Wulong Three Natural Bridges

It is a typical karst landform, a masterpiece of nature, very spectacular and shocking.
The three bridges are Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge. From the sightseeing elevator entrance, go down to the bottom of the first Tianlong Bridge and you will see Tianfuguanyi directly.
The tour route is a one-way street, and there is no exit to return. There is a lot of hiking in the scenic area, so it is best to wear comfortable shoes.
Tickets are cheaper in the off-season. If you have a holiday, it is a good idea to avoid the crowds and enjoy the scenery here.

This attraction was the most memorable and my favorite part of the entire trip. 😍 It rained early that morning, and crowds of tourists braved the rain to queue inside the scenic area. To get down from this attraction, you first need to take an elevator down to a designated location before climbing the stairs. Each elevator can only hold a limited number of people, and the scenic area has slowed down the process to control the flow of people. After lining up outside, we had to queue again to get in. It took us nearly an hour in total, but we still had plenty of time. If you don't want to take the elevator, you can also hike down, but that takes another few hours, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. 😵

After exiting the elevator, we began to climb down the stairs, stopping to take photos along the way, until we arrived at the filming location of "Curse of the Golden Flower". From a distance, surrounded by mountains, it felt like we were in a fairyland.

I went to the visitor center to buy tickets at 8 o'clock in the morning. I thought I got up early, but it turned out to be full of people 😱. There was a manual window on the second floor, and there were a lot of people queuing. You can go to the self-service ticket machine on the third floor to buy tickets. You can buy tickets with your ID card and pay with your real name. The elevator ticket is 125, and the ticket for walking down is 115.

We thought the May Day holiday would be crowded and we wouldn't be able to take the elevator, so we bought walking tickets. After buying the tickets, we went to the first floor and a bus, which left when full, took us to the entrance of the scenic area. There are two entrances for the elevator and walking tickets. The walk to the Three Natural Bridges takes about half an hour. The entire path is winding down stairs, and after rain, the ground can be very slippery, so be careful! ❗ Once you reach the bottom of the pit, just follow the crowds. The scenery along the way is beautiful. Remember to drink plenty of water, as there are many people and few restrooms, only at the entrance and exit. 🚾 During our May Day visit, everyone could take a free photo at the scenic area. A dedicated person took your photo, and you could pick it up at the exit. If you wanted a larger photo, it would cost 20 yuan, but if not, you would get two smaller photos, which you could make into keychains. A sightseeing bus, 15 yuan per person, would take you to the transfer point, where you could buy tickets to the Longshuixia Fault or return to the visitor center to finish your trip.

It takes a while to get to the Three Natural Bridges from the distribution center. The tour guide reminded us that we would be walking all afternoon and should pack light. We left the local specialties and other unnecessary things in the car and put on raincoats (they gave out disposable ones, but I brought my own). Finally, the visual feast was about to begin.

Photographs from multiple angles can't capture the majesty of the Three Natural Bridges, let alone photos taken with a mere compact camera in the rain. Those photos only capture the tip of the iceberg. If you get a chance, go see it for yourself. Humans are as tiny as leaves, and you'll be captivated by the wonders of nature.

There are two entrances to the Three Natural Bridges: one takes you directly to the bottom of the pit by elevator, and the other is a walk down. Our guide took us directly to the walking entrance, needless to say, because you might already be at the bottom of the pit, but there's still a line there. It took about 30 minutes to walk down, following a narrow path through the forest. There's nothing particularly scenic about this walk, but the mountains are shrouded in mist. As you descend, the view gradually opens up, and the scenery at the bottom of the pit slowly appears before your eyes. It's like walking into a paradise, as if immortals live here. Perhaps this is where this fairy cultivated her immortality.

The walk wasn't entirely peaceful, as occasional shouts emanated from the pit's depths. Still queuing along the path, we looked at each other in bewilderment, but once you got further, you'd understand—the shouts were probably the best tribute to nature's wonders. As we continued walking, we were overwhelmed with awe and awe. We were practically done with the tour, though I was completely bewildered the entire time. One moment, I was stunned. I was so shocked I had to hurry on before I could even take a second look. But for my first time witnessing this magnificent display of nature, even if it was rushed, I was incredibly satisfied. There were places to eat just outside the Tiansheng Three Bridges.

The most regrettable part of the entire trip was not getting off the elevator. Everyone, you absolutely must get off from this entrance! If you're on a tour, remember to ask to get off here! Even if the tour guide says you have to wait, wait! You absolutely must get off from this entrance, or you'll regret it! Going off from a remote entrance without asking is like climbing a mountain—very boring, and the walk will be long, tiring, and your knees will ache! If you don't have a tour, you'll probably have to pay the elevator fee yourself, I think it was 25 yuan.

But the elevator is really worth it. After going down, you can overlook Tianfuguanyi! The bird's-eye view is very beautiful! And you won't be tired or irritable!

The scenic spot is quite interesting. The tour guide's explanation will be much better. You can follow the guide's instructions and imagine! Without a tour guide, it might just be stones and springs, with nothing to see...

By Alone with the wind |

The scenic area opens at 9 a.m., and the ticket price is 80 yuan. A bus will drive for more than 10 minutes to an empty area where all passengers will get off. Tourists will then file down along the entrance to the "Three Natural Bridges" to explore the area.

However, because the movie "Transformers" was filmed here, a giant "Transformer" was placed in the most conspicuous position of the scenic area. It's a bit awkward, right?

In fact, it is not very far to go down to the third bridge.

Since I was in a hurry and wanted to go as fast as possible, I chose the "sightseeing elevator" which costs 15 yuan. You can imagine how dirty the elevator glass is. Apart from saving steps, forget about the view.

As soon as you get off the sightseeing elevator, you will see the cave with its mouth wide open.

This entire scenic area, this entire karst area, whether it is sunny or cloudy, the texture and shape of the rocky mountains appear so hideous and exciting to tourists, and it makes me, a tourist who likes taking pictures, keep pressing the shutter, even though many of the photos are too similar.

After walking down a few steps along the plank road, we saw the very famous internet celebrity check-in spot "Tianfuguanyi" from afar, and everyone quickened their pace to rush to the best viewing platform.

Tianfu Posthouse became a hit after being used as a filming location in Zhang Yimou's "Curse of the Golden Flower," attracting numerous tourists. While the architectural style and feel of this posthouse are well-known, even though it's been used as a filming location, I was immediately drawn to take photos during my first visit.

Perhaps I was captivated by the "Tianfu Official Posthouse" the moment I entered the scenic area. After snapping photos for a while, I finally remembered to look back at the "Tianlong Bridge" I had just passed. It felt like a mountain was pressing down on me, almost breathless. And if you were to pass this place late at night? You'd definitely feel like you'd traveled through time.

Not far after crossing the Tianlong Bridge, you will come to a natural "square" in the valley. In the middle of the square stands a Transformers statue, and many tourists take photos with it.

This is also a service area rest area with public toilets and a canteen where tourists can relax.

Across the square where the Transformers statue stands is the "Qinglong Bridge".

Looking at it again, I didn’t feel as shocked as when I first entered the scenic area, because after all, they were all similar, but I still couldn’t help taking pictures.

You don't need to worry about the route along the scenic area's plank road. Just go straight and you will see the three natural bridges.

In addition to the fierce mountains, there are also some feminine scenery in the scenic area. I can't name them, but I just take a quick look and stop to take pictures to find some soul-stirring mood. If the mountain represents masculinity, then the water represents femininity.

Wulong Natural Bridges, also known as the Three Bridges of Tiankeng, is a natural geological wonder and a typical karst landform. The scenic area comprises three naturally formed stone arch bridges: Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge. The Three Natural Bridges are a truly magnificent attraction, a truly worthwhile visit. The Wulong karst landform is one of the most prominent examples of karst landforms in southern China. Compared to other well-known karst landforms, this one represents a work of art beneath the surface. Hidden underground, they are modest and restrained, yet powerful and majestic, a truly extraordinary and magnificent sight, a true masterpiece of nature and nature!

By Yu Hao |

Located 20 kilometers northeast of Wulong District, Chongqing, approximately 15 kilometers from Fairy Mountain and only 30 kilometers from Furong Cave, the world's largest cave, it is a nationally renowned ecological tourist destination known for its geological wonders. The "Three Natural Bridges" are the world's largest and tallest string-like natural bridges. These three natural stone arch bridges, averaging over 300 meters in height, are arranged vertically, a masterpiece of nature. Their grand scale and imposing presence span the Yangshui River Gorge in parallel, spanning less than 1.2 kilometers, connecting the mountains on both sides. Between the three natural stone arch bridges lie the Qinglong Tiankeng and Shenying Tiankeng cemeteries, creating a unique, world-renowned landscape of "three bridges sandwiched between two cemeteries."

By Lonely old soul |

It is said that Zhang Yimou's film promoted the development of Wulong Natural Three Bridges Scenic Area, making everyone know about this place. The whole scenic area is quite large, and you can only take a quick look at the highlights of the scenic spot. The post station in the movie "Curse of the Golden Flower" is the most famous scenic spot. There are many caves, waterfalls, streams, etc. The scenery is amazing, and there are quite a lot of tourists. As expected, there is a queue for the big elevator.

By Xiao Chenzi |

I personally think this journey is worthwhile. Although it takes nearly 7 hours to go from Chongqing's main urban area to Wulong, the mountains here are really unique. Some look like human faces, and some look like gorillas. They are handsome and tall. The scenery along the way is very beautiful. The three bridges are Tianlong, Qinglong and Heilong, but I feel that this bridge may not be the bridge we understand. I think it should be the meaning of a trestle.

By SunnyDay |

I think this place is a must-see besides the Fairy Mountain Ski Resort. We went to the Three Bridges but didn't go to the Ground Crack, but it was worth the trip. We were taken there by a special car from the reception center, which was very comfortable. Then we took the elevator down and enjoyed the scenery along the way. The scenery was truly magnificent and made us feel the magic of nature. You can take a free one-inch photo. After confirming it, you can purchase a 20-inch large photo. We bought one as a souvenir. Don't take the electric car when you come back, it's a waste. It's a 10-minute walk to the bus stop.

By knacky |

It's a very suitable place to go. You can choose to join a group tour, which is a pure play tour. The tour guide's explanation along the way is still very good. The scenery itself is very shocking, quite beautiful, pure, and not tiring. If you are tired, you can still take the battery car in the middle, especially if there are elderly people. It is recommended. If you are young, you can walk in more than ten minutes. Great natural scenery!

Wulong's attractions are primarily natural, many of which are inscribed on the World Heritage List. Four of the most popular are the Three Natural Bridges, the Earth Crack, Fairy Mountain, and Furong Cave. Whether it's the Three Natural Bridges, a world wonder, the enchanting Furong Cave, or the vast grasslands of Fairy Mountain, each one evokes awe at the wonders of nature.

By In order not to regret |

Wulong's Three Natural Bridges. This attraction, with its significant investment and long history, boasts comprehensive safety measures and is a must-see for all ages. We traveled from Wulong to Xiannvshan Town, transferring to the scenic area's bus, making it a pleasant experience even for elderly travelers. The scenic area boasts breathtaking landscapes and has been a filming location for several films. It's a 5A-rated scenic spot. Chongqing's winters can be foggy, rainy, overcast, and cold, but the numerous caves surrounding the Three Natural Bridges make it a pleasant experience. The final exit from the scenic area is uphill, so if you're traveling with children or elderly, it's best to take the 15-yuan scenic bus. The walk to the transfer station takes at least 20 minutes.

By Saramande |

After entering the scenic area, we followed the crowd and took the 50-meter-high elevator down. A warning: we were a perfect example of a bad thing. There's actually a glass plank walkway here! It offers a panoramic view of the entire valley, but we foolishly followed the crowd and didn't even realize it existed. After getting off the elevator and walking down, we arrived at the famous filming location for "Curse of the Golden Flower."

We didn't buy breakfast along the way. We did buy some incredibly unpalatable corn and sweet potatoes upon entering the scenic area, but they were truly awful. This was also the first scenic area I'd visited where I didn't see any food stalls or shops along the way. We only had hot water to drink, and our stomachs were rumbling the entire way. So, I'm going to emphasize this: If you know you won't be able to get up in the morning, be sure to prepare breakfast the day before.

There's a 15-yuan electric car near the scenic area's exit. We didn't take one, though. We hiked up the mountain—it's only a short distance, but it's all uphill. It depends on the individual. We chatted and laughed, and even found some food along the way. There are free tour buses at the exit that go directly to the crack in the ground and back to the visitor center.

The three bridges are Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge and Heilong Bridge. The entire scenic area is basically walking at the "bottom of the pit". There are bridges only where there are pits. Therefore, you need to take the sightseeing elevator to the bottom of the pit at the entrance. It is said that the elevator queue is 2 hours during the peak season.

After coming out of the elevator is the first bridge, which is also the place where Transformers 4 was filmed.

Soon, we'll see Tianfu Official Posthouse. Though a later construction, it's truly stunning. From a high point, we'll see the quaint, rustic buildings nestled against the steep cliffs. The view from above is truly stunning. But closer, the scenery loses its allure. With the Transformers movies constantly showing and the Curse of the Golden Flower exhibition hall, it's just a popular tourist attraction.

As we walked along the road, we came across the Qinglong Bridge and the Heilong Bridge one after another. I couldn't help but marvel at the wonders of nature. Unfortunately, I couldn't capture its magnificence, so I could only stop and look up.

By China-TravelNote users |

When I visited Chongqing, there wasn't much to do in the city, so I signed up for a day trip to the Wulong Tiankeng and Difeng. The round-trip drive took seven hours, but the sheer beauty of nature was truly breathtaking. We left at 7:30 a.m., had lunch there, and then began our tour of the tiankeng and then the difeng. Gazing down through glass windows at the hundreds of meters of tiankeng was thrilling! The 80-meter elevator ride down was truly breathtaking. Each of the three tiankengs has its own unique story. Our guide, Xiaoyu, patiently explained the details and recommended photo spots. The tour lasted just over two hours, and we ended up at the difeng, which felt even more exquisite and beautiful, thanks to the water and waterfalls nestled within the mountains. I won't go into detail; the pictures will explain it all. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my trip. I learned more about the characteristics of karst landforms, which are quite different from those in Guilin.

After a whoosh of an 80-story elevator ride, we arrived at the bottom of the pit. At the first bridge, Tianlong Bridge, many people sat on rocks with their sketchpads, painting traditional Chinese landscapes facing the bridge. Just below Tianlong Bridge is the Tianfuguan Posthouse from "Curse of the Golden Flower." Imagine a group of ninjas descending from the cliffs on either side—it's truly spectacular. At the second bridge, Qinglong Bridge, rainwater sprayed from a small hole at the top of the mountain, disappearing as it reached the ground. The black mecha dinosaur from Transformers 4 stands beside the Black Dragon Bridge. As we slowly exited the Tiansheng Three Bridges Scenic Area, we encountered numerous small waterfalls along the way.

By Can't fly away |

This place was featured on the TV series "Where Are We Going, Dad?", but more importantly, it was also a filming location for "Transformers 4." Therefore, Transformers displays are featured at the entrance and in the core area of the scenic area. Optimus Prime is also a popular check-in point for visitors. Upon entering the scenic area, the first distinctive feature is the elevated outdoor sightseeing elevator, which reaches a height of 80 meters. During lunchtime, when crowds are high, there's often a long wait. Once you get off the elevator, you'll see a truly unique attraction: the first arch of the Tianlong Bridge. The most amazing thing is to zoom in and see the arch from the elevator. Doesn't the stone outline resemble the profile of a Buddha statue? It's clearly identified as Samantabhadra Bodhisattva. Why is it called Samantabhadra? The reason for this is because Samantabhadra's mount, an elephant, can be seen on the rock face below. Ascending the steps, the arch appears to be a natural formation. However, due to the angle, the Tianlong Bridge doesn't appear to be a bridge at this point; it only becomes apparent from a distance. The further you descend, the more you appreciate the wonders of nature. Walking down across the Tianlong Bridge, the view widens. You can also see the ancient post station. The scenic route does not retrace, so you can simply follow the path. The "Transformers 4" elements here include Optimus Prime at the entrance and the robotic dinosaurs released from the escape pod of the confinement spaceship. Continuing on, you'll see the Qinglong Bridge and then the Black Dragon Bridge. Once you enter the bridge arch, look up at the sky; the surrounding sky is enclosed within it. Extend your hand and you can "cover the sky with one hand." After crossing the Black Dragon Bridge, look back and you'll see a King Kong staring back at you. The wonders of nature, combined with human imagination, make the entire scenic area even more fascinating.

By Red Sleeves and Purple Moon |

We then entered the Wulong Tiankeng Scenic Area. We could have taken the elevator down to the bottom of the tiankeng, but there were too many people queuing for the elevator, so we just chose to walk down the mountain. Everything else was fine, except that we couldn't enjoy the full view of the Tianfu Official Posthouse where the movie "Curse of the Golden Flower" was filmed halfway up the mountain. It is said that the panoramic view of this official posthouse is best viewed from mid-air.

The crowds were overwhelming, so we had to walk to the bottom of the pit. There, you could see the Tianlong Bridge. There was a Transformer statue directly opposite the bridge, as it was the filming location for the movie "Transformers 4." I asked Lele to take a picture, but he said the Transformer was ugly and ruined the overall scenery! But didn't my baby say it was great when he saw the movie?

Not far away is the Qinglong Bridge. Looking up from below, this bridge is the tallest natural stone bridge in the world's karst landform. The arch is high and the walls are thousands of feet high. It is very spectacular!

Then we went to see the Black Dragon Bridge, which required a longer walk. We walked along a small river, with gurgling water and mountain stream water flowing down like rain. The Black Dragon Bridge is the widest of the three bridges. It passed through a narrow valley. Many tourists raised their hands to take pictures. It turned out that the camera used a borrowed position effect, and you could cover the sky in the mountain stream with your hands, which meant "covering the sky with one hand". It was quite interesting!

The tiankeng and the three natural bridges are geological wonders and are well worth seeing!

By What the hell? |

Anyone who hasn't seen karst landforms, but appreciates the wonders of nature, should definitely visit. However, I don't recommend going on holidays, as the lines can get incredibly long. It's worth visiting during non-holidays.

The combined ticket for Wulong's three scenic spots is 280 yuan, and the reference time is 1.5 hours.

The three natural bridges are Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge and Heilong Bridge.

First take the elevator, then continue down to the bottom of Tianlong Bridge after exiting the elevator, and then you will reach the famous Tianfu Official Posthouse.

Tianlong Bridge is the oldest of the three natural bridges. It stands 235 meters high, 150 meters thick, and 147 meters wide, with an average arch height of 96 meters and an average span of 34 meters. It ranks second among the world's natural bridges in terms of height, thickness, and width. At the end of the tour, you can take a sightseeing bus to the scenic area exit for 15 yuan, or walk up stairs throughout the entire route.

By pp |

It's 40 degrees outside, but it's still quite cool at the bottom of the pit. Coupled with the blessing of two well-known movies, it's still worth a look. It is recommended to visit for half a day. If you play with a group for two hours, the time is too tight.

By Still wanting more |

Wulong Tiankeng, home to the Three Natural Bridges. These three majestic stone arch bridges, a classic example of karst landform, are the largest natural bridge complex in Asia. Tianfuguanyi, the filming location for the movie Curse of the Golden Flower, features breathtaking natural landscapes like the Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge.

By Evan's Diary |

Thanks to "Transformers 4" and "Curse of the Golden Flower," the Three Natural Bridges are nationally renowned. They are actually a karst landform, a common sight in Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan. The Three Natural Bridges are characterized by three naturally formed stone bridges spanning the mountain, along with the most famous tiankeng (Guanzhai) area. If you've rarely seen canyons, tiankengs, or karst landscapes, a visit to the Three Natural Bridges is a must, but I wouldn't recommend it. Wulong recommends Fairy Mountain and Guiyuan Town!

By Finding the inner self |

The tour route is a one-way street, and there is no exit to go back. There is a lot of hiking in the scenic area, so it is best to wear very comfortable shoes.

Tickets are cheaper in the off-season. If you have a holiday, it is best to avoid the crowds and enjoy the scenery here in the off-season.

The Three Natural Bridges, also known as Tiankeng, are a classic karst landform, a truly spectacular and breathtaking work of nature. The three bridges are Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge. I've also visited a village here for scenic viewing on the show "Where Are We Going, Dad?" Another route I chose for my day trip involves visiting that village, making it a great option for families.

There's a glass plank walkway in the tiankeng, which costs an additional 25 yuan. There are two ways to descend: either by hiking, a 20-minute staircase descent, or by taking the elevator, which has a long line. We chose the hike, fearing a long wait. We descended through the Qinglong Bridge, the central section of the scenic area, and had to walk back to see Tianfu Official Post. Personally, I think the elevator offers a better view. While hiking down avoids waiting, the view isn't as impressive as it's obscured by vegetation, and you'll need to reach the bottom of the tiankeng for a full view. While the elevator still requires a hike down the stairs, the view from above is truly remarkable, and you don't have to backtrack. Of course, this is only during the off-season; during holidays and peak season, the waiting time might not be worth it.

Arrive at the visitor center. You can pick up your ticket online on the first floor, buy tickets on the underground first floor, and board the bus on the underground second floor. Be sure to look carefully when boarding the bus. Tickets are free for people over 65 years old, but not for the bus.

First, take a bus to Wulong's Three Natural Bridges, the largest natural bridge complex in Asia, consisting of Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge. This was the only location where Zhang Yimou filmed the entirety of "Curse of the Golden Flower." The Hollywood film "Transformers 4" also filmed here. These two films brought Wulong immense fame.

If you don't specify when you buy your ticket for the Three Natural Bridges, the elevator fee is included. Later, I discovered that waiting for the elevator was a major issue. It shouldn't have been crowded, but we waited for about an hour. It's called a sightseeing elevator, but you can't see anything from there, and there are still a lot of people. If you're physically fit, you can just walk the trails. The waiting time wasted. There are about three check-in photo spots. Small photos are free and come with a keychain, while large photos cost 20 yuan each. All the classic photo angles are occupied by check-in photos, so we basically took photos at every one, and if the photos are good, we bought them as souvenirs.

The scenic area comprises three natural stone arch bridges, Sky Bridge, Blue Dragon Bridge, and Black Dragon Bridge, each over 300 meters high, arranged vertically. These natural stone bridges connect the mountains on both sides, creating a unique landscape of three bridges sandwiched between two pits. This typical karst landform, a masterpiece of nature's uncanny craftsmanship, is breathtakingly magnificent and has garnered the attention of renowned directors, serving as a filming location for films such as "Curse of the Golden Flower" and "Transformers 4."

A one-day tour to Wulong costs 390 per person, with a 35-person bus. It's popular with children and couples, and the 3.5-hour drive includes a small lunch. Wulong is a well-established scenic area with a developing core. The "Three Natural Bridges" aren't bridges in the traditional sense; they're simply a term used to describe the unique landform of the tiankeng, a "natural creation" or "a work of nature." The tiankeng is a karst landform, also known as karst landform, and is the general term for surface and subsurface formations formed by the dissolution of soluble rocks (mostly limestone) by water. Returning to Chongqing at 4 p.m. isn't a good option. Traffic jams lasting over an hour and stopping frequently can lead to vomiting.

Wulong's core scenic spot, the most worthwhile scenic spot, has a unique geological structure. No wonder movies are shot here.

Buy tickets online, take the transfer bus at the visitor center, scan your ID card to enter the park, take the elevator down the pit, walk about 3 kilometers, and buy a separate sightseeing bus out of the park for 15 yuan. The transfer bus will return to the visitor center or to Longshui Gorge.

There are no other consumption items in the scenic area except taking photos, and there is no food and beverage available. The whole journey takes 3 hours at a slow pace, and 1.5 hours at a faster pace.

We went on a day trip to the Tiankeng Difeng (Sinkhole) and Difeng (Fissure) on a lightly rainy Monday. It wasn't crowded, and the scenery was quite peaceful and tranquil. The scenery was all green and beautiful, and I breathed in some fresh air. Because it had been raining for several days, the water flow in the area had increased, and the waterfall was particularly beautiful. It's a beautiful place, well worth a visit. P.S. If you don't have a change of clothes at the Difeng, don't go directly under the waterfall. Even wearing a raincoat and shoe covers won't help; the wind and current are so strong that your pants will still get wet.

Don't go if you are afraid of heights. I paid to be carried down the mountain. In fact, if you go by yourself, you can go to the back mountain, so you don't have to go down the mountain and spend hundreds of dollars more.

I drove there with two other friends. When we first arrived at Fairy Mountain Town, it was completely foggy. I couldn't even see most of the hotels on either side of the road. It was astonishing! My god, it looked so magical! We thought it was going to rain the next day, but when we woke up, it was actually sunny. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the glass diving platform at the Tiansheng Three Bridges because it was frozen.

The Tiankeng Scenic Area entrance parking lot is only 4 kilometers from the visitor center, and the sightseeing bus takes 10 minutes. However, private vehicles are not allowed here. It's unclear whether you can drive to the exit. Tour Route: From the visitor center, take the sightseeing bus to the Tiankeng Scenic Area entrance. Then, take the sightseeing elevator down to visit Tianlong Bridge, Tianfu Official Posthouse, Tianlong Tiankeng, Qinglong Bridge, Shenying Tiankeng, and Heilong Bridge. From the sightseeing bus stop, take an electric car to the exit, where you'll board a sightseeing bus to the next scenic area, Longshuixia Ground Fissure. Be sure to take the sightseeing elevator down from the parking lot, as only from there can you experience the grandeur of Tianlong Bridge and overlook Tianfu Official Posthouse from above. A live replay of the swordplay from the movie "Curse of the Golden Flower" is played! The natural sky bridge, also known as the Tiankeng, is a truly breathtaking experience, not only for its majesty and grandeur, but also for its breathtaking scenery. The entire journey is relatively flat, a leisurely two-hour journey, and highly recommended!

The scenery on a snowy day was beyond my expectations, and it would have been even better if the robotic dragon in the cenote could move.

By maxmem256 |

It is recommended to go on a rainy day. It is very interesting and the scenery is great, but it is not easy to take good photos.

By An Nuan is me |

The scenery is very shocking, but there is nothing much to see except the three bridges. The one-way road takes about 2 hours to walk to the end. I personally think it is not as fun as the crack in the ground.

The natural scenery is breathtaking and unforgettable. I highly recommend it.

It's worth the trip. The scenic area is very spectacular. If you haven't been there, you must come once.

Condor, carp leaping over the dragon gate, machete, thumbs-up gesture. Nature has given this land endless imagination.

If you go to Chongqing, it is worth a visit. The scenery is beautiful. It is also close to Fairy Mountain Park and can be used as a tour route.

Great! Great! Great! I have to admire nature. Although it rained, it didn't affect my good mood for sightseeing at all.

By luomeiruyu |

The world natural heritage is well-deserved, it is a masterpiece of nature and spectacular.

Seller's show vs. Buyer's show. To see Picture 1, you must take Channel 1 at the entrance and wait for the elevator to come down. If you choose Channel 2 and walk down, you will not be able to take the picture from a higher angle to see Picture 1.

The main purpose was to see the filming location of Transformers. I joined a tour group with China-TravelNote and the scenery was pretty good.

By BoringSoul_ |

The famous Chongqing Wulong Tiankeng is also the filming location of Transformers

By PP Rabbit |

The scenic spots arranged on the way back to Chongqing from Enshi were also recommended by friends. It is also very convenient to drive there. It's okay~~

By silver |

The Three Natural Bridges are unique in shape and offer many hidden photo spots. If you don't have a tour guide, you can pay attention to the people around you or listen to the group guide's explanations, which are very interesting.

By Yuyu |

The tour route is 5,000 meters from the cliff to the valley floor, and at the beginning you need to take a large elevator down to the middle of the mountain. This is similar to the Maling River Grand Canyon in Guizhou.

By ME_TOO_nana |

To see the Three Bridges, you need to take the elevator to the cemetery. The so-called Three Natural Bridges are three naturally formed rock bridges that span the top of your head, forming a unique landform with three bridges sandwiched between two pits. They are Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge.

By Heroes Don't Ask |

The scenery of Wulong is really shocking. It is a place worth recommending.

By Yao Yan |

The transparent glass bottom is not clearly marked and I didn't go there to take pictures. Everything else is OK.

By Aunt Cai |

The scenery is nice, and the whole way is downhill. Those with weak legs should be mentally prepared.

By Leng Linglong |

The three natural bridges, tiankeng and ground fissures, etc. are indeed more beautiful karst landforms.

By Wind Follows |

The unique karst landform is very spectacular. For those who grew up by the sea, this different style is the most popular. It is a highly recommended attraction and is definitely one of the must-see attractions.

Seeing the scenery is not as good as hearing the scenery... So-so ~ Not interesting. There are more hype elements

A popular check-in spot for tours around Chongqing~commonly known as the Tiankeng Difeng, it is as famous as Longshui Gorge.

By China-TravelNote users |

Misleading consumers. There are people pretending to be staff members in the scenic area. I am the one buying tickets. I am in the ticket hall.

By The little deer is running around |

We took the one-day tour route to Wulong Tiankeng Difeng, which required about seven hours of walking round trip. There were sedan chair bearers at the place where we passed the filming location of "Curse of the Golden Flower", but they could only carry the sedan chair for a distance.

You can experience the glass viewing platform, mainly to breathe fresh air ~ Friends who like sports can experience it

There will be water drops on your head. If you are old or young, please bring rain gear. The water on the mountain is still very strong.

By No ideal sheep |

The first thing to do when entering the scenic area is to take an 80-meter sightseeing elevator to the bottom of the pit, where you will see a very spectacular karst landform. The next step is to pass through three bridges and two pits. The scenic area is well developed now, so it is relatively easy to walk down. You only need to feel the creation of nature with your heart.

By Fireworks fade quickly |

Green mountains and green waters, it is very nice to come here to play when there are few people. If there are too many people, you will lose that feeling.

The first major attraction, the Three Natural Bridges, is personally the most worthwhile. First, there's a glass viewing platform next to the scenic area (admission is 25 yuan), which I find to be undersized and, due to the rain, not clear enough. It's built right on the cliff, nearly 300 meters high, and since it was my first time experiencing this kind of attraction, I wasn't nervous unless I looked down. However, if I did, I'd feel a bit weak in the knees.

There is a Transformer model as you walk towards the entrance. It looks very muscular and stylish, with the cannonballs on its arms looking like it will fire at any time. At the same time, I heard from the tourists next to me that this is also the filming location of "Transformers 4".

After entering the scenic area from Entrance 1 and reaching the middle of the pit, you'll find two large holes, which form the first bridge: Tianlong Bridge. Passing through the holes, you can see an antique courtyard with gray walls and green tiles at the bottom of the pit below Tianlong Bridge. This was one of the filming locations for "Curse of the Golden Flower." The scenes of assassins descending from the sky in the movie are still vivid in my mind.

After entering the pit and looking back at Tianlong Cave, the cave has become much more rounded. Further ahead is Tianfuguanyi, a post station that was said to have existed in ancient times and served as an important post station for the transmission of official information between Fuzhou and Qianzhou. The roof is shrouded by the abyss of Tianlong Bridge, surrounded by tall rocks and lush shrubs.

Walking forward, you will see the Qinglong Bridge, which looks like a Qinglong Yanyue Sword. When you walk through the tiankeng, the shape formed by the sky and the cliff looks like a carp. When you walk a little further and look back at the Qinglong Bridge, the tiankeng looks like an eagle spreading its wings, so this tiankeng is also called the Tianying tiankeng.

Instead of backtracking, continue forward to the third bridge: the Black Dragon Bridge. Unlike the first two bridges, which have spacious, bright "bridge holes," this one is narrow and long, with dim lighting. The dark stone walls of the bridge hole are also darker, hence the name Black Dragon Bridge. Thin springs flow from the rock faces on either side. At one point, a pair of symmetrical black holes, with a raised upper portion, resemble the face of an orangutan. However, after crossing the Black Dragon Bridge, the view becomes much clearer.

By confused |

A typical karst landform, the three bridges are Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge. They are not ordinary bridges, but mountains that look like bridges. It is really shocking! You must go to experience it in person! In front of nature, people are so insignificant!

This is also the filming location for Curse of the Golden Flower, Transformers 4, and Where Are We Going, Dad? There are TVs playing these clips in the queue.

I took the 80-meter-high observation elevator, shivering in the rain while waiting in line for nearly an hour, and sat for only one minute. The glass was a bit dirty, and I didn't get a seat right in front of the glass, so I didn't feel particularly shocked.

Coming down from the elevator is the place where you can take photos of the Golden Armor. Some friends did not take the elevator from Entrance 1 and walked into the scenic area from another entrance 2. They did not see this attraction, so the route may not be exactly the same.

To be honest, before we saw it, we all naively thought that the so-called "Three Bridges" were three real bridges. There was a lake under the tiankeng, and there were three bridges in the lake. How poetic and romantic (maybe it was because we stayed in the Jiangnan water town for too long. This is Chongqing, Chongqing!). Well... in fact, the "Three Bridges" are three natural stone arch bridges - Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge, each connecting the mountains on both sides. It is said that this is also the filming location of "Transformers 4", although I don't remember anything about Transformers 4 except the eye-catching Red Bull.

By China-TravelNote users |

The filming locations of "Curse of the Golden Flower" and "Transformers 4" are well worth a visit, a sacred place with beautiful mountains, rivers, and scenery. When it comes to scenic spots, it really is all about walking. I walked the entire natural and earth crack trail for five hours, and it was exhausting yet enjoyable. I took photos along the way, captivated by the natural wonders, and the walk didn't feel tiring or far at all. 😂

By JERRY |

Just to see two filming locations, no more, one for Transformers and one for Curse of the Golden Flower

Wulong Tiankeng is a World Cultural Heritage site with a unique landscape that's well worth a visit. Although it's far from downtown Chongqing, the roads are easy to navigate, mostly on the highway. It's usually not crowded, so take plenty of photos. The scenery is beautiful and the air is fresh. Highly recommended!

By Big Devil |

Very beautiful, highly recommended. It's cooler in the mountains than outside. The scenery is very beautiful. I should stay in Wulong for two more days.

As a world natural heritage, the Three Natural Bridges will not disappoint and are spectacular enough.

By Bullet |

After entering the scenic area, you can take a glass elevator to reach the starting point of the walk. Of course, if you don’t buy a separate elevator ticket, you can also walk from other entrances.

The outer wall of the elevator is quite dirty, so it’s hard to see anything clearly. Those who are afraid of heights don’t need to worry.

In this naturally formed landscape, one feels very small. In fact, from a distance, this landscape looks like a pair of large trousers.

After seeing the waterfall that looked like a shower, I felt that the mountains and waters here were beautiful. If the water was warm, it would be nice to take out shampoo and shower gel here, breathe in the negative oxygen ions, and take a health-enhancing bath like in some movies.

After visiting the Three Natural Bridges, there is a scenic area bus stop where you can take the shuttle bus directly back to the gate.

If you have also bought a ticket for Tiankeng Difeng, don't worry, ask the staff, then walk up a flight of stairs, then up a slope, to the upper station, and take the bus to Tiankeng Difeng. The two scenic spots are quite far apart.
