2 of 9 Best Attractions in Primm

The Fashion Outlet is so convenient for guest checked-in at the Primm Valley Casino. You find a lot of good deals right next door to the casino. It has a food court with reasonable food prices. If you want to take a break from gambling, you can stroll around the outlet mall and at the same time do your walking exercise.

If you like outlet malls then this is one to try. We always go to the large open air mall in Vegas but we have now added the Primm one to our shopping list too.
Being inside means you can keep nice and cool, a big advantage when it's hot outside. It has all the big names, Ralph Lauren, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Hollister etc and most of them offer extra discounts on top of the already discounted ticket price.
The other thing we like about this place is that each time we have been there it's been really quiet so no problems getting parking etc. The only downside is the food court only really offers fast food.....which is not really our thing but it's not a problems as we don't come here for the food.

Nothing negative, but we are in a post covid world. It put a lot of retailers out of business, and this property is a prime example of this. Seems like all the store entrances are locked from the outside, and way into this indoor mall are thru main/major entrances and enter stores from inside the mall. You could tell there was a lot going on pre-covid, but now it's a shell of it's former self. Being generous, it seems to be at 35-40% occupancy. Lot's of art in front of the empty store spaces.
Just a heads up.

Fabulous place to shop. Great stores and great deals. I went with a group of 17 ladies and we all had a great time. We at The Cheesecake Factory. They treated us well, especially with such a large group. I highly recommend this location for any shopping you have in mind. Whether you are a local or just visiting.

We've been to Vegas many times and wanted to try something different than the outlet malls in Vegas. We rented a car and drove to Primm to go to this outlet mall. It was quite dead and I really didn't find any *great* deals. Some good stores though but will probably just stick to Vegas next time.

A very nice, high class outlet mall. Clean, not crowded and worth the drive. The nearby casinos are small but pleasant. Not many restaurant options except fast food. But...the bargains are there

We were not impressed with the lack of cleanliness overall. The stores were good for the most part. Not worth the drive if you are looking for amazing deals

Had a great selection of stores without the large crowds. Found it very convenient and not far from Las Vegas stopped by on our way to our AirBNB.

This outlet mall is about 45 minutes out of Vegas, going towards LA. Staff are super helpful and the shops are not too bad, although they have a lot of vacant/empty stores. A really good Nike factory outlet, better than the one in Barstow, so worth the visit for quick shop

I am a devoted outlet shopper! However, there is one trip we make every Christmas, New Year and summer and it is to this Las Vegas Fashion Outlet mall. Not only will you have the best outlet experience, you will have a great casino experience as well!!! Primm Valley casinos are adjacent to this outlet mall, so when you have the craving for casino slot and table games you can walk to them and once again shop again till you drop!!!! You will definitely enjoy this experience!!!
Not quite a kid friendly place to be though, definitely a great weekend getaway for adults, a few miles away from the Vegas strip. The restaurants are so close to the hotels, The Original Pancake House is a great NEW addition to the Primm Valley hotels.
If you've got nothing planned for the weekend? Plan to take this shopping and casino trip! You will want to do it again and again and again....Enjoy!

Almost no food choices inside the outlet Mall.
Seams like over half the shops are closed and out of business.

Best Vegas outlet but it's staring to lose shops. No Nautica this time & many empty shops. Great bargains though with better prices at Ralph Lauren than other Vegas outlets. Well worth stopping off for when in Vegas or moving on to LA.

we thought this was the best outlet place to go, drove the forty minutes to get there, and left disappointed. We stopped at the south Premium outlet and liked it better there. Whatever you do, avoid the Naturalizer here! The employees were rude and confrontational when I tried to return some shoes. Horrible retail experience, never would return to that location again.

Been shopping here for years. In and out in 20 minutes with exactly the goods I sought at very fair prices. From LAs to Vegas, the best pit stop on the ride.

Well we visit Vegas pretty often and we have been to all three outlets state line and in Vegas we never compared prices before I was purse shopping coach ,Michael kors for example and found the same purses at least $20 less at state line than the outlet on las Vegas Blvd and almost$40 less than the downtown outlet on the same day and several other stores had a major price difference also just fyi..... State line outlet also always seems less crowded.

Not much to rave about. Outlet malls are plentiful these days and this one is cookie cutter at best. Average collection of stores. Beware: lots of stuff sold in outlet stores by big name merchants is lower quality goods made just for outlets.

more than 50% of the stores have meanwhile seized business. I personally believe that this mall will close down completely in 2019. Too few visitors which does not surprise me. Las Vegas has two huge Premium outlets and for those travelling on I 15 between Los Angeles and Las Vegas - you do not need this "other" Outlet Center between Barstow and Las Vegas. From an architectural standpoint it is nice but it´s now going south quickly.

WOWSA! We made out like bandits! Used our AAA card for additional values! What fun!

Love this place
My family and I have come to this outlet for years
It’s sad how COVID-19 has closed most of the stores at this outlet
Hopefully it will pick up soon

We have been visiting this mall since it was the first outlet mall in Las Vegas; there are a number of other malls now, but this is still a good one to visit as it is indoors and a welcome break from the sun (or the rain in our case on this last visit!).
The Neiman Marcus is very good and there are the usual factory stores- Ralph Lauren and Banana Republic etc.
A pleasant drive from the Strip.

Certainly worth checking out, although maybe more empty shops than ones actually trading. Lots of restaurants etc on site too.
We stopped on our way to Las Vegas from LA, you have around 40 more miles to go from Primm.

I visited these outlets many years ago and they were great. Sadly when I visited them now they are a shadow of their former self.
While there are still some big name outlets (think Nike, Levi’s, Hilfiger...) most of the mall is closed up. There is nothing at all in the back half of the mall and the overall feeling is one of neglect.
In the stores that WERE there the prices are cheaper than retail but not spectacularly cheap.
Probably wouldn’t waste a trip unless they improve markedly.

Had the chance to go and check out the out let's, they the same as at home, but was able to buy a few things. Thought the prices would be different but the same, just in a different location... the casino paid so I was able to spend. .. that was nice

A wondetful place to shop for designer clothing with great prices for all ages. Both and Body works. Calvin Klein, Juicy Couture and etc....

We killed a few hours here to break up a road trip. There are really some good places to eat here with a fresh juice bar that was top notch and a crepe station that was delicious. The stores have good sales and there is a lot of options for the whole family. If you must shop this is a good place to do it.

The outlets are nothing to rave about. Some stores have good sales but not enough to have me going back for more. Unfortunately while walking thru the mall I tripped on a cord that was being used to power one of the kiosks and I took a very hard fall. I really hurt myself. To add insult to injury, the maintenance woman that was near by and claimed to come to my aid, told her co worker (in Spanish) that I tripped because I was chit chatting!!!! Little did she know that I'm bilingual. Yet another state line employee that lacks professionalism. Sadly, I when I visit Primm, I expect to get crappy service.

We wanted to get a Las Vegas souvenir without having to go back into the crowded part of Vegas, so we stopped here on our way into California and found a souvenir store, with great prices and a huge variety. If you are going to visit LV and then head to California, wait and get your souvenirs here.

Beautiful Mall, casino connector with Primm Resort and Casino. Art Gallery, hand paints, real artist, great for shopping, eating, and just walk all around beautiful paint and a 3D Museum.

Tons of selection. Medium to high priced. Kind of tourist oriented lots of action on the streets. Many top name outlets.

I have been stopping by this outlet center every time I drive to vegas. I have found some great deals in some of the shops. The outlet is pretty quiet which is nice when you are with your spouse (even if he is a good shopper - not too many people) and kids. We got great shoes for the kids at the Merrill outlet (which seemed to me regular price on sale...) bought a bag at Kate Spade and had excellent help and excellent price (I shop Kate Spade a lot so I think I know their range pretty well). We also bought some mens shirts at the NM Last Call which is always a favorite of mine. I bought a Kate Spade purse there many years ago before Kate Spade had her owns stores.... Not sure NM Last Call liked the kids running around, but the kids were polite and not pulling on displays so they did not say anything.

OK people from UK great deals here in prim Ralph Lauren UK £40 and in primm £10 been here lots of times go to food hall free WiFi check price on line then buy at primm you will save £££££s go to Levis shop £30 thanks primm

These are some of the best Outlet shops that I found in Vegas. The discount were fantastic and didn't realise until we go to Polo shop at North end in Vegas that Primm Valley Polo store was so much better value. Lot of great shops to choose from and Nike store is awesome too.

I had been here several years ago and I had fond memories of a packed mall with deals everywhere however it would seem times have changed. The mall is still decent in size however the store selection doesn't seem that interesting for myself and the deals were scarce. We spend a few hours here walking around and all I left with was a pair of shorts and a t-shirt.
There is plenty of parking, the washrooms are a long walk away but they were ok.. I don't have much more to add.
Disappointed by the selection

The selection at this Outlet is very, very good and the prices are very, very low compared to other outlet centers. I wish I had more time to shop here, but the drive (30-45 minutes from Vegas depending where you stay) eats up a considerable amount of time. If you're planning to spend just a few hours away from Las Vegas, plan again. Best to make a day of it.

Coming north out of California the Primm Outlet’s are a good place to stretch your legs and do some great shopping - plenty of stores to choose from - easy in easy out - suggest a stop if your passing bye !

It seems as if every time I visit this mall there are fewer and fewer tenants. The only store in there that's worth a visit is Williams-Sonoma, as there isn't one in Las Vegas. Otherwise, you can go to the rest in town. There's no need to drive down there.

This is really sad, because I love this mall. There are so many shops and mall restaurants that have closed, that it looks like a ghost mall. I don't understand it. It's a great location, and the mall is lovely. I found some great deals at a kitchen store... that was closing. They no longer have the Cosmetics Shop. They still have many of the major brands (e.g., Coach, Michael Korr, Williams Sonoma, etc.), so it's worth stopping by, but how sad.

This place is much bigger than Tanger (Barstow). It is indoor single level building. You can take a couple of hours to walk around the mall. There are much more variety of shops here. There is Kate Spade outlet here.
The price of Kate Spade is less that 50% of what you can get in Singapore. but the designs are not up to date. Many regular items are not available but still there are some many that you would want to get.
I bought a an Oakley glasses here but regretted. I thought I won't come across any oakley outlet. The price is reasonable as I got a flak jacket for USD120 and it does not com with a case :( I thought it was cheap as I compared with the internet price but when I got to the premium outlet in vegas, I realised that I could get it even cheaper at the original Oakley outlet.
I guess I prefer this place than tanger as it has all the outlets and many more than tanger. Similiar you get a VIP sticker for further discount at some stores after registering.

Rented a car and made the trip from Las Vegas to find some deals at the Outlet Mall and was sadly let down. Overall there were more closed up store fronts than open stores.
We actually made it all the way through in about an hour, and wanted to grab a drink for the trip back, there was one... ONE restaurant open in the food court. Not that it mattered because I think there were more staff working in the mall than actual shoppers.
Don't make the trip because it is NOT worth it. IT was a waste of time, gas and money to go to Primm. You are better off going to the premium outlet in LV

Not too many people come here, discount are better than other outlets, every time I go Las Vegas I will stop here

There are plenty of shops still available for purchases and incredible value, however this place has clearly fallen on hard time and there are lots of places closed down or in the process of doing so. Having said that, it does mean there are lots of great deals to be had at the moment. Maybe get in while they are still open but offering closing down sales!

We used to stop here on our way to Vegas and shop, but had not been in years. This trip, we stopped to gamble and shop for a few hours, but both were disappointing. The mall has really gone downhill, and I did not enjoy it at all. We will not be back.

The place looks like it is closing down. Many shops are no longer there and it has that feeling of being abandoned. The food court has three resaturants - the highlight is Charley's Steakery which was good.
I had heard about this place in hopes of finding some bargains, but there are very few stores there. Save the gas and don't bother until they get some new tenants.
I wish them all the best

Great selection of stores. Good deals. Great place to take the kids. Train rides. Food court had lots of choices. Easy access from all three casinos and hotels.

Yes, clean with lots of choices. Not worth the drive from anywhere, but we were there and found what we needed

The fashion outlets at Primm are fine and a lot quieter than the Premium malls inside Las Vegas. However the selection of shops is limited and most brands are available at the other outlet malls. It takes you between 30 to 40 minutes to get there on a busy highway so unless you have more than enough time you might pass up on this mall.

From high end to everyday, there is something here for everyone! Stores are reasonable and plentiful!

Sadly, many stores have left this mall. It used to always be a side trip for us when we old go to Las Vegas. Neiman Marcus Last Call was the largest anchor store; it moved to the outlet mall in Las Vegas, as did many other stores. No longer worth the trek to Primm. Hopefully management will revitalize the mall and it will become a worthwhile shopping destination again.

Williams Sonoma, Ralph Lauren, Nike, H & M, it was a nice afternoon diversion. A brand new outlet mall attached to the Primm Valley Casino. But not everything was open yet.

A lot of stores closed. The rest of the stores do not give you a great deal. In fact, they were more expensive. Poor quality. Not giving you any great deals.

Well this was a surprise for us. We stayed at a casino in Primm, we were thinking it would be a good stopover and thought we would have plenty to do with the outlet stores and restaurants etc on site.
How wrong we were.
The outlet centre was effectively closed of business. Every store except for Michael Korrs and a thrift shop was closed and empty. The onsite cafes were also closed. We walked around the entire centre in less than 10 minutes at a slow pace.
There is a McDonald's just over the road which was grubby and unclean despite being very quiet. There is also a Subway and an Ihop in the local casino, both were very expensive and pretty much empty.
For context, we visited on a Friday late afternoon in early September 2022. The whole place is effectively closed for business.

I went here when I was in Vegas. The place has a nice feel to it and it is leisurely fantastic! A lot of shops and a great excape away frim the strip!

Was shocked at how many shops have closed Down in here! With Christmas being a few weeks away, I was thinking this place would have a lot of traffic in it for a Saturday afternoon. Not the case at all. Food court only has a few places open. Sad sad place now

Primm is a 40 minute drive from Las Vegas. We are big shoppers, and love a bargain. Normally we shop at the 2 Vegas outlet centres. This was our first trip to Primm.
There are about 150 ish stores, and they arent all the same as the Vegas outlet stores.
We found the range and selection in Primm better than in the Vegas outlet stores. The prices were similar perhaps cheaper in Primm.
We will go back there, it was a fun day out. We'd recommend it to others looking for a bargain Outlet shopping experience.
We went with a family with teenage girls, who were in heaven!

Over the years outlets tend to multiply and become more and more expensive to the point that I don't find them outlet at all. The one that keeps delivering its promises is the Primm - Fashion outlet. We always make the detour to stop in Primm before visiting Vegas. We actually visit Vegas just because we want to come back to Primm every other year to buy for at least a full year.
The great tip is the green card. On top of already great prices, with this $5 card, we saved over $600 at Merell's, Ralf Lauren, the kitchen shop, Ann Taylor, Gap, etc. Depending on the store you add an extra 10% to 40% off!
Another tip: park in the back. This is where the food court is (and the bathroom). Parking is less crowded than in front. You can then have a drink / go to the bathroom to start your circle marathon. The bargains are great so it will take longer than you have expected (especially with kids that have outgrown everything) so you will be happy to end up at the food court again.

This was once a great stop for bargains. No it looks like a ghost mall. I was here 5 months ago and since then Skechers and the Lee Jeans store have left. It’s quite shocking. I don’t give this place another 6 months. Sad!

We used the outlets at Primm lots of times, however it appears that an argument over leases with the businesses has resulted in this place turning into a ghost town. Literally 2/3 of everything including high end Nautica has gone, even subway in the food outlets. Disappointing.

This outlet mall is located on the CA/NV border; we stopped to kill time prior to check-in time in Vegas. It looked deserted, many of the stores were empty and it just seemed run-down. I was not impressed; it was just a place to kill an hour before heading into town.

A bit out from las Vegas ,but good area for shopping . A lot of the major stores that you would find at any outlet mall.

Love walking around and going through shops. The "Aqua Massage" is awesome! Lots of good eats in the food court.

Loved this outlet mall. there were so many great stores with awesome deals. Far better than on the strip. Its worth the drive plus its a pretty drive.
my favorite was the Kate Spade store. there was an amazing sale going on and spoiled myself a bit.
had we brought another suit case i could have gone home with a ton of stuff.
we went on a Sunday so there wasn't a lot of people there it was very nice.
To me it was well worth it.

Drove out to state line to shop at the outlets; you can usually find really good deals. I loved the H&M out there but I really wish there were more stores. You do not have to fight crowds which is great. I also find good deals at Michael Kors. Not a bad place to shop if you're looking for bargains.

I found a few bargains here. Clean mall. Shops I was looking fir was easily found. Good parking. Great location from interstate

We stumbled upon Primm almost by accident when on holiday to Las Vegas but were so pleased we did. The shops were great value, the centre itself was very clean and airy and the food choices great. If you want something as a bit of a get away this is the place !

My husband and I did something a little different - we're funny that way. We planned a WEEKEND here.
SHOPPERS SHUTTLE -- from various points on Las Vegas Strip - for a low fee and there are discounts on tickets in magazines - i.e.buy one get one free. Included with your round-trip ticket is green card giving you discounts -- this is on TOP of the already great prices. My green card does not expire until the end of January!
BARGAINS -- this is an OUTLET -- it has several wonderful shops to fit every taste and style -- all at lower prices to begin with. I walk in the mall and see signs advertising % off of these low prices -- many 40-50%! THEN we have the Shopper Shuttle Green Card savings! GEE gotta come back!!
FOOD --The Mad Greek restaurant located on the property in front of the mall, is the only food establishment that honors the Green Card - 20% off - we didn't get a chance to walk over there. But we sure enjoyed the buffets and food courts. There are several restaurants, etc located throughout the Primm Resorts Property.
FUN -- This mall is attached to Primm Resorts. There are 3 very different flavored Casino/Hotels with shuttle buses and monorails between the properties. In addition of course to the gaming (AND next door is California - so you can go over and buy a lotto ticket) there are rides and attractions (wow ride the Roller Coaster at Buffalo Bills - would have tried if been younger). We went to see the new Bonnie & Clyde Death Car Exhibit at Whiskey Pete's. (where we stayed in September 2011 - castle in the Desert)
STAYED THE WEEKEND -- 3 very different atmospheres offered at the 3 HOTEL/CASINOS. We had COMP of 2 free nights and used points for an extra night. We spent the weekend at Buffalo Bills, feeling we were back in an old west hotel/casino. Primm Resorts lets you choose which property you want to go to swim, spa etc. There is also golfing available - but we don't golf so I don't know the particulars.
MOTOR HOMES/ RV -- invited to come out and dry dock for FREE while you enjoy your day or weekend etc. at Primm Resorts and fill it up with your bargains from the Outlet Mall. We spent 3 days here in our Motor Coach in September before spending the night at Whiskey Pete's. There is plenty of space for parking and it was quiet. There is transportation via shuttle bus and monorail between the properties. Traffic can be congested - so that was a welcome way to hop around.
ENTERTAINMENT -- included in our Comp Package was 2 Free Tickets to see MELISSA ETHERIDGE! Wow what a concert, she is fantastic and is just one of the great shows that come out -- They have a variety of starts who come to entertain in the STAR OF THE DESERT ARENA. FRANKIE VALLI coming Thanksgiving weekend. SNOOP DOG makes his appearance here as well! Lots of VARIETY. Shows presented for considerably less than Vegas and there isn't a bad seat in the house! There is also on-stage entertainment at the casinos and of course big screen TVs so you don't miss out on any action. (Whiskey Petes has a large pull-down screen that is as large as the front of its stage).
The only drawback I saw is TRANSPORTATION. There is no hotel shuttle from the airport. We took the Shopper's Shuttle (We left from MGM) - BUT your return ticket is only good for that SAME day, so we had to buy additional round-trip ticket when we left (good thing had magazine coupon for buy one get one free available at the PRIMM OUTLET concierge booth. Another Good Thing - Shoppers Shuttle has plenty of room in their compartments underneath to store all your BARGAINS.

Just don't, if I could submit 0 stars I would. There are barely any shops left, at least 80% of the stores are empty. The food court has more closed stores than open. Not worth the 45 minute drive just for clean bathrooms. The most amusing part of the visit was watching what I am sure was my expression upon entering mirrored on other unfortunate shoppers faces.

This place is a not very busy at all. I love to shop the Coach outlet, they have the best stuff! It is kinda sad that most of the shops were closed or gone. I was given attitude when I showed a outlet mall card. She was like "Why are you showing me this card?". I was not happy with the lady who was suppose to be customer service!

This Outlet Mall is with many Brand Name Stores and spacious, with less crowds and ample places to relax and do your shopping leisurely. As soon as you enter there is a place you can rent an electric Animal Go cart and do a loop for fun, kids love this. Bargain hunters can find many bargains if you know where to find them. When we were there onJuly 4th weekend, Mall was packed with Holiday crowds, yet did not feel the busy mad feeling. Food Court had many options that day, but we do understand the theory of Demand and supply and I do not expect them to have full array of foods on slow week days.
Overall this place is a Hit as one can relax and spend your money after all that is the Idea , relaxed State Line experience. We will be back.

The outlet is nice, it has many shops of today's top brands. Also, you can easily find your size not like other outlets (ex Prime Outlets Las Vegas) where you cannot find your size in most of the shops. The prices are good, you can find very good bargains there.

Well presented mall with a variety of quality stores and a very good selection of eating places .some very good prices available.

At one time this was a decent outlet mall. I came for the Tommy Bahama store. It wasn’t worth the drive. The store is big but the selections are old. The outlet in Phoenix is much better. There are only a handful of other stores still open. Sad to see this place in such bad shape.

not big compared to other outlets, but has a good size Bally and Coach store - with plenty of sizes. Found a pair of mens Bally boots in a size 7 for a bargain price of $230 (in UK outlets they go for £380!!!!). Plus you get an extra 20% off if you buy 2 or more items (wife got some sneakers too).
Coach there is good, they have a separate mens and womens store with plenty of items. I got two belts for $90. in the uk outlet it would cost £50 EACH!
worth stopping over if you are driving to Vegas...even still its only about 1hr drive from the main strip so worth a visit. im sure hotels might run day trips?

Stopped in here on the way to Las Vegas from LA on a Sunday. Huge carpark with plenty of parking available. Massive queue to leave to the mall (poor traffic light sytem there) - we found another exit over by the casino that no one else was using.
Has mostly middle-class shops in the mall; all seemed well stocked and tidy as opposed to some outlet malls where people loose their humanity.
We couldn't find a toilet, this was a let down.

It was great to be able to shop and dine without having to drive. Had a great variety of different places to eat and great shops. Had a great walk before going to the slots machines.

This is wonderful place to visit some of the deals you find online and at stores will blow your mind. I was very happy with my experience ,staff was very helpful. Smiles in every store I visited,I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Happy Hoildays

We stopped here on our drive back to LA just out of curiosity. It´s a big mall with basically every major retail store you need. Good prices.

My favorite is the Coach outlet as the prices are incredible reasonable and discounted. One can walk from one entrance around to another. This is a good place to do some walking, enjoy subway sandwiches and other food. Since we landsail at Ivanpah Dry lake close to Whiskey Pete's we find it convenient. Also, the food a Jean's Casino is excellent with affordable lodging.

Awesome prices, good selection on top brands and great deals we got to primm 2 hrs before check in to our hotel and we walk around these outlets killing time.

Lower or change your expectations, and it's not so bad. Only 4 stores are open, not sure how they stay open frankly. But, There is some wonderful art on display to wander around and gaze at though you do get the feeling of a post apocalyptic over all feel and theme.

It is bargain mall and what woman doesn't like shopping at bargain prices?!? My daughter and I had a nice time. We got A LOT of bang for our buck here. If you are staying across the freeway you can take the free monorail that connects the two, it comes every 10-15 mins and very convenient and did I mention free?! Happy shopping!

I didn't get to spend much time here, but this outlet mall is outstanding, especially for the location. My wife said she wants to come back and stay here just for the shopping. We really liked that it was hooked to the hotel/casino so that you don't even have to go outside, and the trams to the other hotels is great!

There was nothing wrong with the outlets in Primm, but given that it takes about 45 min to drive in each direction from the Strip, I didn't feel that they offered anything more than the closer Premium Outlets (north or south) in Las Vegas.

The fashion outlets in Primm is a welcomed 30-minute drive from Las Vegas. I liked the casinos surrounding the mall because they are less touristy and you have a better chance at winning money to go shopping with. I loved the Kate Spade & Coach outlets along with Off Saks Fifth Ave. I caught some really good deals and the mall wasn't crowded, but it was Thursday!

You can buy shoes, clothes, Disney products, toys, all name brands such as Nike, Skechers, Levi and other fashion boutique stores.
There are food places, coffee places, it is a large outlet mall.
We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and our experience, although rushed, was enjoyable.

This outlet mall is very large. All indoors with a variety of stores to spend your money in. Come see it and enjoy!

A few good shops in the mall provides an alternative to gambling. Good food. Monorail to the other casinos.

This is a nice outlet mall but as far as the number of stores there, it's not that many. They do, however, have the only store close by that carries a specific discontinued lotion/perfume. There are a few fun things to do in there for kids.

Great place to visit if you have a car.
Lots of top name brands upto 50% off.
We managed to get a suitcase full of clothes to bring back to the UK from here.
It's a must. Hire a car just to visit here, and then pop across the road to Buffalo Bills casino for a quick gamble.

The fashion outlets in Primm, NV are nicely maintained and there are a number of gift shops for Las Vegas gifts and souvenirs that area much cheaper than in Vegas itself. We visited the Sonoma Outlet store and found some good prices for items that are usually pretty pricey at the regular store. Everything and I mean everything was marked down. So if you see something at the regular store that you'd like but really don't want to pay that much for it, go to Primm and get it at discount. Don't make a special trip but it's a good thing to do when in Primm.

Visited Primm outlets as it was recommended by some friends. We spent a good part of a day there. With go LA card you get a VIP membership card (or if you have a amex card) free, didn't find it that useful as as most stores had restrictions regards to use of the card (only discounted full price items rather than discounted items). Felt that it was a bit run down, the selection of stores was limited. But there were several good bargains. Pricing not much different to other outlet malls around LA, but choice was limited. Food court was small, with limited options.

We went here after going through the Las Vegas South Premium outlets and did not spend a lot of time in this outlet mall because of the minimal ranges of brands offered. The outlet mall looked old and worn down and also had more mid-range and lesser known brands.
We basically stopped by the store selling candles and had our lunch here and left in less than an hour as most of our items were already bought in the previous outlet store.
Not really recommended as you have a better outlet store close by with more range and closer to Las Vegas as well.

I love this outlet, and I visited many. My trips to Vegas aren't complete without going out there, WAY out there....you can catch a charter bus from the Aladdin or MGM but they only give you so much time to shop (around 3 hours if I remember correctly). If you need more time, you can ask to hop on the next bus back. The big draw for me is the Saks, Neiman Marcus and Burberry outlet. I have never been anywhere else where you can get the two big department store outlets in one location. You have to time it right, though because sometimes the prices are not great but I have been in there when it was 75% off the lowest price ticket and literally made out like a bandit.

Overall a pretty average outlet mall. But they have a Tommy Bahama (for me) and the only Wiliiams Sonoma outlet (for my wife). In addition my son likes the Kenneth Cole store. So 5 stars for store selection, just average everywhere else.

We've been to this mall many times over the years and today I was shocked. Most of the stores have closed, its sad really it used to be busy on the weekends and lots of deals. I visited the ladies room and was appalled at the filth. I don't think its been cleaned in months. So sad.

This mall looks great from the outside but inside is a disappointment. Some of the storefronts are empty and stores are average. Save your money and go to the Las Vegas Premium Outlets. Better stores, better selection and better prices.

What’s to say really it’s got a good selection of shops, reasonable prices with lots of places doing special discounts. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area.

This place is a ghost town. Many of the stores have closed (even the mall directory is out of date), many of those that are open seem to sell even poorer quality outlet goods and there's absolutely no one here (on a Monday afternoon there were maybe 20 people in the entire mall). Don't waste your time.

This is a fairly decent mall with some good shopping. We like Old Navy, Coach, Aersoles, Nike and William Sonoma. There are some deals to be had if you look. The big negative to me is the food court. I think it has a lousy selection of eateries. I have never really had anything that has been better than average. I don't know if it is really worth a special trip, but might be worth a stop if passing by.

Driving to LA and stopped off to shop a bit. Clean mall, nice food court, courteous staff at the stores. 90% of the staff ride a shuttle from Vegas to work here. Nice folks.
Stores are not high end but are high enough. Would stop again if passing by.

We rented a car and decided to take a drive and check these out. That is 2 hours of our life that we will never get back. Don't waste your time, most of the stores were closed and the maybe 5 that were open were too expensive. The casino that was attached to the outlet was very smokey and there were ashtrays everywhere with cigarettes in them.

Stopped of at Primm Fashion Outlets , very good value , great brands at reasonable prices , food hall had a large choice of food , worth a stop if driving between Vegas and LA.

it's larger than it appears to be. When we first walked in I assumed it was a straight line instead of a circle with more shops. Definitely stop in Kitchen Connection for some great buys! We killed a couple of hours walking around, perfect time killer!

We went for a day trip to see what was thier. it was about a 30 min drive and if you are looking to do some shoping it is wort it. We found name brand blue jeans from $5.00 up. The food in the resteraunts was good and cheaper than the strip. If you want to get away from the strip this is a good place to go. You can shop and then walk right into the casinos after if you like.

We enjoyed these outlets vs premium north outlet in Vegas as it was indoors (air conned!) and less busy so feels less stressful. They still have all the big name stores and same extra in-store deals as the premium north outlet (we went 2 days before).
The building itself is very 90s, quite dark inside and there are a few empty stores. We didn't venture into the food court.
Worth a stop if you are driving between LA & Vegas but wouldn't say it's worth the trip from Vegas alone.

Had 70 outlets. Not as many as in its prime but still worth while. The Primm Valey Resort didn't have their Pancake Restaurant which was a disappointment and their buffet was closed.

Stopped off on our drive from LV to California and the Ralph Lauren store alone is worth the trip!
Items that I would buy back in the UK for £150 were costing less than a third of that!
Wish i'd bought an empty suitcase with me!

- First, you'd expect some discount or lower price at an outlet place. We found very little difference with regular non-outlet stores/mall we had recently visited. The two sunglasses places we visited barely had a 10% discount on their glasses. One had none. The sales going on at other stores were similar to the non-outlet places we'd seen.
- We stopped there for the Fossil store because I like their leather bags for women, but found no product worth buying this time.
- Vendors were rude/don't-need-your-business attitude like. 1) A lady was selling toys and other stuffs in the middle of the mall. We asked if the little toy dog she had on display on the table could flip. She said yes, so we asked for a demo. She said she did not want to because she would have to put the dog on the floor and she did not want to do that. (There was room on the table, but she did not want to go through the trouble to move stuffs aside). 2) We went to the drinks with boba place, in the food court. We asked for a sample of one or two boba pearls. From experience, some places make their boba very hard, which we do not like, and we wanted to try before buying our drinks. We were told they did not do "samples". It could have ended there, but then they added with a defensive and somewhat condescending tone that "if we did not like boba, we could just not put any in there" and then that "if we were afraid of not liking their boba drinks, we should just not buy any". It made me miss Fresno/Clovis, CA very much, because vendors in my town are usually very friendly.
- Bathrooms: by the food court. Old and dirty.
- Food court: a variety of choices for food, snacks, and drinks. We found the prices higher than other malls. We ordered from different places for different family members. The wraps were good, can't remember the name of the place, but it's in the middle of the food court as opposed to against the wall like the other vendors. The burger place was all right, but $9 for a burger with fries and a drink is over-priced to me. A $6.00 hot-dog was NOT worth it. The cajun plate was way too oily.
- Food court dining area: dirty. They need to hire someone to take care of the place. Spilled soda on the floor, dirty tables, trash on the floor...etc.
Verdict: we left with a bad impression.

We stopped while driving from Las Vegas to LA. While it was a good little stop I wouldn't go out of my way to stop. Stores are closing there (Lululemon just closed) and the deals were just ok. Very dark inside and the food court was really lacking. We had chinese, which was good, but the other choices seem risky...no major chains at all.

get your new clothes and shoes by visiting some of the best designer outlets while on holiday. some great bargains to be had, shame I didn't have space for a lot.

We went here for a shopping trip. This outlet has some amazing bargains. As a Australian we certainly made the most of the cheap prices, Ralph Loren, tommy hilfiger among the big names. Everyone is very friendly. They have a food hall if you need to recharge. We spent a very easy 4 hours here and filled two cases to take home. Vegas was worth the trip just for primm and the shopping. Because its out of Vegas itself the crowds are not so big and there is plenty of parking. I suggest you travel with hand luggage, buy a couple of cheap cases then shop to your hearts content. There is something for everyone from the small sizes up to the larger sizes. Don't forget to go to the information counter and get the green card a discount card for the already large discounted stores.

We drove out of the city for a quiet afternoon. The kids loved riding the little animals around the mall. Many stores are empty but we still had fun!

This mall is indoors which is a big benefit for Nevada as it is usually very hot. This is an Outlet Mall so the value is pretty good. Also have a Food Court that has several food types offered.

This place is one of the best places to get great deals if you have the time to shop and look around. You also have to go get the discount card at the food court which most of the places accept. They will give you anything from 10% to 20% discount on your purchase. They also take military discounts and AAA or Amex. If you don't have any of these then you need to show your room key and you can get the discount card for free. If not then it's $5.00. The card lasts one year. They have all sorts of stores.
They have Nike, Hollister, Guess, Michale Kors, Gap, a new beef jerky place that seems to be really good because I always see people in there. The food court is ok. Nothing special to brag about and the prices are decent.
For the restaurants they have a few but nothing to really brag about except for GP's Steak House. They have awesome food and great service.
Parking is free self parking and valet and they can bring your things up to your room if you like. Just remember to tip them. Checking is at 3pm checkout is at 12 noon. If you go in the summer be prepared for 100° + weather on the outside. The whole place inside has AC. The rooms are reasonably priced but not the greatest. Good for what you pay for and clean. I will say this... the staff is soooooo nice it make the other little things be ok. It is a smoking facility which I don't like but I deal with it. Next door they have have Buffalo Bills with the roller coaster, and a Rios the way Whiskey Petes. I think that's about all I have to say about. LOL

William Sonoma brought us off the highway. We did not check out any other stores. Simply wanted to check out cookware and food. There were plenty of bargains. Worth the rest stop on the way to Vegas.

Received a minimum discount of 70% off all women's items at Tommy Bahama Outlet. Clearance items already marked down up to half off were marked off an additional 50% off. This was on Sept 19-21, 2016. This was not even a HOLIDAY SPECIAL EVENT.
Kate Spade had a 60% off merchandise plus an additional 20% off the same time.
We always stop at the William Sonoma and Bath and Body stores at Primm Outlet. The sales taxes are lower than California sales tax. Stop at Customer Service booth near Food Court if you have. AAA card for a discount green savings card and pamphlet of additional savings offered to AAA members.

Good shops at the mall, food court and lots of parking , however it won't take you that long to walk around and don't be expecting it to be a day out , it's more like one of those just passing places!

Worth a stop if you are driving by. Can’t say it’s worth traveling from Las Vegas for but due to the nature of the location it is very quiet and therefore we found some brilliant deals with plenty of stock in the main stores. Much better than those nearer the strip.
It does feel a bit deserted and it seems less than 50% populated...

This is absolutely one of the most fun shopping experiences of my life! I got name brand items at a fraction of the cost of most other stores. The trip was worth coming to just for the shopping advantages alone.

We stopped there on our way to Las Vegas, it's a good place to rest and do some shopping.
The place is quite big with lots of shops that offered some good sales and clearances. There is also a food court inside.
It's worth a stop if you're driving to Vegas, which is about 40 minutes away.

Having a car this time in Vegas made a huge difference! We were on our own adventure and it led us to a completely different set of outlets. About a 30 minute drive and surrounded by some old casinos and hotels this outlet had some great deals. Definitely worth the drive.

Lots of well known shops and my wife and daughter found some very good deals. We were a little surprised with the tax which is much higher than home and we don't pay tax on clothing, like you do here.

There are only a handful of stores open. The food court is slim pickings for food but you will have plenty of room to sit and eat. There were only 5 of us eating at an endless supply of empty tables.
Don’t waste your time!

Our family of 4 road tripped from Alberta, Canada to Las Vegas and Anaheim. We generally shop at 5-6 different outlet malls along our travels and the outlet at Primm is one of our favorites. Yes, it is smaller than the others, but the deals are great. We were disappointed to find that the Lucky Brand Jean outlet was closed down as we've purchased $20 jeans there on previous visits. This time we found incredible deals and many of the retailers said that this mall was more of a clearing house so the prices were even better than outer outlets. It will always be a stop for us.

Many stores to shop in but you have to look for deals. Many stores are the same prices as a regular mall store not an outlet. All outside so wear a jacket on winter.

We stay about 5 miles south of the main strip on the Las Vegas Blvd and were looking for an experience outside of the normal strip gambling.
The trip to Primm was great. About a 30 minute drive down I15 to the town of Primm which borders on the California/Nevada border
We went for the outlet mall shopping. Lots of stores and service was great.
Recommend to anyone who has a car and is looking for something outside of Vegas

We've always found you need to time your visits well to outlet malls to get the best deals. When we were there they had very few great deals, but enough that we were glad we stopped on the way to Vegas. Puma is always a favourite, and we bought quite a few pairs of shoe's and other gear. Food options were disappointing here, with prices high, and very few healthy options. The mall washroom for men was acceptable, but the ladies washroom was so disgusting most people were going in and coming right back out.
It was very hot here (end of July) and with the wind blowing the hot air around, it was hard to breath when we were there. So it was a dash from the car to the mall, with very little time spent exploring the area at all, so can't comment on anything further.

Primm Fashion Outlets stop was a disappointing visit. Having stopped at the Primm Fashion Outlets on our annual driving trip into Las Vegas, we found this place to have gone downhill. Appeared half of the stores fronts were vacant. Few high ends stores, e.g. Coach, left. The Williams-Sonoma and Nike outlet stores were still there. Getting into the Outlets was difficult due to road construction all around there.

you can get good good prices on most of the items you are looking for at the outlets, it is not that busy and the foold is great there also.

We are on a roadtrip and booked a night stay in Primm/Buffalo Bills, so we could do some shopping. Travelling from LA and visiting some of the bigger busier outlets we were completely suprised by how quite it was there but i guess it was midweek.
It is a smaller outlet in comparison to some we have visited so far but in saying that there are lots of bargains to be found. We got some great bargains in gap and calvin Klein.
We enjoyed our stay at Primm.

Outlet malls are hit and miss, in May this was a hit. The stores I went to had great sales but I can't say that everytime.
It has a decent number of store but really wish they had a Saks off 5th and Neiman Marcus but still enjoyed this outlet.
Easy to get to from the Strip if you're driving.

We visited mid-week and found that in comparison to the outlets in Vegas, this one had much fewer people. Not only that but the deals were better. I will definitely make the trip out to Primm next time I am in Vegas.

It’s your typical outlet mall. Indoor thank goodness as heat is overwhelming. . Go to the Mad Greek nearby for some good grub.

This mall has seen better days. We drove by the south prime outlets that have ALL of the same stores without the 40 minute drive across the desert.

Every time we go to Las Vegas this is a must stop!! Great place to find designer items for a great price. Love all the shops there. Super perfect for Black Friday...they have even better day on that day. Make sure you sign up with any of the stores to get email and they send you coupons and tell you when there is an extra savings sale.

Wow,what an amazing place, lots of designer goodies at amazing prices, good eating places, very clean, easy to get too,

We went shopping at Fashion Outlets in Primm on our drive towards Las Vegas. Its a fun place to shop and lots of bargain prices.

standard / average shopping mall. Most of the stores are in normal size and not in the size you expect in an outlets. we didn't experience any special pricing.
recommendations:
- if you want to visit a mall in the way to/from LV, you may consider the Barstow Outlets - it has much bigger stores (but less stores) with more offers
- the fashion mall in the strip is similar but with better offering
- the mall in LV located closed to the airport is also much better

Not bad. Plenty of stores, not too crowded, prices were good, but nothing really stood out to distinguish this outlet mall from others of its kind. If you're in the mood to look at outlet stores then these will work fine. If there is a particular brand outlet located in the mall then stop by - you will likely save a few bucks.

Be a smart shopper and know what is a good deal and what is not. If your wife likes to shop then the best deals are Sketchers, Fossil and the wife's favorite Coach. She bought a $419.00 purse for $99.00. And sun glasses for $79 dollars. I highly recommend the stop.

Everytime I go to Stateline I MUST visit the outlets, The COACH store is my favorite shop ,I love to shop in their mall lots of great sales all year round, lots of food shops to choose from ,they even have a small arcade for children next to the food court. My friends and I are planning on driving out there just to shop the outlets.:)

This is one of many such "outlet" malls scattered across the West (Lake Elsinore, Barstow, Gilroy, Vacaville, etc.), and not one of the best. It can be besieged by California shoppers, like locusts, on holiday weekends. Williams-Sonoma does have good values during their sale days, but the sale merchandise goes quickly.

We visited between Christmas and New Years 2015 which was the best time due to the sales. Great range of stores and the prices are awesome. Being from the UK the prices are very cheap in comparison.

Great stores (Claire's, Banana Republic, Kate Spade, and Coach) offered fabulous discounts. And we had time to eat at the convenient food court!

We made the drive from Las Vegas to here today. There we some good deals in places like converse and a few other shops.
The food court has a few options available so should be able to cater for most peoples needs.
If your used to going to orlando and their shopping outlets then you are going to be disappointed as the offers here are nowhere near as good as those in orlando.
Still worth a visit as you can get some deals.

We're staying in Las Vegas and had travelled outside of town for some nature and less bustle. We saw this mall on our road trip and stopped based on a couple of stores we wanted to visit. The common areas of this mall were very spacious and the crowd was light on a Friday afternoon. We walked most of the mall and stopped in several stores. What I like about this mall, unlike a lot of other outlet malls, was the parking provided easy access, crowds were small and it was easy to navigate.

Fashion Outlets is in Primm Nevada, on the California border, about 40 miles from Las Vegas. Just some of the stores; High-end clothing at Neiman Marcus, Coach, NIke, Levis, Bally, Ralph Lauren Polo, DKNY, Lacoste, Wilson's Leather, Hugo Boss, Kenneth Cole, Gucci, Michael Kors, are a few. A couple jewelry stores, a nifty sunglass store called Bauer's, a Japanese and a Greek restaurant and nice food court. I love Williams-Sonoma for kitchen stuff and two new kitchen stores just opened; Kitchen Collection, where I got some smoking deals, and Le Creuset. The great thing about Fashion Outlets is it is all INDOORS. Most discount malls are outdoors and either freezing or baking in Las Vegas weather. The mall is spotless. Don't know how they get the floors so shiny. I can't imagine paying retail anymore. There are also three hotels in Primm with good restaurants, old style Las Vegas lounge entertainment, a huge concert arena, and a roller coaster. At the Welcome Center in the mall, I got some additional discount coupons.

I went there with some friends on our way to Las Vegas, in my opinion its a nice preparation for this famous town. You can shop and have fun a lot, its like a small village and has many different stores and some with really good offers, i.e. a friend of mine found good looking shoes for just 40-50 bucks.

Very few stores open. Most shops are shut down and doors boarded up. Food court had one place open. Sad.

There are Multiple Auto Burglaries (CAR BREAK-INS) at this location. I would HIGHLY suggest DO NOT LEAVE ANY!!!!! Valuables in your vehicle!!! The property is well kept but there seems to be a problem with persons of ill repute taking advantage of us.

The Brighton outlet store is worth the trip to vegas alone!! Talk about savings!! Love love love this store. Super friendly and helpful staff. Got a lot of my gift giving bought for christmas. Top quality! Wished I would have had more time to check out the other stores but it's a good reason to go back!!

Having been to both the Premium outlets and Town Square in LV, we decided to take a short 45 min trip to Primm to the outlet.
I would say that some of the shops arent as big names as some of the shops in the Town Centre, but the prices in the same shops here are much much cheaper than their LV counterparts.
Will make sure I return here on my next trip.

When we visited Las Vegas, we used to stop-by. Just this past month, we noticed that a lot of the shops closed, probably because of decreased visitation of Las Vegas. It's not crowded and still contains a lot to shop for. We hope it can return to its previous prosperity.

Since the Las Vegas Premium Outlets North opened, I hadn't made the drive to Primm. I had some extra time and decided to drive out. It seems some stores have gone out of business but some new stores have arrived. My favorite addition is Lululemon. The Tommy Bahama store is huge. Also unique to the area is William-Sonoma. It's not nearly as crowded during in the week as the Las Vegas outlets and that made my shopping time much more enjoyable.

Such a shame that many of the stores have closed down here - it just never reached it's full potential.
We however love this place, the Levi, Coach and Nike stores are excellent, Old Navy still going as is Bath & Body Works. There are a number of other independent stores there and one of the best cheap shoe shops going.
Our last few visits to Vegas from the UK have always consisted of a hire car for a few days and Primm outlet is one regular stop of ours.
It's quite a sad place to go due to lack of footfall but it means you can shop without crowds and can always park.
I really hope it keeps going.

I've always loved this place. It has all the stores I shop at including Last Call, Michael Kors, Coach, and Ralph Lauren. Sadly a few of my favorites namely Versace have closed. Great place to stop if you're driving into Vegas from California on interstate 15.

What struck us from the beginning was the bad mood that we could sense at almost all employees.
Only the lady in the US Polo Assn shop was a complete different story, the staff was very friendly and assisting.
As there are plenty of malls in and around LV we would rather recommend to choose a different one.

It is depressing to see so many bays closed and many really good outlets like Chico’s, Buckle and Van Hunsen not available.
1) You need to go in every store, because the pricing and so called 70% off is not reflective of what you are really savings.
2) Ask the employees if what you are interested in is going to be reduced that day. We picked up a $15 tin that was $4.95 2 hours later
3) Don’t think William Sonoma is really an outlet store...the prices were crazy high. We went in Christmas Eve and a battery powered Peppermill, that can be bought year round on Amazon, was $8.00 more, on sale, in their outlet then on Amazon
4) If you are a healthy sized woman, the deals at Charlotte Russe are untouchable! If you go this week...nothing is over $20
5) Food Court was pretty good. We ended up splitting a burger with Garlic Fries from Flat Top Burgers...2 thumbs up!
Didn’t find much and it appeared the items at 70% were either a size 0 of 4 XL.

This place does not disappointed me and my wife at all. It is so big and the have a great selection of stores. I prefer it more than the outlets in Vegas actually.

We usually stop here on our way in or out of Las Vegas.
I'm usually able to find something in one of the many stores. For some reason I can always find something at the Bath and Bodyworks store! :)

I like stopping here for the William Sonoma store and le creuset stores, Nike outlet has better prices than the California stores, very clean and spacious, lots of variety.

You need a car to get here exit 15 south near the Nevada Cali border. Bought a few things at the Williams Sonoma outlet - we don't have on the East Coast . My teen found some discounts at wrangler lee and great deals on lingere/bras at the VF Outlet.
Just remember we don't pay sales tax on clothes in NJ Pa or Delaware. So if you are from these states you have to add on 8.1% sales tax to your Nevada purchase. overall I think the deals at the outlets on the East Coast are better . But it was a scenic ride through the desert!

This place is awesome ,every time I go to vegas I have to stop here , I love the deals , I go to other outlets in vegas but I find the primm outlets to have the most bang for your buck

This outlet mall is FANTASTIC! I have visited a few and this is the best by far. Theyve got a Neiman Marcus clearance center, a Nike store with HUGE deals, and much more. The Nike store was my favorite, shoes were about half price! There was a large selection of designer stores

The new mall art is absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately however, many of the stores have shut down, but I hope that it will get more attention in the future.
If people stop for 7 towers of stacked colorful rocks, then you can stop at the mall to view the artwork created by many talented artists!

Very nice mall. Has many really good stores. As shopping goes....it was pretty good. As is getting pretty normal, not much clothing appropriate for the 50 and over crowd. This has a food court and is also connected via walkway to a casino which also offers food and beverages. Does not have any type of souvenir store in it.

Nice mall, lots of stores to choose from.(some stores i had not seen in a while) :) We will be back for sure :)

This mall didnt seem quite as busy as the North and South Premium outlets which made shopping more pleasant. We ended up finding lots of good sales here and never left empty handed :)

The name is a misnomer. This outlet is about 45 minutes south of Las Vegas on I-15. It is located at exit 1 – the last exit before leaving Nevada for California. The mall is vintage (read old). The store foot prints are much smaller than newer outlets. The restroom facilities are few and ancient.

We spent half a day at Primm attracted by both the shops and what was advertised as the quickest roller coaster in the US. Unfortunately, the ride only opens on weekends and as we drove there on a Wednesday we had to settle on just shopping.
As an outlet centre, it doesn't have the attractions in depth of many and certainly doesn't compete with the upmarket malls in Vegas. However, there are a few shops that we spent a fair bit in including Hollister, Van Heusen, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Hugo Boss. Food is available in a food court which has a Subway, Wetzels, and a number of fast food places serving noodles, pizza, etc.
Primm is a 35 minute drive south of the Strip directly on the freeway so is easily accessible. Worth a visit if you want to pick up a few bargains.

A great place to make a pit-stop, on your drive from California into Nevada. A nice food court, a good selection of outlet shops (some with pretty good prices).

JMJ It was awfully quiet in this mall of outlet stores. Wondered if I was in the correct location. Nothing special and not sure if it is worth the ride from Las Vegas. Clean but the food court could use something a little more special. Prices were OK but didn't see anything that lower priced. The Tommy Bahama Store was having a big sale and also a Friends Sale, so if you are into that brand , it was a good price. The outside was more attractive than the inside; maybe they could add a few benches or soothing music?? Will try to go again on my next trip.

Visited a few outlet malls on this trip and was going to miss this out but so glad we didn't. Not sure it's worth the journey from vegas but worth visiting if you pass it. Lots of decent shops selling mid designer labels like Calvin Klein, guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Dkny and Karen millen. Good discounts in all stores we saw and a few higher end shoes like Jimmy Choo in Nieman Marcus . We left loaded and broke so enough said really!

Spent a morning here on route from Vegas back to LA. Great variety of shops and got some great bargains! Parking is free and also a few good places to eat.

My husband and I were in Vegas in April and were looking forward to doing another shopping expedition to Primm Valley ( this would have been our 5th), we were extremely disappointed to find out that no shuttles were running from any of the casinos. In the past we have been able to get one from MGM. We rang Primm shopping mall to be told the only way there was by taxi. Quotes for this trip ranged from $70 to $100 one way.defeated the purpose of doing the trip. Disappointing.

Was quite surprised how clean the mall was and impressed with the variety of brands represented. I appreciated the selection and pricing offered. Two thumbs up and will be stopping again on our next trip by this mall.

Only two stores open in the entire mall. Why is the place even open. "……. Not worth the drive or the stop in this empty place.

If I had not been on a time schedule I'm sure I would have shopped more. They have all of the popular shops at good prices. It was about a 45 minute ride from the strip. Good thing we rented a car. Once again if the strip isn't your thing, then this is definitely something to do.

From the outside these shops look outdated & dirty, but inside the mall is actually quite clean(despite restrooms) and renovated! Great selection from polo, Nike and a Williams Sonoma warehouse store that is incredible!

This Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas which opened in July 1988 was once a major tourist stop situated on the Interstate 15 in Primm, Nevada. The mall with 371,000 square feet of space and a complement of 58 shops and restaurants was attached to the Primadonna Casino Resorts. Top name brands (Banana Republic. Coach, Ralph Lauren were just a few of these stores. Eight different eateries were open to serve the hungry shopper. A parking lot with 2,000 parking slots could accommodate any size vehicle ranging from motorcycles to 18-wheeler semi-trucks. Over the years, made several trips to Las Vegas, and the Outlet Mall as it was the perfect place to take a break from the long drive from California, shop and obtain a great meal. Things changed, the ownership of the mall changed several times, and the mall was renamed “Prizm Outlets.” Expansion plans were in work. As things go, plans failed to materialize. During our stop over in Primm, enroute back to California, paid a visit to the mall. Very depressing and a dead mall greeted us. The one-story mall that once was home to 58 stores, is now a virtual ghost town. Most of the shops are vacant, with only five hanging on. The food court is shut down, and the water found is completely dry and full of trash. Restroom facilities are closed, and yellow caution tape dominates the landscape. The walls that once display a collection of 126 street art mural by world famous artist still graces the empty hallways. Many have been vandalized or destroyed. What remains are covered with cobwebs and dust. As we wandered around, noted one missing element from the mall, a lack of shoppers. An incredibly sad ending. After viewing this mall, and other attractions within the Primm complex, strongly advocate that you just keep on going. Primm, Nevada is “no more.”

I went to the outlet stores and found some great bargains. At the Nike store I bought a nice, comfortable pair of running shoes. Ifound some great barains at the Kenneth Cole store also. I hadn't been to the Primm Fashion Outlets in quite a few years, but I was pleased with the variety of stores and the prices. I plan to make another trip there sometime during the spring.

We've become disenchanted with outlets but his one has first rate clothing at a very low price, even if you are from the UK with the poor exchange rate. We stopped at Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren as well as Michael Kors.
We had to hold back as there are tempting offers!

Oh this is a perfect place for shopping with great deals on top brands of the world like Michael Kors, Tony Butch ,Ferregamo. Also there other USA brands like Gap, Banana Republic, Aldo , Ann Taylor , Saks. I loved this place . Must keep atleast half day. How ever I spend a day

Well appointed inside. Wouldn't think that by the area it's in. Stores are nice and clean something you'd find in Los Angeles. Good on you Primm!

I found some great deals at the outlets in Primm. The outside may not be as fancy as the outlets in Vegas, but they still have lots of great shops: Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Tommy Bahama, etc. We drove out here because we were going to a concert in Primm, so it was worth the trip.

Clothes fo kids to plus sized women, men too. Luggage and jewelry as well Cain be found in this outlet mall.

Avoid at all cost. 6 or less remaining stores & 2 places to eat. I came specifically for NIKE factory store. It was NO LONGER HERE...... literally no reason to stop here anymore unless you need to stretch your legs and do laps around empty air condition mall. They do have some oversized street art all around inside thou, kinda cool of thats your thing

Compared to other outlets in the Vegas area, this one simply doesn’t compare. Little choice of food, except for the Golden Arches across the car park.
There was several empty units or ones that looked like they were closing down. I went in to one for sunglasses as there had a big advert for a brand I like, once inside it was full of empty cabinets and hardly any sunglasses".
We did manage to find a few shops we wanted but really was a disappointment overall. Being a Sunday the queue towards CA border was near static.

Great place to go on way to Vegas has Ralph Lauren Nike and so on some good buys, it is earily quiet at times so overall great range of shops to suit most bargain hunters

Nice mall, clean and huge area for food count. But the water from water fountain isn't nice ( we had to buy still water at shop)
I was so happy that I found all the good qualities brands shop all in under one roof plus discount.
Well ... that make us smiley face 😊

The good news is that this outlet mall is indoors and away from the smoke filled smelly sections of the hotels. There are plenty of stores. Prices are not that great and some of the stores looked unorganized and in disarray. Some higher end outlets were in better condition but not like visiting the actual stores. Good service. This is good diversion from the other amenities especially if you are into shopping. Worth walking through it.

Its been 2 years since I was last here and same stores there plus a few more. I only went to specific stores as I knew which ones had the best deals. Theres a beauty store that has many brands including Mac! Purchased Mac makeup at about 1/3 of retail. Gymboree was awesome for kids clothes, great coat prices Wilson Leather, and so much more. I also stopped at the Barstow Outlet after this and its worth stopping there too.

Not worth the trip from Vegas anymore. Not many stores and the deals are no better than the outlets in Vegas. We like to go while in Vegas for a few hours anyway, we have a gamble a a lunch.

There are great to deals to be had here on many brands. We particularly found US brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Coach & Ralph Lauren to be cheap. Not as good as the outlet malls we have visited in Texas but still good. Tons of free parking.

This outlet is just at stateline and has a good selection of brand names. Good thing is an indoor outlet so it is good if you go during summer
Prices are ok some still a little price. Usually find better bargains at the outlet in Vegas "Las Vegas Premium Outlet" this outlet is also bigger

Although you gotta have a car to get here, I prefer this Outlet Center to the ones in Vegas. Although it's alot smaller, it has a good mix of luxury/brand and moderate shops to choose from, plus Neiman-Marcus Last Call, which is a biggie. Disappointed that the Tod's outlet is no longer there, which was one of my favorites, but love the Tommy Bahama outlet, which seems to always have a sale on the same stuff that you find at the regular priced store at the Fashion Show.

I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about- this outlet mall is waaaay overpriced! If you shop around in Vegas at Ross For Less, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Burlington Coat Factory you can get the same designer goods for half the price or more off! The Outlet Mall is super expensive. 20% off a full price Kate Spade bag to me is not a bargain! 50% yes!
We spent maybe an hour there and drove back to Vegas- time wasted!
The Outlet Mall South of the Strip is as good if not better.

Over the years I have found this to be one of the better shopping venues, and it is definitely worth stopping here. The outlet mall is covering a large area. It helps to not just "browse"-unless you want to get lost in the premises for a day! Come prepared with a plan, where you want to go, and start your treasure hunt. The prices are good,of course best, if there are special promotions. The stores are generally well stocked, and contrary to another outlet mall I have not found merchandise here. (This said, it's always a good idea to inspect your purchase carefully.) Wear comfortable shoes and start your expedition-it's worth it!

We always find GREAT deals at the outlet.....some stores are true outlets, others raise their price 75%, then give you 50%off, so be careful.
Be sure to visit Bath and Body, Old Navy and the Levis stores.
We also get up early and walk around the mall at least 4 times. Not sure how far that is, but in my mind it is over a mile.

This outlet mall is just OK. It's like any other. But as others have said, it's kind of 'sad'. Probably great for those in the remote areas to shop at. But if you're in Las Vegas - there are two outlet malls (north & south) that are bustling and have lots to offer. The ONLY reason I even wander through this mall is because I am going to the Lottery location, which is literally on the South end of the outlet mall area - you are now, officially, in California once you've turned into their driveway and can buy CA lottery scratcher's and buy Powerball, MegaMillion tickets.

On Monday May 12th, my girlfriend and I visited the Primm Valley Fashion Outlet Mall. The mall is in Primm, 45 minutes south of Las Vegas. We were staying at the MGM Grand Hotel, so, the shuttle bus ride was free (usually it costs up to $15 each round trip).
We're from Canada and it's been 2 years since my girlfriend has had a chance to hit an American outlet mall, so we did our research and from what we found on the net and from word of mouth - this seemed to be the most highly recommended outlet mall in the Las Vegas area.
Personally, we weren't impressed. We were happy we didn't have to pay for the ride. My girlfriend bought 4 items at the Coach Outlet and a couple of towels at Ralph Lauren - but that was all we bought during our 3 hour stay.
Personally, we much prefer the Fashion Outlet Mall in Niagara Falls New York (same 'outlet chain' different city).
Now - if you're in Las Vegas, with an afternoon to kill and you want a place to shop (where your significant other can continue gambling at the adjoining casino) it's not a bad place to go - however, we didn't find the selection of merchandise or the prices to be all that special.
So - not great, not bad, just a little disappointing.

We came here strictly for Williams's Sonoma outlet and le creuset.
The remainder of the outlets other than 3 or 4 were lack luster

Not bad as far as outlet malls go - good variety, lots of space, clean etc etc - but very novel in that there are three casinos connected to the mall - in fact, one is attached to the mall.
The casinos follow the Las Vegas model in cheap food and drink and attractions other than gambling. Bonnie and Clyde's car is there!
Very easy to get to by "public transport" from Las Vegas - $12 a head return from any one of three Strip pickup points (and the driver will often drop you right at your hotel on the return trip). Plenty of free parking if you drive - 40 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
And if you want a lottery ticket you can walk to California and buy one!
Just different enough from the two Strip outlet malls to make the trip worthwhile.

Levis store employee was so rude i walked out. Some heavyset women was rude do not spend your money there

We always drop into Primm when near LV but this time we were sorely disappointed. Half the stores are closed so I don't think it will be around for much longer. The Ralph Lauren shop is still one of e best you will visit. Huge & good bargains. Better than the LV outlet prices.

It is small outlet and have a limited shops, most of big brands are available. Nice for a quick visit.

Drove here during the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately we got caught in a road closure not by our fault. But once we arrived we had a great experience. Especially love the Brighton and Coach stores. Nice selection of products and great customer service. Just wish the McDonalds nearby wasn't so busy.

Stealing the last recent review's title. This is indeed a dead mall. Only about a half-dozen stores left and that's probably only because of the attached hotel/casino. It's still being maintained with a cleaning crew wandering around. The fountain was dry but clean and the bathrooms were open when we went through. At least the murals on the blocked stores were nice to look at while we stretched our legs.
Honestly, we only ever stop in Primm to gas up, grab lunch, and stretch our legs a bit on the way through. The mall made for a nice distraction and some shopping opportunity before. Now just a shaded, cooler place to walk for the stretch. It seems like the place is just biding time until the situation improves enough to start going again, or to finally throw in the towel.

I remember years ago on the chunnel a frenchmen all he wanted to discuss was where to go shopping in los angeles. Anyways, if you are doing this run and wants some shopping deals you will find a pretty good selection here. The stores are mainly name brand clothiers like ralph lauren, kenneth cole, nike, etc. its attached to the primm valley casino so if you win or lose big you can cool your heels walking around the mall. Okay food court here. I do like the nike selection here and by the way if you want a souvenir nike shirt with "las vegas" on it you can stop here.

Visited on a weekday, mid afternoon and the mall was akin to a ghost town. Made for a very relaxing shopping experience. The mall has most of the outlet shops; i.e., Lane Bryant, Bath and Body, Nike, etc. but it also had a Williams Sonoma which, by itself, made the stop worthwhile. Great food court and prices were good. Would visit again.

One of the best outlets I have been to! Great choices of brands, in excellent prices. If you ever go to Vegas, don't miss a visit, definitely worth it!

As soon as you see the Primm outlets after a long drive from California, you know that you've finally reached the border between California and Nevada. You can make a stop here to fill up your gas (Chevron) and visit the outlet stores and their food court, just make a right turn past the Chevron gas station and the coffee shop on the left side. You can get very affordable nice luggages in the outlet store and can even ask for a bargain. They have a couple of shoe shops, and very affordable, low priced skechers or nike if you're looking to wear comfortable shoes to vegas. Believe me, you'd want to wear the most comfortable shoes since you'd be walking a lot from one hotel to the other in the Vegas strip. We came on a weekday so the parking was pretty open and the stores and hallways were very quiet. They had the usual Pizza, chinese, japanese, american, mexican food. We got our panini chicken sandwich and fruit/vegetable juice. They also have a lot of Vegas brochures/maps right next to the restrooms.

We visited Fashion Outlets in Primm during a recent stay at Whiskey Pete’s casino resort. Although some shops were vacant there are some decent stores here. Michael Kors, Old Navy, Aeropostale, Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, H&M, Guess etc. There is also a nice little food area. It was a Tuesday lunchtime and the place was deserted so perfect shopping conditions! Very relaxing shopping trip

We have been here a couple of times.
Last year we thougt it was almost closing.
This year you could see it's getting better, more stores and more people.
I think there on a good path.
Toilets got a New paint but was horrible, if you paint then do it right.

This outlet mall in Primm Nevada is very, very nice. Did not expect to see a mall this large out in the middle of nowhere. The mall is large and the stores are really stocked well and very clean. I like that it is attached to the Casino/Hotel. I would recommend this short 35 minute drive from Las Vegas for a fun day trip.

These outlet stores are very clean and well taken care of. I was there early on a Friday, not many people. It seems that many stores have closed and are vacant. Every place I entered had good service.

This is the 3rd time we have shopped here. Always amazed at the great prices and selection. Food court had great food . Shame about the empty shops. But I hear from the other shops they will be filling up again soon we spent heaps avaint

We always manage to find something here to buy, each of our kids got item's from various stores here, including Aeropostale.
The big bonus here is that you can pop out to the car park and get GREAT Greek salads and strawberry thickshakes that are made with real strawberries. We drive to Primm for Mad Greek, and stay to shop at the outlets.

If you've never been to the outlets in Primm, then you have no idea what you are missing. This is truly one of the cleanest, prettiest malls with some GREAT designer brands! It doesn't seem to matter when I go, I am always able to find great clothes at great bargains. And, please don't tell me "it's so far". Driving ANYWHERE in Las Vegas is a challenge. Driving to the outlets in Primm is a straight shot down I-15. What could be easier?

This fashion outlet is smaller than the one in South Las Vegas, the pricing higher and not as many selections in the store. If this is a first visit to a fashion outlet this would satisfy you. Happy shopping.

Maybe we have been a bit spoilt going to outlet malls in Florida but we thought this place was a bit disappointing. We did find Levis and Sketchers stores good however the food court was terrible. One food outlet even had a meat dish labelled up a vegetarian dish and didn't seem to care, even after me pointing it out and asking them to correct it, they didn't.

Vegas is a 6 hour drive for me, and everytime we go someone always forgets something...last time my husband forgot his dress shoes, this time I forgot my jewelry and my brother in law forgot his dress shoes....and the Primm Outlets always save the weekend. You can find everything here from Armani to a .99 cent Vegas souvenir shop...the food court has many choices. The only semi-annoying thing is the layout...but no biggie :)

Dropped in my way to Vegas got some outrageous bargains, prices that I would never in a million years see at home! I will be back to Vegas possibly just for the shopping!

Enroute to California we stopped and did a bit of shopping. There are lots of stores and the mall didn't seem very busy. We were able to get some great deals on shoes (yay) and it was a bonus to shop at the Williams Sonoma outlet store.
We did have a snack at the KFC which is in the parking lot .. the food was quick and fresh.

Of all the shopping centers, hotels, and casinos we visited on our Three day tour of the Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona locations..... this was the best. The spaciousness, architecture, parking, Quality of the stores and satellite (food) businesses in the environment is overwhelming. Its like n adult amusement park also. We stayed a lot longer than we planned, but a return trip is needed to fully enjoy it all. Sorry that we didn't make it past the Primm ..... but there will definitely be a next time.

I always stop here on my way to Vegas to stretch my legs and walk around. What I love is that I get good deals on brands I like. Express, Gap, Hollister, etc. What I hate is the nasty public bathroom.
I think the stores should withhold paying their rent since the mall management company isn't providing a clean place for their clients to use. It totally smells worse than the sewer. My toilet would not flush (which I hate not flushing), the sink had a lack of working soap dispensers, and I had to hold my nose while inside.
May want to shop here and use casino bathroom.

Great options and connected to prim casino on one end. Great deals, from h & m nowadays to aeropostle and old navy. Great relief from a hot day too. Good ac and shade areas. Lots of travelers from all over here. International crowd too.

Good variety of stores. From baby clothes to adult high end store's. Of course there are major name brands. Also has a good food court.

Apparently this used to be the main mall if you were looking for fashion outlets but nowadays being so many in Vegas, people do not travel here anymore.
No wonder there are so many shops closed and the place looks rather sleepy.
We did not find anything interesting as we did a tour of the place looking for something to eat and shop. The food court was only fast food and the shops did not offer anything interesting to the avant garde UK shopper used to new fashions.
However we enjoyed the calm walk with not many people around, thing you would not find in our malls always packed with people and screaming kids.

I realise I'm a guy but I'm an avid shopper :) On my Vegas trip I visited 3 seperate outlets in this order: North Premium, South Premium, and Primm. Honestly and well, unfortunately, I would have to say we visited the outlets in the wrong order! Oh well - next time I'll remember. I'll be honest, Primm doesn't look like much but I was very pleased with the store selection and inventories they had - in comparison to the premium outlets. Don't get me wrong, it depends what you're shopping for because obviously each outlet I mentioned offers a variety of stores that the others don't offer. We took the shuttle from MGM and Mel, our driver, such a great guy - followed the schedule precisely. I recommend this shuttle (seek info on the outlet website) to anyone - rather than renting a vehicle and doing the 40min drive. You might say "Damn, only 4h at the outlet?" but that's honestly all you'll need. We walked through the mall twice in the 4h window.
2 Fossil Watches, 2 Nike Golf Shirts, 3 Nike Dri-Fit T's, 2 Nautica Polos, Old Navy Dress Shirt, Old Navy Shorts, Pair of Crocs = $275US - NOT BAD, NOT BAD AT ALL

Let it be known the only ONE outlet store remains at this location in Primm. Michael Kors is the last to hold out. There is also a thrift store that is across from the Michael Kors location, but has different hours.

We love the drive from Las Vegas to Primm through the desert. Lots of beautiful scenery.
The mall was VERY quiet. We saw very few people walking around, and some of the stores are empty. Not sure how these places stay in business.
For us, it's worth the drive just to shop at the Bath & Body OUTLET store. Yup, a real outlet store. We only spent an hour or two at the mall, and covered all the stores we were interested in. The Vanity Fair store is nice, but way too small. In outlet malls that store is usually very large.
If you have a car, then it's worth driving there. Don't think I would spend the time on a shuttle though.

The selection of stores is disappointing, the outlet it self, looks a bit run down, and there really ain't a lot of good bargins.
If your in las vegas visit the premium outlets instead, as this is not worth the 45 min bus drive.

We visit this mall every year whilst on holiday in Las Vegas. The mall is very clean with great shops and some excellent bargains. We find the mall not too busy so we enjoy strolling around all the shops. The only negative is the food court which is similar to many of the shopping malls. Tables not cleaned often enough etc.

But probably not worth a drive Las Vegas which we did. The mall is fine, nearly all apparel and shoes but the prices are no different from the two premium outlets in Las Vegas. The mall's interior decoration is a bit dated but maintained well. No very high end shops but a middling selection of others.

The Fashion Outlets Mall is very large and has a variety of stores. Prices are pretty good depending on the sales that week. We usually end up here each time we fly down to Vegas.
The food court is OK, but there is a Vietnamese restaurant Leeli Pot in its own space in the mall that is definitely worth checking out if you are hungry.
It is also attached to a Casino and is across the street from two other casinos.

This one is vibrant place is essentially empty. With three or four outlet malls in Las Vegas proper there's really no need to come out here other than for the drive and the beautiful vistas.
With that being said, the Coach outlet had a 50% off sale and I could not pass up some bargains. They actually have two stores, one for men and one for women.
The Ralph Lauren outlet did not have a big and tall men's section which was disappointing. Otherwise it's like any outlet mall but you don't have to worry about crowds so you can park by the door.

Don't be fool. Although in these quite shopping mall you can find good stores and probably more clothes than in the Premium Outlet it's just not in Vegas. It's in Primm about one hour from Vegas so just think twice before comming.
In my opinion for me it was worth comming because I got to shop in many of my favourite shops.
Only one person that has been to the Premium Outlets and this ones can tell you if driving to this Outlet is well worth..

The outlets in Vegas are now better than Primm.
We have been heading to Primm to hit the outlet mall over the years, but likely won't be going back. There are few stores left at this mall that you would care to go to, with the exception of the Williams Sonoma outlet and Kate Spade (ok, maybe I'll head out just to shop at WS). The decor is dated, the food court is questionable, and the deals are stale. It feels as though this mall is going to go out of business at any time. Sad. I remember when it was amazing.

We stopped here on the drive from LA to Vegas and found some good bargains but my step-son bought some Nikes here that he later found in the South outlet in Vegas for $30 cheaper. It was a great place to shop in the middle of the heat without the crowds but I still like the Vegas outlet shops better.

This outlet mall has a few upscale shops, in addition to the usual (St. john's, Neiman Marcus Last Chance, Bally's). Never crowded. Lots of room to move around. There is a large food court and plenty of parking. You can take a bus from hotels in Las Vegas or drive by car.

We visited this place while at a family reunion in Las Vegas. I continue to find great bargains whenever I shop here. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The outlet mall is older and shows in the building and grounds around the building. Has a good selection of stores to shop and reasonable prices. everything form jeans to Coach and Michaels Korrs.

I wasn't too impressed with the mall itself as it had most of the same stores as our Outlet mall in Ontario, CA. However, I was highly impressed with the Coach Outlet. Not only was everything half off of the regular retail price, I was handed an additional 30% off coupon at the door and what a difference! I walked away with a new bag, and a keychain for less than $80. Great deal! Super satisfied!

second visit to this mall. They have one of only 2 Karen Millen outlets in the USA so that was the driver for our visit. This time KM outlet was a little dissapointing however other stores such as Coach, Tommy Bahama were great - note this Coach outlet does not have the lines you get in North and South Vegas outlets so worth considering a visit if you are a Coach fan. Also has a Williams Sonoma outlet which was good. Eating opportunites are limited - food hall with usual selection of pre made options

This place had the best bargains, hit this one up like a storm and make sure you buy it all here as the north n south outlets of las vegas are not as cheap as this one. This is a must for shoppers

First sight is off putting as building is old and dirty. Actual shopping area is clean and organised. Bought some good buys but on percentages the outlets in Vegas are just as good with similar styles and prices. I even found better prices on sale at the miracle mile planet hollywood. If you are travelling that way call in, but personally save the travel time and shop in Vegas.

I didn't know what the Mall was called in January so I never wrote a review for this Mall. But I know what it is now after my 2nd trip to Vegas in 3 months!
As I said before, this is my 2nd trip to Vegas in 3 months. In January I shopped at the Premium Outlet in Vegas and the Fashion Outlet in Primm and found better deals in Primm. Well 2 months later we're back in Vegas since my girlfriend was at Exhibitor 2010.
The same experience as the 1st time, but the deals weren't as good as back in January. We didn't have a car this time but we found that it's only $15 bucks ROUND TRIP to take the shuttle from MGM Grand, and if you're nice to the clerk she'll even give you a discount on the bus tickets. We ended up paying $12 dollars each for the bus tickets. However, before buying the tickets, be sure to check out the Fashion Outlets website because they have coupons that could save you an extra few dollars.
The busses run from 9:15am to 6pm, and if I remember correctly they do 4 runs from the MGM Grand with a couple of hours in between each run.
The sales were still pretty good, and it was a good alternative to the Premium Outlet Mall in Vegas, although the selection is not as big. You have your Burberry, Nieman Marcus, Lacoste, Juicy Couture in regards to premium brand names (I think there were a couple more, but there weren't as big of a brand selection in this mall). This mall is not as big, and we were able to finish shopping in 2 hours, whereas in at the Premium Outlet we shopped for about twice as long!
One thing I can say is to definitely shop at the Premium Outlet first, and then make a trip out to Primm to compare prices because some of the brand stores in Primm were indeed cheaper than the Premium Outlet!

This is in Primm not Las Vegas and the stores are average. I would check out the roller coaster though. A lot of the lots are empty but is a nice getaway from the shops of Las Vegas or a nice practice shopping if your on your way to LA.

Yes it is very nice and conveniently displayed on huge signs when coming in from the south (I-15).
But inside the bargains appear better than they are. I prefer the Ross stores in Vegas for better deals!
2022

We went there with a shuttle bus from the MGM Hotel. I was a little bit disappointed, because there were no great deals, but I think this depends on the day you go there. It´s an outlet like the others, nothing special.

This outlet is very clean have many stores to shop in. Good food to eat but not everything is a bargain. They actually have cool stuff you can buy. But if you really want to buy something make sure you bring extra money cause not everything is a bargain. It also a really cool place to hand out if you want to take a break from a long drive. And yes their are some really good bargain but you really have to look and shop around.

I thought this was going to be THE SPOT to outlet shop in Vegas.....and all I can say was had I never gone I wouldn't have missed anything! 40min shuttle ride each way....that is 80 Vegas minutes wasted on a shuttle : (
Stick to the outlets downtown/near the airport.....the deals are just as good there!
We also found great deals at the Fashion Show Mall.....
But Primm sucked.

We walked all around the mall and only went in 2 shops, about 20 out of 100 or so shops are still open but for how long I don't know.

Used to think Primm was THEE outlet mall to go to in or near Vegas, it's not. Last time we were there a few years back it had the most stores and better than the North Premium Outlets in Vegas, and now the reverse seems true.
We rented a car and drove out to Primm, thought we would be there for a few hours and maybe spent an hour. Many of the shops are closed/vacant and they don't have nearly the selection as a Premium mall in Vegas. North Premium Outlet is the one to go to now.

My boyfriend and I booked tickets on the shuttle from MGM. While the outlets are nice in that they are all housed in an air-conditioned complex, we didn't think they were anything special. Several of the stores we had hoped to go to were no longer in the center and a lot of the stores didn't have very good prices compared to other outlets we have been to. If you want to visit Buffalo Bills and Terribles in addition to the outlets, it may be worthwhile to make the trip. Or maybe if you just want to get off the strip for a bit.. but overall don't expect to be blown away. TIP: if you do decide to go, definitely book online at http://www.fashionoutletlasvegas.com/ so that you can get the tickets for $12 R/T vs. $15 R/T per person.

I am a bit surprised this place is still open. There's NOBODY shopping, I don't quite understand how the shops (about half of the mall) make rent. The upside is you can still find good/cheap stuff, but it's almost not worth the effort. Definitely not coming from LV on purpose for a shopping trip, as it was the case in the past few years.

We were in the area for something else, so decided to check it out. Very clean with your usual variety of stores for an "outlet" mall. Prices were pretty standard. Interesting to note that a good portion of the mall featured closed storefronts, even about half of the restaurants in the food court had been boarded up.

Stores have closed or are in the process of. Dark dank depressing. Once Neiman Marcus Last Call and several name brands available here. Gone. Empty vacant lights out. Tried the food court. Chicken rubbery like bubble gum. Not a shoppers paradise.

Stopped here on the way to Vegas from California. As per the review below, as an Australian here for the first time, I could not believe the bargains and the prices of some quality merchandise compared to Australia. Had to buy a couple of extra suitcases to get everything home - although we had planned on this. Could not believe the prices of some of the brand name items and things like leather jackets etc. Yes the centre has some age on it but that's not really why you are there. Would recommend it to all. My only disappointment was in the Kenneth Cole outlet and this occurred in Vegas as well. I was keen on a couple of items and they did not stock a large range of sizes etc.

THis is a great place- great deals-great food court -
Large enough yet not overwhelmling large .
Did the majority of my xmas shopping- treated myself to a lot of things at the Bath and Body outlet that normally i wouldnt purchase and saved so much $$$ on everything.

Nice quiet mall, lots of stores to shop in. Nothing to really complain about or suggest. Would definitely come back again.

We love this mall. Dot Michael Kors perfume buy one get one half off Kate Spade bag that is 300 plus tax for 1:19 2 pair of Nike tennis shoes that are adorable new models for 100 bucks, this is the place to shop.

We live in Vegas and travel to California quite a bit. On the way back from Cali, we often stop at the Fashion Outlets of Primm. What was probably a hustling and bustling outlet mall in its day, has now become a quiet almost "ghost-town" like atmosphere. It's really a shame, because the stores that have withstood the test of time, still have great bargains, like Tommy Bahama and Banana Republic. However, there are many stores that have gone out of business and most of the kiosk shops are no longer there.
I've heard they're trying to revitalize and bring in some new stores...they need to do something or this mall isn't going to be around much longer. While it's still standing, give it a chance on your way to or from Cali. You might find something you love!

This is one of my favorite outlet malls for a very special reason. If I am heading to Las Vegas for any reason, my thoughts immediately turn to the Williams Sonoma outlet store. I have scored some fantastic deals on all types of kitchen items at this location. Since Williams Sonoma has only a few outlets around the United States, I stop in at any location I happen to come across in my travels.

It is quiet convenient , near by Las Vegas Blvd., like normal mall, price is fair, if you want to have convenient shopping, good choice.

We were suprised to see the number of retailers that have left. To name a few Lulu Lemon,Choco's,Burlington Coat,Browns Shoes and most recently Last Call (Neiman Marcus ).The place was empty just before Christmas. Talking to the staff in Last Call they weren't complimentary towards the mall management. This place is dying and need a breath of fresh air.

So I photo’s of this outlet mall dated from 2017 and it showed a promising outlet mall shopping experience with many top name brands located within the mall. Fast forward to March 2021 and this mall experience is a complete waste of time. Two food court options and maybe five stores remain in the entire mall. Most of the mall has not been painted up in bright colors to mask the fact that the mall is 98% empty. Unless you are a fan of documenting dead malls, pass this one by.

We often visited Prim Fashion Outlets the past few years.
We loved that place : great location in the middle of the desert, at the border in between NEVADA and California, just 30 mins away from Las Vegas.
However, on our August 2019 trip, we were amazed & shocked to note that most ( 90% ) of the shops were closed.
Most tenants left and only a few large national brands were still there : Coach, Lewis, Polo....
Even the food court was running dead with only 1 or 2 booths selling pizzas and pasta.
One employee working at Primm eplained me that due to previous poor management, most tenants left 6 months ago.
A new management took over and it seems that lot of improvements / renovations are been done to relaunch operations and invite back stores.
( new restrooms, new Air Cond System...)
I suspect that this process might take a few months, so be aware prior you decide to get there for shopping....

I haven't been here for 3 or 4 years, and because of some of the mixed reviews I didn't know what to expect. What A pleasant surprise! The mall itself is inside and air conditioned, and is connected with the Primm Valley Resort. It is beautifully decorated, very relaxing, and is a nice stroll just to get away from the casino. There's a great variety of stores and I saw very little empty space. My favorite stores were Tommy Bahama, Williams-Sonoma and Old Navy. These tores are huge, have a great selection, and the services was great.

We were looking forward to seeing more shops but found that there were a lot closed. Anyhow we did some shopping and got some good bargains. I think that we were there for too long.
