Tory Burch

By suttonkonopa |

Popped into Tory Burch on my way home, and had an amazing experience. The store was buzzing with customers and ladies who were working were knowledgeable and helpful, and were happy to help me in finding the perfect bag. Will definitely go back and love my new bags, yes plural!

Average Outlet with occasional sales

By Rio S |

One of the bigger outlet closest to the Metro Vancouver, approx. 1.5 drive. Seattle premium offers a wide variety of designer at decent price. Since the last time I visited, they now have an asics and saucony outlet, which is very convenient! Tip though, try not to eat in their food area as quality is mediocre, and often too salty!

Agghhhh

By Carla H |

Who the heck designed the traffic flow
& parking for this place??? It's the worst
Traffic congestion I've ever been in
at a mall.

Always Great Shopping

By Kat S |

This is our go to place for great pricing. Good variety of stores and brands. Can usually find sales upon sales of reduced prices! Hate to pay full price for anything and I can always find something nice to buy.

Love all premium outlets

By ymt888 |

It was a drive around 45!minutes from downtown Atlanta to the outlets. Plenty of adequate brands to shop for. Recommended to go on a week day to avoid weekends crowd and to shop comfortaly. Some of the bigger name stores have a queue to get in. Overall did manage to buy what I needed and I’m a happy gal.

Good Shopping at Seattle Premium Outlets

By mini |

We did some shopping at Seattle Premium Outlets. Its a good outlet center. We were able to do several purchases at very reasonable rates.

Premium outlets

By Fran B |

Since there are many stores, you can usually find what you're looking for. Some times the prices are good and sometimes they are a little high. When there are sales, the locals will almost avoid going due to out of town people, and no parking spots.

Phenomenal outlet mall

By MarkusKaulius |

I love this outlet! Always excellent deals, clean, lots of great shops - all of which are big names. And most importantly - it is a legit 'outlet' with real outlet deals! I always get amazing deals at Nike, Under Armour, Children's Place, Jewelry Place, etc.

Good Deals You Just Need Shop Around.

By Launa H |

So many stores most of the stores are under a roof. Coach is there along with Sketchers. A few places to eat. The Dawg House is in the middle a pretty good variety of Hot Dogs. We went there today around 11:ish not a very big crowd. You can find a lot of good deals you just have to shop around. Parking is a challenge. It is usually crowed so getting there later makes it harder to find a parking place. Enjoy!

Crazy shopping

By ONDEMIRCI |

We went There 3 friends for shopping. This place is Really nice.. You can find almost every brand .,outlet's price was Very Good according to other shopping Center.. If you like shopping you must go There:)) Also They have food Court..

Pathetic cash grab

By Cam_and_Laura |

We were surprised to see that they have cordoned off a big section of the parking lot and now charge $5 to park there. What a pathetic cash grab. There used to be value to shop here but retailers prices and variety have been lacking for some time now and pay parking is the last straw.

Awesome outlet mall

By Jay H |

We come down, from Canada, every so often to shop at the Seattle outlets. It’s the closest decent size outlet to us and we always find something. Unfortunately, since it’s a “Simon premium” outlet the discounts don’t tend to be as high as stores at say “tanger outlets” but there is still good deals. Another bonus is the massive free parking lot.

Outlets

By Nykkyl |

Get there at opening to avoid issues with parking.
They have done some store updates which is nice.
Good deals at coach and Nike.

Stayed for work and spent all my money

By Amber C |

I was staying in marysville for two weeks for work. I visited the outlets several times. They had some great sales while I was there, which was just a couple of weeks before Christmas. Good selection of stores and plus the usual outlet stores.

Fabulous Shopping

By Katherine McEachnie |

We found everything we were looking for it was a seamless shopping experience and we purchased from at least 12 different stores. Will definitely visit again for terrific prices and great access to top premium brands!

Shopping Success!

By Travel makes you Richer in Life |

I tell ya, shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlets as a pretty great place to get things accomplish when it comes to shopping. I've been going there for years watching it evolved and I must say its a one stop shop for me!

Don't forget to take advantage of the hidden savings by signing up with Simon outlet VIP and getting their saving passport every time you shop. You'll be surprise of the extra savings you will get.

Happy shopping❗️

Great mall

By Stefan B |

This outlet mall seems to have some more high end stores (uggs, guess), if you sign up at their website you get various coupons for additional savings.

Troublesome during rain

By Hendra |

28dec2018
3pm-7pm
Long-day rain makes walking between stores not comfortable.
Need more roof
Dirty toilets. Need attention.

Christmas shopping

By tammbrad |

This is a nice shopping outlet with a variety of stores. Extended hours for the holidays. I went on a Tuesday and it wasn't very busy especially since it was so close to Christmas. There was plenty of parking and a Starbucks on each end of the center!!! Yay!!! Stores were "supposedly" offering sales but prices were very similar to the Mall stores on most items...example; a pair of Ugg boots I paid $170 at the mall was $169.99 at the outlet. Just be aware as you shop and make sure you are getting a bargain!!

No parking

By TyroneM718 |

There is no parking here.need to make more space for cars. Everything too expensive. Not many deals.

Looking for shoppin, this place is poppin

By Blaine S |

I love shopping here. The deals are unbeatable, the selection is endless and the layout is easy to navigate.

Plan before you go

By sakura007dp |

I would recommend planning what shops you want to visit before you go as that would optimize your day visit. Its pretty exhausting to cover everything in a day.
Not many food options to choose for lunch. However there is a Starbucks and other small outlets serving boba tea/other cool drinks all around the property. Restrooms are clean and pretty okay.
Finding parking can be a tough task sometimes. Keep an eye for cars which are pulling out of parking. Parking was full when we arrived but managed to get one as one family was leaving (we visited around noon).

Lots of high end & reular stores there.

By patpatrick96 |

All with tremendous savings. Theres a good food court there....& when your done shopping, don't forget to stop in to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate shop for one of their hand made delicacies! A lot of these stores take the Entertainment Book coupons for even more savings. Good shopping!

variety of shopping

By ElissaClaire |

These outlets have a variety of shops and a food court too. However, I didn't find many stores that offered an outlet-type sale price.

Exception would be the Saucony store - amazing deals, super friendly staff too!

LOVE PREMIUM OUTLET MARYSVILLE

By Pat T |

Being from California I didn’t expect too
Much from this outlet. After all, we have many where I come from. We came at about 6 pm on a Thursday evening. We walked in and out of shops, not really looking for anything in particular. It had an array of things at reasonable prices. I started to get interested in purchasing our soon to be here, baby Grandson, some PJ’s from Carter’s, but decided that I could do better or just as well in Ca. where taxes are lower, and I didn’t have to pack things. We are driving home and lack the space in our car. I generally liked this outlet a lot. I would recommend it to people who aren’t used to having a mall around. It offers nice quality name brands, at significant savings. Overall, great place!

We did enjoy the UNDER ARMOUR AND NIKE SHOP. My husband bought items similar to Base prices if not cheaper. UA has a sign that offers 10 per cent off to military. For this, I will return and shop here again.

Lots of good shops

By Erin R |

Lots of good shops but don’t let the outlet name let you think you’ll find bargains. The Ugg’s store is marked way up! Food court has a good variety. Just make sure you don’t go the same time they let off a bus full of tourist and you’ll be fine.

Love this place!

By Donnaharkin |

I love these outlets and shop at them every time I come down America. I always end up buying so so much but for such amazing value! Would definitely recommend spending a day here if visiting going past.

Great selection, expect crazy crowds

By slothstravel |

Stopped by on a Sunday. Huge selection of stores from affordable to high end. The outlets are clean and easy to navigate. I was not a huge fan of the crowds... some of the shoppers were rude and I saw/experienced a lot shoppers grabbing from one another. We did enjoy the food court :) Some of my favorite stores: Northface, tory burch, banana republic

Premium at premium prices

By Francien D |

Disappointed really. I didn't see many shoppers at all. I felt sorry for the staff as it must by e pretty tough looking interested when there is no consumer interaction.

Lots of choices!

By cdgarton2016 |

We stopped by on our way home-happy they had a Disney store. We went to a few more stores too. The restrooms were easy to find but not very clean. The mall is very big however well marked to find things.

Large outlet with lots of good stores

By Bubuflu |

Out of the many outlets I’ve been to I like this one the most. The stores are varied and have a lot that I frequent.

There is a parking structure in back if the front is packed.

Overall Okay Experience

By Danny168168 |

I went in May 2016 most brand sold at this outlet doesn't have a huge sale. The price is around the same in Canada (Exchange rate is not in our favour maybe) However, there are some shoes style not sold in Canada and Burberry is definitely cheaper by a lot.
Food court is a little small and would do with a little more variety. Overall, I still enjoy my shopping at this outlet.

Enjoyable shopping

By Stephen A |

We liked the stores offered and think we found a few deals. On the whole staff were friendly. Located not far from hotels and restaurants in the area.

Weekend craziness

By rusty_fwg |

If crowded, rude shoppers is what you like... Here you go. Sometimes you can find deals but this place really isn't an outlet mall. I personally will shop online to avoid all the people but that's up to you. If you dig high end brands this is for you.
Word of the wise, Tulalip has become a heroin hub, people live in the trees surrounding all the retail here so don't leave any bags visible in your car or you'll come out to a busted window. Happy shopping!

All you want in one place!

By Mary F |

Great place to stroll, window shop, compare prices and find all of your favorite stores in one setting. Though there is a food court with a "few choices" there needs to be another "good walk in and sit down to be served" restaurant close by. One that you could just walk to and not have to get in your car to drive to it.

Great outdoor mall

By jrn49 |

We live in the north end, so it's nice to have a mall close by that has so many shops to browse or find sales!

Not outlet prices

By hhclemrn |

Usually outlet means you get items cheaper than what one would normally pay at a regular retail store. Well, this place doesn’t mean that.
The stores may have some clearance items available, but what store doesn’t? I do come here from time to time because they have a Loft store and it has a good selection. And there is a good variety of stores.
The one thing I probably hate most, though, is how they place a person outside the doors of certain stores and only allow a few people in at a time! This is so frustrating, especially since it’s an outdoor mall. I just don’t go in those particular stores because I don’t want to go in bad enough to wait in line. How ridiculous! I could kinda see why they might at the Kate Spade store since they have tiny items like coin purses, etc, but the Burberry store?? It seems like they would better spend their money hiring some security staff.

use to find a lot of deals

By lspeirs |

Have not been in 4 or 5 years. was so disappointed that I will not be visiting for the next few years. I remember you could barely walk through some of the store because there was so much merchandise. Could not believe how many stores were barely 30% of what they use to have. was not expecting to find a lot of big deals but really did see very many.

Excellent jerky shop

By Minnie |

This place is amazing
My first time here
Various items to choose from
Hot sauce, jerky, chocolate, pepperoni bites, tee shirts,
If you haven’t been here you need to go

Mediocre Quality

By 100QA |

The quality of goods at the stores seems to have gone down significantly in recent years. I suspect most things are made for an outlet and do not come from the main stores. My wife would have given it a lower rating because of quality.
There are a lot of outlet stores and some coverage from rain as you shop.

Nice outdoor outlet mall

By Roemer |

If you like to pick up name brand clothing or over stuff, this is a place to go. All major brand are in this mall. Sometimes, we have found some awesome deals there. There is a tasty ice cream and fudge shop. Ask for a military discount if you are active/retired.

Wow! Lots of stores!

By Kellie G |

I was there first thing in the morning. I beat the crowds!! Great sales going on all over. The area was very clean and well kept. Employees at the stores were very nice and really wanted to help!

Shop Lots

By CraigH0901 |

Located not far from the Future of Flight and only 30 minutes north of Seattle. A good number and variety of stores in a reasonably well organised space - didn't feel too long to walk. Only downer - food area was poor and only Starbucks that sold coffee (if you can call it that).

Plenty of walking

By hugh m |

This outlet mall has a lot of stores so be prepared to spend some time here[sorry for us hubbies]but even I managed to kill 2 hours at this mall, bought a pair of Salomon boots for $57 including tax and a shirt for my grandson well worth stopping here.

Visiting Kate Spade Outlet

By Firefly731 |

Dropped by to visit the Kate Spade outlet. Good prices and place is clean with a lot to offer. Will definitely be back next time I Visit Seattle

Nice attractive mall

By Val G |

This outlet mall is very large with many popular and trendy retail stores. It is an attractive outdoor mall and partially under cover. Lots of parking. The downside of this mall is that the stores are way over priced. Not many good deals there. But lots of variety.

Timing

By roody1956 |

Great place to visit, if you are there during the week. Super busy on weekends. Locals only go during the week days. You can find some pretty good deals if you shop hard. Use your AAA, and military discounts. All you have to do is ask. Some discounts as much as20%. People in the stores are friendly and courteous.

Nice outlet, not too big

By Annette F |

I had 3 stores to shop in - Hanna Anderson, All Saints, Crabtree and Evelyn. Hanna Anderson's clothes look as nice in person as on-line, but they had very few women's garments. I bought an outfit for a friend's new grandchild. All Saints - it's not an outlet store, oh boo! Crabtree and Evelyn, you can't go wrong, but they had nothing I needed. On the other hand, my long-suffering big brother found stuff his wife likes. We ate at the Japanese place in the Food Court. Not bad for food court food. If I can, I might stop the next time I drive to the Anacortes ferry!

Great shopping!

By Denise F |

The best stores and good prices! Open air but covered. Small food court but several restaurants within walking distance. Great outlet mall for families!

Great Merchandise, Terrific Prices, Can't Go Wrong

By linnea e |

This is a wonderful mall to go to for shopping. It's a destination for high quality at a discounted price! Dooney and Bourke, BCBG, Forever 21, Kate Spade, Nike and SO many high end shops. Typical outlet mall...an unfortunate "Outdoor Mall" it is a shame it was not built as an indoor structure due to rainy Pacific Northwest weather. Every time you leave a store you're back out into the crummy weather which isn't pleasant.

The bathrooms are inadequate, totally hidden and placed in difficult to locate places.

The merchandise and prices are excellent. Suggest checking Seattle Premium Outlet Mall website as they do offer coupon deals i.e. Tuesday is 10% off for Seniors at participating stores only.

If you don't mind crowds, long walks wear your tennis shoes and pick up some great bargains. Plus it's owned by The Tullalip Tribe so it's great to be supportive of our local Tulalip Native American Tribe.

A typical premium outlet

By julian070886 |

A typical premium outlet as you know it from the USA. He's a bit difficult to reach / north of Seattle. Otherwise everything was great.

Afternoon delight of shopping

By Diane B |

Clean and massive with all type of parking and stores. Prices are not deeply discounted like you find at the Oregon premium market stores, but there still good buys

Busy!

By ROCruiser |

We have been here a couple of times but this time it was especially busy on a Saturday. They have all your name-brand stores here for shopping frenzies. Even a line up at the MK store. We only stayed about an hour and a half and accomplished some gifts shopping. I still prefer the Super Mall (now the Outlet Collections) in Auburn which is indoor and much more comfortable in hot weather.

Good Shopping

By Evelynn W |

Can always find a good deal! Love Under Armour & Columbia Sportswear the best but there are stores here for everyone. Things from clothing to home goods, jewelry & more!

A Variety For Different Shoppers

By Melanie E |

I hadn’t been here in awhile. Lots of shopping to accommodate various shoppers from sports enthusiasts to designer stores.

The bonus is there are a few more places to eat at. No need to worry about where to eat anymore.

During the holidays, they’re open from 9 am until 9 pm from Monday to Friday, or Saturday’s from 9 am until 10 pm and Sunday’s from 9 am to 8 pm. It’s mainly an outdoor shopping mall so bundle up during the winter and bring an umbrella if it’s raining.

Excellent shopping.

By SusanPenticton |

Great variety of stores. Alot of discounts and sales. Very clean and well maintained. Easy to navigate around. If you cant find a store they will give you a map.

Disappointing

By Richard M |

Used to be bargains galore here for Canadian shoppers - but some of the stores have downsized drastically - like Levis and Eddie Bauer - the selection is definitely NOT what it used to be. And with the weak C$ against the US$ it is a much less attractive shopping option. If you are going further south, go to Woodburn Outlets near Portland... better selection and no sales tax in Oregon.

Shop Till You Drop

By Mimie W |

This is a place for those who love to shop Famous Brands. I've shopped here twice while travelling and this place just take so much of my travel time but it's all worth it. I love Coach products and to find an outlet here is good for me! There's always something on sale and the sales clerks are very helpful. We also love coming to Cabela's for my husband's outdoor needs :)

Disappointed

By donnakerryw |

I had not been to Seattle Outlets for a few years and was disappointed to find my favorite stores are no longer there.

Disappointing

By DP49 |

Yes, it’s an outlet mall, but besides its new clean exteriors, the majority of stores offer low-end brands. We were in the area and decided to go into a couple of the handful of high-end names represented here. We expected a broad selection as found at the respective parent stores, what we found were limited style selections and sizes. If you have time to waste looking for a great bargain and are willing to fight the crowds milling about then this is a go to destination. But, if you are a serious shopper in need of a quality item then you will do better to watch for end-of-season sales at high-end retailers. I doubt that we will ever return.

Good variety of stores to select from

By Brian V |

A lot of walking required as there is a lot of shops here. Bargains to be found if you walk around and check them out. We were lucky enough for Crab Tree & Evelyn to have 75 percent off the entire store. Worked out good for some upcoming birthday and Christmas gifts.
There is a food court there as well to eat at and washroom close by. Lots of Starbucks around there to.

Great place to shop, fair deals but no steals

By luv2trip2 |

Great for shopping but don't bring your appetite, there are really no good food options. Plan on eating at a nearby restaurant. Can get very crowded on the weekends when tour buses show up. One of the largest outlets I have been to anywhere and I have traveled quite a bit.

Ehh - I don"t get this place...

By BILL A |

Lots of stores, kept very clean but the only thing "Premium" about this place are the prices. There were no bargains. They should rename this outdoor mall to Seattle Extremely Marked-up Retail Stores. We won't be back....

Great shopping experience

By nurwanasulaiman |

Great selections!! Shopped till I dropped! Went after Christmas and the deals are crazy! Definitely recommend heading there at that time for great deals.

A good place to bargain hunt

By qwerty613 |

This mall has everything in high end outlets, but the stores do not carry everything. This is an outside mall so dress accordingly.

Best Shopping with Zero security

By ShishirDK |

Shopping is good but security is useless.once you are done with the shopping don't keep your shopping bag anywhere on chair or table even in food court near you. This will be stolen.I had a bad experience of this. When we asked to watch the camera they could not do that.Mall manager is not at all responsible.Does not pick the call nor returns any call.Filed a 911 case as well but no hope.Be very careful and keep all your belongings with you all the time.

Great shopping

By aristalaw |

A large selection of outlet shops including stores like Armani, Ralph Lauren and Adidas. Lots a deals and specials are offered in all of the stores.

Not many choice

By willa w |

Thought this one would be like those in New York, however a bit disappointed. The items in the shops are not of deep discount, even more expensive than city shopping mall when there is a sales. And not many choice as mostly old fashion items displayed.

It's an outdoor mall - so cold in the winter

By nlance2016 |

I wanted to stop here to go to L'Occiitane where I always found wonderful deals. To my disappointment, they are no longer there. I usually bought Christmas presents for all my female friends there and they loved it. Went to Crabtree and Evelyn to see if I could find gifts there but didn't see anything. Ended up not buying anything.

Worth going if you enjoy shopping

By MNGY |

There are so many shops and I think it would take more than a day to visit all of them. If you are on a tight schedule, be strategic. Grab a map and decide which brands you really like and go for those first. It is easy to lose track of time when you are busy browsing, calculating and looking for good deals.

Great Selection - average prices

By EagerB |

While staying at the Tulalip Resort, we wandered over to the outlet stores. This particular one has a great selection from which to chose, how ever we found not all had our sizes in some instances. Prices seemed to be about average.

Great Deals

By DontStopExploring |

Lots of stores with great deals to be had. Food court is too limited though. Lots of parking. Would visit again when in the area.

Shop till you drop!

By Melaniestravels |

Fab outdoor courtyard style Mall - We'd promised out 16 year old daughter a 'shopping day' before we left Seattle - There was plenty of choice for Teens and also all the family (I think that we her parents bought more than her)!! Very clean, nice relaxed atmosphere with spacious layout, plenty of parking (even for our RV)! Good prices especially in the 'outdoors shops' such as Columbia - usual Starbucks and Mall type dining . . all the designers you come to expect from this type of outlet - google their website for a list of stores before you visit.

Great selection of stores

By WendyBell17 |

The Seattle Premium Outlets is worth the effort made to get there. Lots of stores, open air and well organized. We took advantage of the post holiday sales and found a number of items from a snow jacket to formal wear, the prices and selections were perfect.

Great Outlet center!

By TimeTravelerClub |

Many stores to choose from, prices are lower in comparison to normal stores as should be. Nothing special, but good ambiance to get away and do some self indulging shopping!

Fun!

By Jonathan V |

Loads of fun and loads of shops. While we were visiting they had additional discounts so was well worth the visit!

Great Retail Therapy

By Scorah |

A very good selection of High Street shops offering plenty of bargains. The lay out is easy to navigate, but be prepared for big crowds, especially at weekends. The downside is the inadequate food court; too small and limited dining options.

Shoping with girl friends

By Tracy S |

We went down on weekend of Aug 5 to 7th, don't know what was happening down there but place was packed.
Did find a great pair of Clark shoes for a wedding.

Better than prices in shops!

By myghetto |

How to get there: Definitely hire a car. We went to Alamo and got a Nissan Altima for $66.88/day with full insurance no excess. You can get it for $32 with no insurance. Takes about 30mins from downtown to the outlets. Very easy to get to as well. Pretty much just get on the highway and you are there. Cheaper than getting the $79/pp bus there and having to leave at specific times. The outlet closes at 9pm so no rush when you drive.

Armani: some 50% off but still expensive.
Hugo Boss: some 50% off but still expensive.
Armani Exchange: Good deals. Tshirts for 19.99. Nice chinos and track pants for 29.99 (better than adidas ones for 19.99).
North Face: Good deals on jacket, vests etc. Some are current styles for full price in stores at 40-50% off.
Columbia: Same as North Face. There was an Ex Diamond Outdry Down jacket for $500 down to $429 and 40% off. It was yellow though.
Wilson Leather: Very good deals for all kinds of jackets, not just leather. All branded as well: Calvin Klein, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger and more. One jacket hey have can also be found at the Calvin Klein outlet store but for $13 cheaper ($79.99 vs $93)
Calvin Klein: Ok deals but Amazon ended up being cheaper (or Winston Leather) on items I looked at.
Nike: some good discounts but Australia ends up cheaper in most of the items (weak AUD)
Adidas: better deals than Nike. $4.95 tshirts, thick ball pants for $10 and discounts on already heavily discounted items.
Polo Ralph Lauren: probably not a good time to go unless you hit Black Friday. Even with 40% off it’s still cheaper to get in Aus outlet.
There’s more but I can’t be stuffed listing them all.

Lots of bathrooms. I like how you have a choice of paper towel or air dryers dry your hands. All tap are automated and you can find hand sanitizer stations outside to keep germs away.

Food court. It’s crazy how the food court prices are similar to downtown prices. Had a large customised Mexican bowl overfilled with all salads and vegetables, steak and chicken for $11. We ate there for lunch and dinner.

Definitely check this place out. We stayed til 9 and filled the trunk up to the max.

Always good fun shopping here!

By Olya A |

I love the variety and amount of stores at these Tulalip (Seattle) Premium Outlets. They have a lot of great and popular brands here and some great restaurant options nearby, for when you're ready to add a bit of "tipsy" to shopping or simply, it importantly, get a bite to eat.

I've come across many great sales at the various stores here on all kinds of occasions over the years. Many options to shop for clothes for all occasions and for pretty much all ages and styles.

I love that these outlets have the Kate Spade store, where the purses are frequently generously discounted and the selection is great! They have a couple of high end designer stores, such as DVF, Burberry, Tory Burch, and more! DVF has some good discounts now and then and such unique feminine pieces. Love.

They finally opened an outlet Lululemon store, which I need to check out for myself.

Totally worth the drive if you like the list of shops which are fully listed on their website. The parking is often busy, but the lots surround the shopping center and they even have a garage - always space somewhere.

Customer service was incredible!

By lumeljay1 |

I had been here prepandemic so I knew what to expect as far as stores but the customer service was absolutely wonderful! I have problems walking so only headed to stores I really wanted to go to but was so impressed but the welcoming and helpful staff. First stop was the Kipling store where with the staffs assistance I bought one purse then returned a day later for another. These purses last forever so you really only need one and the regular prices are quite high. Such amazing staff. The same held true for Lane Bryant and the Vans store. Thanks for making my day! All the stores where purchases weren’t made were helpful and at tentative as well.

Holidays and AAA discounts

By Rachel T |

If you have a triple A card go to the food court for discounts and package that together with a holiday deal and you score big!

Back to school shopping at its finest

By Clay P |

This wasn’t our first trip, so again we are here.. it’s a weekend day so the shops were extremely busy, plenty of reason why when you see the hot deals that can be found! Many name brand places to many to list really. Plenty of parking eateries in the mall and out a casino nearby if that’s your bit too! We will be back’

Wake up call

By Anagard |

We go shopping here several times a year. Normally, I would praise the vast selection of stores. But our recent experience was , unfortunately, ruined by the fact that public areas were in a really bad condition.
I understand that weekends are busy, but both men's and women's restrooms were in an appalling condition !
NO toilet paper , NO soap to wash your hands properly, and NO paper towels to dry your hands.
Ended up searching for a dispenser with hand disinfectant ... Found three of those ALL were EMPTY.
This is a disgrace, and I hope whoever is in charge will read this review.
Visited on Saturday , July 28 2018 .

Amazing number of stores!

By Robert S |

Visited last Fall. There were a ton of stores and overall the facility was practicing good covid-19 safety standards for the most part. Good selections and easy to get around.

A great shopping place

By AlbertoGuidoTel-Aviv |

Also if about 1 hour far from Seattle it is a place to be visited. All major brands are presenting their past season products at affordable prices.A must for the shoppers addicts.

An amazing outlet but a mad house

By Smoltman |

Our daughter in law wanted to shop at this outlet. We arrived around 2pm and the parking lot was FULL! They had all the big name brands and each store was full of patrons. Line ups were long but the shoppers did not seem to care! This is definitely a place for hard core shoppers and people watchers!

Great deals

By Jen H |

Great deals, great stores! Disney store, Kate Spade, Coach, North Face, etc. We went on a Sunday afternoon in July and the mall was busy but not unmanageably so.

Lots of shops & remember to get saving book with Passport

By Nelly_Richmond_BC |

Lots of shops here and remember to show your passport at the food court if you are not American. You will get a saving booklet which give you 20% off additional at most of the shop for your first item. No wifi but you can get one hour free wifi at startbuck near food court....slow connection but better than no wifi.

Best Outlet Mall I have seen!

By JaysonC1974 |

Okay, I am not a shopping expert but my wife and 3 daughters shopped for about 6 hours here! Tons of great stores to see and shop at. Oddly enough the only thing that I thought was weak was the food court. Great place to shop in the summer for back to school shopping!

Nice selection of the usual outlet and high end stores

By Carey S |

This outlet mall differs from others due to some very high end brands - Burberry, Tumi, Vince, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, and Diane von Furstenberg. There’s also a Helly Hansen, The North Face and Columbia for cold weather clothing shops. The mall is very clean and well kept. The only gripe is the lack of a decent selection of restaurants - the current selection is underwhelming, though there is a Panera Bread down the street.

Excellent and must visit place

By machogiri |

Excellent Place. Has company outlets of all major brands and the prices are real rock bottom. A very spread-out place with great ambience. A must visit.

Overpriced; under-attractive.

By Jerry H |

There are few real bargains in this "outlet mall" --Most of the stores seem to have the same prices as their "real" stores. This works out to few if any real attractive prices.

The stores are lined up cheek by jowl, and built without any weather protection between the rows of stores. It tends to rain in most months of the year, and shoppers are bound to get rained upon.

Post-construction, the builders decided to add huge tent-like canopies suspended by large, heavy steel works. Yet, the canopies are only partly successful in keeping rain off the shoppers.

Also, the wide pedestrian walkways intersect at points where there is NO weather protection at all.

In short, there is a nice outlet mall about 30 miles north on I-5 near the town of Burlington, WA where prices in the same brand stores are significantly better.

Crowded

By Sherie B |

Crazy, crowed. Not that great of prices. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The parking is horrible. Bad experience.

Excellent open air outlet mall

By Minnie |

Here is a perfect outlet mall that has stores and food for everyone!
I stopped at the Disney store, Stance Sox store, Hot Topic, Starbucks too!
I recommend if your in the area go check it out!

Lots of shops, but not that much cheaper than regular malls

By nononesense |

Lots of shops, but the food court is not that great. We would prefer Alderwood mall better. For shoppers, this place is heaven. It has all of the good brands from clothes to high end jewelry stores. It also can be a great place to walk around all day.

Great Shopping!

By Mirbre |

Two of my favorite stores have left the outlet malls so that is disappointing, but there is still an excellent selection for shopping. The stores have outside entrance, so you need an umbrella if it happens to be raining in Seattle! Take advantage of the coupons and coupon booklets that are available online. Easy access off the highway, near Tulalip Resort and Marysville.

Same ol outlets as everywhere else!

By TravelQueen90211 |

Not a fan of outlet malls in general, but came here with my niece after much begging and pleading. Visited around 6pm on a Saturday. It was a really hot day, so it was still pretty crowded. Lots of parking, and same shops as any other outlet..coach, Nike, Adidas, Levi's...etc...stores are always over crowded, and everything says sale...but don't find that the prices are much different than mall prices. Outlet mall had a live band playing which I actually thought was a nice touch. It also has a food court which is full of various fast food restaurants. Outlet mall is located next to the casino, so I guess if you win big and outlet malls are your thing, go for it! Not a fan myself, but my niece loves this place. And judging by the number of other teens roaming and shopping, they love it also.

Great place to come... wait for the sales

By Taz O |

It was just a coincidence that I came on the Columbus Day sale weekend (Sunday). The shops were all having one type of a sale or another. What I loved was that shops I could never afford in Vancouver suddenly had affordable prices. I bought clothes from the Calvin Klein store, a watch from the Fossil store, Shoes from the Nike store -- and the discounts were great. Wow was it crowded -- but after 7pm the place emptied out even though the shops were open until 9pm (Later on, I heard it was sports night on tv).

Parking was tough, but I got lucky and spotted someone leaving just as I was entering.

The "regular price" on stuff looked high to me, so I'd strongly recommend waiting until a Sale Weekend before coming here (if you can handle the crowds)... Black Friday anyone ?

Please clean the bathrooms

By Dottie B |

Went school clothes shopping on Friday the 31st. Had great customer service at both Guess and Tommy Hilfiger.... But then needed to use the restroom. I went into the woman's rest room in the food court and it was horribly disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor.. clean AND dirty toilet paper.. the garbages were over flowing, including the stall garbages... Not something I want to see or work around to be able to use the restroom. I was completely disgusted.

Nice for the outlet mall fanatics

By Allison Helene |

If you are looking for some good deals on clothing, accessories, shoes, etc. this is the place to go. It's right next to the casino, easy to find. Lots of good stores and has some designer stores as well. Very clean and up kept. Would go again.

Nice place to shop!

By Fabio Marchiori |

I had to buy some things I forgot to bring during my trip to Seattle, and the Premium Outlet was a very good place to go - for a July month, it was quiet (not very crowed) and the prices were attractive ... I do recommend spend some hours there, if you need it...
...But you should eat before you go since the restaurant options there are NOT very good.

Great place to shop and relax...

By 24sportstv |

We visited here while on our 28 day road trip from seated to San Diego. We were staying at Edmonds Harbour and nipped up here to do some shopping.

All in it has something for everyone as concerns shops and lots of dining / coffee options around the place. We had a good shop here and found some good bargains as well top end branded stuff.

There's plenty of easy parking.

All on you'll have a fun day shopping here so head on over if in and around the area.

Good luck.

Good choice of branded items

By Aileen B |

Lots of branded items that are affordable specially during their sale time. They always have good bargains and lots of choices

Outlet mall near casino

By EJJourney |

Outlet mall near Tulalip Casino, and a stop on the Bellaire Charter Seattle to Blaine. I was picking up the shuttle, got there early enough to do a little shopping. It's an outdoor mall, had lunch at a food court, Starbucks, and got a really good deal in the Croc outlet. Disney store prices did not seem discounted.

Exit 202 for Seattle premium outlet shopping

By DX4 |

We made a stop at the Seattle Premium Outlets on our way to Portland. We wanted to scope out deals and buy tax free when we got to Portland. Everyone else must have been on the same plan as shops were the pretty much the same but better selection here.

Pass by, don’t miss it

By Athena Tung |

The purpose of coming here is: buy, buy, buy. I wrote a list of what I wanted to buy before setting off, but the plan couldn't keep up with the changes. After buying things for relatives and friends, I found that there were still many items worth buying, so let's keep buying! My family in Taiwan even woke up early and let me start a video chat to choose the Coach bag I wanted. Wow, they even bought the most expensive one. It is worth mentioning that I actually met a retired colleague from Taiwan in the Coach store. Wow! We are so destined to meet each other thousands of miles away!

Lots to Choose From

By JERRYG448 |

This is definitely a great collection of outlet stores in one location. You need good walking shoes as there are a lot of stores. We were able to find parking easily.

Quick trip

By Leslie W A |

Just a quick run through the mall this time, but was able to find a very 'hard to find' men's chenille bathrobe.....thank you to Ralph Lauren!

Day trip

By sinaarwin |

This Outlet isn’t anything special. For an Outlet they are not really that much cheaper. People used to come here from Canada to get great deals but with the US dollar gone up it isn’t worth it anymore. I just like to come here and walk around, check out the casino across the street and grab some good food.

Awesome shopping

By S S |

I go to this mall regularly and like the stores and the sales. They seem to be getting more high end stores which is nice, but have closed down a couple of my favorites also.

A lot of shops, but not so convenient

By Davide |

There are many shops, but nothing so convenient as expected.
I've found the same or greater deals at Macy's in Downtown Seattle during sales period.

Not impressed

By ec0minded |

I've been here a couple of times now. I'd be surprised if I went back. The prices don't seem that cheap to me and there's too many people running around the place. In fairness to the place, I don't really care to shop, so my thoughts may not be relevant. There are sure a lot of Canadians that make the trip down to go through this place.

Not bad

By YUAN Y |

Not really into shopping, I just accompanied my friend to go there. Nice weather outside, so everything felt good. People in the shops are friendly. There were 50% discounts. But there are not many good restaurants around. Would come here if there is a need to buy clothes.

Terrible experience

By Mary A |

Stop there for 20 minutes and had my car broken into 3000 dollars worth of stuff that I had just bought stolen. Called 911 and was told they would send someone, after waiting a while no one came. Looked for security, none to be found ( unless they are under cover) that I could see. 2nd phone call and was told they would contact me and I still have not heard back.
People please be very careful. No security and no one response when you need them there. So make sure to leave anything of value at home before going shopping there.
As much advertising as is spent on Seattle Premium Outlet Mall ,you think they would have better security.

Lots of Variety - Easy Walk from Casino

By EagerB |

We walked over to the outlets to view the shops that they have. We were very impressed with the variety and found the prices comparible. This site is huge and a very easy walk from the Tualip Resort and Casino.

Good place to shop brands!

By Nostalgiyeah |

Being a resident of the Pacific Northwest, I've been here multiple times. There are two premium outlet stores in the Seattle area and this is by far the bigger of the two. I like the variety of shops and selection of merchandise. There is an extensive number of reputed brands. Some of the brands are pricey for sure, but that is probably not a feature unique to Seattle Premium Outlets, that is the case with most premium outlet malls I have been to. Depending on the time of the year and time of day, it might be hard to find a parking spot here and I've had my fair share of driving around trying to find a parking spot but never had to return for the lack of one!

Great shopping and collection

By Chef_RajeevCCC |

Great place for for shopping. You can get loads of stuff from great brands on very good prices,
Fantastic place to save money.

Good Shopping Great Beef Noodle at the food court

By anaest |

This outlet mall has a good selection of stores but it is outdoor rather than all under one roof so I imagine it may not be too nice during winter.

We have been to many outlet malls, the food court is usually in a sorry state in term of choice and quality of food. Hence the find of Taiwanese beef noodles in Cafe Bento inside the food court was a pleasant surprise. The soup noodles was very authentic, piping hot, tasty and with lots of beef and brisket. The price was reasonable and portion slightly small for North American standard. We would visit again just for the beef noodles alone, well done!

Beware of the traffic back to Seattle though especially if you have a train or flight to catch. Allow plenty of time. We left at 4pm and didn't get back to the hotel at Seattle till 6pm although at normal traffic it will only take 45 mins.

I don't think they are as cheap as they once were.

By aussietraveller59 |

Whenever in the States we alway visit one of the Premium outlets, this was no exception. From the suburb of Lynnwood, where we were staying , was about 30min.
The main reason we go, is to see if we can get golf gear. It's getting harder to find them these days but even harder to find ladies golf clothing and if you do it's for waif size models.
Did notice that Skechers shoe outlet is no different in price from the suburban stores. Izod which had great golf gear has closed most of its stores but in the Van Heusen store in the centre they had a reasonable selection of ladies gear going up to size 18. The men's section had double the amount. Lots of the stores such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour have a good selection of men's golf clothing. There is also a Taylormade store selling clubs, bags and clothing.
I'm not a 'brand name' purchaser and I look at some of the stores such as Armarmi, Guess, Ralph Lauren etc and think how can for example can a $200 bag or a $90 polo be a bargain.
I'm after a bargain and I'm finding that these stores put the RRP on the item, which is rarely used and then discount it by 70%, but your still paying retail. It's not a genuine bargain.
The best place to look in these stores are the final clearance racks usually at the back of the store, but you have to be lucky to get your size. A couple examples of bargains I got a black golf skort for $10.49 my husband band got a $90 quick dry Nike golf shirt for $19.95. These are the bargains I'm looking for.
People were still walking out with bags and bags goodies.

School shopping

By Berries1 |

Ok my wife said just a few minutes, 4 hours later we are done. Lots of shops and decent brands with reasonable prices, seemed like a few hundred use to spread further back when I was kid than now.

Too many upscale stores

By Sue C |

Glad to see the new Crocs store, the small stores are almost gone, too many upscale (coach, North Face, Banana Republic, etc) stores now. Would love to see more expansion for more different types of stores.

tulalip

By summer1972 |

come check it out nice clean welcoming and great prices a lot to see and tons of name brand stores to enjoy

Great outlets

By Megan F |

I love this outlet mall - there’s something for everyone with a great selection of stores, and it’s kept up very well, nice and clean. Lots of great sales!

Jacked up prices, long lineups and avoidable rest rooms

By Ravi S |

Difficult to find parking. Found the prices to be very high to cover the sales so much that even after 50% discount you may find prices cheaper online. There are line ups outside the shops to control the maximum allowed numbers and washrooms are dirty and that if you ever able to wait 20-30 mins in line. Not sure why we flock to these shops. It is about time we build more outlets in Canada ra there than driving all the way to Seattle and going through a horrible shopping experience.

Nice place to shop

By Rehsinup19 |

My wife and I come here from time to time when we visit my parents. There are a lot of nice stores here that offer quality items at reasonable prices. I have bought a couple of suits here and was pleased by the quality and fit. Wilson leather, Van Heusen, Nike, Gap, Levi's and Skechers are just a few of the many options that offer a good product at a good price here.

It's okay for shopping

By WojtekLisicki |

This place is okay for shopping with acceptable variety of shops. On rainy days it's not that great, too much open space

Worth the visit.

By Linda M and Doug H |

You never know what you will find or where you will find it, but there are always good quality products at reasonable prices somewhere. We find several items every time we go.

Shoppers Heaven

By gaylyneh |

Great outlet mall if you enjoy shopping. My son is the shopper, I am not, however, this mall has lots of seating for those who aren't into shopping, or for the shoppers needing a break. Indoor food court, with acceptable restrooms

Beautiful

By tatlimrj |

This outlet mall is beautiful and has some great stores. It is also bigger than you think. However, eat before you arrive otherwise you'll be hungry.

Shop, Shop till you Drop!

By Patty G |

You can't beat the shopping experience at Seattle Premium Outlets! It is conveniently located off I-5, and is located on the Tulalip Tribes Reservation. The are many high end outlet stores offering great prices. There is something for everyone, from Columbia Sports to Dolce & Gabana. There is lots of parking which is under the watchful eye of a security company. There is also a food court for hungry folks, whether you want a Starbucks coffee or a meal. The only down side is this is not a fully enclosed mall but they do a really good job of protection over each "alley" of shops.

Losing Stores

By Gretchen H |

Many of the stores that drew me to this place have moved out. Now it caters to foreign speaking rich tourists staying at the nearby casino. I shop elsewhere now.

Seattle Premium Outlet not for the handicapped

By gbmoneymatters |

Absolute worst mall for handicapped shoppers. Only 2 wheelchairs available for handicapped. NO stores had automatic doors for wheelchairs or handicapped. Absolutely tereible

Something for everyone

By thedistractedtourist |

I visit the outlet mall at least twice a year. A superb selection of outlets avl. Close to Tulalip Resort for breakfast or lunch.

Wide variety of stores

By Winter_Grrl |

Good selection of stores to choose from, we especially like the North Face store and Lucky Brand. Also like the Carters Childrens store. Overall, typically outlet mall with nice outdoor space. Lots of shopping, not always the best deals/prices.

Seattle Premium Outlets

By Marie R |

Situated right next door to a great casino in the Pacific Northwest. This outlets mall contains upper end stores. Beautiful outdoor setting.

Many stores to choose from, but not budget friendly.

By Athena D |

This outlet mall had many brand name stores to choose from, but I didn't feel that the prices were that budget friendly. I have gotten better deals on items from my local mall. I felt like they are taking advantage of out of country/state tourists. Most stores only offered 30% - 50% off BUT items seemed marked up! Gymboree had everything in the store $9.00, which was above average deal. I did appreciate the mall was 75% covered so didn't need my umbrella much. Over fun to visit but probably would not returned.

Great selection of stores

By ChitchatCanada |

We have shopped at this Outlet Mall many times and have been happy with every visit.
There is a large selection of stores and the store staff are friendly and welcoming.
The mall is quite large and spread out so be sure to wear good walking shoes and bring some drinking water, especially in the summertime.
There are many great deals to be found here so give yourself lots of shopping time.

Quick Visit

By Tammie C |

Today's visit was for a quick exchange, but this is a good outlet mall. I have been here on other occassions. Some have been for general shopping and for holiday shopping. I prefer to know ahead of time which stores I want to visit, check the map, get in and get out. I have never had any problems, I am just not a crowd person and during peak times this place can be very crowded.

Meh...

By Kevin L |

It's a big outdoor outlet mall usually packed with Canadian tourists. Too many of the stores lack good prices - you can't even tell it's an outlet in many cases. It does have a good variety of stores and there are good restaurants nearby which is good because the food court leaves much to be desired.

Worth the trip

By bookworm9992001 |

Perhaps there were many sales on, I found the centre to have many stores that made my trip really worth it.( as compared to stores in Australia. In addition, there are greater choices) Required much longer, at least an entire day , which I did not have, much to my regret.

Pretty typical outlet mall, extensive array of stores

By kwa829 |

This is a fairly typical outlet mall . . . far from a city, large selection of stores (pretty much the usual suspects). It's unclear whether you really get bargains compared to "non-outlet" locations, but in any case you have a lot of brands represented all in the same place, so it is convenient.

Be aware that the "mall" is outdoors and dress accordingly.

It can be really busy on weekends. If possible, you might want to consider visiting on a Mon-Thu evening, when parking will be less of a challenge and smaller crowds make for a more peaceful and relaxed shopping experience. My most recent visit was on a Wednesday evening, and it was great.

I liked that at several stores, I was given a friendly and sincere-sounding "welcome" upon walking in the door, and a friendly "thanks for coming in" while exiting, even when I did not buy anything. This was on a Wednesday evening visit; you probably would not expect this at a busier time (and of course that's understandable).

A couple of complaints:

1. The food court is small and lacks familiar offerings.

2. The access from/to Interstate 5 is a bit circuitous and clumsy. Traffic jams develop on the frontage road alongside I-5.

3. I asked the guy staffing the "information booth" if he could tell me what would be some good stores to find swimwear. He didn't know. Seems to me that people staffing the information booth should know this kind of thing inside out. When they hire a new employee for the information booth, my suggestion would be that on their first few days of work, and then occasionally thereafter, they spend their entire shift visiting each and every store and making mental notes of what each one is all about and what they have.

Great Deal of Selection

By 247Hitt |

Good place with lots of shops to cater for all types of your clothing and footwear needs.
Also, there is a medium size food court with variety of delicacies.

Good outlets, good prices

By mariedesjardins |

Visited in July 2014. Although I didn't find anything to buy, there were some good deals in many of the stores. It was a rainy day so didn't spend much time walking in the courtyard areas. Tried to go in stores more. Small food court, not much options. I ended up eating a grilled cheese from Starbucks and a hot drink. Good variety of retailers from higher end to midrange. Not too large to cover in an afternoon.

Shop at your peril

By Stiv_Wa |

Good place to shop, but know your prices. Parking can be a problem close to the holidays or weekends... if you want less crowds .. week days are better. There is food in the “mall” but better food at the casino or nearby.

Great shopping

By rodb987 |

Great shopping but the food court is very lacking. There is Subway, a pasta pizza place 2 Chinese places plus Chinese food truck outside and that’s it.

Shopping!

By redndn |

Wife and daughter was wanting to go outlet mall shopping and only place was 45 minutes from Seattle! I wasn't to thrilled do to traffic in Washington but was happy with all the deals to be had at this mall including coach, Merrill, Wilson, Michael kors and a lot of women's and men's favorite places to shop! There's something for everyone but try to leave by 12-1pm and eat and shop till after 6-7pm or plan on being in traffic for two to three hours! Well worth it for the savings.

It's the best place to shop for areas like Seattle, Bellevue etc.

By Priyanka136 |

This place never disappoints me. You get a huge variety for everything right from clothes to shoes to accessories at very cheap price. If you are commuting by public transport, it's a pain but if you own a car, then this is the go to place for all your shopping needs.

Awesome Shopping!

By SherryHolman |

I'm a handbag addict so of course I hit Coach, Michael Kors and Dooney & Bourke first. The Coach store was one of the largest I have been in...a very large men's section. The service at Michael Kors was outstanding and they had a great selection. There are a lot of nice stores there so give yourself enough time to shop. We only had a few hours so felt really rushed. They also have a large food court that has a variety of food choices. Overall our shopping experience was great. We stopped there after leaving Portland on our way to Seattle.

No Guy Stores

By Bob R |

Seattle Premium Outlets has a lot of high end outlet stores, parking lot is mostly filled up most days. My job when I take my wife is to find a place to sit and hold her bags. The mall is uber-crowed on Canadian holidays, at these times some of the visitors tend to be rude and pushy, not to mention the impossibility of finding a parking space with-in a half mile. My advise to any man taking his wife shopping is to drop her off and go to Cabela's just down the road, and wander around until she is ready to be picked up.

Probably my last trip to this outlet

By Leena N |

I just couldn't find anything of value here. The prices were generally average and the selection was disappointing, even at the stores that used to be my standbys, like Jockey and Banana Republic. Ended up buying a few shirts from the Gap and heading to Bellevue's Ross and DSW. The experience rating: Meh.

Great deals

By Jolie C |

The Michael Kors store is so much better priced than the coach store at this outlet mall. Found some other really great deals as well and was able to get all my Christmas shopping done in one place.

Love this outlet!

By Chokladerika |

This was our second visit to the Outlet. First time was three years ago. The place gives you a perfect, modern and convenient shopping experience. There are so many nice deals and we recommend to go there on a weekday. Now we were there on a Monday and that was perfect. Very few people!

Nice outlet with great discounts

By Jack T |

We went here on a Monday, relatively empty so got lots of spaces and attention from the staff, generally lots of discounts however some popular sizes are out of stock such as small and medium, we happened to catch a heavy rain here, the drainage system was not as effective as expected and I wished there is continuous shelter build so that we are not soaking wet trying to cross the pavement!

Good shopping when the weather is good

By USAPappa |

This is an outdoor mall, so you'll want to visit when the weather is warmer and dryer than it is in February. There are a lot of good brands here, and enough variety to please most everyone. Food court is nothing special, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants and fast food to serve your needs.

Great Day Shopping

By andyonekanobie |

There were many shops to browse and we picked up some bargains. We both got some shoes from Nike and as I'm into fitness I got some t-shirts and a sweatshirt. You definitely need to look out for the sales and bargains but overall a good day.

great selection of stores

By Neil L |

This Outlet Mall includes the usual chains like Polo, Calvin Klein, Coach, Levis and more. You can get a discount book from the information centre although many of the stores require spending over $100 to get the discount.
A better buy if available is the $10 donation to the Susan Komen Cancer fund which gives you a coupon valued at 25% off one item at participating stores.
Like other outlet malls there are so many additional sales, discounts, promotions etc. that often you don't know the actual cost until you pay for it.
I recommend going on a weekday and not close to Back to School, or Xmas so you can get extra service and not fight the crowds

Many high-end designer stores

By Chris V |

This outlet mall is better than most, with a selection of high end stores and a good mix of restaurants to boot. My wife loves the Theory, Armani, Burberry, and Kate Spade outlets, while I love the North Face, Columbia, and Arc’teryx outlets. There are some restaurants around the mall, including Olive Garden, Bobs Burgers and Brew, and McDonald’s (Starbucks go without saying around here), and the Tulalip hotel and casino is within walking distance if you want to make a day of it.

Shopping trip

Oct 19th weekend on trip to watch Seahawk game. Shopped at Nike, Under Armour, Skechers, 7 for all mankind, Jockey, Tommy Bahama and Starbucks.

They have been able to maintain a high standard

By ROBERT S |

We have been regulars since the place opened and the quality and selection is as good as any outlet center. The expansion a few years ago brought some different stores and there is always a litte transition. Get the on line coupon book and special sales to help you with your shopping.

Shopping for kids clothes

By Natalie W |

Love these outlets. Some stores are actually discount stores such as Carters, Gap and Nike. Many are regular retail prices and that is dissapointing. It is outdoor shopping between stores so dress warm.

Shopping!

By SoCal_TrvlGal |

Had a couple of hours to kill so decided to do some shopping.

Disney had their big sale and found some great deals for back-to-school items. Cute flip flops for $2.99. A Minnie Mouse polka dot blue and white with red glitter accent bow. The other was a Frozen themed flip flop with flower accent. My little one was delighted and we bought 2 pairs at that bargain price!

Found a few things at Coach. Their clearance at the time was 75% off so bought a crossbody purse and few things for stocking stuffers (yes, I am a planner). Found a credit card/business card holder that was $12 including tax!

The information desk was more than helpful. They are really friendly and one gave my daughter a "scavenger" hunt map so she can count how many soda vending machines she could spot. There was a little reward (token?) if she came back to report her hunt. It kept her occupied as we walked around the stores.

I happened upon a load of tourists when we stopped at the food court. It was a little annoying that some were cutting in line to be with friends when ordering, but we waited patiently. I wasn't sure if they understood the ordering system honestly.

The outlet mall is great but takes more than a couple of hours to maximize the shopping trip. Will definitely be back!

Very busy

By Carole W |

It's always very busy there's a lot of busses from Canada . The mall offers a lot of nice stores to choose from, and many kiosk in the middle. If your shopping on a rainy day you'll be needing your umbrella because it's not covered. But all in all its a nice place to shop in the Marysville area

Good deal

By Marilyn C |

The premium outlet has a log of stores signature selection. They offer a very good deal in every purchased and exchange rate is quite high too. Though really a lot of shoppers and mostly offers an affordable price in garments. Ladies will enjoy the Coach and MK outlet store prices. And Disney stores offers more deal too. Food court offers good food and washroom are clean snd refresh time to time..

Great variety of stores.

By Debbie C |

We love to shop at the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall. They have the stores we like to shop at and many others that are new to me but fun to explore.

Good Finds, Decent Foodcourt

By Sherr503 |

I loved the selection as we struck some good deals with a few name brands. I wish we could have allotted more than half a day as we skipped some stores in the interest of time.

The foodcourt has limited choices but a couple of the food joints we tried offered decent-tasting fastfood.

The only downside was the bathrooms were not cleaned and by 830pm, they really looked gross. I hope the management can work on this.

Nonetheless, this outlet mall is worth visiting.

Lots of great deals!

By Esther T |

Even though the Canadian dollar is so crappy we still like to travel down to get good deals at the Outlets. On the last visit it was raining heavily and the Outlets are not completely covered so we ended up quite soaked. There were lots of stores and with lots of great deals to be had. That being said on the way out we saw a sign that said Canadians get a free savings passport from guest services so we will have to utilize it next time. Lots of variety we will certainly return.

Great place to shop❗️😊

By Travel makes you Richer in Life |

My family went for shopping and was happy that there are many new stores and lots of improvements. But I must tell you it was already good before the improvements.

Shop, shop, shop to your hearts desire ❗️

Plenty of shops and good prices

By aok47 |

Plenty of variety of shops to cater for the whole family. All the staff in the shops were super attentive and willing to help.

This place is HUGE!

By Charlene L |

The access and parking could use a lot of improvement, but there are a lot of high end shops. Stores do come and go. A lot of Canadians cross to shop here.

Girl time trip

By Sarah R |

Wonderful place to stay, we had room 922 very close to the elevator but we heard no noise. We had two queen beds the bed was super comfortable and we both slept soundly. The bathroom is like a private spa, the shower has three heads that you can direct. We had a mini fridge to keep our wine cold and there was a coffee pod machine. They supply both coffee mugs, wine glasses and water glasses. We will be back the distance to the outlet mall, casino and so many places to eat out. The check in was quick and friendly. I can't wait to return with my husband.

Busy!

By Jeannette H |

It's always pretty busy here which usually keeps me away. When I choose to visit I find average deals, but maybe I'm just not looking in the right places. /shrug.

Premium Shopping

By Brenda M |

We shopped here and it was great, easy parking and accessibility off the highway! Lots of deals to be had. Had a little difficulty using my phone because the Internet service was not great and to speak to someone on the phone you could not be inside the store because reception was not good. I will definitely shop here again if I am in the area.

Great place to shop

By paulivibe |

Many big brands around this outlet. Good buys too.... must go outlet in Maryville... discounts deals were awesome

Shopping outlet

By Val G |

Attractive outdoor outlet mall. Lots of free parking (crowded). More stores than you can imagine. All the popular stores plus many more. Good size good court. Beautiful out door fountain with plenty of seating. Vlose to the freeway, Tulalip Casino, restaurants and hotels. I only gave it 3 stars because most of the stores are extremely expensive. Definately not what an outlet mall used to be. Expect big crowds, especially on weekends and holidays.

Worth the ride

By lutz k |

I am a big fan of Premium outlets and this one has everything you expect. We spend several hours here, incl. the Chinese Food in the food court and I think it is worth the 40 min ride from downtown Seattle. We combined it with our tour to the Boeing factory (about 20 mins from the outlet) and did the trip in a rental car. Sign up for the vip club to get some additional savings.

Love the Outlet mall in Marysville. Partially covered so ok in any weather. Mall VIP coupon available in food court. Can grab a Starbucks while you shop for great products at great prices!

Shopping fun

By Vicki R |

Great place to go shopping for bargains. Not so great when the weather is rainy and windy though....

Outlet Variety

By trophywest |

With the standard clothing stores, there is a variety of stores catering to sporting goods, specialty foods, or other specialty stores. Most will find something to their interests.

Overwhelming

By SJL1605 |

Huge place but some great deals on offer. Takes time to find your way around but if you have patience you can find real bargains.

Lots of stores with limited selections

By Ryan Hubris #1 in Vietnam |

There are quite a few stores but we find selections are limited due to over-shopping. If you are really bored, you can stop by. Perhaps others find it more appealing than us.

Decent but crowded

By Christian D |

Yes you can make good deals there but not always. Best to go early because it gets crowded and parking gets rare.

Pretty good outdoor mall

By robby321 |

Some wifi hotspots, mostly the starbucks. Good variety of clothes shopping, and the Kate Spade store had a waiting lineup outside to control the size of the crowd inside. Good deals all around.

For the ones who like to shop

By Chul S |

Great shopping arcade, mainly brandname clothing and accessaries , e.g. Hugo boss, Coach, Nike, Kelvin Klien, Banana Repiblic, Nine West, Polo Ralph Lauren , DKNY. It' s about 40 miles, I guessed, north of Seattle. Took a bit more than an hour by taxi which cost $ 105 from downtown Seattle.

Nice area

By Mel T |

Lovely area to walk around the shops. Good selection of shops and good bargains in all shops. Worth a visit.

Shopping after the holidays

By raven99803 |

We had a great trip, a fun family weekend after the holiday. Stayed at Tulalip Resort with indoor pool and shuttle service to the outlet mall.

A Premium Experience

By FiftyFifty5050 |

We visited a Premium outlet in Arizona a couple of years ago and this one was almost a carbon copy, including the Casino.

Easy to find off the highway and with oodles of parking, plus plenty of places to find a bite to eat - from the excellent food court with menus from around the world, to snack outlets, such as pretzels.

Plenty for everyone here and in all price ranges, clothes, home accessories, beauty, luggage etc. Many of the outlets have special discounts, visit the information desk within the food court for a map of the site and a leaflet outlining all the discounts available.

Masks were required in all shops, hand sanitiser freely available and, for some shops, restricted numbers, so you might find yourself queueing to get in, but visitors were happily accepting all restrictions.

This is. large site; if you come without any specific thing to look for, you might find yourself wandering aimlessly.

That said, well worth a visit.

Annual big shop

By Kerstin M |

This is one of the better Outlets in the west. It had good stores from the beginning and keeps improving every year. The discount booklet is a nice touch. Get it at the information office at the northern entrance at the start of your shopping day.
Very good variety of shops, something for everyone. Starbucks coffee has two locations now--have not encountered St.B. at any other outlet! Good layout with signage for restrooms etc. Ram Restaurant & Brewery is fairly new. A good spot for lunch.

Great bargains.

By Margaret D |

This centre is about 40 mins drive north of Seattle. All the traditional name brands are on sale and for $5 you can purchase a discount booklet to save more at many of the stores. This is a great place to stop on the way to Vancouver BC.

Excellent range of stores, lots of bargains

By Karen M |

I wanted a bit of retail therapy and this centre was recommended. It's well signposted from the freeway and has tons of parking. There's a wide range of stores from US designers like Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger to shopping mall favourites
like Banana Republic and JCrew. There seemed to be loads of a sporting brands - Nike, Under Armour, Adidas to name just a few.

Lots of places to shop at

By Where_to_travel_next |

It’s been ages since I have been here. I must have been in a shopping mood as I did buy a few items. Lots of stores to choose from so make sure you do have a few hours to spend or you could be rushed to travel from one end to another. Lots of parking but when it is busy it can be hard to find a spot.

One of my must do shopping stops

By ileea |

I stop here every year when we are in Arlington on holidays. I always stop in at Crabtree & Evelyn to get my annual supply of lotions and potions. Some great deals to be had at the Disney store and other childrens stores. If you like to shop you could wander around here for hours finding bargains.

Resonanly sized outlet

By gryphonmonster |

Outlet shopping in the US is always a great experience with all the knockdown deals and stuff. We were unlucky to get caught in some bad traffic. The trip from seattle took us about 1.5hours. Booking an uber will cost at least $60. The standard brands were available. I did not walk into all the stores but i'll say what i can. The ralph lauren store was large with the mens taking almost the entire ground floor. The upper floor was made up of the ladies and childrens wear. The designs were not really great. It maybe be more worthwhile ordering from their website sales. The samsonites and tumi luggages did not seem very cheap even after the price slashed by half. North face had a wide selection and i got 2 pants at really good prices. There is a food court with a variety of cuisines, starbucks and a grill restaurant. Vending machines were available if drinks needed. Uber quite accessible, going back to seattle was a breeze.

Tommy Bahama’s and many others

By Turnkey56 |

We drove about 60 miles to get here as I love Tommy Bahama’s and the prices were fabulous. Usually ordered online or bought at Nordstrom’s but not anymore. So many other great stores also with lots of restaurants and the Tulalip Casino close by makes for a great day.

Used to be better

By RyanRuan |

About a decade ago, the Seattle Premium Outlet was a great place where a family could go out together, maybe with a friend or two, and have fun shopping. However, as the years go by, the prices have steadily increased, making the only premium thing in this outlet the prices.
The location is quite convenient: just off exit 202 on the I-5 freeway. The shops are well organized and clean, and most of the staff are friendly.

Just off 5 South

By StephenCross |

Seattle Premier Outlets are located just off Interstate 5 South. There are 130 different retail shops but it’s the same old stuff.

Always a Bargain

By MargaretBST |

When ever we get a chance to head to Seattle Premium Outlet Mall, we grab it. We always find at least a couple true bargains. Parking is great. We head over to the Cedars Café at the casino for a nice break and great meal.

Great Shopping!!

By TY Hum |

Great shopping trip! The only downfall is that they don't open until 10am. But no worries as there's a 24 hours Walmart just next door. Good place to grab some water and snacks because you could easily spend 6-7 hours shopping. :)

Not Worth the Time or Drive

By MMolina98034 |

I've been to the Premium Outlet Mall a few times hoping to find some good deals. Maybe I'm just cheap (this could definitely be my problem, lol!) but I'm never very impressed by the prices. I'm hoping to get a steal on something when I go there; however, often everything still seems pretty expensive & are still at prices I wouldn't pay. It's a little bit of a drive from where I live so I just don't feel that it's worth it. The one positive thing I will say is there is a good variety of stores. Otherwise save your gas. You can probably find a sale just as good or better @ the regular store closer to you!

Great discount! Hard to find a parking spot.

By Peter C |

I live in Vancouver but usually, I like to spend a day going to Seattle Premium Outlet and get some deals. I especially like to go to the Adidas outlet, Coach, Kate Spare and Hollister outlet, like Hollister they always have $12.95 a jean on sales.
But parking is a nightmare, you may spend 30 min -60 min to wait for a spot to park.
But now they got Valet Parking Services for your choice, it cost $7US.
You can find free wifi near Starbucks and inside Coach.

major bummer

By Harald MacGerhard |

the visit to Seattle Premium Outlets was the biggest disappointment during our one week stay in Seattle. I rented a car just to go to this place and what a bummer.

The food places here is disastrous, you can freeze to death, eating tough and tasteless food that seems to be made a couple of days ago.

The variety in shops are minimal and it seem they only here try to push onto you the crap products that they're not able to sell in the mainstream shops.

Just avoid this place.

Shipping lovers paradise

By fefa1986 |

Great place to hit a lot of store at one location ! Good prices ! Lots of parking! Also you can grab a bite! My favorite stores like Uggs and Nike offer a good discounts and big verity of items that you might not going to be able to find online or at the regular stores!!! Love this place!

++ Convenience Pitt Stop to Seattle ++

By toto l |

Very popular outlets during the 70's to 90's , two hours drive from Vancouver BC , it is great "Pit Stop " to Seattle , ample parking , it's worthwhile to spent a day here , over hundred top brand designer store to choose from , amazing 15% to 30% discount , lot of clothes you can not find in any store ! clean spacious food court variety globally food to choose from , plus some great restaurants close by Tulalip Casino just a throw stone away , mall not overcrowd impressed me most is how friendly polite all the mall staff plus lot of clean washroom around ! so so truth !, Shop till you drop !

Deep Pockets and Strong Resolve Required

By FiftyFifty5050 |

We visit family living in King County every couple of years and it wouldn't be a proper trip without a visit to the Tualip Outlet.
Easy to get to, plenty of free parking and lots of places to eat, top up your fluids and get rid of them!
Some of the players change between visits but there are sufficient good quality staples to keep us coming back - Levi's, Dr Martens, Loft, Gap, Crew Clothing, Kate Spade to name a few.
To be honest my other half would visit just for the opportunity to have the Orange Chicken dish from the Kung Pao Wok located in the Food Court and I have to have a warm Pretzel - everyone has their dish or food item which reminds them of America.
Discounts range from the relatively modest to REALLY good, it is always going to depend on what you are looking for.
At the risk of being a killjoy, its a good idea to come with a list or, at the very least, an idea of what it is you intend to buy, otherwise as the Borg would say 'Resistance is futile'.

Very nice place with lots of opportunities but not for all brands

By Raven West |

Very large place and lots of brands. You probably spend 3,4 hrs or may be more if u want to visit all the stores. Good to go for shopping but not many choices for eating.

Not that premium anymore

By Deus Ex Machina |

The outlet had discounts ranging from 15% to 30%, with stores like Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Adidas, Puma, and GAP. Parking was plenty with many slots available. However, I felt that some major discounts and a few other brands were missing. Despite that, we still ended up shopping quite a bit. It can be a bit of a drive if you’re near Seattle airport, but overall, the experience was decent, and we weren’t disappointed by the variety of stores available.

Big variety of brands

By Martin L |

The outlet is very similar to other Premium Outlet Malls, the only difference is really that there is a big variety of stores, probably the biggest I have seen. Everything works well, too much money spent (as usual).

Shopping - mother daughter day

By He Poe Aea |

The parking lot gets crowded so get there early, but we found the stores had plenty of available dressing rooms and helpful staff.

We were able to enjoy lunch at The Ram and get in some shopping and some fantastic deals.

Ralph Lauren, Theory and Hugo Boss all had things we were looking for. Ralph Lauren promotions this weekend were really great for quality merchandise.

We ran out of time but will definitely be back!

Some excellent deals here

By chepaddy |

Depending what you are looking for, you can get some great deals. Some stores better than others. Nike have excellent deals whereas the Adidas and Puma stores are not as good.
Other good deals to be found at Michael Kors where there was 40 - 60 % off all bags.
Only 30 mins north of Seattle, 2 hours south of Vancouver.

Exceeded our expectations

By Angela S |

We visited the Premium Outlets on Labor Day weekend - our first time! We were more than satisfied with the shops and most were offering some pretty spectacular deals which made it even better. We're from Canada and even with the exchange rate, it was more than worth it!

Some great deals...and coupon book

By Denise R |

Excellent shopping as it was Monday morning and not crowded. Make sure you go to the food fair and get their coupon book. If you show your Canadian passport or BCAA you can get the deals at many of the outlet stores.
We shopped for a few hours then went for lunch. They have a great Burrito restaurant. We shared one huge burrito which was delish.

Overpriced

By Sandie K |

Great selection but prices are no different than at regular stores. Skip it and get your sales locally as this outlet mall isn’t worth the trip.

Awesome Range

By Sally B |

We loved these outlets. There was a huge amount to choose from for everyone in the family. Food court didn't have much on offer but we weren't there to eat. Only complaint is that it's outdoors in an area where it's cold and rains a lot.

Attractive outlet mall

By Robert S |

This is an outlet mall like so many others, with all the major stores that you would expect. There were some good sales going on. This mall is arranged nicer than many with food vendors in the shop areas and an attractive food court. It was a very comfortable experience.

A lot of stores to check out!

By Dean L |

We spent a lot of time shopping at the outlet stores. It is well organized with lots of selection and some very good deals.

My wife did spend more time shopping than I did, and purchased a nice purse and shoes.

It would be good to have a restaurant or place to sit down and relax while shopping the day away.

Mega Outdoor Outlet Mall

By Amy K |

When you arrive, go to the information booth and get a free coupon book. Seniors also get a 10% discount on Tuesdays. Oregon residents shop exempt from sales tax.

I signed up for email offers with my phone and received an extra 20% off at one store.

Prices seemed comparable to other outlet malls. Not many locals, virtually all Canadian tourists. Food court and Starbucks on site, plenty of parking.

Visiting the Nike Store

By buguk1970 |

Very convenient having the Nike Outlet located in the Outlet Mall, vice driving to Seattle or Portland.

Great shopping - Spoiled by other issues.

By Shelley B |

First - great shopping! A lot of variety in choices for shopping with friendly staff. I shop their often and will continue to do so.
The problems - don't park there without comprehensive on your insurance. There are a lot of hit and runs and break ins. Upper parking level is worse. There are a lot of shoppers that come down from Canada and many of them are extremely rude to staff. The staff cannot saying anything back so they have to take their rudeness. I know it is not all that come down from Canada, but it is so many that they have developed a bad reputation. Another issue that has been disappointing is the non renewal of leases for some stores. The companies are doing good business there and had no desire to leave and the lease was not renewed. This has had a huge impact on long term staff with companies (and my shopping). Lastly, parking. Limited access to parking lots and not enough spaces.

Deals

By articusblue |

We had a great time going from store to store. We found some great deals. I also found other items i haven't seen in stores. Everyone was friendly and it was a relaxed walk between stores.

Good selection

By Alessandro V |

We came down from Canada to shop for back to school and they had a good selection of clothes and multiple stores to choose from

Large selection of stores

By jacquemarsh |

There's a good selection and some good deals at several stores. It's busiest during weekends and holidays so if you want to avoid searching for parking and dodging large groups I recommend going any day during the week

Great place to go shopping with a wide variety of shops

By Offthecouch65 |

We always stop here when we are in the area as there are a wide variety of shops and most of them are having some sort of sale. The shops are outdoors with most inward facing but there are some on the I-5 side. If you have a AAA membership there is available a savings passport. Just go to the information desk at the food court and show them your AAA card to receive the booklet. Virtually all the shops have an additional savings amount or a free giveaway that you can take advantage of.

Not as good as other versions

By Matthew L |

Still plenty of shops, some decent prices but many offers not as good as at other locations meaning we made less purchases
Only option in town so worth a visit

Good day!

By kathiweb |

Great place to get a good walk in while shopping out of doors. It is especially nice on a sunny summer day!

We were Robbed

By Morgan S |

We went to the mall and had our window broken in our car. All of our belongings were stolen. Security was no help and didn't bother to show up for over 30 minutes. As well this place has no security system or cameras... 100% it was an inside person that robbed us. Beware!

A Typical Outlet Mall

By KRAMA200 |

A Typical Mall. But one Plus Point is that you have outlets of all Major Footwear Companies-Be it Nike,Adidas,Puma etc. They have wide Choices and have discounted prices. We could get good deal on most of our requirements. You have many outlets for Dresses and Accessories and a few places to eat.We were satisfied by the visit

Husband needed shoes

By Michelle A |

Husband and I chose the outlet mall for it's location. We had only a few minutes to shop. He needed shoes. We bought great shoes at the New Balance store. We gave this outlet mall a low rating because of one reason. Poor design. Pacific northwest is rainy and windy. This is an outdoor mall. The way it is set up, it is like a wind tunnel. It is cold and uncomfortable. There seems to be only one set of bathrooms, with a long hall and hard to keep your party together. It will not be our first choice for shopping.

Great discounts and found exactly what I was looking for at excellent discount

By dbwbear |

Went here specifically to go to the Puma Outlet as I have been trying to find a specific style of shoe (the Ferrari design). I was pleased to find them, plus many more items.
Saved over $150 over the retail prices and there were many buy one get one free.
The selection of other stores is substantial. Parking can be an issue especially on weekends and disabled parking is usually full. Still worth the visit for the amazing selection and discounts.

Xmas shopping- black Friday

By Cheryl C |

Great variety and selection, awesome value in the sales available over the Black Friday weekend, and excellent hours for serious shoppers!
Most of the retsilers had very helpful and interested sales staff with only 1 store dissapointing us in this area (Jockey)over the course of the weekend.

Great outlet mall

By kc82018 |

This is a large outdoor outlet mall with wide variety of stores from Gap, Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, Crabtree & Evelyn, Coach, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Burberry, Tumi, Ugg, Armani,Tory Burch & more! Always busy esp during US or Canadian holidays and free parking can be difficult to find. They now have premium parking for $5. You can join the VIP Club to get coupons for discounts at select stores but most of these have restrictions. Best outlet mall in WA. Highly recommended.

Just like any other primium outlets

By Jununone |

Just like other primium outlets. Nothing to special except on the way to outlet you get fantastic view of the mountains from the highway.

Plenty of stores to choose from

By Brian V |

There is a lot of stores here to shop for with a covered walkways. Coffee stores, children's play area, bathrooms and bench's to sit when needed.
If you love shopping in one stop this is the place to go with unlimited selections

Great deals

By ROBERT S |

Check the website and the stores for great deals especially at Christmas. We come down every few months and like the selection of stores and see the changes that have taken place. Well managed.

Just like any other Premium Outlet

By Sanj |

There was the standard shops with the normal discounts.

The best thing about this was that we went on a Monday afternoon and there was hardly anyone about.

It was ok and I would stop there if I was coming through again.

Great shopping experience!

By libra84 |

I came to Seattle Premium Outlet by Uber (about 60USD). I am from Asia where there are no premium outlets and stuff from American brands are pretty costly. So when I came to the outlet, I bought ALOT of stuff! The prices were so much better compared to my country! There are many brands - Adidas, Kate Spade, Tory, Fossil, Abercrombie and Fitch, Lululemon, CK, Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger just to name a few. I really went crazy shopping and was here the entire day from 10am till it closes at 9pm. The chinese food at food court was decent too! Great shopping experience here!

Huge sale and a lot of discounts.

By raeroving |

The best place to hit up if you are down for some/a lot of shopping. All the best stores in one place. Wear comfy shoes and be ready to do multiple rounds since this place gets pack with people. Perfect location, a lot of parking and here and there foods to grab and eat. There is a food court with selections of burgers, sandwiches, rice meals or even noodles.

Nice

By Jen |

Pretty big outlet. My brother wanted to come because they have a Nike store at this location. A lot of great shops, it was big and clean.

Know your prices before you go

By david d |

It was a lot of fun going from store to store with my wife and I but you need to know what the regular price is because some of the merchandise was more expensive then not being in a premium outlet store. My wife loved Crabtree & Evelyn and the Clarks store was very good. I just don't understand why the lineups for the Nike store the Adidas store when there was nothing on sale!

$ave money but get high quality

By Ivan T |

Every store I went in was AWESOME! My favorite store is Tommy Bahama, but all the stores there are priced right. It doesn't matter what you need for clothing, shoes and accessories, they have it all.

It's all right but it's a tourist trap

By Grizzled Nomad |

I went there looking for some new Nikes and I got an okay pair for 60 bucks from the outlet shop but you get better quality stuff just going to the Nike store in the mall. A lot of the other shops are cool but didn't like the Nike shop so much.

Fun if the weather is good

By Debra M |

It has a verity of different shops. Great for all ages. If you are looking for cheap prices you will not find them here. There are good deals but not cheap stores.

Small and mighty

By loveDCA |

I am used to the gargantuan outlet malls in Texas, California and Nevada - and those are really intimidating. The Seattle one, which is actually 45 mins north of the city, is a lot more manageable and easy to cruise in-out because it's a simple loop. It has every store that I would want: Merrill/Solomon/North Face/Columbia as well as classics such as Gap and Banana Republic.

good

By Jet53109555208 |

Location quite far from the seattle city, however when we got there wow we satisfied with the store.

Good July sales

By Shanghai123169 |

I went shopping with my daughters and husband. We found a lot of good deals at the outlet stores. We bought sneakers, sportswear, and children's clothing. July has really good sales. We have visited the outlet at least once or twice a year since it opened. We always find good deals here. There are a ton of stores. We like Northface, Columbia, kate Spade, forever 21, Nike, under Armor to name a few.

Not outlet Experience

By Roxi |

It is a big shopping area but I don't call it outlet because the price is not outlet price. Not a big selection or variety of shopping. Some stores like Burberry was almost empty.

Great outdoor shopping

By Irish T |

Always find some great deal every time. Will com back again next year. All your favorite brands are pretty much here..from Nike, Tory burch, Kate spade, Calvin Klein, etc plus you some additional saving don getting the savings passport, after signing up online in the premium outlet website. Just show you signed up at th customer service.

Anyone will fi d here something

By CarloHelmond |

We spend a full day at the mall with our 2 kids. We had to hurry in the end to cover all the shops. There is a variety of shops. On Sunday the mall is open from 10 to 7. It includes a foodplaza and some smaller stalls with fingerfood. The discounts depend on the shop and can include: 50% off the 2nd item or discounts ranging from 25% to 70%. A very good mall within easy driving distance of downtown Seattle.

Reality Check

By Amitava Michael K |

The truth? You may find a few low-end bargains, but the Outlet Mall is also the Outlet for those items that these fashion retailers CANNOT sell from their lines. Many of the shoppers here are either fascinated visitors from Canada who are looking to find a few dollars off things that they can't scavenge from Canadian stores, or Americans looking for casual, second line goods with a name tag that makes them think they are buying high end fashions. If you are really into haute couture, spend the money and get the real styles - not their second-rate outlet lines.

Lots of wonderful shops.

By amdlgt |

We absolutely love outlet malls. Great place to shop. Nice selection of many favorite stores. Easy parking. Lots of good buys.

Columbia Store

By TravelingAmos |

We stopped here on the way driving from Seattle to Canada. We spent so long in the Columbia Store that we had to reschedule our ferry!

Great Shopping Experience

By Leanne Shults |

I love the location, variety of stores, and prices. I moved to Olympia and plan on driving back to Marysville to visit the outlet mall. I visited the Eddie Bauer store here and was shocked at the prices. I love the fact there are so many stores close to one another. It's a one stop shop mall and more fun than an inside mall.

Great way to shop

By Renee M |

Love shopping here and enjoying the outdoors.Seems like you can get really good deals and quality . Has all the mall stores and you don't pay high prices.

Fun experience

By Dennis D |

There are a million shops to chose from. All tops quality and fairly good prices. Lots of sales. Highly recommend you try the mall.

Not as good anymore :(

By Chr15t1n3 |

Before you could find actual outlet deals, now you have to hunt for the one rack at the back of the store. This is just an outdoor mall now.

My husbands first time visiting

By Victoria L |

My husband had never been to the outlet mall so I decided to take him. I already knew it was going to be a let down for him. The prices at the stores are no outlet price. You can get the same item cheaper at the regular store on sale or on their clearance racks. The only good store there is the Rocky Mtn Chocolate Factory. They have the best caramel apples around!! I'd recommend shop the clearance racks at the regular stores or shop on-line!

love to shop and play

By Светик Ф |

great place to breath air and shop with kids. great hot dogs between stores. love Anna Henderson, gumberry store...wish they have more kids shoes store, like stride ride that's been closed :(

Nice outlet center

By GinaS |

Stopped in today, not looking for any particular deals. My teenager was very excited to see LuluLemon where we did find a few significant markdowns. We also stopped into Kate Spade and I was thrilled with the deals we got on a few bags.
This is a nice outlet center with an indoor food court.

Super deals on great brands!

By alisamicheller |

Stores for every member of your family - Banana Republic, Gap, Nike, Eddie Bauer, Tory Burch, All Saints, Coach, Tommy Bahama, Vans, Arcteryx, Le Crueset, Ralph Lauren, Converse = there is just about everything there - clothes, cooking, jewelry, athletic shoes and attire. A full food court with 5 restaurants and two Starbucks & usually a food truck or two (plus McDonalds and 2 other sit down restaurants near by AND the casino). It is usually busy on weekends. If you have a AAA card, show it at the main desk in the center of the food court for a discount booklet to all the stores, or buy it for a small fee - worthwhile.

Great mix of merchandise but sales not fantastic in some stores

By S K |

There are a lot of branded goods outlets here. Stores are not very big and was fairly crowded on Sunday. Personally I did not find the sales attractive being compelled to buy more to be entitled to a discount. I had to buy a 2nd piece to be entitled to a 50% discount on the 2nd piece so basically it's only a 25% discount on the average. Only a handful of stores had more attractive discounts. Preferred the Premium Outlets in Europe but overall it depends on the items and brands you prefer.

Outdoor mall

By rebeccajwilley |

If you don't like to shop in crowds you should be ready to get started shopping at 10:00 am. The mall gets bus loads of people later in the day. On holidays it is difficult to find a parking place and the stores are hard to navigate because of all the people. I live a few minutes away from the mall so I go early

Hit and Miss

By Jedimasterkush |

What makes it really great here is being right next to the casino. This is another typical outlet mall with a lot of the same stores you will see at other outlet shopping areas. So check out their website because they will either have all the things you want or none at all depending on whatever you’re into. Unlike a previous reviewer said there are discounts here as opposed to what you would pay at regular shopping malls, plus if you come during those shopping holidays you’ll always find deeper discounts.

Barely worth the parking and questionable discounts

By dunadan |

If you can avoid it, plan your visit to the Seattle Premium Outlets around the known peak times: weekends, holidays, and other major yearly sales. We were there during Labor Day on a Sunday, and it took us 20 minutes just to drive through the parking lot and find a spot, which we only got by stalking a returning family to their car, and sitting near it for five minutes with our turn signal on to claim it.

Given that most of the cars in the parking lots were looking for parking, we were expecting big crowds in the stores, but the chaos we found in several of them caught us by surprise. Just getting up and down aisles was a chore, and the shelves in most outlets were in complete disarray. At the Nike store, there was an employee holding up a sign on a stick indicating where the end of the line was, since it frequently snaked out of the established queueing area.

If the prices were amazing, then dealing with the crowds might have made it worth it, but at most of the places we visited the overt price anchoring strategies didn't fool us. When a pair of mid-range running shoes are marked down to $79.99 from the MSRP of $99.99, you're not getting a $20 "discount." And that $370 original price tag on the True Religion jeans doesn't make us think that the $120 "marked down" price is a steal. Nobody except for perhaps the super-rich with a personal shopper, is paying full retail for them.

The mall is very popular with our friends to the north, and every weekend you will find a steady stream of BC plates heading south on I-5 to various retail locations. This, along with a healthy dose of Asian tourists makes this place busy nearly every day, so bring your patience and sharp eyes to find the truly exception deals here--the stores work hard to hide them from you, and would rather sell you discontinued merchandise at near-retail prices instead.

Excellent place to go shopping.

All brands, all varieties at amazing deals. You can't walk out without shopping and over-spending. The food court can have more options. Something to engage kids is also missing.

Fantastic selection of stores and outlets

By Kevin A |

We make a plan when driving through to stop and explore. The biggest challenge is that the stores frequently have sales so you could come back a week later and save $50 if you hadn't already bought the week before.

Nice

By Heather B |

Alot of options for all members of the family..the best part is a starbucks at each end of the center.. ♡ it.

Shop till you drop

By NeenerJ |

Even with the CAD exchange rate the outlets manage to have some great deals. We walked around for hours snagging some new summer duds for both us and the kids. Premium outlets is a must stop for us!

Outdoor Outlet with Great Shopping Selection

By imEveline |

This outlet has good selection of brand names such as Nike, L'Occitane, Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, Ann Taylor Guess, Hot Topic, Lane Bryant, Le Crueset, Skechers, and Swarovski. It is located in Tulalip , about 1 hr drive after you cross the BC and WA border

During certain times, there were some nice deals; This outlet mall used to be my favorite however with the value of Canadian dollar being weak towards USD , it becomes a little bit more expensive to shop there

Another drawback is that it is situated outdoor, so be prepared with your umbrellas or check the weather before you start shopping

Some great deals

By CeeMosier |

I have been to premium outlets all over the US and this outlet mall may have had the best deals I ever seen. Most stores had either 40-50% off everything in the stores. It wasn't super busy on the long weekend so that was a bonus. I highly recommend this outlet mall.

Large Variety of Stores – 3.5 out of 5 rating

By Bottomshelfhockey |

This factory outlet is located on I 5 Highway at exit 200. Heading north or south, take exit 200. Heading south, you will see the outlet from the highway before exiting. There are numerous stores with plenty of parking.

There is a fairly new addition (3 years old) to the mall running along side the Interstate 5 known as the “Promenade”. The “Promenade” stores include new and relocated stores from within the outlet mall.

The new stores include:
• Armani Outlet
• The North Face
• American Eagle Outfitters and
• Forever 21.

There are a few eating options in the food court including Chinese, Italian and Subway. There are also 2 Starbucks – one by the Nike store and the other outside the food court.

This is one of the “go to” shopping places for the surrounding residents and Canadians. I like the place because of the variety of stores and plenty of parking.

If you happen to be at mall during the Memorial Day weekend (in May) or Black Friday (November) there are some good discounts. However, it will be very crowded. We were at the outlet 2 days after the Memorial Day weekend and the mall was not very busy at all – very quiet.

I give the attraction a rating of 3.5 out of 5.

Notes and Tips
• If you go on a weekday, it will normally be less busy.
• You may be able to pick up a discount coupon book at the visitors’ information kiosk inside the food court. It may or may not come in handy depending on what outlet and the purchase conditions.
• The name says “Seattle Premium Outlets” but the outlet mall is about 30 plus miles (50 kilometres) north of the outskirts of Seattle.
• Check the factory outlet website.
• Eating options outside of the outlet include McDonald’s, Olive Garden and Ram Restaurant & Brewery. You might also want to check out the eating options available at the Tulalip Resort Casino including the buffet.
• The Tulalip Resort Casino is next door to the factory outlet – a full service hotel with gambling. Farther south on the same strip you will see Cabela’s, Home Depot and Walmart.
• We had just come up from Olympia. See my reviews of the Red Lion and Fish Tale Brew Pub in Olympia and Country Cousin Restaurant in Centralia. We had also visited the Centralia Factory Outlet.
• We were on an 8 day journey to Central Oregon, the Pacific Coast and Washington State. Our 8 day journey included Columbia River Gorge, John Day Fossil Beds National Monument, Smith Rock, Crater Lake and Route 101 in Oregon and Mount St. Helens in Washington.
• The 7 Wonders of Oregon is a tourism marketing strategy. The 7 wonders include Crater Lake, Painted Hills, Smith Rock, Wallowas, Mount Hood, Columbia River Gorge and the Oregon coast. More by coincidence than anything else, we visited 5 of the 7 wonders. See my reviews.

Shopping paradise!

By E7608PBpatriciar |

So many shops to choose from- the area is very clean and inviting - lots of variety in shops and eating experiences. They have increased parking potential so easier to access.

Looking for relatively good deals.

By FCFireConsulting |

Seattles Premium Outlet is really good shopping, especially clothes and shoes.
If you want to find great valued deals the outlet stores are a great place to shop.
On cold windy days not so much because it's an outdoor access but Spring, Summer and Fall warm days it would be wonderful.

Great place to shop!

By MrandMrsCandT |

Many popular stores to choose from here Lane Bryant, Nike, Coach, Banana Republic to name a few. If you have AAA be sure and stop at customer service for a card that gives you more discounts.

#1 Outlet Center in WA

By Nicholes21 |

I love taking little trips down to Marysville with my husband to shop around. I always end up buying way more than what I needed. That is not because I love to shop, but because of the amazing deals that I find! I recommend making an account on the SPO website and getting your free coupon for the passport! There are tons of savings in it that you might miss out on if you do not. Warning: this place is great to shop, but it is ALWAYS packed with lots of rude shoppers.

My adventure to Seattle Premium Outlet

By Lilaclines |

I gave an average as it has the usual brands (not as many as other outlets), and the discounts were not as attractive as I recalled. There were good buys but you need to really find them.

I'm a female solo traveller and I searched forums for how to get there. Driving is out of the question as I'm not familar with driving in the US. Shuttles while prices are reasonable, there is a timing and drop off may not be downtown Seattle (a drop off cited was SEA TAC). UBER or towncar services were est $125 & $195 respectively, one way without gratuity. So I bit the bullet and decided to try the public transport. It was really not too bad. I thought I'll get as close to the Outlet (Everett Station) and UBER there, which would be cheaper. But when I got to Everett Station, I decided to go all the way by bus. Hence, I'm sharing my experience so others can give it a go too.

I stay near Westlake Station in Downtown Seattle so I took the train to the last station - Northgate with the Orca card (very useful for most mode of transportation). At Northgate Station, go to Bay 2 for bus 512 Everett Station via Lynwood to the last stop at Everett Station. At Everett Station's Bay 4, take 201 or 202 Smokey Point, and alight at State Ave & Grove St. At this bus stop, catch bus 222 towards Tulalip. Alight at 105th St NE & 30th Ave NE for Seattle Premium Outlet. Took me a nice leisurely 1 hr 40mins in all. I started early.

Heading back to Everett Station when I was done shopping, I took Uber to Everett Station which cost me $29 (didn't want the bus hassle going back). At Everett Station, I took 512 back to Northgate Station and train back to Westlake Station. Minus the Uber I took, the trains and bus trips both ways cost a total of about $7. Do check out Community Transit's website which helped me planned my route. Do check if the routes have changed and if weekday bus schedules differs from weekend. I went there on Tuesday of 1 Aug. Hope this helped.

Lots of stores

But as the name implies. ...this is a Premium Outlet Mall. Don't expect a whole lot of bargins. Lots of clothing. ....

Best shopping 🛍

By Morning-Star P |

I love this outlet ! I’m an avid shopper and this is one of my favs ! The Burberry and Tory Burch were not disappointing 😀

great shopping

By Betty H |

Fun place to go discount shopping all though many items are truly not discounted...but it is fun to go to an outdoor mall and try and find bargains. Lots of shops...food court is just ehhh and they could use more then one Starbucks in the large mall. Best to go on weekdays as week-ends can get crowded.

Outlet

We can recomment the visit to Premium Outlet marisville! Shops have big variety and good öfters. Ask for discout book at info in Food court! Cost free for ADAC/AAA members!

Great for back to school

By Alessandro Vazzaz |

Seattle Premium Outlets are great for back to school. They have great deals at the stores and a pretty good selection.

Encouraging a line up

By Otter |

Visited the burberry store on memorial day and was so disgusted how the store staff did not allow every customers to enter when customers in the store left encouraging a line up. This is such a disgusting practice and it was so obvious what they were doing.

A Little of Everything!

By Dave A |

Great variety of stores, but you must look for the deals. We stayed at Tulalip Casino Resort, within walking distance to the Outlets. Everything you need, without having to use your car. A+

Shop, walk and snack

By Sasha Y |

The outlet stores always show wonderful bargains - be sure to check for online or text coupons to get an even better deal. Food is a quick bite to eat - a little more walking and you can go to nice sit down dining. Walking areas are covered just in case of a shower.

Great Shopping

By Sia A |

As always we had a great experience shopping. They could use a few more food outlets but otherwise great! We will definitely be back.

Best outlets for some shopping

By loonalaska |

They have the best selection of stores here compared to all other outlets. Great set up for parking and walking to all the stores within. Some places don't have much of a discount to be considered an outlet, but most do. Just love the store choices.

Good collection of brands

By amitkan200 |

Visited for a day to premium outlets to have some quick shopping for folks back at home and self, found it good with all the usual brands, however, was little disappointed when couldn’t found the Steve Madden store, but that was not stopping as found good shoes elsewhere with a shoe aggregator. There were some good deals at ASICS and obviously it was hard to believe that Toys r us store was getting closed.

Huge

By niecey55 |

This place is awesome and huge. Lots of resting places, places to eat and shop. You will get so tired from shopping and all the deals!

Not my idea of fun shopping

By Al M |

Clothing store after clothing store after . . .
Parking is awful. It seemed like I spent half my time looking for a parking space while gianormous motor homes were "camped out" on 4 spaces each.

Once parked, the mall offers little variety outside of clothing store outlet fare. Crowded stores, crowded outside walkways, prices that often belie the "outlet" ambiance. I'll go again, I suppose, but not willingly.

Favorite Outlet!

By NoelVictoria |

Our favorite place for shopping! Unfortunately, Cole Haan closed already, but all other stores are still here. Nike, Adidas, North Face, Kate Spade. They're all here. Lots of good buys.

Very good location for a good shop!

By James A |

I was here about a year ago and did a serious shop then this time I also did some damage to the wallet. Bass store here is amazing! By far the best deals and great service as well. Lots of deals.

Not the bast outlet in us but not so b

By Jonathan nir |

most of the famous brand are there.
But the prices are not really chipe as you might expect. Some of the store are just the same in the city
I recommend to shope in under Amor./ guess/ tomi Hilfiger/ ambercomby&Fitch
Most disappoint- Nike store. Poor clotting and much more expensive.

Not exactly outlet prices

By Sarah B |

Lots of stores to chose from, but it really doesn't seem like the prices are discounted enough to call them outlet worthy.

Food options a bit thin but plenty of choices close by.

Gone downhill

By Linda M |

For nine years my husband and I have been going to Tulalip Casino Resort and have always stopped at the Seattle Premium Outlets. In those nine years I have seen a loss of some great stores. Of course, it depends on what one is looking for, but I have become disappointed in the selection of stores over the years.

Outlet mall shopping is fun for a savvy shopper

By Chris R |

Fun shopping, even for guys! Lots of great deals around. It helps to know what you're looking for, have a plan, and food was ok.

Great selection

By jblackeagle555 |

Numerous shops to visit. Very nice to stroll and shop. Food court a bit limited and pricey. Coach was excellent and was giving out 1/2 off coupons! Tumi had nice selection and good prices. Found some nice gifts at Forever 21.

Trip To eddie Bauer

By J9464GBsandraw |

I went to redeem a reward certificate. A very clean place, not to crowded and pleasant people who work there.

Make sure you go on a nice day.

By lisalisas2017 |

This is an open mall in the Seattle area. Make sure you go on a nice day. It gets very crowded on the weekends because a lot of people come from Canada to shop.

Bring money!

By Gary W |

Great deals here on big brand name products. Hundreds of British Columbia license plates in the parking lot.
