1 of 68 Best Attractions in Atlantic City

The Quarter seems like a big city , there are palm trees and fountains, souvenir shops, candy shops, restaurants ect.

Corny decorations almost seem fake. This is shocking for Tropicana and how low it has fallen to attract guests, now. Fake palm trees and decor make it still wish you went on vacation instead of A. C. It just does not do it for me or satisfy the need to actually go there and travel.

An all indoor shopping plaza attached to a casino, with varied food venues. Nice place to walk and window shop. Store clerks not overly aggressive and very helpful. Nice decor and very temperature controlled all year long.

Great shopping and eating experience.. Marvelous restaurants including Italian,Chinese and Cuban including others..Various stores great woman's clothing, chocolates and don't pass up variety Farmers Almanac.

Went to see the Holiday Jubilee show had a wonderful time. Love the xmas fashion show that they did. Holiday magic fun and festive. Nice way to get into the xmas spirit. Love all the old favorite songs that they perform.

The Quarter is great for a friends night out. There is plenty to eat, drink, shop and gamble. There are plenty of restaurants with Carmines, PF Changs and Cuba Libra being the main stays. The one bar (By a fountain) is great for a drink or three, and they have live music. The shopping is not my thing. Pretty pricy but if your winning on the slot machines, have at it. As far as gambling, it's a casino. Overall, it's a good night out..

There is always something going on at the Quarter. Contests, light shows and entertainment. I like to check it out when we get to the hotel to see what is going on

If you get the chance to visit the Quarter at Tropicana. Do yourself a favor and stop into The Hat Emporium and Step Up. They have some unique items that you will love to see. Prices are great for the area, you wont find cheaper for the great quality. Also The service is Unbelievably great. Mike was the man who helped us in both stores, there was also a very friendly older gentleman working who was very helpful. Stop in and see what cool hats and footwear they have.

The quarter at the Trop has something for everyone to enjoy. From shopping to Dinning to Night life. Boogie Nights and Planet Rose are must do for AC trip list, also a killer sports bar too.

Great people and the place is very friendly and clean. Lots of different foods to eat n have a lot of slot machine and game tables that u surely would love.

As we visited the Tropicana, the Quarter was very nice. I enjoyed the yogurt store, Mrs. Fields and Tony Luke's. It was a great added attraction considering our room was not exactly to our liking. (See my Tropicana review) Overall, I give it a 4.

We frequent the Tropicana Quarter for many reasons. You can do nothing or everything!
Just sit on one of the benches for some good people watching, pick one of many choices of restaurants for good eats, have a drink while watching the entertainment, play slot machines, grab an ice cream cone on the go, go to the IMAX, etc....Fun Place!

The shopping was ok, the choice of restaurants was very good. It was a rainy day, so you can park in the garage ($10.00) and walk around and decide which restaurant you want to try.

Lots to see and do here. Shops and places to eat. Would be a good rainy day activity for the whole family.

You have to walk threw the Quarter to get to most attractions in the Casino. A neat little section for photo ops with friends. Wet Willy’s is here.

Comp room, first ever stay! Bed was the most comfortable out of all the casinos we stayed at this past week. That being said, the neighbors were loud and obnoxious! Made it very difficult to get sleep. We didn't call down as we didn't want to make it worse. Probably a wrong decision and we will maybe change that decision next time. Lots to do at the Tropicana next time we will pay for an upgrade. Will definately recommend! Hopefully our comp room next time will be in a different tower.

The Quarter brought back life to Tropicana's almost drying up revenue stream years ago. With great restaurants to pick from its a must to visit and get your Latin on!

I'm absolutely amazed at how far the Tropicana has come. From a Theme Casino to a Grown up Experience.

'The Trop' is somewhat liberal with their free rooms during off seasons so Get a Rewards Card! It is a nice environment. The rooms are pretty nice - not a gold star but no complaints either.

Went to Fin had delicious sushi 🍣
Perfect drinks 🍹
Outstanding food
Top notch service -
Chef Demetrius came over to our table and asked how our food was - server Liz was so knowledgeable of the menu and professional and Danielle the hostess made us feel very comfortable.
Overall a great experience will be back again .

On my yearly "birthday" celebration week in AC, at least one trip to The Quarter at Tropicana is a must. Full of shops, restaurants, entertainment, slots...it's my favorite place to be!

Really great experience there. Felt very much as if I was at a REAL CASINO that knew how to treat its players

Plenty of places to eat. A fair amount of shopping. Bars a plenty. It's a nice distraction if your not doing well gambling. 10 west is an awesome place to drink and play video poker. Location of casino is out of the way, but walking the boardwalk gives plenty to look at and enjoy the ocean breeze. Renovations keep the place looking updated and clean. Garces restaurants gives a cool vibe

Tropicana has everything from a movie theatre to clubs and the hottest restaurants. They have a wonderful selection of food to select from and things to do . I think they have some of the better slots to play on and they are located right in the middle of the board walk which is so convenient! The Havana tower has spectacular views of the ocean and the rooms are always spotless . Easily one of the cleanest casinos hotel wise .

Starbucks was a great place to hang out. Was disappointed in the General Store. Always shopped there. last year got Golden Retriever mugs. Now they cater to small kids. Disney stuff and Frozen stuff. Did not buy anything.

On our last evening we went to this sector of Atlantic City. Its very upmarket with plenty of shops and excellent quality restaurants. Ate in Carmines, a lovely family orientated Italian restaurant

Oh my God I love shopping and they have quite a few stores here that are very nice... I think I've spent more money in their shops than I have been the casino stop in and get your shoes jewelry clothes anything that you can think of they have it let's go shopping

The Trop had so much energy within the resort. Restaurants were open, there was events going on daily. I especially love the many bar options during the week. I can't wait to visit the property again.

Overall we enjoyed our stayed. We were in the Havana Tower, and the room was very nice. Only complaint was that the check in was very slow and could have been much more efficient

You can shop eat drink ...to me it was just alway crowded....the vibe is good there ...always something going on!!!

This is a small walking mall made to look like a town square in Havana. Very tastefully done. One section has high end shops lining the street. Swaravski , Godiva Chocolates , Starbucks and the retail end of their spa are mixed in with some everyday shops like a gift shop and Mrs. Fields Cookies. Many more. As you come to the far end ( both ends have fountains , great for selfies!), there are several restaurants , some of which are among the best in A C . Carmines Italian serves family style ,moderately priced ., and gives plenty of food . you wont be disappointed. if you're in the mood , there is a great Cuban rest. that has a price fixed menu that is great .Lots of choices. The Palm , one of the best steak houses anywhere is just a flight downstairs. (great lobsters and seafood too! Shared a 6 pounder once !! But $$$$$ ) Also a great Irish Pub that serves good food . (Very reasonably priced). I've personally eaten in all of them as well as the others in the Trop (the trop has 13 rest. ) One of the Nightclubs is located on the second floor of The Quarter so it gets a little busy and rowdy late at night , but is fine for the kids day and early eve. Speaking of kids , The Trop is very family friendly. There is an arcade in house and an IMAX theatre on the second floor also. If you stay in the West Tower or the Havana Tower (the Trop has 4 towers) you have to walk through The Quarter to get to your elevators .All in all , one of the best indoor spots in A C . This is only the beginning as the Trop has a second restaurant and some shopping area downstairs near the Boardwalk entrance. 2nd Starbucks is there along with James Candy , Ice cream , Chickie & Pete's , Hooters , A Good Deli , A Mexican and the Buffet. Enjoy!!

Love Tropicana. The Quarter makes you feel like you are in another land; there is a wide variety of very good restaurants, many wonderful shops to browse, bars to go to without feeling like you are in a club, and the gambling is fun.

Hadn't stayed in a while loved our visit! Great staff, shops, food and more!!! Fun spot on a quieter end of the Boardwalk.

Wife and I browsed around through the quarter on our day in AC.It was very nice and we enjoyed the Christmas decor.

The Quarter has a lot to offer. Zetenya for food they have a hot bar and cold bar. Assorted drinks and deserts. Wet willies for frozen cocktails that are really good. Carmines big dishes for sharing and excellent service and great wait staff. Do it your self frozen yogurt place where you add the toppings on your self. A few clubs at night always busy

You ever just wanna have some fun go to the quarter at night time... Live music people drinking and dancing having a good time..

The Quater is an amazing place. There are so many people, places to eat and just a great place to people watch.

Really cool area with a nice assortment of restaurants (Carmines is awesome) A nice collection of different shops.... Just a fun spot

We had so much fun there, that the grandkids didn' t want to leave! The Fiesta Buffet is a must, the best buffet in AC! Also you must get pizza from Tony Luke's😒 👍 🍕, yummy!!

Nice selection of restaurants and boutique shops serving as a great break from either the casino action or the beach. the Trop is a great place to stay and all you have to do is ride the elevator down to The Quarter.

The quarter is always a lot of fun. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and even an IMAX Theater. Never a dull moment at the quarter. Very crowded on the weekends, but still plenty of fun. Leads you right into the casino where you can do a little gambling.

Sending a week in Atlantic Beach, took a walk along the Boardwalk and then popped into The Tropicana. What an awesome place, hotel, cafes, restaurants shops and of course the casino. And a IMAX cinema. Well worth a trip but we kept our money in our pockets. Smoking allowed in casino!

Incredibly good show featuring the famous Wallenda family ans a super funny comedian called Roberto. The archery bit is absolutely priceless and the children were able to participate

So much to dine at this place like Carmines, Cuba Libre and others. There's the Irish Pub, the Havana of Tropicana, Starbucks, Godiva, the Gelato place, the Black and White, the Swarovski and many more. There is a non smoking slot machine games. There are chairs to sit on to wait for family and friends. Fun place.

When we walked into the Tropicana everything was so festive. Music playing, Christmas decorations it was beautiful. They really put you into the spirit of the Christmas Holiday. We didn't purchase anything at the shops but we had a fantastic time walking around looking at all the beautiful decorations.

One of the best things about the Trop, is that it is so pretty. There are shops, restaurants, a movie theatre, so if you prefer not to gamble, there is still plenty to do.

very good and fun place to check out when running out of things to do in AC! many shops and restaurants to check out!!!! live music!!!

The Quarter at Tropicana really does have something for everyone. There are several excellent restaurants, including Carmine's which is our favorite. There are also shops located throughout having everything from cookies to bath supplies to a market to clothing stores. We always stop by the candy shop to fill up on a variety of candies for the kids. For those over 21, wet willies would definitely be a great spot to try one of their many different alcoholic smoothies. They also have a small casino area right in the Quarter for those who don't want to walk to the regular casino. This is perfect for people waiting on a reservation or popping in while other family members are shopping. You can't go wrong with a visit to the Quarter.

We're not gamblers, so although the Trop is a casino, we go there for the Quarter. A wide variety of good restaurants (Carmine's, Cuba Libre, P. F. Chang's, Irish Pub, Casa Taco and Tequila Bar) is reason enough to go to the Quarter. But there's more, like a great IMAX theater for the latest films. And there's the New Year's Eve countdown with snow and balloons for those who can't make it to Times Square. And, in the summer, you have fireworks off the boardwalk over the ocean every Saturday night. There will soon be several new non-gambling attractions on the Atlantic City boardwalk, but it remains to be seen if they can top the Trop.

visited on 09/20/2018 played at casino ,very poor pay-outs and poor help, poor service, and the secrity their bullied my 25 year old daughter and that is when i walked up to them and we told them we had enough fun here and are going to a casino that cares about their patrons and does not bully them. This has got to be the worst casino/hotel on the boardwalk, I rate them with a big Zero/they just do not get it ,Go to the other end of the boardwalk and have a great time,Resorts,Golden Nugget ,hard rock much better time and respect their patron base,I CALL IT THE WAY THEY TREAT US ( LIKE CRAP ) DO NOT BRING KIDS TO THE HOTEL/CASINO,THEY WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND LIKE YOUR A BUNCH OF THUGS,FEEL SORRY FOR POEPLE WHO GO THEIR/PEACE

The spot to be on a weekend in AC. Its absolutely stunning in there with some great restaurants. You cannot go there without getting a slush from Wet Willies !

Been to Atlantic City multiple times over the years, but first visit to The Quarter. It's small, but worth the 15-20 min walk to get there from Caesars Palace. Great interior!

Great time with the fellas. There's a lot to do and lots of pretty sights! Great clubs, bars and restaurants , all under one roof. I highly recommend this hotel for singles.

Plenty of good stuff to please the eye here. There's even a well-sized room full of slot games with plenty of open floor space. Definitely a must-visit if staying here (or even if you aren't!)

We spent three days here, and enjoyed every minute. This place is clean and easy to get around. There are great shows from music to comedy acts. Many shops and restaurants, too. There's no reason to ever leave the Tropicana. It's all here and with quality and style. It's like a multi-floor city within the complex.
If you get anything of value from this review please click the thumbs up below to let me know I helped you. Thanks....

Received 4 complementary tickets to the above show. The show did not disappoint. From the master of ceremonies to the jester and all the circus acts we had a great time. Every act was entertaining. Highly recommend bringing your family to the show. I would have paid to see the show. Nik Walenda and his family did not disappoint. Renaldo stole the show.

My wife and I really enjoy this casino hotel - even more than the one in Vegas. It has more restaurants and dining choices, shows and shops than any other casino in town. If you love slots, you'll love the Trop. They have fun machines that you don't see in other casinos - and there are lots of them. The Trop also is very generous with their daily free slot play offers. Beautifully laid out casino and huge hotel towers and it's right on the boardwalk.,

Enjoyed a night out in AC. Good shops and nightlife. Live music in several places. Good restaurants. People watching. Of course casino action. Enjoy!

This makes the casino better. You can escape the tables and walk around and do some eating or window shopping if you are saving you cash for going back to the tables. They need more seating in the common area. One seat except for the fountain in that specific area. Variety of restaurants to choose and even a little convenience store, candy shop, gelato joint, and a frozen drink store.

Always find fun at the Quarter. Tango a great place to relax and dance. Cube Libre, the Irish Pub and Sports Bar offer something for everyone.

We really enjoyed our visit. So much going on. Clean and lots to do! You won't be bored. The shops were great

The only casino I'll stay in is Tropicana because of the Quarter. The shops are great (and I don't even like shopping), the decor is spot on. It would be fun to see just the quarter and skip the rest of it - but you don't have to, which is even better! We always visit the Quarter and have a great time.

Every-time i go to Atlantic City. I always go to The Quarter. My first stop is usually Wet Willies and they stroll threw all the amazing shops and restaurants. The palm, Carmine's, and P.F. Chang's are my favorite places to go to eat and this cool Cuban place with this old school car in front is great to take pictures. like your transported to a Caribbean island. There is an I-Max as well.

Just beware of the Tropicana extra fees,,$17.00 daily resort fee, tax is 13.625,occupancy
fee is $5.00 , parking is 5.00 a day,,rooms at the havana quarter was very nice,, large remodel rooms, nice flat screen tvs,,,rooms prices not bad, but when you add all the extra charges for the room, their higher

Most of the casinos in Atlantic City are well below the status of their Las Vegas counterparts. The Quarter at Tropicana is as close to a Vegas type casino you can find in Atlantic City NJ. That said, other NJ casinos have their rightful place in Atlantic City. Unfortunately many once great casinos are now closed. If I were going to Atlantic City for the beach, the Tropicana is one of the few worth going to. Other casinos in the area of the Borgata and Harrahs have their own perks. The Tropicana has the beach, a great casino and some of the best choices in restaurants, shopping and entertainment all under one roof, mostly in the Quarter area. From the Imax, to comedy, and great food, it is "THEE" place to be. I live about 40-60 minutes away and is my destination of choice about 75% of the time. There are enough places to go and things to do that if your plans have to change last minute, you can find something worth while there.

Nice spot to sit, shop, eat or people watch when taking a break from the casino. There are nightclubs, restaurants and all kinds of shops to provide alternatives to gambling. The atmosphere is festive but it can get smokey in certain areas...

Offers a lot for anyone visiting the Tropicana. Has variety of eating places, movie theater, lounge with good entertainment, unique atmosphere. Beautiful light show at xmas time. Various shops and a nice walkway from parking to casino.

My husband and I stay at the Tropicana 2 to 3 times a year and recently have been staying in the Havana Tower since it's been renovated. What we love most is the access to The Quarter. Beautiful Cobblestone walkways with fountains and a sprinkling of slot machines along the way; The Quarter has everything you need and want! Plenty of restaurants to choose from, Pubs, Bars, Nightclubs, Boutique shops and even a Starbucks. Our favorites to frequent in The Quarter are Cuba Libre, Carmine's, the Hat Emporium, Blue Mercury Spa, Starbucks, Planet Rose Karaoke and Mrs. Fields cookies. It seems as though every time we visit Tropicana there is a new restaurant or shop added to The Quarter. Great Variety and Everything you need in one area!

My wife and I always enjoy our visits here. The Trop has great dining options, good shows and a nice variety of penny slots.

So many great shops....Godiva ice cream....yes please! Love the country store! Such great atmosphere. Always stop by and see what I can find.

The Quarter in the Tropicana is an amazing place to visit there are numerous restaurants and stores to eat and shop at.There is also a beauty salon and massage parlour the make you look good and feel good.If you want to sit back and watch a movie they have a movie theatre in the Quarter on the second floor.
If you visit the Tropicana you will be excited about all the things you can do to spend your time.

We stayed at the Tryp next door to Tropicana and spent most of our time at Tropicana. It was very nice. Would love to stay there sometime!

We stayed at a different hotel but went down to Tropicana to watch Star Wars on IMAX . Wow just Wow if you want to be in the holiday mood stop in . Decorated beautifully . Made you feel in the spirit . Every restaurant is open even on Christmas had plenty of choices . Came back next day to eat and enjoy ourselves at the casino . Had so much fun here .

We were last here in 2012, but the shopping mall area of the Tropicana still is very cool. The pricing in the various shops is pretty high, but there is a Starbuck’s to get that caffeine fix.

Ventured to the Tropicana to go to the quarter for dinner. Went to PF Changs,it was awesome as always

The casino is jumping on Saturdays and I was hungry at 330 in the morning and was able to get something to eat at the Trop.

We ate upstairs at a lunch place upstairs that was overpriced and the food was not good. There are a lot of vacant stores and the ones that are there are not great. They have Lush which I like, a candy store, a smoothie store, a bar some clothing and jewelry stores nothing special. The AC was great on the 95 degree out day we stopped by. It could be something special with a little more work.

Only issue we experienced, which is very understandable is that I was travelling with my 12 year old sons. The security staff was a tad overzealous with the "no kids in casino" rule. There were multiple times where we stopped while walking through to get our bearings and figure out which way to go, and with a few seconds we were approached by guards and told that the kids were forbidden from being there, and were not allow to stop - even for a second - on the floor. I understand hat they need to protect their licenses, however a child standing with their parent, not within proximity of any of the machines or gaming tables would never be confused with a child attempting to gamble. They need to loosen up on that a bit, as it made my kids very uncomfortable and they thought they were being reprimanded for doing something wrong or illegal.

This is a nice stretch of shops restaurants bars and night clubs nice for a stroll thru.
Great night life on weekends lityle convenience stores etc

We made the trek to check out the shops in The Quarter. It took longer to walk there than it did browsing the shops. The shops were nothing unique. The stained glass was pretty.

Great place to eat and drink oh yes and shop. Had a lot of fun. Many different restaurants. They have an IMAX too

Fun place to hang out, Carmines, Cuba libre and lots other places to eat, at least 3 different nightclubs, Tangos is right next to Casino and a lot of fun! Beautiful Christmas tree in center makes great photo stop.

When going to AC, you have to go to the Tropicana. There are more things to do there than any casino in AC. Mostly all of the shops are "just looking only" meaning the average person can't afford the merchandise. It's a lot of fun. Don't miss it.

I have often stayed at Tropicana in Atlantic City, and I have listed the good qualities of the casino and hotel.
I am now changing my opinion about the hotel.
In the past, I have stayed in the south tower. This is easily accessible to the lobby where you check in for a hotel room, and easy walking into the casino floor near the South Tower or a short walk to the North Tower. When the South tower was being renovated, I stayed in the North Tower and the walk was manageable.
I walk with a walker, so any distance walking is not an easy task.
This recent trip to Tropicana, I was told, there is an UP-Grade fee to stay in the North Tower and a much higher upgrade fee to stay in the South Tower. These fees are not temporary.
My only choice was to stay in The West tower. I knew this would be difficult, but I had no idea how difficult for a handicapped person.
After walking from South Tower elevator through main passage of the casino, you must go past the fountain toward the West Tower, going up hill and downhill. This may be lovely to look at, but it is a challenge for any one with walking issues. Once you go past most of the shops leading to the West Tower, you must then turn left and go down a very, very long ramp. Following that trek, you go through a carpeted walkway that is mostly uphill. People who were not handicapped were out of breath as they finally reached the elevator.
Needless to say, once leaving the room for dining and casino play, we would not chance returning to the room until bedtime. That is how arduous the walk is.
I do no plan to pay the upgraded fee (which was about $110 for taxes and upgrades for two nights), so I will not be staying at Tropicana again.I

Love the trop for its Nice restaurants and shopping in the quarter. Great ambiance, and variety of food— lots of different palettes available! Always a fun time at the trop!

This is a gorgeous place and the Quarter offers so much to do with food shops and a large IMAX theater we did not stay here but would love to in the future .

We passed by while staying at the hotel, bought a few things and had a few drinks at one of the bars. The place looks good, nothing has changed in a long time.

We were there for three nights. We do not gamble but wanted to see what AC was about beside going to a casino. We went to a couple of attractions. Spent time walking the beach and the boards. Then we decided to eat at The Quarter.
Night 1 we ate at Carmines. Not the best experience we ever had. The menus are hanging on the wall, no menus for the tables. Unfortunately none of them were near our table. We had to leave our table and walk around a corner to see what we wanted.
Im diabetic so we had a salad and a pasta with broccoli ragu. Our server Edward was very good but unfortunately the food was so-so. The salad was good but the ragu tasted like it came out of a jar. I was expecting a lot more because of the name and the prices. Probably will not go back.
Second night we went out with friends to Ri-Ra Irish Pub. Food as very good. The place was crowded and everyone was having a lot of fun. They even had a live band. Lots of fun.
Night 3 was a quick dinner and an IMAX movie. Dinner was at Broadway Burger. This was the best of the three restaurants, especially for a quick dinner. Excellent food. Very good prices. The movie was a good ending to our mini vacation.
There are plenty of shops and couple of nightclubs and even a small digital casino.
I can see why people like it.

Took my wife for her birthday because she likes to eat a variety of foods and we were not disappointed. She was actually full way before we had a chance to sample everything, but we had a great time. Highly recommended if you like to eat.

The Quarter is decorated magnificently. It is easy to get around and provides a good variety of restaurants and entertainment. Always try to take in the IMax, never miss a chance at eating at Carmin's. The prices in the shops are reasonable and the service very good.

very big casino i have ever seen played black jack and won couple of buchs:) and the service was so good and generoys

A very nice area for the Tropicana casino. Lots of bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It's a good place to hang out for a few hours. Clean and the clientele is fine.

There are lots of stores and shops in the Quarter and restaurants as well. You can get anything you can imagine and there's something for everyone. Take a stroll through the Quarter and don't miss out you won't regret it.

The Quarter is a very nice area. It has so many restaurants and stores inside that part of the Tropicana. The whole mall is on the second floor maybe, which takes you to one end of the casino or hotel (I forget where exactly). You can walk through it and stop somewhere anytime if you see something you like. The only problem I have with the Quarter is there is too much space, but I think it was because I didn’t see all of it. Next time I go to Atlantic City, I’ll be in there a little longer and see every side. If you want something to eat or buy, the Quarter is where you should go once you’re in the Tropicana. I think it’s worth visiting like any other indoor mall in Atlantic City.

With a 24 hour Mrs. Fields location The Quarter at the Tropicana is the place to be. I thought the the name hinted at a decor related to the French Quarter of New Orleans, however there is a lot of Cuban influence in the design, complete with an old school car to add to the scene. The Wet Willie's is filled with high energy 20 somethings ready to mix a drink to get the party started. With night clubs, restaurants, shops, and a karaoke bar The Quarter at the Tropicana is definitely worth a look see

If you want to have a few days of fun, shopping, eating drinking and gambling the Trop (and the Quarter) has it all and you never have to leave. Plenty of food and drink options at plenty of price points. Especially great was the "A Dam Good Sports Bar" which is inexpensive with good food, great beer specials and a great staff and Manager (Ariel!). Hooters is Hooters (great!). The dealers are mostly fun, nice and helpful. Drinks could come by a bit more often but not bad. Just be sure to check your bill when you check out for fee's that weren't mentioned at check in!!!

I really like the quarter. I feel like I am in Vegas with how nice it is themed. There are great unique shopping opportunities as well as food choices. This is a must to go hang out at

Loosest Slots in Atlantic city and a fun place to stay and play. I would eat at The Borgata rather than Tropicana.

Played Craps and Roulette for 5 hours. Cocktail waitress managed to show her face no more than 4 times. One time we didn't see her for 90 minutes. When I finally went to get a drink at the bar ($17 for a tiny jack and coke and draft beer), she showed up and gave me the MEANEST look for asking for another drink. The dealers at the table were all surly, and irritated that we weren't professionals (this isn't the Bellagio) and asked a few questions. Luckily the other guests were all a ton of fun and had no problem nudging us in the right direction for better bets and more fun.

Was there Saturday night. Place was hopping. Lots of restaurants, shopping, tourists, and locals out for as fun time. Seemed like several bachelorette parties were passing through. Very high energy. We parked at the Trop and walked through the quarter to the boardwalk. But looked like fun.

Nice Casino with a lot to choose from. Lively atmosphere with a lot of good dining options visit here during your stay in AC!

We spent a few nights here and it was the first place we headed for on our first night in AC. It’s a bit like some of the Vegas hotels but on a small scale. With fake blue sky and cute restaurant and shop facades. The kids were actually allowed here too! Upstairs is an Irish bar (nice) and Sports bar (not nice) and downstairs a variety of restaurants such as PF Chang’s, Cuba Libre (lovely), burgers (nice) and Carmines.

We stayed in the North Tower on the 7th floor. Our room was very nice, bathroom and room was recently remodeled and clean. My only issue was that our room was an adjoining room, not what I would have chosen. Our stay was only overnight so we didn't ask to change rooms. Being a weeknight we figured no big deal as it was not very crowded maybe the ajoining room would be empty. Mistake, we had neighbors who were arguing loudly and the door between the rooms does not muffle the sounds. Other than that we would definitely stay at the Tropicana again. Many nice restaurants and shops plus the Marketplace gave you the option to pick up a quick bite to eat, enjoy ice cream or a cup of coffee and a pastry.

We love the Tropicana and the Quarter is a great place to shop and see a movie and eat. The IMAX theater is awesome.

I've been to the Quarter many many times and it's Always worth the trip. Some nights just to enjoy dinner in one of the many great restaurants they have, other nights to dance at one of many clubs they have or to grab a drink... or even play some slots. So much to do in one Spot. Hands down one of my favorite places

The atmosphere was amazing. The ceiling looked like a natural blue sky. Many shops to choose from. Nice escape from the boardwalk.

Two of the best restaurants I have ever been, Carmine's and the Palm. Stay away from P F Chang really poor unless you like Montezuma's revenge.

Something for everyone - shopping, great choice of restaurants and night life. PF Changs staff was fantastic, Wet Willies will be the spot to grab a drink for the beach this summer!

Recently stayed at hotel for 5 nights. Visited the quarter for meals and shopping. Both was a welcomed surprise. Prices were not outrageous for either. Would consider visiting this area again soon.

Tropicana has a fantastic breakfast. We had eggs benedict with crab and eggs benedict with spinach. Both dishes were delicious and came with the best tasting home fries ever. The Ice cream shop in the Quarter had delicious pistachio ice cream, There is also a place that sells roasted nuts that also is good.

An AC experience you will have similar to a Vegas-Style casino shopping, albeit slightly less upscale and a bit smaller. This indoor mall is suitable for all ages and is an inviting retreat from the casino and beach. With a few good dining options, a comedy club, and its own small slots parlor you won’t get bored quickly, but may lighten your wallet. There is a nice fancy grocery at the beginning near the parking deck with all sorts of imported goodies and fresh salad bar and some deli/charcuterie meats and cheeses. The bargain hunter will find some good sale items in each store.

Love going here and celebrating life! This time it was my husband's birthday. Went with a few friends and was not disappointed. Ate at Cuba Libre. Danced at Boogie nights and Cube Libre. Happy Hour at Carmines, and Cuba Libre.

Tropicana is our favorite casino in Atlantic City's boardwalk. We specially like it for the fun and vibrant atmosphere of the various shops and restaurants at The Quarter! We love a Dam Good Sport Bar for their affordable drinks; Olon and Okatshu for their amazing food; Chef Garces did it again!!! Cuba Libre, Tony Luke's and of course, Hooters!

I love the Quarter. I love to walk around and check out the stores. The people are friendly. Nice restaurants. Anything you want is right there. I love the atmosphere in the Quarter I could imagine the Cuban vibe. Love The Havana Tower

Exciting place with the shops and restaurants. There was a good variety of slot machines but video keno was hard to find. We had to ask the flloor attendants where the Keno was. It would not have been found by us because because it was one game mixed in with poker games. It should be better advertised.

There are a lot of fun stores to check out, in addition to the restaurants. There is also an Imax with great sound.

Clean room, great view. Pleasant staff, great night at the restaurant and bar. Would have loved to win some money, but maybe next time.

Great place! I will be going back again and again. Great food and drinks and different types of restaurants and bars and shops and clubs.

Lots of good eats. Very relaxing environment. We will definitely be back. Unfortunately we found this area after we had already eaten dinner.

We visited the Quarter at Tropicana last Saturday for the start of the Christmas season . The Quarter was beautifully decorated and clean with a lot of shops .The beautiful Christmas tree has a show where they blow fake snow off the feeling and shine lights on the ceiling which the kids loved .

Didn't stay there but there are a lot of choices for dining. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time

Wow. I was not expecting this place to be as nice as it was. Atlantic city is really trying to become a better place. This spot of great shops and eateries had me upset when we had to leave and gamble. Great vibe and so clean will be going back here for sure. Just fantastic

Great place to go for the day, night or week. Plenty to do there, clubs, shops, places to eat. The quarter is a perfect size, it isn't too big to where your overwhelmed but is big enough to give you many choices.

Love it here the new Crepe place oh my yummy stars. A must have for any trip to the quarter. The bananas foster was simply Devine. I'd go again and again. And price was reasonable. Highly recommend

The market was awesome food was great, people were a lil busy stores were accessible and awesome music.

I always love the Quarter. The Tropicana did an amazing job creating the atmosphere of being outside with this indoor shopping and eating/entertainment venue. At Christmas, it's even more magical with gorgeous decorations and snow falling. Some of the restaurants and entertainment include Carmines, PF Changs, Cuba Libra, Ri Ra Irish pub, a sports bar, a karaoke establishment and Boogie Nights to dance the night away. The retail shopping is decent also for a casino venue. This is a must see if visiting Atlantic City.

We have eaten at Carmine's and Pf Chang's. We have always had good food and good experiences there. The rates may be a little higher than the normal chain restaurants. We enjoy walking in the stores and looking at the merchandise but they are not really stores that we would shop in. We have gone into the karaoke bar and there were not many people in there when we were there. We enjoy stopping at the Starbuck's for breakfast when we stay overnight. It is a great way to use up time at the Tropicana instead of gambling.

Came to Tropicana hotel and casino to get some games going on and eat drink and have fun won a few games so good visit.

On our last visit and stay at the Trop, we purposefully stayed in the newly renovated Havana Towers, versus the North Tower. The proximity to the Quarter was the main reason. There is a little of everything here, great choice of restaurants and shopping. There is even a place for some quickie food items (and ice cream). Definitely a plus and it saves you long walk to the Marketplace for 'quickie bites', and great choices for finer dining.

Had a fabulous breakfast in the crepe cafe in the Quarter - it was delicious and enjoyed a family dinner in Carmine's. My grandchildren loved the Christmas tree lights and the snow coming down. Oh and how can I forget Frozen 2 in the Imax.
A delightful weekend and we topped it off with JINGLE the Whimsical Wonderland - WHAT A SHOW - TREAT YOURSELF
AND YOU WILL LOVE IT TOO!!!!

I always enjoy walking around looking at the shops. The light show at Christmas is always beautiful. Don’t eat at. Cuba Libre, it’s not awthentic Cuban cuisine. The other restaurants are pretty good. Everything is overpriced, but it’s in a casino. The imax theater is also nice.

Lots of shops and food places. A good place to take a break from getting pounded in the casino. I'm not sure what else I can add but trip advisor needs a minimum amount of words (don't know why) so I have to add this extra meaningless sentence

I like to walk around here. The shops are all high end specialty shops, but it's good to walk around if you want to get out of the casino or off the boardwalk.

The quarter at the Tropicana has a lot of boutique shops and great restaurants. Cuba libre is a favorite. Carmine’s is always a good choice too.

Went there to hang and visit with some old friends. We had a great time, did the I-Max and had great food, gambled (OK didn't win) but we relaxed and had fun.

Shopping clubs hanging out. This is a nice place to do it. Spent alot if time in the quarter and it's busy and I mean busy on the weekend.

Feels like you’re in an outdoor European village. The fountains and palm trees and high ceilings make it comfortable and inviting. The stores are nice especially the market.

I went here with my fiance Saturday night and boy was it jumping. The crowd was great everyone was having a great night we will definitely be visiting here soon !

I found this show by accident and it was amazing. My fiance and I dont get out as often as we like so we were skeptical because we have been to bad comedy shows before. this was anything, but. They didn't force us to buy drinks (we did anyway) and the comedians had us laughing from beginning to end. last time I left with tears in my eyes. We go once a month now and have been to all 3 of their spots. If your in the Atlantic city check them out. 5 stars from me

The Quarter at the Trop is a great place for a fun evening!! Lots of great restaurants to choose from. My favorites are Carmine's & P.F. Chang's. Whether you enjoy window shopping or real shopping , there's plenty to look at!The casino itself is always busy and a lot of fun.

Always enjoy visiting Tropicana. Rooms are always clean, staff has always been friendly, and always plenty to do. Very reasonable and accommodating with upgrades.

When we go to the casino to visit our money we will usually walk thru the Quarter to see the different shops and restaurants. Occasionally we will go to the IMAX theater for a movie.

Very nice place to visit with some nice restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the photo opportunities there and also Wet Willies.

I went today to view a movie about the building of the Canadian Pacific railroad. The film title is Rocky Mountain Express. The film was great and is really impressive in the IMAX format. This theater located in the Quarter at Tropicana and the seats are comfortable and the projection of the film was great. The sound was also great quality.

This area of the Trop is neat. They have some great restaurants PF Chang's and a great Irish restaurant, among others we've yet to try, but I'm sure the level of food would not be disappointing. There are some neat stores to look around, a good reason to get off the casino floor for a bit.

Great shopping and food! You feel like you are really in New Orleans. Combine Brothers has the most delicious Italian food I have ever had!

This area of the hotel is where a lot of shops and restaurants are located. Most of the Restaurants are located on the upper level of "The Quarter".

Fun entertainment stop to get away from the casino itself. A variety of restaurants with different cuisines. Have eaten at several of them. Also shops and clubs. Nice safe indoor area gives the feel of walking along a village street.

We went to The Quarter to go to Cuba Libre. Nice atmosphere to walk around. Cute shops and good restaurants

We shop at the Quarter every time we go to Atlantic City and were genuinely disappointed this time. The stores we regularly visited were not all there anymore and the stores we did shop in did not carry as large a variety as they had in the past. I am sure it is a sign of the times and a result of the downturn in the casino industry, but we were truly saddened by what we saw and may not bother returning.

This is a great place for everyone. There are gift shops, clothes shops, jewellers and really nice food stores. We found some good eating places here. It's beautiful with all the palm trees and paving stones. It gives you an illusion of being outside.

I visited Carmine's in Washington DC a couple of years ago and was excited to find one in AC. Talk about bringing back memories. Exceptional food. Exceptional service. Perfect find was that they had a lunch menu, and since I was traveling solo, that worked perfectly.(if you haven't had dinner at Carmine's, you order by the platter). I still couldn't finish the penne and meatballs.

Love the quarter. Great shops and restaurants. The Tropicana is the place to go when traveling to AC

The Quarter at Tropicana is pretty close to a Vegas experience for a casino shopping/dining area. This place is pretty cool and has a great atmosphere. Lot's of restaurant choices and shopping. Definitely worth the visit.

Loved all the stores as well as the decor. You can do a complete shopping trip and never have to leave the building!

We really like the restaurants and the atmosphere in the quarter at tropicana. This time we discovered the family fun center for the kids, which is a small arcade. I would have liked a bigger one but my kids had a blast for at least an hour and a half playing in it. It was a nice change and it wad nice to find something kid friendly to do there.

I love the quarter. It has tons of little shops & cafe's plus there is an iMax theater. I had comp tickets to a 3D movie about fish. Sounds boring, right? Well, it was spectacular! Ok, back to the quarter...
If you look up there is a lovely sky that gives the illusion that you're outside. During the winter, there are snow flurries. Not enough to make you cold, just enough to sparkle a little. It can be quite magical, but don't forget to go outside and smell that slat air. Enjoy!

I spent almost three days at Tropicana Casino and hotel in Atlantic City a week or so ago; a large fraction of my time in The Quarter, which features many restaurants and shops. On this visit I had dinner at Palm Restaurant in The Quarter, which is an absolutely first-class steak house. Superb !!! Shops in The Quarter most interesting to peruse, but I wasn't in a buying mood this time.

Compact, clean, nice variety! The Quarter is a fun place to visit. It's comfortable, there is a variety of outlets, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Very nice for eating/drinking and shopping.

The food selections at the Quarter are excellent. They have every type of food that you can possiblly think of from ice cream to a sandwich. I thoroughly enjoy visiiting Tropicana.

Nice experience at the Pub....food and beverage and service very good. Thank you team! Private room worked well and we had dedicated servers who were on top of their game. Appreciate the effort by all.

We walked forever and the nightlife here was great! Something for every taste except I don't recall seeing and country bar but the rest were awesome! Drinks kinda pricey though. Wet Willies $10 daiquiri wasn't very strong and only 8 ounces so I wasn't impressed with that but rest was great!

This area of the casino is decorated in a fun way and there are many great restaurants. Try Wet Willie's, they serve adult slushes that are awesome!

Beautiful hotel to go with family and friends every Friday night they have fireworks a lot of restaurants nice views to the ocean

We have been going to the Tropicana for years. It is like a city in itself. We have eaten at many of the restaurants, attended 3-D movies, had coffee at Starbucks, and seen shows in the theatre. There is something here for everyone. Much more than just a hotel or casino.

We are a couple in are earlier 70's. The room , for the price, was very nice.
We love the food at the various restaurants within the hotel. The AC broadwalk is still fun

This shopping /dining area is one of the nicest spots in Atlantic City. It reminds me of the shopping area near Caesars in Las Vegas.

i ate at Carmine and the food was delicious and hospitality was ok. I did not like the waitress hospatalit

The Quarters is Wonderful. It is so colorful and loaded with great shops and restaurants. There ia beautiful fountain, supermarket, ice cream stand, Wet Willies and areas to sit outside of the Casino. If you are not into Casinos you can really enjoy this part of the hotel.

We went for 15 years to the Tropicana . But our last two visits was a dissapointed. Doing nothing for long time visitors. Yes we couldn't come that oftend in the last 2 years but there was nothing offerd to make us come. The implementing of making you feel like to be in a save in the covid 19 situation is lacking tremendously. One lady sitting on a chair asking if I feel good is not a saftey measure. I saw no one going around and desinfecting seats or slots. Don't get me wrong I still like the casino atmosphere but I don't think they appreciate their long time gamblers and I think they dropped the ball on implementing saftey resolution . We will not return

Terrific choices of restaurants offering all types of cuisines, great shops and an overall festive atmosphere. Easy access to the casino and convenient parking. New Orleans without the humidity.

WOW! When you enter it seems to take you to someplace amazing. There is so much to see and do. There are shops with friendly staff. It takes you back to New Orleans with the beautiful lamp posts. Carmines, The Palm, Cuban restaurant with a cool car at the entrance. Prices seem fair, unlike other hotels. Nice place. Be careful....there are two parking garages. We did not remember which one we parked in - did not know there were two at the time. The photo I took with my phone of the area we were parked saved us.

We stayed in the Havana towers and loved our room and the views! The atmosphere in the quarter is fantastic, lots to see and do. Feels like you're in Havana Cuba. Lots of great restaurants, some of which are a little pricey. Try wet willies, it's alcoholic slushies. We were there during the week so a lot of the night clubs there were closed, next time I'd like to check them out.

Had a great time with my visit , everything was perfect . Food was good and customer service was excellent .

Since we were at the Tropicana for supper and to gamble we decided to see the free Christmas Light Show in the Quarter. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it for the couple of minutes that it lasted. If you haven't seen it take the time to do it, you won't be disappointed.

The creativity in the design reminds me of Disney magic. Nice places to eat, shop, meet old friends and make new ones! Love it!

Beautiful place, love Tropicana!! The Quarter is awesome and ur never bored or alone as everyone is so open and friendly!

We stayed at a hotel next door to Tropicana and spent a lot of time at the Quarter. They have a deli open 24 hours with anything u could possibly want day or night. They have 18 restaurants so you can find exactly what you crave....we went to an Irish Pub for a delicious late night dinner. You have Starbucks, shopping, nightclubs....anything you might need to take a break from beach or casino.....all in a beautifully set scene

Excellent spot to wander a bit. Tropicana did a great job with this. Lots of food choices and shops. Loved the frozen margarita store. The slotz location is very cool if you want to play a bit outside of the big casino. Place was packed on Sat night.

Funtimes for a non gambler. The Trop has shopping, great restaurants, clubs and slots if you gamble. Definitely a fun time.

We visited here mainly to check out the IMAX which disappointingly is only one screen. The Quarter is a good area with lots of restaurants including Hooters and Carmines as well as more fast food type places. All very busy and lively.

This is part of Tropicana casino and it brings a lot to expanding options for the casino. If the weather is bad and you lose your money gambling, you can go here eat, shop with what money you have left, see a movie or dance the night away.
This is a nice addition as it looks like Atlantic City needs to change from casino only resorts to entertainment.

Boardwalk is nice. Caesar’s and Tropicana are a must. Stay away from the Showboat… trashy place and trashy people in my opinion. Great shopping and eating/drinking on boardwalk

Great options for food and shopping. Had a great time at my bachelorette with 6 of my closest friends.

indoor shopping and restaurant venue located at Trop Atlantic City. Nice atraction ; especially since it was 26 degrees when we went.

Love to just walk around-eat somewhere-look around and get a drink!!! Very nice-can not wait to go back!!!

This hotel reminds me a lot of Vegas. It was very family oriented as well as friendly. For those who do not like to gamble there are various options for shopping, dinning, and gambling. Its easily accessible from the boardwalk.

Great restaurants for all tastes, sweet little indoor shopping mall, 3D IMAX movie, casino, proximity to beach and boardwalk.

Shops are expensive but fun to walk around the festive Quarter. I went in the afternoon where many of the bars had happy hour which was nice. Recommend for anyone who enjoys Christmas decorations and a big beautiful tree.

The Quarter is sort of a shopping mall ... you will also find a lot of restaurant choices for every budgets since it has 24 restaurants / eating places.
Nice place to walk around

Great places to eat like Carmines and P.F.Chang. On a busy weekend if you don't have a reservation anywhere, you'll probably have some luck for a nice meal in the Quarter. Great service as well, these employees are seasoned pros. Wet Willies has great free samples! Stores you can get lost in and events in the stores all year round, I recommend getting on their mailing lists. Entertainment everywhere. Good people-watching here too. On a busy night it seems like everyone is here. It can get a little crazy but security is always nearby .You WILL be flagged from RiRa if you have too much fun, so keep your clothes on and don't leave a lot of cash on the bar.

Aside from the ridiculousness in the streets the Quarter manages to keep that element out which makes the experience awesome.

Great choice of places to eat and even greater choice of places to shop, especially for the ladies. Just off the casino, so men can gamble if they choose while the ladies shop. Found a great store where I picked up Swarovski crystal for Christmas presents and our family collection. Great

Love the fact that I can buy a blouse or jar of jelly with my comps.
Borgata comps are 2 for one and the shops are expensive.

Lots of younger fresher faces here then at Bally's where we stayed so it was perfect for a few hours of party time before heading back to our hotel.

Loved walking around the Quarter at the Trop. Its all decorated for Christmas, so extra special. We ate dinner at
Carmines, and saw the Imax movie upstairs. Lots of shops and places to eat.

Love going here they have everything ,planet Rose was so much fun last sat easy to get to they have all kind of shops and restaurants games and right near the boardwalk

They call the Trop the "locals casino" for a reason. Best overall venue in the city. The Quarter has decent clubs, great bars, great food, and an Imax theatre. Want more than the same old gambling scene? Go to the quarter!

Had an issue with the room we first had because the heat wouldn't shut off and it was unbearable. The front Desk did an excellent job and moved us to a large suite for the night and being it was so late the extended our checkout to noon. Love this place been going here for a long time and never win or lose do I have a bad time.

Excellent place for a break from the casino. Plenty of shopping, food options. And you can book a massage! Try Carmine’s for their spaghetti, it’s amazing.

I like the hotel very much. The rooms were clean in the Havana Tower and very nice. Lots of little shops and restaurants.

We love The Quarter! Between the restaurants and shopping, it keeps us coming back. Best place in AC.

The Quarter at Tropicana is a great mix of shops and food options. There is plenty of shopping choices from clothing to gifts( check at the Farmer's Almanac). This is where most of the restaurants are from PF Chang's, Cuban and Irish Pub to the elegant eating at the Palms Also the night club are on the upper level. There is a Starbucks, Mrs. Fields cookies and a vaiet store for gelato hot food, sandwiches and snacks to take out.

Lots of food, shopping, and entertainment options. Nice variety of price ranges. Very pretty and well kept. Never miss going to the Quarter whenever I'm in AC, even if staying at a hotel other than the Trop!

The good thing about 'The Quarter' is choice. Italian, Chinese, burgers, steaks ... Got it. Try the IMAX for a movie.

Cool place to hangout. There are so many neat place to try an enjoy. All types of food and drinks, shopes to check out and buy neat stuff.

Had margaritas and tacos and stir fry. Great meal. Service was excellent; would definitely go back. Loved The Quarter!

Great all around! Food, location, entertainment. Best on the boardwalk! We stay at least 4 times a year and are never disappointed. Something for everyone.

Always fun and active - diverse celebrations and venues. Really like the Wet Willys and stores for shopping

We always stay at Tropicana. The rooms are clean and roomie. Have to show room keys to get pass security at night. Cleaning staff helpful. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Easy access to casino and food of any type.

During a recent work visit a bunch of us were looking for a decent place to eat, we gave the Palm a shot...was such a great experience we returned the next night. The Quarter is a great place, after dinner there are many choices for an after dinner cocktail and no matter where you end up you are sure to get a friendly bartender/waiter

The theater is in a half-circle so there isn't a bad seat in the theater; the sound system is absolutely incredible and if you are seeing a 3-D IMAX movie, your in for a treat because the 3-D is the real 3-D. If you're a movie lover, this's is the theater for you.

We came here several times on a bus tour. Clean rooms but such a long walk to the beach, through the casino...exhausting!!!! the staff did not speak English. My Dad fell in a shower there and broke 2 ribs...no mats for shower, front desk people were rude and not very compassionate. Would not recommend for kids. Nice that once you found your way out onto the boardwalk it was nice....beaches dirty compared to Cape May!

This is a colorful walk and nice respite from the casino buzz. The usual assortment of casino shops are available.

If you’re looking for a place to wander about indoors with air conditioning I would recommend wandering here! James has fresh saltwater taffy and there are lots of restaurants and shops to explore. Beautiful decor!

Looking for Mr. Atlantic City Himself , Tony Ashman . I have been going to A.C. for 30 years and Tony always treated us small minnow players like we were big whales . I hope he is OK and if anyone knows where he went , please tell him Big Joe from Ct. was looking for him .

Was there on a Friday in the off season (November) and was impressed by how much there was to do and the energy on the property. It's obvious they really put a lot into it.

I have never stayed at the Trop, but go back every time I hit AC. The Quarter is great. Excellent food ( Carmines, PF Chang, etc.), great shops and some cool bars and clubs ( not necessarily in the Quarter). The casino is busy but still enjoyable so it's a great place to go gamble, shop and eat. A must visit if your in AC.

Wow what a place!! There are SO many restaurants and shops! We didn't get to see all of it in the few days we were there!! Definitely a great way to pass a day in AC when you're there!! Check out Tangos...great band! And Carmine's is fabulous for dinner. Grab a drink at Wet Willie's...you won't regret it!! Lots of great photo ops there as well!

You will forget you are in AC and think you are in Vegas. The shops are awesome and the night life is happening. We highly enjoy just walking around in the Quarter.

It is an interesting collection of stores and probably the best part of the Tropicana property. Other than that, it is mostly a tourist trap.

Good Location Nice Food, this place has nice dinning options as well as nice view, and nice service.

Located farther down on the boardwalk. Lots to walk through. But, basically like every other casino.

One of our favorite places to go in AC. Great French macaroons at the little store in the quarter and Carmines is to die for ! Never disappointed!

unless you visit the quarters at Tropicana, good food all kinds, a lot of bars with different themes, nice people,do some shopping and have fun and meet a lot of people. You have to see to believe. Thank y

Did not stay there overnight as it was too expensive on the weekend. The hotel is beautiful and full of shops and things to do as well as gambling. Love the way they painted the ceilings. A safe fun place to go to see a show and much more.

Can't say enough about this place really has everything including great market place for quick bites or fine dining, have the Expresso at the Zeytunia but they need to have nicer servers at the Deli.. Had a bagel and ordered a sandwich but each day the women were not friendly. Be kind smile especially if you are in the service industry

The Tropicana is a place with charm of the days old new and tropical beautiful fountains plenty of restaurants and the casino is beautiful as well something for everyone

Clean, nice restaurants and bars and shops. Location good if you are staying in the havana tower. ...

Was there with parents in wheelchairs Easy to get around. Fun shops and lively casino Table games had a lot of life and a huge variety of slots. Hadn’t been there for awhile and forgot how much fun it is.

The Trop offers something for everyone. A great variety of food venues, shops, entertainment and just feet from the beach. The Quarter is the more modern and hip section of the Trop geared toward those who travel to Atlantic City to enjoy more than gambling.

Tropicana is a big and classy Hotel and game rooms. It offers a great deal of services with pleasant and curtsy manners that wins the positive comments.

I think the best part of the year is Xmas cause every place I went do their best to decorate and I really loved it!!! I wish I can post some pictures but I took to many that it doesn't go that far on my phone to choose one!!!

Had a great weekend at the Quarter at the Tropicana. There are stores where you can shop, great restaurants, such as Cuba Libre, Carmine's and RiRi and a movie theater to entertain the kids.

We took the Jitney (local bus) from our hotel to Tropicana. The employees were very helpful and we found our favorite machines. Food was good and great security.

They have several good restaurant in the quarter and some other stores. It was very busy when we were there.

The Quarter is an excellent spot to step away from the hustle of the casino and boardwalk. Look in some shops and having some fine dining options. Love it. Only complaint it you have to walk through the smoking area of the casino to get to it.

A great place for a date night or group. The Quarter has great restaurants and shops along with an IMAX theater.

I been staying here for years and always enjoyed the stay because of the design of the hotel with its great access to the beach and Boardwalk . It's set up like a Vagas hotel only a bit smaller. It has many restaurants in house that I've eaten in and I can't say enough about them they are all great. Italian to Chinese
Cuban , burgers and frys ,Tonyluks philly style cheese steaks ,pizza .
There's a host dellies and sanwitch shops ,Starbucks ,I cream shops candy stores .
Even a fresh Fruit stand and much more. Catch a imax movie on rainy days ! All with out leaving the hotel and of corse the casino and shopping mall with unique items and clothing for the ladies jewelry stors and chocolate stores. All under one roof on 3 levels.
The boards now have mini buses on the boards plus the traditional Rolling chairs.
Parking is indoors and free with your stay just show your club cadThe beaches are clean and the water is nice and warm July ,August And sept Fireworks every Saturday !
Youll have a great time and even if you have children they too will not be board! Amusement Rides at Steel pier are for all ages.

We going for almost 15 years to the Tropicana, but I think we are ready for something else. We see how the Tropicana changed and just ramping up the look and decor alone doesn't make the stay good for me. The slots not only pay nothing out anymore there also got expensive. Our favorite Diner is gone, the comps and "extras" are not worth the long ride anymore. We could not see a show anymore for 3 Years. This time we had to pay for one night and I can describe the room only as very, very plain with many stains all over and an uninviting vinyl floor. Not a single drawer to put clothing in ,but a built in bottle opener in the bathroom. I still love the Imax theater and I think the best of the whole stay was the "to go Nachos"from the 24hr food kiosk. Sorry Tropicana you lost a long time guest.

I have been going to AC for years and stayed at almost every hotel on the Boardwalk and the bay side. Nothing beats the Tropicana for enjoyment. All different types of places to eat, from fine dining to great happy hour specials.
We just stayed 3 nights at the Havana Tower and enjoyed every minute, from spending the day at the beach to happy hour at Broadway Burger and drinks at Chickie & Pete's. The breakfast at the little café next to the buffet was a new stop for us and we really enjoyed it. usually we have dinner at the Palms or Carmines but because of the beautiful weather we more time at the beach and walking the boardwalk. We did check out the new Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Resorts which were very nice, but still will always stay at the Tropicana

The Quarter is a shopping area located in the Tropicana with spots to eat and places to shop which also leads to the Havana Tower!

The Quarter is a world within a world....even if you are not staying or gambling here...make this a must stop.....this is a nice set up with beautiful shops and eateries in a spacious setting.......We ate at Carmine's for lunch ...a wonderful experience..not only great food but the ambience was special..I loved the oversized portrait of Rocky Marciano complimented by a number of smaller vintage fight pics......The Cuban eatery next door is my next stop

To start off there Hotel receptionist goes out of her way to great and treat the Hotels customers like family. Her name is Sylvia she is the kindest, sweetest person that you will ever meet. Not to mention the rest of the staff is great also. I have tried other Hotel/Casino but there is nothing like the TROP. in AC. I made the mistake is staying somewhere for the weekend, but I will never do that again. It is also a Family Friendly Place.

We really like the quarter. Everything is happening here. You have alot of options to choose from. Wet Willies, to Carmines. Take your pick. Italian,Cuban, Chinese, French, etc.

I love this show from dancing, to singing, acrobats, magicians everything needed to kick off that holiday mood. We were visiting Atlantic city this week and this show was a highlight of our trip. I really recommended it for families.

Stayed here for the past few years on the 4th of July week. Always a great, fun time! Lots of things to do, places to eat and boardwalk close, pools, beach. Fun time with the family!

I love the Trop. I try to stay there as much a I can. if at other hotels I do come down to gamble and eat. their buffet is excellent. other stores and restaraunts are also good and reasonable. they have starbucks, and hooters 2 of my favorite places

The hustle and bustle at the quarter and by the boardwalk of Tropicana was quite enjoyable and entertaining. It definitely took my mind off the day to day. Looking forward to another visit at a future date !

the tropicana did a great job with the decorations and holiday cheer.nice vibe .friendly crowd -would definitely go for holiday again next year!

We had a nice time walking around the Quarter. On this visit, we didn’t have dinner there , we just walked around.

Visited there many, times each visit to Atlantic City . The Quarter can be wake up time as it comes alive , gym down below offers daily rates too. The Quarter always busy every day with everyone either shopping or enjoying many different menu items from a variety of restaurants and shops At night it can turn romantic as the many themed restaurants open with enticing as well as exciting dishes and cocktails for all to enjoy . To round it out is The Quarter in the Tropicana is a definite destination.

Lots to see and do .Great place to stroll .Looking for night clubs this is the place .They have a few and a schedule online .Defiantly a must see if your in Atlantic city Thursday -Sunday

There are also some good places to eat. One of our favorites is Zeytinia. Their coffee is very good.

Fun- beautiful decorations for Christmas - Cuba libre awesome- imax Star Trek wow- tons of eateries. Really enjoyed- but no walking outside-

Took my friend here to catch an Imax movie and to see the Quarter. He really liked the variety of restaurants and shops in the Quarter. Lots of restaurants and interesting stores.

This is a convenient place to shop and eat if you don't want to go outside since it's part of the Tropicana, connected to the hotel and casino. Great choice of food and drink from cheap to expensive. Great Cuban atmosphere!

We did not stay at this casino but spent some time in it and it was our favorite on the strip. It was very lively and we did better on the slots here than at any other casino we visited. Excellent restaurants with Carmines being tops!

This is a great place to walk around find something you like and go in. It could be a certain type of bar or restaurant to 3-D Imax movie. Everything is open except for the clubs that do not open until 10:00 P.M. One of the few family places in Atlantic City.

Christmas coffees are back at Starbucks!! I got the Peppermint latte. Wonderful!!
Service was fast and very friendly staff.

The Pros- I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and they alway get better and better. We stayed in The Quarter/Havana Tower this time and really enjoyed it. We felt like we were in the middle of the action. The rooms in the Havana Tower are gorgeous and the view from of 63rd floor room was breath taking! we always have a nice time while staying here.
the Cons: We were unhappy to attend the Rooftop Pool and notice that it was pretty much a kids fest. This was not an adult experience at all. After dealing with kids running and jumping into the pool and being loud, we decided to leave and go to the Bungalow Beach Bar on the Boardwalk. Definitely more of an adult atmosphere and experience. Maybe the indoor pool should have been designated to just kids being that there is a bar located at the Rooftop.
We were also a little disappointed when we checked in. I booked our room specifically in the Havana Tower being that it was my boyfriend's birthday and we had never stayed in it. I checked in for the front desk person to tell me that i was in the West Tower, there were no more Havana Tower Rooms unless i was going to pay $50 more a day. I insisted that i requested a room in the Havana Tower and thats what i paid for.. she again told me i did not and all that was left were West Tower rooms for the rate i paid.. I then had to show her my reservation that i made through booking.com. Thats when she then with a slight attitude said "oh, i changed it, have a nice day"
Lastly, we wanted to use the gym, we were informed that we had to pay $10 a day to use the facility in the Havana Tower. I asked if we could use the gym in the other towers which i know are free to guests, we were told no.. we used the gym but guests that are staying in the Havana Tower/The Quarter should be informed..

Like a cutesy shopping mall. Fun to walk through. shops and restaurants.what else can i say? it's ok!

Love the atmosphere and even with COVID it was still an enjoyable experience! The inside feels like it’s outside and I love the ceilings and restaurants!

We stayed at the Tropicana in the Havana Tower. The quarter was really a nice surprise. We enjoyed the atmosphere here and the shops are affordable. Very pretty setting

Whenever we go to Atlantic City for at least two days, I always check out what's playing at the Trop's IMAX Theater. It may not be part of the hotel, but it's located in the indoor shopping area called The Quarter. The Quarter also has a few interesting restaurants, but to me, the IMAX Theater is the star. On this last trip, saw La La Land, tied this year for the most Oscar nominations ever. A great feel-good movie. Made better on the BIG, BIG screen.

Love the atmosphere. Feels like you are away in Cuba. Like the renovations to the rooms, Very clean. Go there often. Great shopping. Like all casinos, the smoke in certain areas is too much.
Love the food.
Nice beach area and the outdoor seating is great. Love the light shows at night.

My husband and I always go to the Tropicana. We get great comps, free dinners , liquor included. Sometimes we get free tickets for shows, there are lots of stores to shop in . The staff everywhere are great and helpful.

This place has a lot to offer great resturants and nice stores great when you don't feel like gambling . We have stayed there quit offen and I am never disappointed.

Tropicana has really outdone themselves with a game, restaurant, bar and general shopping area right on premises. A fun time for sure. Right off the boardwalk.

We really enjoyed strolling through the Quarter. The atmosphere is heyday-Havana, and they did a very good job of capturing the cobblestone-street, palm-tree-lined, cuban-architecture atmosphere of it. It is very aesthetically pleasing. There is a dizzying variety of excellent restaurants to choose from - we enjoyed every single one that we visited. You can get everything from gourmet burgers, to Italian, to Cuban, to Irish pub, to Chinese, and more. There are slots available right in the Quarter away from the casino floor. And the shopping is completely addictive - lots of cool stores including many we don't have at home with very high quality merchandise. We find that this pairs very well with the comps the casino rewards us! Those who loved Marshall Rousso at the Taj before it closed will be pleased to know that there is one here as well. I get compliments all the time on the clothing I get from that shop, and some of my favorite wardrobe pieces are from there. There are many other very nice clothing shops, high-end candy stores, jewelry stores, home goods stores, and more here. This is definitely by far my favorite Atlantic City casino resort shopping area.

Spent an evening at the Trop. Front desk people were great! It is a confusing place to stay, due to its size and multiple towers. I love going to the Palm when I am there.

The Quarter is a great way to have fun away from the Casino area! From the shopping to dining and even entertainment, cannot be beat!!! Enjoy a Cuban style Mojito or take in an IMAX experience; visit the Irish Pub to relax; there is something here for everyone!

We came her to eat at Carmine’s and enjoyed a nice stroll through the area. The shops were however, expensive and really had nothing of interest. Just a nice area for a stroll

The Quarter is a Havana style section of the Tropicana. It is nice and airy, has several restaurants and is a great addition to the hotel. We ate at Ri-Ra and had a very good meal at a great price. There is a sports bar and other expensive and mid-range eateries also.

One of the few places still open and busier. Good food outlets or varying tastes and stores to browse and shop. Maybe take in a movie on a cold and rainy day.

Very nice, cozy and unique place with very good sport bar, movie theater Imax, stores and restaurants.

Our annual travel to the Trop is mainly because of everything the Quarter offers: eating at a variety of restaurants, shopping specialty stores, entertainment venues and a little Italian style deli market that you just can't pass up. It's not just a pass thru from casino to another destination, it is the destination. Lots to do and experience in the Q.

It's basically a mall inside the Tropicana Hotel with many restaurants and shops. If you don't stop at the quarter while you are in AC shame on you. They have a lot of great places to eat like cube libre, PF Chang's, Pete and chickies, and many more. The quarter is really a cool place with lots of things to see and do while on your down time.

this place is amazing they out did them selves on this on a really really must see to believe a real a opener

Tropicana has the most stuff to do and a awesome night life that has many options for young and young at heart be sure to check out boogie nights

We love it at the Trop. We always have fun. We eat, play, and dance the night away. We love the bars as well.
There's so many places to eat with lots of variety. We always come here on all of our visits. Honestly this is the best place to party at as well. So having said that, we will continue to visit The Quarters at the Trop.

Right from the time of its conception, right from the beginning and still now The Quarter has been one of the main attractions of Atlantic City casino district. Always vibrant and full of activities The Quarter features many great restaurants, interesting stores, beautiful fountains, frequent accompaniment of live music especially on weekends.Should be on everybody's list of AC attractions to experience and see.

Always s lot of fun! Many nice stores and restarants. Great place to walk when you do nog want to ne outside of in the cadino.

This is a great area right by Havana Tower for shopping and eating. Nice atmosphere and lots to see. Many places to eat casual or higher end. Nice shops.

The Quarter is great! Many places to eat and shop. Great gelato at the Italian store in there. Dont forget your sunscreen it cost me $20.00 for can at the Marketplace in the Hotel!!!

Comfortable atmosphere. A restaurant for every taste!
Great drinks at Wet Willies. Nice shops too. A good way to spend your time and not your money in the Casino!

This place had a lot of variety for shops and dinning. Of course there is also the casino and clubs.

For a fun, lively weekend getaway or just a day trip, be sure to stop at the Tropicana! The Quarter, filled with bustling, exciting ambiance, is friendly to all ages and has top class shops, fine dining, an IMAX movie theater, and lit night clubs. You are guaranteed a great time, whether you are here for a weekend of gambling, or you're simply stopping by to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Most delicious hoagie shop but far. Puts them chain hoagie shops to shame plus you can bring your kids there cause Jared doesn't work there. Wink wink subway ;)

The Quarter is always a good time. Food, drinks, music - it’s all there. You don’t ever have to leave this hotel.

The Quarter in the Tropicana is a must see in Atlantic City! It is so well done, you feel like you’re outside and you get the same feeling as if you’re at Disney World or out in Las Vegas. Cute shops and nice restaurants!

This place is a great idea, but somewhat odd when visiting with kids. Many drunk young and old women and men stumbling around. Also many brides to be walking around with inflated balloons in shape of penises. This is in the afternoon!! Had to answer many interesting questions for my three young kids. Also, their pool closes at 6..indoor and out. It would be great if kids could swim in the evening as well. Otherwise it is great that it has so many things to do under one roof. Just wish it had a bit more for kids to do.

My family of 3 had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room we realized it smelled and looked very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with good water pressure. We were located near the ice machine and elevator which worked good for us. I had requested a high floor and we were placed on the 56th floor. We never had to wait long for an elevator. Once off the elevator we were steps from restaurants, bars, and casino. I must also mention that this hotel has one of the better health clubs I have seen in a hotel, and for only $10 for hotel guests to work out it was worth it. Also, it was very easy to get to the beach each day. We would definitely stay here again.

The Quarter at Tropicana is a great place to visit when in Atlantic City.
You will find a nice selection of stores for serious shopping or just browsing window displays. There are also several restaurant choices to satisfy anyone's tastes. We have enjoyed many great lunches and dinners in The Quarter.
You will not be disappointed taking the time to visit one of the best spots on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.

Valentines day special rate. Great room in the HAVANA TOWER. View of the ocean. 2 queen beds. Fancy bathroom. Included a meal in a 5 star restaurant, Il Verde. Will do it again next Valentines day.

We had a room in Havana tower, it was lovely. The view was incredible. There is so much to do at the Trop. We never stay one night you need at least two. The rooms are always clean. So many great eateries. You don't have to leave the property to be entertained.

When I visit Atlantic City I inevitably do a stroll through the Quarter at the Tropicana Casino and Hotel. While I usually stay at a Cesar's property, I enjoy an hour or two at the Tropicana slots - which have been kind lately - and then spend my "Trop Dollars" in one of the many shops in the Quarter. the stores run the gambit from Mrs. Fields (love those brownies) to a Tumi Luggage store (I have a weakness for Tumi) as well as clothing stores for both men and women. There are several confection shops including a Godiva on the high end to a Lick for the more basic sugar weaknesses out there. I have to say that my favorite shop - although perhaps not to everyone's taste - is the Zephyr Gallery of eclectic and whimsical sculpture and glass art and contemporary jewelry. I always stop in and speak with the owner/operator, even if I'm not shopping, to hear what's new in the store and about the artists who do the work. A great place to pick up an unusual gift or souvenir from your trip. Finally, be sure to plan at least one evening at a Quarter restaurant. I'm a "Palm Guy" (you can find it on the lower level) but Carmine's is terrific (if you are feeding an army) and the Cuban restaurant across the way is quite authentic. For my time and money, the Quarter at the Trop is the best best for shopping on the Boardwalk.

We just spent day at Tropicana to meet with a friend we had not seen for years.
Dinner at Carmine's always good........service top notch....
Shopped in the Quarter.......wonderful deli market there for those who live in the area.
Took the jitney there from Caesar's
We did not have any issues and enjoyed our day......

The Quarter in the Tropicana has everything one could want. It includes shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, and an Imax all contained in the casino!
Some Interesting Shops and Resturants
Walked through the Quarter while waiting for our bus home. There are places to eat and some interesting shops. I especially like the general store.
