My wife and I took our daughter and grandson here. We loved our time here. Had lots of fun. Really enjoyed the tiger exhibit.

Plenty of things to do all day, would suggest gold passes for the year. That will give you free parking and you get in the water park an hour earlier than everyone else, which is nice to go on a couple of the slides which are usually long lines. The shows they have are good and you get better seating with the Gold Pass as well. There are plenty of rides to keep you occupied. I did not like the Go Karts they seemed really slow and constantly telling you to quit bumping.

This was not first time at Wild Adventures, but it was definitely my favorite because I got to see Huey Lewis & The News in concert.
Located off of exit 13 outside of Valdosta, Wild Adventures is a great small theme park. It has several roller coasters, a water park and a safari ride in which you can see many animals. And to boot, they have live entertainment every weekend beginning in the spring through Labor Day. Acts such as Alabama, Amy Grant, Collective Soul have been there.
The only negative is that in the summer, it gets really hot in the middle of the day, so the animals won’t be out. The Water Park is the ticket during those hours.

Wild Adventures offered evacuees from Hurricane Florence free admission on 9/15 & 9/16 with proof of address. It was fun even for 60-somethings. We had an afternoon to enjoy the rides. The park is rather nice. It isn't far from Drury Inn and other hotels.

So, we knew the weather would not be ideal, but my daughter and I felt like going anyway. We went to the park, and in spite of a few rides being closed, due to weather, we enjoyed a great day. We rode the rides that were available, and saw the various animals.

On June 28th and 29th i came to Wild Adventures with my 2, 3 and 5 year old grand kids. The theme park had 1 young lady working the carousel and another kiddie ride. After getting off the carousel kids would have to WAIT for the other ride until there is NO line at the carousel. Then the employee would come over and work the other ride.
However the BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT was when we got to Splash Island. We went in the kiddie area and half of the slides in the kiddies area were CLOSED DUE TO UNDERSTAFFING..WOW. so i had to keep trying to EXPLAIN to a 2, 4, and 5 year old WHY they could NOT slide down waterslides that were in the park.
It is UNACCEPTABLE to PAYING customers to not be able to ACCESS ALL of the parks AMENITIES. i observed a CUSTOMER assisting in the kiddies area because it was so CROWDED on 1 slide because it there were only 2 slides available & the 2 that were available were the SMALLEST of ALL the slides in the kiddie area.
In the new Ohana Bay 1 employee had to go back and forth to work several slides.TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE..
The park is very family friendly and AFFORDABLE. HOWEVER, PLEASE advertise and HIRE MORE PEOPLE.. Because i was VERY DISAPPOINTED..

We have a gold pass & love coming to visit Wild Adventures. It's very easy to get to with little to no traffic. You spend more time riding rides & less time waiting in long lines, which is great! They offer air conditioned kennels for your fur babies for $5, which is refundable upon returning the lock & key, & you can walk your pets as often as you want. They offer all different types of concerts for free & have an amazing 4th of July fireworks display! They value you as a customer & make you feel welcome which is pretty cool. They also have a great water park that's included in your annual pass. This is a great bargain & I would highly recommend this place to all family & friends.

This was our first time here and I came in with low expectations for my 4 and 6 yo. And no, I will not compare this to Disney as that is not fair. Parking lot was filfy so not a great first impression. Got inside and there were no lines which was nice and most of the rides were running. My kids really had a good time, but the theme park staff ruined it for me. At ant farm express, there were no lines so we asked to just stay on and the attendant so no you have to get out and walk around. We literally got out walked around and got back on the next ride. Annoying! Then at dizzy dragons the ride stopped and the attendant there was busy talking to the attendant of the car ride not realizing my kids could not get out. I asked if I could help them and she then got up to get them at sloth speed without saying a word to me. We then went to frog hopper area and we were not sure if it was open until we looked over and saw the 4 attendants standing by another ride chatting. We asked if they could ride and again he sauntered over not saying a word other than being annoyed we were there. My kids loved the ride and did it 3 times until we said let’s go as we could tell we were not really wanted there. So,I basically paid $250 to feel like a burden to the theme park. We then Went to the water park which was much better. Short lines and friendly staff, we had a good time there. My kids luckily are too young to pay attention to staff issues and loved the park. We did upgrade to annual passes so we as the adults will just have to tolerate some of the more poor quality attendants they have.

My daughter and I went to the park and we had some much fun , we want to go again ! We brought our cooler and filled it up with drinks and hamburger meat and we cooked on the grill outside the gates and then went back in and rode more rides ! We looked around into the shops and she wanted to get her brother a stuffed animals it was a deer and very cute ! We love it here ! We will be back again ! We didn’t like the long lines though !

Wild Adventures is a pretty good value for a theme park in South Georgia especially if you get the season pass and use the Waterpark as well in the summer. If you don't mind carrying around a tumbler you can get a great deal on sodas over the course of a year as well. Some of the stuff looks old, but they don't have the budget of Disney, but for South Georgia not bad at all.

Paid for season passes. Accidentally left them at home and was told that I'd be charged $15 per person in my family. We have a large family just to be able to go in for the day. I have not lost my passes. I just left them at home. I have all proper identification to verify that we are who we are. However, I'm still being denied access the park without paying $15 per person which will be on the upward of $200 for the day. Called realized I forgot them on the way to the park. We live approximately 3 hours away. Called customer service to ask if I could speak with someone inside the park to explain situation was informed that customer service is located in Missouri and they're unsure of if I'll be able to gain access once I arrive at the park, but they'll have someone call me halfway in between park and home. I've decided just to go back home at this point and pick up passes as it'll be cheaper than paying the $200 to gain access to the park for the day. This is an absolutely ridiculous policy and it needs to be updated. Also would like to stay. That customer service was rude on the phone. Continued to cut me off would not let me complete a thought without interrupting!!!!! Move customer service back to the individual parks so that you're more able to answer questions appropriately.

Great rides and animals park. We recently saw a Jeff Foxworthy show there. They have several different groups every summer.

I have enjoyed this park many times in the past but this time it seemed to have changed. 5 of the biggest rides were closed. No one seemed to care at guest services that we traveled 3.5 hours to be there and bought two day passes. Staff was less than enthused. Hope it gets back to what it was.

Our trip to wild adventures was wonderful. This is a great place to go as a family to have a good time. We go pretty often and have never had a priblem, this last time though we waited an hour for our food because they kept skipping over our order. But this is the only time this has ever happened.

The beautiful blooms on the trees were abundant and the wx was amazing BOTH of the times i went up there in the recent years (March 2015 and more recently) ((It wasn't Oct 2018 but that was the only date close to the date i went))
It was not crowded at all.
It was a nice getaway!

I love wild adventures been going for years staff is good but there’s one in Particular that should get a shout out her name is antwanasiha she was amazing she mad sure my little boy had a great time I told her she was amazing and that I would be writing a review she’s awesome had a blast watched the fireworks I definitely recommend this place I was sad some rides were not working but I get it a pandemic just happen and they lost a lot of money love it every time I come!!

When I visited in spring 2019, even though the park was fairly busy, almost half the rides were closed. The park could also use more shade in some areas of the park. However, some of the rides were very fun and the train ride near the animals was fun & unique.

Let me say this, I am not a big fan of amusement parks, but after visiting here, i most definitely will be back! This place is huge and it was my kids and I very first time visiting this theme park. The price is very affordable and nothing can compare to the 2nd day free of charge when you buy the adult general ticket of $49.99. This park is on a flat surface and that is a perk for anybody that dreads walking up an incline. The theme park is super huge and you will definitely not see everything in 2 days. I recommend 2 additional days. The season pass will be my next purchase for my family because it is well worth it.

We had a great Saturday visit here. Some things were closed due to COVID but the crowds were small too. There is a good mix of larger, thrill rides and tamer rides for smaller kids. Plus animal attractions like a train safari. There were plenty of restaurants and snack places open for food. I thought the barbecue was surprisingly good but the pizza was average. We had kids from 7 to 13 and everyone had fun. Smaller park which makes walking easier. The water park was closed. We’d go back for sure. Parking was $12. They have all kinds of discounted tickets online including military discounts. They also run ticket specials on Groupon.

Great family centered theme park. Great concerts!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend this park for water fun and great rides....the zoo attractions are great!

This is a great place to take your kids. They had so much fun riding the rides and playing at the water park. WE got the gold pass for everyone. It is so worth the extra money.

This theme park is an excellent little place to take your kids on the weekends. My daughter is 4 and she loves getting on all the kids rides. There is a kids area in the front, and bigger kids rides towards the back, and then if course adult rides. Don't forget there are actually animals to look at. It's kind of like a zoo. They have a nice train that goes around an open area with free roaming animals.
They had a neat water park too. In June and July the water park is open until 10pm which is nice for us mom's that don't like the sun burning our kids skin. Overall, I'm pleased with the season passes we purchased, and will probably get them again next year.

We started 21 years ago when the park first opened, with our 3 children. We watched it grow up until about 10 or so years ago. We bought Gold Passes for everyone just like we used to. The staff was very friendly and the lines were quick since the park has just officially opened for the season. That being said, we were very put back at how dirty everything looked. the floor of the carousel for example needed a good pressure wash and there was bird poop on a couple of the horses. We noticed this throughout the park that it just looks dirty. I don't remember it ever being like that, and was dissappointed with that aspect. The bathrooms also needed to be monitored better also. The water park part was not opened for the season yet.

We had a great time with three young kids. There was plenty to do between the Discovery Outpost rides for the kids, seeing the animals and Splash Island. There was a lot of shady areas to sit and rest as needed on a hot day. The staff we encountered were friendly and did a good job. Lines inside the park were not bad at all. Lines for passes did take a little while but probably because it's the beginning of the season. The bathrooms were clean at the beginning of the day and a little less so by the end but I'm not really sure how they can keep them continually clean with so many visitors. The little kids area of Splash Island could use a little more supervision for running. Over the course of about an hour I saw 4 or 5 kids slip down on the concrete (one hit his head) so definitely watch your kids carefully there. We probably only saw about 1/2 of the things that were age appropriate for our group (2-5 year olds) and were there from about 11-4 so we look forward to going back and experiencing the rest of the park.

That mf to that booth was rude asf turn us around because my kids didn’t have on shirts it’s not what u said it’s how he said IT RUDE AND NASTY

Had a blast with husband and tween and 8 year old even on the 4th it wasn't overly crowded worth the yearly passes a tank of gas is well worth it.

2 grandparents 5 kids. Rented a cabana that had 6 chairs😐 half the rides are down, half the drink dispensers are out of order, all restaurants aren’t open, wave pool not working. This wasn’t inexpensive but so far it HAS been disappointing.

Kind of a hidden gem, since it's a ways from I-75. A nice selection of rides, shows and other activities. The concert schedule is pretty good, with the well known acts every year. If you're local to the park, it's definitely worth getting a season pass.

This place is an ok get away if you life close, and keeps the young teens occupied for a day and not into trouble.. It gets expensive if you have multiple children through..My family has season passes.. Food is expensive. Cost me over 100$ to feed my 3 children for a day,and that's only meal food( lunch &small dinner), snacks not included.. We looked into renting a Electric wheelchair, the website says 34$ and a deposit, so we planned on renting on for a friend that could walk the whole park all day, got there and it's 81$ to rent one. I think this was crazy and being so expensive many people that really need it can't get one and slow the rest of their family/teens/children down from having fun... Some of the employees act like they hate their jobs and that feels unsafe in a mechanical environment.. Smoking areas: they should put a few in the back part of the park by the bigger rides since that is where most old enough people are to smoke are at anyways.. There animals are great to sit and watch they relieve so much stress from a work week.. But they seem like they are fading away, I remember them having lots of animals to see when on the train and the excitement of their voices when telling what animals was from where, now there isn't very many animals to see.. I also think they should think about putting sensory thinks in the park, maybe aaquariums in a few places as fish help so much anxiety, maybe some put some board thing for sensory on the pathways, just something for kids and adults that get stressed or anxious with being so many people and a big environment.. Owners should come up with a few up grades and bright color, and they would see a change in their park and in their employees... Change is always a good thing in life... Over all my teens were alright with the park...

We're from new jersey and live near Great adventures; not a big fan.
This place reminds you of a six flags but better run and smaller...
This was a unplanned trip so I have a few tips...
It's the only water park in the area so go as early as possible.
Rides open at ten and water park at eleven...
I'll be there at nine next time...
Buy your tickets online and as far in advance as possible; better discounts.
The rides were great, not really as crowded as we thought it would be.
Parking is twelve dollars, take that into account...
We purchased collapable containers from Amazon, purchased ice from one of the stands and filled them from the water fountains.
Paying three fifty for a bottle of water is senseless as it will not last you most of the day.
Overall it was a great day that filled our entire day...

I only went for the concert but it was clean with friendly attendants. My daughter played in the waterpark, many lifeguards. I would definitely go back when its not a hot August day.

This is a great park. I almost skipped a trip here due to the naysayers. It's clean, well staffed and lots of fun. The food and snacks were reasonably priced. Perfect for all ages really.

Wild Adventures is a great place to visit, it has a water park, fun rides for adult and kiddies, a zoo and games. Its very clean and has a helpful and friendly staff, good food and gifts shops too.

After reading reviews I was very worried the park had went down, not the case! Clean and perfect getaway!

I was skeptical about how good a theme park could be that was situated in the middle of row crop land. But once you get inside it feels like a slightly scaled down version of the major osrks on Orlando for a Mich cheaper price. An annual passes only $99, and general admission which is good for 2 days is $49. If you're going more than once definitely get the pass. If you have kids 48-52 inches or taller this could be a great family fun spot all summer long.

We had a blast! The park was very clean, and everything was easy to get to. They're well set for handicap people which was great to see.
My only complaint is how unhappy, unsmiling, and lackluster some of the teenagers were who worked there. They looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. (Of course, I might not be too smiley if I had to work around the general public either, so there's that. )
We had a great time. Be sure to hydrate often as it gets really hot and steamy there, and be prepared for a long walk to your car in the parking lot at the end of the day. We thought shuttles were the norm at these type of parks, but we didn't see any there. That would be a great addition.

My children grew up going to this park so I wanted my grandson, who is 8, to experience the adventure. My brother, myself, two teenage boys and my grandson took a trip up to the park. None of us were disappointed. There were enough rides to entertain all the ages of our group. 19, 15 and 8...and two over 50's. This was the first time the 8-year-old could ride any rollercoasters. He was thrilled! The prices are very affordable, the rides are fun and exhilarating and there is a water park included as well. We chose a ticket for each of us that included a meal and we found this to be the best deal for us. We took a backpack and carried in an unopened bottle of water for each of us. There were plenty of water fountains to refill the bottles throughout the park. Nowhere was there trash laying around and the bathrooms were kept extremely clean. What the kids enjoyed most was the short lines for the rides. Other parks are so long, you may only get to ride some of the rides one time....not here! We all rode several times on the big roller coasters. Nice change for sure! This will be a repeat trip for us for sure.

The park is pretty clean. The staff is nice enough. If you've EVER been to Disney or Universal Studios, you'll think this place is a joke. It's ok for something to do for a day. There aren't many animals but what they do have seem to be taken care of. They do have a lot of concerts with big name artists, so check out the schedule. They also have a water park. I've not been to it but the rest of the family seemed to like it.

Drove over 3 hours to get to the park. Went to get my pre paid Gold passes and wow , the 1 hour line ride. Finally got tickets and they forgot to give photo pass that was paid for. Ok now have that. Walked the park and did not see one person taking photos. Ok fine. 90 degrees out and water park is closed. Ok...ride after ride shut down . Teenagers running around smoking and acting all Gangster and no security in sight. The personnel working were one extreme to the other , wonderful of did not give a crap. In all cases were not enough employees. ie go cart track...the young man seating us was pverly nice, the one seeming to be in charge on the mic seemed to not want to be there and leaned on the controls like he was posting in a bar setting...I TRULY HOPE TODAY IS BETTER.

We wanted to do something fun with our 4 year old Grandson and get away with out spending the bank account to do it. Well wild adventures was a GREAT way to do it. We got a local Hotel which was very reasonable for 3 nights and did the Wild Adventure buy one day get a second day free offer. The first day we did the theme park and the second day we did there water park. Both Days were great! My grandson had a blast the only thing he was disappointed in was that some of the rides he was to small for but that is not the parks fault LOL. For $150.00 three people went for 2 whole days. That is about a 1/4 the price for Disney! Best part NO LINES!!!! and this was summer! Just a great experience we could not have been happier. The only drawback was no Hotel on site but plenty to chose from in Valdosta and plenty of Restaurants as well and all pretty reasonable that I found. This is definitely a Driving destination. No close by airports. Give it a try.

The Drury hotel in Valdosta is the best. They have great staff, clean rooms, good rates and a 5-7:00 dinner!! Te food for dinner and breakfast is great- including cocktails! There is also a hot tub and a pool- indoor and outdoors. I would highly recommend this hotel if you go to Valdosta.

Had fun but place is a little run down and a lot of rides were not working. They were closed due to weather so we had to wait until next day which messed up our schedule. Love the tiger show the best part for me

Took grandkids for two days at Wild Adventures and we had such great time. What really surprised us was how friendly and helpful all the employees were. Two days and every single employee was so helpful and appreciative we were at the park. It was really hot and longhand each one was so nice. Although, special thanks to the train employees for such a great experience.

Short lines, lots of places to purchase a beverage on hot days, the food is good and vendor locations within the park. It isn't to far from restaurants if you choose to eat after your visit. Vendors are reasonably priced. Water park inside location is nice and clean.

I had a great time there with my family and my girlfriend. Rides were fun and safe. They have a wide variety of rides from kids to adults there is something to do for the whole family. Only downside is that I have visited in the past, and they have removed some of my favorite rides, like the Cheetah. It also seem like the popularity of the park has decreased.

The park was a lot more fun about 8 years ago. Some of the attractions need to be updated. Still had an okay time.

I took my family of five to Wild Adventures after buying a few Groupons. To start I will say if you can manage to buy tickets for about 20.00-25.00 which you can do on Groupon....it might be worth it. If you pay standard park price you will be highly disappointed. Lets take one issue at a time shall we:
Food- By far this park is hands down the worst place I have ever been to when it comes to food. We attempted the barbecue place in the middle of the park. However as soon as we got up to the food and saw it we turned around and walked out. I love barbecue but this was hideous. The meat was so dried up and plain looking I wouldn't even attempt it. Next we tried the only hamburger stand in the entire park. There was one girl working the cooking area and one person working the register. Mind you this restaurant sits probably 50-75 people. The hamburger meat was like you would get in a really bad high school cafeteria.
Restrooms- This was probably the worst part. The restrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in 10 years. There were literally dried boogers on the walls that people had circled with sharpie markers. The bathrooms were so smelly and in bad shape it reminded me of the bathrooms I had at an elemntary school that was 50 years old when I went to it 40 years ago.
The rides- I have to say I got a bad taste in my mouth because we rod the ferris wheel first. The operators ran the most inefficient process of loading and unloading a ferris wheel I have ever seen. Even though there were platforms to unload three cars at a time they would only unload one car. They would not put new people in the car after it was unloaded. Instead they would unload the entire ferris wheel first. The really weird thing is they would announce over the speaker to every car when they were coming to the bottom. They would yell, "2 and 7 coming to the bottom" when they were ready to unload another car....as if people in the carts need to hear that. Nobody even knows what number they are. They just know when they get to the bottom and the ride starts it's time to get out. The wooden roller coaster is fast but avoid it at all cost. Everyone that got off of it was holding their backs and neck. I can't believe they haven't been sued on that ride yet. There were several roller coasters. They were very quick rides with no lengthy ones.
The park is extremely limited for rides for kids 36" and smaller. Basically any kid under 5 won't have much to ride.
Animals- This is were I think a 20.00 ticket can be worth it. They have a wide variety of animals for your young kids to see.
Shows- I wish I had a video of the nativity show because there is no way to accurately describe this. It takes place in what seems like a back yard shed. The most unfortunate part of the show was the fact that the two female singers had so much talent but no one could listen because of the middle school quality audio and the middle schooler running it. It was non-stop reverb and squelching that had the whole audience covering their ears. I feel so bad for the actors because they had beautiful voices intermittently.
Parking lot- We returned to our car to find that someone had attempted to break in by peeling our door back. We had damage on the door frame consistent of a screw driver. Thank God they were likely scared off by someone in the public walking by and didn't get in. There was no security anywhere to be found in the parking lots. There were no off-duty law enforcement officers anywhere in the lots. Even our county fair has that.

We stayed in Valdosta for two days and bought a two day pass to enjoy both the water park and the rides and it was great choice for our family. There is enough variety for kids and adults to really enjoy themselves especially on the hot days! We will definitely be back for another visit. Also, lots of water stations and refill stations to help keep the family cool and hydrated!

Our niece and members of her Girl Scouts troop took their end of year trip to Wild Adventures. We had a 2-day pass. When we arrived Friday morning, the park wasn't we'll attended, so we could just jump on, jump off the rides, but several rides were shut down! The girls loved it!
Because I was having knee troubles, I rented a scooter. However, when we returned on Saturdays morning at 11AM, all of the scooters were rented out, and I was not using a wheelchair. So, needless to say, I had to walk the mile to the water park and back. I spent the rest of the weekend and now with an icepak. It's unbelievable that a park this large has only about 15 scooters for rental .
Other than that, this park is an excellent substitute for Six Flags and Disney. If ever in the area, I will return.
The ringmaster, Blake was great at the Circus! All of the employees were friendly and helpful. Good was tasty, but expensive and typical park food!

Me and my husband has been getting season passes since we moved here in 2017.. The concerts are always great.. It is a nice place to go and hang out with ur family

Lines were to long everywhere on the day we went. Any recommendations on what days are best to go on? I have 12/16 year olds that love to ride. Food lines were crazy.

My husband’s phone slipped out of his pocket on one of the benches. A couple sitting near us found the phone and gave it to an employee. The employee assured them they would turn it in, yet he never did. We were told, by a manager, that many employees “forget them in their pocket”. This is unexceptionable. If the employees are handed valuable items, they should automatically take it to the lost and found, or a system should be in place, that allows them to all communicate, so that the employee can let lost and found know that they do have the item. My family and I have been coming here for years, so this is disappointing, to say the least. I expected a better structure when it comes to things such as this...so, if you lose something don’t expect it to be in lost and found. It will end up elsewhere...in an employees pocket, apparently.

Ordered tickets for 5 ($200+) a month ahead of time and then a massive winter storm came through on our exact dates we were to be in the park.
The website clearly states “Do you offer rain checks for bad weather days?
We do offer rain checks contingent upon weather for the remainder of the day. This is evaluated on a case to case basis. Also, we do have a second day free with most types of daily admissions. Second day free is not available with complimentary or school group tickets. See Guest Services if you wish to inquire about a rain check.”
We live 3 hours away from their gates and we’re not about to drive through a storm just to have the park be closed on us due to inclement weather and sit inside our hotel room with nothing else to do around the area.
We called guest services multiple times while watching the storm and were not given ANY professionalism or sympathy to something out of our control. Wild Adventures got all our money and didn’t even give us a “Thank you”.
All we requested for was an extension on the dates so we can come enjoy the park (purchased 11/13/18 and tickets expired 12/31/18). I fail to see how our case didn’t justify an extension at the least.
We will not be wasting any more money on such a business. 👎🏻

I always enjoy my visits to Wild Adventures Theme Park. There is truly something every kid and kid-at-heart can enjoy. The coasters are great fun and the water park has some of the most fun rides I've ever been on. Food cost is average and they also host great concerts throughout the year as well.

We came to have a mini vacation with our kids. We have two that got prek passes. But the two adults and two teens didn't get to do anything because it started storming. No one gave any info or told us there was a rain check option. Also the staff was so rude and unhappy. The only one that was even a little nice was lady at the ticket booth. The meal ticket was the best part. The kiddy rides were so hot the kids couldn't even ride them.

This was my first time to this park...
I enjoyed the visit throughout the day and there was little to no lines in the park during this time I enjoyed several of the roller coasters with the kids!!! I would like to have seen some more animal exhibits and shows including some aquatic animals.
The Halloween event I was really looking forward to with the kids. Several of the Halloween areas did not start on time and by the time they did start the lines were not worth waiting on.
Overall I like the park but would like to see it get updated and for it to continue with some new things in the future!!!

Great attendances at the rides, food was great at the corn dog place..bbq was fantastic! Just wish they kept the water park open longer it was hot!

We go there several times a year and take advantage of the annual pass. Took out 4yo granddaughter on a Thursday, so it was less crowded. Because it was a on a Thursday, some attractions are not fully opened, but enough is to satisfy you. She is getting the age where she wanted to ride, then the animals, then finish up in the waterpark. She loved the alligator show as she got to touch one, "twice". Great place for the family.

If I could do no stars, I would. I remember coming here as a little girl and loved seeing the animals and of course, going on rides. We have a 2.5 year old and thought it might be fun to take him after we got free tickets but sadly, I was mistaken. The animal trail was pathetic. There is no up keep and the animals look pathetic and sad. I know it's in a swamp, but you could still cut down the vines growing over railings, fresh paint would be nice, and giving some animals toys. I have seen Jax Zoo and many other nice animal attractions at least give them huge balls to play with, but I haven't seen any at Wild Adventures. When I used to get passes, most rides we're shut down with no explanation and to this day that still happens. I wouldn't pay ever pay $130 for a season pass there. Not to mention they're not open every day, not even weekends during parts of the year. Sadly, my family and I will not be returning for a long time. It was a good 22 years I had with them but now I feel so disappointed. No hate on any one that works there but upset with how CEOs allow a park to get like that.

Unsolicited Review for Wild Adventures *** This is our second time at Wild Adventures and still our day trip was so much fun! We have had a Gold Pass since 2021; first time we were there was at the Pumpkin Nights Festival and my daughter still remembered the unique fun that she had had. We got to check out the Splash Park for the first time and we will be trying it out this Friday! It looked clean and the restrooms that we used in the park were all clean. We hope that it stays that way. They had security outside. They had upgraded the lake lounge area with tables, chairs, swings and a little play area. What I like about the park is the ‘day-trip feel’ without the post-theme-park vacation-depression; something that we would experience in Orlando world every time we visit. There are just days when you just want to have some relaxed fun in a not-so-overcrowded, overwhelming place! It’s a walk-in-the-park theme park. Visiting this place is good for the heart! The staff at this park are really getting better at customer service, compared to the first time we were there in October of 2021. Our favorites: the Tiger Shows, the Gator Live, and the Drumber Jacks! This is the second time for us to see the Tiger Show and it was still amazing - the man who did the Tiger show was also the one who did Gator Live Show - it is so obvious how much this guy loves what he does! My daughter was so happy to experience touching a baby gator and a constrictor boa. We are excited to bring our friends to Wild Adventures in July.

Fantastic park. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great rides and shows. Be sure to catch the tiger show!

From the theme park with attractions for all ages and Splash Island Water Park everyone of every age will have a great time. Family oriented, clean, no alcohol and plenty of security and first aid, if needed. Free weekend concerts with major stars headlining for everyone with a season pass or day ticket. Season pass holders may reserve a seat in the covered venue for as little as $5-$15; otherwise, bring a lawn chair or towel to enjoy the concert. Lots of fun for all!!!

Food is priced pretty well, season passes are priced well. My kids always have a great time, the park has a lot of different things so the whole family has something they enjoy.

Love the animals & the rides. Very fun park. Love the concerts here too. There is something for everyone!

When visiting the Taco concession stand in front of the twisted typhoon roller coaster today, to buy some water for my wife and kids, which cost $4 a bottle the teenager running the food stand told me my total was $20, i told him it should only be $16, then he said it was it $20 with tax, I said I don't think so and then he mumbled something about he was told to round up price for tax...... I then got very stern and serious and told him to give me my change NOW, which he immediately did.... I will never come here again, i wonder how much this kid rips people off every day... And the water was room temp, yall could have at least put it in a cooler or better yet install some water fountain/reusable bottle fill stations.......

Want to avoid long lines to ride attractions? Wild Adventures offers a full day of fun for the entire family. If you get a little heated you can take a peaceful walk through the small zoo. The bird exhibit is delightful. The visitor can feed the birds by hand while visiting. A large open field animal sanctuary is a very popular exhibit. The slow train ride allows you to experience larger wildlife from antelope to Giraffe. The park offers seasonal exhibits and experiences for all major holidays. The water park is the summertime place to be. The water park is very entertaining and refreshing for every age. During the summer weekend nights you will be treated to some of the great acts in the music world. Wild Adventures is one activity of highest value for a reasonable charge.

Fun place for children. Crowds not too bad for a theme park. They have a water park which was busier than the ride part. Here is one of the water park attractions, called Wahee Cyclone:

My family loves visiting this family friendly park. Always fun things to do whether it be rides or shows. I liked that they randomly had chalk near resting points for the kids to draw on the pavement.

The cheetah is AAWWWFFFUULLL! If you ride you will regret it. It is way too rough! And I love wooden coasters. Listen to me. Don't ride.

Very nice park. We spent most of the day in the water park dud to the heat. We purchased the feed the ani.als package for $29. That was a bit overpriced for what you get. There were some alligator tablets, 2 cu p s of fish food for pond that we could have got for about 50 cents each. The biggest disappointment wS not being told you could only feel giraffe at two specific times. It was like 1:30 & 3:30. It was during the heY of the day and we missed it due to being at the water park. I don't recommend purchasing the feeding package.

We went for the Christmas lights and had a good time riding the rides and the kids really enjoyed seeing the lights and the trees light up and getting to see Santa Claus

We live in Jacksonville and decided to go to Wild Adventures yesterday. It was a hot day but I was pleasantly surprised with how much shade was around the park at at each ride while we waited for our kids to go on rides that we didnt want to go on. There were NO LINES so we got to ride on everything and some rides jumping off and getting right back on for a second time. The park was nice and the roller coasters were fun. The Cheetah was really fast and smooth.
I do agree with the other reveiws though about the staff, they all seemed to hate their jobs and seemed very rude to guests. Like barking orders at what they were to do and seemed very aggravated. But we ignored that and still had a great time.
We also went to the waterpark area and that was alot of fun too. The lines were a little bit of a wait but not bad at all. And it was a nice finish to a long hot day to cool off there then head home.
*TIPS: BRING BUG SPRAY FOR THE PARK. The gnats were horrible. We wished we remembered bug spray. BRING WATER SHOES OR FLIP FLOPS TO THE WATERPARK AREA! The ground was so hot for bare feet! I thought for sure we would have blisters and everyone was running from here to there and taking breaks in shaded areas for their poor burning feet!

Feel the price of tickets was too high. I was not told during my call reservations that, some of the restaurants, were not open or that the ultimate feeding package changed. It consisted of 4 small pieces of food dropped to the alligators,a small teaspoonful of seed. Can't feed giraffes anymore. $20 wasted. I was told at the time I purchased the tickets over the phone, I couldn't bring my own food. That they were sure there'd be plenty of food options. My husband and myself follow a vegan diet. This left us with only being able to eat French fries and a dry salad extremely over priced. I get that it is our choice to follow a Vegan diet. As I stated to reservations, I'd gladly pack our own lunch but, answer was no. Needless to say we didn't stay long , hunger and heat makes for a short day. Canopy might be nice. Felt sorry forparents and kids standing in the sun waiting for entry to the park, food and ride. Plan to bring lots $. food, souvenirs and toys are spendy. $12 dollars to park. Park is clean, plenty ofrestrooms. Staff were friendly. Shops had neat stuff to look at. I
Wished the price of tickets reflected that we couldn't bring our own special diet, the ultimate feeding package was now limited, a few of the cafes/restaurants were closed, and some rides were shut down. We were told because of covid19. We were told the wave pool was not working because of covid19. Yet you can swim in it. They just won't turn on the wave maker. Price needs to reflect what is now offered.

Took the grandkids here 10 & 11 yr olds. We took 2 days at the park. We went during the week, the lines were short. The water park was the favorite. The food is amusement park food and a little expensive. I expected that. Overall we had a great time. We will return.

Wild adventure... Everything you want in a family theme park, great price, variety of activities... A time to remember with your family and friends...

We have gold passes and this time the rides were down/not running and they closed all the water park rides in the early afternoon on Friday due to rain, no lightning. While it did rain, heavy and the park was flooded with ankle deep water, I don't know the reason to close the rides as the park visitors were playing in the rain water. We did return the next day and many of the theme park rides were not working or they were conducting maintenance on them. I do understand the safety issues but maybe some of the money they make needs to be put back in to the rides to keep them in working order. .

First off I won 4 tickets from radio station. That was really cool. Then while in the park they were doing a promotion giving away reserved seats for concert . I rented a locker at splash island and upon returning the key I was given wild adventure bucks. Then a little later here came the rain. I mean rain. So they issued rain checks to come back. I only spent 19 dollars in the park. Including locker . I had salad and water. You may eat more? I want to say How awesome the staff was. Every where I went. Thank You for such a great day and a return.

Stopped thru here on our way to Florida paid for one day got the second day free. We really enjoyed our days here very much worth the money. The lines were short compared to larger theme parks, we didn't wait over 10 min for any attraction. Nice animal exhibits. The tiger actually worried me though because it was one that appeared to be tranquillized on display in a vehicle for close viewing(I could definitely be wrong but it's hard to believe with people sitting and moving so close to him he wouldn't move or even open his eyes) we didn't think that was right. But the rides and attractions were great kids had a blast we definitely will return.

The rides are good. Our favorite is the petting zoo. Well maintained, clean, family orientated. Personally the gold season pass for around a hundred bks is a great deal. Includes parking , and at 15 a day if you go much the season pass is the only way to go. Overall its always enjoyable and the kids always loved it.

We had an awesome day, the park was fun. It could use some upgrades as some of the rides were in need of paint and replacement of seat cushions. The staff operating the kiddie train, frogs and Bumble Bees were awesome and very kid friendly. The young man operating the Whirl Wind (blue and white) formerly the Tilt a Whirl did not seem happy to be there, he worked at a snails pace and was not very friendly but he needed a break. Overall it was a great day!

As far as covad-19 goes this is not the place to go because they don't in force face mask or 6ft. There was some hand sanitizer but not much. They don't follow the CDC guidelines like other theme parks do. We just went to universal Studios a week before going to wild Adventures and Universal Studios makes Announcement every 15-30 minute about face mask being warn right and if not then they will make you leave, they have hand sanitizer before and after rides, they check your temperature, they will watch and make sure you are 6ft away and your mask is on right. The most Wild Adventures does is check your temperature. People at Wild Adventures where walking around with no face mask or their mask wasn't covering BOTH face and nose.

I pleasantly surprised at the size of this park... my only gripe was that a lot of the rides were down for service the 2 days i was there.

My family has had Wild Adventure season passes for over 5 years in a row. We love going, always something fun to do and we enjoy the water park. My kids also like the animal shows. Staff are great here, always helpful.

The staff is very rude and the price is crazy high and not enough time to do it all. But you learn. But 90 present of the staff was just down right rude and unfriendly to my grand children. And for the money you spend it should at least be nice

This place is basically for people who can't afford Disney or Universal Studios. The rides are scarce. They are hardly ever open and when they are something is always broken. The food is overpriced as well as entrance fee.

We saw water skiers along the highway and thought the park may be open. Drove to the park but it was closed. Parking lot was full of folks buying tickets for the future I guess.

This was our third time going since purchasing Season Passes in June. Its just a great park for both young and old. Grandkids love the rides and water park combined. Food at the restaurants each visit was very good. Its so nice not to have to wait for long periods of time for the rides. Really like the cold water stations for the hot summer days.

fun park, reasonably priced, great day trip from anywhere in south ga or northern florida. has both a water park and amusement park...there are also several decent concerts throughout the year that are included with your tickets

Wild Adventures is a small park, rides are smaller than most theme park rides. Park offers great concerts throughout the year that are included with admission. Best time to buy passes is September-October. Automatic upgrade to Gold pass...free parking, free bring a friend coupons and more! Lines are typically much shorter than other theme parks.

First off the price is well worth it. We have been to almost every major amusement parks except 1 and this was by far 1 of our top best experiences. I would suggest buying the meal deal along with your tickets it will save you over 24 dollars. The tickets and meal deal includes unlimited drinks which can ultimately be very costly without this deal. The line for the rides were quite short we got on every ride at least once and some twice only had to wait in line for about 5-15 min. That was on a Friday. It could be different on another day. However the food was good and fulfilling. The animals looked tired that day but oh well . The water park was fun. Now if you have the money to purchase the Cabana go for it I almost did and found that there was plenty shaded lounge chairs for FREE!! So I decided to save my money. We had a great time and would not hesitate to go again if ever in the area.

We went Friday May 20th and there was hardly anyone there. My granddaughter rode on the rides continuously. No lines to get drinks, eat or ride. Staff was plentiful and attentive and very polite. This was my 11 yr old granddaughter's 1st time riding anything and so happy she had a good experience.

We visited as an extended family and got our tickets in advance. I would definitely recommend getting the meal included, it's a great value. The price is reasonable for the attraction and I can see us visiting on a regular basis. We had thouht about oing to one of the larger theme parks, but my grandchildren would have not have had as large a selection of activities. The one thing that really stood out on our visit was the free ice waer stations that they set uo in the afternoon, brilliant.

I love the season pass opportunity. My kids want to go there every day. It's a blast. Fun for the whole family.

A fun place to visit! I love the water park. The children also love the water park. If you have little children that love water, get yourself a good book, grab the kids and head to Wild Adventures water park. Sit under ther shade, read your book while the kids enjoy the water activities.

We took our 8 year old granddaughter on camping trip to Valdosta and visited Wild Adventures two days in a row. She loved the animal walk through and feeding the birds. She also loved feeding the Giraffe. She went on a few of the kiddie rides and rode a roller coaster with granny. The water park was open and we spent one whole day at the water park. Food at the park is priced about the same as other theme parks and some of the food was very tasteful. This park also has regularly scheduled concerts with current and past stars that are quite enjoyable.

We have season passes to Wild Adventures! It is so nice to be able to visit a theme park, water park and zoo all in one location, and you can't beat the price. Everyone is always very nice and the wait lines are never very long (compared to Disney or Six Flags). We loved the reptile show!! We love feeding the giraffe's, the bird aviary, the butterfly enclosure and all the rides!!

A great place for a gateway!! There's plenty to do and see. Come early so you get to enjoy all the rides also the water park.

We have a yearly pass little ones under 5 are free. We take the 3 yr old often ride rides watch gator show see the animals a fun few hours like owning your own park it's not overly crowded so no long lines for rides. Kids love it. Yearly passes are cheap well worth it!

Rides were fun. Dipping dots were good. Funnel cake was also good. Was not crowded. Love that they offer free cups of water.

Really enjoyed the alligator show and presenters. Very informative. The kids enjoyed the photo opportunity. They held a small alligator and had their photo taken.

Took my family to wild adventures for the 4th of July and was not impressed. They only had one worker at a lot of the stations, the lines took hours and the worst part they had no ice and the drinks were warm. It was hot and we spent hours in lines trying to get a cold drink. They kept closing down rides for what reason no one knew, the workers didn't know why there was no ice. Kids kept cutting in line and the workers did nothing about it even when we told them, they just said we know. I've been here several times as I have season passes and never has it been this bad. It was a holiday weekend, they had special events and should have been prepared. The employees need to be informed of what's going on so if asked they know. I had to ask 6 employees where we could see the fireworks from before I found someone that could tell me. To top it off they man that checked up in told me I have 5 friend passes left, I had 20 and counting this time I've only used 4 so how is that. He scanned two of my cards twice as well for idk what reason. I thought cause of friend passes cause that's what they did last time.

Long story short we got rained out after 40min. They did offer rain checks that expire in December. We live in SWFL and could not make it back by then. When I requested a rain check good for next summer I was offered a refund by the costumer service rep. Who apparently didn't know that she could not offer refunds. After speaking to multiple managers they can't resolve the issue. I don't even want my money back I simply want what I paid for 6 tickets to come back next summer. Train your staff.

me and the family had a great time at the park this past weekend. The lines were not long but even the lines that were long, wasn't really a long wait. The halloween decorations are awesome and we took lots of pictures. We didn't eat there but I do know that they should have more places to purchase sodas and water.

4/6/18 Family Spring Break
Perfect weather. Lines move quickly boys were able to ride multiple times without a long wait. Parking lot was full but the park did not feel crowded. Park was clean.
It would have helped if we were given a map and show schedule when we entered.
Multiple eating places but few were open.
Water fountains were not operational.

We always get the season passes. Well worth the price and there will be a least one or two of the concert series that you will enjoy. Order seats early and while they are 5 bucks each for pass holders. Parking is free with the gold pass as well as discounts for the stores and restaurants. Go when the weather is not too hot and you will have a blast.

My grandkids love it there. With the annual passes that come with free parking and free bring a friend passes, it is a great deal! Food is only soso, but buying the cups for refills is great for return visits.

We loved everything about this place! The rides and the animals. Although, they can get rid of the Cheetah ride. It hurt my back and my husband's back and several other people complained about it as well.

It has a little bit of everything all in one. It has animals (to view, to see in shows & to feed), rides (thrill rollercoasters to kiddy rides) and a water park (small wave pool, water slides, lazy river and thrill water rides). It is a good activity where you can spend a whole day.

Loved this place. Went in early June and expected to be hot and miserable waiting in long lines in the heat. There was lots of shade. There were no lines. The employees were wonderful. Really, all of them.
There was a variety of rides to fit different age groups. I went back the next day and took my mom, who's 70. she had a blast.
Worst part of the place is that there is no good food. It's all trashy junk food. The bbq place is gross. The wings were decent, but that's it. There could easily be a decent sandwiches, soups and salads place.
I also do not like that there are some lone animals. The elephant in particular bothers me. If you cannot afford to buy two, don't buy one.

Wow what a beautiful hidden gem in Georgia! I've been seeing signs for this place for years so I finally decided to come when I had some freetime and i wasn't disappointed. No it's not packed with a large amount of rollercoasters but the park is so large and well spread out, it doesn't matter. I enjoyed the homey feel to it and I loved that I was able to get a cheap ticket on groupon for 40 bucks. I Go Here!

Ever since my first day at this theme park I really enjoyed it. It's not as big as Universal or Disney Land but it's definitely very fun. The rides are really fun ( My favorite is the boomerang.) and the water park is also very fun. The only complaint that I have is that when you go there very often the rides get a little boring, but if you are visiting Valdosta I definitely recommend it.

If you ever have time in the area and have small to middle age kids, you must try this place. It is a theme Park and water park in one. Very clean small but plenty to do in this theme park for 1 full day of rides and 1 full day at the water park side. The general park tickets we purchased came with a 2 day entry which allowed 1 day for both sides of the park. ( cost was around $50 pp) . Consider one person purchasing a gold annual pass for around $115+ which gives free parking “2 day savings of $24”, 10% off food, coupons on a tone of other food and game items with big discounts at sister parks like Dollywood, Stone Mountain and others. If you are going to the water park with older kids that you do not have to watch, you may want on purchase a private gazebo area to stay under while at the water park. Not sure cost but discount as gold member may be worth it.
We visited the them park side on Friday which was a slow day allowing us to ride anything without a wait. Second day we returned to the water park side to find another great day of activity’s.
Keep in mind this park is best for small to middle age kids but for the price it is a great deal for anyone.
This is a nice place to visit if Disney Is to far or to costly for your budget.
All the hotels around Valdosta are 15 minutes away with plenty of places to eat.
Give this place a try.

I get season passes every year and it's a good place to take the kids when you don't want to spend too much money

Check online for Upcoming concerts, and dates they are open. Water Parks, safari ride and lots of amusement and roller coaster rides. This is close to us, so we can go for the day. but hotels near by make it a good weekend trip. bring a towel, bathing suit and plenty of sunscreen. This is an awesome place for an adventure.

My husband and I took my 5 year old for a birthday trip. We got annual passes on Groupon because that includes being able to get into the concerts and we wanted to have that option for the future.
I had read reviews saying that the park was really dirty, but we didn’t experience that. The bathrooms were clean and the rides and attractions seemed well kept. Maybe it was because we were there early in their season, but it was not dirty.
We saw the alligator show and it was very informative. My daughter sat through all of it but said she did not want to see the tiger show. The alligator show also had a snake and she was a bit scared.
My daughter liked the walk through part with the various animals much better than the ride through animal safari.
There is a nice area for little kids where there are little rides and a small roller coaster, so she really liked that as well.
Don’t go expecting a Disney type experience or even Six Flags, but Wild Adventures is a place for a nice day out with the family.

This seems to be a hidden thing reserved for those nearby because we've seen no real amount of advertising or signage for this place. They're not "trying" to bring in people to increase business apparently. As for the park itself, we took our grandkids here in June 2018. They enjoyed everything they did. However, one of their favorite water rides was closed for repair (disappointing). There are rides etc. for all ages. We took our own children here many years ago and it seems like nothing much has changed here.. literally. The worse part about this is parking. Most parks office trolley rides to/from the parking areas. They do not. After a long day walking, riding, swimming etc. walking a mile to your car with kids makes you wonder if it's worth it and tell yourself you'll go somewhere else next time. However, for a quick weekend trip to spend a day or two with grandkids it served it's purpose. I contacted them prior to going and was told the trolley ran on weekends -- it didn't. I ordered tickets with all day drinks so if anyone needs to know how this works..... They told me at will-call that we had to BUY THE FIRST DRINK and then refills were free all day. HOWEVER, when we go to a location planning on doing so, we're thankful for the young man who set that straight and said that's not the case. IF you want a souvenir cup; you can buy that and use it for your refills... IT'S NOT REQUIRED. They have regular clear plastic cups (although small) that you can get refilled as much as you want without charge on those drink all day tickets. I wonder how many people were ripped off and purchased those things based on the word of something who should have known this information.

Wild Adventures is a great place for the kids as well as the adults. With a wide variety of rides, shows, animals and other attractions, Wild Adventures has something for everyone. There are great concerts during the summer with a large variety of artist from rock to country to gospel to rap to contemporary christian, you are sure to find something worth making the trip. And by the way, please stop and check out the alligator show. Believe me, it's worth the trip.

Great park with awesome things to do. The Swamp Tour was great. Our granson loved it. The rides was awesome for the family. The food was okay and all the rides the famiy tried was great as well.

We just returned today from a two day trip. It was hot. I mean hot. Sooooo hot. We checked in to our cabana and we were so glad we did. It was so hot and terribly crowded. The cabanas are set up in a place with limited access. The only people in the cabana village are those who have rented a cabana. There are not enough bathrooms. Only three for a village of 13 cabanas. We could never get into a bathroom without waiting. We waited and waited. The water park is extremely crowded and subject to being shut down because of children defecating in the water. Charming. Of course the park can’t be blamed for that. Most of what we wanted to do was open, after cleaning. The lines were very long, but the park is orderly and relatively clean, for the huge crowds.

Fun for all ages! Group of kids had a great time! I love that it’s a 3 in one deal. Amusement park, water park, and zoo. Also multiple restaurants.

Gator and tiger shows were awesome! Water park was fun for the little ones. Good deal for a day of fun!!

Best kept secret in Georgia. It's an amusement park with roller coasters and safari animals that you find at Busch Gardens-but takes less time to get there. We've been coming since my oldest was six and he's now 21. It's still our all-time favorite amusement park.

We went for spring break and our kids loved it we bought gold season passes and go every chance we get. The concerts are awesome. The alligator show is a must see, those guys are awesome. The tiger show is good. The staff for the most part are amazing and friendly. The food and drinks are a bit pricey but food taste amazing.

This is like the greatest deal ever!!!!! IMO this park is the greatest and I am so glad that I live close enough to take advantage of this park! What is the price for one day at Disney? Is it over $170 yet? Well, that is what a season pass to WA is for the ENTIRE SEASON. So, what you would pay for one or two days down there, you can have all the great things this park has to offer for the entire season. There are different levels, but I buy us the Diamond Level for all the perks. You get admittance everyday they are open. You get "free" parking and never have to pay separately for parking. That alone is a savings of $10 to $18 a day (I don't know what it is). When you purchase a season pass, you get a cup which entitles you to free refills of soda any time you are in the park. They let you bring in wagons for chairs, towels, and what all you would need for the family at the water park. Thus, I suspect this would allow you to bring your own food. I really buy the season pass for the concerts and shows. They are usually heavier into country and Christian music but do offer a bit for mostly every genre. The concerts are FREE. I pay $5 for a seat under the roof (diamond level). This year started off with a concert by Willie Nelson. We had names like Big & Rich and Ashley McBride. CeCe Wynans came as did some other Christian singers (Like Chris Tomlin this year.) These are free unless you want to pay for a seat and that will cost you maybe $5 or $10. They are usually 1 1/2 hours long with little to no breaks. Have seen LeAnn Rimes and Lynyrd Skynyrd in the past among other famous bands. I really don't understand how you can beat this. What is your alternative? Disney? There are more perks, but I am really only interested in supporting my local community and attending the concerts. I challenge you to find a better deal anywhere. Plus, if you are a traveler, I'll bet the hotels in Valdosta are a lot cheaper than in Orlando. I was prompted to write this after reading reviews that I thought were unfair. I'm waiting for my free fireworks show in 2 days and then the Drone show at the end of July (2025). This season pass gives you all the activities all the way to the end of December (Christmas Lights shows). Really? Can you beat that?

Traveled from Florida to take a mini vacation, this place is amazing we all had a blast. Spent 2 days, can't wait to go back. The animal section was kind of sad and out of the way, but all the rides and the splash island was the bomb!!! I Definity recommend

I have been coming to Wild Adventures for decades. I have not been in the past few years due to becoming a mom. Me and my husband just recently moved to GA so we decided to take our 2 daughters for their 1st time this weekend. We purchased the Gold Pass due to the free parking, go karts, and mini golf. We go to the go karts stand in line for 45 minutes with only 15 people in line. When I finally get to the front and it's time for me to drive the female employee literally yells loudly and rudely that I am not allowed to drive due to me not having 2 functioning hands. I was born with one arm. After walking out the line upset, humiliated, and crying I decided I was going to file a complaint with the front office. They tend to tell me that the rules per ride are made by the manufacturer of the ride not park management. That I can get my $$ back for the difference and down grade my pass which means I lose my free parking and golf as well. I told them that is unacceptable to be treated this way....by the employee and management. They said that that was all they could do other than give me a few skip passes. Does anyone know who to contact that can make a real difference? I should not be treated like I'm disabled due to missing a arm. If I'm capable of driving a car, giving birth to 2 beautiful girls, work a fulltime job than I should be able to drive a stupid go kart that I paid extra to drive. I am so humiliated and being born this way I'm use to being ridiculed and bullied but this is ridiculous.

We've been coming here since WA opened back in the 90's. Now that we are older, and still live 2 hours away, an electric wheelchair is needed. They only have a handful available and it is 1st come 1st served policy. Which Sucks. I've tried to call ahead, pay and reserve one, knowing we wouldn't get to the park just as it opens and have to settle for a regular type and was told NO. This could easily be resolved by having a vendor who only does electric carts cover this need, such as the ones who do state fairs, cruises etc. WA charges around $75 a day and so do they.
Another suggestion is to put corresponding numbers on each ride sign, restaurant etc to match what is on the map. Our special needs daughter can read numbers but not words. So telling her to meet us at ride 12 [example only] is useless. because the ride doesn't have numbers. Not everyone reads English either.

This was my first time there and I have no plans on going back. EVERY SINGLE PERSON that works there looks unhappy and seems annoyed your even in the park. The splash park can really use upgrades the slides, wave pool, and ESPECIALLY the lounge chairs! They don’t even take time to clean the debris from out of the lazy river. Rides were shut down while we were there for maintenance in the middle of the day! NO PLANS ON GOING BACK!

This is one of my family's favorite parks. They have animal shows, a waterpark (new & improved) and, a good selection of rides. I feel this is a perfect park for young teens. There is always something else going on at the park, during this visit the Harlem Globetrotters were exhibiting their skills and on Friday and Saturday night they had a marvelous salute to the military fireworks display. A bonus for Veterans was they got to get in free! and the option to purchase the two-day pass is great. The staff is very friendly and I have to give a shout out to LaVerne at one of the snack shops who went above and beyond to be friendly to everyone. My only critique is that the youngsters running the rides need to understand the dangers of lightning and rides should be shut down immediately when lightning is spotted in the area.

My boyfriend and I won tickets to this theme park from a recent event we attended. Our tickets expired at the end of the year, so we made the 3 hour drive today to see the Christmas displays. Parking was a low $12 a car. There was no line to get in. Staff was friendly. Their water park was closed for the season (as stated on their website.) Their tiger display was also closed. A lot of the animals were hiding due to the cold weather, but we enjoyed the animal trail. We did not go on any of the rides, except for the animal safari. The park was definitely geared towards a younger crowd. Food was a little pricey, so we ate after we left the park. Lowndes County Sheriffs were seen near the park entrance and driving around in the parking lot. As someone from the central Florida area, the drive wasn’t really worth it for us, but we could easily see how families with small children could enjoy it.

The workers has the nastiest attitudes ! The girl working swing a safari Sunday 06/13/2021 . Definitely don’t want to come back

We frequently visit Disney and Busch gardens so we New this wouldn’t be nearly on the same level, but we were surprised to have as much fun as we did. There are a lot of carnival rides with some rollercoasters as well. The rollercoasters were really fun. The carnival rides were all spinning rides so I passed. The food was fairly priced cheaper than most amusement parks and actually was tasted good (especially the bbq). The waterpark was nice but the lazy river was filthy. The waves at the wave pool were laughable. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and all needed to be torn down and rebuilt. There were flies EVERYWHERE at some of the cafes GROSS!!! Like no way this would have passed a health inspection. Eat at an indoor restaurant for no flies. The shows were a waste of our time but mind you we’re Disney spoiled so our expectations are high lol. For the price and the rides we would go back. ages 16(2), 13, 25, 32, and 9 with us and all enjoyed it. Only negative was the cleanliness

We went on a Thursday in June, got there when it opened and parked right at front. It was sprinkling but stopped after an hour. We were able to ride a few rides, but the bigger ones opened up in the afternoon after drying. That worked great because we spent time at the water park as well, it was not crowded at all. Can't wait to go back

Children had tons of fun although we did get rained out for about an hour. Food is overpriced and not good quality but that's to be expected at a theme park. Which park had adjusted their hours during the time that we were there waterpark close at 6 PM in regular park closed at 7pm

I guess I will never learn as this is the second time I have driven here to find them closed! I was told last time, "We stay open in summer." Wrong! Because it's summer and they are closed. On a Friday! And since I have been sitting here, no kidding, 15 cars have pulled in to a park that is closed. One would think it made good business sense, I don't know.... to have a water park open in summer? Their "Season Pass" should be called a "Weekend Pass, Plus June and July Sometimes". Unfortunately, you are misguided, as I was, to think you will get your money's worth unless you commit to come every weekend, correction, every weekend that they are open, because they are not open EVERY weekend. Their website says, "Unlimited Family Fun". No, your family fun is extremely limited by the sporadic calendar. They advertise, "valid for the entire 2017 Season, March 11-Dec. 31, 2017" but here I am, on one of those dates and they are closed. For Pete's sake, they just sent me a free pass that's not valid on Friday's. Silly me for thinking that meant they were actually open on Fridays. Really boardering on false advertising..... I'm just curious as to what "season" they are open. Not summer, that's for sure. And not the Christmas holidays, as that was the last time I drove here for nothing. Last time I blasted them, their response was that they follow all other moderately sized themed parks schedule, but this is also untrue. Dollywood? Open today. Silver Dollar City? Also open. Six Flags over Georgia? Also open today. Wild Adventures needs to decide if it is a legitimate theme park or a fly-by-night mom and pop joint that is only open when it is convenient.

Overall a great time for the money. Short lines and a variety of activities. Kids had a blast. Will be back.

I went with no expectations as I read previous reviews and not sure to go with high hopes.
Upon arrival we knew it was going to be the hottest day of the year and it was. Inside the park, there were places to get free water fill-ups which was very nice. The food was just ok, it felt like fair food, nothing truly healthy. Also, the dining plans should be updated to include more options. The drink plan was nice, and no limitation on how often we could refill our beverages, because it was so hot we needed to refill a lot.
The rides were definitely geared towards the kids which is fine, they enjoyed many of them and rode them over and over. The lines were so short! Many fans around the park to cool off but there are not enough indoor places to stop into for cooling off and we found out the restaurants were hot and told the AC wasn't working properly. so we were pretty miserable and ate outside with the breeze.
I personally did not have a super great time but my 6&8 year old had a fun time which is all that matters. I would go back only for the simple fact the kids really enjoyed themselves.
The staff, they were not happy to be there and the only pleasant staff member worked in the pizza place and she was awesome. Everyone else clearly felt forced to be there and was often rude when spoken to.
Also, for the rides get microphones because yelling instructions was not helpful because we could not hear them many times.

We went around peak spring break season and it still wasn't too busy. Most lines were under a 15 minute wait. We went with kids age 7 to 12 and with varying interests, but there was something for everyone. We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed this park! However, the go-kart line moved very slowly and it seemed like there could be a more efficient way to operate it. A few of the food places weren't open, making the ones that were open somewhat crowded around lunchtime. We were also disappointed that the water park wasn't open yet.

Went years ago didn't get to see much as it was cold and drizzled rain. Didn't see very many animals guess cause it was cold and a little wet. Still got season pass. Will be going again when weather is better.
We have been going there sense it opened years ago.

I’m writing this review while still standing in line. I have been here in line to get ONE DRINK for myself and my almost two year old. I have been in this line for ONE HOUR and I am not exaggerating. It was 2:50 when I got in line and is now 3:46!!! This is completely unacceptable! You need to look into having drink only stations or something because there is no reason someone should have to wait this long for a drink! I’m not sure what the issue is whether it’s a problem with serving food and drinks in the same lines, lazy employees, or what but it needs to get fixed ASAP!!!

Arrived at the park around 5 p.m since the concert started at 8 p.m., we took in the Tiger Show and Train ride and had dinner before the concert. The concert was awesome!

I love Wild adventures. Went with adults, young kids, and teenagers, we all had a great time. Plenty of rides for everyone. The water park was great, especially in 90 degree weather. Definitely get the two day ticket, can't see and do everything in one day.

Forget six flags, Carrowinds, or many other theme parks, this family friendly park has it all including animals, thrill rides, shows, concerts and kiddie rides not to mention a great water park. The bang for the buck is great, especially with the second day free. Highly recommend this park. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Short lines and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Family friendly atmosphere coupled with nice weather.

Great place for a 2 day adventure vacation. Water park, zoo and amusement park in 1. Plenty of rollercoasters!

We’ve been enjoying Wild Adventures for years and love the park for many reasons! Every age can find something fun to do and the lines aren’t too long so you can experience it all. The best part is the CONCERTS!!! Absolutely love going to a concert and this years line up is great!

If you are a person who is a coaster enthusiast, this park is a 2 hr. visit on a Sunday afternoon. It's a place only to get your coaster creds. However, for families, especially with small children, I can see the appeal. There's a lot of family oriented rides and there are animals! Even dinosaurs! It tries to be a small Busch Gardens like park. For us, this was a pretty average park, but for others, this might be a good family afternoon outing.

This park is utterly charming. It has something for everyone if you have families with different ages. It has roller coasters and has some thrill rides. It has lovely rides for the young children. It has tons of fun animals and some animal shows and animal train rides, and then it has a waterpark that once again had something for everyone. We had a wonderful wonderful day there, and came from Orlando because other people had told us how lovely it was. They did not disappoint!
One shout out, I would like to give is to a young lady named Sanaya. She was working the rides in the small children’s area, the crunch train, and the Okenefee friends, or something like that. This young lady went above and beyond with the little ones. She was so sweet and they just reacted to her in such a lovely way. She was truly truly lovely and made our day very special.
We would really like to recommend this to families as a fun day to spend in a lovely park. We brought our lunch with us. They did not seem to mind although it looked like they had great food there as well. You have to bring your own towels, but other than that everything else is available to purchase if you need to.
It was a really great day!

Haltucked. ides didn't work, 2 of them shut down while the kids were on them. We paid 60.00 x 7. No refund of any kind. Not even some.

We got a season pass and LOVE going here. The rides are fun, the water park is fun and the whole place is safe and clean. The rides that do break down get worked on immediately (if possible) and are back up and working. The food is great (especially pounce’s pizza!) and their funnel cakes are amazing (try the birthday cake one next time!)
Now last time I went has me a little nervous to go back. However, it won’t stop me from going and enjoying the park. So it was super hot and I went inside with my niece to get a refill for our cups. I had a free refill cup but my niece had a .99 cent cup. Since I’m a gold member I knew it was only going to be .96 cent but when I walked up to pay the cashiers were extremely rude, basically telling me that if I tried to pay for a refill she was gonna scream and that’s all she kept saying. I looked at the other cashier cause I wasn’t sure what they meant (I’m autistic) and the other cashier was a just waving bye in my face. So even though I was embarrassed and confused I smiled and walked away. However when I got out I was so anxious and confused and embarrassed I literally cried on the bench. My fiancé was not happy and got up and found another worker who was understandable and said this was not okay and that she was going to talk to the manager and this was not what the park was about. So because of that one worker I know I’ll be back because I have been to wild adventures 4 times in my life and loved it every single time and planning on going many more times! I have ran into some other workers who didn’t seem to love their job but they weren’t rude to me so I never complained. I get it’s hot and I’m sure it can be aggravating but this is the job you signed up for. However, we love wild adventures and will be back to enjoy many summer days and the festivities for every holiday!

Military discount allowed us to visit for $40 for two days per person! Lots of rides for kids 36-54 inches tall. Not a lot for children under 36 inches tall. But, under 3 is free so that is mostly them.. try the carousel and the two rides by it for the little guys.
The water Park has a whole section that is perfect for little guys with close supervision by lifeguards.
The water play ground with the big bucket on top is an all day activity for 5-8 year olds! Lots of lounge chairs surround both these play areas.
Basic food like fries is reasonable for a park. There is a buffet serving piled pork, hotdogs, beans for $10 pp 6yo older beginning at 3pm. Snacks like dippin dots and frozen bananas are $5 and up!
Drink cups (refillable free) $30 good all season, .99 cent refill cup cost $10 also good all season. We refilled it a lot...bought one cup and shared.
Saw lots of picnickers in grass outside gate.

Wild Adventures is a wonderful amusement park in a very unlikely location. After leaving I-75 and winding through farmland, you come upon this great attraction. It is affordable and has so much to offer. Small children to adults can find so much to do. There are great rides for all ages, a waterpark, wild animals, concerts, seasonal events, food...too much to list. There are lots of trees,so even on the hottest days, there is shade to enjoy. Our family was there on a day when the park reached capacity, but nothing seemed crowded...no long lines for food or rides. I highly recommend Wild Adventures!

Wild Adventures might not be Disney Land or Wet And Wild, but it is still a great place for reasonably priced family fun. It is a great place for families to go and have a good time. The addition to the water park is great for younger kids. Everyone in south Georgia and north Florida should come and check out Wild Adventures.

Briana and Lakeyria on Black Foot Falks today we’re the best! Five stars just for their excellent customer service! Kids had a blast

Wild Adventures is our go to park. No extra cost for fast passes, pass holders have free parking , discount on everything for purchase in the park, and you are never going to wait in line for more than 30 min. Even on a capacity crowd we didn't feel hemmed in by people . Another perk of a passholder is early entry to the water park. This is great for getting a locker and the perfect chair. You can ride till you are tired of riding. This is in addition to free concerts, special events and no black out dates. Love wild adventures.

This is a fun park. Love the waterpark and since it was not too full of people it was even better. Wait times were really minimal. The next day we did the rides it is was UNBEARABLY HOT. Plus it rained. It would have been very nice if during a different month.

We had the distinct privilege to be selected as judges for the BBQ Competition held here. As guests of the park we have high praise for the values demonstrated by this organization and its leadership. The park is clean. It is well laid out and the animals are so well cared for. It is a tribute to those that look to preserve the animal kingdom.
For those that enjoy rides you will enjoy the fact that this is not Disney or Universal with their hour plus long lines. You can count on riding rides.
There are many excellent food options.

Went for the Christmas event. Enjoyed the lights and shorter lines compared to most theme parks. Week days are usually really quiet but still not bad on weekends. Loved the fake snow area and music with lights. Many fair style rides plus coasters. Not a fan of most of the coasters except the roller skate one. All the others are too rough and need to be updated. Esp hate the cheetah one. Good isn't the best either but park is clean and a good value. Tiger show was good and zoo area is clean and well maintained with neat homes.

If it were not for the distance, this would be a great go-to park in GA. The rides, water park, and zoo make it a nice weekend destination. The lines are better than Six Flags, and the people are so nice!

We visited wild adventures in April before the water park opened. It is a great place to take kids and we had no lines and a very enjoyable. If u visit multiple times you may want to look into the season pass and the refillable cup that gets you free refills anytime. I was very impressed with the park

Great theme park with a waterpark. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Has lots of old time fair rides, quite a few good rollercoasters and zoo animals too! Well shaded and no long lines like other theme parks. You get 2days of fun for the price of one. Waterpark included in price! It's worth the drive from central Florida instead off the overcrowded Orlando parks.

You may think I'm crazy for saying that phrase up there in the Title. But it's true. yes the size is significantly different but when you contact a park you expect to get a response within a certain time frame. My wish kid was supposed to go to White Water on 07/23/2017 but they NEVER returned our emails, phone calls what have you. So we decided to try our luck with Wild Adventures.
Jessica was super amazing at responding to our emails. We arrived on 07/29/2017 for the back to school bash and little did we know, Jessica was the one who helped us. After seeing our Make A Wish Shirt she knew who we were and introduced herself. She got us to where we needed to be and made sure we knew where to go and what to do.
However, as soon as we got into the park it started raining and they shut the water park down. This was why we went. So after letting our 4 year old ride two kiddie rides, it started to thunder and lightening. So they closed the park for the day due to the vast amount of storms. We got our raincheck (which is good through the end of the current operating year). We went to our hotel and decided to try again on 07/30/2017.
Yesterday it started off cloudy but we went ahead and went to the park. We took care of our rain checks and again were greeted by Jessica. After entry to the park, we went to Splash Island which is the water park. They have a section called Ohana Bay which is a zero depth splash area with slides for those that are under 48 inches tall. My daughter LOVED all of those slides. She went in order: Orange, blue, green and repeat.
We rode a family slide (I can't remember the name) but it was super fun and my daughter was at a good height. Minimum for the slide was 36 inches. We tried the other kiddie section but she wasn't having it with the bucket dumping water everywhere. LOL. So back to Ohana Bay we went.
Overall she had a blast. That's the only area she wanted to be in yesterday so we didn't force the issue to go through the dry rides.

We had an awesome time at Wild Adventures. Positive: Loved that you get 2 parks for one admission price. It was also awesome that we got the 2nd day free. I feel like the admission price is worth for what you are getting. My 3 year old daughter was able to get on a lot of rides. Short lines for almost all the rides. Try the bbq place for Lunch! we got a bbq trio (Pork, Chicken and ribs with 2 sides) for 13.99 I believe. It was a nice break from the heat. The water park was awesome! Not too much walking everything was close. Loved that if you return your locker hey you get "adventure bucks" to spend in the park which we used for merchandise and food.
Negative: The bugs! I know its no fault of the park but maybe if they had industrial fans by the locker to keep them away that would be great!
I cant wait to be back!

I really thought I would have had a better experience. About 90% of the workers were rude! Sunday we arrived at the park when they first opened and it was extremely HOT so after about 30 minutes or so I decided to get my 12 month old some dipping dots to cool him down and the only one cart that was opened which was right beside the arcade was very rude, he would not speak to us, when I asked for cookies and cream, he said he was out so I asked what did he have and he refused to tell me so I asked him again and this time he let out a big sigh like I was annoying him so we just walked away. The park barely had any operating food stands. My brother tried to get a funnel cake and they told him they couldn't give him one because they couldn't get the batter right, how is that??? Then I lost my travel/diaper bag with my check book and camera so I tried to contact the park and of course you can't get any one and the person I did get in HR, hung up on me. I have called multiple times, left a voicemail and emailed them with no response. It will be a long time before I come back to this park!!!! This was my first and last. Anyone know how to contact them directly?????

Had an awesome time at the park. Trip went from a 1 day vacation to a 3 day vacation. Love looking at the animals, riding all the adult rides and eating at the different venue. Most fun I have had in a long time. Well since I first came here in 2014.

My husband and I visited on the weekend of my birthday. July 16th and 17th. We had bought tickets for the park for Sunday which was my birthday. We later found out that Jeff Foxworthy would be there on Saturday night. I went on line and purchased tickets for that for $10 each. We arrived at the park at 7:30 pm expecting to walk in the show. However, upon arrival we were told we would have to buy tickets for the park for that date even though we had tickets for the following day. We had to spend $120 to be let in even though the park closed at 9:00. We did it anyway. Seats were horrible and staff was extremely rude. The next day we did use our park tickets. First, we had to pay $15 for parking. Outrageous, considering we had to walk almost a quarter of mile to the entrance!!!! Once we were in the park, the price of everything was so expensive and the condition of the park itself was not very good. The animal exhibits were extremely dirty and the staff was very rude. I would not recommend this place at all for a vacation.

The customer service was horrible, they ran out of food, ice in almost all the food places. I did say something to a young man in one of them and I was told it was the busiest crowd they have seen in 2 yrs. I understand but when you run specials of $30.00 per person you buy a food pass for the day and a drink pass which you still have to buy the cup but can't get ice on a day that 100 degree temps. You're not allow to bring drinks in. My 6 yr old grandson and 11 yr granddaughter was thirsty and was served soda with no ice. Also to run out of food??? whom ever is in charge of ordering really should know what they are doing. No signs on the places that serve food to tell you they are completely out of food. Just soda with no ice. No place had signs to let customers know. We wait in line for 30 mins to be told no food! very disappointed. Rides we great, lines were long but expected. The service we did get was terrible in the food services. Rude, uncaring. One place was out of Ketup and also napkins when I ask if they had packets I was told no and someone would fill it. It took 30 mins for someone and I had to ask 3 times. never got napkins was told they were complete out. No one seemed to work together and socializing among the employees was top priorities. My husband went to buy a beer and didn't bring his ID. Mind you he is 55 and looks it. They wouldn't sell him one. I go in and buy him a beer and she doesn't even check my ID. Which I put on the counter and I ended up leaving it there. when I realized I went back and I was told it was there they don't have it. The ice creams shop went in and someone had vomited in that little store we were in there 30 mins before someone finally put a yellow cautions sign in front. kids were walking through. It smelled horrible but no one was cleaning it up or even acknowledging the problem. We had a miserable time. The splash park was to crowed no where to sit or put your things. No rafts to use but can't bring your own. In the kid area the teenagers and adults basically took over and my 6 was getting pushed around by adults. Pushed out of the way skipped. There really should be an age limit on it, maybe some of the slides would work properly if you did an age restrict. Took them 30 mins to call lighting of course being from FL we know to get out of the water. we were literal changed and going back to the park before they called everyone out. The Petting zoo animals are in a little bitty place no room they jump on you they want food so bad. they need area to move and so do visitors. My grandson was jumped on and knocked down and he hurt his knee. Nothing exciting except rides and rude people. The owners can do a much better job of maintaining the animals giving them better habitats there is plenty of property. The gift shop attendant just wanted to play on her phone. When I ask her question about an item she looked at me like i was crazy. She didn't say have a good day truly she didn't even tell me the amount. Yes the park was clean, most the ride workers were nice but not over friendly. It could be a jewel but that is up to the management and owners.
We will not be back until positive changes take place.

Visited early on Labor Day. Arrived before opening and was able to ride all 7 roller coasters in the first hour and a half. Cheetah is a nice, but somewhat rough wooden coaster; Twisted Typhoon is a very good inverted coasted, and there are several other smaller coasters.
Staff was okay although there was some "I don't really care" attitudes present.
Only stayed about half a day, so we didn't experience any of the animal encounters.

The staff were friendly people wore their masks for the most part. The food was good and the lines were not too long except for the Animal Safari.

We celebrated Christmas and New years together my family and I so we decided to start our new year with a trip to wild adventure... The ages range from 5 years old thru 60. We had a blast young and old. This was the best time to go no crowds, no long lines for the rides just perfect.

Love love love this place! So much fun for the whole family! Amazing shows! Especially the Alligator show and the Tigers of India show! Really great job guys! Hope to see these shows again in the future!

We had a great visit. And issues we previously had were fixed immediately!!! Truly impressed that my input made a huge difference

My family of four went to the park on 4th of July weekend. I knew going in that this was going to be a very busy weekend and was expecting long lines. I was very pleasantly surprised that while there were tons of people in the park, the lines for everything were very reasonable. I thought they did a great job of managing the crowd. We got the food package with the unlimited drink option, which was wonderful. If you don't get the drink package, there are free water stations everywhere, just bring a cup! The prices for everything were pretty reasonable, much better than most parks.
The dining package was worth it though the vegetarian options are very, very limited. I loved all of the rides and the zoo train was great. My only disappointment was that some of the midway style rides such as the scrambler and the himalaya (not what they are called at wild adventure but that is what I call them) were very short and not the full ride time that I am used to. I really enjoyed the park, especially the water park, and plan to return!

We have visited this park religiously for five years. Typically a good two day visit trip. I only give it four stars because I ran into a management issue with some season pass perks that were expected. Wrote a request to speak with management the first day with no phone call returned. Had to actively hunt a manager down the next day, only to be told she understood my concern and recognized my problem. But "if I may an exception for you than I would be obligated to always make exceptions". In other words, we have your money now and have a nice day!

Very nice little water & amusement park. Location is remote and park was not way to busy, hardly any lines to wait in. Had a blast on the coasters and then cooled off at the water park. Kind of expensive for such a small park, food and beverage is also very high in price for what you get, but all in all it was a good time with my best friend. Staff were all plesent to deal with.

We have been season pass holders for 5 years now. It is a great deal and they have reasonably priced food. no long lines, fun rides. Our favorite is the water park. we float in the lazy river or wave pool and the kids have a great play area and plenty to do

Family friendly, clean, good food and entertainment. Children enjoy the water park and rides. Plenty to see and do.

We buy season passes for out family of six every year! There's a lot to do here, considering the area! We enjoy both the splash park and the rides! We can easily spend the entire day here. If you coming just for the day grab a pizza here to hold the kids over, the park is a drive from most restaurants and you'll wait for seating! It's a good place for the family!

Our family of 4 enjoyed Wild Adventures Park. We go there because we love to see the animals they have. The rides are very family oriented also. Look forward to visiting this park again in 2019 hopefully. We also enjoyed corndogs and fries there....very tasty.

I just recently went to the park on Saturday (7/21). The Boomerang was not operational until later in the evening. The only other disappointment was when me and my daughter stood in line for 45 minutes, then the Swamp Thing ride stopped working and everyone had to leave. We were ready to board, but I guess I would rather them fix whatever broken, before I get on it. We never got a chance to ride it.
HERE'S THE REALLY BAD PART!!!!!
After the fireworks show, my family and I left out the park and proceeded to our car. There were policemen everywhere. Apparently, over 20 vehicles had been broken in and one of the vehicles was mine. Maybe cause I had an out-of-town plate, and the thieves thought we would have a lot of items in the car. The criminals stole my wifes's purse, cashed about $2200 worth of check, broke our driver door handle, and stole some other personal belongings. The police mentioned that this is a regular occurence and asked Wild Adventures staff to invest in cameras and security, to no avail. Wonder where the $12 parking fee is going? PLEASE BEWARE OF PARKING.

OMG..my family had such a blast and was definitely worth it. We got the 2 day pass which I definitely recommend because you wont be able to do everything in one day. The only that disappointed me was the safari part. we did the train ride saw about 5 basic animals, not worth it to me but the water park and the rides made up for it. Had a awesome time would definitely go back. oh and the other negative is they have soooooooo many gnats flying everywhere.. you spend a lot of time swatting and I do mean everywhere.

I had a blast. The service is amazing. My favorite ride there is the cheetah. It's really fast. I go there all the time.

This place was very clean, all the staff was courteous, and helpful. It is like two or three parks merged together, rides, animal exhibits, water park!!!

The alligator show was the highlight of the whole day in my opinion! It was awesome!! The rides are fun too, a few were closed when we went, but the ones that were open were fun.

I’ve been going here a couple times a year for most of my life and always look forward to it. My parents took me and my siblings for our birthdays when we were younger, and now all my nieces and nephews have their birthdays here every year. It’s affordable, the lines are never insanely long, the staff is always very friendly and the water park is amazing (although very crowded on the weekends). My nieces birthday is in a few weeks and we are going to take part in some of the Halloween festivities. I enjoy it just as much now as an adult as I did back when I was kid :)

This is a delightful theme park that literally has something for everyone with rides for all ages, the water park, lots of animals (and shows) and some dinosaur exhibits. The pricing is very reasonable, even the food was appropriately priced with good portions and EXCELLENT quality! It is a little old in places but this is made up by a lot to do and a caring staff. Some have tried to compare this to a Disney or Busch Gardens, that is a disservice to the park as it is a small town theme park. But this definitely a place to take young children through teen years.
We took a church Sunday School group and was my first time, we WILL be back!!!

Recently visited Wild Adventures and bot did we have fun. They have lots of rides, attractions, fun, and games. Loved the animal attractions as well.

My wife and I decided to spend a day here. We really didn't know what what to expect, but we did enjoy ourselves. This place kind of has an eclectic feel to it. Reminds me of when I went to the local fair back in the day (on a much bigger scale). They have incorporated a lot of different things to see and do. Whether you are a fan of animals, thrill rides, carnival type rides, water parks, or shows, there is something for you to see and enjoy. Plenty of kid rides here as well, so it is definitely a kid-friendly park. The food was so-so, but I really didn't expect otherwise. The best part was that the lines were very short, so we were able to walk up to the rides and not have to wait hardly at all.

Wild adventures is a great place to come with family kids and friends. The Fourth of July fireworks were extraordinary and they had them for three days to salute our veterans which was absolutely spectacular. Easy parking and lines were a little long though, but moved quickly. The food was above average and the drinks were nice and cold. We totally enjoyed coming to wild adventures and definitely will come back.

Exactly place to visit no question to ask !!!! lots of fun and plenty rides and omg the water park.......

I just visited this place for the first time ever despite living pretty close, and I WISH I had gone sooner! I already love amusement parks, and this place was fantastic! The Tailspin and Rattler have got to be my favorites in the normal park. As for the water park, it was PERFECT! I could lay in the Paradise River forever if I could. Also the biggest thank-you ever to Quayternca and Vianei in the water park, they helped me out when my glasses broke and if it wasn't for them I would've walked around blind for a while. Went 2 days in a row and stayed like 5 hours both times, and it was great! Legs are sore, but it was worth it!

We went bought passes year before 2024 it was fun. Good part it is not crowded accept on certain days . The water park is busy.
Wwe loved the little water park and the parrots I love them. The park has a zoo so you can feed the
animals. We loved the fireworks. they shine best in the winter do to Halloween mild scares and the holidays were awesome!
Good and the bad as a local.
They have camping which is great. Good not very long lines that's the best, foods they got music and Liquor you can enjoy. I like looking at the animals more than the rides.
The holidays is when they shine the best. with Santa clause fire works.
If you have special needs you really gotot watch them this notthe dafest park,
Not many shows here accept the Christian concerts which you can hear loud and clear through out the park do not bother buying tickets.
My husbands finds the Borinng but liked the holidays themes,
My son loved here why we go and its not fat friendly the rides will only alow riders who are about a size 22 24 okay.

We had such a great time here, alot to do for everyone. We enjoyed the rides first and then we enjoyed all of the water rides and slides.

Great trip. Lots of fun Great trip. Lots of fun
Great trip. Lots of fun Great trip. Lots of fun
Great trip. Lots of fun

My family of 4 from PA was visiting family that lives in GA—we went to Wild Adventures on a hot July day. No crowds (maybe because it was the second to last weekday it was open for the summer season?) and a great way to cool off! Splash Island has a lazy river, multiple water slides and a water play area complete with the dumping bucket. After cooling off, we had lunch and rode some of the amusement park rides—the kids went on a few multiple times due to no lines. Overall, a great day!
Teachers—they had a special deal that day that teachers got in free with school ID—check before you go to see what deals are happening!

We surprised our kids with this trip. I bought the 4 pack meal deal tickets on Groupon. There was a brief thunderstorm before we made it to the park. When we got there some of the rides were closed but plenty were still open. We didnt have to waiy in lines because the rain minimized the crowds. Splash mountain was fun. I wish the lazy river would've been a little bit bigger and food was okay. Overall my family will return.

Need a quick vacation. Go to Wild adventure. Fun fun fun... Enough to see and enjoy. May take 2 days to venture the entire park

The Park is well off the road Exit 13 off I-75. The park is clean with friendly
staff and prices were very reasonable, Plus in summer you get a water park
and concerts are even included in the price. No long lines, just a nice family park!

What a great day!
I was surprised cuz the crowds were light. In early July.
We all got in for $30 per. Watch for that special.
Concessions prices were extremely reasonable. No problem eating at the park, unlike other theme parks. Get some French fries. Dee-lish.
My only suggestion is to make the restrooms on Splash Island more suitable for changing into and out of swimsuits. Put up some hooks on the walls and add more places to sit, so that all our belongings stay dry.
Otherwise we'll definitely be back.

Wild Adventures was a great time, the only problem that I had was that some of the rides weren't on for that day which was kinda annoying since we payed all that money and wanted to literally get on ALL the rides but otherwise, it was great

Wild adventure is the best theme park if your planning on riding a lot of rides. Or if your looking to go to a good concert. Plus you get the second day free!!!

Wild Adventures is great. The rides have short waiting periods and they're so much fun to ride. The water park is the best part. Definitely 10/10!

We paid for 9 tickets today July 30, 2024. Very disappointed!! Most of the rides were shut down except kiddy rides. After getting to the water park, the small kids area was closed for a safety check. We were told it would last 15 minutes which turned into much longer. Once it was opened, all the slides were blocked off except for the small red ones. The wave pool waves were so small that we couldn’t tell it was working.☹️

There are lines but by the time one group gets off a ride you are able to get right on. We love that there's something for everyone! Animals, rides, water park, and staff is polite 9 out of 10 times. Lots of bathrooms and lockers are available. They have a place on all sides to set your things down while you ride which is perfect when you need to take your child on rides but need to set down the mommy bag.

The park is really cute, and not so spread out that you feel like you are always walking. The biggest downfall is the food! Pack your own food! We are at Lonestar BBQ, and spent 87.00 on four people. Very small proportions, more like kids meals. Very disappointed. If we go back we will pack our lunch and drinks. 😊

We decided to visit Wild Adventures while visiting Fitzgerald for Mother's Day. This isn't our first visit & we love coming to Wild Adventures, but this occasion was bittersweet. When we arrived at the park it was looking like it might rain, but it had been clear. After entering the park we noticed that none of the rides were operating & we couldn't understand why. My I mind you we've been here while it was raining before & we've even gotten stuck on a roller coaster while it poured raining. They advised us that the rides were down due to bad weather even though it wasn't thundering, lightning or raining it just looked ugly & all the rides were closed. After a while (30 minutes or more) it finally rained on & off for about 45 minutes or more which had everything down so we decided to get pizza which took forever. Even after it stopped raining the rides still didn't reopen for along time which was such an inconvenience. Once the rides were down for so long the girls decided to just go to Splash Island for a lil bit & once the rides finally reopened we only had one hour left until closing & that was really a disappointment. Normally we have a great time at Wild Adventures, but this visit turned bad real quick. I wish they would have told us before entering the park that the rides were down & they didn't know when & if they would reopen. They should have given us the info & let us decide to enter or come back another time. I also understand that there's no rain checks, but the way it was handled was wrong. I will return because I love Wild Adventures, but this visit was a disappointment when I only brag about WA!!!

We love Wild Adventures. We live pretty close and go at least once a month. The rides are fun, the food is reasonable, the water park is awesome, the concerts are great, and the side shows are entertaining too. A new favorite is "The Little Big Top Flea Circus" ... hint ... go a few minutes ealry. Yoshi (Jordan), the clown, was hilraious. I seriuosly had tears running down my face I was laughing so hard.
If you're going to go more than once, go ahead and get a gold pass. It will pay for itself almost immediately. My theory is after the 2nd visit, it's essentially free, especially if you live close enough to eat before you go.

Great trip for the kids. They loved all the rides. Can’t wait to come back. We came on a Monday and did not even have to wait in lines, it was great!

The good:
lines were not bad, even when "long" there wasn't more than a 30 minute wait.
Kids (ages 10 to 15) all loved the rides and had a blast. Even my kid who is not a fan of roller coasters found rides that were fun for him.
There seemed to be a few more food options aside from the standard pizza and fries (such as a wings place and a bbq restaurant).
The staff that works there are all very very nice and take pride in their work. Very helpful and polite as well.
The bad: lots of flies everywhere. Lazy river was closed twice on the day we were there, they said because of a pump problem. The water was very cloudy so I don't know if that's what caused it.
The ugly: bathrooms were filthy. Changing rooms smelled like urine. A lot of smokers.
Overall, I would go again if i had to because the kids loved it. But i wouldn't be sad if I never went again either:)

We visit wild adventures often! We love it! Great for kids and fun for the whole family! Lots of shows to see! Our favorite is the Gator show with Josh and Andy! Those guys are great and make sure to engage the whole crowd! It shows they really love and care about what they do!

Was there first weekend open for Christmas. Took 2 grandkids and daughter with us. Wouldn't take bring a friend pass, so had to buy 2. Was very busy as usual. Love all the Christmas lights out around front side of park and lake. The area around the back side dinosaur area ect. Had no lights on very few Christmas lights. We couldn't see where we were going. The rides and food places didn't have outside lights on. This wasn't good usually it is lite up.

Didn't have straws, lids. napkins r condiments for customers. The food stands that the employees that was cashiers at the different beverages and food was rued and not helpful at all. They younger group didn't seem like the were knowledgeable r comfortable about what the customer were saling

Our Family went to theme and water park on wed...Disappointed on the parks due to non cleanliness...Bathrooms were bad...trash in parks..needs to be cleaned up abd facilty needs work

We have always wanted to go here and I was able to get a free ticket as retired Navy and discounted tickets for my family. Parking is $12.
We arrived early and it was starting to get crowded on this Memorial day weekend. The rides are fun. There is a lot for kids to see and do. They have alot of fair type rides and some bigger roller coasters.
The water park was our favorite part. The different slides are fun.
Food is pricey. We spend $41 for three of us to eat the worst BBQ i have ever had in my life. The ribs i ordered apologized three times being so bad....jk
There are several animal shows that we were not able to see because if time.

What a great park so much to do! Surprisingly inexpensive! We had so much fun on the rides and in the water park! The animal attractions were also just as entertaining!

Bottom line up front, my experiences at Wild Adventures were in 2005-2007, but I recently discovered Wild Adventures was the Pacific Playland Amusement Park in Zombieland so it jumped back to mind with lots of fond memories. The park was relatively cheap compared to Six Flags and the other big name parks, but it featured a really good mix of rides for little kids to roller coaster fans. One of the big pluses was it was never crowded during the 6 or so visits I made, mostly during the summer when kids were out of school. We got on what were the popular rides (Hangman, Loch Ness Monster) multiple times the same day without more than a 10 minute wait. The animal park was a big hit with my daughter and it wasn't a depressing zoo with concrete and iron cages filled with depressed animals. I look forward to an opportunity to visit the place again..

My family and I had a great time.
The staff was really nice.
The parking lot was packed but the lines weren't long.
You can tell this is an older park that has grown over the years.
Good mix of rides for all adventure levels.

The park was a little smaller than I expected but it was a lot of fun for everyone. I have a almost 1year old, 9 year old and a 16year old and they all had fun.we found it to be a good value as well.

Great place to take the family. Resonably priced and great water park. Closed during parts or year check before you go.

It has been a while since I have gone but the draw of Alabama brought my girlfriend and I to the park . It was a hot summer afternoon but there were several water stations set up through the park .
The park was clean and employees were friendly and helpful.
The concert was a sellout and was crowded but well organized .
It took a while to leave the park but plenty of staff to direct parking .
Great family park !

We've been to Wild Adventures many times and it's a great way to spend the day. Plenty of attractions and rides for all ages. Better when you can tie in one of the many night time entertainment or holiday activities. Not as crowded or expensive as some of the larger named parks.

On a Saturday you expect lines for rides. That wasn’t even an issue
We did everything we wanted to do in the park
But waiting 55 min just to get a refill on a drink in your 12 dollar souvenir cup or 42 minutes for some fries and then have them served cold when you have a starving child miserable with hunger is just beyond infuriating
And the safari burger place needs to train the employees on wearing gloves and scooping ice
Observed so much while waiting in line that we turned and found another food stand.Touching his hair, the register, popping food in his mouth then touching ready to eat food…um,oh hell no! Park-yes!
Food-no!

Wild Adventures is a great place to take a day trip. The lines are short and move fast (the longest we stayed in line was about 9 minutes). The food is good and not too high priced. The rides are great and the kids love it. The water park wasn't my favorite, but the roller coasters made up for it.

Whoever the girl working was at the exit of the park at about 6 to 7pm on June 26th was so unprofessional and rude as hell. She was tall with brownish blonde hair standing with a group of about 4 guys. They were staring my 3 girl friends and I down when we were walking up and then instead of saying have a nice day or thanks for coming hope you had fun (like you're supposed to say) she looked dead at me and said hey he thinks you're cute and he proceeded to laugh and say the f*** I dont and laugh with all his friends.
1st. Off you dont need to be hanging out with friends at the job WHILE you're working.
2nd. You're goodbye was pitiful and rude as hell.
3rd. You're in freaking uniform so dont go insulting people on the job because your job will get a review like this.
And for you to just roll your eyes and laugh at us as my friends are walking away cussing you out in front of customers makes you even worse.
Thank God I'm moving away from here because I would never go back if that's the customer service and hospitality to expect. I hope wild adventures reads this finds out who she was and she gets fired.

So Wild Adventures is a theme park where you can get on rides, visit with animals and/or go to the water park. What I like most about this park is that it’s very affordable - the total for an annual pass was around $245 for my daughter and I together. That’s around the price for one ticket to Disney, I think. It would’ve been cheaper if I could have found my previous pass (they offer discounts for previous pass holders).
Anyway, this trip we only visited the water park and I tell you it was fun!! The kids favorite “ride” was the lazy river and mine was the obstacle course where the bucket slowly fills on top, and while it’s filling it begins to tilt. Once it fills to the max, it tilts all the way and soaks whoever is in reach.
The staff at Wild Adventures this trip seemed to be mainly teenagers. They were friendly for the most part. But, once we were done at the water park, we decided to get some BBQ from within the park and let’s just say the teenagers in there were playing too much for my taste. They calmed down once I said something to them. The food was also old, so the items that I wanted they gladly made a fresh batch of. Other than that little “incident” I had no complaints.

My family has come to this park at least once a summer every year for several years now and had the worst experience ever this past weekend. They clearly have no capacity limits in place as it took over a half an hour just to get into the parking lot and parked. Once in the park we were only able to do about a quarter of the things we wanted to do as lines were long and workers were slow (and clearly frazzled due to the large crowds). I doubt I will be back again

This is not Disney World, nor is it Universal Studios, so don't go in expecting the Disney experience. This is a small, regional park jam packed with thrill rides. We had two couples and two kids (13 and 11) and had an absolute blast. We actually visited for two days. You can do everything you want to do, multiple times in two days. Our favorite ride is the Typhoon Twist, which is positively insane. We visited early in June, right after the park began opening every day, and on Friday, we didn't wait more than 5 minutes to ride a single ride. The rides appear to mainly be "retired" from other parks and maybe area fairs. A coupe of them actually have the stickers bearing their former names, like a renamed Tilt -a -whirl, if you look closely enough. The staff is of course mainly twenty somethings, working for minimum wage, but many were friendly and engaging. Some, not so much. If you would be happy with a small, regional park with a very local feel, you will have a great time. We can't wait to go back. If you are looking for a multi million dollar production, like Disney or Universal attractions, you won't like this as much. There are fabulous roller coasters, great snacks, and the souvenir bottle with 99 cent refills is a good buy, if you plan to visit more than once. We had so much fun on the rides, we will definitely be going back.

Wild Adventures is a great family attraction in south Georgia. It has animals (tigers, lions, giraffes, porcupines, monkeys, birds, alligators, etc.) and rides for all ages. There are rollercoasters, kiddie rides, Ferris wheel, etc. They open the park with the pledge to the American flag and National Anthem and honor our veterans. They are Christian-based with a Nativity Scene and story of the birth of Jesus at Christmas. Oh, I almost forgot about the water park since we visited in December and it was closed. We bought a season pass and plan to return. This park is a sister park to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge TN and Stone Mountain in Georgia. With a season pass to any of these parks you get half-price one day admission to the other two parks.

Well I did a video also we decided to go here for sometime. Mind you I been to alot of places . Good it was not crowded. Very shaded and compact. Pro,s zoo part was fun. water park was closed. Well the good was easy to get on the rides no one around dead zone . Reminded me the park of Roblox tycoon. Zoo exhibits were spread out. Half the rides were closed. We had gotten passes , not worry about that. One thing I have noice was in reviews before. Employees we're ride. I think they , was rude this morning o br true.v I loved the animals lion show . The main thing was it was like a tiny zoo mixed with ghetto carnival right. The rides felt like old carnival seen better says rides. Animals seemed happy. Food was well gross. If here for a day that's fine but other wise skip this place it's not very disabled friendly. Also they alot of kiddy rides.

We had a great time. Lines were very reasonable and it offers a variety of attractions for young and young at heart. Pizza was good and there are some great deals with drink refills. I Restrooms were ok, but could use some updating.

Wild Adventures has improved drastically over the years. Every single year they elevate the guest experience. We went for the Halloween and Christmas seasonal offerings, and we were very impressed. We are Disney snobs, and we felt (minus the characters, of course) Wild Adventures did the holidays as well as Disney. We were especially moved by their live nativity (the performers were very talented). We got the annual gold passes, and we find a lot of value in them.

We visited this small theme park for the first time today and I have to say it was so much better than I anticipated. They had a season gold pass sale (ends Oct. 31 I think) which was a total no-brainer. $79 each for the gold pass - unlimited visits (except Saturdays) during the remainder of 2017 & all of 2018. Normally priced at $120. The gold pass gets you all kind of perks including 10% off food, drinks etc. which ended up being a great saving on the day for the 5 of us. Parking ($12) is free with the gold pass. And the gold pass came with 5 guest passes as well! Yay! It set the tone for a great day. My daughter is 9 so this was her first rollercoaster adventure. She loved it! 9 rides on the Swamp Thing! LOL She enjoyed all of the other rides she went on. We rode the safari train, which gave our feet a rest. Fed a giraffe which was cool. And, raced go karts which is free with the gold pass. We ate at the Lonestar BBQ. It was fine, typical theme park fare. Better than Disney which isn’t difficult.
The staff at the park were very friendly and great with kids.
The park wasn’t very busy at all and there were no lines for rides.
All in all it was a great family sunday funday and great value. I normally come away from theme parks feeling like my bank account got robbed. Not today. Thanks Wild Adventures! Looking forward to our 2nd visit.

The weather was the issue most of the time but the Congo Wings was awful. We ordered 2 chicken tender baskets and the chicken was so over cooked , it was burnt. They had the grease up too high I'm sure cause when they dropped the chicken it was so loud. Turn the grease down. I will never go back in there. The rest of the park was pretty fun. Not very many animals though. We had funnel cakes as we were leaving and they were great! The wave pool could have been a little cleaner . All in all we will probably return and hope for better weather.

Best value for admission and bonus, they had BOGO on Labor Day Weekend for anyone contributing to their food drive. The single word for Wild Adventures is FRIENDLY. All the employees I encountered were positive, upbeat and friendly.
There is an air conditioned kennel for pets at the entrance which is FREE and you only need to bring or rent a padlock for the crate.
Thrill coaster riders will love the Twisted Typhoon, formerly known as Hangman. Wooden coaster fans will love Cheetah, largest coaster in the park. We saw the Tigers of India show and I had doubts before it started, but it was legit and the tigers are raised in captivity with a lot of dedication from handlers. Water park was packed as could be expected but nice. I loved the Wahee Cyclone which is a "tornado" style ride. Scariest water ride I ever had and I have been on flumes. Great place for kids but I am in my late fifties and still enjoyed without even bringing grandkids. Also, lines were not bad at all. Of course come at opening for best bet on short lines.
They had some Christian concerts this year that I missed so I will have to check their schedule for next year.

Recently my son visited from Vermont and asked to go to Wild Adventures, we decided to go on a Saturday and try to enjoy the splash island. The first thing that greeted us, once we started floating down a lazy river, a discarded diaper. I did the reasonable thing and reported it to an employee, I then watched that young lady tell 5 other employees before finally dragging the floater out of the water. If this wasn't bad enough, I reported on the satisfaction survey and even called, only to be ignored. I don't really feel like WA cares much for their customers or if they do, they have a funny way of showing it!

Family friendly, good rides, good concert lineup, fun water park. Food/drinks are expensive. Friendly staff.

I took my 6 year old grandson to the water park and it was disgusting how little people had on and called it a bathing suit. What was even more disturbing was that once you leave the water park there are signs telling you that you should have on shirt, shorts and shoes. Well that didn’t work! NO ONE read the signs or just ignored them and NO ONE reinforcing this rule which is in Wild Adventures policies. On that note let me say that when my grand daughter was about 8 years old (she is 18 now) we use to go all of the time. When the water park opened we went there and after leaving my grand daughter put her shorts on but not her shirt. (This is a very tiny flat chested 8 year old.). Some one stopped her and told us that she had to have a shirt on covering her bathing suit. Well that’s gone out of the window!
While there with my grandson we decided to get something to eat. Lines were long, employees were very slow and it was HOT. We got a “foot long” hot dog. Well it was a foot long bun and a regular size wiener. I even told the girls working there “this is not a foot long hot dog…..it’s just a foot long bun.” Of course they just looked at me with a blank look on their faces.
The park itself is a wonderful place but rules need to be enforced with every one not just a few AND if your gonna call it a foot long hot dog make sure it is one!

Planned a birthday with family (two teenagers) for 08/09/22 at Wild Adventures, Valdosta, Ga., booked hotel accomodations only to find out that the park, which advertised being open Spring through Fall is only open on weekends. That being the case, why is that fact not well advertised. Three days a week is less than half time - what kind of seasonal business does this.
Under no circumstances, ever, would I consider visiting Wild Adventures and would discourage anyone else from the same thing.
My family's vacation and son's birthday plans are wrecked. Thanks for nothing. Close permanently soon.

Whilst visiting the area we spent a day at Wild Adventures. Whilst it's not in the same league as Disney Parks etc, it made a change to enjoy a relaxing day where we could do all the rides (that were open) without wasting half the day in a queue. The park was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our day here.
Especially liked the wooden roller coaster!

This theme park has grown a lot over the years. It ranks up there with the majors. Maybe not as big of coasters, but a wide range of rides and shows. Our kids loved the the park. A+

Good family fun...especially the water park! The food is overpriced but typical for an amusement park. The animals are a great sight for the little ones.

There were a lot of rides with long lines. There were many more animals than I expected and as it was hot were not moving much. As the day wore on it got more and more crowded.

This a three for one theme park. It has a zoo element, thrill rides and water park. And they even host major concerts in the park amphitheater.
For small fees you can feed parakeets and a giraffe. There is a butterfly garden and a petting zoo.
The staff is helpful and polite. We went on Father's Day and while supplies lasted...fathers received donuts (donuts with Dad reference) and a sticker. I thought it was a very nice gesture. We had a great time.
Warnings: If you are attending during the summer months...please watch the heat and stay hydrated. Some rides are additional costs such as the go-cart track. However, if you have a gold pass then it is included. Also, during the summer months while at the water park...wear water shoes. The concrete gets extremely hot on walk ways and stairs for water rides. We saw many babies to adults getting burned feet.
As with any theme park....IT'S EXPENSIVE. We suggest packing lunch and eating it in the car at picnic tables in parking lot. They will stamp your hand to allow you back in.
Parking is additional to your park tickets. $12 per car per day.
Remember, have fun and make memories...it's a roaring 🦖 good time.

Excellent experience today at Wild Adventures Theme Park! Arrived right at 10:00 when they opened and parking was easy. The crowd was managed easily and we road 10 rides in the first two hours. My favorite ride was Swamp Thing and I was at first intimidated by and it almost didn't ride because it was a suspended coaster and there was not floor but I quickly settled in and love it! The only ride I went back to ride a second time!

Entry tickets are around fifty bucks, but you get the next day free. The ticket includes entrance to the water park also. You have to enter the water park through the theme park, there isn't a separate entrance. There is things for big and little kids to do at the park.

We did a two day pass as we were meeting family for a reunion, so considering that we paid about $25 per day, it was ok. However, many of the rides were closed. I found this quite odd being that we were there on a Saturday in early July!! The Park just seemed understaffed. Prices inside the Park are outrageous. It was fun, but I wouldn't go there again most likely.

I have visited many of the major theme parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World et.) so my opinion may be biased, but this place fails in comparison. For starters there were an unbearable amount of Nats flying around. It was so bad that you couldn't even talk or blink without a nat flying in your face. The surfside cafe located in the splash waterpark was covered in flies. The lazy river and wave pool were disgusting and did not appear to be cleaned regularly. From bandages to feathers and everything in between could be found floating in the water. The inner tubes and flotation devices for most of the water attractions had visible mold, as did the lounge chairs. I dont know what other amusement parks do to maintain the cleanliness of their attractions, but Wild Adventures could definitely take note. My advice would be to skip this one!If cost is a deciding factor, save up for one of the mainstream parks, it will be worth it.

Had a few days off from work so we drove to Valdosta , this place has a two parks in one, you have the theme park and then the water park , the kids decided to do the theme park while me and mommy did the water park to relax, we went in the middle of the week and it was not too crowded perfect time to visit, girls were able to ride every ride in the park while we were able to do the water park, they have lots of animal exhibits so make sure to take the time to enjoy, buy the two day ticket so you can spend a day at each park

The park is back to it's amazingness! We went to the water part to get some sun. The wave pool was not too crowded and there were seats available.

This theme park is awesome! It has it all the rides, the animals, and of course the excellent water park. The staff is amazing they make you feel like your family. It very well maintained. The food and drinks are resonable. Bring some insect repellant when you come and come often! You will love it!!! Enjoy

We traveled from Florida to visit Wild Adventure during this pandemic. We could only go stir crazy for so long. We visited with our 2 young children, ages 4 and 8. We did book online for our specific date, and the process was very smooth. When we we arrived, we picked up our little boys pre-school pass, without any issues and the service was very smooth and helpful. Upon entering the park, the park was pretty empty. No lines at all for rides and most all rides were running. The zoo portion was very nice with a variety of animals for our littles to enjoy.
The water park was truly the highlight because the temperature was well over 94 that day. Our 4 y.o enjoyed most of all the rides, pending height restrictions and our 8 y.o was able to enjoy all the rides. We also splurgged and rented a cabana. The cabana attendent was super sweet and helpful. Upon our visit, a major storm came through and the park had to close early due to weather. The park gave us the next day free and even comped us the next day for a cabana. Everyone in the park was so nice and hospitable.
We have even discussed returning in December to see the 2 million light display. Thank you Wild Adventure for a great mini vacation. We highly recommend you.

We spent the day at the park and then finished the night with an amazing concert! The park was very busy and we had fun. It was hot, but that is to be expected in South Georgia August. The staff could use some good ole fashion Chic Fil A training. They were very nice but lacked efficiency which effected wait times. Overall a great time for the family.

The park was not crowded at all. The kids could ride all day over and over. The two kids in the front gift shop didn't seem happy to be at work. The prices are high coke for 4
99. Souvenir drinks were ok for price. They were very generous for giving cold water. Splash Island was the real winner. Very nice. Most staff were great a lot of first day workers who couldn't answer questions that's okay. Animals were very well kept
I loved all the animals.

Enjoyed family fun day at the theme park and splash island included in price of admission. There were animal exhibits throughout park, plenty of seating areas and food options. My favorite was Splash Island Catch a Wave and water rides.

The park really needs to get more adult rides. They got rid of a major roller coaster. And gave us a picnic area. And another kid ride. And the pool area & park area should have the same hours of operation. The pool area shouldn't close early when it already
opens up later. And it would be really nice if there was a site you could purchase items from the park. And have them shipped to your house. I walked to every gift shop I could find open. I was trying to get a cup holder so I wouldn't have to carry my cup by the handle all day. I found one store that had them, but only in pink and purple. And no guy colors so I didn't manage to purchase one. And the top on my cup pop off like they usually do. And when my cup hit the ground it cracked wide open. I just packed up and went home. It's actually sad I went there in high school as our senior trip in 2001 . And very little has changed most the rides are the same. It may just be time to start getting passes to six flags.

We recently went to Wild Adventures for the day and had the best time!! I almost didn't go after reading some of the negative reviews and I am so GLAD I did go! Everyone was so friendly from the moment we walked in. The shows were really good! We loved the hypnotist show! It was really funny so we went back again that day!! The animals were well taken care of. Lines were short except for a few but worth the wait. Everyone seemed nice and helpful. My kids said they enjoyed it more than SIX FLAGS. The water park is a blast. I highly recommend it. Our kids are 18 and 12. We saw Larry the Cable guy that night and you really don't have to do reserved sitting, just bring a chair. Park was cleaned and well maintained Looking forward to going back!!

We visited on the fourth of July and it quickly became apparent that most of the employees who work at Wild Adventures hate their job. We encountered young person after young person who have no concept of customer service, greeting people with a smile, or simple communication skills. They all appeared to be under the age of 25 and just miserable. The rides are great. The water park is fun. The food is cheap compared to Orlando theme parks. I just can't get over how unfriendly the staff was and how miserable they appeared to be. This is supposed to be a happy place. Hire some happy people.

We went on a school field trip with 110 fifth graders. They had a blast. It is located in the middle of no where. If you are nearby and looking for something to do, this will pass the time. However, I would compare it more to a fair than to Disney World. It is not so clean (sticky walls, gunk on floors) and the rides are fun but pretty rough. I sort of felt like my head was being shaken off, and I like roller coasters normally. The water park was pretty fun, but again, it was of questionable cleanliness. Good points: not expensive, good amount of things to do, and NO lines. The people that worked there were also super nice.

We bought season passes and it has been well worth it. We love that the season passes come with guest passes so that we can bring family and friends when they come into town.

We live an hour and a half away and have been frequenting the park for a few years now, but there has been a noticeable decline in the care and maintenance of the park. Many rides do not work on a regular basis. And now, regular short staffing leads to incredibly unnecessarily long lines for EVERYthing, from rides to food. Things we have noticed include VERY long lines, minimal staff, frequent closure of rides "for maintenance." (they are broken), less than a dozen floats for water slides because "the rest have been taken to be reinflated" (yet, were still gone when we returned the next day). The wave pool has not worked properly for weeks (and it's as warm as bath water - kinda gross). The last time we went was July 27, 2018 (a friday). Even though it was a week day, lines were still LONG as many rides were closed or in disrepair, and the park was terribly short staffed. My husband and daughter rode twisted typhoon (a rollercoaster) and said it "didn't feel right." The coaster ran one more time after they got off, and then was closed for repairs. We wanted to ride geronimo, yet the two staff turned us away because "we need another person to operate the ride." I waited an hour as I watched those two kids stand around turning customers away - a third staff member never showed up. We went to the water park, which was also seriously understaffed. Kona Cliffs and another slide share a tower. one side was closed, and anyone who wanted to ride either ride was diverted into a single line (instead of two lines - one for each ride). At the top of the tower was ONE employee running the whole thing - both rides, She was the most awesome thing about the park all day - so efficient. But still didn't make up for the fact there should have been at least 1 or 2 more employees up there. After noticing many more examples of neglect, I commented to my family "it's getting to the point where I am almost afraid for y'all to ride the rides." Sadly Prophetic...just a couple of hours after that comment, my family got on Tailspin, which malfunctioned mid ride. A loud POP accompanied by sparks ("fireworks") coming from underneath the ride rendered the whole thing completely uncontrollable (and dark b/c all the lights went out too) as it was going full speed across the tracks. I watched in horror as my family was stuck on this ride that staff clearly had no control of. My husband said he was afraid it was going to fly off the end of the track. We had no choice but to wait for the ride to come to a complete stop all on it's own. Then wait for the emergency evacuation team to manually release each rider from their seats one by one, using some sort of tool/crowbar. Gotta hand it to the Emergency Evac team, tho - The emergency evac team seems to be the only thing that works as it's supposed to at that park! However, I don't think our season passes will be used again. I am regretting buying them and wish I could get a refund (especially for the two that have not even been used yet). The park is cutting costs to a point where I believe it is becoming dangerous for patrons - and I don't want my family in the next carnival ride disaster news story.

The park is just getting started and they are off to a great start. Wait line was instant, their ride safety is top priority.Good thrill rides.Without lines took about 3 hours for us to head to the gate. Two grandparents with 12 year old here.Highly recommend for price.

This was a school 'graduation' gift for my 9 year old granddaughter, and she loved every minute of it!! Spent the first day at the Wild Adventure 'ride side' of the park and she made me go on almost all the rides before we had to leave due to lightning near the park. Second day we started at 'Splash island' and we again went on all the 'rides'; then went back to the roller coasters at Wild Adventure. She had a ball, and grandpop got wore out! Best part about the park is that there were rides for all ages, and the attendants were great!! This is not an Orlando - type attraction, but it was fun and a whole lot cheaper!!! Hotels in area are very reasonalby priced, and within 10-15 minutes of the park.

I hadn't been to this park since before 2006, but when I visited with my son and his friend over spring break, it was just as I remembered it.
We purchased 2-day tickets for approx. $50 each. They were closed for easter Sunday the first day we tried to use the tickets, but we arrived shortly before the park opened the next day and the parking was easy. No entry lines compared to Universal/Disney parks.
The park is a little difficult to navigate using the map, ironically, but we had a great time because there were very few people in the park. My boys were able to get on several different rides multiple times without having to wait in a line. We didn't eat at any of the park restaurants because they allow you to come and go with a special stamp, so we ate lunch at the picnic tables in the parking lot.
The animal shows were pretty cool and they even let an audience member feed their huge tigers.
There's a wooden slide that's pretty rough because of it's construction and the train isn't really worth the wait. The Boomerang ride was awesome if you don't mind the steep drop, it takes you forward and then again backwards. There are a few small kid rides, but because my boys are older we didn't explore those options.
There were no concerts scheduled during this time, however admission to the concert is included in the ticket price which is pretty cool.Unfortunately, the water park was not open during our visit so we were not able to enjoy it, but we will be back later this year and hope to be able to take advantage of it.
Definitely recommend this for a quick, inexpensive yet fun getaway.

I've been several times for concerts and to ride roller coasters when I was younger, but recently took my 2 year old son for the first time and he had the best time at the water park! It was crowded, which is to be expected on a Saturday during the summer, but the splash area for young children was great! Long lines for some of the water slides, but hardly any lines for the theme park rides. We also really enjoy the animals!

Last Saturday afternoon was the first time I have been to the park. I had bought season passes for my husband as a Christmas present. If these passes had not already been bought and paid for trust me I would never return again. I did not even make it into your park and I have many problems with your safety procedures and your information as given out my your staff and signing.
We had to park in overflow parking, which was fine because it was busy. The problem is all the rows in end a dead end with no notice before you turn down them. Leaving you to try and back up with other people turning in behind you. An accident waiting to happen. Then when we did find a space there was major ruts in grass that almost bogged down my car. Not safe for anyone at all.
Finally make it to the tram stop. Waiting for a tram that will never come. Because there is a sign for the tram but not one for the fact they are not using them today. Luckily a leaving guest told us this. First waste of my time and bad customer service. Next make it to the front and having never been there made it a point to ask where I go to pick up my season passes. The women told us the the customer service desk where I waited 10 minutes in line in the sun only to be told I was at the wrong place. Second waste of my time and bad customer service. I finally get to the right line only to be told it will be a 40 minute wait, Thank goodness this line was inside and the person who did your passes was friendly.
Then leaving had to do this all in reverse. No tram, but my turn to let people sitting there waiting for one it was not coming. And trying to get out a dead end row while others are turning in or backing up. Surprised again that there was not an accident while I was there.
So my first impression of your park is that you do not care about you guest safely, time, or happiness. Not exactly the first impression of a park that depends these things.
I will update this review in a few weeks when we have time to go back and spend time in the park. Hopefully it will be a better time.

My cousin and I have season passes. It is worth it for the concerts. This year has Amy Grant, 3 Doors Down, Alabama, Jeff Foxworthy and more. We love it for 2 old ladies to enjoy the park.

This theme park is great! Has animals, thrill rides, kids rides, a Water park! This place has everything. And it's priced well too. It's about an hour or 2 drive from Jacksonville Florida. The place isn't usually packed so the lines for the rides are a breeze. I strongly recommend you guys check this place out. Well worth the trip and every penny.

This theme park is almost entirely rides; limited things to do or see; food was expensive and limited variety; definitely a park focused on rides. We went in December to see Christmas lights, which were OK but not great! My friend and I are in our early 70’s and ended up only going to lights and riding the little train to see some animals. That ride didn’t even last 6 minutes. Will definitely not go back. There were very few park attendants to help you or answer any questions.

Kids love the water park. But ya need to do something with those net ladders they are really dangerous and open up the slides for the kids.

I wish I could give a better review. The first thing I noticed was the chairs were filthy. A power wash goes a long way. Bathrooms were just okay. Wave pool smelled! Food at Bbq was good but very expensive. Only reason we came was for grandkids visiting from out of town

We enjoyed the amusement park and the water park. Not as crowded as those other larger parks. We stayed and seen Kelly Pickler in concert that evening. My two suggestions would be put in some bleachers for seating to the shows. And have the trolley picking up visitors in the parking lot and returning them. That is a long walk with a tired child.

The rides were good, but the waterpark closed when it rained,
What sticks out most to me is the .. “private cabana bathroom.”
I dont understand why they would make us pay money for a tiny room and a bathroom that smells like wolf piss.
The left bathroom was worse than the right. If was like the janitor had an argument with the manager and left their piss as a warning before they quit.
In fact, when i was waiting for friends to be done changing in the right bathroom, a man was about fo walk into the left side and i warned him he his nose would never be the same again if he walked in. He didn't listen and once he went in, he ran out immediately.
Please never rent out a cabana at waterparks. You are fine with family or friends holding your stuff. The public entrance bathrooms were better.

We spent two days at this park. I love the fact that there were not long lines to ride any roller coasters. However the park does need some cleaning improvements. I was very surprised that this park was not very clean they really need to put some money back into the park. The waterpark was small but nice. You will have to carry your own rafts up the stairs. The waterpark opens an hour after the amusement park opens. There are also animals at this park that you can see. This park is a combination of a zoo, amusement and water park all in one. Park does need some cleaning and improvements down. Everything was dirty and old.

This park is a great layout and has much to offer with the added waterpark. My damily had a blast, but I was disgusted at how dirty it was and the training of the employees was horrible.
Most employees are teenagers with little to no customer service training. They are very unprofessional and act as if your presence at the park is a bother to them.
Also, the bathrooms were grossly dirty and the pool and lazy river were absolutely filthy! Made my skin crawl. I will not return to this park. I was very disappointed. Sad too, because it is so much closer than the theme parks in Orlando. I think I will head north next time and try Six Flags Atlanta.

What a beautiful day! DONT go to wild adventures in Valadosta, GA! We were there for 3 hrs and it poured rained -the rides stayed open. When it got beautiful out they closed the park! They said it was going to storm again. Weather app said otherwise! They kicked everyone out. What a waste of a 5hr drive both ways. 10 hrs total and nothing else in the area for 13 people to do. 😞 It was also ridiculous to pay $12 parking for 3hrs of nothing. Look how nice it was out (in my attached picture)! It ruined our day and we had 5 very unhappy children!!! We also lost $120 on our van rental for our large family so we could all be together and wouldn't have to multiple $12 parking fees.

Our family of 8 people had an amazing time! We had one six year old, three teenagers, plus four adults, including our 75 year old grandma. There was something for everyone. We arrived at 10:30 for the 11am opening. Every employee we encountered from parking to the rides was very friendly. This makes a HUGE difference in today's world where so many people seem not to care. We are from Central Florida and very familiar with Disney level service. We were just at City Walk and Disney Springs last week. Wild Adventures beat both hands down. The value for your money, friendly employees, and lack of crowds made for such a great experience. The ability to park close and walk right in without long waits and riding trams makes for a more enjoyable experience, especially in the summer heat. There is room for improvement in the efficiency area. The process to retrieve dining passes is a bit long and awkward, but not bad. I highly recommend the dining pass, including the unlimited soda. My husband doesn't drink anything with any type of sugar, but the Coke Freestyle machine gave us access to sparkling water, and it is always nice to just fill a cup with ice water. There were plenty food locations throughout the park and the variety of types of food were plentiful. There were hardly any lines for food. We have had many experiences at parks with long lines and running out of food. Wild Adventures did a great job, and the food we had at the water park, including burgers, chicken tenders, pizza, and fresh fruit was all fresh and actually really tasty. There were hardly any lines at all for anything!!! Last week we were at an Orlando water park that did not limit capacity and there were no chairs at all. People were sitting on towels on the concrete. Wild Adventures had SO much seating and so many shaded areas. It was wonderful!! Our teenagers loved the water park, as did our six year old. They also liked the rides. They have s few roller coasters for the thrill seekers, but also tamer, carnival-style rides that will still please teenagers. I couldn't get over how cute and attractive the whole park was. The signage was all bright and colorful. There were lots of areas with cute, hanging lights and shaded areas with adirondack chairs. All in all, we had a wonderful time. Even though we live in central Florida, we will be getting season passes. Attention to detail and customer service make a big difference. Five stars!!

Most unfriendly park employees that I have ever seen. These ride operators act like you are bothering them to do their job. And the water park lifeguards are even worse.
They should be called the fun police, because any thing you do to have fun they blow their little whistles and tell you to stop. I used to think it was normal, but after going to Disney water parks, Six Flags water park, and Shipwreck Island in Panama City, I can say Wild Adventures should be called Lame Adventures. Your employees SUCK!

So, our first time as a family of four to wild adventures was definitely one we enjoyed. We live in New York City, and came down to Valdosta to see the kids's grampy and grammy-maw. We were looking around for fun things to do while we were here, which is something we do on any big trip. We didn't think we would find anything, until Wild Adventures came about. As soon as I read the description aloud, the girls started jumping up and down with excitement. We knew this would be the perfect way to entertain the kids. When we arrived, we could see just how massive the park was. When the kids saw rides last the gates, they totally lost it! We got in, but it was very costly and time consuming. We came to the first ride, which was a kid coaster. When the girls got off, I could tell they had fun. When we got around to twisted typhoon, a VERY big ride, the girls were horrified and refused to do it. My husband and I went on it though. It was AWFUL! It was super rough, and was very painful. I had no fun at all on that ride. Next we came to Congo wings, one of the many eateries at the park. 50 dollars for what i'd call "school lunch food". Outrageous! We did see a shkw, which was very neat. We also saw the animals on the park safari train. That was very fun and interesting. When it was home time, we were all tired. We had fun, but not everything was great. The staff was very rude and careless as well as the safety standards were either over the top or unsafe. We don't recommend this park 100% of the way, but we did enjoy the animals. We dont visit public pools, as they are dirty. I wouldn't say don't go, but really I think they just make it into a zoo and get rid of the other things. Thank you for your patronage!

The kids had a blast riding all of the rides and the water park was amazing! We did a walk through and saw the animals and it was a great experience for the children as well as ourselves. The ice cream shop and the pizza place was great! Definitely recommended!

Better than expected theme park with lots of ride options for kids. Great Christmas activities including lights trail and snow foam.

Wild adventures is always a good time. Some stuff is a little pricey but if you get the gold season pass it makes up for it in the end.

This was a very disappointing visit to Wild Adventures. The bathrooms were filthy and the park has only been open a couple of hours. The water in the river and wave pool was dirty. I asked a park employee for assistance and he had a bad attitude. Previous visits were a lot of fun. I am not sure what has changed this year.

Nice weekend visit has roller coasters, concert, water park and animals to view. Bathrooms always a mess and had odor needed more attention. Food trailers needed more help not that park was too busy but drink lines were always long because it was extremely hot. Water park water was dirty especially the lazy river.

Great family fun. A little pricey but the children enjoyed it. I would recommend this event to families local & traveling over Fla theme parks. Let keep the money in Georgia.

I’m sure this amusement park is great for people without kids, but I’ll just say I’m so glad we didn’t pay to go here. You definitely get what you pay for. The people running the rides are high schoolers and are VERY unprofessional. The rides and park itself are very old, and it would not have been worth the money had we paid. I do not recommend for couples or people in their twenties.

More than just a few thrill rides, this park has so much to offer at a great value! This was our very first visit and I was a bit skeptical at first since the entrance is down a two lane country road in what seems like the middle of nowhere lol. Guest services is efficient and so nice! Visited on what seemed to be a capacity crowd Saturday in July but the wait times were totally bearable and, though this late in summer they looked a little understaffed in some areas, the staff that was on duty seemed attentive and fun! Swamp Thing team ran an efficient attraction! Safari Burger was great! The new area by the lake was a nice chill spot! The park is CLEAN and WELL KEPT! The bathrooms at the front entrance were crowded at rope drop but still very clean! The added value at this park is Alapaha Trail and the safari train, which looks like a cheesy kids ride… DO NOT SKIP THIS ATTRACTION! So fun and such cool animals in well kept habitats. The tigers were cool. The lions were cool. The alligator under the roller coaster was cool! Great job South GA! This park is a gem! Coaster fanatics trash this park for their hatred of Vekomas (SLC, family coaster and a boomerang) but there’s so so so many more fun things to do besides the coasters.

We only went for the water park. Just expect a bit of a walk once you enter the park to get to the water park. There are various water events and sides. There are lounge chairs under tens in front of the kids water section. Some of the lounge chairs were covered in moldy mildew-gross. We were able to find some clean chairs and relaxed. The wave pool was okay but we never experienced any waves. I don't do the water slides so I can't speak on that. The bathrooms GROSS-worst than a porta-potty experience. Expect to pay over cost for food and drinks. If you get the souvenir cup for almost 20 bucks you can get refills for 99. In my opinion if you pay 20 for a cup that you more than likely won't use again-the refills should be free.

They need to add a tube lifter like they do in Kona Cliffs and Hakini Rapids
so people don't have to get tired holding their tubes all the way up

This park is awesome. It is smaller say compared to universal or Disney but it's great. The animals all look very well taken care of & happy. My children loved it. Most staff are very helpful & all are nice. I think some of the negative reviews where before the parks most recent owners bought it.

I bought 4 tickets at the end of June on sale good till July 6, unfortunatly I end up with an emergency and could not go, I called and explained the situation and they told me to either buy new tickets or pay the difference as what the price was today so I end up paying the diference because I sure did not want to loose my money.

I purchased my tickets ahead of time online and saved some money. Also, I chose the ticket which gives you the 2nd day free. We went the weekend of June 23, which the tickets included free admission for the Mercy Me concert- which was a blast. Altough it was super hot, we still enjoyed the park as well as the water park. Tons of rides for the kids and a few for the adults. Saturday was packed, but surprisingly the lines weren't very long. The longest wait we had was for the water slide since the water pressure kept dropping. Sunday was great as there were half the amount of people there to start the day with. We had a mid afternoon storm which most guests left. After about 2 hours, everything was back up and operational and felt like we had the whole park to ourselves. We just walked on all the rides and even got to stay for another round without having to exit the ride. Would definitely recommend a Sunday and Monday as there are fewer people there. Food wasn't bad and reasonably priced for a theme park. Would like to see an upgrade to the bathroom/changing room in the water park.

We had a great time always do. You can do the whole park in one day. Lots of rides. there is something for everyone.

From a decent size zoo to rides and then a water park this place had a little bit of everything I've been twice and plan on going again in the future

Very few of the rides were open with the exception of the kiddie area. Finally grabbed some lunch and went over to water area. Got in "wave pool" only to be told the waves were down and no estimate on when they would be working again. Finally got back in the wave pool and waves were working only for a major storm to pop up and we had to clear out (completely understand that's typical this time of the year). I do think some type of swim wear dress code needs to be enforced. This is a family park with lots of children and some things you just don't want to see in a family environment. We finally decided to just leave park. Although it did stop raining as we were headed to exit our thought process was this...if Wild Adventures couldn't get rides to work earlier in the day with clear weather we really didn't think our options would be any better after a thunderstorm. We won't be back.

if you have not been there before , than you should i least visit once . After that it is not worth the return visit. we had not been there for years and we went and visit the park last week and it was not worth the time. The place shows its age, employees seem not to have the park spirit and overall it was like being in a large fair environment.

Great family fun. Something for everyone. We always love our trip to Wild Adventures. Roller coasters, small rides, water rides, and a water park. Plus the concerts ont he weekends. Awesome.

We live about three hours from Wild Adventures and decided to take our first trip this past Saturday. We left at 5:15 am and arrived at 9:30 am (time zone change). Parking was $12 and we got a very close parking space. The park was not crowded. We thought it would be due to it being spring break and a Saturday. It was about 55-62 degrees throughout the day with some very light drizzle. They did the Star Spangled Banner (on a recording) and raised the flag and recognized Veterans before they opened the gate. We loved that. We went to ride some of the bigger thrill rides first, but the weren’t open! We walked a lot to each ride and all the big ones were not yet opened. Staff told us they were still doing safety checks on everything. Why open when NOTHING is ready yet. We found the lines (even though there were few people) to be poorly managed and slow. We waited 30 minutes for the Safari train. Many animals weren’t even out (due to cold maybe?). The Ferris wheel was loaded the literal slowest way possible (and wasn’t impressive). The baby gators were put away due to cold (my daughter was so disappointed). Lunch at Safari Burger tasted great, but it was so amazingly slow. Two check out cashiers who also had to fill drinks, bring tickets back to the kitchen and bring out food. There were only a few things you can even order, so I’m not sure how it could move so slowly. It must be horrible when the park is crowded! It also seemed like they shut down a lot of the rides before the 7 pm stated closing time. No workers were rude, but they all seemed bored and unengaged. The rides themselves were great when they were open. The tiger show was fun. The Cheetah is a rough wooden coaster, but really fun. They have a lot of kid friendly rides. Do not ride Boomerang if you’re prone to motion sickness. It made me ill even wearing a prescription motion sickness patch. One really nice thing: we bought the refillable icee cup. It broke almost immediately. They replaced it at no charge for us (it’s $8 for the cup and $2 for the refills). Not sure we will go back. We spent about $240 for our 5 tickets and $60 on food and $12 on parking, and $14 on icees. Ages: 70, 45, 44, 13 and 11.

Lines were not very long, most of the staff were nice. I only encountered one horrible staff member who picked on my 7 year old! Really?? A grown man singled out my tiny daughter??? Other than that, the rides were fun and the water park was great!

Great day out and we love that you can visit a theme park and water park at the same time on the same day. This place isn’t so big or crowded that you can’t do it it all in one day, but there is still plenty to do. And a bonus to come back the second consecutive day for free!
Hidden gem in the middle of no where
We were looking for something to do on our way to Atlanta to break up the trip. Did a google search and found Wild Adventures. Also found a Groupon that saved our family $100 on admission. Definitely worth the money. We spent the whole day there (open to close) and still didn't see/do everything. Only recommendation at water park is to wear flip flops or water shoes (these can be slippery in some places) when walking around the park. Metal stairs (concrete walk ways/surfaces too) to get up to slides/rides gets very HOT in the summer. We went on a weekday and the park wasn't crowded at all. We were able to go 3-4x on all the rides. We had a blast and were exhausted at the end of the day. Stayed overnight. Lots of accomodation options off Exit 16 a few miles north of the park.
