It seems that this place is not fully ready to welcome guests. All the hotels along the way said that the scenery will become very beautiful from mid-December, and there will be a lot of people at that time. Indeed, when we went there at the end of November, the temperature was not cold enough and we could not see some scenery, but when it really came to the peak season, there seemed to be too many people, and the room prices and prices would also increase a lot.

China Snow Valley is pretty good. You can take a few buses from Harbin to the Snow Valley, or you can take a chartered car from Central Street to the Snow Valley. Accommodation is 100-150 per kang, which can sleep about 5 people. The accommodation is very affordable. On average, you can stay for 20-30 yuan per person per night. Breakfast is also included. During the day, the boss took us skiing. He accompanied us all day and took photos and videos for us. You can play as long as you want for 100 yuan. The boss also helped us call a car back to Harbin.

The Snow Valley cannot be described with words like absolutely gorgeous, so pretty, etc.

I have seen this before, saying that Snow Town is somewhat commercialized, while the scenery in Snow Valley is more orthodox now.

But in my opinion, there are indeed two styles of snow scenes, and each place is worth my lingering.

Our group of 50 people set out from Changchun to Snow Town. Snow Valley was the first stop before Snow Town, and then we hiked from Snow Valley to Snow Town.

Snow Valley is not as crowded as Snow Town, and the commercial atmosphere is not that serious. It is still worth visiting.



Farmhouses in Xuexiang are either very expensive or have poor conditions, while farmhouses in Xuegu are located in Xuexiang and are not only cheap but also relatively better.

If you are not prepared for hiking, there are many supermarkets on the roadside of the Snow Valley where you can buy clothes, shoes, snow sets, crampons, etc. It is recommended to buy a small ski board for use when going down the mountain.



Snow Valley does not charge admission if you only stay overnight. If you want to hike to Snow Town, you need to buy a 40 yuan ticket to Snow Valley. Of course, you need to buy a 115 yuan + 5 yuan (bus, optional) ticket to Snow Town after arriving at Yangcao Mountain. You need cash to buy tickets to Snow Valley. You can scan the code to buy tickets to Snow Town at the top of Yangcao Mountain, but the signal is not good. Although you can scan, it is recommended to bring cash. The tourist service center at the top of the mountain has hot water and a small supermarket, and the supermarket prices are slightly expensive.



If you only look at the scenic area and night view, Snow Valley is not as beautiful as Snow Town. But the route from Snow Valley to Snow Town is the best, the scenery along the way is beautiful, very beautiful, and worth going.



I would like to recommend the Xuegu Chunsheng Inn where we stayed this time. The owner and his family are very nice. We booked the room in advance, and not only did we not overcharge, but we also did not charge extra for making dumplings. My teammates poured water and boiled one pot after another, and the owner did not say anything. The most important thing is that their food is very delicious. I won’t talk about dinner. The scenery of Snow Valley is pretty good, but not as fantastic as Snow Town. I recommend the route from Snow Valley to Snow Town. The scenery is the most primitive and the best. Snow Town is dreamy, Snow Valley is simple, and the crossing is shocking. The people in Snow Valley are quite down-to-earth. The room rate is generally around 120 yuan, and it will increase during holidays. The food is not expensive and the fun is also good. There is a ski resort whose name I forgot. There are many activities. I had a lot of fun. I would like to recommend the inn where I stayed, Xiangsi Snow Valley Inn. The owner is very enthusiastic.

DAY 2 Snow Valley~Snow Village (stay in Snow Village)

It was an extraordinary day. We asked the driver to take the luggage to Xuexiang. We traveled light and brought some food to replenish energy. We stopped and walked along the way and successfully arrived at Xuexiang in 6 hours. (It is recommended to prepare crampons for hiking, which saves a lot of effort). I experienced too much on this road today. The scenery on the road was beautiful. It was worth the trip. I thought for a long time and wanted to express my feelings and feelings about crossing. I will leave this suspense to you later. If you say it all, you will not feel fresh. Finally, I say that crossing is worth it. You must cross once when you come to Xuegu! I have seen it before. DAY 3 Snow Village-Rime Island (Cebu Rime Island)

As one of the four wonders, rime is not something you can see whenever you want. Rime Island is located in the center of the Songhua River. There are two ways to get to the island: one is to walk on the iron bridge, and the other is to take a boat. Since the rime was not particularly large that day, we did not go to the island, but the rime on both sides was also very beautiful.

How to get to Xuegu from Harbin? It takes 4-5 hours to get to Xuegu. There are buses, but it is very troublesome to reverse. The best way is to follow the motorcade. This is a popular route. There is a special motorcade from Harbin to Xuegu or Xuexiang every day. Just book a seat, no need to charter or share a car. The motorcade can also deliver directly to the door of the reserved hotel. All the hostels in Harbin have connections with the motorcade, so it is very convenient.

At that time, the Snow Valley was completely free of the commercialization of the Snow Town. To put it nicely, the people were honest and the prices were favorable. To put it bluntly, the service awareness was not high and the infrastructure was poor. The driver we arranged made us wait for more than an hour before picking us up. The place was just a small snow slope developed by the village itself. The venue was not large and only had a few activities such as snow tubing, skating and skiing, which were very simple.

2018.12.8 It is a pity that there is no snow in Snow Valley. After all, people from the south come here to see the snow. But if you are not happy after coming out, there is no need to go. Playing is all about mood, so just take a look! I will go to the artificial ski resort to see the fake snow. The tourist route is from Harbin to Dongsheng, which takes about 5 hours. You will have lunch in Wuchang on the way and arrive at Dongsheng Forest Farm in the afternoon. Snow Valley is a quiet little village with tourism-related supporting facilities. It is not as fully commercialized as Snow Town. The thickness of the snow is relatively less than that of Snow Town, but it is also beautiful. There are also some amusement facilities for tourists to enjoy. Many people will go from Snow Valley to Snow Town through Yangcao Mountain or vice versa.

There wasn't much snow in Harbin in the first two days. It was only when I arrived at the Snow Valley that I really felt the joy of seeing snow. The snowy scenery was everywhere, and there was even a light snow that day.

In the afternoon, we went to the small playground next to the inn and played snowmobiles, go-karts, and snow rings for 200 yuan per person. Because it was cold, we played for a while and then ran back to the house to keep warm, and then ran out to play again, and played until we got tired of it. In the evening, after dinner at the inn, we watched Errenzhuan, but because it was all about vulgar and hooligan things, we didn't want to watch it, but we felt that it was a waste of money if we didn't watch it.

We had fun in the snow and took all kinds of photos. However, the prices in the scenic area were too expensive, so we ordered very little, but the taste was good.

There are two large amusement parks in Xuegu. The one near Xuegu Crossing has a better terrain. It costs 100 yuan to play freely, and there are about 10 projects. Xuegu Crossing Snow Village is the most fun, and you really need to wear it.

Snow Valley and Snow Town are actually the same, one street with family hotels on both sides. Snow Valley and Snow Town are separated by a Yangcao Mountain, but Snow Valley is not as famous as Snow Town. Basically, people who go to Snow Valley have to cross to Snow Town. In fact, compared to Snow Town, I still recommend Snow Valley, although the snow is not that thick, but there are not so many people.

It was so hot that I was dying when I was sleeping. Can you believe it? The scenery is average. I think it is not as fun as the Snow Valley.

Snow Valley is a small village, not very big. The white snow here is very different from that in the city. It is there naturally, relatively unattended, but it seems even more quiet and peaceful, like a sleeping child, with a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Compared with the commercialized Xuexiang, Xuegu is a better choice. Original ecological landscape, simple Northeastern people. If you go to Xuexiang, you must play the Xuegu crossing. The journey is very beautiful and the experience is excellent.

In order to take our pet Husky to see the snow, the whole family drove there. We expected the conditions there to be too good, but we didn't expect the road to be difficult to drive on. We didn't change to snow tires. It was around six o'clock when we arrived, but it was relatively smooth. There was a lot of snow in the Snow Valley and the pet was very happy. We stayed in a triple room for 600, including dinner and breakfast. I have to say that the food was delicious and worth 200. The eldest sister was very enthusiastic, which shows that the people here are simple and honest. The way back was a bit bad. The car slipped into the ditch twice. The first time, my four-wheel drive Vitara was powerful and got out by itself. The second time we fell in, it cost a thousand yuan for rescue to get us out. The main reason was that there were too many cars passing by, and we kept making mistakes and it was especially easy to slip. My car didn't have snow tires. Thinking about it now, I was too bold. But I also think it was very strange. The villagers' rescue vehicle came in time, and later I found out that they all knew the passing vehicles. It seemed that they always deliberately squeezed the car into the ditch on the road, otherwise why would they pull an empty car back and forth on such a narrow road? So I spent money to avoid disaster. I didn't think the scenery was very good, but I felt that the snow was really heavy. If the local government could develop it well, it would be a nice place, and my furry kids would be happy if they could have a good time there!

Compared to the highly commercialized Snow Town, I prefer the original Snow Valley. I especially recommend Wuchang Snow Valley Villa. The owner is enthusiastic, the inn is clean, tidy and warm. We southerners are not used to Northeastern cuisine, so the owner killed a chicken as required, washed it, and cut it into pieces for us to cook ourselves. What a delicious chicken soup!

The snow was white, and I finally stepped on deep snow. There was a smell of "coal slag" in the air. I had fun playing in the snow. When I lay down in the snow and stood up, the snow water rushed into my neck. My face was red from the cold, and my toes were numb from the cold.

I highly recommend it. Snow Valley is not like Snow Town. Snow Town has a lot of people because of the publicity in recent years. On the contrary, Snow Valley is not well-known and has few tourists. Here you can experience the tranquility of the snow, the simplicity of the Northeast countryside, and the beauty of the natural scenery. The supporting software may not be perfect, but it is more primitive. There are also small ski resorts, forest farms, snow mountains, and snow valleys.

Going to the Snow Valley basically means hiking. Because basically everyone starts from the Snow Valley and hikes to Yangcao Mountain. Then go to the Snow Village. The Snow Valley is not big, you can play in the snow here, and make dumplings together at night.

Snow Valley is simple and pure, like a paradise. In today's large-scale development and commercialization of Snow Village, it is even more precious that most local farmhouse operators in Snow Valley can maintain this kindness and simplicity. Snow Valley itself is not like Snow Village, where tickets are sold in a circle, and it is impossible to define an accurate range. Snow Valley is about 80 kilometers away from Snow Village, but it is all mountain roads, and it takes at least two and a half hours to drive. The back mountain of many farmhouses in Snow Valley is a natural playground, enough for everyone to play for a whole day. Of course, the most beautiful scenery here is still on the road from Snow Valley to Snow Village. Don't miss it if time, energy and body allow.

Snow Valley is a small village with original ecology. The inn we stayed in was also good, with a good location and clean and warm rooms. If time and physical strength permit, you must cross. It can be said that 95% of people cross from Snow Valley to Snow Town, which is called positive crossing. The advantage is that it is not so dangerous all the way up the mountain. After reaching the top of the mountain, you can take a snow drift to Snow Town. It takes about 5 hours to go up the mountain and 40 minutes to go down the mountain. We chose the reverse crossing from Snow Town to Snow Valley.
