Was Museum - my first and last experience

By Rose Ann R |

it was a self guided walk; two stories; pictures are taken at the beginning but we never went to see how they came out. Many of the wax figures are interesting; some did not look anything like the person, others were good - Prince, Samuel L. Jackson, Marilyn Monroe, and others. Cost was $30 a person. It took about 30 minutes to walk through; there is a gift shop

By Cherm |

While on our honeymoon we thought it would be a great experience at the wax museum. It was raining and quite muggy out that day. The further we got into the wax museum, the hotter it got. So hot to the point that we were dripping sweat. We asked someone if it were suppose to be like that and they stated that the general manager controlled the temperature and they had no control over it. While it could have been a great experience, we were miserable and ready to get out of there. We actually only did the wax museum and one other of our 4 attractions due to the fact that we were afraid it’d be just as hot.

Great time in Pigeon Forge!

By Nikki T |

Great experience! We took a ton of photos. It was great to see Whitney, Michael and Prince up close. Love the props to be able to take photos with. Recommend 10 or of 10!

Fun place for children. Some unfriendly service representatives

By IVAN O V |

Really fun place to visit with children. The whole package tickets included 3 attractions wich are very good choices.
We encountered unfriendly service representatives while in the Hollywood Wax Museum. They were in the hurry up and don't care about treating people with courtesy and respect. So, I had to apply the Golden Rule to them.
They need to step up with the customer/client relationships.

A Unique Rubbing of Shoulders With the Stars, Sort Of!

By ALL4JESUS66 |

Our stop at the Hollywood Wax Museum was a fun filled time which brought back good memories, offered unique photo opportunities and I'd recommend it to everyone.

Great family experience

By Laura |

Great visit. My family all enjoyed this place. We were able to pretty much social distance yet still stop and enjoy each wax figure. They do allow pics so that was even better. We will be back

It was a blast!

By Frankie754 |

I read reviews about the Hollywood Wax Museum that made me think it was not going to be as enjoyable as it wound up being. The wax figures were very realistic with very few exceptions (Justin Timberlake, Tom Hanks). They set up the figures in scenes from their movies. The museum is set up so you see wax figures every few steps so you are entertained for the entire time. I have been to Madame Tussaud's and I am just as impressed with this wax museum. It is located in Pigeon Forge, which has many things to do for the kids so this is a welcome place where adults can enjoy themselves and take pictures with the famous celebrities. Included were three other attractions. You can get $2 off coupons in the local pamphlets and coupon books. One is a virtual movie/arcade game. We played the one where we were trying to kill clowns. it was a lot of fun. Second was a walk through a Zombie Invasion which was slightly scary. The fourth was a House of Mirrors which was very difficult to escape. We were very fortunate to get out of there after several minutes. Well worth the money! I could imagine it would have been fun for a youngster as well, although I was there with just my wife. I would highly recommend the Hollywood Wax Museum and I would go for the other three attractions as well.

Family fun

By Nora L |

The mirror maze was fun for all ages. Was not to impressed with wax museum. The zombies was cool!! The 5d theater is neat, even if I came in last.

By Jessica L |

We had a great time walking through the museum. I don’t know that this would be fun for small children, 10 and up would most certainly be interested.

Nice place to visit.

By Dale S |

It was cool seeing all the great actors and people gone and some still here with us. Great picture ops.

Just do it!

By Amber M |

This place is amazing and well worth the money! I went with 3 other adults and we had the best time!! I would do it again!! Have fun!

Ok place

By Rex W |

The place was ok but over priced not hardly a hour for $30 was not worth it and then they got people inside there trying to sell you more stuff while your trying to go through the museum

Once is good!

By Lexi210 |

Just did the wax museum by itself and thank god I had discount tickets. Not much to see as other places and it doesn't take too long to go through the whole place. I don't feel it is worth the amount of the tickets.

Family memories

By Jessie A |

My family and I had a blast life's what you make it and the special people you spend it with my family and I enjoyed every moment the staff was friendly and even remember us at the end I think we got our moneys worth and made memories to last a life time

Great Wax Museum in Pidgeon Forge where King Kong hangs on outside!

By Tia B |

Really loved this wax museum. You could get your picture taken by all the celebrities featured here. Most were truly life like.{ wasnt impressed with Elvis }
]The museum was clean and staff were very friendly. It is open early and closes late. We went late and it wasnt too crowded.
However this is not a place for small children to roam around in unsupervised. They will not understand or appreciate its uniqueness and could damage the statues!
Would gladly come again if I return to the area!

Great way to spend a few hours with family

By lillik932 |

It was pretty busy in the area. We decided to go over about 6 pm, thinking it wouldn’t be busy because people would be at dinner. We were right! It wasn’t deserted but it was easy to be by ourselves taking pictures, no lines. We got the all access pass - check local coupon books for a coupon - and all the attractions together were a lot of fun. Also if you want, you have until the next day to use all your passes so you could split it up if you want, which is nice. Since it wasn’t busy, we had no problem doing all 4 attractions pretty quickly. The only thing I would like was if the mirror maze was a longer and the zombie walkthrough was shorter. But otherwise lots of fun! Even the teens were happy.

Wax Museum, Pigeon Forge TN

By Michelle B |

This wasn't worth the money in my opinion. There was some cool stuff and it's nice that they offer props for the photos. Overall it wasn't that big and there isn't a ton of variety. My 6 yr old daughter was bored and wanted to leave after 5 minutes. We went through the entire thing in 1 hr. Might have been better if there was something for kids.

Missed the mark

By JEG3043 |

My husband and I went because of a referral of friend. Most of the figures had a resemblance to the stars but some really missed the mark.

Fun Time With The Teens

By Taraks Travels |

We brought our teens here and had a fun time. Been to the one in Nashville and found this one to be bigger and have more stars. I rated it very good based on my experience with the Nashville location....truth is, if you been to one, you've been to em all.

Great time! So much fun! So many laughs!

By Stormie J |

I wish it was bigger! My favorite area was the horror room! Also, the props for pictures was awesome! It was clean, everyone was so nice and polite!

We did the castle behind it that’s part of the museum. The haunted zombie lab facility was cool. The 3D movie shooting was awesome! Mirror maze is always a great laugh!

10/10 I will definitely be back again!

Get waxed

By Jaysin T |

So much fun! Some of the wax figures don’t look like the celebrity they say they are. But most look exactly like the celebs. Loads of fun. This was my second time going. I can tell you I will probably go again at some point lol

Fun

By kaylynicole1221 |

My fiancé and I loved this. We had a lot of fun posing with all the different celebrities. Kids would enjoy too. Would do again

Great Visit.

By Robert Moore PhD |

We had a great time. Wonderful place to visit. Very friendly people. Great pictures were taken. The exhibits were very lifelike and the access was simple and easy.

Our Smoky Mountain trip

By Anurag Saurabh |

During our stay in Pigeon Forge, we visited this place. Nice place to hang out for 2-3 hours. It was walking distance from our hotel and free parking. You can buy one to ket for all 4 attractions. Foods and drinks were not allowed inside even with small kids, you have to throw the water bottle before going inside.

Pass was worthwhile, as individuals not so much

By Jennifer B |

Did the bundle pass. Wax Museum was neat, but I'm not big on photos with celebrities, but there were props you could photo with. The Maze was interesting, haunted lab not bad, the the 5D (?) theater was neat in that it was interactive-shoot the clowns. Overall, worth the bundle, not sure I would have been as content with individual prices.

Fun!

By GypsySoulmates |

We visited the museum and paid the little extra charge for the mirror maze, haunted house, and shooting game. We loved all of it and had a great time. The museum was crowded but the employees did a wonderful job moving the crowd. If you have children I highly recommend the mirror maze.

you can dress up as your favorite stars.

By smithsandra1 |

SEE your favorite stars! Learn about their personal lives. And can dance and listen to their music.

Good for our ages

By Excursion16037750796 |

Neither one of us had been before. I’m still middle aged but my partner is older and we both knew all the figures in there. There are a couple of younger pop music stars that were recognized for a name and not a face but just because we listen to music not watch it. Otherwise there was some real life looking ones and some that you can tell are wax- all done up very well, depending on the age that the person was/ depicted to being. Took lots of pictures and had fun- great experience especially on a rainy day to kill 1-2 hours.

Very Enjoying!!

By Borders24U |

My husband, mom and I visited a few days ago. I had never been to a wax museum. We had SO much fun! They had great little props to use to take photos with, some of them we not the best images of the stars but we were having so much fun who cared! We would suggest going here and just enjoying yourself.

Great time!

By stacie w |

Had a great time, loved all the figures. The ladies helping out at the kiosk and the souvenir store were so friendly and helpful.

Nice day out

By PK S |

This wax museum was amazing. It was a scintillating experience for our family. It is very family friendly place. The Mirror Maze, Outbreak Haunted House, and the 5D Castle of Chaos were also pretty cool. It is a nice half a day experience.

I would definitely do it again!

By Sacarla T |

Such an amazing experience! Staff was very nice and welcoming. I was able to walk around giving myself a self guided tour which was nice since I like to take my time with activities such as this and not feel rushed. I loved it!

By Kendra Scarborough |

Has SO much fun! Love the props and pictures! They should add onto it and have new wax exhibits! Like maybe a kid area with like blue from blues clues or blippi and spongebob type stuff!

Family trip - 4th of July weekend

By Chiquita 🌹 |

The wax museum was so much fun! Masks were required for entry, however, you can remove them to take pictures w the wax figures of your choice. There were many celebrities to admire. The museum did a great job catching their resemblance. As you enter the museum, a picture is captured of you and your family. You can purchase this picture inside the gift shop as you exit the museum for apprx $20.

We paid for an all access pass which allowed us to enjoy additional attractions in a building located in the same parking lot. We tackled a mirror maze, a zombie maze. and a virtual ride. Being in a group made this adventure so much fun. There are height restrictions on one of the rides, however there is another ride suitable for younger kids. The mirror maze was fun for all ages, however I would not take young kids in the zombie maze. Even the adults were clinging to each other. It’s great fun, but I wouldn’t scare the little ones with this one. Enjoy!
Entry was $39.99 for all access. Children 19.99. Children ages 3 and under are free. The Wax Museum only is $29.99. Children $17.99.

An enjoyable few hours but pricey...

By Hooked_on_travel77 |

Even with discounts it still amounted to over $30 per person. A bit too high for our tastes but this would be another item off our list, probably never to return again. Most of the wax figures were easy to identify but some we had to read the sign as the likeness was not captured enough. Over 100 figures we believe and it certainly was a pleasant few hours. We liked being able to take photos and it was not busy at all at 3:00 during the week. That made it nice and comfortable with no rushing. Plenty of parking and no charge for that. Appeared to be a safe area with no issues noticed.

Good indoor activity, or rainy day stop

By NONYA B |

We pre booked this, the staff was a little pushy for the multi ticket purchase, but easily overlooked if all you want to do is this. It ook us about an hour to get through, lots of wax figures, some better than others, prps to be able to take photos with, overall a good time

Do it and have fun with it!

By Dayna P |

What a fun way to take pictures as a family. We had such a good time using the props. It's worth it - especially when it's HOT in TN. So glad we did it, lots of laughs. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we got a little lost in trying to find the end!

If you love wax museums!

By candg2017 |

This is NOT the one for you. Sorry people but I’m sorry to say this is the saddest looking wax museum I’ve seen in the USA and Canadian side by Niagara Falls. Some wax figures were ok but most were pretty sad looking. I would say IF you’ve NEVER been to one before and have kids it would be fun, otherwise if you’ve seen some good ones don’t waste your money here.

Enjoyable

By John B |

We had fun walking around here. Some of these look so lifelike that it feels like they will move. Some were so-so. Overall a nice place to visit

Loved it

By Vintage Seaturtle |

This was our first time here and we always check out wax museums...this was my favorite so far. The atmosphere was great and the characters really do look like the real celebrities. If you are passing by I would recommend stopping...we loved it and our kids ages range from 4-13 and they all loved it (4kids)

Amazing Attraction in Pigeon Forge!

By Julia C |

Incredible wax figures and so much fun! A must-see attraction for anyone spending time with family and friends in Pigeon Forge!

Cool

By pwells |

It was cool but did not take even an hour. Definitely NOT worth 32.99 before tax. I'm not sure why it is called a wax museum. Nothing is made of wax

"A Fantastic Family and Friends Outing at the Hollywood Wax Museum"

By jcoltrain111111111 |

My family and friends recently visited the Hollywood Wax Museum, and we had an absolute blast! The lifelike wax figures are incredibly detailed and provide fantastic photo opportunities with some of our favorite celebrities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

It's a great place for families and friends to create lasting memories together. I highly recommend the Hollywood Wax Museum for anyone looking for a fun and unique outing!

I hope you like it!

Overall worth the money, and enjoyed, but would not visit again

By Pru N |

Thought it was a pretty unique experience. Most of the wax models were spot on and almost life like.

It was neat getting to take some photos with props that were set up w/ some of the actors/characters as well.

The only downfall is wish the price was not so steep for the amount of time the attraction lasted.

Not very budget family friendly.

Wax Museum

By Javita H |

This wax museum was really nice. Almost all of the wax figures look exactly like the real actor/musician. If you're going to be in Pigeon Forge, TN you should visit this place.

Way too much fun! LOL

By JessH |

My husband and I recently visited for our 10 year anniversary trip and we had way too much fun. The wax figures were really well done and the props were a blast! We played and posed like a couple of kids, lol. I would highly recommend and bring your cameras!

Super cute

By Kaelyn G |

My fiance wanted to go here while I was impartial. I am so glad we went. It is such a neat little attraction.

not that bad

By bds18519@gmail.com |

it was like a 50 50 on whether they looked like the real person or not but not really all that bad to see

A+ Experience!

By Susan L |

Take your camera and prepare to have fun! You could easily spend two hours at this location. Buy the all access pass and have a ball!

Fun place

By Dbrmom123 |

This was our first experience at a wax museum so we were a little unsure. It was surprisingly fun. We loved the props and having fun being silly taking pictures with our favorite wax figures!!

By dan1e11e |

We went here with our 12 year old. She loved seeing all the celebrities. However it is a little pricey for the time spent inside. You can pay more and do the all access, but she did not like some of those. Great way to slow down and relax.

First and Last visit to a wax museum

By Rose Ann R |

It was about 30 minutes long and cost $30. Some figures look like the person in real life; others did not. It is two stories; pictures taken at beginning but did not go back to see them; self guided walk through; there is a gift shop

Great attraction

By joel G |

This was a neat place wax figures look pretty real, my wife and i enjoyed it hear. They did a good job with covid guide lines

Decent, but I have seen better

By Sarah H |

I have been to other wax museums that were better. The all inclusive pass does provide some fun activities that we really enjoyed. Overall 3 stars. It was not a “wow”, more like a “okay” experience.

Will be back!

By jay j |

Wax museum props! Then take your pics!
All the staff members were pro with instructions and answering questions.
Well worth the money.

Lots of fun but expensive

By Roscoe40 |

We had a great time!! It was lots of fun taking pictures. I loved that they had the theme songs playing upstairs with the actors. The only downside was the price. More people would probably visit if it was a little more affordable. We are a family of 4 but opted for only 2 to go so that we could do other things.

Great experience

By Chera H |

Was intriguing. Enjoyed all the wax figures, many of them look so alive. The staff was absolutely amazing. Well worth it.

Fun for Everyone

By Whitnee W. |

Loved everything about it!!! It was just my daughter and I, and we had a blast. We used the props to take pictures with. Just all around a great time! 10/10 recommend!!!

Terrible

By Sherm |

Only had one person doing ticket sales. The wax figures are poorly done. Not worth it. Poor Jamie Fox ...Someone, please tell Jamie about his wax figure here...horribly done.

Recommend!

By Arianna Angus |

My first wax museum and it was so cool. They had such a variety of people it was awesome. It’s two floors. Only thing is I wish they had more people, but it was still awesome to see the variety they had!

Props: 10/10 Customer service 2/10

By John M |

The props they have are great and well worth the admission price.

On our visit we had a bit of issue when asking to take a photo with king Kong with a cell camera instead of the professional one they had set up. A simple " sorry, but this is a copyrighted exhibit" or " we request you take photos in the museum" would of been appropriate instead of the " We own this..(ask if it's okay to skip) I'm telling you to go to the terminal" the tone was harsh and direct. Threw the whole exhibit in a funk thinking about the rudeness and ruined our experience. We talked about it for the rest of the day and both of us felt resentful to the wax museum.

Exhibits: 8/10
Props: 10/10
Customer service: 2/10

For $60 there are plenty of other options in Pidgeon Forge.

Disappointing

By Valerie V |

From the outside of the building it looks like a large exhibit. That would be deceiving. I don’t feel that it was worth the entrance fee. Will not be back.

Great place

By pro gamer kinda h |

My family went to the wax museum, mirror maze, out break and house of chaos. We all had a great time and we range in age from 51 to 12.

Wax museum

By Carlbr1 |

We have been to pigeon forge multiple times and this was the first time we have been here. Such lifelike statues and notorious celebrities. The staff were very helpful and were there if we had questions or needed help. This is definitely a must see if you are in the area

Satisfied

By Jenna C |

Lots of funny wax figures but could have been many more. It was a shorter exhibit than I was expecting

An OK Wax Museum

By Lissy0717 |

We had fun at this wax museum, but there were some we couldn't recognize until we read the placard. I also would have liked to see them note what movie the figure was portraying.
We posed with a lot of the figures, which was fun, but didn't bother with ones we thought didn't even look like the actor/actress they were supposed to be - Like Lucille Ball.
Perhaps if I'd never been to a Madame Toussaint's, I would have appreciated this more.

Must see the wax museum

By Nicki H |

Wax museum is awsome we had a blast taking pics. We laughed so hard. Must see if in pigeon forge. It was amazing

Definitely worth the experience

By Chrissy Laforte |

The place was amazing. Staff was super friendly. All 4 attractions were worth it. Highly recommend them all.

Better for kids than adults

By Skeeter58 |

It was Ok. Kids seem to enjoy it. Some of the figures I didn't recognize until I read the card. Even then some were questionable. Just wasn't my cup of tea, but kids liked taking their picture with the stars.

Very Nice

By sanemarie |

The attendants were very friendly, and respectful. The museum is nice, and full of information. I'd been waiting years to go, and was not disappointed. For just the wax museum the cost was a bit expensive, especially if you want your photos but other than that it was great.

Not worth it at all

By unruledpuma |

Not a lot of wax figures. And most of them didn’t even look close to the person that they were supposed to. They probably just change them out with whoever is famous. It cost 53 for one adult and one child. I ordered the tickets online and then couldn’t make the day I ordered, so I called and made sure that it would be okay. They said yes, that would be fine. When we finally made it to the ticket desk, they said I would have to buy new tickets because they couldn’t do it. They gave me a business card and told me to email him for a refund. It took about a week but I did get the refund but I would not go back and would’ve rather not have spent my money here.

Enjoy the simple Thing's

By RBrew100 |

Hollywood Wax Museum is a must see,it's great;really!! : It was relaxing tour and the staff was very courteous.

Fun

By Heather H |

It was fun, but for the price I wish there had been a little more. The props were a lot of fun. Glad we did it, but can’t say that we would return.

Amazing time!

By Chicanita16 |

It was so much fun. Staff was great clean place. A lot of things for everyone to enjoy. Totally worth it! It was a family trip fun for grownups and little kids.

Overpriced

By Steve |

We came to this attraction as a family to see a wax museum. We had never been to one, so we were looking forward to it. The employees had zero personality, and quite frankly looked unhappy. Then came the upsell! I asked for 4 tickets (way overpriced) to the Wax Museum. We were then told there are more attractions on the property and he could discount us for all 3. I said wax museum only, and he gave us the crappiest look like we ruined his day. Then they make us take photos with a sad looking King Kong and try to sell them back to us at the end for $$$!!! (we didn't bite) Some of the wax figures were pretty good (Clint Eastwood), most though we had no idea who they were or what happened to them. John Wayne didn't even look like JW!!!! And then half way into the museum, a oversized woman with long black hair claiming she was an employee started asking us questions and pushing us to visit a timeshare in Gatlinburg??? We told her to leave us alone. It definitely was one of the weirdest and worst attractions we visited in the area. Even the prices for gifts were double the cost than places like Dollywood. It a lesson learned and we have had our fill of a wax museum. We'll save our money for something worthwhile like Dollywood next time. I suggest you do the same.

Fun Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge

By tedlong29 |

Such a fun wax museum. Came here while vacationing in the area from Florida and had such a wonderful time. I love how you can get close to the figures and take photos and selfies. Very interactive and such a good time. This place is a must to do while visiting the Pigeon Forge Area.

Fun time!!

By AMK60 |

The Wax Museum was wonderful! Love the props they have so you can actually get into the scene for pictures! Exhibits were very life-like! Definitely a good stop on your trip to Pigeon Forge!

Great Experience

By Tim S |

Had a very enjoyable time. It was the first time for my wife and she was in heaven! we both enjoyed the life-like figures and the props that are provided were great for pictures

Fun time

By Sonny |

We enjoyed it they had alot of different figures and themes it was fun they also had props with every theme sooo you can really be a part of the themes we did the all access better bang for your buck!!!!

Overpriced

By Hothunny |

It was just ok. There aren't very many wax figures for the price you pay. I would not do it again. Save your money for other area attractions.

you can dress up as your favorite stars.

By smithsandra1 |

SEE your favorite stars! Learn about their personal lives. And can dance and listen to their music. everybody from Prince to Charlie Angels

Awesome fun!

By The Lawsons |

We had a wonderful time with the all access pass. Such a great value! We are taking our children back for a visit very soon!

Must-See Event in Pigeon Forge

By Cathy T |

This place is amazing! Two floors of exceptional wax figures. Although you can't touch them, they are not roped off and many come with props (hats, canes, capes, glasses) and you can pose for photos next to them. Amazing background art for each figure. So much fun! I recommend getting the All Access Pass which allows you to go to the castle right behind the museum for a zombie haunted house, a mirror maze and a 5D shoot-em-up interactive game which is a blast. The staff is a lot of fun too and really enhances your visit. We had an amazing time! This is a must see in the Pigeon Forge area.

Must see

By Kelley |

Awesome family fun! Well worth the money! The photo props are a great touch. Our group was aged 7-70 and everyone loved it!

Wonderful stop!

By Cecelia J |

We had a wonderful experience! The wax museum was very cool - we had a blast going through and taking photos. Also, the staff was amazing! We got a free cup by reviewing the wax celebrities. My favorite was The Men in Black! The following day we used our all access pass and went to their other exhibits. The maze of mirrors was fun! You can really begin to feel lost in there. The simulation game was intense, you feel like you are really there. I was too scared to do the zombie outbreak but my boyfriend did and he said it really freaked him out and they jump scared him a few times. Overall this was definitely a stop worth taking. We appreciate the kindness of the staff they really helped our experience be 10/10. Thank you guys!!

By camden19 |

If your are going to do this, do the all access pass. Found a coupon for $2 off, so ended up with 3 extra attractions for an extra $8. The wax museum was neat but not worth the money unless you add the other attractions.

Mask Nazi Cast Member YIKES!

By MommaGiiGii |

We purchased the all access pass for our family of 6. The wax museum was fun interacting with life sized replicas of celebrities we’ve watched over the years. There were wet paint signs on many of the figures. I especially enjoyed the effort the artists put in to some of the celebrities. It was interesting how certain celebrities had minimal artistic effort and quality invested while others were given much more effort. There were some inconsistencies but over all a decent exhibit.

Castle of Chaos was thrilling. It was hard using the guns with thin oversized plastic gloves. There’s a lot of plastic waste being created here. Maybe provide antibacterial gel like at universal studios.

Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors is fun for kids of any age even the geriatric ones.

Outbreak - Dread the Undead had the potential to be a show stopper. Great attention to detail by the artists, designers, and engineers in the development of the attraction. The dramatic set up for each scene would have been wonderful to fully experience without interruption.

One of the female actors/cast members in the Outbreak attraction dropped character many times to be a MASK NAZI!

As we were scurrying about early in the attraction getting into the drama, she chased us down to yell at us to tell us to put our masks over our noses. We put them up then they’d fall down again as we tried to get back in the grove of the fun were supposed to be having. Yet again she chased us down to yell at us. It’s as though she intentionally was checking on us.

This was a major BUZZ KILL! Stay in your lane as a performer! It was not at all appropriate for the cast member to interrupt the experience to enforce their mask policy in my opinion. BTW, one of the individuals in our party has a medical exemption for a very serious condition (no one’s business why) and was yelled at more than once by this person.

We were cheated out of the fullness of this experience. It was impossible to enjoy the fantasy of it all with an employee breaking their zombie character to be a MASK NAZI!

We are glad we experienced this attraction at least once. We came and conquered!

Could use some updates 😊

By Jamie Brown |

My husband and I had a good time, but I think there are some updates that need to be done. The wax figures need to be touched up a bit. There were scratches and imperfections on some of the figures. New celebrities should be added: The Golden Girls, Friends, Frasier, Seinfeld, etc. Several celebrities had 2 figures.

Fun for all

By Stephanie A |

Fun time, not too busy. We had plenty of time to take pictures. Some stations had props for the picture with the wax celeb which was a fun add on. Not Madame Tussaud's quality of matching the celebrity's faces, some of them I had to read the sign before I knew who they were supposed to be.

Family Fun - highly recommend!

By Jessica Waller |

Loved going through the exhibits! Personally, I thought 2 celebrities weren't exactly accurate, almost unrecognizable, but loved it all the same. Would recommend!

Beau loved the Wax Museum.

By Judy H |

Beau, age 7, enjoyed interacting with all the figures, showing off his muscles as well as other interactions.

I never like wax museums but I loved this one

By Ron K |

My wife loves was museums and so I get dragged to them so she can enjoy them. I loved this one. The people they had made it interested. We have lots of great photos. Example: We love Melissa McCarthy and she has her arms up in the air like a Y. My wife stood next to her and made the same pose. The picture came out so realistic that we put it in a frame. We also loved the hall containing people in very scary movies.

This place was as safe as a place could be during the COVID pandemic.....temperature taken, sanitizer used, mandatory mask including covering the nose, a timer separating guests entering the exhibits and staff making sure guests are staying safe.

Enjoyable

By WyldOrchid |

This wax museum have lots of actors, singers, and celebrities upstairs and the main room. Great activity for rain or shine. Lots of fun facts about each person. You can get through easily with in 1.5hour. They did a great job with the wax figures and social distancing. I know people are doing their jobs, but it’s annoying we had folks approached us to sell more attractions. They were very nice bout it but people just want to enjoy the museum and not be bothered. Had a great time here and everything was reasonably priced in the gift shop if you wanted to buy mugs or souvenirs.

Worth it

By Jessi P |

Worth the money for our family of 4. Something for everyone. Although I cant say much about the dread the undead bc my 6 year old was scared, so we sat that one out while my boys went it. My 10 year old was terrified though, and had to have his brother cover his eyes throughout.

Recommended for those who love wax museums. I like the building Exterior.

By CluxroyPlevin1 |

The outside of the building was the best part. It took about an hour to go through the museum. Most but not all of the wax figures looked like the person that they were supposed to be. My daughter thought it was better than I did so I would recommend it for those that like wax museums. I did not find it engaging. Tickets were a little pricy.

Amazing Attraction

By kyrosebud2012 |

Unexpected stop. Spare of moment decision passing through. Worth the price, recommend upgrade to do all attractions. Enjoyed ourselves. Good for entire family of all ages. See many authentic looking stars.

Laid back

By William J |

Most of figures looked real but some could have been better and need more exhibits in museum it only takes an hour or so to walk through overall it is a relaxing thing to do in the Smokies

Good photo op with the wax stars

By Tiffany |

Lots of photo ops with wax hollywood stars
basically that’s it not much else to do there but it’s fun checking out all the wax figures and the scene settings you can also put on some of the props by each scene it makes it fun

Fun!

By A W |

We did the 4 attractions for 1 price and it was so much fun! Staff was friendly and the zombie experience was awesome! We went close to closing and there was one person doing the “scares” and he got us every time! Great experience!

Love it!!

By Natalie |

The family really enjoyed the museum. The crowd was minimal as we visited in the morning. It was a great experience, and many wax figures were displayed with props that complemented their themes. By the time we left, we had taken over 60 pictures at this location alone. Highly recommend.

Great family time

By Clara W |

My daughter wanted to check out the museum. We had a blast in the horror section. We “met” Jason, Michael, Ghost Face, Leather Face, Dracula, Frankenstein’s monster, Billy, Chucky with Tiffany, and most importantly Patrick Bateman. Would recommend as something different to do when in the area.

Get the All Access Pass

By Kim D |

As an adult, I enjoyed the wax museum - my kids didn't (they didn't know the majority of the wax figures) BUT, they really enjoyed the other attractions, especially the zombie one!

lots of Fun

By krissybee1979 |

we had a lot of fun posing and taking pictures. The best deal is that all access pass that gives you the wax museum +3 other attractions.

Nice experience

By Aguasbuenas |

Nice and unique experience. I really enjoyed the Hollywood Wax museum. It is a nice small museum. You wont regret your visit.

Wow! These celebrities look amazing!

By lori r |

Loved the Wax Museum, it’s amazing how real these Celebrities look! Take your time to read the facts & take pictures!

Fun, fun fun

By Tracey |

My granddaughters enjoyed this very much. I bet I took 1000 pictures, they had to pose with everything.

Great time!

By Robyn J |

The museum was great! Very clean, spacious. I really liked the props for the pictures! Definitely a must while here!

Amazing

By Emily D |

Yikes, some of the figures are so lifelike, I thought they would move or talk any minute. Very interesting and worth the price. Not so crowded.

By 805cheyennem |

We finally stopped in we have talked about going every time we’re here but never do until today and man was it worth it. We got a value pass for 4 different attractions and all 4 are great. The wax figures look almost real For a rainy day activity definitely stop in

Lots of fun, laughs and photo ops!

By D H |

So, we are going to first start with the ticket line… it was long, winding and a maze of plexiglass. We had a group of 10 people and a few with health conditions that make it difficult to wear a mask. The current COVID-19 recommendations state that if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask that you did not have to wear one. The masks rule was strictly enforced in line but the 6’ social distancing rule was not. All of the employees on the outside of the exhibit were extremely rude about enforcing the mask rule even for those with medical conditions. One old lady even rudely slapped a shield into my hand.
Once inside we had a fabulous time! This was actually one of our favorite attractions that we did in Pigeon Forge. We had so much fun posing and taking pictures with the wax figures and had so many laughs! Most of the figures were excellent. Some of them were horrible.
This is definitely a fun activity to do and with the All-Access Pass to include Hannah’s House of Mirrors, Outbreak, and the 5D Adventure.

Got do all 4

By melanie |

We actually loved everything. The wax museum was awesome. We got to shoot Clowns. One of my girls got scared in the Zombie house. I got lost in the mirror maze. This was so much fun for everyone.

super fun

By RamseyIris |

get the whole package when you go! do all the activities. the wax statues are not all perfect but darn close. the games after in the castle are exhilerating

Great time!

By Danielle W |

Quick entry, no fuss, friendly staff. We enjoyed our visit just were surprised that some of the bigger stars were not present. (Elvis, Judy Garland...ya know ledgends) can't complain although I suggest going earlier in the day. We were there before 12pm, not bad but started to get busy toward the end of our visit.

LOVED IT

By Tim |

Saw it while passing through Pigeon Forge yesterday and checked it out. Very similar to Madame Tussaud's in Vegas which I visited last month as well. Nice variety of Celebrity Wax Models to look at and take your pictures with. I also like that they have props beside some of the displays you can use when taking your photos. My only complaint is that it's kind of overpriced. Especially compared to MT in Last Vegas

Wow!

By Tommy H |

We had so much fun at The Hollywood Wax Museum! To see all of those stars and be able to be so close to them, take pictures with them, and see how real they look was so awesome.

Fun but pricey

By busk911 |

The set up was really nice and I had a fun time with my teenage niece taking funny pictures with all of the celebrities. The props were a nice touch! The admission price was steep in my opinion for what it was.

Must See

By Wendy |

Must see, these wax figure look just like the real person you can walk in and take pictures and at your own speed too.

A++++

By Crystal F |

Great place to visit. Recommend for all ages. Photo ops is a great keepsake. Worth every penny. Definitely do the package deal..

Fun for friends day out

By Michelle |

Fun. You get to pose along side many hollywood stars & there are some props you can put on to make it even more fun .

Wonderful time seeing old and not so old stars. Just bring Elvis back.

By Gayle P |

Ŵe were there 2 days ago for the second time. We loved it. We had so much fun posing with the stars. Loved the horror room. Really missed seeing Elvis. He was there some years ago when we visited. We were told by staff they are trying to get him back. My daughter was disappointed they didnt have Freddy and the Clown in the Horror house.

Good looks are deceiving

By A Joe I |

At 69, there are not very many places we go, that we want our money back. But this was one of those. Tip- over priced; Tip 2- 70% of the figures are difficult to “guess who”; Tip 3 - Don’t blink. If you do, you could miss 40% of the wax figures. In other words, the ticket price seemed to be worthy of triple the amount of figures we saw.

family fun time

By Gary B |

a very budget friendly experience that is fun for the entire family. photos are allowed and welcomed.very real looking wax figures. a must see when visiting pigeon forge. Adults and children will love the attraction.

Super cool

By Veronica |

I was impressed with all the wax figures! Some did not look like the celebrities, but a lot of them were facsinating. I'm only giving it four stars though because unlike the other places we went they didn't enforce their mask mandate... i also saw many people touching the wax figures and taking pictures of them. One almost knocked the pink wax figure over.. this seemed kind of unprofessional to me, but its still a MUST on the list to see.

A good visit, but the wait was long

By michaelwhite3268 |

Try this place as it opens or late afternoon, do not go near noon till after 2:00pm because that is when everyone appears to go. Great attractions, but if you use your credit card and buy tickets ahead, make sure to have it when you arrive because there was confusion.

Fun

By Randy |

I took photos with all the stars. Most of the wax figures looked close to the star. There was a few if there hadn’t been a sign by them I would never known who they were.

King Kong

By Cindy T |

The outside of the building is fascinating with Kong on top. The wax celebrities are so life like. This is a very fun tour. I had a great time.

By Beth D |

I was kind of reluctant at first, thinking it would be dirty, and maybe creepy, to be honest, but I was surprised and wrong. It was really cool, the way they have it staged, and they even have little props, for you to use, to take some great pictures. We laughed, and posed for so many pictures. The Charlies Angels photo shoot, was a little challenging for me..lol but we really had a fun time. Definitely worth the money, and would do it again.

Last minute decision decision before we left town.

By Lois L |

We were trying to find something to do before we had to leave and go home. Titanic Museum did not have any open ticket slots for that morning, so we went across the street to the Hollywood Wax Museum. There was practically no one there and we actually really enjoyed it and we took lots of pictures. We also bought the full access pass which allowed us to do the building next door. We liked the Zombie Breakout haunted house. I think we would have liked it more had we not been pushing a stroller through. We also did the mirror maze and that was quite fun. Even thr gift shop at the wax museum was cool. Not sure if the low crowd was time of day (Sunday morning) or lack of interest. If the latter, definitely an overlooked attraction!

Who Are These People

By K.H. |

This was something my family & I did on a whim and it was almost a complete waste of money. The wax figures don’t resemble their intended celebs and it was extremely short compared to other attractions. The experience did not justify the price. I gave 2/5 stars simply because my family and I could not stop laughing at how strange and bad it was, so we did have fun in that respect!

Disappointed

By Tina N Tim P |

Very disappointed. We have been to several different wax museums but this one was no where near as good. Most of the figures were hard to recognize, they didn’t look like the celebrity at all. This was also one of the smaller ones I have been through although it looked huge from the outside and took less than an hour to complete the museum. Definitely wasn’t worth the price of the tickets.

Great time!

By Hollie B |

My kids loved it!!! We will definitely do more next time! My littlest was too small for the other attractions but when she’s a bit older we will be back

Little Pricey

By Kim H |

Took my grandkids and they loved the museum. Two problems price is to high and staff was not friendly as a matter of fact they were rude. Again my grandkids loved the museum.

Extremely dull and repetitive experience

By Jaden F |

Boring.. Not worth the money you pay for it, cool to see some famous actors at the start, but after five minutes it makes you want to leave because of how disinteresting it is. There is a lack of variety and overall it is just not worth the time and money.

Definitely a Must See!

By Smiles4UNU |

It was so much fun to be able to take pictures so close to the wax figures. They looked so lifelike, although some were not exact, but oh so close. We were able to take pictures of us on the Titanic, singing with Frank Sinatra, Staring lovingly at Captain Jack. There is so so much to see and the only request from the staff is that you don't touch the wax figures. They even provide props so your pictures look amazing. We only toured the Hollywood section, but we will return to tour the other two offerings.

Awesome

By HEather M |

We loved it!!! All the favorite stars but the best was the horror room!!! Ghost face, Jason, Michael and more!!! Wish Freddy was there though! We had fun with the props too! Get the all inclusive ticket and the zombie outbreak, mirror maze, and shooting clowns ride are all included for one low price!

Fun

By Name N |

This place was an absolute blast the wax figures look real it was a little creepy for my youngest but my middle child seem to really like it and got a kick out of it.

Awesome Time And Worth The $

By Dangerfield87 |

This was an excellent family activity. The characters in the museum were a nice variety for all ages. Make sure to get the muti pass to do all of the attractions (Zombie, mirror maze, and 5D shoot out). They were all great. We took some hilarious family photos and laughed our butts off. Go and enjoy this one.

Good review

By Kelsey A |

The wax figures were awesome and it was cool to see them!! Everyone was so nice!! Also there's a photo with king kong and they cost money.

Mingle with the stars

By Mrs C |

We really enjoyed posing with the wax figures. Manny looked life-like. Great props to use for photos. Reasonable pricing. Took us almost 3 hours.

Very nice.

By Daniel Miguel T |

Very nice and interesting waxes are quite similar to their originals. It's worth going and enjoying. Worth the price

Nice Attraction

By Jeryl A |

Brought my Girl Scout troops as part of our TN visit. A few of the wax figures did not look like who they were supposed to be. Overall a good variety. The House of Chaos was cool. The interactive videos were fun but very scary for a few that were over 4 years old!

Still haven’t heard anything back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money.

Lot of Money for So Little

By Linda E |

I didn't expect to see expect to see rappers who are also criminals in this museum. I expected real actors & actresses who have made history like Elvis & Marilyn Monroe. Very disappointed & hate that I wasted almost $70 on visiting this museum.

Great Experience

By Terrance M |

We took out son and had a great time.
Fortunately we caught it at a great time when nobody was there and pretty much had the museum to ourselves. Highly recommend this for families.

Something for everyone

By Arni Care |

Had a great time with a friend and my husband there was some thing there for all of us to enjoy really good photo ups. You get the privacy that you want to be able to take as many photos as you want. There is no time constraint it was a really cool experience.

Fun but pricy

By Kristin M |

Really cool and realistic, got great photos.
Cost was a bit steep in my opinion - About $120 for 4 of us and I don’t think we were there for more than an hour.

By Jeff S |

Our grandson has been wanting to come here for a long time, he got his chance finally. He was amazed on the likeliness of most of the celebrities. I guess his favorite was Dale Earnhardt Jr. Come to the haunted movie section, that was a NO can do, lol. He’s scared to death of these even though they are fake. Anyway overall he did have a good time.

trip to mountains

By rebecca m |

we loved the museum ..ok pricing.. the line was long bout a 30 minute wait but worth it even got souviners

Needs a better ELVIS figure

By CLH79 |

This was fun but definitely a little pricey. Some of the wax figures were spot on looking like the celebrities and others were just not right. I was very upset that there was only one Elvis and not even in his iconic jumpsuits. Very disappointing. Some celebrities had two wax figures. I loved the outside of the building! King Kong and the 4 celebrities on the side of the building is great. Glad I did this but don't know that I would again for the price.

Fun times!

By Mona |

It’s a fun place to visit. Get ready to take lots of pictures with props provided. We had a great time. You can also get the all access package which is about $8 more which gets you the 3D game, mirror maze and horror/haunted house. Worth the price.

Family trip

By Kori B |

My family had a great time seeing all the wax figures. We purchased the all-access (4 attractions).

Family photo shoot

By _mdecoe |

This was so much fun taking stupid photos on our family reunion. They had a star for every age, even my mother in law stepped away from her walker to take a photo with Lucy Ball. Highly recommend if you are doing a family reunion, lots of laughs.

Fun walk through

By LindsayNjoe429 |

Fun walk through of actors and singers as wax figures. Small spooky area of characters like predator, alien, and Jason but we had small children and they didn’t get scared. For our family of 4 it was about $121.00. The kids enjoyed it and had fun putting on the props to take pictures with the wax figures. It was a good family laugh :)

Un appropriate staff behavior

By Micheal G |

While the museum was nice
The undead exhibit in the Castle was hood till one of the actors touched my little girl rear-end
Not very pleased with this a
Establishment

Amazing Museum

By Brecken J |

I went with my son to the Museum and the castle, and got the All access pass, which I would recommend getting, for only $40. The all access pass gets you three activities in the castle, and the Hollywood Wax Museum. The activities were thrilling and the wax museum was very interesting. Would 100% recommend this as a nice 1-2 hour activity

More Impressed Than Expected

By Michael B |

Wouldn't have thought I would enjoy as much, but the lifelike representations and overall quality of the exhibits was worth it! Tickets include additional thrill activities in a separate building and were a lot of fun!

This was “ok”

By Gwen L |

Visited with my husband, 12-yr old daughter and 14-yr old son. It was neat going through. I have to say that I’ve been to better wax museums where the wax figures really look real. Many of the ones in here were just “ok”, and I even had to look at the signs on some to see who they were actually trying to portray. I think it would be good with younger kids and it something to do with the family. It wasn’t a total waste, but I’ve been to better.

Great Family Experience

By Grant H |

This is a great visit for your family. We enjoyed the all access pass which allowed us to experience all the museum had to offer.

Was OK

By derbypeach |

We purchased our tickets online for our family of 7. When checking in, we didn't realize we were only handed 6 tickets. This took a good 15 minutes to resolve but finally we were able to walk through the museum. Our youngest is autistic and loved the wax figures, even used some of the props. The catwalk crossing on the upper floor was too much for him though. We had to back up and go around. The museum was nice and lots of displays. We're glad we satisfied our curiosity but this isn't something we'd do again.

Good times!!

By Leah G |

All four attractions were fun and brought out the child in us! This is a great family attraction, I would recommend children under 12 sitting out on the zombie outbreak at the castle unless they’re horror fans and aren’t scared of blood/guts!

Better then I expected

By Kim P |

We had a blast! Took a bunch of photos! I would highly recommend the all access pass! We're coming back in October and doing it again! So much fun!

Look around at other properties before you decide on this place

By diamondlvr7851 |

The rooms need updated, the breakfast bar was substandard with muffins and donettes on a cookie sheet with no individual wrapping. The young man at the front desk at check in was playing on his phone and his communication skills was very hard to understand.

Happy little accident

By Jeffrey N |

Found the museum by accident just driving by pulled in for pictures of the building and ended up going inside
What a great decision thst was the interactive props and ease of taking photos made it a blast for us!
The all access stuff was cool too the zombie Lab was over the top and the whole experience probably my number one on or trip to Tennessee… I’d do it again and highly recommend it!

Give us your time ,We we will give you an ADVENTURE

By Brenda P |

The Wax statues were quite amazing. I stood for several minutes just looking. I loved the idea of props! I had an amazing time! Thank you for the interactive adventure.

Worth the time to visit

By Roxane S |

My husband and I enjoyed the museum. The only problem we had was that we had a storm go thru the day before and they didn't open until 1 in the afternoon so we had to find something to do for 3 hrs. There was some water damage but overall it was good. They had some props for you to use to take pictures with your favorite celebrity. It is wheelchair accessible with an elevator to go to the 2nd floor.

not worth it

By 2leconte |

most of the figures do not look worth a crap. Poor excuses for wax museum . Over priced for poor quality

A lot of fun but poor Jamie Foxx

By VacationBrian |

We really enjoyed the Wax Museum. You have plenty of photo opportunities and the staff was friendly. They have other attractions attached to this property, Castle Chaos and Hannah’s Mirror Maze. They were both great.

My only complaint is what did Jamie Foxx ever do to you. His wax figure was janky! He has an Oscar so someone help him.

The outside of the building is more impressive than the inside.

By mrstorpedo |

Visited during a downpour so we basically had the place to ourselves, I found the entrance fee expensive (close to $40) for what was inside, it took us about 15 minutes to see the wax figures, there was little information about them and we was left wondering if the statues were true to size. Many of the statues were unrecognizable, and we had to read who there actually were.

Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this place, unless the prices were less than $20, there’s way better things to do in Pigeon Forge.

Great time had!!

By Felicia T |

The wax museum was a bucket list item for me. So glad we were able to stop in and tour it. I enjoyed how laid back the environment was all together. Highly recommend.

First time

By Mandy B |

We have been coming to Tennessee for about 5 years we finally decided to go to the wax museum and we are glad we did!! They were all so life like it was unreal!!

7D was our fave, good for a rest day indoors

By International230 |

Good museum when it’s raining outside, we visited unplanned as the weather outside wasn’t good. There was $2 off coupon for the All Access pass online so we went with that as it provided the best value. The Wax Museum was nice and there is a nice Titanic picture area and some other famous celebrities such as Michael Jackson, Will Smith and others. The 7D adventure was fun as a couple as they show you the final scores as the end and we enjoyed that the best. The Mirror maze and Haunted section was nice as well to make the ticket worth the cost.

Go here, then go to castle of chaos, then go to Cracker Barrel and buy the shrimp! 🤠🤠

By Axl |

Ok I very much recommend this place I love the Wax museum and the building is cool and I also recommend the castle of chaos🤠

A fun trip down memory lane

By Donna T |

This was our second visit to the Hollywood Wax Museum - the first visit being to the site in Branson. My 11-year old really enjoys visiting, as although he does not recognize many of the stars, he like to use the props and interact with the wax figures. It is fun to see him in character. The exhibits are clean and accessible, although not everyone may find their favorite star (or perhaps the wax figure does not closely resemble the star). Still, if you need a place to escape the rain or the hot sun, it is a fun place to spend your time.

Great

By Johana M |

I love all the props and it was awesome. You get to take pictures with all famous actor. We love it andnthe kids also.

So so

By dadette76 |

Not a bad stop but overpriced. Wax figures are not as good as madam tousseau. Building is enormous but the walk thru is quick. Admission for 2 was $52 just for the wax museum and then another $20 if you want the pic from the beginning!

Pretty neat

By loves2travel51992 |

Our family of 12 (small children included) visited Hollywood Wax Museum. It was pretty neat. The was figures look so real and you can get right next to them for photos. The kids had fun too. We will be visiting again on our next trip!

Great experience and value

By Natasha C |

This is hands down the best experience we had while in Pigeon Forge and the price for all 4 attractions is amazing! The 5D ride/game was so exciting and the quality and quantity of celebrities featured in the Wax Museum 🙌

All access is the way to go!

By Julia K |

OMG!!! These wax figures look extremely lifelike! My husband and I went around 10 pm on a Thursday and basically had the whole place to ourself!! (Which is crazy for a tourist strip as busy as that area). Most people tend to go during the day so definitely recommend going late since it is basically a private tour!! (They are open until midnight which is great for couples without kids!!!) even with us having the whole place to ourselves, we always felt followed because of how lifelike everything was!! Super cool experience! I also recommend using the many tourist coupons for the wax museum and go for the all access pass! My husband and I (after some drinks) went to all 4 attractions from 10-12 and enjoyed every single one! We went in not knowing what the other exhibits were and had a blast!!!

Really fun place to hang out for an hour

By Janet69R |

This was our first wax museum tour. We really enjoyed it and would go back again. We took lots of pictures with the characters and enjoyed the horror section immensely. We felt it was worth the $30 and also got the 3 activities across the parking lot for an additional $6. One was a shoot em up zombie ride, there was a haunted house and a room of mirrors where you had to free the princess. We are in our 70's and had a really good time.

Vacation

By Petersjoe666@aol.com |

Enjoyed visiting the 4 activities.Wax museum had alot to offer. House of mirrors was fun to walk through

Very life like!

By FarAway780373 |

Had an excellent time at the museum! Props were available for pictures, very clean atmosphere, and music playing for each entertainer, based upon what they are famous for. Staff was very attentive, answered questions without hesitation, and smiled the entire time!

Fun times

By Softball56 |

The wax museum is great. They have a great variety of pieces well planned. Also have props to get pictuwith the figures

Great Museum

By Tearsa S |

We truly enjoyed this museum. A great place to take the whole family. Exhibits were awesome. Most looked exactly like the actor/actress.

Realistic Celebrities!

By Ashli |

Definitely a must see while in town. It is amazing how real the celebrities look! Whether rain or shine, I would recommend going to the wax museum.

Nice

By 2019DodgeRam |

Little pricey but had a great time . The details were fantastic. This is my wife and I first trip to this area

By ELLERN63 |

My husband and I had a great time. Castle of chaos was very much fun worth the extra $10. The wax museum has some really well-done figures. And they leave plenty of space for you to squeeze in and take your picture with them, which we thought was so much fun. Most of the figures are Hollywood folks of this era so young people will definitely appreciate it.

Expensive

By Jim C |

It was interesting but certainly not worth the $40 PP admission price. Ten bucks would be about right. If you have the time and interest, purchasing the VIP pass is a more economical option.

Pricey but neat

By Angela G |

It was a fun activity but way too expensive for what you get. The fact they are not accepting ANY cash is ridiculous.

Nice

By Awayfro |

Nice wax museum. Being able to sit or stand next to exhibits and take photos made it better for the kids. The magic place attached to the museum was also very good experience.

Unexpected fun for husband and me

By stanleysmama |

We recently visited the Wax Museum while on vacation. We got the deluxe package, which we HIGHLY recommend! The wax museum part was fun, and we took lots of funny pictures with the “stars.” But doing the extra things really put the visit over the top. The zombie thing was 1 of the best live haunted houses we’ve ever done. I thought it was better than Gatlinburg’s Mysterious Mansion, but that may be because we were the back 2 in our group and received most of the zombie scares! I let them know they were doing a great job by how much I involuntarily screamed!! Then we did the mirror fun house, which was also great fun. My husband and I went different directions and totally lost each other for a while. I found the way out but went back searching for my husband. I found him, and we got lost again before finding the end. It was great! We’re still talking about how much fun that was, and we are in our 50’s. We’re cool and young still obviously!

Great place to visit

By Tsomerssr |

Love this place from everything outside to all the wax figures inside they are so real looking I will be back again every time I visit.

Multiple attractions

By Jenni |

The wax museum is so cool! There are three other attractions as well in the castle next to it. One is an immersive ride (you can pick from two), one is a mirror maze and the other one is like a haunted trail but inside with zombies (I was told 50% of people run out and don’t finish) which I’m glad my daughter didn’t do because it was scary! I would definitely visit the wax museum again, but the attractions probably not. Staff was very friendly.

Eh nothing special

By Gabby C |

I really thought the wax exhibit was going to be bigger and for the price it should have been. The figures were very hit or miss. They either looked identical to their real counterparts or nothing at all like them. The 7D theater was amazing but extremely short. The haunted house was 2 stars at best. A worker told me it was like 8.5 out of 10 scary and I'm pretty sure my 4 year old niece could've walked through it. Not great. The hall of mirrors was neat.

Family FUN!

By Stephanie W |

The wax figures were so life-like! We had the best time doing selfies with so many different characters! The props were great, pulling us into some fun pics!

Great family attraction! Surprisingly exciting.

By Johnnie W |

We had three children (9-11 yo boys) with us and didn't think they would be very excited about the wax museum. Boy, were we wrong! They had a ball and wanted to take pictures with every statue. Most of the statues were of modern actors and actresses, so they knew each one and were excited to see them. They look very real and some of them you even expect to move at any second and scare you to death. We did the all access pass and went to the three other adventures in the castle behind the wax museum as well. Those were LOTS of fun. They loved the laser shooting game the most, but enjoyed all three immensely. We go to Gatlinburg a lot, but this was our first time at these attractions. We will be back! I highly recommend it for families. It took about two hours to go through all of the attractions and it was definitely worth the money!

Interesting! Props available to pose with!

By Reva Prescott |

This was entertaining and the kids (ages 9 & 13) loved it! We purchased tickets that allowed us to go to the establishment next door as well where we played a VR game and they had another type of tour/maze that my husband and daughters did. The only con is that there weren’t very many wax figures and there were more that definitely did not look like the celebrities they weee suppose to be replicas of.

Great visit

By Samuel Partin |

Everything looked so real only thing could ask is for more of a selection of country stars and Paul walker

Really enjoyed this!

By Clark S |

We really enjoyed the wax museum. We were amazed at how real the stars looked. We kept waiting for them to move. It was fun to be able to get pictures with them and the props were an added fun thing.

Great Trip

By iAmRobertJohansson |

As part of a team-building exercise with my colleagues, we visited the wax museum. It was absolutely spectacular and we took many pictures with the figures!

Anniversary trip

By Diana B |

We had the best time here. We got the limited pass which was only $39.99 it was worth it. Every actor and musician looked just like themselves. And the zombie game was fun also we got to shoot zombies. Then we walked over to amaze of Mirrors we did the zombies first. It was ok but you don’t need to take children in there. It will scare them. The maze of mirrors was awesome and we saved the princess. All in all 5 stars. They even have gift shops.

Family fun

By kimmie7782 |

Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed all the attractions especially the choas in the castle. A great place for the family to enjoy

Fun visit, but way overpriced!

By super6traveler2 |

My family if 5 visited here while on vacation. It was fun seeing the different wax figures and we took many pictures! They definitely had lots of celebrities, some looked better than others. Overall it was a fun time, but very expensive for what it was. It took only about an hour to see everything and it was around 150.00! Definitely not worth that price! We wouldn’t do this again and unless you are going with a smaller group I would skip it.

Do the combo ticket with the castle next door

By Jason |

Gave this 4 stars on the value of the combo ticket with the castle next door. It was about $45 and included the haunted house, mirror maze, and a 3D motion dark ride along with the wax museum.

The Wax Museum itself is not a great value but we enjoyed it for 30 minutes or so. It’s really just a cute way to get selfies with some life size models of some of your favorite stars. They allow you to get very close and use props in your photos.

This is more of a fun add-on to your day in the Smokies and probably not the highlight of your day.

Amusing but way overpriced

By Flyer09349674569 |

Wax figures weren't the most accurate. Info signs were fun to read. If was ok, my 10 yr and 11 yr old were not big fans. We did get the tickets to go to all the attractions offered and they liked the Maze of Mirrors and 4D adventures ride. A fun time, bit definently overpriced.

great

By Olivia F |

if you like celebrities this is the place to go. it was an experience. i loved all the wax figures of famous people and taking pics with them. its for those who will prbly never meet a celeb otherwise. it was fun.

By Chastity W |

Don’t waste your money. Some of them don’t even look like the real person. I have been to better ones.

Some good some bad.

By EdwardUSC |

At first I thought the wax museum was a little expensive but then I found out you can add three other nearby attractions for an additional $10, which made the price alot more reasonable. The wax museum was ok in that some of the displays really resembled the people or creatures they were supposed to but others missed the mark by a mile. I liked that some of the displays had props that you could use to take pictures with the mannequins. I would go again but only if they had the same deal with the other nearby activities.

Cool Spot

By Dean_Amy-2004 |

A nice spot to cool off from the heat & humidity. Unlike some other reviewers, I thought most of the figures were not that great and I needed the signs to know who some were supposed to be. The props were neat, but kept wondering the last time any of those pieces were really cleaned. The price was crazy high; very poor value in my opinion. Would not go back again.

A very good place for my family

By salvadorjra |

This is a great fun experience for my family. We got the 4 package where we saw the hollywood wax museum, a 4D shooting competition, a horror walk and a never ending mirror where you should find the treasure in order to find tge exit. Hadso much fun

By AshleyJackson524 |

If anything, this visit exposes how limited my son's knowledge of pop culture is. Lol.
This was fun and a touch creepy. We did agree that poor Jamie Foxx didn't look much like Jamie and Will Farrell needed a bit more attention, but overall, this was fun!
I do have an idea though for kids. It would be cool to see a hands on area where kids could try and make something out of wax.

Interesting!

By E4150VQlisad |

It was interesting seeing all the waxed people! There were facts to read for each figure! I liked the idea that the floor showed you which way to go next! There were some stairs to go up, but they also had an elevator!

Making memories

By Monica F |

It was fun and seeing all my favorite celebrities and my three year old son loves it great for making memories with my baby

Must see

By Debbie S |

It was our Anniversary we loved it all was fun and lifelike staff was great too we had a great visit it was good to see how life like they really were.

Skip this one.

By Vonda N |

The wax figures do not resemble the celebrity. Over priced for what you get. Save your money and skip this one. Had to rate one star to complete review. Otherwise a zero.

Unique experience

By Liz |

It's been years since I have gone to a wax museum. This one was very enjoyable and there was so much to see. I particularly liked that we could put on props and take pictures of each other with the various wax figures. We spend at least two hours there, and I would recommend it to other adults who are visiting the area and have a day where there is a bit of inclement weather. And I love the pictures with King Kong. I bought all three and also was able to download the photos to my phone. My family got a real kick out of those pictures!

Nice Wax Museum

By Teresa S. |

I enjoy visiting the different Hollywood Wax Museum's. Don't expect the figures to be as good as Madame Tussaud's, as they aren't. They do have different wax figures at the various ones I've visited.

So fun

By Chris P |

The wax museum was awesome. Would highly recommend this also the redneck comedy bus tour. So much fun.

Put Me On The A-List Baby!!

By Crush |

You just can't see this humongous building with King Kong attached and drive by without wanting to know what it's all about. So I made it my business to find out. What a great time I had rubbing elbows with so many celebs. The showcases that gave a platform to individual celebrities were so realistic. With many of the wax figures you were able to use the props supplied to really get into character...and you know I did. I was in awe admiring the colors, lighting and floor designs. Each time I bent the corner was a mouth wide open experience. Some of my favorite longtime celebs were there like Eddie Murphy and George Clooney and I even saw my frightful celeb friends like Jason and Michael. Don't worry, the frightful characters are in a separated location if you'd rather not see them. My best friend and I had a ball walking through just laughing and playing out loud. The combo ticket was well worth it and the price won't make you faint. Since we had an entire rainy day when we were here, it was a perfect outing to beat the stuck in the room blues. You haven't lived until you played live on stage with Prince lol.

Overpriced, not impressed

By chantel |

Over priced, not worth $30 per person and if you want a picture in King Kong’s grip it’s extra! It should be included in the entry price because there’s not much else to do but walk through and see the wax figures, like you can see everything there in 30 minutes or less so the least they could do is let you get one free picture per family. I was not impressed, sorry I wasted my money because there were six of us in my family so I think we could have done something better for $200. I wouldn’t go again.

Really fun! Such detail!

By Dspace |

So, my husband and I let each of our kids choose something they wanted to do in the area. This was my 14 yo daughter’s choice. Our 8 yo daughter really didn’t want to go, and we found out later why. My hubs and I had never been to a wax museum before and he was super-impressed with the detail of each celebrity represented. Our teenager took so many pictures and was giddy with excitement. Our 8 yo enjoyed it as well. So, why did she not want to go to a wax museum? She thought we would be learning about the history, uses, and cultural connections of wax. Haha! Her actual words. Well, that’s typically what museums are about, right?!?

Dolly Parton is TINY!

By Betsy T |

It didn't seem like much to see for the price paid, but props were made available for persons to pose with their favorite celebrities. It was also interesting to see that the wax figures reflected the celebrities' actual height.

Family fun

By Carissa |

Lots of different activities at one great price. We had a lot of fun and did it all in about 2 hours.

SO MUCH FUN!!

By Jon |

We got the BEST souvenir photo and loved the exhibits. The staff was amazing also. I think that the figures were well done and we just had a ball.

We had fun

By RH C |

While we enjoyed it the was museum wasnt that great. The wax firgures were very small. Not impressed. San Antonio and Dallas wax museum was way better and bigger.

Good time filler.

By Trina M |

This was good for a time filler on a rainy day. Not as good as Madame Tussaud’s but not horrible. Great that they had signs with information about each star. This helped identify some stars.

I loved it.

By Brad B |

The wax figures were great. The other attractions attached were amazing. Dread the Dead Outbreak was massive fun. My wife was freaked. It gave me a new feeling to use while writing my third zombie book. Great experience.

Lots of celebrities

By Kris N |

Lots of current celebrity figures and the props were fun. The photos that their photographers took were overpriced so we didn’t purchase them. Otherwise I recommend this activity.

Bring your red carpet looks and your Hollywood smiles

By Paul R |

Visited the Wax Museum and the castle of chaos as a punt for a rainy day.

We had a blast in the wax museum as they have many famous people staged with props that you can use as part of creating your memories!

We had fun cheesing it up and enjoying ourselves. It is small, but the quality is good, which I think makes up for the overall size.

The multi pass is definitely worth it as you get access to 3 other attractions within the castle it's worth the 7 dollars, I believe, difference in price.

Pleasant Surprise

By Evil_E207 |

What a fun wax museum. Not sure what others complain about, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. This was my kids' first visit to a wax museum and they loved it. We had a great time and they took a lot of pictures. A must visit for one that wants to rub elbows with the stars in an imaginary sort of way.

Fun day of photos

By Brenda M |

It was not my idea to visit the Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge. We were on a family vacation with both of my daughters and their husbands and kids. So when my daughter said she wanted to go there I was skeptical. I actually found myself having a good time. Even my husband who isn't much for museum's said he had a good time. I suggest that you take advantage of the props for taking pictures. We let loose and just had a good time coming up with ideas for photos. After all, having your picture taken with 'The Duke' or the Outlaw Josie Wales is a once in a lifetime thing!

Fun on a rain day

By kates5283 |

Our son, 9, hadn't been to a wax museum since he was very little and really didn't remember that one. Much to the chagrin of my husband, this is what our kiddo wanted to do. He and our daughter had so much fun posing with the figures and being silly. It was a fun way to spend a rather rainy afternoon on our trip! Some figures are definitely better than others, but you can still tell who all of them are! Definitely fun, but not something we would do every trip.

A ton of fun!

By Sarah S |

This place was amazing! A really fun time, you can pose with all the figures and there are props you can use too. The figures are really good and there was tons to see. There are additional attractions at another building on the property and the bundled price was totally fair. The photo op with King Kong was perfect, the staff was friendly as well. My family loved our visit and would go back.

My Mom's experience

By Polly |

My mom and her friend went here and had a great time. They loved the experience. They took pictures of everyone. They would have loved to see more stars there that weren't.

Perfect for a rainy day or a hot summer day

By Sofia M |

Excellent! The whole family had a great time. Perfect for a hot day. We all got to have our picture taken with our favorite Star.

Family Fun

By Nicole P |

Staff was very nice and efficient. The exhibits were fun, interactive, and for the most part accurate. Our family had fun posing with the celebrities. We were also pleasantly surprised by some of the facts about them.

By Brandon S |

Their is a lot of bad reviews, let me start by saying the wax museum is cool to visit once. I do recommend checking it out. Now your real value comes from the all access pass. The other attraction that go with the wax museum are wonderful for all ages. For just a few dollars more it is a way better deal.

By Katie D |

Most serious covid business I went to on vacation. They sanitized the photo prop between each group. They had a timer to only let one group in every 2 minutes. While this is great the line was crazy long. We waited in line as long as it took to walk through the museum. It was fun but not worth the price to me personally.

Ok, not great for me.

By Skeeter58 |

It was OK, not great. A lot of them I didn't recognize until I read the identification card. Younger people we saw seemed to enjoy it more than the older people. I noticed the young people enjoyed taking pictures with the stars.

By FellowTraveler666125 |

My sister and I had a blast here. We enjoyed all 4 attractions. The picture packages were a bit pricey but they were fun.

Girls Trip Fun Getaway

By Ana R |

Girls trip to pigeon Forge. Paid for the all access pass and what an amazing deal. The wax museum was amazing with several wax figures that truly look like the artist. The mirror maze was so fun it was all of our first time. The zombie zone thing was scary for me I had a mix of laughter and tears doing this with a group of girls was interesting enough. The last game was meh… not my favorite but if you have kids they will enjoy.

To expensive for what it is

By Chris B |

70 bucks for a dated exhibit… maybe 20 minutes through the whole thing. Save your money this isn’t worth the price.

Great time in the Wax

By Courtney J |

Great experience. Many faces and people I knew and even some I’d forgotten. Wonderful staff and very friendly!

Fun but a little pricey

By Kerri C |

It was cool seeing the wax Hollywood actors and singers. They even have props for you to use for making pictures with your favorite celebrity.

Awesome

By Sara M |

This was so much fun for my family! My husband really got into it and my kids as well. We enjoyed the mirror maze and the virtual circus game. The zombie exhibit was a bit scary. We will definitely be back! Everything was so clean and the staff was so nice! Good prices for souvenirs!

Lots of fun

By Christy C |

Was super fun and staff was so nice and helpful , we did the vip pass, the mirror maze was super fun and the 5D shooting ride was great , will be back again !

Good

By Martha C |

fun for the whole family,
We took a lot of photos although I have kissed larger ones, this one is just as nice and fun.
there are many accessories to take photos

2nd visit

By milkywaystars |

Love this place. Some of the figures have changed since my last visit which I loved. This time they have added props you can use. The only thing I see with that is there was nothing to wipe the item from the person before

Fun Stop for All Ages!

By MandeeS |

Hollywood Wax Museum did not disappoint! We visited when the kids were a little younger and it was just as much fun this time around! We will definitely be back again in the future!

Not what we expected

By Julie V |

This was not our first visit to a wax museum. However, we were somewhat disappointed. It was hard to tell who many of the figures were supposed to be...definitely needed to read the signs next to each of them.

Unique

By Aaron P |

This was definitely different. It was fascinating to see how tall or short the celebrities actually are. If you plan on doing this it’s worth the extra few dollars to get the pass to do all the attractions. ( Hollywood Wax Museum, Hannah’s Mirror Maze, the 5D theatre, and Zombie apocalypse) Look for the $2 off coupon in the savings books.

Really cool!

By Daniel L |

My 1st trip to a wax museum, and I have to say it was very cool and yet humbling...seeing truly life like replicas blew me away. In a sense if you took a dead person and stood them up and opened their eyes, this is what I felt I was looking at. Some are right on the money while others are hard to see. Lots of photo opps, with props. Get the all access pass, it's WORTH IT TO DO EVERYTHING !
The castle of chaos beside the museum has a 7d ride ( do the Carnival one IF YOU LIKE SCARY STUFF..TRUST ME!!), maze of mirrors and a horror haunt walk through.

Fun little stop

By CustomMadeGJ |

The Wax Museum is a perfect add on to a great day, but isn't going to be a main center piece. Would have given 4 stars at one point, but after going to other attractions (for example, Alcatraz East) this one just doesn't measure up.

Pros: There are some really great sculptures and the experience is overall a fun little spot for photos.

Cons: No hand sanitizer stations throughout. I would like that even pre-pandemic since so much of the experience is sharing props. Some sculptures were clearly added into back drops that don't fit them. Example, Robin Williams was added and looks great but is clearly in an Austin Powers themed background.

Overall I would suggest going, especially as part of the all access pass. Just don't expect to spend the afternoon there.

Expensive

By Inkjockey |

It was neat to see, but $30 for a 20 minute attraction is overpriced. It was clean and had several characters, but all were thinner than reality. I took a few up close looks, and they were very lifelike.

Castle of Chaos is great!

By Steve C |

We did the Carnival side if the Castle of Chaos and it was great! Quick service, clean/safe environment and great staff! If you love 5D adventure rides this is your place!

1st time

By Tammy W |

it was okay! We went through to see what it was all about. Nothing special really unless your into reading everything. Gift shop was much more expensive then others in the area that had the same items.

Typical Hollywood Wax Museum

By Ken N |

I have been to a few of these in different parts of the country. They are all pretty much the same with some of the same figures and some different. It is something to do for a couple of hours. Like most places better when not crowded. Try to avoid rainy days since then you can not enjoy it as much.

Lots of fun

By Christopher S |

We had a great time here! We took pictures, made jokes, everyone enjoyed it. Lots of fun to be had. They have added attractions that were also worth going to.

Definitely Worth it!!

By Suzanne B |

We loved the wax museum! All of the wax figures look so real! This was definitely a highlight of our trip!

I would recommend this for your families such a fun, place zombie outbreak was the best :)

By buffym1988 |

What an amazing experience Jessica there she was so helpful. She made me and my father’s day so special. I wanted to do something for my dad for Father’s Day cause it’s been a long time since I’ve actually got to do that. Jessica took the time to help us she was sweet and the kindest hospitality. I wanna give her props. She is really a blessing. I appreciate everything she did for us and my dad had the best experience of our life there and thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Wax museum

By Renee Y |

Super fun time taking pictures at the wax museum. The quality of the figures varied. Some were great, while others were mediocre.

Disappointing.

By Tania F |

Disappointing experience. We’ve been to the museum in Nashville and it was so much better. Many of these wax statues did not look like the people they were imitating.

Pleasant surprise.

By Mags boy S |

The wife had this on her list and I must admit I was skeptical at first. Hi sever I fell in love with the place. All kinds of actors and actress the wax designs of each celeb made it worth the wait bit to mention very educations . Would recommend.

“Come play with the stars!”

By Axl |

I love the wax museum it was super and I would love to go back and do more photo shoots with the figures and I recommend it :D!

A great experience for a guy that nothing impresses !

By Mike I |

A wax museum huh ? Prolly not my thing. BUT--it was totally awesome. The life-likeness was unbelievable. Plus, I got to 'meet' some of my favorites ! The Hall of Mirrors was pretty cool too--endless maze of reflections make it truely challengeing.
The 'ride' (I don't remember what it's called" was almost terrorfying. I kept my eyes closed about half the time---very realistic as you are zippin along on a roller coaster shooting at monsters. The Haunted House is probably amongest the best in the nation. Again, I'm not typically a fan of such fare, but I would challenge any Southern bad Boi redneck to walk through this and not jump at least three times ! (TIP---keep you hand on the left wall) Shoutout to my 'personal guide' Ron for the guide through---most don't get that.

Just do it!!!

By ann marie |

This place is amazing and was so much fun! My husband and I we are in our mid 40’s and it was a blast! It took us about an hour to go through- tickets were 33.00! Staff up front could have been a little more friendly kinda rude but all in all great

Fun

By Heather Blanton |

I have been coming to Pigeon Forge for 30 years or more and we finally decided to try this attraction. It was quite interesting and the staff were very attentive with the excellent precautions put in place to help stop COVID. we got the all access pass and enjoyed the other attractions though they were quite loud. It does seem to be a one and done type of attraction but was very enjoyable.

Family outing/vacation

By Darling W |

OMG!! So much fun we really enjoyed the experience. We really enjoyed taking pictures next to the celebrities. It was an awesome amazing time we had

So many celebrities!!!!!!!!

By Paula Day |

Loved this place! There were so many statues that looked so real, it was like their eyes were following us everywhere we walked! John Cena and the Edward and Bella were my all time favorites!

Lot of fun!

By Damoose30 |

My kids had fun going to the wax museum. We also did the mirror maze, hunted room and the gunshoot ride. Out of all of them they seem to like the most was the hunted room, they talked about it for awhile.

Cool place

By Traveler221386 |

Cool experience. My husband and I went yesterday and it wasn’t crowded at all which is nice. Awesome place for pictures.

Not worth it.

By 2leconte |

Just really not great work 90 percent of the wax figures. Many didn't even look like the people they portrayed. And over priced for what you see. Save the time and money.

Not a highlight

By Weeziemomma |

We spent $65.00 for 2 senior admissions. I found only 6 figures to be lifelike. Its almost as if they have 2 male and 2 female body types. Especially evident on the Men In Black Tommy Lee Jones figure. He was not skinny in these movies. He's never been skinny. Was disappointed in the museum and won't go back.

Not worth the price

By Loretta R |

Most of the wax figures did not look like the stars, but it was something to do :) we have been to others that are way better wax figures.

Fun Pix

By rovingruz |

We enjoyed our visit, some of the figures look really cool, others we needed to read the label. You can take selfies with those you like, took about 20 minutes to go through. I would suggest they lower prices or offer discounts,

OK for an hour stop. Pretty good exhibit.

By wemjam |

Decided to try this museum while in Pigeon Forge. I will say it was the most expensive ticket for an attraction we paid, and value for money was OK. We spent about an hour. We did not buy the all access pass as we didn't want to do all the other things that were included with that, but if you are interested in the other things included make sure to but it... much better value for money.

Did enjoy this wax museum a lot. It is different then others we have gone to because you can actually get up next to the different people and take your picture with them, etc. So that was really cool. There were two floor and quite a lot of different people represented. I will say that some were pretty good, but most were just OK. The workmanship on most were not a really good representation of their faces. Others we have been in have been much better.

All-around fun time!

By Owen S |

Was definitely worth the money! It looked iffy, as I though it would only be a wax museum at first, but then me and my family were introduced to the three other bc attractions! My only word of advise is to not let young children or babies see the “Carnival” VR ride or the zombie haunted house, as they are quite scary. It was an all around fun time and I would definitely go back another day.

Fun for a few hours

By Anne |

We had a rain day during our spring break vacation and my Son decided we needed to walk though! He had a blast and took a ton of photos! OH and we got to stay dry!

More for teens

By Amber Whitesel |

I feel this is something to visit with teens. As an adult couple we feel it wasn’t really the most exciting thing to do.

A good few hours of Fun!

By Krista W |

We had a wonderful time taking pics with the props and seeing all the wax figures. Some figures were very good and some were sub par. We got the all access pass and also did the haunted zombie lab, the 7D shooting adventure, and the mirror maze. We enjoyed them all (adults in our 30s). Only criticism I would give is that the mirror maze could be a little more difficult/ long.

WASN’T BAD BUT WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN

By KCC05 |

This wasn’t a bad attraction but it is definitely way overpriced. We were in there maybe 20 mins. Some of the wax figures are spot on but others looked horrible. Jamie Fox and Beyonce looked terrible..OMG!!! But it definitely was fun seeing how tall the celebrities were. Would I pay $60+ again for 2 people ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Oh and the pictures at the end will cost you $30+ for all three.

Not good

By rossana38 |

Waited in line for two hours. One register working. I get they have to be safe, but they need to go out to the line and let people know how long it many be to get in.
Once we get in, attraction lasted about 15 minutes. Definitely not worth the price of $35 for one person for two attractions. SpeedZone Fun Park & Lazerport Fun Center is much more worth the price. $27 for FIVE super fun, long lasting attractions.
I’ve been at the Castle of Chais a few times and this was my worst experience. They should bring the price down to make up for the terrible inconvenience m. It wasn’t Covid, it’s bad management .

Very good

By Anna |

Visited as a family of 5 during Spring break. Came early in the morning to avoid the crowds. We bought the all excess passes and enjoyed them.Spent about 1 hour at the museum and another hour at the castle. Wax museum was a bit boring for the kids but they really liked the 4D theater and the mirror maze. Zombies were very scary for the kids.Later we found out that we could do the maze or the theater again instead of Zombies.
Overall we had a great time.

Fun Time When Raining

By Archrn |

My wife and I really enjoyed this attraction. It was perfect while it was raining outside. It is interesting (and a little creepy) to see how some of the figures look. Some are very realistic and others need a little more effort. All in all a fun time with LOTS of picture opportunities!

Wax Museum

By Gerard V |

Great tour. lots of famous people where their on display. my wife and i enjoyed it very much. great place for families.

Fun

By Joseph N |

Excellent likenesses in the Wax Museum although the representation for older Hollywood figures (1930-1960) was very minimal. Had a lot of fun at the other attractions. The Zombie "haunted house" even though there was only one actor on duty when the wife and I went through was most effective.

First timer

By Veronica G |

We were on vacation and decided to hit the wax museum last minute, since I have never been to one. It was pretty neat. The workers are pretty rude and do seem offended when you don’t buy the whole kit and kaboodle. I also tried to take a pic of my bf and the giant King Kong and you would have think I kicked the man’s dog with the way he reacted. With the price it costs just to enter the door, I should be able to take photos of anything I darn well please. Other than that, the actual museum was a good time. We had fun. The only unrecognizable figure to us was Ryan Reynolds. Not even close. Haha!

Fun for teens & adults

By Mrs C |

We were traveling with 4 teens (2 girls/2boys) and their parents. We are the grandparents. Finding something for all of us to do was difficult. So we bought the 4 all in one access pass,,,,the Zombie haunted house was scary enough for the teens and not so scary for us old folks. The mirror maze was lots of fun but we did have one that got lost. The wax museum was awesome! We took tons of pictures!! But our favorite was the 5D movie. Good pricing for an afternoon of fun!!

Overall fun

By GMoe |

OK, been coming here for a while and avoiding this "tourist trap." Turns out, we were missing out. The Wax Museum itself is actually pretty cool. Some are very realistic. And there are plenty of figures to gawk at. Moving on the other attractions, we've never done the mirror maze. The Outbreak, kind of an interactive haunted lab with zombies run amok, is kinda cool. For us, the best is Castle of Chaos. The interactive 5D adventure, whether it's the Carnival or Los Banditos, gets our adrenaline pumping and is a screaming good time. They keep score, also, which will give someone in our competitive family some temporary bragging rights.

Love the Wax Museum

By wvmj |

Visited the the Wax Museum and had a great time, first time my husband has ever been to a Wax Museum, had fun posing with all the different figures, and they supply props for you to put on to pose with the figures. great family place to visit.

Loved it.

By Lee |

We liked it a lot. Tons of stars in there. All life like. They are all arranged so you can get right beside them for photo ops. Beam up with Scotty on Star Trek. Sit beside Ellen in that chair. Walk around Beyonce and put your arm around her. We had a lot of fun taking photos. The wax museum is in one building by itself, and the 3 other attractions they have are all in another building. I saw them ask someone to put on their mask in the gift shop, so was thankful for that. Very entertaining museum, as expected.

Killed some time, decent attraction

By nkyroberto |

I liked the wax figures, didnt like the price and lack of value, nor the attempt halfway through the tour to get me to sign up for a timeshare presentation.

Best little deal in PF!

By I’m-Just-Havin’-A-Good-Time |

Get the buy 4 pass! Well worth it! You get the zombie haunted house, mirror maze, wax museum & 5D game! The wax figures are top class! You can even pose with them all! The bast are the horror ones!

Fun for movie lovers and older kids.

By Cheri B |

We arrived in Branson and decided to check out the wax museum. None of us had been there before and it was super fun. The kids liked it a lot. We added on the mirror maze, 5d game and mini golf but used it a separate day. If you love movies I would recommend!

Museum was great

First we were greeted by very friendly staff. The wax museum was fun. Only disappointing was the Elvis huge fan, and did not recognize him. Everything else was great. The second part was the stimulated ride, that was fun. Mirrors was good. Not a fan of horror house's didn't use. Maybe could be a selection to pick the other ride. Staff in that Building didn't explain anything. Overall should have only purchased wax museum.

Wax museum so so, others attractions made up for it

Personally I thought maybe half the figures were spot on, the rest not so much or so so. As for the other attractions on site, the mirror maze and the zombie factory were both good and I liked shooting the cowboy robots.

Alright except for the gift shop

The dollar bills with the actors/singers were real dollar bills with stickers on them that was priced at $7. Other than that everything else was pretty amazing and fun

We were on the fence about it but glad we did it.

We enjoyed the wax museum even more than expected. My teenager that thought it would be boring had a blast posing with all the wax sculptures. We enjoyed the Carnival ride VR coaster. The Zombie outbreak was ok the actors definitely know how to make you jump. We didn't get to do the mirror maze because we ran out of time.

Cool Place

The Wax figures are life like, they did an awesome job, the building is awesome. I would go again and spend more time there. Enjoy!
