I love going to this park!

By Miranda H |

I love going to this park! Great seats no matter where you sit in the park. You don't typically need to buy in advance. Great souvenirs and beer selection!

Enjoyed It

By Docky B |

We were staying at the Beau Rivage and we walked across the street to see a ballgame. The field looked good, MGM Park has stadium seating, and the park is in a nice area. It is a good place to watch a game. The only thing I would do differently is to go to the park a little earlier. It took a little while to buy the tickets.

Beautiful Venue

By Shelli M |

We were visiting Biloxi and heard about the Biloxi Shuckers. As it turns out they were playing an exhibition game against the major league Milwaukee Brewers. We purchased amazing seats - sec 106, row E. These are considered "Club" seats. They are the row right behind the dugout and are larger than a standard seat and have padding. The stadium is new and in great shape. They have a wide range of food choices from nachos, pizza and brats to oysters. Definitely a nice way to send an afternoon in Biloxi. It is right across the street from Beau Rivage where we stayed and was an easy walk. It was a beautiful sunny day. There are very few shaded areas so plan accordingly for the sun.

great new park, good team

By fivwood03 |

went to a Shuckers game here, very good atmosphere, very friendly staff and security, food was good, bottomless popcorn .free parking across street at casino. reasonably prices for seats. great time at MGM

Conference USA tourney

By Crystal S |

Great baseball Park! Beautiful field, great drink choices. Not a lot of shade so be prepared. Great touch seeing the Beau Rivage in the backdrop.

Minor League Baseball

By KLBberea |

Great place to watch a baseball game. Very convenient (walking distance) to a lot of the Biloxi lodging. Cheap entertainment and a great way to spend an afternoon with friends and family.

Game was good

By Neal G |

The ballpark is great parking is horrible 1.5 hours to leave the parking garage at the Beau rivage the really need some parking

Game time

By lightkeeper7 |

For Biloxi I though the cost of food and drink was High More like I expect to pay at a larger city. the seats were good. The fireworks were better than expected.

Beautiful Baseball Park

By Leslie L |

I went to the opening game of the park last year and several games all season and plan to go to several more this year. The stadium is brand new and lovely, including food vendor shops, beer stalls, a store selling Biloxi Shuckers gear, and lots of local food items as well. The Park is also used for other events, such as concerts, college and high school baseball, a recent Easter egg drop for children. It's conveniently located to downtown near hotels, restaurants, bars, and casinos.

3 Days with the Shuckers

By Jim Y |

I love MGM Park and the Shuckers. The folks at the park are so southern friendly and the food is really good.

Go Shuckers!

By GSMercier |

The new baseball park is nice. There is plenty of concessions to choose from, but the beer is $8 a drink. The Shuckers games have great atmosphere and are well worth rounding up your friends and going to.

Great fun. Great staff. Average park.

By Jesse E |

MGM Park. Was a lot of fun. The staff and concessions were great. The park itself was average. I have mobility problems. There was no wheelchair assistance at the gate where I bought my tickets and a long walk to our seats. MGM Park has no roof so we git soaked at the rainy night game we attended. All in all, HMM Park is a good but not great minor league park.

A great place to catch a minor league baseball game

By Ashlis |

As minor league baseball stadiums go, MGM park is among the best of the bunch. The stadium is modern and comfortable and laid out so that there's not a bad seat in the house. With plenty of concession options ranging from traditional ballpark food to focused local fare like oyster po-boys and local craft beers, the food is both of high quality and the prices are very reasonable. The Biloxi Shuckers have done a great job creating a fan-friendly game experience in a great venue. Don't miss it if you're in Biloxi.

Baseball

By phillupi |

Great location right across from Beau Rivage. Great view of the game from any seat. You can even watch the game while in line getting refreshments.

Fun at the Ballpark

By JohnnyK3871 |

This is a great minor league ballpark. Good food selection, good atmosphere, family friendly, and really no bad seating in the park.

Great Ballpark Experience!

By Sue L |

We had plans to be in Biloxi when a home game was scheduled, so bought tickets and were eager to have the experience. Although the game could not be played due to wet field conditions, we had almost the full baseball experience anyway! Got our free Shuckers backpacks (good quality and will definitely use them!), had a $5 dinner pack with a hot dog, chips and small drink (excellent value!!), got to visit the souvenir shop, and were kept informed as to the game status. The staff was very friendly, the restrooms were clean, and when the game could not be played we were given options for our tickets. Overall a great time despite not actually seeing a game!

Nice game

By lightkeeper7 |

the beer selection is very limited. food pricy and yes I was expecting to pay higher prices. But this is Biloxi MS not Chicago or NY. I enjoyed my visit and will return.

Looks like a fun place for a game

By Terri E |

There weren't any games today but this looks like a fun place to watch minor league games. The Oyster Shuckers play there. The place was immaculate and it didn't look like there was a bad seat in the place. I wouldn't hesitate to go see a game there.

Night at the park.

By Anna G |

Nice family outing, relaxing atmosphere, go when the sun goes down, breezed, the only thing I would suggest is the price need to go down on refreshment. Food cost more than movie food. $4 for a store size bag of popcorn come on now.

Great little park

By Kiki's Mom |

We were staying at the Hard Rock Hotel, and saw this stadium acros s the street and decided to take in a game. What a nice little stadium. Very fan friendly, food and beer were reasonably priced, and every person we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. If you're ever in the area during baseball season, you'd have a great time coming here to watch some MLB stars in the making

Nice park

By Kris T |

Nice ballpark, once again expensive for drinks and food. But you're on vacation so what the heck? Walking distances from many hotels.

Baseball fun

By Ashley B |

My husband, best friend and I headed to a shuckers vs trash pandas game and had a great time! I am not a baseball fan usually, but this was a really fun, enjoyable experience. MGM park was very nice, the food was good, and we had awesome seats. I highly recommend going to a game!

Baseball Fun

By Cheryl F |

It's always fun to go watch a baseball game in your home town. Well kept up. Clean. Food is good. If you love baseball and in the area on vacation in the Summer and the team is in town, MGM Park is the place to be.

One year old and I still love this Park!

By Mary H |

MGM Park is a beautiful new baseball field. This field opened last year and is well received by the community. I love going to games here with my family. They have good local food choices along with ballpark staples. As you sit in the stands, you see beautiful old oaks outside the stadium. In the background past third base, you see the beautiful, historic Nativity B.V.M. Cathedral. Facing the field from the south is the Beau Rivage Casino/hotel. Many people park at the Beau and walk across the street to the ballpark. As you walk through the Beau, it is hard to resist the wonderful smell of fresh coffee, or Haggen Dazs ice cream. As you walk toward the ballpark, there is the huge MGM lion. You will not want to miss this photo op.
The ball park continues to add fun promotions and improvements to the park. This year they added standing tables that is a fan favorite for many. They also added a fun zone for kids with a bounce house and baseball pitch. There is another gate on the North End of the park that many people enter after visiting beautiful, historic, downtown Biloxi. I could go on but, if you are making a trip to the coast, you will want to ad this to your list.

Shuckers and Wahoos

By gmcadory |

My husband and I attended a Biloxi Shuckers versus Blue Wahoos game a couple weeks ago, it was awesome! The weather wasn't too hot and a steady breeze off the beach was refreshing. Our Sausage dawgs were delicious and they have Strawberry Limeritas :-)! There were probably more than 3,000 fans in attendance and the entertainment between innings were delightful!

You Cannot Beat Minor League Baseball...

By SteveinSoCal |

Our summer vacation this year did not include a stop in a major league park for a simple reason--there were no major league clubs along our route. So, instead, we took in a Saturday Night scrap between the Biloxi Shuckers and the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. It was worth it.

Minor league parks, in a lot of ways, are MORE fun than the major league counterparts. The stadium is more intimate (MGM Park looks like it seats around 10-12K), but it includes a lot of the amenities you would come to expect from a big league stadium (the post-game fireworks were fantastic!).

Everyone involved was helpful, and the quality of play is pretty darned good, too! Definitely worth the trip if you're in town. It's a classic slice of Americana, and fairly priced, too!

Night for the dogs

By david r |

Decent facility with good view of the action. Seats could be more comfortable and food could be a lot better for the money. Biggest complaint is lack of facility parking - park at the Beau. Service attendants were all very friendly. Now as far as the team goes - better name may be the Slackers!

Great Place to see a Game!

By Mickeyogi |

Right across the street from the Beau Rivage. Food choices galore! Friendly staff! A fun place to see a minor league game.

Exciting times at MGM Park

By Mary H |

MGM Park is an exciting place to watch our Biloxi Shuckers play. There is really not a bad seat in the house. There are many different venders for food. So far, I have only tried the hotdogs, they could be hotter but have a good flavor. Basi tickets are only $13.00! They also give a military discount. The team loves the fans and spend time before the game signing balls. Currently, you have to walk up stairs or a long ramp to enter the park. This is a struggle for the handicap and many elderly people. I hope when the south gate is open this problem will be solved. Definitely fun attending the games!

Beautiful Baseball Stadium

By Steven D |

Very nice AA Baseball Stadium, great sight-lines from virtually every seat, easy enough access to refreshments and restrooms. Great seats in the club section that are nicely padded and include cup holders. $22 plus the extra service fees and taxes for the Club section right behind home plate. Less expensive seating might have even better sight lines because you would be slightly above the action rather than right at action level.

Helpful support staff on every section, but there are no food vendors walking through the seats. Security is present, but not intrusive... just a quick look in the camera bag and on you go.

Draw backs? Safety net only covers home-plate seating areas and doesn't extend down the 1st base and 3rd base (dug-out) seating areas (might be an issue if you are use to the netting in the big league stadiums and expect it) and doesn't include an overhead net like some stadiums so watch out for popups behind home-plate.

Parking is an issue. No stadium parking (even paid parking). So one must park on the public streets or pay to park in one of the lots belonging to a nearby private business. There is enough public street parking for a normal attended game, but I could envision somebody having to walk a couple city blocks if the game is sold out. Another option is parking at the Beau Rivage casino across the street. Free parking for casino patrons (or baseball people claiming to be casino patrons), but then you are even further from the ball park entrance.

I guess the parking problem is what happens when a stadium is built essentially downtown where no stadium existed before

Refreshment pricing is like all other ball parks these days, relatively expensive. $11 for a Chili Dog with a souvenir soft-drink beverage cup. For being family friendly entertainment, this could get expensive fast. That said, there is a lot of food selections and the food is hot, fresh and smells/tastes great.

Great addition to the City!

By Khadiya S |

The field is great and the team is a great team! When baseball isn't in season, there's several events that took place. 90% are kid friendly! It is worth checking out!

Growing pains for a concert setting

By Paul B |

Concert For The Coast on the 10-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina may have been their first concert held there, so I will provide some tips for my low rating. It was quite clear that baseball people have no clue as to the needs of music people. Once the new parking garage opens up soon, then this would probably be a 5-star facility for baseball, which it was designed for. For concerts, probably never again for this listener.

First, the stage could have been brought closer to the dugouts by about 50 yards. This would greatly improve acoustics and also be less of a noise nuisance to the hotel located behind the stage. I don't know what they were thinking, but there was an ocean of space between the last row of VIP seats and the dugouts. I would hardly call them VIP seats at only 10 bucks more than the next level. These VIP folks also had a very long walk and many steps to climb to use the rest room. The portable plastic chairs also looked very uncomfortable and less than half of them were even occupied.

Next, I used the opportunity to move around in general admission to find the best spot for possible future concerts. Unfortunately, the center four sections with the best sound all have permanent nets blocking the view. I am used to these nets being able to come down in the end zone for football games elsewhere. I looked at the design and I am afraid that these nets will stay put because no one ever thought of having the need to lower them. As for GA seat comfort, they are all very good and the box seats with padding are only slightly more comfortable. I would advice folks to stick with GA, because in the reserved seats, you could get stuck sitting near people who want to talk all through the music. For baseball games, talking during the event is expected.

Third, until the new garage opens up, parking is horrible and very limited in the neighborhood. I would not even dream of parking for free under the I-110 at Howard Avenue.

Fourth, concessions need no improvements on selections or prices, as this is better than average for most spectator events. Restrooms were also very clean and uncrowded.

The weather was spectacular that night and provided gentle breezes along with a full moon rising over the stage. If my first two suggestions would be implemented, then this would be an ideal place for an outdoor concert, even in the rain.

Great way to spend an evening!

By 497traveler2015 |

Our family had a great time at the Shuckers game! My son is a baseball fanatic so while on vacation, we always try to squeeze in an MLB game. Since we couldn't make it work on this trip, we decided to try this minor league game. It was really fun and very reasonably priced. We bought the tickets a few hours before game time so they also suggested that when we came park we could park at the Beau Rivage across the street and so we did. It was free and we got to walk through the hotel and see it too, which was fun! The staff at the Shuckers game were quite friendly, some more then others, but overall, very good service. The game was entertaining, the park is very well kept and we really enjoyed our evening.

Very pleasant

By David N |

It's a nice park and Beau Rivage is easily seen. Free parking at Beau too. Beer was $10 and hot dog was $6 and they do not accept cash; cards only.

Great Evening Out

By mcd0513 |

So much fun! The park is very nice, has lots of food options, does a lot of fun stuff for the kids, and the Shuckers are a fun team to watch. Definitely a great affordable night out for baseball fans.

Really Nice smaller Ball Park

By Debra M |

We took our grandsons this past summer.. Good food choices .. The park was small enough to get around in easily. A great addition to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Not all are just there for gambling.

4th July

By jerry m |

Great place and some good Baseball games. Food is reasonable not a bad view in the park. Service is good. Security is a concern no Police at traffic walks which is a concern. parking is good. Only concern is sustsaiment

The MGM Park is a nice one..

By Mariah Honey |

Stopped by for an evening game, nice setup, nice park! Also went for concert, even better that time for sure.

Nice Venue Improvements Needed

By Eccl5v18 |

We visited the ballpark for a Shuckers game the night after the Blue Angels performance. Every time we visit this park, we park in the Beau Rivage parking lot ,which is very convenient. That is where the convenience pretty much stops. If you do not already have a ticket, you have to cross the street (into a very messy construction zone), walk past a closed ticket booth, open gates, and walk to the north side of the stadium to purchase a ticket. The reason they give for the closed booth is they believe it is used for college ticketing. Humph!! Thought this was the Shuckers home field. We get into the park, which is very nicely built and clean, to watch the ball game. The workers were polite and the experience of the game was good. They do a good job of entertaining between innings. Bathroom break... It is in the upper 80's at 7:30, go to the rest room and it is HOT in there. There are some shiny ac vents above you, but apparently not hooked up to an ac. I have been to many minor league parks, but never one that has a restroom hotter than it is outside. This may sound petty to some, not always a big deal with me, but it was ridiculous. I believe management should really consider the comfort of the fans in the "Comfort Stations" . Over all I enjoyed the game, but the experience could have been much better. May go back, but will not go on a full price night. Not worth it.

Best family entertainment for the Buck!!!

By John L |

While in Ms. for a visit we all went out to old ball game. Really nice park, easy to find and felt safe at end of I-110 plenty of parking. Well kept no like some MLB parks. We all enjoyed the game. Concessions are good and family priced. You don't have to be a baseball fan tho enjoy yourself.

Play Ball

By AliceBusick |

Love this stadium! Everything is close with easy access to vendors and restrooms. Every seat has a great view of the field and the stadium is very clean and family friendly.

Excellent venue for watching Baseball

By fwdawg74 |

Living in Biloxi gives me the opportunity to attend games played by the Milwaukee Braves AA farm team, the Biloxi Shuckers. The park has great sight lines for watching baseball regardless of where your seat is.

Very nice facility!

By lionfan91 |

We caught a Shucker's game after attending an event at the MS Coast Coliseum. What a fun time! The stadium is a very nice facility. Tickets were reasonably priced, even at day-of-game prices. Concessions are a little steep, but that's to be expected. After the game they did Saturday night fireworks. I never thought you could shoot that many fireworks from two trailers pulled behind a John Deere tractor! I was totally surprised with the quantity and quality of the fireworks. Overall we had a great time visiting MGM Park and would definitely return. However, we'd arrive a bit earlier because the parking situation right around the stadium isn't that great.

Shucking Awesome

By Michael M |

Took in the Biloxi Shuckers game against the Mississippi Braves on July 3. Great venue and the fireworks after the game were something to behold. It's a unique setting and well as the photos show -- the Beau Rivage has prominent advertising right behind the centerfield wall. But do not let that distract you, sit back and enjoy a game and a beautiful sunset. It's probably one of the best venues for baseball in the South. The concession prices were actually decent and I spent a ton in the souvenir shop. Parking is a little bit of an issue but one of the local churches actually does paid parking at Sacred Heart which is only a block or two away from the stadium. Stop by, pay for the parking and help the local school out at the same time.

Wow a hole lotta fun!

By 96decibelfreak |

Great place take your family, a date, or just o by yourself. Beautiful stadium and great atmosphere. The food is pretty good also.

A really fun place!

By Susie G |

Typically I'm not much of a baseball fan, but I can really get into the Shuckers games at the new MGM baseball field. The size is just right, there is not a bad seat in the house. There are also cute activities featuring children and mascots scattered throughout the game. We had the lovely experience of being guests in a box which was a delightful experience. All the help is extremely friendly and happy. A great night out.

Great ballpark!

By Lynn826 |

This is a small, comfortable ball park with lots of great seats! There is nothing 'extra' here that I noticed (playground, extra activities) but it is a wonderful place to enjoy our National Pastime!

mgm was excellent for the cusa tournament we had a good experience.

By Robert L |

we went to the conference usa tournament for the 2nd year in a row and highly recomment any one be able to watch it .

Great game and cool evening

By Shannon N |

Went here with my wife and son to watch the Shuckers. It is a new stadium and a beautiful field. Prices were fair and we enjoyed the game. A good place to take a break from gambling. The weather can be hot so be prepared for the heat.

Nice Stadium

By pysgodyn |

Watched my first ever baseball game here (and probably my last Sept 19th Shuckers vs Chattanooga ) left halfway through really Bored. The stadium itself looks fairly new and pretty much open to the elements but after saying that it is a very nice stadium, staff at the stadium were very helpful and polite

Beer, dogs and baseball

By Jerry E |

We were on vacation and saw it was beer ๐Ÿบ and hotdog ๐ŸŒญ night. We had great seats on the first base line front row and love that the seats are right next to the field with the short fence. It was a slugfest the night we went but it was alot of fun. We got a ball and saw so much hitting. The next night was fireworks night and who doesn't like fireworks. Very nice double -a ballpark.

Play Ball!!!

By George S |

Love going to the games, so much fun and definitely a family affair. Food is not bad, and the beer is well proportioned. Nothing like munching on a dog with some suds while cheering on the boys! Can't wait until the Park reopens.

Go Shuckers!

By Cubs1982 |

Great new park. They are still working on the parking garage and southeast entrance but that is just little things. Parking is free and nearby. Biloxi police provide security as well. Love The Shuckers!

Had a blast!

By Jim F |

A friend of ours had free tickets, so we went to check out a game. The stadium is really nice--plenty of shops and vendors, and all on a level that you can still watch the game while waiting in line. Loved the "crawfish boil race" too!

First time at MGM Park

By danielsN9068KE |

My wife and I being baseball fans, I was excited to see a game here. I umpire highschool baseball, so watching the pro umps work was fun.

Minor leauge ball normally has good entertainment due to the play being middle of the road. They came through!!

The game was exciting up till the 6th inning then the visitors blew it open :(. The park is a great venue with the water and the casinos around it lit up at night.

Bring plenty of cash. beer, food and souvenirs will use it up!!!

Tickets are cheep and you won't find a bad seat!!!

Go Shuckers

By Mildred N |

My family enjoyed our first MILB game. Food was reasonably good and fairly priced. Kids enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend for some family fun on the coast.

Lots of fun.

By onefunZ71 |

Upon arriving, an employee ask me how I was doing. My answer was, "my feet hurt, my legs hurt, and I am tired". (My grandchildren and I have been busy all day). That employee checked on me several times that night. I really appreciated that. The souvenir shops, restrooms and concessions are all on the top tier of the seating in sight of the field.

Home Run in my books!

By Erica1005 |

Great ballpark! It's clean, and the seats are comfortable. I've been to several ballparks, and this one definitely makes the top 5. The staff is great, the bat boy was great entertainment, and the concessions were reasonably priced. We'll be back!

Fun

By Sammi Y |

We went for our first time recently and enjoyed it. The game goes by fast and the kids can run the bases when the game is over. It's a fun time with the family.

Excellent experience!

By TGMWPM |

Beautiful new minor league ballpark. People were friendly, seats comfortable and food was good (a little pricey). Parking was in the Beau Rivage deck as the deck for the stadium is not completed as of yet. Hope to go back next season!

Baseball, How can you go wrong.

By Carl P |

A great stadium with great seating for all.
So close and convenient to be able to walk across the street to attend this game.

Shuckers game is a must do!

By Diana |

We went to our first Shuckers game tonight and I will say it has been the best part of our trip!! The park is gorgeous and the staff is extremely friendly. The Shuckers did a great job tonight! It's a great place for couples, families, and people of all ages!

Take yourself out for a ball game!

By 778Susan |

The ballpark is cozy - big enough for a good size crowd, but the walking is not unbearable for those who might have mobility issues or limitations. Many choices for food and drinks. The game was great!

Nice relaxing outing conveniently located to the entertainment areas.

By gmcadory |

We've been a few times for the Shuckers games as well as some of the high school games offered. I took my daughter to a Shucker's game on 4th of July for her birthday. There were fireworks and they were spectactular. the game was fun, Shuckers won! The food and drinks were moderately priced. A fun time to be had by all.

The Boys of Summer

By CM55 |

Great Ball field, ramp and an elevator to the club level. Street parking or park at the Beau Rivage across the street.

Great venue for baseball

By aggieband |

MGM Park is almost identical in layout to the ballpark in Pensacola. The nice thing about the design is that all of the seats are below the concourse, so people can walk to their seats, concessions, souvenirs, and bathrooms without blocking anyone's view and can watch the game while standing in line. The sightlines are excellent, with any seat in the house allowing for a good view of the field. The food at the concessions is better than average for minor league baseball, plus there is a full bar as well as a craft beer stand down the right field line. There is also a children's area with inflatable items near the foul pole in right field. Parking is available (free) in the Beau Rivage parking garage across the street. Since the park is right across the street from the Gulf, there are always sea breezes which help make the heat more tolerable. And the post-game fireworks on Saturday nights are extremely well done.

Very Nice Park!!

By greggtate |

Very nice, clean, and well maintained. Restrooms were very clean as well. Good family fun place! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous ball park

By hdbelle2 |

Super clean, great views from every seat and comfy seating. MGM Park is a wonderful way to spend time watching a Biloxi Shuckers game. Good eats too!

Great ball park

By Norm S |

Not a bad seat in the place and all seats are easy to get to. Great ball games and great attraction for tourists.

Great venue for fun!

By Susan G |

Today we came for the City of Biloxi Easter festival, but we have also been for several baseball games.

This is a great stop for family fun times!

It just opened last year, and it has plenty of clean bathrooms, food vendors, comfortable outdoor seating, and even some green spaces for the kids to play.

Whatever is happening here is sure to be a hit with your friends and kids!

Beautiful Venue for Baseball

By luvs2travel1987 |

Great entertainment for the family. The Biloxi Shuckers, a AA team for the Milwaukee Brewers organization, brings MLB excitement to the Gulf Coast. The MGM park is beautiful and offers a great assortment of tasty ballpark food.

Front office staff are awesome!

By Ryan M |

Didn't go here to see a game, we were doing a road trip and wanted to check it out in the offseason. The front office employees were VERY friendly and allowed us to walk through the ballpark, take a few photos, and unlocked the gift shop just for us to buy a few souvenirs!
Very friendly people and great service!
It's a really nice little AA-level ballpark and seems to be really clean and new!

Ball game on vacation

By linda m |

My husband and I took my 14 year niece to see the 2A baseball team Biloxi Shuckers. I wanted to go since the team is associated with the Milwaukee Brewers and I grew up in Wisconsin and my family still lives there. We lucked out because we got to see a double header since the game was cancelled the day before. We all had a great time. Great family atmosphere. Tickets were a great price. We were a little past the 1st baseline, on the second row, and tickets were only $11 each. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Will try to make a game part of our vacation on future visits to Biloxi.

Fun park

By Robert Capogreca II |

The MGM Park is a nice baseball stadium that could be better with a few improvements. To start with, the tickets are priced reasonably, but thatโ€™s were the value pricing ends. The stadium is located in downtown Biloxi across from the Beau Rivage Resort. Parking at the Beau makes it easy to get to the stadium. My wife and I visited on a Monday, which is Doggon Monday, where dog owners can bring their dogs, that was fun.
The park is home to the Biloxi Schuckers. We sat in section 107. The seats are very tight, I realize seating costs money, but when you are scrunched in tighter than coach, thereโ€™s a problem. The food prices are high, a slice of pizza was $5.00. Itโ€™s a slice of Papa Johnโ€™s from a regular pie. I like Papa Johns and know this is a stadium, but thatโ€™s a lot. The bottle of water was $3.00. My wife got an order of nachos with BBQ and cheese on top, this was outstandingly good, but again was kinda high at $10.
The stadium has a lot of fun things in between innings, and all the standard items one would expect at an AA league game.
I would rate the stadium higher if the seats were wider and the food more reasonably priced. Overall a fun thing to do. The good thing about a ticket is, on the back is a half price off coupon to the Island View Buffet in Gulfport.

Gorgeous intimate field to watch a game

By handsmoffcr |

We got a chance to see this ballpark in person and also from a fantastic view of our room at the Beau at night. It is intimate, customer friendly and in great shape. Easy access and parking right on site.

Excellent place to enjoy a minor league game at a great price with the family..If you need a hotel,,I definitely suggest the Beau and ask for a room with a view of the field..It is gorgeous lit up at night.

Fun Time Watching the Home Town Team

By Emily G |

I was in town for a visit with friends and we took in a baseball game at MGM park. We sat on the berm with a very affordable ticket. Parking was convenient across the street at the Beau Rivage and there were fireworks.

Kinda expensive for AA baseball

By abqtraveler13 |

If you are looking for daytime shade, forget about it! But you will get ebening shade all the way in the back rows of the dugout boxes before the rest of the seats. Lots of food options. Prices are about what you would expect from a ball park. The all you can eat popcorn is your best bet. Check out the website for ticket specials. We carry in out own empty water bottles to fill at the fountains as even bottled water cannot be carried in. Still, we love the atmosphere and the staff is always fun and friendly.

Momma's birthday

Took my wife to here first baseball game and she loved it. It was star wars theme night so she had to get pic with all the characters. Game was good and not dragged out, lots of hits and runs. Fireworks after game and they were awesome.

Great venue for a Ball Game

By Dana O |

Great ball game, Biloxi Shuckers vs. Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp. Very affordable tickets as usual for a minor league game. Great local beers on tap, and great local gulf food. Had the grilled oysters that were made to order and delicious.

Fun Family Night Out.

We had tickets for seats behind home plate, but right outside the safety net. The foul balls were relentless. Any other time this would be fun. but we had our 8 year old and 11 month old. My oldest daughter was scared and we were concerned for their safety. I told the usher and she immediately moved us to these amazing club seats and brought my daughter one of the foul balls. Staff was amazing and we had such a great time. Food choices were nice and we enjoyed our snacks, Parking is relied on by near by businesses for $10 or you can park free under the interstate or behind the bank. This caused a bit of trouble, due to it being dark and raining on our way out. There was no traffic director and the pedestrian lights were not working. Another concern is the foul balls. You can not walk around the stadium freely without being warned by an attendant of the risk of a stray ball. You have to time your break perfectly. All in all we still had a great time and can't wait to go to another game.

Play ball!

By Hilda S |

Great fun even in the heat. All seats are in the sun so bring sunscreen. We sat right behind home plate. Had 2 hotdogs (which was delicious). 2 souvenir cups of coke $19.00. Music was fun. We had a good time. If you have a family and like baseball and want to spend money this is a good way to spend family time.

Awesome park

By Capt_Chris_Outside |

Got the opportunity to visit MGM park and see MISSISSIPPI STATE take on Louisiana Monroe.
This was my first time to see the park and I was very pleased with the whole set up. From the people to the facility it is very nice.
Parking is available around but there are not any signs that I ever saw.
I enjoyed the visit and look forward to another visit soon

Great facility but closed this year

By Robert M |

Great place to watch minor league baseball. Unfortunately is closed for 2020. Staff is great, seating comfortable and prices very cheap. Great way to spend an evening

Very nice new park!

By smackie13 |

A great experience at a very nice and new minor league park and the prices can't be beat! Only a short walk from the many casinos and hotels!

Minor League Game but Majorly FUN!

By katiebugga |

Enjoyed my visit to MGM Park to cheer on the Biloxi Shuckers. Easy to find the park, comfortable seating, and family friendly. My first minor league game, won't be my last!

Great Time

By Greg S |

We had a family event at the ball park. 16 people including children. Everyone had a wonderful time. Its ball park food and you have to have a hot dog at a ball game. They game was entertaining and the between inning events were cute. I would be happy to be able to participate again in a even at the ball park.

This venue was under construction in Feb. 2015

By Linda M |

It is directly across the street from the Beau Rivage Casino if yiou walk out the front entrance. This ball park will provide good services for those that don't want to spend hours in the Casino.

Beautiful Park, Deserves Bigger Turnouts

By TheTravelMonkey67 |

The Shuckers staff is some of the best in the business. I've been several times, and I am always extremely impressed by the job they do. The ballpark itself is very cozy and offers great views from any seat. The only downside is that the city needs to do a better job of supporting the Shuckers. In the years they've been here so far...they have been winners.

Good evening in the ballpark

By GregF699 |

A group of us purchased tickets and had a wonderful time. The stadium has lots of great seats. Staff there is very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. And the place is extremely clean.

Home of the Biloxi Shuckers

By ransom007 |

If you drive, you must find parking in the area. The concourse is quite roomy and has many concession booths including a nice team store. The staff is friendly and helpful (my usher actually took me to my seat and chatted with me for a few minutes). The sight lines are good. The public address system is understandable and the scoreboard is very readable. The seating is individual plastic seats.

Great asset to the area.

By Gloria F |

I haven't been inside the park as it is really new, but hope to see a Shucker's game there next season. I love passing by the MGM Lion on the outside of the park as we drive by the park. We noticed the newly planted fall flowers surrounding the lion exhibit as we drove by in October. It is a nice landmark.

Minor League Baseball Fun

By IlliniDLM |

Enjoyed walking from the Hard Rock Hotel to this fun Baseball Game. Reasonably priced and good relazing fun.

Enjoyable Experience

By Jpamr5 |

We attended the Saturday, July 10,2021, Shuckers vs Birmingham Barronโ€™s minor league baseball game. Our seats in section 101 row L behind home plate were good for viewing the game. Hospitality was excellent. Sausage dogs were very good. Fun baseball experience even though the park is nothing fancy. We were able to walk to the park from our hotel, Doubletree.

Nice downtown stadium

By Jon N |

We were guests of the Beau Rivage and had access to their suite. What a great little stadium! We met great folks (southern hospitality at it's finest) and had some of the best stadium food we've ever eaten. The view was spectacular as you were able to see the ocean, the field, and the beautiful Beau Rivage in the background. The team lost that night- but the fans were into the game and it was a great summer night to watch a ball game!

Wonderful stadium experience

By Susan G |

This stadium just opened, and I'm not a big baseball fan, but I must say that I had a fantastic time. The food/beverage variety was great: barbeque, grilled oysters, po-boys, shrimp dinners, and of course hot dogs. Mixed drinks, soft drink and beer available. Big-time feel but small-time crowding.

Tons of fun.

Great inexpensive entertainment venue

By Sherryl G |

Had 'bout we say ........ fun!
Relaxing, interesting and great time for all.
Too bad more locals don't frequent.
Kudos to the Shuckers marketing department ..... Shucker Things, etc.

Minor league baseball

By familytripplannerNYC |

Minor league baseball is a wonderful family activity. A smaller more intimate experience than Major League Baseball (and of course cheaper!) families can enjoy a day at the ballfield in a more relaxed environment. Ballpark food, T-shirt toss and โ€œScoonerโ€ the mascot will engage the whole family! Go Shuckers!

Good Entertainment

By AlohaAndi |

Where else can one buy front row club seats (cushioned!), behind home plate for $22?? From the box office gal to all the ushers, everyone friendly & having a good time. Wide variety of food. Souvenir cup of pop (Midwesterner here!) only $3. Bbq pork sandwich with chips was $9. When I asked "isn't there cole slaw with this?", I was told "not tonight'....whatever that was supposed to mean! Not a bad seat in the park. You can watch sunset from right field. Short walk from Beau Rivage across the street. Good entertainment value. Check promotions schedule for freebies & specials.

Fun Minor League Baseball Park

By S4136XSdavidb |

This is the home of the Double AA baseball team called the Shuckers, parent club is the Milwaukee Brewers. The park seats roughly 6000, and it looked like maybe 2000 there when we went on a mid-week game. The park is across the street from the Beau Rivage Resort and tickets were easy to get and inexpensive. Staff is friendly, easy to get in and out of stadium. Concession prices are not bad for ballpark food and beer. Would absolutely go again.

Crowded, Not Impressed

By Marcia B |

We had Mercedes Club level tickets for 8 people. My grandson is in a wheelchair. The first issue was that there was no handicapped parking on the premises and we arrived over an hour early. My son had to drop off my grandson and drive over a block away to find a place to park. When we got inside the Mercedes Club became crowded pretty quickly. We stayed inside for part of the game due to the heat. When we wanted to go outside to watch the game there were no available seats. They had oversold the tickets so we had to stand in the back behind the rest of the seats. Finally someone brought some seats from inside the MBC out to us. All in all it was not an experience I would choose to repeat.

Attended Game May 7th Very Nice

By John D |

Had very nice time staff friendly prices very reasonable seats comfortable with good site lines would return

4th of July at the ballpark

By HappyTravels411 |

Nice ballpark with very friendly staff. Plenty of food options. The fireworks display was beautiful. We visited the park 3 more times that week!

Nice stadium

By Buckledae |

Nice facility. Make sure to get there early for parking in the Beauโ€™s garage across the street. All of the seats are good.

What a cool place to watch the Biloxi Shuckers AA Baseball

By john w |

If you are in Biloxi during baseball season this is a fun break from the casino action. Well kept clean ball park and so pleasant a park to go to. Not much shade but so what, it's baseball! The Tiki Travel Planners tidbit of info here is if you are at the Beau Rivage casino go ask the concierge if they have any comp tickets. You never know! Make sure you have your "M life" card with you.

HOMERUN

By Stephanie M |

This is a top notch place for the kids to go and enjoy a day at the park. The food is very good and it is very affordable

Decent

By Gretchen T |

Overall the park is nice with great views from the seats. If you don't want to be behind the net you have to sit past the bases though. We sat in section 110 on the aisle and was in line with 3rd base and could see great without the net in our way! The food options are amazing, but I was disappointed with my selection. I got the pork hoagie with chips and, because I avoid dairy, asked if anything came on it. The lady said no and I responded, ok, just meat then? She responded a SECOND time that it was just meat so I got it. What I got was a ham sandwich with some kind of condiment, pickles, and cheese. Not at all what I wanted! It wasn't even a hoagie bun! The game was good though and Birdzerk was entertaining.

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL PARK IN DOWNTOWN BILOXI

By Bnbiloxi |

Beautiful, new baseball park across from the Beau Rivage Casino and the Biloxi beach. There is not a bad seat in the stadium! Plenty of free parking on the premises. It has a really nice concession stand with a good variety of food and beer. The Biloxi Shuckers' games are so fun to watch. There are also high school tournaments played there from time to time..

Nice park

By jweith |

My son got me tix to see the Shuckers play since I am die hard Brewers fan. Stadium is nice. We sat front row 110 but honestly all the seats look good. Told a clerk in their store they needed to get some Brewers items in there for all us transported Yankees. She said she had been working on that. Venders were good and prices were very reasonable. Be aware parking is just anywhere you can find it with no parking garage specifically for this venue. Only disappointment was they close down selling things in the 7th inning. We wanted a rootbeer float but they wouldn't do it. Was kinda disappointed with that. We did enjoy the game (they won) and was fun to see some hopefully up and coming Brewers.

Not A Splash

By BamaGrandslammer |

I've visited more than 100 baseball stadiums (MLB, MILB, NCAA) across the country, including several AA parks in the Southern League (Birmingham, Montgomery, Pensacola) and this one does not quite matchup with their brethren. I was in Biloxi for the Conference USA tournament & the 2 games I saw, were not the most well attended, which may contribute to the lack of atmosphere. Other than the statue of the MGM Lion, the main entrance was unspectacular. The concourse is wide, but not a lot of character. Most of the concession stands & kiosks were closed during the games I attended, so not a lot of options available to sample. The stadium appears to have been crammed into a small area, just across Beach Blvd from the Beau Rivage, whose deck appears to be the best parking option for MGM Park attendees. Will try and return when the general resident, Biloxi Shuckers are playing, which could alter by original opinions. There is a nice view of the Beau Rivage from the seating bowl.

Very Nice New Minor League Ballpark

By toomuchtravel |

One of 7 ballparks we visited on our annual minor league baseball tour - this year through the Southeast. Very nice ballpark that opened mid-season. Only complaint is that the team store is very small and cramped. Go between innings - there can be a long line that winds around the narrow store and doesn't lend itself to browsing the store very well during peak times prior to first pitch. Try getting a room across the street at the Four Points Hotel - nice and affordable.

Great Minor League Park!

By Creek McCoy |

Caught the 2017 opening night game. My family loved the atmosphere and the Shuckers are still providing a good competitive team to cheer for. The park provides a good local flavor of food, and the location of the park certainly gives spectators a feel for Biloxi. Great place to visit!!!

Great ballpark

By AlnAbroad |

We had so much watching the Shuckers play! Minor league baseball is my favorite kind of baseball to watch live, and MGM Park was a great place to do it. It exceeded all our expectations! The park is right by the water, and from some seats you can even see boats sailing by. There's also a consistent and cool breeze, which not only is nice for the spectators but adds an extra element for the players.

But there's so much more going on than just baseball. There are games and activities, and even people who don't like baseball will have a fun time. Plus the night we were there they did fireworks after the game, and the fireworks show was spectacular!

Wonderful Evening at the Ballpark

By Patricia B |

The Biloxi Shuckers were quite entertaining. The park has some great seating at reasonable prices. Lots of food and beverage options. An easy walk to Hard Rock and Beau Rivage if that is where you are staying overnight.

Good sound system

By trouble1964 |

We stayed in the hotel next door while there was an outdoor concert held there. We didn't attend the concert, but when outside, could hear---and understand---all the words.

Terrific minor league park

By Aaron W |

MGM Park is a very nice home of the Shuckers. The park is not loaded with crazy features or odd spectacles, but is a wonderful place to sit and watch a quality baseball game.

My son and I picked up tickets just behind the first base dugout on walk-up. While staying at the Beau, getting to MGM Park is as easy as crossing the street. Tickets were in line with other double A parks.

The staff was very friendly and added a touch of southern hospitality to the event. The team store was nicely priced and afforded a shirt and scorebook for us for under $20. We did not eat at the park, so I cant comment on the food options. But they looked to have some local favorites available.

Again, a very nice minor league park with a great staff. If you enjoy watching actual baseball, this park will suit you just fine.

MGM

By LINDA Davis |

Amazing place to visit, brought my grandson here and we enjoy the foods. Outstanding, and a beautiful view.

Great time if you can afford it

By sabertooths |

The ball game is a great time. But beware of the crazy concession prices!! I learned I must eat before I get to the ball park. I don't see how a young family with a couple kids can afford to go to a game. ???

Playoff Game

By Kenny21NJ |

I had no idea there was a minor league team in Biloxi I just happen to catch a game after the season had ended because the team made the playoffs. The stadium is new in 2015. It's your basic Minor league stadium. Food and drinks about average price. Good site lines to watch the game

Good Minor League Stadium

By ChitownCountry |

Originally scheduled to go to a night game. Game was postponed a hour before start of game due to wet grounds. Biloxi Shuckers Ticket Staff were very apologetic about the last minute cancellation which was out of their control. Ending up going to game the next morning and was able to get the same seat as the original ticket. A good view from every seat. Great experience. 11am start, 81 degrees with 90% humidity was tough with limited shade. Recommend going to evening games.

What a Great Ball Park

By jimmielea |

We recently attended a game at MGM Park in Biloxi, MS., to see the Biloxi Shuckers play the Mississippi Braves. This was our first time at MGM Park and it is really spectacular. We were so please, not a bad seat in the house. We had great box seats between home plate and first base and they were on $12.00 for seniors and I believe on $13 for others. We had a really good hot dog as well. I was gratified to see all the additional food choices offered at the park. We also had a really good Abita beer to go with that dog. Not many ballparks I have been in offer good craft beers on draft, MGM Park does. Concessions are a bit prices but that is to be expected in a ball park these days. However the ticket prices are so reasonable and free parking. You can't beat the experience. It had been a hot day and yet we were very comfortable with that lovely gulf breeze blowing through the park. Go watch a game. I wish I lived closer I would buy season tickets.

Biloxi Shuckers

By Mark M |

We have went to watch the Biloxi Shuckers play the Mississippi Braves and had a very good time. We had seats between the visitors dugout and home plate. The seats at this park put you closer to the field which is very nice. Our seats were bigger the ones at the Mobile Bay Bears field which we have been to many times, not sure if all seats at that size though. As with all summer games it can be very hot at the ball park but the breeze off the Gulf was nice. We have friends that like to sit on the hill in the right field corner and have gone several times this year. The young kids looked like they had a blast running on the field when they had activities for them between innings. The only draw back which is the same where ever you go is the price of the drinks and food. Two beers was $15 which is ridiculous and I don't want to know how much my wife and daughter spent on the food. Sad this is what keeps most families from going to a ball park.

opening night fun

By mustachemark1 |

This was just cheap old fun baseball. we stayed across the street so it was walk over, buy tickets and enjoy. Beer was good, and the endless popcorn for 4.50 was a plus. Nice park

Went to the baseball game

By thomasfburrows |

had some really nice tickets and came close to being hit by a ball. The process a little high for drinks and food.

Biloxi Shuckers baseball

By Byron P |

Came here with friends to watch the local Biloxi Schuckers play ball. We had a great time out there. Check it out if you're in the area.

Beautiful day at the ballgame!

By Shaun C |

I've been to numerous shuckers games, but tonight was the best by far. If you plan to go, get the cable one seats immediately behind home plate. You'll have your own personal wait staff (debbie, you were awesome!), the best view of the game, and access to the cable one lounge where you'll get free fountain drinks, popcorn, and AC (comes in handy later in the season). Tickets were $20/per and the atmosphere is nice for a AA game! Great nighttime event for the family if it's in season!

Wow

By Sarahfay B |

We went to see the Shuckers play the M. Braves it was a good game. The stadium was nicely done, the staff was super awesome. The food prices for a Stadium were reasonable. The womenโ€™s bathroom were clean which to me is always a plus. The menโ€™s according to my husband were just gross. Note to self next time bring an umbrella for shade . It was our first time going to see a baseball game, we were not prepared but had a great time.

Great baseball--but EXPENSIVE eats and drinks!

By ronsliga |

Enjoyed the minor league baseball experience--but the food and drink vendor prices are ridiculous! Won't be going to too many games.

Great Alternative to the Casino

By Treavor B |

MGM Park is beautiful on the inside, although they are still finishing construction on the outside. It is hard to imagine a better Double-A ballpark in America right now. There is a large Jumbotron and the standard gamut of minor league between-inning festivities. There are a lot of concessions, so visitors have many food and beverage choices. And the best part is that seats are inexpensive. I enjoyed my evening in the ballpark.

Go Shuckers!

By Lisa B |

What a great time to cheer for the Shuckers! My son and I enjoyed a fun night out, relaxing, taking in a great game. The prices are very reasonable, the snacks were tasty and anywhere you went in the ballpark you had a great view of the game. To top it off, Shuckers won and played like MLB players!

Visit if you can!

By L.D. |

Visited on spur of the moment and enjoyed every minute. Tickets are very reasonable and the atmosphere is fun. I recommend taking the family or coming on a date. Everyone can have fun!

Great addition to Biloxi

By shippy7 |

It's very nice stadium. You can get good seats for 11.00. The food and drinks are a little on the pricey side. A very small glass of wine is 8.00, and a beer was 7.00. So for two big you have two drinks and eat something, you will spend at least 70.00 for two. A little less if you stick to soft drinks. It is a nice break from the casinos.

Great Minor League Ballpark

By Bob67215 |

This is a great ballpark. The views of the field are great, the staff were all super friendly, and the weather (at least the night I was there) was perfect.

When I travel to see a new Minor League Stadium, I am always interested in seeing what unique foods the team offers. Well, in my experience I have seen mini helmets filled with ice cream, popcorn, and even nachos. But this was the first time I ever saw Shrimp and crawfish etouffee in a mini helmet. (See attached picture) And it was GOOD.

Not many minor league ballparks leave an impression on me where I would be dying to go back, but the Suckers gave me a great night, and I look forward to someday going to another game here.

FUN WITH THE FAMILY

By Mike S |

we had a great time with the family, the kids really enjoyed the game and the whole experience. A bit pricey but they all are. Overall a really good time.

A great MS night for baseball!

By Dewayne P |

This is a neat little AA stadium. There is plenty of parking nearby and onsite for a fee. The tickets are reasonable for a night at the park. They have a decent sized gift shop to purchase all of your Shucker's gear. Several eateries dot the concourse area to fit your wants. There is absolutely zero shade, so on a sunny day I can imagine it is almost unbearable, but night games are perfect. Great view behind the outfield.

Great family fun at MGM

By JohnnyK3871 |

This is a must if you are in Biloxi and are a minor league baseball fan. Very nice stadium, family friendly, and not a bad seat in the house.

Very Nice Ball Park

By TravelingTeachersX2 |

Love minor league baseball. My daughter and I attended a weeknight game while visiting Biloxi. We parked at Beau Rivage, and walked to the stadium. Food was very good, and typically priced high like most ball park food. We bought tickets at the gate and had really good seats.

A Beautiful Baseball Stadium

By anthonycW4867OM |

Walking distance from the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino, it's a beautiful well kept ball field directly across the street from the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino.
One of many things to do while staying in Biloxi Mississippi.

Great stadium

By Loren R |

We went here for our first baseball game together. They had many food and beverage vendors to choose from. My only gripe is that I feel they sell more tickets than there are seats for. We were on the grassy slope which can only seat so many and that can be variable depending on their size. I also wish they had a smaller scoreboard on the other side so that people who had to sit on the grass, on pavement or stand could see the score.

Pretty Fun, Not a Huge Crowd

By wxgeek |

We've been to a couple games now, the crowd is borderline nonexistent at the games. I've been to plenty of little league games that were rowdier and louder than these. Nevertheless, the park is always very clean and the employees are friendly. The park is empty so don't worry about buying seats to a specific area, you can usually just sit anywhere.

Great Addition to the Area

By SouthernVoiceBiloxi |

Surprisingly, this location is not as bad as I thought it would be. Parking is easily within walking distance. The field and seating arrangements are one of the best I've seen. On a warm summer night the glow of the casinos, with the Full Moon rising, it is a spectacular experience. There are local food vendors as well which added to the enjoyment.

Beautiful Ball Park

By Chris W |

They really did a great job building this park. Any evening game that starts after 6pm, every seat is in the shade. Most times there is a good breeze, but if you go near the grass field near right field, there is a great breeze, plus the tickets are only $10 for the grass area. Bring a cushion or a towel to sit and let the kids run and play. The food is some of the best park food you can get, and not too high on prices. The beer is expensive, but that's to be expected. We will continue to visit the Shuckers for many games to come.

Fantastic Fan-centered Ballpark

By kccrawford |

Such a beautiful park. Not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of entertainment for kids. Always cool breeze off the ocean to make weather nice. Their fan merchandise is incredible. I wish our local minor league team was this much fun!

Great Baseball if you are a fan...

By Gene B |

MGM Park is our Minor League affiliate of the Milwaulkee Brewers, they are called the Shuckers and are a Double-A Team.

Great Park

By jbsales |

Great views from all sections. Really good snacks and cold drinks. Great family attraction. Lots of Shuckers souvenirs . Parking okay, but could be better...

Great place to catch a ballgame!

By Miami622 |

This stadium is home to the AA Biloxi Shuckers, who an affiliate of the Los Angeles Angles. The park is conveniently located across from the Beau Rivage Casino/Resort and directly off the highway. The prices on admission and food/drinks are reasonable and they have many options. The staff are friendly and unlike most stadiums, they donโ€™t harass you about where you sit. Itโ€™s minor league ball so you arenโ€™t exactly fighting crowds! The access to the players and field is awesome. The one negative is a lack of shade but other than that, this is a fantastic place to relax and watch some baseball!

MGM Park at Beau Rivage

By Essfancy |

Beautiful New Baseball Park. Biloxi Shuckers (AA baseballheld) their first game on June 6, 2015. Park is directly across the street from the Beau Rivage.

Great Afternoon at MGM Park

By CathyP1953 |

What a great experience... just across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!!!!!! We were very fortunate to have tickets through the Beau Rivage... the private club level section was just perfect!!! Buffet lunch with burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, slaw, nachos!!! Delicious!!! Courteous attentants!! Awesome experience!!! Thank you Beau Rivage and MGM Properties!!!

Great place

By Mr H |

So new, nice people, short walk from the the Hard Rock. It was a nice surprise to my vacation to be able to walk across the street to a ball game.

Great atmosphere but expected more from MGM

By CDS8903AI |

Parking is interesting. We parked at the Beau Rivage across the street, but we were never specificly told we could. It is free. The park is new and very nice, but is is very plain. I go and see a minor league game every time I travel. I guess I expected more from MGM. The quality of the food was great. Typical ballpark fare. The bathrooms were clean and enormous. I only say that because it is usually the opposite at most ballparks. Thus may be my quirk, but we collect the small baseball caps you get ice cream in at most parks. This is the first one that did not have the home team's logo on it. It was the patent club (brewers). I would love to have a Shuckers cap. It is worth going if you have time and you are in the area.

Best thing to happen to Biloxi...

By April F |

Great entertainment for the whole family. We have two teenage daughters, and it's never an easy task to find something for them both to enjoy. If you don't mind a little heat, go down and enjoy a game. Looking for good beer? Check out the beer garden, located inside park. Free parking just a short walk away @ the Beau Rivage Casino.

Another great MGM property

By rthornton3 |

Stay there this year and had a great time. They had a great casino with all the new games. The food was good and the room were very nice.

1st game...total fun

By tinadesoto |

Great game. Lovely atmosphere! Hope to return soon!!! Easy access from the Beau Rivage. Food was good and decent prices.

Good Minor League Facility

By Eccl5v18 |

We visited MGM Park on a late April Game. Temperatures were in the low 70's thru out the game. MGM is designed so the entire field is in the shade by approx. 7pm. This is great for summer games, but I recommend a light jacket for games in the low 70's and below, due to ocean breeze. The facility is well kept with plenty of choices for dining. I would check their web sight for promotions before visiting to ensure your best ticket price. We will be visiting here many more times. Free Parking in the Beau Rivage parking structure, across hwy from MGM Park.

Great double header

By roleycsl |

We were a family of six and enjoyed both games, inspire of the temporary rain delay.

$2 hot dogs and bottomless popcorn made the evening even better.

The public relations team at the stadium, did a great job in- between innings, keeping the crowd entertained. Both baseball teams generously shared foul balls with the fans.

Shuckers exhibition game

By Karen H |

The park is very nice, clean, and well maintained. We had a great time watching the game. The bathrooms are plentiful and very clean. The staff was very nice too. If you get a chance sit near the wonderful ladies that hold season tickets on the first base side near the top row. They will enhance your ball game experience!

Great place for the evening

By Quackaddict |

Very nice ballpark, have watched several games here. Nice breeze off the gulf ( Thanks Hurricane Harvey) and great time overall. Very family friendly and just a good break from the " beachy" stuff๐Ÿ˜„.

Nice facility, Nasty fans

By sassiemassie |

We came there because our team was playing the Shuckers. Beware, you cannot cheer for your team if you are not a Shuckers' fan because the fans are so nasty and mean to you if you do. It was horrible. I was actually scared. I did 3 stars because the facility is super nice.

Bike The Beach

By Nancy R |

Event for Make a Wish Foundation. Had a blast. Got to meet Paul Tutel Jr., take pictures and get autographs. Great place to meet people from all over.

Great Venue and Value

By Jason S |

This was my 16th minor league stadium of the year and probably one of the nicest. we sat in row 2 behind the home team dugout. Normal stadium concessions. My only complaint was the usher. We came back from the concessions and decided to sit in row 1 so as not to disturb others in our row. It was the 3rd inning and the people with the tickets clearly weren't coming to the game. She came down and made us move. Stay out of Margaret's section 105

Minor league fun

By Scott B |

First time to visit here tonight... It was a rainout. Had fun though, we got to watch an awesome fireworks display. The fireworks were loud though, I would make sure kids have hearing protection. This is a nice ballpark with great sight lines. I thought the food was reasonable ( The Shed BBQ) is served!! The team store was a bit overpriced. All in all this is a fine place to watch a ballgame.

loved it

By dwrn54 |

We were staying at the Beau Rivage, so we walked over to see a game. It was exciting, fun and the junk food was great. Good night out. Fantastic seats at a great price.

Fun outing at MGM Park.

By OPMaster1978 |

Took in a Biloxi Shuckers game here while on vacation. Well kept park situated in a part of town that provides a good backdrop for the stadium. Prices are reasonable as they are at most minor league ball parks and the product on the field was good. A nice, affordable, family friendly entertainment option.

Great venue for baseball

Took my son and his friend to a Shuckers game. MGM is a world class facility and a value for the price. Lines for concessions move quickly and there's a great variety of both food and drinks.

The suites are even better and provide the best viewing for any event. I've been to major league stadiums and while they're bigger, not all of them offer the amount of variety that MGM does. Highly recommended.

Not a bad seat in the house.

By HughMcAloon |

Minor league team, major league experience. Heck, BETTER than many major league experiences. I don't think there was an obstructed-view seat anywhere in the park. Concession stations were plentiful enough that no line got very long, bathrooms were clearly marked and spacious, and common areas were roomy so that you could walk through them easily despite there being a crowd. Well-designed stadium worthy of a competitive team. Oh, and the staff we encountered were all helpful. A pleasant experience all-around.

Was a good ballpark with good views. Food assortment and pricing was excellent! Bathrooms were clean, large and well kept. Parking a few steps away under the bridge was good- enjoy a day at the ballpark!

Biloxi Shuckers Ballpark

This ballpark opened this year. What an amazing place. They have the best ballpark food from hot dogs to burgers to po'boys to smoked oysters. The team is wonderful. All of the seats in the ballpark have a great view. I can't wait to go back again.

Went to see my nephew play at MGM Park. The seating was comfortable and well-spaced. There was a fun jump for the children on one side of the park. Concessions were a little pricey but that was expected. Overall, this was a good experience.

Gem of a Park

By Eric Zimmerman |

We went to several baseball games here. To be honest, I'm not a big baseball fan, and I don't follow the team. That being said, it was a blast. The park is new and small. All the seats are great. The prices are good, and it's a great place to watch a baseball game. We'll be attending more games just because the park is so cool.

Had a great time!

We've been to MGM Park several times and we always have a great time. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area for an event or vacation. Take the family and kids and enjoy!

Shuckers baseball game

By hopalongrving |

Cheap tickets, well maintained park and decent parking for a mid downtown field. We were lucky in that our game got rained out so we got to watch a double header of 7 inning games. If you are a foodie have there beer and onion bratwurst.
If you have kiddos consider sitting on the visitor side near the dugout, they gave so many balls to the kids!

Shuckers Stadium

I work for one of the Southern League baseball team's and I must say this stadium was very nice! Conveinent to everythin. Friendly staff. The only thing I think is they need somewhere with shade.

a great ballpark.

By David W |

while most minor league ballparks, including this one, are of similar design, this is still a very nice ballpark. the seating area has no bad seats and there is plenty of different food on the concourse. there is often a nice breeze of the gulf, though there is no shade, so bring your sunscreen for a day game. there seems to be plenty of easy parking around the ballpark and at the Beau Rivage parking garage across the street.

Minor league baseball in a major fun setting.

By daleccccc |

Minor league baseball is fun because they entertain you between innings, the food is good, the beer is cold, the seats are close to the field and here the folks are so friendly. Nice new park with comfortable seats and a good view from everywhere.

Fun for the family

By Roscoe H |

Watching the Biloxi Shuckers play at MGM Park is a fun family outing. There are enough activities (in addition to the game) to keep kids entertained, such as the Kid Zone, Possum chase, Crawfish Boil Race, etc. The concession stands have everything from traditional ballpark fare (hot dogs, popcorn, peanuts) to muffalettas. Additionally, tickets are reasonably priced, and the park itself is small enough that if your kid needs the restroom or is thirsty, you don't have to trek far as is often the case in a major league ballpark. There were fireworks on the night we attended that our daughter declared "amazing" because "they lasted for such a long time, and it wasn't even July 4th" . Worth adding to your vacation plans, especially if you are staying at the Beau Rivage as there is a skyway from the Beau to MGM Park.

Great ballpark

By GregF699 |

It is always a good trip to the ballpark but can get kind of expensive. With the price of food & beverages it makes it tough for a family to attend

Awesome stadium, Great Value and Fun!!!

By Darren C |

I first have to admit that I am not an avid baseball fan by any means. We were in Biloxi for a few days and decided, why not see the Biloxi Shuckers? The park was an easy walk from the Beau Rivage, ticket prices are very reasonable for a great night of family entertainment. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house and the facility is in great shape (pretty new). The team does something in between most innings and the AA leagues have a pitch clock, meaning that unlike MLB the games move along at a good pace. The food and drink choices were outstanding, something for everyone and not overpriced like Major League stadiums. Most impressive was the "beer garden" - keep going down the first base line towards the outfield on the club level - local craft and microbrew selections on tap. Nice to see the team support local businesses (check out the selection of Biloxi Brewing Company beers - good stuff). We had a fun time, all the staff at the park were great and we had a great night of family fun in a very nice stadium.

Not a bad seat in the house!

MGM Park is an exciting new attraction to the Gulf Coast. I've attended many of The Biloxi Shuckers baseball games this season and had a blast each time. Very accessible. Took advantage of free parking at Beau Rivage Casino and walked the short distance (across Hwy 90) to the park. Family friendly. Variety of food and beverages available. And fan gear sold on premises.

Kid friendly!

Baseball: the good old fashioned way!

By Marvin K |

The way baseball used to be before the multi-million dollar "big boys" made the game a business rather than a game. My wife and I went to a game this past season (2015) and found it very entertaining. It had a "home-town", "field of dreams" feel...complete with various between inning contests featuring fans doing crazy things on the field. The quality of play was, as expected, not major league quality...but that was made up for in the enthusiasm and effort of play demonstrated by the players. I really wanted to go out there and take the field but felt that my skills and efforts would not be met with enthusiasm by management! A great way to spend a few hours when you are visiting Biloxi.

Minor league baseball among the casinos

By Jane K |

We were anxious to see a Biloxi Shuckers game at MGM park. The ballpark is typical of recently-built minor league parks. There isn't a bad seat in the house, and there is a good variety of ballpark food. They have a good PA system and state-of-the-art scoreboard.

Had a blast

A beautiful venue for baseball. My wife, daughter, and her husband took in the ballgame. It was exciting game that the Biloxi Shuckers won 2-0

Great NEW stadium. Still finishing up on details, but still beautiful stadium. Must get the Shed BBQ when there.

Nice Stadium

By dcstreet53 |

This is a great place to check out minor league baseball. There are plenty of drink and food choices and of course it is right on the beach.

Beautiful New Ballpark

By BMinton |

My hubby had to go to a game even though it was scorching hot with high humidity. But the ballpark is beautiful and we had a great time. Great food and drink prices at pricing like you would find in most ballparks. We stayed at the Beau Rivage so we were able to just walk across the street

Perfect for Baseball Junkies

By Jeremy A |

One of the best places for minor league baseball. Gorgeous setting, great food, and great baseball. Love the setting. Truly a gem.

Great baseball park

By jim727 |

This is a brand new baseball park...built by MGM and right across from the Beau Rivage casino for the Biloxi Shuckers are the AA farm team for the Milwaukee Brewers. Great food; all seats are close to the field. A fun experience. Parking can be a problem; we found street parking about two blocks away. Went May 2, 2018; 6 PM temp was 70 degrees.

First MiLB experience

By Ashley Smith |

My husband and I decided to take in our first Shuckers game on a whim. We lucked out with good seats, but that was just the beginning of our adventure!

First off, the stadium. The stadium is set up nicely in a way that no seat is a bad seat. They have pricing options for just about everyone, so you should be good to go. We went in the evening, so I'm not sure how the sun hits certain seats during the day time. There is food along the backside of all seats, so that makes it easy access for everyone.

They had a variety of food options. We only tried the general stands, but till try more next time. The lines were a little slow at the main stands, but I expect that is opening day kinks. They just seemed behind the whole time. I'm sure this will even out as the season progresses. I will reserve food critiques till I have tried more items available.

The game itself was a lose, but the entertainment was there. They have fun little games and interactive to keep you entertained. I enjoyed the atmosphere.

The extras in the stadium are pretty cool. They had a little play area off to the side with a bouncy thing for kids. Not sure if it's standard, but it was pretty nifty. They have a really good sportswear shop. Loved their variety and we definitely gave them some money!

Overall a good experience. Might be a 4 star, but won't know until we experience more of the food options and the stadium seating options. Do yourself a favor and go. If anything it's fun to say the team name.

Nice minor league baseball experience

By Rachel123000 |

This is a really nice new ballpark. The ticket prices are very reasonable and the experience is enjoyable. We were here on a Tuesday night and there were lots of open seats. We were able to buy really good tickets at the gate. I hear that they draw a bigger crowd on weekends. Go Shuckers!

Outstanding food and beverage

By Ramblingman163 |

The Biloxi Shuckers play in MGM Park across the street from the Beau Rivage Casino. It looks like it was designed by the same team that designed the stadium in Pensacola. Itโ€™s a wonderful park with only a couple of minor setbacks.

Pros โ€“ The stadium is located right where I-110 ends and is very accessible. There is a pretty good breeze coming off the Gulf that helps keep you cool. There is a large variety of craft beers and ciders available for a decent price. They have as wide a variety of foods available as I have seen in any minor league park. The nachos are delicious and will easily feed two people. The staff is very friendly.

Cons โ€“ It is hard to get into the parking garage if you are coming off the interstate. Parking is as expensive as it is at many major league parks ($10 at most lots). The worst thing about this park is definitely the seats. We are not small people but we are by no means the largest people at the park, either. We could barely fit into the seats. It must be highly uncomfortable for many people.

We were able to find some seating in another section that was better for us, so we moved. We will probably come back, if only for the drinks and food.

Helicopter drop Easter Egg hunt

By Christina A |

We took our two young kids to a Easter Egg drop and it sounded really cool and had it been better organized it would have been really cool but it was a mess. Kids getting trampled, parents looking for their kids, and most kids that were not on the side of the field where the eggs were dropped got no eggs at all. I hope it will work out its kinks and be better next year. As far as normal events on the field I have heard good things but never went to any other event there myself.

Very Inviting Atmosphere

By Fayrilla |

This park is top notch as far as accomodations, food, entertainment, the people that work there are very helpful also, had a great time

... you'll love this place. Great food and drinks, and a wonderful minor league baseball atmosphere. Modern stadium right across from the Beau Rivage. Pick a night when they do fireworks - that alone is worth the price of admission.

Great Ballpark

Awesome ballpark with a great background behind the outfield fences. Nice breezes off the gulf keep the temps down. I have attended Shuckers games and Southern Miss games here and have always had great experiences.

July Visit

By Stan H |

MGM park, I was impressed with this new ball park. Just a walk across from the street from Beau Rivage. They are called Shuckers its a minor league team from the Milwaukee Brewers. The ticket were $15.00 and sat behind 3rd base dugout. Even the souvenirs are cheap. Worth the visit if you like baseball. Stan H.

Shuckers Game

By dori m |

We enjoy going as a family to watch the Shuckers play. The park is always clean including the bathrooms. The game is entertaining and family friendly. The firework show is something to enjoy.

Great evening!

By ratherbetravelin2018 |

We had a fabulous time at the Biloxi Shuckers game! The stadium is spotless, the food is delicious, and the players were fantastic. The activities between innings keep even the youngest fans engaged. The staff and volunteers are polite and helpful, and everyone exudes Southern hospitality at its best. The fireworks show is one of the best we've ever seen. The only downside was we lost this game. I highly, highly recommend going to a Shuckers game--better yet, get season tickets!

Minor league baseball

Mgm park is a first class minor league baseball park. The food is excellent for a baseball park. The beer selection is second to none in all of minor and major league baseball. We return on a yearly basis.

What a shame. Locales are not going to pay the outrageous parking fees. We are priced out and they don't give a dam. Wait when there is a downturn in the economy. Would never go there.

We were on a walk in the evening and saw that a ballgame had just got underway. The Biloxi Shuckers were playing. (Minor league team for the Brewers). Tickets were $13 dollars and we were right in the front. It was a great family atmosphere and laid back the way baseball should be. My wife and I had a great evening watching the game.

$2 Dogs, popcorn and Beer

By aferriso |

It was a fun night. The Biloxi team won. We had $2 Hot dogs and $2 beers and the tickets were $11 which were great seats. For $24 you can sit at the dugout or on the field row seats. A must night out and inexpensive and Fun..
Great for Kids.. to run bases and get involved....

Been to a baseball game and a concert here and it's great. The beer is stupid expensive but I guess that's to be expected. The food was pretty good though.
