We had so much fun we went back the next day! Pricing is reasonable and family had so much fun! On day 2, we decided to purchase a picture of grandson and a gorgeous frame..all for under $25.00! The guy at the picture booth was sooo nice and helpful! This is a nice family oriented facility…everyone should at least try it once..NO REGRETS HERE!

Unfortunately I had a hurt back and could not ride, but I watched each and every person slide down the snow and they all had a BIG smile on their faces at the bottom. My family ages 23-58 all had a wonderful time. I highly recommend doing this. However, I would skip the snow play. That snow is hard and not worth the extra money.
GO AND ENJOY, crowds were not bad at all.

We took the kids because that's what my son wanted to do for his birthday. They had a great time and didn't want to leave. Thank you for making my son's birthday a great one.

We went with adults in their 50’s and 30’s and kids ages 4-7 plus a not quite two year old. Everyone had a blast, toddler only able to play in snow area but he loved it. We all did. We even returned a 2nd time before leaving on our last day!!!

Super fun. We had a blast and felt that it was worth the ~$20 price. The only complaint I have is that as the hour wore on the lines became very long and only 4 out of the, I believe, 7 lines were open. If all 7 lines had been open, I think the experience would have been a lot more fun and a lot less waiting in line.

We are from South Louisiana and never get snow. The kids had a blast. Worth the stop. My son wore himself out running with the tube.

This was the second time my wife and I have visited pigeon forge snow but it was the first time my 13 year old son had visited. We all had a blast! We got there at a good time and beat the crowd and probably got to slide 8 or 9 times before our hour time limit ran out. By the time we were done I was worn out! The place is really clean and everything looks to be kept up top notch. Also a light jacket or a sweat shirt is all you need to be comfortable in there. It was 38 degrees outside the day we went and it was toasty inside compared to that. Make sure to go online or grab a coupon booklet at any hotel and use the 2 dollar off per person coupon. Will be back to visit this attraction again.

This place is a ton of fun for the whole family. The snow tubing is great. They take your photo every time you go down so if you want a photo you can purchase one at the end. We went on a Sunday and it was pretty packed but they were trying to move people as fast as possible but also safely. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got to slide two times but had we gone on a weekday and not on a rainy day definitely would have gotten to go down more times. Our four year old loved it they have smaller tubes for little ones since they don’t allow two people in a tube your child has to meet the minimum height requirement and be able to hold on to the handles. Our four year old loved how fast he went and experience
Snow. He enjoyed playing in the snow play area. The snow area is a mix of very hard
Ice and softer ice in some of the pre dug spots. Over all it was a ton of fun. It is a bit pricey so you may want to avoid peek hours and popular days to get the most bang for your buck.

The MOST fun ever!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!! Kids and adults! It was such an amazing experience!!

We are in town for Christmas and wanted a nice indoor activity to since it is raining today. We did the 1 hour pass for indoor snow tubing. It was alot of fun and the downhill was much faster than I thought it would be. It was not that cold in there (60 degrees) so a light jacket and tennis shoes are just fine to wear. It is family friendly and I saw many young kids also tubing so it is ideal for the whole family. For toddler aged kids or children who don't want to snow tube there is a snow play area for $7.99. My only complaint is the parking is a little limited so you want to go early to get a spot and the price per hour is a little on the high side. We were able to squeeze in three trips down the snow in that hour but we did go on the weekend during Christmas vacation so probably more crowded than usual.

Tubing was fun for the kids but would not recommend going during Covid. Walked in and you never would have thought Covid was a thing. No initial questionnaire, temperature check and we only saw one sanitizing station by the bathrooms instead of near the tube pickup was. Staff were not wearing masks and they did not enforce the signage saying those over the age of 12 were required to wear masks. At one point an employee even asked us to squeeze in with each other so more guests could be in line. Paid extra for the unlimited snow but there was nobody checking guests for this so it was essentially unlimited for those who paid or did not pay. Emailed management asking why we were charged as well as feedback on safety precautions but never heard back. Left with the feeling they just wanted to make as much as they could, not caring about guests well being. Many businesses are being smart during this time to avoid being shut down, would not say that of this business.

We had a blast here!! We went right at noon and the crowd wasn't bad at all. We paid for 1 hour and were able to slide down 10 times. We noticed the crowd seemed to be heavier mid-afternoon when we drove by a couple of different days. The more crowded it is the less it's probably worth it, but for us it was great. We went to The Island immediately after and wished we had just stayed here and paid the extra cost for the all day experience. We will definitely be back next trip.

This place is probably great when it’s not packed but there are a few things you should know if you’re going during the busy season. I went today December 30 2023 and it was busy. You pay $45 dollars for the combo deal which gives you 1 hour of tubing and 30 mins of playtime in the snow. Your hour of tubing starts the first time they scan your band which is conveniently at the very beginning of the line. At the top of the “mountain” (which you can’t see from the bottom) there is another line that zig zags back and forth 4 times from end to end up there and that takes a little less than 20 mins to get through, mind you your pushing you and your little ones tubes through this line. At the end of the day we got to slide 3 times in an hour. So here’s some quick math; the time down the slide on the tube is about 10 seconds which means we spent 30 seconds sliding and 59 minutes and 30 seconds in line.
My suggestions:
First and foremost, it’s should be an hour time limit with a minimum of at least 6 times down the hill. If you don’t like that idea then set a cut off limit for riders and instead of sending everyone to tube first give the overflow guests timed windows (like 6-7pm etc…)and let them go to the snow room first instead of telling everyone they have to do the snow room after.
Second, open up the other 5 lanes that are covered with fake grass. This would give you 12 lanes instead of 7 almost doubling your capacity.
Third, make the line at the bottom instead of the top. Have everyone take there tubes to the left side after they slide, then they can go through a new zig zag line at the bottom and then right where you scan your band you get a new tube, go up the conveyer belt and then immediately get ready to slide. This does a bunch of things, firstly you don’t scan the first time until right before you slide. It also means you don’t have to push your tube for 20 mins through the line, and lastly it keeps it honest; people will be able to see the wait times at the bottom.

Fun hour of tubing. Kids had a blast using the different lanes. Was busy in the afternoon we went, but moved quick and kids had plenty of time to ride. Would recommend for kids over 5. They are not allowed to tandem ride like most outdoor tubing adventures. We had a 3 year old who refused to go by herself. Keep that in mind. We’ll be back.

Awful. I had won a free hour bracelet at another tourist attraction (murder mystery dinner)that they would not accept. I paid $65 for my kids to do one slide. They were bored in 10 minutes. What a ripoff. Literally nobody was in the place and they were checking my kids band every 3 minutes.

Visited last week during Spring break. After reading the reviews we decided to come before opening. It was good decision. The kids were able to go down the slides about 20 times. Our youngest one was playing in the snow. Bring your own toys( buckets,shovels...) because there aren't any.The place was getting crowded quickly so come early.

We went to Pigeon Forge Snow on a warm July Day for some indoor snow tubing. We had done this previously, as we ALWAYS include this as part of our annual trip to the Smokies EACH year. Pricing is fair. Be sure to look for coupons in the coupons books around town!
Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Pigeon Forge Snow. You pay for a 1-hour wrist band that gets you 60 minutes of climate controlled fun tubing down icy lanes of man-made snow. No need for pants or sweat shirts, but bring a pullover just in case you get cool. It is fairly simple. You grab a tube, hop on the conveyor belt and ride to the top. Once at the top, you choose a lane, place your tube on the lift mechanism and take a seat on your tube. Once the lanes are clear at the bottom, the operator pushes a button that activates the lift mechanism and your tube is released down the icy hill. The cool breeze and exhilaration of traveling down the snowy hill comes to an abrupt end at the bottom when you hit the rubber mats as it catches your tube and brings you to a halt. Grab your tube, exit the landing area and repeat for 60 minutes! Depending on time of day and volume, your trips down the hill will vary in quantity. We always feel like we get our money worth on the tubing lanes. This trip they had several lanes open, so it kept the line moving, allowing for maximum trips down the hill. I would HIGHLY recommend the SNOW TUBING at Pigeon Forge Snow.
Note: There is a small snack stand on location in addition to one or two video games. There is also the photo sales booth where you can purchase a picture of you tubing the hill. There are also relaxation chairs and a phone charging station.
There is a gift shop with CANDY and t-shirts. There is an elevated observation area on the 2nd floor. Restrooms are provided on both levels, however, they were NOT tidy on our last visit. Snow Play is a separate area from tubing and a separate fee from tubing. We have done it in the past, but I would NOT recommend it. It is basically a compacted icy pit of chunky shaved ice. It is NOT fluffy like real snow.

This place is so fun! We stopped in to look and see what it was about and ended up snow tubing. We are older (early 50 and 60) and we went up and down for the full hour! We went down 16 times! They have an awesome staff. They were so kind. They help you onto the upward conveyor belt with your tube and help you off again at the top. We had so much fun and hope to do this again when we visit the area.

Enjoyed our time tubing with the family. The boys also enjoyed playing in the snow. The staff was friendly. We purchased an hour of tubing. The price was pretty good considering online discounts. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable for everyone. Thanks

My friends and I visited Pigeon Forge Snow as a part of our family trip to Pigeon Forge. We found out about this place by looking through the Tourist Attractions coupon book at the local Wal-Mart. We had such an AMAZING time! We went on a Friday afternoon, so there was no crowd, no wait. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and welcoming. It's an exciting and thrilling activity, I had more fun than the kids! I also liked the upstairs balcony area where you can sit and relax and watch other tubers. For $20 a person, we was able to get about 8 runs in that hour. Well worth the price and the first time experience.

Don't let the hill scare you... It is exhilarating fun as you slide down the hill racing against each other. Makes you feel like a kid again

The snow slide is AWESOME! You ride the conveyor up, then slide down. It's a great rush, especially on a 100F day! You get an hour per wristband and we did 9-10 slides in that time. It does not get old! We also paid for the snow play area, but it wasn't much; more like ice than snow; not much playing for kids that are 8+. But still a place worth stopping.

We came across Pigeon Forge Snow while planning. It was worth every penny and hope to be back soon!.

Took my daughter and she had a great time. I would have liked to sit and watch as I am disabled and could not participate. Only 2 small benches, so I had to sit in my car

Each time we are in town we always talk about doing this. But tonight I am Very disappointed. My kids looked forward to snow play all day. We finally arrived at 8:20 when they close at nine. The Website states that the last ticket is sold 30 mins prior to closing. But even though we arrived at 8:20 we were told they were closed. I called to ask to speak to a manager. He politely informed me that he did not personally manage the webpage but they have always closed 45 minutes prior to close. Two very upset kids due to false advertisement.
Picture attached from their website.
Would not recommend. This was March 28th 2021

We had such a blast that the kids wanted to come back for another time - next visit for sure! It was above and beyond what I expected. Great times!

It was for my daughters bday and she had a blast. The manager was very nice and made and announcement to wish her a Happy Birthday I really appreciated them going out of their way to help us celebrate.

My kids had the BEST time here! I can't recommend it enough. The staff was incredible helping my small child with her tube. We went on a Saturday night and it was almost empty! This was one of their favorite things they did in Pigeon Forge.

I was disappointed. The cost is too expensive for the time you get . If locals got a better deal the place would be packed all the time. I don’t like the time limit. Kids can play in snow but no snow balls !! That’s part of the fun !

Absolute blast. Our family went to try it out without too many expectations. I lost count on how many times we rode the tubes down the slides. It was so fun. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would do this all the time if we lived in the area.

Soo soo much fun tuning and playing in the snow also had massage chairs that were wonderful , I will be back with a friend in December and will go back , pictures to buy were at a good price as well

We bought tickets for an hour of tubing. They stated that they were only leaving a certain number of people in at a time, so we thought that would be better for us as it wouldn't be as crowed. If what we encountered was a decrease in the amount of people there, I wouldn't want to try it on a day with max capacity. We only had time to have 4 slides down the hill. Most of our time was spent standing in line. When you finally get to the bottom of the hill, the man is yelling at you to hurry up and get off to the side. Unfortunately, our 65 year old grandmother wasn't able to get up out of the tube as rapidly as the young ones, and he stood in front of her saying she had to move. We were so happy that she decided to join us and try tubing, but he made her feel so bad, because she felt that she was holding everyone up and decided that she wouldn't tube anymore because she didn't want to hold anyone up. She paid for an hour of tubing and only got to go down the hill once due to his arrogance. Perhaps a sensitivity training inservice would help the young employees deal with not only senior citizens, but everyone.

We didn't book Ober in time and were disappointed that we weren't going to be able to tube until we found this spot. They take reservations but they always take walk-ins. We got there on what suppose to be a rainy day around 1130am. They told us that it would be about a 40 minute wait. The rep took our number and said they would text us when to come back and pay. It was just at 40 minutes that they text. We went back to the front to pay had to stand in line with everyone that just walked in. Might have a separate line for those that you text since we already stood in that same line to give our number. Once we got our bands, we jumped in line at the bottom. You scan your bracelet and go up the conveyor belt with a tube. When you get to the top there is another line. On this day they had about 7 runs open. It was taking about 15mins per run. So we only got in 4 runs for our hour. This breaks down to about $5 per run. This is not bad but could have gotten in one more run if there was more room at bottom for tubers to line up. Staff could have moved everyone off the bottom faster if more space. It was great fun and would recommend. We will be back.

Such a fun experience. It's nice to be able enjoy snow tubing without freezing. Also really nice to get to see snow even if it is fake. Loved it.

This place is really neat. We did the hour of snow tubing and went closer to closing so that it wouldn’t be busy. The tubes are heavier then we expected, so be ready to possibly be carrying your kids too. They can your time bracelet everytime you go back on and it tracks your remaining time. They have an automated ramp that takes you to the top with is really nice! Staff was nice and it was worth the money. We read other reviews and didn’t pay for the snow play and we were glad we didn’t. Overall we were glad we went and had a nice time.

My 6 year old and 8 year old from Florida loved this because they have never played in snow before. Like everything, it was pricey, but they had plenty of rides down the hill and were exhausted. The snow play area was very icy packed snow but my kids didn't know any better and loved it! I would recommend light jackets and pants if you are not used to the cold!

Took my grandkids today for the second time and the had a blast. Make sure you take thin jacket and gloves for kids. They will want to play in the snow room after tubing.

I was excited to to this, however because of too many people, in one hour I got 3 tube rides. So @ $ 21.00 for 3 rides......Somehow I don’t see this as a good value for the dollars spent. Rip off! Don’t do it!

We had so much fun here. Employees were kind and helpful. We were a group of 7 from 4 years to 42 years old and everyone had a blast.

We had a blast snow tubing at this location. The slopes are fast and really get your blood pumping. we definitely recommend for a good time with your family. We would definitely return.

This was so much fun and such a great value. I would recommend getting there early so you can get a lot of tubing in before the crowds get there.

We brought our 4 year old daughter here this week on vacation and WOW did she have so much fun! I was worried at first because you go FAST down the sledding hill but she absolutely loved it and there was no fear or worry of her falling out of the tube or hitting anything. The open play area was closed because of Covid 19 but my 2 year old had enough fun buying a piece of candy from the candy shop inside and watching the sledders. I had fun on one of the massage chairs.
From an adult perspective, my husband liked that the hills were fast but felt that once you go down once, there's nothing else exciting about it and he wished there were some lanes that had jumps or bumps or something a little extra. From a kids perspective, our 4 year old daughter could have stayed there all day. Would definitely recommend. Check the coupon books, there's a $2 off coupon in one of them.

Indoor snow tubing. Fun for all. No hiking a hill. Just ride up and slide down. Smaller tubes for the littles. Double tubes depend on if the larger slide is open.

Our whole family loved this! I found it to be very reasonable price wise. The employees were attentive over the entire hour we were here. They were actively involved at the bottom and the top of the escalator, ensuring safety. Also, the worker at the top was actively monitoring the situation at the top and bottom, making sure it was safe to begin down. The temperature inside is surprisingly warm...about 70. I highly suggest this attraction. We will be back on future visits to Pigeon Forge!

I was very impressed with the indoor snow tubing here! My 4 year old tried it once and was scared because of how high and fast it was. I saw other young kids enjoying it and instead he just played in the snow area. My 8 year old absolutely loved it as did me and my husband! There were maybe 10 people there on a Monday afternoon so we went over a dozen times in our hour time slot! The workers were very helpful and friendly. It definitely goes very fast but is so much fun and you feel safe. We can’t wait to visit again soon!!

This is an awesome place for the young and old alike! I have seen grandparents come off the top on intertubes and laugh all the way to the bottom. I would suppose they are reliving their childhood. I have seen young ones and teenagers come off the hill will a smile to match the grandparents making their own memories. There is a 'pile of snow' for the young kids to play in. It's very reasonable price and if you keep your arm band, there is a discount when you wear it the next time you go.
If you want to feel like a kid again or just show your child(ren) what fun it is to play in snow...you need to go here!

The snow play area is pretty dull/nothing there just cold icy snow. I think it is falsely advertised to come in shorts, etc and then they sell mittens there to play in the snow. It’s just like playing in the snow at home, hands burn if touch it/get wet and cold.
I did like that the arm bands are cloth/easily removable and my husband and I were able to switch off and on/take turns going with the kids while one stayed with the toddler. If you have someone you don’t think will like it/want to go multiple times then they could borrow another’s arm bracelet/to try it. We bought 3 armbands but my 6 year old daughter didn’t like it either/didn’t want to go again. My 9 yo son loved it.

This snow tubing is so much fun! When we were there the lines were not that long so we were able to go many runs in our hour of fun. Ages in our group were 18-69 and everyone had a blast.

This wS great activity for the kids - butane sure the kids wash their hands immediately after and don’t touch their faces during since the tubes are not sanitized in between.

You pay by the hour, but depending on how busy it is, each wait for the slide is 10-20 minutes. The slide is fun, but you only get maybe 4 rides for $22. We paid extra $7 for the combo that included 30 minutes of snow play. First off, that was a waste of money, as it was not manned and people could freely enter it anyway. Also, the snow was rock hard. No snow angels, or snowmen were had, just sliding on ice and fall hazards. The gift shop has a nice selection of candy. As a local, will not return.

Kid's seem to have a good time There is a escalator that takes you and your tube to the top It is about 25 for a hour

I'm 81 year lady and the staff was very accommodating. I wish there was a easier way to the top. I wish I would have gotten names because they went above and beyond to help me

Their website allows you to purchase advance tickets online; however, you are required to stand in the same line as standby ticket purchasers to get your entry armband and doesn't guarantee you admission if they are at capacity. So why bother selling online tickets? If you are lucky enough to wade through the throngs of families in the ticket booth area and actually purchase a 1 hour pass, you then have to wait 30-45 minutes in line at the top of the hill to ride in your tube. By the time you make it down and back up to the top of the line again, your 1 hour time slot is up. You just paid $$$ and waited an hour for 1 trip down the hill. There needs to be a better timed entry system or something else to mitigate the crowds.

This was so fun! The conveyor belt makes it so easy for you to keep going up to enjoy the fun! The temperature was just right, no need for anything but shorts and a t shirt. Bathrooms did need some work though, quite gross.

We brought my 53-year-old brother and six-year-old son who was scared at first, but then eagerly changed his mind and had a blast! A family with a little boy about the same age arrived at the same time. He was visibly scared and crying. Management refunded his ticket and the adults still took turns snow tubing. We saw little ones there (probably no older than 3) and grandparents snow tubing and having a great time! It was very busy at 10am, but the line was out the door when we left at 1130. I spent $5 extra for each of 4 tickets to have the unlimited snow play which I thought would mean unlimited snow tubing, but snow tubing is only an hour, so definitely do that first and then play in the snow area afterwards. As busy as it was, we ended up being able to slide down about 6 times, which actually ended up being plenty as you get kind of worn out dragging your tube through the cue to wait your turn, even though there’s a nice conveyer belt that brings you and your tube up to the cue at the top. I had some tension in my shoulders and neck before I went and the tubing was a little jarring (not bad) so I needed to massage my neck and shoulders late that afternoon. I’m cold natured and I was completely comfortable in a long sleeve and light jacket, no hat or gloves. If I did it again, I wouldn’t have spent the extra money on the unlimited snow play. We spent about 20 minutes after tubing playing in the snow area, which my son loved. They have a little gift shop with reasonable prices. We live in the region and our school goes every year as a field trip and the kids LOVE it! Highly recommend it!

We loved tubing at Pigeon Forge Snow, the kids had been disappointed we could not get reservations for OBER Tubing, they were booked up for a week, we were told to try the indoor tubing in Pigeon Forge, so glad we did, the kids had a blast and staff was all so friendly as well. Coming outside and seeing it snowing was a bonus as well.

I am so glad we decided to check this place out! We had a bad experience at another similar place nearby. Being from South Louisiana we have only gotten snow 4 times in my life so it was so much fun for not only me but my kids and my Mama!! The staff was very friendly and very helpful!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!

Lots of fun!We went twice while we were there and had visited the year before.Just be prepared to wait about 45 minutes to actually get in.

My kids insist we visit every time we are in town. Sometimes more than once! We have been coming since they first opened.

We took some 8 year old boys for a birthday party. It was a blast! Staff was great and very helpful, definitely going back to do it again. It is not too cold in there, dress like you would if you were going to a hockey game (sweatshirt and pants) and you will be fine. There is a snow play area as well, kids played king of the mountain. Bring a set of gloves for the snow play area and possibly a change of clothes (it’s real snow) for the ride home if you plan on doing that as well. The kids (and parents) had an AMAZING time. We went right around 4pm and it wasn’t crowded

Snow play requires SNOW not a mound of packed, crushed ice. My niece paid $18.10 for 30 minutes of only snow play with her 18 month old daughter. We walk in to find about two-thirds of the play area covered in what appeared to be OLD man-made snow that had hardened in the sun.
In retrospect, I see why there was a sign at the ticket window stating "No refunds". On the way out, I asked the guy at the ticket counter why he would even sell snow play tickets when there was no snow. His only response was, "I'm sorry".
The tubing looked cool, but the snow play is a total scam!

This was a last minute outing for my boyfriend and I who were on a weekend trip in the area for my 40th birthday. We saw the sign by chance driving by and had to check it out. It was an absolute blast! It was so much fun we came back the next day and brought friends with us. This is not just for kids although the kids there were having just as much fun as we were.

Worth the money! My teens and adult children had fun! You have the opportunity to buy pictures, they’re a tad pricey but really good shots

The staff was extremely helpful. Kelsie and Bailee went out of their way to help our son who has Autism. He was very afraid of the conveyor belt that takes you to the top. Bailee would stand in front of him and hold onto him most of the way up and then Kelsey would come down and take over and help him get off at the top. All of the staff was willing to help, but these two young ladies went above and beyond and made the experience a very memorable one. We will definitely come back as our son had the time of his life and these individuals made it even better.

Great great great fun!!! My husband & I did this for 1 solid hour!! We were the oldest 2 out there (58 & 59) but we had a blast!! Very fun time place, great location!!! Will go back and will and already have recommended to several people!!

We took our grandson here and had a BLAST! Super fast and fun! We will definitely be back again soon!

My 4 year old was a little scared of the tubing so he only went down twice but he loved the indoor snow play area. The staff was friendly. We went right after they opened so it wasn’t busy yet and the other people in our group didn’t have to wait long to snow tube again

the kids liked it but the 4 year old to scared its pretty high up there but all an all it was ok but want be back,

It was cold (in the 30s) one day while we were in Pigeon Forge so we were looking for something to do indoors. We saw an ad for this and my 7 year old daughter wanted to go. I called to ask how cold it was inside and was told it was 55 degrees at the bottom of the hill and a little warmer at the top. We got a one hour pass and my daughter loved it.

Kids had fun going down the slide, but I’m not sure it is worth the price when the kids only got to slide 3 times in an hour.

Absolutely a blast. We went twice because it was so affordable and fun. The temp is always between 60-70. No lines when we went so we got to go down back to back over and over. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this for anyone 3-100!!! And we will definitely be returning.

Truly a wonderful place for the whole family. Our four year old had a blast! So did we. The staff was very friendly, too.

We wanted to give this a shot and it was a blast! It was fun to wear shorts and go snow sledding. You pay for an hours worth of time but we went while school was in session and were able to go as many times as we wanted without any wait. You also have a chance to buy pictures of your experience also. We would do it again

We have an autistic child who enjoys this every year
However this visit was experienced with some new and not so kind employees.
No mask were worn
I was talked to like a child.
Also they should have some kind of “pause” or break for bands for these kind of children who simply just need a small break.

This place is great! Go early before it gets crowded and you'll be able to get 10-12 rounds of tubing in. There is also a little area for snow play. This part is not as interesting but kids love building snowmen and running around in it so its not too bad.

Our daughter could have done it all day! You pay to tube by the hour. You hold your tube & ride up an escalator that keeps up with the time so you know when your hour is up. My husband who rode only 3x complained that the snow ended right where the track flattened out horizontal and jarred his back painfully. Had the snow transitioned a bit more horizontally it would not have been so traumatic and he would have lasted the whole hour. He's middle aged so I didn't want to take off more than 1 star -taking in account for that. I like that they had chairs & tables upstairs for non-sliders to sit and watch, bathrooms on both floors and a concession stand. It was chilly but not cold inside. The one lady we interacted with was professional and courteous and we could tell she really appreciated our business. We used some coupons to offset the cost.

We were part of a group of adults ranging from mid 30s to the upper 50s and still, we had a blast.
We went in the mid afternoon and the crowd was small. We got to ride upwards of 10 times each in an hour. The staff was helpful and friendly. Concessions were pricy so for the most part, we just avoided them.
The slide is a lot of fun and I recommend it to all.
There is no upwards age limit. The minimum age is three years old and height requirement is 38 inches tall..

My husband and I decided to try it and we LOVED it! It was so much fun and everyone was so friendly. We rode down the hill 9 times in an hour, so you will get your money’s worth! I definitely want to do this on another trip!

Indoor snow tubing! $30.00 per person including the play in the snow area per hour. Slightly pricey and my friends didn't play in the snow much but the tubing was totally fun.
They have an escalator that takes you to the top then you race down.
If i were a 14 year old boy i would be in heaven.

A great alternative to tubing on a mountain. They have the option to tube and play in a separate snow area. The tubing was great and the family had a blast. The snow area was more of a slush area though. Recommend going for the tubing if there isn’t any snow or Ober is sold out.

We went in December 2019, it was pretty crowded, I recommend getting there just before they open. That is what we did and because of that we were able to go down maybe 7 times, but the line got longer and longer with each round. You still get more bang for your buck here than Ober Gatlinburg, from what I heard you get to go down half as much for twice the price there. Not quite the same atmosphere though. It was fun, I felt that they were pretty quick. If you are just wanting to watch your kid(s) go tubing there is an observation area upstairs which is pretty nice, I'm not sure if you have to pay an admission fee though. They have a snow play area as well, but we did not do that.

We went with two families, ages 3-12 for kids and some adults. We went about 11 on a Friday morning and the kids had virtually no wait. The three year old is the only one who didn’t stop before their hour was up, the bigger kids were worn out! Lots of fun, especially for the money!

This was our first time here and we had an absolute blast! There were a few kids there, but it was mostly adults having a great time. Being the off season, we were able to go multiple times in an hour. However, I think the experience would be much different if it was during the peak season. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an indoor activity. The temperature is kept at 65 degrees, which felt cold at first but we warmed up quickly and didn’t even need a jacket. Tip: look for a coupons to save $$ on admission

We took our 7 and 8 year olds and they loved it,the line was a little long at points but the line went fast. Will definitely be back.

Our family was visiting from NC. We had an awesome time tubing. So sad when our time was up though. Definitely going to do it again next time we are in town. The staff was helpful and enjoyed the conversation very much.

Decided to do on a rainy day and was not dissapointed! It was about average pricing wise, we did the combo for 20 some each. It was 1 hr of tubing and a 30 min snow play area. The snow play area was a room with snow / ice blown into it. They have a gift shop and a souvenir photo booth. The first ride can be scary due to the drop and speed but once you have the first one out of the way it's a blast! There is a weight limit for tubes but it's over 300 lbs. A conveyor takes you to the top, you carry your tubes. There is 7 or 8 lanes and each feels a little different depending on how recent it was covered. The tubes are comfortable and covered in fabric with a plastic bottomand at the bottom of the hill is a bare area that will stop you through friction. They also have massage chairs. Overall alot of fun for the money one of the better deals in my opinion. Inside is kept cold naturally, and a light jacket is advised and if you are playing in the snow area a change of clothes is advised esp. With little ones.

Been twice now, and both times, only 7 slides have been open, not the 12 they advertise. It's $30 for 1 hour, and my wife and daughter got to slide 5 times. There is a moving walkway that takes you to top of slides, then the line zigs and zags. They barely got to the scanner to ride the 5th time. Kind of disappointing to just slide that few times for that amount of money.
They did really enjoy it but dang open up all the lanes.

Great for adults and kids! Very friendly staff! When we arrived they werent that busy so we were able to get in lots of runs!

Lots of fun! Comfortable inside, no jackets needed. Enjoyable for both kids and adults. Wasn’t too busy when we were there, but I can see where it could impact the value of the purchase if the lines were long.

Tons of fun! Wasn’t crowded at 10 am Saturday in early May. A little pricey but worth the money— it really is in line with everything else in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I’m always cold so needed a light weight sweatshirt. Felt safe, and clean. Location is in a good area and convenient to other popular destinations. They had smaller tubes for the younger kiddos. Can get an add on for snow play that would be great if you have the time or younger children that wouldn’t snow tube. Waiver required before you pay.

We had such a great time! The employees were so friendly and helpful. This will definitely be part of our annual trip to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

Rainy afternoon led us to the park. What a great choice we made, had lots of fun and at a very reasonable price! We will definitely be back!!

We had a really fun visit at Pigeon Forge Snow. We were there the first weekend in January and the venue was packed. We did not have reservations (but you can make them online!) and were quoted an hour for a single tuber. We decided to buy her a pass for the snow room to pass the time and she had lots of fun. It seems excessive to bring snow pants to an indoor tubing place but she wound up soaked to the bone from playing in the snow room, so I'd suggest bringing snow pants or at least a change of clothes.
While you are waiting for your turn to tube, they have an app where you can watch where you are in line for your tubing time, and there were still several big groups ahead of us in the queue after an hour, and I saw a manager and asked them about the wait times and how much longer the estimated it would be as I did not think my daughter would probably want to go down the hill more than once and she was soaking wet and freezing at this point from playing in the snow.
The manager that day was fantastic and made sure she got her band and was able to start tubing right away. Much to our surprise she loved it! It was very busy and once she got to the top of the hill there was a winding queue she had to wait through while dragging her tube. It was a little challenging for a 6 year old on her own. As an over-protective mother this made me very nervous that she was standing in a queue out of my line of site for 20 minutes or more, but she was fine. It would be AMAZING if they installed cameras in the queue and had monitors in the parents viewing area where you could keep an eye on your child as they stand in line at the top of the hill.
My daughter wound up LOVING the experience and wanted to go down the hill as much as possible in her hour. Because it was a crowded day, she was only able to go down the hill 3 times in her given hour. Again, I understand it was crowded and this is not a complaint... but for the best value for your money, I would recommend trying to go during lest crowded times so your family will be able to enjoy the hill more during their block of time. We had friends who went on a weekday the following week and she said her daughter must have gone down it at least 15 times in her hour.
We really enjoyed our experience and plan to go back!

It’s fun when you actually get to ride. Total ride time for 1hour was about 1 minute(4 trips). The other 59 minutes were spent waiting in lines. Family of 4 is $120. Not worth it for 4 trips. Would be worth it if you could figure out a slow time, if that even exists in Pigeon Forge

This was an awesome adventure for our family. The kids loved it. Everybody was so friendly. Very nice family environment and atmosphere. Have been twice will definitely be back

Upon arrival, the family had to wait for about 25 minutes because we didn't have a reservation and to allow some other clients to leave. The facility is spacious, it offers lots of parking space, but required a bit of cleaning in some of the common areas. The two main activities are tubing and a snow area. It has a gift shop/store section, upper area with some seating, and an area where you can purchase pictures of your tubing experience. The amount of time that you are allowed to slides are directly driven by how many lines they have open and the amount of people visiting. Since you are allowed to slide for one hour which is tracked with an bard-code provided to each customer, you will probably slide six or less times if the line takes 10 minutes. My family and I had five opportunities which was enough. I do recommend the experience for children 5 and over.

This place is so fun! Well, to most of my family! Our son hates it. We got him down once and he refuses to go down again. However, I got the best photo of him, sheer terror going down, that went on the back of the Christmas card. We go every time we are in town now and my daughter and husband use their hour while my son and I plan our next stops on the trip. It's always fun, though late in the day, it gets a little more slick, so heads up for littles on that. Definitely a great thing to do in Pigeon Forge!

We have seen the advertisements for this attraction, but had not visited until July 2022. We had originally planned for only our 2 children to snow tube. When we got there, it wasn't crowded, so my husband and I decided to snow tube as well. It was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I lost my car key while tubing, the staff was helpful and located it very quickly. This was a great experience and we will definitely return.

We visited with our 12 year old and had a fun time tubing. It was crowded due to the holiday but we still slid down 3 times in our hour which was enough for us.

We had a great time making memories! The kids really enjoyed the snowtubing and the grownups enjoyed watching it!

My autistic son had a wonderful time here. The staff was very accommodating to his needs. They helped him get on the belt to go up the hill and never rushed us getting him into a tube. They were also helpful when he got off the hill after riding. I highly recommend it, it was a great fun time!!

I agree with the reviews that this is expensive at $30 per person for 1 hour. Especially if you don't get to go very many times . Luckily when we went it was not busy so my kids went as much as they wanted. I think they figured out they each went about 12 times. I on the other hand only went 2x as that was all my body could handle. It's a bit rough on the old body. My kids had a great time and can't wait to go back. I just wish it was a little more affordable. I did find a coupon for $2 for what its worth.

The kids ages 7 and 8 absolutely loved this. I don't think they stopped for a moment to get the most tube time they could.

Unless you know your kids will ride, don’t waste your money! My kids went down it one time and didn’t like it. $60 gone...they will not give you a refund

The most fun we had all week! Little scary at first but you'll keep going back up! Doesn't matter if your day, skinny, old, or young. That moving conveyer is worth it's weight in gold lol

We visited with our 10, 6, and 1 year old. They let my husband and I share a wristband because we had to switch off watching our toddler. The slide itself was great fun even for us adults! It wasn’t crowded on a Monday morning and we got many turns sliding! We got the combo wrist bands that included 30 minutes of snow play in addition to the 1 hour of sliding. We would probably skip that next time but at least my 1 year old could participate in that. There are tables with heaters and places to wait. The workers were very friendly too.

I would say the indoor snow tubing was okay, nothing really special or something I would care to do again. It was really cold inside and the lines were long. It costs $25 for an hour, which really means only 4-5 runs.

Our family had a fantastic time tubing! They had 6 lanes open and the lines moved fairly quickly. We were able to go down 6 times in our 1 hour. We did the combo pass with 1 hour of tubing and 30 minutes in the snow area. We were extremely disappointed in the snow area. It’s basically a big chunk of ice. That all you can do on is walk around on. My 2 kids just walked around for 5 minutes and that’s it. I would recommend just doing the tubing only. Overall...we had a great time!!

We had a blast- kids and adults! So fun!! My four-year-old loved the tubing and my two-year-old loved the play area!

Took two 15 year olds and a 13 year old here and they had a blast. Also I loved that I didn’t have to hear them complain about walking back to the top of the “hill” because there is a conveyor belt that took them back to the top with their tubes.

We ended up here after the Ober was booked full for their sessions. We didn’t realize that was even a thing. This indoor place was a blast to tube. The website says they don’t do sessions, however we got there and it was a 40 minutes due to the amount of people. As for the actual tubing it’s quite a. It of fun. Myself and my 11 year old had a blast. We got to tube 7 times in a hour but that is dependent on how many people are there and how fast the line moves. The snow room was fun as well. It’s a room filled with snow. You can make angels, snowmen or whatever else you do in the snow.

Lots of fun, even for us old folks! Let's bring some of those downhill sled ride memories from our youth back, just one more time while we can!

If there is any type of line don't go. Only had 6 of the 11 lanes open. You pay for an hour at the time. When you get to the top their is a "six flags" style zig zag line. You pay to stand in line the majority of the time. Not worth the money. Don't waste your time.or money. It could be run much smoother. Thy should have a limit on the number of people allowed in at a time. There were so many people that thy had to shut down the conveyer belt to get up to the line. They did not stop your time while they did this. Did I mention this was not worth the money

The most of the family enjoyed the tubing and tubed about 8 times during the hour. Our 7 year old was afraid and only tubed one time. His ticket was not worth the $30. Don't waste your money on the Snow Play, it was just a small area with ice, not really snow to make snow angels or build a snowman.

Kids enjoyed the snow tubing and playing in the snow. We bought the hour unlimited pass however there were only 4 lanes open making the amount of times to go down the hill limited. Kids still enjoyed it.

The kids said this was their favorite activity of our vacation. I happened to stumble on a buy 1 get 1 free online so I figured we’d give it a try. We were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, temperature perfect and we had a blast! We will certainly be back next Gatlinburg vacation.

Very affordable and great for the kids. The lift to the top was awesome for my five year old made it very easy for her to carry her tube up.

Tickets online are a better deal. We got unlimited snow play for $5 and tubing for $25. (30 mins of snow play is $7 on site!) If you are doing the snow play the snow falls from the ceiling! It’s so cool BUT BRING A CHANGE OF DRY CLOTHES socks and shoes!!!! We had to go to the dollar tree and then to Walmart (less than 2 miles away) to buy dry clothes the kids were soaked from head to toes! We went on a Sunday during thanksgiving break.... they reached capacity and we had a few minute wait (which was fine they played in the snow) BUT snow tubing is only for an hour. They only got to go down about 7 times. But it was super fun and they asked to go back the next day.
Photos need a new system. They hand take pics as you go down and you have to watch a screen of several hundred pics and quickly jot down the number under the photo. One of my kids never got their pic taken. It’s random and very annoying to sift through pics to find you. The only other down side is how many times you get to go down.... the less crowed the more times you get to go down so go on a week day... and get there early.

This was a fun afternoon stop for our family. When you enter, you pay admission for one hour of snow tubing. Adult and children admission is the same no matter your age. They give you a wristband that begins tracking your hour as soon as you scan it at the bottom of the conveyer belt that takes you to the top of the hill. You’ll scan this band every time you go up the hill and the machine will read how much time you have remaining. At the top there are stairs that lead to one of several docks that release you in groups once all the spots are filled. It was fun for both adults and kids but our youngest only would only go down one time; so it’s a good idea to take extra adults if you have small children. There’s a small snow play area for them to play in but there is an additional fee. Best advice is to go on non-peak hours. We got many more trips than the people who arrived halfway through our hour because the longer the lines are the less times you’ll be able to go down and the more time you’ll spend waiting.

This place is great. VERY helpful staff! Much more fun than snow tubing outside in the winter. Would definitely go again.

Man! I didn't know it was going to be so much fun going into it. The entire family had a BLAST! IT has definitely been a standout in our 5+ days up here. The whole family loved it. I went down the hill myself probably 10 times during the hour. My wife and kids (9&13) enjoyed it as well! Fun for kids and kids at heart alike!

it is real "snow". plenty of lanes to tube down (8) at a time. Went early and enjoyed the hour of tubing.

It's a pretty cool place especially on a hot day. We got 5 rides for $20. I think we could got in more but they only had 4 lanes open. There was a bunch of little kids that kept cutting. You could tell their parents paid for themselves and put the bracelet on the little ones way below the height requirement. They need to do a better job staffing and checking these things. Still a fun place.

This place is awesome! The hills are really fast and fun and we all got to race eachother! We probably rode down the hillls about 20 times during our hour and we didn't even get cold or wet. We chose not to play in the snow area because we didn't want to get wet, but the snow looked like great snow for building a snowman. The employees were great and we will definitely be back!

Best place in town!!! Emily the manger was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend this place if you looking for something to do in town!

We were looking to kill a little time so we stopped in so my husband and 4 yr old (just turned 4 this month) could do something fun while we waited. The guy rang them up and said $67 and some change. I told him no way was I paying almost $70 for an hour to slide down a hill 3-4 times… keep in mind there is a line to get to the top and on busy days, that is where most of your time is spent. Maybe it was my lack of attention to the ticket prices but I think that’s absolutely ridiculous for an hours time and my son isn’t even big enough to ride on his own. We’ve been here in the years before and I don’t recall paying that kind of money for a such a short time. We opted to let him play in the snow and that was $22… he spent less than 5 minutes in the rock hard ice and was ready to go. While this can be fun on a hot summer day, it’s a bit pricey especially if you have a bigger family.

Took my daughters for snow play last week and they were quite busy. The snow was rock hard which made it slippery for little ones. If kids are not wearing the right shoes they might slip and fall. Make sure to take gloves for them as well. We decided not to do the snow tubes as they went pretty fast and our girls were a bit scared but it looked fun for adults. They should do a better job of controlling the amount of people at a time as it seemed pretty crowded with very little precautions for Covid. I’m sure once the holiday crowds leave it will be a nicer experience.

This is a great indoor activity for the kids and perhaps the adults as well. It’s very reasonably priced, around $20 for one hour of tubing and depending on the number of people tubing you should be able to get in 15-20 slides. It is real snow and there’s a separate area, apart from the tubing, for kids to go and play in the snow. All in all it was very good experience!

At first I wasn't too sure about this place, but I was immediately put in my place the first ride down. The speed that you pick up was amazing, I found myself giggling and laughing like my ten year old. My husband was having a grand time trying to find the fastest track. We arrived a little after 1pm and there wasn't many people there. We were able to get several runs in before it got busy and having to wait in line. When we did wait the line went pretty fast. I watched small children going down and having a awesome time. Inside wasn't cold, but comfortable for summer wear. Definitely a place to go to burn an hour before check-in! They do offer a military discount.

We had the best time!!! I must have gone 7 times!! The ride gives you an amazing rush!! I recommend you do this with lots of friends. I plan on bringing my teens next time.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because they could've had an option to add more time!! Also small children can not ride with a parent, they have to ride in there own tube, but there is a snow room that could keep them occupied.

I took my 3 and 5 year-olds. The tubes are REALLY fast, and my terrified 5 year-old chose to just watch instead. The employees were extremely kind! They tried to reassure her she would be fine and offered to slow her tube down like they did for her sister. Then a very sweet worker told her how he gets scared sometimes too and that's okay. The workers went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Tubing itself was super fun and I will be recommending this activity to everyone who goes to the area. It was a comfortable 68/70 degrees inside the building. Not busy at all.

We wanted to go to Ober to snow tube, but they were sold out. We found this place and the family had a lot of fun! The entire staff was very friendly! Not many people wearing mask, so if you get easily offended by this...try another place!

I understand times may vary during a peak season, but with everything going on with Covid, I felt this to be an extremely unorganized experience. Nobody is wearing a mask or even spreading out in the slightest. Kids enjoyed tubing, but were only able to go 3 times due to the mass amounts of people. Just a parents opinion, especially with Covid, they need a better system during peak times so you aren’t spending the majority of your time in a line waiting to go down the hill to tube. For the snow area as well, there was nobody working the area to see who was in the area, for how long, or even controlling how many people were in there. They put you on a waitlist to be able to buy tickets and enter, so I don’t understand why they don’t have some type of system in place to control how many people are in there to make the experience more enjoyable.

You got one hour of ice tubing for $30. Sounds like a lot, but when you have to wait 20 minutes every time, it's not...its 3. Kids were agitated and impatient in line...and who wouldn't be? Just not worth it. If they gave an all-day pass or something, maybe. But the line was too long to enjoy it.

Definitely go early, we went around 1:00 and it was packed. Only got about 5 rides in the hour. Daughter had a great time. Don’t waste money on the snow area to play in, too many rules, no playing, no snowballs allowed. Just do the slide.

Definitely a fun experience. Not the greatest idea to go when super crowded or do not get a much of money’s worth of tubing. Will return. Kids loved it.

Really well run and such a great time. It doesn't matter what the weather is like, it's comfortable in here. Easy and fun. Just ride the "magic carpet" up and enjoy the ride down. Staff is friendly and helpful.
We have only been in November when there is not much of a crowd or wait. Not sure how crowded it may be during prime times.

My teens had soooo much fun. Next time, we're going to join them too! Recommend going early-it's popular and fills up quickly.

Our family had so much fun at Pigeon Forge Snow. It is a great place to take the kids and/or grandkids! They had a blast! We also thought it was reasonably priced. Very friendly staff!

This place is awesome! There are 12 snow tube lanes and they are so fast! My grandkids enjoyed the snow play room so much! Even the 5 year old loved the tubing. Fantastic family fun that won't break the bank

My husband and I took our daughter for her 10th birthday, along with 2 teenagers. We all had a wonderful time. We were able to slide about 10 times in our hour. The line was not very long. The staff was all friendly and helpful. They have a concession/snack counter inside.
If you're going to let your little one play in the snow, pack some gloves. Otherwise, it's a comfortable 65 degrees inside.
We will definitely be coming back!

We visited Pigeon Forge Snow with our RA's from Bethel Baptist Church. It was a reward trip along with a team building activity to bring them closer together. The staff were fantastic. They were always willing to help and very nice. The indoor snow tubing is nice to do during any season, because they keep it a certain temperature. You do not have to layer yourself in multiple layers to stay warm. Pants and light jacket or even a long sleeve shirt worked just fine for everyone in our group. I highly recommend Pigeon Forge Snow for anyone looking for a fun activity when they are visiting Pigeon Forge, or even for those, like us, who live in the area. Thank you Pigeon Forge Snow for accommodating us.

Perfect way to snow tube. Convenient haul back up hill. Indoor helps with weather issues. Snow room will leave you cold and wet.

We had a blast! We were able to get a deal on tickets through a third party. The tubing was a lot of fun. There weren't many people there that day, which made for an even better time since there was no wait time. They take pics as you come down which you can purchase. Highly recommend!

We stopped by when we noticed it was packed like some of the other places we had passed. We decided to take a chance and our boys loved it. Completely entertained them for an hour. We would definitely inely do this again.

Great concept but the mission failed. There is no snow. The area that has “snow” is approximately 40x40 and the snow is compacted so hard its ice. The loose snow is more like a cheap snowball ice. It is not user friendly at all. They had left a rake inside and I used it doe a few minutes. I lad the rake down and a staff member came and removed the rake instead of ACTUALLY USING IT! I was trying to make the area more usable but I guess they don’t care if you come back.
We didn’t do the tubing but it’s basically a super fast downhill tube. The snow is so compacted it’s actually ice they are riding down.
Luckily it was only $20 for our two kids.

This is a must do event in Pigeon Forge!
It is a bit pricy at just over $100 for a family of four for 1 hour on the slopes.
This was an excellent value for when we went. There was hardly anyone in the place at the time, but if it was busy ... It wouldn't be worth the cost. I could see doing a by the hour ticket and a guaranteed number of trips down the slopes ticket as an option. This way, if the lines were long you wouldn't get shorted.
Since it was dead on this day, we did in 12 runs down the slopes at least! My cousin who went the week before was able to do 3 runs in the same 1 hr.
The snow play area does need some work. I would like to see some snow toys in that area to heighten the experience.
Bathrooms are well maintained and the staff was friendly.
This was my kids favorite thing they did the whole trip.

We went Friday morning as soon as they opened. We had four kids tubing. There were only seven lanes open (not enough to accommodate the crowds at such a busy time). We paid for one hour and our kids got to go down three times. I’m sure they could have gone down at least two or three more times if it had been run more efficiently. The guy at the bottom that was supposed to be clearing the way and moving people along was definitely not doing so. There were times that tubers sat at the top 3 or 4 minutes waiting for the signal to go. Finally, about fifteen minutes before we left, another young man came and was telling people to move along and signaling for the tubers to go trying to speed things up. If he had been there all along things would have gone so much faster. As far as fun they did enjoy the 10 or 15 second ride down.

Only 1 of my 3 children under 12 was brave enough to try out the snow tubing, and she had a great time. It wasn't crowded when we got there around opening. My youngest wanted to to play in the snow room, but it seemed like mostly ice, so he only played in it a few minutes.
Probably not something we would do again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wanted to do something fun--weather was bad so we came in --we had a blast!!!So much fun--loved they took pictures --wonderful memory with my grandaughter

Plenty of tubes for everyone but you do have to wait in line a bit but well worth it. My 71 year old mom and my 9 year old daughter had a blast racing side by side.

Mat is 6 years old and he had a ball playing in the snow. Took a little bit for him to play because the room is cold.

You have a better chance of snow in July than finding it at this establishment. They should change their name from Pigeon Forge "Snow" to Pigeon Forge "Ice" coz that's what they have filled in that 20X20 room. You can't make snow balls because it's shredded ICE. Try running and playing and you will slip and fall hard because it's frozen ICE. We wasted our money and spoiled our mood by going here. Save your money and time and come back in winters to enjoy real snow outside.

Pigeon Forge Snow Tubing is the best!!! Clean, very nice place, fun for all ages. Our crew had a wonderful time. Ages were 5-59, we recommend this place for a good family time,

My 5 year old absolutely loved it she was having sooo much fun!!!!!
Ryan and his team are wonderful
Michael ensley is awesome also!!
My daughter was even featured in the photos for her terror face!

My daughter and I went on fall break. We had a blast!!!! The staff was great and super friendly. Indoor snow tubing what a great experience. The place was very clean and family friendly. We will be back.

We tried Pigeon Forge Snow for the first time yesterday! It was great! Everyone in our group loved it! The only thing that I would recommend would be to add a 30 minute option for tubing or to add time to the hour already purchased! But overall was a GREAT experience!!!!

We stopped at Pigeon Forge Snow for one last “fun thing” to do before heading home after our recent trip to the Smokies. Our kids absolutely loved it!! There really wasn’t anyone to explain the different size tubes (only two sizes.. but we have four kids ranging 4-14) but after asking someone, we found out if that if you sit in the small one, and your feet touch the floor, then you need the bigger one. We also weren’t sure if all of our littles would be into it, and the lady at the entry desk said we could purchase a One Time Ride, and if they enjoyed it, the price from the one time could then be applied to a full hour visit. So that was a great way to find out before spending unnecessarily. (All the kids LOVED it and we bought the hour passes lol.)
There is an indoor snow play area, which we added on. I wouldn’t suggest doing that, unless maybe it’s first thing in the morning? All the snow was compacted down into icy slush and the kids couldn’t really do much but walk around and slip and fall on it.
They give you a wrist band that activates the first time you swipe it at the escalator. This is pretty neat because every time you swipe it after, it lets you know how many more minutes you have to tube. As a bonus- one of my daughters continued to wear it after, and I attached mine to my travel backpack, so it was like a free souvenir for us lol.
I would definitely recommend this to families with children. It’s about 65 degrees inside, and there is also an observation level to sit and watch your kids tubing. Plus you can find a discount coupon in just about any of those booklets that are everywhere.

This place is great !
We went as a family of 6 , 4 kids aged 16,15,12 & 6. We all enjoyed it very much . The pricing was good for the activities. If you are coming with a small child , the cannot sit with you on the snow tube. They must be able to sit alone and go down the slope. It's pretty fast and does make your heart pump! The snow play area is perfect for kids of all ages . It had snacks and drinks ,but no food. It's timed but we got to go 6 times in the 60 minutes we had. Overall it was worth the price to go and enjoy the snow experience. It is a controlled environment so it was nice inside. No need for thick winter garments.

Awesome place!! We all enjoyed watching & riding!! They all had so much fun they are eager to go back!!

Pigeon Forge Snow hosted our Community Event recently and not only are they such a charitable & caring Business, the Staff went up and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time.
They have a wonderful Balcony area that overlooks the slops and the Snow Play area.
The Tubing was so fun, every time you went down...you wanted to go again. It never got boring and the kids LOVED it.
Thanks Pigeon Forge Snow!

We had a party of 10 and purchased tickets online before arriving. They still have tickets available for same day purchase, I just found it time saving to purchase in advance. Upon arrival, the place was packed (New Years Day), but they immediately notified us that they had a 30 minute wait and could enjoy the snow free play while we waited. The kids were thrilled to play in the snow, ages 8-13. I do recommend if you are playing in the snow to wear a snow suit/snow bib, plus gloves and snow boots...it is REAL snow. They do have a snack stand that serves hot chocolate and candy...We fed them lunch before coming. The staff were very friendly and there were plenty of them to assist with the tubes, getting the kids on the conveyor belt and loaded into their tubes and down the slides. The inside temp was 60-70 so even if you are observing, bring a light weight jacket. They have a second floor observation deck with plenty of seating. The bathrooms and public areas were very clean and the owner was very hospitable.

My 7 yr old granddaughter had so much fun.... I have told all my friends and family Pigeon Forge Snow is a MUST visit if the are in the area

We went early in day & place was packed, since you purchase bands for an hour at a time - we’d have only gotten 1 or 2 runs in, so we opted to stop back later in evening, after our early dinner show & hardly no wait! Little one & I had our pirate garb on, but was great time and we got 10-15 runs in at least! Ober has outdoor tubing, but all passes sold out & was super cold out, this place is climate controlled & worked out better for us!

Pro tip: Go at dinner time!
We got here at 6:00PM and other than the first kind of slow turn due to the crowd, my three sons were up and down very quickly. I think they knocked out 10-11 slides in an hour.
They had an absolute blast. The slide is fast but really safe. Lots of padding at the end to make sure you stop.
Great viewing spaces for the parents. Would highly recommend this activity for a slow day in Pigeon Forge.

BIG disappointment. There were only 5 lanes open and the staff acted as if they would rather be doing anything else so they were SLOW. This meant that we spent more time waiting in line than having fun. We were only able to make 5 runs in the hour we had. That comes down to about $5 per person, per run. If that seems worth it to you, then have at it.

This was a fun place! You have an hour for snow tubing, so I would recommend going when they first open at 10 a.m. There are not many people at that time, and you can ride more often.

My family enjoyed Pigeon Forge snow. it was nice to have a conveyor belt that takes you to the top and it's a nice temperature inside. They need to open a few more Lanes when they have large crowds. We took a star off because it was really crowded and we paid $25 for 1 hour and only got five rides in. That kind of stunk but we still enjoyed it. They have a nice area for those people who are watching. To get a better value, go when it's not busy.

We had a great time. A conveyor belt takes you to the top of the slide. The wait time was short and the inside temperature is perfect.

if the place is super busy you will only get to go down 2 to 3 times for the $21 ticket price. To me a bit expensive for the amount of times down in an hour.

Super fun thing to do for a date night. Tubed the whole hour non-stop. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Had a blast!! Great for the entire family! Would recommend for anyone. Great environment. Friendly staff. Kids love it.

this place is awesome. You're going much faster than it looks. We went during the day on a Thursday, so we were able to slide around 10 times during our hour.

We had so much fun. We would definitely do it again. All the fun of sledding without having to bear the elements and getting a free ride up the hill!

We had a great time at Pigeon Forge snow!!! Fun time for all! A group of 7 of us had nonstop tubing for our whole hour!

Took grands, ages 11 and 12. Watch from observation desk upstairs. The kids loved it and would have stayed longer if possible. They even enjoyed the “snow area” which is packed down.
I have mobility issues and had difficulty managing the stairs up to the observation deck. Could not find any other way up and could not see the kids well from main floor. An elevator would be nice.
We were unimpressed with the girl at the ticket window. She was unfriendly and not overly helpful.
Will take our grands again.

Our family of 13 went to Pigeon Forge Snow on a Wednesday around 5:30pm. I read several reviews saying to aim for later in the day so it wouldn’t be peak time, since you only have one hour. We had ages 11-65 in our group and everyone had a blast!! In our 1 hour, we were able to go down the tube slide at least 10-12 times! Also wanted to note, it wasn’t a bad weather day. I know that will change the crowd levels since people look for indoor things to do!
The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially with little ones. The music was fun and upbeat. Our flex pass included a combo ticket that was for 1 hour of tubing and 30 mins of snow play. We ended up just doing the tubing. The snow play area is more for toddlers in my opinion. Just a slushy area (pictured below for reference). Still the tubing was perfect and exactly what we wanted. It’s not cold inside at all... if you come in bundled up, you will sweat! A great way to experience snow tubing without braving the outdoor elements! Would definitely recommend!!

My husband and I had a blast! Go early in the morning to get your money worth! Definitely worth the money either way. They take pictures for you to take home. Staff is nice.

We went here on a Saturday and was disappointed as there was a 2 hour wait. We opted to do another activity and returned the next morning before crowds arrived. My kids and I went down the slides at least 15-16 times during our time slot. It was a blast and something we will always talk about. Definitely go!!!

Snow even when the temperature was 90 degrees was sight to see. Kids had a lot fun going down in the tubes. Not sure I would say its must but if it is raining or cold or even too hot this place to chill out for some time. Staff is nice. I would just do the slide and avoid the snow area. Go early you only got an hour.

Perfect place to let kids go and have a good time. There is an overlook upstairs with plenty of seating and restrooms. Massage chairs are a nice plus for adults. We’ll be back!

It was not very busy while we were there. No problems with lines at all. I could see it being a little aggravating if you had to wait in line for a long time. But, for the $30 we were able to tube down the hill at least 15 times. It was a blast! The only problem is that now our kids wants to go every time we visit the area! The staff was friendly and generous with the time slotted to us. The beltway that carries you to the top stopped working for just a few minutes and they gave us at least 4 more rides to make up for it! All in all, I highly recommend Pigeon Forge Snow!

We come here every time we visit Pigeon Forge with our three young kids from southwest Florida. This is a wonderful way to experience snow tubing. Way cheaper than other options in the area, staff is excellent with kids and it's always a fun time. Will be back in the future I'm sure.

My children and I LOVED snowtubing at Pigeon Forge Snow. It was very busy when we were there, but the line moved never stopped moving. We will definitely be back!

My children loved the snow tubing. It was a nice break from the heat. The staff were nice and helpful. They did a good job with social distancing and the process was very organized and easy. The photographer was helpful and they got great shots of my children. We had a great time! Only thing missing was an elevator to get up to the observation area.

I didn't know what to make of it at first but it was sooooooooooo fun! This is a hit with families esp on a hot day!

Our family has a fun time! It was not crowded! The staff were super friendly! The price was fair and the place was clean.

The girl didn’t bother scanning our coupon. Charged full price with nothing to offer for her not noticing me giving it to her.
My daughter lost her bracelet, even with the receipt they gave us a head ache and the ride was cut short by 20 minutes.
The lines get bigger the later you show up and you get to slide less often because there’s a line and you’re timed.
We paid for the snow time extra, but no one checks, could have saved 5$ per child.
So in general it’s a fun place but $100 for two kids for 1.5 hours is a rip off in my opinion. Maybe $30 would be more reasonable per person for what you actually get.

We went on a rainy day and it was perfect for the kids. Pricing was reasonable, staff was friendly. Could use a few more snacks in the shop that is not sugar loaded. All choices were of a candy variety.

We went for my husband birthday it was a great price and something different to do as a couple and I think it’s fun for family we really enjoyed our selves, you buy tickets on line and no waiting love the real snow and tubing very fun..

Great for a rainy day with your kids. You have to be 38" tall to ride the slides. It's indoor snow tubing. They also have a room full of snow to play in. Great place to cool off on a hot day!

We went with our kids (ages 3, 4, and 6). They loved it as our first stop on our Pigeon Forge trip because it introduced them to snow tubing without being uncomfortably cold or just uncomfortable in the tube! They actually ended up preferring this to "real" snow tubing and found the lines to be more manageable. My 3 year old was not tall enough to do the snow tubing and instead went to the snow play area. It was more icy than snowy, but he still enjoyed himself. I can imagine this is less enjoyable if super busy though.

Me, my sister, and sister in law all spent a week in pigeon forge after Christmas. I was really nervous at first about it but after the first time I loved it!!!! Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and family was there the day before us!! I cannot wait to come back.

This was our first time visiting and I can’t wait to do it again! The tubing is so much fun! We were there on a Tuesday evening and found that there was a perfect period of time without too many people. We were able to ride back to back without much hassle. When more people arrived, the lines did get back up and there was a bit of a wait. It does become cumbersome lugging the tube after a while too. However, the ride down is soooo worth it!
We purchased the combination ticket with snow play. We did not use the snow play for more than two minutes. You can’t make snow balls which defeats the purpose of snow play IMO. I also had on sandals which made it difficult to play. This activity is more on the pricy side but if it well worth it!

My husband and son had a blast! We went around 7:30 pm on a Friday night and they got to go 18 times! They also take candid photos, which we purchased. Staff was friendly, restrooms were clean, nice waiting area, and even heaters to warm up under. Can’t wait to go back!

Wow! Snow tubing at Pigeon Forge Snow was truly an experience we will always remember. Our whole party from age 5-73 enjoyed it immensely. The small snow play area was closed when we were there but the tubing was great fun and the stuff was friendly and helpful.

Super fun for the whole family! Great staff, and great experience. Went for a hour and then signed up for the next day.

Pay for 1 hour to go down 3 times. Such a waste of money; especially for such a small slope.
Why are 7 out of 12 lanes open on Christmas week?
Needs help with indoor decor; lacking.
Both my boys complained about standing in line for 20-30 min for ONE ride. Process needs major tweaking. Will not return.

Simple. Exciting. Fun. And the staff is super friendly. Took a big group today--about 6 kids and 11 adults--and everyone had a blast!!!

This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. Place is clean and beautiful. Got kids working there that were pleasant. We had an hour of snow tubing and it’s all worth it! Rain or shine they’ll be a fun experience for your kids and yourself. I have 2 teenagers and they loved it.

We had so much fun on our visit! While very busy, the staff was courteous and made sure we knew as soon as it was time to go. 5 of us got 4 runs in an hour period due to the crowds and loved every minute. The indoor snow play was a nice treat too.

The kids and I had a lot of fun. We wished the start was all at the same time and there was fresh snow put on the tracks but the kids loved how fast you went.

NOT worth the price if it’s busy, we only got to go down TWICE. It should not be based on time. They already scan your bracelet, so it should be you pay for a set number of trips. Because it’s timed they were cramming as many people up the hill as they could, it backed up the conveyor belt and we had to walk half way up. Also, don’t bother with the snow play area, for one there is no one monitoring, so who knows who actually paid to enter, and for two, it was just hard compacted filthy ice. You walk around trying not to slip and fall, and try to kick up ice to grab it, then the only thing to do with it is throw ice balls, which is against the rules, but everyone was doing it anyway. The entire place was filthy. Covered in a thick layer of dust, and cobwebs in multiple areas. You have to carry your tube up and through the line, why don’t they just have a conveyor belt take up tubes like they have for the customers? Tubes were everywhere, even blocking an emergency exit at the top of the hill. At least going down was fun.

This was our second time to visit. The first time was January 2019 and the second time was January 2020. Kids only rode first trip but this time I (Mama) rode too. It was so much fun! Love the onsite photographer. We loved the pictures from this trip and bought a couple. It’s a must visit spot when in the Great Smoky Mountains!!

It is a very busy place during the holidays! Husband and teen loved the slides! For an hour, it was worth the money!

This past weekend I took a group of middle school age kids. We ordered our tickets days in advance. Upon arrival we were glad to see that the lines looked short but by the time we were ready to get in line another 100 people had arrived. We got in line and scanned out wristband and our hour began. Then we waited and waited and waited. We waited 45 minutes before we got our first slide in. Then once we were down and were ready to get back in line another 100 people were there. We quickly hopped back in line. When we got back to the lift to scan our wristbands our hour had expired. I told the guy who was working right there that we only had been down once and our wristband had only expired 5 min prior but he explained that he could not let us go up unless we payed again. Now I am not in the business of snow tubing and I am sure there is things about the job I don't understand but it was clear that the people working were working as slow as possible and were not trying to be efficient. This is also not just my experience but may other people there were not pleased with there experience.

Awesome tubing experience, not getting cold and wet is enough to makes us want to go back, the staff was friendly as well.

There is a $2 off coupon per person in flyers and tourism books.
The website says sweatshirt. Was not "cold" in there, t-shirt was fine.
This was so much fun.
A conveyor belt escalator takes you and the tube to the top.
The staff was amazing with the littles:
Making sure they were ready
Making sure they were not scared
Holding the tube and gently releasing it.
We got about 10 runs done in the hour timeslot.

It looked like a great time, but unfortunately our 8yr old was scared to go down more then one time so had to leave. I may try to go back and do it myself.

Very fun and different. But beware: It is a LOT faster and steeper than you think. After around 5 tubings we were done as it hurts you butt. But very fun!

We had a great time tubing but there is no limit on the amount of people they let it. Was only able to tube 4 times in the hour allowed.

We had a wonderful time, definitely worth the price of admission my 6 year daughter was able to go up and down without a problem! We will be back!!

We had 5 kiddos (12, 13 and 14 year olds). It was kind of busy, but def not as busy as I imagine it gets, and the kids only got to go down the hill 4 times in the hour we paid for. It seemed like the worked we’re waiting an extremely long time in between letting new kids slide down. The area would be free and clear of any kids for quite a while before the next group got to slide down. There were also several vehicles out front, parked along the side of the entrance, clearly upset about something, but harassing other people there. They were yelling and screaming how the company was racist and wouldn’t let them come in, and would get up in other customers faces yelling and harassing them. My mother was outside and they came inches away from her face calling her racist, saying she’s probably a trump supporter, and screaming several profanities. My mom called in to the business, not wanting to walk past this group of people, but asked to talk to a manager about what was stirring outside. She was told they were aware but choosing not to call the police. I def would not return. Def wasn’t worth the amount of money paid and the number of times the kids got to slide and the unprofessionalism we dealt with outside. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Family had an amazing time at Pigeon Forge Snow. You'll have to see, to believe! Thinking this was going to be for small children, my family took my nephew's (7 and 3) thinking they would enjoy it. Not only did they have a blast, the entire family was able to join in on the fun! Would definitely visit again, and for the price you can't beat it for the amount of fun you have! A+++

Great fun for the entire family. Currently 7 lanes open and more available when needed. Other fun things to do such as snow play which I’m not exactly sure what it is but sounds like something for the little ones to play in the snow.

The children had a wonderful time in the real snow tubing down the hill. One of the things that I appreciated was there is seven lanes that they can go down, so even when the line is long it moves pretty fast so they get a lot of tubing time.
They also had a wonderful time playing and sliding around in the indoor snow area.
However a downside for us is that there's no elevator to the watch out section upstairs. We had somebody with a limited mobility. Just made it difficulty for that person to be able to go up the stairs to be able to see and or even sit down to watch the children go down the tubing area. This is really the only disappointing thing was the accessibility to being upstairs.
The staff was kind and courteous to us at check-in and as watching them interact with the children as well.

This was our first visit. The tubing is outstanding! It is so well organized. You get a wrist band that keeps track of when your time is done. Then you ride a "magic carpet" to the top with your tube. Down the hill you go. There is an employee to help at every step of the way.
We did not do the snow play area. There is a rule that you can't make snowballs and throw them. Although I agree that this could get out of hand, what's the fun in just walking around in the snow?
Since this is indoor, the weather outside doesn't matter. It was comfortable inside.

Fun for the whole family! Definitely worth the money! It would have been nice if they had double tubes instead of all singles for people with younger children.

Kids had a blast. Only did the hr of tubing and they loved it. Snow play was not worth it and I listened to the reviews and didn’t purchase it. When I went in boy was I glad I hadn’t. Just do the tubing and you won’t be disappointed

My two seven year olds had a blast. We did thirty minutes of tubing and they probably got to go about ten times. It would depend on how many people were there though, it was super dead when we arrived.

Me and my nieces loved this place they had a blast and I was the best aunt ever😊❤️ One didn’t care for the snow play but they both loved the snow tubing!!

So we went as a group of 4. Super easy to buy tickets online. They had a code through their FB page. Went down the first time and it freaked my lil one (5 years old) out. Enough that he was done for the rest of the time. I do wish there was more things to do for that age group if they aren't riding. They have a snow room, but it's like ice, not so much snow. We had so much fun minus the crabby 5 year old. On the plus side, it was within walking distance from our hotel too. Great for rainy day activity too.

We went last year and did the snow play and my daughter loved it. We came back this year and even though everything says snow play when we got there it was a snow tub merry go round. That was $5 for 5 mins. If it weren’t for the 10 year old riding with my daughter she wouldn’t have been able to do nothing.

Was given as part of Christmas to my son and his family. They had a lot of fun. Definitely want to come back.

We had a large family group from age 3 - 65 and everyone went tubing. Even the 3 year old tubed by herself and had a wonderful time. It wasn’t very busy when we went and we tube with minimal waiting for our entire hour. We did pay for the snow room which wasn’t as fun because it was more ice than snow. But, the 3 YO enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Got there as soon as they opened and this was why: within 30 minutes it was so crowded we didn’t get as many rides. We got about 12 or so rides in. Would have been better if it wasn’t timed. Maybe so many rides instead of it being timed. Would have been great to have the tubes on a conveyor belt as well instead of having to lug them up every time. Also they need to get the shutterbugs out of the way. I can’t tell you how many people were in the way taking pictures of their kids or whoever. Not enough staffing at the top to navigate people to the appropriate slot. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely do it again.

Managed to come at a time of day when people were leaving for dinner and dinner shows (yay-shorter lines and more rides down the hill!). My 13 year old loved it.

All staff was very nice and helpful. We had from ages 6-39 snow tubing and we all had a blast. Very fun definitely recommended!

My children and I came here from the beautiful condo that we are renting, the Bearadise, which is conveniently located in the Gatlinburg Chateau, and it didn’t not disappoint! The slides went surprisingly fast and even I had a lot of fun. The music, however, was very lackluster and didn’t match the vibe of the place. I would definitely recommend and come back, though

The children loved playing in snow and tubing! Great fun at a fair price! The time limits set were perfect!

Please go! We were two couple that went and had the time of our lives acting like big kids. I had so much fun. We all joked this would have been the best way to wait for dinner at some of the restaurants with waits. We felt like big kids. The staff was super nice! You really don’t want to skip this one!

This place was amazingly fun. The entire family loves it. But bring a jacket, it's a little cool inside. We will be coming back to this place next visit!!! Staff was very friendly. Our young son was unsure of sliding alone. Do to covid, there's no double tubes right now. So they let him pay 5.00 to slide and if he liked it, the 5.00 would be deducted from the price of an hour. He loved it. Great customer service.

You know these tourist trap things are going to cost a little more than you really want to spend. However, everyone thoroughly enjoyed this one, unlike some of the other attractions in the area. There are coupons in the coupon books for $2 off.
Thought it would be fun but kids would be finished in 20 minutes. But They tubed the entire hour, quite literally taking their last ride when there was one minute left. Had a blast. Didn’t play in the snow. It was a small area, probably best for little ones only. But we definitely recommend tubing. Also the young staff there was very attentive. I was impressed by how kind they were to the smaller kids who needed an extra hand.

Took my 7 year old niece here. She liked it OK, however, once when she went down the "slide", it hit a bump, and she said it hurt her back. At that point, she did not do it any longer. She had gone down it a few times prior to this. This is not something she would want to do again.

My family and I have been here twice and absolutely love it. This is a very fun attraction for all ages.

Pretty cool (no pun intended) place. If it isn’t busy, one hour is more than enough. It’s really faster than it looks. Ideally, younger children will enjoy it more than teens. I wore tshirt and shorts and was fine.

We always stop here when we visit Pigeon Forge. Normally we are pretty satisfied with everything. However this time we were extremely disappointed! They have cut off service lanes from being used to tube, which in turn makes your wait time longer. Second, the snow play area was disgusting, poorly managed, and missing large amounts of snow in areas. Third, the concession stand is over priced coffee and hot chocolate. Fourth, staff seemed like working was an issue. Please get this place back in line, we use to love it.

A must do if you visit Pigeon Forge and definitely fun for all ages. Snow gear not required :) The slides are so fast and everyone had more than enough time to slide in an hour time slot.

We visited Pigeon Forge Snow to try out a different local experience. Our four kids from 8 to 15 truly enjoyed the snow tubing experience. I even took my turn and as a grown man, had a blast. This is a great indoor activity that provides an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, the facility was clean, and provided great entertainment for all of of us.

We had a great time!!! We will definitely come back and it is money well spent!!! My 8 year old daughter loves coming here to play when we visit Pigeon Forge! ❤️❤️

It was raining so I decided to try this place out. WOW!! A super fun time. In one hour, I got in 5 runs. It was a blast!!

An awesome experience for kids and adults and well worth the money spent ...would recommend to anyone coming to the pigeon forge area !!!

This place is awesome, snow tubing indoors! Located just behind the Track go cart place. You can go down this slide covered in real snow as many times as you want in an hour. You buy a wrist band that keeps your time on it and each time you go down, you scan it to see how much time you have left. They also have a room filled with snow that kids can go and play in. Fun for all ages. $21.99 for adults and they give a 25% discount for military. My wife and I had a blast.

This place is clean and so much fun! There is a people mover that takes you and the inter tube to the top. Then sit down and get ready to have a blast! The girls figured out how to spin and go down hands up! We spent an hour there plenty of time to get out of the sun and do something fun!

During our time period of one hour, my granddaughter and me went down the tubing slopes 16 times and had an absolute blast. Thank you.

Great fun!! My husband, adult daughter, and myself did the snow tubing; first timers.my husband was hesitant about doing it, but after the first time down, he loved it!!! Would be great fun for kids of ALL ages!! A must do!

This was a really "cool" place to spend an hour (it's 60-70 degrees inside, so if you're a spectator, wear a sweatshirt)! My daughter, grandchildren (7 & 11) and myself had a great time at Pigeon Forge Snow. The staff was great. One staff member helps you on an escalator which takes you up a large incline to the top of the snow hill, so you didn't have to walk to the top. Another staff member helps you get off the escalator. A third staff member helps you get into position to ride on a rubber tube down the hill of snow and ice. Each rider has his own lane, so its impossible to run into other riders. It was quite an exhilarating ride! My 7-year-old granddaughter was a little hesitant about riding the escalator (she won't even ride escalators at airports!), but the staff was great about helping her. I also purchased some great pictures of our adventure. They have a photographer who takes action photos. They weren't too pushy in selling but had a great way of showing you different pictures of the activity. For $30/hour it was great fun at a reasonable price. THANK YOU, PIGEON FORGE SNOW!

My 4 yr old son loved it and I did too. Fast and fun ride. Friendly employees and funny pictures to enjoy after your time is up. I can't believe some of the faces we were making! We will do this again next year!

DONT GO‼️ Their evidently self written reviews on their website said 20-30 times to slide in an hour. My family went April 3, 2024 and it was so crowded we only got TWO(2) slides in the hour. There was no control over how many people were sliding at once. They were packing everyone in to the lines that they could. After complaining to the Ticket Manager about only getting two slides in the hour she said there was nothing they could do about it. VERY GREEDY COMPANY. DONT GO‼️

We loved Pigeon Forge Snow. It’s great to be able to come in out of the cold and tube or actually play in the snow in 60 degree weather. Very organized system in place for the tube rides. When I say the hills are huge, Tney are huge. You come down so fast. It’s so much fun. I have twins that turned 6 on the day we were there and I loved it and the other, not so much. It was a little too intense so just be aware that it is very fast and very high and everyone has to ride separate. They take cute pics of you on the way down that you can purchase. My boys loved the snow play area and it was constantly blowing fresh snow. Definitely great family fun!!

The place was disgusting with trash everywhere all over the floor. I would have taken my children somewhere else if I hadn't already made the promise of going. It was so busy that we only were able to slide 3 times within that hour we paid for and was on a waiting list for over an hour before we could come back to get inside the building. I know the kids enjoyed it, but I had a hard time getting over how dirty everything was for it to be indoors. I paid for the kids to play in the snow area, but was disappointed when we walked over to see that it was all packed into mounds that they couldn't really pick up or make into anything. I expected a lot more from the place considering what I've seen advertised. I'm going to assume it was so dirty because of the time that we went with all the crowding, but we probably won't go back to find out.

We went here. It's a bit pricy, it's about 29.99 for an hour of snow tubing but they are very kind. It's so fast and quite fun, but sometimes there's a lot of people. I liked it.

Omg fun for all ages. Our group ranged in ages of 49-4 and everyone had a blast. We will go again on next trip.

Our granddaughters had a great time. The 1 hour was perfect for our schedule.
They don't get much snow so this was a fun experience.

My three kids and I decided to do the activity on a Sunday morning. There was hardly anyone there so we got to spend a lot of time on the slope. We all enjoyed the tubing and the kids enjoyed the snow play. My husband enjoyed watching from the massage chairs.

There were issues with mats. And by the time they adjusted the mats 15 minutes had expired of our time. For everybody’s time. We should’ve been given that time back

This is a good place to take a family or a group of friends who have a great time... The slopes are fun and the best part is racing to see who wins!!! A very fun day...

This is a newer attraction to the area only having been open about a year and a half, and I must say for my first experience there my family had a blast. My 10yr old & 15yr old daughters and my wife and I went and all got an adrenaline rush as well as a
“roll on the floor Belly laugh” at the faces we all made coming down the Hill, All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. It’s $20/hour but I got my money’s worth and not having to walk up to the top of the Hill thanks to the conveyor belt sealed the deal for me.

My 14yr old daughter and I visited Pigeon Forge Snow 11/10 and loved it so much we went again on 11/11. First trip, we bought online tickets, which was an easy process and second trip we just purchased when we got there. The staff were all very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. There were hardly any lines or wait either trip which meant we got to tube many, many times in the hour we paid for each day. The temperature inside was comfortable. We just wore jeans, sweatshirts, and tennis shoes. They take pictures as you’re tubing and we purchased them the first trip. There were people from ages 3 and up there. There’s a conveyor belt that you ride up on with your tube so it’s not too much walking. This was seriously the best thing we did while visiting TN! It’s a thrill and definitely great family fun!

This experience was exhilarating! Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. We were amazed at how much speed we picked up going down the hill!! We had a blast. We went about 1 hour before closing time on Sunday and had the place to ourselves!

This was a fun activity for the kids. We went later in the day so the lines wouldn’t be as long. No special dress was needed. The kids wore T-shirt’s and shorts. It was 130$ for 4 kids for one hour. Then afterwards we spent 80$ on 4 pictures. They have a small candy shop and gift shop inside as well. They offer an area to play in the snow for 6 or 7$ but my kids are older and not interested. It did look more icy than fluffy snow. The conveyor belt made to easier for the kids to get their tubes to the top. They got to go down at least 12-15 times in the hour. They never had to wait long in line.

I really enjoyed the slide, but I really regret purchasing the snow play add on. It was basically solid ice and you really couldn't do anything.

The ride is fun but the staff is very rude. We were treated like we were a bother to them. Definitely do not recommend if you like a friendly atmosphere. You won’t get that here. We will not return.

This place is so much fun. We are both in our late 30s early 40s and for an hour we snow tubed. You ride a conveyor belt up to the top sit down on a tube and slide down the hill. It was a wonderful time and enjoyed by all. We had an hour ticket to snow tube and it was a perfect amount of time for us. Loved it!

A highlight of our trip to Gatlinburg. My husband and I took our children ages 5, 7, and 8 here for snow tubing after a previous day snow tubing in Ober Gatlinburg. I highly reccomend Pigeon Forge Snow! While we did have fun at Ober, we enjoyed this place way more! The snow tubing lanes are so smooth. We got to ride down at least 20 times! Cheaper than Ober (where we only got 3 rides in during our 90 minute session) Staff was very friendly. The photographers there are very good too and we ended up purchasing a photo of each of our three kids (About $45) We will definitely return to Pigeon Forge Snow on future trips!

My son had a blast. We were there in August and went. The lanes were very fast, and very comfortable area for me to watch him. He giggled and talked about it for months. I highly recommend.

We visited with our two little ones (4 & 7), and had a great time. We purchased our tickets online ahead of time, so check in was seamless and easy. The facility is clean, and set up nicely. There was not a huge crowd when we visited, so we were able to enjoy the slides many times within our hour time frame. This is a great experience for families.

This was one of the highlights of our vacation. It was fun for the entire family. The snow play was underwhelming but highly recommend the tubing.

The kids had a blast. It was quick and easy fun for an afternoon out. Our teens enjoyed the adventure without having to wait in the cold and extreme lines. The staff was courteous too. We will definitely be back.

This was our favorite activity of our trip. Snow tubing and playing in the snow in summer...so much fun! Highly recommend for families.

Nothing special ITS OK after the first time down the hill the fun its done. The snow play is ice. Like think of a snowcone and how hard they are but about tons of it refrozen into one lump sum. You can barely brake it apart and if you hit someone with a snowball its practically a felony at that point the "SNOW" is so hard.

My girls 7 and 15 loved this so much! My husband and I loved sitting on the balcony watching them. We ended up visiting here 3 times during our trip and the girls plan on making this a stop next year as well!

My family really loved this place. My 3 year old even made the height requirement and was able to participate. Highly recommend.

We observed, but the lady at the ticket desk was so super nice & very helpful & answered all of our questions. Our grandson has Autism so we had questions.

Grandkids had a blast!! Excellent way to cool off and have a great time. They cannot wait to come back!

We had a blast tubing. We had a group of ages from 8-45 and we all loved it. From reading the reviews I realized that were lucky enough to be there when it wasn’t busy, as we were able to go down 15 or more times..we moved continuously with little wait times. I can see where if it were busy you would feel like it wasn’t worth the money, but for our experience it felt worth it. Find a slow time and go!

Terrifying at first. But totally a blast!!! Awesome!!! Exhilarating!!! I was skeptical at first but once on the tube sliding down I thought it was unbelievable. My very first time tubing.

We had a pretty fun time here. However, the place was so crowded we only got to go down a few times. The lines are very long to go down and not all of the lanes were open.

Just a reminder to STAY AWAY from this rip-off venue especially during Holidays and Spring Break. They advertise you get up to twenty rides in the hour in their very misleading advertising material. My grandchildren got NO MORE THAN TWO RIDES when we were there. The lines were LONG and they did not have all the lanes open. When we complained about this the so called Manager would not even come out to discuss with us. The Manager told his employee there was nothing he could do about it. They packed the place with no oversight on how many people were in the line. AND the “ snow” room was nothing but a big chunk of ice. Stay away!!!

Grandkids loved the hour of tubing. But the Snow play area was snow ICE, that but their hands trying to build a snow man. The cost of the tubing is not bad for the activity being indoors and out of the weather.

Pigeon Forge snow is a great place to take your kids and family. We all had a great time snow tubing. We made the experience even better by going during a time when it's not so busy and that allowed us to snow tube way more than normal. We capped off the day by buying some great pictures that they had taken of us while we were snow tubing.

My husband and I really enjoyed our hour of snow-tubing. I would recommend this activitie for people of all ages!

Love Pigeon Forge snow. So much fun for any age. It is Fun for hours! The kids loved playing in the the snow. And we all loved the slide!

Went to MoTown Great Show 5 Star ,Country Tonight Great Show 5 Star. Micro Wrestling Great Show 5 Stars , Smokey Legions With Elvis, Allen Jackson,Garth Brooks The Men look and sounded like the real thing lol great Show 5 Stars. We didn't like Hatfield and McCoys Dinner show not so much 3 stars for show. 5 stars for the food was good . I think the show was more for kids. Kids likes it. And the Comedy Show 3 stars didn't like it so much might be more for kids . Kids liked it.
If you want a Great Dinner Show go to Pirate Dinner Show Great Show and Good Food. Show was like Circus of Olay can"t say enough about that Show.

It’s so much fun!! Faster than you think. Great thing do do for a family and friends. Definitely will be back!

Just finished the snow tubing, was it fun? Yes. Was it worth amount of money they charge? No. When you get to the line there is about five zigzag lanes to go through, just like at Disney World. It's about 15 to 20 minutes per to. If you pay for an hour, you're going to get around three slides. But yes, it was fun. Just not sure if the cost justifies times you go. also, they don't provide Wi-Fi so while you're waiting do 20 minutes up top, you barely have service

We had a good time! It was a little scary for the five yo, he went a couple time! The “snow”was wet & soggy. Bring extra clothes if you play in the snow. The photos are very organized, we didn’t get any. It’s not warm in there, you do need a light to medium jacket. We did have a good time and would come back!

What a fun activity, especially for a rainy day. The kids really enjoyed it. We did seven rides in an hour.

Came as soon as it opened knowing it was a busy time of year. They were very unorganized and didn’t have enough workers. They take several minutes in between sending people down the lanes. Finally toward the end they got more workers. We only went down 3 times in an hour for $25! And or one son got to go one more time since he had 3 min left but we couldn’t go with him. When we complained we were told “well, where else you going to go, Ober sold out!” I said “Maggie Valley”,and he said,”well drive.” How rude! We were only asking to go one more time. Not worth it!!

We visited in December. The weather was 76 degrees outside so we tried this indoor tubing adventure. We went on a Sunday but they were at capacity. We went the next day right as they opened. Long line waiting for them to open for a Monday. Roughly 25 dollars each to tube for one hour and 30 min in snow room. We were lucky to get three rides on the hill in one hour. They had to stop the escalator up the hill due to overcrowding. They only started with 4 lanes when they opened. They added snow to two more lanes as we finished. That helped speed up the process. They should start with all lanes filled with snow when they open. Not well run.
My 8 year old like the snow room. Older child did not care for it. It was more like a ice room. Snow was hard packed. Kids spent time digging the ice with feet to create snow.
We are glad we went but would not go again.

Our first mistake was to go on a rainy day. The place was PACKED. There is no mask enforcement, staff not wearing masks, no attempts at social distancing and no sanitization of tubes between customers. If that was not bad enough our kids got to go down the hill only 5 times in an hour partly because of the inefficiency of how the place is operated. The staff at the bottom only made hand motions at riders to get them into the corral so the riders at the top could come down. Not once did they tell people to move ahead. There were also spectators standing in the corral that was designated for riders clogging things up. It was highly disorganized in my opinion.

Fun for the kids. Sometimes the wait can get long. The price for the hour ($37) is a little much considering our kids (10,10) didn’t make it past 30 minutes before saying their backs were hurting and they were done. People watching is great here from the upper level.

This was a fun experience for our 10 year old daughter. We decided to let her have some fun on our last day, and this place seemed like a cool place to go. Overall, she had a great time! It cost about $30 for her to sled for one hour and play in the snow play area for 30 minutes. The snow play area was not that great, but she enjoyed it. The sledding was a blast, but she did complain about a sore rear afterwards! Although they don't say you need special clothes, I would highly recommend water proof clothes if your kids are getting in the play area. Great area for parents to hang out and watch the kids. Only complaint I had was that no staff seemed to be wearing masks.

I took my son, his wife, and their 3 children ages 8, 5, & 4. All adults and children had the best time. This place has something for all ages and is good clean family fun. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be returning. This place is open year round with snow and it is indoors. So you can snow tube rain or shine! Please make a point to visit Pigeon Forge Snow soon.

We arrived just as it opened and paid and got right on. We all got to ride 5 times in the first 15 minutes, then another 5 times the next 45 minutes. We all had a great time. 2 year olds, teens and adults all enjoyed it. I was raised in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and have snow tubed many times. This was just as fun, but even better because there is an escalautor to help you back to the top. The worst thing was the line that developed and waiting for the people at the bottom of the hill to clear out so the next group could go. The snow play area for the little ones who also could throw snowballs was enjoyable as well.

I read reviews A LOT before we travel so I knew that on the busiest week of the year, to go the first hour they open or the last. We walked in at 8:30pm and got to go down over a dozen times. Was it fun for a 46 year old overweight mom and her two teenagers, yes....was it tiring, yes, expensive, yes. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair. However, the one thing lacking is customer service. The young lady that took our money was not over friendly at all. The two teenagers helping us get into the conveyor belt were busy chatting and the person at the top never said a word!! The entire hour we were there, no thumbs up, nothing. Most of the time they were on their phone and only looked up to push the button. The lady helping us out of tubes at the end was nice. We would do it again but would lower our expectations and definitely go right before closing again.

We enjoyed Pigeon Forge Snow! It was so much fun! Loved the music and the atmosphere! The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Our nephew is 13 & loved it! It is fun for all ages! We will add this to our list of things to do when we are in the area.
Good fun for people who aren’t around snow a lot
This was lots of fun. Good for any and every age. Staff was nice. Such a neat and unique experience.
