Wuchang River Beach

The three towns of Wuhan each have their own riverside parks. There is haze every day, so I can't take beautiful photos o(╥﹏╥)o! It's still pretty nice at night, and the light show on the other side is more beautiful.

Next to Wuchang Riverside Park, this building is now called Big House Contemporary Art Center. It was originally an office building of a spinning mill in Wuchang.

There is also a tea art restaurant called Zangjiao, which is a very nice place judging from its decoration style. Of course, the prices listed on Dianping.com are also very nice!

After lunch, we came to Wuchang River Beach. To be honest, it was very hot, and the resting conditions for tourists were not as good as those of Hankou River Beach. We came too early, and the heat had not yet subsided. My mother and I were tired, and she lay down under a tree to rest for a while. I browsed my phone for a while, booking tickets and hotels for the rest of the trip. Yes, I booked while I was walking to prevent any changes in the middle.

Starting around 2 o'clock, we walked and rested on the Wuchang River Beach. I didn't feel many highlights and couldn't take many photos. I don't know if my way of visiting Wuchang River Beach is wrong.

At present, the Hankou River Beach, Wuchang River Beach, Hanyang River Beach and Hanjiang River Beach in Wuhan have been completed and opened to the public, with a total length of 26 kilometers and a total area of more than 2.9 million square meters, equivalent to 9 Zhongshan Parks. Compared with the beautiful and grand Hankou River Beach, the Wuchang River Beach has plain decoration and simple facilities.

It seems to be about the same width as the Songhua River in Harbin, but the development of both banks is much better than that of Harbin.

Wuchang River Beach is very short. It is recommended to walk from Tanhualin. We went there at night. It was raining, which was a different experience. I have to say that the night view of the Yangtze River Bridge is very beautiful, haha. The lights will probably be turned off after 10pm.

The bus stop at Wuchang River Beach doesn't go to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, so I followed the navigation on my phone and walked a distance to take the bus and then transferred to Metro Line 2 and got off at Jianghan Road (Don't blame me if I remember it wrong, I followed the navigation, if I remember it correctly it was like this. You can also use the navigation on your phone to get there. It's very convenient.)

Today I took the ferry to the other side and happened to see the Wuchang River Beach, which has not been planned yet.

If you go there in winter, the wind is quite strong. If the weather is good, you can walk along the river.

But the Hankou River Beach is very large. With the cold wind from the river and the temperature dropping at night, walking along the entire beach will only leave you tired and cold.

At first I thought the Yangtze River Bridge was far away from the Wuchang River Beach, but I didn’t expect to reach the Yangtze River Bridge as soon as I exited Hubu Lane and saw the river beach. It’s just that the weather was too foggy, so the photos turned out mediocre.

Although the river beach in Wuchang is not very wide, it is much worse than the river beach in Hankou. There is basically no construction and a very simple trail. But it is less crowded. If you just want to sit by the river and daydream, it is a good place to go. It is okay if you pass by, but there is no need to go there on purpose.

I went to Wuhan in mid-February. I went on a night tour of Jianghan Road, took a ferry, and visited Wuchang River Beach with my Hunan friends.
