As a native of Kaifeng who grew up near West Lake, my favorite attraction in Kaifeng is the small-scale Bao Gong Temple. It is very solemn and exquisite. Without the noise of performances, it allows one to quietly remember this brave, upright and upright immortal. Recently, I saw an archaeological theory that Bao Gong was poisoned by the emperor at that time. How lamentable and horrible!

The ancestral hall was rebuilt in modern times on the basis of the original site (the original Bao Gong Temple was washed away by the Yellow River). After all, the area inside the ancestral hall is not large and you can visit it in half an hour.

I had no interest in this later built landscape and did not go in.

The ancestral hall in memory of Bao Zheng is next to Baogong Lake and about one stop away from Kaifeng Museum. It is not big inside and closes late (7pm). You can go and have a look if you have time.

The protagonist of Kaifeng Mansion is Lord Bao. Facing Kaifeng Mansion is a relief sculpture of the god of law, the unicorn "Xiezhi". I feel very close to it when I see it~~ (Lord Lord Shangjun, the saint of law, your unicorn!)

This place is a place you will regret visiting but not regret it. How should I put it? The scenic spot is relatively small! I feel that the ticket is not worth it... Although it is only 30 yuan, it is really not as beautiful as Longting Park

When you come to Kaifeng, you must visit places related to Bao Zheng. There are only a few exhibition halls in the whole park, and you can go around them quickly. Perhaps because this historical figure has become too well-known through TV dramas, there are so many tourists that it is quite crowded everywhere. No matter where you stand, there will be two or three guides from different tour groups explaining to tourists at the top of their voices. It is a mess!

I didn't go inside the temple to visit, but I passed by it at night. The night view was great, and the world of light and shadow reflected by the lake was beautiful.

It was first built during the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, and the current building is a modern reconstruction. Behind the temple is Baogong Lake, and next to the temple is another famous night market in Kaifeng, Xisi Night Market. On the other side is the dock for the Yuhe Ferry, from which you can take a boat to the Qingming Riverside Park.

It is recommended to go to the Xiangguo Temple first, then to the Bao Gong Temple, and finally to the night market. Is the ticket to Bao Gong Temple 25 or 30? Not sure, it's about 22 when booked online. The place is not big, there are several rooms at the entrance, there are rockery fountains in the courtyard ⛲ Lingshi Garden, and Bao Gong Lake is behind it. It takes up to an hour to go around. If you like the culture of Bao Gong's period, it is recommended to go to Kaifeng Mansion.

Bao Gong Temple is very close to Xisi Night Market. If you want to come, it is recommended to arrive at Bao Gong Temple around 4 pm. After the visit, you can go directly to the night market, which is only a few minutes' walk.

Bao Gong Temple is a place to commemorate Bao Zheng, an upright official in the Northern Song Dynasty. There are many texts, pictures, statues, and video materials in it. If you like Hei Lao Bao, you might as well go there. The ticket is 20 yuan, which is quite worth it. Accommodation here is quite convenient, and it is strongly recommended to stay here! Because there is a Xisi Night Market in Dingjiao Street to the northwest of here, which is very lively at night and the price is not expensive. According to the locals, the price of Xisi Night Market is relatively fair, much better than Drum Tower Night Market! At the same time, it is not far from Kaifeng Prefecture and Kaifeng Museum. What impressed me most was the statue of the Case of the Chopping of Beauty, which was vivid and lifelike.

It's an antique building, not an authentic one, so we didn't go in.

Bao Gong Temple is located at No. 1 Xiangyang Road, Kaifeng County. You can take bus No. 8, 10, 14, 35, etc. to Bao Gong Temple Station or Bao Gong West Lake Bank Station. The front is not big but also impressive. The ticket price is more than 20 yuan. There are discounts for online purchases. There are not many visitors. There are only a few people at the door occasionally. The entire scenic area includes three main exhibition areas, garden area and functional service area. I personally think that the essence of the entire Bao Gong Temple lies in its garden design, that is, the garden area. As you go closer to the lake, you can see a different scene with every step. There are various rockeries, small bridges, flowing water, strange rocks and forests, and waterfalls. It is exquisite and beautiful. Compared with the treasures in the museum, I think this is worth seeing. If you look closely, you will find that it is the work of a skilled craftsman. It is very beautiful by the lake. Many people linger and take pictures. It is really comfortable to come here in summer.



The scenic area is not very big, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk around. Of course, I said that I didn't read the text carefully. It feels a little bigger than the Siheyuan. I think it is enough to reserve more than 30 minutes for the visit. And the exhibits here are all replicas, and the treasures are all in the museum. So I also think that the cost performance is not high. I don't recommend it. If there are better options for attractions, it is recommended to give up this attraction...

If you are interested in this period of history, you can choose to come here to see it, which is more intuitive than watching it on TV. It is quite good.

Actually there is nothing to see. I went there to remember Bao Gong. The building is antique. There is a big hall with a statue of Bao Gong in the middle. There is a garden with some strange rocks behind the lake. Overall, the 30 yuan ticket is just for the celebrity effect. It is not worth it. There are no cultural relics and historical sites, nor any detailed information about Bao Gong's life and deeds. It seems to be a perfunctory job. It is better not to go.

Bao Gong Temple is suitable for taking the elderly to visit. There are some miniature landscapes that record stories in the temple. It is recommended that you go to Kaifeng with the elderly to visit Bao Gong Temple.

The current Bao Gong Temple is a reconstruction. Since you are in Kaifeng, you must visit Bao Gong Temple. The Chinese people's reverence for Bao Zheng is imprinted in their hearts. There are not many existing historical sites in Bao Gong Temple. A stone tablet "Kaifeng Prefecture Title Record" is erected in the center of the second hall. It is a relic of the Northern Song Dynasty, engraved with the names and years of office of 183 prefects of Kaifeng in the Northern Song Dynasty. Only a deep finger mark appeared under Bao Gong's name. This is because people respect Bao Gong and point and point when admiring the stele. I feel that both the scenery and cultural relics are far inferior to the Bao Gong Temple in Hefei. Kaifeng currently regards Bao Gong as a tourist business card. You can take bus No. 8 from the north gate of Yuwangtai to get there.

OK, this is a wrong positioning. It is actually the water feast of Luoyang. I don’t really like it. I think it is not as delicious as the hot and sour soup.

The ticket is 50 yuan, but I heard that there are performances such as the opening ceremony, Bao Gong's judgment, fire breathing and face changing. What a loss~

It's very small inside, just a small park, not very recommended. If you are really interested in Bao Zheng, you can go and have a look.
