I love this mall....I was there over 5 hours and I don’t think I got through a 1/4 of it. Largest mall I’ve seen. There is definitely something for everyone! I hope I get to go back!!!

large mall complex with some high-end shopping mixed with mid-range shopping. Tip - park in the covered parking areas to keep your car from baking. Enjoyed the ambiance of the whole mall.

Went to buy some stuff for our golf round and experienced a nice center with lots of nice stores and a huge food court.
Only drawback was the limited number of seats in the food court

This used to be THE mall to visit. Not only was it beautiful, but it had almost every shop anyone would ever want to visit AND buy something from. I have shopped here since I was a kid. This is what I consider my “mall home.”
Recently, though, changes have been happening. It seems the parent company is on a mission to make this magnificent mall become just as bland, common, and mediocre as any mall you might find in any city in America. And they are succeeding.
First they got rid of the unique Palm Court food court. Once, when I had company from out of state, I suggested we actually go to the mall for lunch at the food court. My friends scowled because most malls feature a food court that are a necessity, not a destination. But Scottsdale Fashion Square’s food court showcased palm trees and different levels that added visual interest. The restaurants were great, too. At some point, someone decided this should be replaced by a nondescript eating place complete with the same fast food shops you'd find almost anywhere. The Crepe Club is new, but the ambience doesn't lend itself to crepes.
Even the Harkins Theater, when it changed locations, became too expensive. When I asked why , they pointed out that they had a bar and assigned seats. Just so you know, it’s not far to AMC’s Centerpointe to the south 10 minutes or AMC’s Esplanade to the west 10 minutes to have the same amenities for only $5 (at certain times).
Then, recently, it has come to my attention through a friend that this is no longer the upscale mall it once was. Sure, it’s one of the largest, but they seem to be letting any store move in if it can pay the rent just to fill the empty space. And by ‘any,’ I mean stores from local should-be-in-a-strip-mall stores to scam rated-F-by-the-Better-Business-Bureau shops. A good friend told me (and you, too, if you look at bbb.org) of her experience with the Selected Skincare. They have a "no return" policy, but they hid this from her while she was considering buying and even made her believe she could return it. She is not alone in her experience, telling by the other reviews. So, since this review is my personal experience, I went to check it out. My experience was similar to hers, even to the evading the point-blank “May I return this?”question. Needless to say, I didn’t buy. If a store has this policy, it should be permanently posted; not put in a frame by the register that can be hidden at will.
This “Selected Skincare” store is located in Scottsdale Fashion Square’s new luxury wing. The mall used to have walkways on either side of the second floor overlooking the first floor. The remodel may have added some high-end stores, but they took away the walkway on the north side of the mall, and this forces anyone who wants to reach Dillard’s (or the escalators and elevator to get to the parking levels or the lower level) to pass by the predators outside of Selected Skincare. And it seems, because of this new configuration, that the mall not only condones this, but they encourage it.
Note to @ScottsdaleFS:
Trust is something that, once lost, takes a while to recover. It seems this once great centerpiece of Scottsdale is hell-bent on losing the trust of its long-time shoppers. To put a store that has an ‘F’ rating in a prominent place where you hope to attract “luxury” shoppers makes it seem as if you are in on the scam.
What Scottsdale Fashion Square doesn’t seem to understand is that long-time guests trust them to maintain the once-excellent environment. I read last week that 6,000 stores have closed so far this year. Gymboree, among others, have closed, leaving this mall with gaps they seem to be only all too willing to rent to anyone with the means to pay, but that’s not why we come to this mall. We come (or in my case, USE to come) to this special place because it was like no other. Because it was our second home where we didn't have to have our guard up for fear of scam shops. We used to be proud to show it off to our out-of-state company. It’s the largest indoor shopping center in Arizona, so a lot of people use it for track walking in this summer heat. Now that is all it has going for it.
Maybe on-line shopping is the better way to go these days, but if you have to have that in-person experience, Biltmore Fashion Park is not far west down Camelback Road if you are looking for a true upscale shopping experience. And... you can relax, knowing you aren't going to be ripped off by a scam shop endorsed by the mall.

I don’t think I have ever been more compelled to write a review, but I am in the hopes of preventing others from wasting their money after what we endured. I bought two passes for a winter ravioli workshop for my boyfriend and I, hoping to have a fun date night while we were visit Scottsdale for the new year. But I am extremely disheartened by chef Dani’s beratement, belittling and tepid attitude toward both the students and staff working at the Fashion Square location. She made us feel embarrassed to ask questions, often “shutting down” anyone who wanted help. during the class an assistant, Devin, tried helping us roll out the pasta dough. Then the chef came by and, instead of stepping in to help as Devin said she would (wanting to defer the instruction to the chef respectfully), chef Dani spoke to her as if we weren’t next to her and said she didn’t know what we were doing, then and left us on our own. At one point she accused students of coming to class intoxicated because they added the wrong shallot in a salad dressing. The class was basically conducted in silence with chef Dani uncomfortably staring over our shoulders. Not to mention, we started 20 minutes late because the chef wanted us to wait for a late student who never arrived. As a result, the rest of the class time she spent reminding us that we were behind schedule and we needed to make up for the time “we” lost. If students engaged in side talk at any point during the class, she’d threaten to separate them. Most of the students felt too uncomfortable to ask any questions, which was upsetting to us because we wanted to learn from this. I felt like that was too high of an expectation because the chef was reading off a recipe the entire class. The only time we saw an ounce of personality from her was when she pushed the high-end cooking appliances on us.
That said- the studio was clean, food was good, and other staff members were extremely nice despite being obviously uncomfortable around the chef’s pompous approach to a beginner’s cooking class.

Has high end stores like Coach, Bvlgari and Cartier. Nice parking deck. We went on a Friday night. It wasn't very crowded at all. There also other stores like Dillard's and Gap. A little for everyone I supposed.

There are only a handful of shopping malls in the country that can match the spacious elegance of Scottsdale Fashion Square. Where else can you find four anchor stores to match the flagship Dillard's, Macy's, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. Of the vast array of shops there are such famous names as Armani, Gucci, Tiffany's, Cartier and dozens of other top elegant brands. This is not an ordinary mall because every shop that has come into Fashion Square offers the highest quality merchandise. And for shopper comfort, all of the parking is indoor, which is great during the hot Arizona summers. The mall also has several prime eateries, a very good foot court and a massive Harkins Theater complex.

Had a good time. Nice mall. Great food court. 4 of us ate in a restaurant with the word Yard in it. A sports bar. Service was great. Everyone's meal was very very good. My hamburger was so salty like a salt shaker was dropped on it.. I should have sent it back. We were with friends we have not seen in a long time. I was too embarrassed to send it back.

It is a good Mall with the usual shops, Macy's, Dillards, Nordstrom and others and has good ambiance and a number of reasonable restautrants. Sadly like most malls it was quiet and lacked any activity which was sad.

I really like this mall, this is a very big and nice mall, with a lot of stores like nordstrom, macys, dillards, and of course all the brand stores you need, another very good thing about the place its that there are many fine restaurants so you can also have a nice lunch or dinner after shopping.

The mall was a bit confusing. Interior needs some work to modernize it. This is just a dated little center of town shopping center. Its had decent shops though many other nicer places were outside of the mall.

This mall is pretty big, on several levels, and sections. You can get lost if not attentive to your parking location. Big department stores, specialty stores of all sorts, movie theater, food court, You can spend a whole day looking and enjoy the people activities. It is a nice mall to visit and to browse for goods, and gifts.

Had a great time and I love the stores Nordstrom did my nails and they had great shoes in Macy's - Neiman Marcus had beautiful items and I had the greatest homemade salad from Fired - I love that mall for everything in there

I enjoyed an afternoon at Fashion Square. It is quite large with a good selection of stores. The quality is high end as are the prices.

Fashion Square mall was our second stop after arriving in Scottsdale. The mall has a wonderful variety of stores. You will find many different types of stores as well as the very upscale Gucci, LV and more. Most of the employees in the stores were very kind and courteous except in the store Q. No one greeted us there but just looked at us and turned away. Of course I chose not to spend any of my money in that location.

This is a huge mall with many name brand and classy stores and restaurants. They even have valet parking, if you want it. We were only there a short time, but it was pretty awesome!

Neimans, Dillards, Nordstrom, Macy’s and designer shops all in one mall. The parking was easy too! Large food court. I’ll be back!!!

There are so many stores from your staple ones like Macy's to tons of boutiques. Bring at least a couple of thousand dollars with you, the brands are unique and well worth the money.
And if you want to get a little exercise your going to really rack up the steps! Then you can stop at one of the restaurants to replenish your energy.

I ❤this mall better than most of the malls I have visited and I've been to many malls in my time. The clothing selection was great. I only wish I could have gone without the kids because they were tired long before I was ready to leave.

In the heart of Downtown Scottsdale, this is a gem of shopping that offers shoppers an amazing experience of unmatched indoor shopping, dining and entertainment experience. Here, you can find some of the world-famous fashion designers and hautecouture. Top brands found at every turn such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Macy’s. I myself enjoyed shopping here browsing at Macy’s, Nordstrom and Sephora. The food court is at the lower level offers shoppers a break to fuel up before resuming shopping. This is a real shopping haven.

Biggest mall ever! Definitely need your walking shoes for this four story shoppers dream. They have a little of everything. If your going just to browse give yourself the whole day because there are tons of great shops.

This place is huge! It has a lot of high end stores but also has normal stores (stores you have heard of) also. It has a food court but also has great restaurants in it if you aren't looking for food court food. You need more than a couple hours to see the whole place. It has valet parking if you choose. Finding a parking spot is hard.

The Fashion Square lives up to its name. A mall with the most noted clothing and fashion apparel, it was filled with brand names those who love luxury and name. Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Rolex, Luis Vuitton, and even Tesla are just a fraction of the shops and attractions. A nice food mall with Johnny Rockets, Five Guys, and multiple juice and drink shopes provides a welcome respite from the shopping. Go there!

I loved shopping and wandering around the Fashion Square back when I visited in 2018. It’s palpable that the care and love put into this place has transformed it into a top-notch destination. Many incredible stores are within reach here, as are nice restaurants, bars, and hotels. If you go to Scottsdale at any point, don’t fail to stop here on your journey, even if you aren’t making it the focal point of your time.
Be safe and well, and I look forward to returning!

Spent some time here while waiting on my room to be ready at the W Scottsdale down the street. Nice mall with tons of upscale and moderate options to shop. Great restaurants also. Worth a visit if you are in the area and looking to shop or eat.

This was a good diversion when it gets to hot outside to golf, or if you like shopping. It has a good selection of stores and restaurants, although their prices are nothing special. It made for a fun day.

Excellent place to shop if you need pretty much anything. Great foundation stores and lots of great shops in the walkable area. Fun day for a walk and some shopping. Weather was perfect for outside walking.

This mall has almost every high end store you can think of! It's huge. Easy parking. Real good food court. Good crowd.

Went to apple store but had time to walk around and see various stores. Hubby loved browsing in The Art of Shaving. Then we hit the food court and had great burgers at Johnny Rockets. This is a very clean mall decorated nicely for Christmas. I can see spending more time here if we were not in a time crunch to get my iPhone repair and on to our next stop.

Scottsdale Fashion Square is clean, easy to navigate, and offers hassle-free parking. With a wide variety of shops, it’s a must-stop for any fashionista!

We want shopping at this mall.
Most of the stores were nice, but when we got to Tiffany's shop, the(she) seller got to us not with HI or WELCOME,,,
But by asking if we were going to buy something or just look.
We got out, and our money we invested in other stores.

The mall is not layer out with the customer in mind. 3 floors of confusing offshoots that dead end. Parking is in several very tight parking lots with 2 way traffic that is very difficult to traverse with a larger vehicle. The stores are mostly the same as you would find in other malls with a few high end choices ( the ones with no customers in them). The food court does offer some good choices.

This mall has 2 stories of mostly high end stores if that is what you are interested in. I went there specifically to visit the Visitor's Center. The Visitor's Center just recently moved there from their original location at the Convention Center. The Center is located in a corner of the food court,

We stopped here briefly.. just to check out this mall. Basically we went into the Nordstroms which is huge! And we walked the entire first floor, to see what stores are in the mall. There are great designer stores...just about every designer! And then there in one level that has basic stores, Ann Taylor, J Crew, Anthro, Banana Republic etc. so they are sort of separated. You either go high end or head to the basic shops.
There's also a pretty decent food court.

We stayed in a private condo that you can walk to fashion square mall so my family spent a great deal of time in the food court , cinema and in the shops.Love this mall!

This is a very nice mall, in a lovely area full of high end shops and restaurants. You can find just about anything you are looking for here. We have enjoyed several of the restaurants in multiple visits. Worth the trip.

Anything you want is here at Fashion Square! It is a HUGE mall and great for walking around on a hot day. Since it was the week before the Garret-Jackson auto auction, there were also some very cool "rides" shown off inside!

We went to this mall last week to get out of the 120 degree heat! Loved the garage parking so your car is not getting cooked in direct sunlight. This mall was nice and cool, so many stores! So much fun! Will definitely come back!

Huge mall. Easy free covered parking.
Lots of very high end stores. Nice place to walk when it's hot outside (6 months of the year.)
Decent food court. Also movie multiplex.

Great selection of store and pretty good service, even if under some construction! Louis Vitton was very helpful & beautiful! Vans store had all the new stuff and looking at Tesla’s made our shopping trip! Now Todd needs to buy one.

This multi level inside and upscale mall is a winner hands down. Some Arizona malls are in distress but not this one. It has many of the top name shops, food choices abound, an excellent movie complex, very nice places to sit and hang out, a concierge service, the free Resort Trolley connecting to Paradise Valley and there are events. Visitors to the area are treated to mall specials. Very nearby(walking distance) there are many more dinning, hotels and shopping choices. It is as safe as any place can be these troubled days.

This place is enormous. It's a little disjointed and difficult to navigate. But it you use the directory you will most likely find every store you are looking for. There are several popular stores and restaurants out on the roads surrounding the mall as well.

Great mall with lots of shops Very expensive shop Anything you want here Great place to walk around Good parkiung

This mall is huge. I had no idea that it would be that big when I pulled into the parking area. I was completely overwhelmed when I got inside. There is EVERY SINGLE STORE in this mall. From low end to high end (LV, Stuart Weitzman, Saks, Neimans), there is something for everyone. There is even a Tesla store inside.
I walked and walked. I put at least 10,000 steps on the fitbit.
I wish that I could have spent more time in that mall.

Place has free covered parking and contains a small Lacoste outlet boutique. A very big plus is that it is a fully air-conditioned mall.
Ponderingly, I need to be very thankful for everything that has been given to me. Presently, I am somewhat able to buy the specific Lacoste polo shirts that I like, due to my current situation. However, I probably would not be able to buy the new 2017 Toyota Corolla which I desire very much. The risky economy has its ups and downs. For my part, I will exert effort to keep being able to buy Lacoste polo shirts (and more) but the final outcome may not really be up to me alone. I have to trust in providence. Whatever happens though, all will be for the best.

We live in an area with all the high end retailers. The variety of the high end merchandise in one location is considerable! The mall also has children's and main line stores. The food court is a little small with less options than we have seen at other shopping areas.

Mall is big, lots of options regular brands and then some fancy designer brands ! Could spend a while just strolling round.

Oh my goodness! Just from parking our car near Dillard (by Motel 6)…we never dreamed it would be sooooo huge! We had fun exploring so many of the stores. Two main things stood out for us…1. We’re so kind and helpful while we would try to communicate (in American Sign Language/gestures/writing). And 2. Love that the mall allow people to have their dogs with them. Both the humans and animals were well trained. Grin.

A great place to get out of the heat while exploring Scottsdale and stroll past stores. Almost every type of store you could want and a nice food court to grab a quick bite to eat or drink.

Just returned from a family trip to Scottsdale and visited this shopping center. It is billed as the largest mall in AZ and the largest in the southwest . I believe it! This mall is HUGE! It is three stories os shops. It has a Nordstrom, a Dillard's (think Macy's,but nicer), a Macy's plus a whole bunch of fashion designer shops (if that is your thing). There mall is very nice, but not pretentious. They pretty much have whatever you are looking for. My family and I walked around for several hours in the heat of the day......having lunch at Shake Shack (if you've never tried it....a must), and then shopping, so that my wife left a dent in the wallet 🙄. If you are a shopper.....this is a must visit mall. I think it is better (and possibly larger than Fashion Show in Las Vegas....anyway....it's close). Happy shopping!

This is probably the best and biggest shopping mall in the Phoenix area and has all the major chain stores and specialty shops and a few restaurants.Parking facilities are good and there is enough to satisfy most shopping needs. If you like shopping you can do fine here.

Love Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. This mall has all my favorite shops from Zara, to Tory Burch and MK, Crate and Barrel .It's a massive high end mall. Was super happy when I discovered it. I don't mind spending half of my day shopping in this mall. Loved it really because aside from Zara , this mall had one of my favorites too.... Boba Tea company ....

From high fashion to high technology products to great food, Scottsdale Fashion Square has it all. There is also a Harkins theatre there showing independent films along with the main stream movies.

This enclosed mall includes high end stores like Macy,s , Victoria secret, and Dillard's, Prada, and many more.
A movie theater as well as a food court is in the center of the mall. It is 2 stories tall, elevators and escalators are available.
Tessla is on site. Several restaurant like eateries, as well as fast foods. Parking garages are available. There is a Nespresso store that give free samples. This mall is fabulously decorated at Christmas, with live music. My favorite mall of all times.

The Fashion Square mall is a must stop on a girls weekend. We were in search of the perfect dress and the mall had a great variety of stores from designer to mass production stores. The mall was under construction but the signage and accommodations made up for it. Also handy to have to visitors bureau at the mall, was very helpful to point us in the right direction and also recommend places for drinks and food after.

If you just have to go to a mall to shop, then you should definitely go to this very ritzy shopping mall in Scottsdale. The parking is underground and very convenient...and free.
Tons of stores for any type of person and it is as clean as you can get. Mostly high-end type of stores and shopping so don't expect to see any discount type stores.

Visited here for some Christmas shopping while at a work meeting. Clean and well maintained. Stores are well stocked. Not for the budget minded person. Service excellent. The mall is very large and spread out. Not good for people with difficulty walking. A good place to find up scale gifts.

Impressive! If you take all the major luxury designers, threw in the most popular mall brands, and dressed it up with clean, expansive, modern design, you would get Fashion Square Mall. LITERALLY, there is something for everyone!! The food court is not where all of the food is, but it has a ton to offer. I love all of the nonbranded individualized restaurants that surround the main entrances as well. You also have some mall staples like Cinnabon and Jamba Juice peppered throughout in case you get really hungry.
Again...impressive! The Apple Store is an absolute MUST SEE!

Great shopping mall. Everything you need is here. Plan to spend several hours, it is expansive. Food court (busy). Close walk to old town for additional restaurants and shopping. Valet parking is also available. If you are visiting see customer service for additional savings.

Visited Scottsdale Fashion Square in June with my daughter and had a great time! It's a very big mall with a huge variety of stores to browse in while enjoying the air conditioning. It also has a great food court which was a nice place to relax and have lunch or a snack. It's worth a visit for sure, especially if you're around my age and you grew up in the shopping mall era.

So many parts to this Mall. We use it for walking and a little shopping. Came here 2 days and found new parts. Great stores. Even had Bubble Tea. Fun place to walk.

If a man pops out of a black walled kiosk & tells you about skincare, beware! The problem is that this is a third party seller. NO RETURNS! He behaves like an intense used car dealer! Prices will not be discussed. "Jack" will not take no for an answer.
I thought I was getting 2 lower priced creams. I told him straight out I can NOT AFFORD $$$ the $1,350.00 syringe under eye solution. He said he will take care of it & "between you and me, I will give you a special deal." When I got back to the place I was staying, I almost fell over & called customer service through Truffoire.com. They told me it is a third party seller - Scottsdale Beauty & they can't help me. I wanted to return the under eye syringe, but I am stuck because they don't accept returns.
I felt like I was taken advantage of & humiliated, spineless. My fault & terrible financial learning lesson. Fashion Square Mall should NOT allow them to take advantage of their customers any longer!

We stopped by the Neiman Marcus in Scottdale Fashion Plaza. I needed a new suit for a Ribbon Cutting and wanted to high end stress free experience. Well that didn't happen. It started out fine. We started looking at suits and were helped by an employee. I settled to try on a Giorgio Armani suit. We asked if the suit would be able to be altered in 2 days as we were flying out. We asked this before looking for other accessories, Shirts, shoes, belt. The salesperson came back and said he had checked with the tailor and that wouldn't be a problem. So we picked out the rest of the accessories. I went to the dressing room and tried on the clothes. Then the tailor measured everything and I changed and paid for everything. Over $6000! Then then tailor says I'm taking tomorrow off and I can't have the suit ready be Thursday. It was Tuesday. STRANGE since the salesperson had supposedly checked just a little while before and it was no problem. He then said just a minute. He made a call. He then said it won't be a problem as I'm taking you to Express Tailoring just next to the store and everything is setup for you. They will do the altering for you. So we arrive following him. I then get measured and they tell us we will have it done before the close of business. Great or so I thought. Then it is time to pick up the suit and IT WASN'T ALL TAKEN CARE OF!!I was billed $265. Is this outrageous for minor alterations. YES because we wouldn't have shopped further at Neiman Macus if we had been told that the tailor wouldn't have to suit ready for us before we flew out. When he said everything was taken care of and most normal alterations at Neiman Marcus are free or a slight charge, I shouldn't have to pay $265 because the salesperson lied about the tailor. NOT what you expect from Neiman Marcus..

Whenever and wherever we are on vacation, we never lose our urge to go shopping. Over the years, my wife and I have visited some of the largest and most luxurious shopping malls in the country. Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, Arizona, is one of the best. Located at 7014 East Camelback Road, on the northwest corner of North Scottsdale Road and East Camelback Road, it opened in 1961 and has grown to be the largest shopping mall in Arizona with three floors, about two million square feet of retail space and more than 225 stores. It is among the 30 largest malls in the United States, one of the top 25 most visited malls in the country and consistently ranks among the most profitable malls in the country. In 2016, it ranked as the second highest sales per square foot mall in the country. All of which means there is a lot to see and a lot to buy, from high fashion to high technology, from a ground-level food court anchored by a seven-screen Harkins Theatre cinema to five anchor stores--Neiman Marcus, Macy's, Dillard's, Nordstrom and Dick's Sporting Goods--and a Tesla dealership. If you're hungry, have lunch at Kona Grill or Marcella's Italian Kitchen or Grand Lux Cafe or Chipotle Mexican Grill or Mia Pasta or Original Pancake House. For a snack, stop at Cinnabon, Auntie Anne's, Haagen-Dazs, Subway, Shake Shack, Johnny Rockets or Five Guys. If you're shopping for clothes or shoes or cosmetics or jewelry...well, if it isn't here, it hasn't been invented yet. Every brand name you can think of is represented, from Prada to Gucci to Gap to Escada to Armani to Ann Taylor to Bulgari to Cartier to Burberry to Boss to Apple to H&M to LaCoste to Louis Vuitton to Tiffany to Tommy Bahama to St John to Salvatore Ferragamo to Saint Laurent to Michael Kors to Crate and Barrel to Disney to J.Crew to Jimmy Choo to Kay Spade to White House/Black Market to Stuart Weitzman to Microsoft to Talbot's to Abercrombie and Fitch. At the end of the day, you are exhausted. And, sadly, so is your wallet.

You better have on your walking shoes for this indoor mall and plenty of plastic, because these are designer shops. Luv, luv ,luv them!!! Very nice food court also. I had one problem with the MK store. I walked through the entire store and did not get any recognition, not one "Hello, may I help you?" There was one customer and two associates. Needless to say, they lost a sale. Other than that, I was not disappointed. What a nice way to spend the day!!!

We waited until the afternoon to go out to still see some good pricing before 1pm and then had a nice lunch. We didn't find the mall of being too busy but people were in a great holiday mood. Glad to see the economy in good shape again

This is a great shopping centre, plenty of shops and three major department stores. Unfortunately, my time was limited to 4 hours, and l was unable to look at all the shops. Next time l will dedicate a full day of browsing and shopping. I would recommend this shopping centre to those who like a good selection of goods/garments.

Biggest doesn't necessarily mean better, but Scottsdale Fashion Square certainly has myriad shops to choose from. I barely covered a fraction of the approximately 2 million square feet of retail space on a recent visit. The stores I passed ranged from moderate to really upscale. They include Madewell, Disney, Guess and Forever 21 as well as Burberry, Gucci, Prada and Jimmy Choo. Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Macy's contribute to the department store selection. And Apple and Microsoft stand ready to assist with their products. I even looked into the show window for Tesla cars. The list of tenants simply goes on and on.
Harkins Theatres offers first-run films on the top level. A look at the start times of movies by the box office showed some beginning in late morning. This may be a good place to leave a partner, who has no interest in shopping and is looking for something else to do. Another possible stop for non-shoppers is the Scottsdale Convention and Visitors Bureau, tucked into a corner by the food court area. It offers much tourist information, such as restaurants, art galleries and special events. And there is always the huge food court itself, where visitors can wait. For Starbucks fans, there is a shop in this section, but it was undergoing renovations and not open in mid-February.
Drawbacks for me focused on signage. We walked here from our nearby hotel but could not find directions to an entrance and had to ask a passerby. It is possible to enter from any of the shops facing the street, but none were open at 9:30 a.m. when we approached the huge complex. There are various parking lots but I cannot comment on ease of entering and exiting those, because we came on foot.
Once inside the mall, we went to a directory, where a touch-screen gives Google-like directions to specific destinations. It gives a somewhat confusing course to follow because of various steps and escalators and appears to be especially difficult for someone, who needs access to elevators, which do not seem to have standardized locations.
When we visited on a Monday morning, few others wandered through the mall's modern, airy and clean halls. At lunch time, there were plenty of vacant tables in the big ground-level food court. Holiday and sales periods likely present a different picture.

Love this mall. It's one of the largest in the Nation. It is divided by floors. Level 2 or one depending on your view. It's a marriage of two malls and leaves levels confusing . Loved the Coach store as well as the sales at Nordstrom with the best Personal Shopper that's ever existed Sandy!!!

Scottsdale Fashion Square ia the largest mall in Arizona and among the largest in the country. It's even among the nost profitable.
The original mall was a single story, open air structure (east of the food court) anchored by an inline, 3 story Goldwater's department store. Through a series of expansions and by merging with competing Camelview Plaza, the sprawling, street crossing structure came to be.
Present day anchors are a 3 story Macys, 3 story Nordstrom (has an espresso bar and cafe), a 2 level Neiman Marcus (only one in AZ), and the largest Dillard's in the entire chain. There are other junior anchors such as H&M, Dick's, and Zara. Some retailers are exclusive to this mall.
There is an array of food options to satiate your hunger. The food court has eateries such as Paradise Bakery, Five Guys, Johnny Rockets, and Pita Jungle. If all you want is a snack, or you're looking for sweets on your radar, both Wetzel and Auntie Anne are serving up pretzels while Godiva and Rocky Mountain Chocolate will fill your belly with their confections. 2 Caketini locations in one place? For contrast, you can sample before you buy at the Pepper Palace!
Whether you're looking to watch the latest mainstream releases, or you're cultured and enjoy a foreign or indie flick, the Harkins Camelview at Fashion Square has both playing side by side on 14 screens. This is a premium venue with luxurious reclining seats, gourmet snack bar, and lounge. You don't even need a ticket for the lounge. This theater replaced previous Harkins Theaters Fashion Square 7 (mainstream) and the Camelview 5 (foreign/indie).
The mall feels safe. Security visibly patrols the mall. Upkeep seems continual (take any wet paint sign you see seriously and with appreciation). With most of the parking stacked in garages that rise several floors, or even go underground, there's always a shaded parking spot that never feels like it's a mile away from the entry doors.

The parking was unreal. Road construction. Super busy.People were Rude.If you are not a regular you were nothing.

This is one of the Top10 malls in the country with stores meeting your every need ! Great window shopping, people watching, and plenty of places to spend your money; clothes, technology, jewelry, food, drinks. Fashion Square has it all !!

Above average mall with a better than usual food court in my opinion. Plenty of free parking in garages. Enjoyed the Tesla store.

Wear comfortable shoes when visiting since this place is enormous with many different levels.
One of the department stores, Dillards, is the largest I have ever seen. There are numerous national, local, and boutique stores along with numerous restaurants. The restaurants are located in the Food Court as well as free standing ones. Take advantage of the concierge to find what you are looking for.
The mall is large, bright, and airy. Plenty of parking, too.

I thought they'd have a bunch of stores we wouldn't get to see back home in Ohio. That wasn't the case. It was just about as big as the mall we have in Fort Wayne. Stores weren't very different either.

Great shopping mall. One can find all good deals in one spot. Very many shops which implies many options to choose from. Designer shops with affordable prices too!

Boasts brands like Prada, Tiffany & Co, Barney's NY if you love or love to look at(/or recreate the finer thing in life.) There are also your standard department stores like Macy's, Dillard's. And fun shops like Charming Charlie's. For fun there is a Sephora, Microsoft store, & a remodeled state of the art movie theater. The food court also has options like pizza, chinese, subs, salads, etc

This mall is bright and spacious. It has a wide variety of stores . Great food options and a concierge to help you find places! When we were there last we we had lunch at Konas and went to a movie at Harkens. You can clothes shop, car shop, gift shop, furniture shop all in one special, comfortable place!

The last time I was at this mall was with my mom in spring of '92. This tim, '23, I brought my husband as we were holidaying in Scottsdale. The mall is larger now, and we didn't get quite thru it, due to time restraints. What we saw was a lovely, bright, spacious mall. A mix of high-end stores, and less expensive ones. I was in one of the cheaper stores, that was having a sale, and the line-up was so long, that I decided not to buy anything and left. Hope to make it back here again some year.

A coworker told me to make sure I shop in Scottsdale during my week in Phoenix. She was right! My plan was initially to spend the morning there. I ended up shopping for 6 straight hours. Plenty of food options in the mall or across the street from the mall. The variety of stores in this mall is incredible. We have nothing like this in Pittsburgh. If you wear comfortable shoes, you'll have no problem getting 10,000 steps in for the day!

This mall located in Scottsdale is packed with amazing stores including many high end ones. From your standard department stores like Dillard's and Macy's to Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. A great variety to chose from. There are endless choices of fantastic dining in and outside of the mall. Inside the food court has tons of yummy choices.

I come to Fashion Square at least once a week. To shop of course but also has some pretty good restaurants inside. I could shop comfortably with the huge variety of stores that they have here. Which range from Nordstrom, Zara, H&M, Dillard's, Macy, Tory Burch, Louis Vuitton, Prada, you name it they have it. Family friendly a lot of things to do when your here other than shop. Will always recommend to anyone needing to quick shop or long shop.

This mall, under normal circumstances is the number one mall in Arizona. It is still under re-construction with exposed cement floors and major exposed bare areas. The shops are still high end and on this Memorial Day Sunday the mall was very busy. Parking is also affected. It will be very nice to have this great mall and its upgrade back to number one. Despite all of this give it a try. Very international with people from all over the world. My wife said that high end purses were flying off the shelves.

This mall has many levels and is quite large. We have been here multiple times and have never had a problem finding parking. We typcially have parked in the non garage area and the walk to the mall is not very long at all. Their are a number of nice restaurants in the mall and their is also a food court. Their are many nice stores in the mall, with many high end ones such as Neiman Marcus, Tiffany, etc. This mall is similar to the mall in Tysons Corner Virginia. The last time we were here we ate at Nordstorms Cafe and Z Tejas Southwestern Grill, which were both excellent. This mall is worth the visit.

Scottsdale Fashion Square is more than just a mall, It is a full luxury experience located at the heart of Scottsdale. There are iconic boutiques like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. At every corner, it feels elegant and luxurious with its exclusive stores. Furthermore, it is the perfect spot whether you are shopping or having a day off. The food court is accessible to everyone and it is very cozy. Weekends can get very busy but even with the crowds this mall still remains as scottsdale's most sophisticated place to shop and enjoy!

Trendy and upscale with everything from Dick's to small trendy shops. The food court has a lot to offer if you're into mall food, and there are several sit-down restaurants directly attached or just outside of the mall.
If you're pushing a baby pram, or stairs/escalators are difficult, then this mall will be a bit of work to get round. There are lots of lifts, but with half floors it can be difficult to know just which button to press to get to the right floor.
Underground parking which is a plus in the Arizona sun and heat is easily accessible.
Certainly an interesting experience for the visitor.

This mall has something for everyone. Ranging from very expensive to affordable. The have a big food court with many choices.

Enjoyed walking around & there is a great variety of stores from high end LV, Gucci, Prada to Macy's, forever 21 & H&M. I parked at covered parking garage which was very convenient . Food court was not very large but had good choices. Clean but not over decorated inside. Liked the art located through the mall there is Something for everyone here.

This place had a lot of upscale stores. The Nike store was two story and had alot of shoe choices you do not normally see in a Nike store.

It is so enjoyable to stroll in this shopping center! It is being remodeled in some upper parts of the mall however, all businesses remain open. Only in this super mall will you find a Tesla showroom!!!
I stopped by the Mac studio where a free make up class was taking place. At Nordstrom l tested Bobbi Brown eye shadows and eyeliner. At Nexpresso, l tasted a free cup of expresso, delish! Downstairs there are many food venues to choose from. There is no reason to go anywhere unless you need to go home, lol!

this mall reminded me of the upscale shopping experience at Newport Beach's Fashion Island. Great variety of stores and restaurants.

This mall is...massive. But in a fun way, with easy directions to find stores. I was looking for a dress to wear to a friend's wedding as well as shoes, and I found what I needed in less than an hour thanks to the workers at Lucky Brand and Nordstrom. I'm from Missouri and we don't have the luxury of these massive stores with endless stock - I'm jealous!!

This place has plenty of shops geared towards high end shoppers and the restaurants match. It had tiered levels that can be confusing to find things for new shoppers. I would definitely recommend the underground parking top keep your car cool and because it is right below the mall so no mile long walks are needed!

Loved it here.. they had old town close to it, a ton of restaurants to eat at. This was the best part of our vacation since our hotel wasn't great. I would definitely shop here again!

Stores do not open until 11 am now. Macys has virtually no staff. Dillards has a cranky worker in bra section. Cros and Skechers stores are gone. Luckily Dicks has a good selection of sandals and shoes. The Macys in Oceanside, California had a way better selection of less expensive luggage and Fila rolling duffle bags. Dillards had very expensive luggage only. H&M store had a good selection of cardigans and stretchy pants.. Good costume jewellery sale after Christmas at Dillards and Macys.
Good prices on pizza and salads in food court.
Too many high end stores to be fun for the average shopper.

I was only able to go to a small section of this mall. It is huge and has many many name brand stores as well as small boutique stores. Be prepared to walk walk walk. You could take your car and park closer to some of the stores. We parked for free right next to Nordstroms . and then moved across the street and a couple blocks away to other stores we wanted to visit. This place is amazing. Give yourself plenty of time if you want to see the entire mall!!

An absolutely amazing mall. The only other mall that I've been to that compares in the US, in my opinion, is Ala Moana in Honolulu. Every major retailer and brand that I can think of is under one roof, but wear comfortable shoes and, in some cases, be prepared to stand in line (especially at the luxury purse and leather goods stores-Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, etc) to get inside, so pack your patience and your credit cards! Dillard's, in this mall, is a BIG surprise with a large line of upscale merchandise while Macy's is just the opposite-a HUGE disappointment with a very limited selection of upscale brands. Go figure....

Can’t think of anything wrong with this place other than lots of up and down escalators to get to each level. Unlike most malls this one actually has a crowd. We mostly spent our time in Macy’s which also seemed to have plenty of customers unlike most Macy’s. There is a food court with lots of options. Parking was fine in the underground lot. Some stores have hidden doors to the outside.

This mall has everything! Upscale. Clean. I enjoyed my day of shopping. While there is construction in place to continue adding more luxury, it was still really nice with accessibility to all stores that I needed! I would definitely recommend and return.

Huge three storey mall, featuring high end shops. Even better when sales are on. Bring your walking shoes!

Used the text feature and concierge replied to all of my questions. Lots of shops and ample places to eat. Very busy. Other eating options outside of hotel, within walking distance.

It's a beautiful shopping mall with big brands as Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Carolina Herrera, etc.
It has 2 good restaurants beside the food court. I really like this mall

Scottsdale Fashion Square where you can shop until you drop and surrounded by exceptional restaurants to start and/or end the day.

Neiman Marcus-Barry "The Man's Store" will be my go-to clothing salesperson! With his pleasant greeting, detail to eye knowledge and his intuitive conversation, he made my shopping experience very pleasant and wanted.
As a customer for over 25 years this experience is what Neiman Marcus is to me, great customer service and variety.
Neiman Marcus -Darlene "Cosmetics/Fragrance" With her warm welcome hello and her colleague(Danielle) to follow with another hello greeting, I felt as if I was at home walking in my hallway. These two ladies made my experience feel very comfortable and also gave me more knowledge on the colognes that I was interested in. Darlene will be my go-to Personnel for buying any type of cologne and I don't even live in Arizona.

If your idea of “adventure” is shopping at a mall that looks like every other upscale mall in every other city, then by all means go here. It’s nice, yes. For two hours. But I could do this at home. Rather do something unique to Phoenix.

Seriously, I worked in this mall for years while it was growing like a high end cancer on the corner of Scottsdale and Camelback. The parking is horrific. I get lost nearly every visit and I do go rarely.
But my boyfriend entrusted me to update his Win10 computer 8 months ago and it got stuck in a reboot cycle. I worked on that sucker for about a week, reading youtube and microsoft advice and finally packed it up.
Oddly, with said boyfriend at an apple store so he could work his phone, I found the microsoft store in another mall! They reminded me of Fashion Square and said what I describe was indeed a microsoft issue and I could get it fixed for no charge...
So I packed it up, parked in the GREEN lot (long ago, you could walk up and come out near Tiffany's but that apparently was walled in, so I kept walking nearly half the west perimeter of the mall to get in....
A friendly kiosk girl directed me to it. It was one of the first such stored in the country and I did remember where it was!!!
John (the big one.. he has a mini-me) was remarkably patient, analyzed the issue and discussed our options. A clean install, which eliminated all the bloat-ware and mystery issues that were plaguing us (the computer is over 3 years old but so hard to work with, I don't believe he has put 20 hours into it!!)
He let me sit and install for about an hour and an half and when he went to help his other client, kept an eye on me... popped RIGHT in to be sure my old files stayed in the new configuration and I walked out with a pristine, win10, set to go for a happy beau and I think I lost a little weight in the hike!
HORRIBLE mall, but very good customer service in the Microsoft Store!

We went on a Friday afternoon. The mall was quite busy and hard to find parking. The mall is on both side of a street with a walkway between on a bridge above. We did a lot of shopping at the Macy's

So many shops to choose from & every time you visit on vacation there are more added. Love to drop in to Dillard's & Macy's and to visit my favourite store - Crate & Barrel.

This is the largest shopping mall in the greater Phoenix area and is probably the best. There are the usual large department stores as well as a large nuber of specialty stores and some luxury stores. There is ample parking .

This place is huge. Three floors of stores the majority of us have not heard of. Definitely high-end. First floor has a food court. Second floor was busy with most people in and out of stores. The third floor was much better for Mall walking. Not as traveled with many of the stores with household names. Apparently small dogs are allowed. Parking in the deck ajoining Nordstroms.

I stopped into Scottsdale Fashion Square on my way to the airport for the flight home. Talk about upscale brands on steroids! They are all here! They even have a Tesla dealership! Plus quite a few shoppers either smiled or stopped to chat. I had a great visit.

a beautiful indoor mall with lots of high end shopping and really good people watching.
there is a food court that was nice and the mall is BIG

Great Mall! Has a lot of high end stores but also the classics like Forever 21, H&M etc. Is super huge so is hard to cover all of it but I managed to make it happen ;)

This large regional mall has lots of stores but it looks a little worn and aged. In today’s rough retail market it needs a refresh. We are from out of town and visited it, but saw little reason to stay and shop.
The layout was confusing and it was easy to get lost or not know if what you saw and what you missed.

I walked to this mall from my hotel just to shop at Dillard’s because I don’t have one where I live. This is a beautifully appointed mall with many high end stores and restaurants. I didn’t have a lot of time but I sure enjoyed getting a bite to eat and making the rounds. It’s light and airy and very large. I hope to return sometime with more time to shop. Give it a go!

Me and my boyfriend went to this mall and we had a lot of fun. It was wheelchair accessible. They have very friendly staff, there are vending machines for water, the food court is great as well. A very large variety of stores. Family friend and date friendly. There are seating areas in the shade as well. They are taking COVID -19 rules seriously here so please do not forget your mask!

This mall was clean, not too busy and had lots of stores. What we liked the most was the food court. :) Everyone in the family could eat whatever they want! Nice place to just be in the AC and spend an afternoon. We visited a few times during our week in Scottsdale.

We were a big table, but it was a Wednesday, and not busy night for the restaurant at all.The waitress keeps forgetting the things that we asked about. Meals are normally very good at this place. but this time 3 people ordered the same stake and all three were to o salty. One of them had to ask for a change. All other came OK. We were celebrating a birthday and this was very obvious, and we were drinking wine by bottles and cocktails. So i consider this opportunity as a good tap for the restaurant and a good tip for the waitress. After diner she came with the check already when nobody asked for it. We were not ready to pay yet, because we had not order the piece of cake for the bday girl yet. We wanted to order some more wine, and some of us wanted to order dessert. So we told her, we were not ready to pay the check yet. We felt so rush and the lady did not pick up the dirty dishes for long long time. This was at 9:30, and they star mopping the place with us inside. Another patron for another table felt so bad on the floor because of the water. I think this is a bad service, bad waitress not taking the opportunity to sell more for the restaurant. In this places the lack of management speaks for itself. Bunch of teenagers without proper training in charge.

Huge downtoen Scottsdale Mall with convenient parking. This mall has everything and I think one could shop there for hours. Also, not many pesky malll workers when I was there. The Dillards is the largest mall store I have ever seen.

Huge mall with 6-8 anchor stores and dozens of specialty shops. Very upscale so high-end stores and brands are the norm. Ample covered free parking nearby. Recently remodeled, which continues apace. A fun place to window shop/browse. Everything you could ever want is here ....

This mall has it all! Shopping ranges from high end to bargains. High en stores are on the main level and the second level is more moderate. Great Nordstrom and Dillard's. This mall is huge!

This is a very comfortable and recently remodeled shopping center. Many new stores and unique stores to Arizona. Excellent stores and restaurants!! Very comfortable in the extreme heat of Scottsdale and Phoenix.

Big indoor upscale mall with lots of “high end” shops. Also, cool to have Tesla cars in a small showroom and fun “pop up” kiosks!
VictorB

This is a very large 3 level mall. There are many stores and eating establishments. The Harkin theater is large, well kept up and state of the art.

Lots of upscale stores here so for us it was a window shopping experience. We did not buy anything. It was nice to see a lot of shoppers out and about, checking out the prices.

Came by with the family to grab DIY outfits for Hallowen, it was insane how much they charge at this mall. Never seen anything like it and not much a verity. Wont be back, only nice thing is its really nice inside.

Huge shopping mini-metropolis. If shopping is your thing, you'll love it. If not, you be tired and stressed. Food court mostly fast food. Great place for people watching.

We went for a couple of hours and to get out of the heat.
Went in through Macys where we got bargains as usual - Micheal Kors.
Holister and Abercrombie for the kids.
Lots of seating to take a rest.
Loads of shops and eateries if needed on the perimeter.
Walmart over the road.
What's not to like here!

A huge mall with a variety of shopping. Sur La Table is one of our favorites. A wide range of places to dine

This mall covers several blocks is pretty big and as the name implies, the malls has extensive numbers of clothing stores, well known home furnishing shops, department stores and other shops typically found in big malls including nice restaurants and only a few national chains selling food. The indoor playground is well stocked with miniature play houses and structures and is popular with mothers of young children.

If you want all the brand names and great shopping then come here. I enjoyed the evening shopping away and I didn't get to complete all the stores. Next time I will arrive earlier.

Scottsdale Fashion mall is a great shopping mall with many High end stores a few I love are Nieman Marcus, Nordstrom, Barneys, Macys, Dillard's and the designer shops. It's a great place to people watch and there are many restaurants to dine at. It is like being in Beverly Hills.

Super like this mall. It has all the branded shops. There’s a variety of shop selection.Nicely laid out. There’s even a movie theatre and lots of restaurants and fast food to choose from.

Has some great stores but is currently under construction and not very pretty. The upgrades will be fantastic. If you like higher end, this place is not to be missed. Tori Burch, Carolina Herrera, etc.

Although I live 25 minutes away from Fashion square it's well worth the drive! FS is A+ shopping at its best. All the high end retailers are tucked in between the boutique shops like " everything it water" if you're looking for a fabulous swimsuit for a cruise or summer vacation. The restaurant selections are better than ever and happy hour is a YES at most spots! Shop till you drop, or until they lock you in!

If you like designer shopping, this is the place for you. It is almost overwhelming in the number of choices of designer boutiques. Fun to wander through them, even if you don't buy anything.

One of the largest malls I’ve ever been in and mostly high-end stores. Several levels. Lots of free parking. Large food court.

We love coming here during our visits to Scottsdale. While there are the standard stores one would expect/see in large malls, the standout for us were the high end stores and Neiman Marcus. This is especially great when they are having a sale. Great finds are possible here. Had a good time malling and they have a large food court with ample parking.

The best shopping center in Az. Nordstrom, Macy's and Dillard's are anchor stores. Many specialty shops as well.

Beautiful revamped mall. There are shops for literally everyone from Coach to Bath & Body works. Highly recommended.

We were driving around Scottsdale on Camelback looking at properties and we came across this beautiful mall. I love the look of the outside which is very inviting as you are driving on Camelback. The mall is beautiful. I love the shops outdoors also. Nordstrom's and all my favorite stores. Such a fun place to go shopping.

Love Scottsdale Fashion Square. Most big brands are there and great quality.
Loved walking around and looking at all the fashion and having lunch there.

This mall has a great selection of shops with many high-end stores. A parking garage is available for guests at no charge.

Typical mall. Interesting layout, a little confusing to get around. Not easy to find where the taxi, Trolley stand is. At the concierge, guest service person was super helpful.

Massive shopping centre. Lot of high end shops. Very huge layout so a fair bit of walking about to find things. The major retailers Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Dillard’s are sign posted and easy to find. The other shops more exploring.
Bit of renovation at the moment so pretty much everything open but here and there some escalators out as they do works and some minor painting works here and there. A few of the directions displays looked like being renovated so not all that clear every floor where everywhere is. But for a giant shopping precinct definitely good to visit.
Very clean and some good food court and mid to fancy food options.
Has like other malls those people with little carts wanting to sell you things you never need but not to pushy compared to other places. 😳😂😂🤠👍

When the weather is nice and the wallet is full, this mall can be very enjoyable. Good selection of shops but again can be very expensive. Also parking can be limited but we were there on the weekend.

I brought my wife here for Mother’s Day shopping fun day.
At the time I’m writing this review, we are still here.
My wallet may be hurting but she is having a great day.

What a great place to shop would definitely recommend this place even if only to window shop, I bought some unique Christmas presents here.

This mall has everything! It's upscale yet you can find good value. Nice selection of stores and restaurants, both quick dining and nicer.

There is a food court and there are a few restaraunts. Worth a visit if you are in the area. There is an excellent luxury cinema with many screens. We filled a large suitcase with stuff which we cannot get in Costa Rica, Lacks a supermarket, pharmacy and reasonably priced clothing shops.

Beautiful mall with a.mix of stores and plenty of food options we spent a few hours just wandering around took a free tram from outside Nordstrom to old town

This is the best of the best. All the great stores, all in one place. Killer food court, also. Wonderful restaurants abound. If you came to Scottsdale to hop, this is your place.

If you love shopping and a mixture of mid-range/high-end. stores, this is the place to be. I remember coming here as a child, it was still called the "Camelback Mall", holy crap has it changed!
Plan on spending at least a day or two here, if you plan on exploring all the stores in the mall. There are high-end stores like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Sur La Table,Burberry, and Allsaints; just to name a few.
There are also mid-range stores like Build-A-Bear Workshop, Bath and Body Works, Sephora, and my favorite Lush. In fact this Lush store is the biggest North American store, to date, with sample sinks and tubs where an associate will demo mostly any bath bomb/fizzie/bubble bar you want. My sister and I grabbed a couple of boba teas from the Boba Tea Company, right next door, and sampled to our hearts delight in the store~
We didn't eat there, but the food court had a great selection of food. Panda Express, Paradise Bakery, Jamba Juice, and a few burger and pizza places I cannot recall the names of.
There is also a lovely and clean, indoor, play are where the little ones and can run around and climb, in case they are bored with shopping. There is no mall staff on site for the play area, so an adult has to be with the kids at all times.

So impressed with this huge shopping center. Lots of high end shopping plus your regular mall stores. We spent a whole day here and needed more time.

This location was very busy when we were there. There is a great variety of stores and the food court had a good choices as well. Our choice was Five Guys.

Exteria construction is almost 100% finished but all done inside the mall. New top tier shops added and new restaurants in close proximity. You can spend the day here if you like. AC when the outside temps is 115 is fantastic. Parking situation is much improved. The revitalized West end is beautiful with new interesting seating and wall decorations. This is an upscale mall but some shops are not. This is high end purse city if you are interested. Nice restrooms, very good free internet and places to eat or snack are many. Movie theater is attached. Also some sort of art museum at a cost which I thought was too high. Scottsdale police are present which is comforting. Today we met one heck of a tall...handsome...strong...looking officer and thanked him for his service.

We don't usually visit shopping malls while traveling, but on a scorching hot day this was a good place to be. Adjacent parking garages are free and your car stays out of the sun. Anchors include Nordstrom, Dillards, Nieman Marcus and a really nice Macys.

There is no way many of the reviews here (re: about ease of parking) are real! I had to make a trip to this mall to pick up something from Dick’s Sporting Goods, and it turned into a stressful, ridiculously complicated errand. I parked in the Green lot...which was a hot mess of a conga line of cars jostling for a space in a confusing, winding multi tiered garage labrynth. Strangely, there were no signs in the garage pointing you to the mall entrance ...so after a few missteps, I had to stop and ask (usually equally clueless / lost tourists who shrugged to say they were lost too). Once inside the mall, things didn’t improve. Mall was so confusing that there was a wait to use the interactive map to find stores. Mall is so complicated the map actually gives you a google-esque set of directions on how to get where you need to go....sounds great but it’s not right! It proclaimed to me emphatically that Dick’s was on “same level” I was an ready on and an arrow showed me the way!!! Simple enough, so I thought. I proceeded in the direction the map directed (noting a reference point so I would remember where to find the garage on my way back), only to go up and down myriad escalators (same level???) -ultimately ending at a set of escalators where you could go no further on the “same level” and had to choose to go up or down. Since the interactive map had declared so happily that Dicks was on the same level, I was flummoxed. As an aside, This mall would be a nightmare for someone with mobility issues (wheelchair or scooter) b/c they would have to constantly weave over to one side of mall where there were ramps as the constant changes to elevation required more escalators than there are moving sidewalks at airports. Who built this monstrosity?!! I eventually found my way to Dicks, and completed my errand. However I walked back on a different level, somehow passing a turn, and found myself lost getting back to the garage. Similarly to the garage, there were absolutely ZERO signs inside the mall indicating where the mall’s own parking garages were, and the interactive mall maps didn’t include them (Huh?!). It reminded me of Las Vegas casino’s hermetically sealed strategy- so gamblers become disoriented not knowing the time. I ended up going to mall security who guided me back to the Green lot, where I used my rental cars panic button to find my car because in the hassle and stress of ‘running to the mall for a simple errand” I couldn’t remember which level the car was on! Sigh. I think the novelty of this mall is the concentration of so many luxury brand retailers. But if you aren’t in the habit of buying Gucci, or don’t want to devote hours upon hours of your life getting in and getting out of a mall, I would stay as far away from this hot mess of a shopping experience as possible.

Just like most malls, everything you may need or want. Large food court and miles to walk. If a large mall us what you are looking for this is it.

We had a great time!! Derik was great guide. Highly recommend this activity to visitors and residents of the area!

Ideal location for shopping in Scottsdale area. Excellent variety of stores including high end brands. Great food court and flagship restaurants to choose from and the BEST recently renovated movie theater that features new releases as well as classics (on Friday nights). Mall is perfectly nestled near art and museum district.

This mall is huge. Definitely the biggest mall I've ever been to. They have all the stores you could ask for. You can also get a great workout in walking around that place lol. The only negative I can think of is that the food court is kinda small and limited for a mall that size.

Plenty of high end chains, but the stores have a large selection of merchandise. Plenty of parking both covered and uncovered.

This seen as the "best" mall in Scottsdale and it has the brands to prove it! From high end department stores, now a sporting goods mega store to specialist shops, there is plenty to shop around and meet the needs of all the family. There are plenty of restaurants and the food court is also very good. Try the restaurants on the south of Camelback next to the Arizona canal, excellent choice here as well.
There is also a great cinema complex here, so you can eat, shop and be entertained.....and all inside...importaat in the summer!

This mall is full of designer label-only shops, and is not something that the average person can afford. I would not tell any average-earning people to visit here, other than the zoo effect. You could not afford to shop here, and there are many better things to do than waste your time here.
They do have a good food court, though

It is a huge mall with almost every major luxury retailer and brand in the United States market. It is very large, very clean and easy to navigate. If you are looking for high end brand availability on the weekend, it is recommend to make an appointment in advance versus waiting in a line.

This is a large indoor shopping mall with a complex system of halls at a variety of levels. We needed to look up directions on the mall directory several times in order to locate the shoe store I wanted to visit. We did finally locate the store. Yay! Good mall for high end store shoppers. We don't t normally shop at high end. I would have given it 5 stars except for the difficulty in locating a specific store.

Lots of great stores and restaurants. We bribed the men with the tesla store. Cool cars! Big theatre and anchor stores. The underground parking was so nice to keep the car out of the sweltering heat.

This mall has a different feel and offers all ranges of shops including Tiffany’s. They have a great food court and Santa village. Not too crowded Very clean

A massive shopping mall. I visited mid afternoon on a week day and it was lovely and quiet. To be honest the only shopping mall I enjoyed in this area. Large beautifully laid out shops - worth a visit.

This is always my favourite mall to visit in Arizona. A nice range of stores from mid to high end. Sad that they lost banana republic though!

Very nice. Designer boutiques and higher end stores. I bought a nice bag. The concierge was helpful. I will go back.

Great place to shop! Has every store you would need! It’s a beautiful establishment and very clean! Tri-level mall with over 100 stores

Great to find a mall with top brands stores and also discount stores in just one place. In addition there is three more items I do like:
1. Location is great: Right beside old town.
2. Plenty of parking places.
3. Easy access when going with a stroller.

Love to visit this mall, especially the Talbots. They have such an accommodating staff.
Never leave empty handed!

Scottsdale Fashion Square is the place to be on a weekend. This mall is my favorite because they have all you need in a mall and then some. After you done or take a break and go the yard house. Amazing beers and even better food.

Been going to this mall for years. Recent upgrades and additions make it even better. New restaurants, new movie theaters (last year) and a great new Apple store as well, have improved the mall. Can't go wrong if you need to do some shopping.

We came for a couple of hours for some fine shopping.
An outstanding mall which has something for everybody.

This is such a huge place, and offers store after store. We were told it is 9 miles of "mall". We only saw a small portion, but it is a nice place.

It's nla nice mall. Super busy all throughout. Visited on a Saturday evening. Pretty expensive, but that's just the area in general.

We came here one day to take in a movie. Wow, talk about a "plush' theatre. Reclining seats, foot rest ........... one could easily fall asleep.
Saw " Sulli " Excellent movis

This mall was outstanding!
Makes Dallas shopping look pathetic. Every store in one place, both high end and regular stores. Nothing missing from this mall.

One of the nicest malls in the US that I have been to. Wide Range of luxury stores: Prada, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Mont Blanc, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, etc. Department Stores - Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Macy's, Dillard's. Too many stores to list. Worth a visit!

This mall has numerous high end and regular mall stores. It is a great place to shop for everything you need or just to walk around. There are also many yummy restaurants and snack places. You can’t go wrong here.

This is a top flight mall in a perfect key area of Scottsdale. High quality shops abound along with many dinning choices and a very nice movie theater. The new additions and expansions are beautiful. Parking is free along with wi-fi. They did a great job of decorating for Christmas respecting the Christmas traditions. Santa is there in a major display.

Really cool mall. Big, but easy to get around. Great stores, very clean. Great place, will return. Great parking too!

It has been 15 years since we have been in Phoenix. We usually snowbird in California. This year we decided on Arizona. THINGS HAVE REALLY CHANGED HERE BUT WHEN WE DECIDED TO visit the Fashion Square we were blown away by the size increase. Designer boutiques everywhere. There is not a high-end store that is not included here. Three levels of stores and restaurants, with a Movie Theater. So impressive, definitely a MUST SEE.

We were recently in Scottsdale and wound up at The Fashion Square...Lots of neat stores, but Crate and Barrel in the front of The Square had the most friendly staff we encountered. You expect Crate and Barrel to have a nice store with helpful staff, this Store is the best one we've been in.

This is a 5* mall under normal times and when the construction and redevelopment completes in the 4th quarter 2018 this may be one of the best upscale malls in America. It is our first choice mall in Scottsdale. The construction is taking place between 10PM and 8:30 AM and the cleanup leaves the progressive work in excellent condition. There are exposed areas but all is clean. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and the place was mobbed. When work is finished they will be 5* again. Nice seating and wifi available throughout the mall. Many places to eat. Food court is very good.

This mall is for the rich or for those who who have money to throw away. This mall has all the end high stores and little bargains to find. Not my place to go to be honest.

This was a nice small and a great central location of Scottsdale plenty of nice shops and some great restaurants easy to find parking.

While visiting Phoenix for a week, my wife and I visited this massive mall. Wow. It had pretty much any store one could want (mostly for the ladies I will note). The anchor stores, especially Dillards (which we do not have in Ontario), was as big as we have ever seen. The expanse of the shopping at them seemed to go on forever making it easy to not find your way out.
All staff at the mall were pleasant and the directory board was easy to follow – thank goodness.
Definitely worth the visit if you are in town.

For special occasion or any event this is the place to shop. We have a wedding this summer and found a lovely suit at Nordstrom's for my hubby and sandals for me. Wish I had more time to look around- its one stop shopping! I was staying in Tucson also and chose to return here to shop instead of shopping in stores in Tucson. I knew I would find what I was looking for here. I also had a return to do at JCrew and they were fabulous. It was done within 3 minutes- no fuss!

Very nice, 3-story upscale Mall in Scottsdale. Clean and well-maintained. Lots of stores and shopping options including high-end stores like Neiman Marcus.

We had a day to kill and went to the Mall at Scottsdale. Ubered up from Downtown Phoenix - about 20 minutes and $20.00.
It is a nice mall with a good range of products, brands and outlets. They are, however, about what you would expect in an up market mall - no real surprises. Very well air conditioned which is necessary in the Phoenix heat. A surprisingly limited food court compared to other malls of this nature I have been in.
Disappointingly, was undergoing major renovation and building work which rather marred the experience - but still a good shopping experience.

When we first moved to AZ, we lived in Surprise. Every Thanksgiving weekend we'd come out to Scottsdale for our Thanksgiving Dinner - An hour drive. We would walk around this mall and were always impressed by its layout and atmosphere. Fast forward we now live in Scottsdale, a few minutes from the mall. It's really all inclusive with restaurants, theaters (Move and play) and shops galore. We always enjoy this mall as an indoor place to be especially during the hot summer months. They've been doing a few upgrades recently including adding some eateries. About three days a week we come here in the morning for an indoor walk which is allowed. Walking distance to Old Town and the Waterfront area. The entire area is a must see around Christmas.

Just a big shopping Mall, nice, clean, good atmosphere, plenty of places to eat and relax
Plent of variety of shops all at high end prices though.
Worth a trip especially on a hot day to cool down!

While staying in Phoenix, having not been to Scottsdale before visiting Fashion Square was a nice change of pace, from visiting Phoenix. Its a very busy and large shopping mall, that just seems to go on and on. Plenty of shopping can be done for sure at this place.

In the market for something new to wear? This is the place to cruise about. This indoor shopping mall is the perfect hot or rainy weather day event. Park your car in the free lot and shop to your heart’s content. All budget levels from the highly recognized vendors to the small boutiques. Something for everyone. Go alone, with friends or make it a family event. Expect to spend at least 3 hours here. There is a food court or separate restaurants scattered about. There is a movie theater too.

Save yourself cab or Uber fares and get the bus which offers reasonably rapid service to/from uptown Phoenix. The mall is massive so be prepared to walk. Plenty of offerings from the Nordstrom, Macy's, Nieman Marcus and Dillard's, complemented by everything from Burberry, L'Occitane and Sephora to sporting goods stores. There was also a food court though didn't sample as it was a relatively quick stop after touring Old Town Scottsdale which is also recommended.

If you like shopping in a big mall, then you will enjoy this. It has every store you want to see in a mall, and a few more that I have not seen in NY . Have fun spending your money!

We were able to keep the little ones busy with the splash pad and do a little shopping. Great selection of stores. Parking was very busy and its an upscale place so shopping was pricey.

All they care about is to sell new things to the customers especially the moment they find out that the customer is wealthy and won't mind about it. Avoid going to this store - if you are looking for a SUPPORT otherwise its a great looking Apple Store.
I bought a brand new iPhone 2 year ago. Almost a year ago, I got my battery replaced right before running out of my warranty period from Biltmore Store. Since 6 months, phone has been crashing and driving me nuts. When the phone is fully charged it doesn’t causes any issues however with lower battery power it does. I went to seek some help and if they can diagnose.
Instead of taking my phone even for 5 mins to deep dive in to what customer is talking about, they just said NO & we can’t fix or take a look at it. Being a software guy, I tried to explain in much more technical way but still they don’t care. I called the supervisor and he introduced very nicely however the first level associate and they both were WHISPERING about something and ended up telling me the same thing. I decided to stay back to see if the full charge will start the phone. Another person comes and offers me a new phone at super discounted rate @ 269 USD and in return I give my phone to them. I thought fishy about the whole thing, went home and googled a little bit and found a WAY to restore the IPHONE without starting it using ITUNES ONLY. Now my phone is back to normal and like new.
I was expecting a descent level of diagnosis from them, however its just a another retailer shop where they try sell you things instead of helping fixing it. AVOID GOING FOR FIXING ANY ISSUES with your Apple Devices at this store. Biltmore is way better than these guys when it comes to repairs.
- First level associate who was rude was - ZACH
- His supervisor who was nice but didn’t helped either was - JOSH
- Technical guy who showed up who said this PHONE IS DEAD DEAD and LOGIC BOARD IS FUSED was - Hector (I am not sure from where he has taken his degree to fix Phones)
I am also going to drop an email to HQ of Apple about this store experience so corrective actions are taken (if they take such reviews seriously).

We go here often to shop. Get a good choice of good places. Harkins here is great with a good bar, food and an outside patio along with great seating and movies. Love the shops. Large stores through local specialities and high end chains. Easy parking.

Very nice way to stay out of the heat and enjoy an upscale movie experience. Harkins theater tickets are costly ($14 each for one standard evening ticket) but the power recliner seats, wine bar, sorbet, and charcuterie plate concessions make it special.

This is a VERY LARGE mall. There are over 200 stores with some high end stores such as Nordstrom, Jimmy Choo, Coach, Armani Exchange, Gucci, etc. The mall is very clean and well maintained. It has a movie theater, several restaurants and pretty much everything you could want in a shopping mall. I definitely recommend a visit here. Just be prepared to spend several hours visiting.

This mall has a lot of options to look and buy stuff from. From high end retail to budget friendly options, you can spend the entire day here.

Then spend some time here. Extensive parking and all of it close to the Mall. This is a very good Mall with something for everyone. After the shops, a meal and a film. Lots of light and space. A good place to be when it’s hot outside!

This place is the nicest shopping venue in Arizona. Here you can find high fashion luxury brands or Dick's Sporting Goods and everything in between. There is plenty of parking and plenty of food choices in the mall or within a short walk from it. You can find from fast food to fine dinning. There are also plenty of coffee shops and cafes in the mall and in the surrounding area. It can be crowded on the weekends, and if you can go during the week, you won't have to deal with the crowds. There is a luxury movie theater here also... We highly recommend it.

So many lovely shops! Really worth a visit if you love shopping. There are more expensive shops as well as cheaper stores. I really liked Macy's and Sephora of course!

I just want to review this location and thank everyone for all the nice times I have had. It was a superb place to get away to unwind and to assist in recovering from my ongoing battle with cancer issues. If you or anyone you love need a rest please go and give this location a chance. You will be surprised with the professionalism from upper management. I'm sure a job here would be just as nice to assist in people who need employment and have the ability to work part time during recovery. I've encountered many senior citizens at this location and they are a pleasure to have conversations with, thank you! Some of the movie I was able to really enjoy here are as followed.
Aladdin, John Wick 3, Dark Phoenix, Rocket Man, Pavarotti, Men In Black International, and many others that I have forgotten.
One of the bad side effects of my battle.
Thanks for the great attitude and kindness for the disabled.
I enjoyed the best Mozzarella cheese fries to date here, perfectly heated without losing any of the filling & well worth the price offered. Check it out for yourself. A nice walk and surrounding area if you have some energy. I suggest dropping off your loved ones before parking. Just my two cents. The green garage will get you right to the entrance.
Thanks for reading.
✌

this is such a great fish restaurant- they also have meat but i've only had the fish here. have had crab cakes a couple of times, last week i had ahi tempura- WOW
it was delicious.
the ambiance, the wait staff, the water people are all first class.
thanks eddie v's for a great night

this is the most massive mall I have ever been to!! Crazy busy and hard to find parking. It is very clean and a nice place to shop.

Fashion Square is the bomb I went to the Tesla showroom and scheduled a test drive on the way they were plenty of designer shops the food court is extremely large they even have a very good movie Theater parking can be an issue but they do have Valet lots of pretty people and a Starbucks

Following your overview tour, Old Town is chalked full of shops and restaurants/bars. Some offer rooftop dining. Lovely turquoise jewelry is found in many shops. Enjoy!

Had a ton of sweet stores and a lot of dining options. Has shake shack which is awesome. Great mall to hang at.

It is a top class mall with most major stores and brand names over a large area. There are a number of restaurants and generally good parking. This is probably the largest and best mall in the Phoenix area.

This is where you go for Neiman-Marcus, Macy's, Nordstroms etc. It's not a large mall, feels quite small actually. But, at least it's all indoors with (wonderful) AC - really appreciated in the Phoenix summer. It also houses the best, most comfortable Harkins movie theatre with electric reclining seats and tons of leg space. You can reserve seats.

This is the modernized and now premier indoor mall for Scottsdale,AZ. Nordstrom , Niemen Marcus, Tiffany, Tesla, Microsoft, Burberry,...if this is your kind of thing, then this is your kind of place. New wing houses the upgrades on this 27 year old mall. Food court has a Johnny Rocckets , Five Guys,Fired Pie. Indoor parking also keeps you out of the Arizona sun.

I actually worked at the Commons. Yes, there are a lot of teens but it’s always that way if you are shopping by Sephora, Forever 21 and H&M. Great selection of restaurants and highly recommend TruFood if you’re looking for custom local farm grown options. (The hummus is amazing).
The Apple Store is the busiest store by far. Not sure if they’re letting you into the store yet. (Covid restrictions- appt only)
People get upset about the parking because it’s so busy…especially in the peak months.
There are also a lot of drivers who can upset locals in the garages because they are narrow and crowded. There are two on the East side of Scottsdale and one on the West side.
Tips: park across the street from Brio by Nektar and Hamra Jewelers and walk back. It saves 10 minutes on a busy day.
If you’re going to the side west of Scottsdale road, I often park across from Ocean Club at the Westin.
Christmas is awesome and beautifully decorated. Lots of great photo ops and Santa and Easter Bunny are there every year
Kids love the fountains in the summer!

If you are looking for a premium brand shopping centre then this is spot in. It has the biggest brands all under one roof and none of the shops are shy in size or what they stock.

This Mall got huge ratings from my 21 and 15 year old boys. The Indoor part of the Mall is a large 3 level mall (under renovation when we were there, but did not pose an issue). There are very high end stores along with mainstream shopping. There is a food court on the lowest level. Nordstrom's and Niemen's are a couple of the anchor stores along with a Dicks Store. The outdoor area has some great restaurants and lovely atmosphere along a waterway. If you are a shopper, this place is for you.

An interesting selection of upscale shops and eateries. We dropped off an iPhone for service at the Apple store and enjoyed a nice evening stroll window shopping and people watching.

The last time that I was in Scottsdale, I stopped into Fashion Square and was amazed at both the upscale stores and crowds. So on this trip I returned since I had the better part of a day to explore. The upscale stores were still present, but the crowds were like a ghost mall. I guess people are predisposed to shop online.

This mall was very close to our hotel, Howard Johnson. It is beautiful, has an amazing selection of shops and a great atmosphere.

This place is huge, loaded with all of your favorite stores. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We visited in August so found this a great place to escape the heat as well. The parking garage was free which was a nice bonus. If you're here, and get bored with the shopping, the Fiesta Bowl Museum is right down the street within walking distance.

The mall is very big and has a lot of stores, especially big names with all the trends young people and teens are into. It was under reconstruction in parts, but it was still enjoyable. It provided a good way to escape the summer heat.

This is a very nice well kept mall. It has the usual mall stores along with a second floor of high end and designer stores. There is a car dealer and movie theater here as well. They have a few nice restaurants as well as a food court. Some construction going on around the mall presently.

We love the location and the variety of stores in this mega shopping mall. From bargains to bling. We always find a premium parking spot in the garage underneath Macy's. We spend the most money at Macy's - the sales are seriously better than shopping at Walmart. Ha! We like all the dining options, and see a movie once in a while too. It's easy to navigate through the mall and they have helpful directories throughout. We go to SFS everytime we come to Scottsdale. It was the best choice for back to school!

One of our first places to visit on Holiday. Great Macy's with fab bargains & a huge Dillard's too. High end stores aren't for me but I do like a visit to Crate & Barrel. Miss the Grand Luxe Cafe.

Cannot remember when we were last in such a huge shopping mall. We must have walked at least three miles today (6/6) but it was 108 degrees outside, so this was a good way to get exercise. Too many stores to count or visit, so we zeroed in on some stores we are familiar with, but cannot visit in Tucson, as they are not there. Stopped in Neiman-Marcus, Nordstrom and Z Gallery. Loved looking around, and touching the merchandise. There were lots of sales going on, but we saw nothing that we needed, so made no purchases.
The mall is well air conditioned, so it is very comfortably cool. There are not that many seating areas, and whenever we spotted one, all seats were taken. I had problems with connecting with the WiFi (Fashion Square_Guest), and the Mall Concierge blamed it on my iPad (not true!). Lastly, we found the piped in music too loud, and too annoying. I left the Fashion Square with a splitting headache.

Has all the stores!!! I feel in 💛 w/ Fashion Square. I'm in Az for my nursing contract, & I'm definitely a REPEAT customer. I'm there every other wk lol

Every designer store that you can think of was here. Very high end. But, also had the normal department stores like Macys and Dillards for the middle class shoppers as well.

This mall has all the stores you need from luxury to cheap clothes. Also it has a decent size food court for you to rest. Also it has shake shack!!

Bright, clean, airy. Tons of stores from cheap to exorbitant prices. Many designer labels. Large food court. Handicap accessible. Built around atria in each wing. Includes Harkin Theatre.

Gucci, Prada, Cartier, Michael Kors, Steve. Madden, Kate Spade, to name a few. In a mall! Enough said!

This place is awesome. Easy parking and so many stores to pick from! Big food court with lots of things to choose from. Easy to navigate and see everything

This mall has everything you could ask for. Where else in the world cane you go to see an Automobile showroom in a Mall? Then on to Nordstrom's for coffee? Has a movie theater to die for. One that you can buy your tickets on line and even able to select your own seats.

It's a beautiful mall lots of shop's and also right by old town Scottsdale and other things to do in the area. The mall keeps getting bigger and bigger and they are still adding. I think it's the biggest mall on the west coast. Lots of upper end shops and department stores. Macys. Dillards, Neiman, Nordstorms. They have a movie theater and lots of restaurants.

I'm not much of a shopper, but I've always enjoyed my experience at Scottsdale Fashion Square. They say retail mall shopping is dying, but not at SFS! There are some impressive shops at the Square.

From traditional department stores to boutique cake-pop stores, this is a fabulous establishment. Highlights are the Tesla, Microsoft and Amazon pop-up. The only store that was disappointing in this day and age was the indigenous artifacts shop. Some nice trinkets, but it wasn't in keeping with the rest of the tone of the center.

Fashion Square was a lot of fun to visit while in Phoenix for vacation. They had many stores that I had never heard of and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the square. Parking was difficult, but we learned afterwards where more was available.

When the heat is beating down on you and you're looking for a place to escape the sun, look no further than this mall. It's a high end mall with great places to eat and shop. Clean and kind customer service, it's a wonderful place to pass the time and spend your hard earned cash.

Well, we made the rounds at Prada...Gucci...and Louis Vuitton. Every shop has very attentive and pleasant staff and well versed in their products. My wife had me along to take pictures for analysis and comparison because she was looking for a new certain color this season. The mall itself is excellent and very upscale. Armed Scottsdale police are present in addition to the mall security. This mall is very popular with foreign visitors and the good old folks from the USA. The food court is a cut above. The Concierge service is excellent and the Tourist Setup near the food court is very nice.

My daughter wanted to go to Scottsdale and shop at the Fashion Square for her birthday, so that's what we did. Lots of fun shops, great variety for food choices, could probably spend several days here and not see all of it! If you are a shopper this place is for you!

Very nice and well kept mall. Lots of variety for stores with a number of options in the food court as well.

Stopped here relatively briefly to quickly run into Nordstroms and Dillards. I really wish I had more time. It is a huge mall. The distance between Nordstroms and Dillards seemed like 1/2 a mile. The mall looks new, very attractive. It has an interesting design in that the second floor is continuous to all the areas, but the first floor is broken up by the streets. In other words, the second story actually forms a bridge underneath which the street passes through. Very cool.
Nordstroms was a beautiful store and Dillards, also beautiful was gigantic.
Wish I had more time there.

Awesome three story mall. To many stores to choose from. Nice parking garage with easy access into the mall. Great food court with a plethora of choices.

Wonderful place for high end shopping! This was such a treat for us as we don't have these stores at home. I know this is supposed to be historical but don't expect anything much on that. It's really just a high end mall, which is okay by me!

If you love shopping, you'll love this mall. I'm not an avid shopper but it is pretty cool how much space vertically and horizontally this mall takes up. There are some pretty nice stores to choose from. The only problem is finding them all before your feet fall off!

If you want someplace to shop, people watch, dine and enjoy the overall experience, Scottsdale Fashion Square is the place to go.

Walked through a number of times on the way to dinner. Lovely place to people watch, high end shops, nice places to eat. Out of the sun too!

Great place to go for all round high end shopping experience. Also has a cinema and restaurants with a large food court. Relatively easy parking. Large stores and many smaller high end shops. Expensive but worth it if you want to get those extra special items

This mall is huge! Definitely wear comfortable shoes because you have a lot of territory to cover. Lots of beautiful stores but I was disappointed by the lack of personality of the mall. I have read so many things about this mall, I really expected something more elegant. If you like labels, this is the place for you!

This is a huge mall. What we saw was very nice. There is a lot of walking involved. Many upscale and well known stores.

On a recent visit in April 2019 we found most of the construction and upgrades completed and the revitialized West end is beautiful including the North end entrance. See the pictures. The parking there is not finished so dust and the like is still an issue. New up scale shopping is already in place and new dinning options are in the works at the West end. Interia decorations are beautiful and more is on the way. This is the number one shopping location in Scottsdale in our view.

Great restaurants and shopping… try Etta and Dominick’s for amazing food. The new mini golf bar is awesome fun too! enjoy

We went to walk around and waste some time; the shopping center had various stores that suited both my husband and I. Very clean and well kept.

Great shopping mall with many stores and restaurants. it's a high-end mall with many expensive stores like Coach and Armani.

This Mall is huge compared to the stores that we have at home. Lots of high end shops and there is a lot to see. Definitely would recommend if you have some time to spend wondering around we spent a lot of time there and we did not see all of the stores.

must visit....some of the best brand showrooms.... make it a point to visit and shop every time i visit Phoenix on business.. excellent ambience and a great place to hangout...some of the best eat outs and restaurants in there too...dont forget to register at the customer service center for amazing deals and events... have fun..

Have walked around this mall many times while visiting S'dale on our annual Az golf trip. Plenty of garage parking, easy access , has most of the higher end big box stores (e.g. Nieman Marcus) as well as chic boutiques. A number of very good restaurants in the vicinity as well. We usually make it an evening out with dinner. If you like, "old town" Scottsdale is also within easy walking distance.

we spent an afternoon here and really enjoyed ourselves parking was easy and the stores were well laid out . we really enjoy lunch at nieman marcus cafe and did some damage shopping at a few stores. Its a really good example of what a mall should be

The Scottsdale Fashion Square is a large two story indoor mall that has a lot of stores to shop. They have your typical brands that you are looking for.

I was so happy that Fashion Square had a mandatory mask policy this month and that every guest was compliant. It made me feel safe and made my shopping experience productive and enjoyable. Also appreciated how many mall 'cops' there were to help me feel I was going to feel safe if something did happen. Glad it didn't. A very mellow and kind crowd and nice employees at the stores.

Great place to shop for brands. You have Zara, H&M, Macy's, Michael Kors, Coach and many more outlets to shop.

This Mall has it all! Restaurants, movies, activities and so much more! The mall is currently under renovation and I have seen the new marble tile samples and it is going to be even more beautiful when it's done!

Beautiful store. Sales personal was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be going back. Love the store

The Fashion Square Easy parking. Great shopping for all members of the family. The food court had several good selections to have an enjoyable family meal after shopping :-)

Not a bad mall. The SAs at the Louis Vuitton, D&G, Bottega Veneta, and Jimmy Choo were VERY nice and super attentive. The SA's at the Chanel in Neiman Marcus were terrible and very snotty and rude. There was a good mix of high end designers but also plenty of more affordable shopping options as well. We were able to spend a good 4 hours here and still only go to about 1/3 of the stores in the mall. You can check your luggage with concierge if needed.

All the high end stores in one place. This place is huge and has all the top brands of high end fashion. The prices are also high, as you would expect for the high end merchandise. Parking is difficult but if you go to one of the many underground parking garages you will likely find a space. Good atmosphere for shopping if you have the cash.

I have seen the temple of shopping evolve over the past 19 years and every visit there is something new to see as well as the old favorites.
On my latest visit I was pleasantly surprised to find an Apple Shop had just opened in a prominent site on the N Scotsdale road end of the complex while at the other end there is building work being carried out to further extend the building to accommodate more shops.
Some o the shops are high end establishments but there is a lot of normal shop along with a varied food court.
I look forward to returning to see the developments progress .

Stopped here on the way back from a day at the casino. The mall currently undergoing a large expansion. It is open, but some stores have moved (Sephora) from what is listed on the directory so feel free to ask if you cannot find a store.
Anchor stores are Nordstrom, Macy's, Neiman Marcus. Lots of designer and routine stores to window shop. Plenty of parking but be sure to mark your location to be able to find your car.
Lots of options for eating from food court to several restaurants.

Wanted to see this shopping mall as I've read so many good reviews about it. Lots of high end stores to choose from. We didn't come prepared. Should have worn nicer outfit, we only had simple everyday clothes. We will come back tomorrow and do some serious shopping. There are comfy couches everywhere where husband could sit and wait. Perfect!

Large high-end mall with department stores like Dillard's (particularly large), specialty stores like Sur la Table and Soma. Food court available and reasonably robust; several restaurants in mall with more nearby. Can walk from mall to Old Town Scottsdale (but check operating hours of stores there first). Garage and surface parking available (free). Easy drive from Downtown Phoenix.

This is better than your average mall. It’s huge but not so huge that you’re overwhelmed. They have a good variety of stores - lots are stores that you don’t see in most malls. Pretty high end, because, you know, it’s Scottsdale. But they have a good selection of more budget-friendly stores too. Lots of good restaurants as well and the parking seems adequate and easily accessible. A movie theater too. They are doing some renovations to the mall currently (the signs say it will be done fall 2018) but they do a good job of keeping the construction mess contained and you can still get around easily. My only complaint is that I don’t feel like there are enough bathrooms. You pretty much have to go into one of the big department stores or the food court to use the restroom.

During our stay in Scottsdale, we went to this Mall many times. It has really high end shops as well as your Macy's of the world. It is all indoor, so good espcially in summer months to do one's shopping in a comfortable environment. I found my Crocs store here!

This mall has nearly all the top end fashion names. I only went to have a look. It was ok. The biggest disappointment was the ground floor food area. Selling fast food, very busy. Need to offer a variety. The Apple store is something else.

Had a few hours to kill so we went to the mall. Parking was confusing. The mall is so large and spread out we couldn't find parking. Finally ended up below ground in a parking area and walked up the stairs to get into the mall. Parking was free, but the access and egress of the parking areas were extremely narrow. The mall is as typical as any other mall. All the major anchors plus the uniques boutiques. We were there over the New Years holiday. The mall began closing down at 6 pm, but their were no signs showing holiday hours.

The Scottsdale Fashion Square is located north of Downtown Scottsdale and adjacent to the waterfront. This is a handsome mall that has every store imaginable under it's roof and is clean and pleasant to look at. Jolly Chriss.

Maybe the best all round shopping destination in the area. Super selection of stores so there's but much you can't find. You can spend hours and hours here.

Needing to buy some family gifts, this place had everything I needed. Wide open space so you weren't tripping over everybody. Lots of eateries and places to have a drink, if you like shopping I'm sure you could spend an entire day here.

Great place to visit with excellent dining options. Walkway with waterfront view with variety of shopping options.
Great place to hangout.

One of the largest malls I have ever traversed . Several levels w many "anchor"
Stores. Even a Tesla showroom and movie multiplex
Great place to hang out when it's 100 plus weather
Food choices are varied and several restaurants directly outside the mall
Lots of directories. You need it

WOW. Just WOW. Beautiful mall with everything from high-end designer brands like Prada & Cartier to your typical mall shops like H & M and Forever 21. Plan for an entire day if you want to see the whole thing - it's huge. Make sure to stop by the Tesla dealership. Yes, there's even a Tesla store in this mall!

Dependable shopping. All household faves - Crate & Barrel, Williams & Sonoma, we got stocked up with kitchen kit. Not the biggest mall, but easy to cover a lot of ground.

We are locals and know this high end mall very well having visited there since it was built. On our recent visit we observed significant changes to the downside. Apparently after the Paradise Valley Mall failed and shut down the shopping crowd and the hanging out crowd from there has moved over to this beautiful mall. Many teeny boppers poorly dressed were in evidence along with many others. Many more security guards were visible which indicated to us a negative change from the past has occurred. Gay pride and rainbow colors were located throughout the mall celebrating Pride month. Overall, the complexion of the shoppers has had a major shift. Therefor our rating goes from excellent to average. Welcome to the new normal.

Beautiful shopping center and very easy to get around in. There are so many stores to shop and it's very well laid out.

The Scottsdale Fashion Square offers a variety of small shops and has a nice outside atmosphere for relaxing!

I went today to your store in Scottsdale,AZ Fashion Square. And your employee Brenda Link or Leek (she is black, to identify her) was EXTREMELY RUDE TO NE AND MY HUSBAND ACCUSED US FOR STEALING... I was more than happy to open my son's diaper bag. And prove my innocence. For the cop. And with her even going through my bag without asking she never apologized for being wrong. When I asked her for her to repeat her name she answered "don't you know how to spell"... I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. Even AFTER I PROVED WE WERE NOT STEALING. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

I haven't been to Scottsdale for several years and when I visited in August I decided to go to the movies at Fashion Square Mall. I didn't know that the mall had been expanded and that the Harkins movie theater moved and rebuilt on the second level over Dick's Sporting Goods. The mall is just beautiful and on steroids. It is definitely the place to shop. Harkins movie theater was a treat all by its self. It is really upscale, clean, beautifully appointed with the lounge chair seats.

Be prepared to walk....a lot. Just when you think you're nearing the end of the mall you turn a corner and it keeps on going!
Hundreds of shops from mid to high-end so for one-stop shopping I can't see there be any place better. There are many shops with reasonable prices.
Having gone just after Christmas there were lots of sales.

Scottsdale Fashion Square mall is a 3 story building that has every store for every need for every family member. It is a modern, clean place to spend the afternoon with your family. They even just built a brand new Harkins Theater that is the most modern movie theater we have been to. We highly recommend Scottsdale Fashion Square!

Great shopping Mall with all the big shops represented. Good food court with plenty of cafes. Free trolley bus route to other areas to explore outside of the fashion mall

The mall has a great selection of high end stores. My wife was very pleased but it made for a longer shopping experience for me.

Cynthia
Was wonderful
She dressed us to the 9’s
She was great
We came in not knowing what to get and Made it happen

Was impressed with the stores, parking and people. We went several times so we could do all the stores looking for that great deal. Take your walking shoes as its BIG.. parking was very easy for just about anywhere in the Square.

This is a designer mall and the day we visited it felt a bit soulless. It is very high end and we didn't buy anything. There are limited food options. We had a valet visit from our hotel so it was helpful not to have to park.

We came here to kill time during an unexpected rainy day on our Arizona vacation. What we found was lots of open spaces to get some exercise and a few shops that we don’t get to see back home. Their food court had many choices and we dined at two places. Both were good and reasonably priced. We would definitely come here again not for the bargains, but for the space to kill some rainy day time.
The Scottsdale Fashion Square is every shopper's dream! It carries all the major brands. You can shop, eat and enjoy a lovely day with the family. Great options under one roof! Tons of parking space too!
