pizza). At 1:30am there were still crowds of people waiting for rides. But once we got back to room after spending $130 for the Uber, we were able to appreciate the wonderful evening. Having a car is better I guess, but the traffic is really awful. There is a commuter rail that could be a good option. We didn’t look much into it because we wanted to stay at a hotel closer to the venue and was cheaper. But may not be a bad idea to just look into commuter train that takes you to into a Boston hotel given the time spent waiting and the over $200 spent on Uber trips.

An amazing stadium and the atmosphere was amazing. Make sure you visit the pro shop and the Patriots hall of fame it’s totally worth the money

By MiraJohn |

Was there for the opening game in 2015 so if course I had to be there again this year after they won another Super Bowl!
In 2015 I got a great seat at section 205 , under the roof (and it was raining). This year I only managed to get a seat at the nosebleed section and it was a bit windy and cold but I still love every minute!

By Drew F |

As long as I've been into football I've been a Patriots fan and travelling here from the UK was worth every penny. Had an incredible view and the atmosphere was second to none. The cherry of top of course was a Patriots win, even the tail end of hurricane weather conditions could dampen my spirits. I couldn't believe I was actually there after all these years watching from across the pond, if you are thinking about going. Do yourself a favour and do it!

By need4sand |

Were in town with the chance to see a MLS Soccer game in a different city. Beautiful stadium with good parking and easy access. Of course this wasn’t for a sold-out Patriot game. It might not have been as easy getting in and out then.

We are from Michigan and have sons who are huge Patriots fans. We took the long drive to visit for Patriot Summer Camp.
I am frustrated writing this review because I don't want to judge Gillette Stadium itself as a bad place, the Stadium and people who worked there were friendly and super helpful. With that said, we were HiGHly disappointed in the local fans of the Patriots who were extremely rude!!!
We knew in order to have a good viewing spot we needed to arrive very early. We did arrive at about 5am and had a very good spot in the front so that our boys could hopefully get a signature from a player. They had been anxiously waiting for this for months and had blankets to sit on that marked our spots.
Before the practice was even finished other parents and kids rudely pushed their way ahead of my kids and told them to get in front of my kids! They even kicked their blankets out of the way that saved their spot!
My husband actually turned back and told several of them they are teaching their kids to be rude and disrespectful. They should come early as we did if they want to be in the front. The parents acted like they couldn't hear my husband. In the end, all of the other kids who rushed the front and pushed our kids out of their way got signatures and my kids never did get one. They were disappointed and so were we! Come on parents!! Let's teach our kids respect and common courtesy!! I'm sure Tom Brady would be less than impressed with your parenting!

Though we thoroughly enjoyed our concert at Gillette Stadium, we don't plan on returning. There is no public transportation that goes to GS except for Patriots games. Our Uber bill was $150 after the concert for a 22 mile trip. Though we expected to pay a higher rate, this is an indication of the traffic problems. Our concert ended at 10:30. Due to traffic issues, our Uber driver couldn't get us until 12:45. We were back to our hotel by 1:30. Aside from portable toilets, bathrooms were not easily accessible.

By genem533 |

We enjoyed our annual trip to watch the Patriots play a home game. We were fortunate to have a warm December day to watch the game and tailgate before the game.

The stadium and rest rooms and concessions stand are all modern and sufficient.

We always park about 3/4 of a mile west of the stadium along route 1 so we do not get stuck in the traffic jam leaving the game.

Tailgating before the game is at least half the fun of the event.

By wp912 |

We enjoyed going to the game. The crowd getting in was a hassle to get through the necessary security check point. Well, crowds are just what you have to deal with in such venues.

The large screen were great to see replays. I was surprised that everyone stood up to watch the game. The people in front stood up which caused the people behind them to stand and then the whole section had to stand for about three hours! Crazy! If everyone sat down everyone could have enjoyed their seat and watched the game.

By Bob A |

If you can possibly avoid this as a concert venue, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!! After 2 hours the traffic was still crawling, UBER cost $78 for an 8 mile trip and took us over an hour waiting for a pickup to go straight 8 miles after walking more than a mile and a half. U2 was great but state police and locals and stadium was just standing around doing nothing to help. Poor planning. Stadium was really deficient in women restrooms and dirty and shabby. You think with all the money they won from the patriots they would do something for the fans!

By David R |

Mr. Kraft continues to make Gillette stadium a fantastic facility with consistent upgrades every year. This year has a number of improvements to the top concourse area including a new concession and viewing area. We're New England Patriots season ticket holders and have attended several concerts here. Always plenty of parking on game day and concerts but expect long lines and wait time getting in and out of the lots. There are a number of shops including a theater and several restaurants in Patriot Place and the adjacent Bass Pro plaza making it a fun stop on non event days too. Be sure to stop by The Hall, the Patriots hall of fame, if you're going.

By Tom V |

My wife and I had a chance to take on a Patriots game at Gillette stadium. I was a little nervous about what to expect and how difficult it might be to get there. It was well labeled, we were directed smartly, found our way to the stadium easily, and had a great time. Getting out was congested but patience paid off for a great experience.

By Elizabeth M |

Who couldn't like this place!!! You have the Patriots and don't forget to go to the museum while rising the stadium!! All sorts of shopping to do in one of the many stores within Gillette Stadium and the eateries are very good. If you get board there is a casino 6 or 7 miles up the road with a race track. Also very near Boston so visiting that is a must but that will take you a week or more to take in all the great things there! Do your homework before you go as to make a plan on what to do!!!!

By JennyKauf |

Went for for the Cowboys at New England Patriots game on Sun, 11/24.
Absolutely horrendous weather, and terrible ending for us (9-13)

-Glad that we decided to use the train to and from our hotel in downtown, all went well, and it took about an hour each way.
-We had a club access, which was nothing but a savior due to such heavy wind and rain throughout the entire game.

Visiting home, took my oldest to his first live pats game, came to see my Pats, huge stadium, many restaurants and more, love the atmosphere, bathrooms look updated from years ago, seats are tight squeeze but it's so cold, no issue, great beer selections and food decent, not super expensive, cheaper than TD garden, love what Kraft has done.....go pats!

By fjparol |

My daughter is a huge Patriots fan and the stadium was only a little ways off our intended track back home so we swung by here. She was very happy. My wife and I commented how the area really seems to be done well. It's like a village with eateries and shops right next to the stadium. It is unlike (in a good way) other stadiums we've been to such as Metlife Stadium for the Giants, Sports Authority Field for the Broncos, and FedEx Stadium for the Redskins.

By jayjo978 |

Saw Ed Sheeran here.

Pleasantly surprised at the mix of ages represented.

I can’t believe how much he pulled in the audience.

We saw a true genius.

The venue itself is ok.

Entry and exit is a pain.heres some advice.

Park in the lots to the north of the Main route in (left as you come from 495). Faster from 495 and much easier to get out. We parked on the south side and waited two hours to get out after the show.

Alternatively, park in a private lot and walk. It’s worth it.

Always helps when the team that plays there is as good as they are. Stadium is nice, though open throughout, unless in a suite. Weather was crappy throughout, but it’s fall in New England. Plenty of food and drink options.

By emilyannegenova |

The stadium was amazing. We were at almost the top and we got to see everything. The set up was done perfectly. Hard to find elevators at times however the stadium was a great place to watch the Patriots play. They definitely get the crowd into it.

We have been here a few times - most recently for a European football match. Be ready for long traffic jams getting into stadium and hassles with parking ... but once you are parked, you will have a great time! Usually there are several vendors onsite and sites to visit prior to entering the stadium. Lots of places to eat and shop. There is a strictly enforced bag policy to enter the stadium - so make sure to check out the info posted on their website. So many different views / game experiences depending on where you sit. Great experience!

Gillette Stadium is truly a great football stadium. I don't think there is a bad seat in this well designed stadium. Got seats at level 300, and the view was still great. I do recommend searching to get the best possible seats though.

Attended Taylor Swift's Reputation concert at Gillette Stadium in July 2018. I was a bit nervous about taking our three kids ages 7, 7, and 11 to such a large venue. I assumed it would be crowded and chaotic with so many people in one place. It was, however, a great experience. Gillette Stadium is so big and we never felt crowded (even when surrounded by 50 000 screaming fans). There are plenty of places to eat and shop, both during the event and before. The lines were reasonable and we didn't have to wait an eternity for food or even the restrooms. Parking was very efficient, but I recommend going early. The concert started at 7pm and we headed to the stadium at 3:00. It took a while to get parked, but there is a lot to do at the Stadium. Plan to go early for your event and spend time shopping and enjoying the restaurants.

Caught my first Patriots game and it was amazing. Had seats in section 110, expensive but totally worth it , at least for a 1 time off. Ok toilets could be nicer and a roof would make it comfortable but what an amazing atmosphere. The players entrance is just out of this world. I do advice to get a ticket in the lower sections. The higher ones are way up there.

By kimn9668 |

It certainly wasn't cheap to watch the Patriots at Gillette Stadium but it was definitely worth it. We caught the train ($20 round trip from South Station)...be warned, it's the slowest train in the world and depending on the carriage you're on you might have to jump down about a metre and walk along the gravel to the platform when you arrive at the stadium. . Beers are about $12 each so budget accordingly. You are not allowed to take any bags in (even small handbags) unless they are clear or smaller than 6" X 4"...I had to throw my favourite bag in the bin so be warned! If you wind up there with a handbag they will give you plastic bags to put your possessions in and then your best bet might be to hide your handbag somewhere on the way in and hope it's still there when you get back (but don't let security see you do this as they will make you chuck it out). If you are sitting at the opposite end of the stadium to the train station you will need to hustle at the end of the game so you don't miss the train. Get to the station as early as possible to avoid having to stand up all the way.

By Jillian G |

Gillette cannot support mega concerts. I was at the Taylor Swift concert on Saturday and it was an absolute mess after the show. There were thousands of people stranded for hours in the pouring rain because there is no system in place for pick ups, taxis, Lyft/Uber. The traffic and parking lot is grid lock till 2am. I met two women, one using a wheel chair, and their Uber cancelled on them because there was no way to get near for pick up. One woman was pushing her friend for two hours searching for a ride and eventually they headed toward their hotel in unsafe conditions. They had miles to walk on dark roads without sidewalks, heavy traffic and rain. There could be a shuttle to an off sight location for a taxi pick ups? The train could run more frequently? Shame on Gillette for selling so many tickets without being able to support people. Also shame on Uber for accepting scheduled rides in advance for people and then leaving them stranded.

This is the 4th stadium I've been to for an NFL game and 5th NFL stadium I've visited. Not only was the stadium (and bathrooms!) well kept/clean, but everyone we came into contact with was so friendly. Our seats were fantastic with no views blocked and the lines for food/drinks were never too crazy. Service was fast and prices were what we expected them to be for a stadium. I loved that they included Patriot Place with shops, dining and bars to visit before our arrival and that they allowed us to enter the stadium early enough to watch the players warm up. There were lots of locations to take fantastic pictures. By far my favorite stadium!

Drove here from Maine. Parking was horrendous and leaving the lot was a complete free for all. The traffic was insane. It took us almost two hours to get to our hotel which was 8 miles away. Will never come back to this stadium. Concert was amazing though :)

By Marrsumm |

Saw Elton John here. He's a living legend and the concert itself was unsurprisingly great, etc etc.

This review is about the stadium.

I've been to concerts at Giants Stadium and other huge venues so I realize going in that traffic afterwards can be miserable. Gillette Stadium is another level.

The stadium staff are super-efficient when you're arriving and direct you right into a spot. After you've spent your money and are trying to leave? A collective shrug and it leads to a chaotic free for all. The infrastructure of the surrounding communities is clearly insufficient to handle this additional traffic. They closed off all the local roads and alternate routes, forcing a lot of visitors to add another 45 minutes to their ride home. The parking and traffic system pretty much ruin the entire experience, unfortunately.

I will never attend another event here again. I'll stick to TD Garden and if there's another stadium act I want to see, I'll just go to MSG, as it's actually in a proper city and you can like, just walk back after the show.

I have attended several games at Gillette over the years. I am not a Patriots fan, but that does not color my perception. The good news: Sight lines are good and the actual game experience is noisy and fun. The bad news: accessibility to the stadium is a major issue, with those staying until the end of a game doomed to long traffic jams. Additionally, it can be tough to move around the concourses before games, as they simply are not large enough to accommodate the crowds.

By babiemc |

We took a little trip to Rhode Island and decided to pass by the stadium as it was only 20-30 mins from East Providence. It was too close to pass up the chance to see it. There is a good amount of parking spaces (during down time, cant even imagine the crowd during game days) and some stores for shopping and a good amount of places to stop and eat. To see the stadium in person is much different then on television. The area is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean as well, but it wasn't during a game or busy day. We enjoyed the area and the time we spent there.

This was my first time at Gillette Stadium. I traveled with a wonderful group of ladies to see this concert. The stadium was very clean and the seating was very good.

By Michelle L |

We attended our first Patriot's game at Gillette and it did not disappoint! The stadium was clean and very well staffed. The vendors were friendly. The seats were very nice, with cup holders provided. We had seats way up in the stadium and I had brought my binoculars. I was delighted to learn that I did not need them. I was able to see the field well and could rely on the big screen monitors at each end of the field to get an even closer look. The sound systems was great - the lights - the whole experience....wow. I will definitely try to get back to the stadium again. Patriots Place and the Patriot Hall of Fame, just outside the stadium, were both GREAT. There was food, shopping, sites, the whole package. It was one of the best trips we took this summer.

By Tom H |

Great stadium to see Tom Brady first hand. Tickets were 'up in the gods' but the view and the atmosphere was still superb. Great concessions just around the corner and wide easy concourses allow for easy access.

By Christine M |

Coming from the UK, I’m ashamed to admit I didn’t even know who the Patriots were but.... by the end of my stay in Boston, I certainly knew who they were.... the stadium is huge and well worth a visit!

By marc |

Elton John concert was Great!!! Getting to and from the venue was a nightmare. What should have been a 30 minute drive took us over 2 hours. Getting out was even worse. 2 1/2 hours to get home. An hour of that was just getting out of the parking lot which was over a mile+ away. There is no general parking available. Of course no one had masks and were elbow to elbow. A veritable Covid cocktail. But in the end Elton’s farewell tour was worth it.

My husband and I have been to numerous games at Gillette Stadium including the AFC Championship game in Jan 2017 as well as the Pats vs Chargers on 10/29/17. A few years ago, we drove to the stadium and not only were the parking costs high but it seemingly took forever to get out of the gravel parking lot. So there's always another way - ever since that bad experience, we have taken the Providence train from the Mansfield stop. The downside to this train is that it only goes once from Providence to Gillette. There's plenty of space on the train.

When we first took this train, it got us there with barely enough time to get to our seats before the national anthem. Apparently, they listened to our comments because they changed the time so that we get there with enough time to get our food and even take in the pre-game warmups. There are also signs directing us to either of the two trains - South Boston (on the left) or Providence (on the right.)

I read another review indicating that the traffic control was much better, but we like taking the train so that's what we'll stick with.

By Rick S |

I'm rating this based on going to a Football game and not a concert but I can't imagine there's much a difference. FIRST....I've been to quite a few NFL stadiums around the country and this might be one of the worse venues I've visited. HOW could someone have approved this layout....it took almost 2 hours in traffic just trying to park which is anywhere from $30-$75 depending how far away you want to walk. But for 2 hours I could have walked 4 miles! The traffic coordinator needs to be fired hands down. The stadium itself is nothing impressive....I expected SOOO much more from the Patriots?! And why would they put condiment stations 10 feet behind the concession stands? It creates bottle necks that make it impossible to pass and also makes for potential arguments because you never know if you're cutting in front of anyone! Dumbest layout I've ever seen.....here's a novel thought put those stations to the SIDE of the concessions so not to impede foot traffic. Getting into the stadium was just as bad....we literally waited 1 hour creeping up by inches to get through the gate. Fortunately we didn't leave right after the game because I'm sure the drive out wouldn't have been any better. If you want to attend a game there.....at least GET THERE 2-3 before the game, me personally...NEVER AGAIN will I go to that god awful place.

This was my third time to Gillette Stadium and the place never disappoints! I was with my two friends from Wales and we had Row 1 seats in the upper tier in Section 315. It took a while to get through security after we had been tailgating, and also a long walk to the upper tier. My mates who had not been before were amazed by the stadium and the view. Brady threw 4 TD’s on route to another Patriots victory over the Dolphins. A great game and way to cap off an amazing weekend in Boston!

By Gerson M |

It has the worst traffic ever. I went there once and NEVER again. Horrible traffic logistic!
The cops are rude. Terrible experience.

By Rockymountainsun |

Patriots of course were not there but I knew this would be my only chance to see the stadium and Patriot Place! I hated to leave, it is beautiful!!!!!

By Paul V |

Jay z and Beyonce were great. All staff was friendly. The lines moved pretty quickly. Security was on point.

By nara501 |

This is a great stadium, made even more interesting by the team that plays there - the Patriots! Very well organized and controlled - makes a great experience to watch a Football game here. The traffic arrangements before and after the game are also commendable. And, for non-football activities, there are tons of restaurants and shops to visit. Very pleasant to spend a summer evening here.

By Kat1999 |

I love visiting Gillette Stadium and Patriots place. It's very well laid out (minus the traffic after a sporting event). It's fun to walk around Patriots Place and Gillette Stadium is always a good time.

Here on business staying at the Hilton and nothing going on at the stadium so it was locked up...... :-(
No tours offered. :-(
Tried to get in. JUST KIDDING! Staged photos! (But the hairpin is real)

By cllaiireebear |

I have mixed reviews for this stadium. They changed their policy to clear bags only and wristlets only for bags so they told us to throw away our purses. So we started off with a bitter taste for the place. The format is different all of the food and bars are attached on the outside of the stadium. They have booths only for food and drinks inside of the stadium. The stadium itself seems on the smaller side but clean. Parking is far from the entrance.

Couldn’t figure out how to show time clock. American bias against other world sport couldn’t be clearer. Truly disappointing and overpriced soccer evening for this American consumer

By Dan H |

The traffic management is awful. Worst I've ever seen. Ubers gave up on us - left Kenny Chesney concert at 11:15 p.m. (20 min before end of show) and couldn't get an Uber until 1 a.m.! Thought we were going to have to sleep in the parking lot.

The fans here are horrible as well. Just truly mean people - even at a happy event like the Kenny Concert.

Pretty sad experience - won't be coming back

Football in New England..... can’t get any better than that in the Fall especially when your team is always in the running for another Title.
And well playing a dreaded opponent from NYork always helps with excitement.

Went to see The Weeknd last night. The show was amazing. This review is based how long it took to get home. We live in Boston and the train from South Station wasn't running despite it being a sold out show. We had to take the Commuter Rail to Walpole and Uber. We ended up having to leave our Uber 1 mile from the stadium due to traffic and we didn't want to miss the show. Getting home was a whole different story. We walked. A mile away from the stadium and 3 hours after the concert was over, Uber back to Boston were still $157 (when there isn't a concert or game, they are usually $70 from Foxborough to Boston) and don't get me started on Lyft which was double that. Our Uber driver said Uber drivers don't want to be near Gillette stadium when there is a game or concert since it takes forever to get in and out. Our Uber driver said if he had known there was a concert, he would have stayed clear. The designated rideshare lot is in front of the Bass Pro Shop about a 15-20 minutes walk from the stadium. Our Uber driver also said that after every game or concert, people are stranded without a ride home for hours. The ride he gave right before us was a 5 mile trip that cost them over $100. The parking and traffic system definitely needs an overhaul. There would have to be a huge name coming to the stadium for me to even think about going again. I can only imagine the train situation if it was actually running.

Went to the stadium for an event. The venue was great. Clean, airy, nicely taken care of. The stadium staff seemed very nice as well

Great stadium. Lots of restaurants and shopping places outside of the stadium. Downfall they don’t accept Discovery Credit Cards.

Gillette Stadium (and Robert Kraft) are gigantic piles of steaming garbage. I'll explain why.

I went to a recent New England Patriots football game and realized the following:

1. Alcoholics use a football game as an excuse to drink heavily. That's fine if they do that on their time and DON'T SPILL AN ENTIRE CUP OF BEER ON MY WIFE. Which they did. And when I told the usher in my section that I had seen this guy drink 7 (yes, 7) beers in one quarter, and he was probably too drunk to be at the game... the usher told me "it's fine." Now I get it - it just means more money for Bob Kraft when this drunk buys more beer.

2. The week after the game, I called Gillette Stadium to let them know my seat location and described the usher to them. I was told that I would receive a call back from Gillette customer service within 48 hours. It's been over 6 weeks. Still waiting on that call.

3. Bob Kraft built this stadium in the middle of nowhere so that he could charge exorbitant rates for parking, and everyone is stuck paying it because he won't subsidize public transportation options (who wants to take the MBTA train that runs 2 hours before kickoff???).

So there you go Bob. I'm watching my games on Sunday in the comfort of my man-cave with a $1 bottle of Heineken, instead of the $12.75 you charge, and don't have to deal with drunk jerks who your staff are trained to over-serve alcoholics so that you can continue to profit.

We are Pat's fans anc soccer fans do a game at Gillette after we beat the Falcons is a not to miss yes we won they didn't cave. The stadium is set up well and there are plenty to places to go and see and enjoy

By J W |

Gillette Stadium was gorgeous, an absolute must for Patriot's fans. Training camps was a great experience as well- very crowded, but very close to players. An awesome experience all around!

By Frank B |

The stadium is surrounded by a mall with shopping and dining. Seating in Putnam club was very comfortable, bathrooms very clean and many food choices. Plenty of large TVs to see the games before kickoff and watch while waiting for a cocktail. Service was quick and efficient. Nice place to watch a game.

Guys, first game I saw Inter de Milan x Milan ( Friendly game)
Second game : Cruzeiro (Brazil) x Revolution (Friendly game)and the third game was fabulous. U.S. x Spain right after the Spain lift de World Cup 2010.

The stadium is amazing and everything you need for food and drinks. Parking lot safe , just the way back you hit lots of traffic.

Other than that my experience couldn’t be
Any better. Hope you guys have fun

Kind regards,

Visited the stadium for the Taylor Swift Reputation concert. Absolutely fantastic concert. However, this stadium has ridiculous rules about what can be brought into the stadium overseen by authoritarian staff, most notably the supervisors who then randomly interpret the rules. People are forced to throw out purses, bags, clutches even though they fit the dimensions silhouette before the metal scanner. This interpretation was made by supervisor Kenneth in my case. "Have uniform, I'll interpret the rules". His interpretation was made with absolutely no common sense. All driven by his "authority". Lighten up staff. Use common sense!

My advice and experience, take nothing to the stadium unless you want to encounter senseless rule interpretation by Kenneth and his staff.

No interest in giving this facility any more of by business.

Stadium and pro shop looked fantastic, even while setting up for s Kenny Chesney concert in 4 days. Always a pleasure to visit "The Home of Championd!!

By Aimee G |

Great venue for a large concert. Best to go early and find a place to eat / drink. Best to stay after show for the same and wait for traffic to clear. Wish there were more options of places to hang out and be warned most charge a cover at night. Should be more bathrooms for women.

By lexy3262 |

Haven't been to Gillette in about 15 years! Was so impressed with the cleanliness, organization, and security! Such a pleasant experience and a solid venue. Did not park at Patriot Place, but off Route 1 which made parking easier. Everyone was so polite at the stadium and I felt very safe with all of the security. Would definitely return! Pro Shop is large and MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE CLEAR BAG POLICY!! I bought a clear purse for the event for $14.95 and was able to use that. Plenty of shops and restaurants at Patriot Place but go early or expect a wait.

First time at Gillette Stadium. Flew out from Colorado with my son and just being surrounded by the Boston accents and taking the Patriots train from the South End Station made it a phenomenal experience. Plus that Tom Brady pulled out the win with 23 seconds left didn't hurt either!!!

What an incredible stadium. Instead of watching my beloved Patriots on tv, getting to take my wife and son to Gillette to watch the Pats vs. Washington Redskins 1st preseason game during our vacation to Boston and New Hampshire is sure to be a highlight of our vacation. Robert Graft built a truly 1st class stadium which truly honors the tremendous success the New England Patriots have enjoyed over the past decade and a half. Absolutely beautiful venue with hardly a bad seat in the place

By joee s |

My wife and I are in our seventies and when we got to the gate after walking a mile and a half from the parking lot, her small Coach clutch was ONE HALF AN INCH larger than their picture and they wouldn't let us enter. Two of the gate attendants said it was ok to pass. Then as we passed through the first gate she was told to go for additional screening. The screener took everything out of her clutch and searched it thoroughly. Then she passed her to enter. As she started toward the gate anther attendant stopped her and said that she couldn't take the clutch with her. They said we could throw it in the trash or check it at the locker. The clutch cost nearly $150 so we decided to check it. The lockers were this mobile container located about a half mile back from the way we came. When we finally got there it was cashless and we had only cash. The attendant took the $20 cash and gave us a claim stub.

When we got back to the line we saw several people place their clutches under their jackets and walk right through unchallenged. Furthermore we saw a young girl with a very large purse get searched like my wife had been. After that they let her continue through without checking it. When we protested they said she may have had a medical reason, which was unlikely.

The gate personnel were young, rude and arbitrary. There didn't appear to be any management or supervision present. That, along with placing the mobile locker so far away instead of nearby demonstrated a complete disregard for the well being of the guests. My wife's clutch was thoroughly searched but was not allowed because it was Half an Inch longer than their copy. Absolutely ridiculous and abusive.

After we got through the gate, we found some people sitting in our seats. There wasn't a single usher or worker anywhere to be found. The seat crasher got abusive and nearly caused a fight with us. Thankfully he left cursing us profusely.

Needless to say, it really disrupted the evening and impacted our enjoyment of the show, which was otherwise exceptional. We decided that we would never, ever go back to Gillette Stadium. It's just not worth the pain.

There is so much to do at Patriots place from various shops and Restaurants to the Patriots Hall of Fame. Obviously geared towards the New England Patriots football team but there is so much more on this property like the Huge Bass Shop dozens of stores and good places to eat and drink. You could hang out here for the weekend and still not see it all. Love it here.

By grommit |

Yes, it is the home of the New England Patriots. Clear views from every seat. Comfy seats...with cup holders! Gigantic, sharp TV screens show the action and replays. Lots of fast food options (for the hoi-polloi, don't know about the box holders). Copious parking. Very well managed, heavily staffed.
Just one annoyance: despite the big walls, there is a constant breeze. Nice on a warm day, really frigid on a December day.

By tp_wpg |

Wow. What an experience as a Patriots fan. We were fortunate to see a great game with good weather. Good amenities, friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere.

Stadium to see a game and tailgate. There is also Patriot Place Complex attached for Movies and Shopping, with a slew of restaurants to choose from.

By CBM57 |

My beloved New England Patriots offer a number of pregame packages which include parking , food , drinks , and seats.
The facility hosting the " party " is within 200 yards of the stadium . Convenient.
The list price of $425 per person was not as frightening as the atrocious quality of the slop they tried to pass off as dinner. Think church supper with long lines , aluminum trays, and tasteless food . The chicken parmigiana was not possible to cut, as an example .
The bar area served 5-6 types of beer, 3-4 wine options and an extremely limited choice of hard alcohol. If only we could drink $200 per person of booze !
The " cheerleader party" component consisted of 5 cheerleaders sitting at a table for a few minutes for a photo opportunity . Not that I care but cheerleaders in street clothes isn't what one expected.
The alumni autograph session was a joke . Had anyone ever heard of Tom Yewcic? Rolling out 5 geriatric former associates of the team to sign pictures was beyond insulting . Rick Buffington. Seriously ?
The " interactive game " area consisted of an AstroTurf area with corn-hole bean bags. Wow !
Talk about interactive ! Isn't this what kids do at the park, the beach, the back yard and the parking lot.
The game tickets were in the 300 section, the top level of Gillette stadium , with a list price of $125.
The math is quite simple . The Krafts are charging $300 for the " party" since they list the package at between $425-450 , depending on the opponent .
I suggest folks try to buy a game ticket , tailgate with friends near the stadium, pay the $50-60 to park and save a boatload of money .
What a ripoff by my team and highly profitable owners .

I have been a Patriots fan for around 20 years and so when we booked a holiday to Boston I knew we had to make the pilgrimage to Gillette!!

It was absolutely AMAZING!!! Turning the corner and seeing the stadium was awesome! Seeing it on TV does not do it justice - it is a beautiful stadium!

We went in the Hall - which is a cool interactive experience - filled with lots of Patriots, and NFL history.

I was lucky in that the Patriots had won the AFC championship game two days before we visited - when we were there they were setting up for a VIP event to celebrate the win. The trophy was on a table in the hall, and I was given permission to snap a photo with it - providing I didn't touch it!!!

I proceeded to spend a small fortune in the Pro-shop as they had so many different items that we just can't get in the UK.

I really wished they did a tour of the stadium itself - we did the Fenway Park tour the day before - and I would've loved to have seen inside the stadium.

Aside from that - definitely go and see it!! It was amazing and was the highlight of my holiday!!!

What a great stadium!!! There’s a plethora of shops and dining with even a hotel to stay prior to game day!! Food was great. Top notch!!

By Scott G |

I live in Florida but grew up in Florida. At heart, always a Pats fan and going to Gillette to visit the stadium and see the sites of Patriots Place was awesome. it just to happened that we were there on the first day of mandatory OTA's and could see the team practicing on the practice field behind Gillette, but security was tight and we could not get close (understandably). We also were interviewed by the news as not only was it the first day of the mandatory OTA's but also just after Trump disinvited the Eagles, so the news wanted Pats fans reaction to that political story.

The experience is awesome and of course we could walk out without buying some Pat's gear to take back to Florida with us. Gotta taunt those Fish Fans.

This is a must do for any Pats fan, but even a non football fan can't help but be awed by the Pats history and the abundance of shops and stores at Patriots place!

Don't miss Gillette!

By Jenny C |

So unimpressed with the security. More than once I saw them giving Females who were dancing a hard time ... To the point that they threw out a female who's only issue was dancing in the isle versus standing in her seat. How date she have fun? That was crap!! What the heck. Seriously..
That's your biggest issue. Not impressed

My son and I attended the Pat's training camp. Overall the experience was good. Good people. Good consessions and more. But I wouldn't reccomend going to training camp in hot and humid weather. There is little to no shaded spots in the stands and we had to wait almost and hour for the players to get on the field.

By Christine B |

We came with a group my son is 10. We had a great time. We had seats in a higher section but alot of them were dirty. One of the guys came over apologized and gave our group which was a big group for tickets closer to the field. Bathroom s were very clean, so many choices to eat around the inside of stadium and outside the stadium.

Awesome place, there is so much to do. Shopping, eating, fine dining, bowling, movie and when it's football season you can take in a game by the world champion New England Patriots. You can also spend the night at the hotel. Definitely have to go more than once.

Huge football statdium located about 60 miles south of Boston. Expect a bit of traffic if driving on gameday or travel by train to avoid traffic. Stadium is located in small twon beside a mall/outlet. Staidum is well designed for easy entry. worth a trip to experience a NFL game.

This was my first game here. Wow, great seats, access to food, drinks and bathrooms were close. Kraft has put a lot into making this a destination place. Lots of shops and restaurants. We tailgated but now I wish we'd gone in to check out everything. Can't wait to go again!

Great stadium! Would love to come out for a game. Loved walking around and the feel! I can see why the Patriots are so proud.

By SteveD27 |

I've been following the Patriots from the UK since 1984ish (when they were in the old Schaefer/Sullivan stadium) and have watched them hundreds of times on TV, so it has been a lifelong desire to visit the stadium. To finally visit it was a dream come true, even if it was on a day when they were not playing. Parking is a breeze, but then it should be when there was no game on. The Hall at Patriot place is fantastic, it is a very well presented history of the best team in the NFL (biased of course!). Highly recommend watching the movie as it can hype up non-fans, let alone Pats fans.

There are also small experiences you can enjoy, like kicking a field goal (nailed it!) or testing your push-off with the legendary Teddy Bruschi. The absolute highlight is the Lombardi room, where the 5 amazing trophies are kept, with the rings the players won too. Having watched all 5 be won, it was unreal to be there looking at them.

The staff in the Hall were helpful and polite and offered to take photos of us.

The shop is also worth visiting, they have Patriots merchandise for everyone!

Certainly a place I'll never forget and I'll definitely make the pilgrimage back at some point!

The ONLY negative is there are no stadium tours, so I'll just have to get to a game to experience the inside of the stadium :D

My son and I were invited to the game. had club seats. Ate from the Steak restaurant. I got the tips, they were seasoned well, and cooked to medium perfection. My friend got the rib eye, and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are going to a Patriots game, that's the way to see it.

Luke Combs on Friday 7/21/23. Construction everywhere. Porta potty was only source of restroom on floor and not nearly enough, no organization of lines for porta potty so people were arguing and mad, they were disgusting and without toilet paper. Only beer available on floor was bud light. They stop serving as soon as main artist starts. People were in seats they didn't belong and no staff was checking to see if people belonged until well into the show. The pouring rain and show delay were uncontrollable but the rest was and it was horrible. I have been to over 200 concerts and this was the worst in terms of venue experience.

By halemorg |

If you have been thinking about taking in a game DO IT!! There are no words to describe the atmosphere of a Patriots game. It can be crazy so arrive early, there is lots to do before it starts. If you plan to shop at the Pro shop go before the game to avoid the possibility of not getting back in if they close. We stayed at the Renaissance after a lot of debating over price and it was money well spent.

By Gabriella A |

Here’s the thing — it’s a huge place that has had its fair share of events. They ought to know how to do it by now. We had already registered to park at Lafayette House, about a mile-ish walk from the stadium. The driveway entrance is from a small street called Pine, really close to the corner of the Main Street (Hwy 1 I think). So they had police everywhere directing traffic, closing some residential streets so people couldn’t cut through, etc - all good. Waze took us to Pine St (normally 30 min drive from our hotel in Woonsocket, 45 with the extra concert traffic). We were maybe 100 yds from the parking lot & a cop turned us around & we wound up driving an extra 45 minutes all over the place with so many blocked streets etc. 4 officers gave us different directions. I’m sure the first made a mistake, & thought we wanted to turn left on the main drag (they’d closed left turns), although we told him we were going to Lafayette (which is a normal parking lot for events). So we made it to see the Stones in the end, but seriously stressed thinking we were going to get lost & unable to he lot.
Like I said, they ought to know how to handle huge events by now.

Otherwise, the stadium is fine. Didn’t have time to see any other attractions at Patriot Place since we were now later than I tended & the stress knocked a bit of excitement out of me.

By the way, leaving from Lafayette down back roads was a breeze - able to avoid all the cars on the main drag.

What a great stadium for watching a football game. We had heard that parking was expensive and hard to find so we hired a driver. That worked well for arriving. Even with the driver parked a ways from the stadium, it took hours to leave the stadium. Also I would not recommend this game experience for small children as we had lots of drinking, pot smoking and strong language throughout the game.

By David A |

Surprised at just how small Gillette Stadium is compared to the rest of the NFL. Plus it does not have a retractable roof which makes it even less desirable. Thumbs down.

By hockeytraveled |

Getting to the stadium is an absolute disaster if you’re staying in Boston which is no secret. It’s a patriots game and if you’re a fan it’s epic.

My wife and I came here to see a Revolution game and were pleasantly surprised. Gillette stadium is nice and we got good seats for cheap. I hate the Patriots but would go back and watch a soccer game there any day.

Total opposite of Fenway. Where Fenway is cramped inside the city.. Gilette is out in the suburbs and it’s surrounded by a huge shopping/restaurant complex. I don’t think they have stadium tours but you can go to an observatory called the “Lighthouse” and I’d seriously recommend you check it out. You get a great view of the stadium.. just be aware that it does get windy up there.

By Felicity W |

Travelled from U.K. for our first football game. What a great experience. The stadium is well signposted and the traffic control helps with some of the congestion. We parked easily and walked the rest of the way. Stadium itself is epic and offers a wide range of refreshments/souvenirs etc.
My only downside was the fans coming and going all through the game. This doesn't happen in England 😄

We went to Gillette Stadium for a Patriot's game and had the "cheap seats" - so it was quite a hike to the top - no elevator!!!! (There are ramps that make it easier than steps). Overall, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were really good, and reasonably priced. Of course, the Pats won, so its was a great night!! :)

We took a trip here for a long weekend! The stadium is so much bigger in person. It’s beautifully kept up! Patriots place is awesome every family should do what the Krafts did. Tons of parking and the pro shop and Hall of game are connected!

By Michael G |

I’ve been to many games at Gillette and love the pats and usually park along the 1 north at Dunkin’ Donuts. Tonight it was t storming and had kids so parked at General lot. Parking experience actually ruined the game experience. We are an hour + on with no movement and likely another hour to leave at least. Pats need to do better than this..easy to leave if you are in the Putnam club but if you are in a regular Gillette lot you might as well spend the night there.

Pay to park anywhere - do not park in a Gillette general lot if you go to a game. It’s actually an insult to fans.

By Sarah T |

I spent a pretty penny on club seats for the U2, hoping that all of the reviews about the horrible acoustics were either wrong or outdated. Sadly, nothing has been done to change this. I had to plug my ears for the majority of the show, to avoid a searing headache from all of the screeching.

The club level itself is great, with lots of food and drink options and small lines. But even with that, I would never return to Gillette for a concert ever again. Oh, and even after walking past the traffic to hail an uber next to the freeway 2 hours later, the surge was still 3x. Total ripoff.

My daughter broke 3 world records at a powerlifting meet in Rockland, so she got to choose what we saw...and she chose Gillette Stadium, the Patriots Pro Shop, and The Hall at Patriot Place. I'm not a pro football fan and i was tired, but I was impressed. No, I didn't buy any gear (my oldest son and my daughter did), but I enjoyed The Hall museum of Patriots memories. The kids were ecstatic, and I got a kick out of that. Before we returned to Missouri, I heard the three words every father longs to here -- "Best weekend ever!"

So we actually went in Oct 2016 with our extended family who has season passes. This was a wonderful experience! We tailgated went to the game and enjoyed being with thousands of fans. The stadium was easy to maneuver, concessions expensive but good, restrooms relatively clean (went between 1 & 2 quarters) and staff helpful. The pro shop while crowded was set up in a way that things moved relatively smoothly. This was a great experience.

By Heidi_Graham |

A wonderful family experience that really only has one true fan! It was worth it to see my sons face as he walked around in the Gillette stadium museum & shop. Very well laid out, shops, restaurants & of course a huge shop, worthy of the super bowl champions that they are. Travelling 4000 miles to experience it was worth it....... hopefully be back for a game some day!

By kwnike13 |

I came to this stadium for the Chelsea FC vs New England Revolution soccer match and enjoyed the experience outside and inside the stadium. There was a Game Day experience that was setup right outside the stadium pre match which was very enjoyable with the stage, giveaways and games to play. I am not sure if this is setup for every sporting event but it was very cool for this game. There are plenty of things to do right outside the stadium pre match and post match including many restaurants, bars, shopping, and even a movie theatre. This is great for waiting out the traffic and being able to grab some food and drinks as we did since we arrived a few hours before kick off.

The inside of the stadium was nice as well but lacking the "WOW" factor. Our seats were in the lower bowl, 20 rows up, around mid field and the views of the field were great. It seemed to me that any seat in the lower bowl would have good views but there are seats super high up that seems like it would be terrible and a waste of money to sit up there.

The stadium did not have any great food choices either so eat outside the stadium before entering. They do have plenty of drink choices though and I recommend the margaritas! They were pretty decent sized and fairly priced for being in a stadium.

I would come back for a New England Revolution regular season game.

By CulturedJ |

I finally made it here all the way from Houston, Texas. It was all I’d hoped and more. What an experience! I love my team! New England Patriots!

By jpk05 |

I was just here for the Chelsea FC v NE Revolution match. The stadium and surrounding area is very nice. The site lines seem to be good throughout the stadium. There is plenty of parking. My only complaint is the lack of food choices. Everything seemed to be standard stadium/arena food. Nothing stood out as a local go to choice. I would love to come back for a football game to checkout the atmosphere when the place is packed.

By ReadRibbet |

While Gillette might not have the history or mystique of other NFL stadiums, I was happy to be able to attend a NFL game there when my favorite team played the Patriots. While told there are no bad seats, there are definitively some seats better than others. Build up on the sides, our seats were quite high up (302 section) allowing an aerial view but fairly removed from anything close up. We sat near the entrance which is an open space which allows for a fairly blustery experience on a cold, windy night. The design of the entrance tends to funnel too many people though a too small space but entering went fairly quickly. We parked on a private lawn for $30 with about a 45 minute walk to the stadium. Exiting is slow since most cars will head in the same direction at the same time but we just listened to the post game analysis on our way out to pass the time. It was a good experience to check off. Foxboro can be visited for other entertainment options including the Hall of Fame away from game time if you want to look it over.

By Halye D |

The fans weren't super nice since I was rooting for the other team but the venue is great. I loved all the stores and shops outside of the stadium. We were able to "tailgate" inside

By RGobyebyetraveltoday |

Great place to catch a NFL game! Home of the New England Patriots, 5 times Superbowl Champions. Beautifully built stadium, with some really great restaurants all around.

By Jesdvs |

Absolutely gorgeous! Atmosphere is energetic. Loved shopping in Patriots place. Definitely recommend to catch a game if you're in the area. Great experience!!!

By James Wenger |

Home of the 5X World Champion New England Patriots!! Hallowed ground where Tom Brady shines as a god amongst men.

By hungryflip |

They have the games down to a science when it comes to football. I've been to many pro football games across the country but the Pats and their fans have this tailgating down to a true science. The police and State police were there but just to make sure nothing got out of hand. The tailgating was phenomenal and everyone had a great time! The parking was in and out even though the place was crowded. I'm looking forward to my next game!!!

By DannyWasserman |

Well, I happened to pick the coldest game ever at Gillette Stadium. Dec. 31, 2017 at 1.00 pm. Wanted to see Tom Brady and the Pats play the N Y Jets. I got my wish. My wife and I had several several layers of clothes to stay warm and it was freezing. However, I enjoyed my stay there, the security was simple, the vendors were nice and the stadium itself was spectacular. Oh yea.......The Pats won 26-6. Great game, great experience. I highly recommend but try to go when its a little warmer. LOL

By Corrine S |

I have been here a few times for country fest and football games! It is always a good time! The tailgating is always fun. Parking is a little pricey but if you split it with a group it’s not bad. It can get cold because it’s an open stadium so be sure to bundle up. You also sometimes need two forms of ID depending on your age so just make sure you have that. Also make sure you bring the smallest possible purse because they don’t let you bring bags in over a certain size! There’s good food and drinks inside!

By Buddy V |

Saw the New England Revolution here. Nice stadium and surrounding area. Good place to take in a game of any sport.

By BrussoDallas |

We went to the Pats v. Panthers game which was a 1:00 p.m. kick off day. We had heard horror stories about the traffic around Gillette (and we were coming from Rhode Island so we couldn't take the train from Boston) so we made sure to get to the stadium around 10:15 a.m.
When you park make sure to park on the side of the road with the traffic flow in which you'll be going after the game. So if you're going to go North after the game be on the East side of the road & North of the stadium, it makes it easier to get out at the end. If you decide to park in a Gillette stadium lot it's $40 but you can pay $50 to park in one of the lots along the highway. The extra $10 will get you out a lot quicker. We followed the steps of parking further away & walking & on the side of the road we needed to be on & we were on our way within 15 minutes. We heard it can take hours to get out of a Gillette lot.

I like that the metal detectors to get into the game are outside so they can handle a lot more people quickly. We went in at 12:00 & it gave us plenty of time to take nice pictures from some of the standing room areas & get to our seats for the events right before kick off. Since we were in the 300 level it took several minutes just to take the ramps up to the top. About 20 minutes before kick off the lines to get in outside were insane so plan accordingly so you don't miss kick off.

I felt the concession stands were a little unorganized/unprepared (didn't have food ready during the game). I'd expect more out of the stadium from arguably one of the most popular NFL teams.

By jnicole |

Hubbie and I attended the Patriots vs Eagles game and it was so much fun especially because the patriots won! Ok a few tips I learned parking is a headache of course it’s a football game. We found it best to park in the neighborhood south of the stadium the locals sell their lawn for half the price you would pay to park in the stadium. You pay them to park In their yard and then follow the crowd down to the stadium. Hundreds of people will be walking with you so no need to worry about getting lost or anything.

By Wayne C |

Lamest NFL stadium and fanbase I have ever experienced. Quiet as church mice. Corporate, sterile, mall-like venue. This is what happens when money trumps accommodating true sports fans.

By missedme |

This was our second trip to this stadium and it did not disappoint. Our seats this time were up in the 300 section and I was worried about how well we would the game but it was really good.

By SkeggyItIsNot |

Visited Gillette to watch a New England Rev's game and was lucky enough to get pitch passes. Wow what an experience - great experience and a great stadium - Thanks to my American buddies for getting the job sorted!

By Rhys_H24 |

I am only rating this as we visited to see the stadium and take a tour of the stadium as was in the area. All locked up and no tours are allowed, super complex of shops, bars, cinemas, bowling etc, miles from anywhere, however couldn't believe no tour so whilst you can peer through railings or stand high up in complex to try and see in no tours??
The shop was good but didn't wish to pay to see the Superbowl trophies as too pricey to see on their own, happy if it included a tour of stadium like most other venues. Suppose will have to comeback at gametime.

By Diana H |

The Hall at Patriot Place is a must-see! Even if you aren’t a die-hard football fan, you will thoroughly enjoy this fun, hands on museum! Of course all dedicated New England Patriots fans enjoy all the memorabilia, but there’s lots to see,.and do...it’s more than fun and informative for all!
There are several attendants to answer any questions and point out lots of interesting facts. Also lots of state of the art, fact finding, hands on gadgets. Make sure to start with the movie showing the beginnings of this phenomenal team,..right up to the last Super Bowl game with the history making ending! Goose bumps!
This is an awesome museum, don’t miss it!
Also enjoy all the shopping and restaurants!

Went there for Seahawks-Pats game in November 2016. I usually do one away game a year but had never been to Gillette Stadium before so I figured this would be the opportunity.

For a relatively new stadium, it is amazingly poorly designed in terms of infrastructure. Foxboro is in the middle of nowhere, accessible by only one major highway from Boston. Takes forever to get out there to start with, then it's stop and go for another good 30 minutes from the highway exit to the parking lots. Stadium is surrounded by suburban mall type shops and restaurants, which is weird too. Leaving was even worse, taking more than an hour to crawl out of the parking. Just all around terrible.

Stadium itself is nothing to write home about either. We did, however, get the tickets to Optum Lounge, and that is a great way to go. Got to stand right next to the visitors' tunnel and we got tons of autographs from the players. Another great feature of Optum Lounge is that it opens doors 1 hour before the general public, which helps in getting in when players are warming up, the best time to get autographs.

Got to visit the place one, so I don't think I'd ever go back there again.

By shanec |

I went to the Patriots vs.Cowboys back in Nov. with a couple of friends and despite the weather it was a good experience. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities but of course on game day they are very crowded.
The stadium is very clean and we had no issues with access to our seats, washrooms and plenty of places for food and drink. My friends and I travel quite a bit to visit sports stadiums and I feel that Gillette is very nice for its age but with bad weather a covered stadium would definitely be more comfortable in colder, wet weather. We felt the ticket prices were very high compared to other football games we have gone to.

By ElDirector4816 |

Very cool stadium. Had a ton of food options. The surrounding area is really nice. Bathrooms can get a little crowded so plan your breaks wisely. Only negative thing is the DraftKings bar closes at halftime and it's not posted anywhere. Overall pretty cool place

By JLPBCPhD |

I've been going to the stadium since it built. Always a class act. Easy walk in and out. Lots of concession stands. Spectacular visuals & replays. The surrounding area also enhances the experience.

By James_Kelly_2014 |

Stadium is very nice, their Patriots museum (on site) is really good for a football museum. Every Patriots fan must attend the museum. Combined with the shopping plaza, restaurants, etc. makes this a great place to visit for the day.

By Rebeccatravels |

Great complex with all the bells and whistles... go Pats!! I will come back and see more at a game in the future! Scorpion bar was tasty and the pro shop was awesome

By silvermanarts |

Visited Patriot Place looking for a place to watch the Red Sox Game and grab a bite to eat. Stopped in at the CBS Scene - Large Screen TVs - My husband and I had a beer, caprese salad, and pulled pork nachos. Caprese Salad was tasty, need a few more pieces of mozzarella - I recommend the pulled pork nachos - large portion, great pulled pork - They need to fix their air conditioner - I was hoping to cool off cause it was 90 degrees when we visited - It was comfortable but not cool.

Mr Kraft did an unbelievable job of constructing Gillette. He surrounded himself with the very best and the finished project is absolutely beautiful with restaurants, bars, hotels, and so much more. A family destination for sure. Go Patriots!

We were invited at the last minute to see the season opening game for the Patriots at Gillette Stadium. What an experience !! It was unreal being with 70,000 other people! Thank goodness we were in the Putnam CLub where we had a delicious yet quiet meal before the crowds arrived. The prime rib dinner was incredibly generous.
Our seats were excellent in the red section on the 20 yard line. Great pre game show including fireworks and music. This was our very first time in the stadium and we were impressed!

By VFRSteve |

Really nice stadium and great fans! The only negative was parking area 10. Was very easy to get in after the $40 fee but getting out of the parking lot was a nightmare took over 2 hours just to get to the road. Once out super smooth sailing! Thanks Boston, Patriots fans and the Patriots for a great time and helping to fulfill a bucket list goal for my Dad!

By Amy K |

This was a GREAT venue for a concert. Everyone had a great view. Food was delicious. The only reason this review is getting knocked down 2 stars is due to the parking situation. It was a mess. We had to park over a mile from the stadium and still payed $35.

By Jamaica_Love |

it was amazing!! worth the expense. Lots to see ad do and eat.. Loved the local fans.. stadium is huge!!! Give yourself some time before the game to walk around the grounds. We stayed at the hotel down the road.. good enough for one night stay. Definitely a trip of a lifetime!!

By Peter R |

Great place to see a game. Give yourself several hours beforehand to take in the sights and shops. All the seats are good. Nice selection of foods. Lots of shops. Nothing like a New England Crowd! The parking lot is an absolute nightmare however. We live about 50 minutes away (without traffic) and had VIP parking so it was a three minute walk to our car but due to gridlock it took two hours to get home. Some of the parking lots are over a mile away!!

By Diane D |

My husband and I went to the Patriots vs Jets game today. It is an "event" to go to an NFL game, not inexpensive, so it's sort of important that this "event" is a good one..... going to Gillette Stadium to see the Pats is!! Today was COLD - like REALLY COLD!! We were greeted as we drove into the parking lot by super friendly folks.... and they directed us to a parking area that was very close since my husband is older & not as mobile as we would like. That was a pleasant surprise since we had been apprehensive about him having to walk distances. Then, later, when we were going through the gate into the stadium, a staff person took care of us in a very professional & helpful manner, since my husband has a defibrillator & walks with a cane. It was very very appreciated! These may not seem like a big deal but it was - to us!! We loved the game (Pats won!!) and even with the bitter cold, it was awesome! Just a very big thank you to the support staff at Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place!

By BernardoLarreta |

The stadium is very clean and beautiful.
It is big and you can feel the intensity of the game.
It is totally worth the visit

By Dan |

What an amazing time! We got to the stadium a few hours early, secured parking and began to tailgate by fellow Pats fans. As soon as we entered the stadium the crowd was electric. The seats were a little high but the view was great and the sun kept us warm. I can see us going every year!

By Dally55 |

Went to see Kenny Chesney concert with friends. Had a great time the stadium was packed. The lines for the women’s rooms are insane during the show. Place is overall clean.

By Ryan W |

Visited Gillette Stadium on game day. Fantastic atmosphere pre game, lots of energy throughout the game. We were not informed prior to visiting about the clear bag rule at all NFL games meaning we lost the backpack we brought we us. Although we lost this bag it was well it for the game we watched. Shame Patriots lost in the last moments but an incredible experience nonetheless.

By Ian M |

Gillette is awesome, clean, organized, safe. Total family experience. What's not to love about the Patriots!!

By Leejoe |

We drove up from FL and NC for the lacrosse championship games Memorial Day weekend, meeting up with California and New York friends. Beautiful stadium, lots of choices for yummy, semi-healthy and pricey food and drink..who knew you can get a margarita there! Learned there was an elevator on our way out for us handicapped folks, but had a great time anyway walking up a long ramp to enter. Got a great parking spot up close in Lot 5.

I have seen my favorite football team the New England Patriots at two other Stadiums when they played against the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland and The Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas so it was time for me to see them at home to see them play against the Carolina Panthers. Lets just saw i enjoyed being around all the Patriots fans at this stadium. Everyone was so nice, no foul language, it was like being around family watching the football game. The grounds surrounding the stadium which is called Patriot Place is phenomenal, Awesome, well thought of. Pre gamed at a restaurant at Patriot Place called Scorpion Bar, which had, free wifi, great food, drinks, music and a huge big screen T.V. Purchased my tickets through Vividseat.com and didn't have any issues. Sat in Section 215 which had awesome views but wished i had put on my sunscreen, this section is in the sun the entire game when it starts at 1pm. Didn't think it would be a good view sitting in the corner but i was able to see everything from one end to the other. I will def be back to to this stadium in the future.

Went to the 2017 season opener, Chiefs vs. Patriots. The Patriots unveiled their 2016 Super Bowl Banner. A lot of pomp and circumstance involved in these football games, which adds to the experience. The fans were enthusiastic, but nice. Food was good. Definitely worth the trip. The parking situation is crazy. It was easy to park upon arriving, we had to walk about 15 minutes to get to the stadium. However, we had to sit in the parking lot for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes following the game due to traffic, etc. This wasn't a surprise, we still had a lot of fun. Just heads up, plan on lots of traffic when leaving the stadium.

By Stu |

I understand it was an important game, being the season opener... but..

Traffic to and from the stadium is the worst I've ever been a part of. Took at least an hour to get out of the parking lot, then 40+minutes to Boston. They need to do so much better here.

Cool stadium though. Great atmosphere. Really good food, and well priced.

The Patriots lost though, and the fans were not happy. If you are the type who is offended easily I would not come here. And would not bring young children here

By Maureen S |

My family and I love going to Gillette Stadium for concerts. It is so close to our house.
We even go there every now and then to watch the NE Patriots practice when it opened to the public.

Attended a Revolution MLS game and was very surprised at the entire experience. We’ve attended other MLS games but have always paid for parking - but not at Gillette Stadium - at least not where we were directed to park. The “experience” I’m referring to is the number of stores and restaurants that are on the site. Something for everyone. The State Police did and excellent job directing traffic and providing everyone safe crossings of the roads. The seats we had were great. Entire evening was top notch.

By Robert H |

Although Gillette Stadium is in its twenties, it does not show its age and is still a great stadium. The seating is ample and positioning is right to the centre of the field. It would appear that there is not a bad seat in the place!

Security getting into the game was a breeze and very well organized. The large ramps provided excellent ingress and egress to the stadium.

We took the train from Boston, the cost was $20 round trip. The train departed the south station at 10:15 am and got us to the stadium at 11:20 am - perfect for a 1:00 pm game! The train departed a half-hour after the game for the same one hour(ish) trip back to Boston.

Hopefully, we will be able to get back and see another game there!

Went to the game this past Sunday
First time to Gillette Stadium for a Patriots game. I am old enough to have gone to the Old Schaefer Stadium so this was a wonderful surprise.
To start the process to drive to the stadium is well thought out and well manned. We had not problem getting to general parking. A very big surprise.
The walk to the stadium was well marked and not all that long from where we parked which was another great surprise.
The Stadium itself is tremendously well laid out and just clean as you want it to be. Lots of food and beverage everywhere and the bathroom situation is as good as it gets. Close, clean, and many of them.
All the personnel were very friendly and helpful and great to deal with.
Of course the seats and the game were fantastic.
Just a couple of notes to keep in mind.
Please read the bag policy before trying to get in as it will be a long walk back to your car if you don't.
Although the food is plentiful it is average at best. Come early and tailgate and eat all your own food before you get there.
Had a fantastic time and you must go at least once!

By Teresa W |

This was our first game at Gillette stadium and we had a great time. My son is a super fan and we live in Cincinnati. This was a thrill for him and the crowd and stadium did not disappoint. The bathrooms were large and clean. The police were very efficient with parking and traffic before and after the game. Foo options should be improved. It IS the Patriots after all. I would expect higher quality food. The pro shop was very nice, busy, but the lines moved quickly.

By Jean L |

Went to Morgan wallen concert. Hotels sold out in Foxborough. Stayed in Framingham. Too an uber to Gillette stadium. No problem. Easy drop offf
After the concert getting an uber took more than one hour. When we left stadium area. , there were still many many people still trying to summon an uber.
Advice: Pay the ridiculous parking fees for close in parking, and leave in your own car.

By Pricha18 |

Attended a Revolution II game recently and was very disappointed.

Stadium definitely not friendly to people in wheelchairs or with mobility issues.

All the signs for disabled access are there so I guess they pass the relevant inspections.

In reality we found elevators were unavailable and we had to walk /wheel down a series of slopes to our seats.

The way out, up the slopes was even more difficult.

There is an open seating policy for Revolution II games but the ADA seating near the entrance is blocked off during those games.
We had to walk/wheel to the opposite side of the stadium. I guess it is so that the bleachers look busy for the TV cameras.

Shame on you Gillette Stadium.

We visited Patriot Place and got some great pictures outside Gillette stadium. Too bad they don't have tours.

By CMC2010 |

We cannot believe how lucky we were to get tickets to the Optum Lounge for the Patriots vs Titans game on Jan. 13. It was AWESOME! We could stay inside and watch the game thru the large glass windows or on the large screen tv's, or we could go outside and stand right under the field goal posts and watch them score touchdowns. It was a cold night so sometimes we were inside and sometimes we were outside. The bathrooms are convenient. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. The chairs were comfortable. The only complaint (which is not about the lounge) is the parking. Gillette Stadium really needs to improve their parking situation. We waited over 45 mins to get into the parking lot at the stadium to find they only had two booth collectors taking money to park. No wonder it took so long to get everyone into the parking lot. This would NEVER happen at the Dolphins Stadium (being from FL we have gone here many times to see the Patriots play the Dolphins) and it would NEVER happen at the Tampa Bucs Stadium either (we just saw the Patriots play the Bucs Oct. 5, 2017). Gillette needs to improve their parking situation.

I´m here just to say NEVER GO BY TRAIN to GIllette Stadium.... it is horrible. You will miss the kick off, nad the last of the game. Go by taxi or Uber..... it´s not so expencive. Believe me.

Cool place for company get together. Promotes chat and social building. Movie was shot and sweet for historical understanding of patriots.

Still waiting for a better venue for the Revs. Gillette is not an enjoyable experience for a Revs game. I have seen packed houses for the USMNT matches, Gold Cup matches, & ManU v Revs. Playoff matches are better. But 18,000 fans in a 67,000 stadium sucks. The Krafts are better than this.

By Thomas K |

Saw the Stones. Stadium is awesome. Great place and great sound for a concert. If they could only learn how to move traffic And park cars I would give it 5 stars. Internal parking control is a joke and hate to criticize police but the Mass State police seemed to have no clue on getting traffic in our out. I’m in the business and still need to criticize as it was awful in and out. Actually embarrassing. Despite that it is a great place for an event but park outside in a private lot and walk in.

By DayTrip32164668524 |

This stadium is middle of no where. Took 4 hours to exit the parking lot. All parking lots open onto the same street which creates a huge back up. Not recommended

By jughead9 |

We went to Gilette to see the Kenny Chesney, Dan and Shay, Old Dominion and Carly Pearce concert on Friday night and was blown away by the venue (our first time) the smoothness of the concessions, the ability to move people, the high class entertainment and the fans!! We will be back!!

By frank5182016 |

Was pre-season but had fun. The feel of being there was worth it to feel the excitement in the air. All police and workers were fantastic and having eaten at a restaurant there I would go back. Pricing for beer and food in the statism was high but guess that's expected. Overall we would go again!

By Lynn L |

The show itself was amazing, the puking 20 somethings less amazing, the also drunk 20 something’s shoving you out of your seats and constantly taking peoples seats while there were no security anywhere to be seen was even less amazing.

The lines for the bathroom and concessions is to be expected, you put 10-20 thousand extra people inside a stadium meant for football, no big deal, and they did try and accommodate with extra portapotties! Not a big deal

The lack of security is what concerned me, I watched a man walk through security and come out on the other side with a switch blade in his back pocket, I watched a kid pee in the concourse, I saw a family fight with kids about the seats they paid a lot of money for. If you’re going to make it general admission that’s one thing, but these kids need to be held accountable.

It was an embarrassment of Gillette stadium! This was my third show, and never experienced such lack of care by staff like we did Saturday night.

By kerrih442018 |

I have been to many a football game here and exiting the stadium and surrounding parking lots was never an issue. Last night was a cluster to put it mildly. The Uber pick up location had zero Uber’s ready to go and the ones trying to get in couldn’t. We had to walk to the main road to find our ride!

By paso56 |

We come to the Kenny Chesney show every August since he started ( missed only 1)
The place is crazy with a lot of intoxicating young people. The security does a great job of managing the issues that arise and the place is run very smoothly! Shout out to the security and police who don’t have an easy job with Country Fest drunken kids!
