Very unprofessional social media admins. I guess it's easier to like a tweet than maintain a clean venue. Maybe focus more on your actual job and less in Kpop drama.

Had tickets for Taylor Swift in the Stadium Club section. A little high up but a great place with restrooms, drinks, food, bars, places to sit and come in from the pouring rain. Staff was friendly and efficient. My only problem was that they don't allow the hotel shuttles to pick up where the taxis and Uber drivers are. We had to walk all the way across to the back of the stadium parking lot in the pouring rain and gushing winds and could barely see the signs where the shuttle was. If the signs were lit it would have made it easier for a whole lot of people to find their cars and shuttles. Even a lit up sign that says "SHUTTLE PICK UP" would have really been helpful.

Love MetLife as great place to watch any sport but NFL in particular. All seats appear to give great views. If get tix in tight doors the access to indoor areas for bars and food is great.

This is my favorite East coast stadium located in the meadowlands. Went here for Wrestlemania and it was out of this world

A football game in the United States is a passion bordering on the religious fanaticism and a favourite pass time for multitudes. A visit to the METLIFE Stadium while a game is on has to be experienced to be believed. The stadium ground is so huge that if you genuinely want to watch the game, you might as well concentrate on the giant screens put on all sides. However, I get the impression that most of the people come here just to be a part of it and have a great time as well. The game itself is hard to understand with 3-5 second of activity and then another 30-45 seconds of break. It’s like watching a snail walk, were it not for the vibrant environment at the stadium. An one hour game generally takes about three hours to finish. The stadium itself is so huge that if you are coming here, be prepared to walk up to twenty minutes going in and coming out. It is a great show non-the-less, and not to be missed if you can get the tickets, that is.

Metallica Concert...... Just did it. Amazing sound system and crowd control. The listening experience was far better than anticipated. Comfortable seats (although I was not there to sit and listen to the Metallica.). Easy food counters with no cash to be used.

My friends and I went here for a stadium series hockey game. The stadium was amazing, parking we pretty easy, and the staff was nice. The only thing we didn’t like and this had less to with the stadium an issue with the NHL, the stores weren’t the best.

Great night at Melife watching Coldplay.
Easy to get to from Penn Station changing at Secacaus junction to Meadowlands.
Very well organised, had great seats on the pitch. Capacity was 50,000. Took 2 hours to get back.

My wife and I are from Australia and we went to the New York Giants game at Metlife stadium on Sunday the 5th November 2017. It was a cloudy day, the Giants lost against the LA rams (51-17) and we had an amazing experience watching our first ever NFL game.
The best way to get to the stadium if you don’t have a car is go the Port Authority and buy a return bus ticket for $12 (US). The bus will take you straight to the stadium and if there isn’t a lot of traffic, it is a quick drive. Make sure you get to Port authority at least a couple hours before game and bring beers with you!
Everyone drinks in the car park before entering the stadium. People have barbecues, Eskies are full of beer in the back of people car’s, camping chairs are out, tv’s are on, music is playing and this is all perfectly legal! Cops won’t stop you, it’s American tradition. The other great thing is there are portable toilets all around car park. Only in America hey!
We met up with an American friend of ours 1.5 hours before game, sat on chairs near his car and drank several beers in before heading into Stadium.
The Stadium is huge and the crowd go crazy at the game chanting for there team. Some things were learnt:
- Head into stadium at least 30 minutes before game starts, it is crowded and it will take you a while to go through security and find your allocated seat.
- Seats are expensive, ladies are not allowed to bring in regular size handbags.
- If your handbag is small and it just holds your purse and phone, you should be fine. It’s best to do some research on the web in regards to this before heading to the game.
- You are not allowed to bring any drink or food from outside in.
- There is no smoking in the stadium, if you leave stadium once in you won’t be able to enter again.
- If you don’t have relevant identification like a passport or an American licence, they will not serve you beer. It doesn’t matter how old you look either. If you show your passport, the staff member will get you to fill in a form also. I know it sounds crazy but you have no choice.
- After half time, no more beer is served at stadium, beers and food are very expensive.
- Bring warm clothing, beanie and a coat.
- Some seats are very high up in the stadium so if you are scared of heights, this may scare you a little depending on where you are seated.
If you are in New York and have never been to a game, definitely go, remember it doesn’t matter weather you understand game as it’s all about the experience.

Very nice stadium with reasonable concession stands, which is rare for big teams. You can get water for $2, popcorn and pretzels for $3. The only comment I have is that it is not a very straight forward parking situation. There is a lot of back and for and going around to just reach parking. However, its clean and a great experience.

Attended both a Jets & Giants game at this magnificent stadium. Also did a separate trip to do the tour (highly recommend!). The stadium is incredible, views, atmosphere, tailgates, history. Loved it!!! Tour guides were fun, friendly and really knowledgable too. If you’re a fan if football, the NFL or sport...get yourself along!! Its worth it!!!

Field goal in the last minute for the Giants win. Awesome stadium, even better game.
Great view, even from the top.
Train connection from Manhattan Penn Station via Secaucus a little longer, but not complicated (11€ pp)

Visited Metlife stadium on December 30 for the Dallas Cowboys vs New York Giants week 17 game. Had excellent seats; section 104 row 5 seats 7 & 8, next to the Giants tunnel. Even though we were surrounded mostly by Giants fans we were very well treated since my son and I are huge Cowboy fans. Excellent venue and very helpful staff.

Great time, a lot of security - parking was a little tough due to tailgating. Bathroom lines were crazy long, but were monitored so they were directing patrons and making the line go fast,

Legit one of the worst stadiums in the NFL. food options are horrendous (stale bread), long waiting lines to get in and out of stadium. Very drab look to the stadium as well ( legit a giant toaster). DO SOMETHING ABOUT DA TRAINS!

So we saw the Jets Giants game which was brilliant as the Jets actually played well and won. We had great seats, friendly Americans around us and enjoyed the food and somewhat expensive drinks ($13 per pint!!!). The atmosphere before the game was great although clearly better if you go to the tailgate with a group of friends.
It was easy to get into the stadium as the tickets are on your phone and there is free wifi. There are lots of gates so no waiting in line to get in. Unfortunately my wife's bag was too big so we had to leave it at one of the trailers designed for this purpose. We were told our entrance was on the opposite side so leave the bag at the trailer near there, as we would probably come out that way. We had to walk round the outside to get to that bag trailer, but found out the hard way that you can't get round one way without going through security, which they wouldnt let us do because of the bag! Still got in some extra steps to help with all the food and drink to come!
So the only reason I am not giving 5* is because of the fiasco at half time. To avoid the half time queues we left halfway through the 2nd quarter to get a drink and some food. I had found where the nearest Guinness serving bar was. But there was only one person serving and rather than lining them up in preparation, she was slowly doing them one by one. This was happening at most of the bars and the end result was it took AN HOUR!!! to get one drink and a philly steak sandwich. We missed halftime and most of the 3rd quarter. And we were lucky to get our drinks as they close the bars just after the beginning of the 3rd quarter.
So come on MetLife, get those drinks ready and you will have happier customers and make more money too!
After the game there is not the same atmosphere that you would find at Twickenham for example, as everyone just leaves. Shame, but I guess the partying beforehand makes up for it.
Go JETS!

Nice and big stadium, is somewhat new and holds about fifty thousand people. With that many people leaving at one you are going to have some confusion at the end of a show. Plan for and you will be more relaxed.

Parking for a football game is a disaster, now that the shopping mall will take over the massive parking lot east of the stadium. While under construction, the contractors took over the large transient parking lot between the Izod center and the NJT train depot. If you are coming from Connecticut via the GW bridge, you are screwed. even getting there at 11 for a 1 pm game, you will never get to the game on time. sad state of affairs

love it but it was weird cause its so packed so hot and ik in a place like this it would be but damm for this guy its hard to stay in heat and cold lol

and got soo much more! Tailgating is in full swing, loved the fans, and it happened to be Veteran's Day weekend so the whole experience got turned up to 11!

I’ve been to the Metlife Stadium a couple of times to watch from football games to concerts. This opportunity was special because for the first time I took my daughter to a football game. The Giants ended up losing to the Cowboys but it was a great time.
Easy to access, friendly staff even more courteous with my daughter, family restroom in good conditions and great seats. For the Giants fans, don’t forget to stop at the Legacy Club. It’s a museum next to section 143 and remains open until the end of halftime. You can see the four Vince Lombardys trophies, jerseys, memorabilia and much more. No extra admission is required to visit it. The only downside is the price the vendors charge for food and drinks. Extremely overpriced!

What a great thing to do if you have a chance, We started the day by going to the stadium 2 hours early and we did some tail gating with the fans which is basically having a BBQ and some drinks in the car park, then we got into the stadium to watch the match and it was absolutely fantastic great stadium and great atmosphere enjoyed every second of the day.

My wife and I went to see the Saints play the Giants. The stadium is well-supported by public transportation. We went to a tailgate party in the parking lot, and it totally rocked. At first I was a little disappointed in the $13 cup of beer, but then I experienced what has to be the greatest visitor support I have ever had. For reasons I will not divulge, my wife and I could not use the seats we had purchased up on the third level. First we walked the concourse, wondering what to do. We got to encounter Rodney Hampton! Then, I had an idea. I went to guest services and explained our difficulties. They immediately sprang into action and found a place from which both of us could enjoy watching the game. The guest services people at the stadium were totally problem solvers. And as a bonus, the Giants fans were really nice, even as my Saints were winning the game! The food is a little pricey, but the service is great!

The ingress and security is very well organized. The stadium is clean and concessions very efficient. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 rating is that after the concert/event, if you leave by Uber or Lyft the traffic is a nightmare. Take the trains or have a car service waiting (or tailgate).

Attended Luke Bryan shown 6-03-18. Great concert, but taxi and Uber pickup was a nightmare. Although we stayed at Hilton Meadowlands there is no way to walk from the venue to the hotel. Pouring rain conditions post concert with no where to stand for shelter. Impossible Uber pickup situation to the point that drivers stopped accepting rides. Had to ride NJ Transit train north to Secaucus then wait for an Uber there to ... take us back to the hotel (less than a mile from the venue in the first place). $50 total with train, surging Uber. MetLife conveniently arranges a robust line of shuttles post show ... FOR EMPLOYEES!! We had the pleasure of seeing that as we were herded and berated by security.
We remained calm throughout and have a fun story to tell, but a 2 hour confusing and uncomfortable transit from end of show the the hotel RIGHT NEXT TO THE ARENA will keep MetLife off of our list of destinations for the future.

Have been to perhaps a dozen NFL stadiums and this is pretty clearly one of the worst football stadiums out there, which is shocking considering its cost and the other beautiful stadiums that have been built over the past 20 years. Was a Giants season ticket holder for 45+ years and Metlife is a tangible DOWNGRADE from the old Giants Stadium. Nightmare to get to (whether car, bus or train), terrible pedestrian traffic inside and outside the stadium, often takes 30+ mins on line just to enter the stadium through security/ticket gate, visually pathetic (giant radiator with no appealing features), even the parking lots are boring, lacking in stadium amenities unless you are in the luxury suites (which I've been to and are nice), MASSIVELY overpriced all around (most especially with the PSL and ticket costs, which can be had on the secondary market for a fraction of the face value), took family and friends for a club seat and cost me around $4500 all-in for the day. Food and Drink options circa the 70s. And of course the product they put out is pathetic and has been for a dozen years. Game day is not what it used to be. Honestly shocking how many bad decisions must have gone into the decision to build this stadium. Burn it down.

We came here for an Atlanta Falcons vs. New York Jets game. Go Falcons #riseup! We sat right behind the falcons bench. It was pouring outside. The food was average. I just personally thought that the stadium was terribly designed and needed renovation. Just stay away! Fly down to Mercedez-Benz Stadium in Atlanta for something actually nice.

First time at the stadium. They have it very well staffed from the time you enter the parking lot. Every employee we encountered was very nice and helpful in directing us or giving instructions. They also took time to chat or ask about our experience and help us to our seats. Tons of tailgating in the parking lot. Make sure you read all the rules online. It was raining. No umbrellas allowed inside so bring your ponchos and maybe even a plastic blanket cover! There’s plenty of vendors. Be prepared to pay stadium prices. Be patient on the way out. They really do a good job directing traffic to get you out ASAP. Just understand 82,500 seats equal a lot of cars trying to leave.

I was here for my hapless Washington Redskins’ road game against the hometown New York Giants. My football allegiances notwithstanding, the hometown crowd was quite courteous and collegial. And the facility itself was quite nice; clean and modern, and a helluva lot easier to access than the Redskins’ FedEx Field (Dan Snyder, please take note)!

2nd Game at Gaint Stadium. And it is amazing. A must visit. For any game. But especially if your a giants fan. Easy to get too and you will have a blast. Parking is easy to get. You can also purchase food and beer. Great time.

Very lucky to have friends in the area who always take me to the New York Giants game at midlife Stadium. What can I say great fun brilliant atmosphere 85,000+ arena

Saw Paul McCartney at this venue. Paid really good money for seats in the second floor section back from the stage (not the section closest to stage but right behind it). As people filled in we were completely blocked as the stage is not lifted as high up at other venues and it's set farther back from the seats then other venues. Could barely see and we were in the second floor section from the stage! We saw Paul McCartney at a different venue in NJ with the same seats (second floor section back) and we could see detail on PM's face it was so close. The same section back at this stadium was so much farther back from the stage that it was absolutely not worth the money to sit "close." And as many others will attest to the pick up it's a nightmare. When we got to the designated pick up section there was a huge crowd of people crammed in waiting. We waited an hour and a half for our Uber before being able to accept a ride from a taxi there. This is not just because it was a popular concert. We've seen PM four other times at different venues and never had to wait for an Uber like this. The venue ruined the concert pretty much as could barely see despite expensive close seats and the chaos of trying to leave.

be more professional .You are disrespecting an artist who gave a show in your venue LAST NIGHT. This is totally unprofessional from you.

We rented a box suite for a business event and it was awesome!! Incredible staff, great food and an extremely clean stadium. Unfortunately the Jets lost, tough game! Hope to come back again!

My wife & I went to watch the Giants defeat the Dolphins at MetLife Stadium while in New York in December 2019. The stadium is easy to get to via two train rides from Penn station.
The stadium is maaaaaaaaasive, the concession stands offer foods of a great variety, and chilled beers, Stewards guided us toward out seats, the seats are a decent size with leg room - we absolutely loved it!
Only one slight negative- one of the ladies at the concession stand wouldn’t serve me a beer (despite me being 36) as i only had my UK Driving licence with me, funnily enough i dont cart my passport to NFL games - kinda shows a lack of customer service & education to not accept one of the most strict types of identification to obtain. I simply walked across to another stand and ordered two beers.

With all of the new stadiums built, and going up around the country like Dallas, Atlanta, Minnesota and many others, this stadium underwhelms. It is plain, gray, nothing special about it, and why in the world didn't they put a retractable roof on it so more events can be held in the colder months. Very disappointing.

Relatively new. For harsh weather games, this Might be one of the worst stadiums I've ever been. The place has limited food options. Aside from your standard foods. Your go to is basically, chicken tenders and fries. Everyone is eating them. So much, that the concessions can't keep up and the wait is horrible. In the winter, it is freeeeeezing inside. Its an open air stadium. There is NO HEAT. Even the concessions people are freezing. You can get some warmth in the bathrooms. Does not have vendors selling foods in the isles.

I went to MetLife Stadium supporting the Eagles, but it was more of a 50/50 crowd with the Eagles playing well and the Giants out of contention. The in-stadium atmosphere is amazing. They really get the home fans pumped up, but the Eagles fans brought their energy as well. From what I could tell, all the fans are well behaved and got along despite the rivalry. The stadium is one of the largest in the NFL, but there is no bad seat. One of my complaints is the upper concourse does not flow well with lines of people for the restrooms and food. Also, the parking lot situation after the game is tough as there is only 1 road back to the highway and be prepared for tolls. It made for a long trip back for me, but if I were local, I'd use mass transit. Overall, it was a great experience.

This place is pretty far from the action, so to say. It's practically out in the middle of nowhere but i get you cant easily build a stadium like this in the NY/NJ area.
But i also wonder where the money went when they spent $1,6 billion on building this stadium since it kinda look cheap on the inside. Compare this to AT&T stadium and i wonder even more since this stadium doesnt come close to luxuriousness, art and so on. It got 4 big LED screens though... and great sightlines, Youre close to the field in the lower bowl.
After concerts you get out very quick and efficient though but you dont get back to the city very quickly.
Concert experience here were awesome though but i watched my favourite band U2 playing The Joshua Tree, so.

great place to watch an event, If you stay at a local Hotel you can not walk to the stadium. you will need to take transportation to the event. For safety reasons and state law. gone to Jets games.

This is a beautiful stadium with amazing views from almost every seat. The game was fantastic (of course my visiting Saints won), but trying to leave is a nightmare. Uber line is one big corral with zero organization and zero assistance from stadium personnel. If this is the transportation system for a major sports stadium it needs some serious help!!!

If you’re going to attend a concert here, you better get down in the first 10 rows. The acoustics absolutely are terrible. I absolutely would not attend this stadium concert again. the only hidden gem is you can find six dollar beers at random locations however, again the sound is absolutely terrible

We attended a concert here which was fine in itself. If you have section C there is actually a great lounge area accessible directly from the seating which was well worth having for the price of the seats. The problem was that this concert was sold out, but because it wasn't a major sporting event, there wasn't any train service, and it took almost an hour both coming and leaving to deal with the traffic. If you do choose to go anyway in this situation, have your driver drop you and pick you up at parking lot F area 4 which is the most easily accessible to the main exit and highway.

This was our first time coming to Metlife. All the workers we met were extremely nice! Parking was fine until it was time to leave, trying to get 5 lanes of cars into 1, and no one directing traffic was a bit much! Overall, awesome seats no matter where you sat!

Is an apropiate place for concerts, events bucause it has spaces for 85k people. I enjoy here a nice Beyonce and Jay Z concert which was very well organized: not enormous queue, nice acoustic and so on.
Is the first time when i have seen so many people in a single “room”

Been to many different sports stadiums around the world and this surely has to be the best. The place is huge with dozens of options for food and drink. Used new jersey transit train to get to from Manhattan which is $9 return from Penn station changing at Seacaucus, foolproof system that drops you steps from the stadium. Got cheap seats on level 3 but view was awesome. Too many eating establishments to mention but the tacos were a personal favourite at 3 for $10. Beer is overpriced though at $11 per bottle. Only negative was the Jets getting beat by the Pats. One word awesome!!!!!

It's a bit of a trek from (and back to!) the city but it's definitely worth it for the experience. There's plenty of space throughout the vending areas so the place isn't really that crowded even during halftime. There are (FREE!) phone charging stations and plenty of (CLEAN!) restrooms. All of the staff that I talked to were friendly and helpful. Overall, i had a great time on my first trip to the Meadowlands!

Other than no heaters in the stadium, the stadium is functionally very good, the sight lines excellent and the fans were wonderful We were not Jets fans nor viking fans but football fans and we had some really good conversations and enjoyed the game.

While on holiday from the UK, we went to the Jets v Patriots game. From the tailgating and fanzone area outside, to the food and drink outlets on the concourse and the stadium itself everything was great. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience and having visited many stadiums across Europe this os up there with the best. We were high up in the top tier but the views were fine. Be aware there is v.limited roof cover so if there's a risk of rain be sure to bring a waterproof coat!

Horrible process for arriving & departure, I've never experienced such a cluster. They need to take the time to arrange one lane for shuttle/Uber for swift in and out with numbered parking spots. After concert they wouldn't let you out of exits, only closed off to two ends, we ended up walking over highways to walk to Redds Bar and grabbed uber there. They apparently run shuttles from there so I would recommend yo so that. Absolutely nightmare

Visited in April 19 with my son for Wrestlemania. The stadium is excellent and parking areas are abundant. I could complain about the prices of food and drink etc but the same thing applies to all venues holding events on this scale, they all rip you off!
The food selection was good and the views from the seats are excellent, spoiled only on this occasion by WWE's insistence on having lighting columns in each corner of the ring. We were fine but I know there were a lot of complaints.

We came here to see Giants vs Redskins and while the stadium was great it just needs a bit more to make the experience better. For example there is no where to keep warm during half time away from the winter frost and the signage on where to go is fairly unclear.
The staff were great, and always pointed me in the right direction, but I’d have to ask a few times as I’d still be missing bits of information.
Overall it would be great in the warmer climates, and if you’re a regular there, but not so great for us rookies!

MetLife is a horrible concert venue. Unlike smaller venues where you can clearly see the artist from most seats with your naked eye, at MetLife you principally watch the concert on a big screen. To pay hundreds of dollars to effectively watch a video with thousands of people is not worth it. Also, as the venue is not enclosed if it rains the likelihood of the venue canceling the show is slim and none, even if it's raining heavily and consistently. You leave sick while MetLife makes millions. Further, although there is an area you should be able to catch your reserved Uber or Lyft the stadium crew seems to be involved in a side hustle wirh certain private car drivers. That means your driver can't get into the lot for at least an hour in hopes you become frustrated by the wait for your reserved car and pay a ridiculously inflated rate to pay one of the drivers already in the lot. I was outraged by the entire venue experience. I strongly recommend that if you want to see a concert and feel like you watched a performance, not a video, go to a smaller enclosed venue. I learned that lesson the hard way. I will never go to MetLife again. There is no performer on the planet worth the headache.

Fabulous stadium, well organized and staff very friendly, apart from one.
At the end of the event a bald staff member in a grey shirt, section 101 was shouting "Get out, now!" angrily at patrons waiting to leave. No need for this level of rudeness.
Complaint made to Metlife Stadium not as yet no response.

We’ve been to many games at this stadium (both Jets and Giants) and we always park in lot G - it’s quicker than most to get to and equally to leave (other than during construction times for the American Dream). Even arriving later we’ve never had issues finding a convenient spot in the parking lot. It’s extremely convenient to seats on the visitors side. The stadium is usually pretty clean for a stadium and they have many food options, even a gluten free stand (near the center of the visitors side) with really fresh food.

So, not only were we Canadians visiting NY, we were Dallas fans at the home of the Giants!! We were treated very well by all. We thought we had crappy tickets but really there didn't seem to be a bad seat in the house! Concessions were good with the usual stadium fare but also a lot of what you wouldn't expect including sea food. The beer was tastey and cold. A large Stella draft was $13 not cheap...but manageable. The stadium was very clean and well laid out. Easy to find seats, exits and toilet facilities. Of course the best feature was our team winning!

Parking and ENTERING to park was an absolute NIGHTMARE! Parking lot staff were of zero help. Spent 2 1/2 hrs trying to find a parking spot, after being navigated by staff over and over again in the wrong directions. Ended up back on the highway, due to an officer not allowing us to back up 10ft, after staff directed us to a lot that was NOT for the public. It was a nightmare! Took us an hour to get back in the parking lot. The game had already started. We were PISSED! 3HRS to get a spot? Wth! Took over an hour to get a wifi connection at the gate to enter, to be able to pull up our parking pass. Wifi should be easily accessible for this, but we witnessed DOZENS having the same issues. Once we were MISERABLY misdirected back out to the highway, and an hour trying to get back in, the ticket booth staff wouldn't let us back in with our tickets having already been scanned. We had to purchase ANOTHER parking pass, which tripled in price. Costing an additional $210. Absolutely NEVER again will we visit this stadium. We literally had the worst day of our lives. The amount of undue stress was INSANE!

First time visit to metlife and first time goer of Monster Jam. All in all 100% great time. For this type of event (family/concert) you can bring in a bag 12x12x12, food in clear bags, AND factory sealed drinks(non-alcoholic). The seats were great (sec 245a) and the atmosphere was amazing. Only thing i had trouble with there was finding my seat but the staff was super friendly and helpful in helping us. We will definitely be attending another event at MetLife if the opportunity arises.

An amazing venue with great stalls. I attended to watch Wrestlemania 35 where the crowd began as loud but slowly died down once the Batista match started. Crowds can also be very annoying as in all places, with their extraordinary leg strength granting them the ability to stand and block your view for a 10 hour show.
For such a high standard stadium, the seats were poorly made, as if they were from a bingo hall.
The ground staff in the stadium were also extremely annoying, constantly telling you to sit down, even when you’ve just come back from paying the stadium money by buying food and drink.
At the end of the night, the buses were well organised but I know this is something only a person who left the show 10 minutes early can say.

Attended a NY Giants game on a recent trip to NY and I was not disappointed. Amazing thing to do. Amazing atmosphere and overall a must.
Was staying in manhatten so got an über taxi out there and a bus no.160 from the stadium back. Bus was by far the cheaper option. $4.50 each as apposed to a $52 über ride. (Bus is available to go there and an über is available to come back!)
Well worth the trip and the experience. (Google maps is a must in NYC. Will tell u which, bus, taxi or subway to get on to get from A-B)

Stadium was great and such a good experience! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting. We used the NJ transit from Penn Station.

Metlife stadium was the site for Wrestlemania 35. There were lots of great food options and the sound in the building was unreal. My only criticism was the trip back to my hotel after the event which had drawn a crowd of 82,000. While there was lots of security around, the crowd plan appeared disorganized. It would take me over 3 hours to get back to my hotel. At first I had thought this was due to my own inexperience in New York but after talking with other fans the next day who had attended the same event, I discovered they too had similar experiences. Perhaps better coordination with city transit is required.

Great stadium with good quality food on each level. Great view from seat, easy to get to and from with dedicated bus from Penn station. Great day out, exciting game with Giants winning. Tickets booked through ticketmaster which were positioned among season ticket holders, great atmosphere, would highly recommend.

I visited for an International Cup game in July 2018. It was extremely easy to navigate and there were ushers at key points to assist where necessary. I took a shuttle service from Redd's to the game which was easy to find after the end of the game. It rained during this game and I had to wear a poncho throughout. I sat approximately mid-field. Definitely a stadium I will visit again.

I attended the match between Arsenal and Manchester United at metlife stadium on July 22nd 2023. I witnessed fights breaking out all around me with no security or police reacting. They stood there from afar looking on despite fans asking them to intervene. After the fight security did nothing to eject those responisble, the police didnt arrest anyone. My daughter was visibly shaken and we had to leave soon after for her safety. This is what Melife stadium want, they want idiots fighting and they dont want families to attend. I want everyone family out there to understand if you visit this stadium be very careful and know its a risk as if anything happens you will get no help.

Been twice in the stadium, it is a huge stadium, with great facilities, nice confort food, cold beer, and a great view of the field from every seat. The tailgate experience is great, to see all the people getting prepared to go there and hanging out with whoever drops by is very nice to live.

Went to the MetLife stadium for my husband and sons' birthdays and had the best time. Fantastic atmosphere outside and inside the stadium! Couldn't believe the tailgating! Everyone was so friendly. What an experience!

A great experience when in New York (or anywhere in the States) is to get to a Sporting Event. Whilst the location of MetLife does make it an effort to get to (we got the train from Penn Station) it is worth it. Great stadium, well planned, lots of space. We paid extra to get seats that had access to the indoor bars and food - definitely something to consider paying more for as it provides relief from the weather.

I was recently at MetLife for the first time for the Taylor Swift Reputation Stadium tour and I was pleasantly surprised. The stadium is only a 15-20 minute drive from the Secaucus station where I picked up a friend for the concert. Parking was pretty simple, and the posted signs were sufficient to direct you towards the entrances. The concert itself was fabulous and they had a lot of food/beverage stands open so the waits were not terrible. My only complaint would be that there was a male employee encouraging females in one bathroom line to use the next bathroom over (which we did, fine), but as I was exiting my stall, the male employee was in the bathroom checking the empty stalls. Now maybe that’s normal some places, but whenever a male employee was entering a female bathroom (or vice versa) in any establishment I’ve been in, they’ve announced themselves. As for traffic leaving the venue, I was worried at first, but we were back to our car and out of the lot within 15 minutes.

This was our first experience at an NFL game. Being Canadian, this was so different than a Canadian football game. The tailgate atmosphere was something to see and MUST be experienced. Plan to get there a few hours before the game to take everything in. Security was a breeze and everyone was polite and enjoying their day. Once inside the personnel did everything they could to help you enjoy your experience. There were police officers and security everyone, making it a very secure place. Food was great, no bathroom lineups and even a place to charge your phone. We used the taxi service that came to the Hilton and we had no wait either way. The cost was $8 per person, but it was well worth it, with very little wait in traffic. I highly recommend this place!!

NY Giants vs. KC Chiefs
An Amazing Stadium! The size and seating will leave you in Awe... there’s not a bad seat in the house.
Primos Sausage 👍🏻

were not notified that we couldnt park at stadium, waited in line for over an hour to be turned away because we would not give $100s of dollars to park.
what a s-hole, the place looks like a AA Baseball Park its only 15 years old!!! horrible place no wonder the 2 teams suck what a drag to play there i imagine.
dont ever go you have to pay $100+ to park there . NEVER AGAIN
F Met Life Stadium!

If you’re looking for the absolute bottom of the NFL barrel, congratulations: MetLife Stadium is your destination. It’s not a stadium. It’s a giant gray tax write-off sitting in a swamp off the NJ Turnpike, surrounded by the most chaotic parking layout known to mankind.
Let’s start with the location. Someone, somewhere, decided the best place for a multibillion-dollar stadium was in a marshland where the mosquitos file flight plans. You don’t “arrive” at MetLife so much as you escape the gravitational pull of the Meadowlands after eventually finding parking.
Ah yes, the parking — the single worst parking situation of any stadium in the world. You can leave three hours early and still miss kickoff because you’ll inevitably be stuck in a conga line of confused drivers trying to decipher color-coded lots that make zero sense. Leaving afterward? Pack a lunch. You’ll be sitting there long enough to experience the five stages of grief.
Inside the stadium? Lifeless. Soulless. Charmless. It’s like watching an NFL game inside a giant air fryer. No personality, no energy, no identity. Just aluminum, concrete, and despair.
And let’s talk about the football. Both the Giants and Jets call it home, which feels fitting because nothing says “cursed ground” like a stadium where two franchises go to suffer.
If you were designing the worst NFL stadium imaginable, you’d still fall short of whatever MetLife Stadium is attempting to be. It’s not just bad, it’s a landmark of underachievement.

Booked this game via TicketMaster which was a simple process.
Getting to the stadium from Manhattan was fun! - You purchased an $11 return ticket to Meadowlands from Penn Station which was the easy part. What wasn't obvious was the way the transport system works for an out of country traveller.
We wasn't sure where to board the train so when we asked a member of staff they noted that the track number will appear on the screen and you just board then. So we waited with numerous other fans (we assumed given they had tops club tops on) in the halls - then when the track number appeared what must have been 100's if not 1000's of people headed for the door that was no more that 5 feet wide. This caused a little bit of a crush environment and I would imagine for a smaller child would be uncomfortable and possibly scary.
Changed trains at Secarus Junction to Meadowlands which when you first saw the stadium you think that you will be nowhere near as the train takes you right around the stadium from a distance so looks like you are passing it by.
Check in with tickets at the ground was very easy through the metal detectors - CHECK THE NFL BAG POLICY as this was being enforced strictly.
We made our way up the escalators to our seats which had a great view and went to get some food and drinks. Being from the UK and paying our stadium prices which we consider expensive due to a captive market was nothing against what I experienced. Whilst the selection was great and food of a really good quality the prices were HUGELY inflated. Example $12 for a Premium Beer (Can of Stella) these are approx $1 each in the UK stores so be prepared to spend if you want food/drinks. We had Chicken Strips, Hotdogs, Cokes, beers etc. and whilst it was good and added to the experience you couldn't help thinking it was overpriced.
You can take one UNOPENED soda into the ground each of a certain size but stress this must be UNOPENED before passing security otherwise into the trash it goes.
Again my first experience of American Football Live - 4x 15mins ha ha each quarter takes approximately 45-55minutes. This led to a little concern for the return train back to New York as we'd not checked the times but we needn't have worried as they ran fairly late after the game.

My family and I took a trip to New York to see the Bears - Giants game. The weather was awful, the Bears lost in double overtime, and we still had a blast! Our seats on the second level gave us access to the Toyota Club and despite my five wearing head-to-toe blue and burnt orange, everyone that worked there was incredibly friendly (especially the nice ladies who made me a mocha coffee) and the food and food choices were great and reasonably priced for kids and adults. Best of all on a cold, rainy day was the opportunity to come inside at half-time to get some snacks and warm up before getting back to our seats to watch our Bears tie up the game and then, well... nevermind.
One tip for travelers... remember clear bag policy!

Visited for an NFL game. What an experience, premier league take note..only downside is transport getting to and from is a nightmare. One road in an out which when 80k pouring out after a game leads to inevitable delays especially if you UBER which is not cheap $80 back to Manhattan

Over the years, I have gone to countless events at this stadium. I have seen a football game, and I was a spectator at a plethora of rock concerts. There is security via metal detectors in order to access this stadium. There are stairs, ramps, and elevators which allow access to this stadium. I usually get my seats in the nosebleed section, as admission to get into the stadium is not cheap, but even from the higher-up seats, I have always been able to enjoy these shows. There are concessions at this stadium, so that people can buy foods, drinks, and merchandise; however, such sales tend to be pricey. All of these acoustics have always been decent. It is difficult and expensive to park at this stadium, because there is a lot of gridlock, and it can take a long time to leave this large and congested parking lot.

I attended the Liverpool v Manchester City game at the MetLife Stadium with my family. Over 55,000 people attended the game and I was impressed with the level of security. We had great seats at Section 146 and had a great view of the complete field. The field looked quite rough and torn up and I know that both teams complained after the game about it. The atmosphere was wonderful however.
One thing I was impressed with were the standard of food in the concession standards. The smells of sausages, hot dogs, burgers, pies were just incredible and the food I had were delicious and not overly expensive.
At the end of the game we looked for parking lot B and was given the wrong information by 2 different attendants, so I was not impressed with this. The parking lot is complicated. Eventually we found the lot and were able get on our shuttle bus taking us to our hotel.

Visited the MetLife Stadium for a Jets NFL game. The stadium is incredibly impressive - the largest in the NFL, seating over 82,000. Travelling to and from the stadium if you're staying in Manhattan is the only downside. Taxis from the city often don't want to travel there as it is in a different state (NJ) and they probably won't get a return trip. Those that do agree will charge a high fee ($70-120). Being collected from the stadium is tricky for similar reasons. Alternatively, if you stay for the entire game, trains leave at the beginning and end of the match into NY - just be prepared for a hot journey with drunk football fans. Facilities are good - lots of merchandise stores and food stalls. Only american fast food is on offer - burgers, chips, pretzels, hot dogs, pizza, although there is a caesar salad. If it rains, it is more than likely you will get wet so take a waterproof. Great seats if you're in the lower stand and within the first 40 rows. Good atmosphere with music, chanting and audience participation - without it getting too rowdy.

Taylor Swift please demand that this venue addresses the lack of safe exit plan after show. I attended with my two young daughters (their first shows), my wife, and my aunt (her Christmas present). Given my younger daughters, we opted for drop off and pick up by a friend to avoid parking lot challenges. The venue had identified locations for pick up but the venue did not demonstrate capacity or ability to oversee a safe exit plan after the show. The State police arrived to support the event staff but fans waiting for pick up, uber, or mass transit were left in unsafe situations exposed to the heavy downpour for hours. We witnessed fans slipping and falling in the street as they were ushered back and forth to different locations for pick up. Random taxi service (some marked and others unmarked) were stopping to ask fans if they needed transport. Many young fans were crying on phone with parents trying to locate their vehicle for pick up. Many first time fans were hysterically crying as parents tried to navigate the scene. It took us 90 minutes to arrive at the location that the event staff sent our pick up ride, even with sharing our location via google maps. We put our kids to bed at 2am. We will never return to this venue until these safety concerns are addressed. I hope and pray all young fans made it home safely.

I have been here a couple of times but most recently for wrestlemania and it is a very nice stadium. Fun for events concerts and of course football games.

We had a pretty good experience at MetLife. The food prices were pretty stand for stadiums these days. The food on the club level was delicious. They had a ton of unique options to choose from. We were able to bring in a sealed drink as well, which was a great way to save.

We visited the stadium to see the Ed Sheeran concert. The stadium was done beautifully with the guests in mind. We were in a platinum section with a lounge with different eateries and bars. It was expensive for dinner but it was a special occasion. Our seats were not bad for the money spent and were comfortable.
I have two complaints about the facility. Unfortunately, I had to bring the rating to two star. First, the tunnel between the American Dream mall and parking garage/lots made me feel very anxious. There were thousands of people in this tunnel with no security or police officers. With young children, we had to keep them very close. Second, the parking in each lot was not directed at all. It was a huge cluster (use your imagination). It took no exaggeration, one hour to get out.
If I return for a concert or sporting event, we will be taking public transportation.

First time visit for NFL game and the stadium is top notch considering the large volume of people that attend. Plenty of facilities and food vendors. Only challenge is the pick up spot for Uber/Lyft customers. Very chaotic, but the guys there did what they could with the volume. The Stadium staff was consistently friendly and approachable. Great job!

Great stadium. Moves 81000 people well. Close to train station to get back to NYC. Lots of restaurants on every floor. Lots of beer and generally great place to move.

Attending games at this field has always been a great time and fun activity with my friends and I. We typically arrive early for a game and pre-game in the parking lot. Please note, for especially women, there are STRICT restrictions on the size of your bag. Small, over the shoulder, bags are allowed. Anything bigger will probably need to get “checked in.” If you’re thinking it may be too big—it’s best you leave it in the car.

A great show. Sounds were very good and seats were perfect. Able to consistently have good view. Bathrooms were readily available. Food wasn't bad for stadium food and wasnt too overpriced for two of us. Worst part was getting out of concert since no taxi or uber were available. All were taken and traffic at standstill. Better traffic direction needed.

I took my adult daughter and pre-teen granddaughter to the Giants-Cowboys game. The stadium was relatively clean, plenty of food options and overall a decent stadium. The biggest plus were the Giants fans. We were in section 320, yes the planes landing at Newark were handing out snacks as they went by. Even though we were obviously Cowboys fans, the Giants fans were fun, friendly and made the game a great experience for my daughter and granddaughter's first Cowboys game. We couldn't have asked for a better experience except maybe 20 degrees warmer

Our first football game... we were unaware that a parking pass was needed to park anywhere that u could tailgate...besides that, we had a great time. Stadium prices are what they are, bathrooms were clean and lines werent bad. We got in and out with no problem

The venue is fantastic in every way. The train into the venue makes life so easy. The food and drink outlets are far superior to any other stadium I’ve been to in the world. Everything is designed for the Customer experience and everyone is so helpful and courteous. Really enjoyable experience. Football was also great although the home team played badly!

Attended Giants v dolphins on 15/12/2019, fantastic experience, passion, excitement, and well worth a visit.

The NY Jets are bringing new energy to their game. The on the field view of the pregame and game time ceremonies were great to watch. Coaches Club excellent as always and Great view from the Suites!!!

The venue it self is impressive, and nice. The parking and traffic was unreal. It took almost an hour and a half to exit the stadium, no one paying attention to lanes, attendant presence not helping, just pandemonium. I'm from NYC so I'm used to traffic, but this sucked. I will not return for a concert, I would rather go to PNC art center any day.

N.Y. Giants training camp for free. I visit the training camp for the Giants and had an opportunity to see the players workout, run drills and sign autographs for the kids. If you get a chance stop by and see the team. Lots to see and do. I say for Free! Just get there.

Brilliant day at the football and a super duper venue. Make sure you go to events here ! Easy to get to and facilities are unreal !

Sat in Section 123 and had great views of the entire field of play. I'll be a UK tourist lucky enough to say I saw the Patriots' Tom Brady take on the Jets even if the big guy is supposedly nearing the end of his career. The Patriots played well but I think the Jets were a bit hard done by.
The food was good particularly the hotdogs and there was plenty of choice. I did think the Buffalo Chicken was rather ruined by a far too spicy and sour sauce.
If you are travelling from Manhattan for a Sunday 1pm game: go to Penn Station and get there for the 12:02 train to Secaucus changing for the train to the Met Life. My roundtrip on NJ Transit came to an excellent value $9.90. I thought the public transport around the Greater NY NJ area was very well organised and great value. So ditch the car and spend the money on you and yours!

Metallica concert. Great seats, nice people working the event BUT getting out of the parking lot was confusing to say the least.

Always a highlight and an honour to be invited to my friend's tailgate party to watch the Giants play. As someone from the UK who has not been to any other football stadiums, I don't know how useful my review is but I always have a great time

This was my very first time coming to MetLife Stadium and I always wanted to go to Wrestlemania. I finally went for my first time and I would absolutely go back for the next Wrestlemania. The staff are very well professional and helped you with anything that you needed. If you needed any guidance to your section, plenty of staff to guide you to your seating section. I took the train from long island to Penn Station NY then took NJ Transit to Secaucase Junction and transfered to Meadowlands Sports Complex Station. I did the same thing on my way home. It was so much easier than driving. No matter where you sit you can pretty much see just about anything. My friend came as well and where he was seated on his ticket, it didn't exist so I had him and his girlfriend go to guest regulations and they moved him to a much better seating with a way better view of Wrestlemania. I want to thank all the staff at Metlife Stadium for their support and help. Job well done. I will definately come back.

Fun, Fun, Fun staff was very nice, Make sure that you use a clear handbag, The gate people were nice,

Well, evidently the time to go to a football game is on X-mas Eve day when the Jets have been eliminated from the playoffs! We sat in section 215, which came with an awesome heated area with food, drink, bathrooms, and plenty of indoor seats. Luckily the game temperatures weren't as horrific as they became in the next few days!
Quick side note - my son took a tour of the stadium 2 weeks previous to our visit in a class trip with his high school business academy, and had a terrific time, got to see many areas fans don't typically see.
I paid far less than face value for both the seats and parking, even after broker fees. We gave ourselves 2 hours to get there from the Jersey Shore, but it was an easy 1 hour drive right to our parking spot. My son is a Charger fan, and had no issues wearing his Charger clothes - in fact there were plenty of others doing the same, and the Jets fans were good natured. Outside of hearing,"This is the Jets" over the loudspeaker every time the Jets did something remotely positive, the overall experience was very good. The seats provided a fantastic view of the game and my son came away with a hard-fought Charger victory!

What a experience!!! This place is huge. No kidding... Feels so good attending this game. Great security, having a place exclusively for Uber for picking up passengers is an excellent and practical

Went to Metlife this past weekend for Supercross. This was a all day event. I can't believe they only had one food vendor open inside the stadium. I waited in line for an hour to get food. What were you people thinking only have one food vendor open !!!

Not a very ''charming'' stadium. Nothing stands out and makes you gaze in amazement or say 'Wow.' The beer is way overpriced, the space between rows is narrow when you look at the average American's size. They did have lots of toilets inside and outside, though. Nothing to write home about. The staff were usually very helpful.

The stadium is located in between highways so there is no other place to hang out except in the parking lot and on the entrances while waiting for the venue to open its gates. There is no vending machine outside the gates to buy snacks or drink so bring plenty of water and snack if intending to arrive really early. Portable toilets available outside the gates.
Once inside, there is a good option for food/snack. Lines in the restroom move very fast since there are a lot of bathroom stalls.

Great Stadium, clean easy to navigate and helpful staff. Transport back out took longer via the train, but it could have been worse. Centainly no worse than the performance of the Giants QB.

Kind of choppy in layout. Food court is central but very busy. Other stands were your typical stadium food. Had the premio sausage sandwich with peppers and onions that was just ok. Seats were great and the crowd was friendly and pretty mellow.

The best experience ever! The stadium was full and all the people was screaming and enjoying!! I would like to repeat it! The stadium is huge and they do some barbacues outside

Visited to see Coldplay and 1st visit to New York. Getting to Stadium on 351 Meadowlands Express was easy enough and ticked the box. Getting back however was a different story. Concert finished at 11 , lots of huge sign telling you to go to Lot K all easy enough however once at Lot K total chaos ridiculous winding Queue allowing lots of people to push in no control for at least half hour then painfully slow line resulting not actually getting on a bus til 1.15am (2.15 mins after concert finished) Didn't get back to Hotel in Manhattan until 2.20am.
Having visited Yankee stadium the previous night totally different service/facilities. Food and beverage prices are on a whole different level to U.K which I guess is another story.

We saw a NY Jets v Cleveland Browns NFL game - what a spectacle ! easy to get in, lots of security, clearly marked entrances and food and drink and merchandise everywhere and choices. Loved the experience especially on a Monday night and 85,000 people pouring into the stadium , a great spectacle !

50+ year JETS fan; this is their 3rd home. Shea, Meadowlands and now MetLife Stadium. This one is definitely the nicest. From a patron point of view, there is plenty of parking although expensive. Getting around inside is easy; tons of staff, signage is great and walkways are big and spacious. Loads of stairs, ramps and escalators too. Tons of bathrooms and food vendors make for little wait if any during the busiest halftime breaks. Be prepared to spend big bucks on food and drink. You can bring in your own water bottle...definitely do it or spend $5.

It was very fun they offer food drinks and more it was a great family acsperance and
There were great big screens playing stuff and a half time show and it was just amazing

I went to the stadium for the George Strait and Chris Stapleton concert. I have been to many venus before and I liked it. The staff was organized and nice. It was easy to get to our seats and the sound was awesome. I didn't need my loopys and I didn't go home with ringing ears. I could easily get to the bathroom, and get food, and drinks. I have been to Gillette which is a nightmare. Metlife was a great experience.

Travelling from Australia, was a different and unique experience to go to an American Football Game. We were staying in Manhattan and it was very easy to get to the stadium by train from Penn Central.
We arrived with plenty of time before the game. They have restrictions on bags so even though I had a small shoulder bag, it was deemed too large to take in so had to place it in one of the many bag swap caravans and placed the contents into a clear plastic bag.
We had excellent seats with a great view near the end zone. However I think any seat in the stadium looked like it has a great view.
A great experience at the game.
The return journey home was also pretty seamless, no much waiting around....we got the first train back after the game.

I was in the Metlife Stadium to see NY Giants preseason game against Patriots. The stadium is amazing. It has stores where you can buy NY Giants products. There are food and beer stalls too. i visited this place in September 2017
It's very modern and you can go to this place in a cab.
I think that this place can to welcome 80000 or more fans.
Maybe is the best stadium near to New York City
You have to visit this stadium in a soccer or NFL game!

Easy access its a stadium decent seating what you would expect to see when going to a game or concert.

I attended the Barcelona vs. Real Madrid game this past weekend. We waited over 45 minutes just to get into the parking lot. After the game, it took us almost 1.5 hours just to get from the parking lot to the highway (less than 1 mile away). No exaggeration. There were no staff or police anywhere to help with directing traffic. I've been to numerous stadiums all over NY/NJ and around the country. MetLife was absolutely the worse I've ever visited. I will not be attending another event here again.

BLUF: DAK has 13 straight wins over the Giants. Just saying. In my quest to visit all the stadiums in the NFL, I will have to say that MetLife stadium is by far the worst. On a scale from 1 to 10 MetLife would be 5. Let me start by saying that parking is a pain. Paying for parking on line is not an issue the issue is that you can be confused because when you purchase the parking pass it gives you a lot and row; which means nothing from what I saw so please disregard that when you purchase your ticket. Now the next parking lot issue is that the egress is totally unsat. There is no control of the flow of traffic. Vehicles are going all over the place. Please get some control of this. The stadium is not spectacular, really seems to be a low budget stadium considering that 2 teams call it home. The food is your normal stadium food with the high cost just like any other stadium. The video monitors are the lowest quality of the other 13 stadiums I have visited. They also stop serving alcohol around 10:00. This was a Thursday night game. As much as it hurts me to say this, I will visit this stadium again whenever the Cowboys play the Jets. Just to for fill my quest.

The concert was unreal - over 2 hours of Coldplay. Poor Chris Martin - running around the whole time and drenched, the consummate entertainer. And of course the musicians. This show had it all including fireworks and an LED light show with the concert goers (wrist band LED lights). The train from the Secaucus station was easy enough - I parked in the Edison parking lot there. Train to the stadium was cheap and easy to get on and off - plenty of room. Happy concertgoers. Great concert and then the nightmare.....first of all, confusing signs to the train. Then herded into gates like cattle - and like cattle near stampedes as people tried to get ahead when there was any movement of the line. Despite some personnel nearby there was no management of the crowd. The line should have been divided and not a mass group. Once the train did come it was chaos. And then there was the race to get on the train. It was just ugly. Once on the train we sat for 15 or 20 minutes. Bad way to end the night. Not back to my car until about 12:15 am. And then of course a line to pay for parking.....perhaps valet parking is the way to go.

Amazing we had great seats in a suite with a clear view of the stage. It rained off and on but the box was covered. The sound quality was top notch.. The employees were extremely helpful and attentive. I loved it

My son had invited me for a Father/Son weekend for my retirement, to go to the Giants/Vikings game
Although the ge didn't turn out the way we had hoped, we had a great weekend, and Met Life Stadium is quite the place. Plenty of concessions and souvenir stores and lots of bathrooms. Not a problem there, and the staff we interacted with were great and friendly as well. An overall great time, besides the final score.

Parking was easy, make sure to purchase a pass before you arrive. The food was pretty good, we ate an Italian Sausage, messy but that is what you would expect. They stop serving beer after half time. There are two "bars" on the first level that are heated, so that offered some relief. The fans were good, even though we were going for the opposing team.

Typical stadium environment with limited food choices, lots of concrete and uncomfortable seats. The entertainment that the home team put on was impressive.

For the common fan, this is a horribly designed stadium. In order to accommodate the luxury boxes and still squeeze in as many seats as possible, most seats are much further away, and in many cases, much higher than the old Giants Stadium. The upper tier view would be comparable to that of a tier placed above the old Giants Stadium. For many fans, the best way to view the game is to watch it on one the big screens, but if that's how you're going to experience it, you might as well stay at home, save money and avoid the traffic nightmare with which each gameday inevitably concludes. As for comfort, rather than solid walls, the exterior consists of what are effectively vents, allowing the cold winds of December to blow right through. Perhaps the worst part of all is the ingress/egress. In the old stadium, there was a dedicated escalator serving each tier on each of the four corners of the stadium. In the new stadium, there is a single escalator on each corner serving all three levels, which in particular causes tremendous bottlenecking at the end of the game. Forget about using the ramps. With restrictions on the degree of ramp slope under the ADA, it seems as if you walk miles just to get down to the next level. In short, this stadium is a disaster and an insult to the common fan.

Huge stadium, really impressive with a great atmosphere, everybody is cool and relax. Game was good with victory what else

One of the best stadiums I have visited in my life, both in a game and on a tour, the ability they have to create experiences and mom8 of that level is incredible, so many halls, so many hospitality, food, drinks, official stores, they are geniuses.

A stadium in the middle of nowhere that can be duffed to get to and definitely a real hassle to get out and away from.
Like many in the USA, there’s no shelter in most parts and it can be very high up and difficult to see any action on the field or pitch down below.
Cold-looking and no real appeal to it, it is what it is, a functional stadium that hosts events and sports.

Have been here several times in the last 4-5 years. Last trip was in Nov 2017. Great for tailgating. Stadium lots open 5 hours prior to game starting. It can get crowded. I'd recommend getting there within 2 hours of the lots opening. You can grill, set up chairs, small tables, as long as you don't take up an additional parking space. Stadium opens two hours prior to game time. I'd recommend going on the Giants website before game day and seeing what attractions and features they have prior to the game starting and where (some of them are in the parking lots and some are inside the stadium gates).

Attended the U2 Concert last night. Arrived early and found parking easily. Stadium overall is nice and fairly clean. Staff were nice and helpful. My concern is with safety. Leaving the concert there is no orderly way to get people out. Thousands of people crammed into this tunnel to get back to the parking lots. There's a band playing in the tunnel blocking us from walking and people trying to sell shirts slowed our progress. There was no security in the tunnel. It's hot and cramped and we were literally not moving and could not move. If there was an emergency you would not be able to get out and the the risk of being trampled is high. I've never seen anything like this and I've been to concerts all over. The parking lots are another disaster. No one is directing traffic and everyone is trying to leave through the same two lane area. I would highly recommend management look at these issues. When you do a risk assessment you can't tell me that tunnel is safe. I am not sure I would attend another event here.

Getting in and out of this stadium is a NIGHTMARE!!! Went to Paul McCartney concert and took and Uber and sat in traffic for one hour trying to get in, cars at a standstill. Seemed like no one directing traffic and just chaos. Went to Ride Share lot after concert (left a little early to avoid crowd) and that was even a worse NIGHTMARE!!! Ubers could not get in, people getting frantic as to how they were going to get out of there. Our Uber (thank goodness they were patient to try and get in) got there around 12:30 am after the show ended around 11 pm. People were knocking at our Uber car door to try and come with us they were so frantic. IT IS SO POORLY RUN IT'S UNBELIEVABLE!!!
So last night our daughter went to The Weeknd concert and we picked her up because she took an Uber. We were hoping the McCartney concert was a fluke - haha. It was even worse. We waited in STANDSTILL traffic for an hour to even see how close we were. We finally got to her around 12:30 am. NO ONE ALONG THE WAY WAS DIRECTING TRAFFIC!!! How can this place be such a mess after so many years of concerts and games?? Can't they figure this out?? You feel totally alone in this traffic mess with drivers getting understandably frustrated. We passed supposed employees with vests on that worked there but no one was doing anything. Just watching the gridlock and chatting among themselves. OBVIOUSLY NO ONE CARES AT THIS PLACE AS TO WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH AFTER THESE SHOWS.
We have tickets for Elton John this weekend coming up. I am dreading going and sorry that we got tickets here. Never again, we will find another venue that has it together. This time we'll drive and park but I don't have high hopes it'll be any better getting in and out.
GET IT TOGETHER METLIFE!!!!!!!!!

I went here for the Lions vs Giants a Monday Night Game in September and Week 2 of the NFL Season.
The trip over to the meadowlands was not the easiest in the world and if you leave it too late you may struggle. I went there early and managed to have a look aroud the stadium which is a beautiful stadium and very impressive.
The staff were nice and friendly to chat to one or two even taking pictures for me and the concourse and people serving when sitting down watching the game were all great.
I had a really good seat appox the 20 yard line on the visting teams side on the lower tier.
The game was very enjoyable and the atmosphere was great, when the Lions started to take over (thankfully) the fans got on the backs of the Giants and a few fans turned stupid one trying to get my back up for a reaction but i just laughed at him and i think he got the point.
This is the interesting part, a Monday night game lots of fans left at the start of the 3rd quarter, i understand parking is a nightmare there etc, i know the team weas losing but i found that very strange,i even saw people actually only turning up at half time also, but its new york and getting back to the transport issues.
By the start of the 4th quarter Detroit were well in control and it made me happy as people were fileing out of there as if it was a fire drill.
I stayed right up till the end and left soon after the game had ended, i came out of the stadium to find the que for the train was huge with being on my own i manged to push through a bit but it took at least a hour of waiting to get on the train back to NYC and Penn Station. Its was a horrible experience in all honesty and not very good was to end a fine day but it is what it is and says a lot when people leave during the 3rd quarter just to get home when they could have easily just watched it at home.
I would go back to the stadium because i enjoyed it but would really not be looking forward to the trip back to the city afterwards, i got in to the hotel about 2 hours after the game finished.
Hope you enjoy the experience of the stadium it was great and even better to win there #onepride

Came to MetLife for Wrestlemania. Had never been there so I wasn’t sure how to navigate the place to get to my seats. Guest services was very polite and helpful and even though the security lines looked daunting, they were efficient and the staff was polite. Every usher and worker I saw was very nice. I was very impressed with how helpful everyone was. Even though it was a very long night the staff there worked hard to make it a good one

Poorly run, security staff doesn't know what they are doing, cannot answer simple questions. Security supervisors are worse

Visited whilst on holiday and was bowled over by the size of the stadium. Compared to English stadia, it was something else. Relatively easy getting to it and then entering the stadium was very simple with no confusion like at other stadis I've visited.
Plenty of food and drink all around and stewarding was very helpful and organised. The downside came as we were leaving. Now I appreciate that this isn't all down to the stadium itself but the transport out was horrendous. 80,000 people trying to make their way out with most getting on the trains that led back to NY. Altogether it took 3 hours to get from the stadium to Manhattan with an hour and a half of that stood in the pouring rain waiting for the trains which even when they did turn up, we weren't allowed to enter with no reason given so it just became a free for all as people wanted to get out of the rain and go home. Despite a great afternoon/evening in the stadium, getting out and back was a massive low point. Again not all the stadiums fault but soured the overall experience.

My son and I attended the Barcelona vs Juventus International Champions Cup game with some friends. We enjoyed a good game but we had a mixed stadium experience.
Pros of MetLife Stadium
* Clean stadium, seats, bathrooms
* Lines at concessions were fairly quick (unlike at Yankee Stadium where concessions are painfully slow)
* Good signage makes it easy to get around the stadium
* Big, clear jumbotron screens so you can see the action on the field even if you're sitting far from the field
* Lines to enter the stadium and security at stadium gates was efficient. We read the stadium policy before we got there so we knew what was permitted and prohibited to bring into the stadium.
Cons
* The stadium was filled with 82,000+ attendees so parking was a nightmare. Took us about 20 min just to enter ANY parking lot from the turnpike. Even worse, it took us about an HOUR to exit parking lot #26 because there were only two lanes out.
* The tunnel connecting the stadium area to the parking lots that goes over route 120 is a disaster waiting to happen. After the game, thousands of people including us were shuffling through this dark, narrow, claustrophobic, humid tunnel. Lighting and exit signage are poor, but we had no choice but to go this way to get to our parking lot. Thank goodness there weren't any emergencies or stampedes because that would have been ugly.
Summary:
It's a decent stadium, but the parking and logistics of leaving the stadium are not worth the hassle of going there. If you have to go there, take public transportation or even better (and if you can) just watch the event from the comfort of your favorite couch at home.

Despite the score and the record, my wife and I had a fantastic afternoon watching the Giants at the MetLife, it was part of a celebratory vacation in New York. We managed to obtain really good seats from Ticketmaster, and coming from the UK, we found the whole NFL experience quite amazing.
I think it's a great, modern stadium, very good facilities, and an absolute doddle to get to from Penn Station. Food and beverage prices a little steep, but hey, you're watching the New York Football Giants for Pete's sake! Great atmosphere early first half and good to see both sets of fans sitting together - their banter was priceless.
Can't wait to go again.

Attended a Jets game and we were lucky enough to be invited to a suite. We were so surprised at how there is not a bad seat in the entire stadium. It is built in such a way to be very cozy and provide great views from any angle. The stadium is clean and beautiful. Also the food selection at the stadium was awesome compared to others. We enjoyed meatballs that were some of the best I’ve ever tasted! A great venue.

This stadium is huge. The atmosphere is lively, the fans are engaged and not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of food options, plenty of bathrooms, nice breeze in the concourse area. The security is friendly and helpful. The jets trail gating starts before 9 am and is insane. It's one big party for hours, all the people seem to be friendly and is an overall good time. Expect to spend your whole sunday at the stadium. Leace with enough time because the line to get in gets long and prepay for parking before you go makes life 10 times easier when you get there. Read all the rules on the website about bags and purses they are very strict about that, other than that they are pretty cool.

The security is disgraceful. I took my 10 year old to see Blackpink. Arriving at the security my Louis Vuitton bag was snatched and roughly handled. I only had my car fob, wallet and lip gloss. The security yelled at me when I told him do not handle my over 2k bag like a plastic bag. He and another rude disrespectful security guard proceeded to yell at me and snatched my daughters phone! She’s 10. I also feel it was racism as we were African American being yelled at by several old white disgruntled white men. I’m an accountant and not trash and your staff is disgraceful!!!! We attended the black pink concert 8/13 had floor 1 row 1 seats if that helps you figure out who the employees were at that entry. Each staff member we encountered was nasty and rude, rude to my little girl too! Management should be ashamed at how they allow their security to treat patrons. Patrons pay hundreds/thousands for tickets we should all be respected regardless of race!

Very easy to get to, bus from Port Authority Terminal they run buses whenever there’s a match straight to stadium. Stadium is very smart lots of food outlets and is easy to get around

I went to MetLife for a concert. The concert was amazing and the merch women were amazing and friendly as while. The only complaint I have is the security that are in charge of the metal detectors. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were throwing peoples bags, phones, and other items. As while as yelling at people when everyone was following there orders to begin with. I understand that you know not everything has to be place down but no need to bodyslam peoples personal belongings. They are lucky my phone didn’t break because I would have definitely called their supervisor. Just no need to treat people like criminals. We come from far places and spend a lot of money to not only have a good time but to also have respect. MetLife you Need to either get new staff or train them better because some of them get a little bit of power and treat others rudely. Respect goes both ways.

Had end zone seats, very tight seating. Not like the sidelines. Also food selection is very different than other area of the stadium. Would not purchase seats in this location again. Other wise, stadium was clean and safe.

On May 19th, I attended the BTS concert at MetLife Stadium. I drove and parking was no problem. It was $40 for each car. I paid over $400 for good seats on the first level, but the front stage ended up being obstructed by a huge tent and a crane. We were disappointed but wasn't sure what to do at the time other than try to enjoy. It was a letdown. So some days later I attempted to get a partial refund since our seats were bad and we weren’t warned of an obstruction. They wouldn’t give one. They basically blamed me for not going to customer service during the show. It felt like they didn’t believe that my seat was bad. They said that they actively assisted people that went to customer service who LEGITIMATELY had to change seats. I would have done something if I had known what to do. No one gave us any instruction at the show. They had an identical show the night before so the venue KNEW that our seats were bad and could have had staff ready to direct us to new seats. So instead of a partial refund, the two of us have to split one t-shirt, one thin shopping bag (the kind of bag used for groceries), and one pack of 3 photos. They basically gave us leftover trash that they needed to get rid of that was probably worth all of $20. That was a slap in our face. After all that driving and the price for those tickets, our worth as customers was trash. I guess them sending us anything was their way of taking some responsibility, because they knew that wasn't right. I will never return to that venue - not that it matters to them because we are only insignificant 2 people.
*The take away is if there are ANY issues with your seating, find customer service at that moment and hope for the best.

Great stadium! We got the cheapest seats possible as we don’t follow NFL. They were great! Right up the top so the view was amazing.
Tips - sit on the aisle if you want to get up a lot. Take a small clear bag, other bags not allowed! Read the terms on the tickets.
Overseas visitors - TAKE YOUR PASSPORT! They ID if you look under 40. No passport....no beer!
Getting out of the stadium took ages by bus to NYC. About 45 mins in the line and similar back to the city.

Phenomenal Experience!! The place was HUGE and pretty packed. Long lines for parking, but we moved quickly once we were in. Clean, spacious, comfortable venue! And TAYLOR SWIFT...R U ready for it?? She was truly amazing! I hope you picked up your tickets already...if not, ur missing out on a GREAT show! Wonderful performer!! Wonderful singer!! Absolutely AMAZING show!! She is truly an inspiration as well as a terrific role model for generations to come!!

It was my best friend’s bday so i treated her to section 109 4th row tix to giants bears game and man it was one hell of an experience. I’ll be back

Went to Saints vrs Giants game. Giants fans were the best! Good selection of food and drinks. Prices comparable to other stadiums. Took Uber from Secaucus and train, which is at Stadium back. Uber available for return but traffic didn’t make it best choice and train to Secaucus free and you can Uber easily from the station. People everywhere in the area friendly and helpful. We will be returning.

Just visited MetLife for a Packers/Jets game. I was so impressed with the customer service! All employees we encountered had smiles on their faces and we had two go out of their way to make our day special.

The stadium was built in 2010 and is located in New Jersey. You also have a good view from the upper seats. We attended an NFL game of the New York Giants. Getting there from New York: From the bus terminal (near Times Square) take the shuttle bus number 351. You can buy tickets there. The journey takes about 20 minutes and costs $16. Arrive directly at the stadium.

Had a blast tailgating and attending our first pro football game. Got to see player we know as well as players we follow on opposing team. Staff was very helpful with directing us to better tailgating areas and how to exit quickly. Definitely would go again.

was here for wrestlemania 35, venue is simply amazing
Vendors are great , and very quick with food delivery.
very organize

we went to see the rolling stones at the met lifr stadium in august 2019. the sound was not very good, and getting out took a long tie

This is my first time visiting an NFL stadium and I must say that I wasn't impressed by MetLife Stadium. In my humble opinion it falls short of being a venue that host not one, but two NFL "New York City" teams. The exterior design is not attractive and inside the stadium feels rather small. From were I was seating, I was able to enjoy watching the game (even thou my team lost).I liked the organization and the treatment of the personnel from the parking lot and street, to the seating area.

Saw U2 with the Lumineers. Sound quality was EXCELLENT. Concessions were very thorough but so expensive. $12/beer...yikes. Lines for the bathroom were ridiculous but luckily they moved fast. Parking lot is a DISASTER and the parking lot staff were so unorganized.

Worst stadium in country handling traffic. They don't care about you or getting into lots you will miss first quarter

I have lived in NJ all my life and dread attending concerts here. Unless I am a huge fan, I avoid it. I have both driven and taken the train here and both are equally painful. On the road: the traffic is horrific (you sit in all the tunnel traffic during the week. Not so bad on weekends). Parking must be prepaid and is steep but I could live with that if getting out of the lots were not hell. The guys with the light sabers do not manage the traffic at all. Everyone just keeps nosing in and nothing moves. It's a mess. Allow at least an hour to get out of the lot. Thinking of taking Lyft or Uber? they won't allow them into their lot. The train? Not much better. NJT is always delayed. Getting into the stadium is not bad but they never have enough trains getting out and the ones that show up are jammed. We have been stranded in Secaucus waiting for train out. The venue itself is not bad, but getting in and out needs improvement.

Total experience before and during game is always a blast; expensive but a real good time. Staff at the stadium are always real friendly and willing to help.

It took an hour just to get into parking. The signs aren’t very clear and there really anyone to help u. Missed the first 2 opening bands because of this. Totally unorganized. Why u would have a huge mall and the stadium using the same roads. Then leaving was RIDICULOUS! Timed it, from 25 ft from where the tunnel began it took us almost 38 minutes to get through. We moved like a zombie horde. Totally unsafe. The thought of being trampled if something happened. You literally are trapped. Guys selling shirts. I will NEVER go back there for anything again.

I’ve been to a few stadiums in the NFL now and the MetLife was about middle of the road for me. We did the Jets & Giants games mid December on back to back days so got to experience different teams& fanbases. The atmosphere was much better for the Jets game but there was still a lot of empty seats for it during the game. We were in the top tier for the start but we wandered around a bit to check out other views during the game.
The Giants game was a bit of a washout due to the cold & rain so it was only about 1/3 full and zero atmosphere in there.
Facilities wise it seemed okay, like most stadiums the beers were bare expensive but some stalls had “value beers” for $5 and they weren’t bad at all, I actually found them easier to drink than a $12 Bud Light so that would be my tip.

Travelled here for a soccer game this week. The traffic and parking were a nightmare. Once we got near the stadium it took 30 minutes to move less than a mile. Part of the problem was the $30 charge per car, so each car had to stop at the gates to pay. We missed the start of the game due to this delay. Then the literally HUNDREDS of security and parking staff were nowhere to be found when we were leaving. It was dark and rainy, most people had no idea how to get out of the stadium. There was one lone guy with a flashlight next to a temporary fence, who you couldn’t see until you got right up to him. What a shambles! It took just as long to get out as get in. And this is the Stadium that’s hosting the World Cup Final in 2026? We’ll never go there again, no matter what event is happening there. Just a disorganized, chaotic experience. Oh and to boot the pitch was a mess after three Taylor Swift concerts. Extremely disappointed.

The stadium has a lot of parking space drop off zone and pick up zone Seats are clean I comfortable and the washrooms are clean The staff was friendly and helpful a lot of food and drinks It was AMAZING EXPERIENCE you should do it once in your lifetime A lot of room to move

Wow!!! What an atmosphere... so many pluses.. loved the Stadium. Very clean and easy to get around. Heaps of food and drink stalls.
A couple of things to point out. You cannot take a bag larger than approx 41/2 x 61/2 unless in clear plastic.
We also needed to show our passports for alcohol purchases. They then wrote all details down. This took time and customers waiting weren’t too impressed. We didn’t really mind as obviously these two points are for security purposes.
Be prepared for a long wait if you order an Uber as the traffic was so congested the drivers couldn’t get into the stadium. We should’ve done our homework on other means of transport.
Will definitely visit again one day.

This is a very large stadium. I would caution that using ride share services- Uber and Lyft can be very challenging!

Came to see the Dolphins play the jets and had a very good time at this modern football stadium. Took the train from Penn Station and was amazed how many people bring their own cases of drinks to enjoy for their "tailgate" parties before the game. The workers were very friendly and the fans weren't all that bad to hang out with, even though I was rooting for the visitors.
Will come back again someday.

Saw Paul McCartney here on June 16. The stadium itself is nice but concession prices are ridiculous. $5 for a small bottle of water. The stadium staff don't seem to care much about the visitors--no one is really helping anyone who needs it get to their seats. Traffic coming out was chaotic. I left a little before the concert was over and it was a mess. Cops all over the place, cars going in all directions, people walking in front of cars. I can't imagine what this was like at the end of the concert with everyone leaving at once. I would avoid going there for that reason.

Even in the pouring rain we enjoyed the Taylor Swift concert. The lighting and sound was great. She even walked over to our section and my daughter reached out and touched her.

Relatively easy to get to and leave from. Was part of a large Dolphins tailgate prior to the game. Jets fans weren't too bad. The stadium is nice enough but not much character. Had nosebleed seats but still a great view. Prices in the stadium comparable to other stadiums, expensive.

I attended a Stones concert at MetLife Stadium and that's it for me. I have a number of complaints about the venue. For all of the time and money that was spent to build the complex, you would expect higher caliber design. Unfortunately, it's not apparent that any thought was put into the planning for this venue. It's underwhelming and feels cheap. If you don't eat generic-brand hot dogs, cheesesteaks or nachos, definitely eat before you get there. Extremely limited health-conscious options. This issue pales in comparison to the Uber situation. It took us nearly 1 hour to get out of the venue. Take heed of recent reviews noting throngs of confused people at shared "Pickup locations" - it's pandemonium. Absolute chaos and confusion! No thought or planning has gone into this and it's obvious when you have thousands of people leaving the venue at the same time. You would think they would have fixed this problem by now but last night was horrendous. I have attended concert venues and world class festivals around the world and I've never seen more disorganization than MetLife. It is truly the Fyre Festival of Uber pickups.
Unless the Stones play here again, I am one and done with MetLife Stadium. You've been warned...

Attended the Monday Night Football game between the NY Giants and Detroit Lions which the Giants lost.
I was impressed by the stadium and its amenities. Easy access in and out of the stadium.
The fast food concession offerings were good choices with higher stadium pricing. Wish they had some stadium sit-down restaurants on site!!!

Once in a lifetime experience for me. Got tickets to a Giants game. It was amazing. The game, the atmosphere, the crowds, the fireworks and everything! Amazing.

MetLife Stadium is a wonderful place to go for a sporting event. I went recently to see the Packers take on the Jets. Its a very safe facility with very polite and accommodating security. The stadium is very clean and has plenty of seats. As for the food, there were lots of options for everyone. The food is expensive however but thats to be expected at any kind of place like this. Overall its a nice stadium.

Went to the Jets/Jaguars game and had an amazing time! Bought seats in section 333 but with friends was able to go to the Coaches Club for the second half of the game. Sat right behind the Jets bench and was able to eat, drink and watch the game on the field. Amazing experience if you can afford it!

Attended football game at MetLife Stadium
Road NewJersey Transit get here from Times Square 30 minute ride
However upon trying to return we learned this company does enter stadium parking for returning passengers until two hours after the game,
unheard of
100’s waiting in line and no company representative to inform people where go
Totally unorganized and non professional
Worst transportation of o be on

Enjoyed a Jets vs Giants football game ... pretty fun atmosphere. Few obnoxious fans were kicked out, but the stadium is very nice. We were in the end zone, but the views were great. I can’t imagine there being a bad seat in the stadium.

Field is far too narrow for soccer, and stands obscure the sidelines. Parking fee is also ridiculous

So my partner and I decided we wanted to watch a typical 'American' sport live and lucky for us the NY Jets were playing on Xmas Eve against the LA Chargers. I have seen NFL previously on TV but am by no means a fan and the same goes for my partner but this soon changed...
Once we arrived at the stadium we were simply blown away at the sheer size of it. Wembley stadium in London is a 90,000 seater and although Metlife is 83,000 it just seemed so much bigger! The staff was extremely friendly and helped us navigate to our section and then seats very easily. There was plenty of food options from burgers to hot dogs to nachos etc so you never stay hungry!
The game itself was brilliant and as we had come from NY we were obviously going to support the Jets and were wearing the colours! Although they went on to lose it was a fantastic experience and we were very happy with our decision to attend an NFL game. I would without a doubt recommend anyone visiting NY to make time for a game and check the schedules before you leave to ensure that you are not disappointed!

U2 just played two outdoor shows. The venue itself is just fine. Modern. Clean. Concession queues always feel a little too busy. It's slow. And it doesn't matter if it's football or music or whatever. The service could be better. Premium events = premium service. But. The biggest issue. Is getting in and getting out. There are no good choices. It's the middle of nowhere. Some would say the train. If you're coming from Secaucus! Cars. Your gps will fail you. It will have you going round in circles. It's chaos. If you're lucky they'll host the state fair at the same time U2 play. Really smart. And time. And queues. You pay a fortune for tickets and then you can pay again to park. The queues are tedious. Really tedious. Makes it painful. Every event I've seen at Metlife ends up being tainted by the travel or parking experience. Such a shame.

We went to the Giants vs Chargers game this weekend. Aside from the result we had a great time.
Attached a picture of the view from block 230A. It was a great view! Reasonably priced (in context!) and would recommend.
We travelled by train from Penn station NYC - 1 easy change at Seacaucus and the train took us right to Meadowland at the stadium for $11 return each.
It was a little more tricky on the way back - train times don't appear to be in evenly spaced throughout the hour so despite leaving the stadium promptly we waited 30mins at Seacuacus and then 3 trains arrived within 10 mins.
Stadium was easily accessible and thankfully the weather was really warm but would not have been the case in colder months. There is absolutely no protection from wind and rain. Take a little towel to wipe seats if it's been raining.
Be aware that you can only take a very small bag in - otherwise you have to bag check outside the stadium. I took a small handbag which usually would have been fine for events like this and had to check in so be aware of the measurements before you travel. Bag check was free and efficient so it worked out fine but had to carry my stuff in a clear plastic bag whilst at the event.
Food and drinks as expensive as you expect in these kind of places but was tasty and hot so couldn't complain!

As a UK Buffalo Bills fan visiting the MetLife Stadium for the first time we could not have been more impressed with every aspect of our visit.
Once arriving at the stadium and getting off the train we were ushered through the correct gates, even to the point where we were told to empty our drinking water bottles but not throw them away as there were water refill stations inside the stadium.
Once inside the stadium we were very impressed with the food and drink options and the courteous staff who were willing to point us in the right direction.
Upon leaving the stadium again the very professional staff pointed to which train on which platform we were required to go to and get on.
All this stuff is the sort of thing that regular visitors would take for granted but when you are there from another country and supporting the opposition it was all very reassuring.

We have one NY Jets fan and one NY Giants fan in our family so we knew that a visit to Metlife Stadium was at the top of our must see list for our New York vacation. Since we didn't come during football season, we took a stadium tour. Debbie, our tour guide, was excellent! She had so many interesting stories about the stadium and pointed out a lot of things that we wouldn't have learned otherwise. She really took her time with us and even gave us a longer tour than our allotted time. We were also able to see a couple of things that normally wouldn't be part of the tour. This tour is highly recommended. One thing that we discovered that isn't well known, is that if you are taking public transporation to get there, the rail link only goes to Metlife stadium on game days, or for events that expect more than 50,000 people. On other days, you can take the NJ transit bus #160 from the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. I believe the bus fare is about $4 one way and you do need to purchase you ticket from the station before boarding the bus.

The game was good, facilities were clean, food was decent. The prices were high (as expected) one beer was $11.00. They did have a good meal deal: hot dog, drink and chips for $7.00.

The stadium itself was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. However driving into the stadium was confusing and leaving was a nightmare. We had to stand for 2 hours in the rain begging for a taxi driver that would charge us less than 150 dollars for a 4 mile ride back to our hotel. Even those waiting for uber rides waited for 2-3 hours for them to be able to navigate into the stadium to where the pick up was. The stadium should really partner with ride services to ensure safe ways home as well as covered areas for fans to wait under outside the stadium.

I've been to many sporting events back home, but watching the NY Giants at Metlife is something else! The facilities are great, and even with seating towards the top tier, the atmostphere was extraordinary...and we were lucky enough to witness a Giant's win (a rarity for this season apparently!). I'm sure the stadium was a major factor in converting me to being a Giant's-for-life fan!

I have been to MetLife Stadium a number of times. The Stadium itself is very nice for watching a football game. This past Sunday (December 10), the ushers I dealt with around Section 139 were super! There were some nice things around the Stadium including former Giants, Victor Cruz, Hakeem Nicks, Amani Toomer, Antonio Pierce. The game was excellent!
The Stadium is easily accessible from Manhattan. It would be nice if the Stadium would be easily accessible from the hotels across the street (Route 3). It is a five-minute walk from the hotels, but for some reason, they want to make it impossible to walk there. A walking path or bridge could be added. It would not be difficult to do so.

Jets v. Vikings was a good laugh despite Darnold's 3 interception passes. Transport to the game is pretty straight forward. I got the train from Penn Station to Secaucus and changed from their to MetLife. Good selection of bars and food- even if they do stop alcohol at half time

While staying in Manhattan - getting to the game with Uber was no problem, but leaving was brutal.
The venue itself was really well organized to handle the thousands of people flooding in and out; however, once outside after the game, you're kind of stranded and none of the staff seem to know where to catch a cab, or find public transit. They just point and say 'over there', which is precisely what the next person says when you get 'over there'.
There was a giant corral with a few hundred people waiting for Uber but the roads leading in and out of the area were gridlocked.
We followed a bunch of strangers (who were also looking for a way out) through a maze of fences, stairs, and lots; then happened on a car service with a flat rate. With the traffic, it was over 2 hours back to Manhattan, yeesh.
So ya, best to have your exit strategy sorted before the game!
On the plus side, the bag check was secure and efficient, and the gift shop was well staffed. We didn't get caught up in any long lines, which is pretty great for a venue of this size.

Crowded but awesome the food was plentiful and delicious huge fresh shrimp, sushi, crab claws, lobster rolls a wing bar, pizza flatbreads a carving station, you name it.
Drinks are not included.
A lot of TVs to watch the game or step outside.
Ladies handbags are not allowed in stadium.

This was my 2nd trip to Metlife to see my beloved Giants. I went in 2013. I live in the Detroit area so I have gone to many Lions games at Ford Field where they put a lot of thought into the Fan Experience. They treat you good (well except for the football!). So my first trip to Metlife in 2013 was a disappointment. They had no free gifts no rah-rah for the fan, wifi poor. The best part was the amazing food.
This time I saw a real difference in the attitude towards the fans. Many fan giveaways, fan raffles and fun activities. They had a picture station where they took your picture then put in a lanyard like you were a Superfan VIP. This time I sat 7 rows from the top of the stadium!! After the dizziness passed (lol) I actually enjoyed the view. The vendor's also came up to the top to sell their goods and that surprised me. The food was amazing and they had such a variety even on the 3rd level. They had Fan Maps that told you the location of all the food vendors so you could go get what you wanted. It was a excellent experience!! And the Giants won!!

This stadium was inaugurated in 2014 and it is very well located (40 minutes away from Midtown NY). Excellent views from any place!

Went here as European to see my first life NFL game.
The stadium is amazing and the atmosphere great - at least until it was clear that NY Giants were to lose. From that time and forward it became a bit dull and mid 4. quarter the stadium where more or less empty.
Would have expected the home crowd to stand up for their team.
But overall a great experience.

Went for giants vs cowboys and as my first time watching NFL live in the stadium, I was thrilled. A bit confusing to park but as the second biggest stadium with a HUGE parking lot, it was understandable. Stadium was crowded, one of a kind experience!

Once inside this was a fantastic experience, Jets vs Jaguars was a trilling game with lots happening even when nothing was happening. Terrific atmosphere in the area and especially on a sunny fall day. We booked level three seats, $30 ea so quite reasonable with excellent viewing. Food and beverage is what you expect from sports stadiums a bit on the expensive side. Beer $11. However don't expect drinking or eating after half time because everything closes, apparently to allow the crowd to sober up. The problem with the stadium is access from NYC. The only direct route is bus from the Port Authority. Not bad going but a disaster on return especially if you stay till the end and want to leave with 40-50,000 people. The train is ok but requires a change in NJ before you get to Penn. Kind of weird, considering both NY teams play their home games there,

This was the 8th NFL stadium I have been to and the worst to get in or out of. Parking was awful and disorganized. Get out of the complex to 95 took two hours. No clear signs. Only a few traffic people not really helping. I don't understand how they engineer a complex for ten sole purpose of hosting large crowds and then not create better traffic roads/patterns. There was a nice tunnel from parking right to stadium entrance. The stadium itself was ok. I had to go up to go down but there were a few ok food choices and where our seats were (I think because our seats in 100s were on a separate level) there were plenty of food options and restrooms with short lines.

Me and my 2 other friends went to see P!nk. We had an amazing time. We got a pretzel and some chicken fingers with fries from concession and a few drinks from the bar. They were great but a little pricey. Would definitely come back for another concert.

Seems to be the only stadium near NYC that can host big football match. Facilities are new. And you can be very close to the field if you are in the first row. Though it’s not easy to get there in public transportation, there will be shuttles from port authority terminal (near Times Square) during match day.

I really loved the stadium, comfortable seats, and a beautiful view. The only thing was that no one told us that we could not bring our backpacks into the stadium, so we had to leave them in storage and it took us 2 hours to be able to pick them up.

It was easy to reach Metlife stadium from Penn Statiom in central od NYC.
Giants arrangement before under and after the Game was Top class ! We highky rekommend to see a match. However, Metlife Stadium Dont have a roof - can be wet with rain!

MetLife stadium located in East Rutherford, NJ is the home of the NY Giants and The NY Jets. The stadium hosts many events and I came here to see U2 and the Lumineers in June 2017. Fun place to see a show. Parking costs 30$ (may change with each show) Tailgate beforehand and save a lot of money on drinks and food. Located in the middle of a busy highway, have everything on hand before you come. Security is pretty laid back if you behave yourself. They have a separate area for Ubër drop offs and pickups if you plan on getting to the venue that way.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!
Going to the MetLife was a great introduction to the NFL Live experience for me! coming from England the NFL is not as big but is growing in popularity!
always wanted to watch a live game so the Jets where a great start! Amazing fans and great stadium!
Travelling to the Stadium:
Coming from Manhattan to The MetLife Stadium was easy to do so!
-Get to Penn Station (next to Madison Square Garden)
-Go to the NJ (New Jersey) Transit Sector of the station
-Use NJ Transit vending machine
-purchase roundtrip to Meadowlands Station, gets you there and back
-get on the next available train
-Change at Secaucus Junction for Meadowlands Station
-2 min walk to the Stadium from there!
-Return Train from same location!
EASY TO TRAVEL!

Went to metlife Stadium to watch the Pats play the Jets. Tickets for section 128 row 5 seats 1 and 2 came to $313 total which a great deal compared to seats at Gillette. The food at the stadium is overpriced and is not very good, don’t waste money on it. Other than that everything else was good and we had a great view of the Pats win.

This stadium is a good venue for games and concerts. You can arrive there by rail from Secaucus. It can take a while to exit the stadium.

One of the best stadiums in the world that I have visited
Staff were awesome
Facilities and bars were good
Fans were nice
Was so cold though I went at end of January so be prepared
The public transport system was good
Good day

Last night I took my daughter and her friend to this Taylor Swift concert and the entire parking/pickup and drop off experience was TERRIBLE! I dropped her off and tried to pick her up after the concert. I say tried because I wasnt able to get her! I got into the lots B to D (I think it was,it had a big frame around the entrance of it and was right off the highway) once for pickup but couldn't find her because the spot in lot B that I dropped her off in, was closed and traffic was being directed in the other direction so first time for pickup never happened. So I followed the traffic pattern that the poorly managed parking crew had designed which led me back onto some crowded sidestreets filled with cars and I tried getting back to the stadium by trying to follow to my right but that ended up leading me back onto the highway back to the same spot as I started right by those gates. So the second go around going back to the Same entrance was TERRIBLE! The highway was packed with cars trying to get into the gates for pickup and it took me ONE HOUR just to drive to the gates entrance all just to find out the police blocked it off! Nobody was out there giving any directions on where to go next for pickup. I asked my daughter If she can meet me on the highway because I seen other kids doing it but the cop she was standing next to told her no that she couldn't go even though traffic was LITERALLY at a stand still. There were other kids who were jumping over the fence just to meet their parents on the highway. I ended up telling my daughter to take an uber that was already in there to get her out of the stadium since I had NO CLUE on how to get back in at all. So it cost me more money to get her out. We didn't get home until 2 am and the concert ended at 11 all because of this garbage, poorly run parking lot. If you ever want to go here, take the train and dont drive! I only rated a 2 instead of a 1 because I gave it an extra point due to the fact that my daughter had a good time at the actual PHYSICAL concert.

Visiting from out of town decided to stop by and watch a football game at Metlife Stadium. A bit disappointed with the distance the stadium is from everything. First of all, the NY Giants play in New Jersey, not New York. We took the subway to a major transit station and caught a bus to take us to MetLife Stadium. The whole ordeal took a longtime. The stadium should post travel tips for out of town visitors. There weren’t any signs in the transit stations. We bumped into a lot of confused fans. The stadium was nice, lots of vendors.

Went here to attend the IIFA Awards show. It is a huge stadium, which made it hard to see the people on the stage from the 300 section seats. The parking policies they have was ridiculous with no details mentioned on website. Our seats were near Parking lot E, but while driving in east bound on Rt 120, we followed the on road directions and entered from the entrance near parking lot P. We mentioned to the guides and also the the person taking the payment that we needed to go to Verizon gate and lot E, they took the payment, gave receipt and guided us how to drive to lot E. But after a minute or so of drive and passing through few more checkpoints, we reach the lot E entrance. At the entrance, the supervisor manning that lot demanded parking payment again saying what we paid to lot P is not valid there and stating that we left the stadium and came back !!! We argued that all we did was drive on the Road around the stadium to reach from lot P to E. He finally let us in. Outrageous that would do this and not mention this policy on their website.

Beyonce was a five and this venue is easy to get to on public transportation or leave by car if you play it right. The venues food is not very good, nor the beverage options, but the logistics are far better, especially in comparison to the other concert I went to for this artist.

A great arena for watching games. the place is very nicely mapped and finding things is easy, food is expensive, including drinks

We were 4 friends staying at the Red Roof in Secaucus, near the stadium. We tought it was a good spot, but not that good for public transportation to get to the Stadium. There is tooooo much vehicules. We took a taxi after the game and it costs 40 US. The majority of the taxi drivers didn’t want to take us back because our hotel was to near (cheap ride for them... they only go to NY..). We experienced the New Era Field and thé Gillette Stadium too, and the Met Life Stadium is the worst of the 3 for transportation. We should have taken the train and a bus instead of the taxi.
So be prepare!!!
Exept that, we really enjoyed the stadium. A lot of restrooms and food. The view was good even in the top corner.
And the tail gate!!! Wowww. So impressive.

I visited Met Life Stadium in June for the George Strait show, with my Mom and my 16 year old Niece, who is special needs and uses a walker. The staff of MetLife stadium was absolutely amazing and made my Nieces experience, top tier. She was given a wheel chair ride, all the way to our seats and was made to feel like a VIP. She will be talking about how much fun she had and how awesome everyone treated her for years to come. George Strait is her favorite singer, so we were very pleased that the venue went above and beyond to ensure she had the best experience. We will definitely be visiting again for future shows.

Awful loss to the Jets (24-22)......however, overall MetLife was great.
It’s really easy to get in and navigate the stadium. Plus, the staffs are all friendly and very helpful. When it comes to the food’s selections, the menu’s made of pretty typical items, chicken baskets, hotdogs, fries, etc, (and pls have a look at the photos that I attached for the prices)
PS heard loads of people saying that getting out of the parking was a disaster, so we decided to use the hotel shuttle service to and from the stadium, which worked out fantastic and would definitely recommend it if your hotel offers.

I’ve been here for a giants and a jets game. Must say raiders fans travel deep against the jets. The giants have a much stronger following. The stadium is built for capacity but the best part is the tailgate. Make sure u get there early because traffic is slow

Caught the train from Penn Station in New York and straight forward to get to the stadium in New Jersey (one change on train, follow all the other football fans).
Thorough security checks and good views from anywhere in the stadium. It is quite exposed so did get cold, but thankfully wasn't raining.
Food prices are ok, but drinks are very expensive, a bottle of bud was $13!!! No big queues to be fair.

Old giants stadium was 10x better than this dump. Bring binoculars if you're sitting in the upper deck.

We attended the Cowboy Carter tour. Floor Section 14, Row 16- not worth it. Paid over $500, and we could barely see Beyoncé or the screen. Organization at the stadium needs improvement, as we had to ask multiple staff members to navigate to our seats. Skip and go for the sections above, or attend shows at the venues in Philly for a better experience.

Nice stadium, easy location to get too. I thought any of the food I had was good. Seats comfortable and spacious enough. My knock was on concessions. One bar ran out of miller lite before kick off and the lady says oh we forgot to stock more! Then other stands were out of food items I wanted too! Kinda crazy , also concessions were just super slow service.

Guess getting to an NFL game is mostly a great event right , and this stadium is really nice. Good view from the mid center level. Got to really enjoy the plays. Worth coming !

I witnessed Copa America game. Stadium full to full. Long delays in admission and departure was extremely stressful. Thousands of people evacuating through a narrow pedestrian tunnel that connects to parking areas. Very high risk of accidents by crowds. I think if it's not solved it will be a serious danger. Bear in mind!

Went to Metlife for the BTS concert 5/19/19. The stadium was great and the show was phenomenal. But this review is for UBER. Three of us took Uber to the concert, no problem. After the concert we hightailed it to the Uber pick up zone. First note, there is NO line. It is just a free for all and basically a gathering area. Once you get to the area you place you Uber order. If a driver chooses to give you a ride then you are allowed through to the car area. The Uber drivers wait outside this area in lanes to pick you up. Now the frustrating part... There are PLENTY of driver's waiting but they pick and choose which rides they wanna take. We were staying at a hotel only 5mins away so no one would pick us up(not worth it to them). I had read from previous reviews about this so I was prepared. I canceled 7 rides due to continuously searching for driver(even though they are all right there waiting). Finally a driver elected to take our ride after about 30 minutes of frustrating continous driver searching notifications. Once we got a driver to take us it was smooth sailing. Also I should note there is a large surcharge in price for your ride. (I didn't care just wanted to get home and not deal with the bus or train) To summarize just be prepared when planning to take Uber after concert. You could be there a long time waiting for a driver to give you a break!

Went to Bruce show. The seats are so very steep it's unnerving. Forget it if you have to get up for the bathroom. What a cash grab by metlife to make even more seats. Never again. Plus you can't see anything!

I love American Football, but a real uneasy atmosphere if you are not American. Excellent view of the field until 2 "Americans" blocked it. Left at half-time. A real shame!

Get there by bus from port authority station , stadium has no roof so wrap up well -2 when we were there in Nov and windy too , loads of food and drink stalls ,great views from all seats

Big and exciting stadium but the atmosphere was a note intense for me and very little leg room meant I couldn’t get out of my seat without disturbing everyone around me. Just depends on what you like.

When visting NYC with friends we took in a NY Giants v Chicago Bears NFL match.
Getting to the stadium was easy from NYC, catching the subway to Penn subway station and a short walk to New York Penn Rail Station ($11.00 return fare) train to Secaucus Junction. Once you arrive transfer to a direct shuttle train to the Meadowlands Rail Station at MetLife Stadium or follow the crowd.
Enjoyed the football match, a new experience but as the stadium is not covered ensure to wrap up well and bring waterproofs or better still ponchos! Plenty of food and entertainment during the game breaks.
Well worth a visit and the experience.

I went to see Taylor Swift at MetLife with my family. The concert was great and the stadium itself are beautiful. Driving in the Stadium complex is terrible. They did not have a organized plan to be dropped off by our limo and espcially to allow the limo inside to pick us up.

As Packers fans, we were very nervous coming to watch the Jets/Packers game. Well, Jets fans are awesome! Everyone we talked to was super nice. We had a terrific experience!

We went here for a national marching band championship. We had great seats like any stadium tou have to go down inside for bathrooms. Bit they were well kept. We tried some of the food and drinks all were good but not cheap. Parking for our event was easy and the attendants were great. Even the ticket and bag check people were very nice and friendly.

My husband and I see a lot of concerts, but concerts at Metlife Stadium are always our favorite. The size of the venue obviously means it usually hosts the biggest acts, and it also means they have plenty of space for the most elaborate shows. To date, we've seen two dates of the Eminem and Rihanna "Monster Tour," two dates of Coldplay's "A Head Full of Dreams Tour," Metallica's "Worldwired Tour," and Taylor Swift's "Reputation Stadium Tour" at Metlife, and always had a great experience.
So first, seating advice: If you have the opportunity to do so, buy tickets in section 113! The section itself is a little confusing to find. If you go into the main entrance, they'll direct you up the escalators with most of the rest of the lower bowl seating, then route you down escalators through the Coach's Club to your seats. Not only do you get prime seating that's close enough on the side to the main stage to see well (assuming it's not a center stage setup, which I've never seen that there), but you have access to the private concession stands and bathrooms in the Coach's Club. It's great because there are shorter lines for both since only the people in that section have access. Row 6 in section 140 is another good choice because it's actually the front row of that section, so you'll get unimpeded views and they don't get snatched up as quickly as the "Row 1" tickets elsewhere in the venue, since a lot of people don't know that is the first row.
Most concerts at Metlife are pretty impressive with elaborate stages, multiple stages (usually at least a stage B, if not more), and special effects (confetti, fireworks, etc.). Even if the artist moves, you have a decent view no matter where you are.
The staff is not usually super friendly, but they're helpful enough. We never had trouble finding someone to give us directions to our section when we've needed it. The variety of food options is a little better than most stadiums. We have consistently liked the Mexican food. Avoid the hot pretzels; they're pretty awful.
If you have any issues during the show, they have a fan number you can text to notify their customer service. At one show, we had a guy who allowed a few extra people to sit in his seat and was standing in the aisle blocking everyone's view. We asked him to move, but he wouldn't. so we texted the fan number and security showed up within 10 minutes, checked everyone's tickets, and kicked the other people back to their original seats. It was very helpful!
Parking at Metlife is convenient but expensive. We usually pay $30+ to park our car in their lot. If you are able to park on the side or the back, you'll get out quickly, even if you stay the whole show. If not, be prepared to add an extra 20-60 minutes to your driving time when leaving.
Price-wise, for tickets, I'd say Metlife is on par with other large stadiums. On average, we've paid about $224 per ticket, always for seating in the lower bowl. The lowest we paid per ticket was about $185 per ticket with Ticketmaster fees (Eminem and Rihanna in 2014: Section 134, row 7, seats 21-22 and Metallica in 2017: Section 113, row 6, seats 1-2). The highest we paid was $284 per ticket with Ticketmaster fees (Eminem and Rihanna in 2014: Section 140, row 6, seats 13-14). I usually have good luck getting tickets in presales, but I've often seen good tickets get released a few weeks prior to shows.
If you have an opportunity to see a show at Metlife Stadium instead of another venue, definitely choose Metlife Stadium. It's one of the best venues in the NY Metro area.

Attended the Springsteen concert last night. Great experience except exiting the stadium. This was a potential disaster. The escalators we rode up on the way in were blocked as was the ramp. Thousands of people slowly walked to two stairwells. (You were not allowed to remain in your seats to wait for the crowd to thin as "the clean up crew had to do their jobs.")
Thankfully no incident occurred. It took about 1/2 hour to make our way from section 126 to the Verizon exit. It was not easy for the 4 of us to stay together.
Any event that might have caused a panic might have resulted in injuries. METLIFE NEEDS TO REVIEW ITS CROWD MANAGEMENT PROTOCOL. It is best to leave before the end the event.

We were second row from the top--- and could still see the football. Parking at stadium requires advanced purchase. We were diverted to a private/remote lot--around 1 mile away--which actually worked out better. The lot runs a lot buses to the stadium. There was no waiting (for a bus) going in or leaving.

First time we had been to match, even better that it was their 50th Super Bowl III anniversary against the same team they beat 50 Year’s ago.
Would recommend even if your not a football fan going as the atmosphere is something else.

I have been going to Giants games as a season ticket holder since the mid-60's-Yankee Stadium, Shea, the Yale Bowl, the Meadowlands and now MetLife.
There are significant problems with the new stadium in terms of ingress and egress and parking. (The problems are significantly reduced if you are a Club seat owner.)
1. At the Meadowlands there were direct escalators to and from each level. At MetLife, exiting the stadium requires multiple escalators, with increasing crowds joining in the "line" at each level. It is bad enough trying to navigate/survive this but imagine trying to do it with a child, or with an 80+ year old parent. Even worse though is that despite the ramps and stairs that supplement these escalators (and take very little of the flow away from them) in the event of an emergency in which everyone exits at the same time there would be serious and deadly problems caused by the bottlenecks of these escalators and the inability of people to get out safely in time. That this passed safety inspections is amazing. Solution: rethink ingress and egress, particularly egress, and consider changing the escalators to ones that run directly from each level outside of the building.
2. Parking, or lack thereof. The parking situation is a disaster. The entrances and exits are poorly designed, funneling large amounts of traffic into one of two lanes. There are insufficient spots, a situation made worse by Byrne/Continental/Izod or whatever it is now called and the construction going on at Xanadu or whatever that is now called. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to an hour (and $30 for a blue permit) to get into a game at a stadium that is basically in the middle of nowhere. And then, once you do get into a lot, you have to deal with tailgaters that take up two or three spots and refuse to move, and attendants who are utterly unhelpful. It wouldn't be hard to figure out how to redesign the entrances and the exits and the lots. Indeed, the idiots who designed them and approved them in the first place should be held responsible.
3. Other people have complained about the food and the staff, but the internal stadium food is fine for what it is (though the drinks, both soda and beer, incredibly expensive) and I have found the non-parking staff to be polite and helpful.
The safety, ingress and egress and parking issues are such, however, that one is better off saving their time and money and watching the game at home.

Went to Wrestlemania at MetLife Stadium. Stadium is amazing and the lack of room is so different to football stadiums at home. Easy to find your way around and all the staff we spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. Only downside is it’s a nightmare to get back to NYC

Large, clean, and overall, nice stadium in New Jersey. Home of the Jets and the Giants, New York football teams, MetLife stadium is one of the best. MetLife stadium is organized and full of food vendors, bathrooms, and such. Concerts are also hosted here. MetLife is a great stadium and worth your visit!

That's it... You buy tickets that high up in the 'rafters'..because you try and save a buck but get a darn nose bleed on the way to your seat... Yea, sucks for me because I didn't feel like spending $700 bucks for tickets SORRRRY... but really what if you suffer vertigo, or are afraid of hights or just can't see or the knucklehead in front has had one too many and stands for the entire performance... ARGH... NOPE.. Take me back to any other venue thank you... The best thing about METLIFE Stadium is the first floor bar where the event can be seen from the window..lol.

First watched the Giants in New York 10 years ago at the old Meadowlands stadium. It was the last year of that building. At the time we thought it very reminiscent of an old run down football(soccer) stadium back in the UK(lifelong leicester city supporter,go foxes) , that is old ,tired, terrible protection from the weather and a wind trap.So when we learnt there was going to be a new stadium we thought we would one day come back.In the last 10 years we have followed the Giants to many away games including Washington,Dallas,Atlanta,New Orleans,Nashville,Chicago and Pittsburgh and seen some great stadiums so we were excited to revisit New York to see what the then Super Bowl Champions had commissioned as their legacy.
Were we immensely disappointed. Okay the weather wasn’t great but if the fans have to resort to huddling in the toilets to get warm when the weather is bad then something is incredibly wrong with the design of this place . There is nowhere to go to get out of the bad weather, the wind whistles through the walkways and freezes you and in places the ‘internal’ walkways are open to the rain.Compared with most grounds this place is not fit to house a team like the Giants!
The experience was made doubly worse by the fact that this was the trip I had promised my two sons and partners to show them the real NFL experience as they had both been to games at Wembley in the UK. Come on Giants think of your fans and do something to preserve their comfort and dignity(toilets for warmth!) and least of all show off the NFL at its best for visitors who excitedly come to see the big blue and are let down by an awful stadium design.

At the end of the game we came out the Bud Light gate and made a left to go to our bus. The whole area was blocked off so the players can get to the players parking lot. Thousands of people we’re in a small area pushing and shoving. fights were breaking out because people could not get through the gates which were chain together. Then the usher at the Bud Light gate sent us back into the building to go across Pepsi walkway. Pure chaos as you had hundreds of people going against thousands of people coming out of the stadium. when we finally got back up the steps we weren’t allowed back in the stadium. We had to go around the whole stadium to get to our bus. We did talk to a supervisor and he said you just have to be patient and wait for all the players to come out.

Went to NYC over new years and naturally decided one of the things to see was a football game. We were fortunate enough to get tickets for the Giants vs Washington game. I was seated on the front row by the Giants side so that we could see players warming up with no interference and basically have a great view. Coming from England the one thing we were NOT prepared for was that winter cold!!! 4 hours in -9 Celsius was INSANE. My hot chocolate froze over, I didn’t dare take my hands out to eat or take many pictures lest they be lost to frostbite (yes I had gloves too) & yet these gods amongst men continued to play the game short sleeved like it was the Bahamas???! I gotta say I thoroughly enjoyed the match, banter & camaraderie amongst fans, staff and will most certainly be back…. Just in the summer! It’s worth noting for non-locals that the stadium is in New Jersey & not New York.

Went to MetLife Stadium back in October for the Jets-Vikings game. I collect bobble heads and found out a couple of days before the game the first 20,000 fans would receive a Hulk bobble head. I got there early, paid $56 for an upper level seat and, when the gates opened, received my Hulk bobble head. For people who get there early, there's plenty to do before the game; the Jets cheer leaders perform, former Jets players sign autographs and fans can watch the pre game show that's broadcast live on ESPN Radio. There's also a nice variety of food available. As for the game, the Vikings beat the Jets in a game that the Vikings dominated from start to finish. The only problem with MetLife Stadium for NFL Football is the parking. Jets and Giants season ticket holders can purchase parking permits to park in the stadium parking lots but fans who purchase individual tickets have to park in satellite parking lots and take a shuttle bus to and from the game;after the game, fans can spend up to 2 hours standing on line waiting for the bus, getting on the bus and riding the bus back to the parking bus where the car is parked. Jets and Giants fans who want to see their team in person would be better off going to a road game in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore or Foxborough where they can park near the stadium.

On the positive, the venue was relatively clean, section marking is good and easy to see, seats were pretty comfortable for stadium seats and the sound was good. (as the parent of a Kpop teen, I can say BTS itself puts on an amazing show) We were on the 300 level. On the downside, although finding our seats and a parking spot when we got there was simple, leaving the venue was different. The lines to leave the venue were not queued well - it took nearly 30 minutes to get outside of the building. Not sure of a way to improve that. Once we got to our car, it took almost an hour to get out of the lot. I've been to plenty of concerts and shows over the years and this was one of the worst exiting experiences ever. Considering I had an hour and a half drive to get home (as I'm sure was at least average) this left me not wanting to ever return in a car.

We saw Elton John here and the sound, view, staff and atmosphere was amazing!
Ok it was busy when leaving, however once we were out of the stadium the train was so easy back to New York City. I would thoroughly recommend getting the train to Meadowlands as it was quick and reasonably priced as well!
An amazing night with Elton John to top it all off!

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life for the money. Its a fabulous stadium and has good transport links but totally ruined by everything being so overpriced and difficult. If you are an international visitor do not bother. You can't register for any apps to buy transport tickets, the train takes you back to a different random station so you have to buy more tickets. You need a passport to buy a drink in the stadium, then its $16 for a drink incl taxes. Served by staff so miserable and unhelpful. When you leave you arrive hearded onto a train to the wrong station. Just some of the annoying details which when you consider how much you pay is ridiculous.

Very cool stadium, spacious, well organized and with spectacular parking.
In cold weather, it is highly recommended to bring a LOT of clothing.
The space is freezing, we saw many families with blankets to keep warm during the match.
Before games, many people take their portable grills and have their own barbecue in the parking lot.

Purchase floor seats! Its the only way to enjoy a Taylor Swift concert! Unless you have young children with you, Children can't see well on the floor!

MetLife is a great stadium with plenty of food, drink & restrooms available close to seats but you have to question how it can have such a pathetic transport system to get people home.
I thought NY was progressive but their transport from the stadium makes them the laughing stock of almost any other place in the world.
It takes forever to fill the few people they can put on a carriage & then another several hours before it leaves.
If you're going to a night game, get the train there but find other ways home.

We watched The New York Jets v The New York Giants. We sat very high up but the view was great. The atmosphere was brilliant. Very expensive for food and drink. Overall a great day.

Went to the MetLife Stadium for Giants-Dolphins game and had a great time despite a freezing wind
Great stadium and loved the Tailgate atmosphere pre match in car parking. Sadly the Giants arent having a great season so the crowd was smaller than it should have been but the team produced a welcome home win which was a bonus
Food was good albeit a bit expensive (as expected) but the hot chocolate was the star. Easy to get to despite some other reviews with a coach trip from Manhattan

SHE WAS AMAZING!!! Even though the stadium holds 80,000 people she made you feel like she truly was happy the each person was there. It was definitely an experience that will long be remembered. The parking was not as crazy as I thought it would be. A lot of people directing you where to park, etc.

MetLife Stadium us super impressive. Its a little bit tricky to get to on a non-event day.
A really contemporary venue with all the mod cons.

I attended MetLife for WrestleMania 35 and thought it was a fantastic Stadium. Any of the issues were not related to the stadium. Transport in and out was actually really simple (Bus from Penn Station in NYC) and accessing the stadium was quite easy. Concourses are wide, foood outlets are varied and easily accessible and the seats were good too. Woudl love to see an NFL game there for a much bigger stage!

Second NFL game for us, the last time was 5 years ago and the experience was fabulous! There's not much as American as an American football match on site in the USA! It starts from the parking lot where there is a crazy atmosphere of camping, training, barbecues with, everywhere, kids in football gear... Inside the course, gigantic, everything is well signposted, we take our place and let's go for 80% show and 20% sport! Loud music, commercials, fireworks, T-shirt throws, cheerleaders, standing anthem, fanfare, everything goes, all the clichés and in the middle of all that, incidentally, a football game (defeat of the locals, the Jets, against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers). The food is extremely expensive (hot dogs and soda) but what a treat, what an atmosphere. Pure happiness!

We went to the MetLife Stadium’s Monster Jam event with young kids. It was our first time at MetLife Stadium. The stadium is great, it was nice and clean, well maintained.
The parking lots had some bottle necks not sure what caused that. We were parked at the J section and took us a while to get to the road.
About the Event:
Monster Jam
It was a jaw dropping experience watching watching the gravity defying monster machines race, crash, flip, go free style and roar in the stadium. An experience of a life time. I recommend going the monster Jam event at MetLife Stadium

MSG, Barclays, Forest Hills, Prudential - they all figured out how to get people out of the venue. Metlife didn't.
They put out banners everywhere informing people where to catch an Uber. But when you get to the area, it's a mayhem: huge crowd of people pushing against each other, emotions running high as several security employees don't let people through to where the cars come. After a long wait you get into an Uber and... wait more because cars are not moving at all - they are all stuck in traffic on a sole lane to exit. It took me 1.5h to leave the venue. Never again.
Having its name associated with this mess is an embarrassment for Metlife.

I've been fortunate to visit many of the worlds great stadiums (Wembley, The bernabeau in Madrid, Sydney Olympic stadium, Allianz arena Munich and Newlands in Cape Town) and this is far and away the best.
The whole experience started with the bus ride from Manhattan which was cheap, efficient and well planned. Upon arrival (Jets v Bills) we were blown away by the size and scale of the operation.
Walking through the parking lot was an experience in its own right for a couple of brits not used to tail gate parties. Of course we knew they happened but to experience the scale and number of them was mindblowing.
Entry to the stadium was easy and directions to our section plentiful as was the outside entertainment. Some food outlets outside the stadium would have been great to allow us to experience the entertainment (if there was some we missed it).
We sat up in the rafters and whilst we were high up the access to the seats was as easy as you could want and the sightlives excellent. Together with excellent big screens we missed nothing of the game. Even so high up the atmosphere was exceptional making you really feel part of the game.
What really impressed me was the size and layout of the councourses and the variety of food and drink available at what has to be said were reasonable prices for a stadium. Equally we were very impressed at the customer service rather than policing type approach we have experienced as visitors at UK stadia.
After the game getting away was really easy with wide and plentiful exits.
All in all a very enjoyable night. One we hope to repeat next time we come to NYC.

Over the years I have visited the Coaches Club at Metlife multiple times - for business and special family outings. As a family, we had not gone since the pandemic season, and we really missed it as it really is a special experience. The food is fantastic, and the people are absolutely the friendliest and most accommodating I think I have been associated with in a venue of this size. Truly makes the experience super special. My hats off to the management of the staff. For the 10 times or so I have gone, the staff has been consistently great. We have gone for both the Jets and the Giants as we are those odd New York fans that feel lucky to have both an AFC and NFC team to root for!! It used to be that after the game you could basically walk all over the field and get pictures at the 50 year line and all of the emblems on the field. We had also taken great pictures reenacting the Beckham catch. This was highlight of the experience, with both the Jets and the Giants games. This time around though, we found that access to the field is now severely limited to a small stretch of one side of the field. There are security people in basically a gauntlet that keep people from going outside of the small space. This was a surprise for us and a complete downer. Also, we had some fantastic memories of the Giants drum corp coming onto the field as well and performing a few numbers which the crowd and our family absolutely cherished. That seems to be gone as well. I hope this was an anomaly as a truly special experience has been taken down a few notches.

If you give this waste of NJ space anything over 1 star, you must be wealthy and bypassing the parking and crowed management that this place lacks. It is seriously like no one is in charged and they wing it every weekend. Every aspect of road/parking/crowed management stinks about MetLife Stadium. I visit stadiums all over the country and trusssst me, this place is the worse for parking by far. 1PM game, 30min ride to stadium, 30min to get to the main exit (tried multiple all the same) for the stadium, and hear this - not lying one bit - 2hrs to go 1.5 miles and park. You then get to the parking and the very unprofessional parkers just throw up their hands and say no more parking. What! No parking? And there you are, on your own looking for Mall parking if you are lucky. NO KIDDING. Just Stay away from this place and dont buy any MetLife products until they change.

Stadium wasn't my favorite tbh. I've been to about 20 nfl stadiums. It was ok bit nothing amazing about it. Had nice seats but nothing too exciting and wasn't crazy for the Philly steak sandwich I had there.

I've been here a few times. Years ago, for a Jets' game in 5F degree weather.
Most recently, at two separate soccer matches. Last year the Copa Centenario final match.
Last night, Real Madrid vs AS Roma.
Last year experience was better.
Last night because of Mother Nature we were delayed in arriving.
The concessions inside the stadium were ill equipped. All attendants standing around idle while a new employee was left to serve the public she did her best.
The seats, although not what I had requested, were high, but good visibility of the match. Nice!
Train service is superb to the stadium, the best mode of public transportation.
If there is a new opportunity we will return.

Had a great weekend. Went to Giants vs Redskins. Stayed at The Hilton Meadowlands. Ate dinner at the Flaming Grille and Supreme Buffet. Very 👍

As a vistor to the US I am sure I have a different view to the locals. I loved going to the Metlife stadium to see the NY Giants vs. Detroit Lions. I grew up in the UK watching 60 minutes of American Football on a Sunday afternoon on Channel 4 and that was the closet I actually got. Going to see a game live and experience the tailgating, noise of the crowd and just the size and scale of the stadium was great. Massive stadium (by UK standards), lots of entertainment and a great experience. We left after the 3rd Qtr, but was impressed that have a massive Uber parking lot so its easy to grab an Uber and get home in the evening.

I just experienced the Jay-z and Beyoncé On The Run ll tour at MetLife Stadium. It was quite an experience and luckily it did not rain. Due to the size of this stadium waiting for parking & exiting afterwards was the worst part. Other than that I have to say we had a great night. Ways to get transportation and find your parking lot were very clear. Stadium bathrooms and stadium itself were clean. I recommend going for a stadium concert experience. It’s great.

Attended the Luke Bryan show last weekend. Stadium is great and parking was easy. Probably the most laid back stadium for parking that I have attended. You were not confined to one parking space. They sort of let you do what you want. I assume maybe this is because they have the space? Also, parking was reasonable at $30. Coming from Boston when you home stadium is Gillette I expected much of the same price gauging, but that was not the case. Only major issue is the lower concourse for field seating during a concert. It is very narrow and gets extremely congested. Also, they do this ridiculous thing that you can only obtain your bracelet for sitting on the field in one location, making you walk half way around the stadium to have to walk all the way back. Also, exiting could have been better organized. It started pouring as the concert was getting out and it seemed that there were a lack of attendants directing traffic which was creating some major bottlenecks. Overall though great stadium and I look forward to another road trip to see a game or a concert here.

With the NFL season being so short its great if you can fit in a game while your travelling & it was great timing that the New England Patriots were playing the New York Jets last time I was visiting New York in 2016.
Without a car as most tourists are in NY I took the dedicated game day bus from the Port Authority Bus Terminal not too far from Times Square.
This was busy but cheap & I think the best way to get to the stadium.
When arriving at the stadium its great to see the fans tailgating in the car park which is something we dont get in the UK.
The stadium inside is still very modern & has a great range of food and drink outlets.
With some NFL games being quite expensive (depending on whos playing vs the Jets or Giants) I was pretty high up but the view was decent!
The NBA is my number one sport in the US but the NFL is a close second so if your in the NY/NJ area & theirs a game on try and grab some tickets...

My granddaughter, a friend and I went to this game so my granddaughter could perform in a after game event for the cheerleaders. the boys football team played a scrimmage game and the girls cheered and did their stunts. Upon leaving we found out that the check baggage area was closed so we were not able to retrieve the back pack we left there. We had to walk tot he lost and found and were able to get it from there. Then we asked about the shuttle busses to bring us to the parking lot. They too were done. If you have an after game activity then why are things closed or discontinued before everyone has left the arena. Here we are in a stranded parking lot having no idea where we were and in which direction to go in. It was getting dark and we called the police. They Were not able to offer any assistance. A security truck did come by but it was not Met Life Security. I can’t remember what it said but they gave us a ride to the parking lot and it was not a short ride. We had tried calling the office but again they were closed. Anyone we asked for assistance just kept telling us we had to keep walking. I had recently had my knee operated on so it was very painful to just keep walking. I am totally disgusted with their lack of concern or care.

My husband and I recently attended the Liverpool v Manchester City game at the MetLife Stadium. The stadium was packed and yet, security seemed to move quickly/seamlessly. We had seats in Section 135 and had a perfect view of the full field. The stadium is open top and it rained for the duration of the game, however this didn't dampen the atmosphere.
One pain point, was certainly getting in and out of the match transit wise. The stadium has an elaborate Uber queuing system, which took a few valuable minutes to figure out...by which point you are in a line of thousands of people doing the same thing.
The Uber line ended up taking us over 90 minutes, before we were finally on the way back to our hotel...if it continues to be done the same way, the following cheat sheet should help:
UBER:
When leaving the stadium head for Parking Lot D, while onroute open your Uber app and select what type of Uber class you'd like to take. UberX is the cheapest, but depending on how valuable your time is the UberXL and Uber Black lines are shorter! Select the class and it will issue you a pin number, eventually you will give this number to your driver. However while this is going, be moving as quickly as you can in the direction of the Uber lines, find the sign for the class you've selected, show your pin to the attendant and get in line. Now you wait...
However knowing the above process before you arrive at the attendant checking pins will save you valuable minutes!
Good luck! Enjoy the game!

Great atmosphere, great fans, great stadium. Prices were fair and the food was good, beer nice and cold, great time!

We watched the Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich soccer match at MetLife Stadium. Our seats were just below the planes from Newark Airport, but we were able to see all of the action on the field. There were many concession stands to choose from, so lines moved quickly. Walkways are very wide and escalators are available to keep the crowds moving.

Great times at MetLife stadium and you can bring the whole family! Kids will love to try and kick the field goal as you enter the stadium!

Attended 1 NFL game here and two concerts. The fans for the Jets game are easily some of the worst i've even seen for a sporting event. Two fights in our section and many more in the parking lots. It must be a New York thing because i've never seen one anywhere else. If you don't have a parking pass for NFL games you have to be shuttled off property which is inconvenient and time consuming. For concerts its a little better. Saw Metallica here and the sound was excellent and the venue was perfect for it. The other concert, Summer Jam well lets just say i would love to forget about that one. Overall nice stadium, but everything else need improvement.

We had a great time. The crowd was loud and full of energy (at least for the first 10 minutes). Too bad the Jets lost to the Patriots 33-0!

The stadium is great! Good opportunity to buy merch and food & drink. Only downside is getting out after the game, it's slow and painful but expected with the volume of people. Free WiFi is a big plus

Yes, it is a nice new stadium but so much around it, like the crumbling infrastructure lead to chaos which leads to an all-around stressful and expensive experience.
1) Either leave mega early and be prepared to kill lots of time or;
2) Look up trains to see if they’re running or;
3) Take your car but be prepared for what is seemingly 3rd world traffic around the stadium with tax-payer dollars being spent on so many cops driving around trying to herd traffic and stop people from desperately offloading people from their cars in an attempt to let some people walk to the stadium so they don’t miss the entire game. It took us 1 hour to get through constantly merging local roads near stadium that were all eventually being funneled into 4 parking pay booths. Thousands missed the first half of the game. Insult upon injury was a $30 parking fee as if we don’t all spend enough on the tickets. Any modern payment options instead of cash to expedite the process? No better parking strategy in 2018?
BEWARE:
- You’ll be security screened like you’re boarding a flight just to delay you some more;
- No umbrellas allowed. So many people were turned away from the gate which held up lines even more from entering;
- Pocket books, purses and handbags of normal sizes are not allowed. So many people had arrived and had to go back to their cars to leave them there. Delayed everybody even more;
- Had stuff in a white plastic bag: no good either. Has to be totally see-through. Clearly guards using their eyes to see the contents of your bag not good enough;
- Ticket scanner people are not efficient, slow and not strategtically placed;
- Getting to your seat will take another 15 mins on escalators;
- Food vendors, as usual, are in no rush and sometimes you wonder whether they know you’re dying to rush back to your seat.
I will be very hesitant to go back again and nobody I went with had anything different to say.

We went to watch a giants game and it was brilliant. The atmosphere was great, there are escalators to prevent you from climbing lots of stairs and the seats are pretty comfortable.
The only negative is that I was not able to buy alcohol because I only had a U.K. drivers liscence and this is not accepted as acceptance
Identification (this is confirmed on the giants website). You still have to provide identification even if you are near 40 years old.
The bus from Port Authority is really easy to catch and a round trip cost me 20 bucks which is easy and good value.

My son and I went to the Eagles/Giants game. We could not believe how easy it was to drive to the stadium, park and enter, and find our seats! We were in section 135, and we had our very own little collection of food and beverage vendors and bathrooms right down the stairs! Easy peasy! Everything about this experience was excellent... Great game and an Eagle win! Fly Eagles Fly!

Visited the MetLife stadium for a Giants vs Tampa Bay game and it was awesome! The stadium itself is HUGE and very impressive, there’s plenty of places to eat/drink and plenty of staff around to help you if you get lost.
FYI you can’t take ‘large’ bags into the stadium so you will get given a plastic bag to take your stuff in whilst they hold your bag until after the event.
LETS GO GIANTS!

From UK, went to Jets Vs Jags game last sunday, seats where back of middle section at one end. We got there early and found seats as with my mum (70 year old) who had fractured her back couple of months ago and needs to sit down after walking for a while. Unfortunately seats where out of the sun and very windy on back of neck totally our fault, thought about buying a club hoodie or blankett. Then explained to guests services to see if could move further forward if any empty seats so at least out of wind, they gave us new seats just on landing (temporary folding seats) in full sun with great view and easy access, had to buy jets hat as so warm and then watched a great game in the lovely sun in nice chairs, so thank you for guest services for making it a great day.

I attended the Jets-Vikings game at Met Life. Even though Met Life is kind of an unremarkable stadium aesthetically, it is really a great stadium functionally. There are no bad seats, there are many access points into the stadium, and security does a great job of moving a lot of people through quickly. There is permit parking all around the stadium. I would suggest buying a permit online. The non permit parking is just as expensive, is off-site, and the wait for the after game shuttle is long.
I had seats in the Toyota Club section. The food and drink options were varied and excellent.
Overall, I had a great experience at the game. The traffic afterward was awful, but expected.

I have been to MetLife Stadium awhile before the Covid Pandemic was around. I had went there to see the most famous boy band in the world, BTS. The South Korean boy band that I have come to love was such an amazing view. The seats were very cozy and I expected to not be able to hear the band sing over the screaming fans, but the audio was incredible! The temperature in the arena is not to hot and not to cold. The show was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing and very comfortable. I really recommend going there once it opens back up.
(I picked May 2020 as the date I went to MetLife Stadium as a requirement. I actually went in the middle of august 2019)

Great views from the first row of the upper deck for the Taylor Swift concert, easy to get into the stadium complex to park, but typical horrible, expensive food. $12 for a beer, $12 for a sausage sandwich, and $9 for a bad hot dog. Leaving the parking lot and the immediate area was terrible. It took 90 minutes to leave the parking lot.

I work part-time for a limousine company and drove a group to the recent Monday night football game at MetLife Stadium.
Researched beforehand to learn about the designated drop off and pick up area being between Lots D and E. GPS successfully guided me to that location for dropping off.
When it came time for picking up, GPS directed me back to that same location, but every time I was told to turn left or take a certain road, it was barricaded and all traffic was diverted in the opposite direction. This went on for a full hour of being stuck in traffic, getting to the desired intersection, and being told such turns were not permitted.
Has anyone else suffered a similar situation and is there a secret to avoiding this?
One prior reviewer in another thread mentioned approaching the Stadium from Route 3 West. Can anyone verify that from your experience?
Help is appreciated so as to reduce the wait times of passengers waiting to be picked up after the event ends.

Went to see monster jam at MetLife stadium and had a blast tailgating with friends, eating good food and enjoying the show! Facilities were great, staff was friendly. My friend lost her phone in the bathroom and guest services were nice enough to call her boyfriend so they could retrieve the phone!

If your going to Metlife stadium and staying over night i would recommend Holiday inn express in Carlstadt NJ its only 9 min away from the stadium. The staff are very friendly and helpful, room was very nice and very clean. I would stay their again.

Went to MetLife for Wrestlemania and was thoroughly impressed. The space between seats was good, the view was great and the food/drinks options were pretty good and fairly reasonably priced.

Pick-up is a NIGHTMARE. They designate Lot E for non-Uber pick-up but provide NO clear directions on how to actually get there! If you entered from 3 East you were just shuttled into one way traffic which only allowed you to exit the stadium. Guards gave vague directions on how to get to correct entrance which never worked - unless you were able to navigate through maze of side roads. I tried Route 3 East entrance again thinking I must have made a wrong term only to end up on Route 120 again. Meanwhile, it is now midnight and my family members have been standing in the rain - guards are forcing them to remain in Lot E and won't even let them stand in tunnel for shelter! I finally figured out that I had to enter on Route 3 West service road to actually enter the stadium and get to Lot E. Such a simple instruction and SIGN is all that was needed. "ENTER ON RTE. 3 WEST for PICK UP". I witnessed crowds of stranded people - many young kids - on the phone trying to give directions to whomever was picking them up. I am guessing their rides were doing the same thing I was doing - driving in circles not finding the correct entrance!! Awful experience. If this is any indication of what that area will be like when that mall opens - STAY AWAY.

Good access via the NJTransit line, the venue is well maintained and well laid out. The staff were great, very helpful and helped the atmosphere.
Plenty of places to eat and drink, expensive but not the worst. Plenty of toilets as well.
Definitely worth a cheeky visit.

We went to the Jets game. Travel to and from the stadium was excellent. Got train from Penn station to Secaucus. Then got a train which is free direct to the stadium. Same journey back, bit crammed on way back but what do you expect.
All in, great fun.
For those who travel to a game here from outside of the USA you may not be used to being asked for ID when purchasing alcohol. Be warned that it is a complete joke at this place. I am significantly past 21 years old, everyone is asked for ID and a UK driving licence is not accepted. You MUST bring your passport to purchase very average beer.

Scored 4 rather than 3 just because seeing the Stones was definitely a bucket list item for me. Sound quality was, as I expected, far from great, but smthats due to the sheer size and shape of the venue. The most disappointing thing wasn't the actual venue but ths transport links to and from it! We got the 351 coach from the Port Authority and the queue was unbelievable, sbaking all around the inside of the terminal and then out onto a grubby area at the back and a TWO HOUR wait for the coach! When we arrived it wasn't too bad getting in, but to avoid anothercdjsaster of a queue we actually left as they started the last song - just couldn't take another marathon queue or risk getting stranded so far out. View was OK but should have taken binoculars or a telescope - and we had platinum seats! All saved by the Rollong Stones though, thanks Mick !

The inside of the stadium is very nice. As far as the watching of the event is concerned, great stadium. The problems are when your not in your seat. Longest bathroom lines I've experienced in 100 level seats. Limited alcohol and food booths and options. Stop serving alcohol at halftime! Wtf, after the second quarter stood in the bathroom line, then stood in the food line. This food both did not sell the type of beer I like so next I went to get in an alcohol line and they stopped serving. Man was I disappointed after doing nothing but stand in line for halftime to return to my seat without a beer.
Problems do not stop with stadium. I booked one of the closest hotels because I enjoy walking to and from venues and have no problem paying top dollar to be walking distance. So if you feel the same way be advised you cannot easily walk. I was actually told by a local it would be suicidal for multiple reasons to walk even though i can see the stadium from my hotel room. It's surrounded by highways with no sidewalks or pedestrian cross walks. From all the cities I've visited this was the worst city planning around a venue so big. If I did it again I'd plan to stay farther away and take the train.
I considered tailgating but learned no overnight parking which is another thing that seems strange to me. Just encourages drinking and driving.
Weed smoking in the seats. Seriously several people smoking (not vap) in the seats.
Not sure what stadium I'll be going to next year but not NY.

It takes two trains to get out of NYC to reach the MetLife, let alone subways etc. from Chappaqua it took us about 3 hours! The stadium itself is a good modern arena but is very corporate, some good staff but we weren't helped by being directed to a crap merch store instead of the good one. Seats were great but as the sleet was blowing directly in our face it would have been nice if the Jets had handed out plastic ponchos instead of charging for them.

We were here for the Rolling Stones concert. There were crowds of people and yet there was hardly any waiting time. Big, that's what Americans are good at. Very friendly but firm security staff, food and drink worked perfectly. Arrival and departure from New York by coach bus. App on your phone, pay, and off you go. We'll definitely be back.

I hate that they charge $40 to park a vehicle here. I'm used to NASCAR events from NH to FL and very few tracks even charge to park. It was a bit of a struggle to find parking because of people tailgating, too many cars forced into a lot that didn't have many spaces you could use. We brought subs to eat before entering the venue just after the gates opened, we walked right in with our sealed water bottles. Got right in the merchandise line, took pictures with the awesome screen they had for the show.
We did have trouble getting to our section, 220A, because we were forced to avoid a club section and go up around that section and back down to access our section. We went to a Rita's/ Mrs. Fields counter for ice cream before heading to our seats. I knew we had a short row but was disappointed that the row was a dead end so everyone would have to get by us all night. It didn't end up to be a big deal though.
We had our kids with us, ages 9 and 15, but I did not see any other children there. Our view was decent, and the big screens helped a lot. Our section had a bathroom a few feet away and just one food stand, we had to go farther for what we needed.
We left about 5 minutes before the show ended, walked halfway around the venue again and it didn't take too long to be on our way down Rt 3. I was fine with NJT or GSP so I got stuck in a certain lane and just continued in whichever direction it was.

This is a great place to experience pure first football game. Transport by the Meadowlands express bus from Manhattan is simple and cheap, stadium entry and exit are easy, facilities are good.
Just take into account a rather long wait for the return bus.

Our second visit to this stadium and a delight as always. It is in good condition with plenty of options for eating. Helpful staff and escalators.

Attended the Jets v. Giants preseason game on August 26th.
Purchasing tickets for the event and parking was very easy through StubHub. The parking ticket (about $30) was available immedaitely after purchasing, but the tickets to the actual game arrived digitally only two days before gameday...which, from my understanding, isn't uncommon.
We arrived at the stadium exit at about 5:40 pm, about an hour and twenty minutes before 7 pm kick-off. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the parking area. You follow a stream of slow-moving cars through the parking ticket booths where they validate your tickets. We printed ours...as it was recommended in the email. You then can park where directed...a short walk to the stadium entrance. Be mindful that there are a lot of people tailgating, taking up multiple spaces, grilling and tossing the ball (or cornhole sack) around. We opted to park a little further out to give those people more space and avoind any risk of balls hitting the car.
Going through the gate was fairly easy...EXCEPT when I tried to get my Digital SLR (Canon R5) through. The website clearly states that still-photography camera with lenses 6" or less are permitted...though when I got to the gate I was told by a few people that no camera with detachable lenses are attached...after pleading a bit, they allowed me to enter. My lens was about 5" long for reference (a wide angle zoom lens) I did notice others with detachable lens camera throughout the stadium...so, as with many venues...I think this "rule" is essentially left up to the descretion of the gate attendant...which can be misleading and confusing for those reading from the stadium's official website.
The stadium is massive...lots of food options but pre prepared to spend about $13 beers and $12-18 sandwiches and meals. Pretty standard for venues in the NYC area. Massive gift shop with lots of the home team's gear. Also some activities like running the 40 or punting through some goal posts were available in the front of the stadium shortly after clearing security.
The game was great...good idea to go during the off-season...as I was able to get prime lower level seats on the 50 yeard line for about $100 each...during the regular season, these seats are about $300-350. The environment was great...everything you would expect in a regular game. The NY crowd was very into the Jets-Giants battle...lots of energy in the arena.
Lines for food and bathrooms can get long at the end of each quarter and at halftime as expected. Bathroom lines are also long after the game. We actually stayed after the game for about 20 minutes...I snapped some photos as people emptied out...to allow the majority of the crowd to leave the lot. This seemed efective...as it wasn't difficult at all to leave....within 10 minutes from entering our car, we were back in the NJ Turnpike (1-95).
All staff, including the ushers to check tickets and direct you to your seats were helpful and friendly.

My first visit was a concert the show was great but I had to go to customer service it was horrible service for my daughter a ADA customer . I explained the walk was to far for her to walk I offered to show her pass and was told no go to a paramedic . Where we were seated water dropped on our head the entire show a guy came to me told me he was sending someone in an orange shirt to move our seats they never came. Just angry workers . Second visit was a jets football game when I say omg trying to find our seats was a nightmare . The parking lot was an easy in and easy out for us . I do not want to return so I hope no entertainers I want to seat goes there .

The stadium itself is very nice once you arrive and enter, but to get there is a disaster and the parking is very disorganized when there are a lot of people attending. What surprised me is the lack of police or security directing traffic and making sure people make it on time. What should have been a 50 minute drive ended up being a 3 hour drive and we made it to our seats 5 minutes after the game started. They need to do a better job. The bridges that they have to get people to the parking is another disaster. It does not have the capacity to move 80,000+ people that attended the game.

Very fun night inside the Metlife stadium! We went to see the famous Jay-Z & Beyonce! The food is great including the frozen margharitas! The experience is worth the cost of admission and giving yourself a once in a lifetime experience!

Was visiting from South Florida and as an avid football fan I wanted to check out a new stadium. Each stadium has its own dynamic and this one did as well. Lots of Eagles fans which I was surprised about, but that made it pretty exciting as well. Older stadium, but gives it character. Had a great time.

Loved the efficiency of the security and traffic crew! Got us in and out in just a few minutes both ways.
Plenty of places to park. We chose the red G lot which put us right at Will Call. Even the blue lots were pretty close. No issues with parking or will call. Friendly folks!
Stadium allows food and bottled water and sodas to be taken into the stadium in clear bags. Food at the stadium is very pricey. (regular plain cheeseburger $12)
Plenty of concessions of all kinds and lots of restrooms. Flow of stadium crowds in and out well handled. Stadium staff very helpful.
Seats are comfortable and view from high up was acceptable.
All in all, a decent visit.

The stadium was clean. There was a lot of staff and security guards. Very well organized.
I would recommend that you eat before you go. The food there tasted terrible. Extremely poor quality food with high prices. $12 for warm beer and $11 for a cold doughy pretzel.
MetLife Stadium is home to the NY Giants and NY Jets. Although the two teams officially have New York in their name, their home is in New Jersey. The stadium is really huge and you also notice that it is relatively new. Basically I liked the stadium a lot, we certainly had a little more expensive seats, but the food was top and also the place was super comfortable and enough space. What I complain about is the location of the stadium. It is not easy to reach and it is actually located in nowhere. When we went there we took a taxi and for the return trip then the public transport. I would finally recommend the public transport for the visit.
