A bit "tired"and old. Many things not open, or not "fully" operational, which didnt make sense since February a big month for FL tourism. Paid full price for our 2 year old and there wasn't much he could actually go on due to height restrictions. Food stands all very slow service. Twice stopped at the ice cream stand, and twice they got our order wrong (one ice cream each time). Not really impressed since we traveled 90 minutes to get there. Needs a little "refresh" for sure. Not sure if we'd go again.

Excelente for families. Super kid friendly. The rides were entertaining and very nice for kids that are not totally ready for bug scary rides. A lot of options for babies and toddlers.

Disappointed After 6 Years of Loyalty – LEGOLAND Is Losing Its Magic
We’ve been Awesomer Pass holders for 6 years, and LEGOLAND Florida Resort used to be our family’s favorite getaway. What made this park special wasn’t just the rides—it was the feeling that families were truly welcome. Pricing was fair, and unlike other parks, it didn’t feel like every step was designed to squeeze money out of you. That made us want to spend more while we were there.
But sadly, that’s changed—and not for the better.
For the first time in six years, we left LEGOLAND disappointed. New management has introduced changes that feel more about profit than guest experience:
• Charging for breakfast at the hotel (which used to be included)
• Charging for parking
• Charging for bags when you buy items at the gift shop
This may not seem like a big deal to a first-time visitor, but to us long-time passholders, it’s a complete shift in values. It no longer feels like a park that appreciates families. Instead, it feels like just another business trying to nickel and dime you.
We used to eat at the hotel, dine in the park, and make a weekend of it. This time? We left for breakfast and dinner. We’re simply not willing to spend money where we don’t feel respected as loyal guests.
To the new management: You’re ruining what made LEGOLAND special. Please stop. Bring back the guest-first spirit that made this our happy place.

Loved that there were so many rides for little kids. The lego sculptures were beautiful. Planning to go again next time I’m in town

Better than Disney! There are a TON of rides and you can go on almost all of them with your younger kids 💕 We got Annual passes and will DEFINITELY be back!

Fun park, kids love it and the little touches make it special (if you bring a lego character you can trade with any staff in the park) even on a hot ass day there's a good amount of shade and lines are shaded. We brought a cooler with waters and fruit and a snack box, kids had a blast and we didn't spend anything on food in the park. We also stayed at the hotel which is where the real magic lies. All the little touches and game areas make it THE place to stay for kids. Only recommendation I have is to increase the # of garbage cans outside the entrance- can't find anything from the parking lot until your inside the park.

The Resort Management took too long to implement the “Guest Experience Promise”. There were constant downpours for 2+ hours with short intervals of clear skies. Many guests including myself felt cheated from the experience and felt it was money wasted. By 3pm it was clear the rain would continue past closing time and everyone was asking when will the rain plan be implemented. Legoland should quickly post the “activation” on the website and application. I’m thankful for the opportunity to a free day within a year but sitting under coverings wondering about management’s decision was not pleasant. Thank you.

Very sucked. If you come to Orlando to go to the Disney and Universal parks, don’t waste your time including this one. It's very silly.

Fantastic time for the family. Lots of options for entertainment. So much fun on the Mr bull sky shot ride and in the splash pad. Very disappointed that the roller coaster was not open while we were there but if we ever return to Florida I would definitely take the family back again. Children age 7 and 3.5

First and foremost my family loves LEGOLAND and we are season pass holders. Christopher the singing employee is awesome and a must visit. Ian and Matt at the hotel are awesome. It’s not crazy there like other places and is pretty relaxed. The building stations are loads of fun and trading minifigures is a blast. The shows are pretty entertaining too. Food is really expensive there but there is free water all around so that’s nice. Staying at the hotel once is a must. There are a lot of spots closed but still enough to keep kids happy. Overall it’s well worth it

The hotel was nice and clean but is absolutely chaotic. The restaurants inside are just there for convenience but over priced and not that great. While we were there we were told the storm knocked the tvs out and there was nothing they could do but our tv worked and the kids did not which made no sense. Kid of defeated the purpose of them having their own section of the room. Would not recommend staying more Ty a two or three days you can finish everything in that time comfortably.

This was the perfect family trip. The resort is literally steps away from the park and has amazing rooms! My kids were so excited by the little touches in the pirate room and my oldest loved all the things in the birthday package. The food was amazing there too, expensive as expected but truly delicious. The park has so many things to do and so many rides my oldest could ride alone and even more that my other 2 could ride with me or my husband. Besides that there was so much amazing stuff to see! If you're looking for somewhere to go with the kids I highly recommend it!

Overall experience was great! Lots of things for the little ones as well as the older kids and parents. Admission fee was included in our hotel package at the Pirate Hotel And was great! We had 2 day 1 night stay and would have loved to stay longer.

Our family had an amazing time! It was our first time staying in the bungalows and it was perfect. Clean rooms and playgrounds were close by. The only thing I would suggest is having some sort of entertainment for the smores event. $25 for the smores kit was ok but sitting by the pool, tucked away in the corner kind of threw us off being fully dressed for the event. Anyway, we loved the bungalows and will return again!!!!

My son is 5 and its perfect for his age,he had such a blast. We stayed at the LEGOLAND hotel and I also coming recommend a better place to stay. There are Lego an activities and buckets of Lego's throughout the hotel so kids can have fun and be entertained while adults can relax. Good was great, elevators have music when you get on them, and each day this leave a Lego toy in your room. The park has plenty to do especially if you have small children. We will 100% be coming back

We’ve lived in Florida for many years, but this was our first time at Legoland. With a four year-old and seven-year-old, we couldn’t imagine a better experience for them. Watching them show their creativity at different build stations while also enjoying rides, it was the perfect combo. Much less stressful than other theme parks with less crowds and helpful staff. We stayed on site and found this to be relaxing and fun for all of us.

The trip was amazing! We stayed at the Beach Retreat and loved it. The bungalows were so cute and having a playground right outside our door kept the kiddos busy. The parks were so much fun! Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful. We’ll be back soon!

Great place. We have veen treated very well. Our boys are loving the trip.. The.rooks are really cool. Plenty of fun activities.

We had a wonderful time. We came on a Monday and it wasn’t busy at all. There weren’t really any wait times. The weather was perfect too. Shout out to Ron in the Imagination area, he made our children’s experience extra special and was super helpful.

My family had the best day!! It was my daughters birthday and our first time!! Everyone was awesome and nice and all the rides were so fun!! I got the Gold annual-passes because we just gotta go back for more!!

We had a great experience at this theme park, the ticket price was reasonable compared to other parks around the area and with just about the same amount of attractions. The prices at the stores/restaurants were good and affordable and shows were entertaining for all ages. Restrooms were up-kept and well managed, Staff was friendly, and were willing to help with questions/ directions.

So I have hugely mixed feelings on this place. I love Lego and everything about it but their parks are another matter.
Parking, $35. So before you set foot you are stung more than Disney. Excessive in my opinion.
Card only, so you cannot use cash. Not great, they try to justify it with a reverse ATM where you can put cash in and get a card out. That is profiteering as you can never do an exact amount.
Food... This is where I truly feel let down, ripped off and disgusted. A lot of outlets were not even open, off season apparently. Well everything is open at Disney...
Bought lunch at deli takeover. 3 sandwiches, 2 Drinks - over $50. My chicken wrap was soggy on one side and the dressing that was supposed to be on it, well I got handed a sachet to put on myself. I have never been served such rubbish.
Rides and environment was ok, my 3 year old had a great time, but honestly this place is just not up to scratch on food, customer service or anything. It's worse than Disney for money grabbing.
Real shame.

Legoland was a fun experience. It's a park designed for younger kids to have a great time. I would say for children up to 8-10 will have an amazing time here. We also entered the aquarium, which just opened. Loved the colors and all the under sea life (tickets for the aquarium are separate)

We stayed at the Legoland Beach Retreat. It's a little more work than the main Legoland hotel and the Pirates hotel. But we saved money. You can bring your own water bottles into the park. And refill them with cold water at the coke refill and refresh stations. All the staff in the park and at the hotel we're very very friendly and helpful!

Me and my grandson love it here I just wish that they would stay open longer because I believe the atmosphere here at night would make it a more memorable experience

Our stay at Legoland was awesome-the pirate hotel was fantastic and the restaurants and service was also great.
My granddaughter loved her time at the parkn

Went to Peppa Pig Theme Park: super cute!! Great rides for the kiddos & fun to the adults as well. Wish more of the characters were part of the show. Show was a little disappointing. Loved everything else. Did not do splash pad or eat.

Keeping a long story short, we had a little challenge pop up in our day at LL, to no fault of theirs. A greeter crew member ushered me to guest services and told me to explain my situation and see if it was possible for the GS team to save the day. Andrea greeted us at the GS desk, and was remarkable from there on, at first introduction through the final steps of our interaction. She listened carefully, offered her understanding, and immediately put forth efforts to find possible solutions that may be available, all the while being professionally transparent that, of course, guarantees could not be made. She stepped out to speak with Julie, her manager, only to quickly return after just a few minutes and with a much appreciated and perfect solution to our conundrum. Andrea further went above and beyond with extra touches of guest hospitality and communication, as well as portraying clear signs of interpersonal communication. Seeing my little one laugh and run through Peppa Pig’s theme park for the rest of the day truly made my whole heart soar, and it absolutely would not have happened without Andrea’s investment to hospitality with empathy paired with her and Julie’s commitment to “fixing it”. Thank you!!

The characters did a wonderful job interacting with the children. The amenities were wonderful and everything was provided as needed.

Some of the positives that garnered a 5 star review from me and my family; how they handled people with food allergies, the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and the interactive activities especially while waiting in line.
Since we were visiting a theme park it was not surprising when things cost quite a bit more than usual. A double cheeseburger and fries was $17, a fountain drink was $4. But the cool thing that helped offset that cost was the free Coca Cola Freestyle refill stations and water bottle fill stations all throughout the park. The food was also delicious.
When we ordered our food, an employee immediately asked if we had any food allergies (we have dairy allergies). They then proceeded to pull out a binder full of allergen and ingredient information as well as have a chef come out front to discuss our menu options. They also made sure to cook all our food on a fresh station to avoid any cross contamination. Absolutely worth every penny for that experience alone.
Every employee encountered was friendly, great with the kids, and very helpful with any questions any of us had. Just about every ride, especially the big ones, had various activities for the kids to play with while waiting in line.
Parking was a little spendy, we paid $50 for the preferred parking close to the entrance. With two kids, it was well worth it at the end of the trip when we were all exhausted.
We highly recommend this park for families with kids, especially those who enjoy Lego. Lots to do and see.

Everything was awesome! We got to meet characters and traded tons of mini figs! Lines were short too! It was so much fun celebrating a 7th bithday!

Let’s get one thing straight—Legoland Florida is not a theme park. It's a glorified roadside park with a few Lego statues tossed in for decoration. If you're expecting an immersive Lego world, you're in for a crushing disappointment. There's not a single area in the entire place that feels magical, imaginative, or remotely in line with what you'd expect from a brand as iconic as Lego.
The whole experience reeks of a cash grab. They constantly run ticket discounts to bait you in, only for you to discover the true cost once you're through the gates. And good luck even getting in on time—parking is an absolute disaster. They funnel everyone through a pathetic six-lane entrance (half of which are always closed) causing massive backups. You’re paying $35 for the privilege of sitting in line. Then there's just one sluggish security line, adding another chunk of wasted time.
And that’s just the beginning. Once inside, you’ll quickly realize that the 10 AM to 5 PM park hours (even during summer!) are designed to limit how much you can do—and how much frustration they can squeeze in. Ride wait times balloon to 80+ minutes because they intentionally understaff the attractions. Fewer operators, slower lines, higher wait times. It’s manufactured inefficiency, all to nudge you toward their outrageously overpriced fast pass—which costs more than the actual ticket.
In the end, you're lucky if you get on 5 or 6 rides. That's it. Their entire model is designed to force repeat visits while nickel-and-diming you at every step.
Oh, and if you still thought you were in some kind of branded Lego world, the tacky carnival games scattered around the park will remind you otherwise. It feels cheap, uninspired, and totally at odds with what Lego stands for. Every corner is crammed with overpriced junk in Lego packaging. It’s not about fun, imagination, or creativity. It’s about squeezing every last dollar out of you.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy long lines, minimal rides, and the constant feeling of being scammed. Legoland Florida is a theme park in name only.

We were in a bad weather but the place is great and fun.. some of the rides were closed unfortunately. Amazing fit little kids

It was nice, but definitely feel like it’s over priced as it is only open 10-5. My 7 year old really enjoyed the rides and I loved there were plenty of shaded areas to sit for parents while waiting for the kids. For $80 a person, I’d like to have stayed longer, and peppa pig and water park shouldn’t really be a second park/price And almost $40 to park a regular car is really high! Overall I enjoyed our day though

We had the best time! It was actually cheaper to get season passes than it was to pay for 3 days of tickets for my 2 kids, partner, and self. So now we got to visit more than 3 times in the week we visited! We had such an amazing time I can’t get over it! Peppa pig theme park was perfect for my 3 and 4 year olds. They loved legoland as well. Food was very good too! The sea life was super cute! My kids and I got to touch a star fish and some other things!

Made a booking for the sale period (starting on July 7 2025) for a LL Beach Retreat. Mistakenly booked two nights instead of one. Then called to get this adjusted which customer service did. She said it would take a couple days, and I’d be reissued a new reservation conformation. So checked the confirmation today and the booking date is for 6/16/2025 not the July date I had booked. This conveniently puts it within their 5-days-no-changes (no matter what) policy. So yeah, this time customer service told me to pound sound, even though it’s their mistake, and even after a so-called escalation to management. So, very cool LEGOLAND. I’m on the hook for one night in a month we can’t even travel, but I hadn’t booked any park tickets yet, and now I never plan to…ever! So in the short term, you may get a small bit of $, but if you had decent customer service policies, you could have gotten so much more over the long term.
If you’re planning a family vacation in central-ish Flordia, avoid this one, there are certainly better options with better customer service policies.
As a frequent traveler, I also have to say, the interface on the website feels archaic, (likely by design). Anytime you want to check your reservation, they have to send you an email link. Just horrendous.

A great park for the family. Clean grounds and pleasant staff. Traveled with a 10 year old and 12 year old - still fun although more families with little kids here.

We have passes for peppa pig park and Legoland and the water park. This was the 1st time we went to legoland and the water park. We have a good time. There wasnt long lines or a ton of people so that was good. The only complaint I have is how far u have to walk to get to the Waterpark its on the opposite side of the gate you enter to go in. You have to walk all the way thru legoland. And I went after my family had been there and I got lost. It wasnt well mark which way "the Waterpark" was. It was on some of the signs but if u made a wrong turn like I did u didnt even see a sign pointing. In the direction to the water park. I ended up in the garden thing which was a big circle and I thought id never get out of that garden area. It just kept saying the exit was this way or that way. It took me 30mins or more to get out of thagt cypress garden area. Then I seen just one little sign saying the water park. But besides being poorly marked we had a great.time.

We enjoyed new aquarium pretty much but no benches around to sit, chill and watch fish. It’s difficult to stay on your feet at hot summer days without rest.
Also we visited an amazing performance Go Extreme. Breathtaking. Unbelievable! Many thanks to performers! Sad it’s only one month ( we want much more to last). Also feel bad for performers to do such difficult stunts in such terrible heat of July. Better to be some cooler month for their health.
Overall experience was 5+++++

We were surprised for the good, Legoland. We entered with high expectations and did not disappoint us!! After you’ve made Orlando parks you’ll enjoy waiting no more than 10 minutes per game. An ideal tip to go on weekdays when there are few people. For boys under 12 it is an unforgettable experience. For parents more than cute to share!

Fantastic experience for my little family - 2 kids ages 9 and 6. My kids don't like big rides, and everything we rode was the perfect size. My 6 year old is way into legos right now, so he loved every second of it.

Awesome birthday trip for toddlers. Legoland hotel and park was so much fun. My daughter turned 5 and could ride almost all the rides. We will definitely be returning soon!

Legoland Florida is our first Legoland experience in the U.S. and second Legoland experience all together (our first and only other Legoland visit beforehand was in Germany when my oldest daughter was about a year old). That being said, our Legoland Florida visit turned out to be an amazing trip overall.
Some quick FAQs/tips answered here:
- You can bring outside food and beverage (as long as they are already pre-made [do not require heating] and non-alcoholic).
- You can bring in a regular back-pack (to carry the things above).
- You can bring and use wagons.
- If you're into botanical gardens, Legoland has an AMAZING self-paced walk through garden with a majestic Banyan tree (definitely bring walking shoes)
- Although both parks are connected, the Legoland Waterpark is a separate admission if you want to use that.
- During special events, I advise to check in at King's Market as they usually offer special/exclusive gift bags, as well as the Lego Factory at the entrance - they give out the collector's badges as well.
As dabblers in the Lego world (wouldn't consider ourselves avid fans/collectors), my immediate family has always been interested in brick-building. I believe this definitely complimented the ability for us to hype up the trip for the kids. With minimal planning ahead of time (aside from a brief review of the special events [it was Brick-o-Treat during the time we went mid-October], the available rides, and our route from Tampa, I would argue that we had a very successful trip.
We arrived prior to opening around 9:20am (with the park opening at 10:00am that particular day in October). Compared to some other parks, the parking lot was available at least 30 minutes prior to opening. They also have overhead protected parking for an additional premium if you are wondering. The park opened exactly at the published time, but we were able to get coffee at the Lego Story food court and peruse around the Lego Store and Factory a bit as we waited for the entry into the park.
As I mentioned, we did minimal planning when it came to attacking the rides and shows. Unlike Disney World/Disneyland where you may want to be a bit more strategic when navigating the park, Legoland Florida is a bit more laxed and relatively less packed. There still are wait times as the day progresses, but at the very early hours the rides are pretty much ride at your convenience if you're all about these. We noticed the popular rides that had a significant wait were the Wave Rider and the Coast Guard Academy. Other waits were considerable negligible. Between waits, we split up our family at times and were able to catch some shows as targets of opportunity.
My girls had a blast with the interactive Ninjago and Lost Kingdom rides, while thoroughly enjoying the LEGO Movie Masters of Flight. For the most part, we were able to get on every ride we wanted to. We were a bit disappointed that the Battle of Bricksburg was closed for annual maintenance, while Imagination Zone was a bit lackluster. Keep in mind that all the bricks you use and build at the park cannot be taken with you - and if you really want to bring home actual LEGOs, you'll need to purchase these. The best surprise was actually the Cypress Garden, which has minimal relation to the LEGO theme (yes, there is a bit of a hike involved - with the total length of the trails stretching no more than a mile). Overall, we spent the entire day (all the way until 6pm) at the park and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I highly recommend Legoland Florida to LEGO enthusiasts of all level!

We were at Legoland on a day where they had a major power outage. The workers were very nice and we were able to go back another day. The day we went back every one was very friendly and helpful. The grandchildren had a blast and are asking when we can go back.

My family loved it! The wait times weren't bad and made even better by all the rides having a play area nearby. My son is like a caffeinated squirrel so waiting more than 10 minutes is usually a struggle, but not here! Also, the food was delicious and the rides/attractions were fun for adults as well. There were lots of attractions that were for children only which I REALLY appreciate, no Disney Adults adding to the wait times.

If you're considering the VIP Tour, I strongly suggest saving your money. Our experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, a complete waste. We would have been better off just purchasing Fast Passes.
The “behind-the-scenes” portion lasted about 15 minutes, showing us the LEGO builders’ office and giving a brief intro on how some things are made. That was the only unique part. For the rest of the day, we entered the back of 2 or 3 rides but otherwise waited in Fast Pass lines with everyone else. There was nothing VIP or special about it.
Our guide didn’t provide any interesting facts, stories, or recommendations. We were not told what to expect, had no idea what the plan was, and were simply led from ride to ride with no enthusiasm, tips, or photo opportunities. It felt rushed and impersonal — like we had a chaperone, not a guide.
This was our first VIP experience, and we hoped it would be something memorable for the whole family. Sadly, it was anything but. At one point, I even left the group to take my youngest on a ride and get a popsicle because he was bored — our guide seemed uninterested and unequipped to engage kids or make the day feel special.
My sons were excited to trade LEGO figures and mentioned it several times, yet the guide made no effort to help or join in the fun. I suggested a ride for my little one to do the fire water ride and her response was it's hard to push it? We should skip it. My child is 4, he loves fire trucks. We found out the next day — on our own — about cool things like the pop socket(?) collectibles, apple fries, character interactions, and even got to watch the LEGO rocket launch that we had no idea existed on the tour. The second day, without the VIP tour, was miles better .
Looking back, we got far more out of the park by exploring it ourselves. We learned more, saw more, and had a much better time. The VIP tour gave us no added value — just extra stress and disappointment.
My advice? Skip the VIP. Buy Fast Passes, get your own souvenir cups and photo passes, and enjoy the park at your own pace. You’ll have a much better experience and save a lot of money. This VIP tour was anything but special — unhelpful, unprofessional, and not worth it at all. Never again.

Everything in this park from parking to food to entrance tickets are way overpriced for the value you receive in return. The theme park is reared toward small children. There are no big coasters or scary thrill rides here. No broadway glamoured shows. Just a couple or costume characters throughout the entire park. The food is way overpriced and not many food options either. Only need about 4 hours to get through the whole park.

Celebrated 7th birthday at the Pirate Hotel, and wow! The service was exceptional. The hotel wasn't fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The food was good. The interactive play area for the kids is every parents' dream. Such a gem!

100% for a younger crowd unless your teenagers are super lego fans. The staff was hit or miss not consistent in any nature while we spent 3 days here.

Lego land and pepa pig parks are definitely for under 10 year old kids only. Prices are high with family of six well over 750 then they get you for parking at $35-55 dollars which is a slow process. Not to mention if you want to go to water park you have to add $20 per person and a fast pass over another 100 so all in all more tham $1000 for the day not to mention over priced food and of course pictures and store. My suggestion there is better value somewhere else for sure. You can buy a ton of lego for $1000.

Legoland Florida is geared around children. Plain and simple, kids come first. For safety, courtesy and fun. And I highly recommend staying at the hotel.
It adds another dimension to the experience. I can’t say enough about the hotel. Food was delicious, staff were friendly and accommodating.

It was me and my 7 y/o son. We started at the holiday inn express which is like 15 mins away from the park. The park is super huge! I like that they have the app as well as the map printout to show you where to go. The wait times weren’t long at all. It’s best to go when the park opens. The food and LL merch prices are a bit out of control. T-shirts were $30 with simple printing on them. I did like that you don’t have to purchase the food out there tho. You can take small snacks like sandwiches and your water bottles. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. There’s a lot of walking. Didn’t like that you couldn’t wear swim wear on the battle of bricksburg attraction. You’re forced to get your regular clothes soaked. Loved that you can refill water bottles throughout the park. LOVED the mini figure trading thing! The soft serve ice cream was so good for the heat! I think the characters of the Ninjago world should come out way earlier than 2:15 if the park opens at 10. I say that because from my observation, it’s one of the MOST popular worlds there! The water park of just ok. The main attraction of it was closed for maintenance. The peppa pig theme park was ok as well. I would say skip out on that if you can but if you have kids that are true fans of that cartoon, take them. The water part of that park seemed better because LL didn’t have the bucket open. Our spring break was a total success!! We would come back!

Great family friendly park. We had a blast. Highly recommend for any families look For a easy and fun theme park experience.

We have gone to Legoland 3 of the last 4 years in March for my son's birthday. He loves Legoland because lines are short and he can ride most rides "on his own" with his older sister. They are ages 7 and 10. While the kids had a good time, this trip was a mix bag for us parents. Legoland seems to be going downhill. We bought the new Florida resident 3-day pass and went for 2 days in a row on a Sunday, Monday. The park felt dead even though it was spring break week and the weather was good. There were no shows or parades or night entertainment. The park said it was open until 7PM but on our first day pretty much everything shut down at 5PM, food vendors were even covering up their stands at 5:20PM! Most of the rides were running but they broke down often. We got stuck on both The Great Lego Race and The Lego Movie Masters of Flight and had to be evacuated from both rides. We barely got off the Ninjago ride before it broke down right behind us so we were almost stuck on that ride too. We had hope to experience the Pirate River Quest but it was closed both days due to weather.
We still made some good memories. Highlights for our trip included laughing while getting wet on the Battle of Bricksburg, riding the Dragon rollercoaster, facepainting (at an expensive $23 per kid), Beetle Bounce drop ride, the master builder workshop at the Legoland hotel, and staying at the Beach Retreat. We were happy to see Peppa Pig land still maintained its bright colors. And we were excited to see a new ride being built on the site of the old Flight School Coaster, just don't know if it will be enough for us to return to experience the attraction if some other changes aren't made. If I could give one suggestion - I recommend Legoland bring back more of a botantical garden feel, plant more brightly colored flowers. And perhaps add a fun walk-thru greenhouse showcasing all the new Lego flowers in beautiful displays.

We took a trip to Legoland on 7-27-25 with our two kids one of which is autistic. I can’t explain the lengths that they go to make you feel welcome. I have been to many parks and had a great time but never like this. Whoever you have that does your training on autism or people with disabilities I applaud you. Every single staff member we encountered was extremely nice and interactive with our autistic son from fist bumps to high fives and extremely enthusiastic. The hero card is amazing. You really made this autism families day.

I have to say the workers at the huger bar did an amazing job getting the food out. No issues with the park or employees, although some of the other children attending could use some more attentive parenting and the line cutting was rampant.

We have a 11 year old, 8 and 3 year olds and we always have a blast at Legoland! The waterPark is definitely A PLUS! We love swimming and building with the “lego floats”! The theme park keeps us entertained and we like collecting all the items that we get for pass holders. The hotel is AMAZING! DELICIOUS breakfast, we are very well treated, and the rooms are so FUN! The kids find legos to build all the time, there is a map and charades for them to discover. We have created great memories at Legoland in Florida! Thanks Legoland!

I don’t understand why people leave Legoland such bad reviews. We absolutely love it. We’ve been passholders for a couple years now and we have had two things go wrong, but they were so quick to go above and beyond when fixing it it didn’t impact our visit at all. We live Beachside so most of the time when we come we stay for the weekend in a hotel. Everything really is awesome at Legoland, Florida!

1h wait for a parking space, 10 minute wait for security, over almost 2h wait for every ride. Do not go, complete waste of money and time

All the staff were genuinely interested in making sure we were as happy as possible. There was no "character" false friendliness, everyone in the park and the hotel were some of the friendliest people I've encountered on any trip I've been on and completely dedicated themselves to making our child's birthday the best he's ever going to have.

5! The characterization of the hotel, with the characters and themes of Lego is amazing. Perfect for kids! The rooms and elevators are rated apart.

What a great place for kids and adults . Was amazed by all the unique builds and talent it takes . Rides were fun as well . Only downside was half the food and drink spots weren’t open but there were a couple that were.

Went alone without children. Their excitement would have made it much better. Still enjoyed it although a lot of walking

They tried very hard to mix the feels of SeaWorld and Disney into one park. A lot of rides closures, vendors closed, shops closed. For what is advertised I expected more. For the price I expected more. We also attended the water area (not a park) which only consisted two tube slides, a wave pool, lazy river, splash area and three drop slides. When advertising a water park I figured a few more attractions. The price for food and drinks was outrageous. I bought a refill cup for $20 just to find out half of my cup is a sensor and I still have to refill it every 5 minutes and there’s a timer on the refill stations. When ordering at the burger kitchen $20 for just meat and cheese on bread, can’t ask for anything extra. Would I go back? Only if my kid really wants to. The day was still fun just not what it was cracked up to be.

The first thing to mention is that th entire park is cashless so you are forced to use a card. I asked at the parking booth what happens when you don't have a card. The answer was to make a U-turn, go to a supermarket and buy a gift card to pay.
The park itself is very clean and tidy and really set up for younger children. My 4 year-old granddaughter loved it. My grandson who is 10 also enjoyed it.
if like us you take a drinks bottle with you then purchase just one refillable drink container. You can fill up every 10 minutes so we just topped up the container and poured it into our flasks.
The old gardens that were Cypris Gardens are beautiful and worth a visit.
If you want to eat afterwards then I recommend The Golden Corral on Cyprus Gardens Blvd. It's clean and tidy unlike the ones in Orlando and it's literally 2 minutes from Legoland.

Not our first time at LEGOLAND but the first staying at the resort and they did not disappoint! From the service to the attention to detail, no complaints on our end. Very much worth the money and looking forward to coming back again!

As always it was a great day of family fun! The Go Extreme show was amazing!!!
This trip we also picked up new backpacks and lunch boxes(free) for the kid's upcoming school year.

We visited only Legoland Park. No water park. It was cold for playing with water. This park is smaller than Legoland in California. Less attractions, less people! My kids doesn't like any roller coasters so they didn't mind the park's smaller. We liked holiday season stuff a lot. Santa's post, a lots of additional building stations around the park.
Only issue I found is food here. We wasn't able to find any healthy-ish food. What we found was super overpriced and not that good unfortunately. I'm talking about lunch and dinner.
Coffee was okay, rainbow cake tasted pretty good actually 👍
Overall we had good experience here and will be back. ( With own lunch and dinner).

What an amazing park! For kids 0-12...this is the ticket! Great attractions for toddlers on up...we have a 2 &5 year old with us!You can take in snacks and sandwiches to help on cost. Beautifully kept park and gardens! Water park and Peppa Pig park also great!

Extraordinary, ! Really amazing for children’s! ! My recommendation it’s make a book at pirate’s hotels ! An excellent experience!
Maybe not best cost but beautiful experience for!

In overall "everything is awesome " just like the theme said. But there were two things that definitely say when the people know how to treat children it's make a big difference. One was in the ride Pirate cave boat ride by the captain Jackson was calmed down my kid when he was a little nervous about the boat and the water. My kid is a autism kid and although is very functional sometimes have his days. But how he managed the situation is someone that could give a rise for his job. The other was the crew of Go Xtreme that help him to making him happy. Was his birthday and they did sn extra effort to make him like the star. With tears in my eyes I could give them a hug for each one of the crew and say "Thank you for make the birthday of my kid the best one in his life". In general everyone that saw his tag that say "happy birthday " congratulate him and that's an A plus that could do it more frequently in the future. It means a lot for a kid specifically like him. Thsnk you each one from the Beach Retreat, the crew, the staff from each ride and area... Thanks.

We love Legoland. We go every year and take our now 4 and 6 year old. We’ve come the last two years too. They’ve got rides that each of them can ride at every spot, and on our 3rd time we even found some new spots. We’ve done minimal Disney and much prefer Legoland. Their overall atmosphere is more welcoming and fun.

We were at Peppa pig and we really liked my three-year-old son was delighted. Then we went to legoland unfortunately we did not achieve all the attractions because there was a problem in the late afternoon. But we did a lot of things and my 10-year-old daughter was happy. Very nice and the lines are acceptable. I'd go back to both.

It was a great time. Our 6yo grandson loved everything. We stayed at the beach resort, it's quiet but did come to the pirate hotel for some activities. My " Only " complaint is the knowledge of the majority of employees. 6 separate times. No one could answer any questions even when they're supervisor was called. So find someone over 50 if you need help. The kids are robots that studied telemarketer scripts while on there phones texting lol. We will come again in the winter.

Allen S. Was fantastic on our last day. We had an issue on one of the rides and he hooked us up with some perks! He gave us fast passes. Kids are 6 and 9 and this was their first experience with roller coasters, and they absolutely loved The Dragon, Coastersaurs, Lego Race, and Merlin's Challenge. The imagination world area is a good break from the heat as well

I can't say enough amazing things about Legoland! My son is 4 and absolutely loves it! We went for Ninjago weekend and stayed at the resort. We had the best experience. Highly recommend for families. There's something for everyone.

My daughter has special needs that are often a challenge to accommodate. As a little person, she cannot do a lot of age appropriate activities due to her size, but the staff was able to reasonably assess where there was no safety risk and consider the circumstances regarding height restrictions. Sometime ride limits are really about maturity than size and the staff recognized this better than most theme parks can.

Every ride was accessible to us and our children in short waits. Despite its smaller size, it has a lot of room to expand. The character meet-and-greets were fantastic. Even though there weren't as many roller coasters, the kids still thought it was better than Disney and Universal until they left at closure.

Ryan at the Pirates Cove boat ride is absolutely fantastic interacting with guests and makes even waiting in line super fun. The snacks and drinks were great, the rides were fun and had a lot of shade and AC to escape the Florida conditions. The park was clean and beautiful and I'll definitely be back!

My family had so much fun! My 5 year old and 2 year old were in heaven all day. I loved that my youngest could ride most of the rides and they weren’t scary for my 5 year old. It was easy to walk through and so much to see. The details were amazing. I wish the characters walked around more but other than that it was perfect.

Very laid back experience. Everything was running on “island time” once I figured that out and just went with the flow it was amazing.

Price gouging on the food /beverages. $13 for a standard beer is crazy. Kids had fun though. Excited to go back and I’m glad they allowed us to bring our own food and water so we really didn’t spend any money other than the annual passes

Fantastic place. Geared for the real youngsters and those very young at heart. Plenty for the young people to do including hands on areas.
I, also, need to point out two exceptional employees. The ladies operating the ice cream shop at the Fire Department in the afternoon of Feb 26, 2025, should be commended. Destiny was fantastic working the shop by herself. She never skipped a beat, handled each line very politely and never gave the impression she was overwhelmed, even as the lines grew deeper. After what seemed like 30+ minutes, Brae Lynn came to the rescue and between them steadily handled the crowd. Very impressive, especially Destiny.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We were quite underwhelmed on our first ( and last) visit to Legoland in WinterHaven Florida. My two grandsons ( six & eight) are true Lego maniacs and even they were bored and asking to go back to the pool before the day was up. On a 90 degree day the waterpark area was not open. Many of the other stops listed on the map were also closed for the day. Lines for a few rides were silly long as I think part of the problem was they were having mechanical issues on the ride. Even the car rides had so many of the cars just stopping and stalling. The highlight was the incredible mini city displays, but for the expensive ticket price for a short day ( only open 10am to 5pm); that alone was not worth the time or money. If the point of Lego land is to allow space for kids to build up on Legos, we can do that right at home! Save up and put your money to the "Disney" to get at least the full bang for you bucks!

We just wrapped up two incredible days at LEGOLAND Florida, and our family is leaving with full hearts and amazing memories. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every Model Citizen went out of their way to make the experience personal, fun, and seamless.
A huge highlight for us was the impromptu behind-the-scenes visit with the LEGO Master Builders—such an unexpected and unforgettable experience! Our kids (10 and 8) were completely inspired, and it added a whole new layer of magic to the park.
Both days were packed with fun, but Day Two at the LEGOLAND Water Park was the perfect way to cool off and keep the adventure going. The lazy river was a family favorite, and again, guest services made the experience smooth, relaxing, and fun.
Another extra-special moment? The surprise hunt for Mr. Gold! Spotting him around the park became a game our kids loved, and actually finding him added so much excitement and joy to the day.
We stayed at the Beach Retreat and absolutely loved it—bright, cheerful, and perfect for winding down after full days of fun.
LEGOLAND Florida completely exceeded our expectations. The creativity, the kindness of the staff, and the hands-on fun made this one of our favorite family trips ever. We can’t wait to come back!

We love this place this year I noticed prices went up and food portions got smaller and there is a lot of construction going on but still spent the day having fun getting in and off rides fast quick and safe!!! Tomorrow we check out the new sea life section!!!

My boys have been to Disney World twice, but hands down, they enjoyed Lego Land more. There was the perfect amount for them to do during Brick or Treat. They are 6 and 9, and I’m glad we went this year because I feel like next year my oldest will be too old. The rides are mostly low intensity and we were able to ride everything with little to no wait, even on a Sunday of fall break. Great trip. If you’ve got littles, it’s a great day.

Such a cute park for young kids. The hotel experience is great 10/10. The park could use 3-4 additional roller coasters or rides for 6+ We have been 4 times and today my kids 6/9 who loved the hotel were done with the park after a few hours.

The Legoland Beach Resort is a wonderful choice for families. The kids absolutely loved it, and the friendly staff made our stay stress-free. We were particularly impressed by Curtis, who provided excellent service during breakfast. Even though our server was busy, he took the initiative to help us, which was greatly appreciated. We left with wonderful memories!
Highly recommended especially with little ones.

First time visiting in a few years. It was terrible!! If I could get my money back I would. Summary of my visit; 30 minute wait to get in to park, only card-no cash., stopped at the bathroom, very long lines and then No Toilet Paper!, it was cold, we all tried to buy sweatshirts, there were no adult shirts anywhere, then went to get hot cocoa and coffee, 25 minute wait for coffee, the guy at the counter said they only had one machine that worked, so yes, we waited. Then tried to buy a hot pretzel, a nice warm pretzel, guess what, they ran out, no pretzel for me. Then went in a little shop, maybe a drink and some candy, nope, only a couple choices of overpriced dasanti, yuk. Finally just left early. $85 each for entry and $35 to park, so not worth it.

We came here last Saturday with friends 4/26/25 and it was a good experience for our first time. We also came today 4/30/25 we had such a great experience in the water area with the big bucket that splashes. Two members of the water safety team were very kind and patient with not only my son but other children as well 💗

Our boys loved Legoland! We visited the theme park only, not the hotel. We spend 5 hours there and brought our own lunch in. There was lots to see and do and the staff was great and very helpful. It has a mix of indoor and outdoor things. There's lots of gift shops and you can trade legomen at the coffee shop as soon as you enter the park. The miniature village was my favourite part.
Price changes based on weekend or during the week so check online when buying tickets.

We love visiting LEGOLAND as a family, it's a perfect place for kids (ours are 10 and 7) who can spend hours playing with LEGO bricks and enjoying the themed rides. We went on Memorial Day and we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't overly crowded. That meant we got to really enjoy the rides, shows and games without long waits, and believe me that's a huge plus!
The kids had a blast, as always, and the creative environment is such a great space for imaginative play. That said, we did notice that a few areas of the park could use some unkeep, some games were a little run down and certain sections could be cleaner.
We were also looking forward to checking out the new Sea Life section, but unfortunately it only operates from 11 to 16. Since it's located right at the entrance, it was disappointing to realize that with the park opening at 10 and closing at 18, it's easy to miss if you're not timing it just right. That was frustrating.
Still overall we had a fantastic day and always enjoyed our time at Legoland. It's a solid 4 star for us, and we'll definitely be back

Trip was wonderful. Weather was in the 70s and breezy. Kids had a great time and enjoyed the rides. Wait times weren’t ever too terrible. Park size is small and easy to get around. Waterpark was a fun addition!

Its not a toddler friendly park.
My daughter its two and was very limited on what she was able to ride. Disney, Volcano Bay, Dollywood, and several state water parks are way better for her age, allowing her to go on slides and rides. Unfortunately, legoland should have a wristband system where kids are measured in the entrance and based on their height they get a color wristband. This way is not up to the staff to measure and be subjective. Plus it saves time.

Great activity for young children. We went there with our 4.5 and 6 year olds on a rainy day and took advantage of the “Rain Day Ticket” to come back for free the next day. This second day was very cool (6 degrees). All the water games were closed, but we still enjoyed all the indoor attractions. We spent 4 hours in the park the first day (1pm to 5pm) and 6am the next day (10am to 4pm). There was an average of 5 min waiting time per attraction, probably due to the temperature. We were able to do the same attractions several times. Great experience despite the weather.

Took a risk and went on a day that had rain in the forecast. I’m glad we stuck it out! This was a great experience with our 5 year old. Even with the occasional rain, we were on rides and activities non stop. We pretty much did everything we wanted to and circled around for some of his favorites. Definitely geared towards younger kids so I’m planning to come back before he grows into the more crowded theme parks. That being said, it was great for adults too. I enjoyed sipping on the LEGOLAND exclusive Mr Business beer and strolling through all the impressive Lego structures in mini land.

Great price quality! We paid 75$ for a 2 days pass with waterpark during a special.
Amazing rides for the entire family (7 & 10 year olds) not too Boring and not too scary. Kids were able to do all the roller coasters, unlike in 6 flags.
Wait times were short from 10-11 and after 4; otherwise its around 15-45min.
Cypress garden was nice, but would rather not do the entire loop, just go straight to see the impressive Banyan tree! Most beautiful thing in the park. Wish there was picnic tables, especially by the Banyan tree.
Water park was good BUT the main attraction (Joker soaker) was closed with no announcement of it anywhere…
Bought food from Publix and ate there.

January is great time to go, mild temperatures and short lines made it great, however, many aspects of park are closed down, such as the water pirate show, two coaster rides (maintenance I assume) and so many concessions throughout the park made it a bit disappointing. If in off-season tickets aren't discounted, including the $35. Day parking fee thus park should make up for it with other fun things, such as more characters walking around, building contests, or something like that. Overall, great, but I think that they're missing the mark and could add to rides such ad safari with an alligator or other animals to really enhance experience. With Lego Spike so popular , why wasn't anything geared toward this? Just think they could do more overall. 9 grandkids, 4 kids, and lots of Legos and robotics over 36 years! Do better legoland! The whole place should duplicate the expensive Hotel!
Bathrooms are exceptionally clean!
Bringing food in was terrific!

Great amount of rides suited for younger kids. Friendly staff. Lots of shade. Could be cleaner. Lots of visable trash and dingy food areas. Ordered a late lunch there and it did not look fresh. Has lots of potential. Kids had fun.

So much to do and almost all sensory!! Lots of free activities building then the rides for 6-12 were so much fun and interactive. Parking was easy, even if not Preferred (covered parking up close). Staff throughout the park were so friendly and even as you passed many they would greet you with a pleasant statement. Free water for your water bottles is a huge plus in this heat. Easily see ride waiting times on their user-friendly app.

Legoland is a pleasant destination, particularly for families with younger children. I'd say it's best suited for those under the age of nine—maybe even younger—depending on how much they love Lego. The stores are very nice and offer a great selection of merchandise.
However, if you have older kids or teenagers, you might find the rides are generally not geared toward their age group. They are definitely more focused on the younger demographic. Overall, it's a worthwhile trip if you have little ones interested in building blocks, but older children might be underwhelmed by the attractions.

Legoland was great fun with our just turned teen twins. It had a Lots to offer with fun rides, good entertainment and good food. The pavilion with giant Lego builds is every child's dream come true. The rides cater to kids of all ages (1-99+ just like it says on the box). Staying at the Legoland resort added to the fun. The kids got surprise Legos in the room. The included family style breakfast that's served fresh at your table, great staff and more fun activities for kids at the hotel. Also official LEGO stores located in hotel and Legoland parks are great specially if you are enrolled in Insider rewards. They are great place to find recently retired sets which other lego stores may be out of.

Love to take my 6yrs here. no crazy line, no waits, placed to refresh and amazing food. Membership is very affordable!!!

I recently visited Legoland Florida and was really looking forward to a fun day for my family. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. The wait times for many rides were much longer than expected, which was tough for the kids. Some areas, especially the restrooms near the main entrance, were not very clean. On top of that, when I asked staff for help with a scheduling issue, I felt they were not very helpful or attentive. I hope the park addresses these problems to improve the guest experience because Legoland has so much potential.

So much fun! We happened to go on a particularly slow day so the kids got to enjoy a ton of different ride. Everything is so well executed and engaging for little minds. Us adults had fun too! Well done.

Park with many activities for children. The rain interferes slightly with the operation of the park, with some attractions interrupted.

We stayed at the Pirate Island Hotel and had a fantastic time! The walk to the parks was practically nonexistent, which made it super convenient. Our kids absolutely loved the experience and even though it was a long weekend the wait times for the rides were very reasonable. The staff was kind and always helpful, which made the trip even better. Overall, it was a wonderful family experience!

Our family LOVES LEGOLAND Florida. Way more affordable than other theme parks, has a variety to do for all ages, a beautiful garden in the back (hidden gem for sure), and the staff always seems so happy. We especially love their themed times. Halloween is the BEST and their new Sea Life Aquarium is great! A must for people visiting or living in Florida.

We had the best time here, all staff were lovely and the longest queue of the whole day was only 5 minutes. We so can't wait until we're able to come back!

My 2 year old and 5 year old son who is autistic had a great time! It was the perfect rides for my 5 year old and plenty of rides for my 2 year old. It was our first time going and we spent 3 days at the park and we went during the holiday weekend. Not as busy as Disney so my kids were able to ride all the rides multiple times. We’ll definitely come back!

Second time when most of the rides are non functional or a technican works on the fuctionally of the ride. Never again will I extend Big Bucks on an annual basis. Additionally I invited 7 quest who were truly disappointed.

It's a long drive of ~90 minutes each way in lots of traffic to get there from Kissimmee. Everything in the park is very dated, including bathrooms, amenities, rides, attractions, etc. Very limited, unhealthy and expensive food options - e.g. $17 for a burger, $4.29 for water, $9 for small container of apple fries which were most just bits and pieces of apple. 2 bathrooms in main areas of park were closed. Nice for kids 3-10 years old, but overall it's lame. Broken race simulator Ferrari center but nothing posted to let you know it doesn't work. Friendly staff, but poorly managed overall. Sea Life exhibit is good but not worth the extra fee. We were there for 2 days - only needed 1 day.

Perfect park for a young child and elderly grandparents. Grandma brought an ECV and found the park extremely accommodating! Every park member was so helpful and kind while we assisted her onto and off of rides rides. Our 3 year-old had the time of his life as he was able to ride almost every ride and there were plenty that he could do by himself. Mom and Dad loved that we were able to partake in all the Lego Fun as a family! Best of all the park had such low attendance that most rides we were able to walk right on (the longest wait was about 10 minutes). I would recommend this park to any Lego loving family, especially for children under 10!

As I turned into Legoland car park with excitement and expectation of a great day with three young kids, I was hit with a confusing queue of cars splitting into 4 lanes and then merging back into three again. It took me 1 hour to drive to the park and 30 mins queuing up to get in to the car park....but hey the best was yet to come, or so I thought 🤷
I downloaded the App and saw the different rides and their wait times. I found most of these inaccurate and worst of all, when we decided to go for food, we headed to the Taco stall that said on the App that it was open, only to find when we got there after a 15 minute hike that it was closed for the day....confusing as the the APP still said it was open?????
I also found a lot of the little food stalls were closed, causing longer queues in the restaurants, highlighted by the 30 mins wait to get a couple of ice creams at the Fire Rescue ice cream parlour.
A lot of the issues I believe were caused by a lack of staff at the ice cream parlour and on some of the rides where one person was trying to manage everything, slowing down the turnaround of riders queuing up.
I also experienced a few fast pass bias on a couple of rides. This needs to be managed better.
Upon leaving the park and visiting the restrooms, I found a broken lock on a toilet door and my wife and kids had no toilet tissue in their cubicle..
I am visiting from the UK and have been to the Windsor Legoland and had a vastly better experience.
I will say, it was not all bad and I'm only pointing out the things that need improving.
I loved The Lego USA area and the rides we did get on were so suitable for the kids that their day was fulfilled
The entrance price was reasonable, but costs inside the park were the usual "on the high side" but quality was good.
I just had the impression that staff didn't seem as motivated as I've found in other parks in Orlando, and only management will know the reason for that...

If you are traveling with children and looking for a hidden gem of a place to visit! It is worth skipping Disneyworld to go on into Winterhaven. Arriving, we stayed at the hotel who’s has to be a separate and excellent review! Entering the park the next day was easy, a few steps from the front door of the Lego Hotel, and most of the campus is level and easy walking. We traveled with our Daughter who is 6. There was only 1 ride in the entire park that she could not ride! We rode everything, multiple times! The lines were non-existent and allowed for riding as often and as much as her heart desired. The time of year was likely a factor, but it was perfect to be there with 75 degree days. In all, we spent 2 days I. The park, riding rides and exploring! We enjoyed the park so much and hope to return! There is something in the park for all ages. You could spend half a day in the Lego Cities taking it all in!

We came on a Tuesday for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Park was dead so we got to ride everything with barely any lines at all! All the rides were perfect for her age, but also fun for us too!

We had a great long weekend at Legoland! It is the perfect trip for age 5-10 year olds. The hotel has nightly dance parties, musical elevator, and kids playing with Lego foam swords in the lobby 😂. I say if you are doing Legoland, definitely stay at least one night in the hotel- your kids will love it. The park is super cute and the mini land was amazing. All of the "model citizens" (employees) were so kind and really made my son's birthday special! A special shout out to Alayna, who manned one of the game booths and helped Carter practice to win a giant stuffed animal!

Fantastic experience for Lego fans, especially with younger kids. Hopefully in the future they add more dining options but the new aquarium is a great addition.

It is a poor, old park, nothing special, not worth it if you have children over 7 years old.
Dental attention is regular, they don't make you feel like a special day like Universal or Disney

My solo visit was great. I attended the reopening of the Legoland Big Store from 12pm to 4pm. The opening was for Passholders. I was able to purchase great Christmas gifts early and use my Passholder discount.

Great for small children. Ride efficiency needs some work. Need to do a better job getting people on and off rides. Luckily we were there during a slow time and it still took to long ride. Would hate to see it during the summer. Park is super clean and most of the worker were pleasant.

We had such an amazing time at LEGOLAND! From the moment we walked in, our faces lit up. There’s truly something for everyone—rides that were exciting but still perfect for younger ones, creative LEGO-building areas that kept the whole family busy, and shows that made us laugh and cheer together.
The park was clean, well-organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved how everything was geared toward families—plenty of spots to cool off, grab snacks, and take breaks in between adventures. The highlight for us was the roller coasters that are exciting enough for the big and little kids. Adult kids too!
Sea Life is a beautiful aquarium for all ages! The Waterpark also is fun for all!
If you’re looking for a place where kids and parents can make memories side by side, LEGOLAND is the spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Super fun time! Very family friendly! We are annual pass holders and we love Lego land. We went to water park today and it was a blast. Not too crowded and such much fun!

It was empty which was nice and staff was incredible! Though limited. We will absolutely be coming back. The rooms are a little dated and could use some love but the kids don’t pay attention to that

This experience was so amazing and fun ! I took my 2 girls and they had attractions for both of them. One is 4 the other is 1 year. It’s so cute and perfect for a sunny day . It’s not to small nor to big , you can do it around 2-4 hours and they have a big splash pad with so much cute extras / water slides for the kids. The food / diner was adorable ‘ and soooo yummy definitely 10/10 . The milkshakes are about 17 dollars each but you get to keep the cup as a souvenir! So it’s a win in my opinion. The rides are so fun for the little ones and you if you want to join with your babies. Overall love it and can’t wait to go back !!

Amazzzinggg. Family of 5. 16, 15 and 12 year old kids and 2 parents. Everyone had an amazing time and we didnt even get to do it all.
We arrived at 1, which is late (dont get the shuttles!)
Its not as close as disney or universal studios but is worth the extra travel getting there.
Loads of rides and rollercoasters for every age to enjoy.
I would reccomend bringing food and drinks with you.
The place is incredible and really good value for the ticket price.

I wish the park would be open longer. I mean really 5 hours for the water park and 7 hours for the regular park. It was tough to try to get to everything when there is only a limited time.

It was a cute park. For the price you pay i would expect a few more rides or for the rides to be updated alot of stuff seemed stuck in early 2000. Alot of side carts were closed so stuff we wanted like funnel cakes or icecream we couldn't get. Lines weren't to bad. Definitely bring your own drinks prices are way higher then in-store prices. Food was decent but nothing I'd say I go home and have about or think about.

The park is old and very poorly maintained! I am a fan of Lego and this definitely does not deserve to be called LEGOLAND! It’s even a shame for the brand. Even the logos at the entrance are no longer in color, the price is exorbitant $150 per entrance for an adult! In the grip many aging attractions, poorly maintained paintings and a completely uninterested staff. It’s a shame because my 6.5-year-old son dreamed of coming to the land of the Legos....

It was fun, a little too little kid for us. The rides were low key and not really for older kids. I would recommend 10-15 as the age range for most enjoyment. Wait times are long depending on the ride.

Pathetic. Incredibly slow workers. Pathetic rides. Not worth the money. One person at the window to get our fast pass bracelets. Spend your money elsewhere!

Legoland Florida is the perfect amusement park for kids under 12 & their grownups. Fun rides, activities, and play areas with very little wait times. We've been twice and are going a third time because we didn't do it all and want to do some again. Thank you Legoland for providing family fun at a reasonable price.

Good clean well maintained park that's geared towards younger children. My 5 year old had a great time and tbh that's all that matters.
Rides are again for the younger age group, was on the rides with my son but ride quality compared to disney there is no comparison (price of entry is way lower than disney so that's prob a factor)
To add one thing, they need to work a bit better on the queueing system.

Legoland just does it right for families with young kids - my husband and I love kid-centric vacations because making memories with our kids is what's it all about for us! The ease in which Legoland caters to our needs makes these vacations even more fun since they feel stress-free from play areas, to building spots while parents wait on line, they really understand life with young children. The park is wonderful for multigenerational experiences where I know bringing the grandparents will be a great time as well. There are so many pretty photo-spots, especially in the month of There are so many pretty photo spots, especially in the month of December. This is our first time staying at the hotel and now I will never not as it really elevates the experience incredibly!!!

The boys (5 and 6) had a blast. We went on so maybe rides and played a lot of games. The food was great (we went with burgers) and there was so much to see.

If you have kids under 10, skip Disney and do Legoland. We have kids 5 and 9 and we had the BEST time. The themes were great. The convenience to the park was literally steps (Pirate Hotel is where we stayed). The pools were great. It required literally zero planning (compared to Disney planning which we did last year and is like a full time job. And you know what? My kids favorite part of Disney was the pools at the hotel). It was relaxing for mom and dad, and a blast for the kids. They have Lego play stations EVERYWHERE at the hotel and park. Waiting for your food at the restaurant? Go play legos. Need a break from the Florida heat? Go inside multiple a/c buildings and build. Even the hotel rooms were set up with a separate kid sleeping area. This place was built for kids and parents and both will have a great time. Save your self a huge chunk of change, give yourself a ton of time back, and give your kids a simple yet really fun vacation you will all love and go to Legoland!

We gave our grandkids a trip to Legoland for their Christmas present. Although they enjoyed some aspects of the part, it was not a good value for the money. There was no staff to be seen anywhere. No shows, no characters and the wait times for rides was long because there was only one staff person at each ride manning it and you could tell those staff members hated their job. Most of the restaurants were closed as were all of the kiosks for refreshment and purchases and experiences throughout the park. The park may close at 5 but many things shut down by 4. Parking was an outrageous $35 with no one directing and people parking all over the place. It gave me an impression of an old seasonal amusement park getting ready to go out of business not a first class theme park in the entertainment capital of Florida. We thought of purchasing season passes but after experiencing it, there is no way.

We had a blast!
Top tips for Legoland to make the most of your trip:
1. Definitely do 2 days if you can, it's really hard to do everything in just one day.
2. Gates open at 9:30 & the coffee shop & Rebuild the World are open. This is an exhibit where they can build Legos while waiting for 10:00 for Hoola Hoop drop (like Disney's rope drop). When you grab a map at the entrance, make sure to also grab the time schedule of shows as those times for Lego Dreamzz are not listed in the app.
3. Recommend going straight to either The Lego Movie Masters of Flight; The Great Lego Race roller coaster; Coastersaurus; Coast Guard Academy; or Aquazone Wave Racers as those tend to get long lines later in the day.
4. Best lunch spot is Burger Kitchen, but it gets pretty crowded on busy days. Recommend going before noon to get a table.
5. Not all rides open every day so just be prepared for that. Today is a beautiful Saturday and Mia's Riding Adventure & Wave Racers are both not opened. Not sure if it's maintenance or maybe the crowd levels at the park.
6. Yes you can bring bookbags, snacks, coolers under 12x10 size, and stainless water bottles. There are refill stations throughout the park.
7. Make a reservation at Shipwreck for dinner! It's right outside the park entrance inside the Pirate Hotel. It's all you can eat and the food is amazing. There's a Lego room they can build on while waiting for the food.
8. If you're staying at one of the 3 Legoland hotels, 2 weeks before your visit, you can sign up online for a free Creative Workshop (located in the hotel on the right side) where they build something and they can take it home.
9. Bring a couple napkins or a small towel and have it READY when you board Coastguard Academy!!! The boats can get wet inside and ppl step out on the seat so seats can be muddy AND wet when you board. My pants were soaked for 2 hours. 🙄
Overall we had a blast and I want to make a note of the attention of the Lifeguards at the splash pool, the lady wouldn't even glance at her watch, they are all very focused on the swimmers and safety and very much appreciate that. Also very impressef with the sheer amount of Lego displays throughout the park, theres so many photos oops everywhere you turn. Very cool theming everywhere, including the 3 hotels & 3 restaurants within.

We went with our extended family and had an amazing time with the greatest interactions with the model citizens who work there. Will be back !

An excellent park for kids! My daughter liked a lot. We bought the tickets directly on Legoland’s website, including the creation of three mini characters, lunch and parking. It was very convenient and economical in this way.
Upon arriving at the park, my daughter went straight to the Lego store to exchange the voucher for the three mini characters, and it was very fun to create them. Soon afterwards, we went to the Rebuilding the World attraction, where the child has the opportunity to build a Lego house and add it to the Earth globe.
Lunch was at Fun Town Pizza & Pasta, with pasta, salad, pizza and soft drinks at your disposal. I found everything very tasty and very worth it.
I leave a comment on the attraction Battle of Bricksburg: is a boat where you can use cannons to wet the visitors. This attraction is too wet, but very really! We left completely wet. There are big dryers for $6 for a few minutes, but it didn't go too far...
The Ninja area is very cool, and the Driving School attraction is also excellent. We stayed in the park for 4 hours.

Entire family had a blast especially my son who has autism. At first I was worried how he would react. The lines were fast the staff in Legoland and Peppa Pig were kind. Love how all the rides were labeled with sensory advisory. I would've given 5 stars unfortunately our second day at Legoland Waterpark. The Life guard in the toddler splash area on slide, grabbed my son holding him back from slide telling him cross his arms, on a tiny yellow slide. My son is 4yrs old and just got diagnosed. The lifeguard said to my husband "he's not listening". In which my husband replied he is autistic, he doesn't understand what he saying to him"and "let him go". I think all staff should be trained in how to accommodate special needs children not all of them wear label's or are on the same spectrum. I saw so many other autism parents there with their children throughout the parks and gave a sense of relief. Overall, I do plan on returning in the future to the theme parks in Florida.

All rides should be open until park closes otherwise best experience ever superb theme park ❤️ LEGOLAND is the best park ❤️

I loved itt it was amazing for my kids they loved seeing peppa can’t wait to come back. They had very good prices to go and they had a play place for kids

It was great and clean had a great section for kids and some rides for teens had a great experience I would definitely come again.

The rides are fun and water at the diner is a lifesaver and also one of my favorite rides is got to be the dino ride and also I showed Peppa picture of Bluey and she stomped but we made up and take a picture

Fantastic experience as usual. The fireworks show is pretty impressive. Ee stayed at Legoland Hotel the first two nights and Beach Retreat the third. The Hotels are just wonderful.

The park has fun attractions, aimed at children no older than 12. Let's say up to 8 years is suitable.
The price was manageable and the flow of people allowed us to repeat several times the rides.

This was our first time here. We came with a school fieldtrip. There was Great staff, good food, clean bathrooms, not too over priced. We will be back again.

Wonderful time with our 6 year old son. Great variety of rides and entertainment. Clean and well organized. Water park plus amusement park, along with all the Lego building, made for a great two full days.

Legoland Florida is a blast for families with younger kids—it’s colorful, creative, and packed with fun. The rides aren’t super intense, but they’re perfect for little ones, and the Lego-themed areas are seriously impressive. It’s not as flashy as Disney or Universal, but if your kid loves Lego, this place is a dream come true

We were so impressed with Legoland! The rides were great for both little and bigger kids, the gardens were beautiful, and we lived the aquarium too!

We had a family of five, two adults, three kids and we had a blast. I would definitely recommend it for 40” inch tall kids and up . Not a lot a baby can do here so get peppa pig for the infants .

Nice and easy! No crazy long lines like other theme parks. You can easily spend a full day in Legoland and another full day at the water park. Some displays are a bit weather worn and faded from being outside in the Florida sun, but seeing everything made from Legos was really fun! We stayed in the Lego Beach Resort and it was cute and adequate. Not even close to a five star hotel, but fun for kids and that's what it's all about.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at LEGOLAND Florida and the Fun Town Pizza & Pasta Buffet during our visit on July 19, 2025.
We spent over $474 in total — $327.64 for park tickets, $37.45 for parking, and $109.63 for lunch at the buffet — expecting a quality family outing. What we got instead was a total disaster:
At the Buffet:
• The dining area was filthy with trash on the floor and tables left uncleaned.
• There were no clean plates or utensils available.
• Food trays were empty or poorly stocked, and we were told there was no more food being brought out.
• There was no available seating, despite it being an all-you-can-eat experience.
• Staff was completely indifferent and unhelpful.
• We were forced to leave without eating, despite having paid.
At the Park:
• Many rides were in poor condition, looking outdated or in need of repairs.
• Several indoor attractions had no air conditioning, creating an unbearable experience in the Florida heat.
• Even the restrooms lacked air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a family-focused theme park.
• The overall maintenance and cleanliness were subpar, and the value for the price paid is absolutely unjustified.
On Top of That:
I contacted LEGOLAND several times to request a fair refund. After 6+ emails and detailed explanations, I received only generic, copy-paste responses and no real solution. It’s clear they don’t take customer complaints seriously.
I’ve submitted a formal chargeback through Wells Fargo, and I’m prepared to take this further by reporting the issue to the Florida Attorney General, Better Business Bureau (BBB), and Department of Consumer Services, if necessary.
Final Thoughts:
This was supposed to be a fun, memorable day with my family, but it turned into a frustrating and disrespectful experience. I do not recommend LEGOLAND Florida or their restaurants. Save your time and money — you deserve better.

First time to Lego land in Florida and the kids (8,11 and 13) had a blast. They had blocks available for kids to play with while waiting for the rides. I would say the roll coasters rides are for beginners to the roll a coaster world. Which is a good thing because all the kids were able to find something they liked! The park was very clean including the restrooms. Staff were friendly.

We love Legoland! There is plenty to pack into 2 days without feeling burnt out or like you didn’t get it all done. The water park is awesome and the roller coasters are perfect for kids under 10. Nothing too scary or big.

We were a party of 8 including 3 grandkids under 10 and a lot of the party are Lego fans. It was a drive of nearly an hour from our hotel in Lake Buena Vista but we thought that was worth it for the experience. Car parking here is slightly more expensive than at Disney and Universal - not sure why, the park didn’t seem overly busy yet there queues for most rides that were open. A disappointing number of attractions were closed and there was a lot of building work going on. My son-in-law was informed that one ride was closed because the seats were too hot in the sun - it’s Florida so surely that’s a common occurrence!! I suspect that the park is not staffed as well as other theme parks. The ice cream place served slowly, the eating places were fairly limited and overpriced.
On the plus side, the kids enjoyed the 3 minute ride in the self drive cars (why so short?), the jousting horses ride, the carousel and a few other rides. They really enjoyed playing with the Lego in various play parks. Otherwise this would have been a one star review.

Great experience. Got rained out and they informed us of the Rainy Day Promise. Essentially we were able to return another day during our trip and made the MOST out of it. You absolutely need two days to view the park if you’re attending the water park inside. A lot of the food kiosk allow you to place an order through the app for pickups, making it more efficient. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Only feedback I have: Revise the map to list the attractions by alphabetical order, while still using numbers as identifiers. Had no issue finding where we were on the map, but due to the index being in numerical order, you still have to bounce around the index to find the name of where you were. Not the biggest issue, but I found the Magic Kingdom map easier to navigate and it’s a larger park. Overall, my 4 y/o enjoyed himself and it was a plus to get the extra day. May become an annual pass holder.

Staff discarded personal property from our hotel room and we are still seeking resolution 2 months later. We are out of pocket $300+ due to their error. There is literally no phone number for guest experiences, and they do not respond to their guest experience emails.

We are Florida residents, and spring break weekend was the best time to hit this kid friendly park! We didn’t plan far enough in advance to get any of the Lego hotels, but there are good hotels to choose from within walking distance. Staying across the street also saved us on parking every day. We use the three day pass and took our time over two days of our weekend. The weather was perfect, and coming two days allowed us to take our time building more than just rushing around to rides. The lines were super short, and the staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful. One downside was trying to find a spot to get a complementary drink. The firehouse ice cream spot just didn’t seem staffed well enough, and the one guy I noticed there put gloves on, but touched the register and food. Best part for adults was sitting in a Lego Ferrari! Best parts for my kid was collecting the pop badges and building Legos in almost every area— from the space area, to the imagination station, to the Dreamzzz station, etc!
Highly recommend packing your own food and drink! Six dollars for a regular cup of coffee, nine dollars for a regular hotdog, $13 for a small personal pizza! Really out of control!

Our daughter loved going a couple of years ago and wanted to come back again. It was much less crowded because of the time of year and week. Everyone was so nice and attentive!

Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend for families with younger kids. We went with our 3 kids aged 3-11. We were really pleased that there was something for all of them, there was plenty of open space, and wide variety of things to do.
Lines for the more popular rides were moderate, which helped when there were things that the youngest couldn’t do. It was great that you can bring in your own food and have a picnic lunch instead of having to pay and wait for food constantly. As a fiscally-minded Dad, I was really happy that it didn’t feel like the park was trying to dip into my pocket every 5 minutes.
We booked a “kids go free” ticket through ValPack, which was a great deal. Check for that if you are planning to go.
This was by far our best experience in a theme park ever. Staff was really great, friendly, helpful. Facilities were all clean. Our 3yo was really happy to have sinks in the bathrooms that he didn’t need a step stool for. They clearly designed the park while keeping the younger kids in mind.
Tips:
1. It helps to have a 1:1 ratio of adults to kids. We had an odd number, and had to work around one of the rides that required 1 adult per 2-seat vehicle.
2. Although we didn’t stay at one of the on-site hotel properties, we wish we would have. There were some deals that popped up after our plans were set that would have been nicer than what we booked.
3. The whole park can be done in a day, but it’s a full day. Plan accordingly.
4. Bring your own food and waters in a nice soft-sided cooler to do lunch on your own at a picnic table. That reserved time for us to grab ice cream later in the afternoon as a nice treat for everyone. There are water bottle refilling stations throughout the park.
And lastly - if you buy the mini-fig add-on, grab those from the Big Store early. The kids can trade mini-figs with staff, and can customize their own throughout the day. We did that all at the very end to the park closing, and there just wasn’t enough time.
Overall - great experience. 10/10 would recommend for any families with younger kids.

The park had more to offer than expected. One day isnt enough, thats for sure! The water park felt like it took a long time to get to. Wish the park was open earlier so beat the heat or later.

It was a great experience!
The staff were very nice, the hotel was amazing and the park was not too crowded with reasonable wait times. Overall a very nice experience for us adults and my 8 years old son 😊

Great fun for everyone. Lines were fairly quick, rides were accessible for all ages in our group. Easy to navigate the park and not overly crowded. Fair warning, Florida in July is scorching, so plan a day at the waterpark! It's well worth it.

Super fun for kids under 9 and chill for parents, but please open later than 5 or 6pm, it’s much cooler by then and we would gladly do dinner and lunch at the park, instead of scrambling around to get food before it closes and get rides in.

My 11 year olds review: Had so much fun! He enjoyed the rides, especially the Duplo ride with the water. Perfect for hot days!

We took our son as part of his Christmas and absolutely enjoyed our time here. We stayed at the Pirate Hotel next to the amusement park and enjoyed all of the amenities that were offered. The complimentary breakfast with our stay was delicious.

We had a fantastic time! The park was enjoyable for everyone, including the parents. I was surprised by the quality of the food, as I had expected it to be quite bad based on the reviews, but it turned out to be good. I highly recommend the chicken strips from the restaurant next to the Driver School; they offered buffalo sauce, honey mustard, and ketchup for dipping. The Rescue Mission in Lego City was a very fun experience that allowed us to play together as a family. The Ninja Go attraction was also great. Overall, I loved the experience!

LEGOLAND was fun and best of all there were short to no wait times for rides. However, there were multiple rides that were closed along with most all vendor stands and the price of food was ridiculous. There should be better selections of food for small kids since the entire park is geared for small children.

12/10. The best family experience we had in Orlando. Will recommend it to everyone as a fantastic family experience. Had way more fun here than the other big park down the road. Wish we had planned more days here and will for sure we back. Reasonable waits, prices and overall experience amazing

I was so surprised of the park. It was so great. A true children's park. Rides were for the whole family. The park was beautiful. I wish I could schedule a second day because there was so much to see. I didn't know they have an aquarium, gardens, ect. I recommend this park and will come again.

Perfect for families with young children. The hotel was clean and so much fun. All the workers were nice. Brick or treat is extra fun. The rides were geared for younger kids but still fun for older kids. So much to see and do!

Overall, we loved Legoland. It wasn’t too crowded or busy, it was clean and well taken care of. We didn’t have to wait over 20 minutes for any of the rides, which was nice compared to the ridiculous waits at other parks we have visited. The only negatives were the park closing at 5 pm, and the treat and most of the food places being closed by 4. We wanted to grab ice cream before we went on our last ride, but couldn’t find any place that was open. There was even a place that had on “open” sign, but said they were closed when we went up to the window to order. There were a few people other than our group trying to find a place for a cool treat, too. That was a bummer. Otherwise, the staff were all great, welcoming, and helpful.

I am currently ANNUAL PASS GOLD member, and I can tell from my experience this is one of the best theme park to go with toddler I have a 3 year old boy and a 1 year girl, and the park have places super easy to do have a lot of fun they have, interactive rides and one thing to consider it is that in most of the lines there a side place where you child can play, in the time that you are on line, that way the kid doesn't get stressed out. If you go in a very hot day you can enjoy multiples rides were you can refresh with water. Overall I do love the park and I believe that the Gold membership is worthy if you have kids I only pay $51.00 a month for 3 passes and have no block out dates and free parking, also have the Pepa Pig park include, which it have a huge splash zone.

We went for my birthday to enjoy with my family. The weather was perfect and we had such a good time. The rides were only a 5 minute wait. We definitely will visit again.

We visited LEGOLAND on a Sunday and really appreciated the short wait times for rides—definitely a win when visiting with a young child. A few rides were closed, but most of those were geared toward older kids, so it didn’t impact us much.
The park itself feels a bit dated and could use some updates. It’s not the full Disney experience in terms of polish or immersion, but it’s a little more affordable.
Food was just okay—nothing special. Overall, our child had a great time, and that’s what mattered most. If you go with the right expectations, LEGOLAND can be a fun and lower-key alternative to the larger parks.

Attended as a huge Lego fan and left very disappointed.
The park was barren- hardly anyone there, no atmosphere, no music, hardly any staff around.
The whole place felt unkempt and not taken care of- for example, there was a small water fountain for children to run through and the ground was filthy with dirt that looked as though it had been there a while. Get the jet wash out!!
The majority of food kiosks were closed, and there were 4 ride closures, and one which was delayed so we were turned away.
The Lego builds were impressive, however again, these looked run down in places. There appeared to be an overall lack of care for the park.
The shops are missing a trick- there could be exclusive merchandise here, or Florida related Lego, but there isn’t any capitalisation on this, which is a shame.
Overall, a really poor visit. Defo won’t be returning.

Was an awesome day. Hardly any wait times for the rides. Very clean park.
Lots of rides available, especially for younger children. Took our grandkids there age 3 and seven, and they certainly enjoyed it more than Disney.

Total dissappointment! Legoland is Not worth the money. Most attractions were closed during our visit 10/8/25. The place looks like it hasn't been kept up through the years. No wonder attendance was so low during our visit. I don't think it will remain open much longer. There aren't any new attractions; it looks old. There are better and more exciting places to visit in Orlando or Tampa. Please don't waste your time or money.

Great attraction great part really good resort had a lot of fun lotta fun for the kids, specially toddlers. I wouldn’t do the food amenities though you could save more we’re just leaving and coming back for the food

We had a great time! Myswlf and my children ages 10-14, had 2 day tickets, and were there from open till close both days. Some reviews say the park is more geared to younger kids but my older kids and myself had a blast! "Everything was awesome.". The workers were so nice, happy and helpful, especially those in the big shop. Lines were not long and ticket prices were worth the amount of fun we had and time we spent there. The only (2) down sides were the $35 parking each day, I didn't realize that in advance and after $400 admission the extra $70 kind of hurts. The second thing was they charged my son as an adult at the buffet, which I understand because he is the size of an adult, but he is still technically a child and there were no signs that said the child age limit.

We went the day before school started (Sunday) and it was the perfect time to visit. Lines were minimal and for most things we walked right on! The kids loved the park and water park!! Lunch and water are pricey, but you are able to bring lunch in a lunch box if you want.

For kids and adultos Its perfect park, recommend open the park for enjoy all park, because is a big park! For the rest Its perfect recomended Enjoy!

Loved my time at Legoland. Three children, they had a great day. Three adults we enjoyed ourselves, too. We enjoyed ourselves.

Extremely impressed with this hotel/park.
We had a great time. Customer service was great from staff at the hotel and park. Park was clean and very well built and themed. Kids had a blast. Waterpark was awesome as well. No crazy lines we were able to do everything we wanted to do. Food at the Pirate hotel restaurant was far better than expected as well. Definitely will go back.

Amazing park, perfect for family with kids between 3 to 13 years old the staff was great and friendly and holidays vibes were amazingggg

My 12 year old son and I spent 2 nights for New Year's. It was disappointing to find there were a lot of things in need of maintenance. It also seemed very understaffed, which made wait times long.

The park is very nice, the attractions are varied and not very intense which makes it ideal for children to enjoy it without fear.
Lines aren't long, that's something extra.
We went to the halloween event, but they didn't just use fireworks anymore.
The hotel as always clean and the Restaurant Food Service also fast.
The aquarium small but nice.

We visited Peppa Pig Land with our 4 year old girl. It was wonderful. The park is completely catered to younger ages. Tickets were on sale for $29. Between the five different rides, cinema, large splash pad with water slides, Peppa Show, and several play areas, it was well worth the price. I recommend going when the splash pad is open because this can fill a lot of time after you’ve ridden all of the rides a few times. The cinema is perfect for helping calm and cooldown some hot, overstimulated little ones. It’s dimly lit and plays episodes of Peppa- and has bean bags to rest on! We were at the park for about 5-6 hours. Also, lines were short and most staff members were very friendly.

Excellent experience! Park was easily walkable for our wide range of ages. Staff were friendly and helpful! Rides were clean and there was something for everyone! A few of the attractions were a little time worn, but overall a wonderful park! Make sure to visit the giant banyan tree in Cypress Gardens!

This was our first time visiting and we were pleasantly surprised. My grandson got to ride most of the rides, one was broke down during our visit. We stayed at Peppa Pig for a couple hours and then visited Legoland. We enjoyed the time we spent there.

We have been LEGOLAND pass holders for over a year and prior to that we came several times. It is the best theme park for kids ages 4-12 in the entire state. The kids absolutely love it.
The lines for rides are always manageable.
They allow you to bring in food.
The holiday attractions like brick or treat and the Christmas decorations are awesome.
The shows are fun for the kids.
It’s true to Lego and there’s a ton of building activities.
It’s where old Cypress Gardens was and there is shade everywhere and the grounds are beautiful.
Legos and Lego characters everywhere!
The staff is always great.
If you have older teenagers, it may not be as good of a choice as Islands of Adventure or somewhere similar, but for parents with younger kids, Legoland is the absolute best. We will continue to purchase passes until our kids “age out”.

Have 2 daughters and they loved it. Very good for kids aged below 10. Was a little crowded and had to wait in line but it was worth it.

This place was so much fun! The room themes were very cool but better than that was the room set up. The kids have their own little alcove that is dark and quiet to sleep in. My kids slept great! When they also have Lego puts all over for the kids to build in which provided a quiet place for them to play whenever we had down time. The evening dance parties at night were lots of fun. The park being right by the hotel was great bc the kids could come back for nap time. All of the room at the hotel was fantastic! I can’t say enough about the free all you can eat breakfast! The decore all over the hotel is great! Overall, it was awesome! I would pick Legoland over Disney World.

It was 93 degrees today with a massive heat index and we still HAD A BLAST! I highly recommend a Monday if you can swing it. Lines were short-max wait was 15 mins. We loved all the rides-if you ride the water one in the Lego movie section you will be soaked! Bring a change of clothes or bring some flip flops to wear just for the ride. We brought a wagon and it was great to have. Go to the store early or before an hour before the park closes. They stop personalizing items at that time. Some rides weren’t working which was a disappointment, but still a great time. The park is doable in a day. Highly recommend this place. Next time we add the water park.

Pay full price but deal with many rides and many food venues Either closed Or temporarily down because mechanical problems. Same thing happened last year. Stayed at the Pirates Hotel this year and two times before. Last two times when One of the the TV's iwas broken and they could not fix it or replace it. It was also a line at every refill station even though they had two machines created at every site one of the 2 machines was broken or turned off for some reason extremely hot weather meant a lot of people were hydrating and had to deal with lines refill station On the plus side service at Shipwreck Restaurant in the Powder Hotel was great. The food was good. The rooms at the hotel are nice. The last two times we visited the maid would refill the safe with Legos and juice boxes but they did not do that this year for some reason. It seemed like they were downsizing everything at every venue trip probably won't go back anymore because we are not getting our money's worth

Great way to end my childhood before entering adulthood and the military, can't wait to take my kids here when I have them in several years

We did some of the rides. We have a 3 year old and he even got to ride a lot of them with us. The food was good and the shops were great. The wife, kids, and I had a blast.

It was incredible! The Ninjago Weekend was a blast, and my Mother enjoyed the Pirates Cove! I would definetly recommend it to friends!

Never will I stay at this place again. Restaurant service staff are food is remarkably bad.
Pool was fun. Everything seemed tired and second rate.

Day 1 of our 2 day tickets was overall a good experience. The only exception was the stroller rental. It should be advertised that they are not for babies and are instead for about toddler age children. We managed but our 6 month old was quite uncomfortable.

Everything was awesome!!!!
We had a great time at Legoland. Apple fries were delicious, a must try. Refillable cups were super savers ( icee included). Wait time was 0 to 15 minutes. We purchased 2 day 2 parks tickets, could easily stay another day or two.
We did ALL of the rides on the first day and on the second day we did favorite rides multiple times. Waterpark was smaller than expected. We spent a few hours and it was enough for us.
Highly recommend for families with kids 5-8. Older kids still enjoyed it.
We stayed at Legoland Beach Retreat and had no complaints.

For kids ages 2-10 Legoland is a better choice than DisneyWorld. The rides are designed especially for those ages and the park is laid out with their comfort in mind - safe climbing areas, cooling water features throughout, ample stroller parking, and shaded line areas. Kids have the opportunity to build Legos while their parents wait in line for the rides - brilliant! Climbing areas for little ones are placed adjacent to rides for older children - again, so well designed! Plenty of smaller rides with shorter lines give ample ride options. Food options are good, typically pricey, but good quality and plentiful.

LegoLand is perfect for our family! We have a 9, 7, and 4 year old. There’s something for everyone to enjoy. My oldest loves the rides. My middle likes to look at all the things made out of legos around the park. And my youngest likes to build things in the little areas. As a family, we have things that we can all enjoy together too. The staff is so friendly and helpful and will tell you how to get somewhere with precise instructions. I don’t have any negatives except that we live too far away.

Amazing for small kids that love Legos, all rides were incredible and wait times not too bad, didn’t go to the water park but the park was very well taken care of

My family really enjoyed Legoland. My two sons are ages 5 & 7 years old, and they both had a blast. This is their first big amusement park and was the perfect size- walkable and easy to get around, and had many indoor activities for when it got too hot or rainy. It wasn’t over crowded which I enjoyed and lines were only 5-15 minute wait. I also downloaded the app, so I made a list of attractions and got to mark them off when we completed them. Loved the walking directions on the app too. For hotel, we stayed across the street at Home2Suites which is perfect for a family. You could even walk to the park, avoiding the $35 parking fee but I knew my littles would be too tired after a long day of walking the park. At Legoland you can bring a backpack with water and your own food. They do offer filtered water stations and the soda fountains have ice.

Went for my son’s 4th birthday everything was amazing. Everything went as planned we just couldn’t go to the water park area due to a 5mile strike the weather ended all the rides for us but overall everyone was nice and helpful

really enjoy this park well worth the admission we always have fun here. Staff are friendly and park is lovely and clean.

Going around mid January was a great idea! The park was not too full. No wait times for the rides, we walked straight on the rides. Only thing some rides and restaurants were closed, so we didn't get to experience those. Many options in the gift shop for souvenirs. Overall great trip.

We love Legoland! We stayed at the Beach Resort, we are Gold Pass Holders for a reason - everything is awesome when your part of a team! We got to experience the preview of Sea Life, and make our Play Pact at Lego Festival. We had some trouble with pool and shuttle closures. That didn't stop the fun and Legoland made every effort to make us feel appreciated! A special Master Builder workshop tour took the grand prize, and allowing one full day to hang at Water Park was a great choice. I would recommend purchasing the food items you want early, as we found out the popular choices run out fast. This momma is grateful beyond measure to the The Legoland Florida Resort Model Citizens, Management, Master Builders, Hotel Staff and Lego Play Zone helpers! Thank you!

This place is very kid friendly! There's lots to do in and outside the rooms. My kids can't eat meat so it was a little tricky to find a good dinner, but the staff helped find something they can eat. I highly recommend this resort.

Had a great time. Choose to go post July 4th holiday. Which was excellent due to less people in park. Got the 2 day pass. This was helpful since we couldn’t get to all rides in one day.
Overall great experience. Only thing is they need more Lego Movie merchandise!

My seven yesr old son loved the building block areas, but the lines were so short that we got on each ride within a few minutes. We went Saturday evening from 3:30 - 6, Sunday all day, and Monday from 10-1pm. We rode every ride and had a great time. The food vendors did not have many healthy options, but otherwise the trip was perfect!

Legoland is such an accommodating park. I absolutely love how everyone can have fun. We took so many photos and got to enjoy the rides as a family. Our smallest member of the family experienced every attraction.Meeting Wildstyle was also a nice bonus.

Our family had a wonderful time visiting Legoland Florida! The rides were very appropriate for kids, there were only a few rides my 5 year old couldn’t go on, which saved us from any tears. Lines were not long at all and there was really great shade throughout the park. We also loved that they had Lego play areas for kids to play while the adults stood in line - genius! Food and beverages were not too overpriced compared to other parks we have visited. (Get the refillable drink cup and try the apple fries - worth it!!) The little touches were really thoughtful and tailored to kids. We will definitely go back.

We had a great time, perfect for tolder and young kids. Better than Disney! The only negative point, it’s the restaurant.

Amazing place, amazing staff. Super recommended.
Even for adults, the place offers a unique experience
It`s totally worth it.

Great experience, we were the day 03/Fev/25 classes ready to start, in the U.S. already started, last week of vacation, result: park was all our, few people , the children walked 2 , 3 times in the toys without coming down to return to the queue, in the most competitive toys, everything perfect, an excellent park in an excellent time! Thank you 🙏

We had a wonderful time. Our ten year old granddaughter couldn’t have been happier. All the model citizens were friendly. The crowd was a third of our last visit. That may be why some of the rides were not operating today. That was the only negative.

Very, very disappointed in Legoland. I give thus place another year or so if they continue as they are. The Parate Island hotel was okay, good. The park has a lot of closed rides, and out dated rides. You see that it is not manged well. Lots and lots food places closed. Not worth the money we spent for this get away with the grandchildren.

The park was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was competitive with other parks. My children are thirteen and sixteen, the park is best suited for children under fourteen.

The entire experience was fantastic! The facilities were clean, the staff were friendly, shows were great, and rides were fun. After our trip, here are 4 recommendations to enhance your experience:
1. Get the app! Showing wait times and offering directions, it was a very useful tool. And they offer free wifi through the park, so no data needed.
2. The Pirate River Quest was a highlight, arrive a bit before they open to avoid long lines.
3. Finding Mr. Gold. 10-12 tokens are handed out each day. Anyone wearing a name tag might have the token which can be kept as a souvenir or exchanged for a random gift. So ask all employees if they have Mr. Gold, it added a level of adventure.
4. You can trade Lego minifigures with anyone wearing a name tag. So bring a few figures to trade.

Pleasant low key theme park very much oriented toward young children and families from toddler through pre-teen age. Legoland is the main park but there is a separate park just for toddlers and a small water park with a wave pool, short lazy river and a couple of water slides. Rides within the parks are age appropriate with something for every child including a couple of not so terrifying coasters for the older children and smaller rides and coasters for the younger ones. Everything is within walking distance of the hotels. Food in the hotels was pretty good especially the family style dinner. Wine and drinks are available for the adults. The hotel rooms are perfect for families with some privacy for both the adults and children. The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds and their own TV and the room scavenger hunt was fun. It’s a great weekend family getaway without the razzle dazzle of larger theme parks. A full day and a half or maybe two is a perfect amount of time to spend here.

Peppa Pig Park was adorable! It’s very small so if you’re planning a full day I would suggest a combo ticket for sure! We got to take pics with Mommy Pig and Peppa, would have liked to see the whole family during the show.

Great small patk for the younger kids (10 and under). Lots of rides with short waits. Plenty of tree cover & benches in the shade. Trees & flowers were well maintained & beautiful. Much less stressful then a day at one of the bigger theme parks. Can be done in 4-5 hours or a full day. Preferred parking is expensive, but does provide shade on these super sunny FL days. As an adult, I loved the artistry & plants. Missed the ski show.

I bought my grandson and I annual passes this year. He is 7 and a pwrfect age for park. MWe stayed at both hotels and went to the parks on multiple occasions. The staff were always courteous and helpful. He loved every single thing about it. We are a Lego family and everything about the hotels and parks were Lego themed. We did not make it to Pepa Pig
But maybe next time.

I’m a content creator and have my annual pass holder . So I go regularly to the parks I love the cleanliness and atmosphere here many things to do shows rides and food ! One thing I recommend is maybe having more character interactions and incorporating parades 3 times during the day .

We honestly wish Christmas could end like this for us every year. It was the absolute best. We enjoyed every second. The food, the staff, everything was great. Best Christmas gift ever.

Amazing park.. The entire family had a blast!! Want to thank the staff for making our trip great as well.. very nice . Especially with my boys asking everyone about" Mr Gold" for 2 days .which we never found lol so glad we got the passes . See you again soon!

We visited Florida Legoland today. Our experience was disappointing. There were rides closed that were not listed as being closed on the website. While waiting in line for several rides, we were told they would be temporarily closed. We purchased photo magic and not one photo was taken due to cameras not working. I have requested a refund, however, the employee at the Photo checkout did not seem confident I will receive a refund. Groundkeepers, the staff running the Firetruck ride and the Pirates River Boat were the friendliest staff in the park. Others acted like it was a bother patrons were in the park today. The Lego creation displays were great and park was clean.
I am sharing in hopes this will help provide feedback to assist with improving others experience.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. This is our first year being passholder so we wanted to go check out the Holiday activities. It was great. All staff we interacted with were friendly and kind. We had a chance to go tour the master builders area. I recommend scheduling the master builder class if you have the opportunity. It was so nice to learn more about how the park items are put together and how they are kept up. Thank you for making this adventure a fun one.

Took our twin 7 yo boys and they loved it! We stayed at the hotel and it was very fun and a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Super fun for all ages. There is so much to see and do here. Loved the refillable cups/drink stations they have all around the park too.

The Great Lego Race has a new safety stop that is straight up painful. I didn’t see a single car where someone wasn’t in pain from it.

Had a great time...awesome experience for kids and better than the big Orlando theme parks since it's alot less crowded and more interactive with kids. Epically if staying at lego hotel there is tons to do after park closes to keep the kids and parents busy. 2 thumbs up!!!

Love that legoland resort has the theme park, water park and aquarium right next door. Very convenient. There are Legos everywhere. The pool has a slide and you can build legos inside the pool. Recommend for all families. They even have peppa pig world as you pull into the resort. They have everything for all ages. The rooms are very cool.

I really enjoy LEGOs but I had never gone to one of their parks before. I wasn’t sure if adults would enjoy it. I went with my adult daughter and her 6 month old baby.
We had a great time. The park is a fantastic place to take your kids. It’s really a park for kids. That said, my daughter and I also had a really good time. The LEGO builds around the park are fantastic and it was so cute. Plus there are plenty of opportunities to build, so it’s a win-win.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with our recent visit to LEGOLAND Florida on January 31, 2025. As a Florida resident and repeat visitor, I expected a much higher standard of service and safety for my family and our guests.
Our visit was marred by numerous issues:
Safety Concerns: We were trapped on The Great LEGO Race for approximately 20 minutes, causing distress to our group of 12, including young children.
Ride Malfunctions: The Ninja ride sensors failed to record scores, diminishing the experience for the children.
Widespread Closures: On our second day, most age-appropriate rides for 7-9 year olds were non-operational, including Mia's Riding Adventure, Coastersaurus, and The Great LEGO Race.
Hotel Issues:
Television in our pirate-themed room repeatedly shut off after 3-5 seconds.
Disruptive noise from ice machine and microwave placed outside our room.
Shower curtain rod fell off the wall during use.
Dining Changes: Unexpected switch from buffet to limited family-style breakfast at Bricks Family Restaurant, reducing options and quality.
Poor Customer Service: Front desk staff preemptively mentioned no refunds before I could explain my concerns, indicating a pattern of complaints.
This visit was meant to celebrate my son's 7th birthday with two other families. Instead, it left us feeling that LEGOLAND Florida is poorly maintained and inadequately staffed. The constant ride breakdowns and closures made the second day a complete waste of time and money.
These serious issues and I urge immediate action to improve park maintenance, ride reliability, and customer service. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend LEGOLAND Florida to other families.

We loved it. My kids enjoyed everything. There’s lots to see and do. Tons of builds to see and lots of places to let kids build. The rides are good for 13 and under. Lots of good things for young kids.

Legoland is amazing and the kids loved it! We stayed in a Ninjago themed room and it was super cool. We got rained out of the park early and everyone was forced to return to the hotel due to the weather and the staff was absolutely incredible at accommodating everyone. We has a wonderful time!

Everything was fantastic. 99% of the staff was extremely friendly. The diner staff who wore a face mask was a little rude but other than that we had a wonderful day.

The trip was really good until they closed the waterpark and it started raining and it was really stormy and there was lightning

Absolutely one of the worst theme park hands down.
They will steal right out from under you. We purchased tickets for Wednesday because it was discounted and the cheaper day to choose would be the Wednesday because they were trying to get more business to be able to stay open on Wednesdays so we booked for the park only to come drive 10 hours to get here and for the park to be closed ( with absolutely no warning)because they were too slow for them to open so to save money they closed their doors and they offered no consolation for any of their wrong doings and cost us hundreds and hundreds of dollars and nobody would help us while we were here , nobody. No I owe you , nothing. In fact they made sure to follow us with security to the bathroom to make sure we didn't try to get into the sister park for free even though we paid hundreds of dollars to come to their other park that was closed. It's disgusting and it just has corporatism written all over it and it ruined our family vacation all our children had their heads down and some crying. There's no magic here. these people are pathetic. I feel stupid for ever talking highly of Lego land / Peppa park. The best advice I've been given was to reach out to put this to a news articles and into shareable Facebook posts because this is disgusting what they did to our family and other families today.

Legoland was a great and easy place to bring our kids (3.5 to 10 yrs). The younger kids were able to ride fun rides too, and the wait time for lines was reasonable even during the busy Christmas time. The staff is great and the food was good and reasonably priced. Staying at the Pirate Hotel made getting into the theme park really easy and the hotel was really fun!
Highly recommend!
Peppa Pig Land was wonderful for our younger kids. It was adorable and pretty relaxing for a theme park!

This was our first time at Legoland and we had a great time. Kids are 10,7, and 4. The older two were able to do all the rides they wanted and if there was a ride then youngest couldn't do, a few steps away was something he could. All the cast members were friendly and helpful, facilities were clean, and nearly all attractions and food options were open. The park itself has beautiful landscaping and using the app made navigation very easy. One thing to note, the pirate cruise was not operating and it sounds like it may just be closed certain days of the week. Overall a great day, we arrived at open and left at close, and did everything we wanted.

This was the best trip for our family! Our boys are 3,5 & 8 and the hotel and entire park is cater d to this age group. They could ride all the rides except for some of the water slides and they have legos set up in the wait lines. There are plenty of places to go for shade and coolness that will also occupy the children from cities of legos that the kids can race cars or shoot water at to building Lego cars and boats and racing them. Highly recommend!!

Park was great for our kiddos ages (4-9) and we had a blast! Wasn’t crowded even for March, lines were low & it was very clean. Lots of places to cool down and refill water bottles. Rides were great and there are some rollercoasters for older kids. We stayed for about 6 hours and didn’t see it all. Honestly - it was a great first park experience to gauge our kids readiness for bigger Disney parks. I would absolutely recommend. Our four girls had a great time!

Pass holders, that go every other week. Always a great time for my 3 & 5 year olds. We even split the day from time to time between parks and the water park. A pass here if you have younger kids is worth every dollar.

Smaller crowds and great for younger kids. They knee you entertained with additional in the park activities. The staff is always friendly and approachable. We have found the prices to be reasonable for a theme park. We enjoy the different areas of the park and how thru are geared towards different ages.

We really enjoyed our trip to LEGOLAND! We took our 4 year old and almost 2 year old. I liked that there was plenty for both of them to do and the longest that we had to wait was 15 min (we went on a Monday). The only thing that was frustrating was even though we got there right when it opened the park closes at 6 so even though we didn’t have much for wait times I always felt like we were rushing and didn’t get to slow down to completely enjoy everything. Even with no wait times we were not able to get to all the rides we wanted to go on due to the early closing time. We also went to Peppa Pig world which closes even earlier at 5pm. Overall we had a great time and spent a fraction of the cost that we would have at Disney or Universal and hardly had to wait in line for anything including getting food!

Legoland was amazing! It was the cleanest park we've been to in years with the most helpful and entertaining park employees. Attractions were great for all ages and lines were quick. Also when standing in line for a ride nearly all of the attractions had areas for kids to play with Legos within sight of adults. Fantastic day

Overall great experience. Entire staff was amazing at resort, restaurants, and inside the parks. Our 10 year old boy enjoyed the mini figure trading and interactive events at the resort. Food was very good. He was disappointed that the VR rides were down. He rode all the coasters and did Coastersaurs in the front seat!! Very disappointed that the camera wasn’t working and we missed that photo ad it was his first time in the front car on a coaster. The water park was great. They need to add an overhead light in the adult area of the room on the pirate side and the tub needs a grip bar or better nonslip surface as it was very slippery to get out. They need ice machine on every floor. I would also recommend they add shelves or a chest of drawers. They was nowhere to store clothes except adult sized hangers in a cubby style closet no door. The park should stay open longer during the spring and summer seasons. Again overall it was great and a lot of fun. We would visit again. I was impressed that the Lego set prices were not raised above normal prices. The Master Builder class was spectacular. We didn’t find Mr. Gold but it was a fun search. Trading mini figs was the most fun and all the build areas in the park and resort. The play area in the room was awesome.

The prices are absurdly high for what you get in return. I don't mind paying the price for a quality experience, but the quality here is lackluster.

Peppa pig theme park is perfect for your littles who have never been on rides before. Especially those with special needs! My 4 year old son is developmentally delayed and had a blast. The park is very inclusive with sensory signs everywhere. He was able to ride all 5 rides and was so happy. He ended up only thinking two were scary but that was after already riding them. The park was very clean and the wait times were low! The only downfall was the one restaurant they have gets sooooo crowded with a line out the door. But even with that being said the workers tried to be as fast as possible and the food came out hot and fresh.
Definitely recommend this for young little Peppa lovers who want to experience a their “first theme park”!

I love Legoland and have been visiting frequently over the last 3 years. Unfortunately, the recently laid off 200+ employees, most of which belonged to entertainment. This visit was melancholy, as all I could think about when watching shows were these extremely talented performers who dedicated so much to the company who are now being let go with 60 day notice, no severance, and no promise of ever returning. I’m not sure why Lego/Merlin Ent decided to make this decision, but the theme park community has seen this before down the street, and that (much larger company) is still 5 years later struggling to put themselves back together. I hope Lego and Merlin revisit the idea of severance and/or allowing performers to return under the new company, because this has made myself and many others feel as though maybe Lego isn’t the family friendly, kind and caring place we thought it was.

This was my second time going to legoland the first time it was amazing with my kids but this it was my husband and his kids and mines. And omg they had a blast we took to much pictures and videos. We went for our anniversary. My husband had the best time of his life it was his first time going with his kids. I will definitely go again next year or maybe soon. I 💯 percent recommend this park. It has fun activities fun parks like legoland sea life the water park.

Super fun for kids! Ages 2-15 and fun for adults too! Barely any lines on a Sunday! Would recommend to any family. Shade everywhere!

The amount of lego sculptures were amazing! My 8 year old loved looking at everything. Rides were short and mild, so good for those who aren't really into roller-coasters yet. Not many kid friendly meals in the park, not a grilled cheese, mac-n-cheese, or pbj to be seen, so we packed up a lunch the second day. Beware of the shops and plan to spend lots! Over all highly recommend for those who love lego!

stay in hotel pirate Legoland Florida from 26/10 to 30/10/2025.
staff not friendly. minimalist breakfast compared to cheaper hotels. very expensive food for an amusement park. I do not recommend this hotel and park. I have fzit 2 times the German park, 1 times the park in London, 1 times that of Dubai and 1 times that of New York and 1 times that of San Diego

Hiccup getting in, all their systems were down and we had issue with ticket. However an hour later we were in. Loved the layout and no big queues for rides. The pizza and pasta restaurant was great.
Only disappointment was all the kiosks seemed to shut from 3.30 - it was very hot for us and desperate for ice lolly/ice cream - had to walk back up to main area for one.
However we had amazing day, the displays were fantastic and would recommend to Lego fans. Great kids could play with Lego while we stood in queue. All adults enjoyed playing with Lego in “change the world”

My Legoland Experience is probably a bit different than most - I’ve been to multiple Legolands (CA, FL, and NY.) I read over the reviews and want to clarify a few things:
1). It’s not a great experience for kids above the age of 8. But for those kids below 8, it’s amazing. My kids have been to many theme parks - Dollywood, Hershey, Six Flags, Knotts, Holiday World, Disneyland and World, Six Flags (multiple), City Museum, you name it. They’re 5 and 7. When asked where they want to go, amongst all of these choices, it’s Legoland. (Really upsets my Minnie-loving Wife)
2). All theme parks are designed to make money off their patrons. At the Florida LL, I hear folks complain about the price of food and other typical theme park stuff, and I’m here to tell ya - Legoland is better than average (best goes to Dollywood.) It’s a business, and they have to make a profit like other parks.
3). When you visit any of these places during the off season, you get a few less options. Sure, some parks don’t have off seasons (Knotts, Disney, etc). At LL, they do tend to do a lot of off season repair. If this doesn’t work for you, only visit during peak.
4). The key differentiator is the hotel experience. It’s a bit pricy, but it solves a lot of issues with littles and hot days. Lego themed rooms really excite my kids. It doesn’t hurt that the hotel includes park tickets at a big discount. As passholders, we get normal hotel rates most of the time.
5). So, what’s not to like? The hotel will route your customer service issues to corporate, who don’t usually respond. I had an issue where the pools were not operating and asked for a refund of the resort fee. Took a few months. Lots of phone calls. Also their technology behind the front desk is really a challenge.
In summary: it doesn’t matter if the property is perfect, this is an experience you do for your kids. And it’s a great into to roller coasters for newbies.

My two year old had the time of her life. She got to ride and play plenty of Peppa activities. And they even give you a first time visitor shirt clip.

Seriously do it. We have three kids -5,8,9 and they LOVED it. This place was just the perfect age for any kids under 11 really tide wise.
We went during the week and didn’t wait more than 5 min for any rides. Just can’t speak more highly of our visit. So fun!!

Almost every attraction was closed because it was raining. Very overprized and bad food, if you go there så bring with you something to eat and drink.

This was our second trip to Legoland, but our first time staying at the resort on property (we stayed in an Adventure themed room at the Legoland hotel). We absolutely love Legoland, and we had a feeling the resort would be just as great as the park itself, but we were blown away by how incredible the resort was. We did our check in online, so all we had to do when we got to the hotel was collect our keys.
Our son is a lego nut, and from the second we stepped foot in the door, he was in heaven. There are places in the lobby where kids can play with Legos and an indoor playground. The elevators play music and have lights, and there are lego models and themes literally everywhere. Once we got to the room, he did the treasure hunt and got 2 mini figures and 2 juice boxes. The room was immaculately clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff also leave a card on all the kids beds certifying that the room is monster free.
We had dinner at Shipwreck's, and the food was delicious. We had the seadog platter, which was all you can eat, and everything was cooked well. After dinner, we went upstairs and changed for the pajama dance party at the indoor playground. From the second we arrived to when we checked out, the staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly, and they made our stay even better.
The following morning, we went down to Bricks restaurant for the complimentary breakfast, and we were pleasantly surprised by what was being served. We got coffee, juice, fresh fruit, waffles, biscuits, eggs, bacon, and sausage.
We chose to do late check out (1 pm), but we were going back to the park after we checked out, and we were able to have our luggage stored by the bellman until we left for the day.
We had an awesome time start to finish, and we would definitely go again!

Wonderful park. Our son had an awesome time. Service was amazing. Daryeliz was truly professional and made our day. Our family was very impressed with her. There were many excellent attractions. Truly spectacular

First time going to Legoland and Peppa Pig and this was also my kids (3 &5) first ever vacation and they loved every minute

Great main park . Perfect for nostalgic adults and children under 12. They think of everything. We had 4 park pass for two days. Rainy first day, went to inside shows and rides.second day hit all parks. Long walk to water park.

We went on a Sunday and the wait times were under 30 mins per ride. Easy to leave for lunch and come back. My kids loved the pop badges and rollercoasters! Great for families!

Friendly for the whole family! Definitely go here instead of seaworld. The only bad thing was a few maintenence issues that were corrected in a timely manner. Don't forgot to pick up your 1st time badge!

Entering LEGOLAND, like any other attraction, the first order of business is parking, which becomes an adventure in frustration, as signage and directions are sparse, confusing and, in some cases, non existent.
Entering the actual Park, the "arch" features faded and peeling paint, along with areas of rust - a preview of what lies beyond, perhaps?
One member of our groups is handicapped and required a motorized scooter for mobility.
Even though the mobility rental area is closer to the entrance, one must first walk to the ticket booth, pay for admission, and THEN walk to the "concession" to rent a scooter.
There are NO admission discounts for ANYONE - Senior Citizen, Florida Resident, Disabled Veteran - NOTHING qualifies for a discounted admission price.
Scooter rental is $85.00 per day PLUS tax.
Once inside, as might be expected, there is cheap and tacky plastic EVERYWHERE, with most of it poorly suggesting it was built with LEGO blocks - it misses the mark.
Food, keepsakes and activities are (unsurprisingly) very high priced.
Questions addressed to park employees were mostly met with partial, nonspecific answers from poorly trained and informed staff.
One VERY notable exception was a Grounds Keeper named "AL", who always seemed to be right where we needed him to be when a question came up. He is a GREAT and informative asset and Ambassador to the park.
The 6-year old who was there to enjoy her Christmas present could NOT have been more delighted with her experience.
Her favorite activities were eating VERY expensive pizza and pasta, having her caricature drawn, and riding the Masters of Flight ride - where we encountered a young female employee with a very snotty disposition (which was properly reported).
I suppose the bottom line is, LEGOLAND is designed to be "kid" land, and our kid had a great time.
For the adults in our group, it was a very high priced visit to "IS THAT ALL THERE IS LAND".

We have a 2.5 year old. He had a blast! My husband and I were a bit nervous going in about how the experience would be but everything thing was catered to toddlers. Aside from being super hot because it's summer in Florida, the whole experience was great. We were able to ride every single ride on a Sunday evening and had time for the splash pad. Looking forward to coming again with my family.

It was a great experience. I loved how well everything was geared toward children. There is way more than you can do in a day, and usually the activities you take part in leave you wanting more! Our kids wore themselves out and had a really good time. The staff was friendly, and navigation was well thought out.
A couple notable downsides:
- Many parts of the park look like they need a facelift. I didn’t notice anything out of order or unsanitary, but Miniland USA especially just looks worn.
- The Build 3 Minifigures experience is no fun at all compared to how it used to be.

Kid had a blast! But, from an adult perspective, park is great for 10 and under. Not too crowded. Joker Soaker was closed during our stay. Hotel: Great staff! Buffet was very expensive and not worth it. Food was not good. Room was a bit run down with wallpaper peeling. Went off site to get breakfast and had to wait 30 mins to get back in due to people waiting to enter the park. They should consider a hotel lane. Overall good experience for the half price Black Friday rate.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, lines were decent and not too long. Only complaint was there was no slushies available at the refill stations.

We joined our children's 3rd and 5th grade classes on their field trip here. There were no breaks offered in price for chaperones and we ended up paying abut $130 each for our tickets. That's after paying $30 to park. It was in the middle of the week and a lot of things were closed. We actually ended up trying to find things to do to fill the time til we could head home. The kids were getting bored of doing the same things over and over. This is an annual field trip for our kids school and they are going to skip it next year. I really don't think it's a theme park we would need to visit again.

Perfect for our family. We have a 7, 5 and 3yo and they had a blast, we are annual pass holders but this was our first time staying at the Legoland Pirate hotel also and it was fantastic. We got to do a sneak peak at Sealife Florida, Legoland and the water park, not too small or too big, perfect for a day trip or plenty to do over a few days if you plan accordingly. We took so many pictures and attended the Lego Festival 2025 as well. We cant wait to come back for 4th of July! So easy to book and plan, and family friendly as you can bring a small cooler to cut down on food costs(especially for those picky eaters). Wait times were minimal and with the ease of the APP you get wait times in real time.

I am usually the one who plans our trips, I am usually very cost effective and hate paying too much for things that can be found cheaper.
For this trip, my wife researched and booked the whole thing and I am honestly so glad she did! Our boys are 6&8 and full out Ninjago mode right now...she booked us the Ninjago weekend and the hotel room to match.
This place does such a nice job with little details that make this such a cool experience for the kids! The whole layout from room, to lobby and park is designed with kids in mind. The scavenger hunts, master build, legos in the room, newspaper are just a few off the top of my head that I can think of, all are included.
The room itself is basic, shower and fridge are below average but the experience is what you pay for and it kills me, but so worth it.
We had an absolute blast all weekend, and my kids had so much fun throughout the park, at the pool and everything in between. Breakfast is very good, unique family style. Pool and slide are very nice and warm. Parking is easy and convenient and free! And it is easy to leave for a good selection of restaurants close by. If you are hesitant about any part of this, I'd say go for it! This was worth it for sure!

Love Legoland. We have annual passes and my kids always have a blast at the amusement and water parks. No complaints except the fact that Mia's Riding Adventure has been closed for at least half a year. It is my and my daughter's favorite ride and it is so disappointing that it is unable to be repaired within a timely manner. Would love to understand when this awesome ride will be available again!

A great adventure for our 5 and 8 year old grandchildren. There was a lot to do and the 5 year old especially loved it. Don’t forget to get some delicious granny apple fries. The kids loved them.

The most kid friendly theme park we have ever attended! We spent a good portion of the day exploring and finished in the waterpark! Hands down would recommend anyone with younger children to go!

Great place for anyone who loves legos. Lots of things to do Lego related and legos to buy and things to build rides are not so much. Some decent ones tho but it’s not a park to compare to Disney etc. it’s legos.

Park is very open, parking is massive and for an extra $20 you can upgrade your parking to VIP and get closer but walking from afar isn’t that bad. Peppa Pig is a completely separate entrance from Lego land but they are right next to one another. Peppa Pig themselves park was kinda lacking in areas such as concession stands and rides. The roller coaster was a hit with my 7yr olds and it’s pretty fast but super fun. The little bike track area is cute concept but difficult to peddle, the Peppa Pig gift shop is overly expensive for things you can find at Walmart for a fraction. If going to Peppa Pig bring your own swim attire and have a designated person to hold your items as there’s no storage bins to be seen for such. The Apple fries at LegoLand are superb!! It was a wait of 15 minutes from end of transaction to receiving the fries but worth the wait!!! Lines weren’t that bad but then again we were there in March and not the summer months, if you’re a Florida resident I’d go for the monthly payment season passes rather than the full day pass because 7hrs isn’t enough time to see everything the park has to offer.

Im a local and live here but the family came to visit and we spent the day. I love legoland and an annual pass holder. The people, food, environment is good but yall need to update the signs and stuff they are so weathered and beat down.

This was my first time with my grandson. What a disappointment. They park looked like it had not been cared for in years. The landscaping was ugly, walkway dirty, stores dirty as well, the bathrooms and the smell of urine. You could smell it outside.
The food just as bad. A lot of the attractions were closed for repairs, but no one was working on them. First and last. No worth the money that you pay. Disney parks it is from now on......

This day was just about perfect. The weather was great , the crowd was not as big as on weekends, the employees were so good and happy to be around . The food was wonderful. The show we saw was delightful. All the rides were good. The park was sparkling with holiday theme. And it is an exceptionally clean area. Don’t miss this attraction.

Our boys are 3 and 7 and loved it. We stayed at the Pirate hotel which was super convenient to the park and so kid focused it allowed us as parents to relax more. Food was decent, options limited, but perfect for kids.
We did our first day on a Friday and had no lines or only one round of waiting. Saturday and brick or treat day was busier so we spent more time in the water park. The boys enjoyed the building spots and there were plenty of options for both of their heights for rides.

We went with our 6 year old and 9 year old boys and they loved it! It was perfect for these ages! We barely ever waited long for rides, nothing over an hour wait! Employees were so nice!

The park was wonderful! We went to Peppa Pig land and Legoland. Perfect for children. I love how it accommodated all our needs! Having a child with sensories needs/autism, this park is like no other I have visited. All the rides rated how difficult it would be for him sensory wise. We wouldn't have had the wonderful day we had without his hero access pass. We have been to other parks where he couldn't cope with all the smells, sounds, etc it was torture. I love how they have an area where they can keep busy while the parents can stand in line and the calm down and quiet rooms where it gives him the sensory input he needs! There were many places to pop in and cool down from the summer heat. The food options were also wonderful! Having a wheat allergy among others I was thinking I wouldn't be able to have anything to eat at the park, but boy I was wrong! My daughter loved Peppa Pig land! She is very hesitant of rides and all of the rides were nice and slow and fit her needs. My family and I will definitely be returning to this park for years to come!

We went to Legoland on a Monday and Wednesday and compared to other trips we have done to other parks this was a breeze. SUPER low crowds and wait times.
The longest wait time we had was about 15 minutes. Most everything was a walk on. This was our first time at the park and we had a really good time. Our 8 and 5 year old boys had a blast.
The rides were perfect for their ages. The food in the park was also pretty good.

The rides were great fun! Lots of options for guests of all sizes and abilities, some of the rides required some physical aspect: pumping the fire truck, pulling yourself up a pulley, etc. We especially loved that throughout the park are different building stations. The ride operators and workers throughout the park were friendly and loved to trade mini-figs.
The garden area was a delightful and peaceful surprise.
Everything was awesome!

Had a great time exploring Legoland. This was our second trip so we maximized the fun by attending most of the shows and rides. Weekday wait times were not bad. Food is pricey but the ice cream is cheaper

We took the kids for an early birthday gift! They had a blast! Everyone was so friendly to them & loved telling them happy birthday! Their favorite souvenir today was their birthday badge! We did the Legoland waterpark yesterday & Legoland today. We stayed at Beach Retreat this time & the kids had so much fun playing in the playground areas with other kids. They loved running into their hotel buddies throughout the park! Our kids are 2, 6, & 8. Each of them loved our visit & can't wait to go back! We bought the summer passes so we will be back soon!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION!!!
Legos, Rides, Attractions, Swimming!!!
SO MUCH NETTER THAN DISNEY!!!
Much less expensive…
Much less time wasted on lines…
Much more walkable park with great rides for all!!!

My family had the best time at Legoland! We went for my daughter’s sixth birthday and my kids absolutely loved it! There was such a variety of rides and even my four year old could ride almost every ride. We went on July 3rd, which happened to be an overcast day calling for rain. We lucked out and the weather was perfect- cloudy and not too hot, and it didn’t rain. The park was surprisingly empty. Most rides didn’t have any wait and only a few had a 5-10 minute wait. It was so great for little ones who aren’t very patient. My kids loved the character photo ops with dressed up Lego people. The staff was super friendly. My daughter wore a birthday girl pin and every single staff member wished her a happy birthday which made her day really special. I highly recommend Legoland and we’ll definitely be going back!

Excellent! By far the best time I have had In a theme park in a long time! Wait time are not bad. Food is great! Atmosphere is fantastic.
Don't come to legoland park
It's not worth coming to the park from that far away. Place only for children 5 years old. My 12-year-old daughters did not like it and we so little... Don't come if your children are more than 10 years old!!!!! It is only for families with children from 2 to 6 years old. Only place to shop and play for babies. Disappointing.
It wastes us a day, not to mention the silver that is spent($520) if there was the option of one return the tickets would be wonderful, but there is no such possibility.
I regret not reading the suggestions and betting on advertising that are in the hotels.
