Great Place in PCB

By Ashley H |

Something for everyone. Stores, attractions, and restaurants. Great place to have dinner and then walk off a few calories visiting the shops and other attractions.

Great shopping

By Melissa R |

We love coming here when we come to Panama City . Great shopping .... good food and tons of room . If you’re lucky , you will be close enough to walk and then also take a walk on the pier.

Great are to walk eat and shop.

By Relax696946 |

Pier Park is the hub of Panama City Beach. There are many restaurants and shops. There are also large chains like Dillard’s , Target, Walmart and JC Penny plus plus.....

They have a huge Ferris wheel type ride that allows you to see for miles. They have a movie theatre park area where they have outdoor concerts. In February they hold a Mardi Gras Parade and it is wonderful. A great weekend of entertainment during this time.

Lack of Vegan Food and Drink Options

By TrailTrekker15 |

My wife and I walked down the beach to Pier Park on our recent trip to Panama City Beach. The open air mall is nice with a good variety of shops. We were disappointed though as they had few good food and drink options for vegans. Most of the restaurants are chains and seafood leaving few fresh options. It was disappointing.

I scream for Ice cream !

By Caroline C |

If younlike ice cream highly recommend especially the sea salt caramel. Waffle cones are made on site. Looks like they have a few shope around the US !

Touristy

By dcolburn |

Newer, clean place to kill a couple of hours on a nice afternoon. Food, shops, bars, some entertainment. We were there in the slow season. Would not want to be there during a busy season. But that’s just me. It is very touristy. However that’s what comes to Panama City Beach isn’t it?

Nice stop for food and shopping. Beware of "information."

By Mark S |

Clean. Pleasant area. Nice array of shops. Safe area. Nice variety of shops and pleasant employees. Nice view of the gulf. Look out for "information " boothes or people whose real goal is to sell you a timeshare. Just say no thanks and walk away. It's very annoying and sneaky.

A great day trip

By Paul S |

A very unique experience with not your run of the mill shops, great eating options and the beach is fantastic!!! Definitely plan a whole day to fully enjoy and explore!!!

Something For Every Member Of The Family

By Dan |

My family visited over the July 4th holiday. No matter what you are looking for you can stop looking. Here you will find bars with live entertainment (Tootsies), multiple restaurants including Margaritaville, Starbucks, mini golf, Dave & Busters, a SkyWheel, ice cream shops, movie theaters & over 50 specialty retail shops as well as National chains such as Target, Dillards & JC Penney. Lots of free parking.
Over the holiday the Main Street was blocked off to cars which made the shopping experience so much safer & better. Located directly across from the City pier.

Safe, clean, and comfortable with gorgeous views

By Ann O |

My college roommate and I went to PCN for 6 nights. Our condo at Aqua was beautiful and very clean with a large balcony overlooking the Gulf. It's close enough to walk to Pier Park and other shops and restaurants. We received all of our check-in information and they called to say that our condo was ready early. We felt very safe at Aqua. They even sent staff up to secure our balcony furniture due to a storm. Our favorite restaurants were The Back Porch and Runaway Island.

Our only complaint was that our visit was during Bike Week which made walking places unpleasant because of the loud noise and exhaust fumes. We could even hear the noise from our 7th floor condo and while we were on the beach.

Family vacation

By Joe H |

Very busy but a great atmosphere. It was great to see people out and about again. Plenty to do for kids and adults. Take a morning walk out on the pier.

Lively spot

By Empty nest will travel |

This is a good lively spot after a day at the beach. Good shopping drinks and food.

Things to do for couples family and kiddos. You can also just walk around like we did find a bench outside and sip on a drink or two

Nice place to walk around

By DBBmama24 |

We had a partly rainy day to walk around Pier Park instead of heading to the beach. Lots of little shops and kiosks. Lots of restaurants and eateries. Clean and nice. We regret not riding the Sky Wheel. No masks needed. Thank God for Florida!

It’s fun here

By Heather T |

This place has everything you won’t be disappointed. Lots to do for everyone young and old. Wear your walking shoes and have a great time

Something for everyone

By NoraKS59 |

Enjoyed the boutique shops, restaurants and nightlife. Great variety, even for kids. Has all the anchor stores too for the serious shopper (or an occasional rainy day).

Ok Place to Kill Some Time

By firemshll |

We visited here last weekend. We walked around and found a few good deals but overall, many of the shops are expensive. I would go back but with expectations of not finding anything earth shattering.

A lot of shopping

By shaeffer78 |

A lot of places to shop. We ate at Margaritaville to sit along the road side. Nice view and good food.

Lots to do

By Brooke H |

There’s something for everyone here. So many places to eat and shop. Ample parking, cute shops, and places kids can play and such

Ok but closes early and some shops are still not open

By volvettebc |

Visited after the beaches opened back up in June. Shops are still closing early and some are still not open. Go early at approximately 2pm

The best vacation!!

By Melinda M |

Me and my family enjoyed Panama City Beach that was our dream vacation we had a wonderful time. The beach was beautiful. It's a lot of places to go and a lot to see.

Great shopping and dining but huge

By Doug I |

Everything you could ask for from shopping to dining, but it’s spread out so much it’s impossible to walk all over it without driving from place to place

Really neat!!!

By Troy C |

Great little place. Restaurants, surf shops, iMac theater, and the amazing Skywheel! We had a great time. Tip…if you are looking for timeshare, there is a couple places that can hook you up. If not, when someone hollers at you, keep walking

Great trip!!!

By Regina h |

This place has plentiful things to do for everyone in the family no matter what age. We came down here from Dallas, Texas for my daughters 15 birthday 🎂 as she wanted to come visit this place and beach for our first time. This pier is sure a tourist attraction as it has lots of shopping attractions and restaurants that everyone in your family can enjoy. We came down here multiple times to shop for gifts and novelties for everyone back home. All the venders where very nice. Some of the many attractions are Laser Tag, Dave and Busters, a Big Candy Shop, a great Hot Sauce store, that lets you try almost every hot sauce you can think of. They even have a store that everything in the store changes color in direct sunlight. From T-shirts, to keychains, rings, beach bags, you name it they have it. Even the shopping 🛍 bag changes color once you leave the store. Loved this place. A must do attraction if your down here. Oh I forgot to mention the Big Ferris wheel you can ride for a small cost and get a spectacular view of the area and ocean 🌊

Go early and stay! lol

By Kimberly Sweat |

Fun and hopping place! You have to get there super early in the morning and don’t leave your parking spot of you plan on having dinner anywhere around there cause it gets packed and you won’t find parking.

Average touristy area

By Veropeach |

First time visiting PCB since the ol high school spring break days of the 80’s. How this area has changed. First visit to pier park. It was decent. Nice area if you like to people watch. Has your average mix of beach shops and eateries, a theater and some game areas. Like I said it’s a nice area to come and people watch, eat and shop at your basic shops. It was a good day to reminisce.

Learn the smarter, not harder way to plan!

By Jennifer G |

My son and I went to Lake Placid in FL last year to see family and then drove to spend 3 days in Panama City Beach. It was AWESOME! It felt like a 4 out of 5 star to me because of poor planning on my part. I had not been to PBC since spring break in 1999! So 25 years later, I brought my 19-year-old. We loved it and wish we would have planned better. We wanted to make it a road trip theme, but where I messed up, was that I did not get one hotel for the entire stay. So most of our time was spent packing and unpacking for a different hotel every night...just trying to look for the best rate through Priceline, booking, and hotels.com. I wanted my son to see it how I saw it when I was his age. We didn't even get to do much at the beach, which was all we wanted to do! This year, I booked a hotel reservation 4 months ago and added 3 extra days to the road trip. I spent a lot of time looking for the best hotel rates that I could find within my budget and also considered an Airbnb. I took advantage of a lot of different 3rd party rates and I picked 5 different hotels and made reservations at all of them. After we all agreed on one hotel, I canceled the other 4 reservations and then paid for the one we plan to stay at in advance. We are less than a month away from our second annual road trip to see family and vacation on the beach and my son has a friend this time, (I guess your mom isn't who your adult son looks at as the first option to take to the beach with you (Sigh))! But I understand! And going solo is just fine with me! This is more for my son that it is for me. Long review short, just plan well in advance, and there is plenty to do without having to make an actual itenerary. Pier Park was fun just to walk around in. I'd love to go swimming with the dolphins though...I think this time I will!

Packed with bodies

By Ashtarta |

We went here a couple times over our vacation and it was always uncomfortably packed with people. The food and shopping is awesome but way way way too many bodies.

Impressive village

By Steve R |

We visited twice and found it to be a great place to get away from the beach. It is four to six blocks of all kinds of restaurants and dozens of shops you would expect to find in a beach town. It was upscale and bike friendly. A large movie theater complex is there. When you leave you are at a major shopping area/center with the big box stores and larger restaurants such as Olive Garden and Longhorns.

Fun for the family

By Deidre Brooks |

We did the axe throwing and Escape room with my family of four.
Our kids love the activities and had a great time.
Would highly recommend.
The Submerged Escape room was so fun and exciting.

ZOMBIES!!!

By Kristie R |

Great place, lots of shopping. I had a blast at the haunted house and shooting zombies and clowns. Check this place out if you are vacationing and it is raining or any other day.

Shopping and fun for everyone

By Laura Ann Riddling |

Pier Park is an outdoor shopping area in Panama City Beach that has something for everyone. There are plenty of shops with souvenirs, clothing, sweet treats, restaurants (Pampano Joe’s, The Back Porch, Margaritaville, and Kilwin’s), and even a few rides (Skywheel, etc.).

Great PCB spot!

By Excursion52718459726 |

So many great little shops and restaurants! When we get tired of the beach, we just head to Pier Park for some shopping and dining.

Nice area to walk and shop

By robinbX811YQ |

There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the park. I really liked the Dillards and Marshalls. Nice area.

Cool atmosphere

By CLaws |

Good place to hangout after the beach. Several good options, some good stores, some stores don’t make sense that are there, but you just walk past them. Parking is a beast. It reminds me of Boardwalk at the Beach in Myrtle Beach, but not as big. Most restaurants are over priced for what they are serving.

Window-shopping or strolling, LOOK HERE!

By paulsykes2020 |

Right off the beach with good parking (at least, it was good during January). I am sure that this place is very busy during summer peak visitors. Very clean and orderly. A nice place to brouse, relax, and shop.

Shopping PCB

By Tsample7 |

Pier Park has become a staple of our visits to the Panama City Beach area. There is a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options located within an easy walking distance 😀
The location is safe and clean with the actual pier directly across the street.

Shopping area

By TonyaEmb |

This area has shopping and many different Restaurants. Some chain stores and restaurants and some local.

The place to go for shopping.

By chelle594 |

Shopping and dining area that has about everything t P.O. u need and want while on vacation. Dillards, JCPenney Carter’s, Loft, Bath and Bodywork plus a movie theater, SkyWheel, many restaurants and quaint shops.

Family vacation

By Joshua A |

We enjoyed our time here. Lots of food and shops. We never went into the mall, only the outside shopping near the Sky Wheel. Sky Wheel was neat and kids likes the other activities around the sky wheel. Cool restaurants and dessert places. Lots of Ice Cream choices.

A lot to do.

By 724symone |

It has a bunch of different stores. Be prepared to walk. It does get crowded. Have a lot of restaurants and stores. Be careful of the people selling the timeshares.

Window-shopping or strolling, LOOK HERE!

By pgsykes1 |

Pier Park is an excellent place to shop, eat, stroll, relax, or just enjoy the view of the beach. Shops and sidewalks were very clean and spacious. Parking lots are available in close proximity to the area and a short walk will get you where you are going quickly. Everything appeared modern and upkept; the distance to the beach is only a short walk of a 100 yards of less. Good food and a very nice place to visit.

$20 to park, even if you're only there for an hour.

By John Scott |

Interesting place. Get there before noon to see the fishing boats come in. Lots of different fish. Plenty of restaurants, with lots of different cuisine. Lots of shops. Only complaint is $20 to park, even if for a short time. They do warn you, but only with a small sign as you drive in.

Lots of activity

By Mickey |

There is all kinds of things to do here. We had fun dining, shopping and just hanging out. Fun was had by all!!

All the shopping

By sara j |

Crowded as usual but a great way to walk off vacation eats. All the chains you could want and unique shops as well. Something for everyone. Getting there and back in traffic only thing not great about it.

Aniversary

By Bobbybeer |

Great place to go shopping or dinning at, very large selection of shoppes and name brand stores. Quite a few restaurant options as well. Would go here multiple times again.

Not worth the hype

By Nina |

Honestly, just a bunch of chain restaurants. Nothing special about this area. I recommend driving west into 30a, I would just skip over PCB next time

One of the better piers I’ve been too. Nice West florida vibe!

By Ramblin M |

Very nice, clean, and family oriented pier. Very good vibe and not crowded. Clean beach as well with great eats in the local area.

Loads of fun

By Traci B |

Lots of fun!!! Loved the shopping... lots of restaurants to choose ....sky wheel was amazing . Walked the pier. Gorgeous sunset. Great for the whole family. Ample parking. Lots of walking.

Lots of shopping, bars, restaurants, entertainment

By Crickett69 |

All in one place!
The beach is on the front side as well as the pier. (I don’t remember what the fee is for the pier- there’s a fishing fee and a spectator fee)
The sky wheel and Dave & buster’s are on the back side.
It’s good and hot weather but even with the doors open on most of the establishments, it’s not too awful.
Go and have a good time

Large Open Mall Area with Lots of Restaurants and Activities

By joefromcincy1961 |

There are lots of unique stores here, plus activities such as movies, axe-throwing, and a Ferris wheel. The restaurants are varied and not necessarily ones you find many other places. Definitely worth your time to visit.

Not the Best Visit to Pier Park

By HannahGracie1 |

What a disappointment this visit. Pier Park has previously seemed to be a family friendly "welcoming" area of PCB. We have always enjoyed taking our time and leisurely dining and shopping. Not this time. It seems to have become a 'hang out' - at least on the night we were there (last week of March, a weeknight) - for dozens of teens and early 20s, lounging in the backs of their trucks or on tops of their cars, revving their engines and loudly shouting to each other. Stopping in the street, blocking traffic, as they 'conversed'. One evening was enough - we didn't go back. What a shame - this is a perfectly lovely area, with restaurants and shops. I sincerely hope this was just a spring break instance, and not continuing throughout the year.

Bring your dogs!

By ricardo z |

Nice area of bars and resturants. There is a pet area on the beach to the right of the pier. Lots to do. The pier cost money to walk on, but not much.

So fun we went twice!

By jessyfree83 |

There is so much to do!!! All kinds of fun shops, restaurants, snacks, ice cream, slushees, and rides. We even rented fishing poles and fished off of the pier across the street.

Area to shop and eat.

By sightseesylvia P |

Newer tourist area across the street from the beach. Named pier park but actually a shopping area with restaurants and some amusement for kids near the back. Good place to spend a little time. Most stores were well known chains with a few local shops too. Restaurants were also well known chains you’ve seen before. Nice clean area.

Family Fall Vacation

By jackieporter3 |

We went to Pier Park first to ride the SkyWheel. Parking wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be. We then went down another night for dinner at Pompano Joe’s. Parking was a little more tricky on this side but we eventually found a spot. We walked around a bit while waiting for a table. Vehicles are allowed to travel down what seems to be the center of Pier Park. It was crowded with people walking and then you add vehicles to the mix which most had kids hanging out the windows with music blaring. We ate dinner outside at Pompano Joe’s which is along Front Beach Road, again with loud music, tires squealing and screaming coming from the vehicles. I wasn’t expecting this being the middle of the week in October. There’s a lot of shops to visit also.

Christmas in Panama City

By Rick P |

Great Christmas and new year in Panama City pier Park is a great place to shop and a nice place to spend time

Great Selection of everything!!

By FishnotFishy |

You can eat shop walk even ride a tiny train (if you fit). Free parking. You hav traditional shopping then you have stores like Earthbound Lily Pulitzer Crocs Paula Dean kitchen (had a pineapple margarita) souvenir stores and more. Restaurants like jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Five Guys. It is outdoor walking. Lots of benches to rest on
Visit every time I visit. Will go back

Great place

By 248ctaylor |

Loved it nice location and lots of options for shopping , food, activities or just to stroll around and window shopping!A nice activity to do after a nice day at the beach !

must go

By t w d |

very fun place to visit has endless places to eat drink shop, movie theater, rides for kids.go on week night to avoid crowds on weekend.

Fun

By HeidiTl |

We had a blast! The shops are upscale and the food choices are wonderful. I love the park and walk. Traffic is terrible. Lots for kids and adults to do. Definitely need at least a full day.

MAJOR MAJOR SCAM ALERT

By Brandy Jones |

I sure wish that I could give a -5 circle review because this place is TERRIBLE. They absolutely scammed my daughter into getting a braid in her hair by telling her that it would cost around $30, but when it came time to check out it was over $60 because they had put in fake extensions and didn't mention anything about it before or while it was happening. This place makes money by blatantly scamming and lying to children and it is completely uneithical and should be looked into. I would also like to add that the product they use is easily purchased at any Dollar General store in the country. We went to purchase the exact same products and spent $7.87. How is it possible that they can legally quote one price (that is already extremely inflated) but then actually charge double once the work is done? This place is not worth spending a penny at, definitely be forewarned that they WILL DEFINITELY scam you in the end.

Commercial National Stores - Nothing local, historical or special, plus you pay to walk the pier

By CraftBeers |

I did not like Pier Park. There is nothing local or special about this area. It's a basic outdoor mall with national chain stores that you can find in major cities everywhere. They do have a fishing pier, but you have to pay $7 if you want to fish or $3 if you want to walk out there. That's ridiculous. It negates the whole coolness of Pier Park. The stores and restaurants are free to walk in, but not the pier.

My daughter and I spent about an hour here and left feeling let down. If you have young kids maybe even teenagers, this would be a good place to visit. Bring your wallet to pay for Laser Tag Maze, Bazooka Ball, the Pier and ferris wheel.

So much was closed

By Seven7777 |

Most of the places we wanted to visit were indefinitely or permanently closed, such as The Yard Milkshake restaurant or the I Love Sugar Candy store. There were others, but it was super frustrating that the website it not updated. If stores are permanently closed or indefinitely closed, there should be a notice on the Pier Park website. Super frustrating to get there and walk all the way down for nothing.

Very disappointed

By Kristi M |

Have been coming to Pier Park since it opened in 2008. From last year to this year…huge difference! My husband and I were shocked to see how trashy and rundown it has become. Very disappointing as I can see it attracting the wrong kind of people and no longer being family friendly. Very sad to see this happen as this has been our source iof entertainment, shopping and eating each year. May have to find a new location to enjoy our family vacations.

Lovely Outdoor Mall

By AYA |

A lot of variety in shops. Well kept. Bathrooms were clean. Really enjoyed the shopping here. MOST of the staff of the stores were really very nice.

Just OK

By Tiffany N |

First off, August was incredibly Hawt!! Lol we were staying further down PCB but took a ride up 30a to see the Pier Park. Mostly kitschy shops and dining places. I suppose if your were staying near it was good but we weren't all that impressed. We did do the Skywheel which offered Awesome views for the money!

Hair wrap rip off artist

By Bobby B |

The hair wrap kiosks at pier park in front of movie theater are a rip off. Stay away. Very rude employees. 3.99 for an inch of hair wrap. Also come out the day after. No refunds. English terrible. Others warned me I was dumb to ignore. They are ripping people off terrible business ethics.

Disabled persons and Pain patients BEWARE!

By Stacey F |

Couldn’t wait to attend the pirate renaissance today. The walking required today pushed my physical limits and by the time I and my group found a spot to sit and wait for the concert I was in increasing pain. I am 51 disabled with a visible limp and I carry a state issued MMJ card from Florida. I took two hits off my joint to relieve my pain in order to enjoy my evening. No one was near us purposely. As me and my two friends sat a security guard from Pier Park came over and punched the table we sat at asking if we are leaving or waiting on the sheriff? We complied and proceeded to leave but that wasn’t enough for this 6’3 325 pound rent-a-cop, no sir. He then continued to intimidate, threaten, judge us and later learned he followed not me who was the smoker but my friend who wasn’t involved at all. He didn’t have the sheriff talk to either of us yet he followed my friend for several minutes in the dark yelling at her to get out of his park. Mind you he isn’t a cop, so this very large man intimidated, middle aged, disabled women at night. This is a blatant abuse of power and an example of bullying by a Pier Park employee. We aren’t children or intoxicated people making a scene. Mr Fat rent-a-cop also told me to stay home. So listen up fellow disabled people and pain patients… STAY HOME! Do Not come to his (Pier) park with your money he sent me home with all my cash didn’t t get to spend any of it at the Pirate event. FYI: I’m local. My kid works at the pier I’m here every day and will NEVER SPEND OTHER $$$ AT ANY PIER BUSINESS AGAIN! I drive for Lyft too and will happily repeat this story to every client when they arrive at the airport, so they know to avoid this place.

Fun for everyone

By calliemel |

When we visited in July the water was rough at the beach so we needed other things to do. Glad we ended up here. Dave and busters, train ride around, bungee jumping for kids, fancy milk shakes, mirror mazes and sky wheel! So fun!

SkyWheel is awesome!

By cherylemery |

You gotta put this new attraction on your lust of things to do. (Groupon $2 off online), so more than worth the money. Beautiful views! Don’t miss it!

Good job with distancing

By Heather C |

We went a couple of times while doing a short 5 day vacation. The stores are doing really well with social distancing. Many stores are still not operating.

Same old boardwalk

By Kate |

We came here after doing an airboat ride. We had a large group so it was nice to split up and check out the shops. All typical Florida Souvenir stores with over priced crap. My daughter got a basic tshirt from one of the stores and after wearing it the next day the heat transfer image was peeling off. The shirt was $24 so over priced. They charge you $3pp to walk out to the pier so we opted out of doing that. The Ron Jon surf shop is a must to shop at. They have super cute logo tops and seem better quality then the ones you buy at the typical Souvenir shop. Lots of dining and treat choices but be prepared to spend lots of money.

Everything you’ll need, but widely spaced in separate areas

By Rosa C |

It has a huge variety of shops, but they’re widely scattered over four+ separate areas which includes large chain stores like Walmart and Target as well as mall chains like Spencer’s and American Eagle. Lot of food options as well. You can walk the main area, but you would not want to walk from one area to another. They’re very spaced out.

Check out your park if you’re in Panama City

By blessed |

We have had so many good times down in Panama City Beach. Pierre Park was so much fun. We were there for Little League, we were there for spring break, we were there for Easter, and many more times. Very easy to get to from Atlanta and so much fun. So much to do for the family, especially if you have teens.

Shops and more

By Reviewer010101 |

I can’t say enough about how much I love pier park. I first visited PCB in 2015 and have loved pier park since the first time I went. Pier park is kind of like an outlet, only much better!! They have tons of shops, restaurants and kiosks. Every time we go, it seems like there’s a new shop or something new that we hadn’t seen the previous year. We make 2-3 trips during the week of our vacation every year. We went during the COVID-19 pandemic this year and was saddened to see that it closed a little earlier this year, but that was understandable. Every thing else was pretty much open, just asked that face masks were worn. Overall, we still had a good time and I know we’ll be back next year!!

Always a good time

By ChasingSun101 |

A fun outdoor shopping mall, we visit every year at least once or twice. Ron Jon is what draws us in, but we visit other shops and restaurants too. Things are a little wonky due to the pandemic (although you won’t see many masks).

Everything is beautiful

By Garnet |

It is such a great environment with everything you can dream of! They have an amazing candy store and any type of food you could dream of! Also, so many stores! Highly recommend!

Pier Park

By blc133789 |

I love to visit Pier Park in Panama City Beach, Fl. There is such a variety of things to see and do there . There’s all different kinds of restaurants, stores to shop in, a theater, Dave & Busters and a Park with rides for kids and adults. There’s also a lot of parking spaces close to all the stores. There’s lots of benches and tables and chairs along the sidewalk so you can stop and rest. Very colorful and cool place to spend a few hours .

Great space.

By Belizda |

Outside mall with streets closed. My granddaughter lovvved it!!! Parking was difficult due to amount of visitors.

Very Crowded So Be Careful

By Paul VOL |

We always go out to pier park one evening on summer trips so the girls can shop, etc. I like pier park as far as the stores and restaurants but when busy you need about three sets of eyes to avoid running over someone. It gets crazy busy and feels like close quarters pretty quick. It is fun to visit on New Years Eve and to participate in the beach ball drop.

Pier Park

By Coastal771681 |

Something for everyone. Touristy specialty shops— many restaurants and snack shops, benches, and great for people watching!

Vehicles with music full blast, congested, street racers making loops

By stevenhood |

The shopping and restaurants are great. Should be s walking only mall. Parking lot has lots of parking.
Matter of time before someone ran over. Endless vehicles cruising; music full volume, revving engines to draw attention. 50/50 if they stop for you in cross walk

A Fun Place to Shop and Explore

By steffyluv28 |

We were in Panama City in Nov 2020 and decided to spend an afternoon here. We had a great time, just walking around and enjoying the great weather. We did do a little shopping, and also enjoyed the live entertainment. There is a huge sky wheel, but we didn't ride it. It wasn't super crowded here, and most people were doing a good job social distancing, so if you have concerns about Covid, this is a nice place to consider. There are also a lot of places to eat here, and we grabbed dinner before we headed back to our hotel. When we return to Panama City, we would like to come back and spend another day here.

Walk and Shop

By Eaglepack |

Huge outdoor mall and shopping. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and activities here. There's a big ferris wheel, rides, axe throwing and escape rooms. I was surprised they didn't have more or any really athletic wear stores like Nike. They have more than enough beach town T Shirt shops. Fear At The Pier is a must. The people at the kiosk selling timeshares were annoying and aggressive.

I guess it’s something different

By Travel B |

I guess it’s something different and that’s why we all go here in the evenings. If you ask me all the shops are too high priced. And I’ve tried Margaritaville’s, Dicks last resort and was not impressed with either one.
I guess it’s a cool place to go if you have kids who can ride some of the rides.

Really nice outdoor mall.

By James T |

A fun outdoor mall with lots of shops restaurants, and activities for all ages. It includes an IMax theatre and Ferris wheel. Just be mindful that it can get pretty hot in the daytime. If you’re heat sensitive, maybe plan an evening trip here. It’s definitely a must do while in Panama City Beach ( at least for shoppers!).

Good shopping and food !!

By Mayi G |

it was an excellent time in small shops and restaurants you can get good souvenirs at a very good price !! highly recommended the ferris wheel has an excellent view

Panama City Beach

By Stay491858 |

I thought this was an awesome place to come to

Lots of good options
Activities for both well matured folks and young
Even kids

Great place

By Texascountrymom |

Love all the shops love the little sign shop have to pop in and read the funny signs and the Harley place is always great

Touristy

By RxDive |

Pier Park is a very touristy street across for the Panama Beach Pier. #-4 blocks long with many shops, restaurants and bars A local Jeep car show lined the street the night we were there.

Nice clean, fun family friendly shopping and eating

By tammym2737 |

Enjoy outdoor walk to shops, outdoor ingredients from ice cream creamery, coffee, slashes, to chain restaurants or something unique. Defiantly recommend checking out in an evening.

Activity’s and Shopping

Very nice boardwalk, attached to a mall, Dave and Buster’s and the large Ferris wheel. Clean. Hard to find restrooms. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

One of the highlights of PCB (besides the beach, of course)

By Kathy N |

If you come to PCB, taking a stroll through beautiful Pier Park is a must. There you will find fresh food, great shopping, a wonderful movie theatre, a dog-friendly beach area, and a lovely memorial park for our veterans. As a local, I truly appreciate all the opportunities for enjoyment available at Pier Park.

Busy Place

By Mark K |

Pier Park has lot of shops, but you must be willing to walk a lot to get around. We went around Independence Day Week and it was super crowded. There are VR games and mirror mazes for the kids, around $10 for about 3 minutes, seemed kind of expensive to me. There isn't a lot of prices posted which was kind of annoying. Really good beef jerky store. Overall good experience.

Souvenir

By bryancdrum |

Ok so have to add a hundred characters. This place at first was nice...alot of the shops are nothing but over priced souvenir peddlers...alot of the shops seemed dirty. But hey whatever.

Lots of shops!!

By Joshua R |

There all LOTS of shops in this outdoor mall. Easy access. Near the water. Lots of restaurants. Great shopping center.

A Sea of Stores

By 2doglady |

There are many, many places to shop here and even across the road. There are numerous eating places spread among the stores. This area is designed to match the beach atmosphere and is a fun spot! My husband is not a shopper, but he even did some shopping here! Feels safe and in a nice area.

Lots of stores and restaurants.

By SadieMarie |

Good place to wander around and catch a cool drink on a hot day. Watched a few fishermen on the end of the pier. Has a Margaritaville.

Typical modern tourist retail area

By PAboyinFL |

This area is a clean and well kept shopping center with typical modern tourist shops and restaurants. It’s a nice place to walk and browse around. It does have plenty of parking available.

Shopping, Dining and Movies

By April W |

Nice open air shopping as well as some of the big box shops. Several dining options and ice cream spots. I’m not a big shopper. You can find most anything there. My favorite is The Yard Milkshakes.
You’ll enjoy shops such as Nike, High Toggery, Victoria Secret, JC Penney, several boutiques, Sunglasses Hut (to name a few). The eating establishments include Dick’s Last Resort, Paula Dean’s, Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Tootsies and Starbucks

Overpriced garbage

By Resort35579231516 |

Awful, 3 miles away, took almost a hour to get there. Overpriced is tourist garbage. Never coming back to PCB. Place is garbage.

Obnoxiously Loud thanks to Pipes

By psherum |

If you like hearing loud motorcycle and truck pipes racking off on the main street, this is your spot---obnoxiously loud and unenjoyable. Even had people on skateboards doing between the lanes---an accident waiting to happen.
Clean restrooms was the only positive thing.

Nice place to visit

By lefty |

We visited three time last week. Visited the shops, retail stores and the entertainment. Clean family fun for an evening in PCB.

Chilly day in Panama City Beach

By Philpot122 |

First day in Panama City Beach was a little windy and chilly so we decided to head to the Mall. Lots of great shopping and lots to eat. This stop is good for all ages!

Pier Park

By Ems |

I initially thought Pier Park was on a pier. It's across the street from one. Ok. The store fronts and sidewalks were run down, not well maintained. I couldn't get into some of the stores they were so packed. I contemplated seeing a movie, but the theater looked old and uninviting. I found what I needed at Target, and was grateful for that. I ate dinner at a mediocre Mexican food restaurant. Overall I was unimpressed.

Boring

By Zack S |

Its a gimmicky tourist trap/outdoor shopping plaza. Nothing unique about it at all. Very cookie cutter. Would be cool if they had more local flavors of stores and shop owners.

Pier park

By Jodyz247 |

Pier park has everything you need in one place you have restaurants, shopping and fishing on the pier great place

Great time

By Jonathan M |

This place was excellent we went to the candy shop and Dave and Buster's and had a blast at the XD Darkride making sure we come back and see more of the Pier

Beautiful atmosphere with lots to see and do

By Krr1975 |

This is such a beautiful place. Very well designed with lots of shops, eateries and activities. A must see and do while in the area.

so much to do

By Rhonda H |

I was amazed at the things to do, first time here, there is shopping, activities, and food choices galore. the only thing was teenagers in golf carts etc. acting stupid, like they were going to run over someone in the cross walk, doing burnouts and smoking everyone out on the sidewalk, not a police officer in sight and that was sad. one particular person doing a burn out let the tail end swing and it almost hit this child.

Shopping

By Jess A |

Lovely shopping area located right across from the beach. Lots of resturants and dog friendly as well. You can walk the pier for a small charge

Action Packed

By TWB |

This is a super fun place to spend a day and I have been lucky enough to soak in the sun here twice. Action packed, but is an easy place to kick back. Free parking right across the street from the beach and amidst all the shops is a major bonus. Variety of restaurants and shops to explore or pick up whatever you might forget to bring. Beach near the pier is awesome and the pier is the pet friendly divide, so you can watch the pups even if you are on the restricted side. Public restrooms available.

Wowww what a place!!!

By Desiree A |

The first thing I noticed, believe it or not, were the store signs. What an awesome “presentation” for someone who is just driving by.

I’ve been traveling through the eastern coast since July 15 and no city, village or town has impressed me more than Panama City Beach... and this collage of beautifully presented establishment is at the core of Panama City Beach, pulsating beat.

This in a nutshell is the place to be, the place to go, unless you just happen to be at the beach, of course.

From the famed Margaritaville Restaurant to Panama City Beach’s own choo choo street train, the arcade-shaped and themed street is filled with an array of high end stores, unusual boutiques, cute street kiosks, and dozens of restaurants and ice cream shops.

Nothing here, has seen better days. Nothing here, has been kept unkept. Nothing here, is dated or outdated. And everything here, looks like it just came out a recent publication of Architectural Digest magazine.

Cindy Lou

By Cynthia H |

The Pier Park is a really nice walk-through place. There are some great shops and restaurants. This is where I had the best seafood and ice cream. It was not as large as I thought it would be, but it was still nice.

Nice visit while in PCB vacationing

By Trechell C |

The kids love the mall, the rides, there is a variety of shopping and food a must visit while in PCB.

A fun family stroll down Pier Park Lane.

By Larryrutkowski |

Yesterday, we walked from our hotel in PCB to Pier Park for a fun family stroll down Pier Park Lane.

It is like a beach street atmosphere - almost Disney-esqe. Aunt Pretzels; cookies; pubs; restaurants and shops..even an American Throwing pub and escape rooms leading up to the large Ferris Wheel and Grand IMAX Movie theater.

A fun place for a stroll with street music 🎶 and entertainment. Also fun chain restaurants- like Margarita 🍹ville; Pompano Joe's (both directly across from the actual pier).

Have fun - good for the entire family.

Vacation

By techa13 |

So many great stores. They practiced social distance also very clean and friendly. Prices we reasonably. Kids loved it.

Don't miss

By TIFFANY B |

Super cute shopping center with a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Located less than a mile from all the action on Front Beach. Restaurants are priced high.

Amazing

By Karen S |

This is for just the two of you or the entire family...the shops are unique and restaurants are everywhere. The Pier is great to walk on as well.

Great Shopping Area!

By cooker72 |

Lots of neat shops….very touristy! Very clean, even though there were lots of people on the streets! A wide variety of items can be purchased here! Friendly sales people! Lots of parking in this very busy area! Did not go to the mall…just the outside shops!

Outdoor shopping

By Bradboy2014 |

Found some good deals during the winter months. The closer you get to Margaritaville the more shops you’ll find like those in a cruise port. You’ll find JC Penny and Dillard’s. Parking was easily available during the off season but I bet it’s a nightmare peak season. Stores were practice IG social distancing. Sunglasses Hut only allowed 4 people in at a time, so we waited about 30 min to get in.

Great place to visit

By reecemike |

We did a little shopping here and visited a couple restaurants along with ice cream. We were there during bike fest and it was pretty lound with all the bikes going down the street.

Overrated

By SEW73 |

Overrated. Crowded. Not sure who rated this so high over and over.

The streets were crowded and it was hard to get into stores. when we did get into stores things were priced three times what they should’ve been. At least Ron Jon didn’t disappoint. Other than that I could’ve skipped the place altogether.

Trick or treating event was so nice for Halloween!

By shawnie541 |

It was first time the kids missed Halloween at home. We were worried they wouldn’t have anything to do and miss out on trick or treating. The fact that pier park had ALL the stores give out candy and dress up was so nice!! They got just as much candy if not more than they would have gotten at home!

Bascially a mall

By Matt S |

Pier Park is basically an outdoor mall, with lots of chain restaurants and shopping venues. With that in mind, though, it is outdoors, and it's not a bad way to spend some time in the area if you want to get away from the beach. Teens, in particular, seem to love the place.

Great for shopping

By Odoms37658 |

The sky wheel was a nice experience. There was shopping and eating, but not much else to do. And very crowded.

Lots to do

By beachcruizer77 |

There are stores, restaurants, outdoor seating and little rides for kids. What more could you want? Nice place to go when you want a break from the beach.

Your One-Stop Destination for Shopping, Dining and Entertainment

By Marnette S |

We were in Panama City Beach for a week over Christmas and decided to explore the Pier Park area on our first day. This area has so much to offer including The SkyWheel, one of the attractions I had researched; we enjoyed our first experience on Atlanta's SkyView a year ago
and decided to give PCB a try. It was an experience.

Although we were concerned about parking, we need not have worried. We were lucky to find on street parking next to the S/W but there is plenty of free parking in the area. After our 10-minute ride on the SkyWheel, we made our way to explore the area with its abundance of retail shops and restaurants. The walk from the SkyWheel to the City Pier is an easy one; be prepared to be distracted with numerous choices of food, drink, and souvenirs. Restrooms are available. Directional signs guide visitors to select businesses.

Pier Park is: "Panama City's premier shopping and entertainment destination. This outdoor complex has 124 stores, ranging from clothing to home goods, shoes and jewelry." Entertainment options include a Grand IMAX movie theater, laser tag, video games, live music and interactive experiences. Numerous festivals and events are held during the year: Brew & Boo Beer Festival in October; Mall-O-Ween for safe trick-or-treating; the November Shrimp, Crab & Oyster Festival and and the New Year's Eve Beach Ball Drop with 10,000 beach balls dropped into the crowd. PP also features department stores like Target, Dillard's, and JCPenney and boutique shops.

Our final destination was City Pier just beyond the iconic Pier Park Arch. We paid $3 each to enter. City Pier, along with nearby County Pier, are the longest twin fishing piers on the Gulf. We saw several fishermen patiently waiting for catch along with equally patient pelicans waiting for goodies. The pier is a great place to see a panoramic view of the beach with its numerous hotels.

Great shops and a good experience

By Timmera W |

Great shops available in the spot, a lot of restaurants, snack places, and beach stores! The pier is a beautiful place and a fun experience if you like fishing or seeing bigger fishes.

Love Pier Park!

By Karen B |

We look forward to coming to Pier Park whenever we come to the beach, I can’t believe we didn’t use to have it. Love the stores which has some unique shopping, everything is clean and feels safe just walking through it all. We always walk across the street to the pier and take a long walk afterward.

Vacation

By Renee' B |

Wow! So much to do
Great restaurants and so many great shops and great variety to shop
Something for everyone and every age
Easy to walk and shop and eat

Lots to see

By Stephanie C |

A huge entertainment, shopping and dining complex. Great place to walk and explore. Shopping ranges from typical tourist shops to high end retail. Lots of choices to eat from sit down dinners to ice cream and treats. Great place to spend a few hours to take a break from the beach

Pier Park

By Nadia Williams Pratt |

Pier Park to our surprise, was a fun afternoon of shopping for Mom, Dad and 2 kids, ages 10 and 6. They enjoyed the unique shops, stores and dining, as well as some fun games for younger kids.
Something for everyone!

Do NOT get a haiDO NOT get a hair wrap or braid at Pier Park near movie theatre.

By JWF |

My daughter got two small braids and both Of my daughters got a hair wrap at this place. It was $90. We could have fell over but the place said no refunds and they didn’t speak great English so I figured I’d cut my losses. I was told braids would last 2-3 weeks and hair wrap about 4 weeks. The braids fell out in TWO days and the hair wrap on both daughters only stayed ONE week. Save your money and GO somewhere else. Go to Salt Life to get one. I can’t get my money back but I can save you yours.

Fourth of July baseball tournament

By Teresa S |

This place has tons of stores but is super spread out and you would need to move your car or die from a heat stroke one. Needs more cover and shade.

Fun time shopping. The awoken clothes store was the nicest people

By Shawn M |

Lots of walking, but thats expected in a mall type area. It was extremely humid and that made the outside walking hard. The shops are fun to meander around in and for the location most were reasonable in price. They have cheaper stores to more expensive ones. Go before 4 if you want to beat the crowd. Its really fun though! Food places are all reasonable.

Full time shopping

By Adesola82 |

We walked around the shopping mall, open outdoor shopping mall opposite the beach. Great restaurants, movie theater, and sky wheel to view the city. Highly crowded and great environment for the kids.

Fun idling and walking along the beach! Wow!!

By Dr. Sudhir B |

Must visit for a nice walking stretch on the pier and along the beach, beautiful beachfront, can find folks catching fish, including big catches, pleasant and quiet walk, sit and sip your fav drink by the street side sitting space… it’s a perfect place for an all day idling and enjoying experience. Totally loved it.

Lots of stores

By Kevin H |

We walked around and window shopped. Attended a movie at the Cineplex. Some quick eats and some Expensive restaurants. More of a tourist stop. Ferris wheel with great views but expensive.

Great time.

By Spencer1952 |

Did all there was to do. Weather was great. Went on the Ferris wheel. There was 3 of us $45. Some stores had closed but, others had opened in their place. Lots of variety. Most stores were the same as home. Will go again. Would recommend.

Visiting the Pier

By BriTri |

Very clean and many choices for food and small business shopping. Enjoyed going out on the long pier. Only $4 for people to walk.

If you like shopping as an activity

By Tiffany A |

My last visit to Disney World was about 20 years ago, but this shopping street felt like being @ Disney World, at least during that era if it has changed. A little more intimate here at Pier Park, but otherwise felt so similar. We went specifically to visit Kilwin's but it is obvious that if we wanted other things, except cigars, they were probably available here. If you like to wander in and out of various stores looking at things, you'll have a blast here.

I wouldn't try coming here in the summer crowds, but in January, it was easy to do what we wanted, which was park near (behind the buildings) and stop by 1 store and then leave quickly. The directory did not list a cigar shop or we would have visited that too.

Average

By Mommaneedavaca |

Most places are tourist junk. Have to wear mask in some establishments. Fun to walk it though. Nothing special.

Shops!

By Beachcomb_33 |

Be sure to stop in for a visit. Plenty of shops and places to eat. Clean area and safe. Everyone was friendly. Plenty of parking on either side. Across from the pier so be sure to check that out as well. Enjoy!

Outdoor mall & restaurants near beach

By TreLimone |

Stumbled upon Pier Park Mardi Gras weekend. It has typical mall shops & some unique to the area restaurants. Disappointed that you had to pay to walk along the pier on the beach.

Shopping fun

By Courtney L |

Pier Park has a little bit of everything. Lots of shopping and food. Most stores you could find anywhere but there are some that are specialty stores for PCB. It's always fun to go there and spend time walking around. Lots of parking available.

Pier Park is a must do!

By Roberto R |

It’s fun to walk around and explore the shops, get some great food and see some new things. It’s pricey given that it’s a resort city shopping center but you don’t have to spend a ton to enjoy it. Stop at kilwins for icre cream, swing by the big candy store ( I Love Sugar), hit up Dave and Busters to cool off and play some games. It’s louder and busier at night, you get younger crowds but the lights are cool!

Super nice mall

By Shawna S |

Lots of places to eat. Some really neat shops. You can even buy sandals that are customed made for you. Lots of fun activities for kids to do.

Cannot wait to go back!

By mrtoo1973 |

Absolutely loved this Area! With everything from shops, restaurants, entertainment, the pier, Ferris Wheel and the amazing pier at sunset…PCB Pier Park has it all!

Great outdoor space

By Eric m |

This is a fun shopping spot. This place has some great restaurants, nice shopping, a Dave and busters, etc... Oh, and a ferris wheel. We didn't do the ferris wheel, but we will on our next visit.

Family shopping

By chelle594 |

Great shopping venue with lots to offer, restaurants, movie theater, carnival rides and to many stores to list.

Great Shopping

By sonyaj68 |

We enjoyed this much more than the famed Destin boardwalk. Lots of stores - chains and local - lots of room, great vibe. We had no trouble parking. Highly recommend.

Nice stroll

By Fam_o_5_plus_1 |

We walked down there a few times from our hotel. It was very nice in the mornings when there wasn't many people out. In the afternoons it got very busy. There are a lot of nice shops and other entertainment type activities for the whole family.

Average Tourist Strip

By Cruising from the Ozarks |

This is exactly what you would expect. It had the all the same chain stores you normally see in tourist towns, especially those in tropical areas, along with a few smaller stores. There really wasn't a place to get cheap PCB shirts like we had hoped. No need buying $20 shirts to take back to all the nieces and nephews when they just outgrow them by the next year. There were some reasonably priced ones, but I'm used to finding bargains in a few shops.

The only thing I really wanted to do was go to Del Sol to get a new pair of glasses and at that I succeeded.

Great shopping.

By Terry h |

Great variety of shops.Plenty of chances to spend your money.Had the best icecream and milkshake.Very lovely place to stroll around.

Great shopping

By Deb L |

A wide variety of shops and restaurants. Parking behind shops. Good alternative for the beach. Wear comfortable shoes

The dolphins 🐬

By Honest Critic |

This is a good place for families. The things we did was the dolphin show, and the sea lion show, we talked to 🦜 parrots, we saw sea turtles 🐢 and tortoises, and sharks 🦈, there were penguins 🐧, we touched stingrays. There is a gift shop. This is a good place to go in Panama City Beach,Florida.

Just Ok

By MAYO |

It is like any Touristy park you go too...Mall restaurant bar and Pier..And obviously everything is overprice..my husband love fishing and he enjoyed it the Pier the most.. 7usd for fishing and 3 for walking in..Not bad place ti hang out for weekdays...Weekend is madhouse...

Great place to spend a few hours.

By Nancy M |

Has a great day at the pier. Lots of shops and restaurants. Didn't go all the down to the pier, too far for me to walk. Would definitely go again.

Good shopping

By Camby S |

This place had so much shopping, but there is only 2 places around to go to the bathroom. Most restaurants wouldn’t let someone in unless they were a customer.

Plan on Walking - Get Exercise !!

By MommaHAY |

Great place for shopping and eating, but you will need to walk quite a bit, and plan on waiting to eat. Shops are a bit pricey. Kids area is great with bumper boats, skywheel, candy store (awesome), and little train they can ride. Again, this is a bit pricey. Has an awesome ice cream place there as well. Love the theater that is there as well. Lots of big name shops behind the pier park blvd. Great shopping there, and a few resturants.

Colorful and Fun

By U6870XQlindam |

Great place to spend an afternoon walking around. Many restaurants, Boutiques, and Sweets plus a Movie Theater. Lots of benches for husbands and an Eye in the Sky for the kids

It’s an outdoor mall

By Chris H |

Good place to walk around, but don’t be fooled. It’s just an outdoor mall with several restaurant options. You have to pay to go out on the pier

Beautiful area

By Yessica Z |

Beautiful area a lot of restaurants and activities for the kids. Access to the beach and beautiful sunset. Pier cost 5$ per person just to see.

A change

By Sheryl |

Walking through the shops was fun with a friend. The shops have changed in the last two years…lots more touristy stuff. 😞

Its busy , nice and happening

By Monabhi29 |

It's a nice big shopping center with plenty of parking space . Fun for kids and plenty of food options. Close to beach .we parked car here to watch 4th July fire works from the beach.

Family Vacation

By Brandi Wright |

We visit Panama City every year for our family vacation. We love to go stroll the sidewalks of Pier Park. Do a little eating, shopping and Dave and Busters is a must. Especially on a rainy day or Wednesday when it’s half price play. Get more bang for your buck. The new skywheel is a nice attraction. Ride it at night, it’s more beautiful when it’s all lit up. It is air conditioned.

Real Good

By cathy k |

I have visited three times one included Christmas which was very nice shopping and decor. We visited last time during colder months after Christmas. Good sales and plenty of places to eat and be entertained. Many major department stores; pier just off the main beach strip and near many hotels within walking distance. I wanted to eat at Paula Deen's restaurant but it had not opened yet still under construction. It appeared to be large and is adding more appeal to the already busy shopping and entertainment area. The summer months are so very busy and traffic a problem as well as parking and seating accomodations at restaurants and most attractions!

Showing its age

By Southern Travel |

Really was disappointed. Overly commercial. Felt extremely touristy. I won’t go back again as it has been overrun by chain after chain after chain.

Love

One of the best piers I have ever been to clean lots of room they are a fee but most do have a fee will go again

Good for a day visit

By slw2222 |

Pier park has a lot of shops both local and chain, some shops had the same things with varying prices. My daughter and I had a girls day there and felt safe, food options were decent. The pizza and fries at the pizza shop were delicious as was the pie from Buttermilk Pie in the Sky.

Love sugar

By Monica H |

Very expensive paid around 60 on my 4 kids very clean place will back without kids nice place to walk around

Great place to spend the day

By Sprandel5 |

This outdoor mall is huge. We spent just a half of day here during our vacation. There were lines to get into several of the stores. Masks are required for some stores but many may have it posted but don’t enforce it. Not an outlet mall but I did love some of the boutique shops.

Rainy day shopping trip.

By Ladymarm |

Beautiful shopping area, not under cover, so glad we had our umbrellas. We loved the shops, some souvenir shops, and pretty boutique stores. Department stores were walking distance, but we didn’t go into. Park also had a movie theater and a giant Ferris wheel, and a huge fishing pier across the street. We didn’t have a car, so we used public bus service from our hotel.

Great outdoor Mall

By jmilleranderson |

Went a couple of times while on our trip. We didn’t make it through all of it. There are so many stores, restaurants, a movie theater, Ferris wheel, and across the road is the gulf and a nice long pier you can go out on for a few dollars. We will go back on our next trip and try to see all the rest.

Family vacation

By Allen C |

This is one of my favorite places to eat and shop with kids. There are several good outdoor clothing shops for men. There are also many good restaurants and activities for kids.

Huge outdoor mall with everything

By Griswold6 |

Huge outdoor mall with every type of shop or restaurant you can ask for. We spent a few hours and didnt touch most of it.

Big and expansive

By IndianaMark |

Lots of places to eat and tourist shops. Most overpriced. I didn't like the hucksters stopping you and wanting you to go and see a timeshare or whatever they were selling. We did eat a Buffalo Wild Wings. No different than any other B-dubs. We DID get some great fudge at Candymaker.

Fun

By Nicole |

Great place to shop and eat. There are games and rides there as well. On a rainy day they have a great theater.

Good trip

By Bevstick63 |

Great place to visit..plenty of food options and shopping..I would definitely recommend this place when at the beach
.

Fun And Free Parking

By travelkitty50 |

This is an outdoor shopping/dining area right off of the main highway. There's free parking in the back and the front is pedestrian friendly. We visited many shops after eating lots of pizza (separate review) and found some treasures. Ate lunch at the Front Porch (had a coupon for a free appetizer too) and enjoyed that food, and in fact had leftovers for another meal.

Panama City Beach To Do's

By Ann K |

While in PCB, please visit Pier Park. What a street. We had lunch at Paula Deen's new restaurant. Don't miss the opportunity. Southern food served with Southern hospitality. Right next door is the BIGGEST candy store imaginable. If you have a sweet tooth (and who doesn't), spend an hour or two or three checking out all the varieties and revisit some classics. There are wonderful shops to get whatever your heart desires. There are amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The area is beautifully laid out and easily accessible. Don't miss it!!!

Beach trip

By Nancy F |

This is a great shopping area located right on the beach. There is also a pier you can walk down, it only costs a couple dollars.

Not our scene

By Daves reviews |

We’re staying a couple miles from this area. We rented a golf cart and drove to this area with our grandchildren (7yrs old) That is neat you can rent a golf cart and drive around the area. To be honest my wife and I are near 60 and with two young children just not the area we enjoy. Loud vehicles loud music coming out of vehicles with profanity blaring out of speakers. On our way to this area we was be hind a truck with outside speakers that were pointed in our direction with music using language with F word several other words ect. so we pulled out of traffic to get away from it, not what my wife and I want to hear much less our grandchildren. We did ride the sky wheel that is very nice. Ac cars/boxes what ever you call them. We ate in the area rode sky wheel and got out. To much traffic and noise for us we’re more laid back. Also no gas stations/convenient marts will let you use their restrooms even if your buying stuff very inconvenient with children.

So many options

By Liz |

We go here for at least one day of our trip each year. There are so many different places to shop, eat, and see. They have a great variety and we take our young kids who also enjoy going. There are lots of snack spots and some activities. We always enjoy it as family! Would recommend going. It does get busy in the evenings.

Nice place but...

By Yeila V |

I don’t know if we came in a bad weekend. But a place so nice where you’re supposed to relax and enjoy yourself was full of loud bikers. We couldn’t even eat. It was so loud and with so many bikers that we couldn’t stay anymore and needed to leave to be able to enjoy our dinner.

fun Place

By Fishtrap2014 |

A fun place to sop and eat. Always visit there when in Panama City Beach. Not as hot as southern Florida.

Nice outdoor mall.

By Red-Super-Hero |

Great outdoor mall. Lots of stores and places to eat. Plenty of free parking on both ends of the mall. The candy store is a fun stop. So i Dave and Busters. THere is a movie theater also. We enjoyed walking around.

Visited pier park while on vacation and teens loved it. Nice place to shop with teens. Lots for them to do:) Will return on our next visit!

ok

By Symi |

Ok but I think it is definitely overrated; we were expecting a much better experience; definitely no deals to be had in this area. Ok if you are in that direct area to go for a walk but not worth the detour ;

Normal shopping/dining area

By nicole0327 |

Very nice place to walk around today eat, drink and shop while on vacation. Kept very clean. The stores seem “outlet” style but not the prices. Overall nice but also just stores, nothing out of the ordinary.

Very touristy, pleasant Mall at the beach

By JaneOnAJourney |

I had five hours to kill after my flight arrived at Panama City Airport before my husband would be getting in for us to drive to Rosemary Beach. The Uber driver suggested this spot- shops, cafes, and the actual, pier on the waterfront. It was super touristy and most of the shops were the same stores in your own town- Dillards, Target, Chicos, etc but it still was enjoyable.

A real plus for this area

By Butch F |

Every area needs a major shopping center to meet the needs of a ever growing vacation market. Pier Park does this plus it also has brought a multitude of good restaurants as well. Just about anything you could want or need is close by.

The AC'd Ferris Wheel is a Must!

By FaithTraveler123 |

I regularly visit this area but this was my first time getting on the ferris wheel after many years are visiting. I was happy to find that this was the first ferris wheel I had been on that would had AC! Then what makes it even better is is completely closed in so they experience is very personal! They also play music while you are going around. But the best part besides the AC, is the view!!! I recommend going at night because it will feel like you're going up in a plane and the view is amazing and breathtaking! This was my first time so I have not seen it in the day since it was at night. I highly recommend going on this! I think the ticket was about $15 a person

Ok

By Teague04 |

This is a place to go to waste some time. Lots to do and shopping but everything is over priced. There is food, shopping, drinks, movies and things to do with the kids

Dropped in for quick trim for me and hubby. Sheila gave me a great wash with a little neck and temple massage, great cut, Used my name several times while we talked, never had that before. Good cuts, good price, and recommendations for best oysters around!

Live music, endless stores for souvenirs and lots of excited people come together for an enjoyable evening.

A little bit of everything

2019 Family Outing

Bunches and bunches of stores walking distance. There is a movie theater, Dave and Busters, SkyView, a train for the kids, and any many more stores.

Shopping

By Chrys M |

Ohhhhh yeah let’s go shopping. What do you want? You can find it here. Shops and restaurants. Bring your money. So nice to shop and get a great meal. Fright across the street from the beach.

Fun place to visit if you want to pick up souvenirs

By Natalie K |

This place was enjoyable as a place to get out and stretch your legs. We appreciated the beach vibe Pier Park gave off. There were quite a few stores one could buy souvenirs to give or keep for themselves. Would recommend for a quick activity with the family.

Great Fun!

By jchair |

We spent an entire day at Pier Park. Loved the atmosphere and a wide variety of shops, food, and activities. Visiting this was one of the highlights of the trip.

Great place for fun

By Emily Palmer |

Pier Park is an amazing place to visit. So many stores and fabulous places to eat. Margaritaville is so good and the food selection is amazing. They also sometimes have a balloon man sometimes he’s on stilts also. It’s amazing for a child to see. Also they have the best music

Something for everyone!

By StLCardFan2013 |

Unique and traditional shops. Something for everyone. DAVE & Busters was fun and they have decent food. Use your wrist band from your resort to get a special pricing bonus or make sure to pick up a tourist shopping catalog to get same discount with coupon.

Busy place

By croo |

We stopped here to kill some time before our flight from Panama City airport. It’s very commercial but lots of places to eat or do some kids entertainment- laser, mirror maze, Ferris wheel, shopping, Dave and busters, or leave the kids and head over to the dillards and other dept stores. All within walking distance. We did this during day but would be a good evening option.

Pier Park

By GoVols79 |

Pier Park is a very large outdoor shopping mall in Panama City Beach. Parking is on the perimeter although you can drive up and down the street that runs through the middle of the complex. We went at night which was nice since it wasn’t as hot. There is a very large selection of restaurants, dessert spots, shopping and various activities available. We visited The Yard to try their large milkshakes and spent the rest of the time browsing through some of the stores.

I think it would be more pedestrian friendly to close the streets but it is still easy to get around. We enjoyed our visit and will come earlier next time to take advantage of all that is there.

Lots of food and shops that are pet friendly

By Ann970 |

We walked around here. Many restaurants were pet friendly. I didn’t see any dogs walking around but I did see the stations to clean up your pet and doggie bags were present. Tootsies (live music), croc store, and lots of souvenir shops.

Window-shopping or strolling, LOOK HERE!

By paulsykes2020 |

Located in almost the geographical center of Panama City, this is a nice, family friendly place to visit and shop. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the area as well as nice walking paths close to the beach.

Too many tourists

By Trudeman |

Average shopping is what you can do. Books, clothing, funny hats, food and gimmicks are what you can buy. As for eating, there is no truffle oil, cans of marzipan, or beluga caviar here, only maybe smoked tuna dip and those claws torn off crabs. Forget about fresh corn on the cob: by the time the corn gets up here from Mexico it has been stale for days. Is there cotton candy? Yes, over by the ferris wheel where you can stir up your lunch a bit. Remember this: if you live in Georgia or Alabama you are welcome here. If you live in PCB itself or Panama City, you are probably tired of this place and wary of its promise. Your dollars can go farther down the road in Mexico Beach or Port St. Joe.

Great mall

By viktoriia0331 |

This is one of the best places in Panama City beach , a lot choices of food , clothes and drinks. Little pricey but it worth it.

Crowded but okay

By Wildtravelers |

It was a neat place but I personally do not like lots of chains and shopping. But it was a neat place, lots of food options and very pretty and well taken care of. I don’t know why they allow traffic in the middle of the park because there is no parking there so people just circle and show off their cars and scream at the top of their lungs.

Lots to do

By wrightfamily2004 |

We visit Pier Park pretty often. There is a variety of things to do. Lots of shops and restaurants. We eat at Buffalo Wild Wings a lot. Dave and Busters is always good for a few hours on a rainy day or to get out of the heat. There is also a nice movie theater. Something to do for everyone in the family. From young children to grandparents everyone can find something they like at pier park.

Great shopping

By AmandaV3015 |

Beautiful, clean open air shopping with choices for everyone. Lots of stores, great dining options, and more dessert choices than I could imagine.

Great for a quick shopping trip

By CareerTourist |

Cute boutique shops. Something for everyone, including Toy Kingdom for the kiddos. A delicious chocolate shop. Easy way to spend a couple hours without it being a surf shop.

Spend some time at the pier

By Molly B |

The pier is lovely. Free entry and lots of folks walking around. Photo opportunity for sure. Nice restaurants nearby and parking was a snap. We had my favorite meal sitting near the pier. Blackened mahi-mahi tacos that were the best I’ve ever tasted.

Great place to shop and play!

By Erica C |

This place offers so many different things! We had a great time with our older teens. Great places to shop, eat, and play!

Nice Shopping Area

By claussie |

Large shopping and restaurant area.
More than 100 stores.
First part walking street mit stores and restaurants on both sides.
At the end of the road is the SkyWheel observation wheel, nearly 200 feet high.
Behind the SkyWheel you can find department stores and clothing stores with
ample parking space.
Very convenient and well worth a visit.

So Much to See and Do!

By fdlfan |

The shops and restaurants in this area are so welcoming and fun! There is something for everyone. We enjoyed Great White Pizza, Shimmering Seas, Ron Jon Surf Shop. So much to see and do!

Fun & fireworks

By jollymomo |

Friday night late shopping. Lists closing at 9, but most shops & eateries were open past this. Super crowded, live music ended at night and was followed by fireworks. Fun for families.

Nice Outdoor Mall.

By Mary W |

Pier Park is a really nice outdoor mall. Plenty of places to shop and eat. My husband and I shopped at a few stores, got a pedicures at Oceans Nail Spa Panama City Beach, and had lunch at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews. Most of the stores were pretty much the same as the stores you can find at a mall back home; however, it was still a fun place to visit.

Nice place

By Kristy S |

Enjoyed our visit to pier park. Very clean and lots to look at. Plenty of parking spaces. The candy stores were a hit with the kids.

Nice place to visit

By sorayag2020 |

Beautiful area to walk, shop, eat or drink. Lot of variety of restaurants, stores and the Mall is right there so you can go shopping until drop

Just another shopping center

By Retired Camper |

Nothing particularly special here. Overpriced shops and a few restaurants. We found it rather boring.

The Place to Shop

By Katherine8183 |

A great place to go when looking for other options in Panama City Beach. Lots of shops, restaurants and a large movie theatre. Plenty of things to do when you can’t go to the beach or need a break from the sun.

Pier Park is a must

By stevek1042 |

Great open air complex with tons of shopping and restaurants. Several restaurants overlook beach & gulf including Jimmy Buffet’s Margiattiville and The Back Porch. You can get onto the long pier for $4 (more if fishing). There was ample parking. Definitely worth a trip if in the area. Things to do for the whole family.

crowded and high priced. Of course.

By Donnita W |

Lots of shops. Lots of people. Lots of eateries. All VERY high priced to get that tourist. Some very interesting shops that I would be interested in exploring if I lived closer. But I wont drive 4 hours to them. Especially not in the summer. Very little shade walking this huge " attraction". Probably would be a nice place to visit at night. But we walked two miles to get there the first time and there was no way we were walking it again as out feet felt about to fall off. We couldn't take the car because there seems to be a parking issue on front beach road and if you leave your spot you likely wont find another come evening.

Nice outdoor mall

By zombienic |

Are at the sushi place. Bought drinks at Starbucks. Picked up some gummies at the I love candy store. And some clothes at a couple other places. Nice place to walk around. It was clean. Stores didn't open until 11 tho which was kind of ridiculous.

The spot for family shopping, dining, and entertainment in PCB

By Katw1371 |

Plenty of parking, this outdoor mall offers lots of restaurants, shops, and activities for kids including Sky Wheel and Dave N Busters.

Great break from sun!

By Brittany B |

Great variety of stores and activities for young children while the adults are shopping. It was a great place for us to take a break from the sun!

Trip to the beach

By P997AGcharlesp |

We love coming here love to walk around and check out the shops and go eat love to watch all the people

Fun Encounter

By stoogeg3 |

This mall is what I would consider the main hub of Panama City Beach! There are many varieties of dining, ice cream, shopping, gift shops, tee shirt shops and of course some bars! You can ride in an enclosed Ferris wheel and walk out on a pier ($) to take in the great views of the gulf and shoreline. You will certainly find something to do and spend some money and relax on numerous benches scatted about the walkway area.

Ok way to spend the day

By Jaylasmom |

Mostly souvenir shops and a few restaurants and places to get ice cream. Also has the Skywheel and some other activities for kids. We usually go after we’re done for the day at the beach and walk around. It’s something to do to occupy your time when not at the beach.

Split Mall - February 2021

By Kitman |

I've been in the Panama Beach area a couple times over the last few weeks and stopped here each time. There's plenty of parking...at least during the off season and under pandemic protocols.

Basically, this place is an outdoor mall. There are gift shops, clothing stores, candy stores, restaurants, and other specialty stores. There a street that runs down the middle and there's a kiddie train that goes up and down the street too. There's also a big Ferris wheel that you can't miss. And there's a cineplex movie theater. But what's weird is that there are two sections that are separated by a big box store. So if you're walking, you might think you're at the end and completely miss the other half. Poorly laid out design in my opinion.

If you're here on a nice, warm sunny day...this is a great place to browse. But I can imagine that this place is packed during a normal tourist season...especially on weekends.

Not impressed

By Jeana P |

Shops, restaurants, game-type rooms and activities, and other touristy offerings. It didn’t help that our timing coincided with Spring Break. I understand the need to blow off steam from stressful college life, but the immaturity of some of today’s youth frankly staggers me. One such Einstein sat in his muscle car at an intersection loudly revving the engine and spinning the wheels causing quite a noise, burning rubber on the road, and causing smoke to completely cover the automobile. If his intention was to draw a crowd - mission accomplished. I am sure his parents are proud.

Essentially a mainstream outdoor mall with all the same stores as anywhere else

By GmWop |

Not really much to see there. Nation wide chain stores and restaurants. Wouldn’t really recommend a trip here unless you forgot something you need to buy.

AWESOME FOR SHOPPING AND DINING AND PIER

By Hamptonguest2018 |

Family drove to Panama City Beach from from TN for the weekend and went to Pier Park. Everything was great from The Shoppes to the food and the walk on the pier was a great experience for me and my family. We got to watch a couple of people catch fish and took pictures with a great view of the ocean and the hotels along the beach and Pier Park. I would strongly recommend going to Pier Park.

Tacky

By Perpetual Motion |

Just another tacky tourist mall designed for chain restaurants and national stores. Who comes to the beach and go to a mall. Restaurants are overpriced and mediocre at best. There are plenty of independent restaurants....why go there.

Lots of places to shop and eat.

By Steve schmitt |

Every time we visit PCB we always find our way down to PP. Always a good time, plenty of parking and we always finish the night out with ice cream.

Love Pier Park!

By AaronHur |

Pier Park is definitely one of our favorite parts of visiting PCB. So many shops and restaurants spread out over several blocks. Theater, Sky Wheel, Dave & Busters… it’s just a great layout in what has become our favorite vacation destination.

Pier park

By Tim S |

Pier Park is basically the town center and entertainment district of Panama city beach. All of the shops and food choices you need.

Pier Park Information Booth

By J B |

The folks at the emerald coast area information booth at pier park are absolutely rude and very aggressive. If they can not attract to engage in a conversation where they can sell you a time share, they will shout insults at you while you are walking away. Absolutely a horrible experience.

Poorly designed

By grits_are_good |

This place feels like it was meant to be for pedestrians but cars can drive right through the center and we saw multiple people with little kids almost get hit! Teenagers are cruising up and down the center street. Not good at all. Very very crowded. Restaurants are over priced and food is bleh.

Good shops

By hihi06 |

The shops are very interesting and have some great items. Good restaurants including the back porch. I recommend shopping here.

Pretty cool place

By dcb95sol |

Lots of shopping and restaurants. They have giant ferris wheel that looks cool, although a bit pricey in my humble opinion. Highlight was New Year's Eve where they dropped tons of beach balls from hige nets over the streets. Fireworks at midnight were some of the best I've ever seen.

Fun Place

By Georgia78 |

This is a fun place to shop, eat, people watch or just hang out. We saw a movie here and our grand daughter road the train around the park. It is across the street from the pier - which is also a fun walk.

Great fun for a few hours

By yazdragonfly |

Fun place to walk and shop. Numerous stores and restaurants so there is definitely something for every member of your group. There is also a movie theater and several bars.

Costly Ferris Wheel Ride

By Old Panther |

This review is only for the very expensive (and I guess sort of new) Ferris wheel ride at Pier Park!
We love such rides but almost balked at the cost of this one. It is enclosed and I guess on the nicer side of such rides but man - just too expensive!
I’m thinking of all those good ole tourists that will flock here in the summer with five kids and all wanting to ride the Ferris wheel! May not eat much afterwards!
Not trying to be a downer, just letting readers know it ain’t cheap. Especially for the “view - can see a pier and some of beach - but mostly a gross huge condo, some buildings of Pier Park with parking lots and not much more!
I’ll shut up now - just too much cost for that view.
Don’t recommend!
Save money and buy the kids a good seafood meal (or steak AND lobster!)

A Mall that isn't half empty

By where2nextbabe |

It's one of the few malls that I have been to in awhile that isn't half empty. Lots of stores, a few unique ones and a lot of typical ones. There are lots of places to grab a bite or sit down and have a meal. It is right across from the Pier. There is lots of parking, we never had an issue parking. The big Sky Wheel is also here. Remember, if its raining, you're outside, if its hot, you're outside.

“ Plenty to do; even a Ferris wheel !! “

By TedB918 |

This relatively new area by the pier is loaded with things to do; restaurants, shops, movies, fun rides. It is a great area if you have a rainy or sunny day. The movie theater is great, having comfortable, reclining, reserved seating. Pricing for the area is very reasonable. Parking is not a problem in the Fall; Summer might be a different story. We visited the area 3 times during are stay of a week.

Good shopping

By Laura R |

Lots of fun shops here...gorgeous day to walk outside as well which made this more enjoyable. There were a lot of chain shops that you have in most major cities so we focused our time on the smaller local shops. Great area though for shopping, food and drinks!

Nothing Spectacular

By OkieOSUFamily |

While vacationing in PCB, we went down to Pier Park, had lunch at Hook’d, walked out to the end of the pier & walked around the restaurants & shops. Seemed like the eating establishments out numbered the shops. Having been to Gulf Shores, their pier is bigger & more sunstantial than PCB’s. I could do without fighting the traffic & would bypass Pier Park next time.

Great ahopping

By Thomas |

Loved walking around today hitting the shops, and seeing what all there was to choose from. Great location for the main pier, great food options, and very family friendly area!

Shopping and exercise

By Katrina Stubbs |

During our stay at Panama City Beach, we went to Pier Park. There were numerous shopping venues and entertainment for kids such as the ferris wheel. The stores are an outside shopping center so you can get plenty of exercise as you shop.

Nice area

By hbhakh |

Pier Park is a fairly large area with a variety of shopping and dining. We had dinner and walked around afterwards. It's nicely designed and has some nicer stores.......not all cheap beach places. It's worth visiting.

Many food choices plus mini golf and the Sky Wheel

By Hooked_on_travel77 |

Lots of free parking. Many choices for lunch and dinner plus two outstanding ice cream shops. Cinnabon too! We went on the Sky Wheel (senior discount came to $38 for two) which gives you 4 revolutions. The photo package was $24 but makes for a cool souvenir. The only negative was hitting your head when entering the cars. We were not the only ones. We also wanted to try the fun looking mini golf course but we ran out of time. This is a really good stop along your travels. We hope to come back one day.

Relaxing shopping experience

By SNM01 |

Visited during off season and found it be quite nice. Very clean and lots of appealing offerings. Enjoyed walking around

A Shopaholic's Dream Come

By Susan E |

Our family left frigid Indiana to do our Christmas shopping in this beautiful outdoor shopping complex. We were greeted by friendly staff at big stores like Dillard's as well as smaller shops. Christmas music & decorations as well as the warm sunny days added to the ambiance. And there were plenty of great choices when we got hungry. Hope to return next year.

Clean, safe area. Good variety.

By Dena R |

Good selection of stores. We found some great deals and mostly friendly staff. The public bathrooms were not the greatest but it is what it is. We had a fun time!

You can’t do PCB without the Pier

By Emily |

The pier is so close to the beach! It has all the best restaurants and shops. Be prepared to walk a while and go on the Sky Wheel.

Great fun

By Joedeb |

So much to see and do. Love all the shops and restaurants. Parking is generally great, but if you come for a special event, park across the street and walk or you will be stuck for hours trying to get out! #learnedthehardway

Family Friendly Shopping

By Dan |

Visited Pier Park on Thursday. Even with the pandemic most stores & restaurants were open. There is something here that would appeal to any member of the family. Featuring over 80 businesses like Dillards, Target & Walmart as well as multiple specialty shops such as Ron Jon’s, to live entertainment in clubs like Tootsie’s, bakery treats from Kilwins or ice cream from Marble Slab. Family members might choose to see a movie at the Grand theatre (16 screens), grab a cup of Starbucks coffee or go to Dave & Busters. If you get hungry there are 25 restaurants such as Margaritaville, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dick’s Last Resort, Great White Pizza, or 5 Guys just to mention a few. While we were there we took a ride on the 200 foot SkyWheel and got a panoramic view of the ocean & the surrounding area. There is also a Veteran Memorial located adjacent to the shopping area. We had a great time & will definitely be back. Highly recommend; family friendly environment that provides visible security. Dog friendly, Open daily; plenty of parking;
BTW...Really enjoyed all the Christmas decorations.

Best Shopping

By Adam |

Cool outdoor shopping center. A ton of restaurants and bars and stores to choose from! Almost spent all my money there 🥴 would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. It’s an awesome way to spend the day if you’re burnt out on the beaches

Everything in one place

By mwmorrow2003 |

Pier Park has everything. Food, shops, entertainment, night clubs. The plus was it was in walking distance to our condo.

Nice place to walk around

By mydonna |

An average outdoor mall. Has a lot of stores you will find in any outdoor strip mall. We did like walking around when the street was closed to traffic.

Excellent

By Janey M |

I absolutely loved how the pier park was right next-door to our hotel me and my family literally could just walk from our hotel room over to pier Park and just explore and it was just so pretty and all the workers out the pier park stores were super nice and super family

Decent Shopping Area

By wckdtrix |

This is a decent shopping area with decent stores. However, they have timeshare people scattered throughout to harass you as you walk by into stopping and listening to their b.s. . So that really creates a negative experience.

Pet Paradise

By familyis4ever |

So many shops but the highlight was Dog Beach at Pier Park. It was a beautiful strip of beach where families could take their canine companions. Our little 4 lb Maltese loved it so much!! Dogs aren’t allowed in Destin so we were so grateful to Panama City Beach for creating this space to play.

A lot to do!

By thesheepsake |

The Pier charges to walk on it! There is a lot of resturants to eat at, and stores to shop at. You could spend all day here.

Great Shopping!

By Stephanie K |

This is a great place to shop when in Panama City! A lot of stores to choose from in a clean, safe environment! Loved it!

Pier Park Theatre

By Jay F |

Good matinee pricing! Amazing seats - STAY AWAKE! or you'll miss your movie! Tremendous selection of drinks and snacks. Good parking, watch the movie then visit the shops along Pier Park.

Shopping sight seeing

By dori m |

Nice place to walk around. It has some nice shops to get anything you want. There is all kinds of places to eat. You can also get to the pier and beach from here. Plenty of parking.

A must in PCB

By Clevlander |

Great palce to walk in the evening after your time on the beach. Large crowds (few masks during COVID-19), and its a nice way to spend the evening. The stores are primarily places that sell food and souvenirs, so no good shopping here, except for the mall that its in the back. The restaurants are all for the most part average with few exceptions, but you can get a nice drink, ice cream or nothing and stroll around. A must in PCB.

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE FOR YOUR DINING, ENTERTAINMENT& FUN

By Susan B |

Pier Park has it all. Shopping, dining, coffee, lunch spots, and music. It's directly across the street from the protected beach and Pier. Easy walk from Calypso Resort.

It is safe so you can send the teenagers; there are security guards, too.

There's an IMAX theatre; we've seen great movies there.

We went there this past January, but we were also there for the Crusin' the Coast Car show in November. That was a lot of fun...all of these restored cars for your viewing pleasure.

Shopping...shopping...eating...whew!

By FrequentFlier765818 |

So many things going on there, you could spend all day. pizza by the slice, Ice cream, cookies, sit down restaurants, etc... Numerous varieties of stores to wander into. There's the sky wheel "big! individually encapsulated Ferris wheel". Outdoor seating,
Imax movie theater, Dave & Buster's, Margaritaville there is so much to mention, you have to check it out.

Visiting family and friends

By Denise319 |

Lots to see and do at Pier Park. Several different types of shops, restaurants, and entertainment for couples and families.

Nice Shopping

By 23brigittem |

Nice area to walk around and shop; various establishments; area closed off in the evening to allow for heavy pedestrian traffic; lots of eateries, nice boutiques; something for everyone...

Nice shopping

By Michele H |

Nice shopping area , plenty to do with the family . Many restaurants , activities and shops for all ages . Maybe hard to find parking on a busy days and might be hard to navigate if you have issues walking . They do have many benches for seating, I did not find a ( public bathroom ) had to use one at a random restaurant. Also avoid Paradise Shop , I had a issue there and was not even acknowledged -guy was Looking at his phone the whole time , they have some awful reviews on yelp apparently. Otherwise Pier Park is a great place to go .

Safe, clean, pleasant area to shop, eat, and walk around.

By Heidi g |

Hubby, teen son, and I spent a few days in Panama City Beach for spring break this month. Pier Park is easy to find right off the busy Front Beach Street. Safe, clean, pleasant area to shop, eat, and walk around. There are many touristy shops and other specialty stores. We got our t-shirts and magnets here as well as ate ice cream at Kilwin’s. We also ate dinner two different evenings at one of the many restaurants, Margaritaville. Our first evening in PCB, we drove there and checked out the big pier as hubby wanted to see how fishermen did their thing. He caught 3 22” Bluefish from the pier the next AM! We ate dinner outside at Hook’d Pier Bar & Grill right there at the pier entrance. It was great! Pier Park is right across the street. The large and lit up at night Skywheel is in the back section of Pier Park. You can look for a parallel parking space along Front Beach there, or definitely find a spot across the street behind the west side of Pier Park shops. Free and easy parking here! Or you can get some exercise and from your lodging! We did, on the beach.

Not a fan

By Zman |

This type of shopping and entertainment is just not for me. You have the usual junk shops and chain restaurants you see elsewhere. We walked thru stopped for a beer at Tootsies and left.

Nice place with lots do see and do

By rblain40 |

Pier Park is a nice place to shop and also has things to do and places to eat. It's on the ocean with a pier across the road. We seen a dog surfing from the pier! Super cool!

Condo touts!

By Zetarai |

All in all a good experience strolling through, but you need to beware of the condo touts trying to recruit you into timeshares. We had excellent service from the sales clerk in the Margaritaville gift shop; she was very helpful. Also visited a few t-shirt shops. We decided the attractions (haunted house, escape room, Ferris wheel) were overpriced and skipped those. We drove over to the Dillard's for some quick shopping and also had good service there (women's jewelry department). We did not go to any of the restaurants or sweets shops. Pier Park is basically an outdoor mall geared towards tourists.

Lovely place to shop

By Gary B |

My only negative cment about this place is that there are not enough bathrooms. Otherwise an amazing place to go find a restaurant to eat at or just shop around.

Good mix of stores

By Lotto Mom |

We visited today and very clean and not that crowded. We had lunch at paula deans and LOVED it. Parking was easy, plenty of outdoor seating.

Always overpriced but lots of fun.

By KAREN J |

Overpriced merch but fun at night. Kids love the lights, sounds, shops and sweet treats.
Just be careful or you'll spend more than you need to!

I'd go back but make sure I had lodging directly on the beach

By Betty H |

I'll start by saying the beaches were beautiful! Easy access but not alot of parking unless you go to the city pier which had ample free parking and boardwalks to their beaches!. The pier cost $3.00/person to walk out on. I didn't because of the wind but I'm sure on a nice day the views would have been spectacular! Otherwise our trip was disappointing. Beach lined with condos and apartments. I expected "shops" of which were only souvenir shops. Tons of restaurants which were always packed. St. Andrew's State park was gorgeous!! Beautiful lagoons and blue waters! Nice rest rooms and snack bar. Couldn't get to Shell Island due to the weather unfortunately. All kinds of golf cart rentals ($$$$) and you can drive them right on the streets which was cool. I'd go back but make sure I had lodging directly on the beach. (We were in a small RV park)

Great during bike week

When all the motorcycles are in town, it’s a great place to have a drink and watch the chrome drive by.

Nice movie theater and good shopping.

Day after labor day

Good day to be a Pier Park. Not crowded and we strolled going in and out of the stores. Enjoyed an ice cream and rode the Sky Wheel.

Good place on a cool day

Visited here when it was to chilli to go to the beach. Lots of little shops and places to eat. Some had live entertainment. Good place to people watch.

Nice outdoor shopping mall!

By BangkokSachse |

We went to the Pier Park mall on Sunday afternoon. The mall was not crowded. It was easy to find parking. The mall was nice and clean. It is near the pier and Walmart.

Great Shops, Restaurants and Fun People

By 1chattygirl2018 |

We visited Pier Park 3 separate times. My granddaughter and I were there early around 10am. We shopped, got a terrific smoothie and enjoyed the Mardi Gras floats. Later we all when back for dinner at Pompano Joes - which was fantastic. We returned one afternoon for some browsing, cocktails. The people we ran into while shopping and eating were all very kind and interesting.

We spend at least one of our days here

By JustLisa76 |

Definitely worth checking out. We like going to Dave & Busters, the sky wheel, getting ice cream at Kilwins, eating dinner at Pompano Joe’s, walking the pier, and sipping at Ron Jon’s... not necessarily in that order, lol. It’s interesting at night when the younger crowd drives by with their cars.

Weekend trips

Lots to see

By Johnchappywatson |

Lots to see at this place with lots of photo ops
Stores are not cheap, kinda like an open air mall from the 90s, it’s worth the time to walk around and check things out the candy store is like something out of Willy wonker again not a cheap place to buy candy, there’s several restaurants and quick eat places

I’m a fan

I come here often while in PCB. Be weary of bringing kids later, only because of the idiot teens and how they drive and the loud music (not for kids ears). I like everything about it. Huge variety of shops. Stop by Accessories on the Boardwalk and see Miss. Denise. She’s the best!

Lots to do!!
