Too interesting not to drive by (if you are in the neighborhood). Not interesting enough to drive by (if you are not in the neighborhood). The house is true to life and has existed for decades. I drove by the house endless times to and from a work location.

Thank you for the experience! I like the little knickknacks Linda has collected and the history of the place is awesome!

If you’re in the mood for some extreme Tulsa tales in a quirky setting, look no further. Linda (the owner) engages you from the moment you walk in the door and is probably one of the best storytellers I have ever met in my life. One tale even made my arm hairs stand on end! I believe our tour was about 60-90 minutes for $20/person. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

If you're looking for something strange and off beat this is the place to stop in Tulsa. It is definitely different and interesting to stop by.

This is a must see place in Tulsa, what make it so cool is it is not one of those big time money making site seeing business’s The owner Linda loves this place you can tell by her stories. Stop by and let her tell you her story. You will not be disappointed!! Take her a old key your not using anymore she will appreciate it I promise. If I could give this lady 10 stars I would, Thank You Linda for sharing your love. We will come back!!

Linda tells a very nice stories. I particularly like learning more bout the Native American history and culture. Would call before I get there coz the tour has timings. Nice place to visit’ very different

Interesting, weird, and funky! Mrs. Collier was entertaining as well! Worth seeing in Tulsa, and loved the history!

A little odd, yet interesting. History of location involves prohibition and activities of that era, and the "stories" told about the place are entertaining yet odd. However, was something that was worth seeing one time. Storyteller tends to get sidetracked on tangents, but clearly enjoys this abode.

This was a fun stop for our group ranging from 9 years old to 87 years old! We read the reviews on Trip Advisor and thought it sounded like something fun and different to see! At first, our girls were a little freaked-out as we walked up because they thought it was going to be haunted, but during/after the visit, everyone loved it! We simply e-mailed the owner Linda a few days ahead with a date and approx. time that worked for us and she was super accommodating! She has gathered all these stories and pictures of what was an old speakeasy. The visit was about one hour and was entertaining! Linda is very nice and has dedicated a lot of time to the history of the Cave House. We are the Wisconsin clan who was in the for trampoline competition... and our girls are still dying to know what's in the bag on the balcony!

Me and my wife were lucky enough to stop by one day as the owner was getting ready for a tour and we were given a quick free mini tour..She gave us some great history on the house and how it was once a speak easy during proabition and even told us about rumors of possible bodies being buried in the connecting caver dating back to the Tulsa race riots..A MUST VISIT!!!!

We spent a few hours visiting this unique, treasure filled house.. The owner will take you through and regale you with so many terrific stories and history. We had a grand time, took many picture...this is an out of the way, odd but fascinating place to visit..Don't miss it!

We had the best time today as kind of a spur of the moment family adventure. Linda’s stories inspire you before and after the tour around the fun, super quirky spot. So glad we decided to call the day before and make an appt for a tour. Texting seems to be a good way to reach Linda to make our reservation!
Thank you for such a memorable day!

It is a very interesting house. Linda shared lots of history and stories about the house. She has done a lot of research to bring the place to life.

Linda shared fun and interesting stories about the history of the Cave House, the bootleggers and more! Enjoyable visit!

The house is small but so much to see & the stories the owner, Miss Linda, has to tell are great. Some are about the people who have visited the house, no names are given, or stories about the area. The tour is for small groups 2 to 6 people. I recommend this place if you want to hear some good stories & see an interesting house. It's really cute. It was a lot of fun & entertaining.

Linda was incredible at bringing this house and it's history to life by sharing its past and current stories. I've never remembered so much from a tour as i have from this one and I truly felt the authenticity, creativity, fascination, and value of the cave house as well as learning Tulsa history in a fun setting. It was well beyond my expectations and so glad I went. Encourage all to go!

I was in Tulsa on a business trip from GEORGIA, and I had very little time to do any exploring of the city. What I had done in advance though, is to take a look at any "must see" places on Trip Advisor as I do every where I go, and this place sparked my interest. Not only is it a quirky-looking place, it has a fascinating history tied to the prohibition days! I love a little history, and Linda was full of knowledge for this place. She lovingly takes care of this property along with her husband, and I tell you, it is a lot of upkeep. I only wish I had all the money in the world, as I would have contributed very generously to the upkeep of this treasured little place. I am personally passionate about the history in my little town of Stone Mountain, and I hope she is able to hang onto that neat place for a long time. NATIVE OKIES plus visitors --- GO SEE THIS PLACE! It is well worth the measly $10.00 that she charges for her time and her lovely, sweet personality...Go and "Like" them on Facebook, but, hold onto your keys while there. ;-) You must visit to find out why -- and it is a fascinating story in itself. Most of all, enjoy yourself as I did.

A lot of history and mystery surrounds this old building! Cozy and whimsical tour. The host (and owner) is a delightful woman.
I took my girlfriend here as a surprise date and she really enjoyed it! I won't give the details of the Tulsa Cave House away...it's an experience you need to see for yourself!
-Dress really warm if you take a winter tour!-

Had a great time at the Cave House. Linda was informative and entertaining. I would recommend a visit here if you are ever in Tulsa.

Linda is an amazing story teller with such a passion and enthusiasm for her beloved home town and home town’s history. She has put so much of her time and energy into every detail of the cave house. You could spend hours discovering all the unique findings Linda has added to every corner of each room. Everywhere you look, there was a story to be told. I highly recommend this tour to visitors and locals alike. You will not be disappointed.

This is a must see in Tulsa. Go for the cave and stay for the wonderful stories told by Linda. She takes you back in time doing what she loves to do. It's definitely a great time and Linda's eclectic decorating will leave you looking in every corner for something interesting.

What a gem of an attraction in Tulsa. The house and its owner (Linda) are both wonderfully quirky. Linda has a ton of information about the history of the house and getting to walk through the house was a treat. Linda is warm and welcoming and was easy to get ahold of to schedule a tour. As someone passing through on a road trip, this was the perfect stop to do something different and fun along the way. I chose not to include any photos so that future visitors will be as genuinely surprised as I was.

We thoroughly enjoyed The Cave House!! Featured on HGTV one of Americas Strangest Homes. It deserves its name. The one hour tour included history of those who lived there and folklore. I posted a few pictures of the inside. Worth the 10.00 admission.

We saw this place on trip advisor so we thought we would check it out.....unique is the word I would use to describe this place.

A fun and interesting family experience. While it wasn't actually a "cave" (more like a house built into the side of a cliff) it was a fascinating tour that included detailed stories about the history of the house's residents and opened a window into the history of the area. The owner was warm and funny. We went with our 4 kids (ages 12-18) and loved it!

Had to kill time before a wedding in the evening. Took about 2 hours and was pretty interesting. It was fun to see what kind of history tulsa Oklahoma has. The storyteller was enthusiastic, which helped keep my attention. 10 dollars for anyone above 15. 5 for under 15.

This is a remarkable place if you enjoy something really different. The cave house is amazing and the owner was so full of wonderful stories involving the history of the home. If you have climbing issues you can go throughout the first story but would not be able to go upstairs because of the large difference in between steps and very narrow, twisting way. It is definitely worth the trip.

When I was growing up, we passed the Cave House on our way to Tulsa and I spent my summers swimming at Newblock Park, across from the Cave House, always fascinated by it and always wanting to see what it looked like on the inside. I finally was able to go inside and see it and hear so many great stories about it and it's interesting history from Linda, who is amazing. Linda makes you feel so comfortable and you can just feel the love she has for the place and once you're inside, you never want to leave! I highly recommend anyone visiting this area and those that live here to visit The Cave House!

So much history to be had in this rock! You should go...and check it out! We could have never imagined what we would find.

The stories are great the house incredible and she makes it so fun. My son even did the slide after a demo from our tour guide

If you are in Tulsa, this is a must to see. The History is very interesting. Linda the owner is very informative and a lovely person. This is a very mysterious Tulsa treasure that everyone needs to check out. I visited the Cave House last Saturday.

The best part of the cave house is listening to the stories of the owner! She is fabulous and passionate and has spent a lot of time researching the history of the house, and just generally will tell you tales of life in Tulsa. The Cave House has a long history with prohibition, so there are some interesting and colorful stories to be told.
Note that you don't really see the "cave" part --- the part of the house that used to be under the hill has been sealed off. Come in expecting to hear stories while sitting on the couch rather than a tour (although you will see the rest of the house).
When we were there, the tour was $10 per person

5 of us who have lived in Tulsa 15+years decided to visit the Cave House. What a great decision. Linda Collier is a blast and the CH is amazing. We could have stayed all day. I can't wait to bring my kids.

Linda Collier, you’re the best!! Visiting the Cave House was so intriguing as were your stories!! It was great to hear the facts as well as the handed down and gossip versions!! You’ve done so much research! Very interesting, and we had such a great time!! You’ve added a fantastic personal touch to the inside, it’s very welcoming and inviting! There’s so much to see in there! And that slide!! Girl you’re right about the before and after looks! Lol it was a great bday surprise for my sister and we appreciate you sharing your passion, knowledge and yourself in such a delightful way!! Thank you!! We plan to see you again! Keep rockin that Sweet Home Alabama, sister!!

Linda's history and stories about the house make it all the more fun and interesting. It's definitely not something you'd see every day and I highly recommend a visit. My 9 year old grandson really enjoyed it too. There's just so much to see and take in.

Awesome way to spend a couple of hours. Linda is a wonderful historian for this one of a kind house. We enjoyed our visit. A must see if you are in Tulsa.

This was definitely worth the stop. The women running the tour had great stories to entertain the whole family. She makes the tour awesome. Make sure to go down the slide in the house. It was fast. The tour runs about 90 mins. Call for reservations in the morning for same day reservations. This definitely made our trip to tulsa more exciting.

Linda is a great story teller and a fun lady. My son and I enjoyed her and the house. I loved the history of the cave as a bootleggers haven. I would suggest scheduling early as she doesnt live in the house and will meet you there.

Linda will keep you entertained with stories of a bygone era and the tour is equally fascinating. I never knew that old chicken restaurants and television sets had something in common. Call ahed for tour reservations and enjoy.

We chose to visit The Cave House with a little reluctance. By the photos we were under the impression that we were going to a cave in the middle of “nowhere” Oklahoma. The instructions said to “knock on the door” and the “lady” residing therein would take you on a “tour”. It kind of sounded like something written by Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. As we hit the phone’s “call” button we were swooped into what would be an obviously serendipitous experience! Linda, the Keeper, hostess, captivating storyteller ... warmly invited us to join her on her 1 o’clock tour. just five minutes away in downtown Tulsa... hardly the middle of nowhere! As Linda shared the treasures and tales uncovered by a lifetime of her “Nancy Drew“ sleuthing, we were transported into the colorful history of “The Cave House” to meet enchanting characters nestled in the hearts of both this unique grotto and it’s curiously compassionate keeper. It was definitely an intriguing experience of a tale... without the the anticipated “Grimm”! Hang on to your KEYS as you journey into this joyful expenditure of 90 minutes and reasonable fee.

I agree with all of the raving reviews about Linda and this lovely, quirky, mysterious Tulsa treasure. I visited the Cave House yesterday with my mom, who was in town from Austin, and my 13 & 17-year-old sons. We all thoroughly enjoyed listening to Linda's stories and getting to see all of the peculiarly wonderful treasures, bones, and other eclectic items that decorate the house. Although the house is not exactly accessible, and I use a wheelchair, Linda went out of her way to make it so that I could get inside and so that I was comfortable during the tour. I have to reiterate what other reviewers said about Linda's awesome personality! You will leave feeling as if you have just spent a couple hours with an old friend. Very interesting, fun, and feel-good activity!

This is definitely an interesting piece of Tulsa History! You will enjoy it whether you are from the area of just visiting from out of town!

Nice little place to kill some time. Ms linda gives a good account of the history of the house as well as pictures and momentos of days gone by. Take the extra keys off your key ring and leave them her for the ghost. Thats right i said ghost.

We had one day in Tulsa and are so glad we managed to fit this gem into our stay. It was by far our favorite of the Tulsa stop. The house itself was so interesting but Linda's stories and anecdotes made it riveting! We could have spent far longer than the almost-2-hours that we did. Linda's excitement & love for this place even after years rubs off and it's so easy to be excited with her. I'd advise everyone to make the call & visit Linda in her enchanting house.

As a native Tulsan for all my life, 60 years, never knew of this house.
The stories of history to this place really intrigued me. A cave house it is.
If you are closaphiphic this wouldnt be the place for you. The stairs are very tricky so if you have problems with them, dont go up them. Otherwise, Linda has a great story and alot of love and sweat has gone into this cave place. Check it out!!!
Also, a little money donation would be nice to give her at end. No set amount.

Linda does an amazing job sharing the history of the house as well as local stories. The house is very interesting. She has done a great job decorating it. Very fun experience. Would highly recommend! Thank you Linda!

The Cave House is a very unique and interesting part of Tulsa history. There are "hidden" rooms inside and It is reported to be haunted. Stop in and check it out -- you know you want to!

Take your camera. I enjoyed listening to the stories Linda shared and seeing the house. It takes about an hour or so.

Linda gave a great tour, with many detailed stories about Tulsa history. Our family visited Tulsa for the weekend and our two girls (14, 16 yrs) said it was the highlight of the trip. I really appreciated the history and stories about bootleggers etc, my wife loved all the art made of bones and sticks, and the girls loved the slide and the secret hatch under the floor with old bottles and pennies. Entertaining and worth the visit. Thank you

Thank you Ms. Linda for a wonderful tour for our Girl Scouts on Sunday! They loved all the great stories, the keys and the rocks, the quirky bathroom, the Flintstones bedroom, and most of all the slide! They all wantes to go home and customize their bedrooms now! Thank you for showing them the power of being unique!

We went to the caves house not expecting such a surprise, we did the Tour, and was personally taken around, it certainly was well worth it, what history!! Sly grog etc and so many things to see, and where is that hidden treasure ??
The Aussie travellers

Wonderful tour with very interesting stories! My 14 year old said the stories were the best part. The Cave House is a lot of fun, complete with a slide and a jungle themed bedroom.

Linda is a great storyteller. I always wanted to know about this building, and while it didn't live up to my fantasy idea of what was to be found inside, it was an entertaining and memorable experience.

She is a wealth of knowledge, lots of history in this little house. A unique stopping point to get us out of the heat. Expect to stay about an hour, kid friendly.

The way Linda told the history of the place was captivating. We stopped by with visiting family from California and enjoyed the tour so much. Linda invited our kids to place keys on a special key tree as she told of the mysterious key woman. Her creativity was amazing and especially what she has done to preserve an interesting part of the history of that place. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope that you do.

We had a fantastic time during our visit and tour with Linda. As we stepped through the doorway, we knew we were in for a unique and fun experience. I describe Linda as an artist, local historian, comedian, and gifted storyteller. The twentysomethings enjoyed it just as much as the fiftysomethings! If you're looking for a memorable event for your group while in Tulsa, this is it!

This little gem is an absolute must if you travel to or through Tulsa. Linda brings back to life the history of the Cave House through stories and tales of a time gone by. We were so blessed to have her share this with our family.

A fun way to spend a couple of hours at a reasonable price. It is not a cave tour. It is a house built in the entrance to the cave. The cave has been closed off. The house and cave were used as a speakeasy during prohibition. The owner has done a lot of research and told a lot of fun and entertaining stories associated with the house. Tip: Make a rest stop before you go. There isn't a public restroom.

Linda was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Not only did we love seeing this unique and intriguing architectural treasure, but we also learned much local history and lore. It was fascinating!!!

We really enjoyed the tour and the stories. Linda was an amazing story teller with some light-hearted humor. She had a lot of history of the house and the prior owners. She told of how she acquired the home and a lot of the different things the house was used for as well. After her stories, we toured the home and saw some of her neat trinkets. She involves you in the house and after the tour, she had a little show and tell and had us sign her guest book. This is a must do if you have about 1.5 hours and are in the area. Plan ahead because tours are by reservation only.

Such a unique place to visit with lots of great stories! Definitely recommend it. Loved all the stories that were told.

We were in town for something else and had time to schedule a visit with Linda. Linda is very enthusiastic and entertaining! She goes a mile a minute telling stories about the house. Parking is tricky if there are several other cars there as well.

I had driven by the Cave House for years & always wanted to go inside & finally got to yesterday. The history behind the house was so interesting & so was the architecture. Definitely a must-see!

My son found The Cave House as we were passing through Tulsa on a cross-country trip. We had no idea what to expect, but what we got was fantastic. Linda is a charming woman with a talent for weaving personal experience, folklore and history into very entertaining stories. She makes you feel so comfortable that it's almost as if you have had a great time at a friend's house when you leave. The house itself is wonderfully unique, and has a very interesting and somewhat mysterious history. If you don't enjoy things off the beaten path, then this may not be for you. However, if you are looking for a memorable experience, I highly recommend it!

I had read so many wonderful reviews about the Cave House that I contacted Linda to schedule a tour. My husband and I had a private tour on the day we visited. Linda began with a talk in the living room, before taking us through the rest of the house. It was a unique experience. I highly recommend seeing this very interesting house. Linda is a captivating speaker and a friendly woman.

This is a very unique house with a lot of stories to be told. The beginning of the tour is just sitting in the living room listening to stories, so if you have small children, they might get bored. Luckily the owner offered my kids some bubbles to play with! The house is small and filled with a lot of items, so be mindful with small children that might want to touch everything! The stairs to the upper floor made me very nervous getting my kids up and down them, but the owner has installed several hand rails to help. It was still quite the challenge to maneuver the stairs while holding my 23 month old in my arms. There is space for about 2 cars to park on the property, otherwise, you would have to park across the street at the park. Overall, it is a very unique house to see!

We drove here and were disappointed to not be able to see inside the house. You must call first to receive a tour. 918-378-1952
The construction is very interesting, and you can tell the house has trees growing out the center of it. Our girls, age 19, 16, 10 were bummed to not be able to enter. Next time!

We were in town for a horse show looking for something interesting to see and do. We came across this and had a tour of it. Linda tells the BEST stories. We could have listened to her all day. There is so much cool, unique history with this cave house that was once a speakeasy. I would call this quirky, charming, interesting and pretty cool. It's worth the small fee you pay for a tour.

Great local attraction with very interesting décor and history of the building. I was particularly interested in its history as my great-grandfather had run a speak-easy in Fantastic Caverns during prohibition. I'd go visit again.

What a fun interesting experience! Loved all the stories and history about the cave house. Will be going back again! Linda brings it alive!

Had a blast! Even the three year old who didn't want to stay ended up having a great time once she saw the slide! Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn some local colorful history.

Linda is a great historian with an awesome sense of humor. Strongly suggest to visit her. Bring an old key.
Go for a ride on the slide. Enjoy

The house do have a lot stories and Ms. Linda was very informative. I was very impressed with no expectations. The key tree has so mush stories and the tour was worth it. Love it...5/29/2016

Wonderful hidden gem of Tulsa. Great history lessons in a fun and quirky way. Linda is an awesome story teller. Definitely worth the visit.

Had always wondered what it looked like inside since I was a kid. It was small and quirky, just like our hostess. Linda makes the tour worthwhile with her passion for the place and knowledge of local history. It was a pleasantly intriguing visit.

If you love hearing stories, this is a great tour. The home is eclectic and a unique part of Tulsa history. Kid friendly and fun! A great value for the money. I've taken the tour with different friends more than once.

We had a fun time on the tour! Linda was very friendly and her passion for the cave house is very apparent. I absolutely recommend you check it out!

Very fascinating little house, Linda makes it come alive with her great stories and knowledge about the house and area. What this amazing woman does with bones is something else again. Check out the key tree.
Would go back if in the area.

The cave house was a great experience and very relaxing. This is a cave like house that has a very nice lady that tells story's and the history of the the house and its time in the prohibition era. This is defiantly one of the top five places to go in Tulsa, OK. And is reccomended to have a small group of freinds (max probly around 10) and if you want to have a relaxing time this is the place for you! (;

Be aware of what time the tour starts and be prompt. Linda shares the home's interesting history as well as her history with it. Our favorite part was the actual walk through. There are many fun and unusual artifacts throughout.

If ever in the Tulsa area, the Cave House, is a MUST see! Very unique and interesting! Something you just don't see everyday.

The structure is interesting...the owner and her stories totally make the adventure. She is very passionate and proud of her house and it's history. If your Iike something off the beaten path with a story then is is the place for you. We stopped here as part of a girls weekend trip, but it would be enjoyable for a couple, families or anyone else looking for something unique. Have fun and enjoy your tour. Worth the $10.00

I enjoyed this tour very much. As with most places like this, the guide makes such a difference with the history of the place and of that time in the history of Tulsa. Linda is very good story teller and her knowledge is very evident.

The Cave House tour was very interesting. Linda, the woman who owns the place and gives the tour, first gives a great historial background on the place. She also tells a lot of great stories (she is a compelling speaker). Then you get to tour the cave house and learn about the artifacts inside. Overall it was very interesting and I would recommend to people of all ages!

The owner and tour guide of The Cave House, Linda Collier, is one of a kind! The information she gives about the house and its background are not only informative but riveting and presented with amazing energy and enthusiasm. Her personality lends itself to accommodate adults and children and keep everyone involved throughout the tour. I took three of my grandchildren (ages: 12, and 8 year old twins) and while I wouldn't say they were as interested in the history of the house as I was they listened and were able to later reiterate some of the facts. The tour itself fascinated them. They couldn't wait to tell their parents all about their visit. I highly recommend The Cave House as an attraction to those who live near or far away. The price was extremely reasonable for the entertainment received. You should definitely add it to your to do list.

Went today with my mom and we just had a blast! Linda was so sweet and had so many stories to tell! Would definitely come back!

I was unaware you had to book a tour in advance, thus when I showed up no one one was there and no tour could be provided. The house strange in it's placement of the city and in the actual structure. I am not sure it really looking like a cave from the outside, yet still a unique house to say the least.

This is absolutely the best ten dollars you will ever spend. Linda, the owner and steward of the Tulsa Cave House, takes you on a fascinating tour through a uniquely esoteric bit of Oklahoma history.
In an age where comnunication is drifting into being almost entirely digital, the art of oral history has nearly been forgotten. Linda doesn't seem to have gotten the memo, though - she sets you firmly on the edge of your seat as she uses photos and artifacts to enhance an already riveting set of tales.
She's poured her sweat, blood, tears, and love into the Tulsa Cave house. If one is looking to be reminded of true passion they simply must take a short drive to the west side of town.
I won't give everything away, of course. Go see for yourself. Just hang on to your keys!

Small, cramped, kind of random looking not really a cave more like a stuccoed little house in a slight opening of a hill. There's not an actual cave in the house itself. Its not in a cave so I don't know what they're talking about cave house. The lady and her stories were excellent. But the place itself was totally passable. It's so highly ranked but I don't understand why. Im guessing ppl just being nice. There's a lot more fun things to do in a safer area of town.

A true Tulsa treasure! This unique house has an equally unique history. Linda has many informative and entertaining stories to share with photos to boot. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and recommend this stop when in Tulsa

My teenage daughter is an old soul and loves all things unique. We have driven by ths many times in our trips to Tulsa for her events. While staying this last weekend we called the number on the sign and was able to get a tour that day. So glad we did, my daughter and her friend loved it! They loved the stories, the decor and of course the stick bed and slide. The stories and history were great, the items in the house very interesting and I can't say enough about the tour. I know my daughter and her friend have a life-time memory!!! Thank you!

I think this would be very interesting for all the family I've lived here my whole life and have always wanted to check it out so I will be planning a visit soon

I think this is a great family outing. There is history here and the narrator's passion for history is so helpful.

The Cave House was open today, 5/14/16, for tours. Linda invited Lilian and I in and made us feel at home, telling us all the stories and history of the Cave House. Such a peaceful place. We really enjoyed our visit and the tour of the house.
Great Place To Visit!

The stories were amazing, the inside was beautiful and had a bunch of history. I had an amazing experience here also the owner was very nice!! Must visit!!

My brother and I just spent a wonderful afternoon at the Cave House. Linda Collier, the owner of the house and our guide recounted many a story of the characters associated with the Cave House and some of the spooky occurrences that have taken place there. She is a fine story teller and a great soul. Highly recommended for those of us who enjoy the weird and the wonderful.

We had an excellent time touring the Cave House today. Linda accommodated us on short notice. It is obvious how much she cares for the property. The history of the area and past residents is intriguing. Linda is a wonderful storyteller despite her saying she is shy! Visitors definitely should not just snap a picture of the exterior - they need to come inside to see the various oddities, eclectic items and one of a kind pieces. She will also take time to answer questions about the home and Tulsa area. A vacation highlight for us!

I so enjoyed my tour of the Tulsa Cave House! The building itself is a one-of-a-kind architectural gem, and for those of us growing up in Tulsa, getting a peak inside is a treat! Linda, the woman who owns the house and gives the tours is knowledgable and fun and very generous with her time! This house has been featured on HGTV in a special on unusual homes, and once you tour it you will understand why!

Linda (owner and tour guide) grew up across the street from this weird house and was fascinated by it her entire life. When it came up for sale 20 years ago, she bought it (much to her husband's chagrin!) and has cared for it ever since, no small task. She has learned a LOT about it in the years since, and she is indeed an amazing story teller with great enthusiasm for not only the place but its varied and colorful history. The odd and eclectic exhibits inside are a perfect match for the oddity of the place itself. Even if you don't find every story interesting, Linda brings them to life with such energy you can't help but stay tuned in. Reasonably priced and doesn't take much time. My wife and I enjoyed it (first time in the house after living here for decades) and we'd highly recommend it.

This was a most interesting afternoon. I visited with my grandmother and her husband, both natives of Tulsa. The house itself is odd, an old roadside attraction back when Route 66 was the only highway crossing the country. I won't giveaway any of the story because the owner, Linda, has done a wonderful job compiling the fascinating, twisting, and mysterious story behind this nearly century old icon. The story makes the house, and Linda has done its heritage justice by constructing the narrative of who, what, when. Definitely a great afternoon destination just outside of downtown Tulsa.

The house is amazing, but Linda is the best thing about it. She is gifted storyteller and a beautiful soul. It was an honor to spend the time with her and I could have spent hours more.

We made a reservation for a Saturday tour, and were happy she was able to accommodate our travel schedule. We all agreed it was a highlight of our trip - and this includes two 13 year old boys!
A little odd though - when we got back into our truck after the tour, there was a food bag from Popeye's Chicken on the floor of the back seat. We've never eaten there, and based on where it was found there was no way it was there when we left the truck just before entering the Cave House. Chicken, like the sign for the speak easies in days gone by. Of course, we do not think it was a ghost, and are amazed at the sleight of hand that had to take place for that bag to appear there! Now we have our own story of odd events to add to the ones we heard. :-)

This was a very interesting and delightful time to hear history and tour the unique building. We highly recommend a visit to The Cave House.

Gain a new interesting perspective on what was once the Oil Capitol of the Nation. Learn a little about the sorted past and a few of the unusual characters that are brought to life by verified stories and photos. Will you see the Rag Lady? Will your keys mysteriously get misplaced? The legends and a few superstitions might get you tingling.

What a nice experience. Linda was amazing and passionate. So special to get the personal attention we received for a tour. What a special house. The History! A speakeasy. Wow! Thank you Linda!

I am from Houston, and had never heard of this place until I looked on TA for things to do in Tulsa. Also, many of my Tulsa friends had not heard of it, either, so I was a bit concerned my visit would be a waste of time.
It wasn't!
Linda told some great stories, and my wife and I really enjoyed the tour! Even as a non-local, you will find it a great way to spend an hour!

We were visiting Tulsa and found this on things to do! Sounded like a nothing we had been to before so we went! Very unique place. Story teller/host was delightful and enthusiastic about telling the story the walls could not tell! We had fun elaborating on her stories after we left. If you are into facts and formal this is not your stop. If you are up for new, different and fun you MUST stop here! We learned chicken is not what you think! :) Go take the tour and take lots of pictures. It is hard to explain without pics.

Linda is so knowledgable and her energy is infectious. So much history here and it’s preserved impeccably.
It’s well worth a visit for $10 per person. Definitely recommend spending an hour to tour this treasure

This house was built with real local rocks! At one time, when I was younger, there were several other homes in the same area. The rock forms & shapes are so unusual the builder had a real creative mind to place them all together. The location on the side of the hill is also one of kind. Reminds me of the Native American cliff & cave dwellers. You can drive by on the street and see the house. A must see just for fun!

Two teens and myself throughly enjoyed our visit. Loved listening to the history on the place. The owner is really friendly. We were able to schedule our tour pretty fast. Both teen agreed that we'd like to visit again!

We had a large group of teens and we dropped by unannounced. Nobody was home, but we called the phone # and the nice lady drove back over and opened up the house for all of us to see. The Cave House has a very colorful history, and it's so peculiar and unusual in every way, that I give it 5 stars for what it is.

Must book ahead.. The owner of this house knows her history of the house and the area of Tulsa. Fascinating stories with great enthusiasm, enjoyed every minute and the house tour is fun. A definite must see.

interesting, went with some girlfriends and we enjoyed it but i was surprised after i went that the reviews had been so raving.

The Cave House is very unique and unusual. I find it very calm and relaxing. The owner Linda has a lot of history and has done a good job decorating and keeping it interesting. It is worth an hour or so of your time. Definitely worth checking it out.

We took a tour of The Cave House over the weekend. We got there after three other people had just began the tour, so we joined them and finished the tour. After they left, it was just the two of us with the owner, so we had time to ask a lot of questions and take a lot of pictures.
Linda, the owner, is very informative and is full of stories about her house. I have driven by that house for several years and always wanted to go inside. I was very excited when I found out she did tours! We had a great time looking at this unique house and hearing all about it. She has a website and a Facebook page so you can learn more about it. It was well worth the $10 admission price!

I wanted in since i was a kid. As a Tulsan and if you know about this place its a must see, if you don't know about it you still need to see it.
I knew about this place as a child and thought it was a dugout..just simply covered up was all. It was one of the places I wanted to see every time we passed by, I remember seeing, one time only, an old white-haired and bearded man at the door otherwise no one. We would take the Charles Page Line to Sand Springs to my Gmaws home.
I will have to make another visit just to spend a little more time inside.
Linda is a good storyteller, entertaining and amusing. History is so rich and many side stories to boot. I was just excited to walk thru but still brought back the childhood urge to live in a cave!

Must see! This house is super fun - and a little crazy - but Linda really makes the tour! We had a blast both touring and listening!

By all means this a MUST SEE in Tulsa. A hidden gem with rich history behind it is worth visiting, and the “tour guide” owner of the place will keep you spellbound with her high energy enthusiastic talk. Be sure to have her tell you her inspirational story at the end. That by itself was a blessing from God.

We literally saw the sign just driving by! Decided to stop in and see what it was all about! We are out of towners from KS. I AM SO glad we did. Linda made my kids feel so special. She spent 2 hours storytelling, giving a tour and answering every question my 8 and 6 year old had. This place is a must see!! We will stop in our next trip to Tulsa! Thanks Linda!

This wonderful place is magical!
Be sure to call ahead to schedule an appointment.
My wife and I neglected to read that part and just showed up one day. Fortunately, the owner and storyteller, Linda, was there and was just saying goodbye to her daughter.
We asked if we could have a tour and she kindly said yes.
This place has an incredibly fascinating history! I won't give it away, but Linda will tell you in the most riveting way.
The decor is artistic and eclectic with strange objects around every corner. She's also built in some fun interactive things as well.
But where this tour shines is sitting down in the living room with Linda and listening to her stories of the people, the history, and the visitors who have graced this wonderful house.
The Tulsa Cave House is amazing, but the true magic is Linda!

Linda is fascinating and has many interesting stories to tell about The Cave House. It's a must see attraction for the Tulsa area.

This is a unique house that we had looked upon with curiosity for years, having heard it called the Cave House, the Flintstones' House, etc. It provides great insight to Tulsa in the Prohibition Era, as well as good stories about its owners and occupants since that time. Time and money well spent for those who enjoy Tulsa history.

Touring at The Cave House in Tulsa was an enchanting experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The host, Linda, is not only full of fascinating historical knowledge but also has a great sense of humor that makes the tour even more enjoyable.
There's so much to explore inside the cave, and I’m sure even after spending an entire night there, I still wouldn’t be able to take in all the quirky details or ask all the questions I had. Every corner of the house has a story, but I’ll leave it to Linda to share those captivating tales.
This truly is a must-see experience—something unique that you won't find anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I loved visiting the Cave House! The owner is so friendly and is so enthusiastic about the history of the house. I definitely recommend taking time to tour the house.

The Tulsa Cave House has been the fascination of anyone who grew up in the Tulsa/Sand Springs area. Everyone has been curious as to what is inside! Now that Linda Collier owns The Cave House, it is possible to go inside and have your curiosities turned into total fascination! Linda is the perfect hostess, her enthusiasm for The Cave House brings it even more to life. It is a fun, personal tour. You will gain a friend in Linda Collier when you visit The Tulsa Cave House.

This was a great time. The cave house is fascinating and the young lady who owns it is captivating. Her knowledge of the history of the house and the way she tells the story is captivating. You'll love it, but hold onto your keys.

We did the tour. Because we had two families with 3 kids and 4 adults I feel the owner made it interesting for all of us through the interaction with the children and the historical accounts and stories for the adults. Loved it.

One of the most unique experiences we’ve had as tourists! The Cave House is so unique but not as unique as it’s owner, Linda. She will keep you engaged with stories of past residents, old photos of Tulsa and it’s famous residents with connections to the Cave House.
Don’t miss this tour when you come through or as a local. Lots of great info.

I found this place at the top of things to do on TripAdvisor while coming into town on business! I am Soooo glad to have found it online ahead of time bcz we then made this our #1 tourist destination spot. We were able to text Linda and schedule a tour one day in advance. This is a magical special place and I wish my kids would have been with us because they would have loved it! Such magical artsy characteristics and whimsy throughout. Linda has done her work in finding out the history of the building along with its former ownership and residents. The main room is magical but then when you go upstairs it’s even more special! This is a must see! Plan on spending 2 hours or more there and bring cash if possible for the tour fee. Thank you Linda for your gracious time and hospitality! We loved touring your little cave house of wonders!

Tulsans have been fascinated by this curious place for decades. Stories and fantasies abounded but no one had actually seen inside until a beautiful, energetic, delightful young woman purchased the property. The tours are so much fun and very informative. Your imagination goes wild. You could not ask for a more upbeat, hospitable tour guide. Linda's love for the house is obvious and contagious. Great fun for anyone and everyone!

Awesome time on a random Saturday afternoon.
Linda is an amazing storyteller and is so fun and knowledgeable about the history of the house.
Highly recommend.

I called to schedule a tour. No one answered the phone. Voicemail sounded flaky. Checked website and it said it is open. Of course, it was not open due to covid.

Anyone who loves history and Tulsa will find this a must see stop. Linda is a great story teller and you will enjoy your adventure back through time.

A must see if in the Tulsa area. Linda is very informative about the facts and legends, and a great host! We truly enjoyed the time we spent there. I really recommend going!

Nice little stop of something unique. We just got out and took pictures. If you’re in the area stop by I wouldn’t say it is worth driving out of your way for.

Linda the owner met a friend and me in town for the night within hours of calling for a tour. She has put so much love and effort into the space it's worth checking out for the small fee. Her stories are fun and the cave house is a very unique space! I truly enjoyed meeting her and will remember Tulsa fondly because of this tour!

If you are anywhere near Tulsa, OK and like offbeat, not state sponsored attractions or casinos you have to stop by the Tulsa Cave House. From its shape to its origins and the true and folklore stories and people associated with it, the Tulsa Cave House is worth a stop. Linda, the current owner has made the most of the history of the place and I can promise there's absolutely nothing like it anywhere on Route 66 or anywhere in the world.

I don't know where else you can get so much entertainment for only 10 bucks a person! The house has a lot more history than I realized! We originally just went because the building is super quirky and looked cool…little did we know it had been built as a speakeasy!

We were in the area and stopped by to check it out. We only saw the house from the outside and it had us intrigued. If you do get a chance to take the tour I think it would be neat.

Although the house was amazing, it was the owner and all of her stories that made the tour just incredible. I would recommend this for anyone with a taste for quirky history and ghost stories!

It is an interesting place to see. I was disappointed that the house was no longer in working condition. We went during October and the woman that owns the house had it decorated for Halloween. The "stairway" upstairs was a little frightening.

Owner was so enthusiastic about the cave house and it’s history and truly loves sharing its stories and you can tell she has so much fun doing tours. The house itself is so neat and the rooms upstairs were beautiful! A must-do in Tulsa for sure.

Upon arriving at The Cave House, I felt very welcome and went on to be educated about the history of the house. What an interesting history it is! There is a lot of cool stuff in there and worth spending the time exploring when you're in Tulsa. Have a great time.

Linda is a natural storyteller. The house is full of quirky and fascinating things and my husband and I had a great time. Don't hurry off after an hour, Linda has more stories for those willing to wait around a few more minutes. I guarantee you've never been anywhere quite like Cave House.

The Cave House is so fascinating! Linda really brings the history to life with her tours and awesome personality. This is definitely worth experiencing if you are visiting Tulsa for the 1st time or if you have lived here forever.

This was a very interesting and fun tour. Linda, the owner and tour guide, has some wonderful stories on the history of the home that made this quite an experience and a "one of a kind" attraction. She makes an unusual residence blossom with her knowledge of its history. This is a must for any Tulsa resident or any traveler with a few hours to spare who wants to dive into local lore.
There is not a set tour schedule so call in advance - even the same day - and you can probably set something up. I and my sister were the only ones on our tour on a Sunday mid-afternoon. Linda accommodated us and gave spent a great deal of time answering our "curiosity" questions. She never tired of addressing our questions when she could have rightfully told us it was time to leave. Simply a very gracious individual.

This was a must see for me. If you are interest in local history and unique places when you travel, YOU HAVE TO COME HERE!
Linda, the owner of the property MADE the tour. Her enthusiasm and tireless effort for the history and back ground on this local landmark is contagious. The quirky stories and decor was enjoyed by all of u!

Located past the west end of downtown. Tucked into the side of the hill. Quirky house filled with local lore from years past. Great conversation about history of area and things seen and maybe unseen. Definitely one of a kind...

An unusual place with a fun story. A little bit of history, a little bit of fiction that the owner weaves into an entertaining story. Call ahead for a reservation as the tours are small groups.

If you find yourself in Tulsa and want something fun to do check out the cave house! Linda will entertain you with her fun stories and cool, quirky house! 😁

My wife and I couldn't believe the Rich American History behind such a seemingly small roadside attraction! Linda's warm and welcoming presence took us offguard for her vast knowledge of Oklahoma and the Prohibition Era. Everything about this attraction completly blew us out of the water! In an hour, Linda took us into a storybook of detail about the crazy owners of the cave house over the years dating back to when it was a speakeasy for bootleggers. This place is a must book tour for visiting Tulsa!

The Cave House, in Tulsa, was charming. Rich in historical rumor, kind in hospitality, well-decorated to fit Halloween, The Cave House was laid-back, fun, and easy.

Awesome! Really cool house, awesome history! Tons of old things to look at. The owner even gave us a picture off the wall!!! Plan to come back with the kids.

The owner is a master story teller and is very knowledgable about local history. She makes your visit so much fun! And the house itself is something I had always wanted to go inside to see. I grew up about two miles away and she tells incredible stories that are several generations old, and quite accurate. Whether you're from this area or an out of town visitor, you MUST see this place and hear the history!

We were looking for something to do in Tulsa and after googling, the cave house popped up. It looked like something we hadn't seen before so my husband said let's go!. The owner Linda is one of the coolest sweetest people ever! She makes you feel right at home. She is a great story teller. I thought you would just tour and leave but there is so much more to it. I could have spent all day listening to her. I just wish we had had a key to leave :) Thank you Linda for a great afternoon!!

Linda was the best story teller. This was a great stop and well worth it. One of a kind. The tour takes an hour and is only 10 bucks.

If you don't go while in Tulsa, youre missing out! The tour was about 2 hours and we enjoyed every minute of it.

This exhibit is unreal it is located on the side of a mountain in west Tulsa just a few miles past Downtown Tulsa! A great family event , the kids will love this place !

You won't be disappointed by owner-tour-guide Linda Collier. So get on board for a fun afternoon visitation in T-Town. Located west downtown, on Charles Page Blvd. Yes, Tulsa has a little bit of Al Capone blood running near the Arkansas River and New Block Park. Hear the tales of old bootleggers, gambling, drinking and the key lady. Do key your keys in your pocket and do not lay them down and walk away. Learn about west side history and the Rag Lady always walking along Charles Page in several layers of clothing no matter the weather and temperature. I grew up along Chas. Page in the late 40's -70's. I remember sitting in the back of our car coming home from church or shopping, and stretching my neck to get a glimpse through the doorway, when it was open in the hot summer. All I ever saw in those days were men sitting around a table and playing cards and talking. Before Linda purchased The Cave; I always felt sorry for the dilapidated condition it suffered over the years of neglect. Thankful Linda felt the urge to carry on a bit of history, and has done a superb job of upkeep. She purchased the building, and restored every room with decor. I will let her take you on tour tell it's history. And her fondness to carry on a bit of Tulsa, north of the Arkansas River and railroad tracks. A big bang for your bucks and entertainment.

Me and hubby stopped by the house, just want to take a picture, the lady of the house was just about to decorate the house for halloween, she asked if I want to come in just to see the living room, I told her ok but I did not want a tour
she was so passionate about the house and its history, she took us to the whole house.
it was so cool and amazing!!!
it is a must see attraction

I took my 12 year old son with autism there not expecting how it would go. Linda gave us an awesome tour and managed to keep my son interested and happy the entire time. The place itself is amazing and has a great history. There are surprises around every corner, and her stories are great. So it's well worth taking the kids, but I also look forward to going with adults and getting more about the history. I can't wait to go back. Love that little place!

It's hard to describe the Cave House. As the name implies, it is a house built into a hillside in Tulsa; but it's so much more. I won't give anything away, but I will say that you want to hold on to your keys while you're there. Linda, the owner, has tons of stories and pictures about the history, mystery and myth of the home. Her passion for the home and the history of Tulsa is evident in every part of the tour. Cave House is peaceful, eclectic, weird, quaint, and maybe just a bit macabre. It's definitely an adventure you must experience to understand. We loved it, and think you will too.

If you want to see boot legging stuff you won't, they will tell you some stories and show you some news clippings. After that it some stories about people that lived there and then a tour of random things the owner has collected. Its clearly I labor of love for the owner and she is nice. However if you are going through town and can only see so many places go elsewhere, this is a I have done it all already so I might as well kinda place.

How fun! Take the family & enjoy the story time with Linda/owner. She is so welcoming & loves to share the history of the Cave House from past to present. Very unique & personal. You leave knowing some secrets! Do this!

My friend and I were in town for one night to see a concert. We had a few hours to kill before the concert and we looked up things to do. We came across the cave house. We showed up without calling because we didn't read that you need to call before going to get a tour. The owner however, was still very kind and didn't hesitate to give us a tour. The house was great but Linda, the owner, was the real highlight. She has a nack for story telling and we both really enjoyed the time we spent with her. It's a must see! You won't regret it! Shout out to Linda!!

The gatekeeper of The Cave House, Linda, was an amazing story teller of local history! She brought the local history into sharp focus and entertained us with word and picture bringing the past to life. Quaint, eccentric, out-of-the-way place...a must see.....we loved it!!!

My husband and I were visiting Tulsa for only 1 day. We had availability in the morning we arrived, called an hour before our arrival into Tulsa per the website said the availability was flexible. Long story short, not as felxible as we thought. We weren't able to check at all. Be sure to call do it maybe 24 hours ahead of time or make sure you are very flexible for a tour.

Anyone who loves history, unique out-of-this-world decors, delightful and inspiring stories of old, and quirky architecture, The Cave House is an absolute must.
My husband and I had a truly wonderful experience with Linda who is quite a mesmerizing storyteller.

We did this tour as part of a group date night, I’d never heard of it until we arrived. When I walked in I was a little apprehensive, but Miss Linda quickly had my full attention. She is a hilarious story teller and makes this quirky place come to life! This made for an amazing date night! Highly recommend to anyone who likes history, quirky houses, or just a great story!

Ms. Collier easy takes you back in time while narrating the tales of this unique Tulsa’s piece of history with her excellent story teller ability! My family and myself really enjoyed it! Thank you Ms. Collier for making our visit not only interesting but entertaining as well!

It is a great place to visit! Very fun and interesting! The owner is super nice and informative. Definitely worth your time and effort to visit!!

This unique attraction captivated us. Equipped with photographs and history about the Cave House, the beautiful Linda is a perfect hostess/tour guide. The inside is just as fascinating as the exterior.

We had a great time on this tour yesterday. I highly recommend visiting when in Tulsa. Made our trip worth it. Thank you so much Linda for the interesting stories. We are still talking about them!

I grew up near the area and had always wondered about this house. I have since moved out of state and was so excited to realize on a recent trip home that tours were being given. Linda was amazing with her story telling and keeping things exciting. My kids are 6 & 9 and loved it also. She has worked hard to find pictures and the history of the past residents. The house is eclectic and has an eclectic history, that is what makes it fun. Linda has brought in elements that show her personality also (the bone items and sticks) and they fit in perfect. I especially recommend this for anyone that has been curious about the cave house and anyone that likes things that are a bit unusual. I really think anyone would enjoy it though. We are already planning a return visit with my mom. My only concern would be the stairs for guests that have a hard time climbing, they are small and a bit awkward.

We tried to visit this attraction in September, but the experience was disappointing. The website states that tours are by appointment, yet no one answered our calls, and our text inquiry (which showed as read) was never returned. It’s now been three weeks without any response. It seems tours are not being offered at this time. Also worth noting: the “cave” itself is no longer part of the Cave House, which makes the attraction less appealing than advertised.

What a treasure! Had a thoroughly wonderful hour with friends while we were treated to an entertaining story of Tulsa's history in a quaint architectural cave house! We had driven by this location for years and decided to call ahead and book a tour. We were all so glad we did! We will certainly tell friends and recommend to others whether they are from Tulsa or just traveling through. The lady who lead the tour was so nice and entertaining. Put the Tulsa Cave House on your to do list with friends!

Very neat place! Wished the city would clean it up around this property a little but don't be scared to stop by! It's close to downtown Tulsa old district and the people/streets and rather on the low end but not this place.

We spent a delightful several hours with Linda who has a wealth of information and stories to highlight her many interesting collections.

I really don't know how to describe our time there. If you like folklore, history, repurposing, recycling this is the stop for you. The owner shared the history of probation and bootlegging in Tulsa and how the cave house relates today. Definitely a stop for women. Tours are small in size so time is spent with each person. FUN! FUN!

Went on a girls weekend. Linda is a wonderful story teller. I hadn’t heard about The Cave House so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Enjoyed the story telling immensely. The tour of the house was fun. Be sure and take her a old key.

I love "road side" attractions and the Tulsa Cave House is one of the coolest places I've ever visited. Linda is a great host and storyteller and made the house's history come to life. Highly recommend a visit.

As cool as this house looks from the outside, the history and stories told about it by the guide are even better. This should definitely be on everyone's bucket list that loves history and the quirky places from our past.

Did not know what to expect or how long we would be there. We were not disappointed. We sat in the living room and heard the "history" which was fascinating to all of us. The tour around the house was fun...Looking at all her treasures and the stories behind them.

Found this little gem in Tulsa and enjoyed it immensely! Linda is a very gracious hostess who shares her passion with clever (and well-researched!) storytelling. You will be delighted with your visit to the Cave House!

Wow! When I saw this on a list of things to do and see in Tulsa, OK I wasn’t really expecting much. Boy was I wrong! Linda is a fantastic storyteller and she wove a web of stories for us that left everyone enthralled. The house itself is pretty whimsical and has a very interesting history. Do yourself a favor and go see the Cave House but make sure you hold onto your keys! 😉

Tulsa is full of history, but when visiting Tulsa, your visit is NOT complete with out stopping at the Cave House!

Great visit and stories. Very interesting. Takes about 1 hour and well worth it. Need to schedule a tour with Linda.

Just looking for something to do found this, really cool place for some stories, easy to find, last about a hour

I have driven past it for years, but it took someone from out of town to get me to go there for a tour. As expected from the outside, this place is very unique. Built into the hill side, it was used for bootlegging in the early years. The stories surrounding the house, it's history, the odd assortment of decorative items from a Key Tree to painted creatures made from bones, lots of twigs used in the decorating and hidden doors in the floor that were once filled with treasure make it a very different experience. I was also impressed with the owner's tales of tracking down it's history. She also told of some of her visitors who came to tour the house and stories or feelings that it evoked. Parking is a little tricky, but it is worth a visit. Reservations are required for tours.

Went with a friend in from out of town and we both loved it. Linda has done a lot of research and that building certainly has a story or two yet to be told. Very unique and makes you realize just important water was to many Oklahomans....

We took out grandchildren to this place. Almost missed it. They were not impressed. Outside was a little rundown so we just stopped outside and took a picture.

I didn't read reviews before I went to the cave house so I went in not sure what to expect. I think I expected to hear things like when it was built and the history of this house. Instead I left with the feeling that I had met a Tulsa Legend.
Thank you Linda for the stories and the great time. Linda is an incredible storyteller and is the perfect owner of this Tulsa gem.
Definitely worth stopping by and getting the tour!

Found it just randomly not knowing what to expect. Was very surprised and entertained upon going inside! The owner was very sweet and the stories about the house itself are definitely worth the time.

I absolutely was intrigued and amazed at this hidden treasure. Go see it!!! I will be taking some friends back for sure. It's a must stop. Do not miss this!!!

Ok I have lived in oklahoma near tulsa for 15 years and didn't even know of this place existence. I found it on the Internet. It takes about an hour for the tour however it is so worth it. This is also a great history lesson for children. The owner Linda is a very down to earth person who has brought the past back to life. This little house is filled to the top of the hill with history from the buildings birth to the prohibition Era to now. Please stop in and allow Linda to take u on a historical ride through time. Be sure to sign the guest book when u leave. The tours cost 10$ for adults and 5$ for children under 15. All the proceeds go to the restoration of the house. Go visit I promise you will not be disappointed.

The outside of this place always fascinated me as a child. I was glad to finally explore the inside and get the backstory on the history and folklore of the house. This was a fun adventure.

The house, and its owner, Linda, are true treasures and are a definite must-see in Tulsa. Linda is warm and welcoming and full of local historical facts and interesting stories about the house and the local area. The house itself is fascinating but Linda's treasures and stories make the visit worthwhile. Just remember to hold onto your keys.. ☺️

I really enjoyed my hour-long tour. Linda was full of great stories and answered all of our questions. She obviously loves this house, and it was great to learn more than I ever knew before about Tulsa history.

What a wonderful experience to finally be inside the Cave House after growing up in Tulsa! Linda Collier who owns the house is very pleasant. You can tell she is very passionate about the house as well as Tulsa as she shares her stories of the past (since 1924) and present times. During the tour she tells of the architects who designed the home, Prohibition Era / Speakeasy settings, past tenants, hidden treasures, secret doors, along with the many interesting happenings over the years. Be sure to keep an eye on your keys as she tells you about the 'Key Lady' who once lived there. From amazing stories to exquisite decor, it would be a shame to miss such an interesting historical landmark. There is a sign on the door with prices and phone number, 918-378-1952. I wish I could post pictures on here but she has a facebook page at Tulsa Cave House where you can see find out more. Will definitely be sending friends to visit!

The entire experience was just delightful, and Linda was an excellent guide. I liked her bone and key collections.

We were visiting wife's parents and found this place on Trip Advisor. Definitely worth the visit. The house was unique in every way and Linda had stories to match. Full of local information and history. Key story, hidden treasure area, and slide are great memories we left with. But most impressive was Linda's spirit and openness.

Everyone should go here. The cave house history is very interesting. Linda the owner is so lovely. It was one of our favorite things we did on our trip. Thanks a bunch Linda for a fantastic time. This is a place I will go back to.

This was fantastic. Linda, the owner, is quiet informative with many stories about Tulsa, prohibition and the previous owners of the property. Take old, no longer used keys as she recycles them. A must see

It's quirky, and a visit needs to be experienced to fully understand. No audio tour here - the owner provides all the historical background while pointing out artifacts she has collected.

I grew up in Tulsa and recently found that you can tour the Cave House. So I took my mother for an afternoon tour. We had the most wonderful time!! The house itself was amazing and I was shocked by the upstairs - it was sooo cool! While the house was amazing the true gem was Linda the owner/tour guide. She has done thousands of hours of research on the house, neighborhood and Tulsa. Her stories were wonderful about people who lived in the homes and nearby. Linda's decoration and design choices were unique and perfect for the house.
I would recommend an afternoon with Linda's stories to anyone...and the house is fun to see as well! Well worth the time!

My 10 year old son, my sister, and I took the tour with Lynda as our guide. She had a lot of historical and personal stories to tell. She enthusiastically showed us the importance of her “bone” creations, keys, nest bed, and tree house slide. She finished the tour with her “show and tell” and offered to take pictures. Overall very quirky, but it certainly sent us home with a smile on our face.

My boyfriend and I visited the Cave House while in town for a company Christmas Party. I could go on and on about why this is such a great place to visit. Linda is truly an incredible story teller. I was totally transfixed from the moment she opened the wood door and asked us to sit with her in her charming living room. Linda's warmth and hospitality are immediately felt, as well as her fantastic sense of humor. It is obvious that she loves the place and has done a lot of research into the history of not only the cave house but of the locals in the area. The stories she tells are full of history, fun and intrigue. Linda then takes you on a tour of the house. This isn't a tour where you feel like you can look, but not touch. Linda is very upfront that she wants you to look, touch and enjoy. And yes.....she wants you to go down the slide from the bedroom to the porch. And yes....it is fast! Seriously, do not miss this if in Tulsa.

This is a beautiful house that has an incredible story behind it. It is a must see while in Tulsa. Linda is so passionate about this house and the stories that go with it that I was not ready to leave at the end of my tour!

Admit it. You have driven past here thousands of times an wondered what it is like inside, right? NOW you can find out. A truly quirky little abode that sadly does not permit you to venture back into the CAVE that was a vital portion of the original house. Insurance reasons. Still a fantastic tour of a truly original and very unique "tiny house" as they were meant to be. Had Tulsa lost this to urban renewal or some other "modern" upheaval, we would be so much the looser for it. Thankfully, somehow, it remains as a tribute to the way we were and now are returning to. You just can't be a Tulsan and not visit here.

We had a great time visiting this place. It has a lot of charm and unique artifacts. The host was most gracious with her time and shared wonderful stories.

Linda is so great at what she does! She bought the house to restore its history and she did just that! Her quirkiness makes the tour so fun and light hearted!

Cave House is a one of a kind gem. Linda our host told of all the history, and stories of the past owners and residents of the house. The history also included the local neighborhood and Tulsa.

Had a great time, lots to see and learn, Linda shared lots of history and stories about the house. She has done a lot of research. Tulsa history!

Nothing like it and it does have a history! I went through it with Ghost Tours -- Eerily amazing!!!!

A friend of mine had found this place on The Crazy Tourist website, And we decided to set up an appointment for a tour. The owner of the house, Linda, was the highlight of the entire experience. She gave us the history of the house accompanied by very interesting photos of previous owners, as well as captivating stories of the various transformations of the house over time. The house is small and quirky, but very unique and truly one of a kind.

This was the highlight of our trip to Tulsa. Linda is amazing with so much history to share as well as inspirational stories. Unique and unforgettable visit!!!

The person giving the tour can make you love or hate your experience. I must say I didn't want Linda to stop talking or for the tour to end. The history of The Cave House was so interesting and well worth the small fee you pay to visit. We felt like we made a new friend.

What a wonderful bit of Tulsa’s colorful past - I learned so much about my city that I’d never heard in my 40+ years living here!
Linda Collier has rescued this curious little Landmark, and done extensive reasearch in its history. A fascinating and fun tour!

I was dragged to it by my mom. I was expecting it to be dumb but it was a very fun and enjoyable. The tour guide/owner Linda was amazing and made the visit very fun and had a funny quirky story for just about everything there. I would say one of my favorite parts was a slide that's in the house. It's just a very fun time.

A big thanks to Linda for preserving this historic landmark. Not only has she put in a huge amount of physical labor, she has repurposed the house and everything in it with fascinating creativity. In addition, her exhaustive research has accumulated the facts/legends/myths surrounding the property to compile an engaging tour back in time. My sister and I had a blast! What a labor of love for Tulsa!

No doubt, Linda is more than the owner, but a caretaker of this eye-catching and historic house. Through the decades, many have wondered about this house now called the Cave House... and Linda's tour starts with an oral history....steeped in historical fact, and legend. She has seriously pieced together facts as she discovers more and mover over the 21 years she has owned the house.
It is that oral history that makes this a fascinating recommended visit. Relax and take it all in through her delightful storytelling using pictures, artifacts and everything in the home. Each room is uniquely furnished with a story behind everything.
The original cave is now filled in so a hillside backs the house. Was it a storehouse fo liquor during prohibition, a speakeasy, hangout for gangsters?, hidden treasures in hidden places?
You decide after your visit. Time has taken a toll but she maintains the house beautifully. Ingeniously stopping moisture coming in from the hillside by plastering walmart bags as a moisture barrier. Delicately keeping your balance, walk up the uneven stairs to the bedroom and garden upstairs.
We were delighted and amazed everywhere we turned. It was one of the highlights of our weekend trip to Tulsa.

I had previously read to call to schedule a tour. We were in Tulsa seeing some other sites and had additional time to kill so we stopped by the Cave House. Linda was more than gracious to take her time to tell the stories of the Cave House (since we didn't schedule this) AND gave us a tour all without asking us to pay the tour fee (we paid anyway). My 14 year old son even had a great time!! I would recommend touring this quirky little place to everyone!

Very interesting place with a lot of history, Linda is a wonderful storyteller. Perfect place to spend some time while on vacation. Our teen left her phone alone the entire time, until we took pictures at the end.

This is well worth the time and money. Amazing story and history. Linda is a pure delight. Makes everyone feel welcome. We had a 12 and 15 year old (with my husband and I) and everyone enjoyed some part of the experience. Believe me this is hard to do!!! I've never done something similar to this type of tour. I would definitely recommend!

Very interesting little place. My husband and I loved the enthusiasm and passion that Linda has for this place. Loved the stories as well as the decor!!!!!

Unique house. Interesting history. Great stories from Linda. I had an enjoyable visit. A special place that deserves to remain a part of Tulsa.

Linda Collier (a.k.a. owner and storyteller) is as enchanting as the Cave House and the stories of the place. Definitely worth a visit!
Brenda O.

Linda, the owner of the cave house, has worked for years gathering information on previous owners, suspicions, history and details of this house. She knows so much that she makes it extremely interesting. Unfortunately the cave part has been closed off for many years, and when you go on the tour you don't get to see all of it (part of it is closed off), but what you do see is very interesting and unusual. There are very steep stairs going upstairs, but even if you can't do that part, you still get a full adventure. But the best part of all is Linda! She tells you so much about the place and the history. I've been here my whole life and had never seen it before. When there was a write up in the paper we got a group of ladies together to go see it. We were all amazed and had an awesome time. Everyone must see it - native Tulsan or not! This would be a great site for a place to take out of town guests. Just make an appointment with Linda. It looks just like a Flintstone house. Fantastic!!

We decided to take a day trip from OKC to Tulsa. One of the places we visited was The Cave House. It was such a fun adventure. Linda is amazing and knew so much about the history of the house and surrounding area. I would recommend this historical site to anyone visiting Tulsa! Go to this house!!

My husband enjoyed our trip to the Tulsa Cave House. The guide was very knowledgeable & well spoken. The information about speak easies & this one in particular was fascinating. I definitely recommend the Tulsa Cave House to anyone visiting Tulsa.

On a Route 66 Trip with my best friend, this was one of many stops along our way. Linda, the owner, was a terrific storyteller, filling us in on the history of the house while entertaining us with her great sense of humor. Bring an old key with you!

What an experience! We had no idea what to expect and we were just dazzled! Linda is such an entertaining storyteller, and had my 6th grade Girl Scout troop on the edge of their seats. Perfect combination of history, stories and hands on entertainment. This is a must-do in Tulsa for school-age kids and adults!! We can't wait to go back.

We took the tour with the ladies on Halloween. They take you to the cave house and other places. I have driven by the cave house all of my life but to go inside was a real treat. There is a lot of history and character there. The hostess was very gracious and I would have loved to had more time to spend there, maybe next time.

Recommend this place it
is really cool. The stories are so neat and she was such a fun tour guide. Great time!

Not only is the "Cave House" a Tulsa treasure, and unexpected in my book until two days before the end of my trip to Tulsa, but Linda Collier is passionate in sharing this great piece of local history. Additionally, as I worked to calculate when I could come by in regards to bicycling from the (also awesome:)!) Gilcrease Museum to the Cave House, she helped me adjust my arrival time to the House.
Make a point of seeing the Cave House when you are in Tulsa!

Linda has the most unusual place, has decorated it with her own unique style and has stories that will keep you entertained for hours. She is a riot, we LOVED it! Spent 2 hrs with her today and couldn't believe where the time went. This is a MUST SEE stop if you are anywhere near Tulsa, and if you are not close, reroute your trip!! Thanks Linda, best stop we have had!!

We called for a last minute tour in the late afternoon and Linda called right back indicating we could come right over. What an interesting, historic, eclectic, dwelling. Linda's stories of the history and various occupants of the house are amazing and delivered with a contagious passion and humor. We had a great time and learned so much of the Tulsa's notorious past. Including some some pretty mysterious characters and events. we would recommend this tour to to all who want to spend a couple hours learning some little known history and being thoroughly entertained.

We are Vermont and travel often; we won't forget this very interesting site with an even better storyteller--Linda. The house is unique, but Linda makes the visit.

Add this as a must do to your Tulsa bucket list! Such interesting prohibition era history. Linda, the owner, was a fantastic story teller and guide. I took my two teenagers and senior mother. My teenagers enjoyed the stories and looking at the quirky collections inside. We even got my 77 year old mother to join in the fun and climb up the indoor slide. Make sure you stop at a restroom before your visit.

Loved Linda's stories and hearing about all her experiences in uncovering all the history of the Cave House. So pleased that we had the opportunity to get to visit and tour the inside. Thank you so much Linda for hanging out and sharing your stories with us today.

This is definitely different. The lady owner knows her history and gives a nice narrative. But....took an hour of our time, cost $10 each, and was really a tour of a small strange house that she has decorated in a Halloween theme. I would not do again or recommend to others.

I've been meaning to write this for several weeks but just *sigh* just getting around to it…
Meeting Linda and visiting the Cave House was honestly the highlight of my road trip across the country (Atlanta-Albuquerque). If it weren't for the museums being closed on Monday, and me not getting desperate to find something fun to do in Tulsa on my own, I would have never called to make an appointment, but I figured "What the h**l, I've got nothing to loose!" I'm so glad that I did.
Let me set a disclaimer to start: If you're the type of person that prefers taking recorded history trolley tours in old cities and eating at Applebee's in Times Square, this may not be your thing (not to bash either one, but in my opinion there are more exciting choices that could be made); but if you like quirky things, meeting interesting people, and having off-the-beaten-path experiences, then this is right up your alley.
Even if you don't consider yourself to be particularly adventurous, or even someone who doesn't usually step outside of your comfort zone when deciding on things to do on a trip, this place is STILL ABSOLUTELY worth going to.
Just follow my simple advice: go to the cave home with an "I don't know what the heck to expect" attitude and just be open to what you learn and see. If you take that approach, then you will have a better chance of experiencing magic of the place- or at the very least see some really cool things, learn some interesting history, and meet one of the sweetest, most interesting ladies you will ever encounter.
Still on the fence about visiting the Cave House? Just call already! If she can't pick up, leave a message and she'll get back to you soon. I'm really happy that she called me back and that I ended up going. I believe that It was a meant-to-be kind of thing, meeting Linda and sharing stories on the cave house couches. It truly was a memorable experience that I could never forget.

Made my day. Very interesting
And host it most wonderful and friendly
We my husband and I enjoy being able to see and tour the place
Incredible.

Linda was a doll to listen to. Her stories about the property were fantastic and she has such amazing energy. Was a fun and quirky place to visit! Loved it!

I’ve been to 39 countries and seen great marvels - this (with the associated Tulsa history) is as memorable as many of the world sights (that have a better PR agent). Having visited I feel a close kinship with the lady who gives the tour - DON’T MISS!

This was my favorite part of my 3 week trip to Oklahoma. We found this house on Tripadvisor and were intrigued because of how unique it is and the rich history with this home. The home was part of prohibition, and there are tunnels underneath and around the home where people used to transport alcohol. The home once belonged to a woman of Native American and African American descent and her husband who were extremely well-known and generous to people in the community who were less fortunate than them. The wife was a very odd person and loved collecting keys. A lot of people have brought their keys to leave them at the home as a token of remembrance and to leave a little memento behind. This home has SOOOO much history that it is impossible for me to explain all of it in this review. I HIGHLY suggest for anyone to go on this tour. The woman who currently owns the home, Linda, is eccentric, fun, and kind. She makes this more than just a regular tour about a historic home. Her bubbly and unique personality will live on with that house forever. All my friends greatly enjoyed meeting her.

Having a love of local history and historical buildings, this was a fabulous experience. Linda is very much an excellent story teller and has a whimsical artistic display in every room. Her dedication and passion for this little treasure is to be commended because if not for her, this little gem and all its stories would be forever lost. The Cave House has a magical way of loosening tongues so that more stories from its day unfold. Even so, it keeps its deepest secret of the speak easy cave it once supplied a secret entrance to. It is well worth the $10 to let Linda's tales take you back in time and to see her loving and artful displays and she champions the Cave House's right to exist and bring fun and smiles to all who visit it just had it always has throughout its years and many purposrs.

This is my 4th trip to Tulsa, and my first to The Cave House. I love seeing/learning about places like this.
Linda is fun & welcoming & has great stories/ history of the building.
A great afternoon well spent.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tulsa!

My friend and I decided to go, and it was a great decision! We enjoyed everything about it. I will go back and take friends who visit us... Always looking for fun things to share with visitors! Plan on almost two hours, maybe more, if you like.

After driving through Tulsa several times and seeing the major sites, we decided to scale down, go for quirky, and give the Cave House a visit. We called the owner, Linda Collier, a few weeks in advance to get a tour and were able to get the date and time we wanted on a Sunday afternoon. We didn’t know what to expect, but upon meeting Linda, we were set completely at ease. Linda is very friendly and engaging, high-spirited, and a good storyteller. The first 30 minutes we sat down to hear the history of the house and look at pictures. It started as a chicken restaurant in the 1920s which concealed a speakeasy during prohibition. From there, it passed to various interesting owners to the present day. The last 30 minutes was a tour of the house. Linda also told us about other Tulsa area sites we should see to include the golden driller statue and the blue whale among other places. It’s always a pleasure to visit places where you meet an enthusiastic owner excited to share their knowledge and love of what they are doing.

Found this place on tripadvisor and decided to check it out. So glad we did. What a great story Linda had to share about this unique place. She really puts you at ease and you can feel the passion she has for this place. Definitely worth checking out. Thanks for a great visit Linda!

The Cave House is a cool, unique attraction. One really needs to experience it in person. The website photos do not do this place justice. Linda’s fascinating stories hold something for people of all ages and everyone can learn something new, whether they realize they love to or not. Personally, I enjoyed learning about the history of the area, seeing the old photos, bone art and rare kitchen implements. I was really impressed by Linda’s joie de vivre. We need more museums like these, and people like her.

Linda Collier has collected all types of stories from friends and family of people that have lived there or worked there. She had a great history of bootlegging and all kinds of other stories of treasures and things like that. It's a really funky house and cool and fun to see.

I celebrated my birthday with a tour. Something I’ve wanted to do for years. We all had a great time.

My husband and I visited the Cave House today. Wow! What an amazing place, and an equally amazing owner, Linda, who brought Tulsa history alive as she told us her “stories”. She had us spellbound for close to an hour, with tales of previous owners and their history with the house. She weaves humor into her storytelling and had us laughing out loud at times. I highly recommend you give her a call and set up a tour.

The visit is as much about the stories told as it is about the weird house, though the house itself is filled with interesting items and decorations

Saw this place on Trip Advisor, looking for someplace unique to see. This was definitely a unique experience. The host is a genuinely friendly lady who has great historical facts about the house and amazing stories. She clearly loves the place and the community. The house is quite unique, but the value in the tour is the host, who shares so many artifacts and stories, you leave after the tour feeling like you just sat down with the "fun aunt" of the family for story time.

This Cave House has a lot of history from the past to present. Linda Collier, owner of the cave house, has had many great stories of the house and history. Love going there

Linda's presentation of the history of this building is excellent. The building has for the most part been associated with the sale of alcohol in some manner, either as a restaurant, speakeasy, bootleggers, prohibition, etc. She makes you feel like you're getting the inside scoop on the past inhabitants and their activities. The keys and rag lady stories were very interesting. Linda graciously took our pictures and shared some of herself during our visit. We left feeling like we'd made a new friend. Although there are a few bats & rats & bones about, would highly recommend this to anyone of any age. Nothing scary. Everything fun.

I visited and took the tour of the Cave House in Tulsa, Oklahoma this afternoon and was very impressed. I grew up in Tulsa but had been away for many years and this was on my list to see. I had heard so much about it and it was everything and more than I expected. The owner (Linda) of the Cave House was very polite and knew a great deal about the history of it. I will go back to see it again. I highly recommend taking a tour whether you live in Tulsa or are visiting from in or out of state. You won't be disappointed!

This cave house is very cool and interesting!! The tour was about an hour long!! The owner has done a lot of research on the history and past owners of this house as well as some haunted stories! Very enjoyable!!!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at cave house learning about its history and the history of those who have occupied it in the past. Linda was a great house and tour guide.

The tour combines personal art with local history & blends the mysteries & wonder surrounding the cave house through real stories & anecdotes. Linda is a charming host & makes you feel at home in this unique, quirky landmark. It's best to call ahead & set up a time to come by. This was definitely a highlight of my week visiting Tulsa!

Linda is a great storyteller, but after spending an hour or so there, I can say she is even a better person with a tremendous heart. If you are in the area, you must call & schedule a time to visit!

I built a tripadvisor account minutes after my visit to the Cave House, I needed to shout its greatness from the hilltop. There's no place like it, and Linda is the hostess with the mostess. Cave House aside, she is a treasure to talk to, and Cave House included--well, it doesn't get much better than that. Thanks for everything, I had a wonderful time!

No matter if you live here or are planning a trip.... Add this to your bucket list!! Well worth your time. Awesome, informative, interesting, hand made bone art, interior decorating... Just awesome by a fantastic lady. Call and make your appointment now!!!

Funny looking building. Been there all my life. Always wondered what was inside...
Bless her heart, Linda Collier (a.k.a. "The Cave Lady") fulfilled my dream by buying this mysterious little jewel, fixing it up, and letting thousands of curious-minded people--including me-- come in and learn about her precious Cave House. You can hear Linda's love for the place throughout her every word. She has spent hours upon hours researching every legal document, photo, newspaper and magazine article, and oral history about the house. Every time she meets someone knew, she questions them to see if they have some new bit of info--and most times they do! This happy little place is filled with decor from "Curbie's Boutique"--you will find where that is when you meet Linda! Be ready for exciting tales of bootleggers, gangsters, regular folks...and some irregular folks who have graced The Tulsa Cave House. This is A MUST SEE if you are planning a trip to Tulsa!

Came and drove by house. History of house is very neat. Would be interested in tour in the future. Would be neat once they get tunnels open to see it all

I took my 4 month old nephew here and we had a blast. Linda is so well spoken about the history of the house and some life changing stories with us. I loved every minute I was there. She is has such a kind soul and you can tell the second you meet her. My nephew just adored her as well. I will cherish this memory forever! Thank you so much! I can't wait until out next visit!

Great place to see. She speaks so passionately about the house she makes you want it for your own. Bring any extra keys you have with you and if you want to get rid of an interesting bone. Bring that also.

The Tulsa Cave House has been a bucket-list item of mine since the 1970's! Checked it off today. Totally worth the time! From the history I knew of the house to what was added by the owner, Linda, my fascination continues to be stoked. The stories, photos and experiences that Linda shares makes for a humorous, historical and intellectual event that is truly worth it. I was able to share memories and my knowledge of the house with her, and she filled in all the gaps and so much more. The house is tucked away on Charles Page Blvd, a onetime major connecting road between Sand Springs and Tulsa, now a much older, somewhat forgotten part of Tulsa's past. Memories flood back to life of the stories and events surrounding Newblock Park, the old trolley line and the entire neighborhood on the "hill". While I met Linda "officially" today, I have known her and of her since I saw her on a historic Tulsa VHS (!!!) tape back in 1995 right after she bought the house. She had not yet begun to transform it to it's past; and to see it 22 years later was such a privilege and pleasure. A factual storyteller and historian, Linda keeps you spellbound with the history she has of the old place and it's glorious history in early 20th century Tulsa. I love her and I love the Tulsa Cave House! I'll forever be a "caveman"!

We were the only two on this morning’s tour and Linda is a wonderful story teller! The story of this place that’s 100 years old and how she came to buy it are terrific. It’s been a home and a party house although it was planned to be a restaurant. Unfortunately the back room that was the speakeasy originally became unstable and had to be closed off, we would have loved to see it. Then to learn that the houses on the hill up above had tunnel access from their homes to the speakeasy was so fun! There’s even an upstairs with a scary looking staircase (steep) and a slide up top! Linda is obviously wonderfully creative and innovative….loved the screen door/awning and all the bone sculptures!!

The cave house is open for tours. The house was built in the 1920's and housed a restaurant and supposedly also used as a speak easy. The cave house has been restored and is open for tours by appointment. Unique construction that backs up into a cave (that has been blocked off). If you like the odd and unusual, this is worth the visit

A fun stop while visiting Tulsa with my two daughters. Linda brings the history of this place to life with her historic and funny stories of the past inhabitants and neighbors.

Such a neat place with a great story behind it. Linda was a great host and such a history buff about the house. I wasn’t sure what to expect when going there but worth the trip and provided for some good fun and entertainment.

While you do have to call ahead of time to arrange a tour or find out the tour times for the day, it was certainly worth the extra effort to visit the Cave House. The owner did an excellent job explaining the history of the house and previous owners as well as several stories about previous house owners and residents. Great time!! My daughters who are 10 and 12 thoroughly enjoyed the visit to this house as well. Would highly recommend stopping at The Cave House for anyone visiting Tulsa or passing through town. It was a suggested $5 per child and $10 per adult fee and we spent about 2 hours here.

A must see in Tulsa! Linda is an amazing historian about the cave house. A well kept secret in Tulsa!

This is a must see Tulsa icon! Linda is a fabulously fun historian of The Tulsa Cave House. A Tulsa treasure! You must slide down the slide!

Linda is a wonderful host with multiple stories and historical facts about the house. I would recommend taking the tour as it is a MUST see in Tulsa.

Linda is a wealth of information about this iconic Tulsa site. The stories stem from personal experience during her lifetime and through the stories people
have shared with her too. Linda has been the owner for 20 + years. It is quirky; unique; and just fun.

If you have an hour or so, stop off and see this interesting and historic place. The owner has great stories as she's a native and the decor is quite unique. Be sure to call for a reservation. Very reasonable price.

If you are passing through Tulsa or especially if you are a resident of the area, I highly recommend this tour. What made it special was the storytelling ability of the owner, Linda. She has many interesting and also funny stories of the history of the Cave House. I will definitely recommend to friends and plan on going back when I have out of town company.

Adorable gnomelike home near the Riverwalk. Fun little space & kid friendly. Perfect lil treat in downtown Tulsa.
It’s a MUST see!!!
This was awesome!! I would like to go back because there is so much to see. Linda was a great tour guide!
