This mall has many stores but Nordstrom is my favorite because it has a nice selection of clothes, cosmetics and a great shoe department. All the stores have pleasant and well trained sales employees and the whole place is kept very clean and well organized.

It’s a great place to shop. A great variety of stores, particularly clothing. Recently I was looking for something to wear for a 10 year old’s band concert (white blouse black skirt). Right type of skirt hard to find, but we found it. We then rewarded ourselves at the Haagen Das ice cream store ( avoided the Godiva temptation).
It’s a pleasant shopping experience with easy parking.

Always great shopping here but be mindful that the food court is under construction right now and is completely closed.

I think this mall is really beautiful and has a lot of offerings. While it has also recently been renovated, one opportunity relates to the food court - despite it's "update" I feel like the offerings are a bit limited - even though it is a pretty area.

Having lived in Los Angeles where there were so many great malls to choose from, I never understood The Westchester where the anchors are Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, and many of the stores are expensive. The mall is mostly empty most of the time.

This mall is extremely nice and has a very wide variety of stores to choose from. There are a lot of high end expensive stores, but there are also normal mall stores as well. They also have an excellent food court and some restaurants attached to the mall. They furniture and decor in the mall is very nice and comfortable. Definitely a great place to shop with a lot of stores to look through!

Love this location and shops. Mall is very clean and many shops nd price points. Anchor store is Nordstrom which I also love, especially the lingerie area. The bra fit specialists at Nordstrom are wonderful and on point.

The Westchester has updated its look. After a renovation The Westchester is sleeker, brighter, more modern. A big change is in the “food court.” It is huge with plenty of tables and high bar stools. The food is more upscale and higher quality. I ate at Bluestone Coffee - gourmet coffee drinks hot and cold and a delicious “avocado toast.” The only downside to this food court is the lines. BE PREPARED to wait for your gourmet lunch.

The Westchester is a high end shopping mall with inviting decor and several very nice stores. valet parking is a nice plus and you can even get your car washed while you shop. Unfortunately malls are not the Meccas they used to be but on a rainy day why not.
Don't forget your charge cards... some of the stores such a Neiman Marcus are a bit pricey, If you want a more mainstream mall experience stop at the White Plains Galleria down the road

good selection of stores, convenirnt location easy to shop overpriced food court and parking still best in the area

Great stores and some high end options that are not in every mall. Good food options including the restaurant in Nordstrom.

Downtown White Plains offers a beautiful and clean shopping mall with a range of options for shopping. Tired and want to eat? Go to the renovated food court with above average food options. Outdoor seating with a view over the park.

We went to the mall on a rainy and cold Sunday since we had a night flight to catch. We had to pay for parking; no validation after asking at a couple of stores. Went into Gucci (both my daughter and I had Gucci handbags/backpacks not that this should matter) and could not get a single person to acknowledge us let alone help us so we left (and just ordered the shoes on Saks.com, thanks!). We also had a package STOLEN in the food court, which was a little dirty. A horrible, horrible place and I would not recommend.

I have been going here for years and highly recommend it. While you won't find any unique stores, it is packed with a number of great basics. All the chain stores you can want can be found here.

We love the Westchester. We have frequented David Yurman, Tiffany's, and the Apple Store most often. The sales people are accommodating and knowledgeable.

The Mall just recently completed a major cosmetic and food court overhaul, but most of the stores remain the same (except that several have left). The anchors are Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus -- not the most approachable of Department Stores. The rest of the Mall is an uninspiring mix of mall regulars; some high-end, some standard. Since this mall is within walking distance from my home, I really wanted to love it. But, alas, we are barely friends!

top of the line mall, better stores, lots of service, clean and friendly. a good place to shop if price is no object

This is a beautiful modern, elegant shopping mall and worth the 30 minute train ride up from Manhattan.

This is one of the nicest malls in NewYork. Any store you can imagine is here. I shopped at the Apple store for AirPods Then, I went into Victoria’s Secret. Lastly, I bought MAC makeup and had lunch at Nordstrom’s. What a great place.

The westchester is a great mall with upscale shops. The worst part of this mall is the parking- it is to lose your car in the confusing parking structure. So make sure you note your location by dropping a pin on it. Also, they could use more real restaurants other than the food court.

The items are expensive and you have to pay for parking. $3 for first hour so you will be in a hurry all the time when you are here.

Great to shop. Many, many selections of stores to pick from. Has pretty much everything you may need. So go for it. Make sure to bring your credit card. Could be a bit pricey.

Although the mall is full of a good variety of stores I thought it lacks decorations such as green, plants make the place more confortable and appealing so it’s kind of cold to experience and parking should be free

The Westchester Mall is a beautiful shopping mall in White Plains. There is a good selection of stores and restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs and Mortons. Garage parking is convenient.

If you want top notch stores and have a great time in comfort, this is the place to be. This mall has name brand stores from Gap to Louis Vuitton. And the more you shop, with an "app" from Simon Malls, can even earn you free parking! The Westchester always has some great deals going on and seasonal activities. I wish I could say the same of the restaurants offerings. The selection is very limited ranging to lest than 12 in the "food court". This section definitely needs improvement for a mall of this size.
None the less, if your intentions are to shop, this mall has you covered.

The mall is very beautiful and easy to walk through. You can find the most known brands and also usual brands and stores for daily things.
You will not find the best service in all the stores, unfortunately.
Electronics are found there and these days many sales on almost all stores.
The food court I was not able to find. But you can have a great meal on a cafe inside of the Nordstrom store in the last floor.
The price is acceptable and the food is really good. Besides the beautiful presentation of the plates.

The Westchester Mall can be complicated for uninitiated visitors. Finding the proper parking level and garage out of the multiple available, close to the stores you are shopping can be a challenge. Getting lost finding your car another challenge. Restrooms are not always easy or conveniently located. There has been a complete change in the restaurants and some of the previous ones are no longer there. The type and variety of food has changed and although there’s been some improvement some of the restaurants that were lost represent a decrease in variety and type of food enjoyed by at least some shoppers. Parking is very difficult to find on weekends or other busy times especially around the holidays. One can drive around for a long period to find a space, often far from the stores that you are shopping.

Remember the song Alice's Restaurant? You can get anything you want at Alice's Restaurant? Well you can pretty much get anything you want at The Westchester. If you're on a budget, this is not the place to shop.

This mall has a good amount of stores. Most are high end but can find the regular stores you need as well.

This shopping centre was just across from my hotel. Has great parking space and the prices are not that expensive to park.
There are many huge brand shops like Gucci, car show rooms like Infiniti and Tesla. A full floor with many restaurants.
Great place to shop but can definitely be expensive. The time I went it was quite which was quite good. Love the outfit that the security guys wear.

I frequently visit the Westchester (maainly to service my Apple phone but that another story), always easy to park, almost never a crowd, and plenty of sales help in every store. Like to visit the Nordstroms there and if you spend a certain amount a year at Nordstroms, they will validate your parking, which is a big savings as well.

This is a very nice big mall. It contains a lot of high end stores, but also some stores for the working class as well. There are several floors, and I spent several hours there while visiting White Plains.

The Westchester Mall is great if you tend to shop and higher end stores for name brand clothing. The Westchester has top names like Nordstrom, Tiffany, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Omega watches, Tourneau just to name a few. This mall is a nice experience, but don't go here if you are on a budget!!

This is the best mall in the area, but it does come with a high price tag.
Parking starts at $3/hour and drops the more you stay. Great selection of stores but no that many budget friendly options while it does have some. Great shopping experience and crowds. Not many dining options but the food court is currently under renovation, so when they are back up and running I would guess that there would be more.

This is a great mall if you know what you're looking for. it's clean, beautiful - and expensive.
high end brands along with big retailers.

I've been coming to this upscale mall since it opened. It is currently renovating the food court and floors. The mall has upscale stores like Tiffany and Neiman Marcus along with Nordstoms and Apple. You will not find affordable stores like Forever 21 or H and M. You need to pay for parking which increases as the hours go on. However you will find stores like Microsoft, Anthropology, Urban Outfitters and stores that are not on every neighborhood corner. They sell Sumon gift cards so your recipient can use it at their store of choice.

The mall has no heat, bring your jackets and hats inside, its been below freezing outside however the mall was not heated I was there multiple days the past week and the experience was the same , people wearing coats and hats inside the mall

Westchesters own, High-end retailer meca. No need to go to 5th Ave NYC.
There ALL here. In a one stop venue

The Westchester offers a great array of stores and food courts to choose from. The design is elegant and people come from near and afar.

We shop at this mall a few times a year. The stores can be a little expensive, but there are some very nice sales. We like Nordstrom, Brooks Brothers, and some of the other shops. My son likes Under Armour and the Apple store. Paying for parking is annoying, but not terrible.

I have been to this mall many times as there is a wonderful Apple store right there. If you want exercise this is definitely the place to go if you want to be indoors. They are beautiful stores with wonderful Food everywhere including a good diver shop which is a must stop.
Among many other shops is a big deal store for computers and games as well as a mini clothing stores and children stores it is a must go to if you were anywhere near White Plains.

My visit to The Westchester Mall was a complete letdown, and I have nothing positive to say about it. The mall exuded a tired and uninspiring atmosphere, with outdated decor and a lack of any semblance of modernity. The selection of stores was abysmal, leaving me utterly unimpressed and unable to find anything appealing. The facilities were poorly maintained, with dirty restrooms, unkempt common areas, and broken fixtures that showcased a blatant disregard for cleanliness and visitor comfort. The dining options were pitiful, consisting mainly of lackluster fast-food chains in a subpar food court. Parking was an absolute nightmare, with disorganized lots and a severe shortage of available spaces. To make matters worse, there was a distinct lack of entertainment or leisure activities, leaving me bored and unstimulated. The Westchester Mall is a prime example of a failed shopping destination that should be avoided at all costs.

This indoor mall is full of high quality stores with Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus providing anchors. The sheer number of brand name stores is overwhelming--be sure to pick up a diretory or use their handy search and selection menu screen in many locations thruout the mall. Plan on spending the day there--eat at the food court or Nordstroms--good quality at their Cafe.

While I do like the Westchester. I was very disappointed when they took out the Build-a Bear Shop. A lot of people told me that also. Great stores. Parking can be confusing.

This is such a beautiful mall. The shopping possibilities are endless and the construction is so pretty. Always enjoy walking/shopping through this mall

It really is walled off from the walk in trade and is directly off a ramp from 287, thereby permitting one to drive in and not have to run into the unsophisticated middle class denizens of White Plains . Upscale stores , or at lest some are. Nordstroms, Nieman Marcus ( great for field trips to see where people go when Bloomingdales just won't do) a Tesla showroom and a lot of stores that sell over priced items that are thought to be upscale ( Godiva Chocolates, A&F, etc.). One restaurant, PK Changs, an Apple and a Microsoft store. Not so easy to get around, It was designed to have you walk around a lot so you can look at the stores and their wares. This place could be anywhere in the world.

This is the premium mall in Westchester/Fairfield County. It's lost some of its dining options and you can tell that online shopping has cut into some of its business. But if you want to wander around and buy things, or just watch people buy things, this is a place to do that.

All the high end and other popular shops at The Westchester. They had some good sales as well at the time I went. Loved the microsoft and tesla store :)

First it began with the complimentary food which was the chicken broth and puffed pastry bread which was terrific and simple. Then came the truffle fries with Parmesan which I wouldn't call an appetizer but an additive to the main dishes. Then I ordered the filet lignin medium rare which I would consider one of the best mingos I've had in a restaurant in my visit. For dessert, I had their signature cookies which a delightful warm texture full of delicious chocolate.
The service was great and really helpful throughout
Out of ten stars 9/10

Upscale stores but can always find bargains at Nordstrom’s - and yes they live up to their great shoes sales!
Something for everyone. Even if not shopping great for Walking and window shopping.
Food court new and delish items on menus.
Even place for little ones to romp around and play games.

Very pleasant upscale shopping mall with plenty of options for everyone. It's a big mall, but it doesn't feel overwhelming, even on busy holiday weekends. The food court has a lot of good options as well. Plenty of parking.

I've worked close by for many years and The Westchester became my go to- love Banana Republic and Brigtons for a quick retail hit. I get tons of ideas from Crate & Barrel. For food, lots of choices throughout- PF Changs downstairs or the food court- upstairs which is now being renovated has many offerings. Higher end Neiman Marcus located at other end gives you time to explore all the in between stores. Stop by teavana and test taste paradise. Even kids will drink this tea, try the honey too.

Fantastic place, you will not regret it. Clean and friendly for family visits. Prices are reasonable
Good clean and new mall. The highlight was the apple store and it was flanked by Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. Bathrooms were clean and there was ample parking
