The disadvantage is that the management level and awareness are so-so. We went up from the west gate early, at 8 o'clock. A fireman stopped the road and asked each car to get off to register, just throwing a piece of paper on the table and asking everyone to write it themselves. As you can imagine, chaos broke out in an instant, traffic jams, and the cars going down the mountain were blocked. Secondly, the queues for the cableway and buses going down from the west gate were very chaotic. Because the signal was not good, WeChat and Alipay could not be used. During the period, we also helped the tourists in front and behind to exchange cash. In fact, some diversion measures can be taken.



Finally, I suggest that you check the travel guide in advance. I entered through the west gate, took the middle line to the east gate, and returned through the south line. I went there early and missed the large number of tourists in the tour groups. I also missed the hundreds of people waiting for the bus when I drove myself.

How did this 5A scenic spot get the rating? How much gift is needed? The higher-ups can investigate thoroughly. The management is chaotic and the quality of the personnel is poor, especially the fire prevention personnel at the foot of the mountain. This is the image of the scenic spot and also the image of the local area. Fire prevention, everyone understands collecting lighters, and we also understand collecting cigarettes. But the most incomprehensible thing is that when you go down the mountain to get lighters and cigarettes, they smoke them. They smoke half a pack of cigarettes. It is on the fire prevention point on the roadside of the east gate of Baishishan Mountain. It is a high-incidence period for fire prevention, and the local fire prevention personnel smoke. The management is chaotic and the quality of the personnel is too poor. The potential fire hazards are very high. The management personnel openly violated fire safety. Baishishan, a towering mountain in Laiyuan, Baoding, is located at the northernmost end of the 800-li Taihang Mountains. It is tall and has "three peaks, six terraces, nine valleys, and 81 peaks". It is the dragon head of the northwest uplift of the North China Plain.

The correct way to open Baishishan is:

Secondly, the Foguangding tour line at the top of the mountain has not been open since last year. Could it be another landslide? You know, the ticket price includes the Foguangding tour.

Finally, the ticket office at the entrance forced me to buy insurance for 2 yuan without informing me, and it was non-refundable. It's not about how much money you pay, it's just that the way you eat is really ugly.

Baishishan Mountain is located 15 kilometers south of Laiyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, at the northern end of Taihang Mountains. The landform of Baishishan Mountain is different from the typical precipitous cliffs of Taihang Mountains. Instead, it is famous for its clustered, steep and towering stone pillars.

Starting from Laiyuan County, it took almost a whole day to visit the Feihu Gorge-Shuangxiongshi Grand Loop at Baishi Mountain. The ticket to Baishi Mountain is very expensive, but the scenery is totally worth the price.

1. Transportation strategy: Baishishan has two gates, east and west. We drove to the east gate parking lot. There are currently four official parking lots, ABCD. The parking fee is 5 yuan for a car from 6 am to 6 pm, and 10 yuan for overtime. If you don't have a hotel booked on the mountain, don't let the touts take you to park. The private parking lot may charge you 20 or 30 yuan per hour.

2. Average consumption per person: Adult tickets are 135 yuan, and you need to take the cable car (70 yuan, 8 minutes) or bus (30 yuan, 26 minutes) to go up the mountain.

3. Itinerary route: After getting off the bus or the cable car, walk to Jiucaiyuan. There is no need to take the 5 yuan battery. There are three routes to Jiucaiyuan: upper, middle and lower. The upper route is to the top, the middle route is more uphill, and the lower route is mostly down stairs, so if you want to walk the loop, it is recommended to take the lower route first. When you arrive at Feiyunkou, take the cable car up to save the physical strength of climbing the stairs so that you can reach the top, then go back to the middle route. You can go up to Foguangding near Bajie’s wife, take a rest, return to the middle route, and continue to walk the rest of the way back to Jiucaiyuan, and then take a car or cable car down the mountain. The whole journey takes 5 hours. If time is limited, you can choose any route according to your needs, then go down the mountain from the west gate, and then take a car back to the east gate. 4. Featured recommendations: Internet celebrity attractions that cannot be missed: (1) Shangyunjian Hotel is located near the bus stop. It needs to be booked in advance. It includes two tickets, cable car tickets, breakfast and coffee. You can also be the first wave of people to enter the mountain and experience the uninhabited Baishishan Mountain. The price of five stars is very cost-effective. (2) Natural Corner Cafe is located on the lower line. The taste is average, the price is affordable, and the style is very high. (3) Shanmengtai is located on the middle line, a place for lovers to check in. (4) Glass plank road, one on the middle line and one on the lower line. The double-layer one is on the lower line. It costs 10 yuan, but it is not open at this time. You will be told whether it is open when you buy the ticket.

5. Practical tips: The whole climbing process is not very intense and is mainly for viewing the scenery. It is not for climbing enthusiasts.

6. The photos I took this time were rather monotonous, I didn’t catch the sea of clouds, nor did I wait for the sunset glow. There are many platforms for taking portraits, and any casual photos are beautiful. The interior of the Internet celebrity coffee shop is also a good place to take photos, but I was physically and mentally exhausted from taking care of the baby, so I didn’t take photos.

Baishishan Mountain in Laiyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is about 215 kilometers away from Beijing. Its unique marble-like cliffs and stone pillars, as well as steep cliffs and deep valleys, are very spectacular. Anyone who has been there will be deeply impressed and amazed.

I went to Baishishan on May 17th. It was hot these days. Laiyuan is a cool city, but it is not actually that cool. Because I was traveling independently, I stayed at the old bus station in Laiyuan County. The bus from the old bus station to Baishishan Scenic Area departs at 7:20 in the morning, one hour per day. The bus back to the city also departs at 20 minutes, such as 3:20. If you want to travel independently, you have to calculate the time.

We took the lower and middle lines, and it took us more than 6 hours to go around. The lower line took about 4 and a half hours, and the middle line took less than 2 hours. We finally returned to the East Gate.

The mountains in mid-May were not that cool. The lower route had more climbing, and the middle route was mostly flat or downhill. It was a relatively easy walk.

I didn't see the sea of clouds, and there was no river in the mountains. The ticket price does not include the cost of the cable cars and scenic area buses, which is quite expensive.

The glass plank road is worth seeing, especially the glass part of the offline route.

If you can join a tour group, it is more convenient, such as signing up for a one-day tour to Baishishan from Baoding.

There is a strange mountain in the north, named Baishi Mountain.

[Scenery] As the first of the northwest uplifts of the Taihang Mountains, Baishishan Mountain vividly presents the unique scenery of the towering Taihang Mountains. The cliffs, huge ravines, strange rocks, peaks, sea of clouds, gray and white dots, and sharp edges and corners are a magnificent and fairy-like ink painting. [Public transportation]: There are buses to the east gate of Baishishan Mountain from Laiyuan Old Bus Station (note that it is old). The earliest bus is at 7:00 a.m., and then from 7:40 a.m. to 4:40 p.m., there is one bus every hour, and the latest bus is at 6:00 p.m.

[Tickets]: You must take the cable car or bus to Xiangyun Gate to go up the mountain from the East Gate, and then you can start hiking. The cable car is 70 one-way, and the bus is 30 one-way. I am not sure about the West Gate, but the shuttle bus from the East Gate to the West Gate costs 30

[Scenic Area Route]: The scenic area guide map is very clear. There are three routes in total, which are arranged in order of altitude: Foguangding Line at an altitude of 2,000 meters, Shuangxiongshi Line at an altitude of 1,900 meters, and Feihuxia Line at an altitude of 1,600 meters.

【Recommended route】:

1. In principle, if you have good physical strength and do not want to go back, you can choose to take the big loop, that is, from the east gate to the east gate, or from the west gate to the west gate. This loop will connect the two lines at an altitude of 1600 and 1900, with a total distance of 8 kilometers. [But here I came, and I took a big loop, and in the end I felt that it was completely unnecessary. Because 1900 and 1600 are just different in altitude, and they are looking at the same valley, so it is recommended to only take the 1900 route. Of course, if you are very interested in the cafes on the 1600 route, you can also choose to walk a section, but it is really not necessary to walk the whole route.]

2. If you take the big loop line and start from the East Gate, it is recommended to take the 1900 route to Feiyunkou first, and then take the 1600 route. Otherwise, you will be exhausted, and it is really exhausting.

1. The Jiucaiyuan Cableway inside the scenic area was not open, but there was no advance notice.

The ticket sales do not support WeChat and Alipay, and there is no one to manage the queues for the mountain cableway, which causes congestion and random queue jumping. Security guards and management personnel should be added during holidays when there are many people. There are no iron handles for partitions on the way up and down the mountain. Once crowded and collapsed, it will hurt people. It is recommended to buy the downhill bus together with the cableway, otherwise it will be a waste of consumers' time. There is no one to organize the queues. Some people suddenly come to the queues and start selling tickets, which makes it very unfair for those who really queue up to buy tickets. The scenery is really worse than other places around Beijing. It is recommended that you don't step on this spot unless the management of the scenic spot pays attention to it.

Baishishan Scenic Area is very large, with unique peaks and forests. It can be called Little Zhangjiajie and is worth visiting. However, the route to see the panoramic view is very long, so you need to take some time if you have limited time and energy. The design of the route is also very important. I have visited many mountains in Hebei and Shanxi in recent years, such as Yeshanpo, Baicaopan, South Taihang Gorge, Zhangjiaao,... Among many wild mountains, Baishishan is considered to be more distinctive.

On October 21, 2018, I accompanied foreign guests to the mountain. There were not many green leaves on the mountain. The red leaves had passed and the mountain looked gray.

The scenic area is divided into three lines. Follow the guide to take the middle line and walk along the plank road all the way. There are many peaks on the top of the mountain, and there is a scene at every step.

The ticket price is 135, Xiangyunmen Cable Car 70, Jiucaiyuan Cable Car 45, and return bus 20. The overall cost is still relatively high. Personally, I think it is enough to take the Jiucaiyuan Cable Car, and you can take the bus to Xiangyunmen (forget about walking, it is too far and too high, and the car takes 20 minutes). The facilities in the scenic area are also very complete, the road surface is flat, the toilets are changed to have water, and 4G signals are covered.

I think it is a small scenic spot in the north. There are not many people, but it has its own characteristics. The scenic area is clean and has complete basic service facilities. It is especially convenient to scan the code to listen to the explanation of the scenic spot. The establishment of the viewing platform is very convenient for tourists, so that tourists who take pictures will not affect the walking guests.

We went on September 30, 2018. The ticket price was 160 yuan, but it was 130 yuan during the National Day holiday. You have to take a 20 yuan shuttle bus or cable car to the mountain. After going up the mountain, you can also take a 5 yuan shuttle bus to the gate.

The scenery is very good, thrilling but not dangerous. Those with good physical strength can climb to the highest peak. Anyway, I am dizzy and my legs are shaking.

Not an advertisement, the wild chive box in the scenic chive garden is good, 10 yuan each, you can taste it, a little expensive! But it tastes super good.

We visited Baishishan on September 1, 2018. It was cloudy that day, and the mountain was shrouded in clouds and mist, like a fairyland, with white rocks and strange peaks, a rare beautiful scenery in the north.

Yes, you can drive from Beijing to Baishishan in Laiyuan on the highway all the way, but you will have to pass through about 20 tunnels of varying lengths, the longest of which is more than 4,000 meters long and has a speed limit of 70.

I stayed in a fast hotel in Laiyuan County for two nights. The price was the same as that of other counties. It was a 20-minute drive from the county to Baishishan, which was very convenient.

My experience is that the natural scenery of Baishishan is really good, which is rare in the north, especially the ever-changing sea of clouds. It is a pity that both glass plank roads were not open on the day I went there. After all, this is the first reason for bringing children to Baishishan for tourism. It is recommended that friends who want to come again must check the situation in advance before setting off. The tourist route is shown in Figure 1. The scenic area has two entrances, east and west, and is roughly divided into three tourist routes: upper, middle and lower. We entered from the east gate, walked the middle line to the end and returned from the lower line. The whole journey requires about 3,000 steps. If you are not physically fit, you can only walk one of the lines, from east to west or from west to east, and then take the shuttle bus back to the original entrance. There are cable cars and minibuses to choose from when going up and down the mountain, and there is also a section where you can take a cable car in the middle. There is the Juma River Source Park next to the old bus station in Laiyuan County, only a hundred meters away from the hotel where we stayed. We took a walk around it. It is a free park, but it does not give the feeling of a river source. It looks like an ordinary small lake. The renovated Taoist Taishan Palace on the north side of the park is not big but quite imposing. The ancient brick tower next to it is a national protected cultural relic and is worth a visit.

Maybe it was because of the smog, plus it was crowded during the National Day Golden Week, so I didn’t feel how magnificent the scenery was.

It is an exaggeration to call it the Huangshan Mountain of the North.

The scenery can be visited if you catch the right time, but the management of the scenic area is really chaotic.

Getting on the bus from the tourist center was crowded and disorderly, and no one told me which door the bus was heading to.

I originally bought a ticket to the East Gate, but the bus took me to the West Gate.

I asked the ticket inspector and he said it was okay because the money was the same.

On the way back, I took a bus from the mountain to the east gate and saw a sign that said "Go to the visitor center, east gate, and get on the bus at parking lot B."

The scenery of the Baishishan Scenic Area in the north is really amazing, which exceeded my expectations. The transportation is generally convenient. It cost 100 yuan to stay and pick me up to the scenic area the next morning. When I came back, I went directly to the highway entrance to wait for the long-distance bus. It was very convenient to take the bus to Beijing, Baoding, and Tianjin. It only costs 20 yuan to take the scenic area bus up, and there is no need to take the cable car. There are two routes to play Baishishan, one is 1,600 meters above sea level, and the other is 1,900 meters above sea level. Remember to remember to take the route at an altitude of 1,600 meters first, so that you won’t be tired. Basically, you go down the steps, go down to the place where there is a cable car, and take the cable car up to the route at an altitude of 1,900 meters. This road is basically flat. This way, you won’t be tired all the way down.

Huangshan in the north, a 5A scenic spot, is worth a visit, with complete public facilities

I don't have the courage to climb it when I see the steps. I don't know why the scenic spot does not have an altitude diagram. The route map does not show the height at all. Bring your own dry food and walk for 4 hours. If you drive from Tianjin on the Rongwu Expressway, it is best to go to the West Gate and navigate to the East Gate. You may take Provincial Road 241 and County Road 309. It is a very long winding mountain road. Be mentally prepared. It is quite dangerous. When parking at the East Gate of the scenic spot, please note that there are three CBA parking lots. Going forward is the East Gate ticket office. If you don't stop, you will have to pay 20 yuan to be pulled into the locals' own accommodation parking lot, and some are very far away. If there are locals at the ticket office asking if you can park at the next seat, it is best to park there. Don't drive in. It is a pedestrian commercial street. It is troublesome to drive and it may not be close. Enter the East Gate for fun, take the free shuttle bus back to the East Gate from the West Gate, and the car will stop at the scenic spot parking lot to drop off passengers.

From the main entrance is the hiking route. If you take the cable car, you need to continue forward. After getting off the cable car, there is a tree-lined path that looks like a fairy tale world. The sky is narrow and homely.

Great, 5a scenic spot, everything you need, very convenient to visit, beautiful scenery

Children under 16 years old are free. You can take the cable car and bus to go up the mountain, but there is still a long way to walk. The mountain roads are built between the mountains, but the road conditions are very good. The best route is to enter from the east gate, take the Xiangyunmen cable car up the mountain, first to the Feihu double-decker glass plank road, then to the God of Taihang, take the Feiyunkou cable car up to Feiyunkou and then reach the Shuangxiong glass plank road, and finally return to the Xiangyunmen cable car along the mountain road to go down the mountain. It takes a total of 6 hours to go down, and the scenery is all in one net. If you walk the whole way, one day is probably not enough unless you have extraordinary physical strength.

Unexpectedly, beyond expectations. The scenic area is very mature, the mountain is definitely not worse than the Five Sacred Mountains, and is about the same level as Huangshan. Highly recommended!

If you are not sure about the direction, you can ask the staff. Take a photo of the scenic route map in Jiucaiyuan for emergency use. If necessary, you can use Gaode Maps. Pay attention to the main road. The seasons change in summer, so it is recommended to bring your own umbrella. The scenic area is foggy. The scenery is best from May 20th to October 31st. It is best to enter the scenic area from 8 am to 5 pm.

Although it was raining and there was heavy fog all the way so we couldn't see much scenery, we did see the sea of clouds at the top of the mountain. It was spectacular and the trip was worthwhile.

The beating notes and romantic love words on the square can make you think a lot. And the cute Zhu Bajie carrying his little wife is frozen forever. The only thing I feel is that you have to take the cable car to enter the door. The one-way trip is 70, which is not included in the ticket. I personally think that the Feihu Gorge Glass Plank Road is better. There are two layers on the mountain side and two layers. If you only want to see one, I suggest you see this one. I set out from Tianjin on a weekend in August and it took me two days. Since I stayed in the scenic area, I was lucky enough to use two and a half days to walk the Grand Loop Line in both directions.

The mountain road is under repair, the bus is not running, and you can only take the cable car up the mountain. Remember to bring cash with you. The ticket offices in the scenic area do not support WeChat and Alipay payments. Be sure to bring enough cash! The scenery is average, not as good as imagined, and there are not many people. It is recommended to take the Xiangyunmen cable car from the east gate and walk one kilometer up the mountain to the leek garden. There is no need to take a sightseeing bus. It is recommended to take the Shuangshixiong tour line. The road is easy to walk and there are not many steps. The Shuangxiong glass plank road is not as good as the Feihu double-layer glass corridor bridge. We took the Shuangshixiong tour route to the glass bridge. Five yuan per person, the glass bridge is not long, the glass is not clean, and no one cares whether to wear shoe covers or not. Walk to the first cliff of Taihang and take the Feihu Gorge tour route. There are many steep steps. It is not recommended to take the Feihu Gorge route. (The Feihu Gorge route is suitable for mountaineering enthusiasts) There are no attractions along the way. The overall feeling is average, and the ticket is not worth the money.

The scenery is really good. The southern route is basically built on cliffs, which is very thrilling. The 100-meter-long high-altitude glass plank road is also worth a visit. The ticket price is 150 yuan, 80 yuan for the Ximen cableway up and down, 5 yuan for the Shuangxiong glass plank road, and 20 yuan for the round-trip bus. In fact, most people didn't walk the whole way and missed many beautiful views. Most of them returned the same way after experiencing the glass plank road. It's a pity. Nice scenery, close to nature, a wonderful trip

Baishishan is located at the northernmost end of Taihang Mountain. The highest peak, Foguangding, is 2,096 meters above sea level. From the top, you can overlook Langya Mountain and Wutai Mountain. Baishishan has a variety of landscapes, including peaks, strange rocks, cliffs, canyons, waterfalls, forests, sea of clouds, Buddha's light, the Great Wall, temples, etc. It has a unique landform and complex structure. It is one of the "36 blessed places" in ancient China.

After entering the mountain, there are thick clouds and mist, and the scenery is beautiful. The mountain is relatively steep, but it is relatively easy to walk. People who are afraid of heights will find it quite scary.

Recommended route: Walk down from Jiucaiyuan, go to Feihu Glass Plank Road, then take the cable car up the mountain to Feiyunkou, go to Shuangxiong Plank Road, and then exit from Jiucaiyuan. Because basically all the roads you walk are downhill, which saves energy to the maximum extent. The day before, my wife and I just climbed Hengshan from Datong, so we chose this route that I call "cowardly fun". But in terms of scenery, the following route is definitely better than the middle route, and there are fewer people. I think the scenery of Foguangding at the top should also be good, but I really don't have the energy to go. This route took five hours. If you don't take the cable car from Feiyunkou, you will have to add an hour. You must choose a good route before going, so as not to waste time when you get to the scenic spot, as time is quite tight.

Xing: We are traveling by car. My own experience is to ignore people who approach you when you arrive at the scenic spot. The parking fee is posted at the special parking lot below the scenic spot. It is 5 yuan for a small car. This is the cheapest parking fee I have seen in the scenic spot. After parking, many people will come up to ask you to buy raincoats and hiking poles. It was cloudy and rainy during the days I went there. They all said it would rain when I went up the mountain, but I didn’t buy them and it didn’t rain. After going up the mountain, I saw many people holding umbrellas, which is really annoying. You don’t have to worry about being blown down the mountain by the horizontal wind. Another point is to remember to protect yourself from the sun. After going up the mountain on a cloudy day, my wife and I became little red people.

Accommodation: I chose to live in the county town. Some of them live in farmhouses. The surrounding area is not very good, so it is a little difficult to buy and eat. The main thing is that the price is a little bit higher.

Food: Two people prepared four bottles of mineral water and three compressed biscuits when going up the mountain. The water was just enough for them to finish, and the biscuits made them feel fuller, which was a great tool for climbing mountains.

Overall feeling: The scenic spot is really clean, but there are some uneducated people. There is a rest area with sausage skins all over the floor. My wife went to the toilet and said it was the cleanest toilet in the scenic spot she had ever been to. I like the cleaning aunt and uncle. Also, can the people in Laiyuan County obey the traffic rules? When I came out of the county, I saw two dogs waiting for the red light, and then several electric vehicles ran the red light. I sighed that people are not dogs, and human life is really cheap.

Baishishan Mountain is like a fairyland, shrouded in clouds and surrounded by greenery. It is a great place to escape the summer heat.

It is a pretty good attraction. I suggest you don't go there in the summer because it's too hot. You have to walk all the way along the plank road. It's best to bring some water. The glass plank road is quite far from the east gate entrance. It takes about 2 hours. We walked slowly. The glass plank road is charged separately, but there are two free viewing platforms at the exit of the glass plank road. If you can't stand the long plank road, you can experience this short one. In short, this attraction is still good. You must try the glass plank road, otherwise it feels like a waste of time!

Regarding the transportation for self-guided tours, there are air-conditioned long-distance buses from Beijing to Laiyuan County, Yongdingmen Bus Station, which depart in a loop, from 8 am to 5:30 pm, every hour, to Laiyuan New Bus Station. Stay for one night, there are many hotels to choose from in the county, all of various grades. The next morning, take a minibus from the old bus station in Laiyuan County to the east gate of Baishishan Scenic Area. The fare is 5 yuan. The earliest one seems to be 6:30. I took the 7:10 trip, which runs every hour. Anyway, there is a bus back to the county at 5 pm. Regarding the scenery, the biggest feature of Baishishan Scenic Area is the plank road built on the mountain, connecting various scenic spots. If you are physically fit, it is recommended to take the Jiucaiyuan-Shuangxiongshi-Ximen-Feiguxia Grand Loop (6 hours). If you are physically fit, you can take the Shuangxiongshi line alone and return (2 hours). The mountains are towering, steep and dangerous, and it is worth a visit. Regarding services, the 5A-level scenic spot has complete supporting facilities, including scenic area buses, cable cars, and restaurants. However, the consumption is a bit high. The glass plank road charges 5 yuan. It is recommended to take the Feihu Gorge, which is thrilling.

We entered the mountain at 8 o'clock in the morning and it was already past 4 o'clock when we came out. It was quite far to walk and take pictures all the way.

Let's talk about money first. The entrance fee to the scenic area is 150 yuan. The two short cable cars are 45 yuan and the long one is 80 yuan. Except for the one in the leek garden, it's not worth taking the other two. If you don't take them, you will feel bad. If you are taking the big loop line, I advise you to think positively. There are restaurants on the Shuangxiong line. The meals are generally 30 yuan per serving, hot and taste good. Drinks are 15 yuan a bottle all the way. Look at this mountain road. It's not easy to carry it up, so 15 yuan is 15 yuan. Oh, by the way, the glass restaurant on the Feihu line is under renovation...

Transportation, we drove to a farmhouse near the West Gate. We got up early and took a walk to get a free bus to the West Gate. It is said that there is a bus at the East Gate, and then there is an electric car to take you to the leek garden after getting off, 20 per person.



Route I saw that friends who took the big loop line all started from the East Gate, first walked to Feihu, then walked up, and then walked down to Shuangxiong. It is said to be relatively easy to walk. I went from the West Gate, so I chose to walk down to Shuangxiong first and then up to Feihu. The route is the same. After a circle, from 9 am to 16:30 pm... I was exhausted... Fortunately, the scenic spot is awesome. Once you set foot on this road, you have nowhere to go until you reach the end... Please accept my knees.
