Located on the west bank of Baogong Lake in Kaifeng City, it was restored and rebuilt to commemorate Bao Zheng, a famous honest official and political reformer in ancient China. Baogong Temple consists of three parts: the main exhibition area, the garden scenic area and the functional service area. The main exhibition area includes the main hall, the second hall, the east and west side halls, the corridor, the stele pavilion, the main gate, the second gate, etc., displaying the bronze statue of Bao Gong, the bronze guillotine and the wax statue of Bao Gong's judgment, Bao Gong's historical materials and books, the "Kaifeng Prefecture Title Record Stele", the inscription, etc. The main buildings of Baogong Temple include the main hall, the second hall, the east and west side halls, the half-wall corridor, the stele pavilion and the majestic gate tower, etc., with a regular layout and solemnity. The paint and color paintings are all in the style of the Song Dynasty, with elegant colors, which doubles the appearance.

As a native of Kaifeng who grew up near West Lake, my favorite attraction in Kaifeng is the small-scale Bao Gong Temple. It is very solemn and exquisite. Without the noise of performances, it allows one to quietly remember this brave, upright and upright immortal. Recently, I saw an archaeological theory that Bao Gong was poisoned by the emperor at that time. How lamentable and horrible!

If you walk along the Baogong Lake next to Kaifeng Prefecture, you will reach the Baogong Temple. The back garden is very beautiful, with rockery and fountains.

Bao Gong Temple is a place you will regret visiting if you visit Kaifeng. The entrance fee is 30 yuan, it is very small and has no historical significance. You can visit it in half an hour. As a tourist city, the entrance fees of all man-made attractions in Kaifeng are more expensive than one another.

By Slow snail |

Really so-so, basically all of them are replicas, nothing like Bao Gong's remains.

It is a temple dedicated to Bao Gong, where the scene of the beheading of Chen Shimei is recorded.

By Puff God |

The ancestral hall was rebuilt in modern times on the basis of the original site (the original Bao Gong Temple was washed away by the Yellow River). Strictly speaking, it is a modern imitation of an antique building. If you are interested in Bao Gong, you can take a look. After all, the area inside the ancestral hall is not large and you can visit it in half an hour.

By Pisces |

I had no interest in this later built landscape and did not go in.

The ancestral hall in memory of Bao Zheng is next to Baogong Lake and about one stop away from Kaifeng Museum. It is not big inside and closes late (7pm). You can go and have a look if you have time.

The protagonist of Kaifeng Mansion is Lord Bao. Facing Kaifeng Mansion is a relief sculpture of the god of law, the unicorn "Xiezhi". I feel very close to it when I see it~~ (Lord Lord Shangjun, the saint of law, your unicorn!)

This place is a place you will regret visiting but not regret it. How should I put it? The scenic spot is relatively small! I feel that the ticket is not worth it... Although it is only 30 yuan, it is really not as beautiful as Longting Park

The first stop of the tour in Kaifeng. Bao Gong Temple, Kaifeng Mansion, etc. are all newly built on the old site. There are no old things. The viewing value is very average. I just took a quick look and checked in.

When you come to Kaifeng, you must visit places related to Bao Zheng. There are only a few exhibition halls in the whole park, and you can go around them quickly. Perhaps because this historical figure has become too well-known through TV dramas, there are so many tourists that it is quite crowded everywhere. No matter where you stand, there will be two or three guides from different tour groups explaining to tourists at the top of their voices. It is a mess!

I didn't go inside the temple to visit, but I passed by it at night. The night view was great, and the world of light and shadow reflected by the lake was beautiful.

By Cao Wenhan |

It was first built during the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, and the current building is a modern reconstruction. Behind the temple is Baogong Lake, and next to the temple is another famous night market in Kaifeng, Xisi Night Market. On the other side is the dock for the Yuhe Ferry, from which you can take a boat to the Qingming Riverside Park.

Bao Gong Temple is located at Bao Gong Lake. The night view is very beautiful at night. There is a night market nearby. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery, go to the night market, and eat snacks. It is beautiful. Bao Gong Lake is very large and it takes about 3 hours to walk around it.

The ticket to Bao Zheng's Temple is 30 yuan. As soon as you enter the temple, the famous BGM will automatically play in your mind - "In Kaifeng, there is a Justice Bao who is impartial and can distinguish between loyalty and treachery. Heroes of the world come to help Wang Chao and Ma Han stand beside him..." The Bao Zheng Temple displays a bronze statue, bronze gate, wax figure story interpretation, etc. You can finish your stroll by telling stories and novels.

I went there in late May. I wanted to go to Kaifeng Museum, but it was closed, so I went to Bao Gong Temple first. It's not big inside, and it's full of Bao Gong's deeds. Friends who like this character can't miss it. In the past, you could only see it in history books. There is Bao Gong Lake behind it, and the scenery is very good. It's worth coming here.

By Junjun |

The ticket is 30 yuan, and the half-price ticket is 15 yuan. The transportation is very convenient, very close to the Xiangguo Temple, and there is a night market nearby. It is recommended to go to the Xiangguo Temple first, then to the Bao Gong Temple, and finally to the night market. The Bao Gong Temple is not very big, and it takes about 40 to 60 minutes to visit it. There is also a large Bao Gong Lake behind the Bao Gong Temple. I hope everyone will learn more about the Bao Gong Temple and learn more about the history of the Song Dynasty.

By Xiaoyu's mother |

I passed by Bao Gong Temple but didn't go in. The temple doesn't look big, it's next to Bao Gong Lake, and it emits dim lights in the night, full of ancient charm.

Very small garden. Suitable as a local tourist attraction. 5 yuan or free is fine, 30 yuan is too expensive. The Forbidden City is only 40 yuan in the off-season. You can visit it in five minutes.

I think that if you come to Kaifeng, you should visit the Bao Gong Temple instead of the tourist attractions. Bao Gong is a symbol of justice and a base for anti-corruption education. It is suitable for both adults and children to visit. The Bao Gong Temple in Kaifeng was rebuilt in the 1980s. It is not large in area and is a group of ancient buildings in the style of the Song Dynasty. It consists of the main hall, the second hall, the east and west side halls, the half-wall corridor, the stele pavilion and other buildings.

The Kaifeng Bao Gong Temple is not very large. It is a group of ancient buildings in the style of the Song Dynasty. It consists of the main hall, the second hall, the east and west side halls, the half-wall corridor, the stele pavilion and other buildings. In the main hall, you can see a bronze statue of Bao Gong that is more than 3 meters high. Bao Gong is wearing a dragon robe and a crown and sitting upright. On both sides of the statue are historical relics and classics that reflect Bao Gong's true life and honest character. The second hall displays Bao Gong's poem to express his ambition, the Kaifeng Prefecture inscription monument, Bao Gong's family precepts, Bao Gong's calligraphy, and epitaphs. Some of the historical relics displayed in the temple are replicas, and the originals have been transferred to the museum.

By Alice |

It costs 12.5 yuan with a student ID and you can finish the tour in 20 minutes. Generally, people go there mainly to see Bao Gong.

By Yuwen Lingye |

Is the ticket to Bao Gong Temple 25 or 30? Not sure, it's about 22 when booked online. The place is not big, there are several rooms at the entrance, there are rockery fountains in the courtyard ⛲ Lingshi Garden, and Bao Gong Lake is behind it. It takes up to an hour to go around. If you like the culture of Bao Gong's period, it is recommended to go to Kaifeng Mansion.

Bao Gong Temple is very close to Xisi Night Market. If you want to come, it is recommended to arrive at Bao Gong Temple around 4 pm. After the visit, you can go directly to the night market, which is only a few minutes' walk.

Attached below are photos of the attractions.

I personally think this is a must-visit attraction in Kaifeng. The scenery is particularly good and it is right next to Baogong Lake. It is worth recommending.

By Xie Shaoshuai |

Although it is a little small, it has everything and fully reflects Bao Gong's life. At each scenic spot in Bao Gong Temple, there are QR codes for voice explanations. You can easily scan them and then listen to the manual explanations. It saves the tour guide's explanation fee and listens to the vivid voice explanations. Thumbs up!

Bao Gong Temple, located on the west bank of Baogong Lake, was restored and rebuilt to commemorate Bao Zheng, a famous and upright official in ancient China. Bao Gong Temple displays Bao Zheng's bronze statue, bronze guillotine, poems and teachings, rubbings of inscriptions, stories and other historical materials and books.

The scenery inside Bao Gong Temple is also very charming, with rockery, waterfalls, pavilions and towers that make people linger.

Bao Gong Temple and Kaifeng Mansion are both beside Bao Gong Lake, you can choose one of them. Bao Gong Temple is relatively small, not many tourists, the strange stone garden is a bit interesting, (╭ ̄_ ̄)╭ there is a very very like Bajie!

Bao Gong Temple is a place to commemorate Bao Zheng, an upright official in the Northern Song Dynasty. There are many texts, pictures, statues, and video materials in it. If you like Hei Lao Bao, you might as well go there. The ticket is 20 yuan, which is quite worth it. Accommodation here is quite convenient, and it is strongly recommended to stay here! Because there is a Xisi Night Market in Dingjiao Street to the northwest of here, which is very lively at night and the price is not expensive. According to the locals, the price of Xisi Night Market is relatively fair, much better than Drum Tower Night Market! At the same time, it is not far from Kaifeng Prefecture and Kaifeng Museum. What impressed me most was the statue of the Case of the Chopping of Beauty, which was vivid and lifelike.

Indoor garden memorial attractions are expensive, have few views and are not cost-effective, so they are not highly recommended.

When I arrived in Kaifeng, Henan, I naturally had to visit the most famous memorial site for Bao Gong. This was also one of the few attractions I visited in Kaifeng this time, and I decided to go there early in the morning. However, I was a little disappointed after I got there.

Bao Gong Temple is located at No. 1 Xiangyang Road, Kaifeng County. You can take bus No. 8, 10, 14, 35, etc. to Bao Gong Temple Station or Bao Gong West Lake Bank Station. The front is not big but also impressive. The ticket price is more than 20 yuan. There are discounts for online purchases. There are not many visitors. There are only a few people at the door occasionally. The entire scenic area includes three main exhibition areas, garden area and functional service area. The main exhibition area includes the main hall, the second hall, the east and west side halls, the corridor, the stele pavilion, the main gate, the second gate, etc. In one visit, you can see the bronze statue of Bao Gong, the wax statue of Bao Gong's case, all the most famous guillotines of Bao Gong, as well as historical records about Bao Gong, various inscriptions, etc., but to be honest, the collection does not contain much content.

I personally think that the essence of the entire Bao Gong Temple lies in its garden design, that is, the garden area. As you go closer to the lake, you can see a different scene with every step. There are various rockeries, small bridges, flowing water, strange rocks and forests, and waterfalls. It is exquisite and beautiful. Compared with the treasures in the museum, I think this is worth seeing. If you look closely, you will find that it is the work of a skilled craftsman. It is very beautiful by the lake. Many people linger and take pictures. It is really comfortable to come here in summer.

The scenic area is not very big, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk around. Of course, I said that I didn't read the text carefully. It feels a little bigger than the Siheyuan. I think it is enough to reserve more than 30 minutes for the visit. And the exhibits here are all replicas, and the treasures are all in the museum. So I also think that the cost performance is not high. I don't recommend it. If there are better options for attractions, it is recommended to give up this attraction...

The opening hours are from 07:00 to 19:00, which is quite early!

Bao Gong Temple is located at No. 1 Xiangyang Road, Gulou District. It shows Bao Gong's office. The exhibition hall displays Bao Zheng's office tools, Bao Zheng's simulated portrait and Qin Xianglian's portrait suing Chen Shimei, which show the seriousness and fairness of Bao Gong's law enforcement. Outside the right door of the main hall, there are lifelike old birthday stars, crane sculptures, small bridges and flowing water by Bao Gong Lake, which give people a tranquil scene. If you are interested in this period of history, you can choose to come here to see it, which is more intuitive than watching it on TV. It is quite good.

By Forever CD |

Actually there is nothing to see. I went there to remember Bao Gong. The building is antique. There is a big hall with a statue of Bao Gong in the middle. There is a garden with some strange rocks behind the lake. Overall, the 30 yuan ticket is just for the celebrity effect. It is not worth it. There are no cultural relics and historical sites, nor any detailed information about Bao Gong's life and deeds. It seems to be a perfunctory job. It is better not to go.

The current Bao Gong Temple is a reconstruction. Since you are in Kaifeng, you must visit Bao Gong Temple. The Chinese people's reverence for Bao Zheng is imprinted in their hearts. This prefect of Kaifeng in the Northern Song Dynasty was an honest official throughout his life, not afraid of the powerful, and enforced the law like a mountain. His merits have been praised by future generations. In fact, this is also the expectation of the Chinese people for all current civil servants, a few more Bao Zhengs! There are not many existing historical sites in Bao Gong Temple. A stone tablet "Kaifeng Prefecture Title Record" is erected in the center of the second hall. It is a relic of the Northern Song Dynasty, engraved with the names and years of office of 183 prefects of Kaifeng in the Northern Song Dynasty. Only a deep finger mark appeared under Bao Gong's name. This is because people respect Bao Gong and point and point when admiring the stele. The finger marks worn out over a long period of time are proof that Bao Gong is respected by people.

Ticket price is 30 yuan/person. Parking fee is 5 yuan (not counting the time)

The famous "Case of the Execution of Chen Shimei" is not true history, but a story made up by later generations. In real history, Chen Shimei was an honest official. Bao Gong Temple was built in Bao Gong West Lake. The garden design here does not have the northern style, but is full of the flavor of the south of the Yangtze River.

The three ponds echo each other and are set off by the rippling blue waters of the three lakes, forming the "East Palace and West Temple".

By Island Ayong |

The Bao Gong Temple in Kaifeng was first built in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, and was repaired by successive dynasties such as the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has a history of nearly a thousand years. Due to the floods of the Yellow River, it was repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt. In 1984, Kaifeng City rebuilt the Bao Gong Temple on Bao Gong Lake. It is a modern building and is relatively small. I have been to the Bao Gong Temple in Hefei, so I didn't ask for an explanation here. In the central courtyard of the Bao Gong Temple, there is a pavilion on the east and west sides. In the pavilion on the east side is the "Bao Xiaosu Gong Temple Record" written by Hu Mi of the Ming Dynasty in 1473 AD for the reconstruction of the Bao Gong Temple in Kaifeng Prefecture. It is an ancient text. The whole family has been trying to interpret it for a long time. The stone tablet in the pavilion on the west side is engraved with "Records of Rebuilding Bao Gong Temple" written by Mr. Yu Anlan, a professor at Henan University in 1988. The second hall of the Bao Gong Temple has Bao Gong's iron words and family precepts and poems about his ambitions in office, which are full of uprightness when read.

It is said that this is a place where you will regret not coming and even more regret coming. Facts have proved that the eyes of the masses are sharp! It is recommended to go to only one of Kaifeng Mansion and Bao Gong Temple, and this gourd recommends Kaifeng Mansion more. After all, there are relatively more things to play and see, and Bao Gong Temple is really nothing special.

By Just love to play |

The ticket is 30 yuan, half-price ticket is 15 yuan. I took the bus from Yuwangtai to come here. These are all later built attractions, without any ancient meaning or cultural relics, but I saw the Qishan calligraphy rubbings and Bao Gong's genealogy for the first time here. I feel that both the scenery and cultural relics are far inferior to the Bao Gong Temple in Hefei. Kaifeng currently regards Bao Gong as a tourist business card. You can take bus No. 8 from the north gate of Yuwangtai to get there.

The Bao Gong Temple in Kaifeng was restored and rebuilt to commemorate Bao Zheng, a famous honest official and political reformer in ancient my country. It is currently the largest, most comprehensive and most influential professional memorial site for Bao Gong at home and abroad. It is located on the west bank of the picturesque Bao Gong Lake in Kaifeng, the ancient capital of seven dynasties. It is one of the important attractions in the Central Plains Tourism Area developed and constructed by the National Tourism Administration and one of the top ten tourist attractions in Henan Province. Since the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, Kaifeng has built a Bao Gong Temple to commemorate this sage. The Bao Gong Temple in Kaifeng covers an area of more than one hectare and is a group of typical classical buildings in the Song Dynasty style. It is magnificent and dignified and elegant.

Bao Gong Temple is a public temple dedicated to Bao Zheng, a scholar of Longtu Pavilion, a minister of the Ministry of Rites, and the prefect of Kaifeng Prefecture in the Song Dynasty. The temple is a closed three-sided courtyard with white walls and green tiles. The main building is Bao Gong Xiantang, where a tall statue of Bao Zheng sits upright, and a black stone statue of Bao Gong is embedded in the wall. The majestic and impartial black-faced Bao Gong is shown with a dignified and upright spirit. To the west of the Xiantang is a long corridor; to the east is a "Lianquan". Bao Gong Temple is surrounded by water on all sides, with the main entrance facing south. The west corridor displays the genealogy of the Bao family, relics, Bao Gong's family precepts and Bao Gong's calligraphy, as well as relevant historical materials.

The ticket price is 30 yuan and the recommended visiting time is 30-40 minutes.

The main attractions include Bailong Pavilion, the Main Hall, the Second Hall, Lingshi Garden, etc. Here you can hear that Bao Gong is a fair-faced scholar with a height of 163cm, which is very different from the black-faced Bao Gong we see on TV!

In the wax museum, there is the scene of the famous joke Bao Gong "Angrily Firing at the Father-in-Law".

In the afternoon, I went to the Bao Gong Temple (30 yuan), which is also an antique building with a small courtyard. The only highlight is the wax figure of Bao Gong beheading Chen Shimei. I got to know the tour guide and heard the origin of Chen Shimei's story. It's not a big loss. I would have gone to Kaifeng Mansion earlier. The ticket is 50 yuan, but I heard that there are performances such as the opening ceremony, Bao Gong's judgment, fire breathing and face changing. What a loss~

It's very small inside, just a small park, not very recommended. If you are really interested in Bao Zheng, you can go and have a look.
