The most popular online landmark of Fanjing Mountain is definitely the Red Cloud Golden Summit. I took a 6-year-old girl up and down smoothly. The ropeway on the mountain passage is full of love locks, and so many people's good wishes are left here. The stones and steps are wet. There is enough water in the mist. Be careful when walking, it's slippery!

The up and down stairs basically have enough space for one person, so after walking up for a while, there is a fork in the road to the Golden Summit. You go up on the right, reach the top and go around the left. The stairs in the first section are relatively easy to walk on, but looking at the mountain you can tell that the stairs behind are very steep, going straight up and down. You need to climb up from the right side along the narrow stone stairs carved out of the cliff, with the help of iron chains, and using your hands and feet. If you are not careful, you will fall into the abyss.

Due to the weather, we really couldn't see anything, but we felt like we were in heaven instead of on earth. It felt like this view should only be in heaven, and it's rare to see it on earth. I was unlucky when I went there. The Red Cloud and Golden Summit was covered by clouds and mist, and it was hazy. I could neither see the "red clouds" nor the "golden summit". To see the Red Cloud and Golden Summit requires the right time, place and people.

When we arrived at the foot of Hongyun Jinding, the Jinding was shrouded in fog and could not be seen at all. Following the signs: right up, left down, we climbed the iron rope and grabbed the rocks, using our hands and feet, kneeling and lying, and finally reached the top. The wind was howling at the top of the mountain, and our hats were almost blown away. At this time, the sky was clearing up a little, so we hurried down the mountain and waited at the foot of the mountain.

About half an hour later, the wind rose and the clouds dispersed, and the red clouds and golden peaks finally revealed their true appearance.

To measure the Red Cloud Golden Summit, you need not only your footsteps but more importantly a pious heart. The steps here are steep and the mountain road is narrow. Some sections only allow one person to pass through, and you can only go up but not down. There is a deep abyss next to you, so every step is dangerous.

There are two temples on the top of the mountain, one called Sakya Temple and the other called Maitreya Temple, connected by a sky bridge with the steep Jindao Gorge in between.

I was in Tongren City for a transfer, and I will talk about the transportation in Tongren City. It is very convenient to get from Tongren City to Tongren South. You can buy tickets at the Tongren City Tourist Bus Station, and there is a bus every half an hour. The journey takes one and a half hours.

You can't go directly to Fanjing Mountain from the bus station, you can only go to Jiangkou County or Yinjiang County (depending on whether you go up the mountain from Jiangkou or Yinjiang). I went to Jiangkou County.

Buy tickets at Jiangkou-Fanjingshan Station. That is where I got off at Jiangkou County Bus Station. You can buy tickets for the Fanjingshan bus. The journey takes half an hour (new route goes directly to Fanjingshan) or one hour (old route)

There are two more small points: you can tell the route by looking at the shape of the bus. The one shaped like a locomotive is the new route that goes directly to Fanjing Mountain, and the one shaped like an ordinary bus is the old route.

You can buy tickets for the cable car and sightseeing bus at Jiangkou Mountain, but the crowds are crowded here. There are a lot of people. I got up at 7 o'clock and exchanged tickets at 8 o'clock, and went up the mountain at 9 o'clock. When I came down at 12 o'clock, I saw that the cable car and sightseeing bus had long queues and were overcrowded.

The mountain in Yinjiang is very spacious, and you don't have to queue up to buy tickets. But you probably have to climb the mountain by yourself.

However, the sun came out during the descent, making the Golden Summit truly covered with gold, shining all the way.

In fact, you can avoid the wind here.

On sunny days with little wind, the terrain can be clearly seen from aerial photography. The view from a high altitude is very broad, and you can also see the old Jinding next to it.

The road to the Red Cloud Golden Summit is more dangerous than the Old Golden Summit. You can only go forward and not backward. If you want to go back, ask the people behind you first. You have to step over their vertical bodies clinging to the cliff. If you ask if I am scared, maybe a little bit. But after landing, I feel happy and affirm myself. Compared with the way to the top, the way down the Red Cloud Golden Summit is a bit scary, because when you look down the mountain, you can feel the steepness.

There were a lot of people climbing Hongyun Jinding, and we needed to queue up. During the climbing process, we understood why a warning sign was erected at the foot of Hongyun Jinding Mountain, reminding the elderly, people with high blood pressure, and heart disease not to choose to climb. Some of the stairs here are still very steep, and the safety facility is an iron chain, which is still a bit scary. Since only one person can walk on the stairs, it is necessary to queue up. Once there is a timid person who stops in the front team, the team will be longer. Fortunately, the journey was relatively smooth that day. The sky bridge on Hongyun Jinding is quite distinctive. A small bridge connects the two mountains, so look from the bottom up. Some places say that Fanjing Mountain is a Fanjing Mountain that was split into two and connected by a sky bridge, which shows the importance of the sky bridge in Fanjing Mountain.

Fanjing Mountain is the highest peak in Wuling Mountains. How can you not come here to test yourself when you come to Guizhou? From then on, the peak was divided into two peaks, with Sakyamuni (Hall) on the left and Maitreya (Hall) on the right. According to the Buddhist saying of "Three Buddhas of the Past, Present and Future", Dipankara represents the past, Sakyamuni represents the present, and Maitreya represents the future. You can worship the three Buddhas by climbing the new and old Golden Summits.

Although the new Jinding is not as high as the old Jinding, it is steeper and requires both hands and feet to climb. The height to the top is about 100 meters, and there are two hilltops very close to each other on the top.

It is much steeper here than the old Jinding. It is recommended that children under 10 years old should not go up. There are different paths for going up and down, and only one person can pass. The way up is too steep. If you are afraid of heights, your feet will be weak. The way down is slightly wider, but it is not too easy to walk. It is recommended to go to the old Jinding first to build up courage, and then go to the new Jinding. The guardrails there are two pillars connected by an iron chain, which is shaky and difficult to hold. Once again witness the breadth of human beings. It is really great to develop such a scenic spot.

Climbing up Mount Fanjing and looking into the distance, one feels as if one's heart is as pure as water, as if one has been cleansed and purified. If one encounters clouds and mist at the Red Cloud Golden Summit, it is like entering a fairyland.

It is not easy to climb up to Hongyunjinding. It is a steep stone road carved along the cliff. People with acrophobia should never go up. Its difficulty is comparable to that of Tiandu Peak. It looks like a thumb from a distance.

On this day, we had just walked up the wooden path to the viewing platform, and before we could stand firmly, a thick fog came over! Lao Jinding was "half-covered" in the fog. I quickly raised my camera. If I had pressed the shutter a second later, there would be no such photo!

Standing on the Red Cloud Golden Summit, you can think of nothing or everything, at this moment you are completely free. On the stone wall, for the first time, a mark of having been here was left at the scenic spot.
