Having been to Potomac Mills the previous day we thought that Leesburg was superior in terms of the quality and choice of stores. Prices the same but there seemed to be more stock in the Leesburg equivalents. Includes a Williams Sonoma outlet.

Great place to shop. Has all you need. Food court is a bit small with limited variety, but may places to eat outside the mall. Prices significantly lower than regular stores. Plan your trip according to weather since it is an open mall.

I've lived just a few minutes away from the Outlets for a number of years and do go there a few times a year.
- There is a food court
- Parking is plentiful but spread out a bit
- Access to stores is via outside walkways, mostly covered and one level
- Store turnover is low but does happen
- Check the service desk inside the food court for any current discounts

This is a fresh and clean outlet, but the quality of the stores need to increase. A few of the stores are in the process of closing, and they could use a few new brands to attract consumers, but overall a good variety of stores are represented.
The premium type of stores don't really offer any great discounted deals that you can't find at a traditional mall or even online, and I find the prices to be extremely excessive in many cases. As an example, the Polo and Vineyard Vine stores are very tiny and overpriced, and they offer a very limited selection or variety of options.
Of course, we'll continue to periodically visit and shop, but the outlet center could use a new store or two to help elevate the store options. The food court is decent and offers a few good quick food and snack options, but the average waiting in line time is somewhat longer than necessary. The customer service in the food court isn't great either and sometimes communication can be challenging.

This shopping Centre needs a better food court.overall I had a nice time strolling through the Centre.I found some really great deals on some merchandise that I would have paid a lot more for back at home in Toronto Canada.

This outlet is on the small side. The discount is OK but not impressive. Also lacking some higher end brands.

The mall was very nicely kept we went after getting a foot of snow and they had cleared the side walks quickly. Good deal and nice people

This outlet mall has true outlets--stores in which you can really save money in comparison to the retail shop. I highly recommend Williams-Sonoma, where you can find first rate merchandise always discounted heavily. Also, we buy all of our athletic shoes at Adidas, Nike and Reebok, with the best discounts at Adidas. The Vera Bradley outlet is always 40% or 50% off all items. If you are a AAA member, show your card at the information desk in the food court to get a pass for even more discounts at some stores. But be warned, some stores do not offer great discounts.

Nice location and relaxed shopping. Found the stores lacking in bargains or deals and the sales very lacking. Some of my favorite stores had limited selection and the food is generic mall offerings.

One stop place for shopping mid to high end brands. Some very good names and good deals. You need to do your home work - not all deals are money savers - you may have better options in the larger chain shops. Food court is OK not great.

Shaped like a large reversed number seven, the Premium outlets at Leesburg has anchor stores such as Saks Fifth off, Restoration Hardware, Coach, Lauren. Williams Sonoma, Old Navy, Brooks Brothers, Nike and more than fifty other outlets from Hilfliger to Nautica to Talbots. Go to the food court where the information booth is located and If you show a AAA membership card, you receive a discount book (and on Tuesday's Senior Citizens gat additional discounts at select stores.)Because the mall is outdoors on cold or rainy days be prepared to walk quickly from store to store, but as the mall is a comfortable size the walk is not too lengthy. The choices and quality of the dining options is limited but there are free standing restaurants in the northern parking lots.

Nice layout and plenty of stores to browse. Really enjoyed a leisurely Sunday stroll through the stores and even found some good sales at Yankee Candle and Bass Outlet Store.

There are a lot of different types of stores in this outlet mall. The food court is not good but there a bunch of good restaurants in the immediate area. Also Chickfla one light down. The weekend days can get busy especially on days with good weather. Great days to go are Thursdays and Friday when store stocked and weekend sales start.

We recently moved from MA where we frequently shopped at Simon's two premium outlets (Wrentham, MA and Merrimack, NH). So our first inclination upon moving to MD was to find a similar Simon's premium outlet mall. We were glad to find that there are couple of options in the DMV area. Overall, its a great mall with almost all major brands that you would look for.
Pros:
1. Amazing variety of brands ~110 shops!
2. Easily accessible from southern MD (~50 mins drive).
3. If you are a AAA member, make sure to pick up the $5 VIP coupon booklet for FREE!
4. Don't forget to pick up a Starbucks coffee from the food court before you head out shopping.
5. Ample parking space, although it can get crazy during festive shopping season.

This mall is about a 40 minute drive from downtown DC. It is an open mall, meaning if it is raining, one gets wet crossing from one shop to the next. It was raining when my daughter and I went, but this did not prevent us from accumulating a pile of goods! There are high end stores like Burberry and Cole Haan. At Burberry, I saw the very same bag that I purchased at Heathrow Airport last May. This means that their items are quite new.
The food court has limited choices. Although, one comes here to shop, not eat.
We enjoyed our trip so much that we came back for Labor Day with my husband.

Decent stores, generally clean, helpful service, and if you go during the week or at off-times really not overcrowded. Worth seeking out one of the Outlet Savings Passports. Not every store has a coupon, and sometimes the in-store deals are better, but still worth seeing if it can help increase your discount. $5 in the cafeteria area, but free if AAA member, active military, veteran, or work for the government.
Worth stocking up for before school or season changes - maybe getting off-season stuff for the next year.

This outlet mall has some amazing retailers. I really enjoy the mix of high end merchandise baking with done regular favorites. Be prepared to walk around as it's pretty big. The selection was decent in most stores. I will visit again.

I live close to the outlets and it's very convenient when I'm looking for something and don't want to hike it all the way to Dulles Town Center. Prices are okay, but it depends on what you're looking for. I've shopped at a few of the stores and found the same items at non outlet stores for the same price so it doesn't always feel that you're getting a great deal. I shop more for the convenience rather than saving a "bunch" of money.

I hadn’t been to the Leesburg Corner Premium Outlet in many years and thought I’d stop and look around. The first thing I noticed was the trash on the ground and the unkept property. Everything looked very tired and dirty.
The merchandise in the stores I entered was not discounted much and I did not recognize any items as even last season’s. I looked at a couple of coats that were listed originally at four figure prices. They were marked down $100. I think that a department store would have better prices.

lots of minuses for this outlet center. starting from the diversity of stores going to the cleanliness diversity of clothing in stores. just an example is tommy hilfiger: a piece of apparel that i bought 2 months ago at tanger outlets in rehoboth beach de for a price is the double price already on sale here at leesburg corner. this might be a case in 1000 but anyway it's not worth going here in any case. by the way it's really crowded.

While outlet stores in Leesburg are not as big as other outlet stores elsewhere, there are, however, great finds in this outlet store where I have been patronizing for years. Off the cuff, Bass, Columbia & Jockey have very good items and so has Saks Fifth and Le Creuset as well as Sonoma. Nike, Coach & Kate Spade. I notice tourist buses come up here and customers find the shops with a good retail mix. It is truly convenient.

While visiting with some friends who live near the outlets, we decided to go over and do some shopping on one of the days I was there. The outlets were excellent. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. We had such a great time and got some excellent bargains. I look forward to going back next time and doing some more shopping. If you have a AAA card, you can get a free coupon booklet at the information center. It is worth it to get and will save you lots of money.

There were plenty of stores but still some were missing. Nike had a pretty long line. Polo did not have a big and tall section. To be fair it was a busy Sunday. The food court was ok.

This is well organized shopping mall, which has brands what I like the most. I stopped here after visiting Washington DC.
The places I enjoyed shopping quite a lot were Ralph Lauren, DKNY, Michael Kors, Nautica, Bose, Nike and Coach.
Our family really enjoyed shopping here, of course we spent too much money than we planned.

This is one of the most ideal places to shop. Of course, you'll have to do your looking, picking and choosing but the options are great. I luv the openness of the layout. It's great doing spring, summer and fall. Winter...you're on your own. :) The one thing I don't like are the food options. For such a high level outlet, I felt the food options should be better. Things may have changed in the past few months since I've been there...so I'll make a trip there to see to provide an update.
And you can get a coupon booklet from the front desk in the visitor center of the outlet...by the restrooms. I think you may need to be a AAA member but I'd get one just in case.

It's like a quarter-mile-long strip mall. Not especially appealing in looks. Lots of clothing stores where you can find some good bargains. Frequently have announcements in Japanese; bit odd, but it's fine. Food court is being expanded - should be nice when done.

Parking was easy. Good selection of stores. Sales were pretty good. Clean. Bathrooms could use better upkeep and a major upgrade.

You can find whatever you want and get great deals!
In the food court you only find 5 or 6 different restaurants, is small...but you find many places to eat around the area.

Since the Outlets stores are located outside; it is really great when the weather is nice. Parking can be a problem during the Christmas season.

Shopping was simple in and out parking. GREAT stores and food court. Easy to find and good location.

Numerous places to shop , good variety. Something for everyone. Name brand stores. Outside mall. Not far from the resort

Good place to shop with a reasonable price. Many choice of different brand. It worth the visit if you are a close.

This is a great place you wander and find bargains!! If you arrive before 10 am there are many choices for parking places!! The parking lots fill up quickly, so get the early!! Most of the stores are under a shaded cover and there are benches to rest in shade and in sun!! The day we went it was not too crowded, made for a fun time!! Most of the stores were running some terrific sales!! Awesome place!!

Very nice mall. The food court is very small & crowded but there are plenty of places to eat around the mall. It is a lot of walking so wear the right shoes.

There are plenty of stores for the whole family, including clothing, shoes, athletic wear, kids clothes, and housewares. Lots of designer brands. Good prices.

We went shopping in the afternoon of Easter Sunday after our trip to Top Golf. It is a nice sized outlet with good stores and clean restrooms. Parking was easy. We will return.

went shopping at the outlets. this was wonderful even though it was around the time for school shopping for them. we had no problems with crowds the sales were great. will have to shop there on our return trip

I have to admit, I live less than 10 minutes from the outlet, but don't go that often.
It has a store for everyone and I usually find what I went for and more. Williams Sonoma is a favorite! I have shopped here for years and have seen some of my favorite outlet stores close only for a less popular store to replace it. That being said, there's still enough top name stores there to entice me to continue shopping there.
It's not the largest outlet mall, but its convenient location keeps me coming back. It's very popular and the parking lot is full on the weekend or holidays.
The information desk has a coupon booklet for $5.00, but if you present a military ID, it's free. You can also download a coupon by becoming a VIP member on their website.
There is a foodcourt if you want to stop by for lunch. There are several chain restaurants around the parking area of the property as well.

My favorite place to shop in DC. All stores staff are nice. Great food. Vineyard Vines and Ralph Lauren are cheap. Safe to shop in Independence Day and Black Friday.

There is something for everyone to love about the outlets. However, it does get crowded on the weekends and near the holidays. If you can shop during the week, this is the place to go for clothes, kitchen items. and all sorts of things.

This shopping outlet looks like many others and has a multitude of shops with something for everyone, both young and old. As mentioned in earlier reviews, there are many hig-end outlets where you truly can find bargains. Ralph Lauren and Williams Sonoma are two of my favorites. It is close to the higway (7) and easy on and off. My one small gripe is that it is so popular that it was difficult to find a parking spot without walking a long distance. A visit will be well worth your while!

Spent the day shopping with my daughter, approx 1.25 hours drive each way. Found great deals at most stores, thought we found a good deal at American Eagle... spent 20 mins searching through the wall of 19.99 jeans to find the correct size only to stand in line and be told by the three teenagers working that they aren’t part of the sale and “the best they can do is 29.99... um no I can see the huge 19.99 sign from here so at 29.99 you can keep them. Buyer beware to watch the $ charged!

After being away for a few months, I went back to these Outlets to get a few things for work and for myself. The new layout and the new shops continues to impress me as they seem to be grouping similar stores together which makes the whole shopping area easier to navigate. Since fall has officially started I thought the place wouldn't be too crowded, but as it was Sunday morning with perfect sunny weather, there were lots of people there. This did not lead to it being crowded. Definitely liking this place more and more

I'm lucky enough to live close enough to this mall to run over whenever I need. There are only a few stores I regularly visit, but the savings do add up. Nike, Jockey, Williams Sonoma, Eddie Bauer, Aeropostale, and Timberland are some of our favorites. When my kids were little, I'd run over to Gap, Old Navy, Carter's, Osh Kosh, and Stride Rite whenever they needed something new (which felt like daily). I was told at the time, that many of the things carried were last year's styles, but neither my kids nor I cared. I don't like shopping at all...so I'm not a good judge of how this is as a vacation destination.
I used to LOVE coming here on Black Friday. The people were all nice, and it was fun to start shopping at midnight and chat with other folks in line. But the last time I went (maybe four years ago), I found the place full of rude and angry customers, many of whom were dragging their infants and toddlers around at 2AM. Then I noticed the presence of security guards because crowds were out of hand in front of Kate Spade, Juicy, and Coach. At that point, I decided I was done...it was just not a fun time any more.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars, is that the parking and the entrance/exit from the mall are pathetically horrendous. But overall, I'm probably here on a monthly basis to pick up one or two things.

I went Christmas shopping here with a friend and found it rather ordinary at best. There are a number of outlets but they did not make me wish to return.

Typical to those we've been at Queenstown Md. or National Harbor. Parking is easy but watch your step! This area's drivers are aggressive when you're in the crosswalk preventing them from getting wherever they're headed! Yikes! Stores are well noted in the various directories, and the food court hits on most cylinders for mid-day munch to prevent starvation. Like everywhere the drink machines are robbery.

I recall when Leesburg Corner opened. Being an "outlet junky" who has shopped at many "Premium Outlets" up and down the East Coast, I was curious as to what might show up in Leesburg. Since I'm still shopping there I can attest its a great place to save money on nice to high end merchandise. Not having to travel far away to get the savings also saves me a ton on gas, which has only gotten more expensive. Coach outlet is an incredible bargin (used to buy all my Coach at Nordstrom.) Nike and Ralph Lauren are favorites of my son and ditto savings here. Cole Haan shoes we both like. BUT the creme de la creme for me, and one I visit regulalry is the Restoration Hardware Outlet. My son's room at home, his dorm at college and his first apartment when he got his first job... not to mention our family room, our rec room and our house at the beach ALL are cozier, more comfy, and GREAT to look at due to Restoration Hardware. They'll always be my first stop to decorate, spruce up and SAVE! This corner is really "Premium Outlets" with everything from fine furnishings to make up, perfume, and any clothing you could want. GO OFTEN!

If you're looking for a good deal on luxury and designer brands, but don't want to spend every last dollar you have, this place is for you! Even though Dulles Town Center is Loudoun County's primary mall, I'd say that Leesburg Corner actually has more visitors on a daily basis. A must-go for any shopoholic.

We came here after going to Red Rock since Leesburg is about an hr away from where we live. These are high end outlets, so don't expect dirt cheap.

I tried to visit the outlets on a Saturday afternoon of a long weekend with my wife, her parents and our son. I dropped my wife and in laws off near one of the entrances and drove around looking for parking. More than an hour later the closest I came to a spot was seeing one with just one other car waiting for it. From what I heard it was equally overcrowded inside. The outlets seem to be a victim of their own popularity. Certain traffic lanes were also blocked off, and while there was nobody helping to direct traffic, I did see somebody ticket ting cars that had chosen creative parking spots.

If you visit this place, you will enjoy the stores with a good customer services, except the Tommy Hilfiger Store, I never had such terrible experience twice with this store, the management is awful and the courtesy there is long time gone, specially if you return an item that you don't like...don't do that !! or they will accuse you that you used, even if all the tags are there..... they have a very bad policy about returns, enforced by the untrained managers who I can see never heard about customer service. Personally I will never return to that kind of store, because for our luck there are many stores with good o better clothes than they have....

There are a few stores I wish were here (Children's Place), but overall I love this mall. It's not nearly as crowded as some other outlet malls and it has great stores.

Plenty of good names here, variety of clothes shops and outlets selling homewares. Some shoe shops too. Food court adequate

My husband was like a kid in a candy store we, shopped and window shopped he brought shirts pants and my grandson wanted a soda so I put $2 in and nothing came out, put another $2 in nothing came out so I gave up cause their was no one to ask about the soda machine and another lady was at the machine next to me and the same thing happened to her. Over all we love the outlets.
The Daniels Family

...and I hate outlets, but why should you pay 120 Euro in Germany for a Levi's jeans if you can get them for 40 USD each here? In general, the best outlet in the region with the best offers, even if you don't really love outlets...what can you do?

Not that this is a big attraction for me, but we took the grandkids here to get them some school clothes and shoes. Time and selection wise, I think from now on we'll just go to a local department store and avoid the travel time and very little price difference, I realize these places go through turnover, but this was a disappointment.

We love shopping at the Corner Premium Outlets - always a lot of parking spaces. Great deals are always available and its got a nice vibe about the place. The big down side is the VERY EXPENSIVE FOOD COURT - please avoid the food court at all costs. Several dollars for a soda, picture $5 for a slice of pizza or think $5 for the equivalent of medium order of french fries.

We spent about 3 hours here recently and found this to be a pleasant outlet mall with good facilities for all your needs. Go to the outlet website for an updated list of the retail outlets represented. The list seems pretty complete: Nike, Polo, IZOD, and many more.

Many of the big brands are present but somehow the “Premium” is gone from the whole place. The selection in the stores weren’t all that great. The prices in many cases equivalent to a regular mall. In many stores they lacked in service. In addition the place looked a bit tired. This one wasn’t for me.

The girls loved Michael Kors! Disappointed with Coach! I enjoyed a triple espresso in the Food Court while they shopped!

Great selection...can't thinking anything that wasn't there. My son loved the college student discount-10-15% off at most places

The mall has a good variety of stores, good access from Rte 15, and adequate parking (except around Christmas).
Park near the middle if you can, as that is where the food and bathrooms are!
The mall is kept VERY clean, and that is much appreciated - especially with small kids.

This outlet has sufficient good, higher end brand stores to satisfy my shopping needs.
Food court was similar size as most outlets with sufficient choices of food.
Ample parking spaces at this outlet.
Overall, very pleased with my shopping experience in this outlet mall.

A visit to Washington, DC means going to Leesburg Outlets for my family. On this trip I was able to buy several blouses from Ann Taylor. I never go home empty handed from this mall! I just wish that there were more choices at the food court. But then again, it is adequate for a day of shopping.

This is a decent outlet mall with some high end shops. Anchored by a Sak's outlet. Parking was ample. Only problem with this place is that it is not on a major highway. Rt 15 can be very slow moving, so allow plenty of time. Check out their website before you go to be sure you really want to make the detour to go there.

The cookware selection in the stores is good, the clothing.... ahh. Then again, it's outlet, what didn't sell in stores.

This place is great for shopping "outlet-style" as the stores are rather high-end: Hugo Boss, Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren to name but a few and there are great offers.
It's easy to find (even without GPS I'd think) about an hours drive from downtown D.C.
We were here in the evening on a Thursday - a couple of hours before closing and found that there were not many customers. This meant we could do our browsing and shopping in peace and quiet. Highly recommendable!

We shop here several times a year and like the selection of stores. There is a good mix of clothing and home furnishing stores. Parking is generally convenient, except on a major holiday weekend. The food selection here in the food court is weak, as it so often is at outlets. Eat elsewhere but come here to shop.

This is a great place to get some really good bargains. I really liked the Columbia store...some great discounts and they offer a military discount to sweeten the deal. The Coach store has some hidden deals so be extra nice to the floor sale people. I didn't think care for the food...but there plenty of other restaurant in area.

Let me preface this with, I hate shopping. I live in Leesburg and usually go here once a year. There are tons of stores and a good variety. I would say the deals are a little better than a regular mall, but not much. Some stores seem to have goods that are made especially for an outlet and aren't the same quality as the regular stores. My friends who like to shop love this mall, so go if you are a big shopper!

International guests love to visit the outlets. I am not sure if brick and mortar stores are going away because the selection is limited. I would rather shop online so I get it. Still this is a huge draw for some international friends.

I live in Leesburg and have gone to the outlet mall many times since it's opening years ago. Rarely have I ever found anything worthwhile there either for myself or my children. The prices aren't marked down much, the quality isn't that good and the selection is often last years items. I think most of the people who shop there are from out of town and assume it's a good value simply because it says Outlet mall.

I always stop at the desk and get a AAA coupon book. They have great shops with bargains at most stores.

Leesburg outlets is a great shopping destination off from Washington DC on Virginia surroundings. Will be back!

It was an ok mall. Got a few things, no need to go back. Not bad prices, not a lot a variety. That it had more stores.

The Leesburg Outlets may be worth a stop depending on what you are looking for, how much shopping you might do and if you are in the general area. It might be a very good place to go if you are doing a lot of shopping at Xmas but then you can expect it to be more busy. It has an add design and we have generally found little parking close to the shops we were most interested in. Parking in general can be an issue especially during peak times and during bad weather. There is no continuous cover from rain, for example. Look up what shops they have and set if they match your expectations and also realize that brands like Brooks Brothers and others are in stores that are not that large.

When visiting DC, we always make a trip to this mall. On this recent visit, I bought a bag at Nine West for $21 to give to a friend. I also bought a pair of Cole Haan boots for $150 which are very comfortable. They will be useful next fall since they have a classic design.
The food court does not have much variety. There are some restaurants nearby that you can go to if you are willing to leave the mall.

Good selection of stores with designer highlights. Get your coupons also. Compare prices on Amazon to see better value here.

I took a walk through the Outlet Mall after having dinner nearby. It's well laid out and conveniently located to major roadways. It has the typical outlet stores.. Williams Sonoma is very nice.

Leesburg corner premium outlets is a go to shopping experience for our family. Keeping in mind that most of the stores have products specifically manufactured for outlet distribution, there are still outstanding values and great selection to be found.

I have been to various outlet malls & by far, I would rate this one pretty average.
Brand coverage - wide
Prices/Offers - not too great, but okay
Collection - depends on stores, but some are pathetic (like Levi's)
Food court - average - plus point is starbucks
Restrooms - clean
layout - linear, don't skip a store
approachability - good, route 7 is usually busy & has tons of signals, use toll road 267 (its worth the money, $5.10 for a car)
Nearby - good options to dine

Great stores but you have to shop for the bargains. I always run straight to the clearance racks and score big. Kate Spade earrings for $9. Michael Kors purse for $78. Then they give you discount coupons for next trip. Will shop here often and take visiting guests.

We go to Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets three or four times a year to outfit our 7 year old boy. There's the usual kid clothing labels plus a kid "polo player" store. Be sure to stop by the Concierge desk to get a coupon booklet. The booklet comes in handy especially when a featured store offers additional discounts on top of the discount in the booklet. Also, bring "online" coupons to specific stores because there's been times where we've gotten 90 percent off of the sale price.

it has lot of discounts and various retailers for various type of shopping activities. You also get huge discounts and lot of varieties for all type of needs.

So my parents really wanted to go to the outlets so after some morning activities that is where we went. I was happy to see the construction of the guest services/food court building were complete but the walkways throughout the outdoor shopping area are all torn up. This made walking around much more crowded than it needed to be. There are a few new shops around the outlets: Bath & Body Works, Peppers Store, etc. However several of the old staples have moved to new locations so that made for some confusion. Some of the shops had great deals going on while others not so much. It was an okay visit but they should be doing the walkway work in smaller chunks.

Large outlet mall in Leesburg VA. Appears to be very popular and is to be avoided during all holidays and weekends at all costs. It is better to wait for less hectic times.
I'm not a fan of this type of shopping but I am in the minority apparently accordingly to the crowds and overflowing parking lot.
It is an experience that real shoppers enjoy. Have a great time.

Prices are fair for those items which don't sell well elsewhere. You'll always do better on the internet - always. For some reason, tourists are brought here by bus. Not sure why they think they are getting a deal here - these are still bricks and mortar locations with high overhead.
Locals only go here when they have to. I've never ever run into another local here - there is simply no reason to shop at an outlet.

I have been several times to the Leesburg Premium Outlet. It is a typical Premium Outlet with well known brands. It is an outlet with rather small shops but with a good selection. The outlet is open air and it is very convenient, it is mot crowded. The food court has only a limited offer. At the food court is an information desk where you can buy for 5 USD the discount coupons.
The outlet is close to the Dulles airport (20-25 min.).

I have to say that the Leesburg Outlets have improved since my previous visits. It was a rainy Friday when I stopped by so they were not too crowded, though the parking lot was rather full. There are several new shops as well as a few older shops have moved to new locales. The new shops have added a bit more appeal for me as they have a White House Black Market outlet as well as a Asics store. The UnderArmor Store's new locations is much better and larger, though the deals are still not that good. Sadly the Harry and David's is not back and I miss it dearly.

I love the location right near my job and enormous deals. With my sons growth spurts I can always find great deals on athletic shoes for them both. When my daughter comes to have lunch with me, we usually head to the outlets.

Standard set up and a nice variety of stores. Had some higher end outlet stores like Barney's, Saks, Kate Spade and Coach. They also had more common outlet stores like Gap, JCrew, Old Navy, Nike, etc. There is a decent food court there, but lots of restaurants up and down the road the outlets are located on, so I would probably recommend eating somewhere else.

Great outdoor place with lots of stores. Pleasantly surprised to see some not so typical stores in the directory like Vineyard Vines and Vera Bradley! Of course all the favs are there too! The food court had a great selection as well. Nice to see some healthy food options!

This place is pretty somber. Lots of outlets but nothing else to attract it. They didnt even have Christmas lights at the holidays. Pricing value is marginal. Just get what you need and leave...or stay away.

The store selection at this outlet mall was very nice. It had some stores that very affluent people could find things they like as well as stores that people on a budget could get a bargain. My biggest issue is that the food court had VERY limited selections and that there weren't that many bathrooms available. Those that were available weren't very clean. I would like to see more family bathrooms for those with little children or those with special needs. Parking was ok, but it would be nice if there was more shade in the parking lots.

This Outlet TRULY has OUTLET PRICES-60 TO 70% OFF RETAIL! Plus large selection of name brands with good inventory. Be sure to ask for the DISCOUNT COUPON BOOK at Customer Service desk in FOOD COURT.

Favorite stores include.... Kate Spade, William Sonoma, Brooks Brothers. Vineyard Vines, Tumi, Ralph Lauren, Burberry and Sur la Table. Many many more.
Plentiful parking in the huge lot.
Food is available as well, though not as plentiful as I would wish.
Be aware that busloads of people come to shop so be ready to navigate crowds!

I'm not much of a shopper but I did enjoy the layout and variety of shops offered here. The grounds were very clean and there was ample parking. It's an outdoor mall so remember to dress for the weather as outside of the stores themselves it is not covered. I did feel as thought the deals here were much better than other outlets malls I have been to.

So the stores here are really good, some high end stores that aren’t at all outlet malls. But, the mall itself needs updating and maintenance. The landscaping was overgrown and full of weeds. The entire outside area was old and not maintained. This place could use some TLC.

Mostly high end stores bust great sales... get the $5 gift card at customer service . It pays for itself easily.

Quality products at great prices. I found several bargains!
The sales people were couteous and the landscaping was pretty!
The foodcour and restrooms were clean.

I visited some other Washington DC area malls, including the national mall, and I have to say that Leesburg corner is the best so far. You have here a wide range of shoes, classic (Bostonian Clarks) and sport (Nike, adidas, foot locker and others). Also, Columbia outlet from this location is awesome. Really good price also on Polo Ralph Laurean and Gap. Not to forgets the Levi's shop. Definitely the best shopping area in Washington DC.

Nothing special; just your typical outlet mall. Seems like all of the major brands are there. Plenty of parking.

There's a good variety of stores here. Most offer a 10% military discount, so don't be afraid to ask. Got shoes from Bass and Nike, got a top from talbots, and some cookware from Cornell, and Williams and Sonoma. After shopping, went for burgers at Melt, less than a half mile away.

Parking is kind of hectic particularly near the main entrance. If it's cold or rainy be prepared to deal with the weather as this is not an enclosed mall. Good variety of the usual stores you expect at the outlets

This mall is "outdoors" and shops easy to find. I have been there a few times. Stores are good value for money and staff friendly. Could do with more food variety in the food court. Good fun.

Good selection of outlets but the shops are small and seem to lack in a variety of sizes.
I came for jeans and there wasn't a large selection which was disappointing.

We live near other outlet centers but traveled to Leesburg because they have brands that we don't find just everywhere. It seems to be a higher-end group of stores. The setting is quite lovely and the landscaping and provided shade on either sides of the lanes make it easy to stroll. There are little things to keep kids interested, even toddlers. Their food court is organized and even has healthy food vendors (!) and that's rare to find. Lots and lots of parking. It's a bit difficult to find the highway exits, even with GPS, but with a u-turn we made the transition rapidly. I enjoyed the day. Go into town (the business district) for dinner! Lots of good places to eat on King St.

Used to like this place because of the Pottery Barn outlet and Crate and Barrel (long time ago). Haven't been in some time but just visited this week and was underwhelmed. Pretty much the same store you could find at any decent outlet mall. They do have Williams Sonoma and Restoration Hardware outlets which you don't find everywhere. Otherwise, I would not go out of my way to visit here again. Also, being that you have to walk outside, be prepared if you have to brave the elements.

Outdoor setting, attractive and a lovely stroll. Newly redone food court, and shops from high-end brands, to more affordable ones. Kitchen goods, watches and jewellery, Bose, and major labels; Coach is always a popular spot it seems.

I guess a place that "attracts" shoppers is, by definition, an attraction. But on the day we visited there weren't enough people around to tell.
There is really nothing special about these outlets. The prices, when you get past the hype, aren't special. And walking thru deserted thoroughfares to wander empty stores has a sense of desperation about it.
The last straw was the condition of the new "waterless" restrooms. On a cool 60 degree day, the restrooms reaked. I can't imagine what it was like on a typical Virginia August day.
So I don't think I'll be going back to the outlets. I understand that the idea behind outlets include convenience and low cost. But the low cost is a ruse. One kitchen supplies store offered what appeared to be a 40pct saving on a high-end coffee maker. The fine print noted the saving applied to reconditioned and repaired items only. Not exactly a bait and switch, but not exactly consumer friendly.

While offering a wide variety of shops, this outlet center was content to have invisible (black) ice on many sidewalks yesterday, which combined with poor lighting made it almost impossible to see at night. It would seem better for them to leave the snow on the sidewalks as a clear indication that they might be slippery. Further, when I expressed concern about having fallen on the ice to the staff they didn't show any interest in helping me find medical treatment, or even first aid. Fortunately, my injuries didn't require emergency services, but if they had, there wouldn't have been any way for me to get word to the management, nor to tell the services where I was located in the complex.

This Outlet Mall has a much better layout than the Tanger Outlet Mall at the National Harbor. It also seemed like the deals were much better compared to Tanger. On the day we went, there was a very good band playing some soft rock. It was quite enjoyable. Unlike Tanger, there is an actual food court. Even though there aren't a ton of choices, at least it provides an indoor space to take a break from walking and shopping--- especially if it's really hot. I found some incredible deals at all the stores we visited. It is a hike from DC. But well worth it and family friendly.

On our way to Purcellville, we decided to check out some shops. Went to several but spent some serious money at Vineyard Vines. Nice selection and the sale was right on it.

Had all the typical outlet shops. Nike,Reebok,Adidas,Under Armour, along with Yankee Candle,Coach,Michael Kors,Vera Bradley. This place was well maintained and very clean. Inside their food court there was plenty of variety as well as seating.

Great choices and low prices! Brought teen here to find blue jeans. Went to Old Navy and got a $10 coupon to shop in Feb, and got great pair of jeans for $21. Love that!

There are many shops here, with something for everyone, and good prices in general. You can make a day of it, for sure. We were able to buy gifts, as well as some things for ourselves. If you need to shop for anything, particularly clothing, shoes and accessories, but also housewares, etc, with both high end stores, and middle of the road stores, this place would fit the bill!

If it starts to rain, you'll get wet (duh). Not like a mall with roof. Prices are average. Stores come and go. Better quality than the Walmart across the street.

Well, this place is a sure door to bankruptcy. Whenever I go to this place, at the end, we make a pact that this was the last time when we lost control and did all the crazy shopping & never in life again...
But well, this lasts only till we visit again. Jokes apart, this place has got some great shopping places/brands and normally they have year round discounts.
Tip: My experience is that during the big holidays like Black Friday, they do not display all their latest trends/styles as they know that shoppers will buy anything what's presented to them. So I normally don't buy during the big holidays or atleast try to control my purchases.
Overall: a great place for extra bang to your buck...

It seems I made the right decision to not go to the Leesburg Outlets on Memorial Day as every store I asked about it, said it was pure chaos. Most of the stores just had their pre-summer sales going on so going Tuesday verses Monday didn't matter much. It seems like there are always a couple of coming soon vacancies and a moving of shops going on. I love that they have a White House Black Market outlet which gets leftovers from the regular stores in the area. Also they have a Bose Outlet and a Yankee Candle outlet. The Sketcher and Under Armor stores have good sales occasionally and it is also worth a visit out there to see what is going on.

Do not expect huge deals or price reductions vs. a normal mall. It is a great place to spend some time - walking outside from store to store - and do some hunting. In spite of the general opinion that you can find amazing deals or discounts at this place...I was not able to confirm this after my third visit and...last one. Yes...you may find a good deal - if you're lucky or shop in a special day...but do not believe that by shopping here you will save money vs. a normal store or mall.

There are a lot of good selection here. Nicely kept. Many stores take social distancing seriously with lines outside the stores. Can’t wait to come back!

Many high end stores; great deals; clean, neat, great place to walk around; all outdoors!!!
All decked out for the holidays!!

I think this outlet center is ok. It has Vera Bradley and Under Armour which some do not so that is nice. I think the stores tend to be small.

I believe it’s one of the best shopping areas in US. I am from Middle East , I beleive the prices little bit low that Europe but still you can find better prices in Europe and dubai.
The main point here it has a good collection of brand names. And some good restaurants around.

Excellent outlet mall! Kate Spade outlet along with many others are always running sales. 🛍🛍🛍🛍🛍
Highly recommend for shoppers looking for designer items and fantastic prices!

Leesburg Corner is still the place for those hunting for a bargain in an outlet setting. This doesn't mean that you will find the bargains you hope for, but it is worth the time spent in this huge complex. All of the regular mall stores are here, scattered along two covered walkways with the most traffic toward the end of the day and on weekends. Search the website for coupons and deals prior to visiting. The presence of Restoration Hardware, Jos. A. Bank and Williams-Sonoma stores adds both interest and glitz to this Outlet Center. Pretty good staff in most stores -- knowledgeable and pleasant-- although when overly busy, they become a bit crusty like usual retail workers. A small food court, but the presence of three decent restaurants in the north parking lot is welcome for those needing lunch, snack or a light supper before plunging back into shopping.

Visited many stores including Jos. A Banks. Excellent deals and top notch service. It's a bit cold in December, so dress appropriately when walking between stores. Food court is good with a lot of eateries to choose from. And yes the bathrooms are clean. Make the trip and save some money on good quality clothes for all.

We visited Leesburg Premium outlets on 4th July. So everyone has enjoyed shopping on special rates. A big sale season which attract everyone. Place is very much crowded because of holidays and big sale. It is very big place where every outlet is present except North Face and Izod.

Don't know why we don't ever go by ourselves as we always find something but we don't. Once a year with our foreign relatives who can find great bargains like you can I can find shells on a beach. It's sort of a day in the country (mostly shopping but we go out to horse country for lunch). The mall has everything including a lot of what Potomac Mills (another favorite) doesn't have.

I was able to find just what I wanted at a good price. I was also tempted by other bargins, but had to control my buying urge.

This is a great outlet! Every time I have family and friends in from out of town we go there. The outlet has wonderful prices and great items! Don't miss the outlet or your wife/friends will never forgive you!!

I live very close to these outlets so I try not to visit too often. The best time to come is during the week but I will go on the weekend if need be. If shopping on a weekend be sure to arrive early. If you join the VIP club (free on-line) before going you can get a coupon book at guest services.

If you are local, go on a week night. The crowds are heavy on the weekends and near holidays. Great place to shop, very clean.

This place never disappoints, always some discounts or sale going. it is a good place to spend half a day with family. Not happy with the food court, it can be improved.

Nothing but clothing stores too. No restaurants, a terrible food court with not even 5 fast food chains.

I personally find most malls and outlets curiously dispiriting, but I make an exception for the outlet in Leesburg. Yes, it is a little village with shops, but the variety of the shops, as well as the great customer service make this place perfect for when you want to do some bulk shopping and you don't fancy shopping in a big city where you need to go to each individual shop. There are definitely great discounts to be found!

It is a good outlet from a tourist point of view. You can find bigger in US but this is ok to fill up the bag with clothes and shoes for the rest of the year.

The Outlets is a great place to shop because there is a fantastic selection of stores. They do a good job of dealing with traffic getting in and out of the mall. There is plenty of parking and multiple access points to the shops. The food court as a limited offering of food options and a nice stating area to enjoy your meal. Rest Rooms are located a strategic point in the shopping area. The Outlets has a Fridays located in the parking area and we noticed a food truck last night. There is a Ruby Tuesday located a block north on Edwards Ferry road. There are several other eating options in close proximity to the Outlets.

There are a number of nice shops here from really good brand name companies, but you are not really going to save money by shopping here. I can find much better prices at conventional department stores (Macy's, Dillards, etc.) when things are on sale.

Leesburg Corner has a good variety of stores and you can definitely find good or great deals. Our family goes there often for a variety of our shopping needs. As with anywhere else you need to know what you are buying but a good place to shop.

I don't venture out to Leesburg often, but most years I visit during the Christmas season. Even when the outlets are very busy, it never has the busy, crowded feel of a mall. You can always walk freely through.
It can be a little chilly walking between stores, but there is a covering, in case of precipitation.
There is a nice variety of stores and ample parking. The area between the stores is clean, nicely kept and there are benches if you need to rest for a bit before doing more shopping.

We recently stopped at Leesburg Corner while traveling through the area. It has a nice variety of outlets.....mostly clothing but a few others. We bought a few things. It's worth the stop.

There are of different outlets here. Some very good price reductions. Definitely worth visiting if in the area. A favourite of ours

The Leesburg Outlets have a number of great stores and if you are patient you can find some nice bargains. Many name brand apparel companies have stores. If you are hungry or thirsty, the food court offers some nice options.

Love the mall and stores it has to offer, but there are only 4 food choices at the food court. Not to mention the South Philly Steaks charges for lettuce and tomatoes on your sandwich.

While I did buy things here, it's very similar to other outlet malls, and is just okay. It does offer a wide variety of stores, and was very busy.

Usually I prefer to visit the Leesburg outlets during the week to avoid the crowds, but early on a Sunday when it is windy and bitterly cold, seems to be another optimal time to go. Parking was ample, though because of the wind some of the traffic cones/barrels had been blown out of their spots thus involving some creative driving. There are not really any new stores, but the ones they have still have great deals and pleasant/helpful staff. Always a must when I have time in Leesburg.

Unlike several outlets I have been to in the past, the Leesburg outlets seem really well laid out and Ave an easy flow for traffic. My personnel favorite stop is the outlets is the sketchers store, which is always easy to get in and out of quickly. The way the parking is arranged, it makes most things easily accessible.

We shop here whenever we are in Washington DC. The assortment of shops always provide interesting things to buy. On this trip, my daughter and I bought many items at Ann Taylor and Banana Republic. There is a Burberry store, as well as Kate Spade and Tory Burch. I just wish that the food court had more interesting choices.

Typical outlet mall. Good deals. Sometimes crowded, sometimes not. I particularly like the adidas, Nike & Tommy Hilfiger stores.

My family from overseas love coming here. You can find great deals if you are patient and do your research ahead of time. If you are planning to do lots of shopping, stop by the guest service to purchase a coupon book (I believe it's $5 and free with a foreign passport). The book contains many deals and it's worth it if purchasing many items.
Most of the items in the stores are priced similar to regular stores. You may find great deals on some items, but you have to shop around.
Beware of the kiosks that sell coffee, sunglasses, etc. It is best to purchase with cash only, however, if you are paying with your card, as for your receipt. Sometimes they will charge your card an extra few dollars and by the time you realize it you'll be far away from this place and won't bother coming back to complain.

I always recommend getting to the outlets just before they open in order to get good parking. The best place to park is near the information center/food court as it is in the center of the whole shopping area. It is easy to make a loop and hit or see all the shops. But if you are going to particular stores, it is best to make a plan ahead of time in order to optimize your time and money. In my case I just wanted to hit two shops that were close to each other. I went to the further one where I knew I needed to spend more time at. I was in and out in 45 minutes and got everything I needed with minimal time wasted.

Great great shops! It get crowded during the weekends so try to go during the week. Also a lot of tourists hit this mall on the way to Dulles so get ready for more crowds.
Great designer deals....Armani included.
Get ready to spend A LOT of time here.

Premium outlets of branded items providing easy access to quick shopping with good deals in pricing.

So many stores and so much to buy in low prices! Me and my boyfriend both found new clothes, bags, shoes… Guess, Gap, Coach, Ralph Lauren and so on.

great stores, not crowded at all. The food is terrible, but who has time to eat when there is a lot of shopping to do?

Love to do a little shopping with my wife and this outlet selection was perfect for our varied tastes. Very clean and well appointed stores. Nice food court also. Kid and stroller friendly if needed. Right outside of leesburg easy in easy out.

Leesburg Corner is a fairly typical outlet center. It's an outside layout with a nice variety of stores. There's a food court and some outside vendors if you need to kill time waiting for someone else.

It's an open air mall with lots of brand name stores that have limited selections and prices that are competitive with normal stores. There are special deals at times in various stores, without them there is no price incentive to shop here.
I find that it's far easier to go to a "normal" store and shop where full product lines are offered. I think this is common to these outlet places, really just a marketing gimmick and not a haven for actual bargains.

My fav spots here are Kate Spade and Coach. Also good deals at Old Navy. A few stores don't necessarily have very much of a "sale" but if you look and use the VIP coupons....and deals over holidays it can be well worth it.

If you like to look like a million bucks but want to spend less then the outlet is for you. Nike sometimes has their high end line discounted. There’s Kate Spade which has the best handbag bargains and Coach is second. Tory is good if you hit them during a sale. My daughter and I got flip flops for $19.99. Polo is good for teens. They have an offer for 20% off if you sign up in store with your mobile. All the jeans places are there too - Lucky, Joe’s, True Religion, and Sach’s has all the others.

Like all Outlet malls some of the merchandise is discontinued from the regular stores and some is bought for the stores . Be careful quality can slip . The mall is outdoors and requires a bit of walking . Nice selection of stores . Good parking and easy to get in and out of . We would go back .

It's all outdoors and open to the weather... Been here many times over the years, usually when it's really cold out. On the recent trip, it was really windy and cold and they were doing construction causing patrons to walk way out of the way around it, with little regard for the weather. The assortment of stores is just OK, not a whole lot.
Overall, there are some deals to be found.

Good prices, good merchandises, close to many restaurants.. Good day for the family.. at all ages. Visit when it is sunshine and not on a rainy day. Stay out of the area during Xmas and thanksgiving. Tough to find a place to park.

If going in cold weather. Wear warm clothes. Wind shoots down narrow shop causeway
and limits the experience.
Better go when day is cool or in evening.
Usually crowded. When parking ,enter and proceed rear of lot to survey what is vacant.
Learn positions of stores relative to lot entrance to position your parking. Pick a week-day
to avoid crowds.

Sometimes you go to the Outlet mall and then find the same merchandise in retail outlets for the same price. Not for this Outlet Mall. The prices I found are really less expensive and at a bargain. The Coach Store has a line every weekend for patrons who join a shopping tour when in the Washington DC area. The stores are brand stores, has a nice food court and nearby restaurants as well. Nice place to stroll on a very nice day and the merchandise are diverse. The only item I could not find out be hardware materials and across the street from the mall is Home Depot. The place has entertainment for children such as coin operated rides. Place is well secured and bathroom facilities at each end of the mall and in the center. Enjoy.

This is one of the better outlet malls in the metro Washington, DC area. Located in northern Virginia, it's about 45 minutes away. Although it's not an enclosed mall, the variety of stores make up for that. Plus, all the stores are very well organized and neat. On a sunny, warm day, it's quite pleasant to be there. Yankee Candle. Liz Claiborne. Gap. Coach. Nautica. Nine West. Movado. Michael Kors. They're all there! The food court is kinda sad, so I'd eat somewhere else. Plenty of free parking. I was pleasantly surprised to be presented with a 50% discount coupon (and yes; it could be used with sale items) upon entering the Coach outlet. #winning

Great outlets. Lots of good stores and good prices. Easy to get to. Would definitely recommend stopping here.

Very functional outlets. We don't waste too much time walking between the different brands. You can do very good deals there. Large parking lot.

This mall is not well designed. It was freezing cold on a recent windy 30 degree day. The layout of the mall is very sprawling which requires you to walk long distances outdoors. Great on a nice sunny day-horrible in the wind and freezing rain.

When you want a break from the area's fabulous wineries, adorable small towns and beautiful countryside, the outlets offer plenty of bargains and an abundance of brand names. I usually plan on at least three hours to hunt for sales at some of my favorite outlets, including Banana Republic, Williams-Sonoma, Chico's, Restoration Hardware and Nautica. The only drawback, and the reason I don't give it a 5, is that parking at peak times can be a nightmare -- think one line of traffic in and out snaking along a very lengthy parking lot. But I typically either shop during the week or get there when the stores open (by the time I leave, the crowds are starting to pour in). It's worth a little strategizing for the selection and deals.

It is a good one outlet with quality stores. We could have a nice time shopping withou that stressed crowd we can see in Orlando outlets. A peace and calm neighborhood, I definetely recomend.

One of our favorite outlet centers! We usually come 2 times per year and their is something for everyone! Be prepared to walk but in case of rain, there are covered walkways.

We travel to the Leesburg area each Christmas to visit family. We dutifully visit the Outlets and never fail to find great buys and plentiful selections at the wonderful array of stores. We especially love the Brooks Brothers Outlet and always find a plethora of seasonal specials as well as classics to refresh our wardrobes. Williams Sonoma provides plentiful pleasurable aisles to stroll as I look for gifts and accents for those who love to cook, including me! The Bose store is great to check out the latest in audio for our ears and our many flights. The many sports clothing stores ensures our family plenty of selection no matter the range of tastes.
Enjoy the Leesburg Outlets!

My relatives go to the outlets every year when they visit. Whereas I like to shop sales, the outlets truly offer a great variety of high end retail stores in one condensed outlet area.
My suggestion is to park at the entrance - them walk all the way to the other end and shop your way back towards your car.
Being so close to Dulles, this is a prime spot for the foreign tourists to come and shop, so don't be surprised when there are many people there with empty suitcases that they intend to fill :)
The bathrooms are basically at the two ends, so plan ahead for bathroom breaks.
Vending machines are available with drinks and ice cream - but otherwise bring your own for a full day of shopping fun!!
There are nice benches throughout the complex for weary husbands or tired kids. Work out your plan of 'attack' regarding which stores you will go to and how lon and work out where to have kids and non-shoppers meet you.
There are plenty of nice sit down restaurants nearby if you need a break before returning to shopping.
All in all, I don't think you get the 'best' deal as often time regular stores have better sales than straight outlet prices... But leesburg outlets indeed are a one stop shopping center if you have limited time and extensive shopping needs.
Pay attention to their August tax free weekend for schools! This is always a happy bonus :)
Happy shopping!

The mall is perfect for our current times. Open spaces, fresh air and lots of great stores to choose from. A notable store is the Williams Sonoma outlet, friendly service and good selection of merchandise.

Great place to spend a few hours. They have a Merrell outlet which is hard to find and restoration hardware. It was rainy but a lot of the walkways are covered.

I've lived near and shopped at Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets for 17 years now. It's great to have a nice Outlet Mall so close! People come for miles and it's usually pretty busy. My grown kids LOVE to get gift certificates and money for Christmas and then hit this mall for all of the wonderful sales after Christmas! Lot's of great shops and good deals to be found. Clean, large and a fun place to spend a whole day if you are up for some good shopping!

Did my recent clothes shopping for our cruise at the outlet. I was looking for some lightweight wrinkle resistant shorts and shirts that could be washed in a sink and air dried if necessary. Also looking for some RFID protected wallets. Found some of the clothes I wanted at Eddie Bauer. Found the RFID wallets at the leather store just down from Eddie Bauer. I also can't resist a visit to the Merrell footwear store to check for sale items on the footwear I love. Outlet has great variety and good prices.

Thought my daughter and I would have a pleasant girls lunch. It was very disappointing. Ms personality, our waitress was anything but. I can over look no personality if it comes with good service but we got neither. My club sandwich on a nice baguette was horrendous. The baguette was so hard it tore up the roof of my mouth after 3 bites. I could not even cut it with a nice. I took the meat off the bread but the turkey tasted like all ham. I gave up. There was a bright side, or appetizer and the host. Not sure if I will go back, but if I do it would be for adult beverages and appetizers only.

Exceptional shopping alternatives, from high end to mid range with incredibly attractive prices. That's it

Found some great deals on Vera Bradley and shoes. There's more variety here than most outlets close to me. I definitely will visit again.

Would rather come here than dulles town center. Best time to come to the outlets is early morning when they open or later at night when its closer to closing time. Hate coming here when it is packed and they always block off that stupid entrance with cones so you have to go all the way around

We go here at least twice a month, and can literally walk from our house. It has great shops and a new A&F outlet with very good prices. Its quiet Monday through Friday but hopping on the weekends. Wish it was further away, I would have more money in the bank

Not very many deals to be found. Tried to find some running shoes and most were $5-10 off regular price. Small food court offers Italian, sandwiches, Chinese, and a mini-market. Probably better off going to Potomac Mills.

I love to come shopping at the Leesburg Outlets. There are fantastic sales and so many places to choose from. Always busy and full of people but it is very well kept. Parking is generally easy to come by except on major holidays! We often come here just to walk around and people watch!

It's a nice outlet but the traffic in Leesburg during rush hours is a drawback for me! They are the same owner with the outlet in Hagerstown, MD so they have some same stores. But I think the Leesburg one seems to have more expensive brands. I always go there during December. The tip is to get there as early as possible to get a good parking spot and to avoid huge crowd.

Nice selections of shops. Lots of parking available. Easy to navigated and it was very clean. Will be back for sure.

So many stores...so little time. Be prepared to circle the parking lot....this outlet mall is always crowded. Like any outlet mall, you need to know your prices, some great buts can be made here. A lot of the merchandise is from last year's lines. There is a huge food court offering the usual fare. Fun place to shop!

My favorites are the WilliamsSonoma Outlet, Brooks Brothers, and Kate Spade.
I shop for Christmas presents all year round so stopping at the outlets is a fun tradition when I come to visit family.
Parking is easy, the shops are well stocked, and I always know I can find great gifts for everyone in my family.

Love this place. They have almost every store you can think of. It's nice, clean and safe. Definitely worth the trip.

Great stores. Clean. Great setup. I loved the ugg store and there were
Many other
Great stores.
Got great bargains. Staff very helpful. Very close to Leesburg and no traffic hassle
To get there.

I stopped here to look for a few specific items. What I found was that the prices were more than the Canadian outlets - plus the exchange rate! I did not buy anything.

This outlet had a larger variety of stores than most. Parking was convenient. We spent the day exploring many stores that we don’t usually see as outlets in Ohio. There were quite a few bargains. Loved the Armani outlet!

I seem to go to these Outlets a lot and I learn a little something new every time I go. This time I went the day before the 4th of July, just after lunch. The outlets were busy, but nowhere near where I expected them to be. I found a decent parking spot right near the food court which is a nice Central location to start from. I am always amazed at the people in the parking lot, drivers going like 5mph and then the people that just meander in front of cars without even looking. That is really my only complaint about the outlets. That and they haven't gotten any new stores in the 6 years I have been coming here. Lots of the shops were doing big sales for the holiday which was a bonus for me, but a few other shops were waiting until later in the month to star their sales, which means I will have to go back. The found out is nice with 4 options plus a smoothie and coffee place. Also along one park of the parking lot their are three chain restaurants if you want to get away from the busyness of the stores. So I will be going back later in the month it seems.

The ladies at Tory Burch were awesome. Got to the store 20 mins before they were closing. Never once did they say “hey guys we’re closing” instead they helped and made sure we got the best deals. Special shout out to HADIS & BRANDY for going beyond the usual service.
Both ladies were warm, funny and accommodating. What more could you ask for when purchasing quality goods.

Amazing outlet with lots of shops and options, cheap prices for brands. Preferably to visit during the week as on weekends it gets very crowded.

I spent a couple hours there on a recent trip to Leesburg. The mall is open air style, and is very clean and well organized. Prices were reasonable at the food court.

If you are in the Leesburg, VA area and are trying to do some shopping this is a great place to go. Here you have a choice of many and i do mean many brand name vendors and most have discounted prices winch make it significantly hard for one to walk away without purchasing something while there.
There is ample parking available and there is a decent food court available or there are also nearby restaurants to choose from.

As outlet malls go, it's certainly got a lot of the most popular shops.I'm sure there are bargains here, but to me, the whole point of an outlet mall is to get bargains because you're "direct from the factory," right? Equal or better prices elsewhere. But it's a nice environment, plenty of parking, decent food court, clean bathrooms, good selection of shops.

Wow! There are more stores than you can visit. Choices are incredible and prices are very attractive. The place is a victim of its own success--too much good shopping invites too many shoppers! Suggest going to this place on weekdays if possible.
Overall, this is a must-stop place!

On our latest trip to Leesburg, VA, one of our main reasons to stop here was the outlets. This outlet has so many stores we like. We were very disappointed to find that Pottery Barn had closed their store here at this outlet. That is one of our favorite stores here; Kate Spade is our next favorite and Williams/Sonoma. Now we will go to the outlets in Dawsonville, GA for there they still have Pottery Barn.
This is a very nice outlet with a food court. The choices are slim for such a large outlet. There is a Ruby Tuesdays with- in walking distance if your up for a walk. If not, be aware you will lose your parking spot if its a big holiday adventure. This place is way to crowded on holidays. We have found the prices are not a good as like sales at the area's malls. We have found that the prices at places like Eddie Bauer at this mall are just as high as in their regular stores. You get really good savings at Williams & Sonoma and used to, The Pottery Barn. You just have to know your quality of clothing for a few places like Talbots and J Crew ( i'm sure others too) have what is called " outlet clothes " that are made to sell at the outlets but not in their normal stores. Be aware of this.

This outlet was a good option for us. We had to spend a full day near the Dulles airport to catch a messed-up connection ("thanks", United! 😡). We took a taxi and after US$45.00 we were there!
The outlet is descent, not so big and not so small. There are well known brand stores and a bit for everyone.
The downsides are:
- The food court is very small
- it is open!

Leesburg corner premium outlets is a great place to shop! You can get really good deals, however, go with the knowledge that some things are good deals, and other things or not. Know what you're looking for, and do your research on prices before you go. My favorite places are William and Sonoma, Old Navy, Loft, Ann Taylor, and of course, the amazing Coach and Michael Kors outlet stores! You can get some really good deals there, but again check your prices before you go!

Leesburg Outlet does offer some nice stores and my wife was able to get some bargains, however, prices and selections are better at other outlets we traveled.

Whenever we visit this mall, we come home with many shopping bags. Today, my husband and daughter bought coats at Burberry. My son bought swimming trunks for $25 while I bought a hand bag at DKNY, a skirt at J Crew and totes to give away to friends from Nine West.
The prices here are always tempting. The stores offer a big enough variety of clothing and household wares to satisfy a shopper.
It is an open mall. Walking from store to store, you will be exposed to the sun or rain. It is like a smaller version of Woodbury Common in New York.

Prices beat the mall stores but the specific products may not be the exact same as those available on the malls. Many designers create different lines for sale as discount outlets, so as to not compete one for one with their full price products.
If you are military, a few of the shops offer a military discount with an ID.

Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets has a phenomenal selection of stores (representing awesome brands) and is situated in a great location. The stores are clean and friendly, and there are always great promotions going on. The food court is clean and spacious with great selections. It is one of the best factory outlet locations on the east coast.

I went to the outlets to find shorts for my granddaughter. Actually did find them at American Eagle! Also a bought a great jacket at Lucky Brand and more at Chicos. Good selection of stores, nice small food court. Went back a second day!

Leesburg gives the quaint feel of a shopping village with the high end stores everyone wants to buy. This is probably the reason you can find so many people traversing the walk ways displaying such names as Armani and Hugo Boss. These gems are the reason to visit the Leesburg Outlets.
Most outlets have the Nike stores and J Cree staples, but few can claim an Armani and Hugo Boss. I have found it best to visit these stores mid-week due to the level of sale and foot traffic. We will certainly be back again.

Very similar to Clarksburg premium outlet which we visited hours earlier. I bought a hooded top from American Eagle Outfitters that I had seen in the past week from non outlet stores in either in wrong sizes or full retail price of $35. Finally got it here today in Medium and 50% off being an outlet.
Pays to wait 😀

The lunch was great and right across we see this outlet. The place is huge don't know where to start from and where to end. The prices and reasonable and staff is all over nice and very friendly. One place and 100 shops, been to better outlets so can't say it's the cheapest but nice. There is a huge food court and enough parking spots. One time is good enough.

This is the only Outlet Mall, I enjoy visiting. There is a good variety of name brand stores like, Nike, Reebok, Puma, Adidas etc, etc. I noticed they are revamping some of the shops because one of my favorites "Timberland" is no longer there.
It is still worth a trip but you have to look hard for the bargains keep in mind most of the items sold at these stores are discontinued goods so do not expect the current fashion look.
If you have a couple of hours and cash to burn is worth it.

This is a typical outlet mall with lots of place to shop and huge discounts. If you are in the area and looking for a deal I would definitely stop here. My only recommendation is to come during the week at off-peak hours as I can see it getting very busy.

This is a wonderful place to pick up great deals and up to date items. My son loves the Nike Store where he can find a huge assortment of sneakers, shirts, shorts, etc. I personally love the Vera Bradley store, and much more. Outlet Stores have the same merchandise as the box stores for half the price. They have a food court but our personal favorite is when chick fil a is in the courtyard. There is also family dinner places as you drive into the outlets.

These outlets were well kept. I saw no trash or anything that was in a state of disrepair. The stores were plentiful and the deals were abundant. They were SUPER busy, that being the only downfall!

Limited selections though good bargains. Tax is relatively lower than DC. Food quality needs improvement; food choices are quite limited too.
Still, would recommend to visit this outlet in lieu of Tanger when in DC.

Took the wife here for her birthday to go on a basic shopping spree. All the normal stores you would expect an outlet place to have, plus a few others. Very accessible. Nice place to spend some money and kill some time.

I found some great bargains but was later told by a colleague that the Potomac Outlets were cheaper by far...!! That was disappointing. The outlets were quite spread out but with pretty landscaping in between. It's a pity there were no outdoor/courtyard cafes as a food court seems out of place in an area which has so much outdoor space and would benefit from having a nice "outdoor village vibe". An interesting experience but I would still shop around and compare prices before going back.

Leesburg Outlet Mall is always crowded in weekends, a popular place to go for brand name shopping indeed. Since the mall is located in an affluent area as federal employees and contractors live and work in and around DC, I will not characterize the stores as rock bottom priced. However, they do offer good discounts from time to time. They have great stores from Polo to Gap to Nike, the buyer will not be disappointed at the breadth of options. I usually go there in late evenings to get suitable parking spot. Food court is ok, does have Starbucks, but I would like to see more varieties there. I also remember few massage chairs nearby. Recommended if you hate to go to big name stores in regular malls.

The outlet is clean and there is sufficient space to shop. We had some stores we were glad to see, and we were able to grab some good values.

While in Northern Virginia visiting the Smithsonian art museums in DC we heard about an outlet mall that was not far from our hotel by Washington Dulles airport. We went expecting my wife to find all kinds of great deals. Well she did find great deals but the surprise was so did I! I had been looking for a new portfolio for business meetings but I had not found what I wanted at a price I could afford. At Leesburg they have a Couch store for women and a separate store for men. You guessed it! I found the portfolio I was looking for on a special sale that weekend. I also found a pair of shoes ( Penny loafers ) at the Bass outlet. My advise take you wife. She will love it and you might do OK yourself.

Shopping is more up to my wife and daughters, but over the years of trailing along and carrying bags I feel able to provide some insights. The Leesburg Outlets are a good shopping place, with a goodcselection of major brands and merchandize. The availability is rather good and the items are recent competing with regular stores. Excellent selection of casual and sport clothing but also a fair selection offirmal and business ware. A great selection of women accessories and leather bags and shoes from known brands. Excellent selection of housewares from stores like WS, LC, and others. The prices are very competitive and most definitely lower than regular retail. The overall open mall is pleasant. Plan ahead a visit during the holidays as it could get very busy and challenging. While there is ample parking at times some waiting is required. Regrettably the Food Court is not good at all, limited selection of junk food and not even well done. The food area is very poorly kept and I have to add a lot of people lacking the courtesy to clean up after themselves are adding to the problem. If you want to have something to eat we recommend across from the Outlets in a separate, but adjacent area there is Panera with a far better selection. Avoid Strabucks in the Outlet. Poor service, long lines and not clean! Shopping is always enjoyable if done with family or friends, this Leesburg Outlets can provide you with such an opportunity. Just do not eat there!!

Living in the area I will often opt to come to the outlets instead of going in to one of the malls. If you go in early, even on the weekends, it's not too crazy and there is a lot of parking. You can drive behind the mall to avoid all the crosswalks if you need to get from one side to the other.
The food court there isn't great and it's expensive. I would recommend just shopping and then getting a meal at one of the great restaurants in Leesburg.
If you have AAA, go to the office and get the list of coupons associated with membership at all the stores. Can save you a lot.

My wife loves this mall so I know it well. 2 Anne Taylor stores (Reg & Loft) shoes by the 1000s, There are a few stores I like as well and a good selection of cooking, home stores and other outlet stuff. Great sales on all the holidays attract great crowds and Christmas times is freezing and a zoo.

Haven’t been in years and even with the pandemic this place was pretty packed. However due to its size you really weren’t around a large group of people at all. Didn’t realize how many stores this place has and eateries nearby. Please call for store hours because all the stores weren’t open until 8 pm as the website stated. They are under construction but there’s still accessibility access for strollers and other mobility options.

I consistently go here to get good deals. There's lots of choices of name brand stores. It's always good to take a look here and price compare before buying.

I love this outlet. I think it's one of the better outlets in the DVM area, plus it is only about an hour outside of Washington D.C. so arguably one of the closer ones. There are so many stores here! I'm always a little shocked at the prices, since I think it'll be a little cheaper than the actual stores, but the prices overall aren't bad. Most stores have 30% off everything, or BOGO, and a lot carry items that are pull priced elsewhere. I love walking around outside on a nice day (or even when it's a little cold outside - the stores are close to each other and you can easily duck from one into the other!). If you have relatives visiting, I recommend bringing them along for a fun shopping day. Minus one star only because the food court can be better. You get hungry after hours of shopping and I'd like more options!

it's a great place to go on a sunny day to shop. The stores are good and have reasonable discounts. My favorite is Vera Bradley. I would suggest that everyone check this mall out!

Exactly what you'd expect from an Outlet shopping center. Lots of great stores with great deals.
The only thing I do not like is getting in and out. The parking and traffic flow must have been designed by a 3 year old.
If you can go when it's not very busy (I.E. Not a weekend) it is much less of a hassle getting in/out.

The outlets were a nice setting for an evening stroll, but are currently under construction. There were some empty store fronts and the stores that were open didn’t provide the typical “outlet finds”

The Leesburg corner prinium outlets is a nice place to visit and shop. It was cery quiet when we visited the outlet, the shops are medium size, the food cort is very modest in terms of food selection. I have been to other outlets that offer more discounts but never the less this one is nice to shop in.

Might have been a bad day for me to shop at this premium outlet. Parking was hard to get because of the crowds and stores were just jammed with people. I decided to return to my car and not fight the crowds but tried a different day.

Spent a couple hours here to look around. We got some good deals at Columbia outerwear 60-70% off.
Overall a nice outlet, wished they had more outdoorsy things for the kids. The playground they have is pretty weak.
Folks with mobility issues wont have a hard time getting around with the ramps in place; could be difficult however in some of the smaller stores.

It is worth to visit. Good deals. I loved premium shops and excellent bargain prices. Some of items were on 80-90% off original price.

Variety of stores for all ages. Good deals esp. around holidays and back to school time. Nice to be outdoors and shop. Wish it was open past 9:30 but I have a good time and find some sort of a deal every time I go!

What I found different about these outlet malls was that they had some shops that few outlet malls have, for example Loft, BCBG etc. Nice large mall. Wear comfortable shoes and make sure no rain is expected.

Not being from this part of Virginia my college daughter likes to visit shops not available near us. She is a bargain shopper and usually finds some good deals. Food court not much to brag about but need a better security presence and visibility.

The variety of outlets is wonderful. I go shopping here anytime I am in the area. If you check online you can find coupons and special offers.

With the weather still mild, the Leesburg Outlets were crazy busy on a Sunday afternoon. You really need to go with purpose or you could spend hours there. We visited four stores and bought stuff at all of them. This outlet had a delightful selection in most of the shops and the variety stores make it a good one stop shop for what you need.

If you go to this outlet & have a AAA card you can obtain a free coupon booklet at the food court info center. If you go online & sign up for their VIP program which gives you special deals you will also receive this coupon booklet for free. If you don't have these two items the booklet costs $5.00 which I personally wouldn't purchase unless I was planning on making a purchase that may apply.
If you go to the Outlet website you can download a map before you get there. That's worth planning a little ahead unless you plan on walking around or spending the day there. It's a nice change from indoor malls as the stores are separated by outdoor open areas which is great on a nice day not so nice in the winter when it's icy. There are lots of stores to choose from. I find that a few of them like Nike, Under Armour, Williams Sonoma, Le Creuset to have "real merchandise" that they are not stocked with items just for outlets but items that would be in a non-discount store. There's lots of convenient parking but I would skip the food court as there are lots of restaurants in the area.

Don't shop all that often but a quick stop here today yielded some really good deals and a clean safe environment. The service in each store was above average and so I would come back.

Fantastic variety of designer outlets. Most at true outlet pricing; some resting on the name to sell regardless. Most of the stores were low pressure sales people; however a couple places were relentless and hovered too much

I went to the outlets on a Sunday a little after they opened and expected a few people, but they were way busier than I expected. I still got a good parking place and cut through the renovated food court. They are a few new stores since my last visit (Bath & Body Works) and I found some good deals at the few place I went. I just wish the layout was a bit better after having come here for years, but they are limited in space and so forth. Still a great shopping experience.

We live close to the outlets and we love shopping there because you will find everything you will find a a big mall, except you won't have to walk as much. The best about this mall is shopping during season ending, you will find the best deals. We really like it for the deals, make sure you are in the stores and mall Email lists .

I’ve been coming to the Leesburg outlet for about 15 years now primarily as part of business visits to Washington DC. When I first started I used to leave with bags of shopping. However, over time, I have found that the overall shop selection and the selections within the shops has reduced quite dramatically. Last year I left with nothing and this year I left after buying only one item. If you’re desperate for something to do or you’re on your way to/from Dulles you may consider it but otherwise don’t bust a gut to get here.

Sad to see Jones New York closing. I always make a point of visiting them when I'm in the area. Overall, lots of good quality shops.

The good: Plenty of stores. Only Outlets in a 40 mile radius from Leesburg.
The bad: very cold when it's cold outside and very hot when it's hot outside. Almost no places to eat

Found some awesome deals at Eddie Bauer and Columbia stores and the structure is nice to walk around.

Excellent stores for great bargains. Know your prices though so you actually get the "outlet" bargains. Be prepared to walk. It is out doors so if the weather is bad you may get wet and cold. Parking fills up quickly on weekends and holidays.

Outlets galore. My wife loved the Coach outlet as did my daughters the purses they were presented with. Lots of great stores and good food court. Be prepared to spend many hours and get great bargains.

I visited the Leesburg outlets this July 2012. The outlets are very nice and have a large selection of stores. I should note that we found it rather tricky to find the outlets from the highway.

Combination of Historical Down Town and New way. Pleanty of shopping in both areas. The Outlet mall is ok for the name brands popular today. Old town is unique and very cool. Our Nation's Capital for one day during Civil War. The architecture and sidewalks much like Charleston SC. Everyone a Biker Bar (Payne's) stay in original form and still operations since the 60s? But not quite so scary.

I am consistently satisfied with this premium outlet mall. Good selection of stores, good bargains and finds can be had easily. it's a fair walk from one end to the other but lots to stop and look at on the way. Parking during holiday seasons is the biggest challenge. I like the constant availability of special offers and coupons.

The day we stopped was raining so not the best for outdoor activity, the sidewalks are only partially covered. There is a wide variety of stores, but I wasn't impressed with their prices, especially for after Christmas. Bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Did not go into the food court.

Enjoyed my first visit and found what I was looking for in Ann Taylor and Talbots outlets. Strolled through all the Mall and hopped in and out of various shops. Nice selection, clean restrooms, easy parking.

We enjoyed spending a morning walking around the outlets. A lot of good store options and very well maintained. For being 'outlets', I was surprised at how few sales or discounts there were - we did hit the jackpot at the Bass store, but that was about it!

Large variety of stores in one spot makes one stop shopping easy. Prices are on average listed at 20-30% lower than retail with some stores offering deep discounts of 50-60%. The Columbia store is particularly large with many options and great prices. We spent a small fortune there but walked away with several quality items and fantastic discounts. There is a good court with some good choices: Asian, Italian, salads, and a coffee shop. Ample free parking available. The only drawback would be the fact that a lot of it is open to the weather and even though there are awnings you will still get wet walking between shops.

Shop here frequently. Tuesdays Senior get additional 10% discounts in some stores. I live 10 minutes away. DANGEROUS! But I get some great deals. I go often.

This was a third visit and yet again we came away with bags of high quality items at bargain prices. There's also a good food court, and close by are other big stores so if you also need to do some regular shopping there's all that you need within a couple of minutes drive. Be careful of some 'discount offers' that sound like they cover all the stores...they don't, - places like Michael Kors don't participate in the VIP store deals. Well worth a visit.

I like the view and upgraded area of the outlet malls that allow you to reward yourself with some type of memorabilia from your trip. Friendly atmosphere, affordable prices in an area known has a high cost of living, you cant beat it!

We visited the outlets on a Saturday afternoon into the evening. When my son was trying on shoes (in a shoe store) a group of women with a baby carriage came up behind me a tried to remove items from my purse which was over my shoulder. Fortunately, from where my husband was standing he could see what was happening and suggested that I come stand next to him. When he spoke to me the women quickly moved away without taking anything out of my purse. We also noticed as it started getting dark the security patrol increased significantly.
This is one of the best outlet malls in this area and it would be a shame if crime ruins it. Burger King has pulled out of the food court and I wonder if this is an indication of things to come.

We spent almost four hours there and hardly went to a tenth of the stores. The selection is excellent here, and I found really good bargains that were not available elsewhere. Saks Fifth Avenue was a great store and you could spend hours here. There's a food court with (sadly) overpriced food and beverages. Don't eat there, there are many better options nearby.

I shop this outlet mainly to check out Restoration Hardware and William Sonoma. Friends love the shoes at Saks Off Fifth. Also like DKNY which is a factory store. Many of the stores are filled with merchandise made just for the outlets so beware. I am told that the Coach outlet is mainly stocked with items made for the outlet.

i went to walk the mall last week on a Tuesday looking for nothing in particular. In some ways I was disappointed in the overall products as the are MFO's (made for outlet) and not what you would ever find in the real store. That being said I was happy to find a few real deals at Williams Sonoma as well as off fifth. I'm sure that nothing I saw at talbots would ever have been in the regular store and I was disappointed. I found a great bag at Burberry that I saw last year at Neimans.
I think there are deals to be had there but you should know the firsthand product before you shop there.

Great stores, outlet deals ( go on the outlets website for deals and coupons!) very nice and clean to walk around great selection of stores! I would def suggest walking around here on your day off

If you're ever in the area of Leesburg VA, you might as well plan 6hrs of walking from store to store at Leesburg Outlets. This place is very nice! They keep it clean, in order, and the atmosphere is very nice. All the stores you can imagine. I give this place 5☆☆☆☆☆ because they continuously offering deals. So Christmas shopping is near (Smile)

This is a premium outlets location outside of Washington, you can find a lot of brands but not as many as you will find in other major U.S. cities outlets. The shops are well arranged and easy to walk. However if you are out shopping in any premium outlets you should make a do of it. First off you should sign up for the newsletter on their website so that you get some extra discount coupons that could come in handy, as well as a voucher for a free coupon book that you can piickup from the information center.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at the Samsonite outlet store in Leesburg, VA, on August 18, 2024. After contacting the store at 12:30 PM regarding elastic suitcase protection for my new Samsonite suitcase, I was informed that the item was available in-store. However, upon arriving at 2:45 PM, I found the store closed with no one inside.
I waited until 3:30 PM, but no one came to assist me. I even spoke with security, who was unable to provide an explanation for the unexpected closure. When I called the store at 4:00 PM, I was told by an employee that he was on his lunch break from 3 to 4 PM, and there was nothing he could do for me. This is unacceptable, considering I had been waiting for 50 minutes prior.
This experience not only wasted my time but also caused me to travel to the airport with my suitcase unprotected, resulting in scratches and damage.

I decided to hit the outlets the weekend before the Columbus Holiday. It turned out to be perfect as most of the stores had just gotten in new shipments for the fall/winter season and had special sales. It was a lovely day and was busier than my last few visits. But if you know what stores you want to go to, it is easy to get around and hit the places you want.

We shop at many outlet malls. The beauty of Leesburg is that this outlet mall is an easy walk to your car. You can keep moving your car so that you can easily load your packages. The best part of this mall is that there is an Williams Sonoma Outlet there. No matter what day you shop there, you will find a bargain. Their prices there will top Wal Mart or Target EVERY day. The staff is friendly. We LOVE this store and go out of our way to shop there.
By the way ...there is a Wegman's about a mile down the road. Plug it into your GPS. It is a retail grocery shopping dream. Especially if you are from Pennsylvania. great wine prices. Wegman's is located in a new plaza with many great restaurants.

It may be the layout, but this outlet seems much bigger than any of the outlets that I usually go to. Plenty of stores. Whatever you're looking for is bound to be here. The thing with outlets is that there are so many now that you really can't find good deals/sales. That was the case for me today. Nonetheless, I enjoyed this outlet.

This is a sprawling shopping complex that offers a wide variety of stores...everything from Coach to Carters. There is something here for every budget. Unfortunately, the stores are open to the elements. Having visited many times, I now only go when it's a mild sunny day. Running in and out of stores in the rain, cold or heat is just not pleasant. Parking here is very convenient. One complaint is the food court dining option. We are forced to leave the mall to have a decent lunch.

It is a decent outlet with a good selection of the most popular brands. Not particular good discounts, but a huge selection. Some of the shops (UA) gives additional discount to service members and veterans on top of already discounted prices. Good parking options all around. Remember where you parked your car. Food options not so great, but there are some good ones surrounding the parking areas.

My wife and I come here every year during the week after Christmas. We browse in most of the stores yet end up purchasing from the same four really fine stores: The Loft, Ann Taylor, DKNY, and Chicos. The food court has a basic selection - we got a Philly steak and cheese sub that was delicious but skimpy on the meat and overpriced. Next year we'll save ourselves time by going straight to our four favs and skipping the rest, and bring our own lunch.

exactly similar to williamsburg premium outlets. only thing is you will be fed up of walking in sun, rain and cold. prices are not that much cheaper, have to look and search for discounted products.

Visiting the outlets at times can be challenging, but I seem to have gotten into a good rhythm regarding the times I pick to visit. This time, I got there just as they opened on a cold Saturday, right before we were suppose to get some snow. The parking was great and there were not many people wandering around. Even as I headed out, it still wasn't too crowded. The only issue is that there really are no new stores and pretty much the same deals as always.

You are here for the clothes I get it and that's ok.
But sooner or later you'll need to eat something... the food court was very bad in the past with Balducci's as the only quality choice, after the renovations is even worse and Balducci's is gone...!
I had a 'Green Leaf' chicken caesar salad wrap and it was the most sad wrap I had in ages.
1 star for the miserable food court.
Think seriously to have your meal elsewhere!!!

Nothing to write home about. Another one of your average outlets. It could be frustrating to walk under extreme heat with crowds.

It's been a year since I was here last time and a lot has changed...yes, it is still better than Tanger Outlets in D.C. but not what it used to be...Some shops are gone, the offers (with the coupon book) not as good as they used to be and even Starbucks is gone.
Register online for the free coupon book otherwise you have to pay 5 Dollar.

Leesburg Premium Outlets is one of my favorite shopping destinations. The mall offers a fantastic selection of stores, from high-end brands to more affordable options, ensuring there's something for everyone. The layout is easy to navigate, and the outdoor setting makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The deals are impressive, and I always find great bargains. Additionally, the food court provides a nice variety of dining options for when you need a break. Overall, it's a great place to spend the day shopping and enjoying the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This outlet used to be such a nice place to visit with high end choices. But as of late it has really gone down hill. I realize that it is currently being renovated (at least that is the word on the street), however during the renovation management needs to ensure that the place is maintained. There are lots of vacant store fronts and store closings. The shrubs and vegetation are not being maintained (simply overgrown). There is trash EVERYWHERE! Apparently there aren't individuals employed to sweep up the various areas like there used to be or employee management is nonexistent. Metal railings are rusted. It looks as though the place could close any day now! I'll travel elsewhere (Maryland, Philly, New York) to visit an outlet, otherwise I'll just go out to Tysons Mall. Disappointing and embarrassing at the same time. Can't bring visitors here anymore.

there are a great many shops when I go to visit my daughter, here is always on my list to visit, There are shops for every taste and pocket.

Any given day at outlets is a busy day but if you want to cash in a good deal, make sure to check their website and then hit the stores. Compared to few other outlets, the stores are limited and food court choices are average. Less number of shops in food court creates long waiting time for orders and pick-ups.

High end options and other stores across the spectrum of cost --- clothing (mens and ladies), sports, shoes, appliances, electronics. Definitely worth a trip along with restaurants very nearby.

My friend and I went to the Leesburg Premium Outlets this past weekend. It was busy there but it was a beautiful day and there were lots of good bargains for all of you shoppers out there. I especially enjoyed the Harry & David store because I had never visited one before; I also enjoyed the Vera Bradley outlet there. I was able to find lots of good bargains and if it were closer, I would go back in a heartbeat!

I got some real bargains here. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we went on a Wednesday and it was empty. Everything that we went for was there and we came away with some very nice things. Worth the drive.

Vera Bradley no longer accepts the birthday coupons that they send out! If a discount is going on in the store ( and there always is!) you cannot use your birthday coupon. So silly. Manager a bit rude about it today. Vera Bradley needs to discontinue the birthday program.

There are some stores that sell men's clothing, and occasionally a bargain can be found. For example, Lucky Brand jeans has an outlet store that sometimes has a good sale. Michael Kohrs also has good deals (although management there is another story). There is a Columbia outerwear store, and underarmor also. But generally this mall is for gals. It's overcrowded and during christmas and the busy shopping seasons, there is not enough parking.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and was pleased to find that the crowds were fairly modest though this mall is fairly large with many of the key brands. Easily walkable and well laid out. Food court area was clean and organized. Didn't like that people were indiscriminately using the family and handicap bathrooms. Maybe just me but need more stores and activities for kids.

A great selection of stores that my teenage daughter likes to shop at. Today our big score was at the Columbia Store. Snow pants (3pr) fleece jacket, 3 vests, a 3in1 coat & 2 pairs of dress pants was our big score for roughly, $200.
And of course you can't go to the outlet malls without getting a few pairs of Converse!!!
Only negative thing was there really wasn't much to choose from for food, only in one spot in the food court. Nothing to munch on while walking around in & out of the stores.
And that it is not an indoor mall, so we FROZE today, some of the stores we went just to warm up a bit :)

This is the second time we been to Leesburg and the Premium Outlets has been my wife's favorite hunting grounds. We would often spent 4-6 hours there hunting for the goods we want as gifts for friends and families back home.
the food there is under-par and the variety is limited.
.

Not the Orlando FL sized and equipped outlet, but definitely worth the visit. Good selection of shops with the main brands.
If you expect a decent food court you might be disappointed, only a small corner with a mini mart, some vending machines and a pizza place is pretty much it.
When we visited (in March), there was an outside place obviously set for selling food, which was closed.

Great place to visit, amazing savings on name brand merchandise. If you have time you can stay at the hotels actually just at the other side of rout 15.
They are very reasonably and clean.

This is my second visit to this mall. Once again I found the prices reasonable. There is a wide range of shops here from Old Navy to Barney's and Cole Haan. We again went home with several bags after shooing the whole day.
The fast food court has had a change of restaurants. No more Nathan's. Instead we bought a salad from Green Leaf and a plate from the Asian place next to it. Both were very big servings. The three of us were quite satisfied with this.
Leesburg is still a good shopping destination.

Tons of shops & very clean! Parking was easy & the food court had a nice selection. Very nice place to walk around for the day.

This outlet center outside Leesburg, Va is an open air mall, not under roof, that has a wide range of brand name stores with good prices! Lots of clothing and shoe stores, housewares, children's clothes, sunglasses, luggage, and gifts. Some stores don't seem to last there more than a couple of years, but this may be because there are too many other stores with similar merchandise, but this can be good for shoppers, as it gives you more choices. Lots of parking here, and there are nearby restaurants within walking distance. A great place to shop!

Typical outlet mall. All outside but walk ways are covered for about 80%. Not a lot of food choices for snack/lunch.

the goods in shops are not as great variety. Only old stockes
the food court is very limited. but in general it is neat and organized outlet.
Large outdoor walking outlet mall. Lots of stores to choose from like Harry & David's, Yankee Candle & more. Not that great of a food court. 4 places to choose from, Sabaro, Burger King, a sandwich shop and another store. Plus a Starbucks.
You have to know your prices before you buy. The Yankee Candle Shop did not have all the items a typical store has. I think it was the items they wanted to get rid of.
Harry & David's is a great food-gift store unique items. A treat to go into anytime. Price but worth it.
