The World Flower Garden, founded in 2004, covers an area of ​​41.8 hectares. It is the largest botanical garden within the Fourth Ring Road and a "boutique park". The landscape consists of 15 greenhouses and 15 garden squares.



The greenhouses are filled with all kinds of plants and flowers. The landmark building in the garden is the round petal-shaped main greenhouse, which has two exhibition halls on the left and right, with fine flowers on the west and desert plants on the east.



The crop exhibition hall has all kinds of vegetables, allowing urban residents to learn some agricultural knowledge. Agricultural plants also produce fruits all year round. On the east side, the plant tissue culture room is a learning space for children.

Since the Han and Wei Dynasties, there has been a custom of climbing mountains, wearing dogwood, and drinking chrysanthemum wine on the Double Ninth Festival. In the Tang and Song Dynasties, chrysanthemum appreciation became a custom. There are trees in the yard and flowers in the greenhouse. April is the season when all kinds of flowers bloom. I can't tell the difference between cherry blossoms, peach blossoms, crabapple blossoms, and pear blossoms. There are also various exotic flowers and plants in the greenhouse for you to enjoy.

I booked online but they didn't answer my text messages or phone calls, so I had to cancel. I bought tickets at the scenic spot and it cost a lot. There's not much special. Most of them have been seen before or have been in my home. Those beautiful houses are not allowed to enter. They are just decorations. This scenic spot is more suitable for a family picnic.

The tropical plant pavilion and the vegetable, flower and fruit garden are worth taking the children to see and learn more. Because I happened to catch the float parade, the overall feeling was pretty good~

The transportation is very convenient, suitable for family outings. The scenery of the sea of ​​flowers is all along the way, which is suitable for friends who love photography to take photos. It's just that there is no suitable place to eat, so it's better to bring some food when you come here.

It's another family trip, but it's an old photo from 15 years ago. There are so many kinds of flowers, and there are lifelike dinosaur models to scare you. The ticket is a bit expensive.

The greenhouse is larger than the Xiangshan Botanical Garden, with more varieties, but the ticket price is also more expensive. It is cheaper to book tickets online or buy in bulk. It takes half a day to visit, so it is recommended to bring your own lunch. There is only one small shop inside, with few varieties and not cheap.

I went there in winter, the tickets were not expensive, but it might be more beautiful in summer.

The exhibition halls here are worth a visit. The scenery outside is just average. The desert plant hall was a surprise to me. I didn't think much of this hall before, but after entering, I took a lot of photos here...

Adult tickets are 60 yuan, and student tickets are 40 yuan, which feels a bit expensive. There are several large greenhouses, some green plants, vegetable gardens, and various vegetation inside. The overall feeling is not bad. The price of plants sold inside is similar to that outside. It is a little surprising that the cherries are in full bloom. It is much better to enjoy cherry blossoms here than Yuyuantan in this season, and there are not many people...

You can visit it all year round. The transportation is very convenient, and it is very close to Caoqiao Metro Station.

Before the flowers bloom, the main thing to visit is the greenhouse, which is divided into many areas, a large area, one area connected to another, and there is only one path to go, so don't worry about missing it. Each area has its own theme. You can see all kinds of flowers, and you can also buy a lot of small plants you like, which are very simple and easy to grow. I learned a lot here. There are many flowers I haven't seen, and I feel good to see these in the winter. It is especially suitable for children and elderly people who love flowers. In fact, you can visit for a long time, most of the day is no problem. I saw my favorite bird of paradise, and I think it is unimaginably beautiful, as beautiful as if it were made. There are also fruit and vegetable plants, and they will tell you which ones supplement which nutrients.

Theoretically there are many gardens and areas outside, but it would be rather dry if you go there in winter. I didn't go there in spring, so there was nothing outside. Then inside the greenhouse some things were out of season and not in bloom, for example, all the fruits I liked had no fruits. I'm a bit miserly and think that since I'm spending the ticket money, I should go in the summer so that I can see the greenhouse and the outdoors.

You can buy flowers in many areas, the prices are basically the same, and they will tell you how to grow them, although they are actually some very easy-to-grow plants. I entered from the north gate, so this way of walking out of the end there is a large sales area, I bought flowers not long after entering, and then took them all the way, thinking that I could just buy them at the end. I don't know what it's like if you enter from the south gate~

Because I like plants, I feel this place is nice. It is divided into several major areas. I personally like the desert plant area.

As soon as you enter the door, you will see the tissue culture laboratory. Several researchers are raising seedlings in the laboratory cabinet. They did not take a holiday on New Year's Day, which is quite admirable. There is a large greenhouse behind the laboratory, with many flowers, which are also for sale at a reasonable price.

Next to the laboratory is a greenhouse for fruits and vegetables, which has a very pastoral flavor. Sitting on a wooden chair and taking a nap is very relaxing!

Next is the boutique flower area, where flowers are in full bloom, competing for beauty.

Next is the desert flower area, which mainly displays plants and flowers that grow in the desert.

Then there is the tropical plant area, with lush vegetation, towering trees, gurgling water, and absolutely rich oxygen.

Finally, there is the tourist leisure area, where there are food and drinks and the environment is very good. The only regret is that there are too many people and it is not easy to find a chair to sit on.

Of course, if you are interested, you can also go to the flower sales area to buy some potted flowers to take home. It seems unreasonable not to buy some flowers on this rare trip, so we bought two pots, one of which was a duckweed and the other was a violet, which felt very good!

Several pavilions are connected, and children can walk all the way down. It is especially suitable for Beijing's winter. There are various plants and flowers inside, which are very beautiful.

These bottles and jars are quite artistic, like... wishing bottles? Of course, there are not only flowers and trees, but also various crops, eggplants, pumpkins, peanuts, peppers, tomatoes, and so on. Okay, I know this is not worth mentioning, but it still brings a surprise to me, a child who grew up in the city. In addition to the large greenhouse area, there is also a tropical crop area, various tall and strong plants, huge cacti and cactus columns. Am I ignorant? I have never seen such a big one. In addition to several indoor viewing areas, the small hill outside is also a good place to stroll when the flowers bloom. You can choose to rent an electric car to ride, or walk.

The Flower Garden, the ticket price is 50 yuan. The garden is very big, but I didn't see many flowers. I was a little disappointed. Later I found many greenhouses. It turned out that the flowers were hidden in the greenhouses! I felt that the trip was worthwhile! But I still like the large areas of flowers in the Flower Port.
