It takes about an hour to drive from Mingshi Farm to Equan. Even the rural scenery you see while driving on the road is pleasant.

Climbing up to the viewing platform with great effort, overlooking the entire Goose Spring, I feel that the good old days are nothing more than this (of course, if there are fewer tourists, the artistic conception will be better)



Parking is free and tickets are not expensive. Holding my lover's hand and strolling around slowly, it was also an afternoon that I remember very well.

It is worth a visit to enjoy the rural scenery of Guangxi under the sun. Equan is not far from Jingxi City, about 20 minutes' drive away, along county and township roads. It is a 4A-level tourist attraction and the visiting time is about 2 hours.

The ticket is 48 yuan per person, and the elderly and students with certificates can enjoy a 20% discount, but we were taken into the scenic area by a local villager for 40 yuan per person. Traveling around the lake, the lake and the fields complement each other, a beautiful pastoral scenery. You can climb the mountain in the scenic area, where you can see the fields, Goose Spring, distant mountains, and villages. The process of climbing the mountain is tortuous, but the final scenery will definitely not disappoint you. As the saying goes, the infinite scenery is on the dangerous peaks, and you can see far from the top!

If you want to experience the Zhuang rural scenery, you must not miss it.

Every step you take here changes the scenery, with the lake being emerald green and the mountains being beautiful.

The key is that the parking lot manager at the entrance is selling discounted tickets, the same price as online tickets, which is funny. What's the use of the window on site? Why not mark it as a discounted price? Haha, when I went out around noon, I couldn't see the manager, and there was no one to manage and charge the car when it entered.

The scenic area is very small and can be walked through in one or two hours. There are small villages next to it with various farmhouses, some of which provide accommodation, but the conditions are average.

The best time to view the Goose Spring is in the early morning and evening. If you can meet a clear sky, the whole Goose Spring will be illuminated by the sun, with light and shadow interlaced, and the spring water changing from blue to green, which is definitely the best material for photography. Thousands of acres of flowers are in full bloom, and the lotus leaves in the pond are full of green beads; when it comes to summer, it should be the most beautiful time for the Goose Spring. When visiting the Goose Spring, you must climb the observation deck. Although the stairs are difficult to climb, you will definitely regret it if you don’t climb it; only when you see the panoramic view of the Goose Spring, a natural landscape painting unfolds before your eyes, can you feel that the trip is worthwhile.

If you visit Equan in the morning, you don't need to buy a ticket to enter. Standing at the edge of the village, the direct light is more beautiful than the backlight inside the scenic area.

The original plan was to visit Equan the day before, but due to time constraints the visit was changed to early this morning. The drizzle and mist did not affect its beauty at all, but instead added to its spirituality.

Equan is located at the foot of Eshan Mountain, 5 kilometers south of Jingxi County, Guangxi. It is one of the three famous springs in the southwest region along with Dali Butterfly Spring and Guiping Xishan Ruquan. It has been one of the eight scenic spots in Jingxi since ancient times. It is also the source of Detian Waterfall.

There is no direct public transportation, so it is suitable to drive there. The scenery is great. It would be beautiful to watch the sunset on a sunny day.

Equan made me feel the meaning of Jiuzhaigou.

As the source of Detian Waterfall, Equan is worthy of its name, the spring water is as clear as jade and has rich layers. One theory is that the spring with an area of 50 mu is shaped like a goose, and another theory is that there are often flocks of geese near the spring.

The highlight of Goose Spring is the small pavilion and the lotus leaf-shaped stone pillar in Figure 1. It is poetic and picturesque no matter where you look at it.

Near the spring, the water turns blue-green. Because the spring is nearly thirty meters deep, there are many tilapia and green bamboo fish. The small fish are on the upper layer, and the big fish are basically sunk to the bottom. It is very interesting. There are also koi near the spring.

There is a small stall near the spring where you can catch fish and grill them, which is very original.

The beauty of Equan lies not in looking straight ahead but in looking down. There are two viewing platforms in Equan Scenic Area, one from which you can see the whole Equan, and the second viewing platform from which you can see the entire mountains.

At this time, Goose Spring is like a piece of jade, so beautiful that it cannot be described in words.

The Equan Scenic Area is a small, beautiful scenic spot with beautiful scenery and clear spring water. I was lucky this time. I saw the sunset, the view in the fog, and the spring in the clear sky. I took a bamboo raft for a tour and it felt good. However, there are too many ducks on the side, and the water quality is polluted. The ticket price of the scenic area is expensive because the scenic area is too small and the cost performance is not high, especially for a 70-year-old elderly person who has to pay 38 yuan per person. Fortunately, the scenery is not bad, otherwise it would be really unfair.

Goose Spring is known as a famous spring in the southwest, on par with the Butterfly Spring in Dali. When we arrived at the scenic spot, it had just opened. It was indeed a hidden scenic spot, unlike other places where there were only people. The whole scenic spot seemed to be an enlarged bonsai, placed in a huge Chinese landscape painting. It has both the artistic conception of Guilin landscape and the charming rural style, which is very unique.

Be sure to climb up to the viewing platform. From the viewing platform, the entire scenic area is in full view. It is truly a natural bonsai. I envy the people who live here very much. They are peaceful, smart, leisurely, and poetic... Can these words summarize the style of Equan? Where there is water, there is a bridge. With a bridge, the whole picture moves. During the flood season, the spring eye is no longer visible, but from the coverage area of 50 acres, it can be inferred that the gushing spring water is so magnificent. Although there are lotus leaves that reach the sky, there are no lotus flowers that reflect the sun. But in my opinion, there is a different kind of life. The scenic spot was originally planned to end in an hour or so. When I left, it was close to 11 o'clock in the morning. It can be seen that although Equan is small, it is very worth visiting. It can be regarded as an unexpected gain in this trip.

The spring water is crystal clear, with schools of fish and shrimp and lush aquatic plants. The entire scenic area is surrounded by mountains, with small bridges and flowing water, like a gentle and tranquil Zhuang countryside painting. In addition, Equan has another special identity - the source of Detian Cross-border Waterfall.

The ticket to Equan is 48 yuan, and there is a discount for online booking. At noon, I had lunch at a farmhouse restaurant outside Equan, and the owner said he could help me buy a more favorable ticket, the price was 30 yuan, slightly cheaper than online.

There is a small sunflower field in the scenic area. My daughter was interested in being a photographer and asked for a camera, insisting on taking pictures herself.

There is an observation deck on the mountain from which you can overlook the entire Goose Spring.

To put it bluntly, it is a small park. Standing at the door and turning your head left and right, you can see the whole picture. As a result, we stayed in it for more than 2 hours. The water quality here is crystal clear. The red water plants underwater and the blue sky, white clouds, and green trees reflected on the water surface form a beautiful picture. The spring water is emerald green, and the spring pool is rich in carp. In the evening, the viewing platform on the mountain is a good place to take pictures of the Goose Spring. The old and new bridges at the entrance of the village, the old 15-hole ancient bridge is also the landmark of the Goose Spring. It is better to go in early in the morning or after 4 pm to take pictures. If you have time, you must have a meal in the village. The ingredients here are particularly fresh and delicious.

Goose Spring: Wait for the bus back to Jingxi by the roadside of Sandieling Waterfall, get off at the intersection of Chengjiao, where there is a bus to Sili passing by Goose Spring. I found out on the Internet that Goose Spring was closed for renovation, but I was still unwilling to accept it. When I arrived at the scenic spot, it was indeed closed, but there was no one guarding the entrance of the scenic spot.



I didn't want to come all the way here and return empty-handed, so I made a difficult decision, of course I went in, hahahaha. Fearing that I would be discovered and kicked out, I headed straight to the viewing pavilion halfway up the mountain, and then followed the hiking trail on the top of the mountain, circling around the Goose Spring, the flower fields, lotus ponds, secluded pools, rivers, and peaks, all from the best angles for shooting.



Going down the mountain from the plank road is a large lotus pond. The blooming lotus is within reach, fish are swimming in the shallow water, the breeze blows through the lotus leaves, and the distant mountains and forests shade the village. It is really a wonderful artistic conception. Walk across the Goose Spring on the lotus-shaped jumping bridge, sit down by the pond and dip your feet in the spring water, watching the little fish playing hide-and-seek in the green water plants. This is the Jingxi of my dreams.

The scenery should be okay, but artificial scenery is very destructive.

Equan is one of the eight famous scenic spots in Jingxi, with a history of more than 700 years. The world-famous "Three Layers of Waves of Leaping Carp in Equan" has attracted the fascination of countless Chinese and foreign tourists. There are various kinds of carp in the spring. When the fish are frightened and jump out of the water, it is the famous "Three Layers of Waves of Leaping Carp in Goose Spring". Of course, such a spectacle can only be encountered by chance.

The Goose Spring is less colorful in autumn, which is not a big deal for the already beautiful Goose Spring. However, I believe that the blooming flowers here in spring would be even more intoxicating.

It is worth mentioning that the place with the most beautiful sunset among the eight scenic spots in Jingxi is Goose Spring, which has attracted many photography enthusiasts to gather here.

We departed from Jingxi South Bus Station and took a Didi for about 20 yuan. The ticket price was 48 yuan, and the student ticket was 25 yuan. There was a cauliflower field in front of us, but we didn't see any flowers. The water was very clear and you could see the bottom, and a group of small fish were swimming. There was a pavilion halfway up the mountain, and there was a road leading to the top of the mountain, but it was not recommended to go to the top of the mountain. The scenic area is not big, and it takes about an hour to visit the scenic area. There is an Equan Village next to it, and you can enter the scenic area from that village. It is difficult to get a Didi to go back. There are buses to go back, but the wait is longer.

It's not big. If you walk fast, you can finish it in an hour.

In front of the temple, there are three huge stone tablets, including the "Equan Pavilion Stele" from the Qing Dynasty. Most of the stone tablets contain the origin and poems about the Equan Spring in history. There are many inscriptions and tablets on the four walls of the temple, which are set against the beautiful scenery of mountains and waters, making it extremely quiet. There are many carps in the spring. It is said that people shout loudly beside the spring, causing the water surface to vibrate, and the carps will jump out of the water in fear, which is the famous scene of Jingxi "Equan Fish Leap".

It was morning when we arrived at Equan, the rape flowers had just bloomed, and the scenery was nice. Especially the water here was very clear, a bit like Jiuzhaigou, and it was worth the ticket price.

The Goose Spring is a pearl hidden in the deep mountains. The spring water is clear and you can see the bottom. The water grass is lush and green and ducks are playing. On the ancient stone bridge, farmers are returning from grazing in the evening. Under the afterglow, it is very picturesque. I hope the locals will strengthen their awareness of protection. Without the clear spring water, there will be no life.

The scenic area is very small, and it takes at most two hours to visit. It is not worth coming here specially. We came here from Detian Waterfall, and the scenery is still very beautiful, the water is clear and you can see the bottom, comparable to Jiuzhaigou.

But the scenic area is not well managed. Just after I parked my car, a man came to collect the parking fee. I asked him if he was a staff member of the scenic area, but he ignored me. I asked him for the receipt, but he said he didn't have one. He was obviously trying to cheat me. Later I went to the ticket office to complain, but the ticket seller said they couldn't do anything about it. I feel that the tourism management in Guangxi is very chaotic, with all kinds of messes. I am not happy with the beautiful scenery.

The scenic area is very small and can be walked through in half an hour. The view from outside the scenic area is almost the same as that from inside. The so-called scenic area has an additional spring called Goose Spring. To be honest, I feel cheated.

One bag was 2 yuan, and three bags were 5 yuan. I bought a bag first to feed the fish. Because there were so many fish, I threw some fish food in. It was very interesting to see the fish swarming over. Then I spent another 3 yuan to buy 2 bags, haha. There were several kinds of fish below, and there were also several large red carp. In addition, there was a hill at the back that you can climb to see the panoramic view of Equan. If the weather is good, it will be really beautiful.

I was heading to Zhanjiang from Wenshan, but I didn't plan to stop in Jingxi, and I didn't know there was such a place. I didn't expect that there is a place called Goose Spring, which is known as the Little Guilin, with beautiful green mountains, beautiful scenery, clear spring water, fish swimming in the shallow bottom, red flowers and yellow grass, geese floating on the green water,... The only regret was that it rained a few days ago and the water was muddy, so I didn't see the clear and transparent water and small fish.

Equan is a relatively small and unknown scenic spot. It is surrounded by green mountains, picturesque countryside, clear water, and fish and shrimps. Here you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Zhuang countryside and experience the charm of mountain and wild interest. There are dozens of farmhouses outside the scenic area, all of which have good conditions. If you want to take pictures of sunrise and sunset, it is recommended to stay in these farmhouses.

I had a self-driving experience on a large loop from northwest to southwest Guangxi. I visited Jiuzhou and Equan on the way. The scenery was pretty good! Equan was really good. The water here went to Guichun River and strengthened Detian Waterfall...

Walk on the stone bridge to see the spring eye and climb up the mountain to overlook the entire Goose Spring. Although I didn't see the most beautiful scenery, it was quiet and refreshing. It was not bad to have a light mood and strong feelings. The most magical thing in the Goose Spring is the spring eye. There is no water flowing down from the mountain. The spring eye nourishes this land and water. The water near the spring eye is transparent light blue. The water quality looks much better than other areas. The blue color is gone after crossing the bridge. There are many black fish in the water, and they are not afraid of strangers. Most of them gather in the water near the spring eye on the island. There is a long-standing Kong Bridge not far from the Goose Spring. You can go and have a look.

The scenery is OK, but there is no need to buy a 48 yuan ticket to enter. The place is very small. You can take a small boat with the villagers for 10 yuan to visit the entire scenic spot. The water is clear and living is very comfortable.

The beauty of the scenery of Equan was beyond my expectation. It deserves the title of "Little Guilin". And compared with Guilin, the landscape here is more pristine and natural. Equan, a scenic spot with rural scenery in the south, has spring water from underground springs, which is unpolluted and clear to the bottom! At that time, we lived in Jingxi City and drove to Equan Scenic Area for 20 minutes. We went there during the National Day holiday. We arrived at the scenic area at 8 o'clock in the morning. It had just opened and there were not many tourists. We bought tickets to enter the scenic area (in fact, you can directly enter the scenic area from the bridge on the west side of the scenic area without ticket inspection). However, the color of the water is relatively single, colorless and blue, but it is still beautiful to visit. Climb up the observation deck and overlook the Equan Scenic Area. The visual effect is good!

There weren't many people there that day and no tickets were required. The place is not big, so it's not very interesting for photography. If there is a B&B nearby, it would be a good choice to stay there for two days.

Jingxi Goose Spring has beautiful scenery, surrounded by mountains and water. The beauty lies in the mountains and water. The reflections of the mountains, trees, pavilions, bamboo rafts and people walking on the water will form a beautiful picture. The spring water is clear and transparent, and the roots of water plants and the paddling feet of ducks can be clearly seen. At this moment, you will feel how happy your eyes are! How happy your mood is!

It's a quiet landscape gallery, but the tickets are too expensive.

The lake here is deep and blue, the lake surface is rippling with green waves, warm and clear, the water is crystal clear, pure and translucent, and it feels refreshing.

Goose Spring was my son's favorite place on the entire trip. He said he had never seen such clean water.

The scenery is generally good, mainly because the water is very clear and green, and you can see the bottom. I paid 38 yuan for the ticket and took some beautiful scenery photos. It's still okay!

It was already five o'clock when we arrived at Equan, and the ticket was still 48 yuan. The staff of the scenic spot introduced that there are two places to take pictures of the sunset, one is the "Lingquan Evening Glow" place, and the other is to take pictures of the Qing Dynasty stone bridge in front of the highway bridge outside the scenic spot.

Walking along the artificial path in the water, we arrived at the island in the lake. There were groups of fish on the island, which had been trained and were waiting for tourists to feed them. When people were feeding the fish, ducks would come to eat the fish.

We walked past the "E"-shaped island in the middle of the lake to the other side of the Goose Spring. One way was up the mountain and around the mountainside. As it was getting late, we took the shortcut along the lake.
