Located in the prime area of Shilihualang in Yangshuo County, it covers an area of 80,000 square meters, 2 kilometers away from Yangshuo County and 60 kilometers away from Guilin. It is a Guangxi and Guilin cultural industry demonstration base with beautiful natural scenery and inheritance and exhibition of Dong and Miao ethnic culture.

During the off-season, you can charter a tourist bus to the scenic area. When I arrived at Butterfly Spring, I found that you can actually charter the scenic spot. Butterfly Spring is a karst cave. The colorful lights are a bit gaudy, but it's really warm in the cave.

I passed by Butterfly Spring but didn't go in. I thought it looked pretty from the outside.

After a few stops from Yulong River rafting, we arrived at Butterfly Spring Scenic Area. We need to buy tickets to enter. We bought them from locals for 45/person. I heard that you can see the panoramic view of Yulong River and waterfalls from the top of the mountain, but after reaching the top of the mountain, I found that I couldn't see Yulong River. I didn't find the waterfalls throughout the whole journey. Compared with the ticket price, this can be omitted.

The stalactites in the cave appear in various shapes under the decoration of lights, but I don't find it new to see caves with stalactites. Halfway through the journey, you can choose between a free suspension bridge and a paid glass bridge. I chose the free suspension bridge because I am a little afraid of heights. Fortunately, the suspension bridge didn't shake too much, and I finished the walk with trepidation. I took a glance at the surrounding scenery. Although it was good, it was still slightly inferior to the Yulong River. Climb to the highest point and look at the small town from afar. Although there is no panoramic view of the Yulong River, the view from above is still good. If you have enough time, you can come here to climb the mountain.

It should be the wrong season, so I didn't see many butterflies. I walked through the mountains and rivers and there were performances by ethnic minorities. Although I was dizzy after going out to shop, it was still a conscientious attraction.

Tianlai Butterfly Spring is located in the prime area of ​​Shili Gallery. The most conspicuous sign is the huge monarch butterfly on the mountain wall. After parking the electric bike, I bought tickets at the ticket office. The ticket price is 55 yuan/person, and the online ticket price is 40 yuan/person. Online ticket purchases need to be booked one hour in advance. The tail of the butterfly is the entrance to the scenic area. There is nothing to see in the cave. There are two suspension bridges coming out of the cave. The left one is free to pass, and the glass suspension bridge on the right is charged, 10 yuan per person. This kind of glass bridge that is neither thrilling nor exciting is probably only played by children.

Climbing to the observation deck on the top of the mountain, you can overlook the scenery of the surrounding ten-mile gallery. In fact, the mountain is not very high. It took not long to climb to the top of the mountain. The interactive program of ethnic minority songs and dances that resounded throughout the scenic area reached my ears. I didn't stay at the observation deck for long, and I hurriedly ran down the winding path. There is a slide car that takes you directly to the foot of the mountain on the top of the mountain. Of course, it is charged separately, but the journey is not particularly far, so there is almost no need to consider it. The core program of Tianlai Butterfly Spring is the song and dance performance of ethnic minorities. Tianlai refers to Dong songs, and butterflies refer to Miao dances. There will be 6-8 performances every day, each performance lasting about 30 minutes. When I arrived at the performance venue, I happened to catch the performance of the Miao anti-row wooden drum. The Dong nationality's big song has also been included in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. People who hear it for the first time will have a doubt in their hearts, what are the lyrics of the Dong nationality's big song, and only after listening to the guide's introduction did they know that they were imitating the cuckoo's call: cuckoo, cuckoo... At the end of the show, actors dressed in beautiful ethnic costumes danced happily hand in hand with tourists. At this time, you need to pay attention. After the dance, you must want to take a photo with the beautiful Dong and Miao girls. They may even ask you if you want to take a photo. Please note that taking a photo is charged.

It was very hot and stuffy, but it was OK, there weren't many people there.

There are many aunties soliciting customers at the foot of the mountain, saying that they can buy discounted tickets for 45 yuan/person. I don't know what the trick is. Anyway, it is cheapest to buy tickets online, but you have to buy them in advance and you can only use them one hour after placing the order. When you enter, you will pass through a 300-meter cave, which is super cool inside, and then start climbing the mountain. You will pass a cable car. If you want to walk on the glass bridge, you need to buy another ticket. Then you will pass through a mountain trail with many strange rocks and reach an observation deck; then you will go down the mountain. If you want to take the slide down the mountain, you have to buy another ticket for 20 yuan/person. When you go down, you will pass a super long shopping area and arrive at the performance square. The performance is quite interesting, with folk songs and dances, but there will also be sales tactics. Overall, the experience is okay, and the scenery on the mountain is nice~

It's not a must-see attraction because it doesn't have to have a lot of features.

Yangshuo is a one-day tour with a group to check in. Guilin is still recommended to travel independently. A very ordinary cave landscape, named after a butterfly-like stone. Personally, I think the surrounding Guilin landscape is more beautiful than the scenic spot.

The characteristic is also stalactites. On the way to the Ten-mile Gallery, the scenery and performance are average.

We first saw the Butterfly Spring, parked the car and entered the gate. There were a lot of tourists, and there was a huge colorful butterfly sculpture at the gate. The ticket was 80 yuan, and most of the tourists were from travel agencies. In fact, we couldn't see the dancing butterflies as imagined by the name in the scenic area. There was only a stalactite in the cave that looked like a butterfly, and it was named after the spring water flowing out of it. There were also singing and dancing performances and a butterfly exhibition. We didn't go to "join in the fun", just took a photo of the big "butterfly" at the gate and left.

Yangshuo Butterfly Spring is located in the prime tourist area of the "Ten-Li Gallery" in Yangshuo Moon Hill Scenic Area.

There is no spring at Butterfly Spring, but a small cave. Beyond it is a village with girls of many ethnic groups performing. After the performance, you need to walk out of the square where the performance took place. At this time, girls will come to take pictures with you. It costs 20 yuan per girl, and you can’t refuse their enthusiasm at all... There is a road in the middle that leads to Nantianmen, and there is a slide that allows you to slide down the mountain, but I didn’t go...

Overall, Butterfly Spring is still very beautiful. It is a small scenic spot in Guilin, one of the Ten-Li Gallery, and it is quite famous. The scenery plus the ethnic performances are a very fulfilling scenic spot overall. The only thing that is discounted is that after the performance, the performers will drag you to take a photo and charge you, so friends who go there should be careful about this place.

It's my second time to Yangshuo. The first time, only Butterfly Spring was left in the Ten-Li Gallery, so I came this time thinking I could escape the heat. But it only took a few minutes to walk through the karst cave, and then I walked down the mountain after crossing the 50-meter Buyun Bridge for more than ten minutes. There were vendors selling things all the way at the foot of the mountain, and you could only pass through the middle of the merchants. The singing and dancing performances were particularly bad. The performances at the beginning were not long, and they would interact with the audience at the end. After the interaction, they would let you take photos with them in the name of commemoration. After the photos, it turned out that you had to pay, 10 yuan for one actor, and 20 yuan for taking photos with two actors. Then after the performance, it was the exit. There were originally two exits, but the road to one exit was blocked by staff, so they asked you to go through the other exit, and this exit was full of vendors selling things all the way. Although you can buy 🉑️ or not, the overall feeling was not very good. In short, as far as Butterfly Spring is concerned, considering the scenery inside and the 55 yuan ticket, I personally feel that the cost performance is not high

There are many kinds of butterflies, and you can see many that you have never seen before. Unfortunately, we went there in the wrong season, so we could not see any butterflies, only butterfly specimens.

Unlike the Julongtan Underground River Cave, the entrance to the Butterfly Spring is halfway up the mountain (if I remember correctly = =). It is not as wet as the Julongtan Underground River Cave. There is a part without colored lights, so you can directly see and touch the "calcium carbonate"...

If you buy 200 yuan of local specialties, you can get tickets to Elephant Trunk Hill. At that time, I thought I had to buy souvenirs for my friends anyway, so I bought 200 yuan for a ticket. The next day, I went to play in Elephant Trunk Hill. It felt very affordable. It was much more cost-effective than taking a boat outside and watching from a distance. If you have friends who go, you can go and have a look. I think it's quite a bargain. I heard from the waiter in the store that you can also exchange for a hotel. I booked the hotel in advance and didn't ask for the hotel. Later, I went to Meituan to check out the hotel. It was a new hotel. The decoration picture looked very good and beautiful, and the reviews were also very good. I went home and searched for this store on Taobao, and I really found it. The things are also cheaper than those sold in physical stores, and you can also participate in the event. If you need it, you can go and find out. It's for reference only.

There is a small cave inside the Butterfly Spring, you can climb the mountain, walk on the bridge (not long), and there is a performance (Dong ethnic group brothers and sisters perform the process of men and women falling in love and getting married, singing performance). Overall it is pretty good.

Since it was a cave, we didn't go in and just took some photos outside. Personally, I think the most recommended cave in Guilin is the Reed Flute Cave.

I also prefer the rock climbing opposite the Butterfly Spring. I think it's worth a try, haha.

Compared with Yinziyan, there are fewer landscapes inside, but it is not bad.

Before I knew it, I had arrived at Gongnong Bridge, where I could see boatmen packing up the bamboo rafts and transporting them back to the dock.



The route is roughly Jiuxian - Gongnong Bridge - Shili Hualang - Julongtan - Jinshuiyan - Moon Hill - South Gate of Shili Hualang Scenic Area, and then return from the South Gate of Shili Hualang Scenic Area to Butterfly Spring - Totem Ancient Road - Yangshuo Park.

One of the countless caves in Guangxi. If you want to see caves or springs, there are other places. It is just because it is in the middle of the Ten-Li Gallery that it has become a must-visit place for tour groups. The scenic spot is too complicated and is not recommended.

The Big Banyan Tree, Moon Hill, Butterfly Spring, and Jianshan Temple are adjacent to each other. Here you can see the caves, have performances, and participate in dancing at the end of the performance to experience the local folk customs. However, the scenery is really average. I always think that the most beautiful scenery is the cycling avenue outside, the rafting on the Yulong River, and the Ten-mile Art Gallery. It is so beautiful that I don't want to return the bicycle. I just want to keep cycling outside.

The water of Butterfly Spring is as clear as a mirror. Every year when the butterfly festival comes, thousands of butterflies fly in from all directions and dance around the spring. The butterflies are as big as a palm and as small as a copper coin. Countless butterflies are linked together with their feet and antennae, and they fly in a string.

The backlash was very boring and I don't recommend going.

Isn't Butterfly Spring the same as Butterfly Valley in Dali? There are no butterflies there, so we didn't go in.

The huge butterfly sculpture at the entrance of the scenic area is the symbol of the Butterfly Spring. There are caves and primitive suspension bridges in the scenic area. There is a butterfly-shaped stone in the cave. The scenic area is not large and there are not many things to visit. The only thing worth recommending is that you can enjoy the rural scenery of Yangshuo on the top of the mountain. If you have enough time, you can consider coming here. The sunset view is very good.

The scenery was just so-so and the performance was pretty good, but I just couldn't stand the disguised charging of 10 yuan for taking a photo with the performers. No wonder there was an interactive session at the end. Haha, we were thick-skinned enough to leave immediately when we heard about the money.

It is famous for its butterfly-shaped stone. It is mainly used for viewing karst caves and performances (not as beautiful as Guanyan, Ludiyan, and Julongtan). The cost performance is very average. It is not recommended to visit inside. You can just stop outside to take pictures while riding. Taking pictures of the strange stone of Butterfly Pile is equivalent to seeing it roughly.

At first I thought it was a spring like the Butterfly Spring in Yunnan, but it turned out that they seemed to raise butterflies inside. Some of my friends are afraid of flying insects, so we didn’t go in and took a photo outside the door.

The scenic area is mainly composed of seven parts: Butterfly Cave, Butterfly Bridge, Butterfly Mountain, Liang Zhu Performance, Orchid Bee Garden, Butterfly Edge, and Butterfly Hall. A must-go place when cycling in Yangshuo, although there are no butterflies in Butterfly Spring, it is still very beautiful!
