Very clean and well set up. Lots of seating for none shoppers. Parking was tight and packed. Store selection good and men’s section great.

If you are there to shop, know when to go and how to maximize your time in stores. The stores on the outside of the mall are great to park and and start first, then hit the main portion. If you are a wonderer, then you will be fine. If you like specific hops, have your map ready to get there and hit them first so you have the best selection. Make sure you look t the weather before you go as well. If its raining, it will be busier. Typically, we go on Tuesday and Wednesday. The place does have decent parking but do not valet if you do not have to. Food is ok but the shops are worth, it.

I’ve previously paid a visit to this Character Warehouse while visiting WDW and was thrilled when I found a Personal Shopper, Tammy, that live streams her shopping days at all things Disney: all Character Warehouses, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs so I was extremely disappointed and horrified by the horrible behavior exhibited by the management staff at this Character Warehouse over the course of the last several weeks which was live streamed to close to 100 people that were being shopped for.
Several weeks ago the people being shopped for were witness to an incident where Riley targeted the sister Amy who has Downs Syndrome, of the shopper which left said sister extremely upset and the shopper equally upset.
Both had returned to the store several times since this incident occurred without further incident, until last Friday (5/24/24), when Tammy was busy shopping and Amy was sitting on the floor out of the way and directly in front of her cart folding the merchandise that was selected by buyers, which she had done hundreds of times before. Someone that was not very pleasant named Jenny came up to Tammy and told her that Amy had to move because she way in the way and she was creating a fire hazard, meanwhile another personal shopper’s daughter was actually completely blocking the fire exit with her body and her full cart but not one word was said to her. When Jenny was confronted by Tammy by this situation Jenny said the girl wasn’t there, then changed her story when Tammy said she had video proving she was so she then changed her story. The other personal shopper heard Tammy tell Jenny about the young lady in the doorway so he had his daughter move. In the meantime Josh who is apparently the “big” manager of this location and the International Drive location is talking to Jenny and the other shopper and it’s evident they are talking about Tammy and Amy. They check out and go about their business.
Yesterday 5/28/24 was the worst abhorrent behavior yet by Cast Members at a Disney establishment. So unbelievably cruel, unnecessary, unethical and unacceptable. As Tammy and Amy are shopping and have full carts with several thousand dollars worth of merchandise a woman tries to take stuff out of their cart and gets pissed off when she is told it is theirs and has already been spoken for and paid for by her customer. A man does the same thing but actually takes something out which is grabbed back from him as he’s being told that it’s theirs and then he threatened to “punch you bitches in the face”. After shopping for roughly 3-1/2 hours and as previously stated carts piled high, Tammy is working with a customer via video chat for an item and she is approached by an Orange County Sheriff. He then tells her that ”she has been asked several times to leave the store” which is an absolute lie, she has NEVER been asked to leave the store. He then says “she is being trespassed” and must leave the store soon as he gives her the paperwork, Josh the coward just stood there smirking saying pretty much nothing, answering none of Tammy’s questions. She asks if she can check out the merchandise that she has in her baskets and he says her sister who remember has Downs Syndrome, can, provided she can do it herself or they will have to leave it. Amy at this point is having a meltdown, she doesn’t understand any of what is going on other than her sister has to leave the store and she has to now do everything herself and has never done 100% of the check out by herself before. As Tammy is leaving as required it sounds like someone says if she doesn’t leave in ten seconds I’m going to have her arrested, it’s Amy’s turn to check out and she is beside herself crying, yelling, crying some more; there are a couple of other personal shoppers as well as a sympathetic and compassionate Cast Member in the store that help Amy check out and get the bags out to Tammy and help get everything to the car.
All of this BS because Jenny got caught lying not once but twice. These stores should appreciate these personal shoppers, they buy thousands of dollars of merchandise a month and by year’s end more than a million. How much is a single tourist or tourist family buying maybe a couple hundred?
As much as I love Disney merchandise and the fact that this place gets so much of a variety of things and sizes at great prices I will NEVER set foot in this store again until JOSH, RILEY and JENNY are FIRED for this DESPICABLE behavior

We spend almost as much time here as we do the parks! Absolutely love it - loads of bargains and some brilliant shops.

Arrived, as we usually do, ten minutes before the Mall opens (10.00am weekdays) and had no problem parking adjacent to the west entrance.
All the usual brands here and a number of independent type shops - but I have to say many of those had a limited appeal - at least to us.
Still bargains to be had but the ‘brands’ really do look like they are made for the outlet market when you compare the real thing at non outlet stores!
It’s worth a mention, if you are arriving at a weekend or other busy period, that there always appears ample (free at the time of writing) car parking near the outlaying shops - where Saks/Tommy Bahama is located.

We love to shop at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets when we stay at HGV Tuscany Village. The outlets are a short stroll from Tuscany Village, so there’s no need to drive and deal with the hassle of parking.
We made purchases at Nike, Talbots, Nautica, Vinyard Vines, and Crocs in less than two hours. The shops are spacious, and sales staff are attentive and professional. Everyone wears masks, and safety protocols are followed throughout the complex. Shopping at Vineland Premium Outlets is an enjoyable process.

I thought this outlet was very well situated and easy to get to from Universal properties. A great selection of stores and while crowded, it didn't really feel that way due to the lay out. I enjoyed shopping here.

We have a great help from ( Serien )
She help us to pick the right shoes for us.
She is really nice and helpful.
She works every Friday and Saturday until 5pm.
Ask for her help.
She will make your experience much better.

If your car is larger than a compact, you cannot possibly use the free parking spaces without expecting dings and dents on your doors. The spaces are very small and the options very limited. I went on a cloudy day so the mall was crowded. I literally drove around for a half hour looking for a space large enough to park my mid-size SUV. Nothing! In addition there are other people doing the same thing so it is a bit like a bumper car amusement only not amusing! Finally, I opted to pay $10.00 to park in the covered parking garage which was lovely. Just understand that if you want to park your car safely at this mall, you will pay $10.00 to use the covered parking or $15.00 for valet.
The stores were fine but everything was crowded, with many rude shoppers.
Also, my cell phone (AT&T) did not have a signal. Had to walk quite a distance to send my husband a picture of a shirt I thought he might like. All in all, the frustration of no parking, no cell signal, and large crowds was so stressful that I would NOT return to this mall.

We passed in this mall and I really almost ran out of eyes from all the nice things we saw, especially children's clothes. It is a nice place but very expensive. They should invest more in cleaning public areas like parking and restrooms. There are branded stores that offer discounts but in the end it is still very expensive.

Many recognized brands, with very good options and very good prices. To be an outlet, you get a lot of things, you have a food court.

Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is my first outlet visit in the US and I am so glad I visited the shopping complex. There are so many stores selling items at an outlet price and some of them with additional mark-down on the top of 40 - 60%. Special discounts also apply such as ‘$20 off for $100 purchase’ or ‘2 free 1’. Visitors can spend half a day or even full day there if you are up for shopping!

Positives:
: plenty of premium outlet stores, all the usual suspects (Michael Kors etc)
: good in house wi-fi
: clean @ tidy
: Food court not bad
Negatives:
: couldn’t get a hot cup of tea anywhere ( not even McDonalds)

Well I must say I’ve been coming to this place since 2008.
Some great names to shop.
Big bug bear though is now they have taken over big areas of the Parking by wanting you to pay $10 just to park....
I understand the valet park $15 at least your getting something but honestly this is silly.
Just killing off a great place to shop.
There is no real big bargains now to be honest, you may as well just hit the Mall.
The food court is still great.
American Eagle still my favourite.

It is a premium outlet, that is, a lot of luxury brand. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place. Only quality product and prices with discounts even generous. The day I was there, I didn't pay a fee. Good products, quality, for prices that I thought were worth it. A disappointment was the Disney store: at the time I went there was nothing and was with very salty prices. Enter only the stores that are advertising discounts in the vitrines, then it is worth it!

Just a bit disappointing. Orlando International Premium Mall was a bit better. Not maybe the level of bargains you once might have got.
Still managed to spend quite a bit though!!!!

Although this is one of 3 Malls in the area, its the only one without a Bose store. Parking can be problematic, so to save time $15 valet parking is an option. I visited all 3 Malls. Each had varying & different "bargains" but was far cheaper & more bargain laden 20 years ago. Ray ban sun glasses, amongst many other designer stuff is cheaper on Amazon than it is here. £90 cheaper for my Wings pair. If you're looking for souvenir bargains, head dow the 192 & take time to explore the Many bargain shops on this highway. Most stock the same stuff, but at least $10 cheaper per Disney shirt, than in the theme parks !!

This place is a disaster. I was sick as a dog after ingesting a number 7 what look like a chocolate oreo milkshake/Smoothie. It was HORRIBLE! I will never ever purchase from here ever!!

Spent a couple of hours here for some last minute shopping before our flight home and it was fine. Nothing to keep the kids distracted though - the small children's play area was closed for some unexplained reason. Beyond that there are plenty of stores, mostly mid to high end outlets with reasonable, and sometimes very good, prices. Plenty of free parking too.

Stay clear of the Gucci store here. I walked out after I was discriminated by the manager here who goes by the name “freddie” or “freddy” (however you spell it). Don’t know if he’s racist or just hates his job, but he certainly has terrible customer service skills. I made eye contact with freddie and politely asked for his help by giving him a friendly wave and verbally telling him. As freddie acknowledge my wave to him, he shook his head “no” with a disgusted look on his face and walked to the register in order to act like he was busy. Also, freddie never got another Gucci employee to help me or my party so we left.

Thought we would stop by as heard so much about the outlet had to see for ourselves.. as the title says ' bargains to be had, there is something for everyone there is even a Disney Character Warehouse there. Worth a look.

Great place to shop. I would have an idea what you are looking for. There are so many shops, maybe overwhelming.

This Outlet is close to the Disney World parks, it has a variety of stores and brands, the food area lacks a little variety, the space is a bit small, the parking lot is not very large and makes it difficult to find a space. Prices are competitive

run down and dissapointing! its not the high end it used to be. the interior is old, not well maintained and stores are being pushed out to the other side of the street due to high rent. a parking nightmare. we were off season, so not with christmas so that cannot be blamed. will NOT return.

The food is good and the service is fine, trouble was watch your bill. We ate there three times during our three week stay and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The main problem was on the last visit I was handed my card back and bill, with a $30 up charge. When I brought it to the waitresses attention, the bill was snapped back out of my hand and she came back after a very long time to tell me the $70 dollars charge was canceled and I was then charged the correct amount. No sorry for the error. I would not comment on this, but I had overheard the same problem with another customer near us on our previous visit. I guess buyer beware.

I actually took the I-trolley here from the resort I’m staying at. It was a pleasant ride and the trolley stops right across the street to drop off passengers. There’s a large food court located almost in the center of the shopping area. The restrooms were clean. This is a busy outlet mall, especially on a weekend.

The shopping strip's are outside but cool inside each shop. A central food hall also cooler. A real variety of great brands and fantastic bargains, especially for people from Aus! Need a few hours minimum.

Nice outlet, great selection of shops. Lots of bargains. Well worth signing up for VIP club (free) as you get more vouchers and offers.

Oh the fun, loads of great stores, tons of sales, and high end goods! I love it ! Under armor, Vera Bradley, Kate Spade, Lindt, Columbia, Shoes and more! Kitchen stores, fashion and makeup too. Prices are great and military discounts at many places!

I have to admit I got a little fed up with shopping this time ‘round but this mall was quite close to where we’ve been staying so it would be rude not to visit! So glad we did, it had everything there you would need & the food court was great, lots of choices, decent prices & great quality. Will probably come back next time.

Very good selection of stores, with some great bargains. Mall is well maintained - I like that you have to go outside to transition to the next store. Good variety in the food court. Can get busy later in the afternoon - would recommend going at opening time. My only complaint is the sales people who are in the middle section are a little pushy with their sales - dude, if I say no thanks, I mean it. A great way to spend a few hours, and save a few bucks!

On our recent visit to Marco Island in Florida we travelled to The Vineland Premium Outlets florida to do Christmas shopping for family. Specifically Disney Character Warehouse, we had been watching you tube for several weeks prior to our visit and were excited to see the stock coming through. We decided to stay over night in Orlando so that we could have 2 visits one on the Tuesday evening and the 2nd on Wednesday the day we were told was the day new stock comes into the store. We picked up a few items on Tuesday evening and got up early on Wednesday to arrive early to see if we could pick up any new bargains.
The store opens at 10am we arrived at 9am and a queue was already outside the store. The queue continued to build and soon the store assistants came out and roped off an area to manage the queue we were four lines deep and the queue extended around the building to the food hall.
When the store opened we were in the first group to enter the store, it was pretty manic, we were able to purchase a few items but to be honest was disappointed that there wasn’t a great deal of new stock. The queue to the checkout was again a long one. When we exited the store the queue was still long the shelves would have been pretty bare by the time they were let into the shop as only a certain number of people are allowed into the store at a time.
The Disney Character warehouse we have purchased some lovely gifts over the years and never had to queue this time was a very different experience.
We visited the Michael Kors store where there were some excellent discounts and the Osh B Gosh children’s clothing store.
We have visited the outlets several times and have picked up some bargains it is one of the best outlets a good variety of stores and well laid out, parking is difficult at certain times of the day.
Evenings are a good time to visit, avoid the weekends when the locals shop.

Love the shops! Vera Bradley and Disney Character Outlet are my 2 go to places every time we are here! Pack an extra suitcase!

Got here just after opening and got a parking space easily and everything we wanted from the Nike store and other stores. There is a great range of stores too.
The food hall was busy but I got food easily enough but it was hard to get seating. If you are in a small group and don't mind sharing a table, then you probably will be fine but if you are in a large group then you will have difficulties.
Toilets were clean and cool.
Would recommend.

We always end up here as we find the choice is more vast than other outlets. unfortunately due to the £/$ the bargains are not as good. you do get 50% off ticker price in most stores and the shoe shops are buy one get one half price, where it used to be get one pair free. The food hall is good too so you can make a good day of it.
Be aware, that you will have to search for free parking as its Valet parking at $10 a shout. If you drive straight to the furthest away parking you will get a free space before the others realise that is what you need to do.

We found this to be a bigger version of the shopping outlet in Gretna in Britain.
Prices are very good mostly but be aware that the “100s” of dollars off vouchers only comes into effect if you spend a minimum of 100dollars in most of the shops.
We found a better deal giving them our email.
Had an iced drink and was really ill for 24hours afterwards.
We didn’t eat there cos the food court was just too busy
We went back again for a few more things.
Well worth the visit and the I-trolley takes you right there

Called in here whilst on vacation from the UK, I’ve been collecting Invicta watches for a few years now and this was literally like a kid in a candy store!
So many watches to choose from and all beautifully displayed and price wise they will usually match the internet price too.
I actually called in just before close of business but Carlos had plenty of time to help me out and eventually chose one of the new Venom Cobras, his knowledge and enthusiasm for the products really gave me confidence to make this purchase and I would highly recommend a visit if your in the area just make sure you ask them to match the internet price and you’ll get a stunning timepiece at a great price.

We visited here on a Sunday. Understandably it was very busy, but it’s pretty clear that the amount of parking available was well short of the cars looking to park. I must have circled the car park at least 6 times before being fortunate enough to get a space. Everywhere I went there were cars shadowing any pedestrians hoping to get their parking space. It was shocking.
Once inside, it was not clear why it was so busy. The shops and prices were nothing special.

Wow this place is huge! So much shopping to be done! No amazing deals but a lot to see and do! Bring your walking shoes and patience when parking!

If you are keen about the very top brand names, this is the Premium Outlets in Orlando to go to. Despite the fact that the visit was during the week of President's Day, there were very few appealing bargains. It is puzzling why free Wi-Fi is not available in the mall.
There is another Premium Outlets on International Drive which was way less appealing from past experience (5 years ago) but a revisit this time turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Traffic is less busy than the Vineland mall so it was actually quite nice to browse around.

Premium outlet where many well-known stores can be found. It is open air so on hot days it can be terribly hot. Plenty of free parking food court available

Several stores, it is worth going with time to search all stores and use discount coupons by the outlet site. Ideal the hours that shops open.

We visited at 3.30pm and the car parks were INSANE ! Take some valium before you get in the car because trying to find a space (unless you get there before opening hours) will test your resolve!
There are definitely bargains to be had but not everything is as cheap as you think!
Some UK outlets or on-line is just as good .
Shop wisely and you will get a bargain, don't be swept up with the 'oooo I bought it in America' feeling!

We felt like taking a day away from the parks and doing a bit of shopping. This place was perfect and there was some great bargains to be found. Some of the shops have free WiFi but not many so if you don’t have America covered in your plan it’s a bit annoying

fantastic outlet mall ,stay all day and have something to eat and a cool drink ,excellent customer service

Unable to park
The Valet formula taken by storm and very expensive
Too many people around these parks

We were disappointed with the selection at several of the stores. My kids were really enthusiastic to shop at lululemon, but they didn't find a single spring or summer item to buy. Everything there was long sleeved or winter jackets. They did not have any shorts or short sleeved shirts. VERY disappointing. It was the same thing at Vineyard Vines; they had NO swimwear and very few choices for spring/summer wear. We did find a couple of things at PacSun, but they were regular priced, so not really a great outlet find. Same with Sunglass Hut; lots of inventory, but no good "deals". I don't get it; I go to outlets for deals, not for regular shopping.
On the bright side, people were doing a good job on staying socially distant, and staff all wore masks and enforced safety rules.

There are great deals be had, depending on what you are looking for. We found great deals at Tommy Bahama, UGG, POLO, Prada and Under Armor. If you want to avoid some of the madness, get there early. There is plenty parking available and most of the stores are not that busy. If you go later in the day you will struggle to park anywhere close, and have to fight the crowds.

This is a popular place. On the weekend it is very difficult to find self parking. Self parking is free. There are also valet and paid parking areas available. The walking is outside. There are a variety of stores which also offer additional savings opportunities. There are spots to sit and relax as well.

Great outled, if you go at January they always have big sales discounts on major american brands, must check lacoste, Vans, Nike and Addidas

every time we go to Orlando she wants to stop at the mall because they have stores we do not have . and she always will find a few deals this mall is fine if you go through a store entrance and out the back door you are like in a courtyard and access to all the other stores

Everything very nice, just the weather that didn't help us much, it was rainy and very cold, it was in the days that it snowed in Tallahassee....

I really love to come to this mall and enjoy the open walk thru the stores. always enjoy the restaurants and stores.

Overall a very poor experience. I would not recommend anyone visiting this outlet:
- Parking is horrible. All the lots were constantly full, with several cars waiting or following anyone walking in the lot. We parked across the street by the other Outlets.
- Smelled weed multiple times throughout the outlets. Very disappointing that these activities are taking place.
- All stores for any decent brand at a queue to get in with a significant line. Never thought I'd have to stand in line to shop for Crocs.
- Deals really aren't that good. Shopping on the non-outlet websites showed the exact same pricing.

I was not impressed by this center. I went into three stores and the selection was poor and the prices not worth it. Definitely not worth the time and did not live up to the hype. Go to an outlet on your way to Florida.

We came here 4 years ago and visited all outlets. This was the best then... this time we did two and this is by far the best one, best deals, extra offers.. love it!

I’d recommend downloading coupons before you arrive for the stores you want to visit, there are great discounts on top of sale items.

loads of shops you have hunt for a bargain the Disney shop very busy, food court busy as well, most of the top brand names there, stop 34 on I ride trolley, can get busy on car park swell , we walked from our hotel Marriott village, about 15 minutes walk.take your coupons for some good deals

Very deceptive business practices from Adidas and very disappointed. You walk in the outlet and all the signs says: "Take and additional 50% off storewide" waited in line 50 minutes to purchase sneakers got to the counter....Sorry those not included in sale. There is fine very small print on the sign that you can't read that says "Select Styles not included." I complained to the manager and she said "Sorry - Car dealers do it all the time!" BEWARE & DON'T SHOP HERE!

We always visit this outlet when visiting Orlando. We like the quality and depends the period you go, you find good sales.
It an outdoor shopping mall, so not good to visit on rainy days but other than that, just great!

Great place to shop could easily spend all my money only thing is the people in the middle of it wont let you walk by without trying to sell you stuff

Super outlet being here so many times and it never let you down. We love to visit outlets in US because of the price compared to Denmark. So many things to buy so little space in your suitcase.

If you look hard you will find good discounts. Be careful not to get excited about the cost of the extra suitcase on the plane. It is important to memorize the parking place

After a great holiday to Orlando we decided to save our last day for a shopping trip. I agree with a lot of the other reviews that nothing feels discounted. Much cheaper to buy in the uk. Staff in the food court were rude. Came away feeling so disappointed and my children were so fed up. The Disney store that we queued to get into was full of junk. Really bad experience.

We stopped by at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets one afternoon about 2. We had a hard time finding parking without going into the garage. There are lots of stores. Talbots had the most helpful salespersons. Hurley’s was fun but Columbia was frustrating because the salesperson could not confirm that I was a member of their rewards program. Thankfully the manager was able to find my name in their system. We will probably return for more shopping!

Go here each time we are in Orlando. You have to go early when the store open, by 11:00 there are NO parking spaces available and we’ve seen fights break out in the parking lot when a parking spot opens up. Very large outlet mall, large food court and various kiosks to get something to eat or drink.

We visited the outlets on a recent trip to Orlando. I found the selection of stores to be very good and we were able to find some good deals. We had also visited the one on International but found the Vineland outlets to have better prices even for the same stores. Definitely would recommend over the International outlets.

A great shopping outlet with all the high street type shops with the advantage of a high level of free parking. Great for a days shopping.

Great opportunities and variety of stores! Good food court. Download the SIMON app to get coupons for this and other outlets.

There are shops for everyone here and at exceptional savings. join the Tommy Hilfiger club by entering your email and receive extra discounts. But under no circumstances use the Shell garage on Vineland Ave as they charge $6.99 a gallon for fuel.

This place have a great selection of brands and great prices! For sure when you come close to Disney area you need to stop by to check the deals in this mall! Very pleasant to visit for sure coming back

Nothing special, they are not outlet prices either. You can buy the same rate anywhere, so it is just a facade . The merchandise is really limited and very bad styles.
Don't waste your time. I personally find outlets in Nevada ( Prim), Mississippi ( Gulfport ) and Gonzalez ( Louisiana ) and most outlets in New Jersey are by far the best.
There are few on the outskirts of Los Angeles, they are also ok.
If you have to shop in Florida, outlets in Orlando and Tampa are really bad, Miami is a much better place to find better prices, better styles and also better staff !

This place is a disgusting open sky mall.
Cleaning is very bad. Food court is terrible, few options and bad options. Especially when you have a 3 years old.
Cashier at Nautica's store forgot to put 2 belts I've bought inside my bag. I've tried contact with store and Nautica's intagram with no sucess.
Food court is bad to don't and shop.
Open sky with 40C and a grilling sun to be inside the stores and shop.
So, you are a merchandise. Not a customer. You are a number .

We went to Disney Springs and as this mall was just up the road called in. Glad we did. Great variety of shops. Visit Saks 5th Avenue shop...great deals to be had.

A once free car park, very busy as loads of spaces now given over to self park for 10 dollars. The multi storey now charges the same. They are currently ‘improving’ the shopping area so it’s not the experience it once was.
There are good discounts to be found once you can park.

A quit good selection of shops - always very staffed with people - great Nike shop with Air Jordan’s - Gucci - Prada - Lacoste etc

First of all I shop there about once a month. I love this outlet and I have always been treated very well by all the the stores there, except for Citizen Watch Store. My husband and I are watch people. We have purchased from them many times. This last visit was for a Christmas gift for my husband. I called late in the day regarding the watch he wanted. Now this is around Cyber Monday. The woman on the phone was kind enough to send me a picture of three watches along with pricing so I can find the one he wanted. I went there the next day right after work, and they tell me the sale ended. I tried to show the text messages with picture and prices that their employee gave which has time stamped on it. They wouldn’t look at it and kept saying sorry. To rub salt in the wound the man says “we did extend the sale until today at 1 pm.” He was very cold. So it was a part day sale then, and they couldn’t honor what I was told. I called corporate and they said that when the sale is over it’s over, and did not care one bit about the conversation I had with their employee. And I should know how cyber Monday works. Well, with COVID all the other places I’ve shopped at didn’t have a one day sale, they stretched it out. And I do not work for Citizen so I do not know their policies. If I was told that night that it was the last night for the sale I would have purchased it right then over the phone.

Came here on a weekday evening and stayed till closing time. Used an Uber so can't speak to the parking situation. Great layout of stores, had some good deals on shoes, clothing and luggage. I enjoyed the experience.

This is a very touristy place with overinflated prices. There's no bargains here and there are much better choices.

Very busy when we went July / August this year. Really difficult to park so ended up parking in the multi storey which costs $10 (by the time you’re reading this that’ll be about £15). Can’t pay by cash - card only. I used my prepay card. As the temperature was high 90’s and the car park was shaded it wasn’t a bad deal to avoid the car furnace effect for all four of us. Oh and if you leave your ponchos in the boot you know what will happen

Ample free parking. Because it was close to the hotel I stayed at, it was the outlet I visited the most, even for meals. Outlet with a good food court and good store options with good discounts.

Black Friday’s sales were plentiful to offer at this outlet. Had to go early to find parking as it fills up by 8am. Became a poor man after wife spent so much on herself and me. But more so for her than me. Found a better parking spot across the main outlets where Sak’s Fifth Avenue and Ford’s garage restaurant is past the outlet on the left on the main road. Tip! Go there always to find parking spot rather than fight for parking space at the outlets.

We come here once or twice a year, at least. The deals will vary by season and store. I have found some fantastic deals at times and so-so deals at other times. Again, it depends on the time of year and the store. We live in Mobile, AL and someone said that the "discount" mall in Gulfport, MS is better. We have found the opposite to be true. Not only is the Gulfport Mall MUCH smaller, the prices are not competitive at all. We live an hour away and rarely shop there because of that. Many times we just go to kill time and usually buy nothing. So far, the Premium Outlet malls here in Orlando are our favorites

I love this place. I went every weekend! I shop a lot over there, great prices! Is very big. Love all the discount they have every day!

The Simon Premium Outlet in New Jersey has the lowest prices we have ever seen (but we’ve been told it’s due to the fact that they have a low textile tax).
This Orlando outlet has fair prices however and is worth a visit.
The food court offers mostly fast-food so if you’re tired of that we suggest that you go eat somewhere else ;-)
Most of the outdoor area has a roof - which is nice in case of rain (which we experienced).
The variety of the shops is very good and we recommend this outlet if you are in Orlando.

this huge complex is on the south of orlando,on international drive to vineland avenue. thousands of flagship shops, brandname goodies, vitamin, apparels, cosmetics, etc. are complete in this one shopping mall. plenty of parkings, or accessible by public transportation .Special deals on all year round can be found every shop there.

Great shopping deals to be had. You may have to route around and find your feet but once you do great deals to be had.
Food court also has something for everyone!

If you like Outlet, go to all you can.
Vineland is smaller than the other one in the same network, but it's worth going to both.
There are shops that meet all tastes and the dining square also has options for all tastes.

This outlet campus is a nice setting to peruse all the stores and to enjoy the nice weather, looking for good deals. My favorite store is Polo 👕 Ralph Lauren, followed by Nike, which generally have good deals for the shoppers. But beware, other outlet stores appear to have deals, but when you further investigate the deals may not be really a deal; just your average price. So be a smart shopper and don’t get caught in the frenzy to just buy buy buy.

“Craig” the alleged senior floor person in the store is the worst customer service person ever and a disgrace to the store.

We first got caught in the traffic around the Mall on the weekend after Thanksgiving; what an amazing experience. There was not a bit of parking space, grass meridian or cement without a vehicle parked on it, for blocks and blocks around the mall. It was quite fascinating, and sometimes puzzling, how people got their vehicles over some of the curbs into the grass. Needless to say, we choose to avoid the chaos.
We did return a week and a half later, mid-afternoon mid-week, and found a parking spot much more easily.
The mall itself is the usual conglomerate of brand name shops, peddling their wares at various levels of discount, that can be found everywhere; especially in tourist destinations.
All and all, if one needs to satisfy the shopping craving; this mall is as typical as any other.

Perfect love the two outlets in Florida visit both twice a year and clothe a teenager with expensive taste but save a fortune here. Shops are great facilities perfect and plenty of places to sit and rest. Parking can be a bit of a mare use the valet takes the pressure out of finding a space and well worth the money

BUYER BEWARE!!
I have to say I’m a little disappointed in these loafers that I purchased at the store in Orlando Florida. I was pressured into buying the shoes that are too small for my feet. I wear 9 1/2 and these are “6 1/2” and the gentlemen/salespersons were pressuring me to buy these because these were the only size left and kept stressing that they would expand in size with time. They also don’t do exchanges! Why ? YOU DONT DO EXCHANGES ???
So be super careful of buying shoes here...well it’s been a while now and the shoes are incredibly uncomfortable! I own five other pairs of Todd’s and I’ve purchased many other shoes in the past.
Not sure what to do but was hoping for some sort of resolve.
Velasco and other websites selling shoes and loafers are dying for your business. Unfortunately, Tods is being bought by LVMH and they could care less about their customers!!!

Some great deals, not too busy and perfect to try some great food. The Disney Character Outlet is great for cheap merchandise compared to the parks.

Let’s go shopping said my wife, those words send fear down my spine. However this place isn’t too bad, lots of shops and I’ve walked 5 miles through them and spent 6 hrs there. Lots of great value items later, I’d definitely recommend visiting. Just get the map at the start rather than half way through. Good selection of places to eat in the Center of the complex.

This is your typical Simon Designer outlet but having to pay for parking is beyond cheeky.
There is a very limited selection of spaces that are free but there is pre bookable parking controlled by an app but the WiFi wouldn’t work to load it and $15 valet parking.
So unless you plan to spend about 2 hours driving around, following people with shopping bags you’ll end up choosing to pay $10 to park in a multi story, that was previously free.
The shops are the typical types but there were long lines to get into Gucci, Burberry, Tory Burch and Prada.
No great savings just the typical outlet type.
Apparently a lot of people park across the road where it’s free, so try there first!

This is a great outdoor outlet mall. Lots of stores. There are covered walkways.Outlet stores with good prices. Big parking area. Places to eat. Nice layout.

Great shops spoilt by truly awful food court. Worth a trip for the shopping, every one very helpful and friendly. If you want to eat, my advice cross the road there is a good restraunt there.
Taxi's - use Uber.

Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is the closest outlet mall to Disney World. However, to get here, you must order an uber, as there are no longer taxis. The Disney outlet here was crappy. Nothing but junk and they made you wait in line, only allowing 10 people into the store at 5 minute intervals. The other stores had very limited products. This mall used to be so great. We were going to the International Outlet Mall, but we found out that the Disney outlet there is now only half the size it used to be. The cost of going there was going to be $53 one-way.

Even it is under remodelation still offers a nice shopping experience and everyone gets to find something in a very reasonable price.

There is a very good range of outlets here at Premium outlets = but it can be very busy - plenty of big names and sports wear and shoes - we tried in the afternoon after the park when there was less problem parking rather than Sunday morning when it was rammed and parking was difficult

This location has a great selection of shops from casual to high end vendors. You could easily spend a day here, especially if you are window shopping and don’t have a set list of items to buy. It is always crowded but not elbow to elbow. Parking can be a problem but if you don’t mind a little walk, consider parking across the street near Fords Garage Restaurant. They have additional stores there too.

Good outlets. The stores range from very high end to your typical outlet stores. It's outdoors and airy. Some stores require you to sign up online or make an appointment to visit.

We shopped here with our family if 4 (including son 15 and daughter 14) and enjoyed the variety of stores. Something for everyone in our opinion.
Facilities were clean and stores weren’t too crazy busy - with the exception of Nike and Lululemon (both had lineups).
Found some good deals on shoes and great sales at the Columbia outlet (70% clearance items). Enjoy!

Free car parking as long as you get there early Saturday I’d very busy we could only find the space in the 10 dollar parking as all the free spaces were gone, then walked over to other area of shopping , good but lots to see kids loved it

Orlando Premium Outlets (Vineland) used to be a nice place to visit after one of the parks or if you fancied a break from the Disney/Universal experience. The fact that they now charge for parking has absolutely ruined this place. $10 for garage parking, $15 vallet. Yes they do have some free spaces but unless you get their first thing or are very lucky you won't get a space. Congratulations on ruining this place. I certainly won't be coming back.

Not our first visit here but definitely wasnt too impressed this time. It wasnt as busy as usual, which is maybe a sign. We did buy a few things but much less than previous visits. Having visited a couple of other outlets on the Gulf coast the previous week, we are pleased we did them first. Always a lot of traffic around that area so takes a while.

I came to Orlando for my birthday and don't laugh at me but I decided to get my Wife some jewelry. Abdallah, Mari and Lisandra helped us out immensely. They were patient, courteous and had positive attitudes almost to the point I will call them beloved family members. Being a disabled veteran, that goes a long way knowing that THESE are the type of people who we fight to keep their freedoms, in the awesome USA. I digress, they treated us so well that my Wife decided to get me jewelry as well, it was my birthday right? Stay safe GOD bless.

On a Wednesday morning, the outlet was busy. Hard to find parking. Prices are really not the outlet price you would expect in Orlando. I feel you could find similar prices elsewhere. Food court has the choices but again prices here appear expensive compared to off the beaten track .
If you love shopping then go for it but crowds can be an issue and not the value it used to be.

This is always a great place to visit, and it helps if the exchange rate is going good for you. Always a bargain to be grabbed if you know what you are looking for. Love the out door shops such as Columbus and North Face and you can get bargains if you know what you are after, worth checking out prices before you leave home.
Food hall is excellent , but is always packed, so get a table then order your food.

My wife and I took some time out from the theme parks and visited the Vineland Premium Outlets with low expectation having already previously visited the International Premium Outlets however the outlets at Vineland were a pleasant surprise. The shops on offer were good, the outlets had a nice look and good design making it easy to navigate and my wife was able to pick up a few bargains. The food court here is not too bad either and gives enough options to keep everyone happy.
Overall this place is well worth a visit to get some time away from the parks.

Great bargins, lots of shops and very cheap, I-trolly to either outlets, vineyard north and premier south

Went to the Orlando International Outlets and was underwhelmed, but this one was just the opposite. Lots of great high end outlets with current styles and merchandise at real discounted prices. If you have to make a choice, go to this one.

What staff do you employ here. Such rudeness that my friend received, not 1 but 2 members. Talk down to you. Not helpful at at even though they can see she is buying loads of items.
The girl rolling her eyes when she was asking for help and walking off.
The guy at check out looking down at her and smirking when she complained to him about the girl. According to him his the manager, really!!! Very poor behaviour. She even got kicked out of the store, didn’t even get her goods that she was buying. So bad.
Go somewhere else if you want good service. They clearly don’t want your service or money

Came here a few times many years ago and recently came to Orlando for work and needed to do some shopping, so I came back… it was just how I remembered it from 10 years ago… Full of stores, all brand names too. I hate these outlet malls with generic, foreigner-owned that don’t really reflect much of a discount or selling low-quality, non-brand named items. This place doesn’t have much of this.
They also have a food court and lots of other food kiosks throughout the mall. Nice place with lots of options!

Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet has everything you nees to shop...
For people who loves to shop for branded items, its a must to visit! The clearance and sale will make you wild to shop more and save more money. Amazing experience🥰❤️💪

An Uber from the hotel to Vineland made getting there very straight forward. It also avoided and parking problems.
We had a good look around and made purchases from Boss, Nike, Coach and Tommy Hilfiger.
I would recommend getting there early, we did and it was nice and quiet. When we left it was heaving and the car park was chaos.

Went here to get some Nike shoes. The Nike outlet had reasonable prices and had a good selection for me. My spouse has only one pair to choose from for his size. It was extremely busy. Parking was hard to find. We went on a Saturday, never again.

It is the best forget the expensive Florida mall I been coming here to Orlando for 32 years at months at a time in no everywhere and everything what to do and see if think with my experiences it's so clean the price cut down and savings you make is brilliant why can't we have this in the UK I only buy clothes for my family of 4 for the year from here if it's your first time going u won't believe the savings have all the time u need so I can dig out and save save save the FOOD court food is brilliant we always eat in there so enjoy people and also don't take the Disney shop there like I have done many times and ignored it thinking it's going to be pricey it's also a very discounted place u can really find unique gifts enjoy.......

Always a delight to give away my money!!! There is something for everyone here! Wear some comfortable shoes. And there is always a sale going on. Can not, will not visit Orlando without stopping here!

We found this mall the worst one we have ever visited in 30 years of Florida visits.
The prices are no cheaper than UK prices.
Walking around the various parts of the site is a lottery - there weren’t any maps to pick up at entrances.
There is a distinct lack of clear directions, and seating is at a premium.
We will not be visiting this mall ever again.

This place is huge and has a lot of stores to offer. The higher end stores can be snobby when you enter. Some sales are fantastic, others are ok. Typical for outlets. The parking is awful and the spaces are tight. We got a door ding from a car next to us. The food court is just gross. The bathrooms are filthy, the tables are filthy, and the trash bins are overflowing. I'd definitely go there again to shop, if in the area, but definitely won't eat in the food court.

They are outlets. They are all the same. I would say if you have been to any before these are the same. If you just like to shop, go for it. There are plenty of better things to spend your time doing.

The parking situation is terrible. It is like Christmas shopping every day there. This place has tons of stores. The stores I went into did not have as good of deals as other outlets near Orlando. ex. UnderArmor offered 30% off; Orlando International Premium outlet with UnderArmor was offering 50% off...and the parking situation was fantastic.

Great shops, lots of bargains, the Disney outlet store is a favourite as is Vera Bradley. Love the food hall too.

Brilliant selection of high end stores. Easy access for parking. Good selection of food and beverages at the food court. Would be happy to recommend and would be happy to return in the future!

Good outdoor shopping center but was a bit tricky to find parking. A bit high share of luxury brands for my taste but I was able to find some interesting stores anyway.

For me, qq back there is worth it! I love and recommend.
Parking is not always easy... Depending on the schedule requires patience.
Downloading promotional coupons on their official website is almost mandatory to save even more!

These outlets are smaller than the International Drive outlets, but still worth a visit. They are clean and feel safe - the only issue is it really is a pain to park here, unless you want to pay for valet parking, or pay $10 for the covered parking! Just keep watching for people leaving and be prepared to pounce on spaces unless you’re there for opening time.
If you are wanting the Disney Outlet store the best bargains are there for opening time - but be prepared to queue outside for entry and beware of the many many people who are buying basketloads to sell on eBay - ANNOYING that the shop doesn’t have a restriction on one item per person, as it is hugely obvious what people are doing :(

So much variety and so much to see and do. Shop or eat. Lots of restaurants right there as well as a food court. We love under armor, Lauren, Kate spade, Kay’s, and more. I always buy gifts here!

Food court has no ambience, is noisy and food offering is poor. Janitorial and security staff are rude and have no regard for their customers. Avoid at all costs

If you arrive before noon there seems to be parking available. Another plus - there are way less people. Food Court is a nightmare - but there are some actual restaurants in the area. Worth a stop.
Overall some nice shops. Definitely some higher end options with some very good deals. Just do a bit of research and know your price points before you go.

I found this mall was nicer, easier to get to, and had better deals then the international outlet mall. We really enjoyed it and it's a very nice area with lots of restaurants.

We have been coming here for years and always managed to park without problems. However, now they have started charging $10 to park in the multi storey indoor garage. Taking this space out, together with the parking lots now reserved for valet parking, means that people now have to fight for the remaining ‘free’ parking, of which there isn’t enough, making the whole visit very stressful.
We won’t be back there again unless they reinstate free parking.

There are so many places to shop! This outlet has a huge variety of stores at different price points. Loved it.

Popped in on 4th July to find lots of offers & bargains.
Kate Spade we’re especially generous with their offers. Much cheaper than UK outlets.
All managed to find a bargain despite the age range.
Didn’t eat here, but large food court
Limiting parking, had a pay extra.

High end shops which even with discounts are very expensive.
Wondered around and bought one item then left.
Traffic and parking was a mare with people driving around trying to find parking spaces.
Not a place to get a bargain.

Loved the Disney Character Warehouse here! My party ate at Shake Shack (10/10) & had the mozzarella dogs from Burnin Mouth (10/10). The main reason for this post is to warn people about GreenBeat. One of the workers spilled greens all over the counter & they scooped it back into the container & put it away for use! YUCK!!

My favorite outlets, super great stores with great deals. Get there early for best parking, always a line in front of the Disney store, great deals on Disney merchandise. My favorite is the Lululemon outlet super great stuff and deals!

We had some time to kill between check out and our flight home so we decided to check out this mall. It was surprisingly crowded for a Friday morning. There is a large parking garage on site, which was helpful.
This is a large mall with all of the typical outlets plus some higher end offerings. Somewhat surprisingly, we found several good deals and had to pack some more things in our suitcases.
We'd go back.

We always leave space in our suitcases when we travel to Orlando as we know we are going to find so many bargains at these outlets; we have been known to buy another suitcase! Best bargain this trip: Timberland shorts down from $60.00 to $12.00...buy one get one free, why wouldn't you! Great selection of shops with huge reductions and offers too; Levis always great value, buy 3 pairs get them for $39.99 each. Foodhall has good selection too of hot and cold food, lots of shade too for those of us that burn. We spend the day and always come away with loads of bags. Free parking so no rush either.

Some great offers in stores and loads of parking in the evenings.
Food hall is good and Fords is just across the road.
Really got deals in Northface and Puma

Always come to this outlet, seems to be plenty bargains but with the poor exchange rate they getting hard to find, food court is good with plenty variety, always have Starbucks here.

Premium Outlets in Orlando keep on being much cheaper than Miami such as Sawgrass, not only due to the tax amount but also due to people buying (I am only saying that there are less people than in Miami but still a lot!)

Best outlet in Orlando with the most choice and the highest amount of more premium brands (such as Gucci, Prada etc.).
The current exchange rate is poor, so everything wasn't as good value as usual (however appreciate this is not the fault of the outlet!) but just be aware of this. Certain brands are actually cheaper to buy in Europe, with Gucci being around 5% more expensive than in the UK, so not a place to come if you're looking for 'deals'. However definitely the best place to spend an afternoon shopping for brands in Orlando.

I was stupid enough to have my lounge bag on my back. My wallet was taken. 2 days later went back to lost and found. Opened the book sorry nothing. Left went toilet come out, women come running sorry found on a shelf? Ok....£140 gone but got it back. By then I'd cancelled my life

There is not enough parking available at this Premium Outlet Mall. They charge for parking in a multilevel garage, and set up various Valet Parking options around the outlet facility. They have the same outlet stores as any other Premium Outlet facility but charge for parking because it’s a tourist area

Nice and very large premium outlet with good shops, parking in the shady parking garage for $10 is OK, very busy and the locals shop like crazy here as the prices are very good compared to other outlets in South Florida.

Been to Florida twice before but never got the chance to visit.
This time we got there, What a place it has all the Major Brand Stores, Adidas, Under Armour Nike & North Face + Many others and they are all Outlets with ridiculous Prices.
There is a mixture of Outlets from food to Sports.
Plenty of parking.

Had some free time and visited here a few days ago. Something for everyone men and women. Upscale stores include Coke Haan, Robert Graham, Kate Spade and most of all the stores you usually see in outlets. A difference a is the nice convenient layout of the stores and the very friendly store employees. If you need a rest from amusements try these outlets.

We always head to our favorite retailers to restock. Great for everyday clothes, exercise gear, etc.
We also look for kids clothes as we have grands too. We buy presents here for the whole family.
Great food court and we walk and walk. Great people work here! I love KIKI at Kate Spade!
They give military discounts at many stores and that helps! Free parking too!

Yes it is a great shopping experience but the queues to get into shops are a pain and often felt it wasn't worth it. Very busy and very hard to park. Apart from a bit of speciality stuff (but why go to USA to buy souvenirs of Disneyland Paris???) It was no better than the retail parks at home.

Visited at the start of October 2022. I found the shopping area to be run down and dated. Workers were always very polite and friendly. Didn't buy anything as i found it quite expensive in comparison to what i can get back in the UK. Its worth a browse but check other stores first.

This mall is pretty amazing!! Name brands with great prices! We shopped at Vineyard Vines (a superb selection and the whole store was 50% off), and Lululemon. We planned to arrive right when the mall opened as those who have shopped at Lululemon told us you need to get there early. We found many fantastic pieces for excellent prices at Lulu. I talked with the manager for a bit and she said we came at a really good time! They open boxes every day except for Mondays.
Would definitely go again! I loved the food at Green Beat in the food court, it was delicious, healthy, and reasonably priced.
I love shopping so I should mention that ❤️

You will never have enough hours at this place. Discount designer shops . You can great quality items at super bargain prices. This is such a great place near Xmas to get loved one and friends some awesome Christmas 🎄 presents.

If you like shopping and like a bargain this is place for you
Quality goods discounted
Plenty of food and drink in central area
Lots of parking available but a peak times very very busy

This place is huge and laid out in wide adjacent corridors connected by a central food court.
You can lose someone very easily in here. My one annoyance was the lack of free public WiFi.
You could log onto some of the stores’ wifi networks if you were standing near their entrances, but we found there were time limits for usage. This was quite annoying traveling form overseas and not being on US phone plan.
Families would be able to better communicate and keep track of each other with WiFi availability. It's best to make a plan for a meeting place and time just in case you lose sight of each other.
We went on Boxing Day December 26th and there were lines at a few stores but otherwise it wasn’t too crazy. Parking was another annoyance. Most areas were cordoned off for valet parking so there is limited free parking. We spent about 30 minutes driving around just trying to find a spot. It’s best when its busy to just head straight for the paid parking garage.
Whilst there are no places serving alcohol in the food court there are kiosks in every shopping row, as well as a few cabana bars where you can sit and have some Brazilian pastries and a beer.
Some of the stores had decent deals, but I personally prefer the malls for the variety of shops and better bargains. If you’re not into brand name clothing, shoes, luggage and accessories then this place is not worth visiting.
The line for the bathroom in the food court was very long and the condition of some of the stalls was ridiculous. It’s best to use one of the other washrooms scattered around the complex.

So much to chose from and has grown over the years with all leading brands there and some really great bargains.

Vineland Outlet mall offers a wide array of shopping, from athletic to luxury, discount and accessory stores, with places to eat and drink between stores. The area is clean, and the buildings are Spanish stucco, which looks great with the Orlando palm trees. Great deals to be had at Vineland!

If you need, or want a new bag or a purse, this is the place to get it. We absolutely loved Michael Kors, Coach and Tory Burch for leather goods and also shoes. My daughter bought a beautiful winter jacket from Armani for less than 1/3 the usual price, Coach had 70% off already outlet prices and Michael Kors 70% and another 20%, who needs more when it comes to shopping?

Good shops! Lots of options! But make sure you arrive early for parking. When we left at 3 pm people we circling vying for parking. Cut throat!!!
Nike was a hit with my kids!

I live in another state and have visited many outlets but this one is the nicest by far! The variety of truly high-end brands with actual DEALS was surprising!! Well laid out, plenty of bathroom facilities and a nice big food court! I found some incredible deals! My only complaint is the SERIOUS LACK OF PARKING! It’s bad, shockingly bad the lack of parking. People are nearly breaking out in fist fights! There is valet for a fee, and they’ve blocked off So many areas (that are sitting empty) that it literally made me angry. Fix the parking issue and this outlet will be perfect!

On our last day in Orlando we decided to hit the outlets. We stopped by the Invicta store to see what they had since we have a few watches of our own. We were greeted the moment we walked in. Josh turns to my other half and tells him of their promo Buy 2 Get 4 FREE. That closed the deal. We each walked out with 3 watches. The entire time Josh was very attentive and knew what we would like. The atmosphere is great. We will definitely come again.

Huge variety of shops, hard to find parking though. Some shops offer discount in other shops when you buy for them. Hilfiger and Ck seem to have a thing where they give you a 15% voucher off at the other shop with your receipt. If you are buying much in one shop, go but something small in the other so you have 15% off for your big shop

This mall is slightly smaller than it's sister just a few miles up the road - The Orlando International Premium Outlet Mall. While I am not sure on the age, i would also assume that the Vineland Outlet is older or Simon properties chooses not to maintain it as much as they do the International Outlet.
From what I have seen, the major stores people would want to frequent can be found at the International Outlet. Not to say that this outlet mall does not have some big names just not as many. During our visit, we discovered that specials and deals tend to vary between the two as well as stock selection. My suggestion is if you do not find the item on special or your size at one, you might want to check the other.

Much nicer experience in the evening to shop as it's so busy and hot during the day. Lots of choice of shops and lots of good deals. Definitely worth a visit.

We visited this strip mall and it wasn't bad at all. We found everything that we came for except an Victoria's Secret for my daughter.

I was disappointed to read the bad reviews as we had a great experience here, so much so as we went 3 times in a 2 week holiday in October. Prices are definitely better than the UK at this time. We bought from Calvin Klein, Superdry, Michael Kors, Guess, Clarins, Izod, Polo and Ugg. Many bargains to be had. I agree that the Disney shop is not worth a visit. The pizza place was also worth a visit in the food court.

Been a few years since we have been here. Let's start with everyone's favourite, parking what a nightmare ended up paying $10 for somewhere that used to be free!!! Thats a disgrace as all of those spaces were free and no way was I going to spoil my holiday sitting trying to get a free spot it was only 11.45am I would have been there all day, so greedy for money these places. Shops were ok but with the dollar to pound exchange rate I certainly didn't get many bargains. Just a few bags that were probably only made for the outlets. The food court was horrendous, noisy and dirty and vastly overpriced. I give it an average as it was a break from the parks.

The main issue with these outlets is how busy they are. Because they are in Orlando they attract lots of tourists and feel busy compared to other US based outlets. Make sure you sign up to the Simon VIP app for further discounts at most but not all stores. The Radley handbag store was very good for discounts compared to the UK. I preferred the Miromar outlets in Naples Florida, absolutely deserted and slightly better discounts. If your after decent outlet shopping this outlet is your best bet if confined purely to Orlando.

Well curated offering of shops. Luxury designers are a major plus and offer a significant benefit. Parking can be challenging as you might expect at any outlet mall, but it traffic flows well.

The prices used to be much better here previously (not just due to exchange rate to GBP but things that 2 years ago were $80 are now $100+). All in all, if you shop around you can find some bargains for example Ralph lauren tee shirts under £20, shirts for £30. North Face jackets for £60, hoodies for £20. Under armour tee shirt X2 for £30.
In the heat of day it's oppressive so take your time, go in the evening as it's open until 11pm. And grab a snack and plenty fluids. If you're planning a lot of purchases take an empty suitcase with you - saw a lot of people doing that and saves carrying lots of bags!!

There are hundreds of outlets to choose from in this area. They all have 40-50% off sales so you do get designer wear for much less than at home. I’ve been once so far this trip but will be back again as there were a few places where I never actually went into. You need to spend at least a full day here to appreciate how big it is here. There are also places to eat so don’t worry. The food hall is the best for value.

Best place to go, especially Nike whilst you’re in Orlando. Also Vans was great, would suggest going in a public holiday like Labour Day and having military discount helps

Very busy outlet - we parked in the undercover parking space ($10) as there was nowhere to park next to the shops. Take the overhead walkway and down stairs to reach the outlets. Not great offers on many shops.

We visited on a trip to Orlando recently. Having visited in 2014 we could not have been more disappointed this time. The price of goods was not much different than the UK. the range of shops remains good but wouldn't rush ti visit again.

Absolutely fabulous shopping trip. Some great bargains. Ended up visiting a couple of times during our stay.

I had a wonderful shopping excursion during a "break" from the Orlando parks. This outdoor shopping outlet center is packed full of stores. The stores are well stocked, full of deals, friendly shop clerks and shopping to satisfy men, women, boys or girls. I probably sent into 2 dozen stores and packed my suitcases to the brim with treasures. See like and buy and repeat. Enjoy Starbucks, Godiva or other treats to keep up your strength while your there. Many deals to be had and all while taking in sun while you dip in and out of stores.

If you could 1/2 stars would have done that. 3 1/2 is really the rating. Would be 4 if it had felt a little cleaner. Plenty of stores. Lots of variety. Loved the higher end stores like Tori Burch, Kate Spade, designer stores a lot. If you are COVID concerned, this mall is really good about masks, hand sanitizer, limited quantity in stores, etc. Busy place on the weekends. First time and it won’t be my last. Worth the drive.

The deals are endless! Bring an extra suitcase if you’re flying lol Nike offers a military discount on top of approx 40% off prices. My favorite shopping trip on our vacay! I got 4 hoodies and sweatpants for $100 can’t beat the prices!

I had read a few negative reviews especially about the parking. We went in the evening for about 4 hours from 7 to almost 11 pm. It’s not busy then and we had a good time wandering around the various shops. Had some great deals at the Company cosmetics store where if your purchase totaled over $50, there was a 50% discount so the Estée Lauder lipstick came to $11 US, daughter bought some coloured fancy mascara from MAC for about 70% off retail price. Also found some good deals at Kate Spade and Michael Kors.

This place is easily the busiest outlet in the area, we have always parked in the garage at the rear as you can always find a space, however now they charge $10 but of a cheek.
Same shops as found in the other outlets they do carry different goods though.
The food hall is looking dated and could do with an upgrade. There needs to be more benches as it's very busy.

A smaller outlet mall but with great number of brand stores with great bargains. Great service from the staff in the shops I visited. I will come back

This is like shopping at a UK designer outlet with additional designer shops ie Prada, Burberry, Gucci etc. It has sports shops such as Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour.
It has a Disney outlet store with genuine disney products at cheaper prices.
Also jewelry shops, sketchers, Carters baby clothing. Theres many more available you could spend a while shopping here.
What they offer in most shops is a range of discounts up to 70% off the rrp. I bought a bag from Calvin Klein worth $99 for $50 (inc tax).
There are a few food outlets available such as starbuck, haagen daaz.
If you like a bargain or just window shopping, this is a good place to visit

Enjoyed our day here and picked up lots of bargains. Extremely clean. Got lots of deals in Michael Kors

even less down this outlet than at the upper one poor selection of shops mostly selling the same or simalar goods needs some variety clean plenty of room apart from nautica not a lot to go for not recommended

Very good selection main brand stores, some offers better then others. Very popular place and lots good parking. You'll always end up buying something though!

While I am not a shopping nut, I have a few in the family and everyone seems to love this place! Lots of good stores, including a Disney outlet, can be found here. It is very easy to access off of International Drive or from I4.
TIP: Bring a football to kill time if you are not shopping...

Guess it all depends what you are wanting but found great buys at Nike & Lacoste, I was not wanting or needing a bunch of things but for these two stores & then only spent less then $80 for what I got,at regular cost wound have been around $160.
Parking is terrible, rude people,it gets packed so I did valet for $15 yes its a cost but so less stressful,I went in got what I want & got out.
As far as store I give it a A++

The outlet happened to be located right next to our resort, so we used our private gate to just walk over to the outlet mall. Parking can be quite a hassle even though they offer valet and garage parking for a fee. The shops offer great deals, especially since we were there on a holiday weekend. Just be prepared for a lot of people!

Not giving this any star rating as I was very disappointed and disgusted that on the day during our holiday that we visited this Mall the ONE, ONLY ONE family/ADA restroom in the food court was out of order. This Mall is on a large plot of land there should be more family/ADA restrooms than ONE. The good point was a member of the security staff allowed for my partner to take me into the ladies restroom while the security staff member stood by the entrance to keep out the ladies while we used the facilities. This issues needs to be corrected fast. On another note to visit/shop here it is VERY EXPENSIVE.

Plenty of shops and a great selection. Also located in a good spot. It is the last stop on the iride trolley that runs up and down international drive. There is plenty of places to eat as well.

Love it! Every high end store you can imagine from a Gucci to Kate Spade! Love the Under Armor, Columbia, Carter’s, Disney, etc. I could spend hours here and did! Nice food court with Asian, burgers, subs, pizza, etc. great place to relax. Everyone was social distancing and wearing their masks! I will go back for sure!

Spent half a day at Vineland with family. Found bargains hard to come by but found the time enjoyable. As it was an outlet village rather than a mall, the heat was relentless but the place is very clean and tidy. Good selection of shops in a nice location. Worth a visit.

Lovely shopping centre with good bargains and a decent food court. Very conveniently located to many resorts.

For me the most pleasant Mall in the wider area. We've been coming to Central Florida for decades and I really love this Mall. Not too massive, nice and outside, clear and equipped with the brands I like to see. In addition, ample parking and dining facilities available. Easy to drive to and located right next to Interstate 4. Shop them! The price advantage with the Netherlands is substantial and not to your disadvantage 😉

We were in town for a conference and decided to check out the nearby outlet shops as recommended by our Hotel front desk. We found tons of great deals at this place. Creating an account with the Simon Premium Outlets offered additional discounts. My husband scored some great summer suits at 75% off and a small travel back pack at a super steal. The food court is well curated and it was easy to get a Lyft anywhere there. The shops are more mid to high end. That said, there are plenty of deals to be had.

Out of the choices of Outlets in Orlando, in my opinion this is the best one. Its got pretty much every other store that the other outlets has but has the best Disney Character Warehouse which has some really good deals on closing and merchandise not long out of the theme parks. Its also slightly bigger than the other outlets with more dining options.

Always visit this place to get a big discount on clothes. Well not anymore it seems.
Hugo Boss clothes are no cheaper and certain items more than in UK, no wonder it was empty.
Lacoste polo shirts are $85 plus tax, cheaper in UK.
Ralph Lauren are good value but have increased quite a lot recently compared to last visit. Nonetheless a good evening shopping.

We got stuck at this outlet trying to book a mears taxi with a disabled ramp. Our phones had both died so we couldn’t phone. We asked the Vallet staff by the Taxi sign. They refused to help call a taxi. We asked a phone shop guy to help advise us why the number we were calling wouldn’t connect. They refused to help. Finally the Information Desk staff helped and called a taxi. Sadly Mears were diabolical and didn’t send a cab for 2 hours. The info desk staff were excellent.

We spent loads of time at these outlet stoes and to all shoppers out there, this is one of the best outlet experiences in Orlando. Wear comfortable shoes, take your time, compare brands, prices and enjoy every moment.
My favourite stores based on service, pricing and merchandise quality:
1. Samsonite: Luggage
2. Under Armour: Sportswear
3. Converse: Footwear
4. Salvatore Ferragamo: Designer brand
5. OshKosh B'gosh: Children's clothing
6. IT'SUGAR: Candy store
The least favourite stores are Gap and Carter’s, shocking customer service and I will never set foot in any of their stores again!

Close to the parks. Liked the mall. Alot more designer stores. I wished it had more kids clothes stores.
Good options to eat at the food courts and one great thing was that they had a playground for our young one while we shopped!

There is never enough time in these outlet malls, huge variety of brands, selections and unbeatable prices. We had easy shuttle access from our hotel which made it even easier to plan a visit. Courteous staff, clean ambience, kids play area and nice selection of refreshments, snacks and food all around and sitting area to rest your feet before you continue.

Parking lots were full the two times I visited. Did a lap and left.on a Sunday and Monday. $12 for paid parking, but I didn’t like that option.

This mall had better shops/stock compared to the premium outlet mall and it was much busier. The toilets could be cleaner and the food court had limited options. The best shops here were nike, dkny, ralph lauren and guess. The parking was limiting and the mall was undergoing renovations so the pathways were restricted. Definitely worth a visit, on arrival go to the food court where guest services and collect a map and coupons.

This outlet mall is located at the bottom end of International Drive, just off I4 and near Lake Buena Vista. It has all the usual high street store brand names and designer stores as the one at the North end of International Drive. Again there is now more chargeable parking but still more free parking than at it's similar named outlet at the North end. We parked across the road and walked over. Whist there are bargains to be had they are becoming less obvious especially with the poor UK / US exchange rate.

This is a massive place and very difficult to find a parking space. If you can manage to find one the bargains will be worth it!

I don't knw if they did not have the personnel but this place was filthy. The restroom had a lot of debris and the fixtures had not been cleaned in some time. Management should have know what would happen on the first. The food court was a mess-paper debris and other on tables and floor. The garbage cans were ok but not clean on top or the sides.

Discounts are much less than previous years. They’re there, but sparser and more difficult to find.
Food options are pretty limited.
Staffing levels are very low, resulting in long waits at the checkouts.

Stores are OK, with some decent prices, but that's not the issue. In order to fully rip-off tourists and guests, this outlet decided to block off half of the back parking so they could charge for valet. So this has created an even worse parking problem than they already had. But not to pass of another rip-off opportunity, they now charge $10 for parking in the garage they built to alleviate the situation. And about half of the remaining available parking is now also payment-required. So the limited remaining parking is a traffic jam nightmare. I guess it's so busy they don't care if locals shop there any more. I certainly won't go back.
If you don't mind paying for parking because they created a parking problem, go for it. Sadly I couldn't give a ZERO - RIP OFF rating.

A very large open air mall. There are all brands and they are big. The discounts are also very good. Not every brand is cheaper than Turkey, but some are really cheap.

We stopped by because the Mrs. was looking for a particular item and we did find it. The usual outlet stores and we went after 7:00pm after the Sun was going down which made it much more comfort. The only disappointing thing was they now charge $10.00 to park in the parking garage, and you can pay for premium parking spots up front. So, you have to park a little further but still ok.

Great Outlet Center: all big brandstof for affortable prices. Busy bot not too crowded. And nice and energetic atmosphere. Check out the Tommy store: huge abd great!

I preferred this to the other Simon mall but we bought more at the other one. It was laid out better here and not so busy. Better if you speak Spanish around the area you will get far better service.

Your typical outlet with a good variety of stores. I couldn’t believe how long the line was to enter the Disney Warehouse. People waiting in the hot hot sun to shop! No way! My time is not worth that for a discount..
I did get some good deals so it was worth the trip

been before and was great years ago then a few years ago hard to find the bargains and this time didn't like what we saw, got here early enough to get a parking space and start shopping, but what do they do, make early bird shoppers park in the pay to park area first which is why we didn't bother and turned around and went to the other outlets on international drive got parking and free and better experience

This is a great outlet and has all the usual brand names at very competitive prices-also has good food outlet and a couple of Starbucks as well with free wifi

Best outlet mall we have been to in Orlando. Great range of brands, good discount and lots of parking. If you like shopping and brands this is the place for you.

The shops had some good sale items one place had 70% off plus 20% off and other stores had some deals. Nike is always crowded and some stores had to stand line and wait to enter the store. Get there early to avoid the long lines.

A very good cozy place very binso prices a very good experience we enjoyed it much the same transportation was very strut and very comfortable

I really like this outlet mall. It is not as crowded as the Orlando International Mall. This outlet will have something for everyone. My family comes here every time we come to Orlando. The only downside is that it is outside, so it can get VERY hot around this town of year. There is some coverage from the sun, but it’s not everywhere.

If you are thinking about having a drink or food at Pier 17, don’t !! AVOID! They charged us 15 dollars for 1 beer , it’s a rip off. No menus with prices shown either, do not go to pier 17 when at Orlando outlets.

I am, by nature, a shopper. I was impressed with the variety of stores here. Not that I visited them all...just the basic of Coach, Vera Bradley, Crocs, Michael Kors, Adidas, Nike, and Reebok. The most impressive store was Disney Character Warehouse: it’s chock full of authentic parks merchandise and clothes. At severely reduced prices! I got a Loungefly purse for $35 instead of $90...yes it was a holiday design, but I am relatively sure Christmas will happen in 2020 and I will be stylin’!
Great place to spend a day away from the parks. But eat somewhere else. Food court is limited and always crowded!

Breathe is a horrible place to purchase any products. WANING: After purchase there is no refund and will not honor any returns. After purchasing two products and one to return, the manager would not honor a return. Manager would not give her name out and neither would the staff. Don't make any purchases at Breathe.

We came three days during the second half of our 10-day stay in Orlando.
We were fortunate to have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express along Regency Drive because the outlets were just a 10-15 minute walk (roughly 700-800 meters).
On our second visit on December 22, we brought our rented car since we drove from Saint Augustine. But parking was full. It was quite difficult to get a spot to park. I waited around 30 minutes before I finally was able to park. I’ve read reviews that say that even on regular days (not close to the holidays), parking is difficult.
I called this “premium” because two luxury brands, Prada and Gucci, have stores here. They are not present in the other Simon outlet along International Drive near Universal Studios.
We did not get to visit the GAP store because it is located in a non-contiguous area separated from the main outlets by a four-lane road.
On our first visit, we saw “deals of the week” (50%) on Lacoste shirts. I postponed buying them because we thought we were going back anyway. When we went to the outlets the day after, all shirts on sale at 50% were gone. I was greatly disappointed because I already picked some shirts with my desired size and color.
There is a variety of food outlets at the food court. You can go Japanese, Chinese, vegan or just plain sandwich.
There is also a Starbucks and the ubiquitous Auntie Anne’s.
I did not find any issues with the restrooms. They all looked fine to me.
On our second visit, we learned from our first visit by bringing along a wheeled suitcase to store our purchases.
On our next visit to Orlando, we will definitely go back to these outlets. Highly recommended.

Definitely a great place to visit for a bargain. Lots of branded shops, we made purchases in the Disney Character Outlet, Levi's, Michael Kors, Kate Spade etc. It is outside unless you are in the individual stores so suncream and keep hydrated. The car parks do get busy, so we found early mornings where better.

This was our second visit to the Vineland Premium Outlets. Join their membership club if you like outlets for some more coupons. It's free and the coupons we got there saved us quite some money. The coupon book is also worth getting from the service center.
We prefer this one to the larger international outlet. I don't know why really, but we always find better deals and buys more here.
This time the big purchases were made at the Armani outlet, US Polo, Calvin Klein, Ecco and Tommy Hilfiger.

Decent mix of stores that allow for good bargain hunting. Coach staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking can be a nightmare so plan ahead and get there early.

Please don't waist your precious vacation time shopping for really good sales as you won't find them here. There were a lot of stores but there were lines to get into the brand name designer stores. I don't get it! You'd be better off shopping at little boutiques with unique clothing that you won't find at these typical mall stores. Food was typical too. When I am away I want to experience something completely different. Not a place for bargains. Park yourself on a bench. Good people watching place!

My husband literally had a field day at this outlet in the Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren shops. The price of the clothes if you are into designer wear is fabulous. I even treated myself to a very stylish Tommy handbag a couple of jumpers, some sun glasses and some T-shirt’s.
The food was fab in the food court I ate from the Chinese eats and for $13 dollars I had a massive plate full of orange chicken, rice and noodles as well as a drink, recommended.
The shops and the queues started to build come the afternoon so get there early to start your bargain buys. The Disney warehouse store was very hit and miss, a few good bits but a lot of clothes when the children were looking for teddies and toys.
Found nowhere that sold the Disney traditions that I collect and was after. Easily spend a fortune there so make sure you have plenty of spending money or credit card.
Don’t debate or hesitate if you want it then have it as you will not get these prices at home.

Within the Vineland Premium Outlets, you will find many stores that, ironically, are not outlet stores. (To say the least.)
For example, while looking through the directory of stores, you may notice some high-end designers such as Gucci, Prada, Burberry, and Dolce & Gabbana. You may also notice that these stores do not have the words 'factory' or 'outlet' after them.
This is because the designer couture sold in these shops is sold at full price - but for some reason, they are located in the heart of what was supposed to be an 'outlet mall'. (By full price, I mean the FULLEST prices imaginable.)
You even have to wait in line to enter the majority of the stores because only one party is allowed inside at a time. If there is no one in line in front of you, you still have to wait. You press a doorbell outside the closed doors and wait for a doorman (dressed in black suits with earpieces and walkie-talkies) to open the door for you, and lock it behind you.
No need to hurry, though. There will only be 5-10 groups of people waiting to enter while you browse through $100's of $1000's of dollars of fabric. (And when I say groups, I mean 1-3 people at a time, tops, and only if it looks as though you are actually shopping together.)
So if you're looking for designer stores, then I guess the Vineland Outlets would be a great place for you to check out.

Only had a few hours to spend here. There are many shops to visit depending on your needs and wants. I got a couple discounted pieces for work from Banana Republic Factory. Over at Tory Burch the team was exceptionally fantastic. I am happy with my sale purchase from there as well. I grabbed a quick bite in the food court and experienced great customer service there as well. Definitely a mall I would visit again when next I am in Orlando.

I was there the long weekend in May which is Victoria Day Weekend in Canada. Went shopping at the vineyard outlet and bought a pair of headphones at one of kiosk. When I tried contacting them as the headphones were defective no one has responded. I called the manager Jonathan at the guest services and he sounded like he was gonna help but guess what nothing since the email he asked me to send to him. These headphones cost me 100 US dollars and no one there seems to care that they took my money and gave me defective headphones

This is a very classy and exceptionally well kept outdoor shopping mall but I was left disappointed with the lack of bargains. Everything still felt very expensive. Having said that, it's a beautiful place to spend a couple of hours walking around but either opt for first thing in the morning or later in the evening as the heat is relentless and after a couple of hours, it was a bit much so we moved on to the Florida Mall. It's a lovely place though with many shops on offer & is worth a visit.

Can be busy at times, but very efficient staff with world famous Starbucks Coffee. Good place to take a break inside, outside or in food court.

First of all, the store is great and we love Disney!!! we also visit Disney many times a year!!! We are very disappointed that Disney would employ someone like Gilbert who follows women and girls in the store as you are shopping. Gilbert stopped and stared directly at my chest and followed me through the store as I shopped. My 3 daughters and I had to hurry and shop and check out and leave. I saw him staring at other women too. He is very disgusting and needs to stop stalking women!!!!

If you are visiting the premier outlets in Florida be very very careful. They are geared towards tourist, bump up their prices just for the tourist. We found many many items cheaper in stores like Target, Walmart and shops in general. For example some of the trainers are dearer there than in the U.K. and you can get a better deal in shops around Florida.
Don’t assume that because you purchase something there it will be cheaper because the chances are it will not.
So collectors cards in the outlets were $16 whereas in Target they were $4.99.
Sketcher trainers were $89 in the outlet but in a sketchers shop outside the same pair of trainers were €69
Just be careful

We would always make it a point to go shopping here when we were in town because you could find convenient parking in the garage. Now, along with even more "paid" parking spaces they've added in the parking lot, they are charging to park in the garage. Why do they want us to pay for the privilege to shop here? We went on down to the one on International Drive where they appreciate shoppers bringing their business to them and don't charge to park.

Avoid ASICS outlet store at all cost. I bought a pair of trainers in the clearance section before flying back to the UK and on arriving home, tried them on properly and discovered a fault. ASICS US and ASICS UK now refusing to refund or ask for closer inspection of the fault - the tongue has been sewn incorrectly - so I am out of pocket and have an unwearable pair of trainers that are useless. Avoid this store please. Also called ASICS outlet store directly from the UK and was told they can't do anything even though I bought them from them. Horrendous experience and end to my holiday.

Parking is a nightmare ! If you don’t want to pay $3/hr or $15 to valet park then stay away. We left after driving around for 20 minutes looking for a spot. I refuse to pay to park at a Mall. If these stores don’t want my money, there are plenty others that do.

I think "Premium" is a little like "gourmet" overused and hence meaningless. It's outside, so either you get wet from the rain or sweat from the lack of A/C. The food court is dreadful, low quality crap and nowhere near enough seating, Nowhere nice to eat within a short walk either. The stores don't really have many bargains with many products actually cheaper back in Europe, unless you really want 3 pairs of trainers. I guess if you really want a particular Gucci bag or something like that and you can save a few hundred bucks it's worth the trip, but otherwise it's a wholly unenjoyable experience, so Dad's and Kids, be warned - just say no..

......then you can park easily. We always wake up early having flown from the UK and take advantage by getting here just before it opens to get a parking space.
Owing to the exchange rate it is not as cheap as it used to be but then nothing is.
There is still a great choice of stores and still bargains to be had especially if you sign up to the VIP club like me for additional savings. You can get the coupons on your phone so you don't have to pick up a paper copy at the information desk any more.
I do miss Barney's New York and Kenneth Cole which have both gone, but the American Eagle store is great, Coach had some really good deals and I saved a lot in Ralph Lauren.
For me it is still a must visit when I am in Orlando, I prefer it to the outlets at the top of I Drive as the shops are more upmarket at Vineland.

Just perfect.... I visit the US on average twice a year From the UK and have got the dreadful tag of being a coffee snob by my friends and relatives . But I do love a good specialty coffee and am so pleased to find this gem of a coffee shop tucked away in the Tommy Hilfiger store . Great coffee and as although they only have a few sandwiches and pastel ties , they are great quality and taste.
I hella of a Happy Coffee snob 👍

Standard outdoor mall, shop are up up to date, we had a good time going round this mall, people very friendly, food court was fairly good but busy, Disney out was very busy

A good selection of shops, more designer shops than I expected. It was a fun way to spend an evening. A specail shout out to Christian Rodriguez, Asst. Manager at the Jummy Choo store. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. I was not able to find what I was looking for but he went above and beyond to help. I have his card and will certainly call upon him in the future....Thank you for your help Christian.

This place is huge, it has two sections separated by a street! Most of the big outlet store fronts are there, plus some unique spots. We bought at Tommy Bahama, Crocs, Disney, Kate Spade and came away happy. The usual discounts and coupons apply. We found the selection to be pretty good and the amount of help adequate. But, it’s hot and finding places to sit in the shade was not easy. Going in and out of AC is uncomfortable, in my opinion.

So get there early as midday and evenings are horrible when it comes to parking. Used to be free to park at the parking garage, now you have to pay. There are many good stores here for clothes, shoes, and more. The Disney store is always popular, but you should get there early because people do line up to enter as they open... Food court is okay, wifi is not the best.. Try to go on weekdays, and keep in mind there will be a lot of people here..

Looked great, unfortunately we could not get parked and gave up! There is parking for $10 in a multi storey but this looked full as the 3rd and 4th floor was reserved for staff. At least half of the car park was reserved for valet parking. It was really busy when we went as it had been raining most of the day. Thought the idea was to encourage people to spend their money?

There are so many retail options in and around Orlando and to be honest there’s not much difference between them, but the wife and daughter wanted to visit and so I dropped them off, looked for parking and almost gave up trying to find a spot as it was so busy on the Saturday afternoon we were there. Have to say there were no real bargains to be had, everything was expensive and most stores short staffed, which meant either a line to enter or a line to pay. I know the girls were not impressed as they actually spent around 3hrs looking around and only had a few purchases when I met up with them. I thought outlet malls were supposed to be a bargain hunters paradise?

The staff in the Adidas store were very rude. Wanted to ask a simple question before leaving as they were just closing (to decide if we should go back or not whilst visiting) and the member of staff replied by shouting stating how we should not be talking to them now and that we needed to come back tomorrow. Would have taken 10 seconds to get the answer that we needed and did not appreciate being shouted at. Just before that I had purchased something at the till where the team member didn’t utter a word to me other than mumbling something about tax.

Lots of shops to choose from. Gets busy so try and go early. If you go later in the day you may struggle with parking in the main car park. We parked over the other side of the road where there are some other shops and found a space no problem. You just have to walk across the road.

The layout of these outlet is great with a mix of covered and uncovered areas. Lots of great deals here. We visit every time we are in Florida.

Everything you need is in one place The prices are remarkably lower than the original ones it is adjacent to the resort were we stayed easily accessible with the room key

Great shopping place with plenty of stores to shop. Beware Michael Kors store at Orlando viceland premium outlet. As we enter the store before others customers the gentleman walk right across me and my family and headed to ask the others customers if he can help. I decided to stand to see who all he help. He didn’t help any customers that are African Americans. I was going to purchase 2 bags I decided not spend money in a store that don’t like African Americans. I refuse to buy from that brand again . Please take a stand we all are living in this world and stop catering to 1 race.

You will be impressed shopping here if you like the premium brands and a bargain. Many shops having up to 60% reductions from previous season fashion.
Our favourites were Levi, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Nike/Adidas/Puma.
Allow a good 3 hours depending on your purse.
Try out the food outlet too. We had a Japanese noodle with bourbon chicken which we tried a free sample before we bought. Great idea!!
Free parking unless you want valet parking (who needs that!!) is always a bonus.

By far the best outlet in Orlando in terms of variety of stores are deals. International would be second. One major gripe with all outlets is that they charge for “valet” or “premium” parking which takes up a lot of spots closest to the shopping forcing you to park further away or pay to shop. Bring comfortable walking shoes.

One of a few outlet malls in Orlando. This is a large mall. very clean with many choices. A good way to spend an afternoon.

Before we visited, we read many reviews about parking. We arrived at 9:00am and there were still many spaces to park. (The door opened at 8:00am on the day we visited. ). By the time we were leaving around 11:00am, the parking lot was packed with cars and many cars were waiting and circling to find the spot to park.
We shopped at Prada, Tumi, JCrew, Gucci, KateSpade, and many others. All had great deals (what we think). Lululemon had a long line to get in the shop. We recommend to visit this place but arrive early.

We always find everything here at great prices. We bought men’s clothes from Columbia, Ralph Lauren Polo, and Izod. I bought a purse at Kate Spade and sunglasses at Under Armour.

Not all stores open due to coved19. But have good store selections . There were lines at a few stores so we did not go in a lot of stores.

This is likely to be due to the poor exchange rate but just felt there were no bargains to be had at all. My daughter loved the candy shop but it is 3 times more expensive than buying the same sweets (and same brand - Nerds) than they are in the UK in Asda. Shame. But the era of massive bargains in the US is sadly over I feel.

We prefer this outlet to its sister at the other end of International Drive -even though it is slightly older it feels less crowded and busy with more shelter. That said you should arrive close to opening time (1000 mostly) or expect to spend some time trying to park (or pay to valet park) despite the large car parks. Also definitely busier at weekends as you would expect.
All the designer labels you need and very good prices

The shops and prices may be good but the parking is a nightmare and the charges outrageous.
Very few free spaces but plenty of pay options.
We found the best time to go was early in the morning.

Went here on a Monday and it was packed. Alot of good deals buy 1 get two free type of deals. The people who own the booths in the middle can be annoying and pushy and non of them speak English, what is okay but when I don't speak Spanish and your trying to sell something in Spanish it's just annoying.

Spent an entire afternoon having fun shopping here during a stay at Disney World. Great break from the parks and loads of things to buy! Loved the discounted things at the outlet Disney shop too!

Too many of these outlet stores offer maybe only 10-15% discount on clearance goods. Fashion stores let you wait outsiden even if there is hardly any customers inside.

the customer service in this store is disgusting to say the least, my wonderful amazing friend was in there yesterday to purchase a very large order for the people in her group and the way that she was treated made me sick.
she was on a live so hundreds of people saw the way she was treated by not 1 but 2 of your members of staff, the 1 being a stuck up girl called Gigi who kept rolling her eyes at her while she was asking questions and she just couldn't be bothered to help.
Sorry but the clue is in your job description sales assistant meaning you go out of your way to help customers. If this wasn't enough when she complained to the duty manager that was working this day(22nd june 2024) he was making funny faces and almost laughing at my friend and because she said she was reporting them to head office and asked for his name he refused and then told her that she was to go to another store to buy her stuff and put her out the shop.
This video was live so many, many, many saw what happened. Sort your staff out because i will keep sharing and telling anyone that i can to avoid your shop. I also call for a public sorry to be given to my friend. sick, disgusting behaviour to one of the nicest woman in the world

To many gay disrespectful worker at their out side vendor boths. Not an appropriate place to shop and spend money. Don't catch a case and throw your life away.

It's a little smaller than the Premium outlet and very close to the hotel I stayed at, it has the best brands and brands, it's perfect for shopping

Unfortunately with the parking garage and all the other “premium” paid parking, finding a space to park is horrid here now. Used to love our visits. We won’t be back.

AVOID PIER 17 FOOD CONCESSION. Got charged 9 bucks for a mini cupcake. When I went to ask how much was the big cupcake they told me it was 6. They don't have prices advertised so when you ask for something they just price it themselves

Both the Outlets in Orlando have the same shops and the same deals.
Only difference is that you might find different stock at each site (Only cause the the other one has run out).
Parking is a nightmare, the day we went, it took over an hour to find parking. In the end we parked elsewhere and took a 15 minute walk.
All the shops were heaving, with the queue in the Nike shop at least 100 people long.
Its not their fault, there must be some good deals to be had.
Overall, a wide range of shops to suit everyone.
Food Court needs to be much bigger than it currently is.

Great place to go shopping, and has some great deals! Definitely recommend going if you have some down time in Orlando as there is a great variety of shops and plenty of food stops as well.

The shopping here is excellent with lots of top brand names represented. A good food court and an enormous car park.
It’s easier to get to for most vacationers. But it’s not undercover so remember sun screen

Great selection of shops from medium priced to luxury a great shopping experience with most of the area under cover. Eating is basic with a central food hall but perfect to recharge and carry on shopping. Easy to get to from disney hotels and cleaning tidy. Friendly staff in all the shops we visited. Prices are not as good as a few years back but still better than normal.

First time visit to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Among the stores we visited was the Disney Warehouse and Tommy Bahama. Both stores are true outlet stores selling authentic brand merchandise (not the cheaper made stuff sold only at outlet stores)
What's a Disney visit without a line - there was a short line outside the store (around 5 p.m. on a non-holiday weekday). The small store was crowded even though a limited number of shoppers are allowed in every 10-15 minute. Mostly clothing and most items are marked off by at least 1/3 off listed price.
* Lots of clothing such as 2024 Halloween and Christmas long sleeve spirit shirts ($30 range), 2025 Disney marathon shirts ($15 range)
* Kids Stuff - hodgepodge of stuff like pins (under $5), small character toys, jigsaw puzzles, mouse ears.
* Name brand items included Columbia baseball caps ($25) and lots of Vera Bradley (quilted bags $50 to 100) and Lily Pulitzer.
* Houseware stuff included lots of mugs ($8 range), 2024 photo book ($3), Mickey trivet ($10) and food storage containers. Some of these items like the storage containers might still be in the Disney parks at full price.
My favorite shop was the Tommy Bahama shop. Tommy Bahama sells the real stuff at 40% off listed price. The men's selection was not as good as the women's clothing (mainly dresses).
Parking Tip: the section of the mall near Tommy Bahama has a lot more empty parking spots than the chaotic parking area near the central part of the mall.

Good variety of shops although more on the designer side of things as opposed to other malls in the Orlando area but worth a visit

I visited this outlet centre twice during my stay and came away with a single pair of sliders and even that took some doing.
Having prepared a shopping list of gift items not to mention a small wish list for myself to come
away with a single pair of pool shoes was highly unusual and hugely disappointing.
Some OK shops. There is a Prada and a Jimmy Choo with Gucci apparently opening later this year. JC has really limited ranges and from
several seasons ago, Prada was much better especially for bags but still nothing attention grabbing.
I did try and buy a couple of pairs sliders from both JC and Prada but the selection was so limited it wasn’t an option. I then trawled all of the sports shops and just managed to find one pair which was suitable and available in my size US 8 UK 5. Really disappointed to find that hardly any of the stores carried that size. In fact, I couldn’t even find a UK size 6
The in store offers were great once you found something you wanted, but I’ve got to be honest, I was really disappointed that I just didn’t see anything and what I did spot just wasn’t available in my size.
If you’re staying at the Hilton next door, it’s well worth a visit and I’d return again once Gucci opens but other than that, I’d probably go elsewhere.

Did not get to all 180 luxury and name brand stores BUT I gave it my best try! After shopping till I dropped, my friend and I visited the Food Court to restore and replenish.

Unless you are looking for the Expensive stores that are too pricey - Go to the other outlets
But if your letting your Women window shop - grab a beer and relax

Avoid Pier 17. Charged us $30 for 2 beers!
Don't know if this is the norm or if they were taking advantage of tourists. Food in food court not brilliant either.

The outlets were ok. Not great deals, typical prices for outlets in US. Crowded, some stores you wait in line to get in. It was good to go during a morning rainstorm but otherwise not worth the time.

Exactly what you would expect. A good selection of shops offering good value for money. Fairly busy with shoppers. Standard food market with no surprises in the selections on offer. Nothing stood out for special mention best to look online for the stores on site before going to avoid disappointment.

Premium outlet has always been one of our stops whenever we visit the US. Good prices for premium clothes. Doesn't seem to be like that anymore though.
The marked price has increased a little, however the biggest impact on pricing is that there are less deals and discounts. We used to be able to combine discounts, if one gave 50% off on the second item, we could then get 10% or 20% on the total as well if we had such a coupon. At least some stores, like US Polo, now only allows one or the other to be applied.
We spent a few hours here, bought nothing because everything was expensive, and then left dissapointed. Instead we went to Ross and Marshalls, where we could find some premium brands at better prices, with a much more limited selection though.

Great place if you want to do some shopping and having something to eat on your way. Large choice and variety of stores.

We only stopped for the Disney store but there were a lot of shops and if we were in the mood to shop we would have spent more time there. Parking was a bit of a challenge. My husband dropped us off and it took him a while to get a spot.

Very nice outlets, very neat, many well-known brand stores, but the prices did NOT seem like those of an outlet, the cheapest thing was to look in the clearance areas, then there were offers there, in the rest the prices seemed the same to me as in any store
The bathrooms are good, the food in the food court is cheap for us, a plate of rice with chicken and potatoes 14 dollars, an ice cream 7 dollars for example

We have been visiting this mall for 20 years and it has somewhat lost its way. Poor exchange rate and poor discounts means that the deals are not that good. Plus it’s an open mall so quite unbearable in extreme heat. It’s better to visit the Florida Mall where everyone is discounting and you are in an air conditioned environment.

They lease the whole garage and a big portion of the surface parking area to a third-party valet company that predatorily charges you $10-$15 to park. ( International Drive outlets have the same scam) This is nothing but a tourist price gouge, Mall At Millenia and Florida Mall (Simon) does not do this.

The AT&T service is horrible here, which is surprising for its location. Are they possibly using blockers? All of the free Wi-Fi will not load with DuckDuckGo, and they request quite a bit of tracking data from you. If you do get on a store’s wifi it can be excessively slow.

Visited with my husband for a look around the shops. We’d been to sawgrass mills the day before which I would say had much more bargains than this outlet. Don’t forget the outlet stores across the road (north face, ugg). Not much seating areas as you travel round .

First visit back here in around 3 years after the pandemic. We used to come from the UK regularly and bring an empty suitcase to fill with the bargains, but they seem few and far between now. Limited stock/ sizes. If you have something specific in mind you’re probably better off just heading to the Florida Mall or a regular store. There are still a few deals but you have to be flexible on what you might want and the savings aren’t always that big. I would point out though that my experience is effected by the poor exchange rate on the British pound.
I’m sure things will improve as time goes on.

Perfect choice for shopping for its great variety of shops average prices of goods very easy to go .plan to go there on Black Friday next November ISA

Lots of stores including luxury stores. I bought my Gucci bag and wallet here and I’m satisfied with my purchase. The line up though, took my at least 45mins to get in

Be very careful, our 15 seater was robbed while we went for lunch here, lost everything including our passports, missed flights, heartbreaking for this to happen. CAR PARK HAS NO I REPEAT NO CCTV

Massive outlet mall with over 100 stores. Very clean and well taken care of and safe in a good area. Big food court with great options. Parking was ample, even had valet. Could spend a lot of time here. All the major outlets.

I usually visit here every time I go to Orlando. This time the hotel wherecI stayed was was situated very near to the mall, so I was able to visit several times.I enjoyed the brands and the prices.

Vineland Outlets have a good range of shops to browse. Lovely place to walk around with a food court too. Definitely recommend.
HORRIBLE PARKING
HORRIBLE PARKING partially caused by greedy landlord blocking of large areas for fee parking. If I'm here to spend money at the outlet stores, parking should be free.
