Overall excellent. Will return, but not to the Waterfront Tower. Needs some improvement. Will chose a different tower. Lots of choices for food and beverages. We had some really great meals. Did not visit pool but it looked busy and fun. Casino had a lot of variety in slot. Fun to play. Tables excellent and affordable. We had a great time on the Let It Ride tables. Dealers and pit bosses a lot of fun. Great interaction with other players. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Oh! If you don't like dogs you might not want to stay here. There were yappy little ones all over the place (including gaming floor) and at one point a whole pack of (huge) service dogs in training were pranced through the tight confines of the tables stopping frequently to speak to curious onlookers. Not fun for someone like my husband who is terrified of all dogs no matter the size.

Room was cleaned. Room large and bed comfortable. Extremely quiet. Didn't hear anyone until the next day on our floor ( 40th floor). Views of bay were awesome. We were disappointed with everything shutting down between 7 pm- 8 pm beside the casino. Had limited food options at that time. Also pool only open 9-5 with surcharge. Pool area amazing but we are still trying figure out where the 30 dollar resort fee goes too. The person at the check in was wonderful and also the security guard on the way, but all other staff interactions felt cold.

Got a discount price which enticed is to try this hotel. Not on the famous Atlantic City boardwalk, but had a very nice view of the harbour from our room. Nice selection of cafes and restaurants including Gordon Ramsay Steak which we tried.
Only two negatives on our visit-
We had noisy neighbors who were talking nonstop inside their room from 12am-3am. The walls between our rooms apparently paper thin. At midnight, Front desk said hotel was sold out and we could not be relocated. Said security would check it out, but we saw no improvement until 3am. Got no good sleep that night.
Second, the shower curtain had large areas of mildew.
Would probably return, but with lowered expectations.

Not the cleanest place anymore. Over priced buffet. Pizza place not bad. Don't expect to win on the slots. Not the same. Cheap on comps. Management does not get back if there was a problem. Never do. Ocean Resort is nice!

It's a shame that Harrahs shut down the hotel in this picture . This place was still making
money and it was the only casino that had balcony that you could enjoy from your room !
Walked thru it the other day and it was sad to see the same rugs and neon lights on the casino floor minus the machines. The Italian restaurant still looked the same .
There are a few bars open and a mini golf now.
It was a fun place in it's days !!

Stay outside Atlantic City hotels Harrahs is terible. For the price you don't get your moneys worth, And the dogs were all over the place. Poop on the sidewalks

The customer service was also terrible, and for what you pay there is no free wifi, entrance from parking garage was totally filthy and hot as hell...

We played a few slots while waiting to eat dinner. They have a good balance of old and new slots. You can order drinks straight from your slot machine every 20 minutes. Parking was $15

had excellent time, Dealers where friendly & helpful. Everyone was like family, it was like a Different world

My name is Scott Marcel Boyér, Diamond-17701621720. I just want to say, I've had the most excellent time, service and advice for playing the game of Craps, from dealers Beata K., Mery C., Louis C., and Quoc L., and Pit Boss Selina S. This has been one of the best team of Craps Professionals that has ever help guide me on how to play the fast-past table game. They have been teaching me how to bet and how to use and call the proper names of the game to make my bets. This is my fifth or sixth week coming to Harrah's to pay the game of craps. I've always played Three Card Poker. Since trying Craps, my experience with this particular staff has been nothing less than exciting. I look forward to returning every Friday or Saturday, just to hang out with this amazing team.

We stayed overnight at Harrah's Atlantic City yesterday. At first, we were pleased with the room and the view. However, our bathroom sink was clogged, and it drained slowly every time we used it. This morning, while showering, I discovered that the body wash dispenser was empty, obviously never checked by housekeeping. When we were almost home, we discovered that we had left a cell phone in the charging station in our room. We called the hotel, and they told us to go to lost and found on their website . We did that and filed a report. When I called again to inquire if it was found, since we located it with Google, they said they would transfer us to lost and found. I got a recorded message with no opportunity to speak or leave a message, and I was hung up on.

This hotel is not what it used to be. There were a lot of people sitting in cars or standing near the cars at the valet entrance blasting loud music and most of them weren't wearing masks. I don't think they were doing valet parking at the time, you had to find parking in their garage across the street. Once you made it past craziness the check in line was ridiculously long. There were only 2 agents at the counter checking in over 20 people which took over 35 minutes and everyone was not socially distancing. There needs to be more agents assisting with check-in so the lines move along quicker. The suite that we had was nice which is why I gave it 2 stars but after that experience we said we would not go back. Just not worth it.

Martha and Chirly Nuckols are the best...best dealer and pit boss combo...will comeback because of them

This Harrah"s is the only casino EVER to let me play a slot machine for 5 hours (yes, 5 hours) without running out of money. It is so much fun when you can play awhile without going through your money within a matter of minutes. Lots of bonuses - it was a Cashman machine. I am looking forward to another visit and hope for another good outcome.

Noticed the lingering smell of smoke when I entered the casino from self park - was very surprised to see smoking permitted in the casino - not sure if it is only in certain areas but I saw many people smoking — other than that casino was beautiful - place was clean - friendly staff — walk from self park to rooms is pretty far

So we have been to ac a lot since my first review of the showboat. We have stayed there 3 times since the first time I wrote that review. We love the orleans tower, so I much more over the bourbontower which they claim is the better tower! Not so my friends!! The orleans tower is the newer better tower.’Do NOT park there though, they sold the parking garage to hard rock so if you want you’d car safe and secure, park at hard rock or resorts!! 12 bucks to park outside is rediculous!! Oh, just remembered!!! Ocean casino had free parking!! So showboat is a great deal!! We love it there !! Just find another parking spot!!!!!!😏

Not the best but pretty damn good. I liked my stay. Buffet was right downstairs from my room a couple steps from the elevator and so was the pool. The pool after dark was great. Mixed crowd, good music... partied til about 2:30am. Rooms were modern and looked newly renovated. Pretty clean... not spotless but not dirty either. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

I take my dog with me so i get a pet room and it was nice, the buffet was awesome, but when i gambled I did not earn nere enough comp dollars based on the length of time i played and money that i spent

I Love this place especially the coastal tower you definitely have to visit. You'll love it there they have everything you need.

Wonderful pit boss, made everything accommodating for us! Highly recommend Harrahs and all of it offers!!!

We were happy with our room. Hotel was clean and nice. Casino was modern with a big selection of slots and video poker. You will have to take a cab or Uber to go anywhere off the property.

Our second favorite place to stay and gamble. Always stay here in the winter when its too cold to walk on the boardwalk.but we are very disappointing they stopped giving the free buffet for those that gamble. We have been staying at different locations just for this reason

More virtual gaming than Caesar’s. Large slots area with a variety of different games. Shuttle offered to Bally’s and Caesar’s.

Wanted to experience the beautiful weather for a change. Headed to Atlantic City. Had breakfast at the new/ remodeled buffet at Harrah’s. Breakfast was wonderful. Many options to choose from & the food was hot. It’s freat that they have omelets & pancakes available to order on request. In the past, the food wld sit in the trays & harden & go stale. Love the new concept.

I stayed next door at Caesars Palace (attached and in the same group), but I enjoyed the casino much more here.
I played a little my first night at Caesars, then spent the remaining time at Harrah's.
Nice selection of games (need more keno options), nice, wide layout also.
I recommend it.

Beautiful suite in the Bayview Tower. The slot machines were cold as ice. The breakfast too was cold. Then the maid service knocked at 9;30 AM and asked with an attitude when we were leaving! I guess she wasn't awhere chekout was at 11AM!

Needs work. Definitely not the way it used to be, unfortunately. But I still recommend a visit if in the area.

I have stayed with Caesar’s properties multiple times AC & Vegas. I have an affinity for Harrahs when I visit AC because no matter the time of year I can be in a beautiful (used to be well maintained indoor pool). I planned this trip around the indoor pool as my GF loves to be in a pool and hot tub.
The Ok
I know it has been staffing issues lately all over but it’s barely any food establishments open only 2-3 places open most days for food which is already rarely worth the cost.
The ultimate disappointment after searching online & confirmed with hotel before booking their main indoor pool is still open.
Welp they didn’t tell me it’s now a fee to use the pool and it’s only open 9am- 5pm 😳.
It’s seems they’re focusing on their late night parties but those are mainly weekends. Why wouldn’t the pool be open later during the week.
Calling to get info on pool after texting “ivy” their automated text service (which stated family pool was closed and told us about after dark pool party) took 30 mins for someone to give us the info we were actually interested in after calling a few times. Because they kept transferring to pool department and no one would pickup.
The good - when we arrived the check in kiosks line was too long and moved fast (even though only half of the kiosks were working).
We checked in within 10ish mins of arriving to the lobby.
Casino is still good not as many tables opened (but it was the weekday and We usually wasn’t gambling later then 9pm).
Drink service was great! Truly awesome cocktail waitress and I was all over the casino. They were courteous, helpful and prompt.
Overall
For the price I’m not completely upset (but I also had a very reasonable price as an offer).
It’s just not living up to it’s expectations. They have a resort fee but you pay an additional fee per person for pool usage (think it doesn’t cost for family pool which was closed)
Especially when our last full day we just wanted to enjoy the “resort” and everything it offered. With the lack of food offerings we ordered out. I also seen quite a few people getting food delivered.
Harrahs your missing out on our food $$$
Because of the pool schedule I could only enjoy it once out of my 3 full days and because of the fee I thought it silly to pay additional for just an hour of pool time (as sometimes that’s all I had Available)
Also one day it closed at 4pm. Didn’t find that out until I was about to go use it at 3pm one day.
Unless, I’m getting a complimentary stay it’s rare that I would be back to stay. But I will definitely enjoy their casino next time I’m in AC.

Make sure you have a total rewards card and if not get one!
Poker bars are nice
Good amount of tables and medium-sized tournament area
Rooms are good but nothing special. If I recall the towers are great two-room one sofa rooms.
The pool turns into a party.
Gordon Ramsay Steaks must eat the RIB CAP
The burger place on the casino floor is worth going to!
Take the shuttle to the boardwalk and other casinos!

My friends and were put into the Atrium tower suites and the furniture was old, one of the couches was wrapped and it just didn’t seem updated. The casino is great and the dealers and everyone from the checkin to the pit bosses were great.

The Harrahs at Atlantic city is pretty much iconic and a must to visit at least once. We were happy that we upgraded to the newly renovated side and really enjoyed our stay.

They took our money and apparently that's all they care about. Everything we asked for we didn't get.

We have stayed at Harrah's many times. There is a variety of rooms; some newer than others, but all are large and comfortable. The restaurants are great and the casino is very large.

Spent a nice morning gambling at Harrah's Resort and played the slot machines. Had plenty of old and new machines to play with several different denominations. I did not stay over night but it looked like a place to stay with plenty of options to eat and drink.

I spend a wonderful week-end at Harrahs hotel and casino. The room in the harbor tower should be upograded because the bath tub and only one shower curtain should be changed as soon as possible. The housekeeping staff were very courteous and attentive to your requests. The staff at the casino were very helpful in an answering your questions.

We recently stayed at Harrah's. Check in was great. Rooms were ready and even got the adjourning rooms I requested. Rooms were in Bayview Tower. Large, very clean and everything in the room worked properly. Ate at Costal Kitchen, McCormick's & Schmick's, Bobby Burgers and Cafe Tazza. Had exceptional service starting at Valet...we love Patrick..on the casino floor, at cashier windows and Total Rewards!! Our trip was great!!

This is generally a review of the slot inequalities that exist at Harrahs casino however along with the main nuance will be a few eclectic observations.
Firstly 4 of us went for dinner Sunday night to Gordan Ramsay steak house & 3 complained after- the food, presentation etc were very much lacking & they were very disappointed.
Secondly my wife went to the spa 3 days of our stay & had to complain to the management that the experience was anything but Zen as patrons were allowed to be very robust & loud -
Now into the casino a few times when asking the servers for water , the reply was - non available- water - really.
Main issue - probably one of the most popular slots in any casino is the family of Buffalo slots. Also probably most casinos have a majority of their Buffalo slots in Buffalo Gold, Harrahs offered 3 GOLD machines in smoking along with a double seater Gold as well,- in non smoking there were no Buffalo GOLD MACHINES
Not sure i understand that decision, btw if one visits both Caesars & Ballys they both offer many more Gold machines then Harrahs,in both smoking & non.
This inequality should be corrected immediately

It was a nice weekend with lots of good food. Costal craft restaurant has the best pancakes. The men’s shop Four Drawers has a nice selection of men’s clothes.

We went to Harrahs to see one of NJ’s most talented artists, singer songwriter & rocker John Eddie at their Eden Lounge. Eden was a lot of fun (although drinks were VERY pricy). I do think it’s worth it- because any casino that is smart enough to book such great talent & not charge a cover charge, can have my drink revenue (I flew in from London for the show & live in California). Hats off to whoever books their entertainment!!

Harrah’s
My family and I arrived late in the evening.
When we arrived to our room it smelled like marijuana so bad my so was like it smells like pickles! The room smelled and was filthy.
The countertops had dirt and dust everywhere. Walls and carpet dirty.
The bathroom disgusting. Hair on the floor, dirty towels, dirty all over floor walls and floor. Mirrors in bathroom and room were dirty as well.
The bellman even agreed with us.
He was very helpful . But there was nothing they could do.
When I went back down to speak with front desk they had to get a manager.
There was a woman complaining next to me regarding the cleanliness of her room as well.
The manager said that she could not get us a new room but would have it cleaned.
I explained we have an 8 year old and how could we sleep with a room that smelled liked marijuana. Then I asked ti speak to someone else and she said there was no one to speak with. The manager was not nice and couldn’t care less.
It was almost 11pm and we just wanted to go to sleep. So we went to room and waited but no one came to clean our room.
Then I called around 11:15 and I called housekeeping. The person that answered said she got the request and would be up in a couple minutes. It’s 11:45 and still no one has showed. So I wiped down what I could so we could just get some rest.
Will never return to Harrah’s again.

we stayed at ocean resort and drove over to harrah's property to go to the buffet. we were surprised that the price per person was less than it had been one month prior. our last visit the food was excellent with crab legs, salmon, many ,many extras. this time the price was reduced and there were no crab legs, the shrimp were undercooked small and veru unappealing, the clams were cold the mussels were barely luke warm in a pasts sauce that was tasteless. we met up with a few friends and the 6 of us were very disappointed with our choice and would not recommend it for the price.

I love Harrah swimming pool I like Harrah adult pool because it's only for Adult it's very nice inside I love that fact that they have several hot tubs to get in.I love the rooms in the new tower.staff is friendly and helpful. The Diamond room is really nice staff very friendly.

This hotel is very nice and it is clean. Not very close to the boardwalk but they have a shuttle to Ceasars and Showboat.

I do not know what to say.. Do not try to get higher membership with Harrah's. I did not have any good experience. Slot dollars offer is poor. Hosts are not helpful.it may be only to me but not good experience with me. No buffet offer for me as I am a seven stars. Whoever decide making not want to go ply there. I did not stay there, I just went to play Bingo..

Definitely a Frat House Sorority environment. Other AC hotels have clubs and bars as well but seem to have their acts more put together to welcome ALL. Hopefully Harrah's can improve. You bet and there are no comps. Oh well.

Terrible dirty. Bad food hall smelled like weed long walk from parking. Rugs filthy. No beach. Waited 20 minutes on line for coffee. Terrible stay

Event planners BOB CATLIN, MANAGER AND HIS SUBORDINATE, LISETTE were horribly rude.
How he allowed his subordinate to talk with quest with an attitude clearly proves there is a problem....
Her foul mouth and discriminatory remarks was absolutely unnecessary and unprofessional...
Fifteen minutes before count down quest with confirmation were not allowed to enter the ballroom. It was the worst scenario ever.

The people are friendly & the staff tried very hard to make your stay comfortable. The accommodations are
nice and clean. I go once a month and always enjoy my stay.

The Atlantic City casino at Harrah's is fun. There are a lot of ways to take a chance and select your minimum bet amount. Getting free drinks while you gamble is awesome! Hopefully, you'll spin your wheel of fortune.

This Harrah's is really generic and looks like dozens of casinos across the country. It was clean and had a decent selection of slot machines and video poker. I found navigating this casino to be rather confusing. Not an intuitive layout. High Limit area had a healthy number of machines but I was surprised at how many of them were older machines and not fun to play. The ticket redemption machines were really old too. Not always easy to get a taxi from here either. Poor quality rewards program.

The hotel is ok. Rooms in the tower were nice. Had issues with my room key and had to go back to the front desk a couple of times before they realized it is a battery issue. It is a long walk to go back and forth.
When you call the hotel operator, it is a call center in the Phillipines and long holds until someone gets on the call. Thats annoying. Very impersonal.
The food is inedible. Went to Coastal Kitchen, AC Burger, Mccormicks and truly terrible. Coastal Kitchen is just ok for breakfast. If you are staying there, make food reservations somewhere else. $8.47 for med tea at Starbucks

It's a long drive from home to site but it's still worth the travel. I never stopped get excited to search for my favorite games either tables or slots whichever is available or not too crowded. I always try to stay away from smoking area as much as possible but even if I am at the non smoking area the smoke gets to my eyes, nose and clothes.

Arrived at 10 pm with a line of 12 people waiting for check in. left and came back an hr later and 7 of the people were still waiting in line!! how hard is it to check in?!

Clean, fresh, relaxed atmosphere. Seems small but just a nice place for a great day. WSOP holds a tournament there in August.

We only stay at Harrah's when visiting Atlantic City. Located along the Harbor and Marina with breathtaking views. Many towers to choose from, all excellent, spacious clean and neat. Staff always kind and helpful and friendly. They are in partnership with Ceasars and Ballys. Free shuttle service to all 3. Ballys is on the boardwalk and a free shuttle awaits you. Fine dining. Cafes short orders are all fantastic as well as the scrumptious buffet. The domed pool is the best in town.open year round with perfect temperature and atmosphere. Many shows, concerts and parties at night
All fun for sure. The onsite gym I utilize regularly. The casino has it all plenty of table games and great slots selection.Did pretty well.
In short. Harrahs is the place to stay and play.

I usually go to Harrah’s during each trip to AC. I am not a club person, so I cannot comment on the nightclub stuff. While some are there to spend a lot of money on tables, I am more of a five dollar bet guy. With that being said, there are not a lot of tables open, and the ones that are open are usually packed with people. I couldn’t pinpoint something specific that would place Harrah’s over another casino.

Came here for a show and some gambling. They separated the smoking section with a walkway which is a joke. When you enter from the parking garage you’re hit with a flume of smoke. If you’re sensitive to that I’d go elsewhere. Didn’t have a large selection of slots that I like but the drinks were fast and good.

This room was terrible. Smelled like mildew. Refrigerator and electrical outlets didn’t work. Sink didn’t drain. Only the sink was fixed. A pile of dirty linens sat outside of our door for over 24 hours. Won’t return.

Very good hotel and casino stayed there several times never had a complaint the only thing you should listen up your machines to win it’s nice to win once in a while the buffet is decent rooms are clean service is good comps are ok it’s nice to get a free room and a free buffet along with a friend great place thank you

It was my Grandmothers Favorite when they had gaming and I hope they find a way to bring it back I keep hearing stories of how great it was. I an willing to bet the reason Caesars Entertainment closed it was because you actually won there. The rooms are in good shape since being remolded.

Used the self service kiosk to check in. The machine must have been out of paper because it dispensed room keys without the paper with our room assignment making it necessary to wait in line in the lobby, defeating the purpose of the self service kiosk. Took the elevator to the 5th floor of the Bayview Tower for a 2 night stay. This is supposed to be a “premium” room and price as such. The nonsmoking room had a stuffy stale cigarette smell upon entering. All of the hard surfaces were covered in dust and the carpet did not look vacuumed. The nightstand had something dried up on it from a previous guest. The bathtub had drops of some unknown brownish orange substance. Ice machine on the floor is broken, so have to go to another floor for ice. So far, not impressed.

The resort appears to be a little run-down. But the beds were comfy and you could not ask for a friendlier staff. You will receive a smile and helping hand every time you turn a corner.
Our biggest complaint was the pricing for food and drink. (Yes, my friends. It costs $6.00 for a single 16 oz bottle of water - twice what you would pay for a 24-pack when it is on sale at your local grocery store!)
The Boardwalk is fun. And the Harrah's bus will take you there for free if you have a TR Rewards card.
But once you take the bus back to Harrah's, options are extremely limited. Most of the food joints shut down early - before 9pm. A lot of them don't even open on weekdays. And it is very hard to find food after midnight.
However, I don't want to dissuade you from this adventure! The POOL was great & the people were phenomenal.
Consider it an adventure! Otherwise, you might be a little disappointed with your journey.

I always stay at the hotel. The updated rooms are great. The staff is helpful. Get to valet park you car. Wish the shops were a little more high end but thats okay. Love the night life there. Always a good time.

I think of all the Atlantic City hotels, Harrah's has the nicest - and largest - bathrooms in the guest rooms.
The Pool After Dark hosts parties and events. Check their event schedule!
Guy's Sammich Joint is across from the pool and serves excellent sandwiches.

My fiancé and I usually play at the trop and the ocean in A/C. Recently we have been getting great offers from the ceasers property Harrahs and decided to give them a try. We were extremely impressed. The place was lively with good looking young people having a blast. The casino floor was bustling all weekend long and the dealers and pit bosses were fabulous. Even though we lost money at the tables we got such a great deal on the room and drinks that it was well worth it. We had a great experience and if we continue to get good offers to come stay and play there we will be saying bye bye to the ocean and trop ;)

Visited Harrahs Hotel Casino in Atlantic City NJ Christmas week 2018...
Only 3 elevators were in operation.
Visitors that were staying at the hotel stated that on previous visits to the hotel the elevators were not functioning. So this problem seems to be a reoccurring one.
Management prohibits use of the stairways. Patrons be warned... expect long wait times boarding an elevator!!
My room was clean customer service was good...probably would enjoy AC more during the summer months...
Sorry to say Atlantic City looks more like a wasteland...

It wasn't a bad casino. We went by shuttle bus from Bally's. The shuttle was free. There was plenty of games to choose from.

Horrible. The casino is poorly lit and poorly spaced out. The staff we encountered was uncaring and gave the impression they weren’t happy to be working there. Worst of all was the air “perfume” used to try to make the casino more inviting….nauseating!!!!

I did not stay at Harrah's this trip but stayed there many times. I did eat at the buffet and gambled there just about every day that I was in AC. I would recommend visiting this casino, the pool and restaurants are good also. I been to Mccormick and Schick many times. Check out their happy hour specials.

A great place to stay! It's out of town off the busy, noisy boardwalk but not far from anything. There are many good restaurants on property including our favorite Martorano's.

Went to the buffet with 6 people not any issues the food was great and we even bought the extra lobster and it was awesome if you have the extra money it is worth it. The only issue we did have was with our server he was not very good but beside that everything was great.

My husband and I have been to and played video poker triple double bonus poker at many casinos not only limited machines with this game but you couldn’t get four of a kind we lost thousands worst three days at a casino ever machines are so tight it’s ridiculous never going back EVER

Did not stay at the hotel, but based upon what I saw at the casino I would recommend this casino to any person or persons who would like to spend some time there. The location was ideal. This casino was impressive in terms of decor and ambiance.

The benches were dirty and lots of candy wrappers , waste around.used to be a nice board walk to stroll

Things change and never for the best. No crab legs in the buffet, the food got really bad..Time to change casino.

Nice fun hotel casino at the beach. Pool is fun adults only with food service and a bar. But the rooms are very noisy I stayed in all 3 towers now and all you hear every sound in the hall

Lots of tables, machines, and lovely room! If you're looking for a place to stay and have fun, Harrah's is your place. Great selection of machines and tables to enjoy yourselves. Food is great. Dealers are fun. Definitely interested in returning!

My friend works there she be bringing jewelry face towels all type of things home she works in housekeeping Efay Robinson mad face towels for like five bucks she said when the j ones comes whatever the hell a j one is she'll let them take the blame since there money is not taxed

Chirly Nichols and Martha G were the best!! Made our visit amazing!!! Great blackjack experience!!! We will be back!

Expansion can be good, not in this case.
Used to enjoy this place, immensely. Not Anymore.
Got too big, reconfigured monstrosity. Unfriendly!
Borgata is WAY better.
You lost a good customer.
WAKE up!

I saw the change of card on 1 of the table games. The shuffler machine can re arrange and call the cards numerically and suites. Check every time you win or order drinks, the floor boss change the setting of the computer in your table and within a few hands someone will win and will loose eventually. They can play the odds against the players and can manually see what the cards will be dealt before hand. It’s always a loss - loss situation. No such thing as luck anymore with a computerized shuffling machine.

Sanitizers are located at various locations in the casino.
Smoking area seems to have good ventilztion so that the smell of smoke does not permiate the non smoking section.
A wide variety of slot machines and table games are available.

We had a room in the Waterfront Tower. The room was very spacious. We had a view of the pool. The elevators were not all working so it was difficult to leave your floor or get back to your room. The casino is large, but the smell of smoke is everywhere. There was minimal water pressure in the shower and the mattress was very soft. The first morning we had warm water to shower in, but the next day it was hot. The parking lot is very far from the rooms.

We just checked in and what a disappointment. We waited 20 minutes in line to check in however our guy at front desk Michael was great and quick. Michael was our only saving grace!!
We got to our room in the Marina tower and not only did it smell of smoke but also found ashes all over the room on tables floor etc. We called front desk who told us that this is a non smoking tower which I replied well not this room. I asked
For a room change to be told that cannot and had to try to resolve this issue with housekeeping. It’s been a while now and no house keeping has appeared......
The room is very dated and unkept from the floor to the bathroom to the chairs and corduroy purple love seat. OMG!!!
The bathroom had a black toilet so low to the ground that I am not sure if it is for adults.
No words except whoever noted this as 4 stars is on crack!!

Harrah's Atlantic City is a large Casino with updated games and very nice casino floor. Some great restaurants....I do not recommend McCormick and Schmicks...(See my review) but other restaurant were great. Visit each time we visit AC.

Why can't Ballys and Caesars be as clean as this place. They re did a lot of rooms. Just beautiful. The burger place when you walk in is very good. Way over priced buffet that is just basic food. Nice lovely place would recommend you go there. Nice!

spent $200 in slots, won no more than $30, played that back and lost that too. While playing I ordered a drink but I didnt have my TR card in the machine. My drink came with a demanding a tip waitress and my fiance ordered with his TR card and the screen said that drinks were unavailable. I doubt if I ever visit Harrahs again, not to play or stay

we always gamble at harrahs they have a very nice diamond club but the place has become super dirty! theres so much garbage in parking garage and on game floor .The diamond club is super clean and nice

Went to Atlantic City for my first time with my buddy and stayed at Harrah’s. The table games seemed fair and the dealers were fun and interactive. Only dabbled in the slot machines, but those aren’t my cup of tea. The casino was well kept, slight smell of cigarette smoke without being overpowering (it’s honestly part of the casino experience). The roulette dealers were interactive and fun. The table games seemed fair overall without having “”too much” house edge like some casinos tend to have. My room was clean with modern furnishings. We ate at Gordon Ramsay Steak and the beef Wellington was pretty good. I will say that the beef tar tar appetizer is not for everyone, unless you enjoy what looks/feels like raw ground beef. First bite was good/interesting, but subsequent bites start to feel odd due to the texture. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Didn’t get to meet Gordy though. I went to Bally’s for a bit, which was decent, but Harrah’s definitely has a “classier” feel. Overall, I will likely be going back a couple of times per month. My local casino just doesn’t cut it compared to Harrah’s.

We had a great experience overall starting at check in with Bianca. She was very helpful and accommodating for celebrating my wife's birthday.
Our room was very nice and clean with a great view.
The only thing was a negative was that the walls are on the thin side and easily hear guests in the next rooms.

I have been playing and staying at Harrah's for 20 years now, I have been a gold card holder and a diamond card holder, they do not care about you unless you are a seven star. After all these years I have decided to go to another property in A.C. and give it a go I am sad to say this but you are no one unless you give everything you own or have to them.

We stayed at Harrah's for recent conference and were put off by the smokey atmosphere. Even in our 5th floor room, we could still smell it. The casino floor was way worse but, interestingly, we couldn't smell the smoke in their Veracruz restaurant.
Otherwise the hotel was satisfactory if somewhat overpriced.

My mom and I took a taxi over and saw Legends in concert. We had such a good time and ate at McCormick and Schmitt. Good food and nice atmosphere. we truly enjoyed the outside area with a view of the water.

this chain is full of greed You use to get free drinks at bar while you play now you have bet1.23 a shot and never stop or you do not get drink and the worst is you now have to pay 20.00 a day to go in pool GREED GREED

Harrah's is a great place to stay, dine, gamble, and plenty of nightlife.
They have probably the most beautiful indoir pool in all of Atlantic City with tall papm trees , cabanas, and glass dome. You feel like your outside. At night the pool area turns into a night club with famous DJs like Pauly D. It get really hopping with great music , dancing and people swimming and dancing in the pool.
There's no other place like this. They have great restaurants.
I highly recommend this place.

A really nice Hotel and Casino. We've been to the one in Vegas, and it doesn't compare to Harrahs in Atlantic city. Lots of different games, The Staff are really nice, and efficient. We had a dinner there for my Husband, it was delicious, as the pictures show. Very Grand and Brilliant inside. We recommend this Beautiful Hotel-Casino

a majority of the machines were very old and outdated. There was only one let it ride table, and it was always full. The drinks servers were very prompt and friendly.

Don't waste your time or money. This hotel was terrible. They have mice running around in rooms and the food is horrible. Staff is very rude

Had a great tome never left the tables had fun drinks was geeat food was too i shopped alil nt stayed on the tables until 1pm the next day i loved it

What a horrible experience I went to the Harrahs casino in AC to see a show first let me say if you are disabled please travel with someone when going to this hotel. first tip If you park in the garage and you're disabled please note you have to go down and escalator once you get off the elevator from the garage to check in. I had to call security to find out how to check in. i was told due to the wheelchair i would have to cross the street to get the hotel. Once in the hotel, you have to go through the casino to check in. Secondly, when i arrived at the reservation desk, i requested a shower chair. House keeping left a commode chair in the entrance of way of the hotel room, and the actual shower chair was left In the bathroom entrance way,not in the shower where it belonged. Lastly, Remember I was here to see a show.. After waiting in line And having my ticket scanned, I was told that my seat was on the 2nd floor and I needed the elevator , And I asked for someone to show me where the elevator was so that I wouldn't miss the show. Due to staffing no one could show me The location of the elevator and could not leave their post .so The manager just ended up putting me in an empty spot it turns out I was squatting in someone else's Ada seats and towards the end of the show I had to leave Because I was in somebody's wheelchair ada seating.. All this happened in one night it was a total disaster. And I don't ever want to come back to this hotel

was there all thing and food SUCKS rooms not clean flights allways late to and backs we do not need to wait for people who are late they know the times to go all slots are to tight to win at all can/t grt a drink no help to bring it to you

Don’t stay here. I repeat don’t stay here. The vast majority of the hotel is outdated and their have been numerous complaints including the one I made to the better business bureau that involved me being charged twice for a pre-paid room. When I spoke to the front desk supervisor Karen Kupper she excused me of being irate and refused to help me even though I had been charged twice. My advice stay at Ocean’s, or the Bogata. The rooms and the staff are much nicer and you won’t be overlooked, or overcharged.

Charged $10 for parking that was supposed to be FREE with points. Enough points in account but not usable. Of course, any one asked about this situation knows NOTHING!! Burger restaurant now charges $17 for a hamburger with No fries....want fries,now$9, want a coke $6. Want a slice of onion on that burger, 80 cents. RIDICULOUS. Guess I will stick to gambling in my own backyard!!!! Oh, by the way, want early checkin $15.00.!! even though the hotel was empty and the rooms were ready!!

It's a casino like all the others in town.
However the pool at Harrahs is the best pool area in Atlantic City and was the primary reason I choose to stay there. Under a geometric glass dome with temperatures set at 80 degrees, you can sit in a hot tub or pool and view snow falling from the sky. It's also the only place in Atlantic City that has bar and food service there. And it's adults only.
The Sportsbook is basic and small but comfortable with a giant wall of televisions, so you won't miss the action but the bar and food options are limited and there are no tables for eating.
The hotel is nice and the rooms are varied with some recently renovated so check out the options. The restaurants are good as well.

I've rated Harrahs a few times in the past and felt I should again, since I just spent a weekend there. The employees were great, the room was adequate, but the casino needs major work. On a Sunday afternoon, none of the cash/ticket redemption machines were working. And it wasn't from a server issue. They didn't have staff to fill/fix them. I'm a slot player and the convenience of ordering a drink at the machine is hit or miss. Most of the time I got a message that said "unable to process order at this time". When we'd stop a server she'd tell us we had to order through the machine. Quite the catch 22. In general I thought the casino was dirty with overflowing trash receptacles, and trash laying on the machines. Of course it would be nice if more patrons acted like humans and didn't leave their junk all over the place. I am frequently wrong and this may be one of those times but it seems to me that to increase or maintain falling profits Harrah's (Caesars) has cut too many staff members and are expecting what's left to do more. As long as people like me keep showing up they have no reason to alter their course. For me?? I'll find somewhere else.

Went down‼️ It is not clean! Not going back it started with the garage where there were trash everywhere..

Nice room, great food in the Laurel Lounge and AC Burgers. Class entertainment at night in the Eden Lounge! Friendly, hard-working bartenders!

My trip to Harrah's casino was excellent! I did not stay over night. it was just a one day trip with friends and family. The casino was clean and comfy and the employees were very helpful, professional and courteous.

I only gambled a bit, but there were a large range of slot machines, drinks came quite quickly and staff was very friendly.

i have been to Harrah's quite a number of times over the years and here's a few things to know:
[1] Casino is pretty good with a large variety of slots and table games and sportsbook is pretty good to catch a game
[2] Restaurant offerings are pretty good EXCEPT if going mid week - then the offerings are quite limited
[3] Check In is a NIGHTMARE and they seem to have no interest in fixing this
[4] Parking garage elevator is a broken mess and has been for years.
[5] Leaving the parking garage is fully automated and just does not work well
[6} They renovated a bunch of rooms and those are nice
I'd go back again but Harrah's could be a lot better with some effort

Horrible guest services. Will not hold rooms past 8:00 PM. Will not accommodate families needing 2 connecting rooms. Put me in a tower a10 minute walk from my daughter and her family with no empathy, compassion, or caring. Free WIFI for only 2 devices per room that sleeps 4. Charge $13.99 per device per day for all others. Fees for advertised amenities above the resort fee. Parking is terrible and no place to unload luggage in front of lobby without paying valet. I had to drag luggage from garage to lobby. Minimal handicap parking spaces on 1 level of a 5 level garage. Entrance to elevator not handicap accessible. I will NEVER return!

We were in Atlantic City for a few days so we took the shuttle to Harrah's. Harrah's was very nice. It is a large casino with good variety of machines. There are alot of restaurants and choices for dining. Lots of shops are also available. We really enjoy being able to order drinks right at your machine. That is a great feature. We would recommend giving Harrah's a try. We had a fun experience.

I was in a comp room (perhaps they save the better rooms for actual paying customers). I have not complaints about service, food, casino floor. The lower level room in the Water tower could use some updating with newer fluffier towels and clothes.

I decided to try the Ocean Towers and I regretted it. I will always stay at the Waterfront. The shower had a half door and the bathroom floor was getting wet. The shower flow was very low. And on Monday morning they were drilling and hammering at 7:30am in the morning. Front desk said they will have security to look into it, but the drilling and hammering persisted. Worst visit ever. I will always stay at the waterfront from now own.

We stayed here for one night in July 2018. I used to love this casino but it has gone down hill. Our room was dirty. The casino floor was dirty. A couple of slot machines I went to play were all sticky. Any staff we encountered were very rude.

Very busy but very open. Meet a lot of people who were very pleasant and the directions signs were very helpful.. Bars where beautiful.

First time playing in a casino. Found a blackjack table with no one there so I could get a quick lesson and not be intimidated. Actually came home with additional money. The dealers were super helpful.

This is my 4th time to Atlantic City and we always go and play at each casino. Harrahs is a very nice upscale casino resort off the Boardwalk. We did not stay here but they do have places to eat, shops, food court for a quick bite to eat. The slots were actually paying out some and my friend and I both won some bonuses. My friend is the gambler and plays a lot more than me, mostly penny machines for .50 to $1.25 a spin. He actually left with more than he came in with. If he spends $60 in a casino and walks out with $20 to $50 or more than he came in with, that"s a good day. The casino is nice, same slots as you see in all the other casinos. Nothing different or unusual as far as slots, just the same old everyday run of the mill that you find in all the casinos. I will definitely stop here again if I ever make it back to Atlantic City.

we did not stay at Harrahs we only visted for the day-clean casino-nice diamond lounge nice people dealers on tables were very nice and enjoyable to talk to we stayed at Harrahs for the day and then went back to Caesars where we were staying

On Wednesday, March 11, my wife and I got to the casino around 9:40 and I started to play one of the slot machines and ordered a cup of coffee. After about 20 minutes of not winning a nickel and not getting my coffee, I decided maybe the service was just bad in that area and moved to a different area. Same results. So my wife flags down one of the other employees and they tell me the problem is that they're going through shif change. So he gets on his walkie talkie and tells them I want coffee and they say I should stay where I am. 20 more minutes later (over one hour total now), still no coffee. I went and bought a coffee in the food court and told me wife we going to leave and I will never go to Harrah's again.

I wanted to recognize Christopher GeGirolamo A Black Jack dealer Harrahs High Limit Pit. #112357. I could not have asked for a better dealer to have during my stay this past Thursday 3/21. One of the most friendly dealers. Genuine, Helpful and Patient. Just an overall comfortable feeling while playing. I would also like to Mention Joe the Pit Boss
Always friendly and accommodating. In general The high limit pit staff overall is a great bunch.

The slots are not taken care of. They don’t fix a problem before something breaks. They rip you off in the middle of a bonus. They told me they wouldn’t put it back on until I can get there they called me to tell me that they have been on all day so with that being said all the money I put in was considered gone. They lie and play games. It’s so wrong what they did.

It is sad - we LOVE spending the day at Harrah's pool, as we have for more than a decade, but the entire place has been neglected since the pandemic, and it shows. They've renamed the "Harbor Tower" to "Laguna", but the Atrium, Bayview, and Waterfront Towers kept their names.
There's also a new nickle-and-dime approach to everything that violates the entire concept of a "resort", as one is always being hit up for a few more dollars at every turn. Examples:
1) Parking is no longer free for hotel guests who are anything less than "diamond" level.
2) The pool costs an extra $10 per day per person for hotel guests
3) There's still a "resort fee" of $32 per day per room, what does it pay for?
4) There's other padding on the bill - "AC Tourism Fee", "NJ Room Fee", "OCC Surcharge"... whatever.
Why not just admit that the quoted room prices are only half the total, and go back to charging a fair price for the room, and NOT adding fees for everything?
And the brand names have all abandoned poor Harrahs, leaving them with empty shops along the main corridors. Only their own hotel stores still exist. Martorano's is still there, if paying $80 for overcooked pasta is your thing, McCormick & Schmick's is still keeping their standards high, and is perhaps the only in-casino dining option that makes sense.
Otherwise, one has a choice of chefs with scandals: Gordon Ramsey has his name on a steak joint where one can order a $100 steak. Or, one can buy an overpriced $16 burger from Bobby Flay, and eat it in a windowless, but brightly-lit linoleum and tile open area that reminds one of a Jr High lunchroom, with tables and chairs that could actually be from your old Jr. High. Or, one can cross the walkway and try some of Guy Fieri's take-out chicken at "Chicken Guy!", in what was a sub shop in the food court area of Harrahs. That's it for food, Harrahs still has its own breakfast diner and burger place, those are unchanged. Note that the only chefs Harrahs seems to be able to attract are the ones with serious PR problems. Weird.
There's also a Starbucks burning coffee all day, a horrible pizza place (tied it, and "horrible" is apt), and the little coffee and pastry place off the lobby that still has the good gelato.
And where's the Harrah's buffet? Its GONE. Bobby Flay Burger replaced it. But the buffet was HUGE - what did they do with all the space? Another theater of some sort, dunno, it was closed.
And the place is simply not being cleaned - the floors around the pool bar were sticky enough to remove the sandals from one's feet if one is not careful. There were paper napkins remaining around or under some of the poolside chaise lounges. This did not get any better during our 3-day stay. No mops? No roomba, even?
Housekeeping, when told "we are out for the day, if you want to clean the room" admitted "we only do rooms every OTHER day now". So, a $20 tip later, we got the bed made, and some fresh towels from the understaffed staff. Not their fault.
Gambling? They've gone Chinese it seems - walking through the slots, everything looks very very very "Dragonlady". But no customers in Cheongsam dresses, so even the Chinese aren;t buying any of it. Not a problem, found a blackjack table, and Harrahs paid for our entire little vacation and then some in a single 1.5 hour pre-dinner session. There's the new sportsbook, with both humans to take your money, and kiosks, but from the sign, I'd stick to the humans if I were you (see photo). They are of course promoting in-game parlays and other sucker bets heavily. The poker room still is what it is, with unshaven and slightly unwashed-looking men sitting unhappily with their cards wondering how their life turned into a "career" of losing more than they are winning, with so little of their inheritance from grandma left, and 23 payments left to make on their trailer.
Will we come again? Perhaps we will stay at the Water Club in the future, and just be day-trippers at the Harrahs pool. Harrahs has let a LOT of things slide in recent times, stuff that was always top-notch in the ENTIRE prior decade.
We've made our own oatmeal on a Primus stove in a Portaledge chocked into a 300-foot cliff halfway up Meru, so we are not spolied, not even so picky about glitz when we are having fun, but this is no longer a "resort" experience. Harrahs is sliding down toward the end of the spectrum where a hotel even loses its Motel 6 branding, and can't meet any franchise's minimum standards. They need to hire and pay people well to get back to where they were, as everything I saw was a direct result of neglect, under-staffing, or inattention.
"No Stars" is not an option, so I have to click on at least one star, but NO STARS FOR YOU HARRAHS - You've slid waaay down - fix up, and clean up.

We took a bus over to Harrah’s from Bally’s for a change of pace and to hopefully win. Not to be think their slots are a bit tight. So we went back to Caesars and Bally’s.

Here now. Disgusting! Room has not been dusted in weeks, so how is it Covid cleaned? There is no place to get food, it's a joke. In room now while husband is scouring the resort (if you can call it that) for something to eat besides chips and soda from the overpriced store that charges $4.25 for a 20 oz bottle of Pepsi. Husband just walked through the room now,, pissed off with what appears to be a 1/4 ounce ham and cheese panini.. WTF is a 1 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch sandwich, yah know, like a snack at a party? Cost him a fortune. Atlantic City is dead.......It is the next Detroit, Michigan. How Sad........I'm really not comfortable here or fee safe.Downtown shopping at Tanger Outlets was at best "scary". Who has 3-4 obvious security guards in most stores? I have been coming here for 3 decades. The only place I felt safe, was at the Irish Pub on St. James Ave!

I have to express my frustration at the Harras hotel front desk service.
Everything was good we checked in the person at the front desk did our check in he printed out a paper with coupons without explaining anything.
We booked the room breakfast included. We went a second time to explain us how the breakfast system works. He said you can go to the coastal cafe Starbucks and give your room number.
That's it? Yes that's it he said
Now doing the check out we were billed 60.11$ one day and 71.84 $ for 2 omelettes coffee and orange juice???
We spoke to the front desk manager Kate kupper she apologized many times that the front desk gentleman was "in training" seriously????
A hotel like the Harras?? She waived us 9$ x 2 days for 2 people For misinformation issue???
Why should I pay the cost of the front desk person in training???
I hope you can fix this problem
This is my first time booking at Nystay and at Harras
Mrs Kupper blamed onNustay because the website had to inform us the cost of the breakfast.
I considered this insulting and not taking the responsibility for putting a person in training at the front desk.
I can't believe they charged us that amount for 2 omelets coffee and juice.
Besides the pool party lots of young people aggressive dancing wildly.
If you go to Harra's which I recommend to go to another hotel have in mind that if breakfast is included they only recognize 9$
That's ridiculous!!!
Inefficient front desk personnel and a 5 stars hotel justify their own mistakes as the personnel was in training.
Totally unacceptable I don't recommend it

Worst experience ever!!! This place is not the same at all. I understand the coronavirus still exist but the service really is horrible and the staff for the most part is either unaware or unwilling to provide adequate information.. for example: My husband and I wanted ice because apparently the ice machine on our floor was out of service; so we call the front desk for one representative to say there aren’t any floors with ice because the machine was “removed” so of course we called back and was told this was untrue and to go to another floor where the ice machine was working.. ugh!!! Just a waste of energy!! Loud music in the hallways... high priced food for mediocre meals.. just tacky. We were told over the phone when we made the reservation that the room and hotel we are staying at was newly renovated and for a good buy... this was totally false... We wasted a lot of time and money and it was just sad to see how this casino has dilapidated. Let’s not to forget to mention the Pimps and working girls all over the place.. invading our personal space by sparking a conversation we have no interest at all... This whole casino needs to be renovated with some type of restriction or policy. Period

Very disappointed. Took 2 hrs to check in. Only had to people at desk. TV had like 4 stations everything else you have pay. Pool only open 11 to 5pm and was an extra charge to get in. Can barely smoke anywhere. Restaurants close early and open late. No real room service. Very few valets. Took forever to get car. Slots outdated. No microwave. No shuttle to boardwalk. Had to drive , tip valet each time and pay to park at other casinos. If you leave something in your room when you leave good luck. No one cares

We stay at Harrah’s AC for my Mom’s 83rd birthday. Check in and the Bell service were good. However, there weren’t any towels in our room when we got there. I called housekeeping and was on hold for an hour! Additionally, Harrahs AC no longer offers room service. And note the buffet closed in 2019. Breakfast opens are minimal. We’re not returning to Harrah’s for birthday celebrations again. Poor dining options and poor housekeeping services.

We spent a few hours here on the gaming floor and honestly I have to say that it seemed nicely laid out with a wonderful selection of games and machines.
The atrium was also very festive and clean with a nice abundance of places to have a snack and restaurants.
We enjoyed our time here and I’m certain you will too!

Room was filthy no pool for kids and no telephone service for cell phones unless you have spring as a carrier. Roaches all in the refrigerator and bathroom, knob to sink was broken.........just down right disgusting. Don't do it yourself or your family. Arcade for kids closed doing a holiday season. SMH

When it comes to gambling, I try to stay away from the tables: since I find it hard not to blow money on them. So I decided to stick with the slots. My girlfriend isn't to used to them and doesn't know what slots hit more than others. I gave her some pointers and she ended up winning $20 which she was pretty happy about. My only issue is that it can be a bit hard to understand what slots you're at 1 cent, 5 cents, etc.

A fun time at Harrah's in Eden Lounge awesome band & DJ.. also spent a day lounging at indoor pool. Had service to your chaise lounge chair delicious salad with shrimp & pina colada's! Checked out the Buffet it was never ending.. and all choices were tasty!Lots to choose from. My actual room could have been better. A bit worn out & alot of noise across the hall that I finally had to call security about since it went on till 4am on a weekday! They took care of it promptly. Overall a good time.

Professional employees did not stay was a day trip. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Casino was clean and service was quick. Questions were answered professional and everyone took an interest when asked a question.

The Hotel is not that clean. It smells like smoke everywhere. Don't gamble here! You will not win! Everyone that I talked to there was unhappy and sad! They get the money out of you on the slots and tables. I lost $1500 in a couple of hours on the penny machine. I left my vacation early because I was unhappy with my stay. This is a complete tourist trap.

The casino was very nice and not too crowded. It had a good variety of slot machines and table games. I did not win much, in fact, I came home with less money. But I had fun, nevertheless.

Nice clean casino. Beautiful since it was up dated. Never ever win anything there. Lots of slots but if they ever pay off it isn't me wining anything. Very busy place now. Not my favorite restaurants to eat. Avoid all Harrahs or Caesars or Ballys. Treated very badly.

We did not stay here only came to gamble so not sure about rest of hotel. The casino was clean and not to smoky if you got far enough from those areas. the cocktail girls were very nice and fast. On the Boardwalk so it is easy to get around.

This casino has the very best employees. ALWAYS,respectful, pleasant, helpful and courteous. Having been to many places they are the best. Some of the other casinos should invite them to train their employees. Again, the best employees.

A year ago, I had only great things to say about our Harrah's visit - the staff, the restaurants, the accomodations and the atmosphere were all top notch. This year was notably different. First, the rooms (and the hallways) had a very worn out look. Carpet was wrinkling. Lamps were flickering or non-functioning. There were no USB ports for charging in the room. Then, the casino housekeeping was significantly poor. Cups with butts were laying around machines for hours. (and ashtrays were as rare as diamonds). Bathrooms were not graffiti-cleared. Lastly, the Total Rewards Center seemed to be staffed with DMV employees. I waited 50 minutes in line to get a replacement card as the 3 operatives were taking way too long to input addresses and gather data. Awful throughput and service. Strange how a place can take a freefall just one year later.....I got a sense that their budget was seriously curtailed at present, and it doesn't take that many little details to add up to disappointment. C'mon Harrah's, get your act together........

Run down casino floor says it all- dirty and broken machines. Was going to eat there but left…if the casino any indication of restaurants forget it

We did not stay in a room but would like to. The rooms are usually overly expensive and we don’t want to waste money on a room. I like the casino a lot and would like to stay there in the future. I did wish there were more non-smoking areas.

What is going on here???
We call to make a reservation with offers we just received. Oh no - sold out the same day - all 4 weeks in June they say sold out of complimentary rooms in an hour from the time we received the email. Hmmm.
Call to confirm VALET is open. Yes- on weekends for Diamond and Seven Star.
Get there Valet sign shows they are open. We pull up behind other cars- wait ten minutes - get out and ask what is happening - told NO VALET - Closed. Nice- maybe put a sign up in the driveway letting people KNOW the valet is closed.
Casino Floor has all my favorite games removed! The space is empty - no more Heidi, no more Triple Sparkles - all kinds of games that I would play - gone.
Garage, Garage Elevators, Hotel Rooms ( was in one last month) ALL smell like weed.
Last month Pool was OPEN but no life guard working so I couldn't go in the pool or hot tubs - what IS the point???
Get your act together!!!

Casino was run down and dirty in comparison to other casinos around. Borgata was a much nicer place to stay if you are looking for the casino experience

Nice to sit and play slots. Nice decor just all around relaxed chilled casino. Can sit for a few hours just taking in the slots and atmosphere.

Harrahs has not kept up on the property. The rest rooms are not all that clean, takes forever to find a slot attendant and the buffet is horrible. Not worth 40.00 per person. Too many places in Atlantic City and surrounding areas to eat that have better food for the price.

Since the front desk , the girl was rude..in a rush..never smile...the girl at the reception desk of the Spa..same thing...only one guy Jorge at the spa , nice calm and gentil...waitress at Gordon Ramsey in the rush...security guys at the pool for night show so rude...screaming.." you don't understand that u need ID " my wife's fogot her id in the room...the bartender at pool after dark ,another rude guy so slow , bad attitude, his face and unpleasant service , when i told him, he called security...and took us outside without reason..we complained at security and nothing happened...next day housekeeping lady almost broke the door at 10:52 am...we forgot about 1 hour ahead...but she did 3 times...we left 11:10 am...
Overall i would say a bad experience except for small details...i think all the employees need a vacation time or a raise to fix their unhappy attitude...👎👎

well the restaurants, gambling, nightclubs, pool, high stakes poker, black jack, craps and all the beautiful people can always bring a great atmosphere!

I honestly cannot understand why some of the reviews are so bad. My husband and I stayed here for a quick two night getaway and had a great time! Staff was pleasant. No wait times. Pool was nice and clean. Valet was fantastic. The only real disappointment was that some of the bars and restaurants closed a lot earlier than we expected; however, we also acknowledge that staffing is still an issue at a lot of places since Covid, which is crazy. Clearly not the fault of the people who are working though! During a nice casual chat with someone at the front desk they did indicate they are working towards expanding hours again which will be nice.
Another complaint seems to be that it’s far removed from other things. This feels dramatic. You may have to drive or Uber, but it’s literally less than five minutes to anywhere else you may want to go.
Again, overall it was a really nice stay (and I am VERY picky about hotels and where I will and will not stay). We would definitely come back.

the staff is very helpful and courteous to the guest. They go out of their way to help you with anything you ask them.I did not stay in a room this time but I always am totally satisfied with the rooms and service.

Not all that impressed with my room... when I checked in they told me that the room I paid for was no longer available... that is just unacceptable what's the point in making and pre-paying for something if they decide to give it to other people....and I'm a rewards member! The room had a nice view...but you could hear everything going on in the hall and the rooms next door.
The casino is just ok... they do have some nice restaurants but I just don't get why they don't use the waterfront property....put a deck or restaurant or something there. Otherwise it's just a waste!
Table games stay with low minimums all night even on Friday and Saturday which is nice.

We enjoyed the casino. There’s a wide variety in slots in plenty different denominations. There’s a lot of table play but we don’t play tables so I can’t add anything about them. I did like that we could order our drinks from the slot machines. Sometimes they were prompt, sometimes they never showed up. It was clean, spacious, not too smokey and safe.

The rooms are under average but they will do if you want to just have a place to sleep after a night of partying. I was here for a Harrahs pool after dark party. After partying by the pool I do not suggest swimming in their pool with the amount of stuff I saw in the pool from the party I would never go in. It’s very hard to go from one side of the entrance to the other side because people always swarm the middle.
The hotel itself is handy because we were able to grab pizza at 3:00am. It does have a lot of different options if you like to gamble.
Overall, this is okay for partying but do not expect much.

This is our second time staying here.
We like this hotel better than Bally's.
The room was clean enough. There were some items that where dusty, rusty, and dropped items where not picked up/thrown away from that last person.
The dust was over the bathroom mirror. The sink stand had rust marks on it. the shower needed some deep cleaning around the bottom of the door area and the drip plate at the bottom of the door needed to be wiped more often.
Under the vanity there was mascara against the wall. This means the chair was not moved after the last person was there and was not vacuumed.
Besides that, the room was nice. The beds were comfortable. There are many outlets around the room to recharge cell phones, etc.
the Starbucks was always open early enough for my husband to have his morning coffee. The other restaurants near the pool where not open until Thursday.
The price to get into the pool area was $20.00 per room and $10.00 for any other guest in your room, per day. They lacked lounge chairs on Friday. We found a couch to sit at while we were there. Many people had to sit on the side of the pool or on the half walls. There was only 1 whirlpool/hot tub open.
Check-in was fast this time. Hands free. Check-out was very good. We needed to change the credit card before we checked put and they were very helpful.
Leaving the parking garage during our stay was very long. They are updating the ticket machine at the exit. This day took 20 minutes to leave the parking garage. Check out day was much better.

Loved being here, clean, viberant, rooms are big and upgraded! But showers were a big let down. They were large and nice.. water pressure no matter what time you took a shower.. none!! Food places like to close day here so beware.. could go hungry if you are a late night person!! Also some very tired out waitress here.. nothing like Vegas, or Mississippi not grateful or Happy smiles.. yes Atlantic City is tired and it shows.. but Harrahs was one of the better spots to be at!

Was a great trip altogether. Very fast check in and catered to every whim. Great dealers and waitresses, If your drink was empty its not on them. Great slots and table games. I hope to visit again soon. Harry Gibbons Ashland Ky

100% EXTORTION played the wsop tour and the cash games at harrahs and wasn't happy they are "second card dealing, targeting and extorting players the poker room is Extortion YouTube the second card deals and watch the deck!

I stayed at Harrah' for my birthday this weekend and it was so disappointing. The first night was a comp room but I arrived too late apparently for check in. The front desk told me they were out of king size rooms- which I reserved a month ago but I can switch the next day. But yet I'm still paying for my room for the next 2 nights... We switched the next day. I am disappointed over all and plan to never return here ever again. Also does anyone actually clean the room? Because there was BLOOD on the bathroom floor and dust around the room. All I got for the room mishap was a $50 comp for one of their services/restaurants. And the front desk telling me they will tell the cleaning supervisor about the blood. The front desk lady didn't even care. 0/10 wouldn't recommend and plan to never return again.

I was on hold and transferred multiple times to speak to the front desk. Originally before I booked your resort I confirmed 2x over the phone that the family fun center would be open during my stay. Both times I was told, yes it was open for the season. It turns out it was NOT open for the season. Yamira at the front desk was extremely rude- even telling me to work on my social skills. I did not ask to be compensated or anything, I was just expressing my frustration in the fact that I was told incorrect information. I would have selected another resort had I have known the family center was closed today. She offered NO sympathy and kept telling me that their hotel is not family friendly. Then why do you have a family center?! Yamira should not be a manager the way she speaks to guests. And your staff should be fully trained in the operating hours of your resort, this way not to disappoint other guests.

This is the first time me and my wife have been here we went on a Thursday night with my son and his girlfriend we had an absolutely great time .live music .outside dining .friendly service food is great I honestly can say I have not one complain about the evening we had a great time I will be going back whenever I'm in Atlantic City I recommend this restaurant to everyone the service is very friendly and on the money

no night stay we were in Cape May at the Coast Guard base .I have played at Harrah casinos for 20+ years.was in New Jersey had to go to my favorite Casino. If had time would be there now having fun. Thanks Harrah in N Jersey

Only thing worse than this hotel is the management! My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to stay here at Harrah’s resort luxury room. We arrived at the resort at 4pm and used the valet parking. We gave our luggage to the bell captain to deliver to our room. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called downstairs to see what was happening. They apologized and said they sent it to the wrong room by accident and it’s being taken care of now. I figured nothing was loss, mistakes happen, no big deal. Now while we were waiting in our room for our bags, we noticed the room smelled like vomit. We then went to the main desk and asked for a new room and explained why. They said they need to send a manager to confirm the smell. When the manager came to the room, she held her nose and said “this room definitely smells like vomit, we’ll get you a new room asap”. At this point we were running late for dinner so I requested that they transfer our bags to the new room and we’ll pick up our new room keys when we get back. At 10pm we got our new room keys and made it to our new room. This is where it gets bad… there’s garbage across the room, towels on the floor, dirty linens. Clearly the room wasn’t cleaned after the last guest. We called the front desk and they said they’ll have someone come up and clean it immediately. After a half hour of waiting in the hallway, I went down to the main desk and again spoke to a manager. She apologized and called again for maintenance to clean the room. Another hour goes by and still nothing. I went down yet again where they told me, “sorry the manager left for the night but we’ll put in another request for maintenance to get to your room as soon as possible”. It’s now 3am and my wife and I decide to go sleep in our car for the night. The next morning I went to complain about all this and the manager gave me a $50 gift voucher to be used at the resort restaurant, apologizing but claiming that’s the only thing in her power to accommodate. She also gave me the number to customer relations and said I should call them on Monday when they’re open and they have the ability to reimburse me for the room I didn’t sleep in. On Monday morning when I called customer relations, and I explained everything that happened, they tell me because they changed my room and gave me the $50 gift card, I’ve been compensated already. Is this even legal? I’ve heard Atlantic City is filled with thieves and con artist but I didn’t expect to be conned by the resort themselves. Absolutely disgusted with them!!

We did not stay in a room but spent the day at the casino and enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The place was very clean and did not smell of smoke. I will go back again for sure.

Harrahs sucks! I write this because how the dealers ( especially craps) treat customers. They are rude and disrespectful. If you don’t understand the game rather than teach you to play better they BELITTLE YOU. I am sure the three different people who were belittled were much more educated than the dealers.

When we arrived we were in and out of check in really fast…. We got to room and it was beautiful….
We had a problem with an over flowed toilet and a backed up shower but they were fixed quickly… housekeeping came on the second day of our 3 day stay and changed bedding and left us a bigger set of towels….
It was an amazing trip and we will definitely be back…. Uber was also amazing taking us back and forth to the beach and boardwalk….

Without going into tons and tons of details, this was our experience. First the bad. Witnessed "pit boss" utter ignorance. When the table next to us ask to see someone else other than her, they were dismissed by another pit boss. The sense was they are union, she's always like that and if you don't like it, go somewhere else. Two days later, a dealer (Steve) asked a woman at the table if she believed in God. Then he proceed to put "6" chips (3 of them) in front of her (fyi, having nothing to do with the game which was 3 card poker). Do people who go to AC really put up with this kind of behavior? I suspect this is union-driven? No thanks. On a great note, staff at AC Burger (Joe) were amazing! Bed in Waterfront King was comfortable. And the ONLY reason I'm posting is because Harrah's sent me a request to review here. Otherwise, we'll just go someplace else.

Best selection of slots in Atlantic City! After winning a small jackpot, I cashed in my ticket and thought I had put my money in my pocket. In about 20 minutes, I realized I had not! We went back to the cash out ATM and could find nothing. A security officer named RoseAnn noticed my concern and asked what was wrong. When I told her, I had lost my cashed out ticket money, she calmed me down and called security. Another security officer named Monica had found the money and turned it in. Rose Ann led us over to the desk and we signed for our money and got it back. I always be a great loyal gambler at Harrah's because of this. What a class act!!

we always enjoy ourselves at Harrahs, but just one problem--too many people with dogs!! They are all over, some with 2 dogs, when the dog(s) sees another one, of course they bark..very annoying and it should not be allowed at all...

I have never been to Harrah’s and thought I would stop in and play some cards.
Immediately upon arrival I met a very nice dealer named Muneer who was very inviting and friendly.
I played on his table the entire time I was at casino (5 hours).
During this time I got to share in his great personality and commitment to his profession. I can’t say enough about him and how he engaged every person at our table with his flamboyant personality and willingness to have fun.
Thank you Muneer and the Harrah’s casino for a great time!

The casino can use some major renovations. Slot machine areas were not very well maintained, visible trash and empty glasses not removed.

We try to go every summer to Atlantic City. Harrahs always provides us a relaxing time. We will return.

No temp checks, never saw anyone disinfect machines and general uncleanliness. The slots are pretty boring and only a few decent ones. One of the worst that I’ve visited lately. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is the only casino that we went for several years and were happy with it but stay at Caesar's lately as it's newer and we get better rooms, get better sleep as there are not as many young people staying there and the hallways are quieter, but we visit the Casino every time we stay in Atlantic City as it has great slot machines. There were no rooms available at Caesars so we asked to stay at Harrahs on August 25. 2018. The only time I ever filled out an accident report in my life as I slipped and fell on water that was leaking from the toilet in the middle of the night and I fell backwards onto the toilet and broke the water tank with my back. I called security at around 3 am and they came a while later as they were busy. the girl asked me if I wanted to go to the Hospital, and I told her I was shook up but not sure of any injuries so I was given a slip of paper to sign saying that at the moment I did not require medical attention, was not given an accident report to fill out. We were given another room and we moved ourselves, nobody helped us even though we are both in our late 70's and I was hurt. The next day I went to Security and asked them if anyone tried to get in touch with me to see how I was...I was told that no Security Incident Report Form was filled so they took it for granted that I was ok...I then filled one out and it was put on file...When I got home I saw my chiropractor and he gave me a treatment with a laser which helped. I was told by everyone I should go to a doctor, a lawyer and sue, but I am not the type.
I expected to hear from Harrahs but to this date, October 13th, not a beep! I am disappointed and in retrospect, I now feel I should have pursued a legal action as I still have back pains...I feel I should warn others. Roberta Caristo

Highly recommend for sea food and salads were fab, prices reasonable and staff very nice, we had oysters two salads chicken wings and beer for 80 dollars really good food and good value

First, I need to say that the staff here is absolutely wonderful. They are kind, gracious and understanding. You could not pay me enough to deal with the obnoxious people we encountered. However, if you want hotel rooms that do not wreak of smoke, or be in rooms where the walls are paper thin then Harrahs is NOT for you. We all had headaches from the horrible smoke smell, and If we tossed and turned in our sleep we found ourselves on bare hotel mattress. The bed we had was concave so that gave an element of adventure when we slept as well. The random person sleeping in the chair of the hallway of our floor was a little unnerving. Weed is legal in NJ now and it is smoked everywhere! Hotel rooms, elevators, sidewalks, everywhere. The parking garage is a hike if you have a lot of bags. The part that really sent me over the edge was the syringe we had to step over to get into the front door after packing the car. This was a very disappointing experience and one that I will not repeating.

I tried to redeem an offer for Bingo and they tried to sell me a credit card and when I said no, suddenly there was no more room at the Bingo sessions. Avoid the total rewards credit card too. They do not give you a clear idea of what your spending gets you. It’s a terrible organization. And the rooms are grimy.

The hotel was clean and didn't smell of cigarettes except in the designated smoking areas. Room was nice and we upgraded to a room overlooking the bay on the 38th floor. Major complaint is that the prices on items in their stored were much too highly inflated. $3.15 for breath mints and $4 a bottled water! I know the customers are fairly captive but honestly it's left a bad taste in mouth. The food served was good and the staff pleasant.

We didn’t stay here on this trip but we did gamble here. They have a really nice selection of machines. Very clean.

Went with no reservation and thought it was great they had a room available. When asked about govt/military discount the front desk attendant said she couldn't do that at the front desk and we needed to do that online. Traveled a long way and just wanted to get a room so we booked at the front desk. She told us a room was $159/night with taxes. We asked again, with taxes? She said yes. Upon check out our bill was $213! So when we got home to dispute the charges the credit company said there was a pending fee from them for $288! Where did that come from?
Additionally, I had an accident and slipped on throw up on the floor inside. Went to fill out a report and did my statement. I requested to get the medical report and they said they couldn't give it to me because it didn't have an incident number but come back for it. The security guy was acting real shady when I kept saying I wanted a copy of it. I wanted him to write down what medical attention I requested in my presence and he was acting hesitant. Good thing I took a picture of it with my phone because when I returned in the morning they didn't have it.
Additionally, most of the food places were closed and what was open was over priced food. The vending machines had small bags of chips for $2.75. It costs $20 for 2 people to use the pool. We didn't use it.
At first sight, our room looked nice and clean with a nice view. Overall the room was nice however the hot water in the bathroom sink didn't work and the blinds were worn with holes in them.
The self park garage got me too. Took my $5. I didn't know the room covered the parking.
2590 rooms and they still try to cheat people out of their money on top of the casino getting them.

Clean hotel room daily or at least once during a four day stay even after requesting to a supervisor.

Casino is just average. Needs a little updating as far as carpet and such. a pretty good selection of slot machines.

A great big Casino so there is always a machine or table you can play at. The food options are great for all ages and the pool is incredible. The rooms are spacious and the stores to shop have a perfect variety of souvenirs.

I pre checked in online @12 noon
Once we arrived @6pm or a little after. The FD clerk said the tower we booked was unavailable. And gave us the Marina Tower. The elevator were filthy! The walls in the hallway were dirty! When we entered the room. It had a smell to it. I called guest services and they said they could put an ozone machine or bring an air freshener up. Unacceptable!!!!! I went to diamond express and asked to.speak to a supervisor he stuck his head out and never came! So we handled our issues with the clerk. She gave us a $50 credit and promised us another room for Sunday! Once our night ended we returned to the room and was greeted by a roach crawling on the mirror! Thank God I told my husband to take our luggage to the car when we first saw the room! And again we went to the lobby at 3am for an immediate room change! We were then offered an additional $100 credit aka hush money! We had to wait for another room on top of dealing with a rude clerk! And once again I asked to speak to a supervisor, But got no one! The rude clerk said he was cleaning rooms. So I asked how long is our wait on another room, she said an hour! Once we got the not so clean room that the supervisor cleaned. The carpet had previous guest food all over it. The tub area ceiling was falling down! At that point we just wantes to get some rest so we could drive back to Delaware! The hell with the second night! BTW IF ONE OF YOUR DIAMOND OR SEVEN STAR GUEST BOOK A COMPLIMENTARY ROOM! PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR CLERKS AND EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT NOTHING IS FREE! NEVER AGAIN HARRAHS ATLANTIC CITY! THE HOSPITALITY AND ROOMS ARE THE WORST! WITH POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

My wife and I stayed in the renovated Bayview Tower. The room has been updated and refreshed, but there are a few minor points that need to be corrected. The shower didn't drain. It filled up with water like a bathtub. The drain is definitely clogged. There was no outlet for standing light in front of window. The cord was laying on the floor. We checked the entire wall and baseboard and no outlet. I would guess there may have been one in the wall under the window at one point...maybe they wall papered over it. The clock radio on the nightstand plugs into an outlet on the side of the nightstand, not into the wall. The plug interfered with the blankets on the bed and was hanging out of the outlet most of the time. Not sure who designed this, but it makes no sense whatsoever. It was very annoying, to the point that we had to unplug it.

The check in line at midnight was over an hour long. Express check in did not work at all. There was hardly anyone working the front desk.

Smell was the worst. Went to a Pauly D show. People were terrible. It was not even a little bit fun. Security was every where which was good, but it didn't help the fact that the people there were aggressive and not fun.

We did not stay in the hotel, but the casino itself was very clean and the service was great. Even though we left with lighter pockets, we enjoyed playing the slots because the payouts were enough to keep us going all day into the late night hours.

Just I will say one thing, they know exactly what they are doing
U can make a little money then u will loose much more than u made before

My wife and have been going to Harrah’s for a couple years regularly now. We checked in Saturday for a one night stay for the first time in awhile only to notice that all blackjack tables, outside of one or two tables at night, were using automatic shufflers $50 and under. Awful, unfair, and discouraging. The cards constantly go in the automatic shuffler which leaves out the typical logic in the game of blackjack. Dealers hate it because they get no breaks. I understand using for $10 tables but not as widespread as they are. We won’t be back to Harrah’s until that changes.

Its a long and confusing walk form the parking lot to the check in desk and signage is terrible. Too many slot machines out of service. Food was overpriced and poor quality. Elevators were noisy and kept us awake. Entrance roadways are a nightmare. Difficult place o get to. Checkout at the front desk took forever. Check out desk was understaffed. Add on Resort Fee at time of checkout was an unwelcome surprise.

When we went only two hot tubs functioned and largely the common spaces were in need of repair. The pool area was very cold and full of loud and drunken parties. Not a pleasant experience. Will not return.

Gave me a dirty room complained about it nothing was done display seems to be falling apart And there AC Burger place is disgusting don't know wy its so hard to make a Burger but that burgers was terrible really can't believe that this is a burger restaurant and their burgers are so terrible

We always have a great time when go there the pool rocks deck weck we love too u guys treat us great and for that we r thakful we r seniors

Probably my favorite Atlantic city casino. As a whole casinos are giving less and less rewards out, but still a nice spot. Has some great Restaurants and the rooms regardless of the tower your in are always nice and recently updated.
Table games arent crazy minimums and the cocktail waitress usually do a nice job making sure you have a drink.

As a casino it is an OK place, did not stay atthe hotel itself, but was there for sightseeing and checking out what is available.

I want to thank the staff for everything they did to make me feel at home and to help me during my stay with them.. My dealers Alka Selzter and Cindy Lou were the best and also my shift supervisors Joe , Ben , Vickie were so helpfull and accomadating that I did not want to leave... The drink hostesses were also amazing and I want to thank Michelle for taking such good care of me... And also Anna J. the operator was great and helped direct all my calls to the appropriate places.. I look forward to my next trip to Harrahs - AC. !!! Robert H.

Casino is average. Location is out of area with nothing within walking distance. Buffet is great. Diamond Lounge is very good. Most meals taken from coffee shop. Coastal restaurant for breakfast was bad. One server for many tables. Food was ok. Room was ok at best. We will not come back again.

Terrible visit.
We booked Harrah's during June 2021.
Our first trip since baby was born and summer started.
Booked on Tuesday to Wednesday with Bay view.
Turns out no bay view, got an old room in the old building facing the garage with full of seagulls screaming whole day.
At night the purple LED light shooting right at our room.
Furthermore, There is literally nothing to do.
I'm serious! There is NOTHING to do here.
Pool is closed, family activities room is closed, Restaurants are closed..
For $180 a night, I expect a lot. And this is just an extreme disappointment.

Stayed in the Waterfront Tower. Room is spacious but there’s a cobweb in one corner of the room. There was mold in the shower running out with the water. The water pressure needs to be worked on. The water temperature is tepid at best. The door is WAY TOO HEAVY. You can wake up the whole floor opening and closing it. The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors arguing last night and their iPhone alarm going off from 5am to 7am.This tower definitely needs to be updated. The casino is great. Lots of machines to choose from. Social distancing is being observed.

I didn't spend the night at the hotel but in general, I found the casino floor dirty and the lighting should be improved. We walked to Caesars which was much brighter and cleaner. Last time was a better experience.

I have been to Atlantic City more times than I can count since 1998! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! this was the icing on the cake. Every floor smells like a pot plant, the guest were below par, 3 fist fights outside lobby in one night!!
Go to Mohegan or Foxwoods! Leave this place in your rear view mirror!!!!

The mexican restaurant is amazing. The pool during the day and a concert venuebat night pre-Covid-19. Happy Hour @ McCormick & Schmidt's a must. Very spacious. The wharf experience is a must. Totally different from the Boardwalk. A must see/do!

I have been here many times! I normally have a great time and get lots of play time on the money I spend and on top of that can order drinks while playing and recieve them promptly. This last time, none of this was the case. : ( It took a long time to get drinks and lots of the machines drink order prompts were not working(and I tip with every drink received, so that wasn't the issue) and I got very little play time on the money I spent. Borgata seemed to have it going on much more this time around; machines were "turned on and awake" and drinks were quick and easy to get. I havnt given up on Harrahs yet though! Normally I have a great time here.

I did not stay here. I took the shuttle from Caesars to Harrahs for a day. The seating at the slots is definitely more comfortable than at Caesars or Ballys. However, this Casino is spread out, and one could easily lose their direction, or have difficulty navigating.

It’s a shame how rude the staff at food and beverage services was and how much one person, Judy, could negatively impact our experience. My fiancé sent pizza to the room for my bachelorette party while we were getting ready. When we opened the pizza flying insects were inside. I get it things happen... but send a new pizza and apologize. When I called and spoke to the food service manager, I was spoken to like I was lying and like I was an inconvenience. I was told because there was laugheter while I was placed on hold, that I was making the story up. Please refer to the attached picture of the insets that were flying around the room. They came from the pizza. Do yourself a favor and go to another casino that appreciates the business you are giving them. Plenty of options now!

Warning! This property will give your confirmed and check-in room away at 8pm if you don't pick up your keys by then. The Caesars Rewards app allows you to check-in online, and even asks when you plan to arrive at the property, then directs you to pick up your keys from a self-service kiosk when you are ready. However, the reality is your check-in is worthless and you will be fortunate to even have a room if the hotel is full if you fly in and arrive after 8pm. What a rediculous policy. Actually considering switching my loyalty to MGM or Hard Rock. I only stay at Harrahs because the drive to the airport is quicker and no tolls by taking Absecon and Westcoat. To be fair, i do like Harrahs casino floor, and have met some wonderful dealers there, but the hotel hospitality department sucks hard, and most of the rooms are dated. Caesars AC Ocean and Centurion buildings are far far far better if you have AC market comps.

Under very trying conditions my husband and i had a wonderful weekend last week. Yea, things are different, but I can honestly say I felt safer than I do i the local stores. Outside dining was wonderful, room service could not have been better and our room was clean and perfect. We have been visiting AC for over 30 yrs., so I was a little nervous about the situation, but I soon relaxed and enjoyed a wonderful trip. So many folks thanked us for coming out,,,we will be back
PS Just heard they will opening to 25 percent the restaurants this weekend. GO AND HAVE FUN!

Stayed there with friends a few months ago, not a great stay. Room was outdated and had old food in the fridge. Casino was smokey, although food options were good. Far from the boardwalk and the rest of the casinos. Don't think we'll be going back.

We enjoy playing at this casino. They have a great variety of slot machines to play on including poker slots. We can find penny machines, nickles, dimes, quarters and on up.

Great rooms. Casino has all of the slots that I like to play. I also enjoy the gaming tables, especially black jack. Most of the dealers are nice, pleasant and helpful!!

Nothing good to say about Harrah's anymore. All of the places to eat closed at 8pm on a thursday night. Except for 1 burger place that closed at 9pm. There was also a 24 hr bistro trype store that was open. Because they were the only place open late they charged double comps. So that ham sandwich that cost $15 cash would be $30 in comps.
Top the night off with the automated parking gates malfunctioning creating a half-hour jam up to leave the parking garage. I'm done with Harrah's.

It used to be me and my wife's favorite place it was fast staff great people and great service however due to the economic downturn it is not what it used to be they removed a lot of The Smiling Faces that we used to see a lot of long-term employees that my kids grew up knowing are gone and a lot of our favorite restaurants are gone for more expensive hamburger joints but the memories that Harris has brought us over the years can never be matched by any other Hotel or any other place that we stay my little boy grew up there five times a year we would visit and in the summertime we would stay for a week and even though they couldn't go in the casino part they enjoyed their time there and we wanted to do the same for our grandkids however they've changed a lot of stuff so now it's not as friendly to families as it used to be but it's still one of the favorite places for me and my wife we pray that Harris will continue to be the place that it was many years ago so that's why they don't get the full five stars

I'm not used to the smoke odor, it's pretty off-putting... I did like the set-up of the facility and won $13 on the 1 cent machines. Parking is $15, but stop by the rewards desk to get a Gold card and if nothing else, it saves you $5 off the parking fee with no effort.

I loved going to Harrahs casino and hotel its little off the beaten track but not in the city, quite and romantic

Used to be a nice casino, now it's just following others that are no longer there. Soon to follow i guess. Penny slots or high roller tables or don't bother coming here. No assistance from anyone locating anything in casino.

First, the good things..Room l (eventually) got was clean and spacious
Bad...checked in midday but room wasn't ready and was checked in and told to return after 4 to pick up key which would take just a minute...45 minutes later after reaching the desk l was told there was no reservation in my name. I explained that yes, the reservation WAS in my name and eventually they found it after another 20 minutes. I got a key card, went to the room and opened the door...it was someone else's room and occupied! I dragged my suitcase back to the lobby, found a registration employee wandering about, explained the situation and was told I'd have to get back on the 45 minute line! Outrageous! Other issues too..Wet towels in the hallway sopping up some sort of leak. They were there when I finally checked in. They were still there the next day. This place had gone downhill badly

this hotel is poorly responding to a room break in that occurred as my family member and guest were asleep - woke up to see a person in front of the bed and then fled. unprofessional security, rude, no concern or regard for safety - dismissing the seriousness and reiterating that the guest left the door open and of course they did not. They did not even notify the police.
thoroughly disgusted and appalled

I'm a 73 year old mail with a heart condition. I find it hard to believe that with a platinum card I cannot valet my car. Having to walk from your garage to your hotel desk it's way too far. Covid can get people with diamond and above cards same as gold or platinum

After 10+coming to this resort On mother day May 15,2023 housekeeper staff of the harrahs stole my luggage out of my room out the closet with all of my belongings ,glasses cloths, jewelry, makeup, toiletries, even took the water and juices . On Mother’s Day and the hotel front desk or corporate has just offered me a 50 food credit not even a voucher to but at least my my basic needs at the casino. They rather over me a drink when I have my business keys and business ledger shich are irreplaceable.
They said they could not help me until I make police Report then once I made one the told me it part of legal responsibility’s an special relations which they had Sense of compassion or responsibility when House keeping was the only one with the key and my room was cleaned when I came back to get my suitcase to change.

We traveled on a junket from Savannah, Ga. We arrived at mid day on a Sunday 7/23/2023. Our luggage was to be taken to the room within 3 hours of arrival. At 7pm that night no luggage began calling. Our host Kathi said she would check.. the next day still no luggage, we began calling every number we could find, these people never answer their phones and never return calls. They are arrogant and belligerent and seem to have a problem with you questioning them about anything. A Tomakia even went so far to say she didn’t have a supervisor. I went to the bell captain hoping by chance the luggage was there, she let me look in the back, no there, she pulled the paperwork and the person delivering bags checked he had delivered the bags. Tried to call the host again, the supervisor, customer service nothing but bs they wouldn’t listen tried to tell me it was the airline and the bags were in Savannah. On Tuesday I went to hotel security and filed a report, pulling at straws by now, Robert took the information and was so respectful and helpful, he said I will call you when I get this checked. In less than an hour he had my bags, he pulled the paperwork followed the persons steps to all the rooms he delivered to. He found our bags in another room that was empty. For 3 days no luggage no clean clothes, no customer service, and no respect for what we were going through, and we had to do our own investigation. If they had listened to us on Sunday night we would have had our bags they were too busy blaming someone else.

I would like to voice my concerns again about Smoke at the tables this weekend. I followed the suggestion by Ryan Bennet from my last review. However, my experience was the same with onsite management. They cater to SMOKERS over loyal (30 years plus playing at Caesars) NON SMOKING customers! There is a very simple solution, but onsite management refuses to make the changes. I'm now appealing to higher levels of management (via customer service) that oversees onsite management. We NON smokers should not be pushed aside because of one high roller SMOKER dictating to ONSITE management. Can upper management at Harrah's use some common sense and HELP make the adjustments to resolve this issue? Let's all see on my next trip, that I can report back the issue was addressed.

Was extremely disappointed in whole experience from the parking garage to the long wait to check in to find out my room had been given away while I rode around in the parking garage for a hour and waited in line to check in for another hour to have people who needed keys to go to the front of the line the room I was given the door wouldn’t open security couldn’t open it and a locksmith had to be called to open the door so I had to return to the line and people needing keys were now last to be assisted I waste hours on hotel issues and was given a $50.00 comp and a new room the next morning but one day of my trip was already wasted with no care from the staff or manager in addition he guest lacked clothes and the smell of pot filled the entire casino felt like a frat party or nightclub for 21 and under the happiest I was on this trip was when I boarded the jitney and went to the Tropicana it is night and day Friendly clean and mature adult environment were your able to relax and enjoy your time

Flew up on a junket airplane from Norfolk Va with my wife. Had a great time while playing some black jack with “E” ( Elaine S ) she’s normally a poker dealer but filled in at the BJ tables. I want to commend her on her knowledge and ways to help people that are uncertain about the game survive and enjoy themselves. She’s a great company asset to Harrahs and they should be very lucky to have such an team player. By the way those dealers make $5/hr and they accept gratuity tips from people playing at there tables. Just some info to to naive!
Keep it Harrah’s
Thanks D&K

We went on a Thursday night but the payouts were not that great...Looks like they are remodeling some areas.

I stayed at Harrahs, but didn’t find any slots that I lied. I use to love this casino, but it’s targeted fora 20’s crowd

Been Going AC Ever since resorts opened , as the first casino NEVER EVER HAD AN EXPEIENCE AS BAD as the last trip . THE POOL HAD CIG BUTTS AND LEMON PEELS IN IT ... My brother used the hot tub/spa .. THEY CLOSED IT later BECAUSE THE HEATER WASN'T WORKING .. He woke up with a skin rash the next day .. ATE AT 2 RESTERAUNTS ON SITE ;... Service was absolutely horrible .... WAITER RUDE AND PAID No attention at all ... I HAVE A DISABILITY PAID 20 Dollars for Valet parking ONLY TO BE TOLD AFTER 1 DAY That valet parking was now CLOSED .one day after we parked and now I would have to walk to my car .. HORRIBLE Don't Go !!!

Played last night for over 3 hours with a great dealer, Susan P at table 737. Besides being professional, she was funny and engaging with all the players. While folks came and went, Susan never missed a beat and greeted all who came to her table. Pit boss Anthony was also having fun with the players while still maintaining his supervisory duties. I'll be looking for Susan's table again..

Husband and I visited over Easter. Great variety of slots and quite a few table games. You order your drinks on the machine and the waitress delivers. You have to reach $5.00 to get a free drink. The waitresses are very friendly. Plenty of clean bathrooms and tne slots paid off.

Came to Atlantic City for a show at Legends to see Cher who was performing at Harrahs. The room was large and bathroom was huge!! Very comfortable! Only problem on the 4th floor was the ice machine. Had to go to floors 5,6,7 till i was able to get ice on 8th floor. The jacuzzi tub did not work also. Reported these to the desk.
Comfortable king beds
The indoor pool was great. A little cool until the sun came around and heated the water. The private chairs were great with servers to come around!!

it was great except for the youth who was very noisy and distrupted. bathrooms were clean. diamond club was extremely slow in seating guest and there was plenty of seating available. floor service was great as was the cleaning service.

Feels like home frequently visit smaller casino lots of slots and table games lots of comps great restaurants and food courts. Rooms need a remodel job

We have been going to Harrah's regularly for quite a few years. This place is going down hill fast. I am not happy that they allow Animals let alone in the rooms, but on the casino floor and in some of the restaurants. I should not have to sit at a slot machine, and have someone sit down next to me holding a dog. Dogs should be left at home, or a doggie hotel, not brought to the casino. One time I seen a dog squatting and doing his business on the casino. We play at Harrah's quite often. Try to get a hold of a host. What a joke.

Been going to Caesars Properties for the last 40 years. Have been a loyal member of the Rewards program. They decided to take away the Laurel Lounge meals for Diamond Players. what a rip off. Didn't even have have the balls to tells us up front that they where taking it away.

We started coming to Harrah's steadily about 3 years ago. Lots of comps, rooms are pretty nice. Lately it is very crowded with kids, dogs, just no fun any more. Not just Summer, either. In the Poker Room last night there was a medical emergency, a customer had what I think was a seizure. It took Security about 10 minutes to get to him, another 10 or more for EMT arrival. It puzzles me why there is no Medical Unit there, they have hundreds of rooms, hundreds of visitors, yet no Medic? We are now going to try hard Rock and Ocean resorts.

Last year was my first experience staying in Atlantic City. My walking partner and I stayed at another hotel, but decided to walk through all of the Hotel/Casino, just see what they were like. When we walked through Harrah's we believed it looked fun.
We had liked last year's hotel so much we'd planned stay there again this year on our Girl's Trip, but found the price had doubled and almost fully booked. My friend has points through both Interval and Marriott, so when she found out we could get a good deal at Harrahs', I did some online research. There were a few negative reviews, but they were mostly from several years ago, with only one or two within three months of our stay.
I confurred with my friend and she spoke to the hotel and then booked through Interval. She asked for a view and we seemed to be set for our excursion The first full week in June 2024. Yes, this month, 1 June - 8 June 2024. The hotel was buzzing with activity upon arrival. It took sometime to get through the line to secure our keys. My friend decided to upgrade the room, so we could each get a bed. Upon arrival our room was spotless, but even so I sanitized all of the common area surfaces. That's just who I am.
We did not have a view because were on the fifth floor. We could see the parking garage and the top of the Borgata. Nevertheless, it was a lovely room and we got settled then went out to explore the hotel. The place was popping with people. Later when we came back to the room we outlined our itinerary for our stay. We'd a bought a few things and had to throw away a couple of things. The next day, Monday, and Tuesday we went to our various excurstions, shopping, bringing snacks back to room and using the garbage cans. No one had come into the room to empty any trash, change our towels, or our linen, OR even clean the bathroom or fix the bathroom seat. My friend having worked in an upscale NYC hotel, was livid that not only had nothing been done since our requests on Sunday night, but that she had to go to the desk on Monday and Tuesday to request services.
While at the desk she was told if she uses the phone to call housekeeping that it's a central call center that is not on the premises. We would get faster service by going to the desk. While she was at the desk on Monday, a young woman, not in a uniform, knocked on our door and asked if we needed anything. Since I didn't know If she worked for the hotel, and she hadn't identified what dept. she was from, I just said towels, toilet, paper, and tissues. Lo and behold 10 minutes later she produced a mulitude of everything I asked for. Again she asked if I needed anything else, but since I didn't know if she was from housekeeping or a runner and no cart was outside I let her go. It was 9 pm at night I didn't have her change the sheets. I did ask for garbage disposal. She said, just put in the hallway and someone will pick it up.
Meanwhile at the desk the guy apologized profusingly and evidently offered my friend a $50 food credit. She was apalled and told we don't need the credit we need the room cleaned as we're supposed to received. She asked if we were on an OOS (Out of Service) Floor, his eyes got big & round and he didn't answer her. We put the garbage out the next day. We stayed in the room until 10:30 am, nobody came to knock on our door. There were no housekeeping carts even in the hallway when we went out. And our garbage was still outside our door.
On Tuesday we arrived back at the room after 8 pm, nothing had been done no garbage pick-up, nothing. Down to the desk she went again, while she was down there, a Hispanic woman knocked on the door and she was from housekeeping. We'd been cold during the night and turned the ac down. She complained in Spanish it was hot in our room. I explained that we'd been cold. I heard her in Spanish complain to whomever she was talking to, that about the heat in the room. She stripped the beds, but stayed on the phone the entire time. Asked in English if I needed anything else, I said yes, trash removal and new towels. My friend came up and asked her to clean the bathrooms before she left. Evidently, she had sprayed the sink, but wasn't about to do the bathroom until my friend asked her to do that.
Somehow in the replacement of towels, she gave us a used towel, which showed me the next day. EW! Plus, she took our supply of extra toilet paper and tissues. She was on her phone the whole time. I heard her say in Spanish she didn't like what my friend was asking her do (her full job), she complained on the phone in Spanish to her friend that we ask her do all that in a hot room. She had the door open and I'd turn the ac down, but she was still complaining.
On Wednesday as we arrived back to the hotel after 5:30 pm, I suggested my friend go to the desk and I would text to let her know if anything at been done that day. Getting to the floor, I saw our garbage still in the hallway I knew my expectiions would be dashed. Yup! The room was as we left it. My friend was helped by a wonderful young man who changed our room immediately to the 19th floor, plus gave her the $50 food credit. He could only give us half an hour to change rooms, but still we were going to be put on a floor with all the amenities, in place. When I arrived on the 19th floor there were actual people talking in the hallway, walking to their rooms. Oh, and the view was wanderful, we could see the inlet, all of the Borgata. On the 5th floor there had been an echo and we never saw one person on that floor. Well, finally we thought, there had to be service on this floor, right?
No, not on Thursday. On Friday afternoon my friend did run into someone from housekeeping that said he'd take care of our room. He told her the young woman could get into trouble for being on the phone, but obviously she didn't care, especially because she assumed I wouldn't understand Spanish.
The stay at Harrahs', truly a housekeeping adventure. We think because we were in the Bayview 4-25 Tower, it's the "Poor Tower". We met a couple people on the Jitney who were members and were in the upper floored Atrium Tower with 45 floors and they were getting full service ammenities every day.
The food was delicious: Bobby Flay's Sweet Potato Fries were yummy. Anything at the Chicken Guy and Cafe Tazzi had a wide variety of regular food to choose from. Strangely nothing else was open during the week and there's no room service.
Clothing Boutiques and accessories were only open Thursday through Sunday at odd hours. They're missing out on the people who're there and their money, but oh well.
Would I stay there, again? No!
I doubt my friend would either.

The automated check in and check out are easy. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and did their jobs well. We enjoyed the wonderful service, atmosphere and food at the steak and seafood restaurant. We hope to be back at Harrah's next year for this business event.

I drove over five hours through weather but gratefully little traffic to finally arrive in Atlantic City, a place I was supposed to visit in June but our whole world got shut down - including one of Harrah’s sister properties , Ballys, which shut down with everyone else. Upon the slow re-entry process, we were offered nice replacement comps usable at our discretion and comfort level. There were some mixups with communications regarding the actual room at first, but desk clerk Michael is extremely patient explaining situations that are happening daily even to them. One month pool; the next month no pool. Indoor dining and drinking restrictions. Safety scans. It’s all the new normal. Michael is an asset to your desk, the first employee besides the temp reader who acknowledged me upon arrival was genial, informative, actually had to deny a request of mine, and I’m still raving about his customer service because he spoke so kindly and sincerely, my annoyance just melted off. My tower (Coastal) was really pretty, well tended, and my floor’s elevator had a gobsmacking view of the bridge crossing the bay. Missed an elevator staring out that! My guestroom was absolutely spotless. The linens were adequate. I wasn’t running out of towels or little baby toiletries. The housekeeping staff are really friendly, a wave or hello in passing. Thank you, Harrah’s, for giving us back some of our Christmas traditions in a year of Covid chaos, and in an entirely new venue for overnights for us (we always stayed on the Boardwalk casino hotels) that impressed me so much I already booked the next trip. Thank you!

Very nice hotel and casino. One of the largest hotel/casinos in AC with many restaurants and incredible indoor pool area.

We had a great time at Harrahs earlier this week. Lots of people enjoying themselves in the casino - actives slots; we may not have been "winners", but totally enjoyed the music, socializing and drinking cappuccinos, keep up the nice work!

Dinner at McCormick and Schmick was nice. We had the blackened Salmon and the ultimate sea food two types of shrimp, crab cack and broiled salmon. Service was good food was good place is quite and clean

We have enjoyed the restaurants and bars at Harrah’s in the past so we decided to visit and see the Christmas decor. It was nicely decorated and busy on a Saturday afternoon. The pool was rocking and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves throughout the property. Parking was $10 which was a bummer and was the most expensive for the casinos in that area.

I went in knowing this was an older hotel and not having high expectations. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life.
The check in line was 45 min wait and once we got to our room it smelled terrible and the safe was broken. We called down and they said they would fix the safe and send an ozone machine for the smell but could not change our room. They never sent the ozone machine after 3 requests. We finally got it on the last night. We stayed in the atrium suite and I would not recommend it .
The hallway had a old room service cart and the food was rotting as it had been left for over 4 days. (See picture).
The casino tables the dealers were not friendly and the pit bosses were not either. In fact I had on of them yelling at me and he later had to come and apologize.
The buffet closes at 8 pm just FYI.
I think the people working generally looked very sad and unhappy.
I would not got back even if you paid me to do so. Many more options in the area that are much nicer and friendly.

Harrah's has always treated me as a valued customer when I arrive my room is always ready, my host gives me a call to check on me, and the delers/pit bosses are very nice and accomadtaing. Frankie B (Dealer), Irma R (Pit Boss), and Nathan H(Dealer). definitely mad e my weekend more enjoyable.

Many of the machines were closed down because there were a lot of jackpots won. The newer machines were nice. There is a free shuttle to Bally's and Caesar's, but otherwise an uber will run about $11 to get to the boardwalk or other casinos. It was too far away from everything. And when it's cold outside there is little to do.

If you are using the self parking garage, do not pay inside the casino. The machine on the second floor will steal your money and will not give a confirmatory receipt for you to exit the garage. You can press the help button all day, no one will come. You can seek help from the people working the floor and Security, who are nice people but they cannot help you, your $20 is GONE. They will send you to the front desk where again you will not get any help. Although a video camera will capture you paying your money to this machine, there is NO help from anyone working inside this casino so you will wind up paying twice to leave the garage. The casino knows this and they have done absolutely nothing to help with signage and they don't care that you will pay $40 (all profit to them anyway). BEWARE this is obviously a scam.

Two friends and I booked an overnight stay to celebrate our 60th birthdays and had hoped for a relaxing weekend. We started with massages at the spa. This is where the good ends!
From the minute we checked in, it all went downhill. Our Bayview Tower room was filthy! Mold and dust in our bathroom. No water pressure. Hair on the walls next to our beds, red stains, dust and stains all over the carpet. We could not change rooms since we were informed it was busy season with conventions.
Upon checking out, asked to speak to management, who didn’t care one bit about our experiences.
I have written regional two lengthy emails, willing to share photos, with zero response.
Stay as far away from Harrah’s as you can. The “resort” is outdated, dirty, unprofessional front desk staff (and management), and outrageously expensive.

I took a junket to Harrah"s overr the weekend. The gaming was averrage, Bobby's burgers was good and Gordon Ramsey Steak was awesome. However I like to play slots in the early morning hours and several times when I wanted a hot coco or a tea the machines said drink service was not available. I have been a Diamond and Diamond plus with Caesars for the past ten years and I usually can talk to someone about rating my play and on this trip I could not see anyone to rate my play. I had a similiar experience 18 months ago at the Linq in Vegas and I had avoided Caesar's owned properties for 18 months. I only came to AC to use my Diamond bonuses before they expired. For 10 years I have always had my room charges comped, I do not spend large, just regular 2 meals a day maybe 1 high priced dinner per trip. This trip I used my Celebration dinner to eat at Gordan Ramseys. My total room charges were $170 and that should have been easily comped but I could not get in contact with a host to review it. I have been loyal to Caesars because they made me feel special, but if they go out of their way to av avoid talking to me because they are ashamed that they won't comp even the most minor charges I can't justify spending thousands of dollars there over a weekend and I need to look for a new casino operator

Nice clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, pools are great. Atmosphere is great, plenty of food places and resturants. Music in serveral areas soundng great. Comedy shows were a lot of fun very good comediums.

Good hotel and casino is a good place to party pool is not to big but confortable. I enjoy the stay .....

Worst Hotel in Atlantic City. Go ahead and book it. You will regret it. They charge to get into the pool.

Disappointed room was not ready upon arrival at 3pm. Not okay to advertise 3pm check in and not have the room available.

We were stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. The manager Briana Anderson was rude and refused to do anything for us. She didn’t ask if everyone was ok and said it isn’t her problem.

I was not impressed, when we came in, from the parking garage because of the filthy carpets and it went downhill, from there. We drove, for an hour, choosing this casino because on this particular day, the flyer we got in the mail, said we were to get a gift. The gift office was closed. We asked, at customer service, what was going on and they said the giveaway was cancelled because their system was down. At the slots, we were not able to order drinks. My sister's rewards card was not working, so she went to customer service and again.....no go,,,,system's are down, so no rewards for her play. Machines are set up now with higher max play amounts and lower payouts, I will choose a different casino, next time I am in AC.

I used to like going to Harrahs. I will look for a different hotel next time I go to Atlantic City. The real draw for me was the pool, which used to be free for hotel guests (seems reasonable to expect that if you stay in a hotel you would have free access to the pool, especially with the $40 resort fee each night) However, Harrah's now charges HOTEL GUESTS $10 per day to use the pool. It was very disappointing, plus the pool was cold and the bottom was dirty (see the included pic that I took.) Of the 7 hot tubs they have, only 1 was open, so people were crowding in there. Also, the internet in my hotel room did not work; every time I tried to connect it said "no connection." Good luck getting someone on the phone to help! By the time you are done being on hold, it will be time for you check out.

My sisters and I took our elderly father to AC for his birthday. He wanted to visit all of the casinos so we took a drive from our hotel on the boardwalk.
My father uses a wheelchair because his hips are bad. At Harrah's you can't get from the parking garage to the casino without going outside and crossing a busy street. Once you do get to the casino the automatic doors don't even work. It's shameful that this is how our disabled are treated at Harrah's, and we won't be spending any more money there.

atlantic city has really done a nice job cleaning up their city ,very enjoyable and harrahs especially , awesome staff ,very helpful ,knowledgeable

Booked a class of room. First noght they didnt have it. Stick us in a lower grade room. Sorry. Waterfront Tower had a flood. Tomorrow. Not buying it. Did get the right room the next day but would have expected an upgrade. Nooo. Not sure why the rooms smell of marijuana. Food is okay. Gambling is ok. Pool is really good in Saturdays. DJ is very fun. BUT cockroaches by the hottubs.

This hoyel is off the beaten path but we wanted to stay for the pool. There's a nice selection of machines, good food options and beautiful pool. Unfortunately, we never got into the pool due to reservations needed (the front desk said they weren't required!) Upon arrival, there was trash in our initial room but they quickly switched us. Also, the walls are paper thin so we got a contact high and heard the "party all night" next door. The hotel handled it well when we FINALLY called at 4am. Next time we'll stay on the boardwalk!

We stayed at the Borgata an d visited Harrahs for about 3 Hours. The gaming was very good. Better than the Borgata. Harrahs is a dated casino but very clean and waitresses were friendly.

nice hotel great pool casino was very upbeat dealer aika mehta at the last hour of her shift was very upbeat a star she was young adults at table were very ignerant and had way two much to drink

Harrah's is the new Showboat Casino of Atantic City. I really like playing the slots at Harrah's! You have to know which Tower has been renovated in order to get a nice room. My wife and I have stayed there and found trash in the elevators. Some of the guest are truly strange with little security at the elevators. The AC Burger was a BIG disappointment and pricey. The Laurel Lounge is a good place to eat, but you need to be a Diamond Card holder. The other resteraunts [we ate at] were good.

Our room was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view! The check in experience was top notch. The service at Burger Co was also amazing. However, I was very upset over the way I was treated when I tried to enter the Xhibiton bar on the casino floor. It was late and we were wrapping up gambling, my husband and I wanted to go into the X-bar have a few drinks and listen to the music. We were denied entrance. At first the security guard said I was wearing a hoodie, when I stood up to him and told him that it was a flannel shirt that had a fuzzy hood on the back the guard next to him stepped over. he took his flashlight and look me over top to bottom, then snarked, you can't come in Ugg boots. I asked what that mean and he said Uggs were not allowed. It was embarrassing, I felt like I was being shamed for not looking sexy enough for them. I then went to the Eden bar. At the Eden bar the bartender Igor said that there is no real dress code there, that security made up these rules and only apply them during the hours of the Pool operation.
I then went to the total rewards center, the lovely lady there had me fill out a form and pointed me to the security desk. I was then directed back to the entrance of the X-bar to meet with a gentleman who said he was security management. He was short, and Buff wearing a gray shirt. I did not catch his name. I asked him why I was denied entrance. he stated things like "the state police made us enforce a dress code", "we are trying to keep a certain type of person out", "if you buy other shoes and change you can go in". I asked him why there was a gentleman within view with work boots on and he told me he must have gone in before ten pm. I explained that I had checked the dress code before arriving and the Harrahs website says Casual. He told me there was a dress code on the wall that specifically states no Ugg boots. I explained that I wasn't going to argue. He told me I was welcome to go to Eden lounge where I would fit in better.
In the morning I went back to the X-bar and I read the dress code. On the sign It states, no work boots, no timberlands and no steel toes. It does not say anything about UGG boots.
I feel sexually discriminated against, like I was not appealing to these men so I was not allowed in this bar. I am appalled that a bar on a casino floor would conduct themselves with such standards. This bar is not directly next to the Pool, there is no cover charge, and on the corporate site it is not listed to have a dress code.
I did fill out another form in the morning with security themselves. As of today I still have not heard back. I will never return to this site if this is how they conduct business at the casino floor bar. It is the only bar on the floor itself, there should not be discrimination. Especially against people who are hotel guest, gambling, and dress modestly. I have never dressed in a revealing manner, I know that places like the Pool are not for me. However, like I said before the X- BAR is not a club.

Had a great trip from start to finish. The flight and Attendances were really great also, were on time leaving and arriving. The casino was fun just wasn't winning enough. Looking forward to next trip.

We went for a 3 day vacation. I wanted to sit by the pool and relax. By the time I got to my room and changed, they closed the pool. This was Thursday. On Friday morning I went down and it was still closed. I know it’s not their fault, but that was all I looked forward to for 2 months. We lost a lot of money in my eyes but the beds were very comfortable. And the crab legs were excellent on Friday night. I’m sure we’ll be back. We have been loyal Harrahs gamblers for years.

Not a hue fan of the casino, I cannot evaluate the food selections. I find this casino to be extremely dirty, from the parking lot to the elevators to the change dispensers, all were dirty and grimy.
Will not be returning to play here.

Easy and quick check-in, staff always very friendly and efficient. Casino also nice, with many slot options. Garage has ample parking. This hotel casino is on the marina side, so it's not possible to walk to the beach. I joined the Ceasar total rewards program so there are always great deals on rooms as well as the casino.

I had lots of Fun the staff was outstanding. Very nice atmosphere and the food is great!! I can’t wait for my next visit!!

We came for a girls night. The room smelled strongly of bleach, but the shower doors were dirty and there was trash left in our wastebasket. We asked for a cot for our other friend, but they refused. The pool was beautiful and clean, but some of the jacuzzis weren't working. Later the next morning, I discovered that the comforter I slept with was dirty and stained. Get it together Harrah's! We spend a lot of money here, but Hard Rock is making you look kinda tattered and dirty.

You walk or scooter into the Casino and you see some people winning but it was busy this night, they had some military ceremonies going on. The tables were busy and so was the craps table. We sat down at the slot machines and I hit it big for over a grand, who says that slots don't pay out much, they do and I moved on to other machines and luck was with me that night for all the other machines I played paid out, I walked away a very happy man that night, and it didn't cost me much at all. It was also our anniversary of 43 years together.

This was a National dance competition and a writers conference, very few restaurants open on Wednesday/Thursday. We were forced to leave the property to get meals in a reasonable time.
The pool for kids closed at 5pm. There were at least 200 kids staying.
The parking garage had 2 kiosks open at check out and one working elevator. Very very disappointed.
If they cannot handle the volume, they should not offer their venue.

I just spoke with someone who has been going to Harrahs for 25 years. This is their most recent experience this week. Not very long ago, I was so surprised to see no valet parking. We are in our 80s and had to carry our own luggage. But this week was the worst! For the first time in 25 years, I was charged for checking in early. Our room had been smoked in. I am Platnum and did not qualify for valet parking. We had to carry our own luggage from parking outside the valet area. The buffet was only open to 7 Stars members. I have over 25 years spent 10s of thousands of dollars at this casino. But I am now weighing the good versus the bad and the bad really shows how much you appreciate your customers. No wonder you have a hard time getting employees, I am sure they are NOT appreciated.

I have played bingo a couple of times at Harrahs ALANTIC City Casino and in addition visit their restaurants excellent customer service and bingo was a save and friendly environment a must attend for the whole family.you will have fun and want to come back to engage in this great experience

One of the more modern casinos in Atlantic City. Our room was clean, but I don't know if it was our particular room, but the windows were high. They were almost shoulder height. The casino floor is nice. The buffet is the best in town.

This hotel is a little beaten up. It's not {badddd} There are alot of places to stay pretty much--try any place else.

Lagoon review. Parts are renovated and parts are not. The room is spacious, but still old. Carpeting old. Closet is really a tall cabinet. Bathroom inside is new until you close the old horribly painted wooden door. I was missing a desk chair and garbage pail and tried to call downstairs. The front desk hung-up on me because she could not hear me. The phone did not work so I went down to complain, the helpful manager Hazma Shukat, told me I could not get my resort for the day back because I had to have complained last night about the missing garbage pail, the chair and a slow draining sink. What about the phone not working and I had to quickly dress to go to the front desk. They offered to move me, but again is an inconvenience that warrant just one night of a 3 night stay, resort fee refunded. It's sparse on outlet but there are some on the nightstands extremely close to the bedside. If you don't mind looking at the bed base, full of crumbs, then not problem. The outlets do have the old USB ports which is probably the highlight of the room. Their soap is terrible, so bring your own and bring shower gel as this is one of the few Atlantic City properties without shower gel. Never use IVY as it is not connected to the hotel; I learned the hard way a few years back. I'll split my stay next time between Borgata and Ocean or Hard Rock.

Was here for Halloween 2018 and it was great! Really decorated well. Cool spot because they have a very large area to watch the games with great seating and tv's galore! Area for bands and western bars through out the casino. The decor is really cool, however the adult drinks are pricey and weak! But overall next year we will visit and stay longer.

I want to thank Joe Cella. He remembered me from my birthday visit. When he saw I was upset because another employee would not help me he saved the day! He is a great shift manager who really cares that the guests leave happy.

had 2 rooms on this visit. Had problems with both rooms.
This hotels quality of service and cleanliness has definitely gone downhill. On each room door there is a cleaned and sanitized sticker. Upon entering the room, there was garbage on the floor, floss on the floor and hair In The shower And on the towels!!!!

A casino is a casino. Not much else to say! I didn’t win my millions but that is the norm for me! All the staff seemed friendly enough. Nice choice of restaurants and bars as well.

After a 3 night stay im not sure I will ever stay again. Loud and obnoxious housekeeping early in the morning. Guests slamming doors and screaming in the hallways all hours of the night. Then after getting a change of towels and leaving after cleaning up because we had to run errands for a family funeral. I told the lady no cleaning. My friend told the lady no cleaning. Again we told the lady no cleaning. And when we leave and come back. This lady still came in to rummage through our belongings and did not follow a single direction we repeated numerous times. When we came back I immediately packed my belongings and took them out to my car. My friend and I are so upset we may never stay here again!

we were excited to see some of our machines were still there but put in a different location. we had a great time knowing people were following the rules of wearing their masks and staying there distance when able. It was very relaxing after being in the house and not able to be around the public.

Michael at the front desk is exceptionally great at his job. Waiting in line I saw him Handel every client with respect and patientces. He is the role model for customer service. Being a business owner myself I know employees like him are a asset. Give this man a raise!!!

Table games. Too many people come to complain. So why not come too show how happy you werenyet again.
Playing cards and not winning isn’t fun, but when you have staff like the dealer Anthony badge number 353 and Floor person Angelo (don’t know his number) makes you feel at least comfortable and they’re pulling for you to win, makes a great difference. Thanks again for a fun time. ON A SOUR NOTE. Plse fix those bathroom stales across from the bar in the ladies room. I don’t appreciate having to put my hand over the openings to hide myself or from seeing someone else. Horrible! So the positive stars are for the staff. The two negative it’s for the condition of the bathroom.

I really like this place. They have upgraded across the board. Pool is great. Newer rooms. I'm a big fan of AC. Glad that these places are stepping up. They have a little sports book. But so do many of the casinos since it is so new. But worth stopping in to place a bet and watching some of a game.comfy chairs. Not high on the buffet though. Didn't really think it was worth the cost.

We stayed at Bally's and were very please with their casino. Good variety of slot machines and the drinks are delivered very fast.

First of all, they charge you a resort fee. Around 3 o’clock in the afternoon I go down to the pool they charged us $32 to use the pool which should’ve been a part of the resort fee, they had a sign in front of the area of the pool displaying times of operation, which was 10 AM to 7 PM I paid. I took a break. Went upstairs to use the bathroom when I came back downstairs at 5:05 The pool area was closed. I took a picture of the signs that posted that the pool area was open from 10 AM to 7 PM. It was also confirmed by the attendant that the hours was 10 AM to 7 PM. Prior to leaving, I spoke to the pool manager who agreed that he would refund $32. He didn’t keep his word and I was still billed for service is not provided. This is an ongoing scam. I wasn’t the only one that was a victim of this scam. The hotel allows the pool to build the room that’s attached to your credit card, but when you go and try to settle a matter with the hotel manager, the hotel representatives informed you that they have nothing to do with the bill of the pool and that’s it owned by a private company. Once again, this is part of a scam. If you can receive payments from my credit card you should be able to make adjustments when there’s a error is not due to the customer. The pool is your partner when you wanna take money off of my account using my card, but it’s A private company when I have to dispute charges

did not stay, day trip machines could be looser but casino was good, busy, and felt comfortable did not see many employees around but the ones I saw were friendly and helpful total rewards center employee was very nice and knowledgeable

Miss many of the "old" standard penny machines not fond of the "NEW" video machines and the lack of variety is disappointing. They seem to have elimiated about /2 of those from the floor.

This casino was more like the casinos I remember from earlier days. They have newer machines, but there are still some older slots for those of us who like to bet a quarter.

Ticketmaster sells the seats via web and they change the seats you buy as they please. We picked lower center and ended up behind a black curtain curtailing our view of the stage immensely. Last time for this group!

I can probably tell you about Harrah's the best because I have stayed here for a total of 3 1/2 months with a few breaks in between to go home (July to part of October). The cleanliness has went downhill dramatically. In the end of September to the beginning of October it got a little better and noticed the difference. It may not be fair but comparing the cleanliness to Ocean Casino there is no match. At Ocean my hotel keys are even wiped down before they are given to me. They actually dust in places most casinos wouldn't but at Harrah's drinks have been left on slot machines for long periods of time from other player's. In comparison to Ocean... I have never seen this. Not only that my food fell through my bag all over the floor at Ocean on a floor where I didn't see anyone working. I tried calling Ocean to let them know so no one would hurt themselves but guess what? Before I got a hold of anyone a guy came right through the door about 2 mins later and cleaned it right up! I was so amazed.
Another thing is the assessibility is horrible from the parking garage. If you are disabled and using a motor scooter or have trouble with the escalator... you have to go to the first floor and walk across or ride across the street. This is with cars coming and if there is bad weather... you're stuck in the elements and it isn't a short walk for someone that is in pain. It's a horrible experience for a disabled person. Instead of having an elevator by the escalators, they have an office.

Harrah’s Hotel and Casino is a haven for a family get away. It offers spa, swimming pools, and shopping and dining places and above all it accepts pets. If you want to play slots, so many great slot machines are all over. Table games are also a lot and there is live cash poker games and tournaments. Just time your travel not on weekends coz it gets so packed and crowded. Even playing table games is hard to find available open spots. Harrah’s is also generous in giving out comp points for free slot play and dining dollars. It is a great destination for a family outing at least on our end. Try it and visit it once and you will be hooked!

Hotel is alright—room was clean and public spaces seem nice enough. Shocked to find that they allow smoking in the casino however—made all my clothes smell. The real reason for the 1 star rating is that it took us more than 45 minutes to get out of the self-park garage. Yes, 45 minutes. Whatever is broken with their system, they did not inform the front desk, security desk or any of the cars that were held hostage here not moving. Completely unacceptable.

Was at harrahs Atlantic City March 9 to the 12. Played pai gow at Darrel J table. He was awesome the whole table had a good time even people just walking where smiling . On my next trip there I will look for him.

We stay at Harrah’s in Biloxi quite often. It our favorite place to visit.
This Harrah’s is considerably bigger, with much more to do. The casino/hotel is more of a “complex”. Large, spacious and full of really cool restaurants, pools and activities.

I had low expectations coming in to this trip because I don’t gamble and am not a huge AC fan, but Harrah’s managed to undershoot even those. Our friends warned us not to stay in the Ocean Tower because their room reeked of stale cigarettes so much that they had to change to Coastal Tower (where they charge higher rate....). Service is horribly slow and generally unresponsive - from the front desk to room service to cleaning staff to restaurants. They’ll take their sweet time and do the job however they see fit and really could care less about what you want. Our friends had a rat in their room. Other friends waited 3 hours for room service which was finally delivered after midnight. Most of the restaurants are closed M-W. Starbucks line averages about an hour in the morning and early afternoon. Other than that it’s a great place to stay....

Super Room Easy Checkin and check out .Everyone makes you feel special from the front desk security and Casino Host
Restaurant outstanding
Will be back for rest and relaxation.

This was a plan Birthday away trip for me and I loved it the room was great. I was sick but I still enjoyed myself.
not for me
I found it often to be dirty in parts. Need to keep up on the cleaners. Played mostly higher limit slots and found it to be exceptionally tight for 3 days I was there. Very disappointed. Other choices so I may not return. Other close by casino had much better selections in games and was cleaner.
