This is the only arcade that we go to when we come to pigeon forge the workers are really nice & talk to us like they have know us for years it’s a great experience everytime we come & thanks to RJ for for taking time to to explane a few things & getting to know us everyone that works there is awesome! We really appreciate y’all! Y’all will see us on our next visit to pigeon Forge!

We had a great time in the Arcade and riding Go Carts! This place has some nice prizes as well. We will return.

Chase was an extremely beautiful man who helped myself and my indecisive friends to have a fantastic experience toward the end of our arcade-going venture. 10/10 wish he was my dad.

Our family always has a wonderful time when we visit here. We enjoy all the games and the prizes are nice. Our most recent visit, Jonathan was wonderful with our daughter when a prize she won got caught and didn’t fall correctly. We always have wonderful interactions with all the employees. My daughter loved the attention of cashing in her point for that LEGO Harry Potter Train.

Tanya at the ticket redemption counter in the arcade was very helpful and super friendly and nice.
The arcade was clean and lots of fun games. I would highly recommend.

Ralph was awesome, and the games were fun. Could use more coupes games or at least 2-4 player ones for people who want to play together more but it was a blast.

Absolutely love this arcade we visit multiple times a year and are always ready to go back once we leave. The staff is always friendly and glad to help.

I really enjoyed this arcade. It was only $1.00 to play most games. And the ticket payouts and prizes were fun too! We will be back.

My family and I have been coming to Rockin’ Raceway for years! Each year we come, we find they have awesome upgrades to the arcade! This year Antonio and Jessie were so nice and helped my girls pick out their prizes, making it extra fun for them! Can’t wait to visit again next year!

I came here with my kids while on vacation, for a few hours. It is a fun atmosphere and wasn't too crowded on a December weekday. If you're looking to spend a few hours indoors, it's worth a visit.

This is a great place to take the kiddos! The staff was very friendly and helpful all around, big thank you to Greg for helping us give our kids amazing arcade trip’s throughout our stay!!

My nieces and nephews always want to come to this arcade when we are in town. Had an issue with the claw machine claw getting hung up in the cord and Greg came and unhooked it and gave my niece an animal for the trouble. Then when we were leaving, Greg noticed we had a lot of stuffed animals and went and got us a bag for all the stuffed animals. Very friendly and helpful. very professional.

We had a great time at the arcade and we whee shown how to play this claw game and the employee mason from the counter helped us and was really nice. Great place and great employee. Mason was very professional and nice. We will definitely come back 😊

I have loved this place for years. My son grew up coming here and we still love it. Definitely a pigeon forge tradition. Can’t wait to stop in when we are back in September

We always come to this game room when we're in the area. We have lots of fun and win LOTS of points. Seems like they did need more help at the prize counter this time,but still was all good. We usually rack up ALOT of points while having tons of fun,and usually before we leave to go home find someone with cute kids to give our card to. This time we had racked up 28,000 points and gave it to a grandmother of a sweet little girl while they were about to cash in their 2500 point winnings. They were so thankful and surprised. I have always enjoyed doing this.

My family and I had so much fun! All of the staff were great, but Zach made our experience 10/10! We will definitely be back!

It was such an amazing arcade. Definitely going back soon. I didn’t have quite enough tickets for something I wanted and the arcade worker let me get it it anyway.

First off the arcade was great, but the track leaves something to be desired, the younger gentleman (if he can be called such) I believe I heard him called Evan or something similar. Was very unsafe and was not paying attention to us while riding the go-carts. Using his phone and dancing around on tires and almost tripping a few times. And then argued back during our visit with who I bel was his manager, she was in a red shirt. The other gentleman seemed to do almost all the work. Our Groupon made it affordable but don't know that I will return for the go-carts

The games were fun, price is right and toys for points is great.

We visit Pigeon Forge very often and no matter when we always visit the Rockin’ raceway arcade. It is the most fun and they have great prizes. Greg is always a great help and an awesome person to communicate with. You can tell he enjoys his job and all the people.

Beware using credit or debit cards here,they charged me twice for the same game card and I called them about it and they refused to do anything about it and the manager that I talked to acted like I was lying and I told her we have came there for over 20 years and I wouldn’t be back and she said that’s perfectly fine with me. I am beyond disappointed in this place and advise anyone reading to go elsewhere

We love this arcade and have made it a tradition to come back every year we've been to Pigeon Forge. We always leave with smiling faces, new memories, and arms FULL of quality prizes!! The staff is very friendly and helpful- you can tell they appreciate children and were very kind to our 4 year old son. The games are all priced reasonably and are all in great condition. The arcade is super clean and well kept- even the bathrooms are spotless! We appreciate Mike and Evan for their outstanding service and for this arcade always making the best of our little boy's trip.

It smelled nice in here most of the arcades on the strip smell like urine & sweat but not this one I know such a strange thing to say. I will say though it was a little on the pricey side when most the games cost quite a bit I would maybe suggest a bundle deal especially for families with more then 1-2 children. All of the games were working though didn’t have any problems with that or taking money it never did that. My kids won a lot of stuff out of the claw machines & enjoyed themselves.

Michael was so helpful and attentive to our needs when purchasing tickets. GREAT Customer Skills. Need more workers like him.

They have a wide range of arcade games. We especially love the Wizard of Oz and the Yahtzee. They have a better point value than any of the other arcades we've tried. Very helpful staff.

After we ate breakfast my daughter saw this place and want to check it out and I said ok. Everything was ok when the machine starts giving us problems the claw where you drop the roll of ticket if you drop it and it push it to the hole you will get that roll I didn’t get that so it happen twice and did not get both. Move to a different one which my whole family was their playing the wizard of oz that you will drop the green/ red chips and the card. Some red and green chips drop but never get it. I asked the lady I should’ve get her name and told her the situation and with her grouchy expression on her face she told me that all silver coins doesn’t come out and I told her a lot of times not talking about the silver coins I’m talking about the green and red chips instead of checking the machine she went at the front and start talking to another employee with the same face as hers who know what she’s saying to him… move on my kids want to play the VR and so I paid for it and the same guy that the lady was talking helped us but I don’t know about this people working for y’all but they seem looked that they don’t like their job. They did not talked or even make my kids understand why they’re doing that for. Just put on the gear and let them do their thing. I told my kids that we are leaving because you can’t get any friendly faces here. Finally before we left there was a different lady at the front told us have a great day and thanks for coming.

Logan was awesome at the prize counter. The games were a lot of fun. The entire atmosphere was better than I expected.

Greg, one of the workers there was the absolute best! He was very helpful and you could tell he loved what he was doing!

This team if employees deserves more than 5*! This is our second day in a row here on our vacation. Yesterday, the go kart team was amazing with all of our kids. They were thoughtful and kind, they made my kids feel like they were important. One of our children is 15 but developmentally disabled. There is no obvious physical sign. Yet, this team saw my daughter struggling to get in or out or understanding directions and they were supportive and compassionate. Today, one of the go kart helpers raced over to help my dtr w her kart bc he remembered her from yesterday.

When we checked in to buy our tickets today, Ty was thoughtful amd kind and helped us quickly and with a smile. My husband had a question and Ty immediately helped. He told my husband that he just wanted us to have a good day.

Finally, yesterday, my child with the delay didnt understand the tickets and was crying because she wanted a stuffed animal instead of candy. One of the prize helpers immediately came to her aid. She took her to a different area and she and my daughter worked it out until I had a beaming child!! This company wamts EVERYONE to enjoy and they strive to excel.

I canmot recommend this place highly enough. I am impressed with their interest in meeting everyone's needs. Thank you for allowimg my entire family to enjoy and always ending on a high note for us!

My family's favorite arcade in Pigeon Forge. We go every time we visit the area! The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Steve! He goes above and beyond.

Excellent value and courteous customer service. One of our party lost an item on the ride and Greg went out of his way to track me down to retrieve it.

The staff are so polite and helpful and the the arcade is clean and family friendly I wish they were open later but we closet every night we go my family loves it!

The game cards only last about half of what they did before. We have been going there for 20 years. Sad to see the typical less for more idea that Rockin Arcade decided to go with

My husband and I vist the arcade, sometimes several days in a week. We are local and love love the staff and the atmosphere there. Greg, Ryan, Zach and Stephen are our favorites, because they go beyond making sure others as well as us, are having a fun time in the arcade. This is truly one game arcade that these employees care and it shows each time we are there.

Rocking’ Raceway Arcade is amazing fun to have with the family or significant other! All different types of games are available to try and win. Candice helped us pick prizes and we had plenty fun picking rubber ducks together :) All and all we had a great time and would definitely recommend it to those that are visiting! Thank you Candice for helping us with our prizes!!

Mike and Zach were super awesome! They was extremely helpful and patient with our family as we tried to pick out prizes.

We went with our two small children (3 and 5) and we had a blast! The games were fun and for the money we were able to play a decent number of them. The staff were friendly. Chase was working the prize counter and went the extra mile to make sure our kids felt welcome and had a great and memorable experience. Definitely had a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and wasn’t too busy for the hour we were there (around 6:30pm on a Tuesday).

We came for a short getaway and had the most amazing time. Candice was amazing to my kids. If your in town I highly suggest you go visit!

I had visited here about 2 years again and had some coins left they now use a card but they took the coins and but them on a card for me. We will be back! what a great and nice thing to do for us. We go to the smokies 2 or 3 times a years and my grandkids enjoy Arcades. So see you again soon!

We had a great time at the arcade today. Every worker is nice, but Johnathon is especially helpful! We needed help with some games today and he helped us every time. He does a great job.

Greg helped us with our checkout process! And he was awesome! I have a 7 year old and he talked with him and advised different things he thought he would be interested in off what my son was telling him. Hands down one of the best experiences iv had while being piegon forge!

Rosie was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making sure we had all the information we needed and answering all our questions with ease. Rosie was truly the highlight of our vacation, going above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. She made this the best birthday for my son by helping him choose a blue gun, which he absolutely loved. Her warmth and dedication made our experience unforgettable. Thank you, Rosie!

My parents and I went because we love going to arcades while on vacation because it is relaxing. We had a lot of fun at this arcade! The staff was really nice. The only thing I wish they had was better prizes.

The arcade is awesome! Greg at the prize desk was great to work with. My wife is a teacher and had 30000+ points to redeem. She wanted as much “bang for the buck” as she could get as the prizes were going to her treasure box in her classroom. Greg was patient and counted out almost two plastic bags of prizes! Kudos to Greg for a job well done.

For Gods sake at least give your customers the same for their money that Gatlinburg space needle (Arcadia) gives us! You gave us HALF the coins, balls and marbles that they did. The same amount of money ended in about an hour compared to them. Shame.. shame….shame.

We own a rental in Pigeon Forge so we visit the area often. We ALWAYS stop into Rockin’ Raceway for a visit. It’s always clean, smells like cotton candy, & the machines are in good working condition. Anytime we’ve had issues with a machine, someone fixes it promptly. Ryan is there every time it seems. He’s friendly and kind. On our most recent visit, Jaelynn & Tristian also helped us with prizes. We have this as a recommended stop in our guest book. We’ll see you next time!

Very cool for the whole family! The race track is well built, fun, clean and priced for normal people to afford!

This place was really clean and had great games. The deals were great, I bought two $25 cards and they gave me $37 worth of credits on each. My kids wanted a prize worth more than the tickets we won and the staff took care of the kids. Gotta thank RJ and the staff for a great experience.

Had lots of fun. The claw machines seem fair. Well a couple of them were fair. A few of them were hard and deceiving like the Stanley one. My daughter thought she was suppose to go for the cup not the bag!

We are retired and could not believe how fun this was. Greg was so helpful and made this and even better adventure. Because of Greg's great sevice. We will be back. You have to play the Wizard of Oz game. We won a hoard of gifts for or grandkids.

We went to Rockin Raceway on a Monday evening near the end of October. We almost had the place to ourselves! We had a blast, and Rosie made our families experience special!!!! We will be back and we really enjoyed the bowling, soccer, and life size hungry hippo games!

We had a great experience with Chris tonight when my son was redeeming his points! He turned a “don’t have enough points” experience for my 4 year old around. Chris’s customer service skills went over and beyond any service that I have received at Rockin’ Raceway in the last 15 years. By the way-it’s also Chris’ birthday!!!

The staff was very nice the games was pretty fun and update the building was clean and sanitized the go-karts when fast enough it was a good spot to hang out at

The kids had an excellent time at the arcade. The Go-cart staff is what made our trip the absolute best. Shane went above and beyond to make sure everyone was buckled in properly. As the kids waved, he waved back and acknowledged them which made them super happy! He was just an awesome employee who actually put care and effort into making sure everything was top quality. We went to the supervisor and bragged on Shane I hope he gets some kind of reward for being a great employee.

So I have been bringing my family to this arcade for years. I supposedly won a 30,000 jackpot ticket game. However it didn’t put the jackpot on my card. I got to tell the kid working (Devin) who tells me I am basically lying . Then decided the game must have glitched. So I definitely will not and would not recommend or suggest this place to any family or friends. I definitely won’t be bringing my family back next year. They are much better places in the area who don’t try and screw a person over.

This is a very clean environment and family oriented. Mike showed great customer service and was very helpful with totaling up our points.

Jonathan was amazing! He saw we were struggling with some of the games, so he gave my young son some pointers. He was very helpful and very courteous… I thought he was the owner! The arcade was fun… You get double points on almost everything. All the games works without any issues… We didn’t have any games that took our money, but I’m sure if they did then Jonathan would have fairly refunded those charges to our game card. This is a huge arcade and the best one we visited during our weeklong visit… And we stopped at a lot of them! Definitely had the best games and a lot of variety and they all were in great working condition.

Chris at the back counter went above and beyond to insure we had a pleasurable experience. A good time was had by all of me and my friends.

So fun, the staff was very helpful! Could’ve spent hours there! Our children had so much fun and got to pick some great prizes.

We stopped here with my 3 children while on vacation. It was fun, but definitely expensive. They had a variety of games where you win tickets for prizes. My teens enjoyed trying to win in a Fitbit, which they never did win! We spent about an hour here and spent 50.00 for the 3 kids. In the end my youngest daughter won a huge bouncy ball, 2 pixie sticks and a tootsie roll! If your looking to kill a little time (and money) with the kids this should be on your list.

Our family spent hours in this arcade. Very friendly workers who went above and beyond to make our experience the best. Great games and you actually win tickets and the prizes are NOT overly priced either.

We were not disappointed again! We love this place. Mike helped us this year a group of 19. He did a great job with the kids picking prizes out. He has the patience of Job. We’ve came every yr for the last 5 years. This is our preferred arcade in Pigeon Forge area! Thanks Mike!

My niece wanted to go to this arcade and my hopes weren’t high, but our time here ended up being the best. It’s like a hole in the wall Dave & Busters without the food. Super fun & the staff was so kind. Logan was so patient and understanding with her as she decided how to spend her points. He definitely went above & beyond.

We had a BLAST!!! There are quite a few arcades in town, but…this is where you need to go. It is clean, great selection of games and prizes, the typical arcade experience. The thing that sets them apart - and I mean way apart - is the staff!! This team is fantastic. Courteous and thoughtful, just wonderful welcoming attitudes. We spent about 2 hours here and had the pleasure of meeting Greg. This guy is awesome! Funny, helpful, generous, just a great human; he made the family feel special. Go here, play, then ask for Greg. Trust me, this guy is the one you want to help you. #GregForPresident!!

My husband and I didn’t do any of the arcade games inside but we did do the go kart racing outside. Walking through the arcade though it was very nice and they had a huge variety of games to choose from. The go karts were a decent price and lots of fun. The operators Jessie and Rambo were very nice and one even offered me a hair tie for my long hair. If we had had our kids with us we would have done the arcade games but it was just the two of us.

Such a great experience at the rocking raceway inside the arcade and on the karts. Shout out to johnathan Madison for making the experience even better. Recommended for families.

My family and I visit Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg at least twice a year, every single year. We have visited many arcades in the area and I can, honestly, tell you Rockin’ Raceway Arcade has the best customer service! AJ and Mike went above and beyond to make sure my children and I were satisfied, especially at the ticket counter! Thank you Rockin’ Raceway for such a good time! We will definitely be back! 😃

We played the arcade with our grandson, our machine wasn't operating properly ,Johnathan one of the guys who worked there fixed the problem immediately. He was also very friendly and professional. I reccomend this arcade to everyone who visits Pigeon Forge.

This arcade is decent, but needs more games that are arcade style like pinball or Mortal Combat for example. Overall it was pretty good though.

Haven’t been since I was a kid went recently had more fun than ever! Michael was very helpful and nice we talked about the playoff game between the Bucs and the Cowboys.

We loved all the games here! Evan was very helpful and was cleaning around all the games! Mike helped me choose the best prizes and best way to spend my tickets! Both boys gave the words “southern hospitality” it’s true meaning! Very valuable employees! 10/10

The go carts were so fun! The workers were so nice and friendly, especially Tony! He was nice and fun, even though it was really hot outside.

Awesome place to race go carts and play arcade games. The employee at the prize counter, her name is Tanya, was absolutely delightful...my 8 year old daughter was very impressed by the service she gave us and I was as well. I highly recommend this place, go see Tanya, she will take good care of you!!

Zach was extremely helpful, professional and fun! We stopped in at this arcade as a way to kill some time and ended up having a good time.

This was a fun place; however, the rides are a little pricey, but fun. Make sure you can get into your cart and get out of your cart.

With so many other options, I will never go back. The go carts opened 15 minutes late and the VR was more than an hour. No one told me they had different hours while making the purchase and the the two women up front got an attitude when I asked when the VR would be available (twenty minutes after I was told it was going to open). I spent about $180 and left without doing VR and go carts because we were done with being treated with unnecessary disrespect.

In the arcade Jonathan is the man!! I had many questions about machines and he didn’t hesitate to help me and my family out! Gave my girls some bouncy balls made their night! Give this man a raise!! Told me about all the deals they had going on! Definitely will be back multiple times this vacation! Wonderful track, quick service!! No huge wait times!! And give you more laps I feel than other places!

First, we went to Big Top Arcade and I was disappointed by how small it was, so we went to Rocking Raceway Arcade instead. MUCH bigger. I would recommend this arcade or Arcade City right outside of the Island, Pigeon Forge. They look identical so it’s easy to confuse the 2. Now with any arcade, you spend a lot of money for very cheap prizes. We spent $100 and won 7,300 tickets and the best prize available was a toy gun with 6 bullets for 7,000 tickets. So a $10 prize at best for $100 worth of play time. If you just want to play fun games and don’t care about prizes this arcade is great. I’m putting 4 stars only because of the prize selection. In theory you would need to spend probably $500 to get a $60 prize. Our kids (ages 3 and 8) loved it though and enjoyed the games, we spent 2 hours just playing games. You get $145 of play value for $100. If you plan on spending a significant amount of time there I would recommend the $100 play card, it is the best value and it took the full 2 hours to use the $145 play card split up on to 2 cards.

We highly recommend this arcade! We had children ages 10 & 8. They had the best time! They have a lot of games to choose from for all ages. If you are in Pigeon Forge, you need to stop at Rockin’ Raceway Arcade!

Grandkids loved this place. You have to load money on at a kiosk and you can load with cash or debit. You get your card when you pay. Pretty easy. Go carts here are great! Overall great value.

This arcade triples your tickets which is amazing compared to other places in town. In addition, there were employees constantly cleaning the place the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend this place if you want a good arcade.

It's an older Arcade that's been around since I was a child. I often take trips in order to let my kids enjoy life a bit. We always stop here and arcade city (which is better and they own as well, located in the island). To me this place needs an update is all. It's really cute if you have small kids or really bad anxiety.

We go to A LOT of arcades as we travel frequently w/ our 4 & 5yo kids. This one has been the absolute best by far! It has quite a few games we actually havent come across before. The cost per game is pretty fair and you get so many tickets! Im sure we would have had a lot more but my kids love the VR and other non ticket games. The prizes were different from teblast fee arcades we've gone to so my kids were happy with that. Do yourself a favor and a quick search will find you a discount code to use to buy a card. We were able to find a $15 off of our $100 card. So we paid $85 plus when you purchase their $100 card you automatically get an extra $45 to play with. If you plan on spending time at the arcade I also suggest going early. We went after a later breakfast and it wasnt super busy and the claw machines had been stocked and there was no wait for any game. The staff was so friendly (especially the guy working the prize counter!) Takes a lot of patience to help 2 young kids decide how to use nearly 30,000 tickets. The shopping around this arcade is also abundant. Overall experience was great. I swore with as much to do around here we would not do anything twice. However, we will be going back to this arcade before we leave! Thanks Rockin Raceway for the wonderful experience!

They had a sweet deal, $200 of credits for $100. The kids had fun. Lots of games from new school arcade stuff and old school arcade stuff. The prizes are cheap dollar store stuff but that’s to be expected. The staff was helpful. All the games worked as they should. Only complaint, there is really no place for adults who aren’t playing to set down and there are no food or refreshments.

Raceway

Kids said it was okay. We did the 3 races for one price. The kids said that some of the carts were slower than others. Seems a little outdated. Some of the carts broke down while we were there. Don’t use the vending machine, charged us $4 and $6 for what we’re supposed to be $2 cokes.

My family often visits the arcade. We fully enjoy the fun and the interaction with the staff. The staff is very professional and friendly always ready to help if needed. I would like to give a special shout out to Ryan, Greg, Shakaia, Candice, and Joseph. They are great on making the quests feel welcome. We love coming to visit this arcade. We were assisted at the ticket booth by a man named RJ and he was really helpful and nice. He made my son comfortable and was patient as he took his time deciding what to get. He talked to us like he'd know us forever. He's awesome!

I've been coming to Pigeon Forge since I was a little kid. Every year we spent time at the arcade. So as an adult I have done the same for my family. I've been doing this for 16-17 years now. Rocking Raceway has always been my favorite. I have to say this year's arcade experience was by far my best. It was slow, almost dead which makes it fun because you can play whatever you want as long as you want. However I have to say this experience was elevated by an employee, Holly. Shout out to her for being super attentive and addressing any questions we had or technical issues. She did all with a big smile. Holly did not act as if we were a burden in any way. It was refreshing to feel wanted at a business. So thank you Holly for make an already fun place, the best it could be! Lots of games, tickets and fun!!

Played wizard of oz game, really fun but takes number of turned away and no coin comes out. Other than that all the games are fun. One of the workers was very helpful any time we needed help. Greg was very helpful and had a great personality

We visit Rockin Raceway multiple times every time we visit the Smokies. Always a great selection of games for everyone to play, friendly and helpful staff and always a family friendly experience no matter what time of day you visit. Especially enjoy the Willy Wonka and Wizard of Oz games,they can be very addictive.

My favorite part was playing a bunch of games and wining a lot of prizes. When we were done Jonathan greeted us and helped us a lot. We went back another time because it was such a blast the first time. We will return again next time.

The best arcade hands down in pigeon forge area! We have been to a lot of them! Always clean, staffed, and friendly everyday. Prizes were a little sparse this time. Only reason I know is because of past visits. Loved the patience and happiness of the check out crew! That always makes the best end to a fun time.

we went “arcade jumping” today and out of 4 this was our favorite! So many unique games and claw machines, many places seem rigged but we left with almost 7,000 points! Greg was amazing helping us with choosing our prizes and the whole staff was smiling and welcoming! Clean and definitely will be back

We love the atmosphere and energy here. Was so fun to play at with great games everyone can enjoy. My son was so excited to be able to get the prize he wanted from the tickets. Jade and Mike helped us at the ticket counter and were a pleasure to work with. They do an awesome job and were great to work with. We have been to big top, fanny Farkles , and a few others. This is the best one !!!!We have been going for years! My son and husband love the wizard of Oz game. They play for hours. The wizard of oz game was conking out on my husband. The shooter wouldnt work but he had the Toto ready to fall!! They tried to fix it finally he just moved the card to another machine. My hubbie got two sets and it made my sons day :) he could finally get something other than candy.

Did notice you have cut back on the prizes more low end stuff not alot of stuff for high tickets . Well unless you cook they had cookware and the like. Still though my son was smiling and thats enough for us . Good time! Masks not required but the intercom would drone on about it . Literally noone was wearing one and we didnt feel unwelcome at all.

Not sure about the cleanliness but we took wipes. It wasnt crowded but we went during the weekday and close to opening time . Most People were giving others space except a few toddlers tried to escape from their mother. Lol

This is a good arcade, just wish they had better prizes for the amount of tickets that my kids won. And wish the claw machines weren't so loose so that when my kids have a prize and it drops just before it comes over to the chute for them to win it.

We always stop at this arcade when we visit pigeon forge. Its spacious and has a good variety of games. Uses the card system like most arcades. So save your card.

I went to the arcade and purchased a card unaware that one of the activities required a special card for said activity. Even though I didn’t know and it was my mistake, management fixed the issue and even provided free admittance into the activity for the trouble! Absolutely great customer service and I would highly recommend this arcade.

The arcade was the best we have ever tried. There were tons of games. Many more than we had found at other arcades in the area. The people running the redemption counter are so patient. We had a lot of tickets to redeem and they assisted with complete patience. The gentleman running the counter truly enjoys the work he does. Great job!

A very well-run arcade. My 13-year-old son enjoyed earning tickets for prizes. Rather than paying at each game, each player has a card that money is loaded onto. Instead of endless paper tickets for prizes, the rewards are also loaded onto the card.

We visit Pigeon Forge 2-3x a year and Rockin’ Raceway Arcade is our go to Arcade for fun. We visit every night during our trip. Always great deals, great games, and great prizes! Tonight we had enough points to cash in on a Pink Nissan GTR power wheels. Cody and Ty were so helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to help us. They even cleaned the car bumper to bumper! Lol Thank you all for always providing a fun time!

Our little one always enjoys the arcades, but this one gives you so many tickets that he was able to get some cool prizes! Tanya, at the prize counter was so patient and kind. My boyfriend and I went to Rockin Raceway 4 of the 7 days while on vacation. The staff was amazing. Christian and Ty went above and beyond to make sure that we had an excellent time. We hope to see them on our next trip.

We had a blast playing the Wizard of Oz game and won 2 Toto cards. He played Drop the Hook and won 4 Toto cards. We ended up with 5 full sets of Wizard of Oz cards.

He also did a VR session. Unfortunately he got motion sickness. The staff gave him a $15.00 game card because he couldn't finish his session.

We did double go-kart rides on our last day. It was a lot of fun. The carts ran well and moved at a decent speed.

We will definitely be going back to Rockin Raceway the next time we visit Tennessee.

One of the best arcade experience I have had in a long time. The pricing is reasonable, the games are fun, and the staff are awesome! Greg, one of the staff, was super friendly and very welcoming to the facility, after we left, gave the kids alittle stuffed animal that made there whole day! I recommend the $100 dollar opinion, and split it amongst your children.

This was a nice arcade, relatively clean, decent pricing, and a good selection of prizes for tickets. Our son really enjoyed it, and we parents even played a bit of Skee-ball. I do feel that there were a lot of machines that were just for winning tickets (coin pushers) and toy grabbers. I would have liked to see more actual video games. I guess we're spoiled because we have an amazing arcade near us that has over 150 classic and new video games, so we were hoping for a bit more here. It was still fun, though, on a rainy day.

Greg and Noah were really fantastic and made our time so fun! Kids played VR and we ran around playing non-stop. Good time with the fam!!

We visit multiple times a year. The Arcade is always presented clean, games are working, and friendly staff. I personally work in an arcade in my hometown and this arcade rocks compared to most in the area in terms of speedy service. Prizes could be improved with a widely selection especially some more high end prizes like Game Consoles, etc. But overall worth a stop while in pigeon forge. The Go Karts are pretty sweet as well!

We had an absolute blast! Greg and Candice was super friendly and made our experience one for the books. They was very accommodating with my autistic son! I highly recommend stopping in to see them when you’re in the area.

We've visited Rockin Raceway many times over the last couple of years. Sadly the claw machines now rarely pay out and the other games pay out small amounts. So, the kids were very disappointed and didn't have fun. In past vists the staff gave the kids extra points, candy, little things that mint alot which made us return customers. The staff offered no assistance this vist and even acted as if we were bothering them. But, not anymore we will be taking our business elsewhere.

We had an amazing time here! There are tons of games to choose from and it wasn't overly crowded. The staff was very nice. Especially MacKenzie at the prize counter! She was very patient with our little girls while they were trying to decide which prizes they wanted. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend! :-)

We had a great time aslt this arcade. We’ve visited in the past when we lived in Sevier Co. We moved in 2013, and they have made some great upgrades to the arcade.

All of the games were working. They have a very large variety. The staff were very friendly. It was a great visit!

We had a good time at Rockin’ Raceway. All of the games inside we in good working order and clean. The downside was even though the kids were tall enough they could not ride in the single rider go karts because they were not 12 years old. They were 10 and plenty tall enough. They had to ride with an adult and it was a tight fit in the doubles kart. But the karts did go fast and they had fun anyway! We purchased the package deal with the go karts and game card. Fair deal.

Greg, which i believe is a manager is awesome to deal with. We come quite often to pigeon forge and always visit the rockin raceway. Great variety of games. Kinda wish they would change there higher end prizes a little more but still a awesome place to visit. Go carts are reasonably priced also.

This place is one of our favorite arcades in pigeon forge. We had a great time playing games here this week. It’s a great place to take family for arcade games and go carting. Appreciate Rosie and Shane with friendliness for their assistance on some games and select prizes.

Best selection of games! Including the incredibly addicting Wizard of Oz coin pusher. Possibly my favorite experience in all of Pigeon Forge. $70 cash bought me $90 on the play card. I think it lasted about 90 minutes or so, but I lost track of time! Very clean place with friendly staff, and it always smells like delicious cotton candy.

They have a full vr set up with movement. Omni arena is awesome. Was sad it was closed but they are opening it back up this Saturday. The staff was awesome and we helped with a test run; shout out to Billy! Well worth the money. Prices on other arcade games are similar to other arcades ($1.00 for most games, same card packages) but they have a lot more games and the didnt have any down that I saw, versus other arcades that all seem to have at least a few not working.

Been going to this arcade for over a decade. Family fun for everyone in the family from ages 5 to 85. Our family loves shooting the basketball, playing the wheel of fortune game and the claw machines. They also have a deal with the more you put on your card, the more bonus $$ you get. Rockin’ Raceway Arcade is hands-down, the best arcade in pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We stop here every time we make a trip to pigeon Forge. It has the best selection of games and prizes, the best prices, the games are always working as they should, you’re never cheated out of tickets, and sometimes on certain games you can win double or triple the amount of tickets. We bought two $50 game cards and it lasted us about two hours. Out of our 5 day vacation we stopped here 2 or 3 times because we like it so well. Also, Steve, the guy who checked us out and helped pick out our prizes, was incredibly kind and patient as we had 50,000 tickets and were splitting them between multiple kids. He was happy and cheerful and definitely made the experience even better. Definitely recommend checking this arcade out!

we recently visited here and it was really crowded and there is not enough games in there. also waited in the line to turn in the tickets for ever. While there we seen several teen age kids beating on the machines and none of the workers did anything about it. Staff is not very friendly.

Let us come and buy tickets knowing that they were about to shut down the go kart rides, and it’s been over an hour which is the time they said we should be good to go, went to ask and they said it should be another 30 minutes, there’s been no rain thunder or clouds in our area either.

This place wasn’t cheap but it was fun. All the usual games. Everything was working properly (which is unusual for arcades like this) and was clean. Some of the games were $2 a play, which was surprisingly expensive to me, and almost all the others were $1 a play. That adds up quickly. For some reason, all of the tickets were multiplied by three—so if you played and game and won 10 tickets, it would go on your card as 30 tickets. The tickets add up fast. However, the prizes leave A LOT to be desired. Not a lot of selection and mainly cheap crap. For the price I expected more. But my son and I had a lot of fun and it was a good arcade.

I loved this place! I had so much fun playing the avengers game. It has lots of games for everyone. Plus, the amount of tickets earned ensured you got some decent prizes. They even have Under Armour items in the selection.

We waited for well over 2 hours, 2 hours past the opening time, for them to lazily be filling up the karts with gas and having all the fun riding around the track by themselves. All the staff did was drive around in the karts making us wait for forever for them to tell us when the place is open. And when we finally ask after them clearly knowing we’ve been there for a long long time, they laugh and say to go pay inside. Which they could’ve told us an hour ago before we were questioning why we weren’t able to go in yet. We waited by the pay booth outside which I have been at before and paid there before waiting for someone to show up. The absolute childishness of the staff riding around the go karts having no consideration for there own rules!! Smashing into the walls and about hitting some of the other staff members! Never had a worse experience at something like this before, and completely wasted a lot of me and my family’s time and killing our mood to want to do anything else. I advise no one to get there at opening time and expect them to be open. Terrible, terrible experience.

Always have to hit up this arcade when we’re in the area, it’s always tons of fun. Lots of fun games for everyone. They have newer games as well as classics like skeeball and basketball. Also enjoy watching people race outside on the track. Fun place to hang out for a bit

Spent time at the arcade on two different occasions during our vacation. All the staff were so very helpful! My daughter lost her card in a machine and the guys that helped us were super friendly and quick to fix the situation. A special thanks to Tanya at the prize counter for being so patient and doing everything to make sure my kids left there happy.

We rode the go carts and had a blast ! Shoutout to amber and chris for doing a great job working the track! They made sure we behaved hahaha

We were there for jeep invasion this coming weekend, and gave rocking another chance. The arcade was absolutely amazing. First off Rosie greeted us and helped us getting our cards and had so much info to help us decide, Emma helped a member of our group at the wonka machine. later Ryan helped us at the greeter stand reloading our cards, even saw Ryan use a translator on a phone to help a Hispanic couple explaining how the cards work. Then came the best part at redemption we were helped by A kind gentleman named Steve who may have been new I am guessing he would ask Rosie for a little help. But he was a very nice man. I was very pleased and will Definitely come back.

We can almost every weekend and we love the arcade. My kids have so much fun. We always come to this arcade because they have so much to do

We went there for the first time this evening with our little girl who is eight years old. She has some autistic traits and when we went to redeem our tickets for prizes. The guy who helped us was so nice. He would get down multiple prizes to let her choose from and then put back the ones she didn’t want. Then at the end because she had picked multiple dinosaur themed toys, he let her pick out two tiny rubber dinosaurs for free. It made her day and it means a lot as a parent of a child with special needs for an employee to go out of their way to be nice to your child. I wish I had gotten his name but he was incredible.

The games were also a very good variety to choose from. It was a great time!l and we will be back in the future!

Great arcade. We’ve been to other arcade’s around pigeon Forge and this one is the best. All games were up and working, you get more tickets per game and more prizes to choose from. Employees are very nice and quick to help with any concerns.

There are a ton of games here to play. My fiancé and I spent about an hour and a half here and only spent 50 dollars.

I want to give a shout out to the staff, Ryan, Greg and Shakaia. We love coming to this arcade. We have been coming to Rockin Raceway since 2016. They give us the most respect. Very caring, helpful in whatever we may need. They get a big high-five!!

My Wife and I took our 6 year old daughter here and had a blast. Tons of different games for all different ages. Plenty of newer games but all the classics like skeeball and claw games as well. We didn't get to try the go carts, but we'll return and do those next time.

Family fun they had good selection of games for all ages. I had little one and a preteen and even the adults enjoyed. Get online and buy game cards ahead and get a discount. Would return if we are back in the area.

My husband and I had a great time! They triple the points you win on all machines. It is worth your money. Greg was very helpful with reloading our game card to play on the claw machines. One time on the claw machine, and you’re hooked! Thanks Greg!

Everyone was very friendly! We also had a great experience in the arcade. My son loves all the games and it was reasonably priced. Tanya made my son feel special when helping him cash in his points!

We has a wonderful time at the Rockin Raceway Arcade. Greg was exceptional. he challenged my 8 year old grandson to a race on one of the the games. He also refunded a game that glithced. That was the only glitch we ran into. When our grandson redeemed his points, Greg gave him a spike ball. Everyone was very nice and helpful. the place was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend you give this arcade a try.

This is one of the best arcades there is in the Pigeon Forge area. My husband and I try to come up at least twice a year and we spend a good 3 hours in here. We enjoy it so much.

Been coming here several times a year for several yrs . Bought a Groupon as always use to save money waited like 10-15 minutes for assistance before hateful lady came to counter she was probably mad cause I complained about the wait . She refused to issue a go kart / arcade card unless I showed drivers license which I have never in 6 yrs been asked for . My license where left at home and my husband doesn’t have license due to health issues so we had to leave my crying kids not understanding why they couldn’t ride as they always do went down street to lazerport and rode without question . Will not return and no can’t get money back from Groupon once I print voucher off

Had a great time riding the double go carts! Tonya at the ticket counter was very nice and the young lady at the go carts helped me adjust my seatbelt better and was very attentive to make sure that everyone was safely having fun.
