The Olympic Park is a supporting project for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. It is located at the north end of the city's central axis and on the north and south sides of the North Fifth Ring Road. It covers a total area of 1,135 hectares, of which 680 hectares are forest parks. The entire park is rich in vegetation, evergreen all year round, and has flowers in three seasons. Especially in mid-spring, the entire park is a sea of flowers. It is free to open and is crowded with tourists!

November is the best time to enjoy autumn in the capital. Everything is yellow, and it looks great in any photo. The park is too big, so I found a small corner to take photos. The park is divided into the South Park and the North Park, which are connected by a bridge. The South Park has a larger view, with grasslands, lakes, and ginkgo trees. The North Park is more secretive and fresh, and the streams are more beautiful. If you only have half a day, go straight to the ginkgo forest in the South Park.

There is a wide square to the south of the South Garden of Olympic Forest Park, with ginkgo trees planted on both sides. It is quiet and less crowded here. The photos posted were all taken in this area. Occasionally, a cyclist passing by would stop his car, come in to take a few photos and then leave.

The Olympic Park is located at the northern end of the city's central axis, on the edge of the North Fourth Ring Road, and at the Beichen Bridge. It covers a total area of 1,135 hectares and is divided into three areas: the northern end is a 680-hectare forest park; the central area (Area B), 291 hectares, is the main venue and supporting facilities construction area; the southern end is 114 hectares for the built venue area and reserved land, and the Chinese National Park is also included in the Olympic Park.

Very suitable for walking and autumn outing~

Because the park is so big, I only chose to visit the part along the river. I couldn’t find a place to rent bicycles, so I couldn’t walk around!

July 14, 2019, 13:00 - 15:00 Self-drive to the "Flower Field Fun" Sunflower Exhibition in Osen!

The West Gate of North Garden is the nearest entrance, but the navigation misdirected me to the West Gate of South Garden. I made the best of it, as there were plenty of parking spaces. I asked the security guard where to get a ride, but he ignored me and had a bad attitude! Finally, I looked at the map and decided to walk to the South Gate of South Garden to take the tour bus.

It takes 30 minutes to walk to the south gate of Nanyuan, and then take an electric car to the Sunflower Exhibition for ¥30, which is a bit expensive.

There is plenty of sunlight in the afternoon and the light is slightly strong, so please pay attention to sun protection and mosquito prevention.

PS Buy a bubble net, the photo effect is super great!

Located at No. 33 Kehui Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, next to the Olympic Park, the park is divided into two gardens, north and south, which are divided by the North Fifth Ring City Expressway in the middle and connected by an overhead bridge. The park is dotted with forests, flower fields, and lakes. A big nail, the Olympic Tower, is built outside the south gate of the park. There are several parking lots around the park, among which the West Gate parking lot outside the Fifth Ring Road is the most popular and often hard to find. It is difficult to park in and drive out. Because there is a large flower field near the West Gate, various flowers and plants are planted in rotation, such as cosmos, sunflowers, lavender, etc. After a period of time, the flower field will change. There are also bicycles for rent for two or more people.

One of the most familiar parks

You can see landmark buildings such as the Bird's Nest, Water Cube, Torch Building, etc.

I often ride around the park.

One lap is about 6km, and it takes less than 20 minutes to ride one lap.

It is also wonderful to ride to the park at night to see the night view

Attached is a recent long-distance running picture

For Beijing residents, who value green space, a piece of free public green space in the city is rare and precious. The scenery is actually similar to that of an ordinary street park, except that it covers a larger area and has a fitness trail.

A natural oxygen bar, a holy place for walking kids and dogs, and walking. Our unit walks here twice a year, in spring and autumn! The scenery is different in each season, so beautiful! Attached is a map, it's so big, it's easy to get lost! Hahaha

Now is the perfect time to go, all the flowers are in bloom and very beautiful.

There is a large shopping mall inside, with food, drinks, entertainment and a commercial atmosphere. It is okay to go shopping when you have time, but if you want to buy things there, I don't think it is necessary. Of course, if you are rich, just have fun!

The new park opened to cooperate with the construction of the venue is a paradise for nearby residents. My home is a bit far away so I can't often enjoy the pleasant scenery here. I have only been there a few times. What impressed me most was that after digging the lake and landscaping, they also built a hill, named Yangshan and Aohai. I haven't been to the North District yet, I will talk about it when I have time.

Olympic is a translated word, which originally refers to the ancestral worship activities held in Olympia in ancient Greece to worship the god Zeus. The sports competitions in the ancestral worship activities were called "Olympian Games".

During the Renaissance, when people were studying ancient Greek culture, they began to call the "Olympia Games" the "Ancient Olympic Games". Because other cultural activities such as academic discussions, poetry recitations, and art exhibitions were also held during the ancient Olympic Games, people called the entire event, including the Olympic Games, "Olympics". In order to distinguish it from the modern one, it is also called the "Ancient Olympics".

On October 23, 2018, I arrived at the west gate of Ao Sen North Park at 11 a.m. and parked for 6 yuan per hour. Entered from the west gate, walked along the runway, crossed the bridge, and there was a small patch of ginkgo on a hill. Then walked along the river, crossed the bridge again, turned back west, and went to the flower field, where there was a large sea of butterflies. After crossing the sea of flowers, there was a delicate forest. Going west to the first bridge, after crossing the bridge, I did not go out of the west gate, but entered an iron gate with a sign saying it was a playground. There were several ponds and a large lake inside, and the wooden pavilion by the lake was spacious, where you could rest and sunbathe. Finally, I went out of the west gate. Parking cost 20 yuan.

Four seasons, four different flavors. I go for a stroll every few days, and every time I get beautiful photos~

There are usually a lot of people running here, the environment is very good, and it is also an oxygen bar that is relatively close~

By chenmin |

The environment is very good. The sea of flowers in the North Garden is very eye-catching. There are more attractions in the South Garden. You can see the whole picture of Aohai when you climb up to the Sky View. You can also see the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park along the central axis.

When the lake is still and windless, you can see the most amazing scene of the Nail Tower when you stand on the bridge.

The most famous place for children to stroll in the city, located in the North Fifth Ring Road, with convenient transportation and direct subway access. Ao Sen should be the highest level of landscape garden in China.

The Olympic Forest Park is very large and is divided into the South Park and the North Park. The South Park has a lake and a large grassland, while the North Park is mainly streams and dense forests. The main attractions are generally less crowded in the North Park.

Why do so many people come to Ao Sen for a walk? First, because the scenery here is beautiful, and it is a rare forest park in the city. In addition, Ao Sen has complete facilities and is very child-friendly. There is a flat 10km trail in the courtyard.

If you come to Orson to play, it may take most of the day to slide. It is recommended to bring food, drinks, water guns, scooters and other toys.

The Olympic Forest Park was built during the 2008 Olympic Games. The park is located to the north of the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube. It is very large and has its own water system. Go to Olympic Sports Park (free) to enjoy the night view.

1. You can take a bus or express train to the Water Cube Station. There is a National Stadium nearby, so you can walk past the stadium and slowly walk to the Olympic Sports Park. It only takes 10 minutes.

2. The entrance to the Olympic Sports Park is free with an ID card. If you go early, you can find a stone bench with a tree shade to rest for a while. In the evening, you can take pictures near the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube. It's beautiful! (There are also buses to go back to the front gate at night)

3. Note: The Water Cube is actually a swimming pool. It charges admission during the day, so you must wait until night to see the outer night view directly at the Olympic Sports Park. If you have the budget, you can also enter the Bird's Nest to watch related performances. I haven't seen it, so I won't talk about it.

In addition to the venues, the Olympic Park also has a 3D art gallery and a mirror maze where you can take your children, but there is really nothing to see inside the museum and the tickets are quite expensive.

Every year I come to Osen to see the sunflower. Sunflower is one of my favorite creatures. It is full of energy and shines with its own light.

The class held a spring outing here and also participated in the fun run. The scenery is pretty good. I still remember that when I participated in the fun run, there were uncles and aunts practicing songs at the entrance of the park. It was very lively and shocking.

It was still bright when we came out of Wudaoying. It was too early to see the night view of the Water Cube and the Bird's Nest, so we decided to go to the Olympic Forest Park. Unlike the Olympic Park, the Forest Park is like the green lung of the city. Many locals walk and exercise here, and play with their children. It is a good place for a leisurely tour. At dusk, it is very pleasant to feed the koi by the lake or go boating on the lake. There are very few parks like this in Shanghai. (envious face)

I went there many times. I was working in Beijing at the time. I took many photos there. The scenery is beautiful.

The Olympic Forest Park was a key project of the Beijing Olympic Games. Now it has become a famous leisure park in Beijing. The forest park is very large, crossing the North Fifth Ring Road, and is divided into the South Park and the North Park. There are mountains and water inside, and it is a good place for citizens and tourists to relax, entertain, exercise, and go outing.

The flower fields in the North Garden of the forest park have different flowering periods in different seasons, with sunflowers blooming in July.

In the autumn, the Olympic Forest Park is covered with bright reed flowers.

Ao Sen is a magical place. You can feel the colors of autumn without going to Beijing. It is free and you will find new things every time you go there. You will feel that you have never been to this place before. Ginkgo, sea of flowers, and reeds are really beautiful. Since I am not familiar with the route, I did not see the sea of flowers. They should have withered by now. When the weather is good, I can meet four or five people and chat. It is very pleasant. I can go there this week, but I suggest going early. The weather is good and there are a lot of people. The ginkgo forest is full of people, and most of them have fallen.
