5 of 58 Best Attractions in Jupiter

I am not a st louis cardinals fan,or a miami marlins fan! I have to say that the stadium is nice and well maintained. The location is very convenient to park. The price was very reasonable, I would recommend that you get the sro tickets for autographs, the players are allowed to sign between innings and are available. I have to say that you must also take a walk out back, and check out the practice fields. I would plan on doing this early, like 9am til 11am and enjoy the benefits. This whole place is heaven to any cardinals fan. I would avoid the 30 vip batting practice, but I think that the regular price ticket is well worth it.

We traveled down to Jupiter to take in a couple of Cardinal spring training games just before the start of the regular season. The Roger Dean Stadium experience is truly unique. Seating just over 7,000 fans total the baseball experience here is so much more intimate & fun than what you have at a major league ballpark. There is not a bad seat in the whole place.

The Spring Training Schedule is out and posted. The hidden gem is the Summer League of the Florida teams. Try the inexpensive tickets for that season and then explore the Abbacoa City center for later entertainment. During the day hours bring a good sized hat in this stadium.

We went to a Cardinals and Hammerheads game. It unfortunate the teams are not supported better. The stadium is a great venue. Easy parking and access. Nice shady areas.

Our US friends took us to the Cardinals v Metz baseball game at the Roger Dean Stadium. The seats were excellent and facilities good. We enjoyed the fast food outlets and parking was well organised. Staff were really friendly and the weather was perfect. A most interesting and enjoyable afternoon.

Great stadium...very comfortable, nicely maintained. Restrooms are very good for a ball park. Announcing system actually works and can be clearly heard !! Field condition was top-notch.
Concessions are a bit much. They are higher in price than the Major League Ballparks and higher than other Spring Training parks along the Treasure Coast. Watched fans getting waters from outside park and passing to friends through the fence....guess it beats paying $5 for a 35 cent bottle of water.

Our family attends ball games and special events at Roger Dean Baseball Stadium. We love to watch the fireworks after the games and meeting the ball players during Spring Training. The Town of Jupiter is lucky to have a family attraction for all age groups. Roger Dean Stadium is a must see when visiting Jupiter!

Had a great time catching a couple of the STL Cardinals spring training games. Great venue with not a bad seat to be had. Took away 1 star only because the cost of food and drink was at the major league level. Drinks and food for 4 of us cost $70. Seemed a bit steep. Other than that, enjoyed everything about the stadium and plan on returning next year.

this is a nice neighborhood stadium...seats good wherever you sit --food is pricey but that is the norm. We really enjoy watching the spring training here.

I can't believe I have lived in Florida for 12 years and have never been here before. (I was a teacher here in Palm Beach County and never took advantage of the great deals Roger Dean stadium organization offers educators and students!!) This is a beautiful, very accessible stadium, clean and well kept, with ample parking and relatively easy in and out when you leave. (compared to New York stadiums, it was a breeze!) The tickets are so inexpensive and the seating is great: you can get a great seat for about $25 and see your favorite MLB team when they are in town playing the spring training Mets or St. Louis Cards. The food offered was not bad either: not just your typical hotdogs and hamburgers, but ribs and locally brewed beer, as well as tacos and other treats.
This is a great place to take kids and grandkids, over and over. Now, if only we could get some decent Mets hitting!! ;-)

We traveled here to view the St. Louis Cardinals during Spring Training. We enjoyed our experience and will travel here again!

Enjoyed a Marlins vs. Astros game here. Seating was comfortable, parking easy and concessions ok. Nice way to spend a spring training day. Older stadium.

You can see in any seat in the park. The best thing about Roger Dean the closeness you are to the ballplayers. The food is basic stadium fare.

I love where it is located, plenty of parking and stadium food. It's in a gorgeous area. It's clean and comfortable.

Easy parking, very nice facility, nice staff. Food and drinks reasonably priced, very nice looking stadium, lots of dining nearby.

This is a wonderful place to visit. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and polite. Seats are great-no bad views. A wonderful family event.

Granted, I am biased I suppose, being a Cardinals fan, but we've been to at least 12 different spring training complexes over the past 15 years and I like Jupiter the most. I like it even better than the very nice, just-opened-a- few-weeks-ago, nearby Ballpark at Palm Beach of the Nationals/Astros. Easy to watch the 6 (I think) fields where Cardinals practice right behind Roger Dean Stadium, beautiful new community of homes, FA University, some neat shopts, very open and uncrowded feeling, adjacent to the ballfields. Neat to eat a good burger with beer at JJ Muggs directly across the street, also Courtyard by Marriott is directly across the street, just a couple of years old. Cards use first base dugout and the bullpens are on the field just outside the foul lines down right and left field, you really are close to the players, down right field line is where people/kids line up to get autographs early before game as players start meandering in toward the dugout, if you want shade, they now have installed some cover over a few sections like 201, 202, 203.

It was our first time to St. Louis Cardinals spring-training and we were not disappointed Roger Dean Stadium is absolutely a great ballpark. I highly recommend it for any baseball fan!

Plenty of parking, happy fans, friendly staff and kiosks where you can buy tickets. I liked this because I didn't have to wait in the short line when buying same day game tickets when the game was about to start. Sat in bleachers behind away team bullpen, felt so close. Loved seeing so many kids get a baseball. Can't wait to go back.

Every year we enjoy being up close to the St Louis Cardinals. The gift shop is always popular-and crowded- when the Cardinals are playing. Employees are friendly with the rare exception of the retired curmudgeons who are parking attendants.

A wonderful small stadium which is so easy to manage. Very handicap accessible, bathrooms kept clean, friendly staff and...Dean dogs! A close parking garage with a fee or a free city garage with a little walk. Great venue with ‘no bad seats.’

Very comfortable stadium with many shaded seats. Decent variety of food and drinks. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but then they provide free golf cart rides from your car to the stadium and back after the game

Come and see the Cardinals play (but do not wear a Cubs t-shirt)....or you could see a more mellow Marlins game! A very fun stadium to go to.

A jewel of a stadium. You are close to the action no matter where you sit. Players are very accommodating to give kids autographs.

Easy trip up 95 N, a few turns and into the $10 parking lot for a Cardinals vs Marlins game. Since the last time I was here they added a lot of shade seats which is great on a hot day. Every seat is good even the bleachers. The Cardinals fans were everywhere and are typical polite and happy midwesterners. They may not have the number of fans that my Yankees do but what they have is a fun and dedicated group. Typical food selections with inflated prices. One complaint is at the main concession stands I heard people complaining that they were out of hot dogs and pretzels at 1:30 just into the second inning. How can that be? Anyway for a 20 year old stadium it still has a fresh feel. Very friendly staff, clean bathrooms and overall facility is good.

Roger Dean Stadium provides a great setting for seeing the Cardinals (& to be politically correct the Marlins - but never see too many of their fans there). Prices are a little steep for concessions, but that seems to be the norm for stadiums. Overall, it is a great setting and hard to find a bad seat in the place!
Go Cards!!!!

Very nice stadium. It was neat to up that close (2nd row) to the professional players. Easy to see the whole field. My granddaughters were with me and we found out as we were leaving the game that they we briefly on national tv . It showed them chowing down hot dogs. It was a good and fun game.

We have watched a couple of baseball games here and have enjoyed it. Parking is pretty easy and there are restaurants nearby.

A great opportunity to see your favorite Cardinal players and veterans like Ozzie Smith and Bob Gibson. Great small park, 7000 seats. Also an opportunity to meet fellow Cardinals fans. We met a couple from Kansas city that had season tickets and put us on there email list of games available to purchase, real good seats behind home plate. Also you get a look a future St. Louis Cardinals of up and coming minor league players. We saw Matt Carpenter two years before he was called up to the major league team.

Not a bad seat in the house. Parking was easy. Great views from all seats. All staff was polite. Would definitely recommend.

What a great stadium for the Cardinals to have as their home for spring training. We enjoyed the game in comfortable seats with plenty of legroom.

First time at the stadium during spring training game with friends. We had a great time. Seating in the first row on the first base side. Promotions were exciting including flying t-shirts. Exciting game between Cardinals vs. Marlins. Food was good...sausage and peppers, powdered dough and beers. Tickets pretty reasonable, however, one concern I have is the food costs are pretty pricey! Other than that an enjoyable day!

The Stadium is awesome. This was my first visit. Every seat is great. Outside the Stadium there are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. The area is very clean and safe. Can't wait to go back again next year.

Roger Dean Stadium is the Spring Training (and Single A Florida Minor League Baseball) for the St. Louis Cardinals and Florida Marlins. The stadium holds about 7500 people. Spring Training tickets are on the expensive side....but it is a great relaxing day. The players sign balls and interact with the fans.
The stadium continues to improve with "gigantic sun screens over the stands between 1st bas and 3rd base stands. Buying seats in the 200 level is better then the 100 level (where the sun can fry you).
The only real knock (besides ticket prices for Spring Training) is that the food is quite mediocre. Bring in bottled water (unopened) to save you $4/ bottle in the stadium.

I have now been to all of the Florida spring trading stadiums after going to a game here. The park is located about a mile or two off the interstate. It was very easy to find. The traffics getting in and out of the stadium was very manageable.
I love the area this stadium is located in. It feels like it is a neighborhood but I didn’t see a lot of single family homes. There is a small college and a bunch of apartments, very nice ones. There is a parking garage and some open lots right next to the stadium.
There are several entrances into the stadium. The concessions and souvenir area is pretty wide and easy to maneuver. The souvenir shop was small, not as big as some other stadiums. There are some kiosks around the stadium.
You walk up a small flight of steps to the concourse. The first thing I noticed as I looked out over the field is that the concourse does not circle the field like many stadiums. At first, I took this as a negative. But maybe not because the bullpens are down the foul lines like old baseball stadiums. If you stand down the left field line, you can literally reach out and touch the bullpen pitchers. This gives the fans great access to the players.
Another feature I though was a bit weird is that there are covers over the upper level down both baselines. The 5 sections circling behind home plate is not covered. That seems backwards. But, I was fine with it since I was sitting under the cover.
There is no berm or grass seating area in the outfield. There is a group of bleacher seats in the left field corner.
The scoreboards weren’t the best. There is two small boards, one with video screen and one with scoreboard. The name of the stadium was not on one of them. When the young lady would do fun stuff (play games with the fans) between innings, they did not show it on the video board. I could here her over the speaker but I couldn’t see her most of the time.
The prices to watch a game here were high compared to other stadiums. The staff in the stadium was present but they were not paying much attention. You could wander and sit where you wanted. I don’t have any issue with that but they didn’t seem to be offering any kind of assistance.
Overall, I like my game experience. I love the area the stadium is in. I like the layout of the stadium with player access. Some of the issue I noted kept me from rating it 5 stars.

We went to see the Marlins on what turned out to be a very hot day. The park is nice with comfortable seats and decent concessions. One surprise was how quiet the crowd was. Not sure if it was the heat or an unexcited fan base but it was the quietest sporting event I have ever been to. It was a 9-8 game so there were some highlights.

Let's go METS
We had terrific seats row 2 on third base. The stadium was great parking was easy I love spring training

We are St Louis Cardinal’s fans and finally made the trip down for spring training. The stadium sits it a quaint town called Abacoa, Florida. There are several restaraunts and bars in the area. The stadium is framed in palm trees. Once inside it was a very intimate setting, you are so close to the players. We were able to attend two games. I cannot wait to return for another spring training season!

Our first to Roger Dean Stadium. Compared to National’s, security is pretty lax. Parking is very limited so get there early. Seating is very tight but views are excellent to watch the game. Had a great time talking to other fans.

Great stadium. Well laid out so that anywhere you sit you can view the action. Unlike other minor league stadiums in the state, this one actually has great food and drinks beyond your typical hot dogs and hamburgers and lite beer.
Recommended for families since there is not much abusive curse language and not as much over the top drinking by the fans.
Parking is $10.00

We like the location and the stadium. Tickets are pricey for spring training games. Parking nearby is convenient.

We are World Champion Astros fans and attended an Astros-Cardinals game at Roger Dean Stadium. The ballpark dates from the 60s and has a comfortable retro feeling. The seats are comfortable, have cup holders, and easy sight lines. We sat in section 210 row 8 on the third base side which is under an overhang to avoid the hot Florida sun. The game was close to sold out and the Cardinal fans were friendly even when the Astros won. The food is varied--the usual hot dogs, burgers, nachos, popcorn, and peanuts but also kid meals, good Italian sausage and peppers, Philly cheesesteaks, and not-too-sweet lemonade. If you go early, there is free parking in a nearby garage or park right near the stadium for $10. Spring training is a great chance to see veteran players knock the rust off and also check out young players hoping to break into the big leagues. Tickets can be purchased online from home teams or at the stadium. Roger Dean has $10 lawn tickets--bring a blanket to sit on.

Family trip to see a spring training game. Parking was easy and close by. Bathrooms were clean and never really had a long wait. Food lines were a bit longer and prices are what you expect. Seats were good. I definitely like the seats with some shade better because it was very warm.

Great experience! It's pretty low key and love the intimacy during Spring Training for the Cardinals :) Lots of food options, free parking and restaurants are nearby.

Listen, you pay for what you get. We went on $1 night in July. We had a nice time. For the price we paid, we saw a ball game, had a couple of beers and hot dogs on the cheap. There were families there and all had a good time. Sad to not see the stands filled a little more but this is single A. If you enjoy baseball, this is definitely a nice way to spend some time with your family.

Far nicer than the Mets spring training stadium up the road. This is a well managed sports stadium. About the size of a large urban HS stadium you can see the stars and chat with them. At $20/a ticket or less, you can see the team stars at a great price by going in March. Parking within a block is $10.

What a great surprise. We love Minor league and turned up and it was free tickets night. Saw 8 1/3 innings of a no hitter and a tenth innings win for Jupiter. Really good night.

We caught a Palm Beach Cardinals game on a balmy Tuesday evening. This is the spring training home of the St Louis Cardinals. The facility is not new but the scoreboards, seats, concessions and restrooms are very clean and in good repair. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you like baseball and want to watch a game in a pleasant environment this is a bargain. They also have "bring your pet" and fireworks nights.

This place is fantastic. Practically every seat is so close to the field. And it's EASY to get tickets for whatever game u want. Prices are comparable to a regular ball park. You know the deal. Bring plenty of cash and just enjoy it! (Oh...get there early for parking...roadside & free public garages) Lots of little restaurants & shops within walking distance too.

Fun night for the family to see minor league baseball. Clean, fun sports arena. Restaurants, hotel and specialty shops within walking distance.

They have family events in-between innings.
Great comfortable seats, they swivel.
They allow your dog at your seat. (see website for more info.)

This was about my 12th visit to Cardinals spring training. The Roger Dean Stadium and St. Louis Cardinals staff members always make my visits there fun and memorable. Also, I’m big-time into the baseball experience. It’s educational and interesting to watch the major league and rookie camps practice. The stadium offers excellent viewing conditions. I always enjoy my trips there.

Our first experience at the St. Louis Cardinals Spring Training. So much fun to watch practices & go to autograph signing at the stadium. Everything is perfectly clean, has friendly staff, is beautifully landscaped. A great time for baseball fans.

The best feature of Roger Dean Stadium is easy access. We were able to basically drive right in, no sitting in traffic forever as happens in some places. There were also nice places to go nearby, we especially enjoyed Das Biergarten (Monday night burgers $2 and they were delicious) and Civil Society Brewing (excellent beer). Parking was confusing, the first game we found a spot for $6 and the second day I had prepaid $10 for a spot and we didn't use it because we found a better one that was free. If I was buying game tickets online again I would ignore the parking option. The drawbacks of the stadium are 1) it's a little small and cramped to move around in, and 2) there are no covered seats for the general population, if it is a really sunny day you could get fried. I bought seats in the 200's series because in most stadiums they are under the roof but RDS is all wide open.

Great place to watch baseball. Nice area around the field for grabbing a bite to eat before or after the game. Easy access to watch players warm up before the game.

Our family attended the game on 3/14/24 that featured the New York Mets versus the St Louis Cardinals. The stadium is located within a development called Abacoa in Jupiter, Florida. I thought it was easy to find and followed the signs to the free parking garage. We arrived one hour and thirty minutes before the start of the game and got literally the last parking spot on the top level. There were many cars that came after us only to find the garage was full and had to turn around. The garage is within an area that features multiple shops and bars and restaurants. I think the best thing to do is to come around two hours before the start of the game and eat lunch at one of the restaurants. The food inside the stadium is nothing special so you will probably get better food and certainly a better value.
The stadium itself isn’t particularly memorable but like most spring training sites all of the seats are fairly close and give a good view of the field. We sat in the upper level behind home plate where the overhang provides shade for the last few rows. If you want to ensure a shaded spot the upper levels on the first and third base side have a very large overhang and are the best choice.
Our game was fast paced and actually ended in a scoreless tie but nevertheless we enjoyed our first game at Roger Dean Stadium and would love to visit again.

Went with group of friends to watch baseball in the bleachers. Had a good view and fame was well attended. Plenty of concession stands for all types of baseball paraphernalia as well as food. Lines for food were long and food was pricey for what was available.

Went for first time, and stadium is very family friendly and clean. Not a fan of the concession stand situation, very long lines that move quite slowly and the prices are different at each stand. Maybe they're operated independently I don't know, but definately a deterrent.

It was nothing like I expected, our first time attending. It was casual, fans were allowed to move freely from field to field. It was quiet. (Quiet and baseballs?). Not much chatter from players or fans. A very serene experience. Met some players. Got some signatures. Overall experience. Awesome. Would do again and again and again.

I've been to the Mets and Nationals/Astros spring training complex and wanted to visited the Cardinals complex in Jupiter. Compared to the other 2 locations, this was the easiest to get to from I-95 and offered the best outside stadium food and drink options as the stadium is adjacent to a mini town center with restaurants and cafes. I would probably rank the stadium itself last, even though it has a nice stucco style entrance, inside the park is pretty tight. The other stadiums have grass mounds in the outfield where you can sit as well. The food stands and beer in the stadium were not great. Others reported issues with parking garage, I ended up pre-paying for garage spot and had no issues. There are also a few hotels next to the stadium as well.

Went to my first spring training game at Roger Dean stadium and it was quite enjoyable. It is conveniently located right off of I-95 in Jupiter and next to "main street" where there are restaurants and shops and even an amphitheater. It was a really great time.

Parking was easy
Plenty of room near the stadium
No need to prepay
Ok concessions
No a Frills Park
Good place to see your team
NOT the Park of the Palm Beaches
Not new and fresh like West Palm
Seems like a throwback to the 90’s
But if you love baseball
Who cares

Beautifully kept facility in the heart of abcoa.
Surrounded by a planned community with all the bells and whistles it offers a very nice experience. Extensive spring training schedule offers a chance to see major leaguers at bargain pricing. Easy parking, plenty of food choices and generally great spring weather are draws. A very nice family experience awaits you here.

Excellent professional baseball stadium, Home of STL Cardinals and Florida Marlins in spring training. I went for a baseball showcase organized by DPL for Dominican Republic baseball players

If you want a down home experience at a major league ball game, this is the place. Plenty of excellent seating and lots of activity. You can go early for batting practice, then watch your favorite team Play Ball! Seating prices are moderate, depending on where you want to sit. Concessions have everything you'd want to eat, and you should expect to pay more than a fast food restaurant. You can't bring in food and cannot leave the stadium once you are in, so if you want to eat or drink, bring some cash. Parking is plentiful at $10 for the day.

The stadium is a bit smaller than I'm used to for Spring Training (in Arizona), but this has everything you need. There's plenty of parking at the college. Easy entrance and exit. Easy and fast access from the highways. Nearby business for before or after food or drinks. It's ideal.

We had a great time enjoying a Marlins home game. The stadium is cozy and it seems that all seats are good. This is a very family friendly atmosphere.

Great place to see a ballgame especially in March when the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals are there for Spring Training. You will get to see them play other Major League Baseball Teams like the NY Yankees, etc.

What a great time at the park. Cheap, easy, tickets always available. We bought standing room only tickets so we could walk around from spot to spot. A good idea.

We have been coming for the past 20 years to see the St. Louis Cardinals spring training. It is a very nice complex. It is always fun to go the practice fields and watch the players before the games or go watch a minor league game. There is no bad seats in the stadium. The people working there are always very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time it was for the July 4th game and then Fireworks and it was fantastic lots of fun food and laughter great place to take the Whole Family

We love to come to this stadium for Spring Training. The stadium is made where you can see in every seat. It is not too expensive. Always enjoy.

We took in a couple of 2018 MLB Spring Training games here. Like most of the stadiums in Florida, the sightlines and atmosphere are great. I disliked the fact that the concessions are underneath the stands, and were quite congested. Again, similar to many of these venues, the craft beer selection was pretty poor.
Probably my biggest complaint is the ticket prices, which admittedly are climbing everywhere. We paid $30 for 200-level seats at a Nationals @ Cardinals game, which is about average these days, but $43 for similar seats at a Red Sox @ Marlins game! Yes, Boston is a "premium" team, but a $13 hike is ridiculous. This is most I've ever paid for a Spring Training game, and will probably preclude me from future visits to this stadium. The game did not appear to be sold out - hopefully, the management will take note. Heck, we paid only $30 to see the Yankees at the Mets in Port St. Lucie!

Came to watch the Houston Astros play the Miami Marlins - beautiful stadium with super close parking. Did not appreciate the fact that they banned our snacks and only allowed 1 bottle of water per person - and were not all that nice about it. But the game was great - seats in the second row right behind home plate were amazing! Unfortunately we had a loud and obnoxious guy right behind us - irritating everyone with his foul language and snide remarks - I really should have sought out someone to ask him to move - next time I will!

Visited here last spring for spring training baseball games. Comfortable seats, more shaded areas and the food wasn't badly priced. We ended up leaving early though because the game was kind of a woofer....haha. A really nice place!

Attended my first ever Spring Training baseball game. Typical security check on entrance. Seats were in section 211, a nice already shady area. Ample number of concessions. Overall, had a good first baseball game watching experience.

I go in Spring and some through the summer. Enjoy seeing Marlins and Cardinals baseball up close in a relaxed environment. If there in Spring note that shade can be limited and rain comes in the afternoon so be prepared for both.

The stadium itself is great, but I've never understood why they have games at noon in South Florida. It's miserably hot. That's why I chose an evening game in February. The parking tenants are very helpful, and they have a shuttle (golf carts) to take you to the stadium. Good selection of vendors and a variety of seat options (price ranges).

Awesome. Stadium. Fantastic team store. Wonderful stadium workers. Not. Bad seat in the stadium. Great place to watch spring baseball and get autographs. Can even go on field for batting practice through the VIP pass.

The concession options are limited. There is no lawn area in the outfield and you cannot walk around the field. There is a metal bleacher section in left field.

We've always wanted to go to spring training and this year we finally made it! The atmosphere at Roger Dean Stadium is great. It's such a small stadium, the staff is fun and friendly, and best of all: you can be up close with the team. Fredbird was everywhere! We had great seats that didn't cost a fortune. I love the beer vendors, who seem to (possibly?) be older, retired folks, who have the greatest senses of humor! The regular stadium type foods are all there (regular stadium prices, though). Parking is easy, we parked at a far lot for $6 and took the free golf cart shuttles to the stadium, which was fun, too. It's a fun, family atmosphere and I can't wait to go back. We plan to make this a regular trip!

I can honestly say I wasn't impressed! Its rather on the small side and overpriced. I've visited minor league parks in NY that were cheaper and four times the size.

We love to go to games. Roger Dean has one every night since there are two teams at stadium. Concessions are poor - not much variety. We have visited much nicer ball parks with better food. Try when they are having event like dog days or swings and wings.

Visited during Spring Training. The food options outside of the regular ballpark items include tacos, Cuban sandwiches and BBQ. Every staff member we encountered from the security and team store personnel to the venders in the stands were friendly and helpful.

This is a great stadium which is very popular during spring training for major league baseball. We attended a minor league game where you see stars of the future. The ticket and food prices for the minor league games are affordable for a family. Maybe you will a special event at the stadium such as all you can eat wings or hot dogs.

Nice minor league park that holds a good crowd for a spring game. Good place to see some of the vets getting into summer shape as well as up and coming rookies. While parking is free around the park, be prepared to walk as it fills up early. Concessions were more expensive than I would have thought for a minor league park (major league prices) but may be to help pay for the slower periods after spring training. Good sight lines through out the park and in the lower bowl you feel close to the action. Enjoyable way to spend an afternoon in the sun if you not a beach person

Two major league teams (Marlins & Cardinals) play their Spring Training games here - then when they leave there are two Minor League Teams here for the rest of the season... so... baseball every night! 4th of July Fireworks are outstanding! There are NO bad seats, and it is a friendly, safe atmosphere for families. They are very kind to veterans and military personnel.

We have had a lot of visitors this summer, two groups from the Netherlands who wanted to have an authentic American experience, and a third group being two high school graduate teenagers from Missouri. We took each group for an evening game at Roger Dean. Great seats! Super breeze! Quick games! Good hot dogs! A fun and entertaining evening at a very low cost!

We’ve attended Spring Training for three(3) years at Roger Dean Stadium. We are true St. Louis Cardinals fans. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly, no matter the team! If you enjoy the Grapefruit League ... this Stadium is a must! We look forward to next year!

The stadium is ok. There is nothing special about it, but it is a pleasant enough place to watch a spring training game.
One thing that needs to be improved are the concession stands. The food is real ordinary but that is the case in a lot of spring training stadiums. What is terrible is the service at the stands. Slow, confused, it is almost laughable if it wasn't so expensive.

My wife and I took three boys (10, 13, and 15) to see the local minor league teams play during a 5:00 p.m. start. The stadium itself is very nice and the seating is comfortable with a good view of the field. Fortunately, the sun was behind us since it was a hot afternoon (Florida in August, what do you expect). Tickets were only $9.00 but we received them for free as part of a youth promotion. The youngest wanted his photo taken with the Hammerhead mascot who obliged and the boy loved it. Street parking was available when we arrived. The location in Abacoa provides a number of off site restaurants to visit. We will use one of them next time.
However, the choice of food is very limited and the pizza, although it is sold by a well known national delivery chain, was served cold and was not very good. $4.50 for small slice of lousy pizza is a little extreme. They were also out of cheese pizza by the second inning. The hot dog was fair. You would think that serving quality pizza at an event would be the goal of good advertising.
All in all, the kids enjoyed the game and had lower standards of what good food is so it was a pleasant visit.

Roger Dean Stadium is the Spring Training home of the St Louis Cardinals and the class A level home during the summer. What a beautiful setting and neighborhood. If you get a chance to watch a game here enjoy the opportunity.

Didn't know what to expect since I was coming from Cape Coral to Cheer on Ft Myers Miracle. Beautiful Park !

Great stadium and fun day out. We were on vacation and decided to visit the stadium and see the hammer heads play. Unfortunately it rained from early on and the game got cancelled. That said, we still had a great time. Friendly people and a great family atmosphere. Really would recommend.

I've been to this stadium many times as an annual visitor to spring training games. Loyal Cardinals fan :)
I've been to some of the older parks, the newer parks and the brand new one right up the road. And, I have to say...it might not be the best, but it's the one I love the most. It's clean, well-landscaped, seats are comfy, vendors are always friendly, and, if you are willing to walk a couple of blocks, the parking is free. I also appreciate that it's an easy walk across the street to pre- or post game drinks and food at the area bars and restaurants that cater to the baseball crowd.
Two thumbs up!

Spring Training home of MLB's St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins, used during the summer by the minor league Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals as well. Good sightlines throughout the ballpark, sound system and scoreboard convey needed information well, wide and varied concession options at reasonable prices for a sports venue. A limited amount of shade for the seating bowl can be an issue during day games.

This is what local baseball is about. I wish more people went but the kids always get foul balls, the beer is always cold and the seats are always open.

I;ve been to a lot of ballparks and i love the crowd noise and the crowd participation. This park was like going to a wake, and not an Irish wake. Once in a while some applause, but most of the crowd talked incessantly to each other or stood up to watch their grand children. Even the public announcer sounded like he'd just woken up and had all the excitement in his voice of a guy announcing a golf putt. The park os small, which is okay if there were some kind of charm, but it needs a good cleaning and several coats of fresh paint, some really bright color. Food and beverage prices were at the major league level, however, cause they know when they;ve got a captive audience. The only redeeming factor is of course the baseball being played and the anticipation of a new season.

Such a different experience attending a game at Roger Dean. The stadium was set up very well. Plenty of restrooms, vendors, etc. The stadium is set in Abacoa community development, lots of condos surrounding it as well as a college. Restaurants/bars walking distance. Really not a bad seat in the house. Bleachers of course not as comfortable as regular seats. The grass berm was replaced to allow more seating and of course make more money.

Enjoyable evening at Roger Dean Stadium. Reasonable ticket prices. First come first serve. Buy a ticket and sit where you want. We sat in handicap with family member in wheelchair right behind home plate. Food great at reasonable price.

We attended a Cardinals spring training game with my parents, siblings, and our 10 month old daughter. It was a great family atmosphere and we had a great time! Bring your sunscreen as most of the seats are in the sun. The stadium is located in a very nice area with parking nearby.

A great stadium for watching baseball, especially if you're a St. Louis Cardinal fan and live in an area not near St. Louis. The seats in the lower field level are a little bigger than the upper level seats, but the visibility is good anywhere, the stadium holds about 7,000 people. Also good for handicapped fans, both for seating and ramps instead of stars to navigate. You won't go hungry, adequate parking. Covered area on ground level if it starts raining or lightening.

This has to be our favorite Spring Training park. We were at a Red Sox-Cardinals game, and this place was absolutely packed. The stadium capacity is around 6800, yet 7700 people were at the game (that means over 900 Standing Room Only). The food selection is fantastic (and affordable), their gift shop always has a good selection of souvenirs. If you are interested in seeing the Cardinals or Marlins practice in the morning, you can go to the ball fields in the back around 9 am and watch them up close. If you're lucky, you may even get one or two player autographs!

Great atmosphere, great location, not a bad seat in the house!! Standing area is a bit nutty, but other than that, great place to watch a spring training game!

Made it for another 2 week spring training trip! Staying in Juno Beach which is only about 10 minutes from Roger Dean Stadium. Purchased tickets in January online from Cardinal website. Don't want to risk coming and trying to buy here at stadium due to sell out. Made first trip last March, loved it so much we made reservations right away for 2019! It is so much fun! Love to see our Cardinals up close! You get a better chance here of that than at Busch. So laid back, entertaining as you watch them have fun doing what they love. Paying extra $5.00 to watch batting practice is a must for us! Can't wait till next year! 2020...may stay entire month and see it all!

This year we went to Roger Dean Stadium to watch the Cardinals and Marlins for Spring Training. This is a fairly small stadium seating a little over 7,000 people. The Cardinals have a large fan base so the stadium is always full.
My best advice is to try to go to the minor league practice fields when gates open at 9 AM. Cardinals practice fields are behind right field and the Marlins are located behind left field. Typically there are only a few fans present. Each teams website has a roster section and lists the top 30 prospects for an organization. We were able to get many autographs from up and coming Cardinals players without fighting a crowd. Practice starts around 9:30 at which time the players will no longer sign. You can certainly stay and watch them hit, field, or even play an inter squad game.
The gates for the stadium open at 11 AM. However when the cardinals are the “home team” the left field gate opens at 10:30 AM and fans can go to watch batting practice. This requires buying a $5 batting practice ticket in addition to your regular ticket. The line for this typically starts forming around 10 AM with most of these fans wanting spots down the first base line to try and get Cardinals autographs.
If trying to get Cardinals autographs the best bet is down at rail on first base side. There are a couple things to be aware of. First I would recommend staying in the aisle. If you go into the first row seats they will move you out as soon as the people with those tickets arrive. Second, the crowd is the largest before the game but we had just as good of luck getting player autographs at the end of the game. My advice would be to avoid the pre game scrum and put yourself in position to walk down to the rail along one of the first base aisles as soon as the game ends. Typically one or two Cardinals starters will spend time signing autographs.
The food at the stadium is not very good. Food and beer are also priced at MLB stadium prices. This really is the only negative about the stadium.

We attended 3 games their there while in Florida and it was a great experience. It is a small stadium so you are really close to the action.

It is an absolute must to take in a spring training game here especially for a Baseball fan. There is good food around the park as well.

Had a great time at Roger Dean. Prices for food were typical for a ballpark. Tickets for seats are much less expensive than going to an MLB game. If you don't like the heat but want really good seats, I suggest sitting in the second tier behind homeplate (the higher up the better) where you'll be in the shade part of the afternoon. I was disappointed that there weren't too many players who signed autographs. - I had heard that they were very "fan friendly" during spring training.

Went to see the Jupiter Hammerheads play minor league ball. Sat close to the field and all the action. We actually had our choice of seats due to the small crowd. I WAS disappointed that there was NO wi-fi in the stadium, so we could not hear their play by play guys.
Overall, however, it was a fun experience and VERY cost-effective. We recommend it.

Located at the Florida Atlantic University campus in Jupiter, the Roger Dean Stadium is an excellent minor league and spring training facility for the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals. While parking is free in some areas, there are paid lots available as well. The well-maintained stadium features friendly staff and a variety of food options, making it an ideal destination to watch a spring training game and interact with the players.

Roger Dean Stadium hosts 2 minor league ball clubs. Since our trip through the area was time boxed, we ended up there for a Jupiter Hammerheads (Marlins farm team) game. I would be very surprise if there were more than a hundred fans at the game. Despite the tiny crowd, there were plenty of concessions open and we even had the good fortune to be there on Thirsty Thursday for enjoyment of some very inexpensive beer ($1 domestic draft, $2 imports/micros...after buying the $10 cup with the first one). The staff at concessions, the club store, and throughout the park were courteous and professional. The small crowd was zealous and made for a really fun time (apparently the Palm Beach Cardinals draw higher attendance). As always, the players were very talented and putting forth maximum effort, and many of them interacted with the crowd when they entered or left the field.

I was only in town for a few nights and decided to look up things to do in the area. This popped up, and saw there was a game that night. Tickets were really cheap, and the field was easy to get to. $1 beer night, the baseball was great, and the stadium was really clean.

For the past 2 years I have taken my son down to see the Cardinals. Stadium is great and very intimate.

Whether visiting for High-A Major League ball throughout the summer or Springtime's St Louis Cardinal (hopefully) Major League ball, you can't go wrong. Located in Abacoa development in Jupiter, FL just east of i-95 at Donald Ross Rd, Roger Dean Stadium is perfectly located near restaurants, shopping, lodging. Eighteen hole golf in neighborhood; beach is within 15 min. drive. Plenty of reasonably priced parking in large lot across street from 3rd base entrance of stadium. Good stadium eats and cold drinks.

Was our first spring training game and won’t be our last. Stadium is really nice. Love the location. We will definitely be back.

An intimate ballpark with plenty of good eats and drinks. Great sightlines. Friendly atmosphere. Bought $17 bleacher seats which was a great value. If you are planning to buy souvenirs at game, gift shop is way too small and it takes a while to shop and purchase items. Overall, a great experience.

Easy parking, great venue. Fun afternoon with the kids. Cardinals fans are serious, lots of red. Bought tickets online before travelling, easy to do. Parking was easy, and a very short walk to the stadium, really short. I paid the 10$ fee for that and it worth it. Clean and well kept venue.

Went to St. Louis Cardinals spring training games here. You can get tickets at the window or buy from the scalpers (we did this twice, ended up behind the dugout once). This is an intimate ballpark where you can hear the players, coaches and umpires talking to each other. The major league players make themselves very accessible. A great time!

Roger Dean Stadium is a nice place to watch baseball games. The ballpark is small enough to make you feel like you have a good seat anywhere in the park. Employees are helpful and friendly. The food is pretty much what you would expect at a ballpark, but the Mahi Tacos are pretty good-for sure the best food in the park. If you park in the garage, make sure you leave before the end of the game, or you could sit in the garage for 20-30 minutes. Please note you can bring one bottle of water per person, but no other beverages or food items.

A big crowd for Jewish Heritage Day at the Cardinals home stadium 🏟. It is comfortable, modern yet has an old baseball feel. For this New Yorker the crowd was a little sedate; polite applause for a home run? Mediocre concessions.

We came down to Jupiter to see the Cardinals during spring training. This stadium is absolutely stunning, and there is not a single bad seat within it. The atmosphere is great, and everyone is friendly. Make sure to go to the ticket office early to get batting practice admission tickets ($5). This is the best way to get autographs from the players!

We attended two games here and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the ballpark. Tickets are cheap, we booked on line before we left Australia and secured tickets near the dugout.

A great experience getting to see the players up close. When the games are finished there are several excellent beaches and restaurants near by.

Went for Red Sox and Cardinals game and very impressed with the stadium. Seems pretty new, very clean, area in Jupiter is awesome. Got good tickets online app same day and had a blast. Not too crowded, food and beverage vendors everywhere outside stadium.

The walkway under the stands is tight and when there is a crowd its impossible to maneuver. The concession prices are stupid expensive. The concession area is crowded and doesn't supply adequate space to put condiments on the 4 inch hot dog you got for more than the cost of a full package of dogs and buns!! The field allows for good viewing and they supply all the shtick between innings you expect at a minor league field.

This is a fun place to watch spring training baseball. About 7000 seating capacity. An intimate ballpark. Tickets and food are expensive. Great way to spend a sunny afternoon in south Florida.

We watched the Marlins play the Mets, tickets were $35 and we pre paid for parking @ $10. It's a spring training game so probably didn't need to pre pay parking, it's the same price on the day and there were plenty of spaces. The carpark is right next to the stadium. Seats all over the park have a good view. Seats are comfortable. Food to easy to get to, average food but you can't take any in with you. You can take on bottle of water but only if they haven't been opened.
Fun day.
Derek
New Zealand.

Parking can be a challenge - just be prepared to walk from the parking lot to the stadium. Watching the Marlins with a cold beer and hot dog under the sunny Florida skies is a great way to enjoy this American past time!

This stadium is in a perfect location and is affordable for multiple visits per summer! The level of baseball is much better than you might expect. Some will go all the wY to the majors!

Clean stadium, helpful staff and easy parking. Typical ballpark food. Price typical of a stadium. Mets Marlin game. Small crowd but the new stadium opened today.

If you don't buy tickets in advance you won't get good seats. Worse than a Broadway show. The good news is there really aren't bad seats, just high up vs field level.
Lost 2 stars because of the overpriced food. It's so-so and not high quality but the charge equals a professional game while this is only exhibition. You are not allowed to bring in food or drinks. They confiscate it.
If you enjoy pro teams playing exhibition games, and you don't mind lousy food, then I say GO you will have a good time.

Neat Spring Training ballpark - you are very close to the field and into the action. Crowd are relatively small as is he stadium. Big league prices for all concessions! Outside the stadium are lots of restaurants, bars and breweries. Some shopping too!

We are in town for the Astros who were playing here.
We love the stadium and the location.
Seats are great and staff are very friendly.
We will be coming back for more games. Go Astros!!!

Took my 91 year-old Dad to a spring training game and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They wheeled him close to our seats and then returned at the end of the game to take us to the parking lot -- first via the chair and then a golf cart. Oh and the game was a lot of fun -- not a bad seat in the place and the hot dogs / beers hit the spot. Great family fun.

Watched the Cardinals and Marlins game this past Sunday with company. If you have out of town guests and looking for something to do this is the place to go if your a baseball fan. We had perfect weather and even got seats in the shade. No matter where the seats are there will be good viewing of the field. My only complaint were the seats. Sitting there for 3 hrs. I wish I had brought a cushion to sit on. There is a large assortment of food. From what I saw it looked good. There is parking close by but if your not there early you have to park in a nearby lot or on the street which could turn out to be a long walk. The stadium is very nice and a great addition to the Jupiter area.

Convenient stadium with parking, friendly staff, a nice variety of foods and beverages. Plenty of surrounding bars and restaurants for before and after the games.

We were recently here for a Spring Training game. The stadium was easy to get to, unlike some i have been to. I really enjoyed that the stadium seemed small enough that any seat had a great view yet it still seemed big enough to not be claustrophobic. The vendors were good and the staff was very helpful.

We came to see the St. Louis Cardinals play the Houston Astros during Spring Training. The stadium is easy to access. There are several restaurants right outside the stadium. We bought a parking garage parking pass with our tickets, but there is a free garage nearby. The stadium is nice and clean. There really are no bad seats. Every seat is near the field. The stadium food is priced like a big league park. It was a fun time with the family.

Most staff was incredibly friendly and helpful especially Marshal at the Cardinals players parking lot
Great opportunity to get autographs before games just standing by bullpen
VIP batting practice is nice but not worth $30/person
Easter egg hunt was fun but could have been better organized

The game was superb. Unfortunately the food was very expensive i.e. Water, peanuts and chicken tenders $23.00
Not eating again.

The stadium is very nice. However, all of their concessions are outrageously overpriced. Their prices are more for major league stadiums not 1A teams.

Went to opening day spring training to see the Marlins and Cardinals with family. The staff went out of their way to be friendly; the stadium and setting in Florida Atlantic University was gorgeous. Appreciated the shaded seating. Overall, a great visit and well done. Note that you will pay major league prices for concessions, but there is a decent variety and the staff was quite friendly.

If you're looking for a fun night out with family or friends and you're even just the slightest bit interested in baseball, Roger Dean Stadium is the place to go! As a smaller, community stadium it provides a more intimate feel and you really feel like you're up close and personal with the players and the game. We have gone to a few games here, and friends and family alike, even those who had never been to a baseball game or who were not very interested at first had a great time. The food is good for stadium quality, and they have a few different beer options to choose from. I would come back!

We had a great time at this ballpark. It was very clean and the personnel were very friendly. There is not a bad seat in the house. IF YOU ARE A CARDINAL FAN, try to get 1st Base/Right Field Seats. The Cardinals are on this side of the stadium.

Not the biggest ball park in Abacoa Jupiter! When they have spring games can be very busy area, hard to get into...as part of the towns bars and restaurants area... Has FAU, The Scripps Research Institute Florida, A Hotel across the street from Ball park, Local bus service to that area...Many fans of the Cardinals show up in there red shirts and cardinal hats...was very busy!

This is a wonderful stadium - just the right size to enjoy spring training baseball experience in February and March.

If you bleed Cardinal Red then this spring training destination is on your bucket list. The place is usually hopping and its well worth the visit for all Cardinal fans.

Day date with my wife, we just moved here and she loves the Cardinals and I'm a huge Braves fan so as they were playing each other great day. I found there is a bad seat in the house. Going to spring training get the VIP experience it's so worth it. Food is good and not bad on price too.

Roger Dean Stadium is the Spring Training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. It is also home if the Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals of the Florida State League. The stadium was beautiful. Tickets for the minor league games are very affordable for a family on a budget. I haven't been to a spring training game there so can't speak on that. The minor league experience was awesome. Normal stadium concessions with a very friendly staff.

A fun experience for all. An excellent way to spend a night with baseball fans for a reasonable cost. It's just fun.

We go to Roger Dean stadium every year and it is always a great experience to watch the Cardinals. The people are very nice and the facilities are very clean.

Perfect seats Section 206......seat 5 and 6, total shade and a cool breeze and the Cardinals!
Always a delight visiting Roger Dean Stadium, parking is accessible and close $10. Seats are clean and sturdy. From the elevated section 206 the entire Feild is easily visible, certainly not a bad viewing seat in the stadium but a nice panoramic view and shade is such a welcome treat. Section 206 has 11 rows, sitting in the last row with wall behind us is a unexpected breeze . Love these seats.

Not a bad seat anywhere in the ballpark! Great fun to be so close to the players. Very family friendly atmosphere.

What a great stadium to see. Ball game. Not a bad seat in the house. Concession prices were a little high, but overall a great experience.

Bought tickets for the last few years for the 4th of July fireworks and game. This year was just ok.

We've followed the visiting team here for five games over that last two years and have always had a good time. My only advice is regarding parking. We have always come at least an hour prior to game time and have been able to find free street parking on Stadium Drive, which gives you a short walk to the stadium. You just have to get to the north side of the park on Fredrick Smith Road. We parked on the south side the first time, and it was a long walk.

We enjoyed our games here, and all of our seats were good (3 games). We just wished there were more food and drink offerings.

I enjoy watching spring training games at Roger Dean Stadium. Unfortunately for fans, it was about the last game of the spring training season because of Covid-19. Our seats were in section 213 of the upper section at the far end of the third base line. The seats were excellent and in the shade. I would get these seats again. Didn't order any food in the stadium because we ate at a nearby restaurant across the street from the stadium. Parking was free.

The ball park is a great place to watch a game. All the seats provide easy viewing. Consider the back rows of the upper sections as still very close but provide better shade.

Have been attending games there for 5 years and have watched the ticket prices increase and the parking decrease. Didn't go this past season. Tickets cost more than tickets cost at the major league stadium I frequent at home. Beer and food prices are ultra expensive and if your lucky you will get to see a few regular players along with prospects. Use to go in the morning to watch practice but now there is only I way in and one way out and you have to go through security checks with the wand. Too far away to see anything or get a feel for what is going on. The Great American Game? I am not a Cardinal or Miami fan but a fan of the game and enjoy watching it and the development of the players. The games we attended this past year were in St. Lucie West - Mets. Better prices and a stadium that has shade.

Went for a tigers game during spring training, cool venue they need to open up the party deck though for more then private parties.

Roger Dean is a perfect spot for spring training baseball viewing in the heart of Jupiter. There isn't a bad seat in the house, and every March brings a flood of Cardinal fans from St Louis to cheer their heroes on for the month. The food is typical stadium fare and the facilities from parking to restrooms are convenient and first rate. The Miami Marlins also share the stadium so even the locals have someone to cheer for

First the ballpark. It is modern, clean and has great views for a game. Tickets are cheap wherever you sit.
Now the bad. We went on a Tuesday night which may have had something to do with it but the only food choices were hot dogs or nachos. There was only one stand open. We couldn't even get any fries. And with the absolutely poor options comes the ridiculous cost considering the single A venue. (Tickets behind the plate were $9, a hot dog was $6)

My family and I try to make it down to Roger Dean for spring training yearly. It does not disappoint. The atmosphere is exciting and there's not a bad seat anywhere. There are some shades seats directly behind home plate in the 200 section but other than that the sun hits the rest. You feel closer to the player and they are more accessible. The food is good with typical stadium prices. The wheelchair ushers and cart drivers went above and beyond to endure my grandma had a great time.

This park has an old-school 'high school' feel. Seats are close to the field and the people working at the park were very nice and friendly. But overall the park lacks the modern amenities of the newer parks in Florida, especially the ones near it on the east coast. The lack of outfield seating and the 'barracks' feel of the buildings in the outfield contribute to the feeling that you might actually be sitting at a stadium in early 90's Florida Spring Training. With that said, the Courtyard across the street is the perfect place to stay, and the strip of restaurants and bars right next to the park are really cool.

Went to a minor league game. Plenty of empty seats. Senior discount. $1 hot dogs. Plenty of good baseball action. Free parking. Very enjoyable.

Both the Minor League Jupiter Hammerheads and the Palm Beach Cardinals of the Florida State League Baseball League share the same stadium and on this night, the two teams played each other with the Hammerheads hosting the Cardinals.
The souvenir shop wasn't bad as far as wanting to purchase items but I have seen better selections in other ballparks. The one drawback I found was the lack of food other than hot dogs for sale to go with the Budweiser I was drinking. Still, the game made up for the drawbacks and the front entrance to Roger Dean Stadium is impressive with tall palm trees near and along the entranceway..

People waited for hours!! And the show needs a new contractor to take the event over. The firework show was fair... it wouldn't have been so bad bit Tempe finally was a buzz kill. Bummer!!!

This was my least favorite of the three spring training facilities that we visited during a recent week in Florida. It started with driving to the stadium: the route takes you down a commercial street in Abacoa with angle parking in front of stores. There are no signs directing you to parking. We finally stumbled on it, but it’s kind of past the stadium when you’re driving in that way. Maybe our GPS took us via a less optimal route. In that case, other GPSes are doing the same thing, and better signage would be helpful.
Roger Dean Stadium doesn’t have a lot of seats in the shade. Those that are, it’s by accident, because the press box casts shadows on certain rows in a few sections. In order to get shaded seats, we had to pay a premium on StubHub since none were available on the Cardinals’ website. They probably go first.
In some ways, the stadium seems more intimate than the others we went to. It seems more closed in, but that’s likely a result of the lack of a berm and the hulking Cardinals and Marlins spring training offices/club houses in the outfield. You also can’t do a full 360 walk around the field like you can in other parks. It does seem like there are good site lines from most seats.
The concessions are the standard fare you expect, but this seems to be a Pepsi-only facility (and I can’t function without my Diet Coke). My bottled Diet Pepsi wasn’t nearly cold enough, and I was told that some beverage refrigerators weren’t working well that day.
Still, it’s always fun to see baseball, and we were glad we had the opportunity to check out the Cardinals and the Twins that day.

Roger Dean is a fun ballpark for Cardinal/Marlin Spring Training games, Jupiter Hammerhead games and the annual Jupiter Craft Beer Fest. Not a bad seat in the house, decent concession stands, good beer selection, etc. They also host different events like $1 Days. Great for fun with family or friends. You can also pay to have an announcement on the screen which is fun for special occasions.

What a super place to go and there is not a bad seat in the house! Super safe, clean and friendly community. Field is great to see any of your favorite teams or even if you do not have any favorite, just go and enjoy. Great giveaways and events at this stadium. Please visit any of the local restaurant or bars after as they are great. Super Fourth of July fireworks here, Thank you!

Easy access, nice area and easy parking. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to come and go with limited traffic and access to turnpike. Staff was pleasant and facility was well maintained and clean.

Went to several spring training games and have always enjoyed the fireworks for holiday events. clean , organized and wonderful prices.Excellent security presence for a relaxed family experience

Attended a Spring Training game at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium and had an enjoyable time in the development around the stadium and the stadium itself. The stadium was easy to navigate and find seats. There are large crowds when the St. Louis Cardinals play and makes for a fun environment. There is paid parking close by and parking available on the streets if you arrive early and at public parking decks.

It's a nice little Stadium. I think about 6000 capacity. The game started at 1:05 PM. We got tickets the day before for batting practice for only $5.00 a person. I thought it was well worth it. You could get in at 10:30 am. Also if you get your hand stamped you can leave the stadium as many times as you want. All in all it's a very nice stadium.

Here for a Perfect Game event. Fields are good but the few bathroom/portapotty facilities are disgusting. Parking is also a challenge.

We visited Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium for a Cardinals-Marlins spring training game. The stadium is easy to find and parking is readably available, seating is comfortable and we were close to the action. Although the Cardinals lost we had an enjoyable Spring Training experience.

A great stadium for Spring Training fans. This is the home field for the Marlins and Cardinals. Attending games is fun and next to the stadium is a little town-square (Abacoa) with shops and restaurants. I always enjoy my time here...The Courtyard by Marriott is right across the street.

This is a brand new beautiful ballpark with great food, great sight lines and a gorgeous field. This is a no brainer, go here, have fun!

We like to hit the game Thursdays before we go out dancing. Hot guys in uniform and $1 beers ... What's not to love?!

Took in two spring training games here. This is a very friendly little ballpark. Seats a little over 7000 and was SRO both games. But no issues in or out. Parking reasonable also. Goodies are a little pricey but less than major league parks in the big cities. A fine place to catch good baseball before the season.

You can bring your dog to the stadium on certain days throughout the year.
There's kid's events in the stands and on the field in between innings. At the end of the game all kid's are invited to run the bases.
There's a find the diamond ring on the diamond for the ladies during the seven innings stretch.
There's cup holders on every seat. There's a stadium seating section with tables and another section with swivel seats.

I have been here to watch Cards during Spring Training twice. Every seat is excellent. Parking is close to stadium and the vendors are nice. Only seats about 7000 so very fan friendly.

We love this stadium. Very friendly staff and easy to navigate. Fun to watch the players practice, Much better than the Mets stadium in Port St. Lucie. Great restaurants across the street. Good concessions. Must get the "Super Dean dog!"

Good time with the family to catch a ball game. Cardinals and mets minor league game. It was a hot day. I recommend sitting in the back part of the stadium where it is shaded.

For those die hard Cardinal fans who can't wait for opening day at Busch Stadium in St. Louis at least we have Roger Dean, the Baseball Heaven of Jupiter. A great stadium that the Cards share with the Marlins. Lots of concessions and lots of food choices. It's nice to be so close to the players and get there early and watch the warm up on the practice fields and an opportunity to see your favorite players and past heros up close. A great experience!

We've been to Roger Dean multiple times and have always found it to be a great family friendly ballpark and a fun venue for watching a game. This night, a major local company was sponsoring and -- somehow -- the concessions were completely ill prepared for the volume of guests. Lines at the concessions were extremely long, no identification of whether those stands accepted credit cards or not (some did, some did not), and when you're waiting 45 minutes in line with small children for a hot dog, the fun dissipates in a hurry. This place and its management know better. Really disappointing.

Amazing time visiting Roger Dean for the first time! Everyone was so friendly from the parking garage attendant to the workers inside.. Get there early and pay $5 extra to go to batting practice before the game! This assures you can get up close to get signatures. We didn't know this prior but thank goodness the man at the parking garage told us about it. There is also VIP BP tickets for $20 or $30 and you get to go down on the field during BP. I wish we would have known sooner as those tickets sell out but the $5 ones do not. The players won't really sign during BP but they come back out around 1230ish and we got great signatures and pictures. Wong, Grichuk, Matheny, Garcia, etc. We sat the first day in the Bullpen where you get food and drinks included. This was amazing. The seats were so comfortable and spacious and a great view. Plus we ran into John Mozeliak in this area!! The next day was against the Red Sox and was standing room only. We were able to find some empty seats and thankful for that because standing the whole game would not have been fun. The food and beer vendors were all so nice and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Very funny. It's a clean, beautiful stadium. Parking was not an issue. $10 for the garage a few steps away. I wanted to write this review to give a heads up to people because we had no idea what to expect. I hope this helps! The gates for people with BP tickets open at 1030 but I would say get in line by 1000am. I believe gates open at 1130 without BP tickets.

Great stadium. Within walking distance of great food and shops.
Food trucks and concerts held across street on certain nights...worth it!

Front row seats to the bullpen when you sit along the first or third base line in the outfield. Small stadium is right in town Jupiter with bars and restaurants within walking distance

In addition to hosting two major league teams during Spring training, the stadium fills the minor league seasons with two local farm teams.

Consider that I have been wanting to go to Cardinals Spring Training my entire life...expectations were high! This is a great park with free parking nearby and lots of bar/restaurant options. I could complain about the cost of concessions but it is still MLB - you know the drill. My first trip will not be my last!

Been going here for years, typically when Mets visits, but when Mets are away, I don't hesitate to enjoy a Marlins or Cards game. Shade can be tough to come by, typically 200 level between the dugouts are best. During weekday game, got a ticket behind home plate, 6th for $6 on Stubhub. Food is decent, miss the specialty hot dogs they have several years ago. Stadium is decently maintained. Preferred parking isn't worth it if you are reasonably able bodied (especially with a Pickup truck). Its a few buck difference - save it for the food. I think this park better than First Data Field, but the new Palm Beaches park (Astros/Nats) is a little nicer.

We went to see the Marlins beat the Tigers on the final day of Spring Training.
This is a nice place to watch a baseball game. All of the seats seem to offer a good view of the field; you are really close to the game, the players, the bullpen, etc. South Florida often has great weather, and we certainly had a great day, even if we got a little sunburned.
I can't say much about the food, because we only split one order of nachos, which happened to be a bit stale.
Parking is very convenient, and the surrounding area is nice. Overall, this is a great place to come watch a Spring Training or Minor League game, as long as you realize that Jupiter can sometimes be hot, sometimes be rainy, and always be expensive.

Nice stadium. Golf carts pick you up and bring you back from general parking lot.
Great feature. Park is easy to get to. Fun time

Nice Spring Training Venue! We tried out the Chido Beach Club which included food and non-alcoholic drinks. The seating had a good view of the practice and action on the first base side, but our backs were in the direct sun for the afternoon game. The tables are 4 seats per table. The food service app was not working properly on our first day and the servers were overwhelmed for demands from spectators for their unfilled orders. The second day the app worked properly, so that does not seem to be an ongoing issue. The food is basic menu of hamburger, cheeseburger, hotdog, chips, etc. The second day the Cool Cassidy Zone had not been reserved, and we were able to go up there for a cool, breezy, shady view to enjoy the last half of the game. The park announcer speakers were clear and easy to hear from both locations. There were some fun give aways and activities for the crowd during the breaks in play. Overall a nice day! Check the weather before you go and pack the sunscreen for sure!

We have been to a few minor league/ Spring Training stadiums over the past few years. Roger Dean is not the best, but still pretty good. St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins Spring Training tickets have just gotten too expensive. $150. for a family of four for a practice game. Like Allen Iverson said, " this is just practice " So forget Spring Training. All Cardinal games are packed and a mad-house. The stadium itself is a good layout with no bad seats. Summer minor league baseball is OK. $9. bucks for a Bud Light. Need some management new thinking. Make food pricing more moderate and increase volume. Duh. Otherwise a good place to hang out for an evening, summer, minor league game. Free parking in the summer. Pay for Spring Training. A solid recommendation.

This is our fourth year going to Cardinals Spring Training at Roger Dean Stadium. It is a lot of fun to be in the sunshine seeing both veterans and new faces on the field. A number of players come to the stands before the game to sign autographs and have pictures taken. It is great to be so close to the field and hear the jabber going on during the game. Yes, the between inning activities are corny and highly repetitive if you attend multiple games, but they help pay the bills! Concessions are widely available and not too expensive.

This quiet "village within a village" --it is within the town of Jupiter, FL--has its own Roger Dean Stadium which hosts spring training for the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals. It holds less than 7000 people but you won't find a more passionate group of baseball fans. It has all the features you would want to find at ball game. Great way to enjoy life!

Down in the area to check all the spring training experiences. Not nearly as well organized and fan friendly as the other locations in the area. Went to see the Mets play the Marlins. No access to the Cardinals side, maybe because they had an away game. Access to the Marlins side, but had to walk about a mile just to get in and around to the practice fields. Apparently no Marlins fans are happy with that situation because we didn't see any. Then went into the stadium to see the Mets paly the Marlins and it was like a Mets home game. Kind of felt bad for the Marlins players because they get literally no support. Was a nice place to see a game. We bought seats but ended up spending most of the time standing along the outfield fence in the berm area. Still a good time.

We have been to quite a few games at Roger Dean Stadium and have always had fun. Yes, it is expensive, four dogs and a small beer was $22.50. Two waters is $9. Yes, there is no shade in the stands. Yes it costs $10 to park close ($6 for a walk).
Two tickets: Tigers vs. Cardinals $39 ea. +"Convenience Fee" $9.50
Parking pass (garage): $10 +"Convenience Fee" $2
Two tickets: Marlins vs. Cardinals $33 ea. +"Convenience Fee" $9.50
Parking pass (garage): $10 +"Convenience Fee" $2
Order processing: $3.10 (I printed my own tickets)
Total: $190.10
VS.
West Michigan Whitecaps
Best seats behind home plate: $15 (They will mail 'em to you for $3)
Parking: $7
Dime Hot Dog Night: Priceless!
So, if you want to spend the big buck and you happen to be anywhere near Jupiter, FL, Roger Dean Stadium is a fun place to go see a Spring Training game. We have found the staff to be fun and friendly, especially Bob in his blue Hawaiian shirt on the third base side. Some of the vendors have a good hype for their VERY expensive beers and peanuts. Bring a hat and sun screen!
If you happen to be in the Comstock, MI area, go to Fifth Third Ballpark and have equally (maybe more) as much fun at a reduced rate. Your choice.

This is a very well designed park. You are close to the action no matter where you sit and your view of the entire field is good at any angle. Concessions are conveniently located from behind home plate and stretching down both the first base and third base lines into the outfield sections. There is also a small concession area on the second tier of right field. I haven't attended any events other than baseball games, but the intimate sizing makes it ideal for just about any event up to 6,500 attendees.

We were here two days in a row - both a Cardinals "away" game and a "home" game. It was fun to experience both sides of the game. We sat in two different sections. We sat in the Corona Beer area. I thought it was an all-inclusive area. It was, sort of. It didn't include unlimited beer. Very disappointed. But it was a hot day and we had unlimited ice cream, so I guess it all worked out! The burgers, hot dogs, brats and Italian sausages were good. I also thought there was supposed to be chips/nachos, but there wasn't that either. The other seats we had were also good. The food and beverage prices were typical at a big-league ballpark. I think things should have been cheaper here, but they weren't. Fun atmosphere.

Love seeing the Cards play! Fun, clean, easy to get to!!! Been coming since they opened the stadium! Fun afternoon for sure to bring family and friends! #goCards❤️

In town for a baseball camp at the complex. Excellent fields I suggest staying right across the street at the courtyard marriot.

We are SO lucky to have 2 MLB teams in our backyard. The Cardinals and the Marlins both use Roger Dean Stadium for spring training and then when that is over their farm teams stay and play here. It is a great place to watch a game. You can take your children or grandchildren or grandparents there and everyone has a great time. The ticket prices are low, but he fun is off the charts. The stadium is cozy and they really get the crowd involved in the excitement with games and prizes. It is well worth the price of admission.

It looks like the exterior of the ballpark was redone since my last visit. Food selections should be upgraded. Some stands were closed perhaps due the small crowd. Hadicapped parking right outside the gate. Easy to reach off exit 83 on I95.
Seats were comfortable and we enjoyed the game, minor league advanced A. About an hour from ft. Lauderdale. Seats only 9 bucks, but we thought the food was a little high. On the whole a nice visit.

Staff was friendly as you enter park. Staff to show you to your seat was limited. Our first time to park. We walked to park

I love reading reviews, especially negative ones because they amuse me. This is a minor league park - SINGLE A ball. Yes the Marlins and Cardinals play for spring training but that is one month of the year. Do not expect this to be a major league park - especially people from NYC - its certainly better than old Yankee Stadium or Shea Stadium. If you want to watch minor league baseball for a very inexpensive price, with a seat that is never a bad seat, with $0 for parking, in a nice neighborhood, how could you beat Roger Dean Stadium?? You always get a parking spot, a good seat, can watch some up and coming players, easy to get into and out of the stadium and the Abacoa area is nice to have lunch or a drink after. And if yo have kids that might not sit for the whole game, this is perfect.

The park is older and not as beautiful as the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches or First Data Field. Not a lot of food vendors to choose from compared to the other parks. We had a lot of fun fans were great...all seats seem really close to the field. Loved the close proximity to our hotel.

My 1st Spring Training game. Was an easy hour drive from Fort Lauderdale where we were staying. It's very easy to find the park once you get off the highway. There is a pretty good selection of food(although the hot dogs are very different from the ones you get in NY). It was great being so close to the field and it was a great win by the NY Mets. I would definitely come back for a game.

Cheap seats, sit anywhere and you will have a great seat no matter what day or time the game is. Local teams Jupiter Hammerheads (Miami farm) and Palm Beach Cardinals (St. Louis farm). not much food other than the usual hotdogs popcorn and peanuts, but across the street in Abacoa you will find what you want food wise. Good baseball, great stadium, friendly crowd

I have season tickets to the St. Louis Cardinals spring training games and always enjoy going to Roger Dean Stadium to watch the games. It is an intimate ball park that is well maintained with seating close to the action. Concessions are varied and fairly priced. I always go to the same beer maid for my beer! Parking is convenient and there is lots to do before and after the game. There is nothing like a spring training game at Roger Dean Stadium.

This is a fantastic stadium in Jupiter. It's smaller than a professional stadium, so it gives you the homely feel. Aside from ball games, they normally use this stadium for lots of other community purposes, which is great. We always enjoy going there.

We enjoyed our visit to see the Jupiter Hammerheads and the Palm Beach Cardinals.
The ball park is set up very well to accommodate families. Staff were courteous and the facility was clean. There are no bad seats.
Shout out to the concessions staff because they were busting it all game long! The lines were long but they were great!
There is a free parking garage and lots of dining/bar options.

If you find yourself in town with good outdoor weather, this is a nice little ballpark to catch a ballgame. Sometimes they have beer specials throughout the season called "thirsty thursday's". Tip: monitor the weather because the seats are not covered. So, if it is too sunny or a rainy day, I wouldn't recommend attending. Also, the food is okay, but if your palate craves something more there are a lot of walking distance good eats to this location. Enjoy!

A baseball fan should make a spring training game a must to experience the camaraderie of fans and players. You can go early to batting sessions , and enjoy toasted ravioli ( a St Louis special ) or Marlin traditional foods and beer choices. The food booths ever feature hand dipped ice cream cones for $6.00!
Parking is close and costs $10.00.

We went for the fourth of July, 2016. There was a festival there with live music, bouncy houses, and food trucks outside the stadium. We paid for tickets to get seating towards the end of a baseball game so we can have comfortable seating for the fireworks. It was only $5pp. By catching the end of the game we were able to cheer on our Jupiter team and then comfortably transition into the Fourth of July fireworks. Worth it. I would do this again if I have friends and family joining us with young kids.

Great stadium we love the place. Our kids love the St. Louis Cardinals. The facilities are great and also you many options for hotels and restaurants . We only went for one day we wish we had plan better.

I went to a game with a few of my pals and were shocked at how well the stadium dealt with the large crowd in attendance. I saw the astros play the cardinals to a sold out stadium and loved the energy in the stands as well as the workers in the concession stands. By far my favorite spring training destination in Florida.

We sat behind home plate and had the best time. We will definitely return. Very busy but a great experience.

great experience love the stadium everywhere you sit its great view excellent food excellent service at the concessions

New for Spring 2017. You now get to go through Security screening. Poorly arranged when it is raining outside. Did RDS management really think it never rains in SFLA!
Stadium has lost its charm now that I have been to the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches which puts RDS to shame. The ground level concession area was terribly overcrowded prior to game time. People walking in both directions everywhere while others just standing clogging everything up. What a mess! Almost impossible to move.
Once the game was about to start there was a mass movement for the stairs leading to the seats. Unfortunately RDS does not offer shade for all seats in the Infield Reserved Section. You expect to be in the sun if you opt for the Infield Box seats. Surprisingly the IR Sections left unshaded are mostly behind home plate!! These are usually the most desirable seats in a stadium. Maybe there is no solution!
The Stadium is small and seats about 6,000, excluding the bench style bleachers along the left field baseline. The view of the action in the game is amazing since the seats are very close to the field. Unfortunately, Carlos Stanton, Christian Yelich & Martin Prado were not playing since they are all opted to play in the World Baseball Classic. Perennial All-Star Yadier Molina was missing from St. Louis. Without 3 of their regular starters, the Marlins played a sloppy, no offense game.

Very convenient venue. Free city parking garage is close by. Good variety of food booths. Good signage for first time visitors. All seats have a good view of the field & are close to the field. Easy to take great pics of the action. Convenient to I-95.

Roger dean stadium is always a winner . Good games it’s comfortable , there’s entertainment minutes away . Tons of restaurants in the area. Go early and make it a afternoon evening deal

The family and I were in the area and we decided to catch a game and it was a great decision . Friendly staff and a great game were awesome to experience
Cant wait till next time!!

It was another great Spring Baseball experience in Jupiter. A close up way to watch MLB baseball. The stadium is home to the Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals.

have been to other spring training sites; first time to Roger Dean. nice setting on FAU campus. easy in and out parking; we parked in outer lot and used shuttle to the ballpark. lots of menu choices (typical ballpark prices). didn't seem to have enough staff to keep up with the customers so some waiting. good sightlines, but many of the seats (including ours) were in the sun for the entire game (looked like first base side caught some shade as game went along). good time!

Part of my son's 2016 spring-break spring-training grapefruilt league tour, we made the drive across the state to see the Marlins and were in for a real treat. A 475 ft blast from Giancarlo Stanton! Not a bad seat in this ballpark, great food options, and easy parking. Worth the 3-hour trip!

Nice stadium, enjoyed seeing the Cardinals in a more up close and personal setting. Wish more of the vendors accepted credit.

Have been here a few times. All spring training games. First of all there is not a bad seat in the house. The stadium is just the right size. Went this past spring and sat in the dugout club. Seats right on the field. Plenty of autograph opportunities from the home team and unlimited food and non alcoholic drinks included in the price of the ticket. Would highly recommend this option. Parking is available by the stadium for 10$. However if you arrive early , you might be able to find parking in the surrounding streets. Marlins and Cardinal share stadium for spring training and minor league team plays there during regular season(I think its the Hammerheads)

OMG. What a great place to see the NY Mets and Miami Marlins work out and play pre season baseball....

We were first time visitors to Roger Dean Stadium and were very impressed by the facility and staff. We had a handicap gentleman in our group and as we entered the gates they offered assistance immediately and provided a wheelchair and an assistant to get us to our seats. He also checked on us mid-game and said he would be back at the end of the game to usher us back down to street level. Great Service!
The facility is beautiful, seating about 6,000 people and is home for Spring Training for both the Marlins and Cardinals. The surroundings are absolutely spotless and tidy! A very enjoyable visit

Not a bad seat in the place. And the players and workers are generally so friednly. I wish there were more options for food and drink.

Enjoyable afternoon watching a spring training game. Sat on the third base side in the lower lever near the dugout. This area does not have any shade at all. The bleachers on both sides have shaded areas. The first base side becomes shaded as the afternoon progresses. The employees were very friendly. Hot dogs were cheap $4.75 with kraut and diced onions on the condiment cart. The beer was the usual major league expensive, $8.50 and up. Spring training games are nice to be able to get closer to the players. The stadium itself was an average stadium with a few local specialities in snacks and drinks available. No other “special” attraction things to make it unique

Attended two games on our recent visit and had a good time. Find parking on the street as the garage and lots are expensive for a spring training game.

Went to see the St. Louis Cardinals vs the Boston Red Sox in a spring training game. Stadium is clean and comfortable. It's pretty easy to get in and out of as well. Both teams had a good mix of star players as well as new players trying to make the teams. The stadium is intimate enough to have a real good up close to the action feel to it. I really enjoyed it. I would definitely go again.

My wife, son, dad and I decided to check out some single-A baseball while visiting for our spring break. We got tickets to see the Marlins single-A affiliate in the Florida State League, the Jupiter Hammerheads. The stadium is located about 5 minutes off I-95, adjacent to Florida Atlantic University in Jupiter. The stadium is located in a lovely neighborhood called Abacoa. Superb location, lots of restaurants, shopping, pedestrian-friendly town. Plenty of free parking around the stadium. Lots of parking decks and lots. The stadium is lovely, wide open, easy to move through the concourse. Great sight lines anywhere in the park. Our seats were right down on the dugout. Players for the visiting Daytona Tortugas were more than willing to sign autographs for our son before the game. The stadium seats about 6,000, but the night we were there, less than 1,000 people came out. Only one beverage station open and only one food counter open. Not a wide variety of food that night, only dogs, brats and nachos. There is a team store / boutique right inside the front gates. Interesting fact about the stadium, from what I understand this is the only stadium in baseball shared by two separate teams. In this case the Marlins and Cardinals organizations share the stadium. Good in-game entertainment as Hammy the Hammerhead made his rounds several times during the game. A fun experience, a lovely park, friendly staff, I wish there was more of a food variety, but you can always hit up one of the many restaurants in Abacoa when the game is over. Enjoy your visit to Roger Dean Stadium.

Watched a few spring training games here. Good seats every where. Great parking/shuttle service for $6. Friendly staff. As you would expect food a little pricey.

Great location with many eateries nearby. Easy parking and many hotels to choose from. The Italian festival was going on when we were there for baseball.

The park is intimate . You are only a few feet away from the action. It's a good place to see a game.

Attended the Mets vs Marlins game on a Wednesday afternoon. Paid $8 to park and had to walk a long way to the stadium where I shelled out another $17 for a bleacher seat that was a long way from the action. Wasn't impressed with the scoreboard or really any of the amenities. There are a lot of much nicer spring training stadiums out there.

Great time watching my Mets plat the Cardinals in a Spring Training game. Seats are comfortable enough, prices are what you would expect at concession stands. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

Although we are Detroit Tiger fans this minor league stadium is practically around the corner. We sat in the bleachers and felt like we had the best seats in the house. The Met's players signed autographs and my teenage son was thrilled. It's a great afternoon.

we love going to Roger Dean Stadium. They have great food and and drinks. The baseball is really fun to watch and they are good players. Have lots of fun and usually see friends while we are there. We take visitors there in the winter when the Spring training is there. Great fun at the ball park.

Don't think there is a bad seat here. Day we went the game was a sellout and staff from parking garage to ushers were great. Our usher carried suntan lotion and offered to anyone that forgot to bring some, made sure to remind folks about watching for foul balls. Easy to get to and very well organized. Lots of food choices around the ballpark before and after the game. Enjoyed talking to the fans near us - lots of knowledgeable ones as Cardinals draw well. They do sell beer in stands and seemed expensive to me but figure it's normal at a ball game. Hot dogs $5, souvenir sodas are $7. Prices were $8.50 and $9.50 for Bud and Landshark.

One of the best baseball games I’ve seen. Highly recommend. Stadium is clean and gift shop donates to animal rescues.

Went to a Cards/Nationals game here. Beautiful stadium with comfortable seats, plenty of food choices, and game timed between innings so it went quickly. Very enjoyable, highly recommend.

Stadium is really nice. But the fields used for youth tournaments need some work. Few bleachers. NO SHADE!!!! Concrete holds water & leaves large puddles of water.

Great stadium for spring training. Great location with bars and restaurants steps away. Free parking. Top notch hotel across the street.

Enjoyed the intimacy of watching MLB up close in such a quaint stadium. Players tossed balls to the kids, cold beer easy to find and people in good spirits. Was quite hot in the sun but happy to see sunscreen dispensers in the concourse. Found some shade before the end of the game when they allowed the kids to go on the feels and run the bases. Very fun day for adults too!

We went to the Cardinals vs. Orioles game and had a great time despite a Cardinal loss. Parking was very easy. There are signs everywhere. You can park for $10 right near the stadium or $8 a little further away so we paid the extra $2. Staff was very friendly and the stadium has a very “close knit” feel since you’re so close to the players. Many were signing autographs just 15 minutes before the game. Any seat is good and the 200 level seats are shaded. We will definitely be back.

We had such a nice time Friday evening at Roiger Dean Stadium. Game was at 6:30. There really isn't a bad seat in the stadium. Very pleasant. Lots of families with young children. We took my 87 year old dad. It's a very accessible place. Bathrooms on entry level. Food trucks are in the area everyother Friday. We ate in the stadium. Hotdog $3.75 brat $6.75 Italian sausage $6.75. The Italian sausage is the tastiest. Condiments are plentiful sauerkraut is awesome! Bottle of water is $3.75 potato chips $1.50. The baseball is ok--minor leagues this time of year. But you go for the fun pleasant time and it is! We have been several times and really like this venue.

All seats are close enough to the field, so you can't go wrong with any of them. Spring training games for the Cardinals typically sell out, but you can usually get tickets for the Marlins. There are always tickets for minor league games. The stadium sometimes has deals for a family four pack, which includes entrance and food and drink for a very reasonable price.
If you don't want to eat at the stadium, Abacoa has a few places you can walk to from the stadium.
There is also a new Marriott right across the street from the stadium.

Free parking just a couple blocks away... Beautiful stadium! Recommend the "Dean Dog with grilled vegetables".

Parking is close, and free!
Baseball game was fun (Jupiter Hammerheads), but disappointing to see how empty the stadium was. Apparently due to low game turnout, concession stand options were VERY limited.
Definitely enjoyed the game, but thought the experience could be so much better.

We've been twice to catch some spring training games. A nice small ballpark with great sight-lines. Good concession stands and easy access by car.

See where the Florida Marlins and Cincinnati Cardinals start their pre-season training. Lots of knowledgeable on-site staff who can personally share some onc-in-a-lifetime experiences. Fun!

If you are a baseball fan and want to experience a spring training game in Florida, go to a different stadium! Our experience was far from pleasant and I imagine that any other ballpark in the area would do a better job. The infrastructure surrounding the park just does not support the influx of people. That is proven by the poor parking situation. The 'free' parking garages are limited and when they fill up, no one in charge has enough common sense to put up a sign that says "Garage Full". So you have a line of cars traveling all the way up to the top where there is practically no room to u-turn. There is paid parking where they charge $15 to park which is high for any minor league stadium. Then there is the "security" check. The man checking for I don't know what made me go to another line since I had a purse. I guess he just couldn't figure out how to look inside a purse. And I suppose it is too challenging for the people in charge to put up a sign so that anyone carrying a bag would know which line to get on. And when I got to the other line, the "security guard" unzipped the purse, barely looked inside and then threw it down on the table. Oh, and the electronic tickets were not appearing for many of the fans so we all had to go line up at the box office to get paper tickets. The width of the seats would be perfect for anyone under the age of 13. The seats are uncomfortably narrow and you feel like you are practically sitting on your neighbor's lap! I won't even go into the price of the food and beverage which is astronomical for the quality of the food. On a positive note, the weather was gorgeous and the game itself was entertaining - - - that is why I am giving Roger Dean Stadium one star. However, there must be anther place in Florida to experience baseball. We will definitely find it somewhere else.

Lifelong Cardinals fan, first time experience at Spring Training.
We watched the Cardinals and Marlins play two games on back-to-back days.
Great ballpark, friendly staff and will most definitely come back again!

Great venue for Spring baseball and other family friendly events in downtown Abacoa.
Free music, food truck invasions and car shows.
Local brewery and eateries across the street.
Putt Putt golf coming soon.

Lifelong Cardinals fan and this was my first spring training experience. What a let down this place was! Sharing a stadium with the Marlins? Are you kidding me?!!!! Nothing screams Cardinals about this place! It’s a tired old stadium which doesn’t do the historic franchise justice!! So disappointed!!

We attended a game on Saturday, March 9th, with a tour group from the Houston Astros. The lines to get in the stadium were incredibly long and there was a lot of confusion as to which lines would take bags. One of the Cardinals fans got into a heated argument with one of their line tenders. It was a very uncomfortable situation.
The stadium itself is older and the some of the seats ate difficult to get to the way the stadium as designed. Also some restrooms are very small which then resulted in long lines.
Unless you want to see your team specifically at this stadium, I suggest visiting some of the newer stadiums around Florida for spring training.

We drove from Orlando to Jupiter to enjoy our first game at Roger Dean. We were disappointed. We were expecting a first-rate stadium experience. The stadium site is in a difficult place to navigate, and the outfield is surrounded by condos. Parking is $10, but it is spartan, with grass and gravel lots. You have to do your tailgating in the parking lot, because you can take virtually no cold drink or fan food in with you. You are limited to 2 sealed bottles of water. Traditional concession food at major league prices. The bleachers are metal bleachers (think noonday Florida sun). And then, fans were attacked by bugs around the 7th inning. Roger Dean does not measure up to the first-class settings of the Cubs in Arizona or the Braves in Orlando.

If you like baseball you are in for a great treat when attending a game at Roger Dean Stadium. It "feels" like any other stadium in the country with the small town feel. You are close to the players, the dug out and the fans. A great way to spend a day in gorgeous winter weather.

This remains one of my favorite venues for MLB spring training baseball. Not just the facilities but the terrific fan support, attendance and energy. I've been coming off and on to these spring training games over the last 15 years or so and this is easily my favorite venue. Terrific park facilities, food and refreshment vendors and super nice service and staff.

As a former New Yorker living in Jupiter I love this stadium. It's great seeing the NY Mets when they play the Cardinals or Marlins in Spring Training. Seeing the players in a smaller more intimate stadium is lots of fun. Great crowds and friendly staffing.

Small stadium was a great way to see the Marlins and Mets at spring training. $29/ticket is a good price with such a small stadium. Beer was $8 each, hotdogs were $4.50 each (small ones). If you go to the washroom/ buy something during the game, careful with the fly balls overhead. While buying a t-shirt a foul ball came from the open ceiling above (you can't see the field to watch for foul balls) and was too close for comfort. This is one fault of the stadium as I'm sure lots of people get hurt as the balls seem to come from no where above. Other than that, we had a great time.

We’ve always enjoyed games at the stadium whether it’s a spring training game or watching the Hammerheads play in the summer. Great location in Abacoa. Food is a bit pricey but it’s always fun!

We're here for the Mets vs Marlins game on March 20, 2024. We were here last year to visit but didn't attend a game.
It's the spring training camp for the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals, with 6,871 seats. This arena looks and feels slightly different from Mets' training ground at Clover Park @ Port St. Lucie: compact and in the center of the town, Jupiter, where Tiger Woods and many other golfers live or lived.
Although it's only a few steps away from the garage to the stadium, but they provide buggies to ferry us around. Bathroom doesn't seem to have air conditioning. But I like this small scale events better than the full blown ones. Intimate and closer to the action.

I have had so many great experiences at the stadium for the last 17 years. From bringing my Grand daughter to her first baseball game when she was 2 years old and the Marlins were playing the Mets and I had her standing on the dugout and she was yelling "Go Ankies(meaning Yankees)". Lots of good memories there with my family and friends especially, the special days at the stadium for veterans, and all the other special nights. Keep up the good work.

We went for the St. Louis Cardinals spring training and had a blast. It was our first trip and so fun to see the players up close.

Yes tickets are reasonable and should be because t-shirts are $40, beer $10, brauts are $8. Really ridiculous pricing.
Great venue with the surrounding shops and restaurants but the days of going to Spring Training for a an inexpensive good time are long gone.
The Cardinal organization should be ashamed of its greed.

Visit Roger Dean Stadium to see some great spring training baseball. St. Louis Cardinal and Miami Marlins training hub in late February and most of March. Watch the teams during warm ups in the outside fields and get a baseball or 2 signed by the players. Then go to watch the major league pros play an exhibition game. Affordable, comfortable and great time!

My husband and I went to three 2019 Spring Training games and this is a great park. We sat in three different areas and the view was great from all (no obstructive view). Very family oriented. Only change I would make is a score board that is more readable in the sun.

We went to the FL State Adv. A-League all-star game here. Yes, the stadium is located in a "village" type atmosphere with the town adjacent for activities such as dining and shopping. There is a free parking garage in town and grass fields for stadium parking. The seats are nice and there are cup holders at the seats. We felt that the concourses were narrow and dark. Smoking is also allowed on the concourses as well so during the rain delay, smokers lit up their cigarettes and cigars for all of us to inhale. It was awful. Not sure what kids do at the park during spring training as there is no bern and you cannot walk around the stadium. I guess they sit in their seats and watch the game. Did not meet our expectations after hearing so much about this town. They do allow umbrellas and an unopened bottle of water. Drinks and food were expensive. We have been to a number of A League and Spring Training complexes. This one is not our favorite.

We have been going to Cardinal spring training games since they opened in 1998. The ballpark is always clean and well maintained, and if you buy six game packages the prices are very reasonable. Capacity of the stadium is just under 7000 seats, they offer reasonable snack pricing like $5.00 hot dogs, and always offer a 50/50 drawing. We have visited many spring training sites and Roger Dean is one of the easier to get into and out of in Florida.

Always A fun place to go for the entire family to enjoy.
And the prices are far more reasonable than a MLB game.
You can go to a pre-season game and watch the same teams in a more quiet and comfortable setting for a tenth of the cost of a mid season game in the summertime.
It makes baseball fun again.
And at a more reasonable cost and without the massive crowds.
Fun!

We decided to host an event in the Cool Zone at Roger Dean for our business. We used the space to conduct a casino night for about 150 people. The space was PERFECT for the event. We had the beautiful view of the field and a large space to set up casino tables, picnic tables, a bar, food, and music! Everyone was thrilled about being a part of such a fantastic event. Kyle, from Roger Dean, was instrumental in making this night go well. He helped us set up, answered questions, and really helped us envision success from the very beginning. Will definitely host more events here in the future!

The park and the surrounding area are clean, safe and perfect for Spring training baseball. The park makes you feel close to the players and right on top of the game. When we were their the weather was perfect and sold out crowd was appreciative.
Getting to see major league players up close before the game was a special treat.
The park has several specialty areas not usually seen in small venues.
Unless you pay close attention, don't sit anywhere not protected by the screen.

This is a small but lovely statium with easy access to parking. The ballpark was clean and the field was well taken of. If you are a baseball fan and in the area, this is a must!

I've been to quite a few minor league ball parks and Roger Dean Stadium is one of the best. Easy parking (although I miss the days of parking on the grass) and the food is good. Best of all, there really isn't a bad seat in the park!

We live in the area and have gone to the stadium many times for games and special events. The minor league games are a lot of fun with great activities for adults and children. There is not a bad seat in the house!

This is a fun small ballpark (6000+) that has great baseball, ballpark food and beer. Free parking can be found with in walking distance.

Well maintained, and clean stadium, Standard Stadium eats, minor league ball park. Hosts the Jupiter Brewer's Festival, in January. Across from a nice Hotel if you wanna stay for spring training. .

Stadium has no bad seats and is a no frills ballpark.
There are a ton of restaurants and activities just outside in Abacoa especially on Food Truck nights and Car Shows.
There is always something to do here and always some game to watch with there being multiple teams using the stadium.

Went to Marlins spring training game.Nice facility. They have added some overhang
for shade but we had really good seats and it was hot(87 ).Many people who had
good seats went up back for the overhang.
Enjoyed seeing baseball that close for reasonable price.

...of the parking lot! Tickets were reasonable to see our beloved Mets play the St. Louis Cardinals. Players are very accessible and happily signed autographs. The one downer was trying to get out of the parking lot after the game.

I like the area. I came here for an evening game with the Yankees visiting. I pre-purchased parking after reading about the parking challenges. A bit pricey, but probably worth it. We still sat in traffic for a while. Inside, we sat in the bleachers. Not my first choice, but other seats were sold out.

Let go cards! Always a good time. Clean and the staff is always pleasant. Try and eat at one of the restaurants around the stadium. The stadium prices and food selection is similar to MLB parks. Better prices and selection on the outside. Go early and take in some of the action on the practice fields

Stadium was cramped and dark. Prices were more expensive than regular season games. How can this be? Pre-season games should not be more expensive than regular season games.
Roger Dean stadium had a very corporate-like atmosphere. Sterile.
Overall, we loved seeing the cardinals play. Thanks to Stub Hub for allowing us to pay less than half of the ticket booth prices. Watching them in the Astros stadium was way better. It was more open, family oriented, and the prices were extremely lower.

Loved the game but stupid parking…….and no signs showing the direction to the stadium. Police waved us past a large grass parking area with spot availability. Why? Parking garage full so people going all the way to top had to turn around. Maybe someone could put a sign out. For those wondering, we were entered the parking area 1 hr before the first pitch.

Nothing like opening day of spring training even though it was the Marlins as home team. The Cardinal fans were in attendance and the stadium was jumping with excitement. Not a bad seat in the house there is nothing like spring training at Roger Dean.

Caught the Cards vs. the Nats on opening day of Spring Training at the stadium. Easy to get to. Laid back vibe and very friendly staff. Not a bad seat in the house with great shade over the majority of the seats. Will go again!

Very comfortable stadium, helpful staff, lots of sunshine and beer. Clean facilities. Nice team store, but crowded, avoid before the game, wait till mid game to shop

There's never a bad time at the ballpark. Roger Dean Park has great parking, a great location and comfortable seating. It's kind of a typical spring training stadium with every seat having great views and sight lines. I would have to say that the food was well below normal. Everything we bought, we felt like we were eating Boy Scout fundraiser food. It just wasn't very good, unfortunately. Still, we had a great time at the ballpark.

Saw Mets vs. Cards spring training game here, and loved it. Great stadium seems to have no bad seats, and a friendly crowd. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to catch a game with friends, out-of-town guests, and family! They have a lot of fun theme nights for families with children. Parking was free and a quick walk to the stadium. Every seat in the house has a great view!
Being a lifelong baseball fan it never ceases to amaze me when I attend a ballgame where the St. Louis Cardinals are a competitor. Roger Dean Stadium is a perfect example. Great spring training ballpark yet what makes it great are the Cardinal fans. They turn out in droves with their Cardinal red and wonderful support for their team and a few friendly jabs at the opposition fan base. If your a Cardinal fan this is a great stadium to see your team in the spring!
