How to visit Jiguana Cave, Laojun Mountain and Chongdu Valley?

On the first day, exit Luoyang Railway Station and turn left across the intersection. Take Luoyang FAW Station to Luanchuan County Bus Station at 7 or 7:30 in the morning. The high-speed ticket is 50 yuan and takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes. When you arrive in Luanchuan, find accommodation opposite the bus station. Then take bus No. 6 for 1 yuan to Jiguandong Ticket Office. Take the electric bus to the foot of the cave mountain and walk up the steps. The cable car is several dozen meters high and the cost is not worth it. The distance to the cave is not high.

The next morning, take bus No. 5 for 1 yuan and get off at the Laojun Mountain intersection. There is an electric bus at the intersection. Book a round-trip bus for 2 days at a discounted price of 25 yuan, and a round-trip bus for 15 yuan a day to the Laojun Mountain ticket office. The contract for the ticket is valid for two days. After purchasing the Laojun Mountain ticket, visit the Laojun Mountain Cultural Garden at the main gate, then return to the main gate to take the electric bus for 5 yuan to the Zhongling Cableway, which rises from about 860 meters to 1,860 meters. The round-trip ticket is 130 yuan to Zhongtianmen. Then climb the slope from the right and go up the steps to Yingzui Stone, Sheshen Cliff, and Dongtianfudi. There is a glass bridge near the bridge for 50 yuan, but this bridge can be walked from the plank road on the side, down the slope step by step, and go down the steps back to Zhongtianmen. Then take the Fenglin Cableway up, the round-trip cableway is 80 yuan, and the one-way trip up the mountain is 45 yuan. Arrive at Junshan Mountain, pass through Gesui Cave, walk along the plank road steps in the Ten-mile Painting Screen, to the Funiu Mountain Peak Monument, Pavilion, Nantianmen, and Taoist temples. Liangbaotai and Yuhuangding, both 2197 meters high, then go back to the plank road downhill in Fenglin Scenic Area, saving the Fenglin Cableway Fee, to Jiukudian. Then go down hundreds of steps to Zhongtianmen. Take Zhongling Cableway down the mountain.

On the third day, we will visit Junshan Dream Chasing Valley. There are electric buses at the gate for 5 yuan to the Dream Chasing Valley monument. We will hike along the forest trail, along the stream, along the waterfall, and up the stairs to visit Laolongwo. The journey is about 9 kilometers to Tianpu Juechang, which is the entire Dream Chasing Valley. We will then return the same way. (If young people are in good physical condition and find it difficult to climb high, they can climb the iron ladder and the dangerous stairs to the top of the mountain, passing Xiuxian Cave, Juxian Palace, Gushen, Yerenhao, Zimu Sword, and Dieluhan, until they reach the peak of Mazongling Funiu Mountain. The climbing road is about 8 kilometers long, and there is a section of the mountain road that requires both hands and feet to climb.)

On the fourth day, the Luanchuan County Bus Station runs every half an hour to the ticket office at the gate of Chongdugou, and the ticket is 13 yuan. After buying the ticket for Chongdugou, the climate of the valley is 5 degrees colder than that of Luanchuan and 5 degrees lower than that of the county. After entering the gate of the scenic area, you have to walk four kilometers to reach Yalugou, and then take a two-kilometer electric bus for 6 yuan to reach the Jinji River Scenic Area and the Dicui River Scenic Area. These four kilometers cost 40 yuan to take a private black car round trip, so I came to the largest waterfall in the Chongdugou Scenic Area, Xiefengya Waterfall, to vent! The waterfall is more than 100 meters high and consists of three levels. The water is flying, fast, and slow. The highest level is the dragon running wildly, the middle one is the dragon venting anger, and the lowest one is the remaining anger. Standing here, you can feel the air waves coming at you. Especially men who love smoking and drinking should seize the opportunity given by nature to be healthy and take deep breaths, which will help slow down blood flow and reduce the burden on heartbeat. The tense nervous system can relax, and if there is any dissatisfaction, you can vent it here. This is also a free place to vent, so it is called the venting cliff. It takes two days to play the whole 20 kilometers of Chongdu Valley.

Chongdugou gives people the feeling that the infrastructure is relatively complete, the farmhouses are of high quality, very clean, and the consumption is relatively low. The scenery is also very good. It is rare in the Central Plains to have a large area of bamboo forests, streams, and waterfalls are worth seeing. I didn't experience bamboo rafting this time. The weather is a bit cold. The best time to come to Chongdugou is summer. Overall, it is not tiring to play, and it is suitable for bringing the elderly and children together.

You can drive into the scenic area by car, and the parking fee is 15 yuan all day. I went in at around 6 pm and only charged 5 yuan for night parking that day, and it seemed to be 10 yuan during the day. If you don't drive yourself, there is a self-paid green area shuttle bus at the gate of the scenic area. The best scenic spot in Chongdugou is the Jinji River Scenic Area. The scenic area is large, with many waterfalls and a large amount of water. The road in the scenic area is easier to walk than the Dicui River Scenic Area. I didn't visit the farming village carefully, and it felt average.

It's nice to take children to play in the water, it's quite cool, especially the Jinji River Scenic Area. As for the homestay, the environment is average, people with cleanliness can't live there, and it's also relatively humid. The best thing about the scenic area is that the catering and shopping are relatively standardized and the prices are reasonable. The scenic area allows private cars to enter, and there are queues to enter the scenic area and queues to leave the scenic area. It's difficult to find a parking space! Many cars parked on the roadside seriously affect the operation of the scenic area shuttle bus. Many times, you have to walk to the scenic spot. The natural scenery is average. The Jinji River Scenic Area plays with water all the way, and the waterfalls are very small. Personally, I feel that the Narcissus Palace scenic spot is good, and it's not bad to walk into the cave at the back. This scenic spot is suitable for arriving there in advance at night, and the snack street at night is still good. The recommended tour route is to walk from Jinlu River to Jinji Valley Waterfall, then return to the cable car point, take the cable car to another scenic spot, see the Narcissus Palace Waterfall, and the colorful lotus pond is also together. Then take the German slide down to parking lot No. 8 and go to the farming village to play. After playing, take the shuttle bus back to the visitor center.

It is a 4A-level scenic spot, worth a visit. There are two routes, the South Line and the West Line. It is recommended to stay on the South Line and park your car nearby, so that you can directly visit the South Line and enjoy the mountains and waters along the way. Don't rush to get there. The scenery is still good, with many waterfalls and springs. You can walk and play with your children. There are two places to take the cable car. One is near the rest area, where you can go directly to the Bodhi tree; walk up a little to the rest area, where you can take the cable car directly to the West Line. We took the cable car down, and the ticket price is 60 yuan for adults, and half price for children under 1.4.

After visiting the South Line, it is recommended to drive to the West Area to find a place to stay, because the scenic area is too large and it is more convenient to drive. There are thousands of acres of bamboo forests on the West Line, which is rare in the north. There are not as many waterfalls as on the South Line, and the style is different. We climbed to the Water Curtain Cave, and the children wanted to ride the zipline, so we took the zipline down. The ticket price is 80 yuan per car.

Regarding rafting, there are big rafting and small rafting. The big rafting is a 20-minute drive from the scenic area. It is said that it costs 168 yuan per person for 3 hours. We played the small rafting, which is in the scenic area, 60 yuan per person (children under 1.2 meters are half price, and those over 1.2 meters are full price), and the time is about 50 minutes. Personally, I feel that with children, small rafting is enough, just experience this feeling, and the time is too long. I guess the children will not be able to adapt. Reminder: You must bring a change of inner and outer clothes when you play rafting, because you will be soaked after the end. Don't hold a fluke mentality, and you will get soaked even if you wear a raincoat.

I originally planned to play in one day, but it was already 11 o'clock when I arrived at the scenic spot, so I first visited the main scenic spot, Jinji River. The water was gurgling along the way, and the stream was continuous. It was really nice, and the water was cold enough. After the Jinji River tour, I was going to take the cable car to Dicui Scenic Area at the Jinji Leading Road. As a result, it rained and the cable car stopped operating. I had to go back the same way. After that, I walked on the tightrope and zipline. The price was affordable, ￥20, ￥30

Accommodation prices soar on Saturdays and Sundays, and the attractions are average...

Just came out of Chongdugou. The farmhouse system in this place is relatively mature, so there is no need to worry about accommodation. There is also a snack street inside, which is quite unexpected. The food, accommodation and some small items sold in the scenic area are more conscientious and reasonably priced compared to other scenic spots. I feel that the people here are also very nice. It is suitable to come here to eat, stay and relax for two days. If you go there specifically to see the scenery, it is a bit not worth it. The environment of the scenic area on the mountain is average. There are scenic spots on two roads respectively. You have to go up and down on this side and then go to the other side, which is quite troublesome.

The best summer resort! Worth recommending! We spent two and a half days, starting from home to Chongdugou at 18:30, stayed there for two nights, and went to Jiguandong on the last day.

It really feels like retreating to the mountains. The scenic area has not been developed on a large scale, but the beauty it should have is no less.

Chongdugou is an old 5A scenic spot in Song County, which is well developed. There are many farmers, cheap food and accommodation, and relatively complete environmentally friendly car transportation. The landscape tour is not too tiring now. If you only visit famous attractions, each one can be completed in about 2 hours. It is recommended to spend two days, one day on the east line and one day on the west line. When we went there, we had a lot of time, so we only visited the west line. The three major attractions on the west line each take 2 hours.

A leisure place with no shortage of water. If you are traveling, it is best to plan to complete the tour in one day. Two days is a bit of a waste of time. You can drive in by car. There are also sightseeing buses inside. The car can start from the Bodhi tree and travel to the South Valley. The South Valley is the main scenery, and then reach the beginning of the cableway to the West Valley. It takes about half an hour to take the cableway and then return. If you stay overnight, there will be art activities in the central square at night.

The 2017 Dragon Boat Festival was a perfect short holiday for a family trip. The scenic area is full of ecology. There are various pools, waterfalls, bamboo forests and lakes. People can completely relax and enjoy the beauty of nature with their whole body. If you come here by car, you don’t have to walk a lot. Each attraction is not far away. I highly recommend this place.

From Laojun Mountain to Chongdu Valley, the scenic area battery car costs 15 yuan/person from the main road, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. It is said that it costs 11 yuan/person to stop the bus, and then guide the bus to the scenic area. The electric car driver contacted the owner of the farmhouse in Chongdu Valley Scenic Area to pick up. It costs 200 yuan for 3 people. You can enter the scenic area directly without buying a ticket. It is 24km and the journey takes about half an hour.

If you have enough time to get to the scenic area, you can first take the triangular route of the Dicui River Scenic Area in the upper right corner of the map, which takes nearly 2 hours, and then take the cable car to the Jinji River Scenic Area to visit the Water Curtain Cave the next day. If you don't have enough time to visit the triangular area the night before, visit the Water Curtain Cave first the next day, then take the cable car to the Jinji River Scenic Area, and then take the battery car to the Nonggeng Village to see the Zhentianlei Waterfall, and end the tour.

The Jinji River Scenic Area also has its own cable car, but it is recommended to take the Water Curtain Cave route, which is higher and the price is the same.

If you take public transportation to Chongdu Valley, confirm the return trip on the bus. Otherwise, you will have to ask the host of the place where you stay to help you find a return bus when you arrive in the valley. What is guaranteed is that there are two buses that go directly from the valley to Luoyang at around 7 a.m. every day. The buses at other times are uncertain.

Chongdugou in the drizzle was as beautiful as a fairyland. We took the cable car over six hills. Below was either green forest or fog that covered everything, as if we were in heaven. Chongdugou has a large bamboo forest and beautiful scenery. However, the climbing steps are a bit steep, so be careful.

Chongdugou tourism development has a history of nearly 20 years. The service facilities in the scenic area are very complete, and farmhouse hotels are scattered all over the place. The design concept of Chongdugou Scenic Area is somewhat modeled on Jiuzhaigou. There are also two ditches in the scenic area, namely the Jinji River Scenic Area along the Jinji River and the Dicui River Scenic Area along the Dicui River. Chongdugou should be the scenic area with the largest amount of water among the scenic areas I have visited in Henan Province. There are many natural waterfalls, the water volume is also good, and the tourism service facilities are also complete. As a weekend suburban tour in Luoyang, it should be a good choice. The Jinji River Scenic Area is far away, and it takes 4-5 hours to walk back and forth, and the Dicui River Scenic Area takes about 3 hours.

Chongdugou mainly plays with water, bamboo, and farmhouses. Chongdugou is divided into two routes. The left route is the Jinji River Scenic Area. You can drive to the thousand-year-old Bodhi tree, and then walk up the stream all the way. It is very beautiful. The representative attractions are Feihong Waterfall, Xiefeng Cliff Waterfall, and Jinji River Waterfall, all of which are very beautiful. Most of the mountain roads are flat and easy to walk, and some places are a little steep. It is recommended to return after walking to the Jinji Valley Waterfall. It is far from Yijian Peak in front, and there are no good attractions. If you drive by yourself, you can return to the Bodhi tree by the same route, and then drive to the Dicui River Scenic Area and Nonggeng Village Scenic Area on the right line. If you take a scenic bus, it is recommended to take a cable car from the Jinji River Scenic Area, and you can reach the Dicui River Scenic Area on the right line in half an hour. The Wucai Lotus Pond and Shuilian Jing Palace in the Dicui River Scenic Area are the most beautiful places in the entire Chongdugou, and you must go. These two places are not far from the entrance of the Dicui River Scenic Area. The Yuruyi Waterfall and Zhentianlei Waterfall are also spectacular. They are at the exit of the Dicui River Scenic Area, which is actually closer to the entrance of the Nonggeng Village. It is recommended to visit from two entrances and then return, because you have to cross a mountain in the middle. The road is very long and takes 2 hours to walk, and there are no attractions to see. The farming village has old oil mills, earthenware mills, old wine mills, etc. Children should like it very much. There are many farmhouse hotels in the whole Chongdu Valley. Accommodation is very convenient and cheap. The locals are very real and have a large appetite. Overall, it is worth a visit. You can finish the game in one day. Time is tight, it is best to take two days or one and a half days. It should be the most fun in summer.

Chongdu Valley is a slow-life tourist area with blue sky, white clouds, waterfalls and beautiful bamboos, allowing you to integrate into nature and experience a different pastoral life.

If you want to see all the attractions, you must take a cable car, 60/person, otherwise you can’t see some attractions. It is worth a good visit once, and you don’t have to come again without regrets.

I went there in April, and the scenery was really nice. The sky was clear throughout the entire Luanchuan County. Willow catkins were flying everywhere, and I wore a mask (people with allergies need to bring some medicine!), does this count as snow in April? Hehehe... The streets during the day and at night, the air in places with beautiful scenery is sweet. I felt that I was really comfortable there for a few days, and every day when I went out, I wanted to stretch out my arms and embrace this good air. On the day I went to Chongdu Valley, the weather was good at first, but then it rained. I entered the scenic area from the back mountain and was taken there by the locals. They said the price was favorable, but I personally think that it is better to enter from the main entrance of the scenic area to enjoy the good scenery. There are bamboo forests, mountains and waters, and peach blossoms.

I feel that the 4A scenic spot is indeed a little different from the 5A, and the sanitary environment has a lot of room for improvement. The scenery is generally said to be mountains and water. There is a water curtain cave in the Jinji River Scenic Area, but the sanitation is really not good. It is the dirtiest scenic spot I have ever visited. The Dicui River Scenic Area is much better overall. There is a waterfall on a mountain road. The halfway up the mountain is being renovated. It is messy and I didn't climb up. The best should be the farmers of different levels and prices. The management is basically in place, and there is no random charging or asking for prices.

Luanchuan Chongdugou Jinji River Scenic Area: The mountains are beautiful because of the water, the trees are prosperous because of the water, the bamboos are green because of the water, the stones are strange because of the water, the ditches are moving because of the water, and people are smart because of the water. The 60 yuan cableway for nearly 30 minutes is really worth it! Going in the clouds and fog, floating in the wind and rain, like a fairy, Luanchuan Chongdugou Dicui River Scenic Area: Walk into the tree-lined path, holding the rough and simple wooden plank road built with mountain wood along the way. The plank road is built close to the water and extends between the trees. The vegetation is lush everywhere. The green trees and fragrant grass are on the bank of the stream. It is a pity that the most famous scenery of the Water Curtain Fairy Palace cannot be shown to everyone because of the heavy rain [pout][pout][pout][pout]

I went on a self-driving tour with three families of friends. The highway is very convenient. There is a Chongdugou highway exit. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the gate of the scenic area after getting off the highway. The transportation is very convenient. You can buy tickets online and drive in directly to scan the QR code on your mobile phone without taking paper tickets. It is very fast. The scenic area is very large, and the number of farmhouses in it is the largest among all natural scenic areas I have ever seen. Accommodation is very convenient. The ticket is valid for 10 days, so you can stay in it and take a small vacation. In summer, it is a good place to escape the heat, with lush bamboo forests, continuous clear springs, and large waterfalls. Usually there are not many people, so you can relax and play with your children. The consumption is not high, just like daily consumption, so there is no need to worry about the high prices in the scenic area; there are a lot of people on holidays.

Highly recommended. Stayed at the foot of the ditch. It was probably off-season when I went there, so there were not many people. There were bonfires at night, so it was still quite cold. I went hiking during the day. It was quite high, but I couldn't reach the top. It hadn't been developed yet. I climbed to the highest point I could reach. They said they were the first team to reach the top during this period. It was a surprise. Then I took a slide down. It was quite fun.

Staying at a farmhouse, the best thing to eat is bamboo shoots fried with pork slices. I ate it twice. The bamboo shoots were very tender and fragrant. Then I experienced some small projects and had a lot of fun.

I don't like mountain climbing, so I feel that this attraction is average. Going here makes me feel what it means to spend money and suffer. Chongdu Valley mainly has two mountains, and there is nothing else to see. Mountain climbing is tiring, snack vendors are desperate to rip off customers, and the accommodation is average. The only thing that can be mentioned is the good air. Isn't it true? The whole mountain is planted with bamboo. It costs two yuan to cut a bamboo. There is a spring flowing from the mountain to the bottom of the mountain. There are many names for this place, such as the venting waterfall and the rest. In general, this attraction is very average. It is not recommended for ordinary hikers. Those who like mountain climbing can come and try it.

A great summer resort! We went there at the beginning of the dog days. The temperature in Luoyang was 38 or 39 degrees. After we got to the mountains, we completely forgot that it was summer. Only when we came out of the mountains and were exposed to the hot sun did we remember that it was still hot summer! We stayed in a local farmhouse at night. We had to cover ourselves with quilts when we slept in the summer. There are many farmhouses in the scenic area, and the prices are very cheap. There are also breakfast and dinner, which is very convenient. The bamboo forests, streams, and waterfalls in the mountains are beautiful and pleasant, and it is known as the "Little Jiuzhaigou".

The Luoyang annual pass cannot be used in Chongdugou, which shows how popular it is. The scenic area is known as "WIFI full area coverage", which is very user-friendly. Chongdugou Scenic Area is very large, divided into the north and south valleys, and it is generally recommended to spend two days. Personally, if you go to Luanchuan for a tour, you can go to Jiguan Cave in the morning, visit it for an hour or two, and then go to Chongdugou, stay there at night, and continue the tour the next day.

This scenic spot is pretty good, suitable for people around to go there for two days on weekends. The mountain is not steep, and it is not tiring to walk. It is still a bit cold in the mountains in the morning and evening, so bring a coat when you go there. If you stay, it is probably a farmhouse, the conditions are still good, but you should bring your own toothbrush and towel. In the evening, go along the street where there is food and there is a square where you can go to watch a performance.

There are many natural scenic spots in Luanchuan County. Although Chongdu Valley is not a 5A-level scenic spot compared to Laojun Mountain Jiguan Cave, it is the most recommended by a local. There are two ways to enter Chongdu Valley. The scenery of each way is great. The most impressive one is Xiefeng Cliff, where the waterfall pours down, and it really seems to vent all the anger. In addition, it is also a good place to escape the summer heat. The temperature in the valley is about 20 degrees, and it will be even colder when it rains. When I went there last year, people in the valley froze fruit drinks directly in the stream. You can imagine how low the temperature of the stream water is.

The only inconvenience is that the road into the ditch is still some distance away from the scenic area, so it may be more convenient to charter a car or share a car.

I went there with my friends. We played in the scenic area for two days. The scenery was very nice. The water quality was also average. I took my baby there. We could play in the water along the way. It was not very tiring. It was a good place for leisure and play. There were a lot of bamboos there. It was very comfortable to walk. There were many places to stay in the scenic area. It was cold at night, so we had to cover ourselves with quilts.

Xiefen Cliff Waterfall is the largest waterfall in the scenic area, reaching over 100 meters high. It consists of three levels, with the water flowing at three levels: fast, rapid and slow.

The highest level is the dragon running wildly, the middle one is the dragon venting its anger, and the lowest one is the remaining anger. Standing here, you can feel the air waves coming towards you. If it is a sunny day, the mist can spread to 30 meters away. The content of negative oxygen ions here is particularly high, reaching 68,000 per cubic centimeter. Taking a deep breath here can cleanse the heart and lungs. Especially men who like to smoke and drink should seize the opportunity given by nature to be healthy and take a deep breath, which will help slow down the blood flow and reduce the burden on the heartbeat. The tense nervous system can relax, and people's sense of smell, hearing and thinking activities are also much more sensitive. Not only that, if you have any dissatisfaction, you can vent it here. This is also a free place to vent, so it is called the venting cliff.

According to legend, when Qiulong learned that his brother Jiaolong was trapped under the Jiao-locking Cliff, he caught him with his claws and became even more furious. He ran forward and fell headfirst off the cliff. A dragon ball on the dragon's crown flew off and landed here. Later, Bao Manzi came here and stole the dragon ball, leaving only this dragon ball nest. Please be careful when going up the stairs, because the fog is too heavy, it is wet all year round, and it is very slippery.

A natural oxygen bar. I envy the villagers living there. A good living environment is good for physical and mental health.

The scenic area is very good, a large resort. It was raining when we got there, but it was also interesting to enjoy it in the rain.

Chongdugou is divided into two scenic areas, Jinji River Scenic Area and Dicui River Scenic Area. The main scenic spot is in Jinji River Scenic Area, where there are many waterfalls and beautiful scenery. If you go into the ditch early and bring food, you can fully enjoy the charm of nature and save time. It was almost 10 o'clock when we arrived at the scenic area. It would take hard work to play the whole scenic area in one day. We were climbing all the way. November should be the dry season, but there was still plenty of water. Along the springs, the beautiful scenery came into view one by one.
