Had a blast! The stay was the coolest from gaming to the variety of eateries. Accomodations were pleasant and clean. The staff and guest were so friendly. Ate at the buffet for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed.

Love the music, the staff, the games. Always something different in the stores. Hard Rock Cafe is good, a little pricey, but tasty.

Five of us went here for the evening buffet. Getting from the parking deck to the buffet was awesome. We passed by so many instruments, outfits and other items encased of famous musicians. My favorite was the Sir Elton John outfit. Now the buffet was wonderful. Plenty of various types of foods to choose from. Too numerous to mention. If you wanted the crab, it was $7.00 or $8.00 extra. We didn’t do the crab as there was plenty of other seafoods to choose from that came with the meal. Dan took care of us and did an excellent job. We wanted for nothing. Pleasant and Friendly and always had a smile.

Visited here, was staying at the Beau Rivage. Casino was nice and not smokey at all, place is clean and well maintained. Would put it right below the Beau in terms of attractiveness. But music a bit loud.

You can't even let me play a poker machine at the bar to get a drink and tip the bartender. Well how's that working out? Won't be back. We used to really like the place. Even stayed there.

Visited the casino twice (as we needed to try out the others too). It was our favorite and we did win some money both visits. Could have been better drink service while gaming but not a huge detriment. Facility was nice. Smoking is allowed which isn’t our home town so that was an adjustment. Lots of restaurant choices in the building.

Was staying next door at the Beau Rivage and decided to take a short walk to the Hard Rock to check out the casino. Again, I did not stay at the HR Hotel.
We have a Hard Rock Casino in Tampa that is huge but all you do is throw money away. So I wanted to try a different HR casino.
Started my night by getting a players club card. Happy to see it wasn’t a Unity Club as in Tampa. The lady working the desk was very friendly and helpful and she let me know I had $10 sign up cash and the chance to spin for additional cash if I made enough tier points on my play. I won $15 for my spin. There were plenty of new and older machines so a good mix. There was a good sized High Limit slot room with surprising lower limit machines. I played a couple $5 machines and then a couple of machines which had even lower bets.
I returned to the main floor to complete my visit. Spent about 45 - 60 minutes total and had a good time. I’m still not a millionaire but it was much nicer to not throw my money away.

Hard Rock was very clean! Plenty of options when it comes to food/snacks. Loved looking at all of the show cased clothing/etc.

This was our first stay at the Hard Rock in Biloxi. There was several different food options available if you choose to how leave the premises. The room was very modern and clean. The view was to die for. We will definitely be staying again.

Interesting Artifacts if you are a non Gambler but a Large Casino and Hotel complex
Smoking is not my favorite but a very nice Casino , Large , Well stocked with Authentic Rock Memorabilia. If you are a Gambler top of the line games.
Also has a Robotic Bar for some drinks. I think a Small Non Smoking lounge area.

Lots of new slot games.Loose machines. We didn't break the bank but had lots of fun playing them. The machine noises were turned down since last year when we came so it was a much more pleasant atmosphere

This is a very very beautiful place very awesome has some wonderful help and is so beautiful I am so glad that I stopped

Stayed at the hotel overnight and did a little gambling. The rooms are furnished with unique looking furniture taking you back to the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s
We stayed in a room that had a velvet sofa !
We enjoy staying at this hotel !

Clean place, kind of quite, don't pay much, tight slots, lot of fun slot. Nice place to play thru. Nothing free until you get certain amount of points.

I wasn't impressed machines weren't making noise couldn't hit on anything. Ate at the sugar place good service except no refills and we had tea. Bread was hard pasta good.

The food portions were small. I ordered the salmon and it was less then 4 oz and came on top of green beans. No other sides were offered. I could buy a large steak at other places for what they charged me. The staff took their jobs way to serious and were not friendly. Especially the bartender, she was horrible. Lighten up Francis, your a bartender. You're not a surgeon!

we didn't stay here but spent the day in the Casino...small Casino. Ate at the Sugar place and had the worst coffee I've ever had. Breakfast was good

The stay was ok. Didn’t like the casino much but real friendly customer service. Clean pool area. Probably won’t return. I’d rather try a different place next time around.

Bad trip room smelled of smoke and dog and weed filled the halls....I booked non smoking weeks in advance ...730 at night room finally ready for check in I checked out soon after I smelled room..my name is Don sanders.

Large, flashy casino directly on the beach in Biloxi. Many restaurants inside. Gift shops and many games as well as a hotel.

Great environment to hang out in.. Great food and local entertainment. You can catch some really good concerts in their large venue as well!

Too smokey. No smoke free entertainment area. Blackjack bad luck was just too bad to believe that the house was playing on the level.

I’ve stayed here many times and always enjoyed it immensely. However after this week’s stay I’m seriously contemplating if I will ever return to the HardRock.
In The “Satisfaction Buffet “ I absolutely received the worse service I’ve ever encountered here. The cashiers repeatedly ignored the HOF line and allowed patrons in the other line cut in front of the HOF members. When I questioned them about it they’re pat answer was oh sorry we’re training new people. I never witnessed any Manager doing any training whatsoever. Each time I went to eat in the Satisfaction Buffet patrons were cutting in front of the HOF line. After 4-5 visits I quit going there and ate at the Half Shell, HardRock Cafe, and Pie Five. When getting seated I actually finished eating twice before I got my drink.
My room was in need of some simple maintenance. Things that show absolutely no attention to detail. The glass door going into the bathroom is coming of the hinge with the shims falling out. Dirty coffee cup. Items in shower after room cleaned.

If you are needing all of your senses bombarded this is the place to go. But, being of a certain age, it was simply too much for my tastes. It also was the smokiest too. I'm sure this is exactly what some folks are looking for. It was just a little too much for me.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Biloxi, many new slots and excellent dinning experience.
Thank you,
Staff and Management

needs to update machines very blah! great floor plan just not enough updated machines! staff very friendly and helpful

$20 cover for the public (we were staying somewhere else) was well worth it - hanging out at the pool bar on such a beautiful day!

People are cleaning everywhere.Impressive. machines were being cleaned at every opportunity. We were rewarded with adequate comps. Drink service was good.

Step into this museum of rock history play some games and have a robot mix you a drink. Lots to take in if you enjoy true rock history as I do. We did not eat but I can assure you from prior experiences the Ruth Chris Steak house is exceptional.

Ok, well I was not allowed. 7-8 years ago my husband was defending a female friend from her abusive boyfriend. He fallowed my husband to the sidewalk which is City property. And security through my husband illegally to the ground. I was as one would say, a bystandard. So they kicked me without photo or notification of any kind or a reason. This casino you wont win nothing. Its the only casino you put money into and never win at. In 2 years of over 1000 dolors, I never won a penny back. I do not recommend.

Went with some friends to see 38 Special in concert and they did not disappoint! The concert venue is small and intimate, and the acoustics were quite good. We will definitely be returning for more entertainment.

First rate service from every person we encountered on this property! Fantastic self parking (TIP: pay attention to direction you’re driving I parking garage ez to get confused exiting).
The casino has plenty of gaming tables & excellent cocktail/ bar service.
Late night meal & GREAT SERVICE FROM Miss Gabrielle (hostess) & Bella (server)at 24/7 after a trip to Boogie Nights Retro Bar (great DJ , awesome dance floor & TIFFANY super star bartender- not all Boogie Nights bartenders have her skills & presentation-trust & believe it!
Can’t wait to return to Biloxi & stay at this excellent property, casino & resort!!!
Thanks to all that made our honeymoon fantastic!!

We were there for a couple of days, found the food was a bit expensive and overrated. Housekeeping services were nonexistent....we had to call after coming back from dinner, just to get clean towels...never got the room cleaned...after calling front desk, they did send a lady up for “turn down” service (two pieces of chocolate)....finally got clean towels and amenities. Other than that, stay was not what I expected!

SARAH (blonde headed) at front desk is an absolute angel! She was so polite, regardless of how stressed the staff was w the shortage of rooms. She had gotten 4 guest out of the way while others were getting through with one! She deserves actual flowers!!!!! Recognition is DESERVED, She puts her all into her job and I could ABSOUTELY TELL! She is an expert at multitasking, Without letting any irritation show whatsoever. Helping co-workers while assisting me and my family, with nothing but a smile. With a huge line, oh so quickly, Even took the time to make my little ones guitar pics to put a smile on their face!
She has painted my reflection of Hard Rock in Biloxi tremendously!
Will always look for Sarah! As you should tooo!!

The Hard Rock had EVERYTHING we needed inside. We didn’t have to leave the hotel the entire weekend! This would be a great getaway for couples or a family.

Me and my wife normally visit here at least 2-3 time a month. Super clean hotel and wonderful staff.

Neat casino. Spacious. Tasty lunch buffet. We ended up only paying $10/person because of a $5 off deal we had for signing up for a players card. Couldn’t beat that price! I like the variety of table types. Electronic and live. Good selection of slots.

The best damn casino in Biloxi hands down the staff was great the music was great everything was perfect

The staffs have been Corporate-ised here. They have a stern look and concerned about the financials while forgetting that it is the guest that matters the most. The food they sell here is so bad, it is not worth describing!

People smoking every where, even in the pool, dropping ashes in the pool. Room was supposed to be smoke free, but it reeked of smoke. Been to lots of hotel casinos, this was by far the worst. Literally the machines never pay no was winning anywhere!

Stopped at Hard Rock on my way to Louisiana. We played multiple games while in town. The casino staff for the games and in general was very friendly and respectful. Had so much fun I stopped back on my way back to Georgia great place for a getaway

We stayed at the hotel here to see the show. First time staying in the hotel. I have to say the room was really nice and unique as well. Musically decorated and spacious is what impressed me the most. Definitely would stay there again.

I enjoyed my one night stay. I didn't know though that the bathroom was is GLASS. This was not good for me as I was traveling on a girls weekend trip. It bothered me more than others but there should be option for curtain for more privacy in my opinion. Rest of room and hotel is fine.

The rewards are good. Good free play and perks. Nice atmosphere. As usual, the slots are hit and miss. When you find a good one, it will let you play for long periods of time and will pay well.

We did not stay at the hotel. We did play in the casino one night. The casino was small and the games were a dated.

Room looks nice upon opens in the door but there were a number of problems for the cost of these rooms.
- no hairdryer in room
- no tea (not everyone drinks coffee)
- no usb charging plugs
- end of the iron was smashed and ripped clothing when used
- wooden platform on bed too large and kept banging our legs getting out of bed
- half stocked mini bar at check in (we didn’t use any either)
- glass sliding door on bathroom was off rails and needs oil
- nonsmoking room smelled of pot upon entering room
- we didn’t pay for view but they could do a lot better cleaning up what is actually outside the window
Good points:
- bed and pillows were comfy
- 3 shower heads were nice touch
Overall - rather stay at a different place next time or pay a lot less for this level of room.

Very nice room and staff.
Cafe was well served by the people working. Did not have to go out of their way to make a good impression.
Breakfast was enjoyable everyone liked to talk.

Huge casino 🎰! My first casino! Loved the rock n roll themed memorabilia everywhere! Super clean and inviting; loved the robot bar!

Booked for 2 nights, checked out before 7 AM after 1 night. Using COVID as an excuse for everything. All Restaurants were completely booked so ended up eating a slice of pizza for our anniversary dinner. Removed furniture from the room, so no table to put a cup of coffee down. Room was dirty and plumbing had issues. Had a BOSE system in room but remote had been removed. Half a roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more because no maid service while you’re there. I usually like other Hard Rock hotels but this one is a pass.

Always something going on...lot's of promotions...
Really good eating places, loads of slots..
Easy to rack up points..

We went to Biloxi and went to a concert at the Hard Rock. We had dinner at the Hard Rock restaurant before the concert. The food was great, but as we come from a state where smoking is not allowed in restaurants, this was disappointing. Apparently, you can smoke in the bar section and not in the restaurant section but as some tables are right next to the bar this is really a mute point. If you visit and do not like to smell smoke while you are eating, then ask for a table far away from the bar. What made it even more interesting was right outside the restaurant was a robo-bar which was smoke-free. Once the smoke induced dinner was over, on to the concert. We understand that they are trying to keep the place cool, but the cold air blowing from the above vent was too much. Overall, we were not impressed with the experience.

Staff service was terrible, we had to constantly ask another server where was our server. Another server brought our overpriced food, than he, our original server gave us our check. We should not of given him any tip, but we did a low tip and will NEVER go back there.

Recommend checking this casino out, we really enjoyed it. Easy to access and good parking. Lots of amenities.

We went on a Friday night and the place was hopping. We ate a good but over priced meal and then went to the T shirt shot attached to the restaurant. We purchased four T shirts that were about $33 a piece. With four T shirts you got one free. As for the gambling, it resembled every one of the casinos I've been in. The crowd seemed to be younger.

Hard Rock Biloxi charges .25 cents a hand to play blackjack. Combine that with their "no surrender" and you have an unfriendly game ! Right next door at the Beau Rivage they have "late surrender" and no per hand fee to play. I'm surprised they have anyone playing at the Hard Rock.

Hard rock always gives a nice cocktail while playing. This place was no exception. Large variety of games, tables seemed limited amount while we were there, maybe more open in the evening.
The only complaint I would have is their players reward club. It is not linked to any other hard rock. So even though I’m “rock royalty “ in Atlantic City, I started at the bottom here.
I now have different cards from Vegas, Cancun, Punta Cana, Florida and here

Sorry...not for us but great for Rock n Roll Enthusiasts. Liked the history memorabilia. Slots too high.

We enjoyed our time at Hard Rock. The casino was loud at the machines on the wall but the room was soundproof. The view from our room was beautiful. We ate at the Sugar Factory at least once each day. It was the best for us, otherwise food in the hotel was high. It was really cold and windy so we didn't venture outside except for one time. We would have liked to go casino hopping. Maybe some other time.

Great restaurants, amenities and casino. Love to visit. Very comfortable beds but the room is in need of a serious update. Very worn.

I loved the restaurant, food was great. Neat place to visit and lots of stuff to see. Staff was very friendly.

This was once the best casino on the coast but it is not now. I am within 50 miles of the casino and go quite a bit. The buffet is open two times a month on the weekends. Bands were booked all the time but now they are few and far between at the hard rock. Other casino's are getting the bands. Dont understand what has happened to the place. I would reevaluate my marketing department.

This casino is nice with something for the whole family! There is a Hard Rock Cafe, Dunkin’ Donuts, Ben & Jerry’s , Pie Five personal Pizza, noodle bar, Half Shell Oyster House , Sugar Factory and much more. They even had a Robot bar making drinks. They have nice rooms, nice pool, a club but I haven’t seen a kids recreation and arcade area. Love it!!! I was Hall of Fame for many years. The only thing I don’t like about this one your free play depends on what region or geographical area they group you in. That’s unfortunate. Hard Rock is Purple in the Sunset in Biloxi!

Of course, lots of cool memorabilia and a robotic bartender that definitely makes it interesting. The casino is a bit small and needs better ventilation. It’s very stuffy and lots of cigarette smoke. All in all, it’s ok.

Nice casino a lot of slots to play and places to eat. I loved looking at all the your memory of rockstars.

We were so excited to return to see one of our favorite cover bands, Contraflow, finally coming back to play at Center Bar...only to learn the casino mngmt have no plans to do live music at center bar the rest of the year?! And I felt so bad for the center bar staff, being forced to serve all drinks in paper cups and deal with annoyed patrons & angry "chair stealers" because 90% of the seating was marked reserved...pre-covid we (and many other locals) were here several weekends a month to hear great live music and do a little gambling, it was our "go to" weekend spot...but with no more bands, pricey venue tickets (that used to be free or <$25/ticket), and tight machines it's just not the place to be anymore. If you want live music go next door to Beau Rivage...skip Hard Rock...they are DEFINITELY NOT rockin'! So disappointing, it's like the management is trying to drive people away vs. bring them back??

Hard Rock is nice with a variety of different bars and restaurants, but they took out their Poker Room. Sort of disappointing. But, if you’re going to play the machines and eat and drink it great!

Highly recommend! Food and atmosphere are awesome! Staff is friendly and helpful. A must visit when in Biloxi!

Nice outdoor pool and gaming area. Covid-19 restrictions in place had a negative impact on hotel services. Platinum tower room had high-end layout and furnishings but lacked conveniences found in standard rooms such as: microwave oven, coffee cream and sweetener, paper and pen, phonebook and well thought-out light switches. Also, there is no direct pool access from the Platinum tower. You must take the elevator down to the casino level, walk across the floor to the Royal tower elevator and take it down to the pool level. How very inconvenient especially since we are paying more to stay in the Platinum tower. Oh, and the slots don't pay off well either.

This is a marvelous casino with lots of great music playing all the time. They are very generous with their slot play, and I almost always come home with money when I visit them. They have just updated their Buffet section, and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be going again before too long.

My husband and I very recently attended a concert at Hard Rock. I was so excited about going and really looked forward to it. I got really dressed up and we’d had a nice dinner and were ready to enjoy the music.
Oh but there were no seats on the lower level. Now when I was younger this would not have been an issue but the majority of the people there were around our age. We’re not old but we’re not young either. This band was from the 70s and 80s.
Ticket prices were not reflective of not having a seat. The prices were too much to be standing. I don’t mind at all paying for a good concert. The upper level had seating. I can only imagine how much those tickets were. I enjoyed the band but it was not a group that I would think would have a really high dollar ticket. I’m sure this was more reflective of the venue than the band.
My husband said a lady told him that they used to have seats before COVID. I would think they would have been trying to space people out more but I feel like they were trying to pack more in. Not a good idea considering COVID is still an issue. Could it be for more money ? It certainly seems like it.
I would not likely return.

My wife and I ate at the Hard Rock for dinner. It was..... not bad. It’s what you expect. My wife then wanted dessert from The Sugar Factory located in the Hard Rock casino. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Very difficult drink order, coffee and tea. Then we waited for over an hour for our very over priced dessert. But yet again it was a difficult order, brownie with ice cream and a cookie with ice cream. I will never go back to the Sugar Factory.

Always enjoy this casino. Great slots and table games. Excellent restaurants and many choices. From high end to budget friendly this is the place!!!

Great casino, this was one property where we actually made a little money while gaming. Made two trips in our 4 days there and made out both times. Lots of new machines and fairly large gaming floor, drink services were pretty much non existent, I guess winning made up for a couple of free drinks.

We have always enjoyed our stays at this Hard Rock. This was no exception. Always friendly staff and happy to help. Thanks to all the folks who made this another fun trip! You have to try the Hard Rock cafe and Satisfaction Buffet while staying here too!!

Enjoyed the slots this trip, especially the "Money Storm", Black Knight, Buffalo. And Village People machines. The lunch buffet was outstanding with fresh seafood especially the Oysters on half shell, and Oysters Rockefeller . And surprise, perfectly fried chicken gizzards, my favorite. Casino is small but very generous with comps and coupons. Parking is easy access to casino hotel and gaming. More handicap friendly than most . Enjoyed our experience.

My friend and I were shocked that there were no comps for signing up, the gambling floor was dark and smoky, and it took ages to get a drink. I wouldn't take the time to visit again.

Typical Hard Rock hotel/casino. Stopped here Sunday night. It wasn't very busy, yet I could smell the smoke from cigarettes. I can't imagine what it would be like when it's busy. A variety of restaurants to choose from, including a Hard Rock Cafe. It's easy to get in to the casino from the self-parking deck. Lots of memorabilia.

This place is awesome!! The atmosphere is great. Employees are always friendly. The buffet here is wonderful with tons of selections. Will return soon.

We went in hotel to check it out. It was nice and the Hard Rock store was nice. Not a very big casino, but enough to enjoy yourself. We had a drink at Sugar which was nice because on the day we went they had half price drinks. So that made it more enjoyable. It was a great visit. Walking distance from the hotel we were at.

Casino is dark and freezing but all is nice and quiet and comfortable. Servers like Ashley are Super! Slots are good Wife found a loose one not me!!Go for the gumbo at Half Shell and sit at bar with Rihanna! Definitely worth it!

Very disappointed. Our room was dirty, the carpet was stained. The commode ran on and on until you jiggled the handle. The shower door did not close all the way and water ran all over the floor. The electrical outlet on the left side of the sink was broken and had no power. No refrigerator in the room for the price you paid. Happy hour at the robot bar is not two-for-one like the sign says , you have to get the bartender to ring you up or you pay the regular price. Do not use the computer, wait on your waitress (who is overworked, there was only one in that area waiting on over a dozen people) In the middle of the night , the shower decided to turn on and drain the pipes. Our check in was at 3 and the room was not ready for another hour. We had driven over 5 hours and were tired. So we had to stand around for another hour waiting. This was Cruising the Coast week end and we understand they were full, but for $300 a night, we should have had an excellent experience. We did not. I will never go back to this Hotel.

from the entrance of the parking garage, hallways, restaurants, casino and shops are littered (very well) with Rock History. Garage was free to park in.

We went mainly to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe, so I really didn't stay in the casino too long. Gambling was tight, so money wen quick. No free drinks or video poker. About the same as any other Hard Rock. At least the parking is still free (unlike Vegas)

Was staying at the Beau Rivage for four nights so I visited the Casino at HRH&C every night for a session.
1️⃣ Lots of vibe. Music is a good mix and not at ear drum blowing levels like some other casinos.
2️⃣ GREAT selection of slot machines. I don’t hit the tables, I hit the slots and they have new AND older machines. So lots of your favorites that are hard to find are here. One penny 9 line Double Diamond, original Buffalo, Pompeii, 5 Dragons, Shaman and MORE. Awesome!
3️⃣ Nice High Limit room to make bigger bets.
4️⃣ Plenty of food choices near the casino including Sugar Factory adjacent to the floor. Free drinks while gaming—don’t forget to tip your servers.
5️⃣ Only a four minute walk from the BR and if you’re staying at any of the other casinos without access to a vehicle you can always catch the Casino Hopper on the bus route or Uber/Lyft/Taxi.
Lots of fun! 👍👊

Limited food options after concert- late night. Asian type place and Sugar Factory only food area open late night. Does not park dual wheel pick-up trucks in valet

We were in town for Crusin the Coast. The hotel lobby is great. We enjoyed looking at all the memorabilia displayed. Pizza place was good. Hotel is in a great location. Those are the positives.
The negatives … the rooms are VERY worn & outdated. Chips all over the furniture, dust in lots of places, torn sheets, ragged bathroom door & dingy feeling shower. They need an overhaul, big time. Our teenage son even commented about the condition & he is a teenage boy (enough said! Ha!) Our main complaint was that the room was so humid. We checked to see if we could swap rooms but there wasn’t one available. They did send maintenance up & he was very friendly. He changed the ac filter (which absolutely needed it.) However, it did not fix the humidity issue. We were also given a smoking room, which was not pleasant, given the humidity issue & stuffy smell & feel. Absolutely will not stay here again. If there were rooms available at another hotel & we could have gotten a refund at Hard rock, we would have definitely switched hotels. The inconvenience would have been worth it.

Stranded sailors in bad weather trying to decide what to do. What better place to contemplate the situation but at the Hard Rock Cafe. We were seated just as the Cafe opened. In fact we were the first ones there. Once seated our server, Jocque,, came over immediately and asked us how we were doing. In all honesty we said “not too good”, we’re stranded sailors waiting for the weather to break and we don’t have a place,to,stay tonight. In all honesty we could have stayed on our boat but boats get very small very fast so we were looking for a hotel room. Everything was sold out or so expensive it was beyond our budget. We shared this info with Jocque while we ordered. By the time our order was ready he had found us a room we could afford.. The food was excellent the service outstanding and the day ended up well for two seasoned sailors.

If you are looking for a great place to stay while in Biloxi and you're a huge fan of rock music then this is the place for you! Everywhere you look is rock and roll memorabilia to check out and there are restaurants and of course the casino to check out. Not to mention the HUGE outdoor pool!
The front desk was very attentive upon check in and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. The valet parking is free but the guys work for tips so be sure to leave them a tip if you decide to use the valet.
The front desk and the casino are on the same level which was confusing when we entered the hotel because I'm not used to having to take an elevator up to the next floor to check in.
They do not offer free breakfast BUT there is a dunkin donuts that opens at 6am every morning. We definitely hit that up everyday!
I loved my stay and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Biloxi

Very nice casino. Clean and everyone was super friendly. We did not stay in hotel so I can't say anything about that. We just went to the casino area. But we will most definitely go back again. Fun place.

We were very excited to stay at the hard Rock Biloxi and when we saw our room rate was 450, one would expect a luxury hotel with amenities. Upon arrival, we got to our room and the hallway was completely air-conditioned, and the room was well above. 86°. Again $450 a night, one would expect to them to have adjusted the temperature prior to guess getting there. No problem. We set the temperature down and noticed that it already been set to its coolest setting. We waited in the room for 20 minutes for engineering to come up. They pretended it needed a filter changed which was cleaned upon the engineer pulling it out of the unit. A person then indicated. Sometimes they need to open the valves up in the air conditioning. This is July and evolved. South temperatures are 90° with 80% humidity. No one would ask for the valves or the air to be turned down 🤦. We had to then go down wasting another hour's time to speak to a manager and got moved to another room upon entering 86° luckily this time we adjusted the air with a new thermostat and it worked fine.
The next day we got up even though the shower leaks all over the bathroom floor and you have to use the towels so you don't slip. We called for housekeeping and we're informed they don't clean the rooms during your stay. Again, $450 🤦. Had to again contact a manager and beg for them to come clean the room and pick up the towels that we had to use all of them for the leaky shower.
On to the rest of the property. The casino looks beautiful except it is filled with smoke. They allow smoking in the casino and do not have sufficient air filtration so even walking through the casino for 10 minutes, your hair, and clothes smell like smoke. Upon Awakening the next day, everyone in our party had sinus issues and severe headaches from inhaling secondhand smoke throughout this resort. Keep in mind this permeates all the restaurants and the rest of the property. The only place that you may get a little reprieve from cigarette. Second hand smoke is your room.
This is 2024 and all of the scientific literature indicates that smoking causes disease and especially exposure to secondhand smoke. Why are the guests not taken into consideration from the hotel about our health and exposure to secondhand smoke and its consequences?
The food is typical hard Rock Hotel. Zero healthy options on the menu. If you're at all into health or fitness, forget about it. Another interesting thing occurred. We were in the casino, got a drink at one of the bars and tried to enter another one of the bars off the casino floor and they said you cannot take drinks from one bar to the other. Again, having to put down your drinks to enter another bar for any reason is looking after their bottom line and not caring about the customers and making us pay more money for drinks that we don't even get to finish if we choose to go into another club on the same property.
Unsure if all hard Rock properties are like this, but I will tell you everybody in our group will be hesitant to stay on any hard Rock properties anywhere based on this experience.

Very easy to park. You can either valet or self park and it’s not confusing. Service at the desk was very well done. The room was very big and had a nice layout.

Recording artists outfits were nice to look at, but the payouts at the slots were non existent.I would like to suggest that they set their machines to pay out a little more. I have been in Vegas, Atlantic City, Mohegan Sun, Cherokee N. C., Biloxi, and a few others. Bu gar, this casino has the least payouts.

Big, spacious casino floor with all the slots and video poker you could think of - and surprisingly loose. We were just stretching our legs after having been couped up in the Beau and walked into the HRC. Instantly approached by the cocktail waitress and had fun.

Love this place ! So tastefully decorated. Although I’ve never stayed in the hotel I’ve visited the casino and buffet several times. Buffet was really good and had a good selection of food. We also visited the Sugar Store and had a awesome drink ! It was a little pricey but good. Also received great comps here and the slots are pretty loose. I would recommend this to anyone !

We have stopped by and played the casino a few times, but decided to actually get a room this time. Found a great price on booking.com and grabbed it. They upgraded our room when we arrived which was a nice surprise. The room was fantastic. We had a great stay and will stay again.

Had the best time. Will definitely be going back. The rooms are amazing. The atmosphere is outta this world. Me and my husband had the best time!!

Hard rock had live bands and dance music upstairs in the 80s and 90s club. Lots of fun, good drinks and a lively group of people when we went.

Was in Biloxi with my girlfriend and friends. The beach was closed due to the Tropical storm that had just hit. But the casino was awesome. Lots of good food options and bars. Very nice sports book! I highly recommend it to people visiting Biloxi.

It’s very beautiful inside hade a great time, hard rock have a lot to do on a vacations will return soon

This place has an awesome pool right on the ocean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved the three shower head walk in shower. Gambled some and broke even. Attentive wait staff on the casino floor
. Restaurants on site that we tried were all good except the buffet. I wasn't impressed with that but the Half shell house and and the sugar factory were excellent. Valets were fast and polite. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend.

Positives: Staff in certain areas are above and beyond excellent, which is why I will be back again. My experiences with every casino / hotel in the area compel me to recommend the Hard Rock above the others in Biloxi. The positives far outweigh the smaller negatives for me. The Sugar Factory was absolutely incredible, and not just for dessert; shrimp and grits were amazing! The gift shops were equally excellent on a consistent basis. The spa was fantastic, and just what I needed. Every employee I encountered was different, but all equally trained in customer service, so five stars for them. The Negatives: I will not use valet, or housekeeping while I stay at the hotel. Need some serious hospitality training in those areas.

We did not stay here but stopped in to visit the casino. When you walk in from parking garage before entering the casino there are a few fast food restaurants and some shops. For Biloxi the casino is a decent size and machines are not on top of each other but the casino floor was crowded. They sell frozen drinks at the casino bar you must try! You can get certain flavors complimentary in a tiny cup if gambling but they don't taste the same (my guess probably limited alcohol in it!) The music and atmosphere is upbeat. Check out all the memorabilia on the walls and throughout the property.

Loved the music!! Great hotel. Quiet updated rooms with a great view. Easy access to resturaunts and beach, especially Beauvoir Museum. Enjoyed our visit!

So I've always wanted to go to a HRC and finally got the chance. It was just average. Nice memorabilia everywhere, and the same overprices clothes and souvenirs. I was impressed with the robotic bartender though. The machines were the same as other casinos, so nothing special there. The highlight of my visit was grabbing a cone from Ben & Jerry's.

This place is just off the chain! If you love music and musical history then this is the place to visit in Biloxi or anywhere! So many musical legends have played here! Their memorabilia is all over the place! Not to mention an unbelievable robo bar with robotic arms that make ur drink! Far out! And a night club, called Boogie Nights which was right up my alley! Playing the best 70s and 80s music! Didn't really care for the bright lit bar in the middle of the casino. I like a bar to be dim lit. God, i dont need anyone actually seeing me dance! 😂 restrooms were very nice. Staff was very nice. Overall, an amazing place. But bring your wallet! If ever you get a chance to visit a Hard rock anywhere DO IT!!!!

Everyone knows the iconic huge guitar & of course Hard Rock Cafe. Katrina did lots of damage here & many of the memorabilia pieces were lost or damaged. This hotel & casino is huge. I think they have about 8 restaurants, numerous retail stores, a spa, a fitness center & rocker’s memorabilia is everywhere for you to see. The casino has live gaming tables, roulette & lots of slot machines. Try your skill or luck here!

Went to the casino. It was nice, small… easy to get around. It’s a hotel, appeared nice. I didn’t find the people who worked there social. The games were different there than at the other places I was gambling. Really, I think a younger crowd will love this place!

We stayed at the Hard Rock hotel and spent some time in the casino. The casino was fun (even though we didn't win). The rooms were very spacious, clean, and we had a great view of the pool. The pool was TONS of fun (even if the waitresses never came to our cabana we paid extra for). The bartender at the pool bar was awesome and attentive. Totally recommend staying and playing here!

Not a bad place. Probably above average but there is no listing for that. Relitively clean but not great. May visit again sometime.

I stopped here to you have dinner and then was able to stay to gamble. It was better than I expected, not as full of cigarette smoke as some of the other casinos. The staff was very friendly . I would consider staying here in the future if I needed a hotel and Gulf Port.

Very nice machines that paid out nicely. Friendly staff, clean casino areas. Clean bathrooms and eating areas.

Casino was fun. A little too smokey for me but the slots were good. Love seeing all the memorabilia . Just wish there was more. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tables and slots were easy to use and understand. Most of the staff in the Casino were friendly and professional except for one female at the Craps table who seem to be having a bad day which she projected towards the customers.
We ate at three of their restaurants and all staff and management were friendly and professional. We enjoyed each meal.. If you go don't let one bad employee spoil your fun. We didn't and had a great time....

The seafood restaurant is a must. Overall, the casino was clean, staffs were happy to be working and very polite. Tables play was higher, but understandable. Played for a few hour and was comp. Some food credit. Definitely will be back

So much to see inside, great decor and memorabilia, awesome robotic bar area. The breakfast buffet is the best of any on this strip. Very extensive selection, and very fresh, hot, and tasty!

The rooms are nice clean comfortable also staff friendly casino ok put been several times never see much winning the Buffett is very good for the money and they have available ways to get discounts over all a good place to visit if in the area

They do not have experience stylists! BEWARE! If you go here you will have no hair left when you ask for a trim. My wife had her hair bleaching for the first time and it was like springing gum. It ruined our vacation. My wife has cried for the last 3 weeks and now has a mans hair cut. My hair will grow back but my poor wife will never be the same. I would not recommend visiting the spa at hard rock casino in Biloxi

I just love to go to Hard Rock it is so what I like and will go back another time when I am there vacations.

Room was a nice size. We had a mini refrig and microwave. Bed was comfortable with soft linens. Room was clean. We had no problems with noise from other rooms. Elevators were speedy. Nice view of harbor from our room. Also could see the pool which is in a state of repair from recent storms. Staff was very helpful. Mask were being worn throughout the resort.

It's not as classy as the Beau Rivage but it is large and clean and has everything you need in a casino and a hotel.

I love Hard Rock Hotels throughout the states. Ample Parking and good choice in the casino with good restaurants and good rooms. Not the cheapeast but you get what you pay for in my view.

Have amenities available that are listed on the website. Check rooms daily for trash and to replenish supplies ie: toilet paper, tissues, coffee etc

We visited the Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi for one afternoon. It's smaller than the ones we've been to in Florida (Hollywood and Tampa) and the new Atlantic City one, but it had a good atmosphere and plenty of slots to play. And I won here which made it even better!

Very nice, so-so tables, great cafe, and yes, they have the sweatshirts. But c’mon Hard Rock- bring back the embroidered ones- better quality!

The food was delicious and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. It was my daughter's first experience in a hard rock and did a great job.

I’ve been here for 4 days and l can tell you without a doubt it’s awful. Machines are dead and I’ve seen no one hit the entire trip. Their comp system is archaic and this is not like any Hard Rock casino that I’ve ever been too. This is my second and last trip to Biloxi period. They all seem to be about the same here.

We ate at the Sugar Factory and we recommend it highly. I found a 10 card poker machine, which are very rare in Biloxi. The machine was fantastic!!! Alas, we went back that evening and we were not so lucky. If we ever go back I would stay at this hotel. It has a friendly vibe and a great casino

We loved playing lobster mania 2 here as it is getting harder to find. It is a nice casino with many of the new games and the old ones you love. It is always fun to see the different memorabilia on the walls as well.

Okay, so they will likely reply that there are plenty of new slots but, there are far more of an older syle on the floor. Must be wound rather tight as i was there for hours on 2 days over the weekend and never saw or heard of a big payout. I sure did not have one!
The gift shop and restaurant are as expected ... food was good and service was simply okay.
Not sure I'd go out of my way to head to the floor although in fairness, it is hard to have a better view from the pool than here.

I live close to Hard Rock Biloxi and I go real often. I used to win a little but now it’s the same story every time. I haven’t hit a jackpot all this year. I rarely take the free gifts, never stay at hotel , eat meals some. I am loyal here I am Hall of Fame. I rarely go anywhere else, I did go to Treasure Bay a while back and I hit 2 jackpots that night, I do good to get 2 in a whole year. I love here they have machines I like but if it doesn’t improve I might go elsewhere. The free play is far less than I receive at others that I don’t even go to. It just doesn’t seem right.

The stay at the Hotel was not bad. The room was nice. But with 2 exceptions. # 1, when you walked into the room, you could smell a deodorizing spray that the housekeeping sprays on the carpet that gave me a headache after a while, and, # 2, if you are up there in years, the bar stool chairs they have in their standard rooms are not comfortable to sit on, and down right hard to get up to sit on them.

I enjoyed going to this location last year in 2018 and 2019! The slot machines were not paying as much as... Some of the help desk individuals were not very friendy! I called over the phone and they seemed overwhelmed when asked an question. The same attitude was apparent when I asked questions at the players rewards desk as well!
I have played at this chain all over... I don't know if I can continue to play here!!
1. Need better customer service!
2. Did not see anyone win!
3. ?$
This chain has the tightest slots! Why play here? Do tell!!!

We had a great overnight stay here, it’s in a perfect beachfront location with good spots nearby for food and drinks. They have plenty of options inside the hotel too, plus the big casino. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but you can see some signs of ageing on fixtures. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Has more popular card games than most casinos. Friendly and helpful staff. Great shops and several great eateries.

Nice casino to kill some time and lose some money. Smaller and not quite as nice as it’s neighbor to the south (Beau Rivage), but still a good place you hang.
Rock n Roll themed hotel is cool, and there are a few restaurants within the building. The Hard Rock restaurant makes a very good cheeseburger.

after dropping some money at Beau Rivage I decided to try my luck at HR next door. Except for the theme, it’s pretty much the same as the other casinos. Free drinks, smoking areas, and plenty of options to lose your money. As with other casinos, masks required, plastic barriers between players/dealers at the tables, and obvious efforts to keep everything sanitized. Recommended

The hurricanes this year have taken their toll. The whole place is under construction. We will try to come back hen completed

Two day trip and we hit all the casinos in Biloxi. The Hardrock with all the costumes and musical instruments is a plus. Very nice casino. Only downside was the slots were tight!

Visited since it is within walking distance of Beau Rivage. I had high hopes but this was a sad casino. They had new and old machines but it was kinda dead. Nothing for new members other than a T-shirt after earning 200 points, which was about $300 for me.

Had fun playing. It was close to the Beau Rivage so I could walk over while my wife played in a Poker Tournament. I would like to stay at the hotel at some point.

Went to eat the buffet and gamble a bit. Took my teen with me and she visited the gift shops and enjoyed the beach with I played the slots. Decent buffet but the new restaurant is the ticket. Awesome hotel, nice pool and guest amenities. Would recommend for weekend trip.

Hotel atmosphere is high energy and room faced the gulf and was very well appointed. We’ll definitely be back.

Went here a couple of nights whilst staying at the hotel. The casino is not big but there are plenty of ways to lose you money, or win if you are lucky at either the numerous machines or tables. There is a drinks service while playing if required. We had a couple of enjoyable evenings there.

I had a ball and won lots of money! It would be great for a girls trip/ bridal shower/ or birthday party. The restaurants were excellent. The rooms were nice too. Highly recommend it.

We stopped in at the Hard Rock with one purpose in mind, "add to our collection of Hard Rock memorabilia. We also played a while and were treated to a few Hard Rock Biloxi tee shirts. Definitely a fun Casino and Resort.

So bad but could be so good! Why do you cater to people that can barely stay there? Drinks spilled all over the elevator. My best vision is all of the people smoking with their masks on!!

Enjoyed our stop at Hard Rock. Great center bar with live music at night. Fun atmosphere. Ate at Half Shell Oyster House which was excellant.

Very nice hotel and casino and restaurant. We did not spend the night however we did view the casino restaurant and pool area. Very nice.

Hard Rock Casino is well known but not the best on the coast. Not as fancy as some of the others around. One thing not good was the lack of many bathrooms inside. Only saw one and it was one in which both men and women go in together in the same bathroom. Not what i want to do.

Went over to HardRock casino for about two hours, did great, lots of machines and well laid out for your entertainment. Clean and not noisy, well lighted and friendly staff ready to assist if needed,
.

The room was very nice , clean , smelled heavenly beautiful view of the pool & ocean . My husband did not like bathroom-because it’s dogged glass doors instead of separate bathroom (so this is a matter of preference) . Beds are very comfortable. Casino is beautiful-we did not win anything in our game play . Would stay here again .

Went here for bachelor party and the pool was closed because a baby was allowed to defecate in the pool. When I asked the manager for compensation they told me to pack my bags and leave if I was unhappy. Customer service was terrible and I will never return to another Hard Rock facility. They treated the customers like garbage and arbitrarily enforced the mask policy. Some people were allowed to walk through the casino with no mask and security wouldn’t say a word, then you would be sitting at a table eating and security would ask you to wear a mask between bites. DO NOT WASTW YOUR MONEY IN ANY OF THE BILOXI CASINOS, THEY ATE BEING RUN BY PETTY TYRANTS EAGER TO ENFORCE THE LITTLE POWER THEY HAVE. VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLARS!

The Hard Rock has some of the best rooms in Biloxi. They are all tastefully appointed with very updated features and amenities.

It was very cool experience walking around looking at all the memorabilia. Fun playing the slots. Would return!

Charged my debit card $ 1,144.00 for a one-night stay (which was supposed to be $ 206.00) Lady behind the counter said oops I will credit you. 4 people 3 trips to the front desk and 24 hours later I finally got my money back in my account. I understand people make mistakes, but it didn't seem like a big deal to anyone but me. Terrible experience. It took them 10 seconds to take the money away and 24 hours to credit. Needless to say, I didn't spend much in the casino since YOU HAD ALL MY MONEY FOR 24 HOURS !!!

The room was awful. the furniture was very beat up drains were stopped up. shower didn't work properly and the Bed had severe hard spots. For $200.00 per night I will never return

Checked in by the Hotel manager, GREAT SERVICE made me fell like a VIP. The room was very clean all amenities were provided, enjoyed the fresh cup of coffee. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly. The food at the 24 hour resturant was good, try the Rueben Sandwich. The Hard Rock Café was a little pricey but worth the price. The casino was well laid out. Loved all the memorabilia throughout.

This is not a big casino unlike Tampa and Fort Myers but the entertainment is great. Their music shows are awesome. You can either purchase standing or sit down. They have Sugar Factory, iLove305 center bar and Boogie Nights Nightclub which is upstairs and too much fun!

We used to have a great time at Hard Rock before new ownership. There were plenty of decent paying video poker and slots. Now they have removed the majority of video poker and at the bar in the middle, zero machines. The whole place seems very small and lacking as far as an exciting casino floor. The rooms are ok in the old tower, haven’t stayed in the new tower. I think they are more interested in selling drinks at the bar, and catering to a younger generation with a DJ spinning horrendous bounce and hip hop. See ya!

Not the best casino, but trendy items from famous people to gawk at mounted on the walls. Ben and Jerry's has a good coffee ice cream, they have a pretty cool robotic bartender.

Lots to see and do at this casino. It is amazing, however the food prices are very high. $18.75 for a cheeseburger at Hard Rock Cafe.... no thank you, I would rather spend a wee bit more for a steak elsewhere. But the place is a must see if you’ve never been there and don’t miss out on the shrimp boats parked just outside as they are beautiful.

Visited many of the local casinos while in town. The Hard Rock stood out at one of the top choices.
Great food choices, pool side is first class. And casino is well designed, clean and lots of options.

We had so much fun at Hard Rock everybody is friendly and a lot of help. Never had to wait long for any drinks any assistance gift shop has lots of cool things my husband really enjoy spending his birthday weekend at Hard Rock

The buffet is where my family always bring me when I am visiting. The food is outstanding. And they stay open later which is great. My father love to bring me here, he is a regular, Ray C Campbell. The peoples are amazing.

Cool place, but like most other hard rocks if you ever visited one. Very cool atmosphere, good music, and spaced out nicely. Typical gaming options but they have their own niche when it comes to small stores and atmosphere. It’s a nice change if you’ve been in some other casinos in the area. We typically stay at the IP, but come over to the Hard Rock and hang for a while each visit.

The hard rock is large and covered in rock and roll memorabilia that was fun to view.
They offered lots of restaurants/ snacks and coffee options.

Bright open brasserie style restaurant with misleading name. There are many locations around the world, and this one in Biloxi features the same stark white environment with tables and half booths surrounded by a wall of huge video screens playing loops of openings and events at their stores featuring celebs enjoying fancy drinks and treats. There is a large bright bar at one end, and an adjoining candy shop.
If you are 16 and a Kardashian fan, you will love it. If you want some reasonably priced food that few skinny celebrities would be likely to eat, get half price apps from 2 p.m. to 4. Otherwise their 40 page menu, not counting the several pages of celebrity pics, has pricey drinks, icecream and decent looking food.
The Caesar salad was good but pricey at 12 dollars, and I didn't order the grilled chicken that came diced and mixed in. My bride ordered eggs, crisp bacon and hash browns. Eggs were fine, bacon was thin and pale, and hash browns were a moderately warm, crisper versions of McDonald's finest.
Next time we have a coupon from the Hard Rock frequent loser players club, we'll try the burger.
A birthday celebration at another table included a wait staff sing along....Happy birthday to you ...what!.... Happy birthday to you (unintelligible beginning with b)...etc. Sung with hip, gangsta attitude we all just love.
It's not going to appeal to the older gambling crowd, but the younger folks who can spend 32 bucks on a fancy drink or a 24 scoop mega dessert might enjoy.

My interaction with the Hard Rock hotel in Biloxi was a nightmare! I was comped 2 nights at the hotel and made a reservation in plenty of time. I called more than one in the week preceding our trip to confirm and let the hotel know I would ve a late check in because I was traveling from Michigan to Mississippi. The Customer service reps were wonderful advising that it would be no problem. When I showed up at the hotel at 11:00 p.m. they advised they only had one room left and it was a smoking king bed handicapped room. The room smelled so bad and had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. It was so horrible my daughter and I could not stay and instead of helping us find a room the front desk staff was extremely rude. Advising basically, too bad it was a comped room you were checking late you get what is left. Obviously I was comped a room because I spent money in the casino. I traveled all the way from Michigan to stay in a nice room, not a room that was not habitable! We were left to find a room at midnight on our own. This hotel and the staff were horrible. Don't offer a room if it is dirty and disgusting.

Even though the Hard Rock concept has been around for a very long time, I still enjoy spending time in a place where music is celebrated so much! We went to the Hard Rock to eat at the cafe and play some table games! We had tons of fun and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend you stop in and spend some time here!

We were looking forward to a getaway and chose to go during the week when it would not be as crowded. I had been to several Hard Rock Cafes but never stayed at the hotel! I always enjoy touring the cafe. I was so disappointed with the stay. The food at Satisfaction Buffet was horrible except for the desserts that were delicious. Hard Rock burgers were ok, but the Bangkok shrimp were also horrible! Total waste of money for the buffet and cafe. There was no free play or incentives for new members and we were not offered drinks any of the times we were gambling despite being told someone was coming. The room was very comfortable and the service staff was also great! We enjoyed looking at the memorabilia as we always do! I don’t think I’ll be staying at Hard Rock again.

My wife and I had a great time here, We won and really had fun playing slots together. The coffee service was second to none and the employees there were very nice, right down to the machine attendants. the rest rooms were very clean as was the Casino itself. Lot of memorabilia and pictures to see and read. great floor space and the Dunkin Doughnuts was fantastic.

The hallway’s along with the casino’s area had many displays of individual rocker’s personal clothing and instruments. Most displays were very interesting to view while trying to compose yourself from your Casino “donations”!

Absolutely loved the atmosphere, and the staff here. The waitress named Jacqueline is absolutely amazing!!!!

We only visited the casino. Very clean. On the smaller side. Best cocktail waitress ever. We're able to play pretty long without losing to much money. Always fun to look at the memorabilia.

Service was bad and very unfriendly. Room was clean but staff were very rude. The bartender at the pool bar was the friendliest staff at the hotel. I dont think we will ever book a stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Stayed in the platinum tower which had nice views of the gulf and a nicely furnished room (comfortable bed that allowed looking out the large windows). The walls are a bit thin as noise from rooms on either side did seem to come through (which was bad late at night). Parking during the week in the deck was easy but definitely a challenge on the weekend. Pool was very nice but limited seating because of the virus so be early. Beach is a 10->15 minute walk.

Welp walked over from Beau Rivage on my suggestion to buddy. Ok we enter the casino get new players cards each. Play a lil slots, hungry so pho place it is. Waitress is kinda harried ok, we wait wait wait finally flag another down gen tso chicken small serving and Pepsi is about $30. Observer the avg “gamblers”, fair amt of rough looking gamblers obviously far too curious about others play. Might be setting ya up for pickpocket, mugging leaving.
Buddy heads into high limits slots has couple good hits invites me in, he’s got a cigar going I light one. Start playing and staff members on us in seconds; despite ashtrays liberally available ONLY cigarette smoking is allowed, em why? Some jive explanation about their lower ceiling than main floor. We cash out before playing much at all and leave. Em let me clue them in on a demographic; your high limit players are more likely to be cigar smokers than cig., so your ACTIVELY running players away! Don’t think I’ll be back

When in Biloxi, we always go here. This time the machines seemed very tight, but the atmosphere is always great. Large gaming area, nice restaurant and gift shops. Always something to see and do here. And of course all the memorabilia and music is awesome.
Will always go to Hard Rock when we are in town.

We had breakfast there and it was perfect. Clean good food and great coffee,The was welcoming and very informative and friendly.

The property is next to the Beau Rivage, and a nice spot to browse through and see the music artifacts. The machine payout was not good for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from our room (Platinum Tower) was absolutely amazing. What a way to wake up every morning. The room was cool and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the convenience of having things to do for fun and food all in the same location. My only complaint is that the walls were paper thin...we could hear people talking in other rooms. The staff was the absolute best! We will definitely stay here again.

Kind of what a typical casino looks and feels like. Tight slots, room and hallway smell like Marijuana (as I write this), lots of frowns at the tables..I stayed in the Platinum Tower. The room is nice and big but the view is the main road and empty lots that were destroyed but the hurricanes and homeless people.
They advertise a free breakfast bar named Sansations but I just went down and it is only open on "Special Holiday".
There is a cool robotic arm they advertise to make you alcoholic drinks, but, when I asked why it was closed, security said it was down again and only operates on special events and some weekends.

After eating a various casinos in Biloxi, we ate at the Hard Rock Buffet and it was very weak. The food wasn't fresh, didn't have good flavor and the dessert bar had very few choices.

It a casino so it smells like smoke. We went to go eat at the restaurant but decided to not too. The Memorabilia of different starts is four through out the hotel. We did not stay there just went to eat and go in gift store.

Very tight and very few video poker machines. All of the casinos that we went to in Biloxi had very few video poker machines. If you play video poker, go to Vegas. I saw a few people with no mask on. Not smoking or drinking. Didn't even have one with them. Casino is clean and didn't smell like an ash tray. I have been to Biloxi numerous times but in the future I will go to Vegas.

I enjoyed visiting the Hard Rock. Very clean, nice selection of slots and an inviting atmosphere. They give new player perks and have a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. It was a good time.

Another casino you don't expect to see deep down south. A very hip and upbeat place for everyone but seems to attract the younger crowd. Lots of nice shops and restaurants. I am all about Ruth's Chris!! I plan to come and get a room here sometime and eat at Ruth's Chris. I really enjoyed Biloxi as a whole but this place was one of the jewels I visited. Can't wait till next trip!

Went and did some exploring nice Casino and hotel but way too much smoke in the air though. Have some nice sports bars and restaurants in the place too

If you’re a group of adults you’ll be okay. But we had a baby and two teenagers and it wasn’t as enjoyable. The lobby and everything until you hit the hotel elevators is almost suffocating with cigarette smoke smell. You can request a mini fridge at $15/night. The bathroom floors were all slippery even the shower. Parts of the carpet were sticky. The water pressure was low in the shower and toilet. All the electric plugs were far from where you would need to plug in and use devices. I will say the pool was great and having all the restaurants was very convenient. The staff was very friendly.

I have visited 20 plus Hard Rock Cafes and this was one of the nicer ones. The staff was very friend and fast service with excellent food. It is located in the Casino so there was plenty to do other than eat. Located on the Gulf, it is a short walking distance to several area attractions. I would highly recommend!

Stayed for 3 nights in April. Rooms are so beat up they need to re- do them. Everything in our room was either broken, chipped, or filthy dirty and loaded with dust everywhere. Not to mention the moldy and musty smell coming out of the air conditioner. I will not stay here again, after many years.

I absolutely ❤️ the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. We usually stay in a non smoking room but being as we booked a little late we had to settle with a smoking room. It was not the same as the non smoking rooms we’ve stayed in before. The toilet seat was very loose, the bed was hard as a rock (which is usually not the case), we had a neighbor who either jammed out with his guitar or had the music so loud you could hear it down the hallway, the room smelled awful (yes I understand it’s a smoking room but I expected the same as the last stay), the A/C took forever to cool down the room. Stay away from the Sid Vicious floor room 630 it was definitely a let down. For almost $300 a night you want what you pay for. That is not what we paid for nor what we expected. I will stay with them again but I will be positive to stay in a non smoking room next time.

2nd time there and we still love it.lot to do and great atmosphere. Cant wait to make another stop when we go back to Florida. If you get a good deal, do the rooms top floor, they are awesome. Great view. Even from the shower lol.

I will say the slots are horrible. If you like to play for fun and want to stay a long time play low . The restaurant Ruth Chris is fabulous the food was amazing and the waiter TJ was awesome

Around 11:00 pm, we were awakened with a loud announcement in the room that an alarm was being investigated and for everyone to stay in place where they were at. This was so unnerving, as we did not know what was going on until we finally got through to someone on the phone and were told that all was okay. There has to be a better way to communicate with guests! Hopefully, management will collaborate and figure this out, instead of leaving them hanging….after a couple hours sleep we gladly woke up @ 4am to head home. Sad stay in Biloxi! :(

if You stay at the hard rock casino, make sure it’s not in the royal tower. That’s apparently the oldest part of the hotel.
Everything was outdated and old. From cheap furniture to beds. To TVs. To the decorations on the wall.
The price was surprisingly cheap.
Should have known better, you really do get what you pay for.
I have stayed here before in the updated side.
Was expecting the same style rooms
Disappointed ☹️

I love coming here. They comp the rooms when you are playing at the tables and the slots are loose. Always a nice win here. Great food. Great customer service and much more.

Couldn't win but enjoyed eating at the Restaurant and looking around at the old memories and records.

This was a solo trip. The vibe is fun. Spent the day at the pool with pool side servers delivering drinks & food from Tequila’s. Then played at the Craps table and slots in the evening. Half Shell Oysters House was awesome for dinner. Esplanade Sushi roll from there was so good! I had a great time. The Platinum side of the hotel is “newer” compared to the Royal side just FYI.

Beware of this casino if you have an issue and need security. I was approached by a man who said the machine that I had just put my ticket in was being played by his wife.
The man was actually sitting in the Sugar Factory and his wife was no where in site. Rather then argue with the man I cashed out my ticket. That is when things turned worse. The man said the ticket I cashed out was his wife's money. I told him no it wasn't as I had just put my ticket in the machine. He then said he would " Slap the sh** out of me if I didn't give it to him. Security came but they chose to do nothing about it. So beware particulary if you are a female.

Love this place EXCEPT for the craps dealers and crap pit boss. We went yesterday ( Thanksgiving day) around 1pm and played craps. The dealers were extremely rude and moved the dice so fast that we didn't have time to place a bet. Other than that everything and everyone else were great. I had other friends tell me the same thing about the craps tables

I have been to casinos all over the country, I have seen it all. I have been to other Hard Rock Casinos in Vegas, Florida and Oklahoma, all of those are good, this one is awful!
First of all it's dark and dreary, the vibe is old, outdated machines that are tired, this place is boring, we left pretty quick after entering and we won't be back. There are better casinos in Biloxi to play at.

Hotel has lots to offer. Stayed in the Platinum Tower and room was very spacious with a great view. Housekeeping didn’t come by during the stay, but additional towels arrived promptly when we called. The pool was open until 10pm and was relaxing. The heat melts ice in your drink quickly, so you have to account for that when ordering poolside. The only downside to the hotel in my opinion was that the spa was only offering hair and nail services. We made a spa appointment at the hotel next door so we could get massages. Garage parking is available free of charge and there’s also an open lot available which is closer if you’re in the Platinum Tower.

Hard Rock was a welcome stop on a long driving vacation. We loved the pool and poolside bar. Our room was a bit dated but really clean with comfy beds. The casino was well.... a casino. Win some, lose more is the way it works. The casino was a lot less smoky than many places and the dealers were nice and friendly. The slot machines (do they even call them slot machines anymore?) were tight and we didn't do very well playing them. I ranked them 4 out of 5 due to the casino losses.

Just another over rated, expensive casino, smelling of smoke and so cold inside you need to go outdoors to warm up

Visited HR and enjoyed the usual memorabilia that comes inside HR. Casino floor was nicely laid out, not as large as I thought it would be but had a few smaller rooms with slots also. A hand full of restaurants were available to dine at but most were closed by the time we got there. Overall a very nice casino

It was our first time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel.Top notch staff. They let my 17 year old look around with us at the memorabilia in the casino part. Room was super big with excellent shower. When we checked out the front desk punched us out guitar picks from our hotel keys! We will be back.

4 or 5 restaurants including Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Hard Rock Cafe, The Sugar Factory, Macau and the Buffet. I wouldn't bother with the buffet. It has a limited selection, and the food just wasn't that good. The Macau is Vietnamese and though the menu is very limited, the food was great. Don't even go into the Sugar Factory: I ordered the fried Calamari, and I have NEVER had such a bad seafood. Each piece was fried to a very hard crust. I wasn't even sure there was any calamari beneath the crust. Maybe that's how they cook calamari in Mississippi. Lime slices were a nice thought to spread on the calamari, but they were dry and had no lime juice in them. Servers were not very well acquainted with the menu, and out of about a dozen specialty coffees, I finally decided on one and was told 10 minutes later that it wasn't available. This is a high dollar restaurant that is overpriced and below average.

Inside casino was very nice and they had wipes on all the machines to use before and after playing still wearing masks

Loved this casino for its family friendly staff and atmosphere. We recently met several members of our family, including a rambunctious two year old Great-Grandson at this casino's lobby and food venues. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as we leisurely walked around admiring all the music related items. Everyone was amazed with the Robo Bar! Thanks to everyone at Hard Rock for allowing us a comfortable and entertaining visit. We also got some great family photos with memorabilia in the background.

Our room was well appointed except for the bathroom. For one thing, I am not a fan of having the sinks outside of the bathroom. The bathroom had a glass door, so it isn't very private and it's so dark in the bathroom that I had to leave the shower curtain open while showering - just for light. I guess the bathroom was my biggest problem.
Most everyone was friendly - except that one lady at the front desk.

Great music and slots are hit and miss but not horrible as could be. No insentives for the common folk to become new members. And if you sit a low limit black jack table be ready for the novelty player to hit a 4 when dealer has 4 just cause he can because after all Hard Rock is a Novelty. Their walk in is awesome and the time i have there is awesome. Especially with live bands and the atmosphere is usually great.

Missed eating the buffet so we end up eating at 24/7. The steaks was not good but the seafood platter was really good. The server Patrick was very nice about the situation and he took care of our check.

The casino was clean and amusing. The slots were not friendly and their new customer program required you to spend several hundred dollars to get any comps.

I love this hotel. The rooms are very nice and the bed sleeps good. They also have the Hard Rock Cafe and the food was great. We also ate at Pie Five the pizza is great. They have Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream which is also a good treat. The staff and casino host was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel if someone ask me about it

Not always a fan of the Hard Rock brand, but while in town we decided to check out this casino.
Nicely laid out. Clean and open. Great selection of machines.
We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at the onsite Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.

Excellent hotel with great music. Loved the decor. Lots to see and do! Comfy beds and clean rooms. Beautiful views from room. Convenient location and near parks and restaurants.

Not winning on any of the MACHINES! They are SO tight. Guess I should be glad I got a free tshirt for playing. That was a pricey tshirt!! Hard to find a waitress at times.

Very loud. Lots of younger croud. 71 yrs old. Noty cup of tea. Older slots. Very average machines.Decor past it's prime

We decided to go to the Hard Rock casino because the smoke in the Golden Nugget had become unbearable. We were pleased to find a more spacious layout of the casino with newer machines. The place was nice, bright and well lighted. We enjoyed our visit there and will definitely return.

We had a great few nights staying at this Hard rock hotel. The room was amazing overlooking the gulf. The view from the bed was unreal. The bathroom was big and the shower too. Good amenities also with restaurants and bars downstairs. The pool area was also good but we only went once. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Entered the Casino with some of their coupons for becoming a new member. Waited in a short line for 10 minutes while the three ladies chatted. No Supervisor. While registering we were informed our coupons had expired at midnight. Got off to a bad start. Casino smelled heavy with smoke. People walking around cleaning seemed to never speak. Spent two hours here and never felt welcomed. Not like the Hard Rock in Tampa !!!

Spent 5 days here and we loved it. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great view from the 12th floor. Will definitely be back

Old outdated dingy dirty, just the start.Needs a major cleaning paint carpet etc.Was here several years ago and nothing has changed. Bathrooms are disgusting. Atmosphere stale

This room is in dire need of a deep clean or renovation. Stained carpet, stained couch worn out chair. Could have been a beautiful place ☹️

Great fun, an excellent buffet, which we got free on a promotion being first time customers when earned a certain amount.
More fun than where we are currently staying. Will remember for next year.

I tried at least 10 machines-none would even give playback. This is a pretty casino with lots of machines but no playback.

We gambled for a couple of hours. Won some, lost some, but ulitmately lost. They have a lady with a hugh cart full of beer walking around. All you have to do is stop her and she gives you whatever beer you want. We didn't get mixed drinks so I can't tell you about the wait staff, but I did see plenty of staff walking around with drink orders.

Nice looking facility. Love the huge outdoor guitar. On the beach with lots nearby. Some lingering storm damage being repaired.

You can't miss the guitar.....worth the drive to see. It stands taller than Biloxi's buildings (except the hotels/casinos).

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi is just like all the other Hard Rocks we have went to (Vega, Niagra Falls,) The music is loud and so are all the slot machines. It is very clean and they have a nice buffet. I was expecting it to have southern charm but it was your typical Hard Rock...

Looooveeeeee the music!!! My favorite place to go to when I am in town even tho I stay at another casino I have to still go to hard rock

Love Hard Rock Biloxi!! Between Pit Bulls bar and the Sugar Factory what more could you ask for.Huge array of slot machines and gaming. The decor is superb from the casino floor to the hallways and rest rooms. This is the closest you can get to a Laa Vegas Casino and not actually be in Vegas. Even if I dont stay there I always make a point to visit. My pics from the Sugar Factory below!!

It was great would go again and would recommend anyone else go there they have great music good drinks easy to cash out the games are fine but the minimum should be $5 I will definitely go again as soon as I can

We just went to the casino. Sat and played blackjack for 3 hours and Clayton was absolutely amazing. Thank you thank you thank you Clayton you are awesome. We will be back.

Nice, new, clean casino. Newer slot machines. Didn’t have much luck, but that’s how it works sometimes. Would definitely return and try again. Would recommend to friends and family.

Fun time in Biloxi! First time to stay in the Hard Rock, usually stay somewhere else and just go there to gamble. Room was nice, needed a little updating, but clean and very convenient to the casino. Good selection of restaurants, no complaints. I will return.

Just walked through, just can’t get the vibe to spend much time there. Hard rock was the only place we went where I saw the Blake Shelton slot machine.

I have only stayed in Biloxi a few times and only at Harrahs and Hard Rock, so cannot compare it to other places, but this is a nice upscale hotel. Clean and well staffed. Dog friendly is a plus for us. The casino always seems pretty quiet but maybe we just visit on off days/nights. We were there during the week this trip. The pool is great, as all the HR pools seem to be.

I absolutely love the hotel rooms here and we eat often at the Hard Rock Café. It is a cool place to visit also.

We walked in, and walked out.
I liked Elton John's jumpsuit.
Very noisy, echoing. No desire to stay. Restaurants the usual fare. The acoustics could have been better designed. A younger crowd.

They give NO incentives for new club members! The price of their machines was double the same machines elsewhere. The only redeeming place was their buffet. Pricey, but the food was top notch!

Boogie nights is really a nice get way. It's located in the hard rock casino in Biloxi ms. The boogie queen really knows how to keep the party alive. The music is upbeat. During certain times of the year there's an admission fee.

Worth the drive to find a wonderful beach area long sandy beaches to explore, jog, run, drive along the front. Plenty of stop off points to take in the surroundings. We have a room in the platinum tower lovely big rooms with panoramic views across the area. Really loved the room.. casino smaller than normal but the beau next door is fantastic to get into the gambling spirit. Really recommend a visit...

If you are in Biloxi you have to stop by the hard Rock casino. Even if you are not A gambler, you will enjoy just walking thru this rocking building. From all the great on display to the robotic bartender, this place offers everyone something to photograph. The views from the pool are amazing and they have a Ben and Jerry's right on site.

The entire hotel smells of smoke, even “non smoker” rooms. If you need a mini fridge it’s extra. Didn’t feel or seen very clean. Might be great with just adults but don’t recommend with children.

Hotel was fine room
Was fine but there is nothing for
Teen entertainment. . . Why even allow teens to stay if it is “an adult hotel” per the front desk! The security into the casino area suggested that I eat my supper at Dunkin’ Donuts! It’s late I will stay tonight but will never stay at hard rock again ever!

I absolutely adore the hard rock the hospitality is a 5 star rating for the whole establishment except for today november 10th 2025 at 11:30pm I went to spend my usual $400 a week...(no matter what win or lose you are always a winner with the prizes and gifts not to include the best hospitality on the coast) yet for the first time in 12 years on this beautiful coast I was treated like I didn't belong here. I played my poker at the back bar tipping my usual $10 a drink( please be mindful drinks are FREE when paying) I have room paid for not on free comps since Friday and had a beautiful time until this moment a bartender BIANCA as her name tag read. Made me feel like I may need to start attending Scarlett pearl or the Golden nugget again. Mississippi is the hospitality state, I am a Chef for the airforce and by far this was the rudeness...cold shoulder...lack of verbal communication I have ever experienced smh. If you do not have a passion for hospitality or customer service find a career in which you do not have to interact with those who work hard to play hard. That's my rant have a blessed day.

I like playing at the hard rock they have some old-school slots which I like in addition to some new slots but they definitely need the newer stuff like the new Wizard of Oz transmissive Rios and Farmville and munchkinland. They need to go look at the slot floor at the Beau Rivage and at the palace to see what I’m talking about! The comps are very generous though and I really like eating at the sugar factory and the hard rock café- rooms are comfy and clean!

We were there the daytime of New Year's Eve. Crowded as we expected but not as loud as other casino s.

Visited Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Biloxi for a conference! I was looking forward to staying at this resort because of my positive experiences at Hard Rocks around the world!
Unfortunately this resort did not meet any of the expectations...
The minute you step foot into the property you are over powered by the smell of cigarettes and smoke! It is absolutely unbearable... You usually expect that nice hotel/resort scented smell which is pumped throughout the property but not here! Just cigarette smoke !!
They have two towers , Royal and Platinum
They put us in the platinum tower because it was non-smoking and let me tell you , the elevators , hallways and the “non-smoking “ rooms smelled just as bad as the rest of the property!
The check in staff were mostly polite and nice but there was a very tall gentleman in a suit which was quite rude and not accommodating at all...
The rest of the staff on the property were very nice!
The property was also a rundown! The clientele was not very pleasant specially at night in the casino area, the pool was dirty cause all the birds and pelicans are washing themselves in the pool ( they are having an oil/bacteria situation in the beach Waters of Biloxi) which is not the hotels fault but the dirty birds wash themselves in the hotel pool which kind of makes it contaminated and unpleasant to use!
We couldn’t bare the cigarette smell so at night we would go to the hotel/mall next to Hard Rock . That property was magnificent , smelled amazing , decorated to perfection and the clientele was much more pleasant!!
I do not recommend staying at this hotel!

This is an exciting casino and hotel with lots of amenities. I was here on a Friday night with a friend and we found it to be quite busy. A very entertaining place. If you don't like gambling there are plenty of restaurants to eat at and you can also watch a live band playing. I don't enjoy night life anymore so my time here was brief but I'm glad I was able to check out the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino!

We stopped by to see what type and amount of machine they had. The Video Double Double poker odds are better than the Beau Rivage. Hardrock pays 8/5 compared to the Beau 7/5

We walked there from another casino. Ok place but they don't give free play to new people. Most of the staff was nice. We want visit again.

I made and cancelled a reservation for city view. Rebooked a water view room. When we got to the room it was a city view. When back to the front desk to get it straightened out and all I was told was I need to contact Expedia. The girl that checked us in seemed overwhelmed and ready to go and likely checked us in to the wrong room but nobody bothered to look into it. All they seen was a res booked through Expedia so that means not my problem. No times were posted on what would or would not be open. Asked staff about the pool bar hours they seemed to not know what was going on like poor communication is the norm. Also found a huge stain on one of the pillows. The stain was facing the headboard, hidden. It was pretty huge and hard to miss. This was my first vacation in 9 years, this hotel appeared poorly managed. ALSO, I planned on doing a little work. The WIFI once inside the room had 1 bar. Called the front desk and was told the WiFi in the rooms are spotty and I would need to stand outside in the hallway to get internet.

Clean casino. Staff was friendly, however the smoke was a little thick and not a lot of quarter machines.

I absolutely love Hard Rock in general and wanted to stay at the hotel for my recent family trip to Biloxi. I ended up staying at a neighboring hotel and visited Hard Rock instead. I am glad I did not stay at Hard Rock as there did not appear to be any activities for kids other than the pool area and eating. Also, there are very few shops in this hotel resort. The casino area was fine...not too big and not too small. We love the music-themed resort overall, but an arcade, or play area for kids would be nice, or at least kid shopping fun!

We were expecting an interesting time in a fun place, having been to several Hard Rocks previously (Las Vegas, Tampa, Orlando). It started with booking issues (via Booking.com, hint: don't upgrade for sixty cents, you get put into a smoking room), and the rate changed within a half-hour of trying to revert to original booking. Booking.com and the Hard Rock blamed each other for the increase. Original quote of around $360/3 nights turned to over $500. Promised "adjustments" made by Booking and by Hard Rock (manager named Brandon Franklin) have yet to be seen. At this stage, unresolved. On to the place itself:
Memorabilia spotty, blamed on Katrina (which was 10 years ago), much of it hung far above eye level, much without identification of pictured rock star. Staff unfamiliar with most of them.
Maid service: poor. Tipped two days in a row, still managed to miss a candy wrapper, bed made poorly, had to ask for coffee, get own water Day 2.
Room: no fridge except pay-bar. Bathroom door was large shower door that took wrestling to operate. No USB port in room. Overall impression: not clean, refurbishments inconsistent with current travel basics, have stayed in better motels (especially at around $200/night, which is what last night of stay cost).
Information: no map or guide to hotel amenities available. No map of Biloxi or attractions available. Asked for both and told there were none (apparently, they do have some tourist brochures, but no one told the front-desk person).
Restaurants: corporate, but very good, bring this to a two-star review. Great burger at the Hard Rock Cafe. Great baked oyster sampler at Half Shell branch in casino. Pizza place good if high-priced. Macau (Asian) closed two of the nights. Ditto Robo-bar.
Casino: not a gambler, but have been in numerous casinos. This one reminded me of Reno, NV, 30 years ago. Not real impressed, but again, am not a credible judge of these things.
Grounds: dirty, no ashtrays outside, poor parking flow, felt pretty random. Shrimp fleet docked out back, very cool but treated as nonexistent by hotel, missed opportunity.
Overall: would not recommend for a stay in Biloxi. Felt underappreciated, this underscored by failure to follow through on promised adjustments to bill to reflect incorrect pricing (gouging) as well as general consumer unhappiness.

I have stayed in their rooms once or twice and eaten at all the restaurants and played there.
The hotel rooms are very "modern" looking, very cold feeling. The Golden Nugget has much better rooms.
The Hard Rock Café is not worth the money and the food isn't very good. Pie Five has terrible pizzas. The Half Shell is a decent restaurant and food is good, but it gets very noisy. The Buffet is good. I haven't been to the new "Sugar Factory" restaurant so I can't speak to that. The Grill was pretty good, but I think they have closed, or are closing it.
I do NOT recommend joining the players club. They will try to 'punish' you by taking away your perks and try to manipulate you into playing more. My boyfriend has been playing there for quite some time and has spend a lot of money playing. He backed off on his play and they have done a couple of very shady things. One was to take away his already reserved balcony seats for a concert, not telling him until he showed up for the concert with his buddy. It's difficult for him and his friend to stand for a long time. The LEAST they could have done was to notify him that he did not qualify for the balcony seats ahead of time instead of letting them show up for the concert and be told he didn't have them. Recently he had a massage scheduled in the spa, and he had it reserved ahead of time. They let him check-in, go get ready, and wait for his massage only to be sitting next to somebody who was given his timeslot. The staff couldn't even bother to tell him why, and the manager would not call him back for a week, and he said it was due to his playing. The spa had even reminded him of his appointment the day before. You would think they could at least notify you if you are going to lose an already confirmed reservation. This place will try and strong arm you into playing more. FORGET ABOUT IT! There are plenty of other casinos to play at.

This was, by far, the worst Hotel and Casino that I have ever visited. It should be renamed “Crack Rock” Hotel because of the deplorable condition it was in and unhelpful front desk help that we had during check in. I was pleased with the service and room that I had on a previous stay 5 years ago in the platinum tower but that was 5 years ago.
The problems started upon check in with a clerk that had no empathy for us after a 9 hour drive and told us that there was no bellman available and we were not allowed to use a valet cart, so, both of us senior citizens ( me with a heart condition) had to haul our heavy luggage and a dog from the parking garage to the room!
We asked for a room with a view ,as high up in the Hotel as possible, overlooking the ocean and explained that we would pay extra for it! We were given a rundown, in dire need of cleaning and updating , room from hell with a not so beautiful view of a parking garage and and roof top air conditioning units!
The room had aged, dirty and chipped furnishings. Our shower door was not sealed and flooded the floor. One shower head wasn’t working and the bathroom sliding door was off track and couldn’t be moved. There were ugly stains on the lampshades and carpeting. The room smelled musty and moldy. The casino down stairs was dirty with cigarette ashes and empty bottles next to the slot machines.
We complained and was supposed to get a refund but that didn’t include the dog fee of $75.00 in which the room wasn’t even suitable for the dog? We think we should have the dog fee and taxes refunded. In conclusion we feel we’re mislead and ripped off. Shame on the management of the Hotel for allowing any of this to happen. Here are some photos of the room

This hotel turned out to be better than expected. The room overlooking the gulf was great and the staff were all very nice

The Hard Rock casino in Biloxi is dark, depressing and small. I've been there twice and was unimpressed. There aren't very many tables games. The casino has a rather odd layout in my view. I won't be back.

Great food, great vibes. David was excellent!! Drink was on point. Make reservations ahead to get quick service

Sugars has good food. Slots were paying regularly. Pool drinks were good but they need waiters to take pool chair orders.

Had a wonderful experience at the Biloxi Hard Rock Cafe and casino. About eight of us enjoyed some dinner and drinks at the Sugar Factory before venturing over to the main bar in the middle of the casino. The music was great that night! Live band performing. Outstanding!! The service at the bar was exceptional also. Enjoyed the drinks and cigars. Great crowd. Staff in the casino the were very polite and accommodating. Definitely a stop while in town.

Stopped on my way to New Orleans just to see what all the fuzz was about...it was about that!!! The place is super nice. The store has great goodies and the bar is worth the trip!

Not a good experience when you have two fire alarms go off over two nights with one having to evacuate your room and never advised it was okay to go back into your room. Then not having hot water and finding out by maintenance they should never have rented us our room. Disappointed the only compensated us $25 in food and beverage.
Very disappointed.

The Casino is nice, lots of neat rock and roll memorabilia to look at. Couldn’t find a waitress to get a drink though. We didn’t care for the patrons much either- griping about smoking (in a smoking casino) and complaining when we didn’t use a players card?
Lots of cool restaurants inside. Easy to maneuver.

I only went here to game, after seeing many large billboards (along I-10) advertising their promotions to "new members." I went to inquire about the program, anxious to take advantage of what they were offering. The lady at the service counter told me that if I earned 60 credits (something that I believe would take several HUNDRED dollars of gambling to achieve) that they'd give me a t-shirt. What a croc of crap. There may be FINE PRINT at the bottom of the highway advertisements, but who sees those going 75 mph???? The casino is beautiful. Elegant, even. But, they didn't get a penny from me. Money-grabbers.

Made a quick little two night get a way from Pensacola, quick trip! Stayed in the 'old tower' which was fine, little worn out but just basically slept there. Room was clean, bed was comfy (just watch out for those wood corners on the frame, got me several times). Great amenities in the bathroom, love the hard rock shampoo, soap. Had a great view of the pool and the gulf. Nice blackout curtains for sleeping in. Had a smoking room which was a plus for us that still have that habit. Played video poker at one of the bars, quick drinks that way! Always love the displays. Not great valet though. Great price, will come back!

When I go to a casino I expect to get a few drinks and lose a little money. Well we spent 1 1/2 hours here. Saw 2 waitresses. One waved and said she would be right back. Nope. Saw her other places but not near us and we didn't move. The next waitress, we were flagging her and asking her to stop. She looked at us, turned her head away and kept walking. I will not be back.

We hate cigarette smoke and were glad that it wasn't very smelly. We ate at the Ruth Chris restaurant with my winnings from a slot machine. I was very glad that we visited here.

The Hotel Casino are amazing. There are so many restaurants that you are sure to find one that suits your taste and your budget. The casino is large with hundreds of slot machines and gaming tables. Best of all, it is a comfortable place and not too noisy.

That was me first time there and I had a blast I really liked all the food and all the staff they were do nice I felt like a queen and and the food was so so good and I really need the trip to relax and I did wat a blessing to be there I will be back real soon

My family and I were intown on business and decided to stay at Hard Rock hotel. Upon arrival the property is beautiful, parking was a breeze and checking in was easy. The lady Heather at the front desk was Not welcoming at all. The rooms was not clean to my expectations due to the price you pay. There was hair in the sink, room seem to have not been dusted in a long time. I always clean the rooms before my family put there things down. I was a bit disappointed about the cleanliness of the room. The decor is nice and the shower area was cool. The outside pool area is nice, and the casino was small. Next day we check out 2 ladies just stood there talking and not even acknowledge me standing there waiting to checkout. I will not stay at Hard Rock hotel in Biloxi again. Will checkout other hotels in the area.

As you walk in you pass the Robobar which is unique. Order and pay for your drink and have it delivered via the Robot. Casino decorated with Rock and Roll memorabilia similar to other Hard Rock Casinos. Plenty of gaming machines and table games to satisfy all gamblers. Great air quality control and lively atmosphere. And the local Casino Hopper bus stops here!

It doesn’t matter what you prefer, your sure to find it at Hard Rock Biloxi. I’ve been to Vegas many times and this is as close as you’ll get to being there. All the casino action, entertainment and dining you could ask for. The pool is top notch and the rooms are as good as you’ll find. Thanks always to the staff for always being very helpful and pleasant!

So my wife and I decided to stay at the Hard Rock and get a beach front view hotel room. I’ll start with good and then move forward. The parking garage is well lit. The sinks area of the bathroom was nice because there were two sinks. The view was good; however, a film covered the window so our view was limited. Upon arrival rock music was playing in the room. Exactly what you would expect from the hard rock. I know things are supposed to be intense but I did not like the color scheme and the room was cramped. On top of this, most of the room furniture had damage to it. The bed, the closet, and the desk. On top of that the roll out keyboard area of the desk was broken off and almost cut me until I figured out what was going on. No drawer space for clothes. The alarm clock that was supposed to play music didn’t work and the outlets for devices were not only lacking but also very difficult to find the plugs. The electronic roll down blinds were stained. Both my wife and I were disappointed with the shower as we were expecting a multiple jet shower, but only one shower head worked at a time. In addition, the pressure was weak. One of the shower heads was loose and seemed to be damaged. Also, my wife had to fight the elevator card every single time she got in it for access to our room. Truly frustrating.
Because there were so many concerns, I called and they did offer another room on the sixth floor, we were on the eighth floor of the Platinum Tower. The restaurants were okay. We did like the Candy Factory for a special treat. But the service for most restaurants seemed lacking. We passed through the Casino to restaurants and honestly weren’t impressed. Casinos nearby were much better run, cleaner, and had more support. Not enough servers were available in the casino either. Also, one last thing, when asked about information about the hotel, like a card or a hotel guide, the front desk said we usually do that. Found out later, some of the info was on the tv, but the front desk didn’t even know this. Room 802. We stayed there the past three days.
I guess when I go to the Hard Rock I expect to be treated like a rock star. I’m not even sure the hotel knew we were staying on site. First time and last time visit for this hotel. Wish I could provide better feedback, I want to.

Recently saw a tribute band in the venue at Hard Rock. The venue was great. Great sound, all seats were good. Easy access in and out. Very well done.

We stopped here to escape the storm during our travels to Pensacola. It was our first time staying at the Hard Rock and we had such a great time. The kids loved watching the robotic bartender. My husband and I took turns watching the kids so we could each explore the casino!! Room service was delicious and plenty in portion. The suite was clean and comfortable and the staff was very courteous!!

Just another casino. Seemed very smokey compared to some others we visited in Biloxi. Cocktail service was slow and sporadic. Best thing it had going for it was the background music.

So far, this has been the worst experience in Hotel Casinos for me. I wanted to try this property since I have never been in a Hard Rock Hotel before (only restaurants) and I thought would be memorable. Checking in was easy but I asked for a fridge for my medicines, they told me they were out and the first thing I see in the room is a mini fridge (really..?)
I will list the things that I saw in the room : (319)
Wire hangers from previous guests with broken wooden hangers
Insert duvet had blood stains, I called to report it and they couldn't find more inserts so the RA made the bed with a thin blanket.
Hair in the shower
Bathroom slididng door not working (had to report it twice)
Worn out carpet
Trash found on the sides of the bed.
One of the employees mentioned I was at the Dungeon of the hotel since I was on the 3rd floor in the OLD BUILDING and yes, I felt like I was there.
Sunday probably was the worst day there, we woke up early to have some breakfast around and on our way back to the room the hallway had mountains of dirty linen thrown in the floor .
I will provide pictures by request.

This is my beautiful wife time to stay at Hard Rock. First 2 times was our anniversary and they upgraded use to the suite both times in Royal Tower. This visit we booked Platinum Tower and the rooms are incredible. We had a gulf view with these large windows which makes the view spectacular. This place is great for couples since there are only a few kids around. The pool is great with music constantly playing. WE LOVE HARD ROCK BILOXI!!!

The hotel room was great except for the wardrobe it was falling in bits doors wouldn't close and the hinges were falling off fortunately there’s 4 on each side, so one missing isn't the end of the world and there is no tea in the room for tea you need to contact room service. I would love to know what the music is at the back of the bed though. A/C worked fine shower a bit fiddly but always hot, though on one occasion i think the hot water was coming from the plant room it just took a few minutes to get there.
We stayed in on end of the curved bit on the fifth floor it was very quite has a view of the sea and the pool area. Where we could watch small fishing boats going out and pelicans feeding.
We dont gamble so cannot tell you much about the casino, other than it was always busy even during the day.
We did see a show which was great its only a small theatre so i cant see many big names there. That said it does happen, occasionally they like to go back to connecting with your audience
Really enjoyed our stay its Hard Rock so most people know what the ambiance is like.

We popped in for a bit to grab dinner and play some slots. It’s very upbeat and glitzy; the slots were tight and the pizza was good!

Stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Biloxi for my friend’s birthday. Had a great time. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean, and the restaurants were great!

I figured last minute why not pay a little more to stay at a well established hotel and casino for a couples weekend. The first night was terrible as the AC stopped working and the room was hot and muggy. But they couldn’t get us a new room until the morning. The vent in the bathroom wouldn’t stay up. The light switch was pushed in the toilet paper holder was on the bathtub and the toilet paper gets wet. There was no ice bucket in the first room, looks like they have serviced the room and stopped.
The second room the towels where literally falling apart. There were no washcloths. The bed sheets had tears on it. The fridge is broke. They started drilling on the pool cement at 6 am! Whyyyy so early on a Sunday. I am really not picky and travel often but really upsetting for such a great brand.

We stopped in to see the memorabilia and my hubby just had to drop some cash into the casino. He had fun playing the nickel slots and won a whopping $10.00! At least the wasn't a loser. The casino and hotel areas were very clean and contemporary. I love the outfits, records and props on display.

Stayed in tower part of hotel - husband had 2 nights comped- room was dated and needed a good cleaning - room musty mildew smelling - all staff we encounter were friendly ( front desk , bell hops)

The first thing you notice at this facilty is the cleanliness. As you enter they have a several hand sanitizer stations available. In the Casino area are numerous hand sanitizer units with a cleaning crew that virtually follows you around. You sit at a slot machine with a cleaniung pad available and when you leave the staff comes right over and cleans the machine, chair and drops another cleaning pad on the seat. The cleaning team did a great job. The staff was very friendly with alot of new slot machines. We visited several casino's in the area and this one by far was the cleanest of them all.

This is not about the HR motel. Its about the HR casino. If you want a casino that pays off, stay here, then go to the casino. My experience in the past, slots take your money, but don't pay off that much. Me and my wife made enough money on slots to pay for our vacation and still had money left over. Yeah. Odds always go in favor of the house. Theres a lot of casinos out there that take advantage of that with greed. I'm sure HR has odds in their favor, but they don't seem to be greedy about it. They seem to be an honest casino. I know that don't make sense, but I'd have to say they are honest. Good time here.

Hard Rock is our favorite casino. Restaurants are great. Slot machines pay out. We love the atmosphere.

Although we did not stay at Hard Rock we stopped by to gamble some and went to the Christmas Day Buffet. They featured crab legs and prime rib and it was EXCELLENT! We got seated quite quickly, the service was perfect and ALL the food was prepared just as we wanted. Best buffet we've ever had really.

So there was good and just not quite good enough. The room had wonderful views and sitting on a morning watching dolphins following a shrimp boat will be probably one of my favourite things I’ll ever have seen. The beds weren’t very comfortable and we probably had the worst nights of sleep while we stayed here. The door was hanging off the wardrobe when we opened them so almost had a major incident minutes after arriving. They came and “fixed” it but told us we’d still have to be careful and that it shouldn’t fall off. The shower was a great size and again had a lovely view but just didn’t seem clean. Maybe these rooms are due a refurb as they just felt dated. We’ve stayed in hard rocks elsewhere and we’re just somewhat disappointed here. We did love the pool area and the steak restaurant however avoid the buffet as it’s just not worth it, it was awful. Cocktails in the centre bar were great but actually getting served wasn’t always easy. Would I stay again??? Im torn but probably not.

Blackjack and slots were the best. Nice dealers they talk and are not boring to play against. Will go again!

This casino has went way down hill from 2007 when we first started going. After my horrible experience at Sugars, read that review, I am never going back. In addition, tight slots, hardly no drink service, not many give aways after covid, and when we did stay there in the past problems with room cleaning several times. They will not get one penny from me. Go to Beau Rivage much better. Bye bye.

hard rock is Fun They have some older machines which have bonus fun to play if you get it GOOD music at concerts & on floor
redoing buffet was good crab before
new eating place want to try specialty drinks

Great place to play and enjoy the people. Some good places to eat and once they do open the entertainment venues, great place to watch show.

this is one of the top casinos on the coast!! great food and the staff is wonderful. they bring in some great concerts during the year!do not miss all the memorabilia!!
All kinds of neat costumes and instruments by famous musicians. This place has a cool vibe. We did not stay here but it is very nice. The guitar out front is amazing. Check this place out when you are in Biloxi.
