Of course, what attracts me to Shenzhen OCT is not only the various food, drink and entertainment shops here, but also the building itself, it is a revolution of innovation!

The most famous domestic industrial park renovation project is Beijing 798, while OCT Creative Park does not have towering chimneys and magnificent factory buildings. Apart from all the "decorations" draped over its body, it is actually just a few large sheds and several high-rise buildings.

Fortunately, creativity and design have given it a simple look, one gorgeous, low-key, sci-fi look after another.

The Cultural Park is not the only example of an old factory building transformed into a creative industry space in China, but it has the largest LOFT group in Shenzhen and is also a cultural industry base that has formed a climate earlier. The exquisite flower room transformed from an old factory building, the rust on the iron door tells the traces of time, and the fresh green plants tell the time of the four seasons. The strong artistic atmosphere, the exhibition uses pictures, images, materials and other forms to make us think about the relationship between people and the earth. In fact, many small shops here are transformed from the original factory staff dormitories. The first floor is a shop, the upper floors are homes, and the balconies are hung with clothes to dry.

OCT Creative Culture Park is also called OCT-LOFT Cultural Park. It was originally an industrial area. Later, the former factories were transformed into LOFT creative industry studios, which brought together animation studios, art spaces and many avant-garde design brands, and became a cultural landmark similar to Beijing's 798.



Many buildings in OCT Creative Culture Park are very attractive from the outside. The large areas of graffiti and decorations are very creative. There are often exhibitions in the art space. The shops include the famous European furniture brand Vitra, the Old Paradise Music Bookstore that collects Chinese and foreign humanities and art books and retro vinyl records, and the official concept store of "Little Thing Fetish" magazine. There is also a creative market every weekend where you can find some original and interesting items. There is also a jazz festival here in October every year, which are all worth a visit.



As a characteristic industry of Shenzhen, the cultural and creative industry has become an important pillar industry for Shenzhen's economic development. The OCT Creative Industrial Park, the first in China to be transformed from an old factory building, has become the "leader" of more than 40 municipal cultural industrial parks in Shenzhen.



The OCT Creative Culture Park is full of green trees and red flowers, and is also a good place for taking photos. The OCT Creative Culture Park is near Qiaodong Station on Metro Line 1, making it convenient for travel.

The artistic atmosphere is OK. There are not many people when I go there.

It has a very petty bourgeoisie atmosphere, literary and artistic atmosphere, and a good place for sisters to have afternoon tea, couples to date and relax, and literary youths to find inspiration! Highly recommended! OCAT regularly holds exhibitions and lectures. The exhibition themes and layouts are very attentive. Anyway, it is especially suitable for friends with literary temperament.

I have checked online what the Cultural and Creative Park is like before. Many people said it was like the Red Brick Factory in Guangzhou. I have been to the Red Brick Factory once. It was a converted abandoned factory. It is indeed similar to that place. There are many people buying things, and it has a strong commercial atmosphere. There are food and handicrafts for sale. The whole creative park is not big and you can probably finish the tour in more than half an hour.

I don't come here to see the scenery, but more to see the art. There are young artists and designers on the street, as well as some romantic restaurants. The most worth seeing are the various exhibitions held regularly, especially at the end of the year. You may as well come and have a look~~

It's a great place with many creative shops. The food and gadgets are all very creative and have a bourgeois feel. You can spend an afternoon there with a cup of coffee and a close friend.

If you are in Shenzhen, you will know that there is a creative cultural park in Nanshan Overseas Chinese Town. Exit A of Overseas Chinese Town East on Metro Line 1 and go straight and turn right. Then walk up from Enping Street. There are many trees on both sides of Enping Street. Even in summer, it is very cool to walk here, and you don’t need an umbrella. This is a renovated abandoned factory. I like the strong literary and artistic atmosphere here. The creative park is divided into the North District and the South District. There are shops with a sense of design in the South District, which sells clothes, home furnishings, tea sets, etc., as well as many beautiful cafes, small restaurants, flower shops, and bookstores. There are art exhibitions in those factories regularly. The North District is mainly composed of some design companies. A market is held here on the first weekend of every month, attracting a large number of literary and artistic youths to come here to shop and take pictures. If you like this kind of thing, you can hang out in it for a day with a few friends.

I heard that this place is a paradise for artists, and you can see a lot of different creative ideas. Maybe there weren’t many activities when I went there, so there wasn’t anything good to see.

OCT Creative Park is a great place to relax and take a walk, with many unique coffee shops and grocery stores.

The Creative Park is actually very small, and there aren't many shops, mostly Western restaurants. We went there after dinner, so we wandered around for a bit.

Behind the Konka Group, this is a petty bourgeoisie place suitable for celebrities, artists, and foreigners. It is a great place to hang out for free and is also a great place to take photos.

Shenzhen Creative Park is very quiet and not easy to find. You need to walk for a while after getting off the bus. But I like the quietness here, which can escape the hustle and bustle of Shenzhen. But it can't escape the commercialization of Shenzhen, so I stayed here for a little while and then left.

The temperature in Shenzhen that day was as high as 36℃. Fortunately, there were many trees on this road, and they were all very lush. Walking on the tree-lined greenway, there was a slight breeze blowing, so I didn't feel the heat brought by the high temperature. I don't know if it was during the lunch break, there were not many people, it was very quiet, walking on this road made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Of course, I don't like too noisy places.

There are many shops in the park, selling food, drinks, things to watch and clothes. Many young people put their creative designs in their own shops. When others decide to buy, it means that your work has been recognized by others, and that feeling must be great.

Creative City is a gathering place for architectural talents. Most of the companies here are landscape design and architectural design. Creative City is actually not big and you can finish your visit in half an hour. It is connected to Wenchang Street and both are very creative.
