Located at the head of the scenic area, the scenic area is named after the bridge. This is a small and exquisite seven-hole ancient stone bridge, 25 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 4 meters high. It was built in the 15th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1836) and was once an important bridge connecting Libo and Guangxi. The bridge is made of granite strips, and the bridge body is covered with vines and ferns; under the quaint bridge is the green and intoxicating Hanbi Lake. The ancient trees on both sides are towering, and the huge twisted branches stretch along the bridge, like a giant umbrella supporting the bridge.

Not far into the scenic area, the first attraction that comes into view is the 182-year-old Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. I didn't think it was so beautiful in various photos before, but when I actually stood next to it, I felt that it was really stunning. The Xiangshui River is emerald green, and the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge is reflected on the water, blending seamlessly with the surrounding trees and reeds, which is beautiful, tranquil and poetic.

In the entire Xiaoqikong scenic area, I personally look forward to Xiaoqikong Bridge the most. However, it turns out that Wolongtan is the most eye-catching. It can’t be said that Xiaoqikong Bridge is not beautiful, but there are too many people. We found a place with few people in the reed marsh to take pictures of Xiaoqikong Bridge. Just after taking a few pictures, we were attacked by a group of flowery aunts. It was nothing, everyone was out to play, but their equipment was really unacceptable, too flowery! I couldn’t let them out of the camera, so helpless.

I squatted on a small bridge with a group of photography enthusiasts, but we couldn't escape from Aunt Hua. The uncles were so angry that they kept shouting, and at that moment all the Aunt Huas became deaf.

If time wasn't limited, I would have fought Aunt Hua to the end. Finally, we came to Zhanggu Bridge at a close distance. We had to retreat quickly. We couldn't give up. We really couldn't afford to waste time!

The fact that the ancient bridge has been preserved to this day fully demonstrates how superb the construction technology was at that time. In addition to the ancient bridge, the scenery here is like a paradise, everything is so delicate and exquisite.

The bridge is made of granite strips and is covered with vines and ferns. Under the quaint bridge is the enchantingly green Hanbi Lake, where legend has it that a love story took place.

Opposite the ancient bridge is a large stone hole bridge, which accompanies the small seven-hole ancient bridge.

Finally, I saw the legendary Xiaoqikong Bridge. Xiaoqikong Bridge is a must-visit place for almost everyone, and it is also the main material for posting photos on WeChat Moments. In addition, it is very close to the east gate of the scenic area, so it is crowded with people. Even the place on the shore to take pictures of the distant view is difficult to stand. It is really a test of endurance to take pictures here. Fortunately, I have a telephoto lens in hand, so I don’t have to worry about the crowds. After squatting for half an hour, I finally managed to take a few photos of classmate C. It’s worth carrying this 3 kg thing all the way.

The Xiaoqikong Bridge in Xiaoqikong Scenic Area in Libo County, Qiannan Prefecture, was built in the 15th year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1835). The bridge is made of granite strips and has seven holes. It is a major commercial and tourist route from Guizhou to Guangxi, and a key node of the five "Ancient Salt and Horse Roads" in Libo. The bridge is covered with vines and ferns, and under the bridge is the intoxicatingly green Hanbi Lake. The towering ancient trees on both sides form a picturesque scenery. There were originally two stone tablets at the head of the bridge, one recording the merits of building the bridge, and the other was the "Eternal Bridge Stele". It is the most famous attraction in the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, and it is also the reason why the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area got its name.

The first stop from the East Gate is the most famous attraction in the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. This bridge is located on the Xiangshui River, and the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area is named after this bridge. This bridge was built in the 15th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1835 AD). The bridge has seven holes and spans the Xiangshui River. The river surface is faintly green, and the ripples are very peaceful. The river water is clear and fish are playing. There are workers who row boats on the river every day to clean up garbage, and unknowingly they have become part of the scenery.

The first sight is amazing. The water surface is as calm as a mirror. The ancient bridge is actually very ordinary, but lying on this extraordinary water surface, it immediately has a romantic atmosphere. Only in winter, when the water flows slowly, can this environment be so quiet.

The name Xiaoqikong comes from the seven-arch ancient bridge built in the Qing Dynasty. Countless tourists will choose it as the “first photo” in their circle of friends.

The entire bridge is made of granite strips, and the surface is covered with vines. Under the bridge is the enchantingly green Hanbitan Lake.

Suggested tour routes:

One-day sightseeing tour

First visit Xiaoqikong (enter from the east gate and exit from the east gate), Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge - Laya Waterfall - 68-level waterfall - Water Forest - Cuigu Waterfall - Yuanyang Lake (you can go boating) - Wolongtan. Finally visit Daqikong: Horror Gorge - Natural Bridge - Demon Wind Cave. Daqikong has only one entrance and exit. It is recommended to walk on the way there and take a cruise on the way back.

Two-day hiking tour

On the first day, we entered Xiaoqikong from the west gate. The downhill road was less strenuous. We visited Wolongtan, Yuanyang Lake, Cuigu Waterfall, Water Forest, 68-level waterfall, Laya Waterfall and Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge in turn (the opposite of the one-day tour route).

On the second day, we visited the Big Seven Caves: Horror Gorge - Natural Bridge - Demon Wind Cave.

The name of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area comes from an ancient seven-arch bridge built during the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty. The ancient bridge spans the beautiful Xiangshui River and was an important transportation route from Qiannan to Guangxi in ancient times.

Xiaoqikong has always been a popular scenic spot. It is best to avoid the peak flow of people to enter the scenic spot.

The scenic area is mainly concentrated in a 12-kilometer-long valley. Different from ordinary mountain canyons, it is wider and integrates a variety of landscapes such as caves, forests, lakes, waterfalls, rocks and water.

You can take a sightseeing bus in the scenic area, get off at each scenic spot, and then take the next bus to the next stop. If you walk the entire way, the distance is a bit long.

When we went there, it happened to be a rainstorm in the scenic area a few days ago, so the arch of the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge was flooded. QAQ

You can see that there are some vines growing on the bridge. It is a very ancient bridge.

Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge is one of the most popular attractions in Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. If you want to take photos of the "contracted ancient bridge", you can stay in the hotel in the scenic area (Oxygen Valley) like us, so that you can come here to take photos in the morning before the park opens.

The Xiaoqiqiao Bridge was built in the 15th year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty. It was an important bridge connecting Libo to Guangxi at that time. It has remained intact for a hundred years, which shows its exquisite construction technology. This three-hole bridge is also quite unique.

The Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge is located in the lower reaches of the river in the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. It is said to have a history of nearly 200 years. It was drizzling the day we went there, so the scenery was much worse.

I went there on May Day, and there were so many people. I really wanted to take a photo without tourists and take a photo with the Seven-Arch Bridge, but it was basically impossible, alas...

By tin_tin |

The ancient bridge at the entrance is also the reason why the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area got its name. There are so many people there that it is difficult to take photos without people.

By ping--0seedling |

The Little Jiuzhaigou in Guizhou is just too crowded with people on the bridge. After reading other people's introductions, most people would choose to walk down from Wolongtan to the ancient bridge. If you want to take photos without tourists, you can stay in the scenic area and start from the ancient bridge up to Wolongtan. There are not many people in the morning, so you can take photos casually.

By Xu Xiang's perspective |

The reason why I love the Seven-Arch Bridge is not only because of its beautiful legend.

This side of the bridge is Guizhou, and the other side of the bridge is Guangxi!

Just like that, I crossed two provinces...

The trees grow in the water, I love this beauty.

Slowly walk across the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge and go upstream, you will see a cheerful flow of water.

Xiaoqikong Bridge: Located at the top of the scenic area, the scenic area is named after this bridge. Now many film and television works are filmed here. The recently aired large-scale TV series, Evernight, was also filmed here. Lying on the Hanbi Lake, the lake water is dark blue, the ancient trees are green, and the bridge is elegant and sweet. This is a small and exquisite seven-hole ancient stone bridge, 40 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 5 meters high. Built in the 15th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1836), it was an important bridge connecting Libo to Guangxi. This bridge looks simple, but it has stood calmly after many floods for hundreds of years and is still intact, which shows the exquisiteness of its construction technology. There is a poem praising it: "The mountains and rocks are thousands of years old, and the Xiangshui River Bridge is ten thousand years old."

By Tu Mi Feng Lin |

In sunny weather, the seven holes of the bridge will form a circle with the reflection in the water, and then the sunlight will shine through, which is very beautiful. It was cloudy when we went there, so we could only barely see the reflection. As for the sunlight, we can only imagine it in dreams. It is still very beautiful, but there are too many people on the bridge.

Going further ahead, you will see the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. This ancient bridge on the Xiangshui River is the famous Xiaoqikong Bridge. This scenic spot is also named after this bridge. Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge was built in the 15th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1835 AD). The bridge has seven holes and spans the Xiangshui River. It is a pleasant thing to watch the river view on the ancient bridge. The river surface is faintly glowing with green light, and the ripples are very peaceful. The river water is clear, as if the tourists come here to let go of all their emotions.

Kong Rong gives away his pears

If the Big Seven Holes is flowing with snow, then the Small Seven Holes is undoubtedly flowing with emerald green, the emerald green of jadeite, sometimes it looks like emerald, sometimes it looks like sapphire, the strong color impacts the visual taste buds, the thick color makes you feel a little sweet. In terms of water alone, I think the Small Seven Holes is not inferior to Jiuzhaigou.

To be honest, there are not many gardens in China that can be compared with the Japanese gardens, but the stone bridge of Xiaoqikong can compete. I have been thinking, if this scenic spot is not called Xiaoqikong, then what name is more appropriate, and when you are in it, you can feel that these three simple words "Xiaoqikong" are the refinement of time. Sitting by the bridge and looking at the water is like opening a bottle of 1982 Seven Up. My comment on Xiaoqikong is sexy.

Once upon a time, Japan's stone bridge became Bridgestone. Looking back today, China's stone bridge has become Sharon Stone. After getting used to the traditional ink painting style, Xiaoqikong is as sexy and seductive as a Western oil painting.

The seven holes were slowly melted with that thick substance. In this situation, Kong Rong gave up his pears to Okita Anli.

When I went there, the side of the ancient bridge was covered with green plants, almost blocking all the bridge piers, so it was not as clear as the pictures on the Internet, but it did not hinder the beauty of the ancient bridge.

The elegant Xiaoqikong Bridge is an ancient bridge from the Qing Dynasty. The water under the bridge is dark blue, and the ancient trees on both sides are deep green. Against the backdrop of the ancient trees on both sides, the Xiaoqikong Bridge looks isolated from the world. I think the best angle to take photos of the Xiaoqikong Bridge is on the third wooden pile on the left side facing the ancient bridge.

After seeing the hustle and bustle of the waterfall, the famous Small Seven-Arch Bridge is even more tranquil and peaceful. This is an ancient bridge with seven arches built during the reign of Emperor Daoguang, spanning the beautiful Xiangshui River. By Hawthorn is a red fruit |

The first stop when entering Xiaoqikong from the East Gate is the famous Xiaoqikong Bridge. The scenery is really nice, full of green and beautiful, but there are too many fallen leaves in the water, which makes it a bit messy. If more fallen leaves can be cleaned up, the photo effect may be better. In addition, if one person stands on the bridge, it is too small, and the photo effect is not as good as the following picture with many people together.

There is a walking tour ahead of Xiaoqikong Bridge. It is a bit uphill, but the road is flat and you can enjoy the scenery while walking along the river.

By Xiaoyaomei |

The ancient bridge itself cannot be defined by whether it looks good or not. It carries more of the changes of history. It has weathered the baptism of wind and rain and also been bathed in the sunshine.

I was a little nervous when I came to Xiaoqikong Bridge because I had seen Jiuzhaigou and I knew my expectations were too high. I was afraid of being disappointed. But when I saw Xiaoqikong Bridge for the first time, I felt calm. It was so beautiful. The trees were like emeralds and the water was like jasper. It stood by the water. The trees were its crown and the water was its skirt. It looked at the tourists rushing by and showed a quiet and gentle smile. It was so beautiful that you could not help but slow down your breathing.

The emerald green water reflects the reflection of the Xiaoqikong Bridge, which is particularly tranquil.

The Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge has a sense of history. The photos always give people a sense of being in another world. It is a paradise surrounded by greenery.

It was a small old bridge. The water under the bridge was green and had a lot of bubbles. I thought it was polluted. I couldn't imagine there was a pollution source in such a small mountain. My classmate who had worked in Sichuan and Guizhou for many years and was very knowledgeable told me that the water in Guizhou was rich in minerals, so the bubbles were minerals! I was relieved!

It is a good place to take photos, and it is one of the symbols of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area.

After seeing the waterfall, we arrived at the ancient bridge. I really liked the feeling of the ancient bridge standing quietly on the water.

By The Mountain is Silent |

From afar, a seven-hole stone bridge appears in front of you. The dense green moss on the bridge shows the vicissitudes of history. "Small bridges, flowing water, people's homes, ancient roads, west wind, thin horses", at this moment, it seems that the ancient caravans, with heavy traffic, carrying goods, traveling between Guizhou and Guangxi a hundred years ago, appear in front of you. Although time has passed, "the green mountains are still there, and the grass and trees are still young". Time is silent, and the mountains, rivers, grass and trees here will always be witnesses of the historical changes of Xiaoqikong.

There is a small road next to the Tonggu Bridge that turns left. Not far away is the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. There are so many tourists, it is noisy and chaotic. There are also tourists on the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. It was the rainy season, the Xiangshui River was in flood season, the water level rose, and the platform next to the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge was flooded with water. Several children were playing in the water. In the early morning at the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge, the Xiangshui River was flowing quietly here, and the rumbling sound of the 68-level waterfall came from afar. The sun had not yet come out, and the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge looked even more quiet and classical.

The end of the 68-step waterfall is the famous Seven-hole Stone Bridge. The stone bridge itself is not much to look at, but it is quite beautiful from a distance. It looks elegant and quiet against the backdrop of the clear water. I think it has the beauty of a beautiful girl from the south of the Yangtze River. Walking on the stone bridge, a sentence unconsciously emerged in my mind (as if I heard it in a movie): I wish to turn into a stone bridge, endure five hundred years of wind, five hundred years of sun, five hundred years of rain, just to ask her to walk across the bridge.

The seven half-moon-shaped holes of the Xiaoqikong Bridge are covered with moss on the ancient bridge body, with wild grass growing in the cracks between the stones. The Xiaoqikong Stone Bridge is not very interesting, but it is because of this bridge that this scenic spot is called Xiaoqikong. After passing the beautiful and magnificent scenery of Wolongtan, Yuanyang Lake, Cuigu Waterfall, Water Forest, and 68-step waterfall (the route we took along the way), the highlight, the Small Seven-Arch Ancient Bridge, made people feel just so so.

Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. It is a seven-arch bridge made of bluestone, spanning the Xiangshui River. It was built in the 15th year of Emperor Daoguang's reign, and the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area got its name from it. The bridge is covered with vines and ferns, and the river bottom is surging, but the river surface is as flat as a mirror. As an important bridge connecting Libo to Guangxi in the past, it is now a symbol of the beauty and architecture of ancient buildings, and will bring good luck to everyone who walks across the bridge.
