Together with Danxia Mountain, Luofu Mountain and Xiqiao Mountain, it is known as one of the four famous mountains in Guangdong Province. It is the "Emerald on the Tropic of Cancer" and has been a famous Buddhist holy place since the Tang Dynasty. The Qingyun Temple in the mountain is one of the four famous temples in Lingnan.
It includes three major scenic areas: Tianxi, Tianhu and Yunxi. Must-see attractions include Baoding Garden, Qingyun Temple, Feishuitan and Butterfly Valley.
The Feishuitan has a spectacular waterfall. Sun Yat-sen and Soong Ching-ling once swam here when they visited Dinghushan. There are six large characters "Sun Yat-sen's Swimming Place" written by Soong Ching-ling engraved on the cliff.
Butterfly Valley is an additional ticket. The primitive forest vegetation is rich and diverse. There are gurgling streams and numerous waterfalls in the valley, including the Herringbone Waterfall and the White Elephant Waterfall.

The scenery is indeed first-class, but there is a section of road up the mountain from the gate of the scenic area. You can either walk or take a bus (the scenic area, you need to buy a separate ticket). The exhaust gas of the bus is very serious and sucks. If we choose to walk, we will be breathing exhaust gas all the way. I hope the scenic area can solve this problem, either cancel the bus or use the tram instead!
Actually, Dinghushan National Nature Reserve is in the old Ding area of Dinghushan Scenic Area. Since the establishment of the nature reserve, it is not open to tourists. I will post pictures later if I have the chance.
The air feels good. Many people come here to travel. The parking lot is full. Dinghushan National Nature Reserve is also an important base for popular science and teaching practice, so many people come here for training. The stream water is all Dinghushan Spring.
Dinghushan has a beautiful environment and fresh air. It is a leisurely tourist destination. The staff in the scenic area have a good service attitude and patiently introduce the attractions and routes to visit. The scenic area sightseeing bus is 20 yuan per person for round-trip, and you can get on and off at the stops. It is super cost-effective!
Every New Year's Day, I come here to bring good luck.
The general tour route includes Feishuitan and Qingyun Temple, which takes about half a day. From the entrance of Dinghushan, you can choose to walk or take the cable car. It is recommended that if you have limited physical strength, you can take the car up the mountain and walk down the mountain.
Feishuitan is a first-class summer resort in summer. Be sure to wear sandals that can be used in the water and shorts that are convenient to wear, and go upstream along the stream. It will make you feel comfortable and refreshed.
Qingyun Temple is a famous Buddhist temple in the province. Many people come to burn incense on the first and fifteenth day of every lunar month. Every year on the first day of the Lunar New Year, people come here to ask for a fortune. It is recommended that you can have lunch here. There is a small square for food and rest in Qingyun Temple, where you can eat snacks such as beef offal, corn and sweet potatoes. You must not miss the Shanshui Tofu Pudding in Dinghushan. I have eaten tofu pudding from all over the country, and this one is the sweetest and most delicious. At that time, it was sweet tofu pudding.
The overall feeling is acceptable. It is a natural oxygen bar, suitable for the elderly to breathe fresh air. It would be better if the entire scenic area had more complete facilities or was built more comprehensively!
Dinghushan is the best cool summer resort and is worth visiting.
It has beautiful scenery, typical karst landforms, and relatively comprehensive tourist facilities.
Don't go to Dujuan Mountain, don't go to Dujuan Mountain, don't go to Dujuan Mountain! There are thousands of roads, don't take this one, remember!
I came here to play and stayed at the 7 Days Inn! It's called Zhaoqing Xinghu Avenue Lake View Branch
Opposite the Xinghu Scenic Area, very close, recommended!
The scenery is average, there is nothing special about it. The scenic area is poorly managed. The road to Dujuan Mountain ends at a signal tower, and there is no sign. It is dilapidated along the way, with many bees, wasps, and snakes. There are few signboards in the scenic area, and the map on the back of the ticket is inaccurate
The scenery is great, but the air there is just average now.
[New Year Tour] On February 17, 2018, four people went to Dinghushan, Zhaoqing to check in. The photos are all in the camera...
The biggest advantage of Dinghushan is that the transportation is very convenient. It takes half an hour to get to Zhaoqing East from Guangzhou South Station by urban rail. After getting off, there are several buses to the foot of the mountain. Then the ticket is a little expensive, and the scenery is not particularly surprising. It is just average. The air and negative ions are great. It is rare to find such good air near the Pearl River Delta. I have no resistance to places with good air. Finally, I personally think it is unnecessary to go to Butterfly Valley (35 yuan) and there is no need to take the sightseeing bus. It took me less than four hours to hike the whole way including Butterfly Valley. It is not very big, and the mountain road is not difficult to walk. It is basically flat. If you want to breathe more good air, don't take the sightseeing bus.
Emerald on the Tropic of Cancer 💎
Really beautiful💕
I highly recommend the clean and cozy Shanxia Shiguang Luxue Inn. It's awesome.
Came here early on Monday morning, the scenery is nice, it took four hours to go up and down the mountain, the whole way is hiking, it's worth a visit.
The trip to Dinghu is a trip to cleanse the lungs with mountains and water! Thanks to Aunt He from Building 17 "Ulangge Pavilion" of Dinghu Villa Mountain Resort, who introduced many good attractions! Her accommodation is particularly good.
The air is nice and walking around is not very strenuous.
We went to Qingyun Temple, Feishuitan, Butterfly Valley, Baoding Garden, and Bao Gong Statue. There were many pedestrians along the way, and many people went up the mountain to worship. Butterfly Valley was falsely claimed that people were not allowed to enter at all. The entire scenic area was just selling food and sightseeing buses to tour the scenic area, which was no different from other mountainous areas. There were incense offerings on top of Qinglong Temple, ranging from 20 to 100 yuan.
Tips
Ticket price: ¥78 Student ticket: ¥39
Butterfly Valley: ¥35
Transportation: Take bus No. 21 directly to Dinghushan Ticket Plaza
Take bus No. 3 or No. 15 and get off at Dinghukengkou
It takes about five minutes to walk from where you get off to the scenic spot ticket office. Along the way, the left side of the road is almost a street of Zhaoqing specialties. Many shops sell local specialties, steamed rice dumplings with various flavors. We bought a steamed rice dumpling with seven-star egg yolk flavor to replenish our energy. The most eye-catching thing on the right side of the road is the pink and green buildings.
Although it was not the Golden Week holiday, there were still many people in the scenic area, and there were also many tour groups. There are guidebooks at the entrance of the scenic area, and there are route recommendations on them, so that you can always keep track of your goals and directions when you visit. Due to time constraints, we did not visit all the attractions in Dinghushan, but selected some of them.
The places where the Tropic of Cancer passes through are mostly deserts and dry grasslands, only here are lush trees, so Dinghushan is known as the "oasis in the desert". The must-see attractions in Dinghushan include Baoding Garden, Feishuitan, Butterfly Valley, and Qingyun Temple.
As a local of Zhaoqing, it’s great to have a tourist card and go whenever I want. I can go to Dinghushan to relax every Saturday.
Dinghu Lake is a unique lake in Guangdong. The combination of blue and green, and the large tripod full of history, all reveal the history and culture of Zhaoqing to the world.
The most typical southern mountain scenery, suitable for tourists who rarely go into the mountains. The sanitation is really nothing to say, it can be said to be very clean. I admire the development team for being able to keep the scenic area clean in the hands of so many Chinese tourists with varying qualities. It is really not easy. The water is also very clear. After a round, I personally think Feishuitan feels the best. PS: Go to a hotel at the door (Figure 3) to connect to the toilet. At first, they said the toilet is inside, but suddenly they said it was blocked, so go in. The scenic area charges fees in sections, which is speechless. Climbing a mountain costs 120+ per person, which is really a rip-off.
Dinghushan Nature Reserve was established in 1956 and is the first nature reserve in China. In 1979, it became one of the first (three) world biosphere reserves in China to join the UNESCO "Man and the Biosphere Program". Dinghushan Nature Reserve covers an area of 1,155 hectares, and the main protected object is the typical zonal vegetation-subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest. The forest has a history of more than 400 years of protection and is known as the "Green Pearl in the Tropic of Cancer Desert Belt". Dinghushan has a high biodiversity enrichment. In a relatively small area, there are 1,808 species of wild higher plants, 232 species of birds, 77 species of amphibians and reptiles, 42 species of mammals, more than 1,000 species of insects, and more than 600 species of large fungi, including 54 species of national key protected plants and 49 species of key protected animals. If you are not physically fit, you can choose to take a sightseeing bus to visit Dinghushan, but we chose to walk the whole way. Only by walking can you better appreciate the scenery of Dinghushan and breathe the negative oxygen ions of Dinghushan better. Ascending route: Banshan Pavilion → Feishuitan → Butterfly Valley → Baoding Garden (top of the mountain); descending route: Baoding Garden → Qingyun Temple → Gate. The whole journey takes nearly 3 hours.
I feel relaxed and happy. The concentration of negative ions is too high, which causes oxygen intoxication. Haha
It's worth a visit. It would be even better if the company could provide a place to drink mountain spring water or tea.
This is the car filter! Natural oxygen bar~~
When I came to Dinghushan, I felt that the air was first-rate, the greenery was super good, and the sky was super beautiful. It was a place that made people feel relaxed and happy... But after walking around for a long time, how can I say it? It felt the same no matter how I walked around, it was the same green, the same scenery, except that the higher I climbed, the more beautiful the whole Zhaoqing was. There was super cold tofu pudding at the place where I bought the ticket for Dinghushan. It was super delicious, the best tofu pudding I have ever eaten in my life. It is definitely worth a try, plus points.
The boss is not honest. I can't even get five yuan in change when eating at his place.
A mountain doesn’t have to be high as long as it has trees to shade it; a river doesn’t have to be deep as long as it is clean.
The air is OK, but it would be cooler if you go there in the morning.
I bought the ticket on Taobao, 66 yuan per ticket, 12 yuan less than buying it on site. You can climb the mountain by yourself or take a sightseeing bus for 20 yuan per time. The scenery on the mountain is quite good. After all, it is a 4A scenic spot. The waterfall is not big and the air is very good. It is recommended to spend half a day to play. It only took me about 3 hours to walk the whole mountain.
The total cost is 78 yuan for tickets, 20 yuan for trams and 35 yuan for boat tickets. Go to the tourist center for consultation. The girls there will be very enthusiastic to tell you the route. You must visit the four major attractions. It took a total of 4 hours to complete the tour. You can also stay in a hotel in the scenic area for about 300 yuan. I forgot the price.
Zhaoqing is beautiful, and Dinghu is worth a visit! The original forest is well protected, the air is very good, green vegetation, streams, and waterfalls are intertwined. The water in Butterfly Valley reminds me of Jiuzhaigou. It is so beautiful to take pictures of Butterfly Valley from Baoding Garden! If you have time, go and experience it a few more times!
The natural scenery is very good, the water is very clear, blue-green, blue-green. Since it is May Day, there won't be many people who think it is more beautiful than the Li River.
Conclusion written at the beginning, Dinghushan is worthy of being the first nature reserve, the scenery is amazing! Almost 0 pollution! Very little garbage on the ground. The air smells especially good! Also, you must go to Butterfly Valley! ! Not to see the butterflies inside, but for the open primeval forest inside!
As soon as I entered the scenic area, I was shocked by the mountains, water and forests. 80% of the route I walked on was covered with green grass. The temperature in the scenic area was much lower than in the city, and it was very cool. The most comfortable thing was the sound of flowing water! ! The water flowed to the bottom. In some places, due to the difference in minerals, the water flow was blue-blue or azure-yellow. It was not pollution, please don't get me wrong.
The waterfall inside is so stunning that it is hard to describe. It is very beautiful. There are also plenty of places to take pictures, and there won’t be a situation where many people are crowding around to take pictures.
There is nothing to see in Ding, mainly the lake and spring water. I will definitely recommend more people to visit this place, it would be a pity if they don't come.
As for food, the tofu pudding outside the foot scenic area is basically monopolized by the commercial brand "Hakka Lao", but I must recommend a shop that grinds soy milk to make tofu pudding! It is a shop opposite "Meiyijia" on the street leading to the entrance of the scenic area. The owner is a Buddhist and provides free soy milk to tourists. The tofu pudding is 3 yuan a bowl, which is very delicious, much better than other shops! ! The photo is attached below. The alkaline rice dumplings outside the scenic area are also delicious. The small rice dumplings are 1 yuan each and have red beans inside. I didn't buy the big rice dumplings because I didn't think they were delicious.
Everyone who goes in must bring enough water, and each person must bring 2 bottles.
Great place, will definitely come again!
The scenery of Dinghu Lake on the mountain is like a fairyland, and the other waterfalls are similar to Baishuizhai.
Dinghu Mountain is the most famous scenic spot in Zhaoqing and one of the famous mountains in Guangdong. It includes Baoding Garden, Qingyun Temple, Butterfly Valley and other scenic spots. Among them, Butterfly Valley is the most beautiful valley in Dinghu Mountain. The lake here is wrapped in the mountains. It is emerald green and clear. It is beautiful. Tickets: Dinghu Mountain Gate Ticket 78 yuan Sightseeing Ticket 20 yuan Dinghu Mountain is very large and it is not realistic to hike. It is recommended to buy a ticket to visit Butterfly Valley. Another 35 yuan ticket includes a boat trip to visit the Butterfly Garden and Forest Park Adventure. Transportation: Take bus No. 21 in the city to the terminal Dinghukengkou, get off, turn left and go forward for about 5 minutes to the ticket office.
A very ordinary city park, suitable for walking and strolling!
Dinghushan has nothing to offer except swimming on the mountain. It is still okay to walk around as the air is good.
Beautiful scenery, good environment, Guangzhou staff are more responsible. Few road signs
After visiting Qixingyan, we drove to the entrance of Dinghushan Scenic Area at 5:45 pm. After waiting for fifteen minutes, the scenic area began to allow private vehicles to enter for free.
A very famous scenic spot in Zhaoqing. It is very tiring to crawl down the whole mountain, but the scenery is very good, and the mountain water tofu pudding tastes good.
Dinghushan Scenic Area is heading to it~~~ It takes about half an hour to drive to Dinghushan Scenic Area. Here is a small problem about self-driving tours, that is, parking. The parking lot of Dinghushan Scenic Area is quite far from the scenic area. The charge should be five yuan for three hours. If you park in the parking lot of the scenic area and get off, you can take the scenic area's sightseeing bus to the gate, but you have to pay. This is a slightly dissatisfied place. Of course, there are other ways. There are many private residences around the scenic area. They also provide parking services, but the charge is a little more expensive than the scenic area parking lot. If you spend less than three hours walking through the scenic area, it is estimated that it will cost about ten yuan to park in the scenic area parking lot and take the sightseeing bus. After my good friend and I calculated, we felt that we could not finish the scenic area in three hours, and then there was a fierce bargaining process. The aunt who provided parking finally charged us 20 yuan. You can park as long as you want. The advantage is that it is very close to the entrance of the scenic area. After parking the car, we got off and found that the weather was not good. It was raining, and then we forgot to bring an umbrella!
The scenery is very good. Friends who like hiking can go there and breathe fresh air! !
The scenery is beautiful and the air is fresh. It's worth a visit...
Dinghushan Scenic Area is too much. They blocked the road and didn't allow us to enter the nearby parking lot. We had to park in several dusty parking lots outside. It costs 20 yuan per car no matter how long you park. And the parking lot is almost full. It's early in the morning! ! It seems that there are still many people coming to Dinghushan during the National Day. It's a good car. You have to walk a long way to get to the ticket office. Because my baby was crying and wanted to take a battery car, I bought a ticket for the battery car. Later, it turned out that this battery car was really unnecessary. The battery car here is sent one stop at a time. When you arrive at the first stop, you should take a bus to Baoding Garden and then go to Butterfly Valley, then go to Qingyuan Temple, and then get off to Feishuitan. It's almost afternoon. Just play in the water by the water. This is the perfect route.
The reserve was established in 1956 and is the first nature reserve in China. It is the only nature reserve affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The reserve has a unique landscape, with nearly 400 years of recorded history of zonal primeval forests - subtropical monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forests and other types of forests well preserved. It is known as the "pearl" of the oasis in the Tropic of Cancer desert. There is a famous Buddhist holy place - Qingyun Temple on the mountain.
Green mountains and clear waters, beautiful scenery. A natural oxygen bar, but unfortunately when we went there, Feishuitan was under maintenance and could not be visited. It is a good place to relax, but the ticket price is a bit expensive.
If you don't take the scenic area's tour bus, it's just right to walk around and play for half a day. You can play in the water and take a boat. There is a large Qingyun Temple on the mountain, and it seems to be very popular. You can eat mountain water tofu pudding and so on. There is a section of the road up and down the mountain where you can overlook Zhaoqing. The scenery is beautiful~ But I feel that the 78 ticket is a bit expensive. I don't know what scientific research base (?) is related? The Butterfly Valley above also needs to buy tickets separately
There are two major scenic spots in Zhaoqing: Dinghushan and Qixingyan. If you want to see the mountains and water, please come to Dinghushan.
A very good choice for short trips, the stream is clear and the air is fresh and pleasant
It was a pity that a major scenic spot on the top of the mountain was closed due to a heavy rain in August. Overall, the natural scenery is good. It was actually called Dinghu Mountain before, haha.
The environment here is really great, the water here is really clear!!
It seems to be a forest park, with mountains, water and trees~ but the characteristics are not very prominent. I am not very interested in mountain climbing, and my main purpose is to go to Qingyun Temple on the mountain. The price of the ticket purchased online is acceptable, and I took a battery car for the whole journey (of course, I can also choose to walk). Passing by Baoding Garden, I learned some historical knowledge about the famous bronze tripod, which is also quite interesting. The weather was not good that day, and the intermittent heavy rain affected the mood of the tour. It can only be regarded as a quick glance~~
The scenic area is so big that it takes a long time to walk around. You mainly walk up and down the mountain. I prepared slippers to play in the water on the way up the mountain. Under the scorching sun, I really wanted to soak in the lake. Feishuitan, Dinghu, each scenic spot has its own charm.
It's OK. There are still a lot of people during the Spring Festival, but it's still good to walk around and have fun.
Dinghushan is one of the four famous mountains in Lingnan, and is known as the green lungs of the earth. The scenic area is not large, and the natural attractions that can be visited require additional fees. It is enough to go once.
The water is very clear and cool, making people feel very comfortable, and the air is very good
There are many streams along the way. On the day I went there, many tourists went down to play. The scenery was very nice. Unfortunately, it rained heavily on the day I went there, which meant that it was already past 1 o'clock when I entered even though the rain was not that heavy. The regulations required us to leave at 6 o'clock, so I didn't go to Butterfly Valley and Dinghu. However, it was also because of the rain that I saw the "fairy air" that I couldn't see normally. The whole mountain was full of fog, and it looked like a fairyland from a distance.
Dinghushan is one of the four famous mountains in Lingnan, known as the "Emerald on the Tropic of Cancer". There is also an ancient temple in the Ming Dynasty in the mountain - Qingyun Temple, which is one of the four famous temples in Lingnan. Tips for playing: Scenic area time: Summer and autumn: 5:30-18:30; winter and spring: 6:00-18:00, that is to say, if you enter the scenic area outside this time period, you can get a free ticket. There are two ways for friends who want to avoid the ticket money. One is to stay in the hotel in the scenic area after get off work, but I personally feel that the conditions of those hotels are not too good, they are relatively old, and they are also relatively expensive (not cost-effective). It is said that there are many mosquitoes in summer. Therefore, I personally feel that it is better to choose hotels near those scenic spots. The second is to enter the scenic area in the morning before the staff go to work.
The air in the mountains is very good, with lots of negative oxygen ions. The steamed rice dumplings are delicious.
This is a scam. They are so shameless in order to make money.
First, it is full of sanatoriums and experimental practice bases;
Second, there is no service point in the entire mountain that can provide hot water;
Third, in order to make way for sightseeing buses, at least a quarter of the mountain road is not open to hikers;
Fourth, the Butterfly Valley is marked out separately and charged separately, because they are afraid of cheating people by charging too high a ticket price. Moreover, the so-called Butterfly Valley marks off half of the entire Dinghushan area that can be visited on foot.
Fifth, the “lung cleansing” effect on which survival depends has disappeared.
Summer is here, it's the best season to escape the heat, hahaha, the air is very clear
It's as beautiful as a painting. If the accommodation conditions at the foot of the mountain weren't so terrible, I would have wanted to stay here. It's really a natural oxygen bar. Every breath you take is full of negative ions, which makes your body and mind feel comfortable.
Looking down from the top of the mountain, there is a super beautiful lake. The scenery along the way is also very good. It is recommended not to go on holidays, as there will be a lot of people! !
I kept hearing my uncle talk about how beautiful Dinghu Mountain is, how lush the vegetation is, and how high the negative oxygen ions are. Later, I took some time to go there. I drove about 12 kilometers from the city of Zhaoqing to the entrance of the scenic area, and the ticket price was 60 yuan. I walked up the stone steps slowly, and there were trickling streams, springs everywhere, birds singing, and flowers blooming. The air was very fresh and I really wanted to breathe it in. It was indeed different from the city, very cool and comfortable. There is a temple called "Qingyun Temple" halfway up the mountain, which is full of believers and incense; at the top of the mountain is "Dinghu", which looks particularly beautiful in the misty rain.
The moment I walked out of the gate of Dinghushan, I felt like I had fallen into the human world.
I went there two years ago. The air on the mountain was good. I walked along the water all the way and found a big lake when I reached the mountainside. The color was green, perhaps because the water was deep, or perhaps because of the green surrounding it. I took a boat to Butterfly Valley. There was a big tripod further up the mountain. There was a lake on the tripod. Dinghu Mountain got its name from this. When I went down the mountain, I took the ring road. There was a pavilion built to commemorate Bao Gong on the mountainside. You can see the river in the distance. You can check out the story between Bao Gong and Zhaoqing.
The entire Tropic of Cancer is almost entirely desert or arid grassland, while the Dinghushan Scenic Area, which is at a similar latitude, is a vibrant subtropical forest due to the influence of the monsoon. It is very rare and is known as the "oasis on the Tropic of Cancer". Dinghushan is high and the road is long. We took the scenic tourist bus to the mountain, and the fare was 30 yuan per person. The tourist bus took us to the top of the mountain, where we saw deep forests, gurgling streams, towering ancient trees, intact virgin forests, and charming natural scenery. This is the famous Buddhist holy place, Qingyun Temple, the first of the four famous temples in Lingnan, located halfway up the mountain. The thousand-year-old temple is filled with incense, and good men and women bow down to worship. Going down from Qingyun Temple to Feishuitan, we met the "Rongrui Monument Pavilion". This was built to commemorate Shang Rongrui, a Japanese who came to China to study in the Tang Dynasty.
It's pretty good, but the management is not standardized: the map is inaccurate. It shows that there is a mountain road on the west side of Baoding Garden to see the Butterfly Valley. I walked there and asked the staff. It's really a rip-off.
Then the Shanshui Tofu Pudding was eight yuan, six yuan, five yuan! Shit, I bought the eight yuan one.
Dinghushan is one of the four famous mountains in Guangdong Province. You must see it. The scenery is very good. There is a stream in the waterfall valley in the mountain. The water is clear and you can see the bottom. The vegetation is lush, scattered and lush, and the air is fresh. It is really a good mountain and water, which makes people feel good. Private cars cannot drive in. You have to take a bus to the mountain. It is difficult to visit all the scenic spots in one day. There are hotels in the mountains where you can stay. We spent a day but didn’t visit all the scenic spots (we entered the mountain at more than ten o'clock and came out at almost five o'clock. We saw the main attractions). I personally feel that the Butterfly Valley is boring. There are not many small butterflies. There is a big tripod on the mountain. For 30 yuan, 10 balls are tied with red cloth strips with words such as "successful in studies, abundant wealth, and everlasting love" and so on, and throw them into the tripod. People are all around. I think Dinghushan and Qixingyan in Zhaoqing are scenic spots worth seeing. It is okay to stay in Zhaoqing for one night and two days to visit two places. It is also very convenient to eat in the city.
Dinghu Mountain is the place with the best memories in Zhaoqing. You can take the bus to get there. It is a summer resort in summer. The mountain is very cool and you can step on the shallow water in a comfortable way. When you reach a higher place, you can see Dinghu Lake, which looks very beautiful. You can also try mountain water tofu on the mountain.
The legendary oxygen-inhaling sanctuary...
Dinghushan is not far from the city by car, maybe only 7-8 kilometers, but there are many people during holidays, so there is already a long queue of cars near the scenic area, and the parking spaces in the scenic area are full. Car owners are reminded 2-300 meters in advance to park in nearby parking spaces. We chose to park on the roadside. If you are not afraid of eating beef jerky, you can give it a try 🙃.
It's still a long way to walk to the scenic spot. The weather was good yesterday and there were many tourists. People lined up at the entrance to buy tickets. They enjoyed a 20% discount, the same as online. Children under 1.20 are free of charge, and seniors over 60 years old are half price.
Entering the scenic area are pedestrian passages and tour bus passages. It is recommended to take a tour bus because the journey is long. It is more comfortable to enjoy the scenery along the way. The basic route is the gate - Wending Qifu - Butterfly Valley - Qingyun Huancui - the gate, 20 yuan, compared with the tour bus of Qixingyan, this service is relatively more affordable.
We set out to go up the mountain, the winding mountain road, the ride was very pleasant, thrilling, and when we arrived at the Wending Qifu, the first thing that caught our eyes was the big inkstone, and then the bell platform. Ring the bell ten times, 10 yuan [grin] to ask for a good intention, and went to play for a while, it was fun, while the bell was ringing, the staff read the blessing words, the bell rang ten times, gold ten thousand taels! Then we went to the big bronze tripod, there were a lot of people, everyone was throwing blessing balls, 20 yuan for 10 balls, fun, the whole family had a lot of fun! I personally think this is the most interesting project. Then walk 5 minutes to the Butterfly Valley, there is a cage of butterflies at the door 🦋 display, attracting tourists to enter by boat, this is also the boarding point for Qingyun Temple. It is recommended to go to Qingyun Temple first and then come back to visit the Butterfly Valley, because the route of the Butterfly Valley is still around Wending Qifu. Qingyun Temple is a temple in Dinghu Mountain, with strong incense, located in a deep mountain valley.
The second most fun thing is Butterfly Valley. The boat trip is 35 yuan. First, take a boat to the opposite island. During the boat trip, the tour guide introduced the origin and history of Dinghu Lake. The tour guide said that the lake water is crystal clear when it is at its best! After landing, it is Butterfly Valley. On the right hand side of the boat is the Butterfly Garden. There are not many butterflies, only a dozen in total, and they are generally well taken care of. Then it is an adventure to the forest, which is also quite interesting. There are steep mountain roads along the way. Children and adults have a lot of fun. Passing by several waterfalls, the water is clear and pure, cool and comfortable.
