After arriving at Lake No. 6, there will be a fork, one side is to choose to go to the Deer Park to watch and feed sika deer, and the other side is the road to Lake No. 6. We didn't follow the crowd and take the small train to the entrance of Lake No. 7, but chose to walk for half an hour to get there. Fortunately, we found and teased the sheep herded by farmers. The scenery of the next few lakes is relatively inferior, but Lake No. 9 has a sea of reeds, swaying in the wind under the sun. In general, compared with the popular Shennongding, Dajiu Lake still has a leisurely stroll feeling, and the purity of the alpine wetland makes me immersed in it.

Finally, a few thoughts:

1. There are not enough small trains, and the rest are carried by buses. So when returning, it is best to get on the bus at Lake No. 6 or earlier, and do not get off at the terminal, and return with the tourists.

2. There are two-person Hello bikes at Dajiu Lake that you can ride by scanning the code. There is also a flat road around the lake. If you want to take action early, the further back the stop, the fewer vacant vehicles there are.

3. The temperature is low in the morning, so you need to wear a thick coat. During the three days I stayed during the National Day holiday, the temperature in the town was around 15-20 degrees during the day. At 5 am on October 4, the temperature in the town was 11 degrees. When I passed the fingerprint identification station on the way around the mountain, my phone showed -3 degrees. The thin coat I brought was of no use at all.

4. It is best to get up early to go to Shennongjia Scenic Area. According to tour guide Zhou, the mountain road starts to get congested after 8 o'clock. If you arrive at 10 o'clock, you will not be able to visit Shennongding and Dajiu Lake in one day. In addition, starting at 16:00 in the afternoon, the road out of the scenic area will start to be congested again, and the mountain road can be congested until 22:00 at night. Fortunately, I left early and came back early, and returned to the town at 17:00, without traffic jams.

5. The Shennongjia ticket office opens at 6 o'clock. If you need a student ID card for a discount, you can only buy tickets on site. Although we were lucky to be the first to buy tickets that day, there was a small accident when the ticket computer was turned on. Fortunately, Tour Guide Zhou is experienced and has cash. Dajiu Lake is located at the junction of Chongqing and Hubei. It is a swampland - a mountain basin, a subalpine wetland. It covers an area of more than 30,000 mu, 1,700 meters above sea level, covers an area of 36 square kilometers, is about 15 kilometers long from north to south, and about 3 kilometers wide from east to west. In the middle is a 17-square-kilometer flat plain surrounded by high mountains. In the Shennongjia Mountains, where "there are high mountains when you look up, and the land is not three feet flat", it is extremely rare to have such a virgin plain hidden deep in the mountains. Dajiu Lake enjoys the reputation of "high mountain plain" and is called "Hulunbuir" and "Shennong Jiangnan" in Hubei. Jiuhuping is surrounded by high mountains, with the highest peak at 2,800 meters, forming a natural barrier. Nine streams between the mountain ridges are like nine jade belts dancing down from the clouds. There are also nine lakes shining on this high mountain plain. The area of Xiaojiu Lake, separated by a mountain, is 5,000 mu, and a stream connects nine small lakes. Dajiu Lake and Xiaojiu Lake got their names from this. Dajiu Lake connects to Chongqing in the west, Shaanxi in the north, and Badong in the south, connecting to the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. It is a transit station connecting Chongqing, Hubei, and Shaanxi. Dajiu Lake is both a timber base and a natural pasture. Various economic trees are scattered throughout the mountains and fields. In addition to rare animals such as golden monkeys and South China tigers, artificial deer farms have also been built. After camping and having breakfast, we went up to Banbi Rock to watch the sunrise. The fog on the mountain was extremely heavy. It was so heavy that the whole mountain was covered with fog. The visibility was less than 30 meters. It was already past ten o'clock when we arrived at Dajiu Lake. We drove slowly and arrived at the scenic area at almost twelve o'clock. It took us about five hours to visit all the Dajiu Lakes. There were really beautiful lakes, Tiane Lake, swamps, shady paths, sinkholes, water holes, Tang Dynasty ancient tombs, and dead trees coming back to life.

After the tour, we went back along the way to see the landmark roadside attractions such as Shenlong Ridge and Shennong Valley and took some photos. Around six o'clock, we went down to Muyu Town and stayed at Tujia Hotel, which had just opened and was clean and tidy. The single room cost 350 yuan. That was the end of the day.

It was so fresh. Don't think that Dajiu Lake is nine lakes, otherwise you will miss half of the beauty of Dajiu Lake.
