In early spring in Beijing, I didn't have much hope to go to Wild Duck Lake Wetland Park. After all, the trees were not green yet, the grass was not growing yet, and the lotus flowers were not blooming. As a result, when I drove to the scenic spot, I began to look forward to it when I saw the arch-shaped trees on both sides of the road that had just sprouted new branches. The ticket cost 50 yuan per person, which is especially suitable for families or a group of friends to come together, lie on the grass, drink wine and bask in the sun, fly kites, ride bicycles to tour the lake. We drove there at around 3 pm, which was a bit late. We didn't even walk to one-third of the lake. The scenery was beautiful, with green mountains in the distance and clear yellow reeds. Occasionally, ducks would get into the water. It is really a rare ecological conservation area. I will keep some thoughts and go there again in summer. I am still looking forward to it.

By Holding hands and traveling |

Turn on the music on your phone, take your time, ride around the lake to enjoy the scenery, get off the bike when you see a beautiful view, take photos, sit by the lake for a while, feeling relaxed and comfortable. I think this is the correct way to visit Wild Duck Lake.

Bird watching platform, standing on it, maybe you can see some rare birds? Seeing such a scene always reminds me of the beautiful male and female protagonists in Japanese and Korean idol dramas, riding bicycles towards happiness.

There was almost no wind in the city that day, but the wind at Wild Duck Lake was so strong that I could hardly stand. But it was so beautiful that we felt it was worth it if the wind was a little stronger.

Reeds are the theme of Wild Duck Lake. I have never seen such a wide reed marsh, they sway in the wind, gracefully.

Unexpectedly, behind the reeds, there was a large lake. Under the sunlight, the lake water was refreshingly blue.

By Alone with the wind |

The most beautiful thing in Wild Duck Lake Wetland Park is the lotus, which is in full bloom in summer and looks gorgeous no matter how you take a photo. With the lotus in Wild Duck Lake, why bother going to Baiyangdian for a field trip?

In winter, I went to Wild Duck Lake again by myself. I didn’t bring a camera because my phone was so useless. I was ashamed to say that although the scenery was still beautiful, there were almost no tourists.

By Wandering Sleeper |

The Wild Duck Lake has beautiful scenery. The ticket is 50 yuan. You can walk around the lake or rent a bicycle. The circle around the lake is 6 kilometers. There is a wooden plank road in the lake that shuttles through the center of the large reed marsh. There is also a tree-lined path where you can ride a bike. There is a Wanghu Tower in the scenic area, from which you can overlook the lake view, the reed marsh and the Kangxi grassland in the distance.

Wild Duck Lake National Wetland Park is located in the northwest of Beijing. It is a natural-artificial composite wetland consisting of the Yanqing area of Guanting Reservoir and the flooded area below 479m above sea level around the lake, as well as mudflats, rivers, reservoirs, ponds and swamps. It is an important bird habitat in Beijing and a transit station on the East Asia-Australia route of the international bird migration route. During the migration season every year, many birds stop here, among which geese and ducks are the most numerous, hence the name Wild Duck Lake.

By Chu Yunfei QQ |

Located on Kangye Road in Yanqing District, Beijing, this wetland is closely related to the Guanting Reservoir water system. Now that the water quality of Guanting Reservoir is constantly improving, the number of migratory birds such as geese and swans that come here to rest is increasing year by year.

It's more beautiful than I imagined~~ The weather is cool in early autumn. I plan to come again in late autumn to experience different beauty (lots of reeds). The car is good~ or I'll be tired of walking😎

Super beautiful ~ Today's weather is good again, very close to the Expo ~

By Yanqing Wild Duck Lake is full of horror |

Is it worth going here? This question is really funny. First of all, you should be able to see ducks at least in Wild Duck Lake. The ticket is 50 yuan, and there are no more than 5 ducks after entering the gate. The water surface is not large, and the facilities are only about 800 meters of wooden trestle. There is no scenery at all. It is not as good as the Guanting Reservoir along the way. It is just a small puddle and has no cost-effectiveness. Secondly, the staff are rude and violent, and they push and shove tourists. For tourists who have bought tickets to enter the park with pet cats in their backpacks, and the special backpacks are zippered and closed, so that the pets cannot come out at all, three or five strong staff members in plain clothes and without any work documents pushed and shoved tourists, and even dragged them forcibly and expelled them from the park, causing serious physical and psychological injuries to tourists. They were directly taken away by 120, and the staff and park leaders thought their behavior was justified. The leaders of the work park have been putting on official airs and have no intention of admitting their mistakes. I feel like I have encountered hooligans in Yanqing District and have been treated seriously unfairly. This is what really happened to me today. Thinking of the World Expo at the end of April and the Winter Olympics that will be held soon, how can such a tourism environment and such a service level represent Beijing to welcome tourists from all directions? It is really worrying. Several big men besieged the female tourist and caused the customer to fall ill and call an ambulance. They claimed to be the deputy director of the Yanqing Wild Duck Lake Management Office, a female supervisor and a male volunteer leader. They not only ignored the tourist's condition, but also had an extremely indifferent attitude. They did not listen to the tourists' feedback and repeatedly asked the tourists to take legal means to solve the problem! The tourist asked for a refund, but the male volunteer and the female supervisor said that you can only refund the ticket if you sue us at the end, and they resolutely refused to refund the ticket! The tourist went to the Zhangshanying Health Station 12 kilometers away to treat the disease. The deputy director of Wild Duck Lake drove the tourist to the Zhangsanying Health Station. He took a two-hour taxi and finally found a friend to drive him back to the Wild Duck Lake parking lot! It was almost dark! The tourist had to drive two hours back to Beijing. This trip was really unforgettable! I felt terrified after visiting Yanqing Wild Duck Lake. I never want to step into Yanqing again, and I never believe that you can host the World Expo and the Winter Olympics! Don't worry, I will spread the news to all my friends and relatives about how I experienced this horrible trip to Yanqing Wild Duck Lake!

Except for being too far away, everything is perfect! The spring breeze blowing around the lake is extremely pleasant, with distant mountains and reeds in the distance. It is a dream world.

By Xuanxuan's Food Tour |

It is really pleasant to take a walk in the park, basking in the sun and breathing fresh air. The park is very large and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. I strongly recommend you to rent a double or quad bike and walk slowly on the path in the park. It is also a style to get off the bike and walk on the plank road when you feel like it. The children also have a great time.

By Tian Tian Tian |

I went there in mid-to-late October for the reeds. It was a bit cold at that time, so it would be best to go after the National Day holiday. The reeds were still quite spectacular, with large patches of them swaying in the wind. There weren't many people, so it was a place worth visiting.

By More love big face cat |

I have always wanted to visit the Wild Duck Lake Wetland Park in Yanqing but never got there. I finally did it on Saturday. Although the sky was not very blue and the birds had all flown south for the winter, the whole park seemed a little cold, but it is not difficult to imagine the lively scene when the migratory birds fly back to roost and breed next year.

There aren't many people in the park, and it will be closed in November.

The biggest highlight of the park is that it is difficult to see large areas of reed marshes. I vaguely remember that there were some in the dragon-shaped water area of O'Shan Park, but not as large as this one.

The lake was very open, but I only saw a few wild ducks. The weather was not very good on Saturday. The weather in Beijing... It's really hard to describe...

My family hired a small car and drove around the small dirt road in the park. The wind was very cold as the car sped up.

On the wooden plank road here, I met two teams of people shooting videos, the City Will Play series... I guess it was Tik Tok or something...

There are several bird-watching observation decks in the park, about three stories high. You can vaguely see the shadow of the mountain when you climb up and take a look. Large tracts of reeds are swaying in the wind. From time to time, a wild bird whose name I can't remember flies by. I'm in a bad mood... There is no bleak feeling of autumn at all...

By Billy Peng |

There was no one to manage it. I couldn't find a restaurant when I went there at noon. I finally found one that didn't have any meat dishes, just shredded potatoes and scrambled eggs with tomatoes. But the scenery was pretty good, with large areas of reeds and many ducks.

By Homelessness |

It is open only in summer. It is a habitat for migratory birds in winter. People pay more and more attention to the environment, which makes the number of migratory birds increase. Bring your children here to feed the wild ducks. The bicycles we chose are a bit difficult to ride.

By sun siyu |

It was my first time to visit Wild Duck Lake Wetland. I still liked it very much. It is suitable for the elderly and children. There are battery cars, four-wheeled bicycles, tandem bicycles, and single bicycles. There are still many choices. We rented a four-wheeled bicycle for 80 yuan per hour. It took about two hours to go around the lake. There are also large wooden tables in the wetland, which are suitable for picnics. In August, you can see water birds, wild ducks, etc. in the wetland. There is also an observation tower, from which you can see the scenery of the entire park and the Guanting Reservoir.

By Please call me An Da Xia |

After lunch, we went to the Wild Duck Lake Wetland Park first. Pets are not allowed in the park, so we had to fly the airplane outside to take photos and videos with our big dog. Looking down at the entire wetland park, it is a large green area.

It takes about an hour to walk in the park. You can rent a bicycle. It is recommended to bring some bread and steamed buns to feed the birds.

I went there on May Day in 2018 and spent two days there. The kids had a great time. How should I put it? Spring is the time when everything comes back to life and there is a different kind of beauty. Hiking on the wooden plank road, riding a bicycle around the lake, flying kites, fishing, setting up tents, picnicking... It's very quiet and comfortable. It's a good place to let your soul fly. It depends on how you play. I stayed in the courtyard next to the Wild Duck Lake. I could barbecue at night and it was very convenient to use water. You can read the travel notes for details. There is a telephone number for the accommodation courtyard in the comments section at the end of the article. Please make a reservation in advance.

The company organized a trip. The wind was too strong, but it was okay to walk around. The ticket was over 40 yuan, which was expensive. After all, it was just a walk...

Beijing North Jiangnan

With a surface area of more than 1.5 million square meters, Wild Duck Lake is the largest wetland ecosystem in Beijing. The swamp covers more than 50,000 mu, with lush vegetation and crisscrossing tidal flats, and has important ecological functions and protection value.

The unique natural-artificial composite wetland landscape, wetland conservation area, restoration and reconstruction area, education and display area, rational utilization and leisure area, and management and service area provide people with an ideal place to understand wetlands and return to nature.

The habitat of migratory birds and the only wetland bird nature reserve in Beijing. There are 264 bird species in total, 6 of which are first-class national protected species (black stork, oriental white stork, white-headed crane, great bustard, golden eagle, white-tailed sea eagle), and 34 second-class national protected species.

The two main features of Wild Duck Lake are bird watching and plant viewing. In winter and spring or summer and autumn, it is an ideal place for bird watching enthusiasts in Beijing; the secondary wetlands surrounding the lake are a green ecological environment center and a social classroom for popular science education.

By People are on the journey |

Those who like wetland parks will definitely like Wild Duck Lake. It has good air and beautiful environment, and is suitable for people of different ages. The plank road is still under construction, and I will go to experience it next time.

The company organized an activity to go to Wild Duck Lake for a walk. But there was nothing else to do except walking.

By Curly cat |

There were a lot of people going there during the short holiday. I waited for 40 minutes to get a bike. The whole place is very big. A two-person bike can go to the wetland, 6 kilometers, and a normal bike is 5 kilometers around the lake? Anyway, the bike is not easy to ride. We rode for an hour and 15 minutes, which is calculated based on the price of two hours. There is nothing to see in May, no birds, and the trees are not green. The lake is almost dry. I went there once in August. There were many birds, ducks running all over the ground, and the water was abundant. I recommend going there in August. The bird watching platform has been repaired, and now you can climb up to take pictures of birds~ Great!

By Freezing Rain |

The natural scenery is beautiful. There are not too many people in the park. It is suitable for family travel

By Happiness equals slow life |

The most surprising trip to Wild Duck Lake. Because of the lake channel reconstruction, the lake surface is much shallower than before, resulting in the disappearance of wild ducks on the big lake. However, because of this reconstruction, we took a road that we don't usually take. Turn right after entering the park gate, you can see a dirt road with a speed limit of 30. Follow this dirt road to reach the real wetland. We were lucky and found a wild trail that crossed the wetland and was hidden in the dense forest. So, we inadvertently startled a pair of wild ducks. When we thought this was the most magical encounter, a wild crane actually flew up from the dense forest in front of us. When looking at its huge body hidden in the woods and the clear feathers under its wings, it felt so unreal. Wild Duck Lake does have these legendary wild birds, but only those who don't take the usual path can have the chance to meet them.

By Sensitive |

The water in Wild Duck Lake is less than in previous years. The natural scenery is nice, but we went there at the wrong time.

By Egg Yolk Su |

Don't go, the ticket is 50 yuan, group purchase is 45 yuan. There is nothing, not even a feather of a duck. The scenic area is very hot, and the scenery from the parking lot to the gate is not as good as it. The centimeter reed marsh is similar to the Hanshiqiao wetland, but Hanshiqiao does not require tickets, no tickets, no tickets. We drove for nearly three hours to see the ducks, but we didn't see any, and we fed mosquitoes for a long time and got tanned.

By Total victory |

The trees are green, the reeds are still yellow, the birds have left, but the haze remains.

By Draw the Sword |

It is the largest wetland nature reserve in Beijing and the only wetland bird nature reserve. According to statistics, there are 280 bird species in Wild Duck Lake Wetland, 9 first-class national protected animals (black stork, oriental white stork, white-headed crane, great bustard, golden eagle, bald eagle, white-shouldered eagle, white crane, relict gull), 40 second-class national protected animals, 420 higher plants, 40 fish, 5 amphibians, 10 mammals, 182 insects, etc.

By Joy |

The scenery is very open, with endless golden reeds, snow-capped mountains in the distance, and the lake clearly reflecting its reflection, dotted with flying water birds. In the distance, you can also see grassland horses, windmills, and winding rivers. It is really a scene at every step.

By Purple smoke rising |

We went to Yudu Mountain, but it was closed, so we went to Yeya Lake instead. The adult ticket was 50 yuan, which I personally felt was a bit expensive. The autumn colors were beautiful. It would have been better if we had gone a week earlier. On October 23, the autumn colors were coming to an end, and some trees had already lost their leaves. We were just in time to enjoy the red leaves on the way.

By etxyz |

It's not bad, but the mosquitoes there are too fierce at this time of autumn.

20160825, I finally had the chance to see the real thing. It is a very nice place, worth a visit. We set off from Beijing at about 10 o'clock and arrived at the scenic spot at about 12 o'clock. After having dinner, we started to enter the scenic spot at 1 o'clock. I wanted to rent a bicycle to go around, but I thought the price of bicycles was too expensive, so I walked around. It took about three hours. In my husband's words, the scenery is visible when you raise your hand. It is indeed a paradise for photography enthusiasts. It is really beautiful. I look forward to the different scenery in the golden autumn season and plan to come again in October.

By Ni Da Brewing |

Compared with other scenic spots, there are not many people. There is also Kangxi Grassland nearby to play. There is also a museum in the scenic spot, and you can rent bicycles. Remember to protect the environment when you go there.

By EmilyDQ |

Very, very beautiful scenery, I like it very much. I plan to go there again if I have the chance. I will walk on the wooden plank road, rent a bicycle and ride slowly along the way, enjoying the spring sunshine. It is very comfortable!

By Mo Xiaoyan |

The Wild Duck Lake is quite large, and there are activities such as boating to enjoy. The greenery is also good, and there are many camping partners. You can also buy feed to feed the ducks, and the children like it very much.

By Dodo |

We went there around April 20th, which was a bit early. The reed marshes were not green, and there was not much grass, not to mention the Kangxi grassland. There was more water in the lake, which was about three to four degrees lower than in the city, and the temperature difference between morning and evening was larger. It is recommended to go after May 1st, it will be greener. The ticket price was fifty, and the online price was forty-five. If you can walk here all the way, it takes a day, which is quite worth it. We rented a four-person bicycle, which cost eighty per hour. If you walk and stop, it takes three to four hours for this circle, and the whole journey is about five kilometers. There is a long trestle in the middle, which is very beautiful. There are not many ducks in this season, but they are not afraid of people. They come over when they see people. I guess they are used to being fed. But I like the scenery of Yanqing the most. It can be away from the smog and hustle and bustle of the city, and there are not many tourists, even on Saturdays and Sundays.

By MIUMIU |

Generally speaking, it is a good place for Beijing residents to change their human filter element on weekends. The ticket is 50 yuan. The open lake area is not small, about 4 kilometers around, and there are large tracts of reeds. There are many ducks and white swans. It is recommended to rent a four-wheeled bicycle in the park. There are single-row bicycles that can accommodate two adults and one child, and double-row bicycles that can accommodate four adults and one child.

The trees on the embankment are quite large, and there is shade to cool off. To the west of the park is Kangxi Grassland, so you cannot go directly to the park.

It is best to go when there is no strong wind, bring enough water, and in summer, bring mosquito repellent. There are more insects when there are more aquatic plants, which confirms the saying in the animal world that "where there is water, there is life."

Transportation is recommended for self-driving tours. Take the Yingchengzi toll station on the Beijing-Tibet Expressway, turn around after the toll station and follow the signs to the auxiliary road. If you have enough time, you can go to Yanqing County to eat grilled fish or tofu, which are good quality and cheap, and you are guaranteed to be satisfied.

By Alex-He |

I went there with a friend. I didn't run. Wild Duck Lake is quite cold in winter and not very lively. But the mountain is quite beautiful. I didn't go there to enjoy the scenery, but mainly to participate in activities. Haha~

By Liar~~ |

There are a lot of ducks. Feed the ducks and ride bicycles. It's OK.

By Mengyuan_Malika乄 |

I went there in May last year. There were a lot of ducks and the ecological environment was pretty good. The park covers a large area and it is not possible to walk around it all. You can rent bicycles. There are also sightseeing buses in the park that you can sit on to go around the wetland. It's not bad.

By hello |

The park opens at 6:30, so it's best to go in right after the gate opens. It's quiet and no one is around. The electronic ticket can only be redeemed after 8:00. After 8:30, the park starts to get busy and there are more people. You know.

By Gyeonggi Yongren |

Wild Duck Lake is the largest wetland bird nature reserve in North China and the only one in Beijing. There are many black fish here, which is a good place for lure fishing. It is said that the number of birds gathered here can reach 300,000 or 400,000, with nearly 250 species. The upcoming mid-November is also the best time to go to Wild Duck Lake for bird watching and scenery. In addition, Wild Duck Lake has standardized accommodation, catering, leisure and camping areas. In the open space of the self-service camping site by the lake, a group of people can set up tents, set up grills, grill skewers, and set out meals. After a feast, you can coax the restless children to sit in a carriage and take a walk along the dam. In two or three hours, there are only dense mudflat grass, withered wild flowers and fruits, the sound of birds chirping like the sound of nature, and the autumn wind that penetrates the bone marrow. Looking at the colorful autumn mountains in the distance and the streams that appear and disappear nearby, your heart will be intoxicated in the cool autumn day.

Self-driving: Exit Kangzhuang on Badaling Expressway, go straight and follow the signs to reach the destination.

By Can't take care of |

There are usually few tourists, so just strolling around and relaxing... the sound of "Ga Ga Ga" can be heard in the ears.

By shadowtuant |

Walking around the lake is not tiring and is cool, making it a suitable place to escape the heat in summer.

By Xiaoxiang Xizi |

The ticket to Wild Duck Lake is 50 yuan, which is quite expensive. Relatively speaking, the Niantan Park in Daxing is free, with a lake surface and area comparable to that of the Wild Duck Lake, but the difference is the wild ducks playing in the lake and the plank road around the lake.

The Forbidden City Park, regardless of its historical significance, appreciation value, cultural landscape, royal gardens, and national treasures. The ticket price is 60 yuan in the peak season. There are many cultural relics and historical sites in the Forbidden City that need to be repaired and protected, and the number of visitors needs to be limited. The ticket price is only 60 yuan.

There are many species of animals protected here. But compared to the Forbidden City, I think it is too expensive.

The public facilities are complete. There are park transportation buses, self-driving bicycles, single, double, and four-person bicycles, and battery cars. It is convenient for lake tours. The price ranges from 30 yuan to 100 yuan per hour.

There are also cruise ships in the lake, 50/person.

Toilet, environmentally friendly, waterless flushing.

It is a little inconvenient to eat, there are two larger restaurants.

By liangjian1970 |

It's a big parking lot, and the parking fee is 5 yuan, which is reasonable. Wild Duck Lake is located in Kangzhuang area of Yanqing. It used to be a depression. When it rains heavily, water will accumulate and gradually form a natural wetland.

Entering the park from the main gate, the tree-lined road is lined with green trees on both sides, and the breeze is very cool. The lamp posts on both sides of the road are shaped like birds.

The entrance fee to Wild Duck Lake Wetland Park is 50 yuan, which seems a bit expensive. Senior citizens with senior citizen cards are half price, and senior citizens over 65 years old are free.

By Cui Yi |

August 8, 2015, the weather was very hot and sunny. The park has first-class scenery and is worth visiting. It is best to choose a cooler time. Riding a multi-person bicycle around the lake is a good choice. It only takes an hour and a half to ride slowly around the lake. It should be very pleasant to walk, but it is hot. There are too many weeds on both sides of the road around the lake. If the staff can clean it up, the environment here will be better. This place will be more attractive to people who like photography.

By Wild Ass |

The Wild Duck Lake is very big, and there is a small circle inside where you can ride a bicycle. It takes 1 to 2 hours to ride a circle. The wetland vegetation is rich, and there are telescopes at the bird watching platform for bird watching. The wild ducks are not afraid of people and will chase you to feed them. It is very close to Kangxi Grassland. Go there in the summer to escape the heat, take a look at the greenery by the lake, and relax your body and mind.

The scenery is nice and worth a visit. You can have a panoramic view of the wetlands and grasslands. I will go again.

The green mountains in the distance, the large reeds, the wide water surface, and the flocks of wild ducks make it a perfect place to take pictures.

The Wild Duck Lake Wetland in Yanqing is not far from the Yanqing exit of G6. The terrain is high, and the temperature is about 3-5 degrees lower than in the city. The air is fresh and the chance of seeing blue sky and white clouds is high~ Although the area of Wild Duck Lake is not very large, it is still quite time-consuming to walk around the lake. It is recommended to rent a bicycle inside and ride while sightseeing. It takes about 2 hours. If you walk around, it will take about 3 or 4 hours. In summer, you can see many kinds of birds. Comrades who come to shoot birds with telephoto lenses can come and try~
