AMAZING GAME HEAT NEW YORK GAME

By A8301FQangelc |

Excellent place . The suite very nice good time with the boys food very good the chicken very good the nachos wow delicious we enjoy the game very good and a pic with the cheerleaders happy moments

Visit for a Miami Heat game. It's awesome!

By Riplis |

If you like sports this is a great experience. We went to the triple A for two different games, and we both loved it. Only bad thing was the fact that the games were preseason games which makes attendance a bit bad - which also negatively affects the atmosphere.

The food is not healthy and a bit pricey. I would recommend eating before you get to the game and just go for beer and popcorn while there.

Great Arena

Very Nice STAGE BY Photograph, Pics, photos with family and friends, Big Beauty arena front bayside!

Didn't have any troubles finding our way around. Was very busy place. Though if rented a car it can be a little confusing to get to the rental station. Some have to take shuttles like we did but it wasn't too hard.

What a shame, we pay 150 (3 people) dollars for a tour and you can't even see the field..... everything behind the scenes, you see the out and home locker room, the press room and the rest explanation about photos! Outrageous, and then a 'vip' room but you don't want to be found dead yet..... Be warned! Don't do it! They don't indicate it either!

Disney on Ice

By Carlos A |

Awesome for kids!! They have a very good guest service in the American Airlines Arena. Congratulations!

Arena very nice, parking and traffic is a joke

By K_B |

Attended my first Miami Heat game while on vacation. The area around the arena is very congested, and signage for parking is not very clear. Took awhile for us to find parking, ended up in a garage that was overpriced and stuffed to capacity. The arena itself is very nice, style is a little dated but still looks new. The view from the 300's was better than most arena in the league. Fans don't really get into the game, more interested in hanging out or on their phones. Enjoyed the game but post game traffic is a nightmare. If you don't leave early, you'll be stuck in traffic for quite awhile. Would be five stars arena wise, but parking and traffic make this a place you wouldn't attend regularly.

Arrived for a Tony Robbins conference. (HE and his staff are beyond awesome). Registration was a long walk, up stairs, then down stairs, then up more stairs. I informed the security guard that I have MS and I cannot afford to expend energy doing that or I won't make it through the day. They said, "Walk there and go to registration." A Tony staff member tried to help me and told me to sit on some stairs. The security guard ordered me off the stairs so I sat in the parking lot, on the gravel and cried. Tony staff member helped arrange for my friend to register me but I still had to do the stairs. Fast forward to the end and a Tony staff member gave me instructions for using the elevator to get to the fire walk. I have it on my phone as proof. I went to the elevator and asked if that was the elevator for the Fire Walk and showed my handicap placard. He said, "This elevator is for disabled only! Go that way!" There was a fight. I'm not proud but I said some nasty things, screamed at the top of my lungs that this was illegal and threw a good fit but it didn't matter. I don't "look" disabled. I was taken that night by ambulance to a local hospital. I am far from home and they caused tremendous injury to me and will not speak to me about it. I plan to go to an attorney. If you re healthy, this is a great arena. If you have ANY disability ... STAY AWAY!!!!

The Concert was Great. JLO is Amazing!! Great Area, Staff and security was great and moved the very large crown with ease and respect. Moving a large crowd of Latin people is no easy task lol but they did it with absolute class and professionalism

Travel issues

By Tricia A |

The arena and the Heat game were good. The arena is clean and food prices were ok. The construction going on around the arena is horrible. There is no signs or direction and no one to help. Parking is a nightmare, again with No direction or help. Give yourself at least 30 minutes longer than what GPS says.

Shakira Concert

By jorgegrr |

The arena is a modern hall used mostly for large venues and Heat Basketball games. The place can accommodate more than twenty thousand people. The various floors (I think five and can be six if the main floor that holds the games is used for a concert).
It has an array of suites or “boxes” on the second or third level, mostly bought or used by large companies.
On most floors hold pletora of food and beverage vendors and there are plenty rest rooms on each floor.
The acoustics are enhanced by large speakers brought in when there’s a popular concert.
Underground garage is available but at a price as well as valet parking.
When there’s a concert it’s better to use Uber as parking lots around and nearby raise their prices and leaving a concert can be madeningly slow at exit time.

First Basketball Game

Nice arena but the staff was no where around to show us where our seats were and we ended up having to find them for ourselves.

Very nice venue and amenities, walking distance to bayside marketplace for shopping, dinning, drinks, etc

Great Venue

My family and I went to a basketball game at the arena. Great stadium to watch a basketball game. It is like going to a night club. Great food, music, and atmosphere.

Home of the Miami Heat...What’s not to like!

By daniecharles |

I love the security aspect at the entrance. But most important part for me is the friendly attendants during the Miami Heat games. They are helpful. It gets me every time.

WOW

By Jacob |

One of the best and 'warmest' stadiums I have visited. Watched the game between the Heats and Bucks and i really enjoyed the warm atmosphere pre-Covid. Worth it!

Fun night out!!

By Dabulz |

We attended a Miami Heat game here, great game day experience! The food selection was awesome and the prices weren’t too bad for a sporting event. The arena is surrounded by a market place where you can hang out before game time.

Miami Heat

By Rachel D |

Visited to watch my first ever NBA game and I loved it.
Security took a while but were friendly so no complaints. The shops had a great choice and were reasonably priced.
Even though the stadium isn’t huge there are loads of staff on hand to help you find your way.
Lots of food options for vegetarians and plenty of toilets so no queuing required so you don’t need to miss any of the action,
The atmosphere is incredible and I had such a great time. Even better the Heat won!!

Incredible well organized for basketball gamrs

By Carlos L |

Most of the seats allow perfect vision of the game. Nice food courts, clean bathrooms, good gear shops. The stadium personnel is very helpful.

It's worth it, it has good facilities

By lulita |

A stadium where we could see a good basketball game.
Easy access, with good service.
It's bigger than we thought

By VanessMiami |

Love this place, home of the Heats! And the Heat Nation of course. Don't hesitate to go there to watch a NBA game

Customer satisfaction should definitely be increased

By ekn k |

The field is very beautiful, you can see it even from the back. But they search excessively and do not even let in water for small children. They don't take it with backpacks or anything, you have to leave it in the 15 dollar cases. The staff making calls are incredibly rude and constantly trying to upset you.

great but parking is a pain in the neck and super pricey. Long waits to get out
Very frustrating cause cars everywhere

Could’ve been more friendly

By La familia Castro |

Once I got the parking figured out the arena was nice. Some of the people working could have been friendlier but I understand it was a busy event that I attended.

Fantastic atmosphere for a Heat game

By JWL |

All is clean, modern, nice. For the basketball game, it was fantastic. Lively atmosphere is an understatement - even the staff were dancing and singing. Bathrooms cleaner than the usual stadium fare. Recommended.

Nice friendly staff

By isabelC1825WJ |

Visit the Arena for a Heat game, on December 4, with the Orlando Magic, yes the Heat lost, but it was a very nice experience, I had the area 308, row 7 and seat 10, 11, 12, and 13, we had a good seat and the all the fans where very excited and happy, I notice the usher that was working our area, she was very nice lady, in her late 50, and I notice her name was Isabel, like mine, I told her that my mom name and mine was also Isabel, and she gave me a huge smile, I notice that she was very active making sure everyone seat at their correct seat, My first game in 2018, so I will make sure I will go back next year at the same area, I felt very comfortable GO HEAT

Experienced an American NBA game Miami Heat

By myfamilylincs |

Had a really enjoyable night at the American Airlines arena , went to see the Miami Heat , this was our first ever NBA game , we wasn’t disappointed, and the bonus was it went to overtime, the arena is amazing, we were sat up with god and still had great views ,the only negative was the drinks and food prices . Go heat

Concert Latin Music

By adriszcz |

The concert was amazing! Our seats were to high and they changed for me. Easy parking. Great service!

Sloooooooooow

By Allison S |

Security "lines" were a mess. "Lines" is in quotes, because it was more a mass of unorganized people, standing in the rain, inching towards too few metal detectors

Do those poles that mark a line cost too much? Is $500/ticket not going to cover such new fangled technology?

Good venue bad traffic

By J M |

We went to a heat game for the first time. It’s located in downtown Miami and near a cool outdoor mall area. Only problem was after the game it was nearly impossible to get out of there. We spent an hour and a half tied up in the traffic.

Great memories...

By Eclectica E |

I have been here multiple times and I must say this is an amazing place for concerts and events, excellent parking space, well kept with plenty of amenities but you need to be early because the traffic can be a nightmare around (sometimes). You can waste between 25 minutes to 45 finding a parking spot that could be around $20, in some cases even $40 , also wear comfy shoes since you will have to walk enough to get tired, mostly if you love high 👡 like me.

The food is kind of expensive but you can eat before or after and just buy some drinks or cocktails, the place is clean with great ambience to enjoy a great time.

I come here on a regular basis and with no regrets or complaints.

If You visit it You will never forget the magnificent experience and the great vibes.

Great venue.

By David R |

Great venue for sports and concerts ! Easily accessible from the Miami Beach and surrounding areas. Spend day at the beach and take transit to your event. No need to pay pricey parking.

Poor Event Management Undermines Miami Shows

By Darryl W |

I paid over $300 to see Mary J. Blige—who was, without a doubt, the main attraction and delivered a solid performance. However, what happened to the two other acts that were supposed to perform? From 7:00 PM—the scheduled showtime—until 8:45 PM, we were left listening to a DJ, with no explanation, no update, and no accountability.

This isn't an isolated incident. The same thing happened at Jazz in the Gardens this past March. Acts are mysteriously cut without notice, and paying customers are left in the dark. It’s disrespectful, dishonest, and completely unacceptable.

Who is responsible for these repeated failures in event organization? Someone needs to be held accountable. Audiences deserve transparency, not last-minute changes and silent cancellations after tickets are sold.

Miami’s entertainment industry must do better. Taking people’s money and delivering less than promised is not just bad business—it’s exploitation.

A great place for event venues.

By Abel R |

My first Miami Heat game. They played with the Pelicans and beat them. Final score was 99 - 101. The stadium is lovely. Has different bars and food options. Food was delicious. Bought me a beer with some chicken tenders and fries. I had a nice experience. Parking was hectic though.

First park, then enjoy

By berroacda |

The Miami Heat are having a tremendous season, so is nice to visit the American Airlines Arena, home of the Heat, to feel the hot. But the first is to have a good parking, just to go in just to left. They are expensive in the way how far it is. So if you are early you can’t take a 15 or 20 buck parking, walk a little big, but when finish you can leave easy. The stadium is easy to go especially if you have your ticket by internet. They are not cheap. But if you want to enjoy you better pay a good ticket, or probably can enjoy special saloon, like Bacardi, but in deep I can’t tell you about. Probably the game will be full house, so try to get ticket in first or second deck, in the third; you probably will enjoy the game in the screen and is not funny. Is a real spectacle, enjoy.

American Airlines Arena!!!!

By Carolina Rayo |

I'm not a fan of going to the Arena to go watch a game but when they have concerts or the Disney shows I will always go the set is amazing only thing is make sure you buy tickets that are close if not take vernaculars. But overall great place to go see a concert!!!

Arena is beautiful

Been to a few games and concerts place is always clean and well kept, employees are amazing from tickets to sales thank you for a great time!

Facilities were awesome, everything walking distance. Beautiful surroundings!
Various parking alternatives at different rates to suit every need.

Great arena. Lots of Amenities and awesome location.

By work2travel |

Was staying in the area so searched for what was on. Saw the Heat were in town so it was a no-brainer to get tix. Beautiful arena. So many interesting food options. Security went fast and staff were all very friendly.

Not a bad seat in the house from what I could tell. Had a blast!

Great place for a concert

By Julio G |

What we like about the American Airlines Arena was that we are able to get in and out of the parking very quickly. Once the concert is over, you are home in thirty minutes and we live in West Kendall. We saw six concerts there last year.

Toronto Raptors vs Miami Heat

By Natasha |

This is one of the better stadiums that I've been to. So many more food options outside of what the standard stadium food you'd expect like hot dogs and chicken fingers. We had Cuban food but I also saw Korean food and others.

It's huge, impossible to describe.. thrills.. before the match going there 2 hours before lots of things to discover.. magnificent

Great Time at the game

By Iloveschool33 |

Yes yes yes...super glad we made plans to go and see a Miami Heat game especially since D Wade is in his last year of playing. The arena was clean and it was easy to get in and out. The arena is walking distance from many of the hotels which makes it even better. If you can make it to a game, I would highly recommend it.

Dunno? Maybe there'd be a larger crowd if there weren't so many rules. Three versions depending on who you speak to. Got my $$$. They don't care.

Heat Game

Went here with My Son for a Heat Game. Seems like a well designed facility. Going through security was efficient, seating and exiting was smooth and the viewing was good from most seating areas

Great Atmosphere!

By Chris K |

Snuck away from a work conference to watch Heat vs Detroit Pistons. My first ever NBA game. Loved the experience, had great seats and really enjoyed the game, despite not being a basketball fan.

However the chicken burger and fries I had from Grill Zone was the most disgusting food I've ever had at a sporting event (and I remember the catering from 1980s English football grounds). I had to bin it after one tentative bite.

This is ok

By Isabellaxo |

Great place to watch the basketball but the food wasn’t the best but it was fine, there wasn’t the best toilets were being cleaned but they were ok but the stadium was nice everywhere had nice views so I am giving this a 4 star

Great place to watch the heat

By Autumn M |

We went to the heat vs 76ers. We sat 105 row 1. This row is a pass through row so it's beyond annoying to have everyone passing. It is directly behind the visitors bench. So the height of the players may block you.

Convenient location in a great area!

By AmyBGJ2019 |

I attended a conference and stayed nearby the arena. Everything is closeby - restaurants, pharmacy, shopping, you name it. The staff was friendly and the location was awesome!

Very fun arena

By Spencer E |

Went to Miami Heat game. All seats in this arena a good and good eating choices in arena. Live atmosphere during game. They have $20 shuttle that takes you right to the door from Ft. Lauderdale. It leave 1.5 hour before game time and leaves arena 15 minutes after game is over. Parking for shuttle is free.

Great Stadium

By Amber Jane |

I have been here for a concert and a basketball game. One of the nice arena's I've been to - other than parking prefer to BB&T.

300's - 400's section seats are too STEEP!

By Gordi09 |

I don't recommend seating in the 300's - 400's section. Seats are extremly steep. If bringing an ederly person, I do NOT reccommend these high seats. Pay more and stay low.

Excellent seating, exciting Heat Game...and yummy chicken!

By Sheri M |

Great seats, easy parking nearby...use a spot Hero....and upgraded food deals. Had some great chicken sandwiches with waffle fries and bottomless soda for twenty two dollars...not bad for an arena! Clean and ample restrooms...even a water fountain! Watching the a heat was a treat. The pre game show was fun to watch. Much more fun than attending a Knicks game.....have fun!

Great Venue - Enjoyed a Heat Game

By Grover R |

On our Fall trip last year, we went to a Red Sox game in Boston, so for the Spring, I thought we should see the Heat while in Miami. This was the last night of our trip when we had returned to Miami from the Keys. The center is very convenient right downtown. We took the Miami Metromover to and from the game and it was very easy.

As we are not really big Heat or even NBA fans, I capped our ticket price at $45 which put us in the upper ring near the top Section 326, row 15. Aside from a lot of stairs, I must confess I felt very good about our ability to see the entire game. I was totally surprised by this. Between the big screen and vertical seating, I felt I was able to see the game very well. Let me also say the arena is very open and clean with some great features like a deck to view the Miami skyline. Additionally, the vending spaces were good with a lot of variety. I was truly impressed.

As for the game, it was a good game and fairly quick. While we saw the tip, the first quarter was over, and I felt like I had just sat down. The Heat were ahead for 3 quarters; however, they gave up the lead in the fourth and lost in a close game. Leaving was also very easy and when we came out, we were greeted with the most amazing views of the Miami skyline at night. It was a great experience even for those who are not NBA or Heat fans.

Good place to enjoy an event.

By Santiago Martínez |

Good experience, we went to see Luis Miguel's concert and access was quick, without problems and very well organized. They take you to your place and ask you if you need anything else. Everything very clean.

Celine Dion concert

By István Szegedi |

Amezing show. Does not matter where you are seated. Good sound quality. Nice and helpful stuff. Parking place just in front of the building Of course you can park in under the Arena, too

NBA Match

By Alexis D |

Recently I went to a NBA Match; Heat vs. Bucks. And I really enjoy it, the seats are confortable, easy to find your seat. The visibility was perfect and the atmosphere very cool and exciting.
If you are in Miami, don’t miss the chance to see the Miami Heats playing!!!

Great venue,

Heat game!

By Maria peyes |

Great game!! The customer service is great at the arena, and the show its amaZing! Heat have crazy and great fans! Well be back!

Comfortable and Good Viewing

By FabulousTL |

Saw Andrea Bocelli here and it was nice. Seats were comfortable enough. The cup holders are great. The signage inside is adequate to find your seat but unfortunately the outside signage is terrible. They should have better signs at the entrances. The price of beverages is ridiculous.

Everything is great, except for traffic

By Joshua J |

I love going to NBA games at AAA, but I hate driving to AAA. The traffic has gotten a little better with the alternate route over the bridge lately, but the closer you get to the arena, the more congested it is. If they could figure out a way to better direct the traffic, it'd create a better experience. The parking is not the best either, but just spend the extra money to park inside or valet and you won't have to stress it as much.

Now lets talk about inside. Nice and comfy. The arena is well maintained and cleaned. The seating is about what you'd expect and an arena, but they do keep good walking space and not to mention a patio area where they hold a few events outside. Plenty of concession options and the bathrooms tend to be decently maintained. You can come here and attend an event comfortably.

A MUST TO GO!

By MMWSA |

You have to go when there is a basketball game, the feeling is incredible. There is an exclusive store of The Miami Heats.

Just Another Arena

By classact007B |

This venue may be OK for basketball...but for concerts it is too big and has poor sight view from upper stand seats ... especially the side seats when trying to see the rear of the stage and video screens.

Maroon 5 concert

By Dennis P |

Excellent. Even the nosebleed seats were good. But the handling of the traffic by the miami/dade police was amazing.

Poorly Managed

By WMtownie |

This venue is so incredibly poorly managed. From the food service folks to the event staff. Several horrible things happened while I was there to see Kevin Hart including:
1) I witnessed an event staff member punch a guest several times. She was finally pulled off the man by her co-worker. She needs to lose her job.
2) Another event staff member tried to start a fight with another guest but that guest's friend convinced her to walk away.
3) The event staff brought us to our seats in the absolute wrong section. We didn't even know until about halfway through the 2nd comedian's act.
4) The food service folks don't tell you that you need to order using a computer terminal and wait for your food and there are no signs directing you to do that. Consequently, more than 1 person stood in line, inadvertently holding up the line.

The venue should hire staff members that aren't so trashy and maybe take more pride in their work

A+ Staff

By CobaltConnection |

First time here. Attended a concert. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful. Food and beverages were overpriced, by tasty.

Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors

By ironleague |

Enjoyed the experience here for an NBA game. Very cool arena. Easy to get around. Good options at team store. Good options for concessions, although expensive as always. Only a couple issues was there was not much going on outside the arena, before being let in. Some events or fan activities would be good. Biggest issue was the usher when we tried to find our seats. She directed us to our seats and then came back later to tell us we were in the wrong area. I told her we were directed to these seats and she was quite rude demanding “Who Did? I’m the only one working this area and it wasn’t me!” In fact it was her, but I let it go and moved to what was our correct seats. You would think a usher would know where the seats were...

Horrible Experience because of Kaseya staff, not Gaga, KASEYA STAFF

By Rebecca F |

We went to see Gaga 9/3 and the staff were flipping us off, taking pictures of us, recording us, laughing at us, and calling us the F slur. Some of them were a hired out company and some were SECURITY in yellow vests. Security gave wrong directions for VIP. Security denied giving an elderly disabled fan water even though they kept us outside in the heat well past doors opening time and that woman passed out and needed EMT services. No one at Kaseya EVER told us this event was cancelled. We had to find out via Instagram. Not a single staff member EVER came out to TELL US IN PERSON. Guest Experience has been an absolute joke and instead contacted the wrong person instead of me!! Now they are deleting Instagram comments and Google reviews. Disgusting dishonest company.

Do not waste your money! COVID RULES OUT OF CONTROL.

By Caroline C |

They now have these annoying ushers walking around telling everyone to keep their masks over their nose and mouth at all times even though the closest person to you will be 7 rows in front of you or behind you. The lighter your skin tone the more they harass how you are sitting in your seat but not if you have a darker skin tone. You can comfortably put your feet up on the seats in front of you all game if you want. They will be too afraid to say anything to you so you should be safe to sit however you want. You cannot take a sip of water inside the arena or you will be thrown out without a refund. Everyone seemed irritated to spend minimum $100/ticket to have to throw away their drinks or chug them before entering. They are on power trips here. Do not attend. Do not waste your money. Watched the usher harass two pretty white girls, a white father/son, and a couple of older white gentlemen. The experience is not enjoyable or worth the money because the ushers are constantly bothering people that are just trying to watch the game. Some have a seemingly racial bias against white people. Spent more time watching the ushers harassing people than the actual game itself. They are out of control.

Great Fun

By Roman R |

Went to watch a Heat game, it was great fun, even the cheap seats provided a great view of the game.

Heat vs Nets game

By Jordan O |

Vibes are cool. Fun atmosphere. Good food options. Concessions are expensive but expected. You can go outside and come back in at certain entrances. However, I was surprised how dated the venue felt. Bright orange seating and the bathrooms match.

Heat vs Rockets

By LiamCr |

Visited the Arena during a weekend trip to Miami from the UK. Watched the Heat play the Houston Rockets. The atmosphere was incredible... surpassed the Knicks atmosphere at MGM.

Got the chance to see James Harden tear it up and Heat come away with the win!! Vice Nights!

Janet jackson concert off the charts

By cateyes22 |

Janet was on fire! She didn't skipped a beat. She played all her old hits and so much more. Man is she in amazing shape! Her voice, body, dance moves. Even after recently having a child. Truly incredible! So happy We decided to go. Well worth it!!

We attended the basketball match between Miami Heats and Brooklyn Nets

By Venicetripper |

The place was grandiose and the match was exciting. I was amazed at the extent of the area before arriving at the actual Arena. In spite of the thousands of people present everyone moved swiftly to take their seats. I loved the atmosphere and will go back again for another match when next I visit Miami.

Worth every second

By Obi1234 |

Still one of my favorite basketball venues. Maybe I just love the heat. But I always find parking within 10 mins walking distance for cheap and the amenities are great with both drinks and food available. The atmosphere is fun and definitely gets you in the mood for a great game or concert. Worth the trip even for poor seats.

This is a beautiful venue to watch a basketball game. Had seats in the lower bowl for only $46 each. 13 rows from the floor.
A very easy to get around arena.
Lots to look at before and after the game.
Located near the downtown harbour market area so lots to do before and after the games.

Miami Heat!

By Amanda M |

My teen son and I caught a Miami Heat game on short notice. The stadium experience was great - good food and beverage options, well-managed security, great view from our seats!

Amazing place

By elenamartinez2017 |

American Airlines Arena is an amazing place to visit, there you can enjoy the concerts like: Laura Pausini, Mc Anthony. It is a huge place with a beautiful decoration and a lot of seats.
There you also can watch sports games, jumping trucks, etc. Games like basketball games are celebrated here too.
When Disney on Ice come to Miami they support this activity too. There they sale food, refreshments, beer, etc.

February Venue

By Jerome Espinosa Baladad |

This has been the venue of our world conference in our online business every February each year, when I started showing up here in 2014. The place is huge, clean and you can expect to see so many other people showing up. It's right in the center of downtown Miami, by the water. Next to it is a mall where you can explore for some shopping and see a lot more about local culture and events. You can also decide to bring your car and park by the garage in the same building although it can be pricey.

Miami Heat v Orlando Magic

Great ticket price (starting prices are very cheap)
Great staff (helpful and friendly from the ticket office to security team and everyone else encountered)
Great experience (we loved this visit)

Stadium show!

By JTM737 |

A real stadium show!
It has accessibility for people with special needs. With many options of snacks and stadium meals. Technology that catches the viewer's attention during all intervals of the game. Lighting and sound that provide a spectacle.

Good Arena!

By Anitha |

Its a great facility with a good crowd. Clean and easy to get around, great views from the balconies and good view even from the 300 section. I recommend it!

For the best artist

By Tica S |

Huge place, if you really want to enjoy the concert try the better tickets, is it too big and even though the sound is pretty good, you will want better view.

LOVED IT!

By Tao |

This may not be fair, but I love going and watching the Heat. A basketball game can be just the pick me up you need to continue enjoying the energy of Miami.

Great Night Watching HEAT NATION

By nickashley99 |

Bought Tickets with Stubhub, got cheap seats but loved the whole night, we deffo come back.
check seat pricing as they can get really cheap just before the match, also it's hard and costly for parking.

Love Basketball

By Jenni L |

I traveled from Milwaukee for the Milwaukee Bucks games in Miami and Orlando. The stadium was amazing, our seats were amazing, parking was easy, entry wasn't to bad and we had a blast with 1 exception. The people sitting behind us were so rude, they basically ruined the game for us. I even pointed out to them at one point that we spent a lot of money to go on this trip and I chose their city to spend it in that its just a game who cares if I am wearing the Bucks shirt and not Miami. This was also D Wades first game back in Miami, I was so happy to be a part of it! Also the energy that stadium had when he was announced, never seen it before! Truly amazing. Will defiantly try to get back there again!

Great place to watch NBA - Go Heat!

By guimacaco73 |

I went a few times to the arena always with my two boys from 4-6y/o until they were 10-12y/o.
It is a really nice arena with an amazing structure and easy access.
I only had trouble parking once but still got through it.
If you are in Miami you should definitely go.

craft fair

By Antonio G |

It is a place with many craft fair type venues, but in USA mode.
Suitable for going with family to buy Miami souvenirs

Crowded, but check out a game

By Maria D |

We went to the American Airlines Arena for a Miami Heat game recently. The place is crowded and be prepared to pay at least $40 for parking. It is impossible to park if you get there late. I would suggest taking Uber/Lyft or coming at least an hour before your show. Besides all the bad stuff, they have some pretty nice shows here like a Heat game, concerts, etc.

Concert

By CRR |

I must say it is a state-of-the-art top-of-the-line place to visit. I'm very happy with the stadium seating the people that help help you to find your seat. Also the food the hot dogs are delicious. I wish they would lower the prices of the food and the beer just a little bit it's a little expensive otherwise the place is great to visit.

A mandatory nice and passionate experience!

By Sony Per |

The arena is impressive and they are really perfectionist. I like the hotdogs, that despite is fast good, they were tasty, not like in other stadiums I have been! Miami heat mascot “Burnie” is a show, so funny, that you want to take him to home! A mandatory visit if you go to Miami!

Heat game

By Anadalys de Armas |

The location is great, close to Bay side. Love the food and drink. The location is clean with a lot of light and excellent service. Come and enjoy the next game.

Great!

By sandradjanira |

Very organized, clean, lots of security, great customer service, accessible. Always love coming here

Great NBA experience

By JeanBaptiste111 |

Went to watch the Miami Heat vs Chicago Bulls. I sat in the lower 100’s row 3. Enjoyed the experience. The Bacardi Ocho lounge is beautiful but it’s missing some wow factor. My fiancé and I agreed that we would have preferred to pay more to have a more inclusive experience at the Bacardi lounge. Maybe they can do free appetizers and one drink.

Overall the Kaseya Arena is well lit, secure, safe, and clean. The staff is helpful, attentive- which I appreciate, and direct.

The Heat

By DeborahHLondon |

Went to watch Heat vs Timberwolves. Great experience, fantastic food and drink choices wish British arenas/sports grounds were the same! It was loud and in your face but brilliant fun.

A must for a basketball player!

By EDLTraveller |

This is a great place to visit if you're a basketball fan, especially for teenagers. Exciting! And if the weather is decent, you can walk there from the Bayside Marketplace.

Mrs.Lewis

By Ms.Lewis |

We went to see a Comedy show at this location.. You will have to pay for parking.. The area has a lot of store's in the area..Shop at Bayside is within walking distance.. We were able to get Hot food as well as Drinks. The food item's are very pricey ,,that take Cash, Credit Card's or Debit cards..The restrooms are cleaned and staffed.. We encounter a Problem after the Show..We had to take the Stairs 4 flights down..This is due to the Fact the Employees turned Off the Power. The Handicap Customers we're able to use the Elevators with Staff Operatering it..

Very good experience 10/10

Gala held in the American Arena at the conclusion of a business conference provided us enjoyable entertainment and food, including salsa dancers and live band. Great view of Biscayne Bay too! Wonderful finale to our week.

Go Heat

By antoinedj |

I only come here to see the Heat play but other than that not really much in the neighborhood. The place is well kept and clean so always a good time. Traffic is horrid leaving so leave early. There's plenty of things to do in the area such as shops and such.

NBA game is a must visit while in the Miami area in the winter

By SoBe8889 |

This was our 3rd Miami Heat game at the American Airlines Arena in downtown Miami. it was Miami Heat vs Chicago Bulls. The atmosphere is always great here and the Arena itself is a great place to see. There is always plenty of entertainment on top the basketball games. I truly recommend getting tickets to a Miami Heat game, if you are in the area in the winter.

Kaseya Center had no regard for the safety of their patrons

By Katt G |

I have been attending concerts since I was 2 years old, I am 47 now. Never in my experience hand I had a venue be less professional, worse to their customers, than the Kaseya Center. They let people stand in 88% humidity, we watched Kaseya employees fill out incident reports for people who had fainted. The information that Lady Gaga's show has been canceled was gleaned from another customer standing in line funding it on social media. The employees inside were flipping people off, making fun of everyone standing in the heat while their coworkers were standing there with us clueless. They knew and chose, chose not to let us know. They had no concern for the safety and well-being of their customers. Worst venue of literally hundreds I have attended.

Heat game

By alexenbergmoshe |

Game was riveting! Seats were 3rd row and expensive but were not that comfortable and a bit small. Concession stands were average. Getting an Uber after game was near impossible

J Lo Concert

By Maria A |

A great night, wonderful show. She is a wonderful entertainer and the Arena was packed. But very organized, we had great seats smack in the middle..

Beautiful facilities, great service, poor products

By Johnny L |

They are always incredible with contemporary/modern technology and beautiful facilities, and most of the time their service and customer service is fantastic.
They are just decreasing the amount or cutting on budget just like most companies, but they are great thou

Huge and beautiful landmark!

By Boris |

Went to check out the American Airlines arena at evening. It was already dark and the arena was lighten up. It looked amazing. Really loved it's design and some architectural solutions. Well done Miami!

Poor arena entrance setup, boring facilities

By Running Man |

I have been to 23 of the 30 NBA arenas, working on checking them all off my list. This one ranks towards the very bottom. Access to the building is terrible. Here was a line checking for tickets about 50 yards from the entrance in the rain with no covering, then another line outside in the rain for the ticket scan entrance. Terrible setup. Arena is boring and bland. No “wow” factors that I could find. Game stoppage entertainment was weak and boring. Gift shop is very small and narrow, too crowded to shop 90 minutes before game tip. I will not make a visit back to the Kaseya Center for a second game.

Market America Convention

By TravelingAdventurist |

Great experience. The staff worked tirelessly to supply plenty of clean restrooms, food, and a clean environment overall to thousands of people.

Kaseya's Beauty

Amazing stadium! It was huge and beautiful. The Miami Heats and Denver Nuggets played so wonderfully. Strongly recommend! Even from afar, the view is perfect. Fantastico!

Miami heats game

By Elizabeth |

The staff in this arena are second to none. Last night I was sat in section 402 row 10 and there was a young male team member working there called Daniel helping people to their seats. Daniel is so helpful and his enthusiasm for the game is contagious. He made our night and he is an irreplaceable team member for you. He clearly loves his job and helped everyone in such a professional and kind manner. Welldone Daniel you are great!

Centrally located, easily accessible, very clean. Easy parking and just next to Bayside for a nice bayfront dinner after a game or concert.

Miami Heat Game

By Denita C |

Went to watch the Heat versus the Timberwolves. Had great seat, tons os social distancing and face mask is a must. They even had one dude who was the face mask hound (LOL). He popped up out of no where and was like "pull up your face".

Great Venue

By FPAdventurer |

The arena has great seating. So long as you dont go to the 400 level the views are good. If you go to a concert beware of the location of the stage because you may get obstructed view from the side of the stage. Food option are good and if you are lucky enough to sit in an area with service the waiters are great.

Miami heat Game

By Amy C |

Great location and good food and services inside. Our trip coincided with a home game for Miami heat which was a great experience, no matter you'll level of interest for basketball!

Miami Heat!!!

By Scott B |

We went to see Miami Heat play Denver Nuggets. Paid $20 a ticket. Great night!
Drinks and food are expensive like any other sports venue.
Free wifi in and out of the arena, very quick and stayed quick even when the place was full.
If you’re in the area and Heat are playing it’s worth going to see.

Good spot!

By Chunkeeventures |

This location is where concerts/miami heat games/ different performances take place . If your going to an even here definitely try to Uber/Lyft as there is tons of traffic getting here and leaving after an event!

Great Experience!!!

By Angel R |

I love this stadium!!!!!!! it's one of the best stadiums I have ever been to. Great sights and services!!!

Poorly trained staff

By Mart S |

When I was walking down to use the bathroom, avoiding wet stairs as I went down until the floor security guard tried to shine his flashlight on the stairs, but blinded me in the process causing me to fall. This causes damage to my ferragamo shoes, so I asked a different guard where I could find a place to breathe because I was stressed after the fall. The second guard told me of a sensory room, where to find it, and who to ask. This only led me from employee to employee, service center to service center each telling me different ways to reach it. It took awhile to find someone who had access to the sensory room.

Disney show and Marvel superhero show

It's a great organized building, great security when entering, parking are underneath the building, and all around so no issues there. Plenty of restrooms.

Unforgettable night

By CityTripLover1 |

If you are a sports fan or not, you just neee to go to a game of the Miami Heat. Not also the game was very exciting, but also the non sport activities. Also a lot of shops and eat and drink opportunities.

By Anibal Z |

Place was good and had tons of food stands. The only issue was parking so get there in time or Uber it and you will be fine.

Top Drawer Arena for Sports and Music

By David A |

The Heat are making one last run for greatness under Pat Riley. Does he still have it? We'll soon find out. But the AAA is the state's most plush arena -- BB and T in Broward is the poorer cousin. Seen many greats there -- like Springsteen, McCartney, Hall and Oats, and the Who. Great amenities, and you can park far away and get there easily on the People Mover -- which is free, and the best deal in Miami.

Great Place for All events!

The "Tripple A" has been a great venue for seeing many events of all types! Definitely awesome for watching our Miami Heat play! Go Heat!

Heat game and Kevin Hart concert

By Tony D |

Staff at American Airlines Arena is excellent and very helpful. Seats in lower bowl and access to Grey Goose Lounge for Kevin Hart was great!

Premier Staging Arena

By Miriam White Williams |

Whether it’s a basketball game, a concert, or a special event, AA AA Arena provides a wonderful consumer experience. It is in a prime location in downtown Miami and there is ample parking in the attached garage. Several inside and outside access areas make navigation easy and the numerous vendors make it a culinary smorgasbord. I have attended numerous events at this venue and have never been disappointed.

Basketball Palace of The Heat

By Larry S |

A must for THe Heat games. Great acoustics for concerts, holds about 20,000 people and all seats show this stage well especially from the 3 large monitors. Bathrooms are large , multiple and clean, Food concessions are excellent with 12$ large beers and $18 for 2 ounce cocktails. Good various food. Staff is helpful and friendly, Indoor parking is limited and can be $25 to $3o per event. Traffic downtown is TERRIBLE and you can waste 20 minutes to go a few blocks at the beginning or end of concert. Uber if you are within 10 miles. That works the bedt!

Where's the signage

By simo-jax |

First time to arena to watch Heat v Bulls. Only thing hot was us after standing in queue for 30 mins only to find it was queue for checking in bags. No signage saying gate numbers. Others were confused too. Also seating plan showed our seats going thru gate 7 however when we got inside our seats were on other side of stadium ... and yes we first checked with staff. Very frustrating. Otherwise great stadium for viewing

Great venue

By Orlando V |

Great experience for concerts and events. My family and I had a great time. I highly recommend this arena to all friends and family

A Great Concert/Sports Venue

By BarryL333 |

Clean, well-maintained, great vantage points from nearly every seat, and easy-to-access in Downtown Miami. Close to Metromover station and Bayside Park. Phenominal!

Good Basketball Venue

By WtoCtoTO |

Great experience watching the Raptors come back to victory over the Heat during the holidays. Access: Getting in was pretty simple compared to other arenas we've visited around North America. Uber was able to drop us with ease fairly close to the arena. Lines were long but moved fast. Plenty of easily accessible restrooms, and lots of food around. Typical arena food and some craft beer selections. We had great seats at center court in the lower bowl, so sightlines were perfect - cannot speak of the higher seats. Getting picked up by Uber was a bigger challenge after the game - everyone has the same idea. That's not the fault of the arena though, so no points lost there - it's like that anywhere 20k people gather and leave at once.

Great concert arena

By Clandisfire |

This was our first time attending a concert at this location and we thought it had great acoustics for such a large venue. It was easy to navigate and staff was friendly. There were plenty of eateries/drinkeries inside - we really enjoyed it.

NBA

By Geoworldtrav |

What an amazing experience to feel the Miami heat vibe! !!! It was my first time in nba game and I really loved it. I had a really good time and some times I felt like partying in a club

Great Arena!

By Brian D |

Whether you are here for a concert or a game there are very few bad seats in the house. The acoustics are very good too!

Amazing venue

By androsbelfonte |

I stayed at the Marriott in Biscayne and visited the arena arena. I was unable to see an actual game but as an engineer I appreciated the design. It is a world class facility and well maintained. I'm hoping to catch the Miami Heat sometime this year.

Pleasantly suprised

By Pataec |

For such a huge place and huge numbers of people, attending a HEAT game here was a pleasant surprise. All attendants were helpful and polite and crowd control was done well. Plenty of eating places once the arena opens (1 hr before the event) ...elevators and escalators available at different levels.

Improve facilities for the disabled

By Ibis P |

I went with my family and my elderly parents this June 16/2024 to the Roberto Carlos concert which was extremely magical but to get to my seat I had to climb stairs with my disabled mother because the escalators were stopped and the elevator was full. At the end of the concert, the elevator line was endless and I had to take my mother down the stairs to the parking lot; access to the escalators were unjustifiably closed. We are suffering the consequences because my mother ended up in the hospital with swollen knees and spilled liquid. It is inconceivable that there are no conditions to manage and facilitate the elderly and disabled in a theater as large and as expensive as the Kaseya. I hope they take action and improve this.

Great venue for sports

By Gary R |

Great venue for sports and concerts lots of nearby parking and there is a metro station pretty close. I take the Metro from South Miami. The food concessions are pretty good too.

American airlines Arena

By Miami-Tony |

Catch a Heat game or any other event playing. Location is great in the heart of downtown Miami. Modern Arena with great seating. Parking at the bottom for members or across the street in empty lot. Also throughtout biscayne Blvd. The Arena is on the water overlooking the bay and next to Miamis bayside, and the frost museum of science and Perez arts museum. Food at the Arena can be pricey a beer with chicken renders and fries 35.00 - 45.00 parking another 25.00-30.00 you can also walk next door to bayside a dine in one of many restaurants also free live entertainment in the evening main entrance stage enjoy the game!

Disappointment which is totally unexpected

By Rubcov34 |

Guys, before you visit find out what you will see. It’s called All Access tour but today 14 june it wasn’t All access. We were prohibited from seeing the main feature of each and every stadium tour which is the playing field and the stands. Pathetic. No advance warnings on that have been given. I paid 100+ dollars for seeing the stands and the playing field not for seeing the corridors. Further, there’s no any info that the tour starts at gate 4. Lots of people were waiting for the tour in front of arena but nobody from the numerous stuff managing the tour ( you will be able to see all those people loitering at gate 4) cared to come out and say- guys, go to gate 4! It’s by pure luck I identified the right place. The guy at their Wil Call ticket box had no idea where the tour starts. The email I received from them the day before focused on prohibited items ( which is literally everything you might have) rather than on where the tour starts. During the tour they don’t let you to visit the restroom so empty your bladders before. That said I have to confirm that guide Josh was great and his comments and humour and knowledge of facts mitigated the bad feelings caused by the venue. The last one- the attendees are given 10% discount in the team shop but to my further dissatisfaction I haven’t found any pins, magnets and pennants I am collecting. How come??

Sports and cirque

By Katrina P |

This is a beautiful stadium with a restaurant too. They are so helpful with guiding you, it can be overwhelming. You are next to the bay and bayside dining and shopping. Two easy stops on the metro movers to get you anywhere so you don’t have to drive. Wonderful area to spend time in for more than just an event.

Full of life

By lliek |

One of the “must see” areas in Miami , a place full fun and young people. Offer a wide variety of options. Nice even to stay out and chat with your friends, meeting new people after a sport competition. Nice experience for those who love to chat talking about sport and other activities. Highly recommend. Nice stuff members also active and available for any questions.

We Had a Blast!!

By Steve M |

My son & I were in town for the Eagles game but when checking the Miami Heat schedule we saw that we could take in the Heat vs the Golden State Warriors and we're glad we did because we had a Blast!! We took an Uber from near the airport and it was reasonably priced. The sights & sounds from outside and inside the Arena were amazing. Our seats were very accessible and the sight lines were great. We enjoyed a 3 option sliders dinner from a concession stand and it was delicious choice. The restrooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the Heat won...Yeah!! PS I love the way Jimmy Butler plays the game...:)

Cute.

Great Venue for Concert (Drake & Migos)

By CourtneyGavin |

I came here with my husband to attend the Drake & Migos Concert in November. I gotta say, I was impressed with the venue. Thankfully there was plenty of parking nearby (we parked at Bayside Marketplace) and it was only about $20. What I liked the most is that there are plenty of restrooms and plenty of food options. I am foodie so having options is important. The food was reasonable priced and pretty good. I'd definitely go back to this venue whether it's for basketball or another event.

Perfect NBA match

Best arena experience ever!

By lfp93 |

Went to watch Miami heat here as part of my vacation, everything was flawlessly run, immaculately kept and everyone was smiling, happy and welcoming to guests. One of the most well run arenas I’ve had the pleasure of attending :)

Miami Heat or El Heat

By MartinBellin |

We had the chance to visit one of the games, or better basketball events. They are always worth a visit especially if you are not familiar with sport events in the USA like us as we are from Europe. But be prepared to consider extra time for getting back to your place. Traffic around the arena after the game is chaotic and impossible. Take a stroll 2 or 3 blocks down and call the Uber right then.

Excellent experience

By Nairo |

The Kaseya Center is the home arena for most of the Miami Heat NBA games, and I must say the experience was spectacular.

The place is spacious, modern and very comfortable, with good chairs, excellent lighting and sound, allowing you to enjoy the event from any point. In addition, it must be recognized that Americans know how to organize a sports show: from animation, the show before and during the game, to the coordination of the public, everything is very well done.

Important advice: wear a light coat, as the air conditioning is quite strong, especially if you are sitting near the lower level.

Inside the stadium there are a wide variety of food and beverage options, from snacks to more complete dishes, and the prices, while somewhat steep, are not as exaggerated compared to what can be found outside the venue.

Ultimately, it’s worth attending a game at the Kaseya Center, even if you’re not a basketball fan, just for living the energy of the crowd, the atmosphere and the spectacle that’s put together around the sport. A 100% recommended experience.

The best Arena EVER!

By Angie |

I am a huge Heat fan and have been to 6 arenas in the States including American Airline arena in Miami. I think American Airline arena in Miami was the best arena I've ever been so far. Staffs were nice and it was easy to access. I was even able to take a photo with players!

Arena great (with reservations), Heat game dire

By 2FatOldMen |

Our objective was to get inside just once what looks like a great arena and to watch a basketball game. The positives: fantastic space, good sightlines, friendly and helpful staff. The negatives: food disgusting, in terms of both quality and price; and the basketball game turned out to be very boring, with too many fouls, stops, starts and "dance entertainment acts". You have to question any sport that has to exhort its spectators repeatedly to "Scream" or "Make Some Noise" or "Clap Your Hands" and replays "We Will Rock You" riffs endlessly. Most spectators chose to talk and eat and drink rather than focus on the game, so not much atmosphere!

Great Venue and good entertainment.

By ANDRE TS1966 |

Went there several times mostly to watch the Miami Heat playing. Winning or losing is always a good experience.

Just another arena...

By JB81ontheroad |

I've been to dozens of stadiums across North America and this was...one of them. It's located in a decent spot right beside the cruise port in downtown Miami so it wasn't difficult to access. The sightlines were fine. And there was a nice outdoor concourse overlooking the cruise port. But the building itself had NO character, and NO points of interest - nothing interactive for fans to do, no particularly unique food offerings...it was just boring.

Not enough parking, improvement on traffic, shuttle to take to the arena from the different parking places.

By Carmelo White |

I went to see a Miami game in February as I do regularly but at this game the stadium was completely full. I already want the NBA to return to its regular format and be able to go see the Heat again.

It's now FTX

By fs4569 |

This impressive building in the downtown area hosts the Miami Heat basketball team and big-name acts. . It formerly carried the airline name, and now is the FTX Arena, named after a cryptocurrency company. It's a well-run place with 19,600 seats, plenty of room in the concourses, a clean atmosphere and good sightlines. Try the parking lot across Biscayne Boulevard.

Awesome Basketball Arena With Great Hometown Fans

By michaelpoto4 |

My wife and I came (from Boston) for game 3 of the playoff semifinals against the Celtics, and this place was super electric. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and the fans, both home and away were all having a blast. We had a few drinks on the outdoor platform overlooking the city prior to the start of the game on a warm 78° evening. Everyone was so friendly and the restaurants were really good. We loved this experience and will certainly return. This was our 2nd time to this venue.
Highly recommend!!

In this space you will feels like part of the action, with all the noise and excitement of a live Miami Heat basketball game. The space is high and cozy, with the amenities you would expect from a very good sports facility.

Miami Heats basketball stadium

By My Magic moment |

This is Miami Heats Stadium. It is right in the center of Miami, facing the ocean and the Miami skyline. The stadium is huge and ultra modern. Going to a basketball game is really an experience. We eat a lot of street food including big American hot dogs. The mascot, the cheerleaders, the theater driver, the kiss cam everything is there.

Miami Heat vs Orlando Magic

By PetheuGeorge |

We went to see Miami Heat against Orlando Magic. We had a really good time. Great show. Worst draught beer ever tho.

Miami Heat game

*The alcohol was very expensive*
Definitely worth experiencing a real NBA game if you are a tourist..but jesus, its expensive especially if you were planning on having a beer.

Miami Heat - Charlotte Hornets

By Simo.R. |

NBA game..super.. beautiful.. atmosphere, experience, show, everything super. Very strict on the size of the bags but there are lockers (for a fee) to leave things. The only flaw .. ABSURD AIR CONDITIONING! In case they still sell extra sweatshirts and T-shirts 😉

Enjoyed the Arena But Directions From Staff

By MLB4234 |

I arrived to Arena for a concert exiting a Uber in front of the location. The Security Staff check my tickets (Gate 2) informed me, go to Gate 4 due to floor tickets/VIP. Wife and I walk to Gate 4, which Security Staff check my tickets informed me, can not enter here go up to the stairs to Gate 5. We go to Gate 5, Security Staff informed me, you should enter Gate 4 then we walk back down. Security Staff (Blue Shirt) would not let us in the gate and want to argue but I refused to have this matter to disappoint the night with my Wife and I. We just entered in Gate 5, which everyhthing else and concert was great. Thank You!

Miami Heat vs Dallas Mavericks

By Gasper Explorer |

This was my first NBA experience and it was amazing. The arena itself is huge, a bit bigger from what am I used to in Europe. The thing that also amazed me was the food selections which is far bigger than in Europe. You can see on the basketball court from any sector of the arena, even the most far away one. The only smaller complaint that I have is that the security screenings should be under the roof as well because when the gates opened the rain started to fall really hard so we all ended up being soaked a bit.

Awesome!

By Tina |

Saw a game there it was huge! But still can see everything ☺️. Would go there again for sure! 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Home of Miami Heat

By paolovbossi |

Very difficult to rate this place. I was dreaming since i was a kid to watch a NBA match and this dream came true at the AA Arena.
THe venue is huge, we were at the highest ring but the view was great. A lot of shops and a lot of food stands.
Very quick and easy access.

Great NBA game

Great NBA game - M Heat vs Milwaukee Bucks - with nice shows and entertainment.
Watch out to not come to game with bags . Well organized and clean

Friendly staff

The staff at the arena was extremely pleasant, however the security staff Was something to be desired years. Not all the security staff disrespectful seemed as though they could give it to you.

Fun trip

By TheGreedyP |

Visited for one of the Heat's games. Cool stadium inside and easy to navigate but the congestion after the game was awful. We were waiting nearly two hours for a bus due to the roads being shut, transportation links were a nightmare. If transportation links were better the whole experience would be rated higher. Food prices were also higher than I expected. Other than that good visit!

Elton John at American Airlines Arena

By Marisa |

Miami is one of my favorite cities, and Elton John is my favorite human being alive, so getting to come here for his concert in November was a dream! The location of the venue is very convenient if you are staying in a downtown Miami hotel, and I found it pretty easy to navigate inside.

Great Elton John show

By mwooduk |

Three of us came here last night for the Elton John concert. $30 for special event parking next door at Bayside! Ouch!

We brought my mother who is 86 and in a wheelchair. While accessing the arena was a bit of a debacle, with long wait times for the elevator both before and after the show, the disabled section seating in 314 was outstanding with unparalleled views and no one to bother us in front or behind. Show was great, sound pretty good and Elton’s Goodbye Yellow Brick Road farewell show outstanding. He played for 2.5 hours. Staff very nice and helpful. Thanks for the memories Elton x

Needs an upgrade

By rstravelerMaryland |

Attended Heat game with family recently. Best thing going are the sight lines, excellent from Sec 306. The downsides...seats are cramped together and in all honesty the arena needs serious upgrades. Scoreboard is small and player stats are difficult to read. Plus the floor was very sticky...screams that the ownership isn't taking care of this place. The Bayside around the arena was fun, but really tough getting out after the game. Can see why the place isn't full for a very good team.

An all purpose arena

By Lyn_Farmer |

Home to the Miami Heat basketball team and the venue for many concerts, this large arena is well run but still hard to negotiate. Located in the heart of downtown Miami and adjacent to Bayside shopping area and the Arsht Performing Arts Center, it is a parking and traffic nightmare. That of course doesn't stop people from flocking there, just be sure to give yourself plenty of time to navigate. There is extensive parking at the arena as well as many areas nearby, but the best advice is to park near a metro station and access the arena by Miami's efficient metro service or by Uber or Lyft

Been here for concerts and basketball games

By mtrv426 |

I’ve been going to this arena for years. As both a miami heat season ticket holder and for concerts. I’m giving it a poor rating because of a few things. First you pay a large amount of money for your seat and then still have to pay atleast $20 some places $40 just to park! Then you have to stand in a line outside the arena to show your ticket to be allowed into the line to get through the metal detectors to then have to show your ticket again. This was implemented a few years ago and it sucks! You shouldn’t have to show your ticket and stand in line twice. Then you get in and have to pay for food thats way too expensive. They have some higher end food thats a little better than pizza or chicken strips but thats even more expensive. If you want an alcoholic drink its $17 for a double shot which you have to get because a single isnt that much. Again the cost of food and drink is horrible and unnecessary. The seats are ok unless you have a big person next to you than it can get uncomfortable. When whatever event you went to see is over you get to wait a really long time in traffic to get out of the area. All in all it wouldnt be that bad if they could lower the prices inside for food and drink and make getting in easier.

Heat vs Bucks

By And K |

Great venue, easy to get to, loads of parking around, quick entry, no queues. I loved the modern arena, sound quality, lighting, entertainment is great. The big let down was the game, Teams were making same simple plays over and over again... selfish plays, anyway.. this is nothing to do with AA!!! We had a great time!!

Everyone have to visit this place

By Alejandra |

One of my favorite arenas for all events, concerts, plays, games, inside and out is beautiful, super organized, clean, the staffs are always to help you, the food around is amazing, many options from sushi to stake.

Highlight of our holiday

By Philz |

Yes, this was the highlight of our holiday as it was planned around watching the Heat. Great stadium and atmosphere. Had great seats, (4 rows back from court side) so made the experience even more special for my son.
They could just do with a bigger merchandise store.

Great views

By reloader22 |

Guns n Rose's concert was very busy. Very helpful staff . Seating is good . Plenty of food and drink booths with no long waits . 1 of the best I've been to . With roads all closed for Superbowl it was a real pain getting back to hotel . Wasn't easy getting to venue either . Lack of transport really spoils Miami as cars arent really welcome . Got soaked after concert before we got a Uber .

Marc Anthony concert American arena

By Connector32950293783 |

Marc Anthony was great but very disappointing. He did not take care of his fan. Show started at 8 pm, for the first hour all we had was the music from the arena, then a comedian came for 40 mins okd, and another young band, they were very good. Then again silence, music from arena for another 40 mins ..Marc did not start playing till almost 10pm and played for 1 hr 20 mins. All fan by us were very Dissapointed specially tickets was over $130 for one hr of played time by Marc and we were not seating upfront.

Went to see a concert with several friends. Easy walking distance from downtown hotel, and enjoyed the walk alongside a nearby park - felt very safe. I enjoyed the show, and was easy to find seats and get out after. Alcohol was not too over priced, which I was expecting.

Easy to get to, Parking is good value, Facilities are good

By Awssie T |

Like all sports Arenas, they sell food at high prices. They also stop you bringing food and water in.
Parking is undercover and reasonable price.
Bayside Marketplace is right next door. Here, one can get more bad to average food at high prices.

Great Arena but way too $$$$$$$$$$

By yellowbluered1luv |

Its a really nice arena and great location but last night i went to a concert and on drink (vodka and oj) was $40. I'm sorry but that is a rip off and 4 beers $60. Come on this is way out of hand.... IJS

A very good experience

By George S |

I went here a few weeks ago for a Heat game. The arena is modern, clean, with good sight lines. The security is tight, even so that you have to check-in small backpacks and pick them up after the game. The Food stalls were plenty and varied. The only annoying issue I had was with the very, very loud speakers blasting the hometown cheers. Overall, a very good experience.

The Miami Heat game!!!

By Pat |

This is an awesome arena to see an event in. We saw the Heat vs Knicks game in March. Countless amounts of eating options and the views from where we were in the stands was awesome. I'd absolutely go back here when in Miami for another Heat game.

Its no secret that the biggest and best concert space in Miami is the American Airlines Arena...I come here on a regular basis and have NO complaints.

predatory pricing

By Javier M |

The new price increase is disrespectful, beer $18 and parking $60 when a six pack costs much less, and a beer sitting in a restaurant does not cost $10, not to mention the rest of the drinks

Great time, amazing food!

By Zoro |

So freakin' fun! Highly recommend spending some time here if you're downtown Miami. We walked from Icon Brickell in less than 25 min. But if you dare to try, there are rentible electric scooters that will get you there in 5 min for about 3 dollars!
Don't eat before you go, there is a ton of delicious food in there for reasonable prices, booze is maybe a bit much, but you can eat for about as much as any other restaurants around. We sat high with the cheapest tickets and they were still great seats.

Major sports here

By StephenCross |

The American Airlines arena in Miami is a main point of attraction for all sorts of sports. The Miami Heat is the big basketball team.

Nice arena

By jadybugs |

We came for a raptors game and enjoyed the arena. Usually I always buy tickets in advanced and usually they go down so this time I waited. Big mistake. Dumb on my part as it was a Canadian team playing during the holidays when there likely were a lot more Canadians. Oh well. We ate at the asian place which was great but I wanted to alter a meal so my husband could eat it as he is celiac and they would not make any changes so he had to go to the mexican place and have nachos instead. Kind of too bad. All I wanted was rice vegetables and a fried egg but they said no. The stadium was easy to get out of which I thought might be a little difficult but I was wrong. We just called an uber to the mall next to it and all worked out great!

An advertiser's heaven

By juliegI6249SD |

The view from the top is not bad. However, I had to adjust to the steepness at first. The escalators do not take you all the way to the top. One escalator was shut off going down. There is plenty of advertising in the arena to distract you from the game. Lights are flashing all around you.Companies advertise outside of the seating area too. Everywhere you go, some company name or logo is in your face. There are even mini commercials on the screen during time-outs. I have never seen so much advertising. The speakers work well. The place was very noisy.

Out of place exaggerated prices

By Domingo M |

With the new prices for drinks and parking this is no longer affordable, the price of parking costs almost like an entrance ticket as well as 2 or 3 miniature drinks
It's a shame, but it's unbearable, we have to learn to not consume anything and have all their stalls close as has happened with the seaquarium and the zoo, and then they are amazed because big businesses close

What a wonderful place to visit. I watched a Miami Heat game and was amazing. Nice staff, support to find your spot and fare prices.
Try to reconcile your trip to Miami with a game day.

Good experience

By jsmileyface |

Being disabled is not an easy thing especially around a huge crowd, I was very impressed how accommodating it was for me on this particular occasion. Crew seemed very organize trying to get ppl in through parking & security, however, process was a bit slow but it could also be due to the massive crowd. Arriving there early is highly recommend.

Parking

By Richard J |

Went to see Andrea Bocelli in Concert at the Arena on Valentines Day and the show was wonderful... however, I have to comment on the parking...$50 bucks for 3 hours was a bit exorbitant on any ones standards. Its kind of funny because I was low on cash (don't carry much anyway) and I stopped by a Publix and picked up a $Fifty. WOW! That went pretty quick!

Nice venue.

Good venue. Seats comfortable. A lot of food and drink options. Saw Celine Dion here. I advise using Uber.

My wife and I attend the FATM show at AA Arena. It was easy to find, easy to get in and out, and we really enjoyed the live show.

This is of course the home of Miami Heat NBA team, but there was surprisingly little evidence of this. We had expected to see the x3 Championship trophies (or something!) whilst all we could find was a photo of LeBron and co on the third level (see my photograph).

Great venue - every seat is a good seat!

Not easy for an eldery person

By Anna S |

I decided to take my mother to Andre Boccelli's concert which was spectacular but I did not count on the stairs so narrow and high for my mother. It was ny first and last time going to a concert there, it was very stressful probably my fault since I should have find out before going. In my personal opinion, it is not even secure for attendees if a fire and/or an emergency strikes de arena... God forgives. I do not recommend taking an eldery there unless you have the financial means to pay the ground sites which are located in the most expensive area.

Pleasantly surprised

By 58FunTimes |

Went to the Jennifer Lopez concert and was pleasantly surprised in the quality of food and reasonable priced. The staff was very helpful and most importantly friendly. This is rare at arenas!
Every person we encountered was actually welcoming from the porter to bartenders
Good job!

Very nice night watching Miami Heat!!!

By Ricardo C |

We watched the Miami Heat and Toronto Raptors match at the end of the 2024 regular season. It was an amazing experience!!! We bought the tickets for two people in advance ($220) and the indoor parking in the arena ($54).

We arrived near 18h and we easily found the entrance of the parking lot. We were directed to the gold side and there you can park in any place (only asking to know).
We initially went to the outdoor store, but I preferred not to buy, because Heat's official shirt was only in the outdoor store, according to the attendant.

The gates would only open at 6:30, 1:30 before the start of the game. By the time, we asked several employees about the correct gate to enter and each said something. After we were able to access via parking and elevator, we went to the main store and after a rolling staircase we easily found our place. The structure of the store is very good, a lot of diversity of options, but a chaos and with care well more or less. We bought a dark regatta from the Miami Heat, mascot wig and pin. Very expensive, around $200 all!
We ate at Papa Johns, on the same floor as our chairs, two cheese pizzas, which were good!

The game was pretty cool and wasn't that full! I found it extremely organized and with well-educated people! We stayed in Sector 331 and saw the game very well! A NBA game is a separate show!

The exit was without much stress in relation to the transit, but then we were directed to a path we had to take a big round, losing about 20 minutes easily.

I highly recommend enjoying a NBA game at Kaseya center! Great structure and fun guaranteed!

In the end, Heat win by 125 to 103!

Shakira concert

The concert’s tickets were a Christmas present from my son. My sister and I enjoyed the evening witnessing Shakira hips do their thing. A generation gap do but a very unique, organized and beautiful event. I am driving my daughter’s car this days and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Lexus get free valet parking, otherwise a $40.00 cost. Very orzanized and pleasant experience all around. One beer’s salesman was a little anoyning but I understand he was trying to make his living.

Nice outdoor patio area for pre-event activities

By WizeGuyFromDaChi |

Cool and very large, covered outdoor patio area for pre-event festivities or just to get fresh air is about the best thing going for this place. Most indoor stadiums don't have that convenience.

Went for Heat game, didn't feel tickets were over priced. Fairly decent as sat in front row of 4 level which has good sight lines as its a corner spot so diagonal view of court rather than behind the hoop.

In front row, felt close enough to action. Been to bigger stadiums and felt further away in three hundred level.Though was a pain and a lot of walking if you don't know your way around as 4 hundred level seating is limited. No food options for level 4 .

Food options were about average. Go with latin flavors. Only decent food options are on main level 2.

Close enough to public transporation

Concert - Courage World Tour by Celine Dion.

By Jesse R |

I visited in January of 2020 to Celine Dion's COURAGE world tour concert. The acoustics/sound system were exceptional and visuals were great.
The service and staff were exceptional and quality. When booking tickets it is advised to check using a third party affiliate site to see the view from the seat. If you do this before you will be satisfied with your selection and no problems at the event.

I must add that regardless which selection, you do get a good viewing from even up top on high. So book your tickets and arrive early and enjoy your game or concert.

My wife and I visited a Miami Heat NBA game and had a blast. Great view, drinks & dining options. Very easy to access the venue. Great location beside Bayside Mall.

Nice place

By Hector E |

The place in South is very good plenty of amenities for food and drinks the only thing I did not like was the parking valet or otherwise takes forever to find it and then once the event is done took 40 minutes to bring my car from valet.

Basketball visit

By mmxmm |

Attended our first basketball event at this venue.
Access was by mobile ticket only, this was a breeze and there were no hold ups. Inside the venue there were escalators to whisk you up to the higher floors with ease. There were helpers on every floor to greet and guide you, so still going well.
Views from the seating were clear and there was plenty of leg room that made it enjoyable. Crowds were sparse up until the end of the second period, but no idea why. The only negative was the food and food service. The food was over cooked and inedible, and the servers were - to put it politely pedestrian. But overall a good night out.

Heat!

By Mallo_Pahanen |

A good place to watch basketball and Miami Heat prelims.

Here you can find everything you need to have a good time and purchase Heat accessories.

The traffic arrangements can be quite congested, so you should be prepared for that. It is worth finding out about bus route changes and bus stop changes.

Great experience for Miami Heat game

By FoodieClaireBlog |

First experience watching a Miami Heat game. Getting in was quick and efficient. Finding seats was easy. Ordering drinks and food quick and easy and my Papa Johns pizza was still hot when I sat down to eat at my seat. Seats are comfortable and spacious (for 7 month pregnant me). Toilets were clean and I didn't have to queue once. Visiting store after was efficient and so was leaving the venue. I would come back (although it's a far visit from London!)

Kylie Minogue’s Tension Tour. I LOVED THE SHOW!

By Albert |

I visited this arena for the first time ever for Kylie Minogue’s Tension Tour in April 2025. Generally, I liked the place. The arena is not that big. From what I found online, its capacity is about 19,000 people, and it definitely felt pretty compact inside. The good thing is that you get a clear view of the stage from pretty much anywhere. For example, my seat was in Sec 107, Row 16, and I absolutely loved it! The view of the stage was very clear, and the whole audience area was easy to see too. Don’t be scared to book Section 107, specifically Row 16, if you’re looking for a good seat and also trying not to spend too much on the ticket (as I remember, for Kylie’s concert, the price difference between my Row 16 and Row 14 was $50. But those rows are so close, it would feel exactly the same – no need to overpay). Before the show started, I walked around the auditorium a bit to take some photos, including from the sections directly across from the stage. Even though those spots have a front-facing view, you’re much farther away, and in my opinion, the view is not as nice or clear as from side sections like 107.
Now about the actual seats – they were just okay in terms of comfort. I wish they were a bit wider and softer. The positive thing is that they all had cup/bottle holders built into the back.
The auditorium seemed modern and well-equipped for high-tech shows. Kylie’s concert had tons of laser lights that went all the way through the space. I also loved the two big screens on each side of the stage, the video quality on them was excellent. The sound was great too; the arena has solid sound system support.
The whole arena looked really good both inside and out. Everything was very clean, including the men’s restrooms. And by the way, the restrooms were located near pretty much every entrance to the auditorium (at least the one I used), which is super convenient. There were also lots of food courts on the lower level where I was, with a good variety of snacks and drinks.
Another big plus was access to a large outdoor veranda where you can chill and enjoy beautiful views of Miami. There was also a bar in the middle of it, but it wasn’t working for some reason.
The location of the arena is great – right in Downtown Miami, on the waterfront. I live in Edgewater, and it was easy for me to get there. I actually walked, and it took about 20 minutes, just a straight shot down Biscayne Blvd. And I’m glad I did, because traffic near the arena was heavy. It’s like that in the area almost every day, so I recommend walking if you can. Or, if you’re using a car or Uber, leave it a few blocks away and walk the rest. Big tip from me: after the show, don’t try to order Uber or Lyft right next to the arena. Walk 2–3 blocks away – to NE 1st Ave or N Miami Ave – and order your ride from there. You’ll get it way faster and won’t waste time waiting in traffic or at security checkpoints.
I’m definitely looking forward to coming back to this arena for another concert or even a game in the future!

Suites and special but food is NOT

My office has a suite and we went to a HEAT game. The suite food has gone WAY downhill and the prices have skyrocketed. Food downstairs smelled MUCH better. next time we will eat before we arrive.
