Only mall in the city

By Alejandra H |

It is a medium size mall, good variety of stores, it has a food court inside with like a 10-15 restaurants, it has a movie theatre and it has a lot of parking lot

It's alright

By Gilberto G |

There's the movie theatre, gamestop, books a million, and that's about it for teenagers, sure there's clothes shoes etc but it's not something wow,it's an average place with a verga people

Good Location Management Needs Better Housekeeping

By Transporter73 |

This was the second time wife & I visited this mall. We went to catch a movie. The service was great but upon entering the movie entrance, there was a lot of liter on the ground. Although they were busy, it’s just not a good look. All in all, we had a great time.

Sad :(

By wanderingguruu |

I hadn't been in this mall in years. I went there 2 weeks ago and left depressed. It is definitely not what once was. All the stores look poorly kept. They have not a lot in stock and the place look deserted. Lots of stores have closed and it seems like something out of the walking dead.Joe Brand now looks like a Ross and has lost all character. I can really see how economy has hit this place. I was super disappointed.

Typical indoor Mall and shops

By PC15 |

The mall is spread out and actually quite big, so be sure you remember which door you enter and where you parked. Nothing special, except there is a huge Carrousel that is near the JC Penny's that is worth the visit to let the kids take a ride; this is an old style carrousel and really quite amazing to find it at a mall. Food court is average and nothing special (most have a Mexican flavor) as to be expected. Movie Theater had the normal first run movies and the typical group of young kids hanging around the ticket booth. The mall closes at 9:00 pm so be sure you allow enough time to shop.

Nothing new

By yareli |

The mall has always been the same ….only thing i like macys & main event… there’s nothing new . I wish Laredo had more thing to do .

Very good mall

By jcisinthehouse |

You could find everything here!! I love this place!! Lots of good stores and restaurants.
Arrive early as it gets crowded after noon.

Only mall in town

By Ruben H |

Unfortunately since it is the only mall in town it gets very crowded weekends, evenings and any holiday. I avoid this place as much as possible for the reasons previously mentioned.

Movie theater/shopping

By Petitetaurus |

Theater was clean and temperature was cool. Shopping experience was nice found what I went to purchased variety of sizes and colors.

Nice Mall

By Carlos C |

Mall is big with good stores and proximate to restaurants right off I35.

Good selection of stores and nice food court. Not a bad place to shop.

Expected more

By DiazSr |

Was a big mall but expected more. Movie Theater was awesome. Plenty of diversity in the food court. Stores were a little on the pricey side, but good variety.

Just about everything

By Carlos P |

It’s a bit understated from the outside looking in but once inside you’ll find it as big as any in the state. I have not been there in a while so I don’t when the renovated but it’s noticeably newer and very clean. It has everything you would expect in a modern mall.

What a great mall to shop around

By rodriguezjesser65 |

They have everything here at this mall, I really enjoyed visiting this place, you'll find lots of good sales & out of the ordinary fun stuff here, it's a nice place to shop

A trip to the mall

By Brian-holder |

Based on the reviews, we thought that this was going to be an "out of the ordinary" mall with some spectacular bargains. Our conclusions were that the mall was modern and spacious, but certainly not spectacular and we didn't find any great deals. In all, it was pretty typical.

Great Mall, Good Variety

By AlvildaL |

It's a mall like most others, but it's clean, well mapped out, and a good variety of shops. I enjoyed grabbing a coffee and walking around.

Nice walk, but dirty in some areas!

By NinaW2000 |

Mall is large and has plenty of good stores. Some areas looked fairly dirty mainly due to the traffic with children. If they start picking up after them it will give the mall a better look. Lots of young people and families enjoying themselves. Not too bad for an afternoon walk.

A mall is a mall, but....

By Rafael F |

The average temperature in Laredo in the summer is 100+ degree so you would expect the mall to be cool, right? Well, yes it is cooler than 100 degrees but not by much. Fortunately some of the stores are cooler.

Just window shopping.

By karmaround3 |

Lots of stores, plenty to see, just remember which direction you came in from. It is a large mall. Next time I will buy something, just too much too see.

Wow it's big!

By Azure H |

Lots and lot's of stores on one level. It seems to go on and on. There is a Cinemax movie theater inside also.

Nice Mall

By Jim M |

Nothing special, but well kept. Has most major retail stores and a pretty decent food court. The movie theater is great. It has been upgraded with recliners in all theatres.

Walk to Shop

By mike severeid |

Here, there's something for everyone, but make sure to wear comfortable shoes and park near the middle. This mall has trendy new boutique style stores, yet includes the traditional cornerstone department stores like Sears, Macy's, Dillard's and the dependable standby’s like Radio Shack and Disney. For comforting those hunger pangs, there is the always present food court, a Starbuck’s nearby, a not-so-great Luby’s and a Tony Roma’s.
If you’re not into shopping, it’s a great place to get in an air-conditioned walk to escape the Laredo heat!

A True Standby

By Helen V |

Mall del Norte was built in the late 1970s, but it has managed to keep itself modern. Great stores, great food court and a movie theater that has senior and weekly discounts on the newest movies.

Mall del Norte

By Steve O |

This Mall is easily accessible from the freeway, ample parking, very good selection of stores, with lots of possibilities in the food court.

A very quiet mall on Sundays, nice for a walk around

By Cameron |

I visited on Sunday at about 11am and it was very quiet. It was nice for a walk around, has a few places for coffee and an okyay food court with a good selection of clothes shops including a few big super markets.

Lots of great stores

By Chriistyy |

Great stores theater and great restaurants in the food court there's a playground for the kids it's a good mall

Its Ok

By CharlieCarrie |

Food court is really small, eat outside or plan eating outside, theres a Lubys cafeteria it may be a little more expensive but food quality is way better than fast food restaurants.

Lots of stores Lots of Walking

By Michael R S |

This mall has kept up with trends in new boutique styles while maintaining a balance with cornerstone department stores like Sears, Macy's, Dillard's and "old faithfuls" like Luby's, Radio Shack and Disney.
There's something for everyone, just make sure to wear comfortable shoes and park near the middle.

My two day rest

By ayolie59 |

We have been around for several years and still stay at motel next to mall. So than we can shop, go eat and watch movies as well as get some exercise having fun.

The only big mall in Laredo

By Chuch Arriaga |

Regular small town mall with all the regular American stores.

There is this mall and Laredo Outlet near number one crossing bridge.

Great

By Gring0bill |

Very light crowd. (Good) stores clean and well stocked. Great shopping experience! Definitely a go to place, if visiting Laredo.

great prices

By Perla E |

everything was on sale I love going to mall del norte you found everything on the same place.. on macys was a clinique bonus , then on jcpenney and sears had another sales.

Nice but dirty

By BonnieNimmo |

Hard to judge because the holidays bring lots of Mexican nationals who spend lots of money here but the mall and parking lot were full of trash. The mall itself has a nice variety of stores and is well lit and enjoyable.

Great Variety

By Cindy J |

There is a wide variety of stores from children's clothes to bookstores. There is also a wide variety of food from Mexican to Chinese and even fine dining. Excellent place to take the kids for a carousel ride or watch a movie.

Good not great

By Javo73 |

I have been visiting this mall for well over 30 years, and it has had good and not so good times.

Nowadays it is in an ok situation but it has been long since the last renovation took place. The anchor stores are Dillard’s, Macy’s and Sears. The stores available are good but not great.

No problem to find parking space and there are many dining options.

Average

By kellysa78 |

This mall is nothing to get excited about.. it's average at best. Has all the normal stores and a few others like Guess, Disney Store and a massive Forever 21.. food court is below average for sure, but you can always count on the Chick-fil-A.. except Sunday's.

Nice Mall

By Erika F |

Has plenty of stores with a decent food court. Kept pretty clean. Also a much improved movie theater now with the reclinable seats.

New shoes

By Ricardo E |

Great customer service and very happy employees at all stores
My Son loves shopping at mall del norte- Laredo

Confortable place

By Marco_Laredo |

it was good purchasing experience on our family trip, there are many stores with different items for all the family

Bigger than I thought

By mel19802016 |

The mall has a good number of stores. The common areas were clean for the most part. The food court was the exception lots of spills and dirty tables. The movie theater inside is nice comfortable seats and fresh popcorn.

Its the only mall in town!

By Jonny782015 |

Laredo grows at a very slow pace. The town only has one mall and this is it. Mall del Norte is a good for shopping and movies. They don't have good food inside but the shopping stores are decent.

LOOKING FOR SHOES TO PURCHASE

By Fred D |

Good location, plenty of parking, well lit, convenient indoor shopping, plenty of food choices in between shopping

Better be bilingual!

By coker13 |

The mall is actually really big, we were surprised by the size. First and foremost, we are near the border to Mexico, so I expect everyone to be more on the speaking Spanish side, but it is overwhelming.. Most of everyone at and working at the mall speaks Spanish and not English. Although they were very friendly when we tried explaining we didn't understand it did get a little frustrating at times! The ups about this place, it has a neat carousel and a pretty big movie theater located inside the mall. A young boy in buckle is funny and the friendliest person we have encountered there! The bads, some of the stores were a bit small and understaffed. Occasionally the sales associate just didn't give a damn in helping you. Most speak Spanish. But all in all, it is a good mall.

Taking lunch.

By Cris T |

It is a big place with a lot of diverse stores. You can find things for all your family and some savings at places like Macys, Jcpenny and Dillard. There are some restaurants with different specialties. I usually get chick fill a or posh. There are 2 banks in there and ATMs.

Looking for tennis shoes

By puff600 |

Went to visit the many stores they have for tennis shoes, and i got to choose from a variety of stores that they have. Got me 2 pair.

Pretty standard mall

By Bernardo F |

A decent mall experience with ask the standard mall choices. Restaurants. Chain stores like Macy's and Dillards and even a Chuck e cheese. It's clean. Good parking and seemed like a safe place to shop

Nice mall, great for morning walking

By Attorney_and_Mom |

This is a very nice mall with lots of stores, great selection. The food court is also nice with lots of choices. There is a movie theater in the mall too. My favorite part is that they let people come to walk in the mornings before the stores open. I think this is to discourage walkers during operating hours but it is a very nice gesture. They play music for walking too.

Movies

By edwardjh2016 |

Went with my wife. Love the Recliner Lounge chairs. Very clean. Bathroom were clean as well. Alcohol is served.

Great sales

By Willazilla |

Every store I went to had something terrific on sale! The sales people went out of their way to find my size or product. And, this mall is huge, with many options.

Great mall but you can accidentally go to Mexico

By aromab34 |

Great location, great mall but I did end up at of point of no return on bridge to Mexico when I attempted to get to the duty free shop.. still don’t totally understand how to go to duty -free without going to Mexico but it was a beautiful walk across the bridge. So hard to see all of the hardships so many are having on the bridge while coming & going
